1:05Speaker 1Welcome back to the Peptide of the Week podcast.
1:09Speaker 1I am your host JD Denham back in the studio feeling like myself across the way, Mr. William T. Hawk. What's up man? I'm here. Busy. I'm busy. I'm this is an overwhelming week for me. Was thinking about that last night. I got a busy freaking
1:24Speaker 1week.
1:26Speaker 2Almost overwhelming. You have a lot of talking this week.
1:29Speaker 1That's what I love.
1:31Speaker 2I'm
1:32Speaker 2definitely overwhelmed, but
1:34Speaker 2I live like that.
1:37Speaker 1A 100% overwhelmed at all times. Yes, for sure. We have a few cool stuff coming out. We looked at the website yesterday, our new website and that's dope. That's awesome. Bulls put a freaking lot of work into this.
1:50Speaker 1It's going be accomplished when that's done. It will be, yes.
1:53Speaker 2When it's done.
1:55Speaker 2It should be very soon. Any day.
1:58Speaker 2I already,
2:01Speaker 2Throw some more threats this morning. So
2:04Speaker 1It looks good, dude. That's the funny thing about Will and I, which you haven't figured out for you longtime listeners, you maybe have how different we are in regards to our personalities. Will will look
2:15Speaker 1at a label and he'll design it. He'll like spend hours like getting it exact and I'd be like, looks fine to me.
2:24Speaker 1I was So
2:25Speaker 1in Cabo, our producer who we love so much and she always brings us tea and coffee, we love the hell out of her. She's awesome. There's Brandy behind the screen right there.
2:34Speaker 1But she gave me a little surprise and if you can see behind me,
2:38Speaker 1she
2:39Speaker 1did me up and got some new stuff in the back. She wanted to change it up. It looks amazing.
2:45Speaker 1And
2:46Speaker 2Will's like, what about me? Yeah. Now I'm jealous. It looks so good. Yeah. What the hell? And
2:51Speaker 1it's, that's why I love you, man. That's why I love you, but we got good stuff coming, man. We were just talking before we started filming about
2:58Speaker 1our trip to Prague.
2:59Speaker 1What do you ever think different business would be flying out to When
3:03Speaker 1we 1st sat down, do you remember? We had thought what if that started happening if we'd like fly out to China or Thailand or something, you know, because a couple of people we had talked to Mhmm. Did that. We were like, was freaking cool. Absolutely. It's pretty dope. Always thought that that, but now that there's no need to go to China because
3:20Speaker 2we don't do any business with China I know. Anymore.
3:23Speaker 1That's pretty cool. Which is cool.
3:25Speaker 2Times are changing. Times are changing, and and we'd hopefully are kind of leading the pack doing that because,
3:32Speaker 2I mean, a, like, well, business is business, but still if given a choice and a little bit less
3:38Speaker 2positive for us, if we can bring money and keep money in America, that's
3:43Speaker 2way better. And yes, the decision is at a detriment to us
3:49Speaker 2financially,
3:50Speaker 2but it's still the right move.
3:52Speaker 2Yeah.
3:53Speaker 2Yeah. To keep money here,
3:56Speaker 2to keep supporting
3:57Speaker 2like business here in America and,
4:01Speaker 2and to just get better quality. Yeah.
4:05Speaker 1And hence the flags all over our warehouse. Hence the flags. After
4:09Speaker 14th of July. How was how was 4th? Did you? I mean, I was with you and we,
4:14Speaker 2we have a friend who's crazy with fireworks. So they spent like $10 on fireworks. Good. It was What normally would have taken 6, I mean, it would take 6 hours to light off fireworks individually, but we have a friend who
4:27Speaker 2I think his next career move should be get out of the ironworkers union and, like, start apprenticing at these, like, real shows Yeah. At rigging the fireworks. So, like, this time you saw him, but he had
4:40Speaker 2he had like 6 pieces of plywood bigger than this table with
4:44Speaker 2different different like cakes of mortars and different mortars, but he bought all the wicks, all the wick wick connectors,
4:52Speaker 2and rigged everything together.
4:54Speaker 2So then they would just bring out this board,
4:57Speaker 2light it once, and they'd all and everything worked perfectly. It was insane. And it was about, I don't know, 15 minutes per board. Yeah. But they got done with all those fireworks in like an hour and 0.5. Yeah, it was a lot. Scared the living shit out of my 2 year old. Like
5:12Speaker 1I got some pictures of him because we had his little headphones on and like whenever those sockets popped, he'd go, Hey, run away. And I was like, he's such a little lover boy, you know? And I'd go in there and he was scared, but like, we're always so intrigued by what we're scared by. Like, I'm scared to death of sharks, but like, I'd always want shark week and he'd be looking out the window just wishing
5:32Speaker 1I could go out there, but, it was fun. And then, and then they had
5:36Speaker 2this,
5:38Speaker 2basically, handheld Gatling gun, right, with the barrel would spin and and handheld,
5:43Speaker 2and it would just shoot,
5:45Speaker 2Roman candles
5:47Speaker 2every time as it spinning. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Dude, like a 100 shots. Dedication right there.
5:52Speaker 2Dedication. They definitely do that every year. And, you know, he's out there with his
5:57Speaker 2kid,
5:58Speaker 2his like 6 year old
6:00Speaker 2lighting and stuff, but did his kid, like our friend is just like kind of a board just fixes. He can fix everything.
6:07Speaker 2And his kid too, his kid's 2 years younger than river and river can't figure out how to pull the, make the little, little party poppers, just pull a string. Yeah.
6:16Speaker 2Pop. And Williams, 2 years younger than him, they named him after me.
6:21Speaker 2He's like, he's like, here, give it to me. See, you wrap your you wrap your 0.25 around these 2 fingers, right? Grip it right there and pull and whoever could not figure that out. But like the kid He's a little badass. Yeah, he's a badass. He'll fix everything. Was he close?
6:33Speaker 2Was my necklace broke? I just fixed it.
6:35Speaker 1Comes over my house from time to time to fix his shit because I
6:38Speaker 1don't know if it's, it is handed down,
6:41Speaker 1lack of from my father because my father didn't fix anything. So he obviously didn't teach me to fix anything. That's just the way it was. But some men just know how to fix everything. You're very
6:52Speaker 1handy. Yeah. So I can fix most everything. You were not here on Saturday and they were doing the wall. And like, I was like,
6:59Speaker 1what are you guys gonna do with it? You know, I was a manpower. I hope to move it, but I'm like, I don't even know what came in handy and they said that there was no chance in hell they were moving this Yeah. Thing without
7:08Speaker 1Yeah. Like they thought I was gonna leave them. No, dude. I'll help you do what I can do.
7:12Speaker 2That's about
7:14Speaker 2it. That's right. But that was helpful because it was stuck on a little nail. So
7:19Speaker 2anyway, the 4th was great. We went down and took our golf cart down and visited,
7:23Speaker 2or saw the parade,
7:25Speaker 2the Huntington beach parade. That
7:27Speaker 2was fun. Rivers met up with a bunch of his little baseball friends. And so we just kind of rode the bikes and golf carts around during the day and then went over to her
7:36Speaker 2friend's house and enjoyed the evening and cleaned up. Will say for our friends are
7:41Speaker 2pretty good group of,
7:43Speaker 2helpers at the end. That's
7:45Speaker 2a mess. All
7:47Speaker 2of those fireworks, but like
7:49Speaker 2everybody there at this house was just done. And that's how it's been every year. Like 30 people in there. Everybody is just not really standing around, but working hard to clean up everything. Friends are all sober. Them? Yes. It is, probably. Yeah. It is a 100%.
8:02Speaker 2We're all sober. We have some more energy at the end of the night, aren't just, like, drunk and saying, eff up. We're gone. I was in the gym on the 5th with, you know, a bunch of dudes and we were all sober. I'm like,
8:13Speaker 1it's only sober people are in here. It's good stuff. We also got some cool stuff
8:19Speaker 1coming. We have Josh Holyfield flying into town as we speak. I know he's a
8:25Speaker 1guy that people like, so it's going to be an honor to sit with him and ask him questions. Know, we all kind of know who each other is out there. As
8:33Speaker 1this channel grows and this and that, it's cool to sit down with just people of like mind, you know, we all
8:40Speaker 1don't know it all, and we all can learn from each other, as I'm sure we all do. So it's just so fun to sit down with people. Mean, I'm sure everybody enjoyed the podcast with Trevor. That guy was brilliant.
8:50Speaker 1But man, it's so rad to just talk to people. I enjoy it, man. I just enjoy it. So he's gonna be cool. I think all this stuff is gonna be done. Think the more that I've
8:58Speaker 2read up a little bit more on him, right, the more he's done, he's also doing a whole bunch of things and has done a whole Absolutely. Bunch of
9:06Speaker 2What would you say? He was like special forces in the Marine Corps? Written books.
9:11Speaker 2Written 2 books.
9:12Speaker 2I went and looked at his like website for peptide protocols
9:16Speaker 2and
9:17Speaker 2for like planning your own protocols, I should say like a peptide tracker. That
9:23Speaker 2thing's pretty in-depth.
9:26Speaker 2Yes, he does a whole bunch. So I guess we'll let him tell everybody.
9:31Speaker 1Everyday 2 podcast, kind of similar to Trevor. I'm going do mine 1st, which is going to focus on the business side and just what he does. And then we're going to get him obviously on the Peptide podcast and just really dig into
9:42Speaker 1all the stuff we talk about here. So we're going to hopefully give you 2 viewpoints of who the man is. I
9:48Speaker 1enjoy it. I think it's cool. Then lastly, we have Mr. Jay Campbell flying into town in August who hit us up and he's going be in town. So he's like, I want come on live.
9:58Speaker 1Come on down, bro. And so he'll be live on, think it was, I think it's the 6th,
10:02Speaker 1August 6. So that's coming up and it'll be good to actually have him live. Yes.
10:07Speaker 1That'll be cool. Hope you always get a lowdown on what's coming down the pike Jay.
10:11Speaker 2Yep.
10:12Speaker 1Other than that, we're leaving in 2 weeks, but let's get us kicked off, dude. Do us the honors. Going to Q and A. So question 1, I have a
10:21Speaker 216 year old,
10:23Speaker 2have a 16 year old,
10:25Speaker 26 foot 1 and 100 kg.
10:28Speaker 2I pulled him out of school and he was doing a tiling apprenticeship.
10:32Speaker 2Kid weight trains focuses on protein, ready to buy his 1st house. Anyway,
10:37Speaker 21.5
10:38Speaker 2years ago, we had a holiday from hell in Bali. He got extremely unwell.
10:43Speaker 2We had a whole year of repeat antibiotics.
10:46Speaker 2He has low vitamin C levels of like 10.
10:50Speaker 2We then seen a naturopath that has helped, but I've spent about $3,000 on vitamin C drips and zinc supplements. He is suffering boils.
11:00Speaker 2Mostly he does improve for a bit after an infusion, but they come back and they spread.
11:05Speaker 2Damn. Could I try a peptide? I was thinking KPV,
11:08Speaker 2Thymosin or BPC.
11:10Speaker 2Let's think of him as an adult. 3
11:13Speaker 2I just can see him suffering. I just can't see him suffering like this. Love your show so much. Thank you for your podcast guys. Awesome. That's right. I'm gonna take that. Yeah, go ahead. It's I mean, I think that that
11:25Speaker 1sucks for your son. I mean, geez, that's horrible, but you obviously
11:30Speaker 1ate something, right? So
11:32Speaker 1it sounds like an immune issue, so you can't go wrong with what you just said, right? What
11:39Speaker 1I would do is without a doubt, TA-1KP-1BB-
11:43Speaker 1And
11:44Speaker 1I personally,
11:46Speaker 1personally, if it was my boy, I would stop the antibiotics. They are just destroying his gut.
11:52Speaker 1And it's just, I think that's where it stems from.
11:55Speaker 1So that's personally what I would do. You do you, you're the dad, so you make that decision yourself.
12:01Speaker 1But I think that those are awesome. And, I would do the KPV,
12:05Speaker 1BPC, TA-one injectables
12:07Speaker 1and
12:08Speaker 1the BPC KBV orals. I would just blast that.
12:12Speaker 1I'm assuming you've done a stool test. If not, you need to do a stool test and
12:17Speaker 1that should answer, I think, a lot of the problems.
12:20Speaker 1I'm thinking you haven't done that. Maybe that's why you don't kind of know what the issue is, but I
12:27Speaker 1think you stopped antibiotics, man. I think it's probably throwing fuel on that fire. I've had gut problems for a long time and I wish to God I didn't have, didn't eat those antibiotics like I did. I think that was I think that was the culprit.
12:39Speaker 2What do you got? So, I don't know. I mean,
12:43Speaker 2I think that there are times where you need to kind of maybe actually go see like an disease doctor,
12:50Speaker 2right, and
12:52Speaker 2get like fecal workup. I don't know. Maybe you've already done this and you're past that point. But,
12:59Speaker 2I mean, we're not doctors. Think that you can't 1st of all, on those things like KPV, Thymosin Alpha, BPC, hell, try them. Yeah. And you're gonna like be bad. Got nothing. You really don't have anything to lose. They like can't be bad if they miraculously heal them. That's amazing. Good.
13:13Speaker 2Great.
13:14Speaker 2But still, but if they don't,
13:17Speaker 2you know, again, we don't really know enough, plus we're not doctors, but we don't really know enough in this picture to give you a
13:23Speaker 2and then we would need to research.
13:25Speaker 1Yeah. And that's pretty vague in the question, but more data.
13:28Speaker 1But
13:29Speaker 1the obvious is- It gonna
13:32Speaker 2hurt, but like I would probably go see an actual, and I agree with the antibiotics, it's probably not the right thing to do, but I'd go see an infectious disease doctor.
13:42Speaker 2And I'd read up a little bit on this and like some of these things point to staph or MRSA. That
13:49Speaker 2would be terrible.
13:51Speaker 1Usually if it's left untreated though, that stuff gets bad, real bad. And it's been a year and 0.5. I got staff from, I got MRSA- Yeah. In the hospital. No, wasn't MRSA the bad 1? MRSA is the worst. Okay, so I got staff and it wasn't like, got MRSA, but I had back surgery. I was in the hospital for a few days and I got it from the dang hospital.
14:10Speaker 1My back swelled up. It was, hurt so bad I thought I was gonna die. It was, and I
14:16Speaker 1honestly think some of the problems I've had with my gut are all the way back to that. I had a, I have a PICC line in my arm for a,
14:24Speaker 1was it a month? It was a long time and they would just inject me for like an hour every day to get rid of this stuff. So that stuff's pretty gnarly, man. So, yeah, it sounds to me like you need to dig a little deeper.
14:38Speaker 1And it sounds like the peptides, which we love, but it might be a little bit above that pay grade of a peptide. You might need to really dig in to see what the hell it is. Yeah. Cause you gotta know what it is to attack it. You know, obviously it's in the gut, but there's all kinds of stuff that can be going on in that gut. It sounds like there's a naturopath with vitamin C like cool that that seems to be kind of fixing symptoms,
14:59Speaker 2but not actually fixing the root problem. As soon as you do, you do that, the treatment, it gets a little bit better. And then as soon as you stop whack, we're back to bat. So all that's doing is helping some of the symptoms and not actually looking for the root cause. So good luck though. That's terrible, poor kid. Keep us posted. We wanna see what he is. Yeah. Alright.
15:16Speaker 1New listener, love the content. 45 year old male, five'nine, 300 pounds. I just started Retta a week and 0.5 ago. Obviously, I'm overweight and I just started working out again. Good for you.
15:28Speaker 1I hurt my knee back in November and it's still bothering me. I also had arthritis
15:33Speaker 1all over. I was diagnosed in my early twenties
15:37Speaker 1with that, so I haven't been able to train consistently over or very hard. My testosterone is low. PCP says not to start TRT because weight loss may correct it. I'm going to a urologist to get my levels up, hopefully. Are there any peptides that you recommend for me additionally,
15:57Speaker 1testing that you are additional testing that you would recommend? Thanks for all you do.
16:02Speaker 2What do got? Yeah, so 1st of all, okay, the losing
16:06Speaker 2weight may correct the testosterone problem.
16:09Speaker 2Yeah,
16:11Speaker 2in a while it might, you know.
16:15Speaker 2The problem is that
16:17Speaker 2the more overweight you are, right, the more estrogen your body makes and the less testosterone it makes. Right? It is basically,
16:24Speaker 2it's a cycle that just builds up snowballs
16:28Speaker 2either way.
16:29Speaker 2I don't see a problem. How old are 45. Yeah. Right? You're like,
16:35Speaker 2I was wondering what you're gonna say on this 1. Dude, I don't know. I would I would opt for the testosterone, obviously. Like, I'd because I do it. So obviously that's what I would do. It will make, I mean,
16:46Speaker 2it'll fix the testosterone thing. You'll lose weight. Faster. I mean, way faster. It will help immediately
16:53Speaker 2to lose all of that weight. And dude, again,
16:56Speaker 2just because you start testosterone does not mean you are like, Oh, I got to do it for the rest of my life no matter what. In fact, like, look at me, like I've been off tests. I guess I'm taking, I'm literally taking
17:07Speaker 225
17:08Speaker 2mg
17:09Speaker 2a week maybe, like maybe.
17:12Speaker 2But I weaned down and I have been taking it for shoot, 8 years maybe before that. And so,
17:19Speaker 2and I'm still alive walking around talking and you just weaned down correctly. Like, dude, you could
17:25Speaker 2do some tests, get your weight down. If you really, really, really want to get back, get off of it, you can do that. Sure.
17:30Speaker 2In the meantime, let's say you don't want to start doing the test. I think Kisspeptin
17:34Speaker 2is a peptide that will, that will actually help try to increase your actual natural testosterone levels.
17:42Speaker 2Again, we don't think it really works
17:44Speaker 2if you are on
17:46Speaker 2test,
17:47Speaker 2although Trevor thinks differently. Did you notice that last time when we talked to Trevor anyway,
17:52Speaker 2you're, you know, for, for you, just a typical, full
17:56Speaker 2blood test panel, we can send you that. Like I have it all written down instead of reading off
18:02Speaker 260 different items right now. We
18:04Speaker 2can,
18:05Speaker 2we can just, we can send you what we suggest all the panels that your doctor should be checking off.
18:11Speaker 1But he didn't. I bet he didn't.
18:14Speaker 2Yeah,
18:15Speaker 2I bet he did not. I know tons of doctors that will just be like, Oh, okay, let's test your, let's test your total testosterone.
18:22Speaker 2That's good.
18:24Speaker 2Yeah.
18:25Speaker 1I mean, it's going to be a matter of an opinion. I'm just going to be blunt as always.
18:30Speaker 1Just why would you wait? Why would you wait?
18:33Speaker 1When you have low testosterone,
18:34Speaker 1losing weight is a bitch. It's a bitch. It's not saying it can't be done, but like, dude, it's like you're swimming against a river. Like you'll make a little headway if you just kick ass, but man, you're gonna be tired. If you just take a little bit of testosterone, man, your whole life will change. You'll
18:50Speaker 1drop weight faster, your sex drive will go up, your sleep will be better, your focus will be better, you'll be happier. I could go on and on and on and on and on. So just in regards to that, why the hell would you not want to? Yeah, you might bring it up as you lose weight.
19:05Speaker 1Like,
19:07Speaker 1or just like, let's just get it done. Like, don't you want to feel great? Don't you want to feel good?
19:11Speaker 1So that's just me.
19:13Speaker 1And then the obvious, you're gonna, you need to like make sure that you're lifting weights
19:17Speaker 1at least 4 days a week. You need to make sure eating right, eat a shitload of protein, a lot of protein, a protein, a lot of protein, get your sleep. Those are the obvious. We're going to talk about those probably today. As always,
19:29Speaker 1get moving, walk a lot. In regards to peptides,
19:33Speaker 1you're 45 man, if you're going to choose, well, if you choose not to do the TRT
19:37Speaker 1either way, I would say take some HGH, at least throw some 2 I use of HGH in there. And for like energy,
19:44Speaker 1I mean, could do Tesamorelin,
19:46Speaker 1Tesa Ipah, you can do both HGH and Tessa,
19:50Speaker 1know, cause you need to, you need to drop some weight. NAD-thirty
19:54Speaker 11, I'd throw those in there for some cellular energy.
19:57Speaker 1And then in about 3 weeks to a month, throw in some MOTS-1C.
20:01Speaker 1So that will help with some of the energy stuff.
20:05Speaker 1A brother, I would just get on TRT.
20:08Speaker 1Just get after it. You feel so good. 3 weeks, you'll feel great. Yeah. All right. Next, number 3.
20:13Speaker 2What would you recommend? I'm 38 and down to 137
20:17Speaker 2pounds. I'm 38 years old, down to 137
20:21Speaker 2pounds. I have celiac disease,
20:24Speaker 2interstitial cystitis.
20:26Speaker 2And
20:28Speaker 2I don't know. Oh, dyssynergic
20:30Speaker 2defecation,
20:31Speaker 2like dysentery,
20:33Speaker 2I'm guessing worked long hours in the ER,
20:36Speaker 2strength trained 4 to 5
20:38Speaker 2times a week,
20:40Speaker 2a mom of 3 kids and a wife. My goal are more energy, stronger workouts, lose belly fat, sleep better, manage my focus ADHD,
20:48Speaker 2but trying to come off of Adderall
20:49Speaker 2because I don't like how it makes me feel. I eat clean with very little added sugar. I drink a minimum of a 120 to a 140.

21:53Speaker 2Ounces of water daily, and I eat at least 140 grams of protein per day. I'm currently running SS-31MOTS-5Mina
22:02Speaker 21 MQ AOD in the AM and PM. I'm on Thymosin Alpha, just started. CJC Ipamorelin, Clo will
22:10Speaker 2be starting NAD back in another week or 2 with glutathione.
22:14Speaker 2I know I need to cycle off of some of what I'm on for energy, but what can I replace it with?
22:22Speaker 2Anything you would add?
22:24Speaker 2Let me take that 1. Yeah, go ahead. Then we'll So
22:28Speaker 11st, I'm going to attack the Adderall thing. It just wouldn't be me if I didn't. I'm just not a fan of it. I'm sure you all know it now. I'm sober.
22:35Speaker 1And it's crazy when we're taking a substance,
22:39Speaker 1how we think we need that substance until you actually get off that substance and you realize I didn't need that substance.
22:44Speaker 1Know that that's where
22:46Speaker 1you're probably at right now, but you don't need the Adderall. Adderall is like almost identical to speed. If you like, look at it, you know, you probably know that. So I'm gonna say get off that and you might even need help getting off of it, like meetings and such,
23:00Speaker 1just whatever, however you need to get off it, you're going to feel a lot better.
23:04Speaker 1You can take a modafinil.
23:06Speaker 1It's not going to be Adderall, but it will give you some of that focus. You know, I'm not an Adderall guy, but modafinil is great. So you can kind of have some of that and
23:16Speaker 1kind of, I'm sounds to me, I don't know what you do if you're a doctor or nurse or whatnot, but you're in an ER, so it's a stressful as hell.
23:24Speaker 1Your sleep probably sucks.
23:26Speaker 1It sounds to me like you haven't had your hormones checked because I think you would have talked about that. So you could have low testosterone, your hormones could be out of whack. You could need some progesterone. I don't know. You got to have your run your panel.
23:39Speaker 1And I'm telling you, I think that your problem might be just getting those hormones fixed because when you start there, you're going to feel a lot better because you're 38 and like we start
23:50Speaker 1thinking that we're supposed to feel like shit at 38 because we're aging, but we're not, you know, until we fix our hormones and Will and I are like broken records,
23:59Speaker 1but we talk mainly to men because we're men, but women, you're the same thing. You need to get your hormones and thank God
24:06Speaker 1it's coming around where women now are taking testosterone and
24:11Speaker 1fixing their hormones because just like men,
24:14Speaker 1you will feel like a different gal. You know, like you have a stressful job, so that part's going be what it's going to be.
24:21Speaker 1Obviously, you got to work on your sleep and I don't know how to tell you to fix that, but that's highly important and just improve your recovery, but get those hormones checked.
24:30Speaker 1And here's some, some other outside,
24:33Speaker 1just some typical ones, which has worked for me. Meditation,
24:37Speaker 1like grounding,
24:40Speaker 1helping other people get the focus off of, you know, like the stuff you're focusing on. That's just helped me. So I got to talk to you about that in regards to peptides,
24:49Speaker 1Epitalon, I would start with Epitalon. It's going reset your circadian rhythm. It's going to be really good for oxidated stress. So I would start with that. And then I think the obvious is going be Selank
25:01Speaker 1and Cmax because
25:02Speaker 1you run a high stress job. So I think that will kind of balance you out well.
25:07Speaker 1I'm assuming by what you're taking, you're trying to lose weight. You're taking 5Amino-1MQ
25:12Speaker 1and AOD,
25:14Speaker 1know, energy for MOTS-1MQ
25:16Speaker 1and SS-31but
25:17Speaker 1I'm assuming the 5Amino and the AOD you're trying to lose weight or rip up that stomach.
25:23Speaker 1So maybe just get to Reta.
25:25Speaker 1You know, you can replace those 2 and go right to Reta and that will do a lot for you. So maybe do that. So those
25:32Speaker 1are 4 peptides
25:33Speaker 1and some other stuff that I think will work well for you, the meditation and stuff. I know it sounds a little woo woo, but until you do it, it's amazing. You know, I never thought I'd meditate, but I do it every day. So works well for me. What do you got, Will?
25:47Speaker 2Of all, if I was her and you told me to help somebody,
25:51Speaker 2I would be pissed because
25:53Speaker 2as a mother of 3, a wife and a full time job working in the ER as a nurse,
25:59Speaker 2I feel like she's probably going, dude, off. I help people. That's all I do. Yeah. That's her job. I'm saying like,
26:05Speaker 1like paycheck,
26:07Speaker 1like do something, you know, with her family and her 3 kids. That's
26:11Speaker 2probably her mindset on, on that 1.
26:15Speaker 2Try to find some time, I guess
26:17Speaker 2I would I would 1st attack the the gut problems, I guess, KPV, BPC oral.
26:23Speaker 2With the
26:25Speaker 2I don't know. You know, with the celiac, I don't know if, you know, your absorption of orals might actually
26:32Speaker 2be
26:33Speaker 2diminished
26:34Speaker 2because of these, the celiac disease
26:37Speaker 2and your other gut issues, but I still would try, I still would go with KPV BPC. For energy, Selank, Cmax,
26:45Speaker 2Modafinil for sure. To get off the Adderall, like he's right. The,
26:50Speaker 2almost like as the detox from the Adderall, probably Modafinil is probably a good choice. Yeah. Replace that, the, the Adderall
26:58Speaker 2a bit, you know, at the beginning. Tesofensine
27:02Speaker 2is awesome. That gives me energy. I freaking love that stuff.
27:05Speaker 2Selax,
27:06Speaker 2Selank, Semax, even to B12. Sure. You pro I don't know. My guess is as a, as a nurse, you
27:12Speaker 2probably are doing that or have had access, but don't forget that, that actually really helps. So
27:17Speaker 2Glutathione,
27:19Speaker 2which she's going to do NAD.
27:22Speaker 2Yeah.
27:23Speaker 1And then everything else JD said, I won't repeat,
27:26Speaker 1but I agree with. Yeah. Good stuff. And just to clarify,
27:30Speaker 1if that, if it comes off like that, you are a nurse or a doctor, you are helping people, but like, I want to be like, what I mean by that is when I have to sponsor somebody,
27:38Speaker 1I don't want to sit with them for an hour and read the book. I'm busy. And then when I do it because I'm not getting paid, I do it just to help somebody. That's what I mean. Yep. Yep. So- Just- And that's good. It really
27:49Speaker 2centers you like you would never believe. That's good. I'm just telling you what people,
27:55Speaker 2your doctor would you help somebody?
27:58Speaker 2That's what probably her initial reaction is. But
28:01Speaker 1yeah. That's what I mean. Good luck. Hope that's true. All right. Hey, JD, Will, I've been listening for about 3 months now and I really enjoy the show. I'm a 39 year old male who's down 50 pounds over the last 7 months. Nice. And currently sitting at 195. My current protocol
28:18Speaker 1includes
28:19Speaker 1Retatrutide
28:20Speaker 1at 1.7
28:21Speaker 1mg twice
28:23Speaker 1weekly,
28:24Speaker 1daily TRT 168
28:26Speaker 1mg weekly,
28:28Speaker 1nightly glow blend,
28:31Speaker 12 50 micrograms of Kisspeptin,
28:34Speaker 1nightly overall. I'm feeling significantly
28:37Speaker 1better
28:38Speaker 1but
28:39Speaker 1but I've been struggling with low energy specifically
28:42Speaker 1during training.
28:44Speaker 1I'm not sure if it's the Retatrutide, but my libido has also taken a hit over the last few months. That led me to PT-one hundred 41 a couple of times. It seemed to help, but I experienced a pretty rough hangover type feeling the same day and into the next. Any tips or suggestions?
29:01Speaker 2Yeah, true. You know, you might just not be eating enough food. So as far as the workout,
29:09Speaker 2oftentimes when people are taking Retta and losing a bunch of pounds, losing a bunch of weight, right? You have to be at a caloric deficit to lose 50 pounds. You know what I'm saying? And so like food is our energy and no wonder that
29:20Speaker 2if you're on this journey and this kick of losing 50 pounds,
29:26Speaker 2yeah, you're probably low on a little bit low on energy. Right? I don't know what to say other than, I mean, I would actually try taking some IGF-one before your workout and a little bit of carbs right before it. That can absolutely help. Take those carbs and shove them in your muscles, which is where you want that energy.
29:42Speaker 2Also,
29:45Speaker 2rapid weight loss
29:47Speaker 2can hurt a person's testosterone. Absolutely. Right? These big,
29:51Speaker 2especially just, yeah, you're
29:54Speaker 2not giving your body what it thinks is enough nutrients
29:57Speaker 2because it's used to having more nutrients come in and now you're starving it.
30:03Speaker 2I think it will bounce back once you kind of
30:06Speaker 2once you get to your goal weight,
30:09Speaker 2and your body evens out,
30:12Speaker 2that test will will
30:13Speaker 2rebound your actual, like, sex drive. The sex drive, I have to think just it's either stress induced, right,
30:19Speaker 2or it's your natural testosterone production isn't as great. You totally could
30:26Speaker 2bump up your test a little bit more.
30:29Speaker 2As far as that though, I would just really dial in your eating habits and make sure you're getting like high energy foods.
30:37Speaker 2Yeah. That's about all. I mean, lift weights. Mean, you're already, that sounds like you're lifting weights, right?
30:43Speaker 1I don't know. What else you got? Yeah. I mean, diet's key if we eat like crap because Retrutide can allow us to get lazy on diet because you can cheat a little bit and still lose weight, you know?
30:57Speaker 1That's how it was for me. You know, don't need to lose weight, but when I started taking Retta, I like got my discipline, it shook my discipline up because I can get away with a lot more and I didn't like it. So that's kind of how it happened for me. So diet, as you said, eat a lot of protein, typical stuff.
31:12Speaker 1I'm kind of curious, were you curious why he's taking the TRT and the Kisspeptin?
31:15Speaker 1Is it fertility?
31:16Speaker 1If it's fertility, you want to run it with HCG,
31:20Speaker 1it's going to do a lot better for you. I'm assuming that's why he's taking Kisspeptin. I know. I don't really understand why you're taking them both, but you still need to, as Will said, like rapid
31:31Speaker 1weight loss can suppress your
31:34Speaker 1libido, your testosterone.
31:36Speaker 1So that's kind of common.
31:38Speaker 1You want to make sure that you're getting the proper things tested and look at the proper hormones,
31:43Speaker 1which is like, you know, total tea, free tea, estradiol,
31:46Speaker 1SHBG,
31:47Speaker 1prolactin, thyroid,
31:49Speaker 1every 90 days for a while, because it takes a while, as we say, to find a sweet spot and that might, you feel better, but you might feel better if you take more testosterone and you do need to know what that free testosterone level is. That's very important because if your total test is where it should be, but your free test is low, then you're going to have no energy and no sex drive. So I'm assuming
32:12Speaker 1if you looked at your free test, it would be low. That's probably sex drive. So all those things play a role. I would stop the Kisspeptin. I would definitely add in the HCG,
32:22Speaker 1especially if you're trying to stay fertile. That will help your balls from shrinking too, which you should do.
32:29Speaker 1B-12,
32:31Speaker 1NAD, SS-31that's
32:33Speaker 1going to help with cellular energy,
32:35Speaker 1and then about a month in running the MOTS-C. But NAD and SS-31right
32:39Speaker 1now will give you some energy in the B-twelve for sure.
32:42Speaker 1And get your numbers ran every 90 days and you need to know your free tea, brother. So let us know if you have you get that back and it's off, shoot us a DM or get in contact with us or ask another question and we'll go from there. Hope that helps. Yeah, as far as we know, right, the Kisspeptin, so Kisspeptin
33:00Speaker 2stimulates pituitary to start the cycle from early way upstream to start the cycle of
33:06Speaker 2telling your body, which starts up here,
33:09Speaker 2to tell your nuts essentially to start making more natural testosterone.
33:13Speaker 2So
33:14Speaker 2our understanding in the basic scientific understanding is that if you are on TRT,
33:21Speaker 2early upstream loop is shut down and not listening to anything. Right? If you, because you have, your body has enough testosterone
33:29Speaker 2and
33:30Speaker 2it doesn't care. It won't listen to that Kisspeptin.
33:33Speaker 2It won't
33:35Speaker 2turn on and try to make more.
33:36Speaker 2HCG works because it works way downstream. It skips this part and it just goes straight to the source and tells it to go make more.
33:47Speaker 2Yeah.
33:48Speaker 2HH HMG,
33:50Speaker 2goes straight to the source and does both both the luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating
33:56Speaker 2hormone,
33:58Speaker 2both testes to make fertility and more testosterone.
34:01Speaker 1Did he say his age? Yeah. Alrighty.
34:05Speaker 2No age. No age. Give me fertility. Alright, go for it, bud. Hey, guys. Loves the podcast. My question is regarding MOTS Every time I use MOTS C, I get a large itchy lump within 12 hours,
34:15Speaker 2and it lasts for 10 to 14 days. So I've tried adding more backwater.
34:19Speaker 2I move injection sites, let the peptide warm to room temp and inject slow. Nothing seems to help, so I gave up on that peptide. What might cause this type of reaction to MOTS-c?
34:30Speaker 1Thanks.
34:32Speaker 2Well, actual,
34:35Speaker 2absolute being allergic to it.
34:38Speaker 2Our friend Paul is
34:40Speaker 2allergic to MOTS-3C,
34:42Speaker 2and so that's a thing.
34:45Speaker 2It's it's not 1 that usually,
34:48Speaker 2you know,
34:49Speaker 2causes this,
34:51Speaker 2the,
34:53Speaker 2whatever the heck the other reaction is called, histamine reaction. Right? And so you
34:59Speaker 2might just actually be
35:01Speaker 1just allergic to it. Sounds like it. Yeah. It's kind of those things that sucks. Yeah. I can't take CJC.
35:07Speaker 1Yeah. It's a good, like, couple days, got a histamine response. I'll never take it again. So it's just 1 of those things you just
35:13Speaker 2There's a other ones take NAD and SS-31. Yeah. I hope. Yeah. I mean, it sounds like you've tried everything that you're supposed do, right? Which is like try different, you know, different concentrations,
35:23Speaker 1spots
35:25Speaker 2to rule out, you know, maybe just 1 time flukes. But if this is just consistent, you probably just can't do MOTS-3C.
35:32Speaker 2Cool thing is there's a ton of peptides. Ton of other things to do. There's a lot of other things. Lots of other things to do.
35:38Speaker 1Yes,
35:39Speaker 1sir.
35:40Speaker 1All right.
35:43Speaker 1My wife has been
35:45Speaker 1having some gut issues for a couple months and recently had stool sample tested
35:49Speaker 1and came back on the high end of an IBD.
35:52Speaker 1I recently had her start BPC-0R at night, TA-1KBV
35:56Speaker 1and GHK-
35:57Speaker 1in the mornings.
35:58Speaker 1Is this the proper stack? And if so, how much will it help in order to calm down her visits to the restroom?
36:05Speaker 1Also, I'm a 55 year old male. I recently started TRT and after my 1st cycle,
36:12Speaker 1my total went from 500 to 1,500.
36:15Speaker 1I know that is on the high side, but I feel great. Can or will this affect my PSA levels? And is there any concern there? I have recently dropped my dosage down to 10 units, 3 times a week, 100 mg. Thank
36:30Speaker 1you for you guys for what you're doing, everything
36:32Speaker 1and any suggestions is welcome.
36:36Speaker 1Yeah, dude. I think that Sofia wife
36:39Speaker 1for
36:40Speaker 1irritable
36:41Speaker 1bowel disorder,
36:43Speaker 2I think that's what it is. I guess I'm used to hearing IBS
36:47Speaker 2syndrome,
36:48Speaker 2but
36:49Speaker 2BPC,
36:50Speaker 2KPV,
36:52Speaker 2Thymosin Alpha,
36:54Speaker 2GHK-3CU
36:55Speaker 2can't hurt. Yeah. It, I don't know how much it's actually going to help this specific,
37:00Speaker 2this problem, but it, but it sure can't hurt. So yeah, dude, I think that that's the right way to go. You know, how much will it help?
37:07Speaker 2That's not, I don't know. I don't think that biking, we can really quantify that. It's different in every person
37:14Speaker 2and,
37:16Speaker 2but try it and it
37:18Speaker 2should help. It should absolutely help. Then as far as you go from your, so,
37:23Speaker 2you know, you might be even higher than 1,500. You'll hear a lot of people that have their blood tests. Oh, I tested off 1,500 for on a lot of tests. That's the max
37:32Speaker 2that the thing goes.
37:34Speaker 2And so
37:36Speaker 2that's why there's an ordinary,
37:38Speaker 2an ordinary amount of people have 1,500 levels because that's just the max on a lot of these tests. But
37:44Speaker 2if you feel great, awesome. Yes. They're I can't tell you, like, will it affect my PSA levels? Yes.
37:52Speaker 2Your,
37:53Speaker 2the more testosterone that we do and the more testosterone that we have in our body, the more DHT
37:59Speaker 2that it makes.
38:00Speaker 2Right? And
38:02Speaker 2that affects
38:04Speaker 2your prostate.
38:07Speaker 2So you
38:08Speaker 2do need to be aware of that. You can pretty much feel when
38:13Speaker 2I mean, so you might this might affect your estrogen
38:16Speaker 2which, and your DHT. Okay. The estrogen symptoms, if you're getting any of those nipple sensitivity, any extra acne, water, water,
38:24Speaker 2you're hanging on some more water,
38:26Speaker 2those are high.
38:28Speaker 2Are signs of high estrogen
38:31Speaker 2potentially taking estrogen blocker, especially if you're this high, you might actually have to see if you're, know, predisposed
38:38Speaker 2to that DHT.
38:39Speaker 2You will feel if the prostate's swollen, you know, it's like, you'll have to pee frequently. You'll you'll think you have to pee really bad and then not much comes out.
38:50Speaker 2Finasteride,
38:51Speaker 2dutasteride,
38:53Speaker 2those are made
38:54Speaker 2to be those are DHT blockers.
38:57Speaker 2They usually solve the problem, but they also have some bad side effects.
39:02Speaker 2So that's something to be aware of.
39:04Speaker 2And I don't know if you but if you feel good, I guess the other thing is like, I don't know if you if you wanna have more kids, you don't really want your testosterone to be that high. 55. 55. You don't really want to have any more kids, then that's okay. As long as it's not causing any other health issues. So monitor that.
39:21Speaker 2If you dropped it down to a 100 Migs,
39:24Speaker 210 units
39:25Speaker 2is a 100 Migs, 3 of the Migs a week. I don't know.
39:28Speaker 2Or a 100 makes a 100 makes weekly.
39:31Speaker 2100 makes They're just super low.
39:33Speaker 2So you could probably find some, I don't know where you I don't know what caused the 1,500,
39:39Speaker 1but you might find an equal balance. He didn't say. I wish you would have told us how much you took. Yeah.
39:44Speaker 1Because you were here and you took some stuff, so you went way up here and
39:48Speaker 1you have to give yourself some time to balance.
39:51Speaker 1If it's 3 weeks and just, you know, I would give it a little bit of time. I mean, generally,
39:58Speaker 1Will and I have talked about it so much in regards to finding that sweet spot. It's not, it's going to take some time, you know? But the good thing is you feel good. That's awesome.
40:07Speaker 1What are your free tests, you know, testosterone? What's that? That's going to help us kind of answer this as well.
40:13Speaker 1But
40:14Speaker 1you went down. Cool. So now go from there and just every
40:19Speaker 1month or so, maybe 2, you're going to have to move that sucker around and it's not a 1 size shoe fits all. You need to figure out where you feel the best. Your numbers are good, where they're not going to be harmful.
40:34Speaker 1That's the sweet spot. So that takes some time and you're not going to figure it out in 3 weeks. So
40:40Speaker 1there you go on that, my brother.
40:43Speaker 1Right. Yeah.
40:45Speaker 2Okay.
40:46Speaker 2Hey,
40:48Speaker 2I'm trying to get off some anti anxiety and depression meds.
40:51Speaker 2I've been on a couple since about March, so not too long, but I'm going to talk to my psychiatrist
40:57Speaker 2about getting off. I've been feeling pretty good. I was wondering if there was a peptide or a stack that would help with anxiety and depression.
41:04Speaker 2Yeah, dude, I would honestly, I think that
41:07Speaker 2Selank is probably the go to for the anxiety portion that help. It's more of a natural, I guess, and angiolytic, which helps
41:16Speaker 2your brain calm down.
41:19Speaker 2And depression, frankly, it's Semax. They're
41:23Speaker 2kind of opposites, right? Semax gets you up, Selank
41:26Speaker 2gets you down, but they work very well together.
41:30Speaker 2And they don't just cancel each other out, right? You get more of kind of focus, non anxiety,
41:35Speaker 2but energy and happiness from both of them. So I would absolutely try those.
41:40Speaker 2You know, then there's Tesofensine,
41:41Speaker 2which is basically a triple antidepressant.
41:45Speaker 2It's a but but
41:48Speaker 2it is a lot better than actually taking either
41:51Speaker 2any single 1 of them. It's an SSRI.

42:49Speaker 2So serotonin reuptake inhibitor, dopamine reuptake inhibitor, and a norepinephrine
42:54Speaker 2reuptake inhibitor. So,
42:58Speaker 2it will work for depression, but but, you know, it's not a peptide.
43:02Speaker 2It is another pill that you're taking.
43:06Speaker 2PE 22 28,
43:08Speaker 2we'll read into that a bit. Not
43:11Speaker 2many people have taken that, but
43:14Speaker 2natural kind of well, that's a peptide antidepressant
43:17Speaker 2essentially.
43:19Speaker 1What else did you? I mean, that was pretty good. I mean, that's pretty much what I would say too. The
43:24Speaker 1cool thing is you haven't been on it that long.
43:27Speaker 1Obviously,
43:29Speaker 1best is to get off that stuff. So that's what you're trying to do. I love it. So all
43:33Speaker 13 should help. Selank,
43:35Speaker 1Semax, run those 2 together.
43:37Speaker 1Ortocin,
43:38Speaker 1I probably would probably go with that 1st. That should balance you out, give you some energy,
43:44Speaker 1some focus. Yeah, absolutely. It will. And
43:47Speaker 1to be redundant for a reason, eat right and exercise. You need to get moving and like, let's not forget about the base
43:54Speaker 1and
43:55Speaker 1focus on that stuff, getting sleep, you know, the typical stuff
43:59Speaker 1that you need to do every day to kind of keep your levels.
44:03Speaker 1But yeah, hopefully get off that, keep us updated, man, and I hope that it goes well for you. I'm sure, you know, you can't abruptly stop. And meditation and help people for sure.
44:13Speaker 1Didn't say it. Got yelled at last night. I'm
44:16Speaker 2up. All right.
44:17Speaker 1Hi guys, love the show. I'm 30 year old recently found out my testosterone levels are quite low. My blood work showed total testosterone 2 35, free 9.6.
44:29Speaker 1I've
44:30Speaker 1recently started TRT. Was wondering if there are any peptides or other compounds you would recommend that could help me get the most out of my TRT protocol.
44:38Speaker 1My 2nd question
44:40Speaker 1is about carrier oils.
44:42Speaker 1A lot of testosterone available in Australia seems to be seed oils as the carrier of access to a supplier that uses MCT oil for their testosterone cyponate,
44:53Speaker 1and it's also significantly
44:54Speaker 1cheaper. What are your thoughts on using a product like that instead? Are there any advantages or disadvantages
45:01Speaker 1of MCT versus the more common seed oil based carriers when it comes to TOT? Great question. Surprise doesn't come up anymore. Yeah.
45:10Speaker 1And I'm surprised that,
45:13Speaker 2so MCT oil, especially like the Miglol
45:16Speaker 2C8,
45:18Speaker 2is, which is the highest, highest grade of
45:21Speaker 2carrier oil you can possibly get and definitely have MCT oil. That's my preference.
45:27Speaker 2You know, it's way cleaner. You'll notice that it's clear.
45:31Speaker 1Yeah. There's
45:32Speaker 2gonna be like a almost little, like purple tint tinge to like grapeseed oil for sure.
45:38Speaker 2Yellowish tint. I don't know. I don't know what the right color to call it. But
45:42Speaker 1basically
45:44Speaker 2MCT oil should be very
45:47Speaker 2be very watery. Like you'll go
45:50Speaker 2it's because and then it will that means it's gonna disperse in your muscles a lot better than just this thick oil.
45:57Speaker 2Some people are allergic to certain oils,
46:00Speaker 2but I don't think I feel like I think I've read up on this and like there's more potential for allergies to the seed oil than MCT for sure. Sure.
46:09Speaker 2I would say that 9 times out of 10 people who know will definitely say, give me the MCT oil for sure. It depends on, you know, and again, and it should be way more expensive.
46:20Speaker 2I know for a fact, like I've
46:23Speaker 2bought
46:24Speaker 2gallon of MCT of the highest grade stuff and it's ordering on $500.
46:30Speaker 2So it's not cheap.
46:32Speaker 2It's odd that the MCT is cheaper. Could be a function of the grape seed person is just charging too much. I don't know.
46:39Speaker 1Or,
46:41Speaker 2yeah, I don't know. But I would do, I mean, I'd go with definitely the MCT oil. Ask them if they know what type of MCT oil
46:49Speaker 2it is though.
46:52Speaker 1We did, if you ever want to join our school,
46:54Speaker 1did, I did actually a video on that. We talked about different esters. We talked about different oils. We talked about injecting.
47:02Speaker 1There's people that get PIP, which is PIP, which is post injection pain. If you've injected testosterone long enough, you will get it. It sucks. It's that big lump in your butt or your shoulder wherever you inject it. And it's
47:16Speaker 1unavoidable, I think, completely. It just happens sometimes.
47:19Speaker 1A lot of times it's just how you inject it. Sometimes it's oil. So
47:24Speaker 1again, if you do it long enough, you will get it. And it's just 1 of those things that takes a few days to kind of rub out. There's ways around it, is heating up the oil. I do that every time now. Just heat the oil in some hot water for about a minute and it's easier to disperse when you inject it and also
47:43Speaker 1very slow.
47:44Speaker 1You're like me that I used to always just like, that's
47:47Speaker 1not good. Slow,
47:49Speaker 1and it kind of disperse, not just blast it. So those are a little, some tricks of the trade when it comes to that stuff.
47:56Speaker 1What I have found personally is that our bodies change so much because for the longest time I could not inject
48:03Speaker 1to start tosinopropanate.
48:04Speaker 1I don't know why I was well up like a son of a bitch. It sucked.
48:09Speaker 1Now I can take it. I'm actually, that's what I take now, but I couldn't for a long time.
48:15Speaker 1And I
48:16Speaker 1started like, I'm saying get allergic to the MCT, but I started getting PIP every time I injected and
48:22Speaker 1after figuring it out and even calling a doctor that I know knows what he was talking about, he just said, Yeah, we see that some people with MCT eventually
48:31Speaker 1the body just stops wanting it. So it
48:34Speaker 1starts that PIP. So all that being said,
48:37Speaker 1MCT without a doubt is the cleaner oil. You got to see what your body connects to,
48:42Speaker 1but also focus in on injecting properly because that helps as well. In regards to the enhancement
48:50Speaker 1of TRT, it really depends on your objectives.
48:53Speaker 1Here, Provirin is not, it's not a peptide, it is actually a steroid, but it's a low grade steroid that
49:00Speaker 1is amazing. It enhances
49:02Speaker 1whatever you take.
49:04Speaker 1So that will actually increase your sex drive. It'll release more of your free testosterone,
49:10Speaker 1which everybody wants. That's the sex drive, focus,
49:13Speaker 1energy.
49:14Speaker 1So if that's something that you want to toy around with, it's again, it is a steroid, but it's a really low grade steroid. So,
49:21Speaker 1it will enhance that. Some other ideas would be obviously like a Tessa Ipah. It'll like give you some growth hormone. Your body will generate that itself.
49:29Speaker 1And if you want to gain a little weight, a little bit of buffness
49:34Speaker 1in MK-six 77,
49:36Speaker 1it's not a peptide, it's a
49:38Speaker 1secreted dog or it's a non peptide secreted dog,
49:42Speaker 1it will give you some size and it will enhance that TRT. So you will get a little bit of buffer because you will be hungry and you will eat more. So those are some ideas,
49:51Speaker 1research them.
49:52Speaker 1Hope that helps.
49:54Speaker 2Yeah.
49:55Speaker 2Who's up? Yeah, I guess I forgot. No, I am.
49:58Speaker 2Yeah, everything you said, dude, Proviron's really great 1, like late in the cycle when your
50:03Speaker 2body has kind of built up some SHBG
50:06Speaker 2to help tear that down and make your receptors really receptive.
50:10Speaker 1Why am I not horny anymore?
50:12Speaker 2Yep. Because your natural test is nonexistent.
50:15Speaker 2And that's another another
50:16Speaker 2argument for also maybe running HCG about 0.75 of the way through the cycle,
50:21Speaker 2to just tell them not to kickstart a little bit.
50:24Speaker 2Okay. Question 9. I did a 6.5 day fast earlier this year and benefited greatly from it. Lost 14 pounds and I felt absolutely great on ketones.
50:33Speaker 2I told myself 6.5
50:34Speaker 2fast. Wish.
50:36Speaker 2I told myself I would do a 3 day water fast every 0.25 and a 24 hour fast every week.
50:43Speaker 2Since going on Retta 4.5 weeks ago,
50:47Speaker 21, should I fast on Retta? 2, should I be concerned about muscle loss if I do? Much appreciated for y'all. You guys are awesome. I don't know. I mean, JD, you're the fasting,
50:57Speaker 2you're the fasting pro, but like shit. Retta
51:01Speaker 2is the way to not have to worry as much about muscle loss.
51:05Speaker 2Yeah. Because you're taking Retta, it's pushing tons of insulin in you and their insulin
51:09Speaker 2is keeping you from going catabolic.
51:12Speaker 2So,
51:13Speaker 2and it'll make fasting a lot easier.
51:15Speaker 1Well, I mean, I get that for, I've got it forever. Like you're going to lose all your muscle, like, cause I fast a lot, you know? And I do like you, I do a 72 at least every 0.25 and I do multiple 24 hour fast a week. I had stepped away from that for a little bit and I was unhappy. I gotten back to it. I love it. I love fasting. I love the discipline about it. Sounds like you do too. I love how I feel and that's important for all of us, right? It's not all about what we look like.
51:42Speaker 1I don't seem like I lose muscle when I do it.
51:46Speaker 1I will tell you when I'm eating carbs and eating more, I do get bigger. Obviously, that's just the obvious, but I
51:53Speaker 1don't seem like I lose
51:55Speaker 1muscle when I do that stuff. As long as I'm lifting because people will go, do you train when you're fasting? Absolutely, man. 100%. You should be training when you're fasting in my opinion. So
52:04Speaker 1as long as you're lifting,
52:06Speaker 1I mean, it kind of depends on your objectives. If you want to be those 1 of those really big guys, you're going to need to eat more and have carbs.
52:12Speaker 1I don't like to look like that. But to answer your question, no, I don't think that 3 you need to worry about So 1 concern, but is this your 3 day water fast?
52:23Speaker 1That can't be good for you. You die from water? Like, we die after No, he's saying water fast is all water. It's all you drink. Oh, okay.
52:33Speaker 2And it's a lot of salt water. Die if you don't drink water for 3 days, by the Yeah. You die after 40 days of no food. So water's really, really important.
52:42Speaker 1Okay. Thank you.
52:45Speaker 2Bucket, you're up. Question 10. Last 1. Alright.
52:48Speaker 1Think it's home. Hey guys, love the podcast. I'm 38 years old, former army special operations vet and current LEO.
52:56Speaker 1I've gone from 2 85 to 2 45
52:59Speaker 1pounds in 6 months while lifting and doing cardio 5 times a week. I plateaued on Tirzepatide and recently switched to Retta. I'm also using Tessa,
53:09Speaker 1MOTS-1C,
53:10Speaker 1and Clo. My test levels
53:12Speaker 1were 189
53:16Speaker 1total tests. My free test was 6. Woah.
53:19Speaker 1And Klobin only brought me into the high 200s.
53:22Speaker 1Man, I was also diagnosed with SIBO and
53:26Speaker 1completed my treatment. My wife and I conceived our 1st child naturally roughly 2 years ago and wanted to try for baby number 2 in January.
53:35Speaker 1My wife wants me to stop everything September 1.
53:39Speaker 1After we conceive,
53:40Speaker 1I want to hop back on.
53:42Speaker 1Would you prioritize
53:44Speaker 1TRT and HCG
53:46Speaker 11st,
53:47Speaker 1then peptides like SS-31MoT
53:49Speaker 1C, Tesamorelin, Retatrutide,
53:51Speaker 1take a different approach?
53:53Speaker 1Goal weight is 2 15 to 2 20. Hopefully
53:57Speaker 1I can reach that before September.
53:59Speaker 1Thank you both.
54:00Speaker 2Damn.
54:01Speaker 2Yeah.
54:04Speaker 2So,
54:08Speaker 2know, I would do the HCG.
54:10Speaker 2I would prioritize HCG right now. Absolutely. You should
54:14Speaker 2be taking it right now. Yeah. So I would and I am doing this. So like this is what so I'm taking I am also trying to make a baby soon. HCG,
54:24Speaker 2HMMG,
54:27Speaker 2and Enclomiphene.
54:29Speaker 2Forget the regular
54:30Speaker 2Clomid,
54:31Speaker 2that stuff's old news and
54:33Speaker 2is not nearly as effective as Enclomiphene,
54:36Speaker 2but all 3 of those can and should be taken together to be more fertile. Plus, it'll increase your natural testosterone. You'll probably feel a bit better because these are all also the same protocol
54:46Speaker 2essentially that somebody should do as a post cycle after coming off of a steroid cycle. So I'd prioritize those,
54:54Speaker 2and I would
54:56Speaker 2I guess when you do when you can get back on, I would prioritize CRT.
55:01Speaker 2Mean, that would be the 1st damn thing I do and it will be 1st thing I do. Then then I wouldn't then I don't know. There's nothing to say like, hey, you gotta start the test 1st and then you can start in the
55:14Speaker 2the other peptides. Right? You can
55:17Speaker 2start them all if you want. Now everything will work a bit better after your test is
55:23Speaker 2optimized.
55:24Speaker 2Like, cool. Why don't you prioritize running tests
55:27Speaker 22 weeks,
55:29Speaker 2then start your peptides.
55:31Speaker 2They'll work better,
55:33Speaker 2if your test is at normal,
55:35Speaker 2good, healthy levels.
55:37Speaker 1Doesn't sound like he's on testosterone right now. He's tried Clomiphene.
55:41Speaker 2Yep. So,
55:42Speaker 1So that's why I would say I would get on HCG, HMGF and Clomiphene right now. Well, she said she wasn't tempted to get off everything, but he's on Clomiphene, so might as well get on ACG too.
55:52Speaker 1And again, I mean, we've told you this, so you do you, that's obviously what your wife is going to tell you what to do, but, both my kids were conceived on TRT,
56:01Speaker 1and we have had many, many friends that have done that. My deal with my bride was I'm not coming off testosterone because
56:07Speaker 1I was running a mortgage company at the time and there was no way that was gonna happen. And with some studying and looking into it, it can be done. And I followed that protocol and I got 2 boys. So
56:19Speaker 1you do you, to answer your exact question is absolutely 100%
56:23Speaker 1start with TRT, get that stuff rolling, it's oil so it's going to take a little while to build up. I think you can start them both. You know, peptides are just amino acids, so you're injecting hormones and that's going to take a little while for you to hit the amino
56:36Speaker 1acids are going to be right away. So it's going to take you a little while to feel better, dude, you know?
56:42Speaker 1So
56:43Speaker 1I hope you get the baby. I hope it is a healthy
56:47Speaker 1boy or girl doesn't matter. And then, when you're at that time, if you have more questions, hit us up and we'll give you an exact protocol if you want. And,
56:56Speaker 2thank you for being in the special forces and being a law enforcement officer.
57:00Speaker 2We appreciate the work you do
57:03Speaker 2to keep us all safe. So
57:05Speaker 2that is,
57:07Speaker 2yeah, man. Good luck. Good luck. Yeah.
57:10Speaker 1Join school. School is doing great. We got a lot of cool stuff going on there. We're adding more and more and more and more all the time. We got a guy that's actually running it full time. That's just, you know, we're just adding to it and adding to it. So, and
57:23Speaker 1if you have some ideas of something you wanna see that we could probably put together, we will. We are trying our best to
57:30Speaker 1make that just the best scenario
57:33Speaker 1that we can. I mean,
57:34Speaker 1generally,
57:35Speaker 1most people have heard Instagram
57:37Speaker 1and socials
57:38Speaker 1like that, it's a nightmare these days. Everybody's getting dinged. I'm dinged left and right for nothing,
57:45Speaker 1fasting posts and stuff like that. It's just becoming silly. So that's why we're pulling people over there so we can talk like normal humans and we don't have to like, I can't even say peptide. I have to say P Tide. And like, I can't even say the Peptide of the Week podcast because
57:59Speaker 1it's just becoming just ridiculous. So join us on school. So you get the raw, real
58:05Speaker 1stuff and just a lot of free education on there.
58:09Speaker 1Anything else? Nope.
58:11Speaker 1That's all I got. I'm seeing it.\ time, guys. Take care.
