Good to be here. Q and A. 1:21 Speaker 0: Q and A day. It's a Tuesday is a Q and A day. Dude, I was thinking last night, it was crazy. I don't know what I was doing that made me trigger this, but it's like, holy shit, the summer is over. 1:32 Speaker 0: Almost. 1:34 Speaker 0: Yeah. I 1:35 Speaker 0: I know that that happened. 1:37 Speaker 2: Well, the summer, I mean, luckily here in California, right? Our summer goes till November, but as far as weather goes, 1:44 Speaker 2: but you're right. 1:46 Speaker 2: Is really hot. Yeah. If you've, if you live in Seattle where I'm from, summer starts, if you're lucky after July 4 1:53 Speaker 2: and it ends abruptly 1:55 Speaker 2: like September 1. 1:57 Speaker 2: So that's a short summer. The only thing you have to look good to look forward to is football season starting. 2:03 Speaker 2: But yeah, these poor kids, I mean, like 2 weeks into the summer, I go into a store and there's like back to school sale. 2:11 Speaker 2: I hate those people, marketing people. I'm like, Dude, let these let everybody just enjoy summer, please. 2:17 Speaker 2: Is that bugging us? I mean, somebody was saying I went to school, there you know, pumpkins and 2:22 Speaker 2: Thanksgiving stuff out. Chill out on the selling us stuff right now. Oh, Christmas y. But yeah, summer's over, even though I set up a slip and slide in our backyard last night, 2:33 Speaker 2: and 2:34 Speaker 2: I was also slip and sliding 2:36 Speaker 2: at like 09:30PM. 2:38 Speaker 0: So, and it was still warm outside. I know. I saw, I saw those pictures you sent. Like I was like, dude, I want a pool. I got stoked with a huge backyard, but no pool. I needed a pool. 2:48 Speaker 0: You do do. That's not a bitch. I'll be sitting in the Jacuzzi a lot. Yeah. I take a hot bath almost 2:54 Speaker 0: every night. I soak in, this is gonna, well, 2:57 Speaker 0: it'll help you- Milk? No, I soak in apple cider vinegar, 3:01 Speaker 0: Epsom salt, and 3:04 Speaker 0: baking soda, which is supposed to draw out toxins. If I don't do a bath, I will do just my feet. 3:10 Speaker 2: I did that with my feet the other day. Feels good, right? Scolding 3:14 Speaker 0: the fucking- Yeah, you just do as hard as you can. And you know, it's funny off 3:18 Speaker 0: camera. We were talking about how I was telling them that, I haven't feeling freaking amazing. Like I've been feeling amazing lately, just 3:27 Speaker 0: constant energy, 3:29 Speaker 0: clarity of thought, 3:30 Speaker 0: waking up just with vigor and just, wow. And it's, it's been the best I have felt in quite some time. 3:37 Speaker 0: 1, I've been sleeping better. That definitely probably plays a big role in it. You know, I've made some shifts and we'll probably talk about that in some of the questions. 3:44 Speaker 0: But I have been doing that. So that's another thing I didn't think of. I've been soaking my feet or soaking in a bath almost every night because I'm so OCD 3:52 Speaker 0: that it makes me, like, get tired. Yeah. And 3:55 Speaker 0: almost after my bath, I go right to bed. And because 3:59 Speaker 0: it like a hot bath makes you tired. 4:02 Speaker 0: I used to wake up when I couldn't sleep at like 2 and take hot bath because I get tired. 4:06 Speaker 0: But yeah, I mean, that's what I'm gonna do with apple cider vinegar. My wife buys these big ass things with apple cider vinegar now. I didn't ask her. That's just why my wife rules. But 4:15 Speaker 0: you attribute most of this energy to your SS-thirty 1. Mean, so you know us and everything we do, we kind of think through like, why do I feel great? There's nothing that really has changed except for my protocol. I, we have greatly enhanced our SS 31, both of us. And I 4:32 Speaker 0: have no doubt in my mind that plays a big role in it. I can just kind of tell and they feel great. 4:38 Speaker 0: Now I have been 4:41 Speaker 0: teetering back and forth on throwing MOTSY into it. I haven't ran MOTSY in quite some time. I 4:48 Speaker 0: felt MOTSY tired me. 4:50 Speaker 0: I don't know if that was just my head. I definitely was taking too many compounds at the time, but you guys need to realize when, when I started our company, we are both in recovery. Like when we have access to things, we're like, yes. Yeah. We're like, woah. We can put in our bodies. We're studying and like reading about all this stuff and it's like, we wanna try it because like, that's just who we are. And then like, we were like, if I do 18 of these. 5:13 Speaker 0: Know what mean? More than better. Then all of sudden you get overwhelmed and like, feel weird. 5:19 Speaker 0: I've toned it down and now I just do few and it's been better. You know, it's working and stuff, but live and learn, man. That's what we talked about. 5:25 Speaker 0: Research on ourselves. There's nothing like it, dude. You 5:28 Speaker 0: know, like even like stuff back in our days when, you know, and we will and I have talked openly about this because why would we lie? We're grownups. We're allowed to do what we want. You know, we've ran numerous cycles of gear and that's how we learned it. Like, 5:41 Speaker 0: and I are very different. 5:42 Speaker 0: Everyone knows that by now, but where we really come together and we are the same is we study things that we're intrigued at. That's where the connection has been built of, 5:51 Speaker 0: you know, we don't just blindly take shit. Like study it. We want to know why, like, so that part is where I think the connection like stands 6:00 Speaker 0: holds strong, like we study stuff. Like, we've tried so many different compounds and it's crazy because 6:05 Speaker 0: again, 6:07 Speaker 0: reading about something's great, 6:10 Speaker 0: how you feel 6:11 Speaker 0: is totally different. Completely. How would you feel 6:15 Speaker 0: like this, but like you feel like this? 6:17 Speaker 0: Which 1 do you feel? I'm going to follow the way that I feel because I it's, 6:22 Speaker 0: I've, it's my, my life has proved that like it breeds like this, but 6:27 Speaker 0: I feel like this, I'm gonna go without feel. You know what I mean? Because 6:30 Speaker 0: that's as priceless. 6:33 Speaker 0: And you never know unless you try. Right. Everybody's different, dude. It's crazy, because now we talk to so many people that try so many different compounds. 6:39 Speaker 0: There's also many here in the questions that talks about having a reaction to NAD. 6:44 Speaker 0: And I've never heard of what they said, but like, everybody's different. My wife gets reactions to numerous peptides and she's my bride, you know? And like, 6:53 Speaker 0: it's what it is. Yep. It's your body. Yep. Blame God. God 6:57 Speaker 0: does not want you to take that peptide. 6:59 Speaker 0: It is what it is. But you can take a lot of other ones. The cool thing is there's like some there's a buckets 7:04 Speaker 0: of different peptides that do virtually 7:07 Speaker 0: the same thing, sometimes different angles. 7:09 Speaker 0: You know what I mean? Like if 1 doesn't work for you, 7:13 Speaker 0: there's a lot of others that do the same thing kind of. You know what I mean? Like what a cool thing. 7:17 Speaker 0: But yeah, so summer is over. I went 7:20 Speaker 0: with my family to Disneyland, and I hate Disneyland. I am not a big crowd type guy. 7:27 Speaker 0: Just too much loud noises. I'm like rain man, dude. Like, v e r n. Like, you know, like, that's why when my kids screams, dude, like, I'm like, where do I run? Stop. You know? And, but dude, it was cool. Justin was out and, he brought his family. His kids had never been. Wow. So that I got to experience that with them. 7:44 Speaker 0: And, we had a blast, dude. We, we, 7:47 Speaker 2: Did you get the wristbands and go to the front of the line? My wife does all that stuff. Yeah. 7:51 Speaker 2: There's no chance now I'm going to Disneyland to ride rides. Well, there's no chance now I'm gonna go to Disneyland without riding rides. Yeah. And there's no chance now I'm going without the wristband that gets me to the front of the line. I am not waiting 3 hours. My wife does that. And the 1 thing I love about my wife would like, so I'll give you a funny story about my bride. I know you're listening to this too, babe, and this is a funny story. So my son used to always love, Blippi, 8:14 Speaker 0: loved him. And 1, she wanted to get tickets. He was coming live, not the real Blippi, but they were doing some like dancing show and all this stuff. And Jax loved him. And my wife 8:24 Speaker 0: got some tickets and I wasn't gonna go because I was doing something, probably something for work. But then I caught myself and like, I'm like, why would I miss this with my son? Like, he loves it. So then I said, no, I'm going to go. And so of course my wife has to get another ticket. So we walk into this big ass stadium and I'm following my wife 8:41 Speaker 0: and I'm like, wow, we're getting really close to the front. And I'm like, 8:45 Speaker 0: we're getting really close to the front. And I'm like, we are in the front freaking row, honey. Did you, how much did you spend on these tickets, babe? And she starts laughing. I'm like, you know, my wife, I'm like, 8:56 Speaker 0: gotta love her dude. 8:58 Speaker 0: She 8:59 Speaker 0: doesn't always get 9:03 Speaker 2: well, I came home or here's a picture of my wife building this thing. It's like an outdoor movie theater. It's about the 45 foot screen. Yeah. It's part of her charm, bro. She will 9:13 Speaker 0: do backflips 9:14 Speaker 0: for my sons, man. 1 of the things I love is she's 1 the best moms I know, but man, she, she likes to spend. Yeah. 9:21 Speaker 2: Know what I mean? God bless her heart. Shout out to Huntington Beach. So we went to River's 1st football practice, 9:27 Speaker 2: flag football, and there was a lot of kids. We just moved him to Huntington here. Right? He's been in San Juan or Dan Point forever, 9:36 Speaker 2: has been playing at Friday night lights football and he's good at his flag football. He's 10. But 9:41 Speaker 2: all of his baseball friends are on 9:43 Speaker 2: a honey to be flag football team and they're good athletes, but that team was full. 9:49 Speaker 2: They had to like make a 2nd team. 9:51 Speaker 2: And River's on the 2nd team and there was like 4 kids at practice yesterday. 9:56 Speaker 2: So shout out to anybody Huntington Beach. If you have a kid that's 9:59 Speaker 0: 10 1 years old and wants to play flag football, we need players on the team. Sure. I would've never thought that would be hard to feel like my wife has signed up Jacks for soccer, AYSO, 10:09 Speaker 0: and she was on a call 10:10 Speaker 0: And, I called her for something and she answers it and she's like, you need to be a coach. I'm like, what? Like, what? I don't even know what she meant. Like, they need coaches. They can't find enough coaches. I need you to be coached. I'm like, babe, I would love to. I am so freaking busy. Like, what the hell am going to find out about? No way. 1 day. But like, yeah, but yeah. Well, okay. Yeah. But I was not 1 that they couldn't find coach. At some point in time. I know that's weird. My dad did that when I was young dude. So I'll definitely do it for Jack's. 10:36 Speaker 0: It's been a long time since I played soccer. What are the rules? I don't even remember. I don't know that age, 10:41 Speaker 2: are the rules. It doesn't really matter. If you kick in the other goal, like you scored. 10:45 Speaker 0: Yeah. 10:46 Speaker 0: It's so funny, dude, has, 10:49 Speaker 0: I mean, you've seen it over and over with like brothers and sisters. You got, they're so always just totally different. Like 10:56 Speaker 0: Jax and Mason are so radically different. 10:59 Speaker 0: Jax is just athletic. 11:01 Speaker 0: He's agile. He's flipping and jumping and spinning on things. Mason tries to copy him for sure. He'll roll and stuff. He's got his little belly. He's just such a little chunky baby. And he tries it. He's like, you can see athleticism and then like Mason, not as much. You know what I mean? And like, God, but I'll be all Mason. You want a bite of this? He goes, yeah. 11:22 Speaker 0: Jax, you want a bite? No. Nope. And 11:24 Speaker 2: he stays lean and yeah. 11:26 Speaker 2: It's a little bit good stuff, man. Yep. 11:30 Speaker 2: Now football season, the good thing. Yeah. So anyway, that'd be cool. We would like to, and then there's some young kids on the team, but 11:36 Speaker 0: river looked really good. Yeah. He's good. Was watching him when we went to the beach. You can see, well, just like Jack's, he has athleticism. 11:44 Speaker 2: You can tell balance. Yeah. Yes. Body type. He looks like a brother. He looks like a brother. Does. Yep. But the also the coach looks cool. The coach is this big muscle dude who, who, is a ex, I don't know, Marie. Don't want to just say Marine because, but maybe he's still in the military, 12:02 Speaker 2: but watching him run around and play with the kids, like he's athletic. Could tell. Was like, damn dude's got quick feet. He gets throw like, not like a girl and 12:11 Speaker 2: still with, with lots of muscles. So that's cool. I'm excited that the coach will be good. Hopefully we just have enough kids. Not worried about enough kids to fill the team. I'm worried about enough kids to be not be embarrassed. 12:24 Speaker 2: You gotta feel good too, bro. You gotta feel yeah. I think they'll probably make that. Mean, not at 4. He's 10. But there's some kids, 12:32 Speaker 2: he's going, he was held back. So he's going into 4th grade. He's pretty He just turned 10. Yeah. That's still pretty young. So, 12:40 Speaker 0: but anyway, 6 plus 6th grade gets a little bit more competitive. Yeah. 9th, obviously. 12:45 Speaker 2: And it's flagged, dude. And like kids are parents are putting their kids in tackle football now. And honestly from somebody who's played division 1 football, 12:54 Speaker 2: dude, football is a sport where it's like, either got it or you, 12:58 Speaker 2: It's not like baseball. Baseball is like a basketball too. Like you better, well, you better be built for it in basketball, but you better practice your ass off. Right? Baseball is 13:08 Speaker 2: practice sport. 13:10 Speaker 2: Throwing the ball, right? Hitting. You just got to see so many pitches and 13:14 Speaker 2: football's not. And I think that starting tackle, but all you're doing is just adding all these small little nagging injuries. I'm not worried about concussions for little kids because they just don't run fast enough to hurt each other. Right? But I do worry about, you know, it just sucks if, if you've played for 5 years and you've already ripped your fingernails off your hands and you know, broken fingers, it 13:35 Speaker 0: is, but why add an extra 5 years of it? Well, I didn't, I played soccer until 9th grade and I didn't play football, but you know, you're always playing football with your boys and stuff like before that. But like I jumped right into 9th grade and man just played, 13:48 Speaker 0: you know, yeah, you either got it or got it. So that's the athleticism that we talked about to where that's what Jack's does. He's just always flipping, doing something athletic. And I remember I would sit in front of my TV and throw the ball and then catch it. And like, you know, you throw it off and like, you 14:05 Speaker 0: learn how to catch that 14:06 Speaker 0: softened my hands for sure. 14:08 Speaker 2: It's the same with exercise. So folks, people ask people say, Hey, I want to get in shape. Right. And 14:13 Speaker 2: they go, okay, how many times a week do I need to work out? And like, 14:17 Speaker 2: it's the thing about this. If I say you need to work out for an hour, 5 days a week, but then people go, okay, that's what I need to do to get in shape. But it's not about that. So that means out of a week, that's 24 hours times 7 days, you're working out for 5 hours. Right. That's not gonna cut it. What you need to do is your whole life needs to change. You need to enjoy 14:37 Speaker 2: going for hikes in the weekend. Right? You need to go jog at the park or go play play football with your friends. You need to go swimming on the weekends. This needs to be just, like, constant motion Yeah. Needs to be 14:48 Speaker 2: the new game plan. Yeah. Especially not just blocks 14:52 Speaker 2: of, like, little, just blocks of 14:55 Speaker 2: weightlifting. 14:57 Speaker 0: I know that we're going to talk about our coaching, Warrior Makers coaching. 15:01 Speaker 0: I think it's unique from the standpoint that not because it's our company, I think it's unique because it is unique. And what I mean by that is you have 4 coaches. You don't get a coach, you get 4 coaches, Will and myself, obviously. 15:13 Speaker 0: Dave Thomas, who we have hired, who is a freaking beast in the gym, and I love working out with him and he, he works out like a monster. 15:21 Speaker 0: So we got him and then our obviously consultant Mike, 15:24 Speaker 0: and we all bring a different flare and we're all our different ages. 15:27 Speaker 0: 1 of the things that I've been thinking a lot about just off of my own experience of life, I'm 49 years old and man, I'm telling you, I've changed a lot in the last year, 15:36 Speaker 0: quite a bit from just things where I just, it's at 49, it's not about going in like lifting really heavy like I used to. I just can't, 15:45 Speaker 0: cause I want to continue. So it's lifting different. So you were going to be able to pass that knowledge on to men that are 50 and that are 40 because that's even different. That are 30, that's totally different. 15:56 Speaker 0: That's huge. 15:58 Speaker 0: Secondly, 16:00 Speaker 0: when you eat certain foods is 16:03 Speaker 0: you getting in shape, 16:04 Speaker 0: right? I mean specifically 16:06 Speaker 0: carbs in this, if you want a bulk, if you want to cut 16:10 Speaker 0: carb control is really the key, you know, macros for sure. But like, 16:15 Speaker 0: if you don't know that stuff, that's where a coach is going to really shine because we've done it our whole lives. And there's a lot of people that never even gone to a gym. You know what I mean? And 16:26 Speaker 0: we say it all the time. And I even coaches have coaches, 16:30 Speaker 0: Michael Jordan, try to coach. 16:34 Speaker 0: A lot of time it's just to push people. But 1 of the, here's a couple of things that I like about our program. 16:40 Speaker 0: Obviously it's a detailed diet plan macros 16:43 Speaker 0: mainly, 16:44 Speaker 0: or if 16:45 Speaker 0: you do want a 16:47 Speaker 0: carnivore, 16:48 Speaker 0: we'll help you with that. I love carnivore. 16:50 Speaker 0: So that's not for everybody, but if for the right people, we will help you with that. Obviously detailed workout program. 16:56 Speaker 0: Now, 16:57 Speaker 0: a lot of stuff's going to be in the gym because most people are going to lift weights. Now we are in the process as we speak of uploading about 35 of my hit training videos that are literally great. I'm not just saying that they are great. I started watching some of them again. I'm like, damn, I was kicking ass back then. They're about 0.5 old, but they are badass. So we'll have those for the people that like maybe do some weight training and hit training. If you do hit training, you burn fat for 48 hours. No joke. So that will be added into it. Obviously, 1 on 1 check ins, 17:30 Speaker 0: that's huge for accountability. 17:33 Speaker 0: You get 4 coaches. What we've decided we're going to do is on Fridays, 17:38 Speaker 0: us 4 as coaches are going to sit down and we are going to go through each 17:42 Speaker 0: person that's in the program and we're going to look at what they're doing, how they're doing, and we're going to give 4 perspectives on how we get them to their goal. I don't know any other company or any other coaching program that does that. Our goal is to get you 17:54 Speaker 0: whatever your objective is to get you there fast. 17:57 Speaker 0: So yeah, so obviously month, 18:00 Speaker 0: weekly zoom calls where we're going to talk about a lot about a lot, not just fitness diets, 18:07 Speaker 0: discipline, 18:08 Speaker 0: cultivation of mindset, the stuff I love. So I'm going be running those. And once a month, we're going to do a workout with the people that are either local or 18:18 Speaker 0: the people that might be here or the people that just might want to come and like 18:22 Speaker 0: touch the group and get involved. 18:24 Speaker 0: I'm 18:25 Speaker 0: so excited about this program. Like if you see some of the stuff we post about warrior makers and just the crew, have 18:32 Speaker 0: trust me, you want to be involved with people that are what we do. They're just, we have the raddest people that work here. So pretty cool. I'm excited about it. 18:41 Speaker 2: And yes, he's right. We do it too. We all, it's like a clinical team approach where 18:48 Speaker 2: we took this kind of from treat treatment. Right? You have all these people who are in treatment. They have different counselors that do different things. And then once a week, they all have a meeting about and go over every single client and 19:00 Speaker 2: say, how is he doing with this? How's he doing with that? What can we support him better at? And so we do the same thing with all of the clients that are in this program. Excited about that. Yeah. Think it's, yeah, absolutely. 0 So we got big things. And if you, if you are curious about the program 19:14 Speaker 0: and you're ready to get in shape again, it doesn't even need you might need to weight. 19:18 Speaker 0: You might just want to get ripped. You might want to book. 19:22 Speaker 0: And when it comes to supplementation 19:24 Speaker 0: help, we're obviously going to give you supplementation help because that's what we do. 19:28 Speaker 0: So it's going to be bad ass, man. I'm excited. So that's the coaching thing. 19:33 Speaker 0: You do want to let us know, we do have a website. Can just call, you can just jump on there, warriormakerscoaching.com, 19:40 Speaker 0: and you can just sign up. 19:41 Speaker 2: You will get notified right away that you're in the program and where you go from there. And you get a full swag bag on the Centurion program. Get a t shirt on the 19:50 Speaker 0: legionary program, but go to that website. It's very simple and it outlines everything that we just talked about. Yeah. Let's like, we're looking for some cool people that are ready to, join the warrior maker team and let's do big shit together. 20:05 Speaker 0: Secondly, school, a lot of people are on school, but 1 of the things that we are dropping, if you have not been on school, get on school, we give so much free freaking content. I mean, protocols up the butt, 20:17 Speaker 0: up the dinging. If they say, 20:19 Speaker 0: just that alone is awesome. Like, you know, if you're looking on how to mix, what to do, blah, that's just the basics, 20:27 Speaker 0: man. Will has gone deep dives into a lot of rad content that you could be busy for days, just reading in. More than is posted that we are 20:36 Speaker 2: working on and are releasing. 20:39 Speaker 0: Yeah. We are releasing 20:41 Speaker 0: a woman's 20:42 Speaker 0: talk 20:43 Speaker 0: women's 20:44 Speaker 0: table 20:45 Speaker 0: talk with the gals from warrior makers. I was actually ironically 20:50 Speaker 0: reading through the questions today and I noticed that most of them per ladies today. So we have a lot of ladies out there that 20:57 Speaker 0: listen to the show 20:59 Speaker 0: and have a lot of questions. 21:01 Speaker 0: Nora, 21:02 Speaker 0: Sarah, and B behind the 21:04 Speaker 0: stage back there, the producer. We're gonna do they're putting out some cool stuff. So that's gonna be dropping on school as well. Are we doing that on VIP or normal? Okay. 21:18 Speaker 2: Premium or VIP? Well, 21:24 Speaker 2: there's 2 different levels, so we will figure that out. Yeah. 21:27 Speaker 0: But 21:28 Speaker 0: we're always trying to upgrade and stuff and we have our hands in a lot of cookie jars, so sometimes just be patient, but we will improve everything. 21:37 Speaker 0: Lastly, 21:38 Speaker 0: ironically leading into that, what do you want? We've talked about even elevating this podcast. 21:44 Speaker 0: And I don't stay stagnant. We are in constant growth in our lives and what we do. Hopefully you've seen that just from the progression of this podcast, 21:53 Speaker 0: but we want to continue to better it. So he and I have talked about, do 21:57 Speaker 0: we change the Q and A? 21:59 Speaker 0: I've had quite a bit of people at this point say, No, we love the Q and A and like, I like the Q and A too. So we can kind of leave that alone. We will bring Nora in sometimes and maybe some of the staff here because now they know peptides. They've been with us for a long time, most of them, and that's partly gay. You gotta learn, you gotta learn peptides. 22:17 Speaker 0: So we'll bring some of the staff on and yeah, we had a mic on last week. 22:21 Speaker 0: Also, 22:24 Speaker 0: you like, 22:25 Speaker 0: and we really want this feedback. This helps us. Do you like the 22:29 Speaker 0: guests 22:30 Speaker 0: more, 22:32 Speaker 0: or do you like us to go back to talking about compounds? We're going to talk about 2 or 3 compounds like we used to do. We haven't done that a lot lately because we've had a lot of guests. The show's grown and, you know, we're able to get some good guests on. 22:45 Speaker 0: We're always going to balance it. But what do you guys I'm really curious about the answer. The answer can be, we want mix of both. Sure. 22:54 Speaker 0: Yeah. So that is 22:56 Speaker 0: very important to us. The feedback it really is. You will help us better the show. You are the listener and you listen for a reason. What do you want? 23:04 Speaker 0: So 23:05 Speaker 0: good stuff, man. You ready to rock? I'm ready. 23:09 Speaker 0: All right. Number 1. 23:11 Speaker 2: Hey guys, love your podcasts. I've been on 4 mg weekly. Let's, we're going to start saying 23:16 Speaker 2: R only. 23:17 Speaker 2: Got to say R. We do not want to get this. Yeah. Don't want to get it shut down. We 23:22 Speaker 2: also, 23:23 Speaker 2: last thing is we are starting a website just called, it'll be called peptideoftheweek.com 23:29 Speaker 2: where we will air all these episodes because weird stuff is happening out there with social media and it can't be reliable. So we just want to create another space 23:37 Speaker 2: where you can always 23:39 Speaker 0: see 3 new videos. Sorry. Cause that made me think, okay. So a lot of you know, I posted something about the other day about, 23:46 Speaker 0: Josh Holyfield. 23:47 Speaker 0: What you guys didn't know. We all pretty much for the most part, this is a very, 23:51 Speaker 0: this industry is a very, small industry and everybody sticks together. We are really like, you know, Trevor, Jay, Josh, Holyfield. We were really close with these people. You know, it's been a blessing, but like on 24:03 Speaker 0: school, we are about positivity. 24:05 Speaker 0: Like it doesn't matter if you have a problem with Doctor. Trevor, if you have a problem with Josh, if you have a problem with us, listen, that's rad. You don't, not everybody's going to like us, man. I've dealt with that my whole life, but 24:16 Speaker 0: on 5 school, on our platform, 24:19 Speaker 0: it's a must that we stay positive. No, no talking crap on, you know, 24:24 Speaker 0: Anybody. Anybody like, listen, keep that sir outside. 24:28 Speaker 0: Only positive stuff here. Most of you do that, but 24:31 Speaker 2: that's just how we roll. So thank you for listening to that good stuff. Okay. What did your mother tell you growing up? If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all. Sometimes we agree, but sometimes we don't say it. All right. Hey guys, love the podcast. 24:45 Speaker 2: I've been on our 4 mg 24:47 Speaker 2: weekly for 4 months. Before that I was on Tirz and lost 15 kilograms. 24:54 Speaker 2: I'm now 65 kg and would love to get closer to 60 kg. 24:58 Speaker 2: But my main goal is body composition and learning out, 25:02 Speaker 2: leaning out my midsection for a wedding in January. Previously tried Tessa Ipah for 8 weeks, but had significant water retention and pain. 25:10 Speaker 2: So I stopped. 25:12 Speaker 2: My last stack was R 4 mg weekly, Clo 2 Migs, 5 times a week. 25:19 Speaker 2: Tessa Ipah, 1 mg, 5 times a week in relinotide, 25:23 Speaker 2: 0.5 of a milligram weekly when hunger returned. 25:27 Speaker 2: I'm a busy mom, a full time assistant principal, exercise daily, and play sports. I also struggle with low energy and poor sleep quality despite 25:34 Speaker 2: getting 6 to 7 hours. What would you be looking at researching before considering another stack, 25:41 Speaker 2: particularly for body composition and energy recovery 25:44 Speaker 2: and sleep? I value your input. Awesome. 25:47 Speaker 0: Full time assistant principal. I've met a few of you in my day, 25:51 Speaker 0: But, great question. Awesome. 25:54 Speaker 0: So I'm gonna go towards the sleeping thing because I have struggled with it, and I struggled with it. Push your limits, train with precision, see the results. You don't say your age. I wish you did. 27:06 Speaker 0: So 27:07 Speaker 0: that would help quite a bit, but 27:09 Speaker 0: you gotta get that under the control. Before I even get there, let's, let's just, the 1st thing that jumps out at me is hormones. 27:16 Speaker 0: I would imagine 1st off when's the 1st when's the last time you got your blood work done? I would love to know your age because that would definitely help answer some of that stuff, but it sounds to me like your hormones might be off and that happens to every 1 of us. It just is what it is. Could just be progesterone, 27:33 Speaker 0: estrogen, 27:34 Speaker 0: testosterone, 27:36 Speaker 0: working with the right person can get those in line. Just those are going to make you sing. And that'll probably fix your sleep just in itself. 27:44 Speaker 0: It could be low testosterone and that's not why that's why you're not sleeping. 1st off, get your blood work done, a dear, 27:51 Speaker 0: and start there. And that will answer, I think a lot of your problems, 27:55 Speaker 0: you know, again, we've said it before, but we're so prone to like 28:00 Speaker 0: thinking when we don't feel well, we want to take something, but sometimes you got to know what you would, you would need to take and blood work's going to answer that because 28:09 Speaker 0: the hormones, you need that blood work. So get that done and you could even write back in and we can maybe help you with some of that stuff or get somebody that, you know, 1 of these gals, these doctors we've been working with might even help better than us. 28:22 Speaker 0: Now to fix the problem right now, 28:25 Speaker 0: I'm going to give you my protocol that has done me wonders. 28:29 Speaker 0: And again, shout out to the gentleman that, sent this to me. I think he's from Australia, I remember correctly. 28:35 Speaker 0: Magnesium, 28:35 Speaker 0: which we all should be taking anyway. 28:37 Speaker 0: Glycine, 28:39 Speaker 0: ashwagandha, 28:40 Speaker 0: and I 28:42 Speaker 0: do take a little bit of slow 28:45 Speaker 0: releasing melatonin, 28:47 Speaker 0: and that works well for me. And I have slept just so amazingly since I started that protocol. 28:53 Speaker 0: I like also the 28:56 Speaker 0: woo woo stuff, which is grounding. 28:59 Speaker 0: At the end of like, before I get ready for work, I go outside and I take my shoes off and I stare at the sun for literally about 3 minutes. And then I say another prayer and then I go jump my butt in a cold shower and it's 29:12 Speaker 0: worked well, but, there is something magical about your feet on the grass, your feet on the ground, the connection to 29:19 Speaker 0: the universe, 29:20 Speaker 0: God, whatever you choose to look at. Then that sun is 29:25 Speaker 0: energy. It is energy. So that's the woo side of me. I love it. I do that stuff and it works well for me, 29:34 Speaker 0: but I'm going to leave it there and see what will has to say, because I think you need to fix your hormones. I think your hormones are off. That's why you're probably really tired and that's an, that will probably fix your sleeping problem too. In the meantime, start taking this protocol. Promise you you'll sleep well. Yeah. I think the 1st thing that sticks out to me is like, 29:52 Speaker 2: you don't have enough fuel. 29:55 Speaker 2: So you're taking R and kegrelinotide, 29:58 Speaker 2: okay, whenever you get some extra hunger. Right? So you're probably not eating enough food. 30:04 Speaker 2: That's what I mean by fuel. 30:05 Speaker 2: You're not eating enough food, and that makes you a person tired and sluggish and not, you know, and fatigued, which are all the same things. 30:13 Speaker 2: So I would maybe abandon this. I mean, don't abandon completely, but like put the brakes on the losing the 5 kg and let's 30:22 Speaker 2: refocus on like food intake and 30:26 Speaker 2: protein intake. K? 30:28 Speaker 2: Believe it or not, and your metabolism is probably really slow because you've been, you know, restricting food, 30:34 Speaker 2: because of the R and kegrelinotide. 30:37 Speaker 2: So so 30:38 Speaker 2: your body our metabolism will slow down, and I've said this almost every episode probably, metabolism will slow down to the amount of calories that we put in our bodies. 30:48 Speaker 2: That 30:49 Speaker 2: will make that will that will plateau you. Right? So I would 30:54 Speaker 2: maybe pull the Cagrilintide and try just so eat small frequent meals of protein. Make sure you're getting enough protein. 31:01 Speaker 2: That will not add fat to you. Right? It'll just it'll probably 31:05 Speaker 2: benefit. It'll add more muscle. Therefore, metabolism goes up and you start losing weight better and you will get some you know, protein isn't our primary fuel source, but, 31:15 Speaker 2: carbohydrates 31:16 Speaker 2: are it's the easiest thing for our body to turn into to energy. K? But the problem is that when you eat a carbohydrate, if you don't burn that, if you don't use that carb for energy, 31:26 Speaker 2: it then goes great. Let's store and it stores on you, converts into fat and stores for energy later. 31:34 Speaker 2: So 31:35 Speaker 2: smartly 31:36 Speaker 2: timed carbs are fine. Right? Like eat some carbs before your workout. Great. You'll have a good workout. Right. Cause you'll use those, you'll use those 31:44 Speaker 2: during the workout. Eat carbs in the morning. You're going to be walking around and doing all your thing, you know, using your brain all day long. That burns calories, by the way. Yeah. Just stay away from the carbs at night, but try to get yourself on a on a on a small 31:57 Speaker 2: and 31:58 Speaker 2: frequent 31:59 Speaker 2: meal schedule, 32:01 Speaker 2: which the R will, like, kind of enforce. 32:04 Speaker 2: Other than that, the only other, I would try something like B12, like look at your vitamins. So again, the fuel source has gone. Therefore, you're probably not getting the right vitamins and nutrients, 32:12 Speaker 2: right? And it's like an injectable 32:15 Speaker 2: methylcobalamin, 32:16 Speaker 2: which is B12 with the methyl added. Doctor Scott talks about it all the time. That might might just give you a lot of energy, but as far as peptides go, 32:26 Speaker 2: I don't know, SS-thirty 32:27 Speaker 2: 1. 32:29 Speaker 2: SS-thirty 1 is going to bake make your is gonna harness all the energy in your mitochondria and basically that 32:35 Speaker 2: all converts into ATP, and that's our cellular energy. That's the stuff that makes us yeah. Our muscles really move and faster and stronger, and you have a bit more stamina throughout the day. So I would take a look at that, and I wouldn't do less than 5 Migs a day of SS-31NAD 32:51 Speaker 0: as well. 32:52 Speaker 2: NAD, 32:52 Speaker 2: absolutely. There's some other things to try. 32:55 Speaker 2: Just be careful of not stack just don't just like throw a whole bunch of stuff on your plate at 33:00 Speaker 2: Right? You wanna know what makes the difference. 33:03 Speaker 0: Yeah. And we 33:04 Speaker 0: talked about it, but like it's important to touch on this again because again, I was just in Disneyland and they do not have a lot of healthy food at Disneyland. And we sat and ate breakfast with our friends and it was an all you can eat place. And as you can imagine, most people are going gorge themselves at those places and it's not the best food. And I had a conversation with a good friend of mine, Justin, who's also a coach, you know, and he knows a lot about nutrition and we were talking through this. 33:28 Speaker 0: It is so important to use our damn brains when you are out of your element 33:33 Speaker 0: in a place like that, it's going to be a lot of shit food, And there's gonna be a lot of temptation. So your carbs 33:40 Speaker 0: eat carbs through like a fruit, 33:42 Speaker 0: Like, you know what I mean? Instead of like bad carbs, just you be smart. And when I say think through stuff, 33:49 Speaker 0: that's thinking through stuff, 33:50 Speaker 0: eat foods that are, you can eat a lot of that are going to be less calories because you probably want to eat more. So that's just using your brain And that's 34:00 Speaker 0: if you go somewhere, but you 2 here, again, you gotta be thinking through when to eat, when to eat certain 34:07 Speaker 0: foods. And for you ladies, I really think that you need to start your day with about 40 grams of protein. And I am trying to talk my bride into that 34:16 Speaker 0: because I really think that is important for you ladies, not as much men that can do more 2 fasting and 34:21 Speaker 0: affects women differently. Hope helps. Eat before you go to Disneyland. So you don't, you're not starving and then eat all of their bad food. 0 Seriously. Well, what we did was, you know, we were with all people that were fairly healthy. Right. And like, didn't want to eat that food. We 34:37 Speaker 0: waited and ate at a steak house and we all sat down at a nice dinner. Like it was about 05:00 and we all ate a good meal, you know? Mean, 34:46 Speaker 0: Matthew's a role in some of that. No, we were still inside on 34:50 Speaker 0: this other side. California Adventure has some nice restaurants. We could have ate when we were in Disneyland side, but we waited, right, thinking through it because they just had crap food there. Yep. And none of us were gonna eat that stuff. And I had a nice steak. 35:03 Speaker 0: It didn't have any 35:05 Speaker 2: damn eggs or avocado for me, which blew me away. So I just ate the steak. So, drink a lot of water too. The only thing I always noticed is is throughout the day, right, if I'm getting tired and I'm like, damn, let's I'm tired. I must need more coffee. Right? And I drink my 3rd cup of coffee and I go, wow, that did nothing to me. I will, if I go just chug a bunch of water, 35:26 Speaker 2: that will wake me up better than anything. Obviously, more coffee is dehydrating and it just kind of stops working. So like, keep yourself really hydrated. Those of you who've read those like Jack Reacher books, I always remember like they, oh, he always, 35:40 Speaker 2: Lee Childhood, think is dead now, but, 35:42 Speaker 2: would always 35:44 Speaker 2: say that Jack Reacher, like he's always drinking a whole bunch of water. He thinks that that's the lifeblood of his energy and, and, and everything. It's kind of an interesting saltwater thing. 35:52 Speaker 0: But, and JD likes saltwater and that's great too. That's even, that's a little bit better. It absorbs. Yeah. That's what, especially the water, if it's not like a Kagan or whatnot, which we have a gal coming in on Friday. I can't wait to ask her questions, 36:03 Speaker 0: but you're, you're peeing a lot. Your water's going through you. The salt's going to help you absorb it better. So, you know, all right. So see, Hey guys, love your podcast. I tell all my peptide curious homies to tune in 35 36:16 Speaker 0: female, 36:17 Speaker 0: formerly obese dropped 125 36:20 Speaker 0: pounds by changing lifestyle. 36:23 Speaker 0: Pre pep tags. 36:25 Speaker 2: Seriously, 36:27 Speaker 0: that is not easy. So you are a badass. I love it. 36:31 Speaker 0: Live 5 days a week for the past 10 years, constant as fuck 36:36 Speaker 0: high protein, 36:38 Speaker 0: diet and check, yada yada. I've been on Reta for almost 3 months, worked up to 2 megs 36:44 Speaker 0: a week split in 2 doses. 36:46 Speaker 0: Did SS-31for 36:47 Speaker 0: a bit, no side effects from either pep. 36:50 Speaker 0: Tried NAD, 36:52 Speaker 0: loved the energy. However, I was in an odd reaction, thought I was getting arthritis. 36:57 Speaker 0: 1st knuckles started hurting my scale shot of 3.5 37:01 Speaker 0: pounds quickly, despite increasing Retta dosage 37:05 Speaker 0: and had swelling in my legs, stopped NAD. 37:08 Speaker 0: And 37:09 Speaker 0: that all went well away within 2 to 3 days. What the F ever heard of this reaction? 37:15 Speaker 0: Any insight would be great anecdotal or scientific. 37:18 Speaker 0: You all. 37:19 Speaker 2: All right. So here's the, I mean, the answer is no. I have never had anyone 37:24 Speaker 2: tell me that they had these symptoms after doing NAD. And I'm not saying you didn't, you obviously did. So 37:32 Speaker 2: I think that you're experiencing some type of reaction, like an allergic reaction to this and specifically to NAD, 37:39 Speaker 2: not 37:40 Speaker 2: like 37:41 Speaker 2: what we talk about, like a histamine reaction where it's just a foreign substance and so your body creates histamines. Yes, this is also like a histam it is a histamine reaction, but I think you're actually, like, probably allergic to the NAD. 37:53 Speaker 2: I would not retry, 37:56 Speaker 2: that same bottle of NAD. If you really, really wanna try NAD, I would 38:01 Speaker 2: talk to whoever you got it from and see if maybe you can get a different batch, 38:07 Speaker 2: get a bottle from a different batch because 38:09 Speaker 2: this is what you experienced. 38:11 Speaker 2: And 38:13 Speaker 2: that's a good test to see if you bought it from a good company. 38:17 Speaker 2: This is why some companies charge more also 38:20 Speaker 2: because they're good to their customers. 38:22 Speaker 2: And, they should give you another bottle if you really wanna try it, but but 38:27 Speaker 2: so you might be allergic to something. It was in that. There could have been a contaminant, who knows, but it could you could just be allergic to the actual entity itself, and therefore, a new batch, a new lot will do nothing, and you'll experience the same reaction. The edema is which is like the swelling in your legs. It's that 3 pounds is obviously water. 38:44 Speaker 2: You know, nobody makes nobody adds a fat in nobody has 3.5 pounds of fat in 3 days. 38:49 Speaker 2: And nobody burns it that fast either when when they stop. So there was some reaction and you just may not be a good candidate for any. 38:59 Speaker 2: That's all, it's all there is, but it's up to you if you really, really, really want to try NAD again, I would do what I said previously. 39:06 Speaker 0: Yeah. 39:07 Speaker 0: Yeah. 39:08 Speaker 0: So what we talked about before, I think already is you can replace it with SS-31which 39:12 Speaker 0: did. 39:13 Speaker 0: I think, now let's 39:15 Speaker 0: just be blunt. 39:16 Speaker 0: The amount of dose, the amount you're going run of SS-31is 39:20 Speaker 0: expensive that we think works, Will and I. 39:23 Speaker 0: So that depends on pocketbook, 39:25 Speaker 0: you know, and not everybody can afford it. Let's just be honest, it's expensive. 39:29 Speaker 0: But if you can, you might try it, see if that does well for you. 39:34 Speaker 0: Think it does. 39:35 Speaker 0: NAD is great. I love NAD. He just answered that. Try what he said. If you can try another batch or another 39:42 Speaker 0: company 39:43 Speaker 0: or maybe whatever, if it's a good company, they'll replace it. And we'll ask questions. 39:48 Speaker 0: If it's a bad company, they won't change 39:51 Speaker 0: companies into them. 39:52 Speaker 0: In regards to same thing as a gal top, 39:55 Speaker 0: what's your hormones like you're 35, have you had blood work done? 40:00 Speaker 0: You're right in that range where you really need to start looking at your hormones. So we want to get the blood work done. 40:07 Speaker 0: Sometimes just some 40:09 Speaker 0: gesture shown or something like that can change everything, you know? 40:13 Speaker 0: And that requires 40:14 Speaker 0: blood work. 40:16 Speaker 0: I 40:16 Speaker 0: would go with the doctor that knows what they're doing. And then the cool thing is there are a lot more coming out. There's a lot of doctors that are starting to see the light step away from the Western medicine and really starting to get back to, I think why they became a doctor, you know? And I love it. It's, 40:32 Speaker 0: you know, Doctor. K on here last week, she was rad. People have loved her. I think that's great. I've been talking to her through DM for quite some time and I knew that she was going to be great. So here you go. So yeah, I guess your blood work done. In regards to peptides, 40:45 Speaker 0: here's, here's a few that you can try. The 5 amino 1MQ goes great with, 40:50 Speaker 0: goes great with R. It just does. It's gonna really just take, 40:56 Speaker 0: it's gonna 40:57 Speaker 0: choose Your body's gonna choose to burn fat 41:00 Speaker 0: over glucose. 41:02 Speaker 0: So I think that 5 amino just goes great with R. 41:05 Speaker 0: And my 2 favorites for any gal is going to be AOD and Tesa. 41:09 Speaker 0: So those 2 together 3 seem to do really well. 41:14 Speaker 0: Try that. Hope that helps. 41:16 Speaker 2: All 41:17 Speaker 2: right. Number 3. Hey guys, thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and creating the podcast. I listen while I'm driving almost daily. Okay. So I've heard you guys talk about pipette storage and remember a highlight was to avoid moisture, 41:29 Speaker 2: keep them in a cool, dark place, etcetera. I have mine stored in a hydro peak canister with silicone inserts, constituted 41:36 Speaker 2: and unconstituted 41:37 Speaker 2: vials. 41:38 Speaker 2: That sucker is pretty cold, by the way, not freezing. I noticed condensation 41:42 Speaker 2: on the vials and inside the container. 41:44 Speaker 2: Weird. Thinking if it's in the outside of the vial, it's probably on the inside too. Right? Should I be concerned, and is there a better container you recommend for storing? 41:55 Speaker 2: That last sentence, no. No, I do not agree. 41:59 Speaker 2: If it's on the outside of the vial, it does not absolutely no. It it's it does it it doesn't mean that it's on the inside. That would be weird. Because the 42:08 Speaker 2: condensation 42:09 Speaker 2: is from moisture and like that's because that your canister isn't like really 42:14 Speaker 2: super medically sealed. Right? The bottle should be in a lab 42:20 Speaker 2: where no contaminants got into it when it was sealed. So you are right. 42:25 Speaker 2: The con well, there shouldn't we don't want condensation inside of the bottle. See that's That's 42:29 Speaker 2: a problem if you see that. But my guess is you don't have that. And just because you have a conversation on the outside, 42:36 Speaker 2: great. 42:37 Speaker 2: So do I. And all of mine, there's conversation on the outside, not on the inside. So you're good to go. 42:44 Speaker 2: Well, you should be good to go, just assuming. Dry it about, dry it off, and see if there's condensation on the inside. 42:50 Speaker 2: Even if there is, what we're worried about is, yes, contamination, 42:56 Speaker 2: but that contamination 42:58 Speaker 2: is mostly the biggest worry is that it will degrade your peptide. 43:02 Speaker 0: Right. 43:04 Speaker 2: There's always a chance, but a very small chance that it, like, is 43:09 Speaker 2: that something actually harmful 43:12 Speaker 2: got in, 43:14 Speaker 2: to you, to a human being, 43:16 Speaker 2: That in enough 43:18 Speaker 2: volume that it's actually going to affect a human being. It's 43:21 Speaker 2: easy bacteria can affect that tiny little peptide chain very easily, but a human being, not that easy. So 43:28 Speaker 2: yeah, dude, you're the right, you're on the right track and man, there's your answer. Keep doing what you've been doing. 0 Yeah. I just wrote down fridge. That's 43:36 Speaker 0: where, I mean, so I have, we have kids, you know, in my house and like, we don't, you know, they're not old. No, they do actually go in the fridge. In my office at my house, I have a nice 43:45 Speaker 0: sized fridge and we keep all of our peptides there that are out of the kids able to get to it. That's what works for me. So if you have ability to do that, just keep them in that little fridge, man. That's perfect. 43:56 Speaker 2: All right. 43:57 Speaker 2: Europe. Europe. 43:59 Speaker 0: I'm up. Hey guys, I'd love some clarification 44:02 Speaker 0: on the mitochondria reboot approach. This is a good question. 44:06 Speaker 0: Approach with SS-31MOTS 44:08 Speaker 0: C and NAD. 44:09 Speaker 0: I've seen so much conflicting info, so we run 44:13 Speaker 0: all 3 separately, 44:15 Speaker 0: skip MOTS-1.0 altogether or start SS-31add 44:18 Speaker 0: MOTS-CN then introduce NAD while tapering off SS-thirty 44:22 Speaker 0: 1. 44:23 Speaker 0: Is there actually a benefit of stacking sequencing them in this way? MOTS-1C an important part of the process or can SS-31NAD 44:33 Speaker 0: accomplish a similar goal? I'd love to hear you guys approach 44:37 Speaker 0: these 3 and the reasoning behind it. Great question comes up all the time to us as well. Go ahead. Yeah. All right. So here's, I'll give you, 44:45 Speaker 2: well, I'll give you a lot of some points of views. So 1st of all, what do these things do? So SS-thirty 44:51 Speaker 2: 1, there is a around your mitochondria, just think of it like as a cell wall. Okay? 44:57 Speaker 2: Around that and then and your mitochondria is what is 45:01 Speaker 2: creating energy for your body. Okay? 45:04 Speaker 2: Inside of there, that needs to be creating like, it's a power plant, right, and it needs to create the energy and then go only 1 direction. Go out 1 tube 45:13 Speaker 2: that filters that energy to the right spot, right, which is our body. 45:17 Speaker 2: So if you have a big, like, container 45:20 Speaker 2: that's holding radioactive material 45:22 Speaker 2: and there's holes all over the place, 45:24 Speaker 2: it starts leaking out and not all of it goes through that 1 tube that where you need it to go. Okay? SS-thirty 45:31 Speaker 2: 1 is basically plugging all of those holes. So it makes sure that your MIDI call that energy your MIDI crown deer is creating is harnessing that and it is all sending to the right place. Okay? So 45:44 Speaker 2: MOTS-3C is basically 45:45 Speaker 2: giving more energy to the mitochondria. Okay? It's not creating more mitochondria, it's just giving more, 45:51 Speaker 2: it's revving that engine in there. Right? NAD 45:55 Speaker 2: simply NAD does a lot of things, but most, let's just say, Hey, it can 46:00 Speaker 2: make your cells, not necessarily your mitochondria, 46:03 Speaker 2: right, cells, 46:04 Speaker 2: replicate 46:05 Speaker 2: better, 46:06 Speaker 2: stronger, 46:08 Speaker 2: make those cells that aren't as good and strong 46:12 Speaker 2: stronger and make more cells. Okay. 46:15 Speaker 2: So kind of different things, but 46:18 Speaker 2: so if that is the picture, 46:21 Speaker 2: I believe, 46:22 Speaker 2: 1st of all, like what's the point of adding a higher rev engine 46:26 Speaker 2: if you got holes all over the place? Right? And it's just gonna leak out anyway. So 1st things 1st is the is the SS-thirty 46:34 Speaker 2: 1. Right? And if you ask Jay Campbell, he thinks that SS-thirty 1 should be gone done a month 46:41 Speaker 2: and not at the same time as MOTS-three. Right? SS 31, MOTS-three. 46:45 Speaker 2: If 46:46 Speaker 2: you ask Doctor. K, she basically says that, look, inherently, 46:51 Speaker 2: most people of a certain young age, and she didn't give us an exact number, but, you know, probably like under 40, 46:59 Speaker 2: are their mitochondria is perfectly fine. Okay? Most people, your mitochondria is perfectly fine. It's only as you get older 47:06 Speaker 2: is it starts to decline its energy output. Therefore, anybody young doing MOTS-3s probably not gonna feel anything and notice anything because it's not gonna take you from extra, 47:15 Speaker 2: it may not take you an extra physiologic, super physiological levels. Right? And so there's no point in doing it if you're younger. The proof is in the pudding on the MOTS-3s, right? If you do it and you go, holy shit, like I feel I have way more energy. Like life's good. That means you probably had some damage to mitochondria and you're, you're, it wasn't creating all the energy that it should have been. We know some people like that. We know people, if I take MOTS-3A, I don't really notice a difference. 47:41 Speaker 2: I definitely do notice a difference now taking the SS-thirty 1. SS-thirty 1, 47:48 Speaker 2: yeah. It's gonna I think it it also I'm not ready to explain, 47:52 Speaker 2: other things and how it how that 47:55 Speaker 2: can I noticed it in the gym, 47:58 Speaker 2: through just muscle, stamina, and strength, not necessarily 48:02 Speaker 2: all day energy 48:03 Speaker 2: right now? It's also because I'm not 48:06 Speaker 2: sleeping as many hours as a person should. That's like 48:09 Speaker 2: that is like hands down the biggest detriment. And also still, I think I've like really just completely stopped all my testosterone, 48:16 Speaker 2: Whereas I weaned it down right into a low point and now I've literally pulled it off. 48:21 Speaker 2: Mostly just, yeah, completely for like a month. 48:24 Speaker 2: Know. Yeah. And 48:26 Speaker 2: I definitely notice, 48:27 Speaker 2: I think especially the last like week or so, 2 weeks, 48:31 Speaker 2: I've been lower energy. No, you've crying a lot. Yeah, that's exactly. 48:35 Speaker 2: He's 48:36 Speaker 2: joking. Okay. So 48:40 Speaker 2: that's how those things work. To my suggestion, I don't have a problem. I think that MOTS-3s): Or I mean SS-thirty 1 for sure. Do that Okay. We got to solidify the container. 48:51 Speaker 2: I, 48:52 Speaker 2: and I would run that, I don't know, hell 2 weeks again, minimum 5 megs a day. I really don't think it's kind of even worthwhile to do any less JD and I are doing like 30 megs a day. Yep. And 49:04 Speaker 2: so I don't know, a couple of weeks and then, then I have no problem running MOTS-1s with 49:09 Speaker 2: it, 49:10 Speaker 2: just SS-31first. 49:12 Speaker 2: Okay. Then run your MOTS-1s and make 49:15 Speaker 2: also think that with SS-thirty 1, it is 1 of these things where it's gonna go fill that 49:20 Speaker 2: don't need to keep taking the SS-thirty 1. It's like, I would take it for 1 month and cool. If MOTS-1C overlaps that, that's fine. But maybe quarterly, 49:29 Speaker 2: quarterly 49:30 Speaker 2: run SS 31 for a month. 49:32 Speaker 2: Right? 49:33 Speaker 2: So run it, solidify that. And then it's going stay solid until some, you know, more holes get poked in it and then do it again. Yeah. 49:41 Speaker 2: And NAD shoot, I think NAD can be ran- Anytime. Anytime, all the time, if you want. If you don't, if you're not allergic, like the last person, 49:49 Speaker 0: you 49:50 Speaker 2: know, I have no problem with that. NAD 49:53 Speaker 2: does some amazing 49:55 Speaker 2: things and some amazing reports. 49:58 Speaker 2: Yeah. 49:59 Speaker 0: That is my best attempt to set the record straight. Although that's great. I can't even like add that much to it, except for the fact that we're blessed to be able to hang out with some people that are hell of a lot smarter than us and know a lot more than us. That part's been a blessing. 50:13 Speaker 0: You know, I have, I was sitting the other night with Jay Campbell, Trevor Cruder, and Trevor's partner, his name's Doug. And, 50:21 Speaker 0: you know, they talk deep, deep, deep peptide stuff. I felt definitely out my league, you know? And, I say that being honest and, but I am a sponge, 50:30 Speaker 0: I'm asking questions and just soaking this stuff up and I'm blessed to be able to be pretty good friends with these friends 50:36 Speaker 0: with these guys now. Like, I ask them all that question, 50:39 Speaker 0: every 1 of them, 50:41 Speaker 0: and Josh Holyfield and everybody that comes in and there's always a slightly different opinion. 50:46 Speaker 0: I don't think anybody fully, fully, fully knows, but I think we'll 50:49 Speaker 0: just nail that. I think that you're gonna, most people at this point are going to say start with SS-31. 50:54 Speaker 0: The MOTS-3C side is where people differ a little bit. 50:58 Speaker 0: But I think he answered it perfectly. 51:01 Speaker 0: The only thing with SS-31s 51:03 Speaker 0: we've already mentioned, it's costly to run it at 51:07 Speaker 0: the amount that is suggested even 5 megs. And if you can afford more, I would suggest you go up. I really do feel like it's made a really big difference in how I feel. 51:18 Speaker 0: You don't have to do 30 megs like us. Obviously, we can kind of get it fairly easily, but just 51:23 Speaker 0: start with the SS-31up 51:25 Speaker 0: to you on the MOTS-1C. I have not decided if I'm going to add MOTS-1C back in. You know me, if I do, I'll tell you how I feel. 51:34 Speaker 0: That was perfect. So it, run run it, run it. I love it. That doesn't matter. That doesn't come into this equation in my opinion at all. You should run it. And they're not redundant. They're not all just doing the same thing. That was 1 of the main questions. 51:46 Speaker 2: Okay. Hey guys, I'm a 42 year old female from Australia. I've recently discovered the benefits of peptides 51:52 Speaker 2: over the last few months. I have been on R for almost 12 weeks. I titrated up to 2.5 mg a week. Push your limits. And now I'm back down to 1 mg. 53:05 Speaker 2: I'm wondering if there is more benefit coming off completely 53:08 Speaker 2: for 4 weeks 53:09 Speaker 2: or remaining on a low dose before going up again. I would appreciate your thoughts. I'm happy with my level of leanness and have all the foundations in place. I strength train 4 times a week, and cardio the other 3 times a week. I've just started Tessa and after listening to you guys thought about adding AOD with this while on a break from Retta. For reference, I am 52 kg and 53:32 Speaker 2: just like being lean all year round. Good for you. Don't we all? Yes. 53:37 Speaker 0: 1st off, 53:38 Speaker 0: the 1st thing that jumped out at me was, think you answered, am happy with my level of of leanness 53:43 Speaker 0: and have all the foundations in place. Could tell, you know what you're doing. 53:48 Speaker 0: I'm just even curious why you even need Retta. You know, I think if you took out the Retta and replaced it with like a 5 -1MQ, 53:55 Speaker 0: 1 of the things that it really goes well with people coming off Reta or while you're on it, 54:00 Speaker 0: because it's going to take, it's going to chew your body's going to choose to burn fat rather than glucose. 54:06 Speaker 0: So it does help with the burning fat. Like it's basically like you're running on keto to a degree, you know, the easiest way to explain it. And, 54:13 Speaker 0: so, we've, I've just talked with a lot of people that do well with coming off Reta and running 5MA and 1MQ, and it's a freaking amazing compound. It just is. 54:22 Speaker 0: You don't sound like a gal that really needs Reta to me. So 54:27 Speaker 0: again, 54:27 Speaker 0: we don't want to run things in perpetuity 54:30 Speaker 0: again, except for HGH and TRT for the most part for men. And 54:35 Speaker 0: then you can kind of toy around with different things and stuff. Mean, again, if you need Retta, 54:41 Speaker 0: then add it back in. So my opinion would be, yeah, sure. Come off it. Then try some different compounds. You sound like a disciplined human. 54:48 Speaker 0: If it's, you know, like keeping 54:52 Speaker 0: your weight in check, I mean, that's diet 55:38 Speaker 2: then I'd stay at the 1 mg maintenance dose. 55:41 Speaker 2: I 55:42 Speaker 2: don't think that, like, a 4 week reset 55:45 Speaker 2: down to 1 mg 55:46 Speaker 2: is doing much of a reset. I also don't think a form 4 week reset at 0 is doing much of a reset. 55:54 Speaker 2: I think it's negligible either way, but I'm also not mad at you for staying on a 1 mg maintenance dose. Like I know tons of people who do and honestly just for like the brain, 56:04 Speaker 2: like the neuro protection 56:05 Speaker 2: and your brain staying sharp 56:08 Speaker 2: throughout the day, right, because it's 56:10 Speaker 2: pushing energy to your brain. So 56:13 Speaker 2: I don't think that really makes a difference much. 56:16 Speaker 2: Okay? I because I don't think the 2 2.5 Migs are just gonna work like so much better if you're off for 4 weeks versus being on 1 Mig 4 weeks. Yeah. 56:26 Speaker 2: But, yeah, it's like and JD, like, the goal is to take nothing. It sounds like you are, and the goal is to build you know, with with these stuff, with the GLP-1s, hopefully, 56:35 Speaker 2: the goal is to kinda shrink a person's stomach, 56:37 Speaker 2: but also learn these good life and eating habits, 56:41 Speaker 2: and be on it long enough where you got those habits down and then very slowly pull it out and maintain your habits of discipline, 56:48 Speaker 2: and you might just find you don't 56:50 Speaker 2: need it at all. 56:52 Speaker 0: Would be ultimate goal. Everybody has like a different, 56:55 Speaker 0: experience with everything. And what I mean by that is, I've 57:00 Speaker 0: shared this before, but if you haven't heard this part, Retta, 57:03 Speaker 0: what I liked about it, it's an amazing compound for me. It took me out of my discipline. Like I knew I could cheat a little bit. And then when I, you start cheating a little bit, you just start, here's 57:13 Speaker 0: my discipline. Like as well, like I was like, damn dude, like I'm just man, I'm super disciplined and it really started to affect me. I, I had to pull it because like, I was like, dude, listen, it's jacked up my discipline. And I'd like to be disciplined because it's just, that's where I like to sit. So maybe you're like that. You sound disciplined. Yep. So maybe, 57:34 Speaker 0: try that. And 57:36 Speaker 2: like the, Hey, the AOD or even like, great. Yes. Yes. I would try AOD 57:40 Speaker 2: if you're going to come off 57:42 Speaker 2: R, then cool. I do I totally believe in trying to, like, 57:46 Speaker 2: come off some peptides, right, and then replace with something else. Yeah. So AOD is a great 1. Like, Tesofensine's 57:53 Speaker 2: maybe 1 you wanna think That helps with, 57:56 Speaker 2: with the food noise, 57:58 Speaker 2: and so does the, 58:00 Speaker 2: so does kegrelinitine 58:01 Speaker 2: that was mentioned before. 58:03 Speaker 2: Right? That is just 58:05 Speaker 2: to help with food noise. So 58:07 Speaker 2: those could be potential replacements if you need them, but I guess but that's contrary to the argument that we were just talking about, about discipline and not taking something 58:17 Speaker 2: and needing it. Yeah. Up to you though. I'm not mad at you either way. Like I totally get it. Everybody's 58:23 Speaker 2: different. Everybody's different, different places in your life. It sounds like you're on your shit, so you're a good candidate to 58:28 Speaker 0: try it on your own. Right? Yeah. Yeah. That's a good question for you. I'm 33, Five'eleven100And75Pounds. 58:34 Speaker 0: Highest was 2 80. 58:36 Speaker 0: Wow. That's a big difference. Engaged and getting married in November. Congratulations. 58:41 Speaker 0: My fiance and I are actively trying for our 1st child as well. Recent labs came back with a total T of 4 20, free T of 65, 58:50 Speaker 0: which is not bad, and SHBG 58:53 Speaker 0: of 27, but of course I want more. Currently running 58:56 Speaker 0: R 58:57 Speaker 0: -5Amino 58:58 Speaker 0: and adding AOD-nine 59:00 Speaker 0: 604 to my stack soon for, more fat burning. I already know TRT is the best way to go for prime optimization, 59:08 Speaker 0: but while I'm actively trying for a child would be wiser to go with Enclomiphene, 59:12 Speaker 0: Kisspeptin-ten 59:14 Speaker 0: or HCG 59:15 Speaker 0: route. 59:16 Speaker 0: Beyonce also just started Kisspeptin-ten 59:18 Speaker 0: at 59:19 Speaker 0: 100 micrograms and says she feels her ovaries moving. So I hope that's a good sign. Love the content. Keep up the good work. All 59:27 Speaker 2: right. That 59:29 Speaker 2: last sentence, I have no idea what that means. And so I would talk to a doctor about her feeling her ovaries moving. 59:35 Speaker 0: Yeah. 59:37 Speaker 2: I can't, I can't speak to that. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing or like what that feels like or 59:43 Speaker 2: whatever. But you're, yeah, you're a 100% right. You should. 59:48 Speaker 2: So you should, 59:50 Speaker 2: the best scenario to make you as fertile as possible is to pull the tier, the test completely. I don't think it's, I don't think he's on test. 59:59 Speaker 2: Well, then don't pull it. Just don't do it. Because he did say TRT is the best way to go prime optimization. 1:00:04 Speaker 2: Yes. That is true. To feel the best, look the best, but definitely not to be the most fertile. So if you're on test, you know and I know, but again, we I have 10 friends. JD's a 2 time winner on this example of 1:00:19 Speaker 2: being on a low dose of TRT and still getting the your wife pregnant. So it's possible, 1:00:26 Speaker 2: but it's a better chance 1:00:27 Speaker 2: to not be on test and 1:00:30 Speaker 2: be more fertile. Doctor. Kiss said 3 months. She said that once you pull the test, it's going going to take 3 months, 1:00:38 Speaker 2: for you your natural testes to kick on and start making good fertile sperm again. 1:00:45 Speaker 2: And even with the help of Enclomiphene 1:00:47 Speaker 2: and HCG, so I absolutely do Enclomiphene, 1:00:51 Speaker 2: do HCG. 1:00:52 Speaker 2: I told her I was doing like a 1500 1:00:55 Speaker 2: IUs 3 times a week and she her her response to that was maybe you should do less only because 1:01:02 Speaker 2: that might be too high of a dose and it might be kicking up your estrogen. 1:01:06 Speaker 2: But those people like me, I don't really have an estrogen. 1:01:10 Speaker 2: I mean, I get estrogen symptoms. Cool. When I ask for them, like when I do like a lot of tests, hell yeah, like everybody else, but I don't get estrogen, 1:01:18 Speaker 2: you know, 1:01:19 Speaker 2: abnormally 1:01:20 Speaker 2: bad. And so I haven't, I have had 0 estrogen symptoms at my 1,500. 1:01:25 Speaker 2: I use 3 times a week, but some people might. And so that's something to watch for. 1:01:30 Speaker 2: Also told me to, I think it's like 12.5 mg of Enclomiphene. Usually they come in 12.5 mg tabs. 1:01:37 Speaker 2: I was, 1:01:38 Speaker 2: yeah, I was doing 25 mg a day. And 1:01:42 Speaker 2: so, cool. I'm gonna try 12.5 and the same thing, same reason and reasoning behind that. 1:01:48 Speaker 2: Cause you can't have a high estrogen 1:01:50 Speaker 2: also and 1:01:52 Speaker 2: keep yourself prime fertile. Kisspeptin 1:01:54 Speaker 2: 10 is interesting. It's like 1:01:58 Speaker 2: worthless 1:01:58 Speaker 2: while you're on testosterone. 1:02:01 Speaker 2: Okay? Because it works way upstream in your pituitary. 1:02:04 Speaker 2: And if you're up on tests, 1:02:07 Speaker 2: pituitary 1:02:08 Speaker 2: is just not listening. 1:02:09 Speaker 2: Okay? It will not turn on 1:02:12 Speaker 2: to any stimulus because it thinks it has enough tests. Right? But Kisspeptin is working way upstream on your brain 1st to tell your body, Hey, let's go make my 1:02:21 Speaker 2: luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone, which is 1:02:25 Speaker 2: testicles and AKA also your ovaries, same thing. 1:02:30 Speaker 2: Cool. If you're not taking tests, yeah, I'd run them all. The 1 thing about my research that on the Kisspeptin-ten is like they use Kisspeptin-ten 1:02:38 Speaker 2: for 1:02:39 Speaker 2: anti fertility treatments. So they give people high doses 1:02:43 Speaker 2: of Kisspeptin 1:02:44 Speaker 2: 10 to kill their fertility. 1:02:47 Speaker 2: So more is not better in this case. You actually want it to be somewhere around that hundred microgram 3 times a week. Okay? Yeah. So at low doses, cool, it's gonna help. At high doses, it's going to hinder you. 1:03:00 Speaker 2: So 1:03:02 Speaker 2: I would do all those. I've also taken HMG, 1:03:04 Speaker 2: which is like a, again, 1 of these, like, really expensive 1:03:08 Speaker 2: last chance. Usually doctors will say, Hey, try HCG and clomiphene 1st. 1:03:13 Speaker 2: If you're not getting any luck in like 6 months, then we can start adding an HMG at like 75 1:03:19 Speaker 2: IUs, 1:03:20 Speaker 2: which is 1 full bottle, 1:03:22 Speaker 2: like 3 times a week. So 1:03:25 Speaker 2: I just happen to know a guy. So I get it, get him and I can, I can do that? 1:03:32 Speaker 2: Last resort it, but 1:03:34 Speaker 2: do those 3. It's the best answer I got. 1:03:37 Speaker 2: And you know, your test at 4 20 is not high. It's not 1:03:41 Speaker 2: mid. 1:03:42 Speaker 2: It's a little like low medium, I suppose. 1:03:46 Speaker 2: The free test is high, so that's great. And that's what really matters. Yeah. You know, 1:03:51 Speaker 2: you're somehow converting your SHBG 1:03:53 Speaker 2: months, that 27, don't know, 1:03:57 Speaker 2: but something's allowing that free test to go to work. 1:04:00 Speaker 2: He's 33. 1:04:01 Speaker 2: Yeah. Cool. So you're a good age. 1:04:04 Speaker 2: Yeah. You're a good age. You should, you should, 1:04:07 Speaker 2: you should be able to get her pregnant soon. 1:04:10 Speaker 0: Yeah. Good luck. Standard. 1:04:12 Speaker 0: Lift weights. 1:04:13 Speaker 2: Lift weights too rough sleep, lifting weights and lifting heavy weight, 1:04:19 Speaker 0: less cardio. 0 Yeah. Just get just, you know, like weight training is always a good thing for everybody, dude. That's what's going to keep you younger. 1:04:27 Speaker 0: But yeah, you didn't, I, you don't aren't taking TRT, 1:04:31 Speaker 0: which even at 33 man, that's pushing it. I mean, at 4 20, 1:04:35 Speaker 0: you're, you're, you're, you're free is good. 1:04:37 Speaker 0: Know, I like to keep mine around roughly 45 to 50 because that's where I feel the best. Doesn't mean that you're, you're me, 1:04:43 Speaker 0: but you're cruising man. You know, Enclomiphene's great because, you know, there are actual clinical trials that have shown that it's going to raise testosterone 1:04:51 Speaker 0: and, you know, keep, preserve your sperm count. So I think alone, 1:04:56 Speaker 0: that 1 should 1 do it. I don't know how long you've been trying, 1:05:01 Speaker 0: but I have no doubt in my mind, unless your bride might have some issues. You'll you'll get a pregnant man. If you go in school, I have like diagram details 1:05:10 Speaker 2: of how all of the fertility drugs work in a person's body. Like all of the pathways of just like, yeah, he goes from here to there, to there, to there 1:05:18 Speaker 2: and what they should do and dosage 1:05:20 Speaker 2: in dosages and sourcing. If you want to go join the school and really 1:05:24 Speaker 2: get an in-depth knowledge, 1:05:26 Speaker 2: do that. 1:05:27 Speaker 0: Thank you. Yeah. 1:05:29 Speaker 2: Okay. 1:05:31 Speaker 0: Next, 1:05:32 Speaker 2: I guess. So question 7, I was listening to the JRE 1:05:35 Speaker 2: show and I heard David Sinclair talk about how our can cause an eye stroke, which causes blindness in 1 eye. 1:05:43 Speaker 2: Like any good researcher, I researched myself 1:05:46 Speaker 2: and, 1:05:48 Speaker 2: and I find that 1 in every 10000 people have this issue with GLP ones. Is there any data 1:05:54 Speaker 2: on what other factors might cause this issue? For example, I remember research on Cardrian said it would cause cancer in mice, but it was a huge dose compared to the typical human dose, right? It was, it was 80. They gave a poor mouse 80 times the human dose, 1:06:09 Speaker 2: which is crazy. Course. Yeah. That's what they talk about forever too. Also, 1:06:13 Speaker 2: is there a place to find these studies? 1:06:16 Speaker 2: Honestly, that is scary. 1 in 10000, 1:06:21 Speaker 2: which isn't great odds for something as serious and complete vision loss. Thank you for all your support and provided us. Okay, so I did some research also 1:06:29 Speaker 2: in answering this, I might, I dislike it in podcasts when people just 1:06:34 Speaker 2: read the research, 1:06:36 Speaker 2: but some of this stuff I'm going to have to, I'm going to read a little bit. 1:06:40 Speaker 2: It's not long, 1:06:41 Speaker 2: but the 1 in 10000 is a vast overstatement and it is not a, not true. There's a EMA 1:06:49 Speaker 2: like, so there's an acronym EMA, 1:06:52 Speaker 2: means may affect up to 1 in 10000. Right? This is like a general label that that researchers put on some things, 1:07:00 Speaker 2: but 1:07:01 Speaker 2: it's not the conclusive data definitely doesn't show 1 in 10000. It and also the 1:07:08 Speaker 2: classified NAION, 1:07:10 Speaker 2: okay, is this actual condition. It's a very rare adverse effect of semaglutide 1:07:15 Speaker 2: specifically, 1:07:16 Speaker 2: not of R, 1:07:18 Speaker 2: and not of every GLP-one based drugs and 1:07:21 Speaker 2: not a proven exact frequency of 1 person in 1 in 10000. 1:07:27 Speaker 2: So some other things to look for that you can basically, I mean, there's other things that are going on. So basically 1:07:34 Speaker 2: it's not Not eating. Are. Right. There are some things that so known susceptibility 1:07:38 Speaker 2: factors include 1:07:40 Speaker 2: small crowded optic disc, which you can go to your eye doctor and see if you have that. 1:07:45 Speaker 2: That's 1 of the leading, like, characteristics of somebody who might be prone to this. So if you're worried, do that, and that will probably rule you out. Prior NAION 1:07:55 Speaker 2: on the other eye, diabetes, hyper oh, that was sorry. For the prior sentence, previous sentence. Diabetes, 1:08:01 Speaker 2: hypertension, 1:08:02 Speaker 2: high cholesterol, smoking, 1:08:04 Speaker 2: and sleep apnea. 1:08:08 Speaker 2: There you go. Which literally is like the beginning of like, those are risks, dude, like every condition that we ever talk about. Literally. Okay. So you 1:08:17 Speaker 2: you go to your eye doctor and make sure you don't have this small or crowded 1:08:21 Speaker 2: optic disc, 1:08:23 Speaker 2: and then you are healthy and don't have those other things, 1:08:28 Speaker 2: you're probably not gonna end. You don't take Semaglutide, 1:08:30 Speaker 2: then you're guaranteed not to have it. So 1:08:33 Speaker 0: it's funny how, 1:08:35 Speaker 0: we all read, we can like look at a picture and 1 person likes it. 1 person doesn't. 1 person likes tomatoes. 1 person hates it. That's so cool about life. When I read this, I wrote down Doritos. What I mean by that is like, I'd be more worried about Doritos, bro, than being worried about the R and what you're worried about. Because I'm like, my brain goes, 1:08:53 Speaker 0: 1 in 10,000? Yeah. Probably won't be me. Probably won't be me. So my brain goes, I wouldn't even be worried about that. But if you are worried about it because you're not me, 1:09:03 Speaker 0: then don't do it. 1:09:04 Speaker 0: You know what I mean? I mean, if you're somebody that's, you know, like your risk tolerance is a lot different than mine, I mean, used to do heroin, so, like, like, let's jump. Yeah. I think we'll make it. So 1:09:14 Speaker 0: my risk tolerance is very different. 1:09:16 Speaker 0: But if you're not that, which just sounds like it, then don't do it, man. Like, if you're gonna trip on it while you're taking it and, like, 1:15:09 Speaker 0: We take steroids and we take antibiotics and we've all done it. Unfortunately they really just 1:15:16 Speaker 0: Jack our stomach up. You know, I think a lot of the problems as humans that we run into are because of those, you know, and that's what doctors know to prescribe and that is what it is, 1:15:28 Speaker 0: but there's a lot of chain reactions that come to that stuff. I mean, I'm going to answer a little bit differently because I think that you need to go right into the KPV and the oral BPC pills. I think that you should be starting to run those. 1:15:38 Speaker 0: I'd ran it. I'd throw in a TA-one Thymosin Alpha-one, 1:15:42 Speaker 0: because that's going to really help to abuse your immune system. Antibiotics are going to really just 1:15:48 Speaker 0: not do good for your immune system. So I think the TA-one 1:15:52 Speaker 0: with 1:15:54 Speaker 0: injection, KPV, 1:15:56 Speaker 0: BPC, and then the orals too. Right? Let's blast this stuff. 1:16:01 Speaker 0: You know, again, I'll always just use my experience with life. I've had gut problems and I feel knock on wood and jinx myself that they're feeling a lot better than they were. Now I will tell you that I have been on a protocol from Doctor. Scott for a while, but I have been taking the KPV and the BPC 1:16:17 Speaker 0: for a long time too. I have no doubt in my mind, those have been helping because 1:16:22 Speaker 0: I've had leaky gut forever. You know, I have yeast and like, what do have SIBO and all this crap? Whatever 1:16:30 Speaker 2: you got from Jack in the Box. Not 1:16:33 Speaker 2: you, but like that 1:16:35 Speaker 2: too. But what did, whatever the outbreak 3 was that it was in bad Yeah. What the hell it's going to bug you with a C Salmon. No, no, no. It starts with the C. It was like killing people. 1:16:45 Speaker 0: They found that in your gut. 0 Yeah. So anyways, my goal is Jack's, but 1:16:49 Speaker 0: so do that, try that. And yeah, I don't think they're needing to wait necessarily. I think those, 1:16:54 Speaker 0: the orals will do you good because of the antibiotics, 1:16:57 Speaker 0: but run 1:16:59 Speaker 0: them. I hope you feel great. I love the Epitalon. 1:17:01 Speaker 0: I thought that was smart. 1:17:03 Speaker 2: So good job gal. That was great. I guess, let me walk back. I'm 1:17:08 Speaker 2: worried about, I guess I just, you worry about infection, right? Leaky guy, like that's toxic stuff making your septic and you need to know about that. So 1:17:17 Speaker 2: get tested for it. Don't just blast it with antibiotics, 1:17:20 Speaker 2: but I have no problem. I mean, I guess I have no problem. I would personally take the oral BPC and KPV immediately. 1:17:29 Speaker 0: And 2, but I know we keep going, but like, that's why we do this. 1:17:33 Speaker 0: It's definitely different for women, but like, let's throw some fasting in there. Fasting will reboot your gut. And when you get to about a 16 hour, 1:17:42 Speaker 0: you start the autophagy stage. 1:17:45 Speaker 0: It really starts to shine around 20 hours. 1:17:49 Speaker 0: But 1:17:50 Speaker 0: I 1:17:51 Speaker 0: think truly, if you did a 72 hour fast, 1:17:55 Speaker 0: you would reboot your gut so well, and that would start you off on a great Push your limits, train with precision, 1:18:03 Speaker 0: see the results. So maybe try that. 1:18:47 Speaker 2: Alright. Question 9. 45 year old mom of 6. Whoo. Whore woman. 1:18:52 Speaker 2: Endurance runner, 60 to 70 miles a week with threshold 1:18:56 Speaker 2: VO with threshold 1:18:58 Speaker 2: VO 2 max and long run weekly. 1:19:01 Speaker 2: Lift 4 times a week, 5 foot 412 1:19:05 Speaker 2: to 114 1:19:06 Speaker 2: pounds and at 12% body fat. 1:19:09 Speaker 2: Week 6 of our 1 mega week and glow at 15 1:19:14 Speaker 2: Migs 1:19:15 Speaker 2: 3 times a week. 1:19:17 Speaker 2: Let's check that Mig. It's probably not milligrams. 1:19:20 Speaker 2: Thoughts on adding IGF 1? I mean, plus how could you glow is 3 things? So how do you know? Anyway, 1:19:27 Speaker 2: thoughts on adding IGF 1:19:28 Speaker 2: 1? I prefer a lean small frame as I always have been running performance feels best at this size growing a stupid amount of humans 1:19:37 Speaker 2: left me with more loose skin. I prefer 1:19:41 Speaker 2: not excessive, 1:19:44 Speaker 2: but not excessive. 125 was my max prego weight. Damn. I believe slight muscle gain, not fat loss can increase the definition of fullness through my lower back, abdomen, and ass filling out that skin question mark. Anything I have considered GH peptides make me way too bloaty at invisible doses. Okay. So not worth it for me. Mahalo for all your knowledge. I learned so much from you. Yeah. We got a Hawaii gal. 1:20:09 Speaker 0: It. Wonder what island she lives on. I 1:20:12 Speaker 0: was curious 1:20:15 Speaker 0: to, 1:20:16 Speaker 0: sound like you're tiny. 1:20:18 Speaker 2: And 25 1:20:20 Speaker 0: max pregnancy. Right. So like that's tiny. So 5, 4, 1 12, that seems 1:20:26 Speaker 0: pretty tiny to me. Was kind of curious where I don't think you need Retta. 1:20:31 Speaker 2: 12% body fat. That's 1:20:34 Speaker 0: tiny for a woman, right? Yeah. So like, I wouldn't give my wife Retta at all. Like, I'm not, that's like Alyssa. It does like Alyssa. So 1:20:42 Speaker 0: like, I wouldn't even do that. Like you, what I you're a runner. So I would throw in SLU-3D-332 1:20:48 Speaker 0: because it's going to be great for endurance. And 1:20:52 Speaker 0: you can, that you don't need the RET. I think that are that you're going to, I think you're going to get a lot from that. You said that you don't do well on growth hormones, 1:21:01 Speaker 0: peptides, but have you tried HGH or 45? Maybe 1 IU. I mean, you really need low dose for a gal. 1 Well, you, I mean, even every other day or 5 days on 2 days off. Yeah. It's gonna help you recover. You're going to sleep well. I mean, it takes a little while for it to hit you, but you will start sleeping well, think right away. 1:21:19 Speaker 0: And I would try that rather than the Tessa Ipah because if you feel like you're getting water away, you're really lean. So you notice when there's a little bit of water weight, right? So 1:21:30 Speaker 0: either bring the Tessa Ipah down 1:21:33 Speaker 0: or go, which, which we prefer more here at over 40 for men and women is just small dose of HGH. 1:21:40 Speaker 0: I think you would rock on just the SLU-3s, 1:21:43 Speaker 0: the HGH 1:21:45 Speaker 0: and make sure you're eating a ton of protein because you're running. Yeah. So, 1:21:50 Speaker 2: I would agree in some of that, but, but yeah, so 12%. So men, they generally say like, here's the, you know, healthy, healthy men is like something like between 12 and 15, but the truth is really, somewhere between like 812% 1:22:07 Speaker 2: women. 1:22:10 Speaker 2: I believe that it's like 18 to 21% is what 1:22:14 Speaker 2: a normal average healthy woman is. And I could, you know, lower that a little bit, maybe like 1:22:19 Speaker 2: 17, but like under 15%, 1:22:22 Speaker 2: you know, you theoretically, you stop ovulating because God says you have, don't have enough fat to support another child. Now she might be saying, she might say bullshit. I had 6 of them when I was this lean, but like, cool. I'm just saying what the, 1:22:36 Speaker 2: what the generalized numbers are now. 1:22:39 Speaker 2: Yeah. For sure. Okay. So I agree with the sleep. 1st thing that came to mind, sleep. You're but basically the bodyguard percent is you're right. You do not need to burn any more fat. 1:22:50 Speaker 2: Adding muscle will be everything that you want it to be. Like, that needs to be your primary goal, which is why you are asking about IGF-one. 1:22:59 Speaker 2: I don't I just don't know. I 1:23:02 Speaker 2: don't know. I guess I don't don't have the good feeling about the IGF-one for you right now. Think I totally agreed on the HGH. 1:23:10 Speaker 2: Go low dose so you don't get 1:23:12 Speaker 2: any bloating. I know you said you did the GH peptides at invisible doses and still got bloating, but 1:23:19 Speaker 2: SLU-3P. 1:23:20 Speaker 2: I would definitely try SLU-3P. There's like 1000 micrograms, 1:23:23 Speaker 2: which is 1 mg, or there's Mega SLU-3P with 100 mg. And we know plenty of women who take that. 1:23:30 Speaker 2: You might be a good candidate. The 1st thing that pokes out at me though is I would stop running. 1:23:35 Speaker 2: And I know that you're gonna be, well, like, I I get it. Like, that's what makes me happy, but you also lift, like, find something else that is lifting related 1:23:45 Speaker 2: that stimulates you like running does. 1:23:48 Speaker 2: Try like really heavy lifting. Yeah. 1:23:52 Speaker 2: Because you're running, you're never going to, as a woman and at 54 running that dang much, sorry, you're just never, 1:24:01 Speaker 2: you're never going to add much muscle. You're just burning it all off. It is what it is. So I don't even, do have 1 try not even strong enough. 1:24:09 Speaker 2: Like, you would need to do something like testosterone and shit testosterone might be the answer. I know. Low dose testosterone 1:24:15 Speaker 2: might be your best your best go to. Oh, I guess I thought you're yeah, you're 45. Okay. Had about 9 54. But 1:24:24 Speaker 2: but still, 1:24:25 Speaker 2: I still don't change my answer based on that age. 60, 70 miles a week running, man. That's, there's no way you can drive that far. Like no fucking wonder. Right? 1:24:37 Speaker 2: So yeah, I would find something you could do, jump off cliffs or something, or like lift really heavy and, 1:24:43 Speaker 2: do HIIT training, but max 30 minutes, right? The thing about HIIT training is so you go and you stop at 30 minutes, so then your body doesn't start eating into your muscle and burning that off for fuel. 1:24:55 Speaker 2: And I know the goal isn't fat burning, but you could stand to 1:25:00 Speaker 2: not burn so many calories and 1:25:02 Speaker 2: eat, eat, eat, eat 1:25:04 Speaker 2: protein, 1:25:05 Speaker 2: protein, protein, protein. 1:25:07 Speaker 2: That's all I got for you. Last 1:25:09 Speaker 0: question. All right. A 43, 6, 2 90 pounds down 2 15 since starting R. 1:25:16 Speaker 0: I live regularly, get blood work every 6 months. And my total T has been around 4 20 to 4 65. 1:25:22 Speaker 0: So lower energy. I'm considering TRT 1:25:25 Speaker 0: right now on R 3 Migs a week, 1:25:29 Speaker 0: CLO with a K-4Migs, 1:25:32 Speaker 0: Monday through Friday, and Tessa, 1 Mig, Monday through Friday, 1:25:36 Speaker 0: got into peptides 5 or 6 months ago and quickly went from 1 goal to wanting to optimize body comp, energy, recovery, hormones, and longevity. 1:25:44 Speaker 0: We know how that works. I've heard Trevor Cruder and Jay Campbell on your show talk about planning their protocols 1:25:51 Speaker 0: for the entire year. How do you guys actually build a smart annual plan without making it a full time job? And how do you know what to truly belongs in the plans versus hearing about something new and thinking, well, I guess I need that too. That was a great question. 1:26:06 Speaker 2: That is a good question. My 1st question though, is this is the 3rd time that somebody said it, JD, what do you think when somebody says I'm doing CLO 5 mg 1:26:16 Speaker 2: or glow 15 mg? What does that mean? Because 1:26:21 Speaker 2: CLO 1:26:22 Speaker 2: is, 1:26:23 Speaker 2: is 1:26:25 Speaker 2: 10 mg usually. So 10 mg of BPC, 1:26:29 Speaker 2: 10 Migs of TB-five hundred, Thymosin beta-four, and 10 Migs KPV 1:26:34 Speaker 2: and 70 Migs of GHKC. 1:26:37 Speaker 2: So 1:26:40 Speaker 2: is it 1, 2, 3 1:26:43 Speaker 2: years? 1:26:44 Speaker 0: And then 0 A lot of people think units 1:26:47 Speaker 2: with Migs. Yeah. You know what I mean? Yeah. That's what I was thinking. That's what I was thinking about the last girl. She said, well, 1:26:55 Speaker 0: 3 Migs 1:26:56 Speaker 0: of what? Is that glow? Well, she's saying Retatrut or Arbitso. Oh, well that's not it, but I'm talking about the blend. Yeah. No, I'm saying she did. That makes me think she did. Not units because she's got that. So 1:27:07 Speaker 2: anyway, dude, I'm sorry, whatever. That's 1:27:10 Speaker 2: for you to figure out, but 1:27:13 Speaker 2: how do you, okay. Do I plan my 3 stuff out for a year? The answer my answer is no. I do not. I 1:27:21 Speaker 2: have, 1:27:22 Speaker 2: I have planned out. 1:27:24 Speaker 2: I can tell you what I've done in the past. Right? And like, it just kind of works out like that. If we're talking about testosterone 1:27:30 Speaker 2: and I know that's not really what you're talking about, but, like, I generally in the past couple of years have done, like, cruising and blasting. And so cruising meaning 1:27:38 Speaker 2: low dose, like a TRT dose, right, something less than 200 mg of testosterone, 1:27:44 Speaker 2: do that. And this is not advice for you to do. I'm just telling you this is what I've done is 1:27:50 Speaker 2: 2 months off, then bump that up, add some like small cutting compound and run that for 4 months. Take 1:27:57 Speaker 2: 2 months off, do the same thing for 4 months. And that gives me 12 months. 1:28:03 Speaker 2: And, but that's not 1:28:06 Speaker 2: long enough break. Think for people, this is why I'm 1:28:10 Speaker 2: not really struggling yet to have a child. I haven't been trying that much, but that's why there could be potential struggles. 1:28:16 Speaker 2: I don't plan it out in a year. I plan it out maybe, 1:28:19 Speaker 2: you know, 4 months at a time, but then again, I don't have any exact 1:28:23 Speaker 2: specific goals. Right? Like, I'm in, I like to stay 1:28:27 Speaker 2: where I'm at year round and I'm not trying to 1:28:31 Speaker 2: get all bunch leaner and I'm not trying to get any bigger. And so 1:28:36 Speaker 2: had I had some real specific goals. Cool. I could, I would, I would do that more. 1:28:43 Speaker 2: I don't know, man. Also JD and I think are kind of 1:28:47 Speaker 2: like garbage cans where we will air on the side of more 1:28:52 Speaker 2: historically. 1:28:53 Speaker 2: So like, how do I know, how do you know, you know, where's the line between 1:28:58 Speaker 2: proven peptides and 1:29:00 Speaker 2: something that just maybe heard something about, I don't know, we probably would just like, let's try it. Yeah, yeah. But we do. Not a good advice. I'm just telling you what it is. Well, 2, 1:29:09 Speaker 0: there's a little side note. I mean, there's some compounds coming out that are gaining some notoriety. I won't talk about them yet because, but we 1:29:18 Speaker 0: do them 1st. I'm doing, well, like, well actually see the compounds that are fairly common out there that we are about to release ourselves. But the thing, the reason I'm bringing this up is we don't usually do this stuff until we try them because that's so that's just the way it is just because everybody's talking about it doesn't mean that it's correct. Especially on the internet world, Trevor and Jay are obviously men who are in the know 1:29:45 Speaker 0: and they plan it out a year. Cool. I'm definitely not going to do that, 1:29:49 Speaker 0: especially in, you know, we are dump dumpster fires for We still have those, like, you know, we were come from a day. Were at- Those guys, Jay and him, like their lives planned out also. Yeah. Well, so like people that are like super healthy are going to tell you generally what they're going to eat. And that part is great. You know, for me, 1:30:08 Speaker 0: my fasting protocol is usually 1:30:11 Speaker 0: dialed in. However, I changed that up. This morning I got up and I knew I was going to lift heavy and my wife has made our grudge into a gym. Now I ate some carbs because I knew it was going to lift. 1:30:22 Speaker 0: And then I ate some carbs after, 1:30:24 Speaker 0: and so I will switch it up and stuff like that. So I'm like a spur of the moment off the cuff type of a dude. I will never plan out my protocols a year in advance because I know I won't stick to it. I go off of, I am very like goal oriented. I think that's where will and I different for like, he doesn't have an objective. He likes to look how he looks and that works for him. I like to like sometimes look a lot buffer. 1:30:46 Speaker 0: Sometimes I want to look a lot leaner. I do that because I like the discipline of like changing things up and then trying different things on eating different ways, lifting different ways. 1:30:56 Speaker 0: And so that will change my protocol. But I will tell you live and learn when we, we know, when I 1st started our company and we had access to certain things, 1:31:06 Speaker 0: it was a problem for me because I was like, yeah, bro, 1:31:09 Speaker 0: let's do all of that. And a lot of it. Like, that's definitely was not wise, but I learned and now I don't do that. And it works a lot better when you don't do that. Well, I said like 4 compounds that varies a little bit for me, 1:31:24 Speaker 0: but let's just stop for a 2nd to be logical. If you're taking 8 compounds, which I've done, not judging you, how do you know what's working? You don't because I'm telling you with experience. 1:31:35 Speaker 0: I know that it doesn't. If you take, especially your brand new to peptide or, you know, peptides, 1:31:41 Speaker 0: just do 2, start with our start with BPC. So those are the gateway drugs I call them because they work right away and then add in a couple at a time. 1:31:52 Speaker 0: So you know how they work. I didn't do it like that. So I'm giving you advice from me doing it wrong, you know? But now I do do that and I feel better. And like now when I run SS-31and 1:32:02 Speaker 0: a higher dose, I know it's SS-31. 1:32:04 Speaker 0: You know I mean? Yeah. 1:32:06 Speaker 2: I don't really have much more to add other than look, you're 43 and your testosterone test out at 04:20, 4 65. If it were me, I would hands down, I'd go on testosterone. 1:32:17 Speaker 0: 100. 1:32:19 Speaker 0: Change your life, brother. Will change your damn life. Mhmm. My friend. Yep. 1:32:24 Speaker 2: And, you know, I do things that, hey. Look. If I injure myself, that's time to blast some BPC and TB. I don't like to plan stuff out in the year because, like, goals change in life and, like, things change. 1:32:35 Speaker 2: Do that. And I'm not that rigid. Not saying that those guys are rigid, but, like, 1:32:41 Speaker 2: well, I'm not gonna plan it out knowing that I'm gonna change it, that the things were gonna happen. Right? And I don't wanna be bound and stuck to something 1:32:49 Speaker 2: just because I, you know, when it doesn't make sense anymore. And 1:32:54 Speaker 2: yeah, yeah, Something might come up and be like, damn, I'm really feeling some brain fog. Like I just 1:32:59 Speaker 2: ran into a wall with my bike. I better take a bunch of new tropics to like rebuild my traumatic brain injury. Yep. Shit happens. And 1:33:08 Speaker 0: if you talk about Trevor in particular, 1:33:11 Speaker 0: he loves the nootropics. 1:33:12 Speaker 0: I don't love him as much. I'm a cutter guy. I like to like look lean. 1:33:17 Speaker 0: And so they're radically different personality. They're going after a different objective and that's going to change. But, good question guys. 1:33:25 Speaker 0: Listen, we, the, the coaching call is going to be Pacific standard time and we're going to be doing it on Thursday 1:33:32 Speaker 0: at 04:00. 1:33:33 Speaker 0: They will be recorded. I'm assuming we'll we'll put them on school, but like, if you wanna have some interaction, 1:33:40 Speaker 0: get on there because my goal with that is to motivate the shit out of you, man. I love talking about 1:33:46 Speaker 0: mindset. 1:33:47 Speaker 0: I love talking about discipline. I'm going to show you particularly how I went from sticking a needle in my arm to pretty successful guy who I think most would call successful and like that cultivated through discipline. Will will tell you there's times when I'm like a psycho about it because 1:34:03 Speaker 0: it's empowering dude when you like enforce discipline, man. And, we're going to talk a lot about the cultivation 1:34:08 Speaker 0: of how you do that, right? How do you build discipline? It's muscle like, right? Like you do hard shit, right? Like the red is great. Well, take the red out and don't eat when you're hungry. That's discipline. 1:34:20 Speaker 0: So yeah, we're going talk a lot about that and a heck of a lot more. We're going to start, we're also going to talk about business building. 1:34:25 Speaker 0: We're going to talk about cultivation of building a brand. It's not just a coaching program. We're going to get you in shape. Part's obvious. Want to get ripped, but like, let's build a bad ass life too. 1:34:37 Speaker 0: And let's do it together. I'm excited. So Thursday, 1:34:40 Speaker 0: 04:00 Pacific standard, if you're an Aussie and I know that's a weird time. 1:34:45 Speaker 0: Listen, there's a lot of you Aussies that listen, I love it. There's a guy that's from Australia that we live with. He's great. You're probably listening to this man. Shout out to you. I saw him yesterday. Haven't seen him in a while and I had a son in there. It was awesome. Met a son. 1:34:58 Speaker 0: And, but yeah, we we'll, we'll accommodate you, man. Like we, our 1:35:02 Speaker 0: goal is to help people. And our goal is to get you to your objective. 1:35:07 Speaker 0: You want to get ripped. We'll help you get there. But we want to push you a little further. 4 Poor Rob had a yeah. Accidental 1:35:14 Speaker 2: block party on his hands at his house. When he came back for dinner the other day, they were gone for 4 weeks. They were traveling to 1:35:22 Speaker 0: Europe. 1:35:23 Speaker 0: They're in Italy. They're in Croatia. 1:35:26 Speaker 0: And I was like, dude, you were living at a hotel for a month. Said, yeah. I said, that sounds like hell. I was there for a week. I'm like, yeah, well, so sick of this hotel. 1:35:37 Speaker 0: Yep. 1:35:38 Speaker 0: That 1:35:39 Speaker 0: is it. Anything else, bro? 1:35:41 Speaker 0: No, I forgot. That's how we do it, and that's how we do it. But, other than that, we will remember, do you like the guests? Do you like us to do a blend? Do you like the compounds talking about like that? We've been kind of straying away from that. Cause we've been busy with guests. We want feedback guys. 1:35:59 Speaker 0: Bad, ugly. We will read it into you won't offend us. Right? We got thick skin. And, other than that, we'll catch you in the next round later.
