We cover:
💧 Dani's story
– Autoimmune disease surfaced at 16, misdiagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, full body joint pain and monthly skin peeling episodes
– Spent years going through every elimination diet, raw vegan, autoimmune paleo, nothing lasted beyond 90 days
– Gut microbiome destroyed by antibiotics prescribed by doctors who never addressed the root cause
– Discovered structured alkaline water during postpartum depression, within 45 days her skin stopped peeling for the first time in years
– 90 days in she was glowing. Her father lost weight, eliminated gout, and cleared acid reflux within months
🧬 Why water matters more than food
– You can survive 40 days without food. You die in 3 days without water. Yet nobody talks about water quality
– Tap water contains chlorine, fluoride, heavy metals, pharmaceuticals, forever chemicals, pesticides, and herbicides
– The chemicals in tap water are often added to protect aging city pipes, not to clean your water
– Water softeners add salt or potassium to protect your pipes, they are not designed to be consumed
– RO filtered water strips all minerals. Drinking it long term leaches minerals from your bones, causing bone density loss and eventually osteoporosis
– Plastic bottled water is dead water that sits in your stomach, does not absorb properly, and leaches microplastics
🚿 Your shower is a bigger problem than you think
– You absorb approximately one liter of water through your skin during a 10 to 15 minute hot shower
– Pores open in hot water, you inhale chlorine vapor, and your body absorbs it all
The 7 pH settings explained:
– 2.5 pH (hypochlorous acid): kills E. coli, MRSA, and bacteria. Use to sanitize meat, surfaces, and as mouthwash
– 11.5 pH (strong alkaline): veggie wash, makeup remover, skin treatment, poison ivy compress, eczema protocol. Neutralizes pesticides and herbicides which are designed to be water resistant
– 6.0 pH (beauty water): matches your skin and hair pH of 6.4. Use to wash your face and hair, works as a leave-in conditioner without stripping natural oils
– 7.0 pH (neutral): neutral rinse water for cooking and final food rinse
– 8.5, 9.0, 9.5 pH: drinking water levels depending on your health goals and tolerance
