1:09Speaker 0Welcome back to the Peptide of the Week podcast.
1:12Speaker 0I'm your host, JD Denham.
1:15Speaker 0Like always across the way, mister William Teahorse.
1:18Speaker 0What's up? Good to be here. Q and A.
1:21Speaker 0Q and A day. It's a Tuesday is a Q and A day. Dude, I was thinking last night, it was crazy. I don't know what I was doing that made me trigger this, but it's like, holy shit, the summer is over.
1:32Speaker 0Almost.
1:34Speaker 0Yeah. I
1:35Speaker 0I know that that happened.
1:37Speaker 2Well, the summer, I mean, luckily here in California, right? Our summer goes till November, but as far as weather goes,
1:44Speaker 2but you're right.
1:46Speaker 2Is really hot. Yeah. If you've, if you live in Seattle where I'm from, summer starts, if you're lucky after July 4
1:53Speaker 2and it ends abruptly
1:55Speaker 2like September 1.
1:57Speaker 2So that's a short summer. The only thing you have to look good to look forward to is football season starting.
2:03Speaker 2But yeah, these poor kids, I mean, like 2 weeks into the summer, I go into a store and there's like back to school sale.
2:11Speaker 2I hate those people, marketing people. I'm like, Dude, let these let everybody just enjoy summer, please.
2:17Speaker 2Is that bugging us? I mean, somebody was saying I went to school, there you know, pumpkins and
2:22Speaker 2Thanksgiving stuff out. Chill out on the selling us stuff right now. Oh, Christmas y. But yeah, summer's over, even though I set up a slip and slide in our backyard last night,
2:33Speaker 2and
2:34Speaker 2I was also slip and sliding
2:36Speaker 2at like 09:30PM.
2:38Speaker 0So, and it was still warm outside. I know. I saw, I saw those pictures you sent. Like I was like, dude, I want a pool. I got stoked with a huge backyard, but no pool. I needed a pool.
2:48Speaker 0You do do. That's not a bitch. I'll be sitting in the Jacuzzi a lot. Yeah. I take a hot bath almost
2:54Speaker 0every night. I soak in, this is gonna, well,
2:57Speaker 0it'll help you- Milk? No, I soak in apple cider vinegar,
3:01Speaker 0Epsom salt, and
3:04Speaker 0baking soda, which is supposed to draw out toxins. If I don't do a bath, I will do just my feet.
3:10Speaker 2I did that with my feet the other day. Feels good, right? Scolding
3:14Speaker 0the fucking- Yeah, you just do as hard as you can. And you know, it's funny off
3:18Speaker 0camera. We were talking about how I was telling them that, I haven't feeling freaking amazing. Like I've been feeling amazing lately, just
3:27Speaker 0constant energy,
3:29Speaker 0clarity of thought,
3:30Speaker 0waking up just with vigor and just, wow. And it's, it's been the best I have felt in quite some time.
3:37Speaker 01, I've been sleeping better. That definitely probably plays a big role in it. You know, I've made some shifts and we'll probably talk about that in some of the questions.
3:44Speaker 0But I have been doing that. So that's another thing I didn't think of. I've been soaking my feet or soaking in a bath almost every night because I'm so OCD
3:52Speaker 0that it makes me, like, get tired. Yeah. And
3:55Speaker 0almost after my bath, I go right to bed. And because
3:59Speaker 0it like a hot bath makes you tired.
4:02Speaker 0I used to wake up when I couldn't sleep at like 2 and take hot bath because I get tired.
4:06Speaker 0But yeah, I mean, that's what I'm gonna do with apple cider vinegar. My wife buys these big ass things with apple cider vinegar now. I didn't ask her. That's just why my wife rules. But
4:15Speaker 0you attribute most of this energy to your SS-thirty 1. Mean, so you know us and everything we do, we kind of think through like, why do I feel great? There's nothing that really has changed except for my protocol. I, we have greatly enhanced our SS 31, both of us. And I
4:32Speaker 0have no doubt in my mind that plays a big role in it. I can just kind of tell and they feel great.
4:38Speaker 0Now I have been
4:41Speaker 0teetering back and forth on throwing MOTSY into it. I haven't ran MOTSY in quite some time. I
4:48Speaker 0felt MOTSY tired me.
4:50Speaker 0I don't know if that was just my head. I definitely was taking too many compounds at the time, but you guys need to realize when, when I started our company, we are both in recovery. Like when we have access to things, we're like, yes. Yeah. We're like, woah. We can put in our bodies. We're studying and like reading about all this stuff and it's like, we wanna try it because like, that's just who we are. And then like, we were like, if I do 18 of these.
5:13Speaker 0Know what mean? More than better. Then all of sudden you get overwhelmed and like, feel weird.
5:19Speaker 0I've toned it down and now I just do few and it's been better. You know, it's working and stuff, but live and learn, man. That's what we talked about.
5:25Speaker 0Research on ourselves. There's nothing like it, dude. You
5:28Speaker 0know, like even like stuff back in our days when, you know, and we will and I have talked openly about this because why would we lie? We're grownups. We're allowed to do what we want. You know, we've ran numerous cycles of gear and that's how we learned it. Like,
5:41Speaker 0and I are very different.
5:42Speaker 0Everyone knows that by now, but where we really come together and we are the same is we study things that we're intrigued at. That's where the connection has been built of,
5:51Speaker 0you know, we don't just blindly take shit. Like study it. We want to know why, like, so that part is where I think the connection like stands
6:00Speaker 0holds strong, like we study stuff. Like, we've tried so many different compounds and it's crazy because
6:05Speaker 0again,
6:07Speaker 0reading about something's great,
6:10Speaker 0how you feel
6:11Speaker 0is totally different. Completely. How would you feel
6:15Speaker 0like this, but like you feel like this?
6:17Speaker 0Which 1 do you feel? I'm going to follow the way that I feel because I it's,
6:22Speaker 0I've, it's my, my life has proved that like it breeds like this, but
6:27Speaker 0I feel like this, I'm gonna go without feel. You know what I mean? Because
6:30Speaker 0that's as priceless.
6:33Speaker 0And you never know unless you try. Right. Everybody's different, dude. It's crazy, because now we talk to so many people that try so many different compounds.
6:39Speaker 0There's also many here in the questions that talks about having a reaction to NAD.
6:44Speaker 0And I've never heard of what they said, but like, everybody's different. My wife gets reactions to numerous peptides and she's my bride, you know? And like,
6:53Speaker 0it's what it is. Yep. It's your body. Yep. Blame God. God
6:57Speaker 0does not want you to take that peptide.
6:59Speaker 0It is what it is. But you can take a lot of other ones. The cool thing is there's like some there's a buckets
7:04Speaker 0of different peptides that do virtually
7:07Speaker 0the same thing, sometimes different angles.
7:09Speaker 0You know what I mean? Like if 1 doesn't work for you,
7:13Speaker 0there's a lot of others that do the same thing kind of. You know what I mean? Like what a cool thing.
7:17Speaker 0But yeah, so summer is over. I went
7:20Speaker 0with my family to Disneyland, and I hate Disneyland. I am not a big crowd type guy.
7:27Speaker 0Just too much loud noises. I'm like rain man, dude. Like, v e r n. Like, you know, like, that's why when my kids screams, dude, like, I'm like, where do I run? Stop. You know? And, but dude, it was cool. Justin was out and, he brought his family. His kids had never been. Wow. So that I got to experience that with them.
7:44Speaker 0And, we had a blast, dude. We, we,
7:47Speaker 2Did you get the wristbands and go to the front of the line? My wife does all that stuff. Yeah.
7:51Speaker 2There's no chance now I'm going to Disneyland to ride rides. Well, there's no chance now I'm gonna go to Disneyland without riding rides. Yeah. And there's no chance now I'm going without the wristband that gets me to the front of the line. I am not waiting 3 hours. My wife does that. And the 1 thing I love about my wife would like, so I'll give you a funny story about my bride. I know you're listening to this too, babe, and this is a funny story. So my son used to always love, Blippi,
8:14Speaker 0loved him. And 1, she wanted to get tickets. He was coming live, not the real Blippi, but they were doing some like dancing show and all this stuff. And Jax loved him. And my wife
8:24Speaker 0got some tickets and I wasn't gonna go because I was doing something, probably something for work. But then I caught myself and like, I'm like, why would I miss this with my son? Like, he loves it. So then I said, no, I'm going to go. And so of course my wife has to get another ticket. So we walk into this big ass stadium and I'm following my wife
8:41Speaker 0and I'm like, wow, we're getting really close to the front. And I'm like,
8:45Speaker 0we're getting really close to the front. And I'm like, we are in the front freaking row, honey. Did you, how much did you spend on these tickets, babe? And she starts laughing. I'm like, you know, my wife, I'm like,
8:56Speaker 0gotta love her dude.
8:58Speaker 0She
8:59Speaker 0doesn't always get
9:03Speaker 2well, I came home or here's a picture of my wife building this thing. It's like an outdoor movie theater. It's about the 45 foot screen. Yeah. It's part of her charm, bro. She will
9:13Speaker 0do backflips
9:14Speaker 0for my sons, man. 1 of the things I love is she's 1 the best moms I know, but man, she, she likes to spend. Yeah.
9:21Speaker 2Know what I mean? God bless her heart. Shout out to Huntington Beach. So we went to River's 1st football practice,
9:27Speaker 2flag football, and there was a lot of kids. We just moved him to Huntington here. Right? He's been in San Juan or Dan Point forever,
9:36Speaker 2has been playing at Friday night lights football and he's good at his flag football. He's 10. But
9:41Speaker 2all of his baseball friends are on
9:43Speaker 2a honey to be flag football team and they're good athletes, but that team was full.
9:49Speaker 2They had to like make a 2nd team.
9:51Speaker 2And River's on the 2nd team and there was like 4 kids at practice yesterday.
9:56Speaker 2So shout out to anybody Huntington Beach. If you have a kid that's
9:59Speaker 010 1 years old and wants to play flag football, we need players on the team. Sure. I would've never thought that would be hard to feel like my wife has signed up Jacks for soccer, AYSO,
10:09Speaker 0and she was on a call
10:10Speaker 0And, I called her for something and she answers it and she's like, you need to be a coach. I'm like, what? Like, what? I don't even know what she meant. Like, they need coaches. They can't find enough coaches. I need you to be coached. I'm like, babe, I would love to. I am so freaking busy. Like, what the hell am going to find out about? No way. 1 day. But like, yeah, but yeah. Well, okay. Yeah. But I was not 1 that they couldn't find coach. At some point in time. I know that's weird. My dad did that when I was young dude. So I'll definitely do it for Jack's.
10:36Speaker 0It's been a long time since I played soccer. What are the rules? I don't even remember. I don't know that age,
10:41Speaker 2are the rules. It doesn't really matter. If you kick in the other goal, like you scored.
10:45Speaker 0Yeah.
10:46Speaker 0It's so funny, dude, has,
10:49Speaker 0I mean, you've seen it over and over with like brothers and sisters. You got, they're so always just totally different. Like
10:56Speaker 0Jax and Mason are so radically different.
10:59Speaker 0Jax is just athletic.
11:01Speaker 0He's agile. He's flipping and jumping and spinning on things. Mason tries to copy him for sure. He'll roll and stuff. He's got his little belly. He's just such a little chunky baby. And he tries it. He's like, you can see athleticism and then like Mason, not as much. You know what I mean? And like, God, but I'll be all Mason. You want a bite of this? He goes, yeah.
11:22Speaker 0Jax, you want a bite? No. Nope. And
11:24Speaker 2he stays lean and yeah.
11:26Speaker 2It's a little bit good stuff, man. Yep.
11:30Speaker 2Now football season, the good thing. Yeah. So anyway, that'd be cool. We would like to, and then there's some young kids on the team, but
11:36Speaker 0river looked really good. Yeah. He's good. Was watching him when we went to the beach. You can see, well, just like Jack's, he has athleticism.
11:44Speaker 2You can tell balance. Yeah. Yes. Body type. He looks like a brother. He looks like a brother. Does. Yep. But the also the coach looks cool. The coach is this big muscle dude who, who, is a ex, I don't know, Marie. Don't want to just say Marine because, but maybe he's still in the military,
12:02Speaker 2but watching him run around and play with the kids, like he's athletic. Could tell. Was like, damn dude's got quick feet. He gets throw like, not like a girl and
12:11Speaker 2still with, with lots of muscles. So that's cool. I'm excited that the coach will be good. Hopefully we just have enough kids. Not worried about enough kids to fill the team. I'm worried about enough kids to be not be embarrassed.
12:24Speaker 2You gotta feel good too, bro. You gotta feel yeah. I think they'll probably make that. Mean, not at 4. He's 10. But there's some kids,
12:32Speaker 2he's going, he was held back. So he's going into 4th grade. He's pretty He just turned 10. Yeah. That's still pretty young. So,
12:40Speaker 0but anyway, 6 plus 6th grade gets a little bit more competitive. Yeah. 9th, obviously.
12:45Speaker 2And it's flagged, dude. And like kids are parents are putting their kids in tackle football now. And honestly from somebody who's played division 1 football,
12:54Speaker 2dude, football is a sport where it's like, either got it or you,
12:58Speaker 2It's not like baseball. Baseball is like a basketball too. Like you better, well, you better be built for it in basketball, but you better practice your ass off. Right? Baseball is
13:08Speaker 2practice sport.
13:10Speaker 2Throwing the ball, right? Hitting. You just got to see so many pitches and
13:14Speaker 2football's not. And I think that starting tackle, but all you're doing is just adding all these small little nagging injuries. I'm not worried about concussions for little kids because they just don't run fast enough to hurt each other. Right? But I do worry about, you know, it just sucks if, if you've played for 5 years and you've already ripped your fingernails off your hands and you know, broken fingers, it
13:35Speaker 0is, but why add an extra 5 years of it? Well, I didn't, I played soccer until 9th grade and I didn't play football, but you know, you're always playing football with your boys and stuff like before that. But like I jumped right into 9th grade and man just played,
13:48Speaker 0you know, yeah, you either got it or got it. So that's the athleticism that we talked about to where that's what Jack's does. He's just always flipping, doing something athletic. And I remember I would sit in front of my TV and throw the ball and then catch it. And like, you know, you throw it off and like, you
14:05Speaker 0learn how to catch that
14:06Speaker 0softened my hands for sure.
14:08Speaker 2It's the same with exercise. So folks, people ask people say, Hey, I want to get in shape. Right. And
14:13Speaker 2they go, okay, how many times a week do I need to work out? And like,
14:17Speaker 2it's the thing about this. If I say you need to work out for an hour, 5 days a week, but then people go, okay, that's what I need to do to get in shape. But it's not about that. So that means out of a week, that's 24 hours times 7 days, you're working out for 5 hours. Right. That's not gonna cut it. What you need to do is your whole life needs to change. You need to enjoy
14:37Speaker 2going for hikes in the weekend. Right? You need to go jog at the park or go play play football with your friends. You need to go swimming on the weekends. This needs to be just, like, constant motion Yeah. Needs to be
14:48Speaker 2the new game plan. Yeah. Especially not just blocks
14:52Speaker 2of, like, little, just blocks of
14:55Speaker 2weightlifting.
14:57Speaker 0I know that we're going to talk about our coaching, Warrior Makers coaching.
15:01Speaker 0I think it's unique from the standpoint that not because it's our company, I think it's unique because it is unique. And what I mean by that is you have 4 coaches. You don't get a coach, you get 4 coaches, Will and myself, obviously.
15:13Speaker 0Dave Thomas, who we have hired, who is a freaking beast in the gym, and I love working out with him and he, he works out like a monster.
15:21Speaker 0So we got him and then our obviously consultant Mike,
15:24Speaker 0and we all bring a different flare and we're all our different ages.
15:27Speaker 01 of the things that I've been thinking a lot about just off of my own experience of life, I'm 49 years old and man, I'm telling you, I've changed a lot in the last year,
15:36Speaker 0quite a bit from just things where I just, it's at 49, it's not about going in like lifting really heavy like I used to. I just can't,
15:45Speaker 0cause I want to continue. So it's lifting different. So you were going to be able to pass that knowledge on to men that are 50 and that are 40 because that's even different. That are 30, that's totally different.
15:56Speaker 0That's huge.
15:58Speaker 0Secondly,
16:00Speaker 0when you eat certain foods is
16:03Speaker 0you getting in shape,
16:04Speaker 0right? I mean specifically
16:06Speaker 0carbs in this, if you want a bulk, if you want to cut
16:10Speaker 0carb control is really the key, you know, macros for sure. But like,
16:15Speaker 0if you don't know that stuff, that's where a coach is going to really shine because we've done it our whole lives. And there's a lot of people that never even gone to a gym. You know what I mean? And
16:26Speaker 0we say it all the time. And I even coaches have coaches,
16:30Speaker 0Michael Jordan, try to coach.
16:34Speaker 0A lot of time it's just to push people. But 1 of the, here's a couple of things that I like about our program.
16:40Speaker 0Obviously it's a detailed diet plan macros
16:43Speaker 0mainly,
16:44Speaker 0or if
16:45Speaker 0you do want a
16:47Speaker 0carnivore,
16:48Speaker 0we'll help you with that. I love carnivore.
16:50Speaker 0So that's not for everybody, but if for the right people, we will help you with that. Obviously detailed workout program.
16:56Speaker 0Now,
16:57Speaker 0a lot of stuff's going to be in the gym because most people are going to lift weights. Now we are in the process as we speak of uploading about 35 of my hit training videos that are literally great. I'm not just saying that they are great. I started watching some of them again. I'm like, damn, I was kicking ass back then. They're about 0.5 old, but they are badass. So we'll have those for the people that like maybe do some weight training and hit training. If you do hit training, you burn fat for 48 hours. No joke. So that will be added into it. Obviously, 1 on 1 check ins,
17:30Speaker 0that's huge for accountability.
17:33Speaker 0You get 4 coaches. What we've decided we're going to do is on Fridays,
17:38Speaker 0us 4 as coaches are going to sit down and we are going to go through each
17:42Speaker 0person that's in the program and we're going to look at what they're doing, how they're doing, and we're going to give 4 perspectives on how we get them to their goal. I don't know any other company or any other coaching program that does that. Our goal is to get you
17:54Speaker 0whatever your objective is to get you there fast.
17:57Speaker 0So yeah, so obviously month,
18:00Speaker 0weekly zoom calls where we're going to talk about a lot about a lot, not just fitness diets,
18:07Speaker 0discipline,
18:08Speaker 0cultivation of mindset, the stuff I love. So I'm going be running those. And once a month, we're going to do a workout with the people that are either local or
18:18Speaker 0the people that might be here or the people that just might want to come and like
18:22Speaker 0touch the group and get involved.
18:24Speaker 0I'm
18:25Speaker 0so excited about this program. Like if you see some of the stuff we post about warrior makers and just the crew, have
18:32Speaker 0trust me, you want to be involved with people that are what we do. They're just, we have the raddest people that work here. So pretty cool. I'm excited about it.
18:41Speaker 2And yes, he's right. We do it too. We all, it's like a clinical team approach where
18:48Speaker 2we took this kind of from treat treatment. Right? You have all these people who are in treatment. They have different counselors that do different things. And then once a week, they all have a meeting about and go over every single client and
19:00Speaker 2say, how is he doing with this? How's he doing with that? What can we support him better at? And so we do the same thing with all of the clients that are in this program. Excited about that. Yeah. Think it's, yeah, absolutely. 0 So we got big things. And if you, if you are curious about the program
19:14Speaker 0and you're ready to get in shape again, it doesn't even need you might need to weight.
19:18Speaker 0You might just want to get ripped. You might want to book.
19:22Speaker 0And when it comes to supplementation
19:24Speaker 0help, we're obviously going to give you supplementation help because that's what we do.
19:28Speaker 0So it's going to be bad ass, man. I'm excited. So that's the coaching thing.
19:33Speaker 0You do want to let us know, we do have a website. Can just call, you can just jump on there, warriormakerscoaching.com,
19:40Speaker 0and you can just sign up.
19:41Speaker 2You will get notified right away that you're in the program and where you go from there. And you get a full swag bag on the Centurion program. Get a t shirt on the
19:50Speaker 0legionary program, but go to that website. It's very simple and it outlines everything that we just talked about. Yeah. Let's like, we're looking for some cool people that are ready to, join the warrior maker team and let's do big shit together.
20:05Speaker 0Secondly, school, a lot of people are on school, but 1 of the things that we are dropping, if you have not been on school, get on school, we give so much free freaking content. I mean, protocols up the butt,
20:17Speaker 0up the dinging. If they say,
20:19Speaker 0just that alone is awesome. Like, you know, if you're looking on how to mix, what to do, blah, that's just the basics,
20:27Speaker 0man. Will has gone deep dives into a lot of rad content that you could be busy for days, just reading in. More than is posted that we are
20:36Speaker 2working on and are releasing.
20:39Speaker 0Yeah. We are releasing
20:41Speaker 0a woman's
20:42Speaker 0talk
20:43Speaker 0women's
20:44Speaker 0table
20:45Speaker 0talk with the gals from warrior makers. I was actually ironically
20:50Speaker 0reading through the questions today and I noticed that most of them per ladies today. So we have a lot of ladies out there that
20:57Speaker 0listen to the show
20:59Speaker 0and have a lot of questions.
21:01Speaker 0Nora,
21:02Speaker 0Sarah, and B behind the
21:04Speaker 0stage back there, the producer. We're gonna do they're putting out some cool stuff. So that's gonna be dropping on school as well. Are we doing that on VIP or normal? Okay.
21:18Speaker 2Premium or VIP? Well,
21:24Speaker 2there's 2 different levels, so we will figure that out. Yeah.
21:27Speaker 0But
21:28Speaker 0we're always trying to upgrade and stuff and we have our hands in a lot of cookie jars, so sometimes just be patient, but we will improve everything.
21:37Speaker 0Lastly,
21:38Speaker 0ironically leading into that, what do you want? We've talked about even elevating this podcast.
21:44Speaker 0And I don't stay stagnant. We are in constant growth in our lives and what we do. Hopefully you've seen that just from the progression of this podcast,
21:53Speaker 0but we want to continue to better it. So he and I have talked about, do
21:57Speaker 0we change the Q and A?
21:59Speaker 0I've had quite a bit of people at this point say, No, we love the Q and A and like, I like the Q and A too. So we can kind of leave that alone. We will bring Nora in sometimes and maybe some of the staff here because now they know peptides. They've been with us for a long time, most of them, and that's partly gay. You gotta learn, you gotta learn peptides.
22:17Speaker 0So we'll bring some of the staff on and yeah, we had a mic on last week.
22:21Speaker 0Also,
22:24Speaker 0you like,
22:25Speaker 0and we really want this feedback. This helps us. Do you like the
22:29Speaker 0guests
22:30Speaker 0more,
22:32Speaker 0or do you like us to go back to talking about compounds? We're going to talk about 2 or 3 compounds like we used to do. We haven't done that a lot lately because we've had a lot of guests. The show's grown and, you know, we're able to get some good guests on.
22:45Speaker 0We're always going to balance it. But what do you guys I'm really curious about the answer. The answer can be, we want mix of both. Sure.
22:54Speaker 0Yeah. So that is
22:56Speaker 0very important to us. The feedback it really is. You will help us better the show. You are the listener and you listen for a reason. What do you want?
23:04Speaker 0So
23:05Speaker 0good stuff, man. You ready to rock? I'm ready.
23:09Speaker 0All right. Number 1.
23:11Speaker 2Hey guys, love your podcasts. I've been on 4 mg weekly. Let's, we're going to start saying
23:16Speaker 2R only.
23:17Speaker 2Got to say R. We do not want to get this. Yeah. Don't want to get it shut down. We
23:22Speaker 2also,
23:23Speaker 2last thing is we are starting a website just called, it'll be called peptideoftheweek.com
23:29Speaker 2where we will air all these episodes because weird stuff is happening out there with social media and it can't be reliable. So we just want to create another space
23:37Speaker 2where you can always
23:39Speaker 0see 3 new videos. Sorry. Cause that made me think, okay. So a lot of you know, I posted something about the other day about,
23:46Speaker 0Josh Holyfield.
23:47Speaker 0What you guys didn't know. We all pretty much for the most part, this is a very,
23:51Speaker 0this industry is a very, small industry and everybody sticks together. We are really like, you know, Trevor, Jay, Josh, Holyfield. We were really close with these people. You know, it's been a blessing, but like on
24:03Speaker 0school, we are about positivity.
24:05Speaker 0Like it doesn't matter if you have a problem with Doctor. Trevor, if you have a problem with Josh, if you have a problem with us, listen, that's rad. You don't, not everybody's going to like us, man. I've dealt with that my whole life, but
24:16Speaker 0on 5 school, on our platform,
24:19Speaker 0it's a must that we stay positive. No, no talking crap on, you know,
24:24Speaker 0Anybody. Anybody like, listen, keep that sir outside.
24:28Speaker 0Only positive stuff here. Most of you do that, but
24:31Speaker 2that's just how we roll. So thank you for listening to that good stuff. Okay. What did your mother tell you growing up? If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all. Sometimes we agree, but sometimes we don't say it. All right. Hey guys, love the podcast.
24:45Speaker 2I've been on our 4 mg
24:47Speaker 2weekly for 4 months. Before that I was on Tirz and lost 15 kilograms.
24:54Speaker 2I'm now 65 kg and would love to get closer to 60 kg.
24:58Speaker 2But my main goal is body composition and learning out,
25:02Speaker 2leaning out my midsection for a wedding in January. Previously tried Tessa Ipah for 8 weeks, but had significant water retention and pain.
25:10Speaker 2So I stopped.
25:12Speaker 2My last stack was R 4 mg weekly, Clo 2 Migs, 5 times a week.
25:19Speaker 2Tessa Ipah, 1 mg, 5 times a week in relinotide,
25:23Speaker 20.5 of a milligram weekly when hunger returned.
25:27Speaker 2I'm a busy mom, a full time assistant principal, exercise daily, and play sports. I also struggle with low energy and poor sleep quality despite
25:34Speaker 2getting 6 to 7 hours. What would you be looking at researching before considering another stack,
25:41Speaker 2particularly for body composition and energy recovery
25:44Speaker 2and sleep? I value your input. Awesome.
25:47Speaker 0Full time assistant principal. I've met a few of you in my day,
25:51Speaker 0But, great question. Awesome.
25:54Speaker 0So I'm gonna go towards the sleeping thing because I have struggled with it, and I struggled with it. Push your limits, train with precision, see the results. At Equinox, that's high performance loving.

27:00Speaker 0For years and man, that really is going to affect your whole life. You don't say your age. I wish you did.
27:06Speaker 0So
27:07Speaker 0that would help quite a bit, but
27:09Speaker 0you gotta get that under the control. Before I even get there, let's, let's just, the 1st thing that jumps out at me is hormones.
27:16Speaker 0I would imagine 1st off when's the 1st when's the last time you got your blood work done? I would love to know your age because that would definitely help answer some of that stuff, but it sounds to me like your hormones might be off and that happens to every 1 of us. It just is what it is. Could just be progesterone,
27:33Speaker 0estrogen,
27:34Speaker 0testosterone,
27:36Speaker 0working with the right person can get those in line. Just those are going to make you sing. And that'll probably fix your sleep just in itself.
27:44Speaker 0It could be low testosterone and that's not why that's why you're not sleeping. 1st off, get your blood work done, a dear,
27:51Speaker 0and start there. And that will answer, I think a lot of your problems,
27:55Speaker 0you know, again, we've said it before, but we're so prone to like
28:00Speaker 0thinking when we don't feel well, we want to take something, but sometimes you got to know what you would, you would need to take and blood work's going to answer that because
28:09Speaker 0the hormones, you need that blood work. So get that done and you could even write back in and we can maybe help you with some of that stuff or get somebody that, you know, 1 of these gals, these doctors we've been working with might even help better than us.
28:22Speaker 0Now to fix the problem right now,
28:25Speaker 0I'm going to give you my protocol that has done me wonders.
28:29Speaker 0And again, shout out to the gentleman that, sent this to me. I think he's from Australia, I remember correctly.
28:35Speaker 0Magnesium,
28:35Speaker 0which we all should be taking anyway.
28:37Speaker 0Glycine,
28:39Speaker 0ashwagandha,
28:40Speaker 0and I
28:42Speaker 0do take a little bit of slow
28:45Speaker 0releasing melatonin,
28:47Speaker 0and that works well for me. And I have slept just so amazingly since I started that protocol.
28:53Speaker 0I like also the
28:56Speaker 0woo woo stuff, which is grounding.
28:59Speaker 0At the end of like, before I get ready for work, I go outside and I take my shoes off and I stare at the sun for literally about 3 minutes. And then I say another prayer and then I go jump my butt in a cold shower and it's
29:12Speaker 0worked well, but, there is something magical about your feet on the grass, your feet on the ground, the connection to
29:19Speaker 0the universe,
29:20Speaker 0God, whatever you choose to look at. Then that sun is
29:25Speaker 0energy. It is energy. So that's the woo side of me. I love it. I do that stuff and it works well for me,
29:34Speaker 0but I'm going to leave it there and see what will has to say, because I think you need to fix your hormones. I think your hormones are off. That's why you're probably really tired and that's an, that will probably fix your sleeping problem too. In the meantime, start taking this protocol. Promise you you'll sleep well. Yeah. I think the 1st thing that sticks out to me is like,
29:52Speaker 2you don't have enough fuel.
29:55Speaker 2So you're taking R and kegrelinotide,
29:58Speaker 2okay, whenever you get some extra hunger. Right? So you're probably not eating enough food.
30:04Speaker 2That's what I mean by fuel.
30:05Speaker 2You're not eating enough food, and that makes you a person tired and sluggish and not, you know, and fatigued, which are all the same things.
30:13Speaker 2So I would maybe abandon this. I mean, don't abandon completely, but like put the brakes on the losing the 5 kg and let's
30:22Speaker 2refocus on like food intake and
30:26Speaker 2protein intake. K?
30:28Speaker 2Believe it or not, and your metabolism is probably really slow because you've been, you know, restricting food,
30:34Speaker 2because of the R and kegrelinotide.
30:37Speaker 2So so
30:38Speaker 2your body our metabolism will slow down, and I've said this almost every episode probably, metabolism will slow down to the amount of calories that we put in our bodies.
30:48Speaker 2That
30:49Speaker 2will make that will that will plateau you. Right? So I would
30:54Speaker 2maybe pull the Cagrilintide and try just so eat small frequent meals of protein. Make sure you're getting enough protein.
31:01Speaker 2That will not add fat to you. Right? It'll just it'll probably
31:05Speaker 2benefit. It'll add more muscle. Therefore, metabolism goes up and you start losing weight better and you will get some you know, protein isn't our primary fuel source, but,
31:15Speaker 2carbohydrates
31:16Speaker 2are it's the easiest thing for our body to turn into to energy. K? But the problem is that when you eat a carbohydrate, if you don't burn that, if you don't use that carb for energy,
31:26Speaker 2it then goes great. Let's store and it stores on you, converts into fat and stores for energy later.
31:34Speaker 2So
31:35Speaker 2smartly
31:36Speaker 2timed carbs are fine. Right? Like eat some carbs before your workout. Great. You'll have a good workout. Right. Cause you'll use those, you'll use those
31:44Speaker 2during the workout. Eat carbs in the morning. You're going to be walking around and doing all your thing, you know, using your brain all day long. That burns calories, by the way. Yeah. Just stay away from the carbs at night, but try to get yourself on a on a on a small
31:57Speaker 2and
31:58Speaker 2frequent
31:59Speaker 2meal schedule,
32:01Speaker 2which the R will, like, kind of enforce.
32:04Speaker 2Other than that, the only other, I would try something like B12, like look at your vitamins. So again, the fuel source has gone. Therefore, you're probably not getting the right vitamins and nutrients,
32:12Speaker 2right? And it's like an injectable
32:15Speaker 2methylcobalamin,
32:16Speaker 2which is B12 with the methyl added. Doctor Scott talks about it all the time. That might might just give you a lot of energy, but as far as peptides go,
32:26Speaker 2I don't know, SS-thirty
32:27Speaker 21.
32:29Speaker 2SS-thirty 1 is going to bake make your is gonna harness all the energy in your mitochondria and basically that
32:35Speaker 2all converts into ATP, and that's our cellular energy. That's the stuff that makes us yeah. Our muscles really move and faster and stronger, and you have a bit more stamina throughout the day. So I would take a look at that, and I wouldn't do less than 5 Migs a day of SS-31NAD
32:51Speaker 0as well.
32:52Speaker 2NAD,
32:52Speaker 2absolutely. There's some other things to try.
32:55Speaker 2Just be careful of not stack just don't just like throw a whole bunch of stuff on your plate at
33:00Speaker 2Right? You wanna know what makes the difference.
33:03Speaker 0Yeah. And we
33:04Speaker 0talked about it, but like it's important to touch on this again because again, I was just in Disneyland and they do not have a lot of healthy food at Disneyland. And we sat and ate breakfast with our friends and it was an all you can eat place. And as you can imagine, most people are going gorge themselves at those places and it's not the best food. And I had a conversation with a good friend of mine, Justin, who's also a coach, you know, and he knows a lot about nutrition and we were talking through this.
33:28Speaker 0It is so important to use our damn brains when you are out of your element
33:33Speaker 0in a place like that, it's going to be a lot of shit food, And there's gonna be a lot of temptation. So your carbs
33:40Speaker 0eat carbs through like a fruit,
33:42Speaker 0Like, you know what I mean? Instead of like bad carbs, just you be smart. And when I say think through stuff,
33:49Speaker 0that's thinking through stuff,
33:50Speaker 0eat foods that are, you can eat a lot of that are going to be less calories because you probably want to eat more. So that's just using your brain And that's
34:00Speaker 0if you go somewhere, but you 2 here, again, you gotta be thinking through when to eat, when to eat certain
34:07Speaker 0foods. And for you ladies, I really think that you need to start your day with about 40 grams of protein. And I am trying to talk my bride into that
34:16Speaker 0because I really think that is important for you ladies, not as much men that can do more 2 fasting and
34:21Speaker 0affects women differently. Hope helps. Eat before you go to Disneyland. So you don't, you're not starving and then eat all of their bad food. 0 Seriously. Well, what we did was, you know, we were with all people that were fairly healthy. Right. And like, didn't want to eat that food. We
34:37Speaker 0waited and ate at a steak house and we all sat down at a nice dinner. Like it was about 05:00 and we all ate a good meal, you know? Mean,
34:46Speaker 0Matthew's a role in some of that. No, we were still inside on
34:50Speaker 0this other side. California Adventure has some nice restaurants. We could have ate when we were in Disneyland side, but we waited, right, thinking through it because they just had crap food there. Yep. And none of us were gonna eat that stuff. And I had a nice steak.
35:03Speaker 0It didn't have any
35:05Speaker 2damn eggs or avocado for me, which blew me away. So I just ate the steak. So, drink a lot of water too. The only thing I always noticed is is throughout the day, right, if I'm getting tired and I'm like, damn, let's I'm tired. I must need more coffee. Right? And I drink my 3rd cup of coffee and I go, wow, that did nothing to me. I will, if I go just chug a bunch of water,
35:26Speaker 2that will wake me up better than anything. Obviously, more coffee is dehydrating and it just kind of stops working. So like, keep yourself really hydrated. Those of you who've read those like Jack Reacher books, I always remember like they, oh, he always,
35:40Speaker 2Lee Childhood, think is dead now, but,
35:42Speaker 2would always
35:44Speaker 2say that Jack Reacher, like he's always drinking a whole bunch of water. He thinks that that's the lifeblood of his energy and, and, and everything. It's kind of an interesting saltwater thing.
35:52Speaker 0But, and JD likes saltwater and that's great too. That's even, that's a little bit better. It absorbs. Yeah. That's what, especially the water, if it's not like a Kagan or whatnot, which we have a gal coming in on Friday. I can't wait to ask her questions,
36:03Speaker 0but you're, you're peeing a lot. Your water's going through you. The salt's going to help you absorb it better. So, you know, all right. So see, Hey guys, love your podcast. I tell all my peptide curious homies to tune in 35
36:16Speaker 0female,
36:17Speaker 0formerly obese dropped 125
36:20Speaker 0pounds by changing lifestyle.
36:23Speaker 0Pre pep tags.
36:25Speaker 2Seriously,
36:27Speaker 0that is not easy. So you are a badass. I love it.
36:31Speaker 0Live 5 days a week for the past 10 years, constant as fuck
36:36Speaker 0high protein,
36:38Speaker 0diet and check, yada yada. I've been on Reta for almost 3 months, worked up to 2 megs
36:44Speaker 0a week split in 2 doses.
36:46Speaker 0Did SS-31for
36:47Speaker 0a bit, no side effects from either pep.
36:50Speaker 0Tried NAD,
36:52Speaker 0loved the energy. However, I was in an odd reaction, thought I was getting arthritis.
36:57Speaker 01st knuckles started hurting my scale shot of 3.5
37:01Speaker 0pounds quickly, despite increasing Retta dosage
37:05Speaker 0and had swelling in my legs, stopped NAD.
37:08Speaker 0And
37:09Speaker 0that all went well away within 2 to 3 days. What the F ever heard of this reaction?
37:15Speaker 0Any insight would be great anecdotal or scientific.
37:18Speaker 0You all.
37:19Speaker 2All right. So here's the, I mean, the answer is no. I have never had anyone
37:24Speaker 2tell me that they had these symptoms after doing NAD. And I'm not saying you didn't, you obviously did. So
37:32Speaker 2I think that you're experiencing some type of reaction, like an allergic reaction to this and specifically to NAD,
37:39Speaker 2not
37:40Speaker 2like
37:41Speaker 2what we talk about, like a histamine reaction where it's just a foreign substance and so your body creates histamines. Yes, this is also like a histam it is a histamine reaction, but I think you're actually, like, probably allergic to the NAD.
37:53Speaker 2I would not retry,
37:56Speaker 2that same bottle of NAD. If you really, really wanna try NAD, I would
38:01Speaker 2talk to whoever you got it from and see if maybe you can get a different batch,
38:07Speaker 2get a bottle from a different batch because
38:09Speaker 2this is what you experienced.
38:11Speaker 2And
38:13Speaker 2that's a good test to see if you bought it from a good company.
38:17Speaker 2This is why some companies charge more also
38:20Speaker 2because they're good to their customers.
38:22Speaker 2And, they should give you another bottle if you really wanna try it, but but
38:27Speaker 2so you might be allergic to something. It was in that. There could have been a contaminant, who knows, but it could you could just be allergic to the actual entity itself, and therefore, a new batch, a new lot will do nothing, and you'll experience the same reaction. The edema is which is like the swelling in your legs. It's that 3 pounds is obviously water.
38:44Speaker 2You know, nobody makes nobody adds a fat in nobody has 3.5 pounds of fat in 3 days.
38:49Speaker 2And nobody burns it that fast either when when they stop. So there was some reaction and you just may not be a good candidate for any.
38:59Speaker 2That's all, it's all there is, but it's up to you if you really, really, really want to try NAD again, I would do what I said previously.
39:06Speaker 0Yeah.
39:07Speaker 0Yeah.
39:08Speaker 0So what we talked about before, I think already is you can replace it with SS-31which
39:12Speaker 0did.
39:13Speaker 0I think, now let's
39:15Speaker 0just be blunt.
39:16Speaker 0The amount of dose, the amount you're going run of SS-31is
39:20Speaker 0expensive that we think works, Will and I.
39:23Speaker 0So that depends on pocketbook,
39:25Speaker 0you know, and not everybody can afford it. Let's just be honest, it's expensive.
39:29Speaker 0But if you can, you might try it, see if that does well for you.
39:34Speaker 0Think it does.
39:35Speaker 0NAD is great. I love NAD. He just answered that. Try what he said. If you can try another batch or another
39:42Speaker 0company
39:43Speaker 0or maybe whatever, if it's a good company, they'll replace it. And we'll ask questions.
39:48Speaker 0If it's a bad company, they won't change
39:51Speaker 0companies into them.
39:52Speaker 0In regards to same thing as a gal top,
39:55Speaker 0what's your hormones like you're 35, have you had blood work done?
40:00Speaker 0You're right in that range where you really need to start looking at your hormones. So we want to get the blood work done.
40:07Speaker 0Sometimes just some
40:09Speaker 0gesture shown or something like that can change everything, you know?
40:13Speaker 0And that requires
40:14Speaker 0blood work.
40:16Speaker 0I
40:16Speaker 0would go with the doctor that knows what they're doing. And then the cool thing is there are a lot more coming out. There's a lot of doctors that are starting to see the light step away from the Western medicine and really starting to get back to, I think why they became a doctor, you know? And I love it. It's,
40:32Speaker 0you know, Doctor. K on here last week, she was rad. People have loved her. I think that's great. I've been talking to her through DM for quite some time and I knew that she was going to be great. So here you go. So yeah, I guess your blood work done. In regards to peptides,
40:45Speaker 0here's, here's a few that you can try. The 5 amino 1MQ goes great with,
40:50Speaker 0goes great with R. It just does. It's gonna really just take,
40:56Speaker 0it's gonna
40:57Speaker 0choose Your body's gonna choose to burn fat
41:00Speaker 0over glucose.
41:02Speaker 0So I think that 5 amino just goes great with R.
41:05Speaker 0And my 2 favorites for any gal is going to be AOD and Tesa.
41:09Speaker 0So those 2 together 3 seem to do really well.
41:14Speaker 0Try that. Hope that helps.
41:16Speaker 2All
41:17Speaker 2right. Number 3. Hey guys, thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and creating the podcast. I listen while I'm driving almost daily. Okay. So I've heard you guys talk about pipette storage and remember a highlight was to avoid moisture,
41:29Speaker 2keep them in a cool, dark place, etcetera. I have mine stored in a hydro peak canister with silicone inserts, constituted
41:36Speaker 2and unconstituted
41:37Speaker 2vials.
41:38Speaker 2That sucker is pretty cold, by the way, not freezing. I noticed condensation
41:42Speaker 2on the vials and inside the container.
41:44Speaker 2Weird. Thinking if it's in the outside of the vial, it's probably on the inside too. Right? Should I be concerned, and is there a better container you recommend for storing?
41:55Speaker 2That last sentence, no. No, I do not agree.
41:59Speaker 2If it's on the outside of the vial, it does not absolutely no. It it's it does it it doesn't mean that it's on the inside. That would be weird. Because the
42:08Speaker 2condensation
42:09Speaker 2is from moisture and like that's because that your canister isn't like really
42:14Speaker 2super medically sealed. Right? The bottle should be in a lab
42:20Speaker 2where no contaminants got into it when it was sealed. So you are right.
42:25Speaker 2The con well, there shouldn't we don't want condensation inside of the bottle. See that's That's
42:29Speaker 2a problem if you see that. But my guess is you don't have that. And just because you have a conversation on the outside,
42:36Speaker 2great.
42:37Speaker 2So do I. And all of mine, there's conversation on the outside, not on the inside. So you're good to go.
42:44Speaker 2Well, you should be good to go, just assuming. Dry it about, dry it off, and see if there's condensation on the inside.
42:50Speaker 2Even if there is, what we're worried about is, yes, contamination,
42:56Speaker 2but that contamination
42:58Speaker 2is mostly the biggest worry is that it will degrade your peptide.
43:02Speaker 0Right.
43:04Speaker 2There's always a chance, but a very small chance that it, like, is
43:09Speaker 2that something actually harmful
43:12Speaker 2got in,
43:14Speaker 2to you, to a human being,
43:16Speaker 2That in enough
43:18Speaker 2volume that it's actually going to affect a human being. It's
43:21Speaker 2easy bacteria can affect that tiny little peptide chain very easily, but a human being, not that easy. So
43:28Speaker 2yeah, dude, you're the right, you're on the right track and man, there's your answer. Keep doing what you've been doing. 0 Yeah. I just wrote down fridge. That's
43:36Speaker 0where, I mean, so I have, we have kids, you know, in my house and like, we don't, you know, they're not old. No, they do actually go in the fridge. In my office at my house, I have a nice
43:45Speaker 0sized fridge and we keep all of our peptides there that are out of the kids able to get to it. That's what works for me. So if you have ability to do that, just keep them in that little fridge, man. That's perfect.
43:56Speaker 2All right.
43:57Speaker 2Europe. Europe.
43:59Speaker 0I'm up. Hey guys, I'd love some clarification
44:02Speaker 0on the mitochondria reboot approach. This is a good question.
44:06Speaker 0Approach with SS-31MOTS
44:08Speaker 0C and NAD.
44:09Speaker 0I've seen so much conflicting info, so we run
44:13Speaker 0all 3 separately,
44:15Speaker 0skip MOTS-1.0 altogether or start SS-31add
44:18Speaker 0MOTS-CN then introduce NAD while tapering off SS-thirty
44:22Speaker 01.
44:23Speaker 0Is there actually a benefit of stacking sequencing them in this way? MOTS-1C an important part of the process or can SS-31NAD
44:33Speaker 0accomplish a similar goal? I'd love to hear you guys approach
44:37Speaker 0these 3 and the reasoning behind it. Great question comes up all the time to us as well. Go ahead. Yeah. All right. So here's, I'll give you,
44:45Speaker 2well, I'll give you a lot of some points of views. So 1st of all, what do these things do? So SS-thirty
44:51Speaker 21, there is a around your mitochondria, just think of it like as a cell wall. Okay?
44:57Speaker 2Around that and then and your mitochondria is what is
45:01Speaker 2creating energy for your body. Okay?
45:04Speaker 2Inside of there, that needs to be creating like, it's a power plant, right, and it needs to create the energy and then go only 1 direction. Go out 1 tube
45:13Speaker 2that filters that energy to the right spot, right, which is our body.
45:17Speaker 2So if you have a big, like, container
45:20Speaker 2that's holding radioactive material
45:22Speaker 2and there's holes all over the place,
45:24Speaker 2it starts leaking out and not all of it goes through that 1 tube that where you need it to go. Okay? SS-thirty
45:31Speaker 21 is basically plugging all of those holes. So it makes sure that your MIDI call that energy your MIDI crown deer is creating is harnessing that and it is all sending to the right place. Okay? So
45:44Speaker 2MOTS-3C is basically
45:45Speaker 2giving more energy to the mitochondria. Okay? It's not creating more mitochondria, it's just giving more,
45:51Speaker 2it's revving that engine in there. Right? NAD
45:55Speaker 2simply NAD does a lot of things, but most, let's just say, Hey, it can
46:00Speaker 2make your cells, not necessarily your mitochondria,
46:03Speaker 2right, cells,
46:04Speaker 2replicate
46:05Speaker 2better,
46:06Speaker 2stronger,
46:08Speaker 2make those cells that aren't as good and strong
46:12Speaker 2stronger and make more cells. Okay.
46:15Speaker 2So kind of different things, but
46:18Speaker 2so if that is the picture,
46:21Speaker 2I believe,
46:22Speaker 21st of all, like what's the point of adding a higher rev engine
46:26Speaker 2if you got holes all over the place? Right? And it's just gonna leak out anyway. So 1st things 1st is the is the SS-thirty
46:34Speaker 21. Right? And if you ask Jay Campbell, he thinks that SS-thirty 1 should be gone done a month
46:41Speaker 2and not at the same time as MOTS-three. Right? SS 31, MOTS-three.
46:45Speaker 2If
46:46Speaker 2you ask Doctor. K, she basically says that, look, inherently,
46:51Speaker 2most people of a certain young age, and she didn't give us an exact number, but, you know, probably like under 40,
46:59Speaker 2are their mitochondria is perfectly fine. Okay? Most people, your mitochondria is perfectly fine. It's only as you get older
47:06Speaker 2is it starts to decline its energy output. Therefore, anybody young doing MOTS-3s probably not gonna feel anything and notice anything because it's not gonna take you from extra,
47:15Speaker 2it may not take you an extra physiologic, super physiological levels. Right? And so there's no point in doing it if you're younger. The proof is in the pudding on the MOTS-3s, right? If you do it and you go, holy shit, like I feel I have way more energy. Like life's good. That means you probably had some damage to mitochondria and you're, you're, it wasn't creating all the energy that it should have been. We know some people like that. We know people, if I take MOTS-3A, I don't really notice a difference.
47:41Speaker 2I definitely do notice a difference now taking the SS-thirty 1. SS-thirty 1,
47:48Speaker 2yeah. It's gonna I think it it also I'm not ready to explain,
47:52Speaker 2other things and how it how that
47:55Speaker 2can I noticed it in the gym,
47:58Speaker 2through just muscle, stamina, and strength, not necessarily
48:02Speaker 2all day energy
48:03Speaker 2right now? It's also because I'm not
48:06Speaker 2sleeping as many hours as a person should. That's like
48:09Speaker 2that is like hands down the biggest detriment. And also still, I think I've like really just completely stopped all my testosterone,
48:16Speaker 2Whereas I weaned it down right into a low point and now I've literally pulled it off.
48:21Speaker 2Mostly just, yeah, completely for like a month.
48:24Speaker 2Know. Yeah. And
48:26Speaker 2I definitely notice,
48:27Speaker 2I think especially the last like week or so, 2 weeks,
48:31Speaker 2I've been lower energy. No, you've crying a lot. Yeah, that's exactly.
48:35Speaker 2He's
48:36Speaker 2joking. Okay. So
48:40Speaker 2that's how those things work. To my suggestion, I don't have a problem. I think that MOTS-3s): Or I mean SS-thirty 1 for sure. Do that Okay. We got to solidify the container.
48:51Speaker 2I,
48:52Speaker 2and I would run that, I don't know, hell 2 weeks again, minimum 5 megs a day. I really don't think it's kind of even worthwhile to do any less JD and I are doing like 30 megs a day. Yep. And
49:04Speaker 2so I don't know, a couple of weeks and then, then I have no problem running MOTS-1s with
49:09Speaker 2it,
49:10Speaker 2just SS-31first.
49:12Speaker 2Okay. Then run your MOTS-1s and make
49:15Speaker 2also think that with SS-thirty 1, it is 1 of these things where it's gonna go fill that
49:20Speaker 2don't need to keep taking the SS-thirty 1. It's like, I would take it for 1 month and cool. If MOTS-1C overlaps that, that's fine. But maybe quarterly,
49:29Speaker 2quarterly
49:30Speaker 2run SS 31 for a month.
49:32Speaker 2Right?
49:33Speaker 2So run it, solidify that. And then it's going stay solid until some, you know, more holes get poked in it and then do it again. Yeah.
49:41Speaker 2And NAD shoot, I think NAD can be ran- Anytime. Anytime, all the time, if you want. If you don't, if you're not allergic, like the last person,
49:49Speaker 0you
49:50Speaker 2know, I have no problem with that. NAD
49:53Speaker 2does some amazing
49:55Speaker 2things and some amazing reports.
49:58Speaker 2Yeah.
49:59Speaker 0That is my best attempt to set the record straight. Although that's great. I can't even like add that much to it, except for the fact that we're blessed to be able to hang out with some people that are hell of a lot smarter than us and know a lot more than us. That part's been a blessing.
50:13Speaker 0You know, I have, I was sitting the other night with Jay Campbell, Trevor Cruder, and Trevor's partner, his name's Doug. And,
50:21Speaker 0you know, they talk deep, deep, deep peptide stuff. I felt definitely out my league, you know? And, I say that being honest and, but I am a sponge,
50:30Speaker 0I'm asking questions and just soaking this stuff up and I'm blessed to be able to be pretty good friends with these friends
50:36Speaker 0with these guys now. Like, I ask them all that question,
50:39Speaker 0every 1 of them,
50:41Speaker 0and Josh Holyfield and everybody that comes in and there's always a slightly different opinion.
50:46Speaker 0I don't think anybody fully, fully, fully knows, but I think we'll
50:49Speaker 0just nail that. I think that you're gonna, most people at this point are going to say start with SS-31.
50:54Speaker 0The MOTS-3C side is where people differ a little bit.
50:58Speaker 0But I think he answered it perfectly.
51:01Speaker 0The only thing with SS-31s
51:03Speaker 0we've already mentioned, it's costly to run it at
51:07Speaker 0the amount that is suggested even 5 megs. And if you can afford more, I would suggest you go up. I really do feel like it's made a really big difference in how I feel.
51:18Speaker 0You don't have to do 30 megs like us. Obviously, we can kind of get it fairly easily, but just
51:23Speaker 0start with the SS-31up
51:25Speaker 0to you on the MOTS-1C. I have not decided if I'm going to add MOTS-1C back in. You know me, if I do, I'll tell you how I feel.
51:34Speaker 0That was perfect. So it, run run it, run it. I love it. That doesn't matter. That doesn't come into this equation in my opinion at all. You should run it. And they're not redundant. They're not all just doing the same thing. That was 1 of the main questions.
51:46Speaker 2Okay. Hey guys, I'm a 42 year old female from Australia. I've recently discovered the benefits of peptides
51:52Speaker 2over the last few months. I have been on R for almost 12 weeks. I titrated up to 2.5 mg a week. Push your limits. Train with precision.

53:00Speaker 2At the most, and this was my sweet spot. And now I'm back down to 1 mg.
53:05Speaker 2I'm wondering if there is more benefit coming off completely
53:08Speaker 2for 4 weeks
53:09Speaker 2or remaining on a low dose before going up again. I would appreciate your thoughts. I'm happy with my level of leanness and have all the foundations in place. I strength train 4 times a week, and cardio the other 3 times a week. I've just started Tessa and after listening to you guys thought about adding AOD with this while on a break from Retta. For reference, I am 52 kg and
53:32Speaker 2just like being lean all year round. Good for you. Don't we all? Yes.
53:37Speaker 01st off,
53:38Speaker 0the 1st thing that jumped out at me was, think you answered, am happy with my level of of leanness
53:43Speaker 0and have all the foundations in place. Could tell, you know what you're doing.
53:48Speaker 0I'm just even curious why you even need Retta. You know, I think if you took out the Retta and replaced it with like a 5 -1MQ,
53:55Speaker 01 of the things that it really goes well with people coming off Reta or while you're on it,
54:00Speaker 0because it's going to take, it's going to chew your body's going to choose to burn fat rather than glucose.
54:06Speaker 0So it does help with the burning fat. Like it's basically like you're running on keto to a degree, you know, the easiest way to explain it. And,
54:13Speaker 0so, we've, I've just talked with a lot of people that do well with coming off Reta and running 5MA and 1MQ, and it's a freaking amazing compound. It just is.
54:22Speaker 0You don't sound like a gal that really needs Reta to me. So
54:27Speaker 0again,
54:27Speaker 0we don't want to run things in perpetuity
54:30Speaker 0again, except for HGH and TRT for the most part for men. And
54:35Speaker 0then you can kind of toy around with different things and stuff. Mean, again, if you need Retta,
54:41Speaker 0then add it back in. So my opinion would be, yeah, sure. Come off it. Then try some different compounds. You sound like a disciplined human.
54:48Speaker 0If it's, you know, like keeping
54:52Speaker 0your weight in check, I mean, that's diet
55:38Speaker 2then I'd stay at the 1 mg maintenance dose.
55:41Speaker 2I
55:42Speaker 2don't think that, like, a 4 week reset
55:45Speaker 2down to 1 mg
55:46Speaker 2is doing much of a reset. I also don't think a form 4 week reset at 0 is doing much of a reset.
55:54Speaker 2I think it's negligible either way, but I'm also not mad at you for staying on a 1 mg maintenance dose. Like I know tons of people who do and honestly just for like the brain,
56:04Speaker 2like the neuro protection
56:05Speaker 2and your brain staying sharp
56:08Speaker 2throughout the day, right, because it's
56:10Speaker 2pushing energy to your brain. So
56:13Speaker 2I don't think that really makes a difference much.
56:16Speaker 2Okay? I because I don't think the 2 2.5 Migs are just gonna work like so much better if you're off for 4 weeks versus being on 1 Mig 4 weeks. Yeah.
56:26Speaker 2But, yeah, it's like and JD, like, the goal is to take nothing. It sounds like you are, and the goal is to build you know, with with these stuff, with the GLP-1s, hopefully,
56:35Speaker 2the goal is to kinda shrink a person's stomach,
56:37Speaker 2but also learn these good life and eating habits,
56:41Speaker 2and be on it long enough where you got those habits down and then very slowly pull it out and maintain your habits of discipline,
56:48Speaker 2and you might just find you don't
56:50Speaker 2need it at all.
56:52Speaker 0Would be ultimate goal. Everybody has like a different,
56:55Speaker 0experience with everything. And what I mean by that is, I've
57:00Speaker 0shared this before, but if you haven't heard this part, Retta,
57:03Speaker 0what I liked about it, it's an amazing compound for me. It took me out of my discipline. Like I knew I could cheat a little bit. And then when I, you start cheating a little bit, you just start, here's
57:13Speaker 0my discipline. Like as well, like I was like, damn dude, like I'm just man, I'm super disciplined and it really started to affect me. I, I had to pull it because like, I was like, dude, listen, it's jacked up my discipline. And I'd like to be disciplined because it's just, that's where I like to sit. So maybe you're like that. You sound disciplined. Yep. So maybe,
57:34Speaker 0try that. And
57:36Speaker 2like the, Hey, the AOD or even like, great. Yes. Yes. I would try AOD
57:40Speaker 2if you're going to come off
57:42Speaker 2R, then cool. I do I totally believe in trying to, like,
57:46Speaker 2come off some peptides, right, and then replace with something else. Yeah. So AOD is a great 1. Like, Tesofensine's
57:53Speaker 2maybe 1 you wanna think That helps with,
57:56Speaker 2with the food noise,
57:58Speaker 2and so does the,
58:00Speaker 2so does kegrelinitine
58:01Speaker 2that was mentioned before.
58:03Speaker 2Right? That is just
58:05Speaker 2to help with food noise. So
58:07Speaker 2those could be potential replacements if you need them, but I guess but that's contrary to the argument that we were just talking about, about discipline and not taking something
58:17Speaker 2and needing it. Yeah. Up to you though. I'm not mad at you either way. Like I totally get it. Everybody's
58:23Speaker 2different. Everybody's different, different places in your life. It sounds like you're on your shit, so you're a good candidate to
58:28Speaker 0try it on your own. Right? Yeah. Yeah. That's a good question for you. I'm 33, Five'eleven100And75Pounds.
58:34Speaker 0Highest was 2 80.
58:36Speaker 0Wow. That's a big difference. Engaged and getting married in November. Congratulations.
58:41Speaker 0My fiance and I are actively trying for our 1st child as well. Recent labs came back with a total T of 4 20, free T of 65,
58:50Speaker 0which is not bad, and SHBG
58:53Speaker 0of 27, but of course I want more. Currently running
58:56Speaker 0R
58:57Speaker 0-5Amino
58:58Speaker 0and adding AOD-nine
59:00Speaker 0604 to my stack soon for, more fat burning. I already know TRT is the best way to go for prime optimization,
59:08Speaker 0but while I'm actively trying for a child would be wiser to go with Enclomiphene,
59:12Speaker 0Kisspeptin-ten
59:14Speaker 0or HCG
59:15Speaker 0route.
59:16Speaker 0Beyonce also just started Kisspeptin-ten
59:18Speaker 0at
59:19Speaker 0100 micrograms and says she feels her ovaries moving. So I hope that's a good sign. Love the content. Keep up the good work. All
59:27Speaker 2right. That
59:29Speaker 2last sentence, I have no idea what that means. And so I would talk to a doctor about her feeling her ovaries moving.
59:35Speaker 0Yeah.
59:37Speaker 2I can't, I can't speak to that. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing or like what that feels like or
59:43Speaker 2whatever. But you're, yeah, you're a 100% right. You should.
59:48Speaker 2So you should,
59:50Speaker 2the best scenario to make you as fertile as possible is to pull the tier, the test completely. I don't think it's, I don't think he's on test.
59:59Speaker 2Well, then don't pull it. Just don't do it. Because he did say TRT is the best way to go prime optimization.
1:00:04Speaker 2Yes. That is true. To feel the best, look the best, but definitely not to be the most fertile. So if you're on test, you know and I know, but again, we I have 10 friends. JD's a 2 time winner on this example of
1:00:19Speaker 2being on a low dose of TRT and still getting the your wife pregnant. So it's possible,
1:00:26Speaker 2but it's a better chance
1:00:27Speaker 2to not be on test and
1:00:30Speaker 2be more fertile. Doctor. Kiss said 3 months. She said that once you pull the test, it's going going to take 3 months,
1:00:38Speaker 2for you your natural testes to kick on and start making good fertile sperm again.
1:00:45Speaker 2And even with the help of Enclomiphene
1:00:47Speaker 2and HCG, so I absolutely do Enclomiphene,
1:00:51Speaker 2do HCG.
1:00:52Speaker 2I told her I was doing like a 1500
1:00:55Speaker 2IUs 3 times a week and she her her response to that was maybe you should do less only because
1:01:02Speaker 2that might be too high of a dose and it might be kicking up your estrogen.
1:01:06Speaker 2But those people like me, I don't really have an estrogen.
1:01:10Speaker 2I mean, I get estrogen symptoms. Cool. When I ask for them, like when I do like a lot of tests, hell yeah, like everybody else, but I don't get estrogen,
1:01:18Speaker 2you know,
1:01:19Speaker 2abnormally
1:01:20Speaker 2bad. And so I haven't, I have had 0 estrogen symptoms at my 1,500.
1:01:25Speaker 2I use 3 times a week, but some people might. And so that's something to watch for.
1:01:30Speaker 2Also told me to, I think it's like 12.5 mg of Enclomiphene. Usually they come in 12.5 mg tabs.
1:01:37Speaker 2I was,
1:01:38Speaker 2yeah, I was doing 25 mg a day. And
1:01:42Speaker 2so, cool. I'm gonna try 12.5 and the same thing, same reason and reasoning behind that.
1:01:48Speaker 2Cause you can't have a high estrogen
1:01:50Speaker 2also and
1:01:52Speaker 2keep yourself prime fertile. Kisspeptin
1:01:54Speaker 210 is interesting. It's like
1:01:58Speaker 2worthless
1:01:58Speaker 2while you're on testosterone.
1:02:01Speaker 2Okay? Because it works way upstream in your pituitary.
1:02:04Speaker 2And if you're up on tests,
1:02:07Speaker 2pituitary
1:02:08Speaker 2is just not listening.
1:02:09Speaker 2Okay? It will not turn on
1:02:12Speaker 2to any stimulus because it thinks it has enough tests. Right? But Kisspeptin is working way upstream on your brain 1st to tell your body, Hey, let's go make my
1:02:21Speaker 2luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone, which is
1:02:25Speaker 2testicles and AKA also your ovaries, same thing.
1:02:30Speaker 2Cool. If you're not taking tests, yeah, I'd run them all. The 1 thing about my research that on the Kisspeptin-ten is like they use Kisspeptin-ten
1:02:38Speaker 2for
1:02:39Speaker 2anti fertility treatments. So they give people high doses
1:02:43Speaker 2of Kisspeptin
1:02:44Speaker 210 to kill their fertility.
1:02:47Speaker 2So more is not better in this case. You actually want it to be somewhere around that hundred microgram 3 times a week. Okay? Yeah. So at low doses, cool, it's gonna help. At high doses, it's going to hinder you.
1:03:00Speaker 2So
1:03:02Speaker 2I would do all those. I've also taken HMG,
1:03:04Speaker 2which is like a, again, 1 of these, like, really expensive
1:03:08Speaker 2last chance. Usually doctors will say, Hey, try HCG and clomiphene 1st.
1:03:13Speaker 2If you're not getting any luck in like 6 months, then we can start adding an HMG at like 75
1:03:19Speaker 2IUs,
1:03:20Speaker 2which is 1 full bottle,
1:03:22Speaker 2like 3 times a week. So
1:03:25Speaker 2I just happen to know a guy. So I get it, get him and I can, I can do that?
1:03:32Speaker 2Last resort it, but
1:03:34Speaker 2do those 3. It's the best answer I got.
1:03:37Speaker 2And you know, your test at 4 20 is not high. It's not
1:03:41Speaker 2mid.
1:03:42Speaker 2It's a little like low medium, I suppose.
1:03:46Speaker 2The free test is high, so that's great. And that's what really matters. Yeah. You know,
1:03:51Speaker 2you're somehow converting your SHBG
1:03:53Speaker 2months, that 27, don't know,
1:03:57Speaker 2but something's allowing that free test to go to work.
1:04:00Speaker 2He's 33.
1:04:01Speaker 2Yeah. Cool. So you're a good age.
1:04:04Speaker 2Yeah. You're a good age. You should, you should,
1:04:07Speaker 2you should be able to get her pregnant soon.
1:04:10Speaker 0Yeah. Good luck. Standard.
1:04:12Speaker 0Lift weights.
1:04:13Speaker 2Lift weights too rough sleep, lifting weights and lifting heavy weight,
1:04:19Speaker 0less cardio. 0 Yeah. Just get just, you know, like weight training is always a good thing for everybody, dude. That's what's going to keep you younger.
1:04:27Speaker 0But yeah, you didn't, I, you don't aren't taking TRT,
1:04:31Speaker 0which even at 33 man, that's pushing it. I mean, at 4 20,
1:04:35Speaker 0you're, you're, you're, you're free is good.
1:04:37Speaker 0Know, I like to keep mine around roughly 45 to 50 because that's where I feel the best. Doesn't mean that you're, you're me,
1:04:43Speaker 0but you're cruising man. You know, Enclomiphene's great because, you know, there are actual clinical trials that have shown that it's going to raise testosterone
1:04:51Speaker 0and, you know, keep, preserve your sperm count. So I think alone,
1:04:56Speaker 0that 1 should 1 do it. I don't know how long you've been trying,
1:05:01Speaker 0but I have no doubt in my mind, unless your bride might have some issues. You'll you'll get a pregnant man. If you go in school, I have like diagram details
1:05:10Speaker 2of how all of the fertility drugs work in a person's body. Like all of the pathways of just like, yeah, he goes from here to there, to there, to there
1:05:18Speaker 2and what they should do and dosage
1:05:20Speaker 2in dosages and sourcing. If you want to go join the school and really
1:05:24Speaker 2get an in-depth knowledge,
1:05:26Speaker 2do that.
1:05:27Speaker 0Thank you. Yeah.
1:05:29Speaker 2Okay.
1:05:31Speaker 0Next,
1:05:32Speaker 2I guess. So question 7, I was listening to the JRE
1:05:35Speaker 2show and I heard David Sinclair talk about how our can cause an eye stroke, which causes blindness in 1 eye.
1:05:43Speaker 2Like any good researcher, I researched myself
1:05:46Speaker 2and,
1:05:48Speaker 2and I find that 1 in every 10000 people have this issue with GLP ones. Is there any data
1:05:54Speaker 2on what other factors might cause this issue? For example, I remember research on Cardrian said it would cause cancer in mice, but it was a huge dose compared to the typical human dose, right? It was, it was 80. They gave a poor mouse 80 times the human dose,
1:06:09Speaker 2which is crazy. Course. Yeah. That's what they talk about forever too. Also,
1:06:13Speaker 2is there a place to find these studies?
1:06:16Speaker 2Honestly, that is scary. 1 in 10000,
1:06:21Speaker 2which isn't great odds for something as serious and complete vision loss. Thank you for all your support and provided us. Okay, so I did some research also
1:06:29Speaker 2in answering this, I might, I dislike it in podcasts when people just
1:06:34Speaker 2read the research,
1:06:36Speaker 2but some of this stuff I'm going to have to, I'm going to read a little bit.
1:06:40Speaker 2It's not long,
1:06:41Speaker 2but the 1 in 10000 is a vast overstatement and it is not a, not true. There's a EMA
1:06:49Speaker 2like, so there's an acronym EMA,
1:06:52Speaker 2means may affect up to 1 in 10000. Right? This is like a general label that that researchers put on some things,
1:07:00Speaker 2but
1:07:01Speaker 2it's not the conclusive data definitely doesn't show 1 in 10000. It and also the
1:07:08Speaker 2classified NAION,
1:07:10Speaker 2okay, is this actual condition. It's a very rare adverse effect of semaglutide
1:07:15Speaker 2specifically,
1:07:16Speaker 2not of R,
1:07:18Speaker 2and not of every GLP-one based drugs and
1:07:21Speaker 2not a proven exact frequency of 1 person in 1 in 10000.
1:07:27Speaker 2So some other things to look for that you can basically, I mean, there's other things that are going on. So basically
1:07:34Speaker 2it's not Not eating. Are. Right. There are some things that so known susceptibility
1:07:38Speaker 2factors include
1:07:40Speaker 2small crowded optic disc, which you can go to your eye doctor and see if you have that.
1:07:45Speaker 2That's 1 of the leading, like, characteristics of somebody who might be prone to this. So if you're worried, do that, and that will probably rule you out. Prior NAION
1:07:55Speaker 2on the other eye, diabetes, hyper oh, that was sorry. For the prior sentence, previous sentence. Diabetes,
1:08:01Speaker 2hypertension,
1:08:02Speaker 2high cholesterol, smoking,
1:08:04Speaker 2and sleep apnea.
1:08:08Speaker 2There you go. Which literally is like the beginning of like, those are risks, dude, like every condition that we ever talk about. Literally. Okay. So you
1:08:17Speaker 2you go to your eye doctor and make sure you don't have this small or crowded
1:08:21Speaker 2optic disc,
1:08:23Speaker 2and then you are healthy and don't have those other things,
1:08:28Speaker 2you're probably not gonna end. You don't take Semaglutide,
1:08:30Speaker 2then you're guaranteed not to have it. So
1:08:33Speaker 0it's funny how,
1:08:35Speaker 0we all read, we can like look at a picture and 1 person likes it. 1 person doesn't. 1 person likes tomatoes. 1 person hates it. That's so cool about life. When I read this, I wrote down Doritos. What I mean by that is like, I'd be more worried about Doritos, bro, than being worried about the R and what you're worried about. Because I'm like, my brain goes,
1:08:53Speaker 01 in 10,000? Yeah. Probably won't be me. Probably won't be me. So my brain goes, I wouldn't even be worried about that. But if you are worried about it because you're not me,
1:09:03Speaker 0then don't do it.
1:09:04Speaker 0You know what I mean? I mean, if you're somebody that's, you know, like your risk tolerance is a lot different than mine, I mean, used to do heroin, so, like, like, let's jump. Yeah. I think we'll make it. So
1:09:14Speaker 0my risk tolerance is very different.
1:09:16Speaker 0But if you're not that, which just sounds like it, then don't do it, man. Like, if you're gonna trip on it while you're taking it and, like,
1:15:09Speaker 0We take steroids and we take antibiotics and we've all done it. Unfortunately they really just
1:15:16Speaker 0Jack our stomach up. You know, I think a lot of the problems as humans that we run into are because of those, you know, and that's what doctors know to prescribe and that is what it is,
1:15:28Speaker 0but there's a lot of chain reactions that come to that stuff. I mean, I'm going to answer a little bit differently because I think that you need to go right into the KPV and the oral BPC pills. I think that you should be starting to run those.
1:15:38Speaker 0I'd ran it. I'd throw in a TA-one Thymosin Alpha-one,
1:15:42Speaker 0because that's going to really help to abuse your immune system. Antibiotics are going to really just
1:15:48Speaker 0not do good for your immune system. So I think the TA-one
1:15:52Speaker 0with
1:15:54Speaker 0injection, KPV,
1:15:56Speaker 0BPC, and then the orals too. Right? Let's blast this stuff.
1:16:01Speaker 0You know, again, I'll always just use my experience with life. I've had gut problems and I feel knock on wood and jinx myself that they're feeling a lot better than they were. Now I will tell you that I have been on a protocol from Doctor. Scott for a while, but I have been taking the KPV and the BPC
1:16:17Speaker 0for a long time too. I have no doubt in my mind, those have been helping because
1:16:22Speaker 0I've had leaky gut forever. You know, I have yeast and like, what do have SIBO and all this crap? Whatever
1:16:30Speaker 2you got from Jack in the Box. Not
1:16:33Speaker 2you, but like that
1:16:35Speaker 2too. But what did, whatever the outbreak 3 was that it was in bad Yeah. What the hell it's going to bug you with a C Salmon. No, no, no. It starts with the C. It was like killing people.
1:16:45Speaker 0They found that in your gut. 0 Yeah. So anyways, my goal is Jack's, but
1:16:49Speaker 0so do that, try that. And yeah, I don't think they're needing to wait necessarily. I think those,
1:16:54Speaker 0the orals will do you good because of the antibiotics,
1:16:57Speaker 0but run
1:16:59Speaker 0them. I hope you feel great. I love the Epitalon.
1:17:01Speaker 0I thought that was smart.
1:17:03Speaker 2So good job gal. That was great. I guess, let me walk back. I'm
1:17:08Speaker 2worried about, I guess I just, you worry about infection, right? Leaky guy, like that's toxic stuff making your septic and you need to know about that. So
1:17:17Speaker 2get tested for it. Don't just blast it with antibiotics,
1:17:20Speaker 2but I have no problem. I mean, I guess I have no problem. I would personally take the oral BPC and KPV immediately.
1:17:29Speaker 0And 2, but I know we keep going, but like, that's why we do this.
1:17:33Speaker 0It's definitely different for women, but like, let's throw some fasting in there. Fasting will reboot your gut. And when you get to about a 16 hour,
1:17:42Speaker 0you start the autophagy stage.
1:17:45Speaker 0It really starts to shine around 20 hours.
1:17:49Speaker 0But
1:17:50Speaker 0I
1:17:51Speaker 0think truly, if you did a 72 hour fast,
1:17:55Speaker 0you would reboot your gut so well, and that would start you off on a great Push your limits, train with precision,

1:18:46Speaker 0Point. So maybe try that.
1:18:47Speaker 2Alright. Question 9. 45 year old mom of 6. Whoo. Whore woman.
1:18:52Speaker 2Endurance runner, 60 to 70 miles a week with threshold
1:18:56Speaker 2VO with threshold
1:18:58Speaker 2VO 2 max and long run weekly.
1:19:01Speaker 2Lift 4 times a week, 5 foot 412
1:19:05Speaker 2to 114
1:19:06Speaker 2pounds and at 12% body fat.
1:19:09Speaker 2Week 6 of our 1 mega week and glow at 15
1:19:14Speaker 2Migs
1:19:15Speaker 23 times a week.
1:19:17Speaker 2Let's check that Mig. It's probably not milligrams.
1:19:20Speaker 2Thoughts on adding IGF 1? I mean, plus how could you glow is 3 things? So how do you know? Anyway,
1:19:27Speaker 2thoughts on adding IGF
1:19:28Speaker 21? I prefer a lean small frame as I always have been running performance feels best at this size growing a stupid amount of humans
1:19:37Speaker 2left me with more loose skin. I prefer
1:19:41Speaker 2not excessive,
1:19:44Speaker 2but not excessive. 125 was my max prego weight. Damn. I believe slight muscle gain, not fat loss can increase the definition of fullness through my lower back, abdomen, and ass filling out that skin question mark. Anything I have considered GH peptides make me way too bloaty at invisible doses. Okay. So not worth it for me. Mahalo for all your knowledge. I learned so much from you. Yeah. We got a Hawaii gal.
1:20:09Speaker 0It. Wonder what island she lives on. I
1:20:12Speaker 0was curious
1:20:15Speaker 0to,
1:20:16Speaker 0sound like you're tiny.
1:20:18Speaker 2And 25
1:20:20Speaker 0max pregnancy. Right. So like that's tiny. So 5, 4, 1 12, that seems
1:20:26Speaker 0pretty tiny to me. Was kind of curious where I don't think you need Retta.
1:20:31Speaker 212% body fat. That's
1:20:34Speaker 0tiny for a woman, right? Yeah. So like, I wouldn't give my wife Retta at all. Like, I'm not, that's like Alyssa. It does like Alyssa. So
1:20:42Speaker 0like, I wouldn't even do that. Like you, what I you're a runner. So I would throw in SLU-3D-332
1:20:48Speaker 0because it's going to be great for endurance. And
1:20:52Speaker 0you can, that you don't need the RET. I think that are that you're going to, I think you're going to get a lot from that. You said that you don't do well on growth hormones,
1:21:01Speaker 0peptides, but have you tried HGH or 45? Maybe 1 IU. I mean, you really need low dose for a gal. 1 Well, you, I mean, even every other day or 5 days on 2 days off. Yeah. It's gonna help you recover. You're going to sleep well. I mean, it takes a little while for it to hit you, but you will start sleeping well, think right away.
1:21:19Speaker 0And I would try that rather than the Tessa Ipah because if you feel like you're getting water away, you're really lean. So you notice when there's a little bit of water weight, right? So
1:21:30Speaker 0either bring the Tessa Ipah down
1:21:33Speaker 0or go, which, which we prefer more here at over 40 for men and women is just small dose of HGH.
1:21:40Speaker 0I think you would rock on just the SLU-3s,
1:21:43Speaker 0the HGH
1:21:45Speaker 0and make sure you're eating a ton of protein because you're running. Yeah. So,
1:21:50Speaker 2I would agree in some of that, but, but yeah, so 12%. So men, they generally say like, here's the, you know, healthy, healthy men is like something like between 12 and 15, but the truth is really, somewhere between like 812%
1:22:07Speaker 2women.
1:22:10Speaker 2I believe that it's like 18 to 21% is what
1:22:14Speaker 2a normal average healthy woman is. And I could, you know, lower that a little bit, maybe like
1:22:19Speaker 217, but like under 15%,
1:22:22Speaker 2you know, you theoretically, you stop ovulating because God says you have, don't have enough fat to support another child. Now she might be saying, she might say bullshit. I had 6 of them when I was this lean, but like, cool. I'm just saying what the,
1:22:36Speaker 2what the generalized numbers are now.
1:22:39Speaker 2Yeah. For sure. Okay. So I agree with the sleep. 1st thing that came to mind, sleep. You're but basically the bodyguard percent is you're right. You do not need to burn any more fat.
1:22:50Speaker 2Adding muscle will be everything that you want it to be. Like, that needs to be your primary goal, which is why you are asking about IGF-one.
1:22:59Speaker 2I don't I just don't know. I
1:23:02Speaker 2don't know. I guess I don't don't have the good feeling about the IGF-one for you right now. Think I totally agreed on the HGH.
1:23:10Speaker 2Go low dose so you don't get
1:23:12Speaker 2any bloating. I know you said you did the GH peptides at invisible doses and still got bloating, but
1:23:19Speaker 2SLU-3P.
1:23:20Speaker 2I would definitely try SLU-3P. There's like 1000 micrograms,
1:23:23Speaker 2which is 1 mg, or there's Mega SLU-3P with 100 mg. And we know plenty of women who take that.
1:23:30Speaker 2You might be a good candidate. The 1st thing that pokes out at me though is I would stop running.
1:23:35Speaker 2And I know that you're gonna be, well, like, I I get it. Like, that's what makes me happy, but you also lift, like, find something else that is lifting related
1:23:45Speaker 2that stimulates you like running does.
1:23:48Speaker 2Try like really heavy lifting. Yeah.
1:23:52Speaker 2Because you're running, you're never going to, as a woman and at 54 running that dang much, sorry, you're just never,
1:24:01Speaker 2you're never going to add much muscle. You're just burning it all off. It is what it is. So I don't even, do have 1 try not even strong enough.
1:24:09Speaker 2Like, you would need to do something like testosterone and shit testosterone might be the answer. I know. Low dose testosterone
1:24:15Speaker 2might be your best your best go to. Oh, I guess I thought you're yeah, you're 45. Okay. Had about 9 54. But
1:24:24Speaker 2but still,
1:24:25Speaker 2I still don't change my answer based on that age. 60, 70 miles a week running, man. That's, there's no way you can drive that far. Like no fucking wonder. Right?
1:24:37Speaker 2So yeah, I would find something you could do, jump off cliffs or something, or like lift really heavy and,
1:24:43Speaker 2do HIIT training, but max 30 minutes, right? The thing about HIIT training is so you go and you stop at 30 minutes, so then your body doesn't start eating into your muscle and burning that off for fuel.
1:24:55Speaker 2And I know the goal isn't fat burning, but you could stand to
1:25:00Speaker 2not burn so many calories and
1:25:02Speaker 2eat, eat, eat, eat
1:25:04Speaker 2protein,
1:25:05Speaker 2protein, protein, protein.
1:25:07Speaker 2That's all I got for you. Last
1:25:09Speaker 0question. All right. A 43, 6, 2 90 pounds down 2 15 since starting R.
1:25:16Speaker 0I live regularly, get blood work every 6 months. And my total T has been around 4 20 to 4 65.
1:25:22Speaker 0So lower energy. I'm considering TRT
1:25:25Speaker 0right now on R 3 Migs a week,
1:25:29Speaker 0CLO with a K-4Migs,
1:25:32Speaker 0Monday through Friday, and Tessa, 1 Mig, Monday through Friday,
1:25:36Speaker 0got into peptides 5 or 6 months ago and quickly went from 1 goal to wanting to optimize body comp, energy, recovery, hormones, and longevity.
1:25:44Speaker 0We know how that works. I've heard Trevor Cruder and Jay Campbell on your show talk about planning their protocols
1:25:51Speaker 0for the entire year. How do you guys actually build a smart annual plan without making it a full time job? And how do you know what to truly belongs in the plans versus hearing about something new and thinking, well, I guess I need that too. That was a great question.
1:26:06Speaker 2That is a good question. My 1st question though, is this is the 3rd time that somebody said it, JD, what do you think when somebody says I'm doing CLO 5 mg
1:26:16Speaker 2or glow 15 mg? What does that mean? Because
1:26:21Speaker 2CLO
1:26:22Speaker 2is,
1:26:23Speaker 2is
1:26:25Speaker 210 mg usually. So 10 mg of BPC,
1:26:29Speaker 210 Migs of TB-five hundred, Thymosin beta-four, and 10 Migs KPV
1:26:34Speaker 2and 70 Migs of GHKC.
1:26:37Speaker 2So
1:26:40Speaker 2is it 1, 2, 3
1:26:43Speaker 2years?
1:26:44Speaker 0And then 0 A lot of people think units
1:26:47Speaker 2with Migs. Yeah. You know what I mean? Yeah. That's what I was thinking. That's what I was thinking about the last girl. She said, well,
1:26:55Speaker 03 Migs
1:26:56Speaker 0of what? Is that glow? Well, she's saying Retatrut or Arbitso. Oh, well that's not it, but I'm talking about the blend. Yeah. No, I'm saying she did. That makes me think she did. Not units because she's got that. So
1:27:07Speaker 2anyway, dude, I'm sorry, whatever. That's
1:27:10Speaker 2for you to figure out, but
1:27:13Speaker 2how do you, okay. Do I plan my 3 stuff out for a year? The answer my answer is no. I do not. I
1:27:21Speaker 2have,
1:27:22Speaker 2I have planned out.
1:27:24Speaker 2I can tell you what I've done in the past. Right? And like, it just kind of works out like that. If we're talking about testosterone
1:27:30Speaker 2and I know that's not really what you're talking about, but, like, I generally in the past couple of years have done, like, cruising and blasting. And so cruising meaning
1:27:38Speaker 2low dose, like a TRT dose, right, something less than 200 mg of testosterone,
1:27:44Speaker 2do that. And this is not advice for you to do. I'm just telling you this is what I've done is
1:27:50Speaker 22 months off, then bump that up, add some like small cutting compound and run that for 4 months. Take
1:27:57Speaker 22 months off, do the same thing for 4 months. And that gives me 12 months.
1:28:03Speaker 2And, but that's not
1:28:06Speaker 2long enough break. Think for people, this is why I'm
1:28:10Speaker 2not really struggling yet to have a child. I haven't been trying that much, but that's why there could be potential struggles.
1:28:16Speaker 2I don't plan it out in a year. I plan it out maybe,
1:28:19Speaker 2you know, 4 months at a time, but then again, I don't have any exact
1:28:23Speaker 2specific goals. Right? Like, I'm in, I like to stay
1:28:27Speaker 2where I'm at year round and I'm not trying to
1:28:31Speaker 2get all bunch leaner and I'm not trying to get any bigger. And so
1:28:36Speaker 2had I had some real specific goals. Cool. I could, I would, I would do that more.
1:28:43Speaker 2I don't know, man. Also JD and I think are kind of
1:28:47Speaker 2like garbage cans where we will air on the side of more
1:28:52Speaker 2historically.
1:28:53Speaker 2So like, how do I know, how do you know, you know, where's the line between
1:28:58Speaker 2proven peptides and
1:29:00Speaker 2something that just maybe heard something about, I don't know, we probably would just like, let's try it. Yeah, yeah. But we do. Not a good advice. I'm just telling you what it is. Well, 2,
1:29:09Speaker 0there's a little side note. I mean, there's some compounds coming out that are gaining some notoriety. I won't talk about them yet because, but we
1:29:18Speaker 0do them 1st. I'm doing, well, like, well actually see the compounds that are fairly common out there that we are about to release ourselves. But the thing, the reason I'm bringing this up is we don't usually do this stuff until we try them because that's so that's just the way it is just because everybody's talking about it doesn't mean that it's correct. Especially on the internet world, Trevor and Jay are obviously men who are in the know
1:29:45Speaker 0and they plan it out a year. Cool. I'm definitely not going to do that,
1:29:49Speaker 0especially in, you know, we are dump dumpster fires for We still have those, like, you know, we were come from a day. Were at- Those guys, Jay and him, like their lives planned out also. Yeah. Well, so like people that are like super healthy are going to tell you generally what they're going to eat. And that part is great. You know, for me,
1:30:08Speaker 0my fasting protocol is usually
1:30:11Speaker 0dialed in. However, I changed that up. This morning I got up and I knew I was going to lift heavy and my wife has made our grudge into a gym. Now I ate some carbs because I knew it was going to lift.
1:30:22Speaker 0And then I ate some carbs after,
1:30:24Speaker 0and so I will switch it up and stuff like that. So I'm like a spur of the moment off the cuff type of a dude. I will never plan out my protocols a year in advance because I know I won't stick to it. I go off of, I am very like goal oriented. I think that's where will and I different for like, he doesn't have an objective. He likes to look how he looks and that works for him. I like to like sometimes look a lot buffer.
1:30:46Speaker 0Sometimes I want to look a lot leaner. I do that because I like the discipline of like changing things up and then trying different things on eating different ways, lifting different ways.
1:30:56Speaker 0And so that will change my protocol. But I will tell you live and learn when we, we know, when I 1st started our company and we had access to certain things,
1:31:06Speaker 0it was a problem for me because I was like, yeah, bro,
1:31:09Speaker 0let's do all of that. And a lot of it. Like, that's definitely was not wise, but I learned and now I don't do that. And it works a lot better when you don't do that. Well, I said like 4 compounds that varies a little bit for me,
1:31:24Speaker 0but let's just stop for a 2nd to be logical. If you're taking 8 compounds, which I've done, not judging you, how do you know what's working? You don't because I'm telling you with experience.
1:31:35Speaker 0I know that it doesn't. If you take, especially your brand new to peptide or, you know, peptides,
1:31:41Speaker 0just do 2, start with our start with BPC. So those are the gateway drugs I call them because they work right away and then add in a couple at a time.
1:31:52Speaker 0So you know how they work. I didn't do it like that. So I'm giving you advice from me doing it wrong, you know? But now I do do that and I feel better. And like now when I run SS-31and
1:32:02Speaker 0a higher dose, I know it's SS-31.
1:32:04Speaker 0You know I mean? Yeah.
1:32:06Speaker 2I don't really have much more to add other than look, you're 43 and your testosterone test out at 04:20, 4 65. If it were me, I would hands down, I'd go on testosterone.
1:32:17Speaker 0100.
1:32:19Speaker 0Change your life, brother. Will change your damn life. Mhmm. My friend. Yep.
1:32:24Speaker 2And, you know, I do things that, hey. Look. If I injure myself, that's time to blast some BPC and TB. I don't like to plan stuff out in the year because, like, goals change in life and, like, things change.
1:32:35Speaker 2Do that. And I'm not that rigid. Not saying that those guys are rigid, but, like,
1:32:41Speaker 2well, I'm not gonna plan it out knowing that I'm gonna change it, that the things were gonna happen. Right? And I don't wanna be bound and stuck to something
1:32:49Speaker 2just because I, you know, when it doesn't make sense anymore. And
1:32:54Speaker 2yeah, yeah, Something might come up and be like, damn, I'm really feeling some brain fog. Like I just
1:32:59Speaker 2ran into a wall with my bike. I better take a bunch of new tropics to like rebuild my traumatic brain injury. Yep. Shit happens. And
1:33:08Speaker 0if you talk about Trevor in particular,
1:33:11Speaker 0he loves the nootropics.
1:33:12Speaker 0I don't love him as much. I'm a cutter guy. I like to like look lean.
1:33:17Speaker 0And so they're radically different personality. They're going after a different objective and that's going to change. But, good question guys.
1:33:25Speaker 0Listen, we, the, the coaching call is going to be Pacific standard time and we're going to be doing it on Thursday
1:33:32Speaker 0at 04:00.
1:33:33Speaker 0They will be recorded. I'm assuming we'll we'll put them on school, but like, if you wanna have some interaction,
1:33:40Speaker 0get on there because my goal with that is to motivate the shit out of you, man. I love talking about
1:33:46Speaker 0mindset.
1:33:47Speaker 0I love talking about discipline. I'm going to show you particularly how I went from sticking a needle in my arm to pretty successful guy who I think most would call successful and like that cultivated through discipline. Will will tell you there's times when I'm like a psycho about it because
1:34:03Speaker 0it's empowering dude when you like enforce discipline, man. And, we're going to talk a lot about the cultivation
1:34:08Speaker 0of how you do that, right? How do you build discipline? It's muscle like, right? Like you do hard shit, right? Like the red is great. Well, take the red out and don't eat when you're hungry. That's discipline.
1:34:20Speaker 0So yeah, we're going talk a lot about that and a heck of a lot more. We're going to start, we're also going to talk about business building.
1:34:25Speaker 0We're going to talk about cultivation of building a brand. It's not just a coaching program. We're going to get you in shape. Part's obvious. Want to get ripped, but like, let's build a bad ass life too.
1:34:37Speaker 0And let's do it together. I'm excited. So Thursday,
1:34:40Speaker 004:00 Pacific standard, if you're an Aussie and I know that's a weird time.
1:34:45Speaker 0Listen, there's a lot of you Aussies that listen, I love it. There's a guy that's from Australia that we live with. He's great. You're probably listening to this man. Shout out to you. I saw him yesterday. Haven't seen him in a while and I had a son in there. It was awesome. Met a son.
1:34:58Speaker 0And, but yeah, we we'll, we'll accommodate you, man. Like we, our
1:35:02Speaker 0goal is to help people. And our goal is to get you to your objective.
1:35:07Speaker 0You want to get ripped. We'll help you get there. But we want to push you a little further. 4 Poor Rob had a yeah. Accidental
1:35:14Speaker 2block party on his hands at his house. When he came back for dinner the other day, they were gone for 4 weeks. They were traveling to
1:35:22Speaker 0Europe.
1:35:23Speaker 0They're in Italy. They're in Croatia.
1:35:26Speaker 0And I was like, dude, you were living at a hotel for a month. Said, yeah. I said, that sounds like hell. I was there for a week. I'm like, yeah, well, so sick of this hotel.
1:35:37Speaker 0Yep.
1:35:38Speaker 0That
1:35:39Speaker 0is it. Anything else, bro?
1:35:41Speaker 0No, I forgot. That's how we do it, and that's how we do it. But, other than that, we will remember, do you like the guests? Do you like us to do a blend? Do you like the compounds talking about like that? We've been kind of straying away from that. Cause we've been busy with guests. We want feedback guys.
1:35:59Speaker 0Bad, ugly. We will read it into you won't offend us. Right? We got thick skin. And, other than that, we'll catch you in the next round later.
