0:53Speaker 0Welcome back to the Peptide of the Week podcast. I'm your host JD Denham. Like always,
1:00Speaker 0my cohost, mister William T. Hawk.
1:03Speaker 0What's up? What's
1:04Speaker 2up with Q and A Day? Q and A Day. This is the I don't know. This is my favorite 1. Other people say it too.
1:12Speaker 2When we have a guest, I always like having talking to people and hearing theirs from their point of view, especially if they're really interesting.
1:18Speaker 0Most have been. It's been great.
1:20Speaker 0Might as well let the cat out the bag. So we got Paul back to y'all, obviously a
1:25Speaker 0show favorite. He's coming into town to get some dinner with us. So we said, well, let's do a podcast because it's always fun to talk with our buddy. So we'll be recording that on
1:35Speaker 0Monday or Thursday. It'll be coming out on Monday. So we're going to all think through a cool
1:41Speaker 0podcast
1:42Speaker 2episode that we can do something cool. Let us have some time, but that'll be fun. Really love Paul. I call him a Jedi. Yes. And we wanna do something that will really utilize his skill set. Yeah. You know, something that he is. So there's and there's a lot. He's got a huge skill set. He knows a lot about everything.
2:00Speaker 0He does deep, deep, deep, deep, deep research. So,
2:03Speaker 2yeah, dude, that's exciting. Flip to the week. I just got back from South Carolina from a wedding,
2:08Speaker 0and it was supposed to be Long way to go. It's a long way to go.
2:12Speaker 2I know.
2:16Speaker 2It was raining the whole time, but the poor bride is like, you know, between Was it outside? Between the vent, it was outside. It did not rain during the weddings. That was cool. So But like, every in between events, like the whole plan was to, oh, we're just girls will just chill by the pool, go to the beach.
2:32Speaker 2And there was really none of that. Luckily, was humid though. So there was a time where we went to set the pool, the sun's out, and then it starts raining on us and run inside.
2:40Speaker 215 minutes later, the sun comes back out and just kind of walk back in. And
2:45Speaker 2it was, you know, there was a lot of these most of the people I don't know, but,
2:50Speaker 2which is always awkward. But then again, I did
2:53Speaker 2I knew some of them had started to know them over the years of dating
2:57Speaker 2Allie and because they're all her friends.
3:00Speaker 2But the wedding went off
3:02Speaker 2perfect.
3:03Speaker 2The the venue of the wedding was gorgeous. It was a golf it was a golf course in just classic South Carolina. It was like all the trees with the moss hanging down everywhere. Right. It was gorgeous. It was hot.
3:15Speaker 2It was fucking humid, but it was a it was a beautiful,
3:19Speaker 2wedding. It was it was really cool. So it was good. It was all in all, was a good
3:22Speaker 2good stay, I guess. The hotel, they have, of course, lots of complaints. Like, well, I took a red eye, and I flew 1st class on the way there so we could Brutal. Sleep. Yeah. Right? And that was amazing. I don't ever I've never paid for a 1st class ticket. They are so expensive.
3:38Speaker 2And Even
3:39Speaker 2the red eye. Bro. And
3:41Speaker 2I've flown 1st class 1 time because when I was younger,
3:45Speaker 2I missed my flight spring break to go to Hawaii, which was gonna be a connector flight. Yeah.
3:50Speaker 2I missed it. I remember I was like just I was hungover. I was like sitting to Burger King. A lady told me, she's like, you're you missed the flight and this spring break, there's no other flights. You everything is booked. And I'm just sitting there like,
4:02Speaker 2oh God.
4:03Speaker 2My whole family's like meeting you there, and then she like looks over at me, she's come in.
4:08Speaker 2Walk over, I'm like, yes. She's like, it's your lucky day. I got you on a flight. And it is
4:14Speaker 2straight shot to Hawaii in 1st class.
4:17Speaker 0So that was amazing. Well, shows you Jesus. That shows you why it's good to be cool to people and not a dick because that people would pissed like it would be their fault even though it was your fault. Oh, yeah. Absolutely. You know? And then you would have not been on 1st class. You're right. Absolutely.
4:30Speaker 2Right. You got Yes. And I am chill. And I knew I mean, yes. I definitely walked up to her. Was like, fuck. I screwed up. Yeah. I'm here. But anyway, then we flew home,
4:40Speaker 2coach.
4:41Speaker 2And, my god, I don't know if I can ever fly not 1st class again. I'm just so big. So I'm like 6 4. You know? I try to sit in the aisle because so I want the aisle so I can stretch my leg out, but that actually doesn't help because
4:54Speaker 2they're rolling those damn carts up relentlessly.
4:56Speaker 2And so everybody walking through, they just crush your knee or your foot or your elbow.
5:02Speaker 2So if anything is hanging into the aisle, somebody's gonna have to be here.
5:06Speaker 2And I also hate the people who try to recline their seat on me.
5:10Speaker 2I literally won't have it. Like, I just because my knees already touch the back of the chair. When I sit down, I just prop this knee up. So if they try to, it goes nowhere.
5:21Speaker 2And they look back. And then if they do look back, I'm like,
5:24Speaker 0what are gonna do? What are gonna do?
5:27Speaker 2Fuck off. Sit up straight. And same way as I will not recline my seat on any person who's a big human being. If it's a little kid or like a small girl behind me, I'll recline it and I'll frankly ask them.
5:39Speaker 0Because
5:40Speaker 0I hate it when people do that. Yeah. Let me put this in. I don't know. Flying just sucks. Especially flying to the East Coast, dude, it's a long flight. Hawaii sucks too because it's a long flight, but man, try that with a 2 and a 4 year old. That's
5:53Speaker 2tough.
5:55Speaker 2At least it's
5:56Speaker 0supposed to be good luck if it rains on your way. That's what you said. Somebody fell in. 1 of my best friends, we flew out to Tennessee and
6:03Speaker 0dude, I was in the wedding and it started freaking absolutely
6:08Speaker 0pouring like the worst I'd ever even been in rain. And we're just sitting
6:13Speaker 2there hustling through it. I was just like, this freaking sucks, dude. Yeah. It was horrible. Soaking wet. That's alright. We and then they have some crazy bars there. So we went 1 night. It's like the whole waterfront, so giant boardwalk and probably 8 bars just right next to each other. 0.5 of them are are and basically everything is all kind of outdoors. So everything has a roof Yeah. But no real walls and windows. Yeah. Okay? Just let it All by the water. All humid and you don't and it does rain, so you need the roof. But,
6:42Speaker 2you know, 0.5 the bars are inside, outside. You can go to each 1 of them. So the 1 that we went to is called the Dead Dog Tavern. Dead Dog Tavern.
6:49Speaker 2And it's every single wall is just packed full of everybody framed pictures of people's dead dogs. Like not pictures when they're dead, but
7:00Speaker 2it's like a tribute to everybody. To everybody. Yeah. No, they weren't accepting any new entries. Everybody went But a couple of people from our party like printed out pictures to bring there. Oh my God. But they weren't taking new entries, just everywhere. So it's kind of, I mean, you know, it's like, I don't know if that's creepy, but I figure it's better
7:18Speaker 2to remember them. People love their dogs, man. People do love them. But it was kind of cool to sit there and You're either a dog person or not a dog person. Yeah. Like
7:26Speaker 2or a big dog person or not a not a big dog person. There's some people yeah. There's some people who are like, 12 people out there. There's a lot of people somebody to this earth now going, yeah. Yeah. I love my little dog.
7:37Speaker 2I can't do those little dogs.
7:39Speaker 0My thing is I'm not a big dog person. I'm not a big animal person. I just don't like hair on me and shit. Dude, when people love their dogs, I get it. My dad's like that. Loves his dog. But when they're walking their dog, they think you love their dog as much as they love their dog and like, I don't want your dog jumping on me. So like, you're like, dude. You do it. Go look your legs. It's cool, but it's like, no,
8:01Speaker 2not a dog person. I feel you. Yes,
8:05Speaker 2I know. I remember having to somebody walking my dog. I'm like, hey, keep him away. Everybody walks the dog. Okay? Hidden there. Yeah. But I mean, even, like, when Ali would be walking the dog or somebody else is walking my dog and just let him because he wants to go say hi to everybody, but not everybody wants his giant dog to come just right up on him and sniff him. I'm like, hey, don't let him do Yeah.
8:27Speaker 2Not everybody likes him. Yeah. And then it's great with with Oscar who was
8:31Speaker 2big. Right? He's a pit bull Rottweiler German Shepherd, and he was a 100 pounds. The craziest thing that women who had little babies would always come up to me and be like, oh, he's so beautiful. Take the baby, put him right in his face. Holy shit. Wow. And I was like, lady. I mean, he's really nice. Like, he would and and he was especially great with with children, women, and, like, puppies. Yeah. So a lot of dogs aren't good with puppies and therefore and kids because they're like, dude, fuck you. You pull my tail. Yeah. But Oscar was was always, like, perfect. They're lucky, but it was crazy. I'm like, what are you doing sticking your baby's face in this giant dog's face?
9:08Speaker 2Dude, that's crazy. Anyway, but it happens No. All the
9:13Speaker 2So yeah, I don't know. I'm back and it feels good to be back. It feels really good to be back. Oh man, it does. And it I always like coming home. We're doing for
9:22Speaker 0my birthday going out to Cabo. We learned from the last trip because we went to, we're a big Cabo, it's 2 hours. You got to go to customs and that part sucks. So it kind of depends on when you get there. It's either really bad or you fly right through. But we
9:34Speaker 0love Cabo. 1 of our favorites,
9:36Speaker 0but man, we went on, we went for Christmas and we always get out of Dodge on Christmas because we do Christmas somewhere. And a
9:44Speaker 04, I don't know what my kids were at the time, but pretty close to what they are now, I gonna say 4 and 2 and 2, this was chaos all week. So we're doing, I think 5 days, we're going to cut it 2 days short,
9:55Speaker 0but they got a kid's club and stuff like that. My son loves that stuff. My wife and I can lay by a pool for at least a couple hours before they want us to come get a
10:04Speaker 2They can have a conversation with my wife. I forgot what that feels like. Yeah, I bet. It's I mean, it's in it's nonstop. It's On the Christmas boat this year, we, Ali, and I were basically taking care of Jacks
10:15Speaker 2because Alyssa's chasing them 2 kids. It's up and down the dangerous stairs. Like and, yeah, he won't let you leave you alone.
10:22Speaker 0He's really smart, bro. But Jack's he's always asking you questions. He's smart. And, look at this. Look at that. What's that made of? He's super smart. That's it's funny, though. Like, because we got Jack who was at we thought it was a firecracker and t mason, dude. Just came out of nowhere, dude. He was screaming the whole freaking morning and my wife looked at me and she goes, it's been a rough morning.
10:41Speaker 0I know she's listening to this podcast. Poor you, babe. I love you. I don't even know how you do it. I'm like, I gotta go to work. Yeah. Get me out of here.
10:49Speaker 0They're built for it, They're built for it. At least my bride.
10:52Speaker 0Not every woman is, but she does it well. But even Sarah told me today, Alyssa's gonna laugh at this. She called Sarah after
10:59Speaker 0they left and she's like, yeah, I'm pretty done with kids. JD-1.
11:04Speaker 0Yeah, hell yeah. Well,
11:06Speaker 2it's, you know, River is now like, we're talking about going to dinner with Paul.
11:10Speaker 2River is of the age now where we can say, hey, we're gonna go to dinner and you're just gonna stay home. Be quick. Like, we'll be quick. We try to, like, keep it less than 2 hours. Yeah. Right? We also have cameras everywhere and can talk to him through the cameras. What are you doing? Yeah. I see you walking over there. Don't you dare leave. Okay?
11:27Speaker 2But
11:28Speaker 2that's nice. Hell, yeah. Right? Right? You get to that point where, like, okay. She's like, what if he falls in the pool? Like, if he's 10 years old and he drowns, he I'm sorry he deserves to drown because like, he's then he's a dumbass and it's like, survive. We're gonna make her genetic line better. You're what? He is not going to drown in the pool. He knows how to swim. There's floaties. He knows did not he knows what a pool is. Yeah. We don't I don't think we should worry about that. He's a good dude. Yes.
11:54Speaker 2Well,
11:55Speaker 0it is time to
11:58Speaker 0bust out the q and a. I'm gonna turn this off.
12:01Speaker 2Yeah. I think it just needs to go higher.
12:03Speaker 2Is it on? Yeah. Really? Yeah. I'm gonna be great. Okay.
12:08Speaker 2Yep. Fucking roll. Q and a, and I will start.
12:12Speaker 2Let's do it. Okay.
12:14Speaker 2Question number 1.
12:16Speaker 2What's up, dogs? I appreciate the information provided. It's been life changing. I'm a 32 year old male, 5 7 2 30.
12:24Speaker 2I'm down 12 pounds since starting Retta and locking in my diet around 03:18.
12:31Speaker 2I don't know what that means. Is that a date?
12:34Speaker 2Must be. On recent blood work, my total test was 3 69.
12:39Speaker 2My doctor said this is normal and should improve with weight loss, which makes sense. Not sure of other hormone markers, but I'm currently running Retum plus MOTSY, and I'm entering the idea of hopping on or I'm entertaining the idea of hopping on TRT.
12:52Speaker 2I'm in the gym 5 days a week. I'm determined to get in the best shape of my life. Ain't right. I have 3 kids, and I'm good with that.
12:59Speaker 2Speaking of, and I'm good with that. Should I hop on TRT or what else should I stack? I got both my parents on the Wolverine stat plus NAD plus Reta since I stumbled across your content and it's made a huge positive impact on their daily lives in
13:13Speaker 2such little time. Thank you.
13:16Speaker 0Sweet.
13:17Speaker 032 with
13:19Speaker 0369.
13:21Speaker 0Well,
13:22Speaker 0that's crazy. 32 year olds. I was talking about this
13:26Speaker 0to somebody recently just about when I was doing the fitness stuff.
13:30Speaker 0I generally was working with men over 40, but as the channel got bigger, I started to work with, you know, younger guys started to trickle in and I
13:38Speaker 0was blown away, dude, when I like, they would say, dude, I'm exhausted.
13:42Speaker 0And then I'm like, I always remember thinking going, Man, you're 28. There's no way you have low testosterone. Right? Yeah. You pull a few blood works at 28, you realize they do and you're like, Damn bro. Yeah. Jeez. Yes. It's crazy. It's crazy. Why? Who knows? I mean, there's a whole bunch of reasons why maybe. But so
14:01Speaker 2for you, like, good for you getting on your parents on the Wolverine stack and NAD and
14:08Speaker 212 pounds in the in, you know, just starting. Like, that's good. That's a good healthy way to lose. We don't wanna lose 50 pounds in a week.
14:15Speaker 2TRT, dude, so 3 69. Yeah. Okay. Your doctor's right. You're in range. Right? Because I think range,
14:20Speaker 2clinical range
14:22Speaker 2is like 300 to 1000. But the reality
14:25Speaker 2is you are living basically as like a 60 year old man.
14:30Speaker 2Okay? That's what the 369
14:33Speaker 2total testosterone,
14:35Speaker 2it's about average for a 60 year old man.
14:38Speaker 2So you are 32 years old, so that sucks. And no wonder it is hard to lose weight, and no wonder you're,
14:45Speaker 2it's like rolling a boulder uphill.
14:48Speaker 2And this will make whole bunch make it a whole bunch easier if you can start the test. I would absolutely do it. It looks like you already got your blood work.
14:56Speaker 2Get a full hormone panel though. I guess you said you weren't sure about the other hormonal markers. Right. Make sure that your doc didn't just like, hey, we'll give you just a total total testosterone score. Lot do. Lot do.
15:10Speaker 2And they'll blow it like, you get 1 blood test a year. Our friend did that. Like, you get 1 blood test a year, otherwise they're $800 and the doc came back and tested it for total testosterone.
15:19Speaker 2And that was it. When all that he had to do was check boxes, spend another 20 seconds checking all the other panels, but he decided not to do that and then now you're screwed. So
15:29Speaker 2get a good starting panel and then I I I mean, hell, I do do tests and so therefore I would do this in your situation.
15:38Speaker 2The
15:40Speaker 2MOTS C is great. I mean, everything else seems
15:43Speaker 2MOTS C, Reta kind of go
15:46Speaker 2consistently with each other, right, hand in hand.
15:50Speaker 2I would think about adding Tesamorelin
15:54Speaker 2milligram a day at night.
15:56Speaker 2It will run synergistically with Retta. It'll burn belly fat. And your growth hormone is probably low because your testosterone is low. So that is going to stimulate your natural growth hormone.
16:08Speaker 2So I would look into adding that into your stack.
16:13Speaker 0Yeah. I mean,
16:15Speaker 0just
16:16Speaker 0changing
16:17Speaker 01 thing is the testosterone. I mean, that's going to literally change your life. Now you would have different opinions than probably ours and that's fine.
16:25Speaker 0But, I mean, we've just dealt with countless
16:28Speaker 0men who have low testosterone and you're going to have people bitching about the fact that we're saying this because you're 32. Because
16:34Speaker 0when you have a lot of body fat, it will bring down your test levels. Let's just call it what it is. So, you know, you can say, well, I can see if when I lose weight, my test levels are gonna go up. It ain't like your good test levels are gonna go up to like 900 where generally
16:48Speaker 0I like to stay, 900 to 1000 even. But like Will said,
16:54Speaker 0that's just a little tiny piece of the edge of the picture that of your body,
16:59Speaker 0estradiol, free testosterone,
17:01Speaker 0LH, FSH,
17:03Speaker 0cortisol.
17:04Speaker 0I mean, we could go on and on. You got to know these numbers and you got to know, you got to get with a doctor that knows
17:12Speaker 0how these all work together and a lot of MDs don't. Sorry, just in case. So,
17:18Speaker 0because this is a big piece of the puzzle, you know, like you're losing weight, rad, you are on the journey. You're still gonna have a hard time
17:26Speaker 0losing weight and getting in the shape that you want if your testosterone low, dude. Like, testosterone is the base of everything for a man. Women too, like, that's not like LL-1MQ and how they need testosterone.
17:38Speaker 0But so, yeah, I figured you were gonna say, we didn't talk about this before, but I figured you were gonna say, yeah, but yeah, I think you should get on testosterone. Here's the thing, A lot of people think it's a life sentence. It's not. You're 32. Let's say you drop a bunch of weight, you get ripped and you want to come out of testosterone.
17:53Speaker 0Everybody thinks you can't. You absolutely can.
17:56Speaker 0With a proper, post cycle therapy, you got to come off with like HCG, a lot of few things that'll like reignite,
18:03Speaker 0you know, your body to make its own testosterone
18:06Speaker 0if
18:08Speaker 0you want to, or you can stay on it, you know? So I think that's the granddaddy.
18:13Speaker 0You can add in some SLU-
18:15Speaker 0-31. You're running MOTS-1.0. So MOTS-1.0, and we talk about all the time, MOTS-1.0 SS-31 run so great together. And I say SLU-3s because it's not another injection. And people love SLU-3s. It's an exercise mimetic,
18:29Speaker 0so it's gonna kind of keep your body thinking it's working out. You might sweat a little more, but that's a good thing. So get on test, dude. Just try it, man. Run it for 6 months and then you can just reevaluate
18:39Speaker 0things then. But you'll catapult yourself forward if you do. If you don't,
18:43Speaker 2you'd still get better. It's just gonna be a slower Yep. And find a doctor like you said, right? Like, hey, find a doctor who is versed in optimizing
18:52Speaker 2hormones,
18:53Speaker 2not just getting you to the range. Yeah. Right? Like
18:58Speaker 2most of these HMO doctors, so like Kaiser or these big hospitals, unfortunately, they're
19:04Speaker 2bound by the rules, the governing rules of where they work. So they probably won't be able to prescribe you testosterone, but a lot of private physicians who have their license, who know what the hell they're doing, they will prescribe based on symptoms and not
19:18Speaker 2just test scores. So
19:20Speaker 2there are doctors that specialize in this and I would go find them. And you start low and hell no, it's not distance. Hell, we have a friend who's a pro bodybuilder. He's retired now, but mean, he's won the he's got like
19:32Speaker 2he's won the Arnold Classic like 3 times, and
19:35Speaker 2he's been off test for a year to get his girl pregnant. He's in a wheelchair now,
19:41Speaker 2so it's been a little bit
19:43Speaker 2harder to get his testosterone up, but he's been off test for a whole year. He's a little skinnier, right? He
19:51Speaker 2said the doctors got his, like, got viable sperm from him. And
19:55Speaker 2He said right away. And yeah, he's like, the 1st thing I did was to get a run to go and do some tests. But he's been off for a year and he's been shit,
20:02Speaker 2killing the business and
20:03Speaker 2living his life. So it's definitely not a Dussen's. You can come off.
20:07Speaker 0Yep. No problem. I don't know where that came from, man. Of course you can come off. Of course you can. Yeah. So- Just do it the right way. Right. You gotta do the right I mean, you, if you just
20:16Speaker 0abruptly,
20:18Speaker 0you're gonna have a problem. Yeah. You cannot stop testosterone abruptly.
20:22Speaker 0You have to do it with the proper protocol. Yeah. So please, if you do come off, you can. Just do it properly. Just do not abruptly stop. And obviously, the longer that you're on it,
20:33Speaker 2the worse that it's gonna be to get off and the higher the dose that you're on it. Right? There's a huge difference. If you're doing 500 mgs a week for for 10 years,
20:42Speaker 2that's gonna hurt coming off versus somebody who's doing
20:45Speaker 0Low energy, unfocused,
20:47Speaker 0foggy,
20:48Speaker 0you might be dehydrated.

21:34Speaker 2So tired.
21:35Speaker 0Yeah. Alrighty. Here it is. You're up. Alright. So see. Hey man, I have been listening to your podcast for weeks. I'm loving the content. Long story short, my wife
21:45Speaker 0had a breast lift augmentation
21:47Speaker 0almost 4 weeks ago.
21:49Speaker 0She had some complications
21:51Speaker 0in the wound opening. There is no infection,
21:54Speaker 0just open incision.
21:56Speaker 0I've been thinking about having her start a Wolverine stack or maybe CLO or GLO blend.
22:02Speaker 0Do you think this will help either open incision healing also
22:06Speaker 0once the incision is closed? I was wondering if
22:09Speaker 0the Blue Goddess or Blue Magic Serum is good for scars healing.
22:14Speaker 0Thank you. Great question.
22:16Speaker 0And I wonder what happened with that. I'd ask the surgeon like, What's going on, man? Something weird. Definitely talk to him about that. So you want to get his opinion on that. That's kind of odd. I've never really heard of that happening. But yes, I would definitely suggest the Wolverine.
22:29Speaker 0I would leave the other ones out for now because you could take a lot. We've talked about it, but you can take a lot of it and it will expedite the healing substantially. And then you could add in some GHK-
22:40Speaker 0You can kind of do a separate. And to answer your final question, would the serum help? Absolutely. I would absolutely rub it on that.
22:48Speaker 0GHK-
22:49Speaker 0is great for GHK-3two
22:52Speaker 01 So
22:56Speaker 0you want to put that on there? So yes, that will help. I
22:59Speaker 2would say basically along with along the lines with JD, I'd I'd be to go with the BPC TB blend. Right? Leave out the the no glow, no clow for now because
23:10Speaker 2so in a perfect world, what I would do is a milligram of BPC, a milligram of of TB, and a milligram of KPV
23:18Speaker 2twice a day for
23:21Speaker 23 weeks and like a triangle kind of around that spot, honestly. Like, maybe like an inch or 2 around it. Don't put it in an open wound. Right? I would go heavy. I'd go real aggressive with all 3 of those.
23:34Speaker 2Then I would only use the serum once that wound is closed. Yeah. So I don't want you to put the serum in the open wound. Yes,
23:40Speaker 2I have done that with tattoos. It's not the same though. It's not like a really deep open wound. It's like a it's like a barely a skin abrasion, so I do put the serum on like a fresh tattoo, but I wouldn't put it in the open wound right now. That that could cause some type of infection.
23:56Speaker 2But I'd go heavy with those, and then after those after 3 weeks, then I would actually yes, I would go to I would switch into Clo,
24:02Speaker 2and then do the BPC TB, that dose will be lower.
24:07Speaker 2The reason you don't want to do the Glow or the Clo is because I want you to get high doses of TB BPC,
24:12Speaker 2and you can't do high doses of that
24:15Speaker 2with
24:16Speaker 2with GHK-two inside of that because the ratio is so much bigger. So you can't give yourself that much GHK-two,
24:22Speaker 2if that makes sense. So
24:24Speaker 2that's what I would do, absolutely, and it will help. Watch. Yep. Good stuff.
24:29Speaker 2Yep.
24:30Speaker 2Kabam. Alright. Hey, you guys are great. Look forward to every episode. I'm a 57 year old male taking 40
24:36Speaker 2units of tests a week, split in 2 doses. Started
24:41Speaker 2started Retta and it's working great. Up to 1.75
24:44Speaker 2every 5 days.
24:46Speaker 2Lost 20 pounds in 2 months. 300 pounds workout with weights.
24:52Speaker 2I'm 50 pounds heavy and working on that. Eat pretty good. Scratch kitchen at home and meal prep. I do eat once a week plus or minus, and that's my cheat.
25:01Speaker 2Don't count calories in. Have a hard time getting over 200 grams of protein a day. Just
25:07Speaker 2too much, especially on Retta.
25:09Speaker 2Mostly meat diet. I'm allergic to BPC-one hundred 57. I broke out in a horrible rash. I'm currently using GHK-
25:15Speaker 210 units 5 days a week, TB 500 to 10 units 7 days a week, NAD 35 units
25:22Speaker 22 days a week, HGH 1.5
25:25Speaker 2units every morning.
25:27Speaker 2What doses should I adjust to? Doses
25:32Speaker 2are those just from listening and guessing what I should do. Thanks guys.
25:37Speaker 0Yeah.
25:38Speaker 2Well, let me take a Go ahead. Yes. Start off. Well,
25:42Speaker 0when everybody says
25:45Speaker 0my diet's okay. You know, you want to always like really like focus on that. I mean, you got some weight to lose, so you're going to let the Red to do what it needs to do. Right? That's the most important thing you lost 20 pounds and 2 months. That's awesome. That is a good weight to run and just go slow, man. Just understand that this is not eating, gain it all overnight. So you need to give your time to kind of run this and just keep your diet consistent.
26:09Speaker 0You're 57.
26:10Speaker 0So I'm going to say cut out sugar,
26:13Speaker 0cut out seed oils,
26:14Speaker 0focus on diet. That's going to be very important.
26:18Speaker 0I'm sure everybody knows at this point, I'm going to add in some fasting because I think that has huge, huge, huge, huge, huge benefits,
26:24Speaker 0especially for men your age. You'll catapult
26:28Speaker 0yourself forward with the fat burning. And this means no
26:33Speaker 0cream in your coffee. This means no, just cut out breakfast for a while, maybe Monday through Friday and just do 2 meals.
26:41Speaker 0And that alone should do you pretty good. Maybe a 16,
26:45Speaker 08 type intermittent fasting
26:47Speaker 0would do you good if you keep your diet in line. When it comes to not getting enough protein, listen, I fast a lot. So it's 1 of my problems. You supplement with a good protein shake, obviously, but like a good protein shake, there's some very bad protein shakes.
27:02Speaker 0I like Noble. I've been using Noble. My wife found that and it's been great. It's everything in there's clean.
27:08Speaker 0So maybe look into them. They're obviously
27:11Speaker 0expensive,
27:12Speaker 0but they're expensive because they're good and the product is good. So you can always do that. But instead
27:18Speaker 0of always adding more stuff,
27:21Speaker 0I think that if we get back to the basics and let the Retta do what it does and just go that route and be consistent,
27:29Speaker 0keep working out,
27:31Speaker 0keep your diet in line and cut out the sugar and added some fasting. I think you're going be golden man. I mean, your HGH is good. You can maybe go to 2 IUs, but 1 of the things is I saw this, you're doing the NAD
27:42Speaker 0GHK-
27:43Speaker 0You didn't really say why. I didn't see anything within here that said the why of that. So you can always,
27:51Speaker 0you can add in some SS-31and
27:54Speaker 0and some MOTS-3C that'll kind of rub up your mitochondria.
27:59Speaker 0But
28:00Speaker 0the more that I
28:01Speaker 0study, the more I implement on myself and do research on myself,
28:07Speaker 0I'm very fastly becoming less is more and focus on the basics
28:12Speaker 0and stopping to more and more and more different,
28:15Speaker 0products, more products, and just really kind of getting that base set because we want to reset the way that you live more than anything, because there will be a day when you want to probably take out the Retta, right? And you want to have that base very strong.
28:30Speaker 0So that's my take. Okay.
28:31Speaker 2I think so based, let me, I just want to make sure that I'm understanding numbers. So you're taking 40
28:37Speaker 2of tests a week split in 2 doses. So that is a total, so that means you're taking By 200 So 0.2 of a mil, so that's your that works out to be about 80 mg total a week.
28:50Speaker 2Alright?
28:51Speaker 2Because because it's as well as 200 mill 200
28:54Speaker 2mg/ml.
28:56Speaker 2So hundred units. 70 ish.
28:59Speaker 2The hundred units is 200 mg.
29:01Speaker 2Right?
29:02Speaker 2That would mean 50 units is 100 mg, and you're taking 40. Right? So we're at 80 mg,
29:09Speaker 2and then you divide that by 2. Yeah. No. I think it's just
29:13Speaker 280 mgs total.
29:14Speaker 240. 40.
29:16Speaker 2She says 40 units of tests a week split
29:19Speaker 2into 2 doses. That's what we're talking about. So that
29:22Speaker 2is, I would I would bump it up, dude, at 300 pounds. I think you need a little bit more tests to support your muscle. Right? It keeps leaving that muscle on you. I would get that up to, a heck, 100 mg at least, maybe 150 mg to 200 mg a week.
29:37Speaker 2So 100 mg,
29:38Speaker 2again, is 0.5.
29:42Speaker 20.5 mls,
29:43Speaker 2aka
29:44Speaker 250 units.
29:46Speaker 2So
29:47Speaker 2I'd go to maybe 100 to 150,
29:49Speaker 2maybe 200 mg of tests weekly, split into 2 doses like you're doing. Reta seems to be working. Good for you. That's awesome.
29:56Speaker 2If every 5 days works for you, that's great. I'm glad to hear that it's not every 7 days.
30:00Speaker 2If you wanna do more often, more frequently, we often, you know, propose that people do it a bit more frequently. And also 1.75
30:09Speaker 2mg
30:10Speaker 2every 5 days is very low. Good for you. And if you've experienced a lot of weight loss from that,
30:15Speaker 2then then awesome. Just you will build a little tolerance, so don't feel bad about bumping that up slightly as you go. Okay?
30:24Speaker 2The I don't I mean, I'm quick I mean, the TB-five hundred,
30:28Speaker 2is the goal
30:30Speaker 2healing?
30:32Speaker 2I don't know why why
30:34Speaker 2the TB 500, but
30:37Speaker 2otherwise
30:38Speaker 2but it's it can't hurt you. Yeah. But I don't really know the exact goal on that 1. GHKCU
30:43Speaker 2is good for your skin.
30:46Speaker 2But if our goal is to lose weight, there's a better product. Goal is to lose weight. Right. And add those in later. Absolutely. So I don't think that those are really the good
30:54Speaker 2NAD, I would definitely do it 3 times a week at least.
30:57Speaker 2And I like the 35.
30:58Speaker 2My guessing is is that's 35 mg. Yeah. That's about what I'm taking. I'm taking my actually, I'm taking 50 mg
31:04Speaker 23 days a week. No. Sometimes every day. And I notice a difference, dude. I seriously, I notice a difference in my skin. Like, it looks smoother and
31:14Speaker 2in energy levels and brain function.
31:17Speaker 2Don't count calories. Don't count calories. Good for you. What you wanna do? If you're gonna count something, you need to count your macronutrients,
31:24Speaker 2not your calories. Right?
31:26Speaker 2Because a Twinkie and a piece of steak,
31:29Speaker 2they are all both calories. And if we're just counting calories, then that means you just gotta make sure you eat lower amount of Twinkies all day long and that's all you eat. Like, that's not gonna lead you in a good place. Right? Because calories is not a good measurement. So macronutrients
31:42Speaker 2means protein, carbs, fat. Those are the things that we should be counting. Yeah. And you have it right, like protein,
31:48Speaker 2protein, protein. I know that's tough, but with the RET, but small frequent meals. You know?
31:55Speaker 2If you fast, that's gonna be really hard, but then you can try not to eat a small meal, but good luck with the Retta because it makes you get full real fast.
32:03Speaker 2So I would change those up. Again, I would 2nd the HGH, you know, I'd say between 2 to 3 IUs daily and a big guy like you. And
32:13Speaker 2yeah, MOTS-1MQ
32:17Speaker 2be a great 1 to add in. I mean, the Red Red and MOTS C, maybe even Tesamorelin. So add again, you're a little bit overweight, you've been overweight. My guess is your natural growth hormone
32:27Speaker 2production is a bit low and Tesamorelin burns fat in your belly and will help boost your metabolism
32:33Speaker 2by
32:35Speaker 2increasing your growth and, growth hormone. So I'd maybe add in testosterone, like 500 to 2000 micrograms a night.
32:42Speaker 2Even a big dude, who knows? I know people who can take, you know, 2 mg a night.
32:46Speaker 2So dude, keep kicking ass. You know, you made progress. Like, like, keep going and keep focusing in and
32:52Speaker 220 pounds is great. You're absolutely on the right track. Love it.
32:55Speaker 0Good stuff. Alright. Alright. Let's see what we got.
32:58Speaker 0Hey, guys. My name is Charlie. I'm 41 years old, five'eight, hundred and 65 pounds,
33:04Speaker 0married man,
33:06Speaker 0father of 4, under age of 13.
33:08Speaker 0I'm from Long Island, New York. I'm retired police officer. I'm having arthritis in both wrists and my right elbow. It feels like tennis elbow symptoms too. I have partial torn meniscus.
33:20Speaker 0Left knee had multiple surgeries due to getting hurt in the job. I retired in 2022
33:26Speaker 0and it didn't care. And I didn't care about my health then.
33:31Speaker 0Around end of 20 24, I decided to change my man.
33:35Speaker 0I was about 2 10 and didn't exercise at all. My test level was
33:41Speaker 05 25 and estrogen
33:43Speaker 0was over 50. I was pre diabetic and needed meds for cholesterol
33:49Speaker 0and blood pressure.
33:51Speaker 0On 04/23/2025,
33:53Speaker 0I started TRT
33:55Speaker 0and peptides. My T is at 8 75 and estrogen is 29.
33:59Speaker 0And I don't take
34:01Speaker 0anything for blood pressure or cholesterol anymore. Perfect. I was taking 15 units of Wolverine,
34:08Speaker 015 units of Tessa,
34:10Speaker 015 units of GHKCu
34:12Speaker 0and MOTS-twenty
34:14Speaker 05 units. IGF-one
34:15Speaker 015
34:16Speaker 0units, Selank,
34:18Speaker 010 units, Monday,
34:20Speaker 0Saturday,
34:21Speaker 06 days per week. Still
34:24Speaker 0had bad arthritis
34:25Speaker 0and it's really hard to work out with the pain.
34:28Speaker 0I dropped the kettle ball a lot because of the pain coming from my wrists. I just don't know if I'm taking enough Wolverine stack. If you were me, would you increase dosage and by how much if you were me, you guys are really awesome. And I'm thankful to have found you guys learn
34:44Speaker 0from you to learn from the best. Take care and thanks again for everything. Was dope. Yeah, that's cool.
34:50Speaker 0So
34:51Speaker 2I'll give you a little so the main question is Wolverine, like, should I increase it? Hell yeah. Dude, I would go super aggressive and
34:59Speaker 2arthritis,
35:01Speaker 2tendonitis,
35:02Speaker 2you know, I don't know. You don't really know exactly what it is. You seem to think it's arthritis, but
35:07Speaker 2it will really help and how much. Like, I would go and I would put it
35:11Speaker 2in the spots. Right? If the pain's originating from here, right, which is generally tennis elbow,
35:16Speaker 2if it's radiating down your wrist, I know that feeling. Where this hurts so bad that you just can't even squeeze or hold on to something.
35:23Speaker 2I would go aggressive and go 2 mgs of
35:28Speaker 2BPC
35:29Speaker 2-1x7 and also 2 mg of TB-five
35:32Speaker 2hundred
35:34Speaker 2in the Solita Wolverine blend. If let's say if you have the 10 mg, 10 mg,
35:39Speaker 2add 2 mils of water.
35:41Speaker 2Hell, you can have 1 mil of water to make yourself inject less. 1 mil of water and then 10 units
35:47Speaker 2will be 1 mg of each. 20 units will be 2 mg of each. Yeah. So that'll go pretty fast.
35:55Speaker 2Last you 5 days at at 2 mg, but
35:59Speaker 2I think I would I would I would run that for 3 weeks. Yeah. Maybe even if you wanna do it 15 days, you wanna use like 3 bottles and go aggressive for 15 days, watch what happens. Then you can drop that down to more of a maintenance dose. Maybe like a, you know,
36:14Speaker 20.5,
36:16Speaker 2maybe 1 mg, 3 times a week
36:18Speaker 2instead of 2 mg daily.
36:20Speaker 2So I'd go real aggressive there. You know,
36:24Speaker 2thymosin alpha, maybe like twice weekly,
36:26Speaker 2actually is going to help with inflammation, which is, and helps them regulate some autoimmune
36:33Speaker 2issues where,
36:35Speaker 2so that 1 actually will help reduce
36:37Speaker 2pain significantly potentially. And Epitalon actually, the Epitalon running like 100 mg
36:44Speaker 2over 10 days. So 10 mgs a day
36:47Speaker 2for 10 days, 100 mg, do that twice a year. That actually is good and can really help with people's inflammation.
36:55Speaker 2Yeah. And I know there is a joint supplement that I buy at Nutrishop.
37:00Speaker 2I don't know where you live, but
37:02Speaker 2it is made by Catalyst with a k,
37:06Speaker 2and I think it's just called Joint Complex.
37:08Speaker 2That stuff is amazing. You take 3 of these big yellow horse pills. Yeah.
37:14Speaker 2I used to buy this from bottles from my neighbor all the time and I take it and I notice it when I start, I'm like, damn, why did my joints start hurting? I go, oh, shoot, I ran out of I ran out of those pills like 3 days ago.
37:25Speaker 2You've given support. Some over the counter dude, that's just awesome.
37:28Speaker 2And 3
37:30Speaker 2yeah,
37:31Speaker 2that's what I got there.
37:32Speaker 0Yeah, man.
37:35Speaker 0Absolutely increase it. Oh man, that's going to help with that tinnitus and
37:40Speaker 0you're kicking ass and that's awesome. But the difference would I only thing that I would kind of add to that will degrade on that answer is I would add HGH.
37:47Speaker 0HGH,
37:48Speaker 0as you've heard me say is, is, right under
37:51Speaker 0testosterone.
37:53Speaker 0That's the granddaddy, but HGH is, is, is right under it for guys that are over 40 and especially you because you have a lot of injuries.
38:01Speaker 0So that's gonna be something that you wanna, you run it with the Tesamorelin for sure. And I would run at least 2 IUs
38:08Speaker 0maybe out the gate to just really get you saturated,
38:11Speaker 0even bump it up a little bit because that's going to help you heal. It's going to help the wounds heal, but, that protocol that we'll just said, that's great, man. But yeah, jump on the HGH,
38:20Speaker 0you'll notice it. It'll help.
38:22Speaker 0You need it. Loaded.
38:23Speaker 2That's 1 of the things that's going help with a lot. Yeah. And you've done, you've kicked ass. I mean, that high stress job with all these injuries, right? To get to have your test be in the 8 75 and estrogen 29,
38:35Speaker 2not taking any more meds for blood pressure or cholesterol, like good for you. That took some work after just kind of abusing your body for a while,
38:43Speaker 2your whole life. That's great. How are you 41 and retired?
38:45Speaker 2That's awesome. Injuries. Oh, did you retire because of injuries? But I don't know. I don't know. Long Island, New York takes care of its police officers, their pensions. 41
38:55Speaker 2is young.
38:56Speaker 0So good job. Also with the blood pressure and the cholesterol medicine, I'm assuming they're saying a statin, but
39:03Speaker 0let's put some KPV in there and try to reboot your gut because those things destroy
39:08Speaker 0your gut, man. So throw on some KPV
39:11Speaker 0and run that for a bit because that's gonna help with your gut.
39:15Speaker 2Throw that in there too. Did you know that they when they were so they started studying MOTS-3C because how that started was they took
39:22Speaker 2they found Centennials.
39:24Speaker 2So Centennials are people who are who live over a 100 years old. Alright? So they said, what the how, why are these people living over a 100 years old? They- Mitochondria is- Basically, the 1 thing they were studying mitochondria and the 1 thing they all had in common was
39:39Speaker 2higher levels of
39:41Speaker 2MOTSY or whatever MOTSY does to, you know- Rip it up. To increase that mitochondrial function. So that is how they discovered MOTSY. Basically
39:49Speaker 2looking for the fountain of youth. Rad.
39:52Speaker 0Just fun fact. Yeah.
39:55Speaker 0Dude, it's,
39:56Speaker 0I mean, it is Massey's great. It definitely is great, man.
40:01Speaker 2Okay. I have to go. I got it. Think I am. Hey, guys. I'm a 37 year old female and I want to improve my physique.
40:08Speaker 2Slim the waist, increase the lower body muscle growth, and improve my mood and sex drive. I'm 5 foot,
40:16Speaker 2118
40:17Speaker 2pounds,
40:18Speaker 2weight train 5 days a week, eat at a maintenance with high protein and order peptides like fiend.
40:24Speaker 2But I feel like I don't actually know what stack would be best for me. Help. I want the ultimate fat blasting, muscle building, sex drive improving stack.
40:33Speaker 2Currently, I'm on Reta, 1.5 mgs of a mgs weekly.
40:37Speaker 2Kisspeptin, 500 micrograms
40:39Speaker 23 times a week. 5 amino 1 m q, 500 micrograms every AM. AOD,
40:45Speaker 25 days a week in the AM, workout days. I've debated Ipamorelin,
40:49Speaker 2Tesamorelin,
40:50Speaker 2I'm open to any and all suggestions. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. I can't get enough.
40:55Speaker 2My kind of girl. Good for you.
40:58Speaker 2Golds and
40:59Speaker 2Redam, Kisspeptin,
41:01Speaker 05Amino,
41:02Speaker 0AOD.
41:03Speaker 0Good for fat burning.
41:05Speaker 0You want to take this 1? Go ahead. I'll give I
41:09Speaker 0mean, so you get what you're going at. We all want that.

41:26Speaker 0But we wanna do that because you might even, I don't

42:14Speaker 037 too young for testosterone, probably a little bit, but man, I don't know, man. Maybe some progesterone. But anyways, Kisspeptin is okay. I would get your blood work done and kinda see where your actual hormone levels are at.
42:26Speaker 0But in regards to answering your question, what you can take,
42:30Speaker 0you
42:32Speaker 0might try
42:33Speaker 0to,
42:35Speaker 0because you want to feel good,
42:36Speaker 0might want to try to maybe, replace the Reta for a bit with Tesofensine.
42:41Speaker 0You heard me say Tesofensine,
42:43Speaker 0I didn't like it, but man, I've become a big fan of it. I
42:47Speaker 0don't personally get the food
42:50Speaker 0noise blockage like a lot do, but most do.
42:54Speaker 0For me,
42:55Speaker 0it works with energy,
42:57Speaker 0like right away. I like taking it before I take my coffee in the morning.
43:01Speaker 0And we'll agree with this. It just really kinda just makes you feel like you're in a good mood. And
43:06Speaker 0that will help you with your mood. So, or if you stay on the Retta, we can replace that with Selank and Semax. There's now a blend. You can knock it out in 1 shot.
43:16Speaker 0So
43:17Speaker 0either the Tesofensine
43:18Speaker 0pull out the Retta, or if you want to keep the Retta in, leave it in and do the Selank and the C Max.
43:25Speaker 0But I think you might like the Tesofensine, man. I'm a big fan of it and it gives you a lot of energy
43:29Speaker 0for the skin, hair, nails, and you're
43:33Speaker 0going to obviously do the GHKCU,
43:37Speaker 0NAD for sure. You wanna get on NAD. It's great for anti aging
43:42Speaker 0and it's gonna give you some cellular energy.
43:45Speaker 0And the obvious is going to be the PT-one hundred 41 for your sex drive. If you haven't found it, if you haven't tried it,
43:53Speaker 0now you're not going to take it and you're going to be horny, running strong. You're going to need to take it and it works within like a certain period. For me, it works within about a day to 2.
44:03Speaker 0And as I think Will talked about it last time, oh, we did PT-one hundred 41 last week.
44:08Speaker 0You don't like just get horny, but if somebody starts talking to you dirty and you start thinking about it, it revs it up. Yeah. You know what I mean? So that's how that's gonna work, and that's gonna help.
44:17Speaker 0And lastly,
44:19Speaker 0you have no growth hormone in there, so you're either gonna wanna be on an HGH 1 IU
44:26Speaker 0or maybe a Tesamorelin
44:28Speaker 0at night. Yeah.
44:30Speaker 0Either would work for you. You're kicking ass.
44:33Speaker 0Those
44:34Speaker 0all that can help you out,
44:37Speaker 0kinda better than than where you're at, and, I think that would be a good take to try those.
44:43Speaker 0Yeah. Where
44:44Speaker 2you needed to go. Yeah. So you're you've like, right now, you actually have a really good stack. So I'm I'm gonna not try to I'm trying not to repeat things that, JD just said. But- What you're taking on testosterone or getting the blood work, you think that when's the level that our ladies are even starting to see that? Is that too young now? Because men are like 28. What the hell? Yeah, you know, I think that I don't wanna say there's an age. I would say, let's listen to the blood work and how you feel and actually talk to your doc. I'm not that versed with the women. So sorry. Can't really give you the right answer, but
45:16Speaker 2hell go to the doctor and get your blood work done. No matter what. And just, no matter what. Let's see what that, see what that yields, see where your testosterone is, see where all of your other hormonal markers are.
45:27Speaker 2Kisspeptin
45:28Speaker 2is great. It's a good optimal rate. Would even, you could even bump that up to like a milligram 3 times a week. So that's great. Everything else, I mean, what you're taking sounds really good. Okay? And I think nothing is wrong.
45:41Speaker 2I would
45:43Speaker 2definitely add in like a Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin.
45:46Speaker 2So there's a newish blend, Tesamorelin
45:49Speaker 210 mg, Ipamorelin 3 mg. Okay? I generally definitely think that is the best 1 for women. Okay? So Tesamorelin
45:57Speaker 2will help your muscle. It will help you put on some muscle without, you know, like the CJC
46:03Speaker 2IPA, like 10 10,
46:05Speaker 25 5,
46:06Speaker 2that will definitely
46:08Speaker 2maximize muscle growth, muscle growth. But for women, it tends to cause too much of both and you will maybe add some water retention that you won't be happy with.
46:17Speaker 2The Tessa burns belly fat
46:20Speaker 2and will help and IpA will help with muscle growth. So I like that 10 to 3 ratio. Yeah. I would definitely add that in. That will really help. I would also add an NAD. For a woman, like, it it helps your brain health, cognitive your
46:34Speaker 2skin, your energy.
46:36Speaker 2I would add that in and you start small, 10 mg maybe,
46:41Speaker 23 times a week, and then raise up up to 50 mg.
46:45Speaker 2Yeah. 3 times a week. But as tolerated, don't go bump too fast too much, okay? Because you'll have overwhelming
46:53Speaker 2tingling and it won't be fun for you. PT-one hundred 41, 100 percent. That stuff's awesome. Even, shoot, you get to like nasal spray or something
47:00Speaker 2maybe you should experiment with like a micro dose daily. You want just like a
47:06Speaker 2sex drive at all times,
47:07Speaker 2it might be a good idea, micro dose daily. If you
47:12Speaker 2want just a sex drive when you want a sex drive, an hour before sex, run it and it will work. I promise you about it. Yeah. I mean, it's literally like FDA approved
47:22Speaker 2essentially female Viagra. So it works except for it doesn't, it works in your brain, not in your thing. Yeah.
47:28Speaker 2But you're a woman without, you without a thing. So so
47:34Speaker 2Touche. Yeah. I
47:36Speaker 2think you're kicking ass. I would add I would add some of those Semax for energy, but
47:42Speaker 2Semax, Selank
47:44Speaker 2is a definite blend, so I won't repeat
47:46Speaker 2his explanations.
47:48Speaker 2But, yeah, give those a try. Right? And all these peptides, awesome.
47:52Speaker 2Try them, experiment them. They're a long play. Right? You know, I would give everything a fair shake, at least 90 days. Really, I really kind of say 120 days Totally. On everything you try to really get that full benefit and then you'll know
48:05Speaker 2what you like
48:07Speaker 2and what you don't like. Some things work better than some people, some things work less. Good. But
48:12Speaker 2yeah, and if you didn't say MOTS-1C, I would 100% try that too.
48:16Speaker 0Alright. Okay. You're
48:19Speaker 0up. Right. Let's see what we got.
48:21Speaker 0Can I take 2 different GLP-1s
48:24Speaker 0at the same time? I take Reta once a week, 10 units,
48:27Speaker 0and would like to start your Zepatide 3 times a week at night.
48:32Speaker 0Some say that you shouldn't take 2 GLP-1s.
48:34Speaker 0Help, please. Love your podcast.
48:37Speaker 0Great question. That's interesting.
48:39Speaker 2I don't think so. Honestly,
48:42Speaker 2thought is no, I think the only time that you would want to take them at once is if you were transitioning from 1 to another.
48:49Speaker 2I don't think
48:53Speaker 2Retatrutide just does everything way better. Like,
48:56Speaker 2literally, the only thing that tirzepatide
48:58Speaker 2does better, and it's not even something better, but it has less anti nausea. Therefore, you feel more nauseous.
49:06Speaker 2Therefore,
49:07Speaker 2you will eat like nothing. Like, you do not want to eat anything, and it's not like your projectile,
49:13Speaker 2like, vomiting nausea. You don't almost know that you're nauseous. You're just like, damn, I'm just not hungry.
49:18Speaker 2Yeah. I don't feel like throwing up, but I sure as hell don't feel like eating. If you wanna feel like that, that's the only benefit to tirzepatide.
49:24Speaker 2Yeah. But like Retatrutide does everything way better. I think that's what people think they're supposed to feel. That is what people think they're supposed So like, throws that curve ball at people a lot, but you don't need to feel like that. Yeah.
49:37Speaker 0No. So that's my thought. Yeah. I've heard people say that. I mean, you could kind of worsen the digestion stuff. I've done some reading a little bit on bull. If you add the 2, you don't need it. You don't need it. It's like, why would you drive like a Rolls Royce and
49:51Speaker 0like just a lower grade car? You know what I mean? Like, why do that? You can.
49:55Speaker 0Doesn't mean you should.
49:57Speaker 0Just up,
49:58Speaker 0you don't really give us much of like what your objectives are, what you're trying to accomplish, what your goals are, your weight. So there's, it's kind of a vague question, but so yeah, no, I would not do that personally.
50:08Speaker 0There's other peptides that you can help probably get to your goal that you can up the RITA and
50:15Speaker 0just the basics,
50:17Speaker 0diet, sleep,
50:19Speaker 0add protein. A lot of ladies think they need to eat salads and stuff, but like, listen, you start with a protein 1st thing in the morning. Those
50:26Speaker 0will go a long way. Don't do the Tirzepatide, just stick on the better product.
50:31Speaker 2Yeah. And he mentioned Tesofensine
50:33Speaker 2a
50:34Speaker 2couple minutes ago, like that is a good product for somebody who's maybe coming off of the GLPs. Right? They wanna give their body a break from any of these GLP ones because
50:42Speaker 2it does help your brain feel satiated and not want to eat and keep your energy levels Yeah. Up.
50:48Speaker 2You
50:50Speaker 2know, here's another little fact. I'd in preparation,
50:54Speaker 2I printed out just some, like I researched some different fun facts, and I had known this before, but the GLP but here's the g l p ones where a lot of the research is based on the, Gila monster. So you know what those are? They look like like a Komodo dragon. Really? Right? Wow. Because those
51:11Speaker 2guys
51:12Speaker 2can,
51:14Speaker 2their saliva and their saliva's toxic. That's why they kill you is because they'll bite you, but their saliva is just toxic
51:20Speaker 2and you will have an infection and then slowly die. But
51:24Speaker 2why
51:25Speaker 2do they study them? Because these things can go months and months without eating and maintain just perfect blood sugar. So,
51:34Speaker 2and that's kind of, that is what
51:37Speaker 2part of Reta is doing. Right? You're not eating food, but it's still pumping insulin like you are eating food, which is actually pretty anabolic.
51:46Speaker 2And it is just constantly monitoring your blood sugar. Right? So when I don't eat and I'm taking Retta, shit, my brain doesn't go hangry. Right? Because my blood sugar doesn't crash.
51:55Speaker 2It self regulates. So I it pushes up sugar into my brain, so I feel
51:59Speaker 2I feel great and I still have energy. My brain bursts even without eating, which is crazy.
52:03Speaker 2So there's your fun fact. Trudette.
52:06Speaker 2You're a big boy. I'm up. Alright. I'm late. I'm a late thirties mom with Mum. A very active lifestyle. I'm on my feet all day as a teacher. I exercise and play sports daily, and I'm constantly running after my kids. Despite staying after act active, I often feel flat,
52:22Speaker 2tired,
52:23Speaker 2and like I've plateaued in terms of body composition.
52:27Speaker 2I've already lost around 5 kg on 2 mg of Retta and previously lost about 20 kilograms on tirzepatide,
52:34Speaker 2but I'm now focused more on
52:38Speaker 2recomposition,
52:39Speaker 2especially reducing stubborn midsection fat, improved muscle tone definition,
52:44Speaker 2and addressing some loose skin from my earlier weight loss. My goals are leaner, more toned physique, especially midsection, improved energy and recovery,
52:52Speaker 2better skin quality, better glow,
52:54Speaker 2right? Healthy aging, longevity, support, maintaining performance with very
53:00Speaker 2busy high stress lifestyle.
53:01Speaker 2I'm also conscious of keeping things simple. I don't want an overly complicated or high injection protocol, and I'm cautious about anything with significant long term risks
53:09Speaker 2concerns
53:10Speaker 2due to family cancer history.
53:12Speaker 2Starting from Retta, 2 mg, what would a minimal evidence informed peptide stack or add on protocol look like to support these goals? Fat loss, muscle tone, energy, skin, longevity while keeping it simple and sustainable. That was effing awesomely written. Good job. Yeah. She's a teacher. That was you're teacher. No shit. Wow. Leaves you. Giving instructions. That's really good. Will liked it because he grew up with a teacher. Yeah. Both my parents are teachers. He's right. He he understood the language. Yeah. That made perfect sense. Good job. My mother's my mother's has been like an English teacher for her whole life. My father's been a art
53:46Speaker 2woodshop,
53:46Speaker 0etcetera. Dude, when Will, I think it was for your sober birthday. We all went to,
53:51Speaker 0we all went to,
53:54Speaker 0Tupont, Teflon. And, his mom, I don't think she could be there, but she sent a letter To Chad. To my sponsor. And sponsor read it. But dude, I remember
54:03Speaker 0him
54:04Speaker 0reading it. I remember, dude, this is the most articulate
54:07Speaker 0written
54:08Speaker 0letter ever. It was so well written. I remember literally thinking that going, Wow. Was like a professional. Was
54:15Speaker 2really well written. So she sent it to Chad, my mom, and said, Hey, if you guys do something for his birthday,
54:23Speaker 2sober birthday,
54:25Speaker 2read this aloud in front of everybody. Which he did. And he did. And so like we had dinner, like 20, 30 people, and then we walked outside and Chad got up on some like electrical box and said, all right, it was mom wanting me to read this. And it was, yes,
54:39Speaker 2it was well thought out. It was basically
54:42Speaker 2yeah. Compare You smelled
54:44Speaker 2the kind. Yeah. Absolutely.
54:46Speaker 2So,
54:48Speaker 2thanks, Mom. It's embarrassing, but whatever. It wasn't really that embarrassing. Yeah. No. It's good. So
54:53Speaker 2to answer your question, so simple, this is very good, helpful. So Reta, 2 mg. Cool.
54:58Speaker 2Dig it. Stay there. So from the standpoint of she doesn't want to inject much. Yeah, doesn't want to inject much. Sorry, weather still makes So you need I would do NAD.
55:06Speaker 2Alright? 25
55:08Speaker 2mg to 50 mg 3 times a week. I would do Tesamorelin,
55:13Speaker 2either Tessa by itself to help burn that belly
55:17Speaker 2fat. It boosts your metabolism.
55:19Speaker 2It keeps muscle on you and actually helps create more
55:23Speaker 2muscle.
55:24Speaker 2Now the problem here is the growth hormone portion. Family cancer risk.
55:28Speaker 2Tesamorelin
55:29Speaker 2is a growth hormone secretagogue.
55:32Speaker 2Again, it does not cause cancer. Okay? Cancer is a tissue. So if you have cancer and you're taking something that makes your tissues grow, it potentially
55:42Speaker 2could maybe, if you have cancer,
55:45Speaker 2make the cancer grow a little bit faster. My guess is though,
55:49Speaker 2man, I, you know, this is not scientific answer on this right now is like feeding yourself
55:55Speaker 2tons of glucose and sugar is just force feeding,
55:59Speaker 2is like a funnel and just shoving food down the cancer's throat. Yeah. That will make it grow a lot faster
56:04Speaker 2than
56:05Speaker 2eating right and taking Tesamorelin
56:07Speaker 2to Growth Hormone Secreta Go. Do that.
56:10Speaker 2Okay, I'm willing to bet a lot on that, but I don't know how we're gonna really, really prove that in the next, yeah, little bit. But, so Tesamorelin
56:18Speaker 2either by themselves or the Tessa, 10 mg Ipi 3 mg blend.
56:24Speaker 2And then,
56:26Speaker 2I mean, GHKCu.
56:27Speaker 2Sorry. You want your skin to look better. The NAD actually, I think, really, really will help, but I also do think that that GHK-
56:35Speaker 2or just run the CLO or GLOW.
56:38Speaker 2Don't think that there is much worry about BPC-2B
56:41Speaker 2as far as cancer.
56:43Speaker 2Not in there. Not not that. In
56:46Speaker 2fact, as Paul said, the newest piece of research that came out said that BPC
56:52Speaker 2is in fact, is not just telling everything just to grow more. Right? It is literally just signaling to damaged
56:59Speaker 2tissue,
57:00Speaker 2and that's where it's creating the angiogenesis,
57:02Speaker 2the new blood vessels, which provide more lifeblood,
57:06Speaker 2to injuries and make them grow. Therefore, it is basically just zipping right by any potential cancer, because cancer isn't a
57:13Speaker 2injury. Right? Yeah. Isn't something that needs to be healed.
57:16Speaker 2So
57:17Speaker 2to try to keep it simple, I'm gonna stop there. Oh,
57:20Speaker 2actually, I will say SLU-3PO
57:24Speaker 2Okay? Because you wanted performance.
57:26Speaker 2SLU-3two is going to help boost performance,
57:28Speaker 2nutrient partitioning, and it's not an injection,
57:32Speaker 2man, help with some more energy,
57:34Speaker 2same with NAD mental,
57:36Speaker 2physical. Then I will stop. It's great.
57:39Speaker 0Wrote you basically everything that I had written down is you answered, so it was great. The only thing that I would add is creatine. I think that is something everybody should take. So even you ladies, creatine is awesome.
57:50Speaker 0So jump that and then just the standard, get back to it. You are running around chasing kids. I know this by watching my wife. So if you're chasing kids in your classroom, I can't even imagine not,
58:01Speaker 0did she say what grade she teaches? She didn't.
58:04Speaker 0But
58:05Speaker 0just what Will said,
58:07Speaker 0probably the Clo would probably be the best because you'll knock out, you know, 4 in 1 and you want that gut health. So the KPV is going to do a lot for you on that and sleep,
58:18Speaker 0weight train, sleep, protein,
58:20Speaker 0add some creatine and everything. We'll say it was perfectly said.
58:24Speaker 0Mic drop. Blink. Undo. Yep. All right. Let's see.
58:29Speaker 0Hey guys, love the podcast and your The packaging and shipping time is super fast and little prayer cards with beautiful surprise.
58:37Speaker 0Thank you. Can
58:38Speaker 0you help me understand peptide blends dosing?
58:42Speaker 0For example,
58:43Speaker 0with something like Glow
58:45Speaker 05,
58:45Speaker 0fifty-ten-ten,
58:47Speaker 0how exactly are you getting an accurate,
58:49Speaker 0consistent dose of each individual peptide?
58:53Speaker 0I recently switched stacks
58:55Speaker 0and am creating my own blends by mixing everything into 1 syringe and injecting once, but am I making this more complicated than necessary? Am I missing something or is it basically impossible to dose them precisely in a blend? I love to understand better. Thoughts? Is that right up your alley, dude? Yeah. Okay.
59:15Speaker 2Here's the answer. So the Glow. Glow is 10 mg of TB-five hundred, 10 mg of BPC,
59:20Speaker 250 mg of GHK-two.
59:22Speaker 2Okay? So, yes, I understand this is confusing
59:25Speaker 2for those who don't do this all day long.
59:29Speaker 2Here, I guess,
59:31Speaker 2I'll just will give instructions.
59:34Speaker 2I would add 2
59:37Speaker 2mls of water. K? That's 200 units of water. Now, I talked I told Brandy how how I do these maths. Okay? I think of
59:47Speaker 2so if I have a syringe and it's got a 100 units, right, and those are just units. I'm talking every little integer, a 100 units. Now, I break that into sets of 10. So out of a 100 units, there are 10
59:58Speaker 2sets of 10. Okay? So I look at that because my ultimate goal is I wanna know what's in 10 units after you inject it. So a 100 units is it equals to 10. 200 units is equal to 20. So what I do is I take the milligram of the peptide.
1:00:13Speaker 2So let's do these individually, okay? It's a blend, but you're better off, you need to do the math individually
1:00:18Speaker 2because just by going, let's calculate with 70 mg, that's not important. Yeah. Because you need to know how much GHKC you're getting, how much BPC and how much TB. So if I would do it, and so we're going do this 3 times, right? So here is the math. What I do is milligram, so 50
1:00:34Speaker 2milligrams divide
1:00:36Speaker 2by
1:00:37Speaker 2the number of 10s
1:00:39Speaker 2that you propose to put in the water of water that you put in. So I would propose to put in 200 units, which is
1:00:46Speaker 220 sets of 10. So 50
1:00:49Speaker 2divided by 20 equals
1:00:52Speaker 22.5.
1:00:53Speaker 2So what that 2.5 means is
1:00:55Speaker 2in every if you add 2 mls of water,
1:00:58Speaker 2every 10 units you draw,
1:01:00Speaker 2that will give you 2.5
1:01:02Speaker 2mg
1:01:03Speaker 2of GHK-two.
1:01:06Speaker 2Okay? That is the dose that I think you should do. So
1:01:09Speaker 2now, but if we add 2 mls of water
1:01:12Speaker 2to the GHK-two, well, we have to do it to the others. So you gotta check the math to make sure, because it's a blend, right? So 10, so do the same math the same way. We got 10. 10 mg divided by 20
1:01:26Speaker 2equals
1:01:26Speaker 20.5.
1:01:28Speaker 2So
1:01:29Speaker 2that same 10, you're also getting 0.5
1:01:31Speaker 2of a milligram
1:01:33Speaker 2of TB-five hundred and of BPC because they're So both 10
1:01:37Speaker 2add 2 mils of water to the glow,
1:01:40Speaker 2okay?
1:01:42Speaker 2And I would say your dose is 10 units and that 10 units will yield,
1:01:47Speaker 2that will give you 2.5
1:01:48Speaker 2mg of GHK-0.5,
1:01:50Speaker 20.5 of a milligram of BPC-157
1:01:53Speaker 2and 0.5 of a milligram. That was good bro. You broke that down good. Sometimes you did their little harder to fall. Look at that. Was easy as well. Glad to make that was good. I have no idea. No. That was great. Sometimes but that's what I do is take the milligram of the bottle,
1:02:04Speaker 2divide it by Yeah. The arbitrary number. This is kind of a guess and check though sometimes. Right? Like, how much water do you wanna add? Make that round numbers. Right. So if you did 1 mil, it just would be Low 1

1:03:14Speaker 2Be, like, divided by 10.
1:03:16Speaker 2You know, you would do You wanna put 2 mils in a in a But so the thing with the GHKCU,
1:03:21Speaker 2I would want I want you to put 2 mils of water. Sure. Because you need that needs to be
1:03:26Speaker 2you're not so densely concentrated or it's gonna burn like hell. Yeah. But if I just had the BPC TB,
1:03:32Speaker 2if it was just 10 mils, 10 mils, shit, I would just put 1 mil of water. Can. Eject less. 1 mil. So then the math is you go 10. If 1 mil is 10, 10 divided by 10, 1. Yeah. But 10 units, he was 1 mg. Right. So like, yeah, the ones that burn, you want to dilute them a little bit more. Yeah. Other than that and like high dose stuff, if you have MOTS-forty,
1:03:54Speaker 2right, you need to put as much water as possible. Can see in there.
1:03:59Speaker 2Than that, like, and again, there are the number of water is really just arbitrary. You just make it up. It doesn't matter. It felt like something works better. You don't ruin it. If the yeah, in fact, don't ruin it. We're talking units or what
1:04:10Speaker 2does that equal in milligrams or or you know what I mean? So And by the way, if anybody says, oh, I take this many units or something, that means actually nothing.
1:04:18Speaker 2Like, have we no idea what you're talking about if you don't tell us how much water you put in. Right. But we can make some guesstimations based on kinda what we know. What we've, yeah, talked about.
1:04:27Speaker 0We may not mainly gave at the same time, it's not units, it's milligram. Yeah. And units
1:04:32Speaker 2units is just a measure,
1:04:35Speaker 2is only a valid measurement looking at a 100
1:04:38Speaker 2unit insulin syringe. Like units
1:04:41Speaker 2out of context means nothing in the world. Right? Whereas grams mean something. Vol like, milliliters
1:04:46Speaker 2mean something to everybody. Right. Grams means that I use, in fact, mean something to everybody everywhere. Right. Units, it only makes any sense if you are looking talking about a specific syringe. Yeah. Units are just little integers.
1:05:00Speaker 2Okay. Do that? Yep. Maya? You're up, I think. Alright.
1:05:04Speaker 0What are the different types of carrier oils used for testosterone?
1:05:08Speaker 0This is a different different question. Mhmm. Do some oils have different levels of effectiveness?
1:05:14Speaker 0Which oils
1:05:15Speaker 0are, have higher or lower pain levels? Great question, man. When injecting,
1:05:20Speaker 0I would like to avoid seed oils when injecting. Thank you for the information
1:05:25Speaker 0you can share on the topic. Great question, man. This is
1:05:29Speaker 0great
1:05:30Speaker 0I mean, you got what? Cod seed, grape seed, MCT, sesame- Sesame-0s):
1:05:34Speaker 2Castor oil even.
1:05:36Speaker 0I
1:05:38Speaker 0think my opinion on it is everybody just like peptides is very different.
1:05:43Speaker 0MCT is like a thinner oil and it's obviously gonna be the healthier oil. I remember when they switched to MCT, I was like, why is this? Yeah, right. Is it blood on her? Yeah, I was like, dude, bro, I remember. Yeah. And,
1:05:55Speaker 0But that's going to be the healthier oil, obviously.
1:05:59Speaker 0But some people just don't do well with the MCT oil. And some people after
1:06:06Speaker 0time don't do well with MCT oil. I was 1 of those people and was really kind of throwing a curve ball. Some people don't do well, like, with different esters, propionate, and things. Yeah. It's really just
1:06:17Speaker 0you. Your body, how it responds,
1:06:20Speaker 0I don't think I don't think each oil necessarily
1:06:25Speaker 2hurts different. No. But no. And I don't I think there's a lot that. How you inject, it's also Don't shove it in slow.
1:06:33Speaker 0Like, heat up the oil and go slow. Don't just go Yeah. Like, you're gonna push too much oil there, and you're gonna get pit, man. It's gonna Yeah. But it also matters all of the ingredients and how much you put in things. So, like, folks, everybody's like, you have the there's the raw hormone. Okay?
1:06:48Speaker 2You put oil in it, and then there are 2 alcohol. You got benzyl benzoate,
1:06:52Speaker 2and you have benzyl alcohol. K? The benzyl benzoate is what keeps the ester
1:06:58Speaker 2in solution. That is what makes it stay as a liquid. Yeah. K? So
1:07:03Speaker 2some things like siponate,
1:07:05Speaker 2and then there's different different
1:07:07Speaker 2and higher dosed,
1:07:09Speaker 2something like, you know, some dose that like sipponate 300
1:07:13Speaker 2mgs per milliliter. 1st of all, I think it's way too high of a dose. But
1:07:16Speaker 2to keep that in ester and not crack, not falling out of its ester, you better put a lot of benzyl benzoate in there. Yeah. So benzylbenzoate
1:07:24Speaker 2is what keeps it together. Yeah. K?
1:07:26Speaker 2But
1:07:27Speaker 2so great. Why don't let's all keep it together. I don't know about the 100 milliliters. Well, that makes it hurt a lot more. Yeah. So you better keep your ester you better keep it together, but it's gonna hurt more if you put more benzoin benzoate in there, but it sure will make it more stable. The benzyl alcohol is to protect
1:07:43Speaker 2the compound from degradation
1:07:45Speaker 2from
1:07:46Speaker 2any type of bacteria.
1:07:48Speaker 2And also there's a good amount of benzoyl alcohol in there, so that's also to help you not so to to be basically sterile to come in India. Okay? So those 2 matter. I could make you can make the same compound and just put a higher level of benzoyl benzoate, and that'll hurt like a mother. Higher level of benzoin benzoin alcohol. It'll hurt like crazy. The and then then you have the different esters. Now,
1:08:10Speaker 2yeah, I think the classic 1 has been cotton seed has been like the
1:08:13Speaker 2pharmaceutical standard, and I think now most of those guys are using grape seeds. Like, cottonseed oil is pretty thin
1:08:20Speaker 2and is not colored.
1:08:24Speaker 2Sesame seed oil is really yellowish.
1:08:27Speaker 2Grapeseed oil is a green tint.
1:08:32Speaker 2They are I think that grape seed oil is the least,
1:08:35Speaker 2well, supposedly,
1:08:36Speaker 2like the least allergenic, although the MCT oil is hype is hypoallergenic.
1:08:41Speaker 2Yeah. A lot of people believe mean that it's impossible to have a reaction to it. It means it's probably the least
1:08:48Speaker 2of option
1:08:49Speaker 2of because it's the most highly filtered in. So MCT oil, and actually we should call it what it actually is, is Miglol 8, which is a 60 40 blend.
1:08:59Speaker 2Yeah. And the good shit is good shit. I mean Makes a difference. Buy this for things and for 1 gallon, folks.
1:09:07Speaker 2For a gallon of oil, it costs $400.
1:09:10Speaker 2For the cattle, actually, the good stuff. And it's real thin. It's been filtered
1:09:16Speaker 2over and over and over and over and over. That's why there's so little impurities
1:09:20Speaker 2in there, and that's why a lot of people aren't getting reactions to it.
1:09:25Speaker 2So castor oil, I have some notes here. Like, castor oil is used in, like, long ester things like decanoate, which is a 3 week month long ester. Like, you're just gonna have testosterone. Helps the
1:09:36Speaker 2depot, the slow release. Yeah. Because it's such a thick oil. I mean, think of it like, right, the thinner oil is faster than it's going to give you. It just is what it is. It's like something
1:09:45Speaker 2thinner, it's going to, it's going to seep in faster. Let's
1:09:49Speaker 2see if I'm missing anything.
1:09:51Speaker 2That was a great question. Yeah, no, that is really good. So grape seed oil is like, it's relatively hypoallergenic.
1:09:58Speaker 2Can go rancid though. So grape seed oil,
1:10:02Speaker 2can, they can go, it can go bad
1:10:05Speaker 2faster and easier than anything else. Yeah. But so what you really and then there's ethyl oleate, which I've heard nothing about bad things. There's there's some potential
1:10:14Speaker 2bad stuff in there, so I would stay away with anything made with ethyl oleate, by the way. But Miglol
1:10:20Speaker 2Miglol 8 40 is MCT oil, and it's a 60 40 blend. And then you need to get it the, like, ultra refined
1:10:29Speaker 0Clean. Human
1:10:32Speaker 2grade.
1:10:34Speaker 2That's that's the Cadillac. That's the 1 that you should do unless you happen to be this you know, have this have some type of weird reaction. And my guess is, though, it's usually not the reaction to the actual oil. It's reaction to the Yeah. Concentration
1:10:48Speaker 2of all everything else and how you do it and how how dense
1:10:53Speaker 2the testosterone is. I know people who've, like, made, like, test e 500. Right? It's like, yo, try this.
1:10:59Speaker 2I've tried that and holy shit. Couldn't sit down for 2 weeks. Oh, worse. There is no point there is a reason if you look at everything, if you you go look everywhere Why I've never seen this before. Right? Why I've never seen this before. Right? Like, scientists have figured this out a long time ago. Right? Seriously. You didn't just make this up. You didn't right. There's a reason you're you're you're not the only 1st person ever thinking about this. So
1:11:19Speaker 2there is a reason that every
1:11:21Speaker 2different testosterone and every AAS
1:11:25Speaker 2is dosed at the same thing historically because that's at that dose,
1:11:29Speaker 2well, it stays in solution and it works best into a human being's muscle.
1:11:34Speaker 2K? It does not hurt. So something dosed way too high, now you so you say, hey, test 400. Right? Test 400 is classically 200 mgs of test SIP, 200 mgs of test E. They do that because a human can tolerate 200 mgs of SIP and 200 mgs of test E. What it cannot tolerate is 400 mgs of SIP. Or 400 mg of test E. So that's don't even think it would stain solution, bro. Think I you would to put a ton of benzylbenzoyl in there,
1:12:00Speaker 2and that's why it would hurt really bad. Also that and the denseness. Faster esters tend to hurt more. Okay. Just give it. Propy. That's why a lot of people hurt with propy. They say, Faster
1:12:10Speaker 2esters are to hurt more. You're going to get more of it, right? Our body naturally cleanses itself and stops
1:12:16Speaker 2impurities. So people will ask, well, why does, so if I'm taking test prop 100,
1:12:21Speaker 2okay, so props usually dose at only 100 mg per milliliter versus
1:12:26Speaker 2test SIP-two
1:12:27Speaker 2hundred. They
1:12:29Speaker 2go, well, if it's the same price, what the hell? I'm getting twice as much with the SIP. Why would I ever want to buy the prop? Okay.
1:12:36Speaker 2Well, guess what? If we have something that's that fast of an ester and getting in you that fast, our body doesn't have the chance to filter any of it out. So you're getting, you know, 95
1:12:47Speaker 2of all
1:12:48Speaker 2of those hundred milligrams of
1:12:50Speaker 2test prop. But guess what? Test SIB is such a slow release, right, 6, 7 days, your body's you're getting about 60% of that. Yeah. So you're really they're basically equaled out. Right? SIB is actually not you're not getting twice as much testosterone.
1:13:05Speaker 2So those kind of
1:13:07Speaker 2equal each other out. People are so like,
1:13:11Speaker 0find what they like and they stick with what they like. And I would just say try them all and then, you know, like everybody's likes these peptides, man, you're going to be different.
1:13:20Speaker 0And again, I want to be redundant for a reason. A lot of it's going to sometimes depend on you and how you inject. If you don't know what you're doing, watch YouTube.
1:13:29Speaker 0There's videos everywhere. Do it properly and you're going to avoid some of that PIP that probably could be avoidable, man.
1:13:35Speaker 2Good question though. Yeah. Good question. Very good question. There's a lot of was, that was right. You know what, here's another thing that I just learned. So, you know, the injector pens, peptide injector pens, you and I, we've had HGH, we had the tirzepatide injector pens. We've had several of them. Did you use that very I mean, basically, it turns out that those things are just kind of more of a pain in the ass. Yeah.
1:13:56Speaker 2The whole point of them is to make it easier on people, but
1:14:00Speaker 2people have never done it. Yeah, people have never done it. But if you do that, you push, you put tiny little needle, right? Like this long, that's it. Boom. And you push it in. Okay.
1:14:10Speaker 2Then you pull it out and always, I remember
1:14:13Speaker 2Chad, other friends, it's like dripping out and you're like, wait minute, did it get in me? And then I figured out the other day
1:14:20Speaker 2you were supposed
1:14:21Speaker 2put it in, hold it there for like 90 seconds. Oh, wow. And it slowly
1:14:27Speaker 2actually drips into you. Oh, wow. And you need to keep holding it there. So anytime that I ever use it, I would just go,
1:14:34Speaker 2basically, I was getting nothing. These things suck, dude. Just a waste. So if you have 1 of them pens, you need to put it in there and hold it.
1:14:42Speaker 2Yeah. They do they say some ridiculous like, on the actual instructions, it's like, hold for 3 minutes. Like, who the fuck? Who's gonna do that? You know? But really, you know, at least 30 seconds, I would absolutely hold that because you do notice you push in that just
1:14:55Speaker 2slowly And because all guys like peptides just realize if you're getting, like, a red flush,
1:15:01Speaker 2you can reduce that easily by just injecting it way slower. Right? People who are leaner
1:15:06Speaker 2are gonna get that way more of a flush because it's just hitting you. It doesn't have the fat to absorb it and then slowly get into you. Right? You're lean, and you just jam it down. It's a lot. Yeah. You can actually Totally. That can be the difference between actually having a reaction to just no reaction whatsoever. So
1:15:21Speaker 2you need to use yourself slow, slow, slow. Especially the oils. Yeah. Slow.
1:15:26Speaker 2So especially the oils. Right? Don't use a brand new needle too. I mean, that's huge. Those needles, the testosterone needle is so big. Yeah. You reuse 1, you're causing scar tissue. No.
1:15:36Speaker 2Don't reuse 1. And it'll just cut you up, and then nothing will work as great. Alright. Alright. Last 1. Take a look at For Tesamorelin, I have heard people saying both. Keep it in the fridge or after reconstitution or don't keep it in the fridge because it's a long amino acid chain and it can fold. Mine has been in the fridge the whole time. Is that right?
1:15:55Speaker 2Also, how long does it last after mixing? How about others?
1:15:59Speaker 2Any that don't last very long that I should know about. I just used the last of my Retta.
1:16:05Speaker 2That's been in the fridge for 8 weeks. Is the efficacy still the same? You guys are awesome. Thanks for all your help. Alright.
1:16:12Speaker 2I got so for the Tesamorelin, Tesamorelin is long chain and is very
1:16:16Speaker 2it is, like, fickle. Okay? And especially if you're getting, like, the Tessa 20 mg. Right? The denser any peptide is, I guess, more
1:16:27Speaker 2volatile, the more sensitive it's going to be to
1:16:31Speaker 2gelling up essentially. There is a whole bunch of other reasons why
1:16:35Speaker 2something might've gelled up, like you have 2 of the same things, right, bought them for the same 1st 1 of them gels up. Well,
1:16:41Speaker 2that 1 was exposed to too much heat or light, right, and degraded a bit. But for Tesamorelin specifically, here's my suggestion. You add definitely room temp water
1:16:52Speaker 2and I would keep it would keep it in a cool dark place. So that's something like You're talking about water or the Tesa? Tesa. So once mixed. So 1st of all, room temp water, 70 ish degrees water.
1:17:05Speaker 2Once you then have mixed it, I would not store it in the fridge. I would store it in a cool in a, you know, in an air conditioned room inside of a cupboard or something. Keep it underneath under 70 degrees,
1:17:19Speaker 2and it should be fine. Now, I would also use that though within 30 days.
1:17:23Speaker 0Tesamorelin? Yeah. I
1:17:25Speaker 2don't see why you wouldn't use. I don't see how,
1:17:28Speaker 2like, I don't I mean, even if you have the 20 mg Tesamorelin,
1:17:31Speaker 2okay,
1:17:33Speaker 220 mg Daily. You know, you should be doing it daily.
1:17:37Speaker 21 days. You know, 0.5 of a milligram is about as little as a person would want to go.
1:17:42Speaker 2So that would be 40 days. Yeah. But
1:17:45Speaker 2if you
1:17:47Speaker 2it'll still probably just be fine. Right? But
1:17:50Speaker 2that's the best that's the best advice I can give you. I know this guy said, hey, mine's been in fridge the whole time. Good for you. Good.
1:17:55Speaker 2Good.
1:17:56Speaker 0I don't think it matters that much, but I would kind of follow what Will said, but I don't think it matters that much, but you don't want to inject cold water because that's where you're going have maybe have some gelling up. If you inject cold water, we've seen it and it's not necessarily the peptides bad. It's just, you did it wrong. We all learn takes time. And sometimes
1:18:13Speaker 2have You realize that you tested it and redone it and redone it and it works every time. Also slowly adding the water in. Absolutely. Right? Do not squirt that right on.
1:18:22Speaker 2No.
1:18:23Speaker 2There any others that are, you know, I would say as a general rule
1:18:28Speaker 0There's still there delicate some nuts. NAD
1:18:32Speaker 2is is a bit is a bit delicate. Put enough water in there. The ones that may potentially gel up like AOD. For sure. Make sure you use, like, acidic acid, same sloop.
1:18:42Speaker 2I would say that, dude, I mean, I also have had a trizepatide and Retta in my fridge or my neighbor's
1:18:49Speaker 2fridge,
1:18:50Speaker 2and literally she didn't she it was in there for a year, and she did it again and it worked great. Yeah. So, like we don't really deal with this rule forever.
1:18:58Speaker 2Forever. Yeah, it still worked. Dude, I've had yes, I've had PT-one hundred 41 in longer than a year. But
1:19:03Speaker 0generally, the general rule of thumb, whatever that's even worth is 30 to 60 days. Is that
1:19:09Speaker 0mean that it's not going to work past that? Of course not. It doesn't. It's 60 days. It doesn't work. I mean, again, I've left PT in there for, I don't even know a long time because you don't use it that often and it worked just like it was fresh. So What I would do is I would buy, if you're buying the Pet Beds and you're going to use them, I would, won't you plan it out and fucking use them? But like buy enough
1:19:30Speaker 2that once you mix it, that you'll use it in 30 days. Yeah. So, like, let's say you you you happen to wanna do Tesamorelin,
1:19:38Speaker 2but you only wanna do 100 micrograms a day.
1:19:41Speaker 2I wouldn't buy the 20 mg bottle. Why don't you buy the 10 mg bottle? Yeah. And just and then use that because the 20 mg 1 will last you way too long. It'll be mixed and be sitting there way too long. Just like be smarter rather than dumber. Yeah.
1:19:55Speaker 2Think through it. Yeah. It's math. But like good I mean, dude, that's a and and all the new peptides that come out, right, some are are
1:20:02Speaker 2more volatile than others. And so that's why we're learning when we 1st started doing this, there wasn't that many out
1:20:10Speaker 2and there wasn't. And now we've had to adapt and learn that certain peptides have certain finicky issues. Absolutely. Yeah, And we're always under construction and learning. That's why I love what we do.
1:20:22Speaker 0Always learn.
1:20:24Speaker 0Good stuff.
1:20:26Speaker 2So look, we have a question from the audience.
1:20:28Speaker 2And the question is
1:20:31Speaker 0who is your favorite employee?
1:20:34Speaker 2Here we go on a post. Somebody posted. Somebody wanted to ask us each.
1:20:39Speaker 2Because JD has put sent out put some, you
1:20:42Speaker 2know, some some pictures out of of our businesses.
1:20:46Speaker 2Yeah. We own we collectively own several businesses together,
1:20:50Speaker 2and that keeps us very busy, and those businesses do several different things. But
1:20:55Speaker 0JD is but we can multipurpose some of those. Yeah. We like to show who are the people that you don't see. You see us, and we
1:21:03Speaker 0come in here and sit down. We don't do all the back end stuff. We would love actually, we would not love to say that we did that, but we could just come sit down, and we have people that allow us to kick ass and just do what we like to do. And I
1:21:15Speaker 0want well, we want to show you those people. Yeah. Because
1:21:19Speaker 0they
1:21:20Speaker 0are awesome. And we treat them like fan. Oh, that's a
1:21:24Speaker 2So I know this is like asking you if you're like, which child do you like best? Okay. But I'll still play the game.
1:21:30Speaker 2But I I will give them maybe a tie. This means I actually I actually, like, love every dude, everybody that we have on a team is freaking awesome. We've got a HGH crew. I'd figure they're all We got a couple dudes in the same way. We've had. Yeah, man. I mean, there's bad people. Yes. We've had some issues.
1:21:47Speaker 2Just like every other business owner, they understand. This is a tough part. I'm gonna say it's a tie between Brandy and Rob, and I have a feeling that we both will say Rob.
1:21:56Speaker 2But Brandy, because
1:21:58Speaker 2she's just so effing competent on the day 1, was like, screw it, give me the screwdriver. I'll roll up my sleeves and just hang out in the insulation. And she was like hired to be my executive assistant. But
1:22:08Speaker 2she can think and do,
1:22:11Speaker 2yeah, she just doesn't care if she just gets the shit done.
1:22:14Speaker 2Rob-
1:22:15Speaker 0Just works.
1:22:16Speaker 0Doesn't bitch. Doesn't complain.
1:22:18Speaker 0Always smiling. Doesn't talk shit on anybody. Literally
1:22:22Speaker 2like running around to help people all day long. Now you got to keep him focused. But
1:22:28Speaker 2yeah,
1:22:30Speaker 2it's a tough 1 because we
1:22:34Speaker 0have been very strategic
1:22:36Speaker 0on who we hire because we are very,
1:22:39Speaker 0or we try to be conscious of
1:22:42Speaker 0people that flow with the vibe and our morals and our integrity level. Like, we've missed the mark a couple of times. Nobody's perfect, but
1:22:50Speaker 0we've just really been blessed to get rad people. Like, not saying that convenience because Brandy's sitting there behind the soundboard, but, we like people that
1:23:00Speaker 0don't say it's not my job.
1:23:02Speaker 0And that's pretty rare in this world. Like, people just get after it. And I had some stuff going on with my throat and Brandy brings me tea. That's just kindness. That's just love. So, I love Brandy too. She just kicks ass. I love Mario. Mario is just a beast. I call him the beast. He, how I found Mario was I was on a podcast. I was asked to be on a podcast and it was my 1 of my 1st podcasts I'd ever done.
1:23:27Speaker 0I
1:23:28Speaker 0needed something after, and I'm not good at any type of tech stuff and I needed to do something.
1:23:33Speaker 0And I asked him if he could help me and I'd pay him. He's like, no, I'll do it for you. And he sent it to me quickly.
1:23:39Speaker 0And I was like, wow dude, let me pay you. And he wouldn't let me pay him. And I was just, wow, that's not like normal people. Like, I'm not, it's just so rare these days. I just love people like that. And then long story short, he hit me back later and say, Hey, do you ever
1:23:51Speaker 0branch out? I was doing a podcast at the time, but ever do want to do anything else. I edited blah, blah.
1:23:57Speaker 0And I did that podcast fizzled out and I did. I talked to him. Sent him a text and now he works for his full time and does so much stuff editing behind the scenes. And so I love more. I could go on and about all of those. They're
1:24:12Speaker 0all freaking amazing. We love them all. Literally.
1:24:15Speaker 0I'm not just saying that we are blessed people here kick ass.
