0:54Speaker 2Welcome back to the Peptide of the Week
0:57Speaker 2Podcast
0:58Speaker 2in Prague.
1:00Speaker 2We are still in Prague, Will and I. I am your host, JD Denham, across the way in the room down
1:06Speaker 2the stairs. He's on 3, I'm on 4. Mr. William T. Haas.
1:10Speaker 3Good to be here. It's good to not have a view of the roof 4 feet away from me like every other hotel I get. I got the well, when we check-in, I got the building.
1:20Speaker 2I almost went with the upgrade, but I decided against it. Yeah.
1:24Speaker 3Yeah, I definitely decided against it. But, yeah, JD and I, whenever we travel,
1:29Speaker 3somehow
1:30Speaker 3he always gets the room, like, on the Top Floor with the view of everything, and I get the room on the 1st Floor with the top of the building and the air conditioning units right outside of my window. You know why? I think this is life, because I don't really care, but you care, and that's just how life is. It's how it is. You know what I mean? Absolutely.
1:49Speaker 3Totally. It's
1:50Speaker 3like my father,
1:52Speaker 3when I was a kid driving, the whole time we're driving going, Oh, I'm gonna get these red lights. I can't believe these red lights. And
1:58Speaker 3he hits every fucking red light every time.
2:03Speaker 2Seriously, that's how it is, man. Power of thought.
2:06Speaker 2Absolutely. It is insane how it really is.
2:09Speaker 2It really is that way. It is real. Yes. Think about,
2:13Speaker 2you know, everybody has, well, I'll think of, for example, my bride, like just, she's as bubbly, you call her
2:19Speaker 2golden retriever, which is a perfect way to explain her. Especially always in a good mood, but like you can't be around again, a bad mood around somebody like that. They're just uplifting.
2:28Speaker 2Their energy is infectious,
2:30Speaker 2you know? And then, but on the other side, got some guy that's just always bitching and like, you know what I mean? You're like, Oh bro, I don't want to go around Ron, dude. Here comes Ron. Fucking
2:40Speaker 2Ron. Oh man. I call them positivity vampires, dude. Yeah.
2:44Speaker 2We all have them, dude. And it's, you know, it's crazy is that,
2:47Speaker 2I don't know if this is just my journey and life, or you can tell me your opinion on this, but it took me a long time to catch up to how important it is to cut those people out of your life. Like cut them out. Like, I can't be around that
3:01Speaker 2stuff. I mean,
3:02Speaker 2I talk a lot about it like,
3:05Speaker 2I want to be around guys that think big and do big, you know, like that. But on the same thing, like you gotta get, like you can't be around people that are negative, dude, and think negative and think like we're supposed to be in this little box. Like, you gotta get away from those people. Like, you gotta be around positive people if you know what I mean? It's really contagious, man. Yes, it is. It is really contagious. There is real thing of energy vampires.
3:29Speaker 2Do you, do you agree with the that as a
3:34Speaker 2kind of a 40 year old perspective?
3:36Speaker 2Like, that is not a youthful perspective. Like, obviously, as you age, you become more wise. Gray hair is a sign of wisdom is a proverb.
3:44Speaker 2And,
3:45Speaker 2it sure is true. She's gray. I got some wisdom because I've been through some shit.
3:50Speaker 2Yeah. Absolutely. I
3:52Speaker 3think that that's definitely a function of wisdom, and I think it's also a function of
3:56Speaker 3when I was younger,
3:58Speaker 3I guess I didn't have as many people in life because they were all younger kids like me who were
4:05Speaker 3negative about stuff, right? I think that,
4:08Speaker 3know,
4:09Speaker 3not only that people are born inherently just complainers the whole time, now some people are, but I think as you get older, you encounter more and more people because they get older and they get more cynical and think that
4:20Speaker 3life's out to get them. And so it's easier to identify those people and then
4:25Speaker 2try and cut them off. Left turn away from Ron.
4:29Speaker 3And
4:31Speaker 3then there's some people that you just-
4:33Speaker 2They're infectious. Can't get away from, but that are like that and that's tough.
4:38Speaker 2It's gotta mitigate Yeah, it's me uplifting or like have a positive message. I mean, those are the people that, you know, we try to be around. I was telling Alyssa
4:46Speaker 2tells a story, which is funny. She probably tells it a little bit funnier, but when I started dating her, I mean, she was like 23, she was a pup.
4:53Speaker 2I think she was 23, something like that. And I used to always say, like, you don't get it. Like you, I got 10 years, almost 11 years on you.
5:00Speaker 2And like, that's a big gap of wisdom. It really is. And she used to always, she never told me this, but she would always say, I hate when he says that because you're 23, you think you know everything. Like, you know everything, bro. Like you are established.
5:12Speaker 2And then you get to be 33,
5:14Speaker 2you don't know shit. I was 33 when I got sober. You know what mean? Yeah. You know nothing You at 20
5:21Speaker 3know what mean? You know nothing. And it's even hard for,
5:24Speaker 3I don't know, it's hard for me to even
5:26Speaker 3converse with most
5:28Speaker 323 year olds or that age. Right? Like, you don't have they don't
5:33Speaker 3there's just not much substance. It's not their fault. It's just like, it's just how it is. I haven't really lived that long. Yeah, you have not tasted life yet. People You talk about like, Oh, you gotta date a younger woman like,
5:43Speaker 3Okay, but I don't, there's just
5:45Speaker 3no way I don't think I could even date because I couldn't even talk to a girl
5:49Speaker 3that young. I
5:51Speaker 2have a buddy that, he, he's ironically now getting married, but he was, he's my age, grew up with him. And gosh, even to the day, he would always date these 23 year olds, you know, and like, they were good looking. He's a good looking guy. But
6:03Speaker 2like, bro, they don't have, there's no way a 23 year old and a 40 year old
6:09Speaker 2can jive on conversation unless it's a very immature conversation. You know what I mean? Like, just be honest. Yeah. There's not much substance.
6:17Speaker 3No, there's not. I mean, unless, you know, there's there are some there's some, you know, some outliers in that. Right? There's some super mature people. But, yeah, for the most part, absolutely not.
6:27Speaker 2Nope.
6:28Speaker 2No. We,
6:30Speaker 2so how have you how's prog been for you? We've not, like, talked about you ever going to. How's it been?
6:36Speaker 3It's been great. You know, we're trying to get out and explore the city. I think it's gorgeous. I think that the cool thing in Prague is there's
6:44Speaker 3They do say so I looked at some of the stuff up, but, like, Prague is why it's uniquely historic
6:50Speaker 3is
6:51Speaker 3it's a super old city, but it was 1 of the cities that literally did not ever get devastated in World War 2. Right? 1 of the very few European major cities that didn't just get burnt to the ground. The only people who actually bombed Prague was The United States on accident because we thought it was a city in Germany.
7:10Speaker 3But
7:11Speaker 3it's all here. It's all still here, original. Right? And you could see it all, and it's pretty amazing. It looks like it's kind of fake, you know? Yeah. Every building is super old and really tall and the cities, all the streets are cobblestone.
7:24Speaker 3All they're multicolored.
7:26Speaker 3I also asked them, hey, show
7:29Speaker 3me the Soviet
7:31Speaker 3influence. Right? So when they were under the Soviet Union, we know the Soviet
7:36Speaker 3communists,
7:37Speaker 3they just built
7:38Speaker 3well, basically, they built, like, project housing. Right? They didn't Great. It's all about, like, it was all about equality and everybody gets the same thing, and and we had to do these for cheap. So they just built these
7:48Speaker 3giant squares,
7:50Speaker 3that all look the same out of concrete. And Prague is now multicolored.
7:54Speaker 3Right? All these they have buildings that are just that are pink and yellow, not next to them. And then that was they basically said, well, only way to make the Soviet buildings look somewhat nicer, make them a bit happier and not just gray concrete was to just paint them multicolored. Right. Thought that was interesting when you quote us. We, Melanot yesterday,
8:13Speaker 2went to General Shick early about 11,
8:15Speaker 2and we had hired a videographer for a local guy. And it was funny because everything's different. It's a different country and it's just very different here. And like, you know, he had said, I'll just do it from my iPhone. And I was kinda like, I don't know about that, you know? But like, long story short with that, he was great. Like, was not only like a cool guy, he filled us in on just a lot of culture and just a lot of the history.
8:38Speaker 2And he was great at what he did. You know, we stopped off and did a couple things and like,
8:42Speaker 3we wouldn't have done that if he wasn't there. We wouldn't have known to go there. So- No, and he like forced us to, which is cool. He gets in the car, we don't know him, and he just starts speaking Czech to the driver. Yeah.
8:53Speaker 3And he's like, alright, I told the driver we're gonna stop at this museum or this castle.
9:00Speaker 3And we're like, alright, but that's not kind of the plan, but whatever. He took control. He did. And it was cool.
9:06Speaker 2Yeah, we went to the castle and like, not only that, he like talked to the guard because it's guarded by, you know, military guys and he talked to them and like, let us go inside and kind of walk out for the scene. It was cool. Right? Yeah. So- It seems the Czech people I've noticed are, well, a, they're bigger people, which thank God, then like the hotel, the gym equipment in the hotel, I fit on. Amazing, because everybody's bigger here, but they're also it feel like really direct and literal.
9:33Speaker 3Now could be the language barrier a little bit, but everybody's English is pretty darn good. Pretty good. But they are,
9:40Speaker 3like, literal, like, they're, you know and I guess, again, language barrier, but but you ask them a question, they answer that question specifically and not
9:48Speaker 3there's no inferences
9:50Speaker 3from that question that makes them kind of expand on the question. Yeah, elaboration.
9:55Speaker 3Yeah.
9:59Speaker 2A great experience. The, time change for me, I've never done 15 hours ahead. It's 9 hours, but the flight was 15 hours. And that's been pretty rough. Like, I mean, I adapt pretty well to stuff, but, my body's trying to figure out what freaking time it is. I was telling Will before we started recording, I was talking to my wife last night as I was literally going to bed and she was feeding my sons some sushi. And I was like, it's
10:21Speaker 2hard to like wrap your brain around it. That's just, they're going on about to go to bed and I'm waking up. It's just trippy stuff. Yeah. In fact, they think it's
10:31Speaker 3what, like 4AM or something
10:34Speaker 3back home right now, maybe? 02:00.
10:36Speaker 2So yeah, I think it's somewhere around that. So it's been,
10:40Speaker 2so you have some time to adapt. I leave in a couple of days, so I'll probably adapt and then have to go home and then adapt.
10:48Speaker 2You will. So,
10:49Speaker 2you know, but it is what it is. We were in Prague. What am I complaining about? Nothing. It's cool. Like, look what we're doing, man. Life is pretty And damn
10:58Speaker 3it's the Prague summer, but it's still about 70 degrees outside and kind of cloudy and- A little crazy. It's supposed to warm up a little bit today and tomorrow, but yeah,
11:07Speaker 3it's not hot actually. Thank God, which is really nice for just walking around and sightseeing.
11:12Speaker 3I don't like doing that stuff when it's 95 degrees. Probably 95 degrees. Yeah, yeah, For sure. Yeah.
11:18Speaker 2Yeah. It's pretty cool, man. It's been Chris. I did that a lot this morning. We took a long walk. It was great. What was your take on
11:25Speaker 2Janosik?
11:26Speaker 2I know that most people, this one's kind of directed since we're in Prague and we flew out there, that was the objective for us being here. What was your take on it? Well, I think we got like 6 questions that may answer that, but
11:38Speaker 3I think it there I was just
11:41Speaker 3fully impressed. I think my take on it is holy crap, there is a lot that they do, and they
11:49Speaker 3are a big established
11:51Speaker 3company that works extremely hard to give just, like, unbiased
11:57Speaker 3actual results. Like, the amount of time that they waste
12:00Speaker 3not making money, like, what I mean by that, they they have if 1 sample a lot of this is really subjective, and again, I'll talk about this, but
12:08Speaker 3it's
12:10Speaker 3subjective. But if they see if it's not really obvious what that result is, right, they put it through so many more tests and pass it down to the line of people just to ensure that they're getting a really, really perfectly accurate test.
12:24Speaker 3And so that means is they care and just do things right for the sake of doing things right.
12:30Speaker 2You think let me stop you there because I have a question on that. Do you think
12:35Speaker 2that is the culture here or do you think that's just Peter Magic and what he enforces in his business? I know that's a sub- kind of a- it's a total opinion question that you will give if you don't know,
12:47Speaker 3but right? Because in The United States- Yeah, yeah, I don't know. I think it is the culture, to be honest. Like, I think that Peter also,
12:53Speaker 3Peter Magic also
12:56Speaker 3really embodies that culture, but I definitely think that it is more of
13:01Speaker 3a culture here than where we come from. Yeah. Especially nowadays,
13:06Speaker 3just because like everybody wants stuff so fast. Right? They just wanna make money and step on everybody else to get there.
13:11Speaker 3Don't care about quality,
13:14Speaker 3you know, and Yeah, I'm seems not to now. Yep. And it seems to be in this little bit slower pace, smaller community that is still a bit just feels a bit older.
13:24Speaker 3Yeah. They
13:26Speaker 3care more about quality.
13:28Speaker 2Yeah, probably because they're not so wrapped up in the rat race. Americans are so caught up in that rat race. I think that, you know, that stuff spreads, you know, kind of like a cancer, if you will. No, that's the proper way to say that. But,
13:42Speaker 2I think when you get in that rat race, race, you just start getting used to chasing that thing and you want it now and you cut corners.
13:50Speaker 2That's why,
13:51Speaker 2you know, with our business,
13:53Speaker 2this isn't, and 1 of the things we try to focus on is just the customer service because
13:57Speaker 2it has fallen at the wayside for most companies, you know? It just really has, man. We've talked about it numerous times, but dude, I can't even tell you how many things we've ordered and we can't even get anybody on the damn phone if there's a Like that sucks. And that's 1 of the reasons when we started our companies, we're like, Listen, we gotta, let's fix that. Let's fix that problem because we need to be a, people need to be able to get ahold of us. Get ahold of us. I mean, yeah. Via text message and email and us respond and actually like treat them as human beings and fix the problem. Right.
14:31Speaker 3Instead of just pretending like you heard the problem. But absolutely.
14:37Speaker 2Yep. Good stuff, man.
14:40Speaker 2Well, you are soon that you're taking a left turn into Italy tomorrow.
14:45Speaker 2So you got your last night here in Prague. I got 3 more nights myself.
14:49Speaker 2So
14:49Speaker 2it's been amazing. So we, I didn't know there's,
14:53Speaker 2we always get to hear people in the DMs and like comments and stuff. It's cool. There's quite a few people that are in Prague that are, wow, you guys are here, so it's been kind of cool. So I'm assuming some of them listen to the podcast. Your country is awesome. I've enjoyed it. I think it's amazing.
15:07Speaker 2Know, some of the food ironically
15:09Speaker 2though, I don't know if you feel the same way
15:11Speaker 2So far,
15:12Speaker 2like for me,
15:14Speaker 2the best food's been here at the hotel, though his food is off the charts here, dude. I've had some
15:19Speaker 2okay food outside, but this has been- Yeah, I think that the natural,
15:24Speaker 3like Czech cuisine is maybe,
15:26Speaker 3mean, it's kind of similar to German food. It's not really for everybody. I mean,
15:31Speaker 3pickled cheese and switcher snitzer
15:34Speaker 3no.
15:35Speaker 2Schnitzel. Schnitzel.
15:39Speaker 3Yeah. Not for everybody.
15:41Speaker 3Not for everybody. But, yeah, this hotel is this food is great here. I was eating breakfast with little John this morning.
15:48Speaker 3Not with him, but at the table next to him because he's staying here.
15:52Speaker 3Yeah. And For
15:54Speaker 3those of you who know who little John is, I
15:57Speaker 3I do. We were at the Seahawks game last time in the playoffs, and he performed there. Wonderful.
16:03Speaker 3But,
16:04Speaker 3anyway, it's also pretty easy to see
16:07Speaker 3a black guy with an entourage here wearing cowboy boots and long dreads and cowboy hat. They just look out of place. So I was like, who's that? And then I just looked at him like, okay, that's who it is. That's funny.
16:19Speaker 2That's rad, man. Well, cool dude. Let's get cracking. Today's a Q and A. We wanted to do 1 here. I'm glad we did.
16:27Speaker 2It's going to be good to join it. We're going back to our old roots where we're on a
16:33Speaker 2screen instead of it sitting in our studio, but,
16:36Speaker 2it's good to revisit the old days sometimes too. You know what I mean? Let's,
16:41Speaker 2let's get cracking, man. Do wanna
16:44Speaker 3do the honors and start us off like always? Number 1. Hey, guys. Thank you for everything you do.
16:50Speaker 3This question is more so for my wife. Hard to find a lot of info for women and peptides. Been on Reta since April 21, currently at 4 migs a week. MOTS c at GHKCu
17:02Speaker 3was
17:03Speaker 3a 170
17:05Speaker 3down to 1 50. Calories aren't high enough,
17:08Speaker 3I feel, and protein is about a 100 grams a day.
17:13Speaker 3I tell her she needs to eat more, but, obviously, the appetite suppression from Retta gets in the way. She feels that she's losing too much muscle. My thoughts were to taper down on the Retta and try some Tessa along with IGF-1LR
17:25Speaker 33 for trying to put on some lean tissue. Your thoughts and any other advice
17:29Speaker 3on researching for muscle growth? PS, she's a vegan. Laugh out loud. Proverbs 17 17.
17:37Speaker 2Dude,
17:39Speaker 3he's always- I do not know what the Proverbs 17 17 I'm assuming he's not a vegan. No. Probably not. Nobody wrote that. What does Proverbs 17 17 be? Live and let live or something like that? I don't know. Let's look. I'm curious.
17:53Speaker 3So here's my answer. Here's my suggestion is,
17:56Speaker 3yeah, dude. I think that you're
17:58Speaker 3absolutely
18:00Speaker 3spot on.
18:02Speaker 3Still, a loss of 20 pounds is still pretty damn good from April. That's actually like a healthy
18:08Speaker 3the healthy weight loss. You know? This shouldn't just all drastically
18:12Speaker 3happen. As we know and lots of other questions, people who've experienced really heavy weight loss,
18:18Speaker 3all of that
18:20Speaker 3fat being and
18:22Speaker 3toxins,
18:22Speaker 3right, coming
18:24Speaker 3out of your body
18:25Speaker 3can present some other issues. So it is actually a good thing
18:29Speaker 3to lose weight proportionally and consistently.
18:32Speaker 3But
18:33Speaker 3yeah, if she's eating too much muscle, then she's not eating enough protein. I mean, that's the easy way to solve it is eat more protein. It's not the be all end all, but
18:43Speaker 3and especially being a vegan, that's tough. And that's a personal problem that she's gonna need to figure out sources of protein.
18:49Speaker 3But
18:50Speaker 3absolutely, Tesamorelin is going to keep all of them, keep all the muscle. I can pretty confidently say that for a woman.
18:57Speaker 3A 100%,
18:58Speaker 3I would jump on Tesa.
19:01Speaker 3And I also am not
19:03Speaker 3opposed to doing IGF-1LR3.
19:06Speaker 3Along with it, you know, maybe 6
19:08Speaker 3weeks on, 2 weeks to 4 weeks off of the IGF-one and keep it low, but run the Tessa consistently,
19:16Speaker 3see where she can start at 250 micrograms up to 500.
19:20Speaker 3Women generally
19:21Speaker 3don't do well over 500,
19:23Speaker 3but maybe, but some of them do. Shoot.
19:27Speaker 3But, yeah, dude, I would do that 100%. You know, SLU-PP, s o u p p is actually not a bad
19:32Speaker 3option also because of the nutrient partitioning.
19:37Speaker 3And
19:38Speaker 3that might be something you could totally add that on top also. But you're on the right track. You can small frequent meals and taper down on Loretta a little bit. 4 Migs is not that high. It's not super high, but
19:49Speaker 3she go down. It's just she needs to just try it, see how she feels, see how the appetite
19:55Speaker 3is if she lowers it a little bit. Yeah.
20:00Speaker 2Yeah, Tesofens great. I, was kind of curious if you were gonna say like, touch on the vegan thing at all. I don't know. I mean, I'm just kind of curious about, is that for,
20:10Speaker 2know, personal reasons, is there a reason that she's a vegan? I'll tell you from the experience of I have of like being a carnivore,
20:17Speaker 2there's a lot of carnivores that started as being vegans
20:21Speaker 2and, you know, you look at them now and then they're radically different, you know what I mean? So I don't know. I would consider
20:27Speaker 2maybe adding in some meat. I know that's probably not what I should say, but
20:32Speaker 2it would do a lot of wonders for her for sure. It's hard to get up into into the, a gram of protein per pound
20:39Speaker 2with what are the things that you would really replace
20:42Speaker 2protein wise?
20:44Speaker 2Like
20:44Speaker 2for a vegan, like,
20:46Speaker 3do vegans eat fish? No, right? No, No. I don't think it's any just you just can't have any animal products.
20:52Speaker 3So there's nuts. There's nuts that have, protein.
20:56Speaker 3You can't,
20:58Speaker 3it's just it's tough. You can do vegan protein powder,
21:02Speaker 3but that's her,
21:03Speaker 3you know, that's her burden to bear if that's what she chooses. There's enough. If you do a little research, you can find proteins,
21:09Speaker 3not
21:10Speaker 2super easy. But Yeah.
21:12Speaker 3Tofu?
21:13Speaker 2Oh, yeah. Tofu.
21:15Speaker 2Okay.
21:18Speaker 2So a lot of times less is more, you know, for the Retta.
21:22Speaker 2I think the form makes, she doesn't say what she wants to lose and he doesn't say her
21:27Speaker 2age. So that would definitely play a role in some of the way that we answer this. Because again, Tes is great.
21:34Speaker 2I think everybody at this point knows our stance on HGH,
21:37Speaker 2but that's generally,
21:39Speaker 2for the most part, like age driven, not always,
21:43Speaker 2but, you know, like that's just the daddy, the granddaddy of, you know,
21:49Speaker 2it's better than Tessa, in my opinion, it's going to do better for her. But Tessa's going to be great. She's on MOTS-3.001.001.001.001.001.001.001.001.001.001.001.001.001.001.001.001.001.001.001.001.00
21:58Speaker 2what we've learned now is if you're taking MOTS-three before you run the SS-thirty 1, it can make you tired. Not always, but if you run the SS-thirty 1, it's gonna really fix that mitochondria and then you run the MOTS-three, it's gonna work a little better.
22:11Speaker 2She can add in some NAD,
22:13Speaker 2which I think most people should take, that's gonna help with some
22:18Speaker 2cellular energy,
22:19Speaker 2some pure
22:21Speaker 2energy. I would imagine she might be tired
22:24Speaker 2with the diet. I'm not knocking vegan when I say that, I'm just saying,
22:28Speaker 2because diet's important. Sleep's important.
22:32Speaker 2Weight training, does she weight train?
22:36Speaker 2So sleep.
22:38Speaker 2Gym, make sure she's doing a resistance training.
22:41Speaker 2Make sure she's eating enough.
22:44Speaker 2Because peptides, even though it's a peptide podcast,
22:46Speaker 2again, the base, the base, the base, how is the base? We don't wanna run 4 mgs of
22:53Speaker 2Retta if we don't have to, you know? You can get away with 2. I don't know how much she wants to lose, but if you can fix the base, you can do less peptides, and I think that should be everybody's objective.
23:05Speaker 2Right? Yeah, I agree.
23:07Speaker 3So- Yeah, the least- Yes.
23:10Speaker 3Yeah, take as little as you possibly can. The
23:13Speaker 3least
23:14Speaker 3desired, least dose with the getting the desired effect is the goal.
23:19Speaker 2With everything.
23:21Speaker 2Agreed.
23:23Speaker 3Cool. All right. You're ready. I'm 30
23:25Speaker 2year old, I'm a 39 year old female with Crohn's disease that now very
23:31Speaker 2close to remission. Over the past couple of years, have completely transformed my health by focusing on
23:37Speaker 2the foundation 1st, not just peptides.
23:39Speaker 2Attagril,
23:41Speaker 2started with Semaglutide
23:43Speaker 2at 02:20 at 5.2 and lost 40 pounds in 4 months. Wow, that's a lot of weight. Later transitioned to Retta and lost another 40 pounds, wow, about 3.5.
23:54Speaker 2That's a lot of weight quickly.
23:56Speaker 2Completely overhauled my nutrition and now prioritize
24:00Speaker 2high protein. I optimized my hormones with HRT,
24:03Speaker 2good girl, before diving deeper into peptides. Here are current recent peptide protocols.
24:10Speaker 2KPV,
24:11Speaker 2CLO, Reta, Semax, Selank,
24:14Speaker 2DSIP, SS-thirty 1, 5m2-1MQ,
24:17Speaker 2MOTS-C
24:18Speaker 2and PT-one hundred 41. I have Glutathione
24:21Speaker 2on
24:22Speaker 2the bench.
24:23Speaker 21 thing I've noticed is that since cycling off Clo,
24:27Speaker 2some of my Crohn's related GI symptoms have started creeping back in. What can I do since some have been have to be cycled off? That's a good cushion.
24:38Speaker 2You wanna take that or you mean to run? Yeah.
24:42Speaker 3I think that are you so
24:44Speaker 3so you took Clo or you stopped taking Clo and
24:48Speaker 3some of the GI symptoms returned.
24:52Speaker 3So what are we taking out when we take Clo out? Well, you're taking KPV,
24:57Speaker 3I mean, for GI parts, KPV and BPC, which are huge
25:03Speaker 3GI tract helpers and helpers with inflammation.
25:07Speaker 3You
25:08Speaker 3do mention that Clo or KPV, you do mention KPV alone.
25:13Speaker 3Here's what I would do is like, I think that it sounds to me like it was the lack of BPC that is potentially allowing some of those symptoms to show through again. So
25:24Speaker 3I'd run an experiment on myself if I was you. If you are taking KPV alone, great. Keep doing that. Why don't you just straight up add in BPC
25:33Speaker 3back to maybe the levels of the CLO? I would add, you know, maybe 1 mg a week or I mean, up to 1 mg a day
25:42Speaker 3And
25:43Speaker 0add that in. See what Push your limits. Train with precision.

26:30Speaker 2See
26:31Speaker 3if you get see if any of those symptoms go come back or, I mean, go away.
26:35Speaker 3You could do the same thing also with GHKCU
26:38Speaker 3alone. Although, I think that it probably is more related to BPC,
26:42Speaker 3but
26:43Speaker 3that would make sense, and I'm super happy that that that that they're very close to remission. So I would, like, get on that. I would do I'd get on doing some experiment to see how you can make sure those symptoms stay away and Crohn's
26:55Speaker 3is gone.
26:57Speaker 2Yep. Yeah, that stuff sucks.
27:00Speaker 2I've noticed
27:02Speaker 2that since cycling off Clo, some of my Crohn's related GI symptoms have started creeping back in.
27:08Speaker 2You probably know your body, but like, did you change your diet?
27:12Speaker 2I would think a lot of that is diet related.
27:14Speaker 2I've had gut problems and autoimmune problems for a long time myself. So
27:20Speaker 2for me, it's generally diet
27:22Speaker 2related. I think I've shared this numerous times, but I had cured my autoimmune with carnivore.
27:27Speaker 2I did it,
27:29Speaker 2gone,
27:30Speaker 2after 6 months. Soon as I strayed just a little bit from the carnivore, it came back and it's been here ever since. Now I went strict carnivore again and it didn't rectify it. So our
27:42Speaker 2bodies
27:43Speaker 2are weird. I don't know. I think that type of stuff, any GI stuff, really important to really be strict on diet also.
27:52Speaker 2Here's the obvious though.
27:54Speaker 2As Will just said, I don't want to say repeat the exact same thing, so go off that. Then KPV
27:59Speaker 2orals and BPC orals, Add those in for you along with the injections. I do both myself.
28:05Speaker 2So that should be standard for anybody that has,
28:08Speaker 2just gut problems.
28:10Speaker 2Add those 2 orals in. I know that, we've mentioned this numerous times that people think orals don't work. Certain orals do. We would not, you know, like we wouldn't like talk about them if they weren't, they didn't work well, you know? So if you have a company that has mainly orals, no. And you're going to talk about multiple compounds, they don't, a lot of them aren't going to work. These ones do. And we put our stamp of approval on those orals. Another 1 that we didn't talk about here is a TA-one, Thymosin Alpha-one.
28:39Speaker 2That's going to bring down inflammation drastically.
28:42Speaker 2It's the best for inflammation.
28:45Speaker 2You know,
28:47Speaker 2can
28:49Speaker 2enhance
28:49Speaker 2the issue with the GI problem. Just telling you with experience myself,
28:54Speaker 2diet's going to play the big role in that, but TA-one, you're going to kind of have to ease into that because it can enhance it if you're having a flare up.
29:02Speaker 2But it really does. The cool thing I like about it, whether it works well for me or not, is it has a beacon, has a governor that
29:10Speaker 2if your immune system needs to be revved up to have a higher immune system, it will do that. If it needs to be revved down because of an autoimmune
29:19Speaker 2issue, it will do that.
29:21Speaker 2Love that about it. And
29:23Speaker 2so
29:24Speaker 2try that if you don't have that in there, so TA-one and see how that works. And then you said you had a glutathione on the bench, why? Run it now. Glutathione is awesome. It's been around forever.
29:35Speaker 2I think that you should put that into play now, you know, and adding some simple ones in which everybody should take, is glutathione
29:42Speaker 2and
29:43Speaker 2B-twelve. Those
29:45Speaker 2types of things are just standard everybody should take. So that
29:51Speaker 2should help a little bit, I hope. Diet is key. So I would imagine if you
29:57Speaker 2maybe
29:58Speaker 2think through when you took out the clo, did you change your diet at that time? Because it might be the diet and not the clo is my point. So think on that. I don't know, maybe. All right.
30:08Speaker 3Okay. Hi. I'm 37 year old male, 2 11
30:11Speaker 3pounds.
30:12Speaker 3All blood markers are good. Currently suffering with ongoing big toe inflammation
30:17Speaker 3slash stiffness that flares up every few weeks. Mechanical issues.
30:22Speaker 3Currently taking BPC and TB 500.
30:25Speaker 3Is there anything else I could take for stiff inflamed joints? Given it's my big toe joint,
30:30Speaker 3where could I localize the injection site with BPC and TB?
30:34Speaker 3Love the podcast.
30:37Speaker 3So you're on the right track with BPC and TB. I would so
30:41Speaker 3sounds like an inflammation problem. So what did JD just say? Like, TA-one, Thymosin Alpha,
30:47Speaker 3is 1 of the best dang things for total, like, systemic inflammation. So
30:51Speaker 3I would add in Thymosin Alpha. I would add in KPV.
30:55Speaker 3KPV
30:56Speaker 3is a huge inflammation
30:58Speaker 3limiter.
30:59Speaker 3So,
31:01Speaker 3I would, yes. So I would try those and you could, if it's just pain,
31:06Speaker 3I mean, so there's this ARA-290,
31:10Speaker 3which is to help kind of dull nerve pain. We
31:14Speaker 3have some of that stuff waiting at home to do a little
31:18Speaker 3personal trial on. So,
31:20Speaker 3I can't really I have not used it personally.
31:23Speaker 3Haven't had it really a need to, but- There's a lot of chatter out there. A lot of people like it. Yep. Yeah. And I know we have some employees using it right now.
31:31Speaker 31 of them with like fibromyalgia,
31:34Speaker 3that's what it really should help because that's just overactive nerve,
31:37Speaker 3but that's a possibility.
31:39Speaker 3Now to your question, so stay with the BPC TB for sure. Yep. Add in KPV.
31:46Speaker 3And I would try to add in Thymosin Alpha and maybe look into ARA-two 90. Sure can't hurt.
31:51Speaker 3Where to inject?
31:53Speaker 3Well, I too have, I have like turf toe and also like, is
31:56Speaker 3it gout? Maybe it's gout. Gout is like an acid buildup and can really hurt and then that gets fought on with
32:04Speaker 3nutrition.
32:06Speaker 3I can't tell you, I don't know the exact gout protocol, but like it's a common issue and people
32:12Speaker 3can fight it. So look at that up real quick and see if it's, maybe it is gout.
32:17Speaker 3And there's some, there's like that. Steps to take. If you have your big toe, now I have like, I have turf toe, also in my big toe. I think it's also for my feet growing too big, too fast and always wearing too small shoes. I have a size 15 foot,
32:32Speaker 3and it's tough to buy shoes. But like for injections, right, big toe, there's a little you can just pinch your skin a little bit here and just stick that needle right in the triangle,
32:44Speaker 3right above the bone and just right under the skin.
32:48Speaker 3Do that there. You can do it, you know, a lot of these places and you just pinch it,
32:53Speaker 3stick the needle, just make sure the needle gets
32:56Speaker 3in through the skin completely. You're not ejecting it in the dermis layer, but actually into that sub Q layer. So do your best to get it really near, to get it near the pain. You know? You
33:06Speaker 3can put it in that fold of skin right between your actual toe and your like knuckles,
33:11Speaker 3but and rotate it. Just the goal is to get it somewhere,
33:15Speaker 3don't know, an inch or 2, but that is totally doable.
33:19Speaker 2And I would do that.
33:22Speaker 2That's awesome. I love how well and I changed these up to where we don't, we would sit down and go through them really quickly before, and then we changed it to where we do these separate and we read through them. And I'm always kind of curious if we're going to have some of the same answers. I always remember when we do because
33:36Speaker 2diet is huge, man. I'm not going to repeat what he just said. The 1 thing I will add on to that is how much are you taking?
33:42Speaker 2You can take a lot Yeah, for sure. Shit. Like I would be taking a lot. I don't, I was thinking the same thing as a gout. Do you drink? If you drink a lot, that's probably what it is. I'm not saying you do or you don't. I had a buddy that had that in his toe. He couldn't even sleep with the covers on because he drank all the time and he couldn't even sleep with covers on because he would rub on his big toe. So I don't know if that's you or not, but that could be it.
34:05Speaker 2Diet, sleep, foundation,
34:07Speaker 2work on that stuff. You know, we always want to take something to get rid of something, but a lot of that is
34:15Speaker 2the basics.
34:16Speaker 2Sleep,
34:17Speaker 2exercise,
34:19Speaker 2move. If it hurts,
34:20Speaker 2I know that probably isn't what you're gonna want to hear, but move and get blood flowing. Walk on it probably a little bit like, you know what I mean?
34:28Speaker 2It helps.
34:30Speaker 2Oh, yeah. I remember like in like football days where
34:33Speaker 2you would have an ankle problem or some injury and like, you you'd have the 1 guys that'd be sitting there like, always just played through that shit, man. And like, healed quick. Why? Because whatever, sometimes you just gotta play through some injuries, man, it is what it is, but it would expedite the healing. His wife, blood flow, blood flow, Yep, blood yep, yep, yep. Boom. Just really, really wake up the healing response. Yeah, man, if you hurt
34:54Speaker 2and you're sitting there, that's the worst thing you can do.
34:57Speaker 2Lut flow, get moving, lift weights,
35:00Speaker 2eat right, sleep.
35:02Speaker 2That part should be probably on every answer that we're gonna say,
35:07Speaker 2and up the BPC and the TB, we'll just say you can inject it in your toe. But if you take higher
35:12Speaker 2quantities, higher doses,
35:14Speaker 2you can do it sub q. I do a lot in my leg and-depth, know, but, when I had back surgery, I didn't,
35:19Speaker 2you know, I didn't take it in my back. I took it sub q and that shit worked well. I took a lot though. So BPC
35:25Speaker 2KPV
35:26Speaker 2orals,
35:27Speaker 2again, with the TA-one, add that in and then up the doses
35:31Speaker 2of your Wolverine and eat right move
35:34Speaker 2and make sure that you're not eating a bunch of crap food, food, inflammatory
35:38Speaker 2food, carbs that are just sugar.
35:42Speaker 2Know, you should be strict on your diet. I think diet alone, if you really are strict, could probably fix your problem. But, so hope that's enough that we just threw at you that you can try. Yep. The other thing is too, I have
35:53Speaker 3some major foot issues. I have really long, I guess, skinny
35:56Speaker 3feet and have broken. I have 2 pins in my left 1. I have a pin in my right 1. Broke my 2nd metatarsalin,
36:02Speaker 3the biggest 1 in 0.5,
36:04Speaker 3and didn't really well, I knew it. It hurt like hell, but I took X rays. And since it was, when the X rays are taken non weight bearing, they couldn't see the break, and I played the full, like,
36:15Speaker 3the rest of the football season. This is my senior in high school, basketball season and then baseball also. And then my freshman year in college football, all with the biggest bone in my foot broke in 0.5, and that was miserable, but
36:27Speaker 3that has caused some, like, long term damage in my right foot. I have to that and like wearing 2 small shoes all the time. And
36:34Speaker 3I wear orthotics in absolutely everything, no matter what. Like I have 4 pairs of orthotics that I cannot
36:40Speaker 3I buy shoes and I pull the soles out, throw them away, and I put my orthotics in. I have the 0.75
36:45Speaker 3ones, the full length 1. I also have
36:49Speaker 3toe spacers for my big toe. Like, if I was playing basketball,
36:52Speaker 3I would well, early on, I would just take a paper towel and, like, fold it up and then
36:57Speaker 3put it in between my big toe and my other toe to keep them
37:02Speaker 3spaced out correctly,
37:04Speaker 3because I would get real bad inflammation in this knuckle. Right? And
37:09Speaker 3it would stem from it doing this 1, getting like the hammer toe type thing, right? Sure. And that would kill me. And then I'm running, stopping
37:16Speaker 3like that and pushing on that joint this way, hurt like hell. So the toe spacer has helped a lot to keep that in line. Now
37:24Speaker 3did like too much damage for too many years that,
37:28Speaker 3I don't know, at some point doctors say they're gonna have to break my foot again and just redo the whole thing. But,
37:34Speaker 2whatever.
37:36Speaker 3So maybe try that. There are some, like, orthopedic
37:40Speaker 3devices
37:41Speaker 3that you can do that might actually help a lot.
37:44Speaker 3Alright. Nope. Next 1. Mine. I'm up. Yep. Nope. You're up. You're reading. Last 1 on this page. Would
37:50Speaker 2love to know the steps you took,
37:53Speaker 2full protocol, etcetera, to heal and get off pain meds for your back issues. I am in nonstop
38:00Speaker 2pain, but hate the pain meds,
38:02Speaker 2band aid and want to actually heal failed surgery.
38:06Speaker 2I'm a 50 year old woman who wants to be active and healthy, but in so much pain it is hard to do.
38:12Speaker 2On Wolverine and KPV,
38:14Speaker 2small amount of Retta.
38:16Speaker 2Man, that's a great question. Let me take that. Yeah, go ahead. I'll add on.
38:20Speaker 2So
38:21Speaker 2here's my opinion on
38:23Speaker 2pain meds,
38:25Speaker 2and some of it will come through some of my viewpoint on sobriety.
38:29Speaker 2Mean, meds is what really activated my drug addiction. I didn't really have a full blown drug addiction until pain meds came into play when I hurt my back the 1st time at 25. And then I was taking something on a daily basis and I liked it and my
38:44Speaker 2addiction group in there.
38:46Speaker 2Pain meds, and you're dealing with a guy that has 5 surgeries and multiple surgeries on his knee.
38:51Speaker 2They don't do shit. Let's be honest. Do they help? Maybe tiny, tiny bit. They
38:56Speaker 2slow down healing. They
38:58Speaker 2they really do kind of mask. I mean, they really are just not
39:03Speaker 2only are they addictive,
39:05Speaker 2they, you know what I mean? You're going to slow the healing process. You will heal
39:09Speaker 2so much better, so much quicker without
39:12Speaker 2that crap. It's just the truth. 1 of the things Willow is telling me, and I've always told the story because I love it, about the Germans, how they can't, they don't take pain meds because
39:21Speaker 2they
39:22Speaker 2think pain is you're supposed to go through pain.
39:25Speaker 2Like, I'm not, you're a 50 year old woman, I'm not telling you you need to go through pain, but like
39:29Speaker 2they don't take pain meds for a reason. And like, we can learn from that a little bit.
39:34Speaker 2Like you're 50 years old, I'm 49, we're the same age. I hurt all the time.
39:40Speaker 2My shoulders always hurt. My back always hurts. Like sometimes my knee, like, I think that's part of the game if you're going to be an active person,
39:47Speaker 2but if you're sitting there and not moving my dear, wrong answer. Like take the painkillers
39:53Speaker 2out for a 2nd.
39:55Speaker 2Like, when I took painkillers,
39:57Speaker 2it dulled my senses. I call it null and void. You're agitated all the time.
40:03Speaker 2You're just zombie like, Ugh. You know what I mean? Like, you're just, you're null and void, man. It steals your soul.
40:09Speaker 2Just pain
40:12Speaker 2meds,
40:13Speaker 2just opiates.
40:14Speaker 2That's what they do in my opinion.
40:17Speaker 2So I would say without a doubt, get off those. If you've been taking them for a while, you're probably going to need some type of help, whether that is they do have Suboxone and things like that now.
40:26Speaker 2That's if you don't have a problem with them. Most people that take them for a while will have a problem with them. It's math,
40:33Speaker 2in my opinion.
40:35Speaker 2You might need some help with that. That's between you and you. If you have some questions on that, we're both sober,
40:42Speaker 2we would be happy to, talk with you through that. That's stuff that we do all the time for people, because we're sober, we always have times for sobriety.
40:51Speaker 2This is a peptide podcast, so we'll leave that there.
40:55Speaker 2But get off the pain meds because they're slowing down your healing anyway.
41:01Speaker 2So that's what my recommendation is to your question. How did I do it? I only took a couple. I didn't take that much. Yeah. Well, look at- And I knew I was going feel quicker. Wanted to, my goal when I got out my last surgery is get my ass back in the gym. We will tell you, I saw a picture of me the other day, the 1st like 6 months of our business, was in freaking
41:21Speaker 2ish, right? Remember Will? Yeah. I was in so much freaking pain. I was working 14 hour days and I still went to the gym. I was dying,
41:29Speaker 2but I still went to the gym because I knew that I needed to kind of, 1, I know myself and I need to work out no matter what because it's important because I don't want to stab somebody. And 2, like, I'm joking, I was like, but like, 2, like, you gotta keep yourself moving. You gotta keep yourself moving. If you just lay on the couch and succumb to that,
41:49Speaker 3not the way should be. Yeah. And like so and so to add on,
41:55Speaker 3that's
41:55Speaker 3yeah. Be careful. Get off them now before you actually build a
41:59Speaker 3addiction to the if if we're talking about narcotics, like, opiate painkillers. Right?
42:05Speaker 3Get off from now. I don't know, JD, after your back surgery,
42:09Speaker 3how much Vicodin did you take
42:12Speaker 2post Yeah.
42:14Speaker 2And minimal because I knew
42:16Speaker 2pain
42:18Speaker 2is pain, man. And like, I was in so much pain before the damn surgery. When I woke up, I felt great. Like the pain from the
42:26Speaker 2nerve pain is like, it's like next level shit. So like the pain from like the scar and like me being like kind of frail from like healing from that, that was nothing compared to
42:38Speaker 2that type of surgery down the Oh dude, it's like next level shit. So I took very little because my goal was to get my ass back in the gym because I love the gym and that was my goal. And now you can do this. This can help, to answer your question a little bit more,
42:52Speaker 2red light hyperbaric
42:54Speaker 2chambers. I did that. I did 7 full days in a row
42:59Speaker 2of an hour in the hyperbaric and that was amazing. So that can help you, my dear, for sure. Sleep protein
43:06Speaker 2and get your butt moving if you're laying around wrong answer.
43:10Speaker 2We got 1.
43:11Speaker 3Sympathize
43:13Speaker 3and I can't
43:15Speaker 3I have so many times in my life just so wished I could just transfer the pain that I'm feeling to somebody else and just say-
43:23Speaker 3Take this pain, sucker. Taste it, not even and not like take it away from me, just like, just taste this for like an hour.
43:29Speaker 3You believe me. Nerd pain, holy shit. So you believe me. And so,
43:34Speaker 3you know,
43:35Speaker 3this person writing in, I don't know.
43:37Speaker 3We all we can never understand what
43:40Speaker 3pain is to somebody else, right? What kind of pain you're in.
43:45Speaker 3We'll be in level power. I 2nd everything he said, but like, let's try to get off any narcotics immediately.
43:51Speaker 3And I agree,
43:53Speaker 3I've had 15 plus surgeries. I'll tell you what, I like pain meds because I loved what they did to me. But as far as actual pain relief, dude, it's been my experience that taking a decent dose of ibuprofen works way better than And
44:09Speaker 3those helped me to go to sleep because they, you know, made my brain and body just feel kind of warm and pleasant. But as far as the pain goes, I swear to God, Advil, ibuprofen
44:19Speaker 3worked better.
44:21Speaker 2Hell yeah. And
44:23Speaker 3so I don't know if, you know, I would try and take try and not do that. But peptide wise, ARA-two 90, like we just said in the last 1. Huge.
44:33Speaker 3That's gonna help kind of numb some of the nerves from feeling pain. Now I don't know what's causing your pain.
44:39Speaker 3Right?
44:40Speaker 3I'm hoping that Back pain, back issues.
44:43Speaker 3Yeah. I don't even know. So
44:45Speaker 3hopefully, you're working on actually, like, rehabbing and trying to get that, you know, fixed from the core cause of the pain. But you're as far as peptides go, I'll just finish this off for the 2nd, everything else you said. But, yeah, adding in ARA-two 90, all the other,
45:00Speaker 3Wolverine,
45:01Speaker 3KPV
45:03Speaker 3are awesome.
45:04Speaker 3And
45:05Speaker 3that's, yeah, that's it. So keep going and I say everything else, but maybe try on the ARA-two 90. Rock and roll. Okay.
45:15Speaker 3You're a man, Maya? Thank you. Alright. I'm a 40 year old young wait. Yes. I'm a 40 year old young warrior on a journey that has been long in the works. My starting weight was 447
45:27Speaker 3pounds.
45:28Speaker 3That's heavy. And I tried a lot of different stuff. Or we're doing that 1? No. We're we're gonna put all the Janosik ones together. Remember? Okay. Got it. So
45:38Speaker 3I was 4 47,
45:40Speaker 3and I tried a lot of different stuff and had no results till I tried Retta.
45:45Speaker 2I'm now down to 3 80, k, and just feeling better and better. Pounds. Wait. Wait. It's fucking huge. Dude, that's a lot of weight. And I know like I I've never been 4 47, but I can't imagine how hard that was for you standing ovation, man. That's a lot of weight, 70 pounds. It's a human. That's a lot of weight and it's
46:02Speaker 3And no
46:04Speaker 3doubt you've probably tried a lot.
46:05Speaker 3I hope you've tried a lot and a lot of fail, right? This business
46:09Speaker 3losing all this weight, right, is about trying, failing and who can get back up,
46:13Speaker 3who can stand up. It's not about how many times you get knocked out. It's how many times you stand back up. I can try it because there will be a lot of failure in it, but good for you. My question is, what can I stack with this to optimize fat burning body recomp? I go to the gym 5 days a week, lifting heavy shit, try to hit my protein at 2 80 g daily, love the show, and I think you both are truly doing the Lord's work.
46:35Speaker 3And can't
46:36Speaker 3thank you enough for being the real warriors to lead. Love that. Okay, man. 1st,
46:42Speaker 3like, I guess I would like we always say, hormone optimization.
46:46Speaker 3Check 40.
46:48Speaker 3Your the amount of weight that you've been carrying around, though my guess is your testosterone is is drastically low and your estrogen is drastically high. Guarantee. So that needs to change and it will make life so much easier for you.
47:01Speaker 3Now a lot of people, we've had this discussion, it's like, well, maybe we should lose the weight 1st and then that will fix that problem instead throwing drugs at it. So,
47:09Speaker 3you know, there's
47:11Speaker 3It could work at the longer play. Why do that? Yeah. I mean, I think we both agree on that. Right? Like Yeah.
47:18Speaker 3You know, from a doctor, it'd be different. I'm just gonna tell you what I would do, what I've done and what I would do, and it's not necessarily the best advice. Right? But like my decision would be to go on a low dose of testosterone. Well, I'd get the blood work done and make sure that I actually qualify.
47:31Speaker 3Now
47:32Speaker 3qualify means like
47:35Speaker 3a doctor who knows the hell they're doing and
47:38Speaker 3sees, you know, not just, oh, hey, you're above 2 50 nanograms per deciliter. You're fine. You don't need it. No.
47:45Speaker 3But personally, I would try to I'd get on testosterone. I'd stay on a low dose,
47:50Speaker 3and I'd be consistent with it. And then I would keep in working my ass out. I'd be working
47:54Speaker 3working out hard. I would probably especially you got a lot to go, man. I would seriously think of doing a carnivore diet, or at least to start off with some intermittent fasting.
48:03Speaker 3And but, you know, you may wanna wait until you truly hit a plateau.
48:07Speaker 3It's kind of you're at that heavy weight, you're going to,
48:11Speaker 3you know, lose weight rapidly until there comes a point you're going to plateau. And that's
48:16Speaker 3basically like a plateau buster
48:18Speaker 3is changing out changing your diet drastically. There's nothing wrong with eating 5 small frequent meals a day unless you do that forever. There's a problem. I think that everybody needs to be just kind of switching
48:30Speaker 3things up, right? Go carnivore for a couple months, do some intermittent fasting for a couple months, then go back to your small frequent meals.
48:38Speaker 3All of that stuff to bust plateaus.
48:40Speaker 3But testosterone,
48:42Speaker 3I don't think you really should need the growth right now.
48:45Speaker 3You're at 40 years old. You could do it, but
48:49Speaker 3I don't know. You can add in SLUIP. I really like SLUIP, especially,
48:53Speaker 3like, the high dose oral
48:57Speaker 3up to 100 mg a day.
48:59Speaker 3And
49:00Speaker 35 amino 1 MQ might be a really good add on Yeah. To that because
49:07Speaker 3it works in a different pathway than a lot of these other well,
49:10Speaker 3it'll focus on the fat. Yes. It will really prioritize fat over burning body sugar.
49:16Speaker 3Love it. Pushes fat into the furnace.
49:19Speaker 3There's you got a lot to try, dude. Wow. I think you're willing to try. So, like, you know, I I just don't wanna throw the whole house at you and say, this is all right now. Nope. Try a couple things. Run them, give them an equal shot,
49:31Speaker 3and then try a few more fat burners.
49:34Speaker 2Yeah. But keep going with the round. Fat burners, there's tons. Like that part's pretty, it's just, there's tons of them. So,
49:41Speaker 2dude, 1st and foremost, like, let's really like sit on this for a 2nd about how much weight that is, 70 pounds, that's a lot. At 4 47,
49:48Speaker 2that's hard shit, man. So like, you you're obviously a fan of the show and like, that's what Warrior Makers is about. That's why we
49:55Speaker 2named our company that because you're a damn warrior man and you're tapping into that, You've busted through,
50:01Speaker 2know, you've relit your soul and you've tasted what success
50:06Speaker 2is. I can feel it, I can feel it in your ear and how like, you're writing right? You're going downhill and you're ready to taste more. You want to get that weight off and you're going to, I can tell you're a badass.
50:15Speaker 2So again, standing ovation for that. Now,
50:19Speaker 2Will, just to stress on it, but I want to stress it too. You gotta get on TRT, dude. Like, I know you can wait. You're going to bring down your Dude,
50:25Speaker 2like if you're at a 2 90 or lower testosterone,
50:29Speaker 2you're going to have a bitch of a time continuing
50:31Speaker 2to lose that weight. You get on testosterone replacement, if you're not in like a couple of weeks, you're gonna feel better. You're gonna just have vigor back. You're gonna have focus of your mind, you know, obviously sex drive, but that's the least of it. It's just energy,
50:45Speaker 2right? So get on that if you're not. Get your blood work 1st, but dude,
50:49Speaker 2don't wait. Get it done.
50:51Speaker 2I would say HGH or 40,
50:54Speaker 2so I would add that in. That's a long play. I could tell you're in it for the long play. Shoot, bro, 2 IUs and put that into place and
51:03Speaker 2TRT and HGH, they should be staples for most men 40.
51:08Speaker 2And
51:09Speaker 2right,
51:10Speaker 2like Will said,
51:12Speaker 2diet, diet, diet, diet. The carnivore diet,
51:15Speaker 2it will expedite you losing weight without a doubt.
51:20Speaker 290 days, you don't have to do it in any type of perpetuity forever. I love it. It was working well for me. You might fall in love with it, but add in some intermittent fasting, as he said, and the carnivore brother, you will lose another a 100 pounds super quick just on the diet and intermittent fasting.
51:35Speaker 2So,
51:36Speaker 2Tesamorelin,
51:38Speaker 2HGH,
51:39Speaker 2TRT,
51:40Speaker 2NAD just for some cellular energy. I threw in DSIP because
51:45Speaker 2sleep is so freaking important.
51:48Speaker 2So if you're sleeping like crap,
51:50Speaker 2know, your cortisol's up, that's gonna be a bitch too. So throw on some DSIP. I thought that was a wise decision. And we'll say the same thing. Sloop, I was curious who you're going throw that in, Will. Sloop,
52:00Speaker 2I would say, Will, if I'm gonna a 1 MQ over the sloop because your body's going to focus on the fat burning fat, it's going to use a lot, utilize that fat. If you're doing a carnivore, it works perfect. I do throw this at you. What about L Carnitine? The only negative about L Carnitine is that it sucks to inject it. Yeah. But if you can get past that part,
52:20Speaker 2because it's a daily meal,
52:22Speaker 2gosh, bro. L carnitine is a a badass because you're gonna burn fat. It's gonna really utilize that burning of fat. So if you compound
52:30Speaker 2that, dude, you're gonna light that fat on fire, brother. Yes. I don't think that there's any problem also with taking all 3 of those infection with Retta. Think that they all will complement each other and work slightly different ways and through different pathways and can really benefit you. So- You're gonna hear a lot of people and you get all
52:48Speaker 2of us get a lot of information. What's the truth? You're gonna have to see what works for you. A lot of people think you can't do Retta and beyond carnivore.
52:55Speaker 2I tell you, you can. Now, if
52:58Speaker 2you need to use carbs and you feel like your body is craving carbs, you can utilize them at the right times only, which is still do carnivore,
53:06Speaker 2but utilize carbs right before you work out and right after you work out and that's it.
53:11Speaker 2That's it. Your body is going to use those carbs, right? And they're gonna, it's going to push them into the muscle at that time.
53:19Speaker 2And other than that, stay on carnivore.
53:21Speaker 2And that's the only time I would use carbs. I would try to just cut the carbs out and fast a lot. You're going to increase your human growth hormone when you fast
53:29Speaker 2and you're going to feel amazing, dude. Like fasting, you feel freaking great.
53:33Speaker 2And it's
53:34Speaker 2going to cultivate
53:36Speaker 2your discipline, brother. And like, you know, at 4 47, you've slacked, you've lacked on some discipline.
53:42Speaker 2Intermittent fasting, there's nothing faster that cultivates discipline than intermittent fasting. So that will help you,
53:48Speaker 3in the long run and in life, brother. So I would throw that in without doubt. Yep, no doubt. You know, you just damn. Oh, the way that he just said to eat carbs, I mean, as a general rule, that's basically all you
54:02Speaker 3we've said this before, but people talk about, Oh, this is how many calories I eat. Forget the calories. I don't care.
54:09Speaker 3What I do care about is macronutrients,
54:11Speaker 3which is protein, fat, carbs. But beyond that, I actually, frankly,
54:15Speaker 3there's a huge difference between, Hey, well, I ate this many grams of carbs today.
54:20Speaker 3Okay, I
54:21Speaker 3ate exactly, when? Like, when did you eat those carbs? Is huge difference, right? Don't eat them at night. Eat them when you're gonna burn them off. Eat them
54:30Speaker 3in conjunction carbs, with these workouts.
54:32Speaker 2But it's like, don't, if you're trying to lose weight and burn fat, don't eat carbs before you go to bed. Eat protein
54:39Speaker 2and don't eat carbs. Just trust me. Like it's important on when you eat carbs. Now carnivore works so well because you cut out carbs, you cut out all sugar and your body
54:49Speaker 2runs on fat, true fat. And like, if you've never ran in a true keto ketogenic
54:54Speaker 2diet and been in ketosis,
54:57Speaker 2you have sustained energy. You don't have any crashes. You don't have these, when you eat carbs, got, oh man, you got like you just literally have energy all day. That's why I've done it for so long. I love it.
55:08Speaker 2So
55:09Speaker 2keep us posted, this guy, whoever you are. Sorry to cut you off, buddy. I
55:13Speaker 2don't know, man. I got a connection, so I feel like you're just kicking ass and I know that it's hard for what you've done. Keep us posted how you're doing.
55:19Speaker 2If you, however you, if it's just a podcast, if you're in school,
55:23Speaker 2have, we just uploaded my carnivore diet that I used to sell for on
55:27Speaker 2the school platform. Now it's in VIP, but it's cheap and we have it outlined for you.
55:33Speaker 3So you jump on that brother if you want. And keep the momentum. You're right, JD. Like, it's funny our bodies when they start to realize, oh, that's what you're trying to do to me. You're trying to like burn to lose weight. Okay. And then it gets going, right? Dude, whatever you do, you just keep trying. If you run into a wall and a plateau, you just try something new. It will bust it and you'll get through and
55:54Speaker 3always keep trying to add muscle.
55:56Speaker 3Hence, This is why the Mongolian, in the ancient times, Mongolian army was so damn effective because they were
56:05Speaker 3So they were a traveling army and what did they eat? They were all on a carnivore diet, right? They traveled, they killed 1 of their horses to eat it, and they drank milk and cheese.
56:14Speaker 3So they were pure
56:16Speaker 3and they had that means that their food
56:18Speaker 3was walking with them at all times. Unlike then we go fight the Chinese army who has to carry
56:24Speaker 310 trailer horse trailers full of grain. Right?
56:28Speaker 3Fuck that shit. Feed their soldiers. Push your limits, train with precision,
56:32Speaker 0see the results.

57:15Speaker 3These guys and their soldiers got sluggish.
57:18Speaker 3Right. And the Mongolian guys just kept kept going. They could just cruise without taking any breaks because they had full sustained energy, and they were traveling light and lean.
57:28Speaker 3So
57:29Speaker 3They would use to they like, back in the day, man, they would literally, like,
57:34Speaker 3cook fat
57:35Speaker 3and drink it. Yeah. Like coffee. I know that sounds crazy, but like, why? It's drinking energy. Just like we drink coffee for energy, they would drink fat. Why? Because it's freaking they knew it was energy. Yep. Good stuff. Rollover. Okay.
57:47Speaker 3So now we are gonna start with some of these questions.
57:50Speaker 3So
57:51Speaker 3I will preface this with, we just talked to Peter for a long time yesterday.
57:56Speaker 3There's a lot of information
57:58Speaker 3that,
57:59Speaker 3and we need to go compile some things and we are planning on doing
58:04Speaker 3very
58:04Speaker 3soon, 1 of these Peptide of the Week podcasts is really gonna be going over like a COA,
58:10Speaker 3right? And telling everybody
58:13Speaker 3how
58:13Speaker 3absolutely to read it, all the potential
58:17Speaker 3components,
58:18Speaker 3what to look for, what is important, what isn't important. And so we're gonna do a bit more of a deep dive, but we'll give you some of the answers that we can off the top of our brains right now. Okay? So number 1,
58:31Speaker 3I'd like to know what Peter says about shelf life. Peter Magic is the owner of, and so that's who he's referring to.
58:38Speaker 3Says about shelf life in or outside of the refrigerator or freezer for non reconstituted
58:43Speaker 3peptides.
58:44Speaker 3I'm also curious as to what his opinion is on how fragile are peptides really.
58:49Speaker 3Some people may be super easy with them, some people may go crazy with them. Okay. So twice now, so if you go around Peter's lab,
58:59Speaker 3a lyophilized
59:00Speaker 3unreconstituted
59:02Speaker 3peptide
59:03Speaker 3is pretty damn stable.
59:05Speaker 3That is the point of the lyophilization,
59:08Speaker 3right? That's a preservative.
59:11Speaker 3We have now been in several labs, but most recently we were in a big manufacturing
59:17Speaker 3facility
59:18Speaker 3and they had
59:20Speaker 3tons of product made, lyophilized,
59:23Speaker 3not in a fridge, sitting out. I remember asking them, Hey, are you worried about this? And they said, Not at all.
59:30Speaker 3No. Now it's an air conditioned facility. You know what I'm saying? But it's not they weren't in a fridge. Yeah. Same
59:36Speaker 3thing at Januszepatide.
59:37Speaker 3There was,
59:39Speaker 3same thing. And I think and I asked him then, he said, they're pretty they are incredibly stable. There's some things like HGH,
59:46Speaker 3which is, HGH
59:48Speaker 3shit. AOD, HGH frag,
59:51Speaker 3and IGF-one.
59:53Speaker 3Those ones seem to be a little bit more fragile
59:56Speaker 3even in a lyophilized state and open for degradation,
1:00:00Speaker 3but
1:00:01Speaker 3they're not that worried. But here's the deal. And then you say, hey, should re you know, refrigerate or not?
1:00:08Speaker 3I still would.
1:00:09Speaker 3Cold, dark, cool, dark cabinet is probably just
1:00:14Speaker 3as good as a refrigerator.
1:00:15Speaker 3Don't put it in the freezer. The 1 scare on a refrigerator is that there gets any moisture in there and getting moisture in there is really not good on the peptide because there could be some contaminants
1:00:26Speaker 3in there that,
1:00:27Speaker 3the bacteria that kills off the peptide.
1:00:30Speaker 3And
1:00:31Speaker 3so just make sure that that's not happening. That's why you don't want to freeze them and then thaw and then refreeze, which usually happens. That's the problem. Heating, cooling, heating, cooling, heating, don't do that. Mm-mm. No. But storing in a in a in a in a fridge, you just
1:00:47Speaker 3dude, it's not the end of the world. Like, we traveled here, but if you can, do that.
1:00:53Speaker 3You know? If you can, do it. Also, you said, hey. Some people be a be super easy with them, and some people go crazy with them. I wouldn't go crazy with them. There's still a lot of some of them, especially the ones I mentioned, HCG
1:01:04Speaker 3also,
1:01:05Speaker 3can be a bit fragile. And we know for sure even the
1:01:10Speaker 3blasting of water in Tesamorelin,
1:01:12Speaker 3for example, like too cold of water, that literally can
1:01:16Speaker 3be the difference of it gelling up and not gelling up. So
1:01:19Speaker 3be gentle. I don't know. I mean, how much harder work is it to like
1:01:24Speaker 2be gentle than it is to just be as rough as possible? I'd say like, treat a peptide like a woman, man. Just be delicate. Like now some of them are more delicate, like NAD doesn't like light. Why do you think it's in the amber bottle? So
1:01:36Speaker 2like some are more delicate. Most when they're not mixed, they're fine. Once you mix them, it's a whole different story, right? Tesamorelin,
1:01:43Speaker 2he just said,
1:01:44Speaker 2AOD can be like that in NAD. There are some delicate ones. Other than that, most are pretty
1:01:51Speaker 2tough, to speak, but there are some of you gotta, but just, you're spending money on these compounds, right?
1:01:57Speaker 2Like treat them well, right? And
1:02:00Speaker 2I think that's so important to kind of sit on that point again, Will, because like so many people,
1:02:04Speaker 2just like us, we've learned so much over the last year and 0.5, doing this podcast and meeting people and like
1:02:11Speaker 2everything's improving
1:02:13Speaker 2on what we learn.
1:02:14Speaker 2And, you know,
1:02:17Speaker 2the peptides just needed to be tested with care. If they're outside as they travel,
1:02:22Speaker 2they are, if they have not been mixed, they're fine. Don't worry about them. Like they don't have to be cold. Have some people to trip out on don't need to be if they're not mixed, you're fine. Right? Yeah.
1:02:32Speaker 3Yes. Agreed.
1:02:34Speaker 3Agreed. Alright.
1:02:35Speaker 3Next, we'll go ahead, JD. Top of the page, that 1st 1. What has surprised? What
1:02:42Speaker 2has surprised or changed your view on peptide testing
1:02:46Speaker 2after visiting? This is a good question. What really
1:02:50Speaker 2needs testing?
1:02:51Speaker 2What factors are most relevant for testing which don't matter? I thought that was a great question. Short and sweet. Okay. Yeah, very short and sweet. Like, I think that it
1:03:02Speaker 3was a huge eye opener.
1:03:05Speaker 3Knowing
1:03:06Speaker 3that
1:03:07Speaker 3so what has surprised me or changed me? Holy crap.
1:03:11Speaker 3They, Janoszc,
1:03:13Speaker 3does an incredible thorough
1:03:16Speaker 3job of what they do. I mean, they have 40 employees.
1:03:20Speaker 3They are top of the line. And it's not because of like, oh, well, yeah, they just do that much volume.
1:03:26Speaker 3Yeah, they do a decent amount of volume, but it's because of just how thorough they are. Like everybody
1:03:35Speaker 3is a scientist
1:03:36Speaker 3at work there. I mean, I guess there's some admin people that aren't.
1:03:39Speaker 3They
1:03:42Speaker 3have multiple machines and machines that aren't even used for the tests that display,
1:03:47Speaker 3but they are machines to test small variants
1:03:50Speaker 3of what the main machine does to
1:03:55Speaker 3just double check, triple check that
1:03:57Speaker 3they are seeing 1 thing correct.
1:04:00Speaker 3They are the 1, I don't know, I guess I can't say that I've visited every single lab,
1:04:06Speaker 3analytical lab out there because I have not, but
1:04:10Speaker 3I will say that they're the gold standard. And I know I've been testing with a lot of other labs and I've talked to some of them and know what their staff size looks like. Like, I mean, Peter was pretty adamant that if you are
1:04:23Speaker 3I said, Hey, man, if you had to choose, give me 2 other labs in The United States that
1:04:28Speaker 3you would suggest that I send my peptides to be tested,
1:04:33Speaker 3what is your answer? And he goes, I
1:04:35Speaker 3would start 2 labs in The United States and do it through my methodology because
1:04:40Speaker 3I have very
1:04:42Speaker 3little faith in
1:04:44Speaker 3everybody anybody else's labs. And it seems like he keeps up on them. He's like, JJ- He did. For sure. If you're running a show, if you're doing all of this testing that they're doing, like the multiple tests,
1:04:54Speaker 3and you have 3, 4, 5 people working for you,
1:04:59Speaker 3you're not doing it. Yeah. Right.
1:05:01Speaker 3It's not possible
1:05:03Speaker 3to get reliable answers. There's
1:05:05Speaker 3other he's like, He I mentioned
1:05:07Speaker 31 lab and like, here's the thing with Peter, he's 1 of the most, like, humble,
1:05:12Speaker 3positive
1:05:13Speaker 3people,
1:05:14Speaker 3and it's hard to drag out anything negative out of his mouth about anybody else. Right? In fact, he would just be like, I don't know, just whatever.
1:05:22Speaker 3They do what they do. But he's like, even he said some lad being on the end, he's like, yeah, I mean, consumers love them because the way that they do the tests, like all of their stuff comes out to be a 100 like 99.9%
1:05:35Speaker 3pure. If
1:05:36Speaker 3I was a
1:05:38Speaker 3company that was selling bed bugs, I'd love them too, but like, it's not accurate.
1:05:42Speaker 3There's no just not even might as well not
1:05:45Speaker 3even test them.
1:05:47Speaker 3My the biggest eye opener, I don't know, is just like how thorough they are and,
1:05:52Speaker 3that's class act, and
1:05:54Speaker 3I don't think that most places are like that. It
1:05:59Speaker 2was such a rad experience for me. I mean, his place is huge. I mean, it's like 40,000 square foot. He showed us like almost every
1:06:07Speaker 2labs and like rooms like 12 different
1:06:10Speaker 2lab rooms, which had a different machine that obviously cost a lot of money in each 1.
1:06:15Speaker 2And we met a lot of his staff and they were super passionate and they were freaking
1:06:20Speaker 2extremely intelligent.
1:06:21Speaker 2And they start talking, love what they do.
1:06:25Speaker 2They're a gold standard, man. You know, I'm not tooting his horn. I wouldn't say that if I didn't feel it. It was such a rad experience. I liked them before and I liked Peter before, that's why we came here. But
1:06:36Speaker 2they're the real deal. Are the gold standard in testing, hands down.
1:06:41Speaker 2And if you got to witness what we saw, you would know exactly what I'm talking about. They don't cut corners.
1:06:47Speaker 2If they can't figure it out, they don't just, like,
1:06:50Speaker 2it's like 80%. Like, it goes through a line until it's proven to them that it's done. That's rare. We like that, Will and I, that type of thing. You know, it's important for us, any type of thing we put out that it's top of the line and that's how they are. So that's how we jive with them.
1:07:07Speaker 3And we'll answer some more of these questions. And by the way, everybody like we have
1:07:11Speaker 3video footage
1:07:12Speaker 3throughout the whole thing and he was cool. He said, You can film everything.
1:07:16Speaker 2That's why I
1:07:18Speaker 2think,
1:07:19Speaker 2and I keep cutting you off, but I'm not trying to, but like, we tell people to do that for us. Like, we practice what we teach. We say, Listen,
1:07:27Speaker 2will they open up their business for you? Like, we don't want loads of people coming, right? Like, we have a business, we got to run it. But we don't, we're transparent. Like we don't know it all. And we are transparent. And like, that's how, what you got from him. He didn't, he, if, you know what I mean? He showed us freaking every part of that
1:07:45Speaker 2business. And I can tell you, if you asked 5 other places that did does what they, he does, I bet you, they don't let you come by. Yeah. Wanna bet? Well,
1:07:53Speaker 3there's 1, 1 lab that I've sent some samples to, and they've recently said like, Hey, well, we're like, we're not, we're not taking these samples.
1:08:01Speaker 3And I told Peter that, he's like, Well, thank you. At least they have the sense to admit it because a lot of these places, the peptide craze is so big that
1:08:10Speaker 3so many people are sending in samples, And so many of these companies, I mean, even he's like, It's you get overwhelmed
1:08:16Speaker 3fast,
1:08:17Speaker 2and
1:08:19Speaker 3most of the companies
1:08:21Speaker 3just want the money and they'll just, all right, I'll keep sending it. And like the testing process, here's 1 thing that really opened my eyes to like, the process,
1:08:30Speaker 3these machines don't, it's not as simple.
1:08:34Speaker 3You don't just put the thing in there, run the machine and it goes, beep,
1:08:37Speaker 3tells me all the data perfect. Like it takes
1:08:41Speaker 3a trained scientist
1:08:43Speaker 3to subjectively
1:08:44Speaker 3analyze these graphs
1:08:45Speaker 3and make judgment calls on basically every test.
1:08:52Speaker 3Then if there is something that is not an obvious slam dunk judgment call, okay, which a lot of things aren't,
1:08:58Speaker 3then it gets escalated
1:09:01Speaker 3to the next round of testing, which takes about
1:09:04Speaker 3another 3 hours per bottle.
1:09:07Speaker 3Okay, they're getting 1,000 bottles a day,
1:09:10Speaker 3and they're still willing to do all of that extra work. I guarantee you that,
1:09:15Speaker 3well, I can't, but Peter basically guaranteed us that
1:09:19Speaker 3these other companies are doing this subjective analysis and they're going, Yeah, it looks like it. Okay, we'll sign that off. And even if it's not a slam dunk, they're like, Well, I just do a fifty-fifty.
1:09:29Speaker 3But it says say that that's it. Okay, yes.
1:09:32Speaker 3And
1:09:33Speaker 3let's sign off and send the report instead of spending any of the extra time or money that it costs to pay those employees and buy those machines to do the extra analysis on everything. But I guess what did blow my mind is really is it's crazy how subjective most of these tests are. Yeah.
1:09:49Speaker 3And again, we're gonna go deeper into this, so let's go to the next question.
1:09:53Speaker 3I'll get it. Am I up? No, I am.
1:09:57Speaker 3Hey, guys. Sounds like your time in Prague
1:10:00Speaker 3Prague was amazing. My question is for someone looking to get in the business of research peptides and looking at bulk wholesale suppliers,
1:10:07Speaker 3what are things you look for? Are there reputable companies out there? Thanks for your time.
1:10:12Speaker 3All right. Jay, you tell me if I skip something, but I can help answer this a little bit. Yeah. Okay.
1:10:18Speaker 3Reputable suppliers. You're trying to get in the business. Now, most people in the research use only business are buying everything from China. Okay?
1:10:26Speaker 3So there's a
1:10:29Speaker 3which presents its
1:10:31Speaker 3rare set of problems, and that's getting all of that here. I do think,
1:10:36Speaker 3firmly do believe that
1:10:39Speaker 3there are reputable suppliers in China that are just as good quality
1:10:44Speaker 3as buying
1:10:45Speaker 3from hell, an FDA facility here in The States. You
1:10:49Speaker 3need to seek them and find them out, right? Yeah, they're not everywhere.
1:10:54Speaker 3They're not everywhere. And I would say that 90%
1:10:56Speaker 3of you go to go contact these people in China, right? Like 90% of them are middlemen. Okay? You'll notice this why they send you the same menus. They're a format of the thing. They don't even know if it's, you know, they're doing so much business from uneducated people. They don't even
1:11:11Speaker 3bother like reformatting their menu.
1:11:14Speaker 3You can tell, like, there are very few
1:11:17Speaker 3true
1:11:18Speaker 2manufacturers,
1:11:20Speaker 3right? And then in
1:11:21Speaker 3China, all these other people are just middlemen, right? They set up, answered, they put out ads on Alibaba,
1:11:28Speaker 3etcetera,
1:11:29Speaker 3and then sell you the stuff and they get the cheap stuff from them depending on what they're charging.
1:11:34Speaker 3They might get say, Oh yeah, I'll take the stuff that tested out, you know, not above your testing grades.
1:11:41Speaker 3So when searching these out, I guess, and I'm not gonna give you the answer because I spent 10 years doing this. Yeah. And finding out my own Cultivating the relationships and like- Yeah.
1:11:53Speaker 3That too, and cultivating the relationships, right? Like showing these people that you are a serious buyer and you buy stuff and- Right.
1:12:00Speaker 3But basically, absolutely, there are legit ones. What you need to do is find the people who are the real manufacturers.
1:12:08Speaker 3Another so a good sign is, and I know this from Genaschik because they've
1:12:13Speaker 3they told me this, that, like, 2 of the suppliers that I that we used to get stuff from, still sometimes do,
1:12:20Speaker 3they will a mass manufacturer,
1:12:23Speaker 3basically,
1:12:24Speaker 3lot of their business, maybe the majority of the business is from menu is from manufacturers
1:12:29Speaker 3making about sending in a 100 bottles, right, for them to test. And
1:12:34Speaker 3then those manufacturers
1:12:36Speaker 3will also say, Hey,
1:12:38Speaker 3for this test, I need 4 different versions of this for my big customers. Okay? So if they can If you have a supplier that is willing to sell you the peptides
1:12:47Speaker 3with a brand new
1:12:49Speaker 3Janoschik
1:12:50Speaker 3test with your company's name on it, that's actually a very good sign, right? That's a good sign because I know that's happening. I've talked to Janoschik. They tell me that this happens a lot. It's not these big suppliers just like photoshopping
1:13:02Speaker 3and putting a different name on there. And
1:13:05Speaker 3if they're willing to give you a brand new test for every batch that they produce,
1:13:11Speaker 3that's a very good sign. I still
1:13:14Speaker 3would retest it,
1:13:16Speaker 3because you don't really know if what they sent you is what they tested. But
1:13:22Speaker 2there is that, you know, I would- We were saying the other day though, which I think we should bring up real quick is that, because Will's been doing this as long as I've known him. I've never known him to not do this stuff. So he's the longest, 1 of the longest people I know that have been dealing with in this world.
1:13:39Speaker 2And he'll tell you straight up, he said it on this podcast,
1:13:43Speaker 2if you try a new supplier,
1:13:46Speaker 275%
1:13:47Speaker 2of that new supplier is bunk. Yeah. Yeah. That is bad math.
1:13:52Speaker 2So if you are somebody that is going the cheap route, I don't care what you do, this is just giving you some wisdom and you do what you want with it.
1:14:02Speaker 2If it's somebody,
1:14:03Speaker 2we've had it before, I've talked about it, that's selling a Retrutide 30 meg for $60.
1:14:07Speaker 2It's not mathematically
1:14:08Speaker 2possible
1:14:09Speaker 2for that to be tested out the way that it needs to be tested. Now, if you're fine with that, cool. I don't care what you do, do you? I'm just telling you mathematically,
1:14:18Speaker 2it's not going to do that. Now, if it's a person that used a company in the 75%,
1:14:24Speaker 2you're not getting rid of True Tide, right? Now it's 60 Are you getting it heavily on the gamble?
1:14:29Speaker 2Or do you spend,
1:14:32Speaker 2you know, a few more bucks to know that a company's legit and triple tests and does all this stuff because that costs money and they're gonna be passed that cost or a portion of it onto you. Some people are gonna go that route, some people are gonna go the cheap route, but you do you, but know the fact that not tested, tested,
1:14:51Speaker 2and each is own. But 75% of what we'll buy is from new suppliers that he hasn't cultivated over years is bunk shit. It's bunk shit. That's a problem. Hell. Lander dose is not what it is.
1:15:03Speaker 2Hell. He said he said they're going through a stage
1:15:07Speaker 2where
1:15:08Speaker 2more than ever, they're not only not being,
1:15:12Speaker 3it's not a peptide, it's nothing. Yep. We leaned over a computer that was doing some analysis and he just pulled up like a couple different,
1:15:20Speaker 3compounds
1:15:21Speaker 3and,
1:15:22Speaker 3there was like 3 or 4 of them and none of them were what they said that
1:15:27Speaker 3none of them were
1:15:28Speaker 3what they consumed, what it was reported to be. Right.
1:15:32Speaker 3I forget what the other ones were, but the last 1 happened to he's like, All right, this was a test for Primo and it tested out his testosterone propionate.
1:15:41Speaker 3He's like, All
1:15:42Speaker 3happens all the time. We're talking peptides and-
1:15:45Speaker 2Gear. Gear, which is still cool. Like, Will and I kind of blew our minds, so we've never seen this.
1:15:50Speaker 2And a quick little left turn on to gear real quick was,
1:15:55Speaker 2so a lot of times gear will fall out and it looks all cloudy and whatnot.
1:16:00Speaker 2Puts it which in
1:16:02Speaker 3we'd never seen before, Right? He's got like a scientific because dish of warm
1:16:08Speaker 2you can't, like, we've always told people you could put it under warm water and it, you could still use it.
1:16:14Speaker 2It's just been formulated wrong or too much, you know? There's not enough benzylbenzoate.
1:16:18Speaker 2Yeah, pretty much it's used in the tea. But anyways, we learned something and we thought that was very interesting. Had none of either of us had ever heard this. I think
1:16:25Speaker 2if
1:16:27Speaker 2I could kind of jump in real quick and just kind of give somebody like my viewpoint, he's the more scientific. Here, if you're like, you're trying to start a peptide company, right? Everybody in their brother house, if you want to do it legit, you have 2 routes. If you want to go direct to China, you can do that. You're going to need to
1:16:43Speaker 2get that from China to you and that's a bitch. Ask Will, he will tell you. You need to have multiple addresses and those will, 1 will fall out and you have to, it's a pain in the ass, but you get them at a cheaper price.
1:16:54Speaker 2That's going to take some time to cultivate the relationship with some suppliers in China that are legit. Most of them, as we just said, 75% will be bad. If you find the batch that's good, now you got to get them here if you're buying in bulk and that is a bitch because you have to have multiple,
1:17:10Speaker 2multiple,
1:17:11Speaker 2you can't just send them to your house every time, that will get flagged, right? Like that, so that's if you start to juggle
1:17:17Speaker 2like, you know, different addresses. That's 1 thing. Now the other route is going to be if you, and then you have to have marketing. If you don't have marketing, how the hell are you gonna sell the peptides? Everybody have sold some peptides to some family and some friends and go, I can make a living doing this. That's it's not as easy as you think. Banks will shut you down. Venmo's will shut you down.
1:17:37Speaker 2Zelle's will shut you down. We at the
1:17:41Speaker 2very beginning, I'm not like
1:17:42Speaker 2throwing this out there.
1:17:44Speaker 2Held, we had a $100
1:17:46Speaker 2held at numerous spots and
1:17:48Speaker 2we just started the company. Thank God we had the money, but like, if it was a
1:17:54Speaker 2company that just started, will cripple a company. It happened. And we didn't get it back for 6 months. So it's not as easy as people think. I'm not deterring you. I'm telling you what you're stepping
1:18:05Speaker 2into if this is the realm that you go. Now, the easier route,
1:18:08Speaker 2less margin
1:18:10Speaker 2is to go with a company that's already done that, that's established
1:18:14Speaker 2and has that stuff on lock
1:18:16Speaker 2and you buy it at a wholesale price. Now you still have to have the marketing
1:18:21Speaker 2because I can't even tell you how many people I have talked to because I'm a sales guy that this thing they're gonna sell to some friends and some family and they're gonna start posting stuff on their personal Instagram with 400 followers and they're gonna sell shit. Dude, everybody does that. You're not gonna sell shit. You're gonna waste a lot of money, have marketing
1:18:38Speaker 2and have a plan
1:18:39Speaker 2and be prepared for the Venmo and stuff, or go with a company that has that stuff already on lock. All you have to do is get them from them at a higher price because they're going to make their money, but they have the systems, they have the protocols, they have the stability set up and you just have to sell. That's the easier, cheaper route until you might
1:19:00Speaker 3be big enough to where you do go the other route. So did I explain that well? Like, do have to do I guess the the when they when you say when you're telling people to buy it, that you buy from that company that's figured out, he's saying you're
1:19:12Speaker 3these people will be drop shipping for your website. Right. So it'll be white labeling
1:19:16Speaker 3and putting on your, whatever your design is and the labels. Have their own fulfillment center. They buy all the peptides. They store all the peptides.
1:19:23Speaker 3You ain't gotta do nothing but build your website and market it.
1:19:27Speaker 2Now you make less money, obviously. You usually hold them and they
1:19:32Speaker 2Or the stability, and then you just have to sell. But that way you could start a company without any money, really, except to have your marketing and you don't take the risk of
1:19:41Speaker 2doing what happened to us
1:19:44Speaker 3because it hurt, you know? Yeah. So- It's hard, man. And like customs is cracking down on imports, you know?
1:19:51Speaker 3I've had
1:19:53Speaker 335 different addresses across the country just to
1:19:55Speaker 2get peptides in here. Say say that again so people understand. 35
1:19:59Speaker 3different
1:20:00Speaker 3addresses
1:20:02Speaker 3around the nation,
1:20:04Speaker 3just to import peptides.
1:20:07Speaker 3We
1:20:08Speaker 3and so, like, yeah, that is 1 option. China,
1:20:12Speaker 3unreliable. There's a lot of stuff, dude. Here's the thing about a business people don't realize, like, cool, when you're selling to your buddies, you know, you're not paying taxes. You're not there is all this 50%
1:20:22Speaker 3behind a business, all the BS paperwork that needs to be done, right?
1:20:26Speaker 3Storing of Yeah, the it costs tons of money and
1:20:30Speaker 3pay taxes.
1:20:32Speaker 3That's expensive.
1:20:34Speaker 3Pay taxes and get all of those forms and business license and wholesale licenses and sellers permits and all this stuff, like, do it the right way and you'll see what
1:20:43Speaker 3businesses face. It's tough. It is tough. There's
1:20:47Speaker 31 option. Then the other option is
1:20:51Speaker 3is to to buy find, from an American made lab, and there's 2 different There
1:20:55Speaker 3are some
1:20:57Speaker 3labs that are not like FDA approved, but they are making peptides, well, because most even a 503B can't make all of the peptides legally. Yeah, legally. And you'll be paying quite a bit more, 3, 4 times the price
1:21:10Speaker 3that China is selling them to you. You ain't gotta deal with logistics though, getting them in here.
1:21:18Speaker 3And you can vet and know that, and I don't know, there's still some risk, man. You still gotta do your due diligence in, like,
1:21:26Speaker 3website- They're making your own, they're making the peptides, if they're not supplementing with other peptides, right, with Chinese peptides, because actually they can't really make that much.
1:21:37Speaker 3There's a lot.
1:21:38Speaker 2Yeah.
1:21:39Speaker 2And that's not even we're not even saying this to deter anybody. We love peptides and we
1:21:44Speaker 2try to help anybody that even asks. We're just telling people that don't waste your money if you don't have a plan and like, you know that it's not as easy as everybody thinks, man. They just think, Oh man, I just sell some peptides. It's a bitch. The banks do not like you. They don't want your business. They will shut you down with
1:22:01Speaker 2shitloads of money in the account.
1:22:03Speaker 3You know? And they hold it for 6 months saying- Literally, maybe 6 chargebacks.
1:22:08Speaker 3Yeah. So- They legally can do that.
1:22:11Speaker 3Yeah. Yep. That's tough. But if you do well, it's great. If you do well, you do well. And then, you know, I don't know. There's every business, like, you know, a business owner needs to
1:22:21Speaker 2come to decisions. Marketing's everything for any business, man. Like, I told you guys a story, but it's so funny. Like, you know, like, the world has changed when somehow through a friend of ours, dude's in my office, can I tell the story again? Because it's so funny, dude, about how somehow he got into my office, which we have like Nora and there's some barriers we have at this point. But he's sitting in my office through a friend and he wants to start a peptide company and I'm like, Okay, well, like, what's your plan? What's your strategy? He's like, Well, I'm just an old school guy. Just gonna start knocking on doors. And I'm like, Well, let me just be blunt. That's not gonna work. So what else do you have? You know, I'm like, this is going to left field. Then I said, Well, tell me about some peptides, like, what do you know? Well, I don't know anything yet, but I'm gonna start learning. This is a true conversation verbatim.
1:23:05Speaker 2And I'm like, So you don't, you want to sell something that you don't have the money to start, you don't know what you're selling or anything about what you're selling, and you have no marketing strategy,
1:23:14Speaker 2and that's what you got, And I was just like, Dude, bro,
1:23:18Speaker 2what is happening? It's
1:23:20Speaker 2where the market Yeah,
1:23:22Speaker 3buy your peptides from somebody who knows what the hell they're doing.
1:23:25Speaker 3They should know the ins and outs of every single peptide they sell,
1:23:29Speaker 3like detailed protocols,
1:23:31Speaker 3etcetera. If somebody's like, I don't really know, then don't buy it from them. A lot of times people will,
1:23:38Speaker 2we're going in the weeds here, but like a lot of times people will use super old COAs. Why? Because nobody knows how to read them. That's why we're gonna do a podcast on how to read a COA so you make an educated decision
1:23:51Speaker 2on what you do. That's all we're trying to do.
1:23:54Speaker 3Yep. Alright.
1:23:55Speaker 3Go ahead with our next 1. My next? Alright. Yeah.
1:24:00Speaker 2Okay. I should have noticed this.
1:24:03Speaker 2Any increase in peptides being tested that are showing positive for fentanyl,
1:24:07Speaker 2How common is it to show a false positive? How many times do you retest a vial if it shows positive
1:24:14Speaker 2for fentanyl or other foreign substances?
1:24:17Speaker 3Thank you from Missouri. All right. So I asked Peter about this. There was recently some article written
1:24:23Speaker 3about
1:24:24Speaker 3somebody
1:24:26Speaker 3bought
1:24:26Speaker 3some
1:24:27Speaker 3peptides, which was like an amino blend, more like something more that looked like or like a lipo c b 12 plus amino mean amino blend. Unfortunately, the article was titled 5 amino 1 in q, which literally has nothing to do with that. So they're wrong right off the bat. So it was somebody who bought
1:24:45Speaker 3bought this product
1:24:47Speaker 3from some really sketchy looking Discord
1:24:52Speaker 3name
1:24:53Speaker 3with especially the picture. I don't know why the hell you would ever trust anybody that and buy your supplements that think they're good, but they bought 2 bottles.
1:25:00Speaker 3And then they sent them into Janoshek, and long story short, it's like they tested for trace amounts of fentanyl.
1:25:05Speaker 3And the article is like, hey, everybody watch your 5 amino-1MQ.
1:25:09Speaker 3Maybe like
1:25:10Speaker 3okay. What?
1:25:11Speaker 3The story has nothing to do with 5 amino-1MQ
1:25:14Speaker 3or even peptides
1:25:16Speaker 3that have peptides having fentanyl traces in them. It's just they bought it some sketchy ass dude who's obviously like selling fentanyl
1:25:24Speaker 3and
1:25:25Speaker 3also trying to make supplements and steroids. And knows his money in peptides. And he's got some, he's
1:25:31Speaker 3like reusing bottles and it had some residual fentanyl. It has nothing to do with the wider scope of
1:25:37Speaker 3peptides in general fentanyl. Now that being said, Jammosheic has
1:25:42Speaker 3the fentanyl control, which is basically like the exact amino acid structure atomic weight of what fentanyl
1:25:50Speaker 3looks like or a metabolite of fentanyl, which is usually what they test for in these things. Now, if they So he said, How often?
1:25:59Speaker 3Like,
1:26:00Speaker 3never. 0.011
1:26:03Speaker 3percent of the time did these things come back with fentanyl. Yeah. Most recently, that actually happened, and it was basically 1 of the only ones that's ever happened.
1:26:12Speaker 3So
1:26:13Speaker 3we're not all gonna get in some crazy worry that all these peptides have fentanyl in them, folks. Yeah. Please don't start those rumors.
1:26:21Speaker 3And the question is how many times does do they retest the vial? They take that shit serious.
1:26:27Speaker 3Yeah. It tested anything close to positive for fentanyl or any, like, finishing agents that fentanyl is that's how they test a lot of things is not really for the drug. Like, you look in these UA, like urinalysis cups, you know, the most they're not testing for they're not testing you.
1:26:43Speaker 3The science isn't looking for that actual drug. What the science is looking for is a metabolite of what your body then produces when it comes into contact with that drug. Right. Right? And so if any hint
1:26:54Speaker 3of a sample of having any fentanyl in it, it does pop up alert red flag as soon as that happens. They,
1:27:01Speaker 3finish their work. They don't want their staff dealing with it, and they're not a drug lab. Right? They're not that's not what they do. So he actually sends the samples off to
1:27:10Speaker 3he he actually did, like, 3, 4 more tests, I guess,
1:27:14Speaker 3before

1:28:11Speaker 1That's altrarunning.com.
1:28:15Speaker 3With his employees with strict information, like, do not, like, handle this. Don't breathe it in. You will wear a mask, blah blah blah, very carefully.
1:28:24Speaker 3They did 3 or 4 more tests to kind of double check their own results, And then they package it up and they sent it off to basically the country's drug lab,
1:28:33Speaker 3for actual
1:28:34Speaker 3confirmation
1:28:36Speaker 3that it's fentanyl, but maybe it isn't. Maybe it's just like a finishing agent that they use in fentanyl, same finishing agent they use in Primo, Mastron E, right, which is why there was a shortage of that stuff because The US put pressure on China, and China is the 1 who makes a lot of these finishing agents. And so
1:28:51Speaker 3so they couldn't make fentanyl, but they also couldn't make Primo and Mast Mast e.
1:28:55Speaker 3Goddamn it. I know.
1:28:58Speaker 2Welcome. Anyway,
1:28:59Speaker 3so, basically, he takes it really serious and,
1:29:03Speaker 3and then tests sends it off to the actual, like, country's
1:29:08Speaker 3drug lab to really confirm it. And then as soon as that gets confirmed, they reach out to the person who sent the test in and they and they say, hey, man, like, this legitimately had fentanyl in it. So whatever you're doing with this product, destroy it right now,
1:29:21Speaker 3and don't contaminate and poison other people in this world.
1:29:25Speaker 3So Yeah. There's that. Okay. What does it cost to have a sample tested by General Shake, and what is the process? So The blue is iron. Gonna wait. I could I could give you an explanation of, like, literally all the kind of the 6 main categories that people are testing things for.
1:29:41Speaker 3I'll give you a quick run through. So so there
1:29:44Speaker 3is a difference between
1:29:46Speaker 3there is 1 thing that will analyze purity.
1:29:49Speaker 3Okay? This is the HPLC.
1:29:51Speaker 3That will just tell you that actually won't even tell you what the substance is, but if you send in a BPC-one 57, a lot of these labs don't test the identity. They just say, okay, we'll we'll take your word that it's BPC-one 157. Then in the graph, it'll show
1:30:04Speaker 3of this total substance,
1:30:07Speaker 3at what percent is the majority of some substance?
1:30:11Speaker 3They'll say 91%,
1:30:12Speaker 3they'll see a big spike. 91%
1:30:16Speaker 3is the majority of this, and we don't know what this is, but the person said it was BPC, so we'll just call it BPC. Cool, 91. So they will test your purity, what percentage of the entire sample is actually
1:30:27Speaker 3the main drug that we're looking for.
1:30:29Speaker 3Then there's the, like, mass spectrometer, HPLC with the mass spectrometer,
1:30:34Speaker 3And that basically
1:30:36Speaker 3weighs the peptide and knows what its atomic weight is. And then they compare that to the atomic weight control of all the other peptides and they see which are the same weight. And then they go, oh, that must be BPC because it weighs the same as that. Yeah.
1:30:53Speaker 3And then there is another test for actually content. Then they need to test, hey,
1:30:58Speaker 3cool, we know that's purity and we know what it is,
1:31:01Speaker 3But is there 8 mg in this whole bottle, or is there 10? Like you said, they are. Right? Or is there 12?
1:31:07Speaker 3So you can get lots of tests that just tell you
1:31:11Speaker 3purity.
1:31:12Speaker 3Literally don't tell you identity and don't tell you how much is in the bottle.
1:31:17Speaker 3Then you have
1:31:18Speaker 3heavy metals,
1:31:21Speaker 3Peter and basically that 1, he said, you know, even if it was some of the worst metals, you're not doing enough of this stuff for it to actually affect a human being. Yeah.
1:31:31Speaker 3Now as endotoxins,
1:31:32Speaker 3about 5 percent of tests, have endotoxin in them,
1:31:37Speaker 3which is the toxic
1:31:38Speaker 3portion of a dead cell wall, but it still remains toxic after dead. He said about, like, a tiny percentage of those have them, and usually it is caught at the supplier stage.
1:31:50Speaker 3Same with sterility.
1:31:51Speaker 3Suppliers, the comforting fact is tons of suppliers are sending in bulk, bulk, bulk, bulk. Well, when they do see endotoxins and when they do see the sterility,
1:32:01Speaker 2yeah, it's consistent over the whole batch and then they tell them and that gets destroyed. Like we literally saw that. Like we literally saw like, kind of like a portion, which was a whole batch, which is the same type of a growth in these little things. It was rad. Then you saw some other ones that were completely looked different, so they're gonna talk to us, but you could tell they were growing different. I thought that was rad, did you? It was really rad. It was rad. It was, and it was scary and disgusting. Put into pieces- I know. Was- Basically, last time, like, probably not. Yeah. Sterility is like you're testing for live bacteria. The only way you have live find live bacteria
1:32:35Speaker 3is while you look in the microscope and you go, okay, maybe that's alive, but then we have to put it in a petri dish
1:32:40Speaker 3and incubate it. Basically, they have to put it in a in an in an environment that a bacteria will will happily grow in, and then they sit back and wait a week.
1:32:50Speaker 3Then they look at the petri dishes, and the ones that are just floured with mold
1:32:54Speaker 3Yeah.
1:32:55Speaker 3Are not sterile,
1:32:57Speaker 3and they're frankly disgusting. I can see it. I can see it. It's really gross. Now they said that that's, like, very rare, but it happens.
1:33:06Speaker 3It's usually always cleared up at the supplier stage.
1:33:09Speaker 2Yeah. Again, it's usually like, if that's not the case, it's like a whole bulk batch. It's not like a 1 off. It's a bulk batch. Yeah. They don't really see it much in, like, individual people sending in samples, but thank God because some of these suppliers now there's competition, which is good, man. That breeds suppliers
1:33:24Speaker 3having to go, shit. I better make a good product. Right?
1:33:28Speaker 3And
1:33:29Speaker 3then, so and then you asked me how much it costs. So for the HPLC and LMS is there's different prices on different compounds, but for a standard 1, $450
1:33:39Speaker 3for the basic
1:33:41Speaker 3pure how much, what is it?
1:33:45Speaker 3105 doll add, $105 for a heavy metal test, add a $180
1:33:49Speaker 3for endotoxin,
1:33:51Speaker 3add $290
1:33:52Speaker 3for a sterility test.
1:33:54Speaker 3Alright?
1:33:55Speaker 2To about 1000 dollars a test. Well, about that. Yep. Well, I mean, that's so in the end for our editor to kind of make a note of this for a clip. I think that's important for people to understand. That's the math. Yep. What it costs? Test and stuff. Now do you think you're gonna get it for $30,
1:34:10Speaker 3or do think that that's outside of the math?
1:34:14Speaker 3No, you don't have to test every bottle, but you gotta test 1 a batch and I can guarantee people aren't making, you know, a 100,000 bottle batches.
1:34:23Speaker 3You're getting 500, maybe 1000 bottle batches
1:34:26Speaker 3and do that 3 times per batch,
1:34:29Speaker 3hurts
1:34:30Speaker 3financially until you're selling it for cheap.
1:34:34Speaker 3You shouldn't be able to. All right, good deal.
1:34:36Speaker 2You go ahead with the next 1, I guess. All right, where we at here? The very last 1. Last 1. All right, guys. I know we're going long, but I think everybody's gonna be interested in this stuff because it was a cool experience. All right, so from a scientific standpoint,
1:34:49Speaker 2what is the most difficult peptide for GenoShift to accurately analyze,
1:34:54Speaker 2and what factors, purity, degradation,
1:34:57Speaker 2aggregation,
1:34:59Speaker 2sequence, similarity, etcetera,
1:35:01Speaker 2make it particularly challenging? What a great question that was. Yeah. And here's the thing,
1:35:07Speaker 2Complexity.
1:35:08Speaker 3I'm going to,
1:35:09Speaker 3maybe give you a more detailed answer in our next so stay tuned in a
1:35:14Speaker 3week or 2,
1:35:16Speaker 3when we break these down in detail,
1:35:19Speaker 3but I'll tell you, I already know this. I mean, cerebral iosin, all right?
1:35:24Speaker 3The problem is cerebral iosin is
1:35:27Speaker 3made from basically pig brain, and it's not just 1 peptide.
1:35:31Speaker 3It is several peptides
1:35:33Speaker 3and different strains of them. So that is 1 of the most challenging peptides there is. The
1:35:40Speaker 3other ones that have high
1:35:43Speaker 3that are
1:35:45Speaker 3not high amino
1:35:47Speaker 3said he said the Reta is kind of challenging because
1:35:51Speaker 3it's really heavy.
1:35:52Speaker 3Heavy was the answer. But I know cerebral izin is super complex,
1:35:56Speaker 3and a lot of places just don't even they won't they don't test it because they don't have the capability for it.
1:36:02Speaker 3But
1:36:03Speaker 3this last question is very good and you put some thought into asking it and use big words. So I
1:36:10Speaker 2you to answer it.
1:36:11Speaker 2Maybe HGH,
1:36:13Speaker 2which would be 191 amino acids, and that's gonna be harder because it's a longer 1, some are 4, you know? So that's the easiest way I think, you know, is the sequence of the amino acids,
1:36:23Speaker 2right? Know, complex- Yeah, yeah, you're absolutely right.
1:36:27Speaker 3Yeah.
1:36:29Speaker 3Then the longer chain, the longer chain, I mean, like like HGH,
1:36:33Speaker 3right, most of this 91.
1:36:35Speaker 2That's huge. That's the whole that is yes. That is the whole, like,
1:36:40Speaker 3the longest peptide that you can get.
1:36:44Speaker 3If, the the to make that, these shorter amino acids, right, are made a shorter amino acid sequence are made in this, like, solid phase,
1:36:53Speaker 3hydrolysis or something, but they do not ever require they don't they don't put off a byproduct of endotoxin just making it. That's just not possible. But the long ones like HGH actually have to be grown in organic material
1:37:05Speaker 3and that opens some things up. It opens it up to actually potentially have some more
1:37:12Speaker 3endotoxins
1:37:13Speaker 3in there. But yeah, the longer the sequence, the harder it is to test, but I'll give you some more specific answers in when we do a deep dive in there. So stay tuned.
1:37:23Speaker 2Yeah. So that
1:37:25Speaker 2was the questions. I know we were kind of long winded, but I think you, you know, most people are going to like it. You can maybe listen to this in sequences because it's longest 1 we've done a 100, an hour and 30 minutes, but we came out here for a reason. We practice what we preach, you know, we'd tell people to kind of like know who you're doing business with. And that's why we're here. We were invited and we're like, Hell yeah, man. And because there's
1:37:48Speaker 2companies that are great and have integrity and have character, and there's obviously some that don't. And our goal is regardless
1:37:55Speaker 2of whatever business we start from
1:37:57Speaker 2now to then, just to work with companies that are integral, right? Like putting our name on anything, we want to make sure that not only are they doing what they say that they're doing, we want see what they're doing because like anybody can say they're doing this, right? And when they prove to us that they're doing this, my
1:38:15Speaker 2perspective of Janoschuk has radically changed after coming here. Like they are legit.
1:38:20Speaker 2Like we've met all their employees or a lot of their employees,
1:38:23Speaker 2bright, bright, bright people, best in the business.
1:38:27Speaker 2That's rad, man. It's just, they are without a doubt, the cream of the crop for a reason. Heard that if you didn't listen to the last podcast that we did with Peter that kind of triggered all this, It's great. He's coming back on.
1:38:41Speaker 2Obviously we enjoyed him. Sounds like he seems like he likes us too, because he's going to come on the peptide of the week. Now I'm going to have him on my personal too, which is more like entrepreneurship,
1:38:52Speaker 2because I like to take that into a different direction of why
1:38:56Speaker 2did he do this? How did he do this? And the objective there is to light fires and other people that might want to do this. The peptide, we're going to dig into a lot of stuff that we didn't talk on the 1st 1, because you don't, you don't have an hour. You know how fast an hour goes when you're intrigued and talking to somebody that's smart and you're learning from? It goes like that. So, as we were, wrapping up yesterday,
1:39:15Speaker 2we offered, he said, Absolutely.
1:39:17Speaker 2We will have him back on. And I'm sure, so for you listener,
1:39:22Speaker 2just like you did here, start to cultivate those
1:39:25Speaker 2questions and put them in school. Our team will
1:39:29Speaker 2accumulate them. So we literally physically ask them for some of you guys.
1:39:33Speaker 2So start to cultivate some questions of what you listeners would want to know from PT-3R Magic, the Gold
1:39:39Speaker 2Star testing
1:39:41Speaker 2facility, because that's coming soon.
1:39:44Speaker 2Will and I,
1:39:46Speaker 2our goal is to always get better. Our goal is to bring the best
1:39:49Speaker 2information to you, but it really stems from he and I being students of life,
1:39:55Speaker 2especially the stuff that we love.
1:39:58Speaker 2We love this stuff. It is literally parts of who we are.
1:40:01Speaker 2Things fell into place for us in so many areas, but I think there's something bigger out there in movement because Will does not understand social media at all. Do I love him? No. He doesn't understand how many people love the podcast and what 600,000 viewers a month means.
1:40:17Speaker 2Podcast world, that's
1:40:18Speaker 2amazing.
1:40:20Speaker 2So people obviously like it.
1:40:22Speaker 2And, because of that, and we are so honored to be the 1st people that you listen to when you have so many choices,
1:40:28Speaker 2we're going to push the limits of everything. We're going to get better
1:40:31Speaker 2people on the podcast. We are open to sitting down with anybody that's in the realm of health nutrition,
1:40:37Speaker 2and it doesn't mean to be people we agree with. There's going to be some times that we disagree. We have a gal coming on tonight. I've been trying to figure out if I'm going to agree with her on stuff and we don't need to. We can
1:40:48Speaker 2shake hands at the end and be like, that was good. I don't really agree with that, but okay, that's, you know what I mean? Those are the best types of conversations because they make you think. Yeah. You know, like, I don't want anybody that's gonna like, I don't want to have conversations with people that always agree with me. That's boring. Like,
1:41:02Speaker 2you know, so that we really are trying to put the best information for you all out there.
1:41:08Speaker 2It is a blessing to Will and I to become,
1:41:13Speaker 2guys that people get to sit down with some of the biggest hitters in the industry that we love. We're still blown away by it. Sometimes I pinch myself, like, how did this even happen? Because I used to watch these people myself.
1:41:25Speaker 2Because we try to put our best foot forward, man. And we always listen to people. We read the DMs. We have now a team of people that does that too, and we accumulate these types of things and we go off a lot of things. If multiple people want this, we try to do that, you know, because we know that without the people, that's what you guys want. So hopefully that's what attracts you to this podcast. Hopefully you saw us coming out here for a reason because we want
1:41:49Speaker 2to give visuals to you all, to ourselves included,
1:41:53Speaker 2and push the limits of just this industry and shine the light on the amazing qualities and
1:41:59Speaker 2shine the light on things we once thought that we realized that's not that way. We're going to admit when we're wrong or not wrong, but like, Oh, that changed. We thought that was different, you know, because this stuff evolves
1:42:11Speaker 2And, know, don't throw daggers at people if a year ago they said this, this is a newer industry. Like it's, we, you know, we don't pretend that we, because we have a podcast, we're supposed to know it all. Like, I don't know. You know what I mean? But, we enjoy it.
1:42:24Speaker 2We're in Prague, bro. I mean, talk about how rad we're to, ex heroin addicts that God has blessed us. Real quick, I do want to shout out to our team.
1:42:35Speaker 2We don't do it nearly enough. Mario, who's the editor on this right now, has edited every single 1 of our podcasts. You've seen us post stuff now. We're trying to post a lot of stuff of our team because you see us all the time. We want them to share this because we can't do what we do without our team. Mario standing ovation, he just became our social media manager. He is just a gym of a human.
1:42:57Speaker 2He works his ass off. I mean, he's never like taken more than like 3 minutes, I think, to respond to a text of mine. Even at 3AM.
1:43:05Speaker 3We texted him this morning. Like, you know, like,
1:43:09Speaker 2it's a gold mine. And then Sarah, who is now our GM, like Will and I, for the 1st time, felt comfortable flying out of town for a week for me, 2 weeks for him, and leaving our company in the hands of her because
1:43:23Speaker 2this is the 1st time we've done that. And we feel completely comfortable, man, because the team was kicking ass. Shout out to our team for
1:43:31Speaker 2all the support and let us do this type of stuff and bring you all the best information. If you haven't been on school, it's growing.
1:43:39Speaker 2We're adding information on there. We added my diet plan, the carnivore diet plan, if you're interested in that. I think we put the fasting stuff. Did we put that up?
1:43:48Speaker 2I don't know. Fasting protocol, like a 12 week course, how you can start to increase your fasting each week. Some people are into that. And Will has put so much information
1:43:58Speaker 2on pre section under classroom,
1:44:02Speaker 2go in there and just spend hours reading through so much information this dude has put on it. It's insane how much free stuff we try to give you guys.
1:44:11Speaker 2We try to do our best.
1:44:12Speaker 2Glad you listened, man. Are grateful as hell to, do what we do for a living.
1:44:18Speaker 3Yes, sir.
1:44:20Speaker 2So other than that, it's been long 140,
1:44:23Speaker 2man. We've gone a long time. Let's, get back to our lives and your lives. And, other than that, man, we will, see you soon on the next round.
