0:15Speaker 3I get so many headaches every month. It could be chronic migraine 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting 4 hours or more. Botox on a botulinum toxin A prevents headaches in adults with chronic migraine. It's not for those who have 14 or fewer headache days a month. Prescription Botox is injected by your doctor. Effects of Botox may spread hours to weeks after injection, causing serious symptoms. Alert your doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems, or muscle weakness can be signs of a life threatening condition. Patients with these conditions before injection are at highest risk. Side effects may include allergic reactions, neck and injection site pain, fatigue, and headache. Allergic reactions can include rash, welts, asthma symptoms, and dizziness. Don't receive Botox if there's a skin infection. Tell your doctor your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions, including ALS Lou Gehrig's disease, myasthenia gravis or Lambert Eaton syndrome, and medications, including botulinum toxins, as these may increase the risk of serious side effects.

1:24Speaker 4Welcome back to the Peptide of the Week Podcast. I am your host, JD Denham. Across the way, mister William T. What
1:33Speaker 4up? What's going on, dude? Everybody, I read the comments. I know you probably read some, but
1:38Speaker 4everybody is wondering how it went with your father. Oh, that's it. Really? Let's
1:43Speaker 4everybody was giving you congratulations
1:45Speaker 5and good luck. So how'd it go? It went very well. I thought that I wasn't gonna be nervous. Told you.
1:51Speaker 5But I was. Right? Right. I was early and beat him to dinner. Folks, I tend to be late sometimes. He does.
2:00Speaker 5So,
2:00Speaker 5I was there 15 minutes early, and it was good. We started with just kind of some small talk and then I messaged, okay, like, let's address the elephant in the room. Actually, he was funny. He was, he's like,
2:11Speaker 5is
2:12Speaker 5she pregnant? Oh,
2:14Speaker 1yeah.
2:15Speaker 5I was like, no, dude. No. No. Legitimately, not that I know. He didn't have an idea? No. And then he then he was like, okay. He's like, I thought it was gonna be 1 of 2 things. Right? Either that or both.
2:26Speaker 5But I said no. And then, you know, I said, I'm let's just get it out of the way. So I asked him,
2:32Speaker 5I love your daughter and, and you know, I'm asking you for her hand in marriage,
2:37Speaker 5please.
2:38Speaker 5And he was good. He was cool. He's like, dude, of course. Yes. He's like, you're the only guy that she's ever dated that isn't a douchebag.
2:46Speaker 1That's
2:47Speaker 1a win. That's a That's a win. Yeah.
2:50Speaker 5And he's not wrong. Like, there are unfortunately,
2:53Speaker 5like, not that I know who she dated, but just, man, from dating different girls and I hear some different, like, horror stories about what guys do
3:01Speaker 5when they break up. Right? Like, Jesus, man. Isn't it? Quit. Yeah. Like quit
3:07Speaker 5being such pussies about things. Like, handle your business. So what? There's other girls in like, had a girlfriend who worked at Nordstrom and the boyfriend,
3:15Speaker 5they broke up
3:17Speaker 5and he immediately went and took all of the naked pictures that she had sent him. No. Because like that's what people do. Emailed
3:24Speaker 5them all to her boss. Oh, dude, bro. Bad form, dude. Bad form, bro. Just, just, 3 just jealous, you know? And
3:33Speaker 5that's, and I've had, I think I even have some couple other worse stories just from other girls. Like, this is like a constant.
3:38Speaker 5Oh dude. Jealousy is the worst, worst ever. Oh my gosh. Like, there's jealousy in anything. I'm he boards over. Yeah. Over that, dude. Not over that stuff. So that's good. Anyway, so back to the back to yeah. He's like, you're year. I would be happy. I was nervous. It's a big deal. I was nervous. It was it is a big deal. And the funny thing actually, the more I talked to him, yeah, the more I kind of realized that this is a big deal. Oh yeah. That's sacred, man. I wish more people treated it that way. It was funny. I, when I got married,
4:05Speaker 4I was with my 1st wife, I was so young, so probably not then, but with Alyssa, I was so just aware of those vowels. I said them and I truly like was like thinking through the just depth
4:17Speaker 4of those as you say them. They're very deep when you really like think about them because people just say them and don't really think they don't really think so. Death do you part, obviously, is the most common known 1 is you dude, you know? Love you and like, yes, sickness and health. I
4:33Speaker 5guess it did hit me a bit when I'm saying, you know, I'm realizing like, Hey,
4:38Speaker 5this man has
4:40Speaker 5raised his daughter and his other daughter has a little baby, right? And his is the protector and responsible person, right, for his whole life.
4:48Speaker 5Basically I'm like asking
4:50Speaker 5to just,
4:52Speaker 4he's thought of you for years, bro, because I have a daughter and I always thought of who my daughter would and, you know, not to put on a blast. Love him. He's a great guy, but he didn't ask for my hand. I was a little bit, my wife goes,
5:04Speaker 4if the only you're the 1 person on the earth that like, he should know that like, you're so like that. I'm like, he's young though. I didn't do that for my 1st wife. So I was
5:13Speaker 4young. You would have thought your daughter would have told him. Yeah, I don't know, man, but he's a kid. Works for sometimes. As
5:21Speaker 4a father, all you care about is treat my daughter well.
5:24Speaker 4And that's pretty much it. It's a really low bar to have. Don't be a dick and don't be a treater before you dismiss and you'll be good. You know mean? So have a good worth ethic ethic. You'll be chilling. That's funny. Don't like low bar, right? Well, speaking of, so
5:39Speaker 5So River back home at home, right, has like, was kind of being a dick and got his electronics taken, which is like a daily thing basically. Torture for you. And
5:49Speaker 5then he's like, oh, hey, have I been have I been good? Do I earn them back? And I was like, alright, look, dude. So just
5:55Speaker 5not being a dick is not good enough. Right? Like,
6:00Speaker 5just because you sat quietly. Yeah. Right? And like, we're looking for proactive action. Right? Like, to earn something, you don't have to just
6:08Speaker 5like, the
6:09Speaker 5bar is not that low where you don't have to just not be an asshole. Yeah. And that's earning it. Right? You need to we expect you to go willingly feed the cat, help somebody,
6:19Speaker 5do some other things that are proactive that slightly inconvenience you.
6:23Speaker 5That's what earning something looks like. Right. It's rough. It is rough. It's rough. It's rough.
6:29Speaker 5So yes. I don't know. So we're still working on that. Mean, but hell, you know, in AA, right? We have people grown as men
6:36Speaker 5that sell like they've been destroying their family for years, right. Or their girlfriend or whatever. And then they get sober. They go to detox.
6:44Speaker 5They've been sober for 10 days.
6:46Speaker 5Didn't come back. Like, we should get a party. Like everything's look how good. Look how awesome I am.
6:53Speaker 4She won't let me see the kids. Yeah. What the fuck? It's been 30 You
6:57Speaker 5are now just not destroying things. Like that is not a, that's not, you don't get a party for being like a normal person.
7:05Speaker 5Entitlement is a thing. Yeah. You need and this and this type of stuff in in that situation, it's like, bro, it's time. Like, you just gotta show consistency in being sober and not being a dick, like, for time. It can't I don't care. You can't you can't work really, really hard and do a bunch of things. This just needs to be consistent
7:23Speaker 5for time. 100%.
7:25Speaker 5So,
7:26Speaker 4yeah, I didn't know. That's good, man. I when I sat down with my
7:29Speaker 4father-in-law, which I didn't know him that well at the time,
7:33Speaker 4he said to me something that I still give him a shit for. He said, There's no take backs.
7:38Speaker 4So I thought that was funny. I didn't know him enough to know if he was joking or not, but still to this day, don't think he was. But anyways, I got what he meant, I think, very quickly because my wife is very accident prone. She had like 6 flat tires, I think the 1st year and I'm like, I know what you mean now. No take backs. Oh, that's hilarious. So he was really getting shit all the time.
7:59Speaker 4Needs a lot of taken care of. You know, she's a sweetheart, but man, she's, she does some funny stuff. Love you, man. Know you're listening. Yeah. What else did he say? I mean,
8:10Speaker 5he was good. Right? And he said, he's like, you know, if I cry, it's not just, I mean, he's like, well, whatever you call me a fag. I don't know. That's I got 2 daughters that I love
8:19Speaker 5and it's important.
8:22Speaker 5So, but I am more than happy.
8:24Speaker 5To have you
8:25Speaker 5in the family.
8:26Speaker 5Man. It's a welcome family. And then he asked about like, Hey, well, what are you guys doing for, for the wedding? Was like, well, I haven't even yet asked her. Just asked you 1st. He said, are you going to ask her mom, take her mom out to lunch? I probably shouldn't. And I think after that I will. And he was like, he's like, cause you don't really have to. It's okay. They kind of, you know, they're divorced and don't, they coexist well, but there's still some jabs. It'll play well. There's always those.
8:51Speaker 5Still have those once in a while for 20 years. And what else? Oh yeah. The wedding too is like, he's like, what are you going to do for the wedding? You're not going to like suit and tie
8:59Speaker 5tuxedo it, are you? I was like, my kind of guy.
9:03Speaker 5No, no, we don't want to. And I mean, I was like, you know, Ali, I
9:07Speaker 5think we probably have our shoes off for the wedding somewhere, somewhere on a beach with just
9:12Speaker 5small family, if any sense. But that's wrong.
9:15Speaker 5Mean, shit, it's a big deal and it's, guess, for us. So let's make it just comfortable and be the way that we roll. Do that. So
9:24Speaker 5all in all, it went well and
9:26Speaker 5it was hard. It was it was I mean, it's hard. It's hard, but I mean,
9:33Speaker 5I think if it's not as hard as
9:36Speaker 5making my amends, that was 1 of still 1 of the hardest, like,
9:39Speaker 5things I've ever done in my life. Yeah. But for a different story. Right? That 1, that was tough. Yeah.
9:46Speaker 5But it might be I'm excited. Yeah. So we're rolling. Big deal. If you guys didn't have long
9:51Speaker 4time, him getting hitched is a big deal. Yeah, it is. Yeah. It wasn't the type of guy that was going to,
9:58Speaker 4but she's a sweetheart. We love her. She's a good catch, man. You got to get 1. She is. Easy
10:03Speaker 4low maintenance is what we look for. My
10:06Speaker 5wife is very low maintenance. Like low maintenance, you know, like,
10:10Speaker 5low maintenance. You
10:13Speaker 5can have fun with them. Have
10:15Speaker 5to be attracted and the sex has to be there. Right? What do they say? You know, well, sex and money are the 2 biggest things that
10:22Speaker 5destroy relationships
10:24Speaker 5because those will get you through.
10:27Speaker 5Sex will get you through lean money times and
10:30Speaker 5money times may get you through sex time, but maybe not. So
10:34Speaker 5I'm, yes, we're both like just thoroughly attracted to each other and I'll still will be attracted to her even if she's
10:39Speaker 4like pregnant with 3 kids or something. You just, just, if you just be courteous,
10:44Speaker 4like we do little things that like a lot of people don't do, believe it not, if I'm at the store, babe, you need anything from the store. I know that sounds stupid, but like there's a lot of guys that don't do that. Like, here's a, this is common courtesy and just treated with respect and it's not that hard.
10:57Speaker 4I don't know. So it's possible to be with somebody for a long time. I'm still mad. I wouldn't mind coming up on 14
11:03Speaker 4years with Alyssa in August. That's crazy. That is crazy. Yeah. It's a long time, dude. We're still
11:10Speaker 4head over heels, man. She's a good 1 though. That's awesome. We got a good 1. We're both good
11:14Speaker 4stuff. All right. So we got the Q and A and these are some good ones. We scrolled through them separately like we have been doing and it's been working out well. So do the honors, man. You're always up. Hey
11:25Speaker 4man, you want start with Hey man? That's nuts.
11:28Speaker 5Yes,
11:30Speaker 5sure. Yes, please. Why don't I have some other document here? All right. Hey man. So number 1 folks. Hey man, not sure if this is a question for the show, but I'm having somewhat of a wild issue with my peptides.
11:40Speaker 5Seeing if, this has ever happened to you, I take morning and night peptides. I'm trying to narrow down which peptide is doing this, but at night when I inject SLU-, ISA, Ipi, Tessa,
11:49Speaker 5and GHK, GHK,
11:51Speaker 5about 10 minutes later, all my injection sites from the last couple days become,
11:56Speaker 5itchy.
11:58Speaker 5Like, swell, I don't know what that word is, but Yeah. And itchy. The
12:03Speaker 5the
12:04Speaker 5hindersion, the induration lasts sometimes to the next day. To make sure you understand, I mean, I'll give you an example. Let's say I inject in the morning, my morning peptides in my abdomen
12:14Speaker 5and in my legs at night, They are all affected after the night dose. My belly swells only after the night injection. And it's sometimes a site that I haven't injected in a couple of days. Sorry to be so long winded, but it's a wild situation. I really think it's GHK. I do too.
12:32Speaker 5So that is a crazy situation. How does my wife?
12:35Speaker 5Yeah. Bizarre. Was it. That was it. It's weird. Like she'll inject it and like she'll get those little rashy things all over where she's injected. I'm like, that is weird. Yep. Everybody's just very different and sensitive sometimes. She's sensitive. I think that it, for sure, it's the GHK- is. I think it's the GHK- For sure. That's the 1 that is,
12:52Speaker 5yeah, it's a histamine reaction, obviously. Right? And all, from all of the peptides in it, I mean, it might just be all of those sites that you injected just the GHK- Yeah. In the past. Right? I would I kind of think of that. Here's what I would do is I would I mean, that is normal. So I suppose, you know, we've people feel this. I would pull the GHK completely. See if it does it. See what happens. Right? Just pull it. Let it get out of your system. Keep doing everything else. It there's a potential,
13:18Speaker 5maybe the MOTS-3C, but,
13:21Speaker 5most likely the GHK.
13:23Speaker 5And then, hey, if you really if you wanna try and reintroduce the GHK, I would do it just like go let's start. Reintroduce it real small and not frequently. I don't know if you're doing it every day, but I wouldn't do it every day, maybe 3 days a week. But if you're gonna reintroduce very small.
13:38Speaker 5At what, let's see what at what point that it actually
13:42Speaker 5starts doing that again. Yeah.
13:44Speaker 4How much can you take? That's how I look at it where
13:47Speaker 4does it bug you? I mean, if it's just kind of itchy and if it's like super rashy and it's annoying, sure. Stop it. If you can deal with it, I mean, does it and
13:55Speaker 4hers goes away fairly quickly within an hour or so, but if it bugs you, then stop. But yeah, that's the best way to look at them and pull it out. If it stops, there you go. There's a culprit. Easy peasy. Good stuff. All right. I'm 62 year old, generally healthy male and generally healthy male. And I just finished the cycle of MOTS-seer. I started out with 500 micrograms,
14:16Speaker 4then titrated up to 1 mg per dose.
14:19Speaker 4At week 2, my allergies kicked into really high gear. I usually have allergies in the spring,
14:25Speaker 4but nothing. Fionos,
14:27Speaker 4Fionos,
14:28Speaker 4is that the proper leaf?
14:39Speaker 5But have you guys had any feedback regarding this? I've heard about it. Yes, again, and I did say kind of oops, MOTS-1C was a potential culprit. So there you go.
14:52Speaker 5It probably
14:53Speaker 5is the MOTS-3A, but I don't think that this 1 is a histamine reaction.
14:58Speaker 5This 1 sounds more like
15:01Speaker 5it is your mitochondria
15:03Speaker 5essentially being more sensitive
15:05Speaker 5and changing a little bit,
15:08Speaker 5And that is allowing you to be, to have these allergies affect you a bit more. Right? Because we're not seeing like,
15:17Speaker 5this is like his kind of a systemic allergy type reaction.
15:21Speaker 5It is not
15:22Speaker 5spot induced like the guy before, right? All those spots, that sounds like a histamine reaction. I think that this 1 is anamine
15:31Speaker 5histamine reaction to those specific peptides.
15:34Speaker 5This is changing your mitochondrial
15:36Speaker 5activity, right? And you're like modulating
15:39Speaker 5your immune signaling
15:41Speaker 5and allowing
15:43Speaker 5your body as a whole to
15:46Speaker 5get some more,
15:48Speaker 5allergies in
15:49Speaker 5negatively
15:50Speaker 1to react to this.
15:55Speaker 4So we had done a little research on this after we had Doctor. Scott on because it was something that popped up. I don't remember the exact conversation, but we were talking about how he
16:05Speaker 4took MOTS-1C and just was like energy off the charts where his wife was like, what's wrong with you? You know? And I didn't feel anything like that. So we were curious. I don't remember what the exact conversation was, but we dug into that because we were curious if
16:20Speaker 4you feel it more, does that mean you have a healthy mitochondria
16:23Speaker 4and vice versa? And we dug into that. What's that? And we basically figured it out where if you don't feel it, you basically, your mitochondria is healthy. If you feel it, it means it's really ramping it up. So it's like trying to repair it. And you're just like, Woah!
16:38Speaker 4So that's probably something going on with you is there. I mean, MOTS-3s going to affect the immune system a little bit too, so that can enhance that. My digging into this for you is
16:48Speaker 4would generally run its course fairly quickly if you wanted to. I mean, you were out the tail end, it sounds like of your cycle anyway,
16:54Speaker 4I bet if you kind of stayed on, it would kind of dwindle out as your body- Yeah, I would, I think that your
17:01Speaker 5body is supposed to normalize a little bit. Yeah. Okay.
17:04Speaker 5Whatever it does, it's poor. You got your tail end of your cycle and it didn't do So
17:09Speaker 5that's interesting, man. Everything is, everybody is different and reacts differently. So you're not like weird, but
17:16Speaker 5these things just happen. MOTS-1MQ May not, if the, if this is causing just too much discomfort,
17:22Speaker 5you may not be a good candidate for MOTS-1MQ That
17:26Speaker 5sucks because MOTS-1MQ Yeah.
17:28Speaker 5All right. Number 3. So I just started my peptide journey 2 weeks ago. I started with Reta and CJC.
17:33Speaker 5I'm a 33 year old woman with 3 kids. 10/03/2024.
17:37Speaker 5I reached my heaviest at 02:26.
17:41Speaker 5That day I locked in. I eat pretty clean, but I hate counting calories.
17:45Speaker 5You shouldn't count calories anyway, so that's perfect. That you hate it, don't do it. Yeah. So You
17:50Speaker 5should you should try counting your macros though instead. So
17:54Speaker 5weighing in at 1 70,
17:56Speaker 5naturally, my measurements are getting smaller, but I've been stuck at the same weight for about 4 months now. I do weight training 4 to 5 days a week,
18:04Speaker 5and low intensity cardio after every lift.
18:08Speaker 5Do you think this is the right stack?
18:12Speaker 4Let me take that. Yeah, go ahead. I'll add some Retta, well, it sounds like you just started the Retta. Right? She said 2 weeks She got down from 2 26 to 1 70. But I think that was with her just dieting. She says I started Retta. So I just started my party 2 weeks ago. So there there's the answer right there. I mean, the Reddaugh is going to just jumpstart that without a doubt. Is the Reddaugh CJC a good stack for you? Sure. It sounds like you haven't done anything yet. So anything pretty much you're going to do, you're going to feel
18:40Speaker 4pretty well.
18:42Speaker 4If you've listened to this show and
18:44Speaker 4any of the shows, we're going to tell you the run is just a scientific breakthrough and you're going to break through that plateau without a doubt. So
18:52Speaker 5easy peasy. Yeah, you're in a good spot. So I would say that, yeah, there's nothing wrong with what you're doing. And like, so 1st of all, 2 26 to 170 is huge. Like that's amazing.
19:04Speaker 5No doubt that you're at a plateau, right? This is your body's like natural biology protecting.
19:11Speaker 5So again, right? Our bodies were genetically
19:14Speaker 5designed
19:14Speaker 5as
19:16Speaker 5cavemen to survive and survive
19:19Speaker 5through
19:21Speaker 5winter and low in food scarcities. And the only ways we survive through that is by our body,
19:27Speaker 5holding on to tissue and holding onto fat because that keeps us warm and is our backup,
19:33Speaker 5food source. So when you go some, when you dramatically lose weight, cool,
19:38Speaker 5that means you definitely were overweight because you lost it all. Everybody didn't like to be that overweight, but now it's going, Hey, we've lost a lot and I need to, let me, I want to hold on to all this stuff. Okay.
19:50Speaker 5So 1st of all and also so so you're you're fighting some biology now, which everybody does, and it makes sense that you're at a plateau. Okay? But we gotta work your way around that plateau.
20:00Speaker 5A, you did say that your weight is not the scale isn't moving, but your measurements are. So like, shit, that is the whole, that's what you want. Right? This is your body recomposing,
20:11Speaker 5right? You're going through like a recomposition. So just so we know,
20:14Speaker 5you
20:15Speaker 5this may sound dumb, but like if you lose 2 pounds of fat and you add 2 pounds of muscle, your weight stays the same.
20:21Speaker 5And
20:23Speaker 5that's awesome, right? I have
20:26Speaker 5some pictures of like, of different women who have, who are 10 pounds heavier, but did a full body recomp
20:33Speaker 5and 10 pounds heavier. And they look, I mean, they look like they're 40 pounds lighter, but just because the composition is completely different, they lost fat, replaced it with muscle in the right places and look amazing. So you are doing the right damn things. I would say
20:47Speaker 5the CJC, I would maybe, Hey, I'd swap that out for Tesamorelin. Good point. Let's get some like visceral fat and belly fat burning. It's going to be your most powerful,
20:56Speaker 5well, spot
20:58Speaker 5fat burner.
20:59Speaker 5Also I would add some MOTS-1C in just for basic, like metabolic rate, just increasing your metabolism,
21:05Speaker 5and
21:06Speaker 5your body's just natural caloric burn. So,
21:10Speaker 5take a look at your eating too. Make sure you're getting enough food.
21:13Speaker 5I don't know. Your weight training sounds all- Propel fitness water with Gatorade electrolytes,
21:18Speaker 00 sugar, and vitamins. Propel hydrates better than water to help you get the most out of your workout and get back to your best self. What propels you? Propel with Gatorade Electrolytes.
21:30Speaker 5Some, but how about this? Switch it up. When we hit plateaus,
21:34Speaker 5name of the game is to just do something different. Okay.
21:38Speaker 5So this is where like fasting, maybe, like HIIT type training comes in.
21:44Speaker 5Just do something different, but it's productive to bust that plateau.
21:47Speaker 4Yeah, you need to trick your body. We all do. We've been working out forever. And what happens is we get so like comfortable with what we like,
21:55Speaker 4our diet that works for us, the way we work out. I mean, it's still for us. Well, I've been working on our whole life and still we, I get so caught up sometimes in just doing the same stuff. I just started that a couple of days ago. I'm eating like 5 meals a day and I'm not going to fast at all, which is really strange for me because I've been doing it for so long. I just want to change. I'm a lift heavy. I don't use a lift heavy, lift heavy, eat a lot, no fasting, but it's going to trick my body. And then I'll go back to what I like maybe in May.
22:21Speaker 4But you got to shock your system and
22:24Speaker 4you try other things. You might like some other things too. You know what I mean? Diets, there's so many diets that work there. If any, if any fitness guy or any coach or whatever tells you this is the way and this is only way then jump ship because there's all kinds of ways to skin a cat. Try it off. As a woman, like go, Hey, do your 4 to 5 days a week, right? Lifting, but like, why don't you go just super heavy?
22:43Speaker 5Just lift me. Give me some like 4 to 6 reps on everything you do
22:48Speaker 5for a couple of weeks.
22:50Speaker 5But in that case, but also take 1
22:53Speaker 5minute to 2 minutes in between
22:55Speaker 5in between sets. Watch. It'll Like
22:58Speaker 5your body's just not used to that. And don't
23:02Speaker 5worry like people, the old adage of, Hey, if I lift heavy weight and low reps, just get huge,
23:09Speaker 5Versus high reps, low weight, I'm going to get shredded. That's not really true. Like there is a huge, I mean, it depends on rest time and food intake, etcetera. But like, I frankly like the heavy, heavy, heavy, but with
23:21Speaker 5very minimal rest, right? You're not gonna be able to lift a whole bunch of weights on set 3. You know, your weight's gonna dramatically go down, but your body's gonna get beat is gonna get shredded and beat up. That's what you're looking for. Yeah. You'll drip sweat. You'll do that.
23:35Speaker 5That's the name again. Body's working. And he's right. Like this is again, bio evolutionarily,
23:41Speaker 5like we get really good. Our human body is really good at taking the path of least resistance. Okay. And getting really good at doing something so it can use the very least amount of energy possible. So if you're in the same exercise routine, it has figured that out. And it's learned how to do that
23:58Speaker 5with the least energy possible,
24:00Speaker 5burning the least amount of calories possible.
24:02Speaker 5So you need, you need to change it and trick it. This is why people who are distance runners and just do cardio is like not an effective way to burn fat. That's your body's, 1st of all, it just gets really used to it. You don't get sore anymore. Your muscles get used to it and it doesn't,
24:16Speaker 5it doesn't help the fat burning
24:19Speaker 5anymore. Okay. Next 62,
24:22Speaker 5am I reading?
24:24Speaker 4Mean
24:25Speaker 4me? I think it's me. 62 year old male have considered taking HGH,
24:30Speaker 4Sermorelin or Tessa
24:32Speaker 4somewhere in that 1 to 2 IU range, I'm still in the gym 4 to 5 days a week and looking for general overall health and in a much bigger way, workout recovery,
24:43Speaker 4which is pretty much not very good at this age.
24:47Speaker 4Think I understand the difference between the 3
24:50Speaker 4in that HGH replenishes
24:53Speaker 4or adds HGH while Sermorelin and Tesa just
24:56Speaker 4stimulate the pituitary gland to produce more.
24:59Speaker 4Would Serm or Tessa be worth taking in trying to get my old and slow pituitary to produce what little extra it can? Or would you recommend just going to the HGH from a cost to value type perspective?
25:13Speaker 4I will add that to I will add that my urologist
25:17Speaker 4just wrote me a prescription
25:19Speaker 4for TRT that I should be starting soon
25:23Speaker 4when everything else goes through. I'm thinking I should maybe get tests dialed in 1st before starting the others.
25:29Speaker 4Thoughts?
25:30Speaker 4A dosage protocol
25:32Speaker 4for both would be great.
25:34Speaker 4Also, much thanks fellows.
25:36Speaker 4We might have a different 1 answer
25:39Speaker 5on this 1. I don't know. I don't think so. Okay, here's my answer is
25:42Speaker 5you're 62 years old, your pituitary is not doing that great of working, right?
25:49Speaker 5Although, and you are right, like these, the secretagogues,
25:53Speaker 5especially as CGC, Sermorelin, Tesamorelin
25:55Speaker 5are stimulating the pituitary to, Hey, signaling that to go make more of our HGH.
26:02Speaker 5It's still not going to be enough. Don't think
26:05Speaker 5based on your age, I would just, I would do the absolute, just straight
26:09Speaker 5exogenous human growth hormone.
26:13Speaker 52 IUs, heck, for 2 to 3 IUs a day and every day, 7 days a week,
26:19Speaker 5in the morning in a fasted state
26:22Speaker 5and do that and run it for a while forever
26:25Speaker 5till you die, honestly.
26:27Speaker 5That would be the best. So that's what I would do for sure. I just don't think that you're dude, you're just of the age, like classic of the age of that. Need to get the help and get the best help financially.
26:38Speaker 5You're looking at, so I guess here's the thing, just whatever you're looking at kit wise, they all come in kits in a different like total number of IUs. Usually it's about a,
26:47Speaker 5usually it is a kit with 10 vials. Okay? And then each vial, so I'm familiar with a 100 IU kits, 150,
26:55Speaker 5200, 2 40 IU kits. Okay? So the difference is in the 100 IU kit, 10 vials of 10 IUs in a vial. 150, 10, 10 vials of 15 IUs,
27:06Speaker 5then 20 IUs, then 24 IUs.
27:10Speaker 5Right? So you'll know, Hey, you just do the math on it. Like that's up to you and your budgeting. Cause he said, Hey, I want a value perspective. But
27:18Speaker 5if I'm going say, start with 2 IUs a day, if you get a 100 kit that will last you 50 days.
27:26Speaker 5All right. There's your math, right? If you get a 200 IU kit and you do 2 IUs a day, it's going to last you 100 days. So
27:33Speaker 5you just be the judge, but I think that that's going to be your way more effective route. Then the testosterone is going to do wonders for you. Holy shit. You're in for a surprise. The test is going to work real fast. HGH is going to work real slow. So
27:47Speaker 5I would just, I would start the HGH now. 1 It's
27:50Speaker 5a really easy dose protocol
27:52Speaker 5to I use a day, run it after maybe a month. If you feel like bumping up, see, you know, bumping up to 3, use a day,
28:00Speaker 5the TRT, I guess it looks like you're getting it from your urologist. I would probably maybe listen to what they tell you, but
28:06Speaker 5you got 62. You're probably not going to have kids. Right?
28:09Speaker 5I would be safe on starting at 200 mg a week,
28:12Speaker 4doing 2 injections. Yeah.
28:14Speaker 5It'd be interesting to see but like you're at a where did eat healthy, keep doing cardio because you don't want your bad cholesterol to get elevated.
28:22Speaker 5Right. Which it, you know, cholesterol can, will raise
28:26Speaker 5if you're not doing the right things on testosterone,
28:29Speaker 5but still based on, I don't know your blood, but for a normal person, I'd say start with 200 mg a week.
28:37Speaker 4See how you feel for a month. It's going to take a few weeks before you really feel it. But yeah, we'll obviously nail that. H here's 1 thing that a couple of things that people
28:49Speaker 4I think are wrong on the HGH.
28:51Speaker 41 that it's expensive. So
28:53Speaker 4obviously that's subjective, but if you compare it to like a Tesamorelin or whatnot, in my opinion, it's cheaper because it's a big kit and it lasts for a long time. So if you break out the math, it's really about the same. Yeah. It really is. You take it a long time and, Tesamorelin would last, what is it, last 3 weeks? I don't know if I'm Yeah. I'll do some math by the time you're done talking to the HGH really isn't that expensive. It really isn't when you break the math down. Like you said, I use
29:17Speaker 4man, you're cruising. So another question I got literally today,
29:21Speaker 4I'm worried about the cancer side. I think I've said this before, but if you didn't hear me, let me say it again. I think you should worry more about Doritos and chips and all the crap seed oil foods a lot more than you should worry about HGH.
29:33Speaker 4The pros are going to highly outweigh the cons and anything like that. 2, I use as a low dose,
29:39Speaker 4it'll make you feel great.
29:40Speaker 4So keep that up. The cost is not what people say. The doe, the cancer stuff is just, I don't think people, people that, that I don't know where that came from so long ago, but I don't think it should be a worry at 2 IUs around that Mark.
29:54Speaker 4But other than that, you're going to be changing your life here in a few weeks, man. You're going to be feeling great. The
29:59Speaker 4HGH is going to take a long play. It's going take about 6 months, but you will notice that it's easier to burn fat
30:04Speaker 4around about 6 months.
30:06Speaker 5Those
30:07Speaker 52 are great, man. HGH and TRT, man. They're perfect together. Really on the doing the math. So I just took 100
30:14Speaker 5IU kit, I'm estimating about $450
30:17Speaker 5okay, for 100 IU kit. That will last you 50 days. So 50 days for 4 50. Then let's take Tesa Ipah blend, okay, 5 mg, 5 mg, and let's set a price tag of a $100.
30:29Speaker 5Okay?
30:30Speaker 5And
30:31Speaker 5that's kind of maybe that's a little, maybe it's cheaper.
30:35Speaker 5Sure. But,
30:36Speaker 5so a $100 and let's go with 0.5 a milligram a day. Okay. Of each of them. That means that bottle lasts you 10 days. Okay. And the bottle costs you a $100.
30:46Speaker 5So therefore AFT and so 50 days worth is $500 So the
30:52Speaker 5exogenous HGH is actually cheaper in this case. Now
30:56Speaker 5you need to plug some real world numbers in, but those are pretty easy. Those are pretty close. Think it's even more than a $100. There you go. And frankly, that 0.5 of a milligram, nothing. You're a grown man. I think that you really want to do a full milligram. Therefore that bottle lasts you 5 days. Therefore that bill is 1,003
31:13Speaker 5Yeah. There you go. There you go. And we both said HGH. There you go buddy. There you go. That helps man. But good stuff. Keep us Hey warriors. 1st of all, I got to say that how you 2 are doing God's work. Thank you. And changing the world for the better.
31:27Speaker 5I'm 21 year old male. I played, sports all my life and have been in the gym since I was 13. I have a strict workout schedule and fast daily 11 to 7, then a full 24 hour fast on Sunday. You're a disciplined person.
31:40Speaker 5I recently was noticing brain fog, low libido.
31:44Speaker 5So following your advice, I got a hormone test. My total test was 15.20.
31:52Speaker 5Okay.
31:53Speaker 5We're going have to, yeah. I did the math. Oh, you did. Okay. Good. Thank you. Was kind of curious. So what's that equal? So what was his test in nanograms per 4 38 nanograms per deciliter. So that, so you're either from Canada, Australia, like UK. So
32:05Speaker 4you're generally speaking, that's about in The U S 4
32:09Speaker 430
32:10Speaker 4tests, total tests.
32:12Speaker 4Job. At 21 dude. Yeah.
32:14Speaker 5Probably because, yeah. Anyway, but I'm concerned about how low my test is. Yep.
32:19Speaker 5I really want to bump it up. I'm really concerned about my fertility as I haven't had kids yet. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks again for all you guys Do stay hard.
32:28Speaker 5Like that. That's good.
32:30Speaker 5Go ahead, JD. So
32:32Speaker 4in the free test is,
32:36Speaker 4so nanomoles per liter is 0.263,
32:39Speaker 4which equals 9 or 8
32:41Speaker 4nanograms per deciliter in The United States. That is really low free testosterone. That means you're tired and you don't have less low, you have low sex drive.
32:49Speaker 4Feel exactly probably how the numbers are showing.
32:53Speaker 4Wow. 21. That is definitely loads. Definitely scares me more and more seeing these numbers. Men are not supposed to be living like that,
33:01Speaker 4but it can be fixed now.
33:04Speaker 4You're definitely young to be on testosterone replacement,
33:09Speaker 4but at the same time,
33:11Speaker 4you don't want to feel like shit and you work out a lot and you fast a lot and you do that. That's great.
33:18Speaker 4Man, that's a tough 1. I mean, I guess if it were me
33:22Speaker 4now, you've probably heard, I've gotten my wife pregnant twice on testosterone.
33:27Speaker 4So it can be done. You're young though. So being it on it in a very, very long time, I mean, Will and I've worked with people that are on a long time too, but man, 21 is my
33:37Speaker 4only real concern is you are so freaking young. But again, I would go, I try to go off really how I feel. And you probably just feel like shit dude. And that you're, you're healthy. You like to lift.
33:49Speaker 4You sound like us, man. You fell in love with it. You never stopped. Same thing.
33:53Speaker 4So you want to feel good, man. I'm gonna go out there and say, would probably get on TRT knowing
33:58Speaker 4that you can still stay fertile. You want to stay on HCG.
34:02Speaker 4I would probably recommend you run it at 1000 IUs Monday, Wednesday, Friday, right out the gate, because that will keep your fertility
34:10Speaker 4run. And even if you don't have a baby, generally speaking, you can kind of get away with it by staying fertile at 500 microgram or 500 IU, I mean, for HCG.
34:20Speaker 4But you being so young man and you want to make sure you keep that fertility out to go with 1000. Yeah. Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
34:25Speaker 4So that's a tough 1, man.
34:28Speaker 5That's my, that's my take. It's a rough 1 because you're so young. Here's the deal. I agree. Like you're 21. That's too young. I think that I do. I think that the your so overtraining,
34:37Speaker 5right?
34:38Speaker 5You can absolutely hurt a man's testosterone. All right. So there might, you gotta look at your lifestyle. Would just, let's look at lifestyle 1st. Would, and your nutrient intake, right? The fact that you are fasting a lot and,
34:50Speaker 5and dieting hard, I would actually kind of make sure that you're eating enough, right?
34:57Speaker 5Fat and carbs, I would kind of do maybe with
35:01Speaker 5what JD is doing right now
35:03Speaker 5because he couldn't sleep.
35:06Speaker 5I would,
35:08Speaker 5I would fast less right now. I'd try to go to some different eating habits. Okay. Like go to the, go to the,
35:14Speaker 5go to the small frequent meals for a little bit and, and,
35:18Speaker 5reduce
35:20Speaker 5excessive
35:21Speaker 5training
35:22Speaker 5and maybe excessive fasting.
35:24Speaker 5Cut out just part of 1 of those fasts that you do.
35:28Speaker 5Sure that your sleep is dialed in because JD will tell you like he's had a little trouble sleeping
35:33Speaker 5and there's a reason.
35:35Speaker 5So you might be having that issue. And if you're having that issue, then yes, that is absolutely going to hurt your test levels. And
35:43Speaker 5checking your like vitamins,
35:45Speaker 5zinc,
35:47Speaker 5magnesium,
35:48Speaker 5vitamin D, etcetera. If you're in The UK, maybe you need some vitamin D.
35:53Speaker 5It's kinda like it was in Seattle when I was there. And
35:57Speaker 5finally,
35:58Speaker 5in clomiphene shit,
36:00Speaker 5I would honestly, before I would jump on tests, I would run some, I would run like 25 mgs of clomiphene daily, even HCG by itself. Who knows like that? You just, it sounds like you're in a 20, 21.
36:11Speaker 4You just need a little, like, I think just a little kickstart and you never know what's going to happen. So that's what I would do 1st. Yeah, I think that if you dig a little deeper, maybe there's some stuff behind the scenes too. Like, well, like I said, I'm going to be telling you, I what's
36:24Speaker 4worked for me has worked for a very long time until it doesn't. And that's kind of what's been going on where, I mean, I've been on the carnivore diet for 5 years and I've loved it. There's never been a problem. I've been fasting for 10.
36:36Speaker 4But as Will said in the last, I don't know, no, 4 to 5 months, give or take, I sleep like shit. I fall asleep on a dime at 9 and then I wake up at like anywhere from 12 to 2 wide awake, can't go back to sleep. It sucks. I'm it's it compounds and gets to the point where like,
36:53Speaker 4I work a lot. It's been rough.
36:56Speaker 4So I've
36:57Speaker 4researched the hell out of it to try to figure out what the hell it was. I mean, I pulled all the peptides out. I've done so much lately to try to figure this son of bitch out. And here's what I've come up with and it kind of sounds logical with a lot of research in it. I might not be getting enough nutrients either, which sounds weird. I've fasted for so long and I've lived on these nutrients for a long time, the amount that I eat, but a lot of times I eat 1 time a day and
37:21Speaker 4I don't think that that's it is enough. That's why I'm going to the 5 meals. I'm going to shock the hell out of my system. I'm going to see if it helps me sleep.
37:29Speaker 4Your situation might not be the same as mine. It might not be sleep testosterone,
37:33Speaker 4but try
37:35Speaker 4some different stuff and just research the hell out of it. And then try this, try that, try that, And just figure it out sometimes for yourself to where, you know, we're all science project and that's 1 thing that Will and I are. We will dig into it and try different things to see what works until it doesn't. Like I said, it sucks because like, I'm very like robotic and now
37:55Speaker 1I'm like, rain man, v e r n is not working. Yeah.
38:00Speaker 5Here we are. 5 meals a day now. But you gotta do something, dude. It sounds like, yeah, your life isn't right, but the the brain fog the brain fog and low energy and and, like, that's not good. So let's do some, make some changes. Yeah. And, and kind of track those changes and just listen to your body.
38:16Speaker 5Okay. Cause you got a lot of changes that could happen. Yep. You're young man. You're resilient. Yeah, absolutely.
38:21Speaker 5Okay.
38:23Speaker 4You're reading. You're up. What's
38:27Speaker 4up guys? Absolutely love the podcast and the new school community. We forgot to talk about that. You're the reason my wife finally agreed to let me start TRT. Love it. 43 year old total test was $3.35.
38:38Speaker 4Woah. Fried says 21 and currently in week 3. We both use low dose Reta with great results. I just started Tessa 0.5 mg 7
38:48Speaker 4days a week, then going to a full mg and Ipamorelin
38:52Speaker 40.25.
38:53Speaker 4Also currently on MOTS C,
38:55Speaker 41 mg daily,
38:58Speaker 4the wife is interested in the benefits she would see using Tessa Ipi combo,
39:04Speaker 4wondering the best dosage would be for her and if dosing
39:08Speaker 4I plan to implement looks proper,
39:10Speaker 4slowly working on adding more peptides as a budget allows. Thank you for the feedback. God bless.
39:17Speaker 4Good stuff. What do you want to do? Like,
39:20Speaker 5yeah, good for her. And I guess good for us for making you, hopefully you'll start for the TRT thing. That's awesome. Yeah. She should let you do it. Good for her. But, and you're still, I mean, heck, you're, you said you're 3 weeks in and your total test is currently 3 35
39:35Speaker 5free test 21. You got a ways to go. Right? And it's just, just started. I mean, I don't, I'm scared to know what it was when you started.
39:43Speaker 1Think that's
39:44Speaker 5where it started. Really? Okay, maybe total was this and then currently in 3 3
39:50Speaker 5changing that, I guess. Okay. Well,
39:52Speaker 5good. Keep going, man. Week 3, you're just about feeling the bill, just about feeling the test.
39:58Speaker 5You, I mean, shit, your Retta,
40:01Speaker 5that's awesome.
40:03Speaker 5Your Tesa going up to 1 mg and 0.25.
40:06Speaker 5Okay. So here's the thing. I would say that as a man, I think you can increase your Ipamorelin,
40:13Speaker 5to a mg and then, you know, I don't know. I could, you could experiment getting up to 1 MIG of Ipra also instead of 0.25. I think for your wife starting it since you have, well,
40:23Speaker 5the wife should do the Tessa Ipra and if you have them separate for women, it's kind of a good idea to go a little bit lower on the IpA because that's
40:32Speaker 5just like enhancing
40:34Speaker 5these pulses. Women,
40:36Speaker 5if you're going to have side effects, a lot of it is water retention and women definitely do not like when you need water retention. Okay? Because it just makes you look plump, more plump. So if your
40:46Speaker 5dose is a little bit high, you'll start seeing some water retention.
40:49Speaker 5If that is the case, then just lower the doses and then slowly
40:53Speaker 5come back up. So for
40:56Speaker 5your wife, I'd say, let's start her. If you're doing them as separates, maybe shit. Point,
41:02Speaker 5if you want to be really conservative,
41:04Speaker 50.25
41:05Speaker 5of the tests, I'd probably just start her at 0.5.
41:08Speaker 5And Ipamorelin, I'd probably, you know,
41:11Speaker 50.1,
41:12Speaker 50.2
41:13Speaker 5to 0.25 starting.
41:15Speaker 5Maybe max her out at about 0.5 of the Ipah and
41:19Speaker 5maybe 1 of Tessa if you want to. But you if you're getting them the blend,
41:24Speaker 5sorry, they gotta be the same doses. Right? If they're both 5 meg Migs and 5 Migs,
41:29Speaker 0I would start Propel fitness water with Gatorade electrolytes,
41:33Speaker 00 sugar, and vitamins. Propel hydrates better than water to help you get the most out of your workout and get back to your best self. What propels you? Propel with Gatorade Electrolytes.
41:46Speaker 5Both at
41:47Speaker 5for her, let's start both at 0.5, to be honest. If
41:51Speaker 5she's got some if she gets water retention from there, you back it up to 0.25, 0.25.
41:55Speaker 5If it gets water retention from there, you're gonna have to get it in 2 separate, so Tesamorelin bottle and an Ipamorelin bottle and start the Ipamorelin really low,
42:03Speaker 5102 hundred micrograms. So I don't know if that was helpful, but
42:08Speaker 5it's in the benefits you would see the Tesla, but she's going to see a lot, right?
42:13Speaker 5Increased ability to add muscle, but not, she's not going to turn into a bodybuilder. Okay. That's what women think that, but they're, she's not, she's not just pop these huge muscles out. Out.
42:24Speaker 5Will burn fat faster. Her metabolism will go up or her, and it will attack visceral fat in her abdominal
42:30Speaker 5fat, which is awesome.
42:33Speaker 5Like over time. So these are the cool thing here is like over time, Hey, the wrinkles starting to kind of go away, right? Your skin
42:40Speaker 5gets a little bit more vibrant.
42:42Speaker 5You start to look younger.
42:44Speaker 5This is, you know, 6 months a year, then 2 years, then 3 years. Yeah.
42:48Speaker 5Even on the secretagogs, but in secretagogs, it's still kind of a cycle break, cycle break. Whereas if it's if we're talking just real HGH, it's it's just
42:57Speaker 5do it forever.
42:59Speaker 5And watch yourself, you know, make sure your blood sugar is not getting too high and etcetera.
43:03Speaker 5But
43:04Speaker 5but the longer you're on way better, better it goes. Yeah. But it looks like you guys are on the right path. I think that have
43:11Speaker 5her do it. There's not shit.
43:12Speaker 4I wouldn't be worried 1 little bit about her doing it. Was too less. For women, it goes a long way. A little bit goes a long way. So we did, let me just pick up on what they said. We do. We meant to say that in the beginning. We do have a new school
43:25Speaker 4warrior platform, which has been great. It's grown a little bit quicker than we were even expecting.
43:30Speaker 4I think so many people are seeking just
43:33Speaker 4information on peptides.
43:35Speaker 4You don't know what that is, it's a platform that we've built. We built it. So people are going on there. They are posting stuff.
43:42Speaker 4Are chiming in answering questions. It's not just us. We don't even have the time to answer all the questions on there, but the whole objective was to bring people off of social media where they just it's heavily, heavily,
43:53Speaker 4heavily, heavily, heavily watched. I was dinged again for post a year ago. It's crazy.
43:58Speaker 4It's just, that's just old. Everybody's sick of that, I think. So you're able to talk freely and everybody supports each other. It's amazing. It's done better than we expected. So Warrior
44:08Speaker 4Elite,
44:08Speaker 4Warrior Maker platform on school, you'll find School. K O
44:12Speaker 10 L.
44:13Speaker 4In
44:14Speaker 4regards to the 2nd thing, I'm stoked just to hear that we had some
44:20Speaker 4help with your wife kind of open your eyes to the fact that testosterone is a good thing.
44:25Speaker 4There's so many men now, things are starting to change and so many people are coming around, not even just for men,
44:31Speaker 4women are starting to take testosterone and it's changing their lives just like men. So I'm glad that that big wall of just,
44:41Speaker 4incorrectness
44:42Speaker 4is broken down because it's been there forever.
44:45Speaker 4Will and I have been talking about this stuff for a
44:48Speaker 4lot longer than we've had this podcast. Let me tell you that. And it's funny how some guys still go, don't tell my wife or don't tell anybody I'm with testosterone.
44:55Speaker 4Dude, this is a good thing. So anyways, we're glad that we were helped with that. I'm going to go a little bit different. I'm going to say for your bride,
45:02Speaker 4I like the Tessa alone. I like to put my bride on it, Tessa alone and,
45:07Speaker 4just a 1 make, I think would do wonders for her. 1 make of Tessa at night. It'll burn that little belly fat. If she's got a little pooch there, it really focuses on that. And,
45:18Speaker 5I would start there. So that's my recommendation. A Tesa for women. That's good. Good idea. Actually not a bad, not a bad suggestion. Hope that helps. All right.
45:29Speaker 5I think this is me. All right. Question. Chloe from Australia. What's up, my
45:35Speaker 5mom, 48. I
45:38Speaker 5don't mean to make fun of you. It's just, we don't say it like that. But so my mom, 48, myself,
45:43Speaker 548 myself,
45:45Speaker 5Chloe, 25 have gone crazy on peptides.
45:48Speaker 5For you. I started my journey 7 weeks ago on Retta and BPC TB
45:53Speaker 5at 150
45:55Speaker 5kg and currently 138
45:57Speaker 5kg.
45:58Speaker 5Good for you. I have just started stacking GHK-
46:02Speaker 5week 3 currently and Tesamorelin
46:04Speaker 5going into week 2. I'm wanting to know the following. Okay.
46:08Speaker 5Are,
46:09Speaker 5are my stacks okay? Tessa 5
46:13Speaker 5days on and 2 days off, or should I go every day? Every day it needs to be done in a very consistent basis. The only reason you go 5 on 2 off is to save money.
46:23Speaker 5It's old like trick G is passed down from long time ago for doing HGH, right?
46:28Speaker 5Not, that's, that is a myth and so
46:32Speaker 5every day will be much more effective. Okay.
46:36Speaker 5Every day. So should I do it every day? Yes. Okay. And then when does Tessa
46:40Speaker 5kick in or start to roll
46:42Speaker 5with targeting the visceral fat? My mom, 48, who started Reta for heavy inflammation
46:49Speaker 5and perimenopause
46:50Speaker 5symptoms is always
46:51Speaker 5strength trained and focused on body recomp and always eaten at 100% on point. She's also been on HRT gel
46:58Speaker 5for the last year and 0.5, but it's made minimal gains and still felt like shit.
47:04Speaker 54 weeks ago, she started at 60.9
47:07Speaker 5kg and currently 50 55.8.
47:10Speaker 5She's also just started BPC TB. The Reta has exceeded her expectations on how she's been feeling.
47:17Speaker 5On, my mom has been looking into MOTS-3C and the additional benefits of that to support her menopause. In general, will MOTS-3C Be a good addition to her to add her to her stack to support para menopause symptoms. We both are fans of your podcasts. Appreciate all the information as it has helped us guide through with our peptide journey.
47:34Speaker 5Damn. Good job. Good. Thank you for the message. And those were like, I mean, look, those are real questions.
47:40Speaker 5You've thought this stuff out. Right. And tried. So
47:44Speaker 5I answered every day for the Tesa.
47:48Speaker 5I mean, I'd say 3 to 6 weeks on the test orelin,
47:51Speaker 5working,
47:52Speaker 5attacking visceral fat and seeing just generally kind of seeing results. Now visceral fat is inside you. You don't see that. But I'd say about 3 to 6 weeks.
48:03Speaker 5I would go 12 weeks like consistent.
48:06Speaker 5Don't look back and just put your head down and just
48:09Speaker 5do it no matter what for 12 weeks. Okay. Don't
48:12Speaker 5think, don't be sitting there waiting daily for, Oh, did I see some results?
48:16Speaker 5It's not going to work like that. It just, these are peptides. These need to be done consistently for a longer time. I'd say 3 to 4 months, really.
48:25Speaker 5The most part, right? We nail Reta works a bit faster.
48:31Speaker 5You know, your mom, MOTS-3C, could be helpful.
48:34Speaker 5And I
48:36Speaker 5think so. She's already doing Retatrutide. I'm just wondering, you said still feels like shit on the gel.
48:41Speaker 5I never said, never heard that you said she started to feel like shit. So I don't really know why she's feeling like shit.
48:49Speaker 5Okay. That's, I guess that is 1 question I don't know. I don't, I do think the MOTS-3C cannot hurt. It can increase her like metabolic flexibility.
48:57Speaker 5Sounds like she trains a lot and has been doing that forever. And, and, and people who have trained for a long time have really kind of beaten down their body. The way,
49:06Speaker 5they may look like they're in shape, but sometimes it's,
49:10Speaker 5there may be some kind of metabolic damage for a lot of, you know, some, some big like weight loss or muscle gain periods.
49:17Speaker 5So I think MOTS-1s): Will be good for her. But
49:20Speaker 5in consistency in time,
49:24Speaker 5I don't, I think that answered your questions,
49:26Speaker 5but you keep going and keep messaging us
49:29Speaker 4Yeah. But different things. Can give you some different ideas. Yeah. We're big in Australia. We love, we appreciate you guys. You guys are all listening out there. We get to hear from them all the time. Appreciate that. So yeah, I think that, your mom, your mom should,
49:41Speaker 4kick the
49:42Speaker 4cream to the curb for sure. And just use the actual testosterone.
49:47Speaker 4That stuff that's this stuff sucks, man. Do you know what I mean? Like nobody likes that stuff. It don't even really work.
49:53Speaker 4Don't know how much you're really getting the gel just sucks. Skit on TRT. That's probably a fix right there. She'll feel great in a couple of weeks to do that when it comes to premenopause.
50:03Speaker 4The
50:05Speaker 4easiest way for anybody is just to attack the symptoms. What are some of the symptoms like for a lack of a way to better way to say it, you know, dryness down below. So you got PT-one hundred 41 would help down there. Skin
50:17Speaker 4can be kind of flaky, whatnot. You can have GHK-3C
50:20Speaker 4should be added into that. NAD should be added into that for just
50:25Speaker 4like cellular energy. I mean, there's a reason why all the movie stars take NAD and HGH because they freaking work. Anti ages are amazing and especially for perimenopause.
50:35Speaker 4NAD is amazing.
50:36Speaker 4The MOTS-1C will be great. You can add in, we'll know this SS-thirty 1 on top of that would light those 2 on fire.
50:43Speaker 4But again, you just attack where,
50:45Speaker 4what the problem is, right? If it's skin and GHK-
50:48Speaker 4if it's like cellular energy NAD,
50:51Speaker 4MOTS-thirty
50:52Speaker 41, those are going to work with that type of stuff.
50:55Speaker 4Also, if you can get it out there,
50:58Speaker 4the cream, the
50:59Speaker 4face cream, the GHK-
51:02Speaker 4I don't know if you can get the SNAP-8GHK-3C
51:04Speaker 4face cream out there, but that'll help in regards to some of that stuff and aging and things like that.
51:10Speaker 4That's a bunch to throw at you. But again, just see what the problem is and how you feel. And there's usually a peptide to fix that. So
51:18Speaker 4that's
51:19Speaker 4a permitted pause stack that we'd put together that I just kind of ran through quickly, but that'll help.
51:26Speaker 4A TRT, that's the TRT. Get on some TRT. Even if it's the pellets, I don't know if you guys have that out in Australia. A lot of people, some people like them, some people don't. They're easy for women because they can kind of control it a little bit better, but it's a tiny little bit.
51:39Speaker 5But yeah, get rid of the gel. I think that you should, like NAD is a great suggestion. I think that a few others peptides
51:47Speaker 5for
51:48Speaker 5your mom,
51:49Speaker 5never know. Like we talked about with the MOTS-1C, like you just might, she might do NAD and just might go, boom, changes her life because
51:56Speaker 5she's deficient in that. Right?
51:59Speaker 5But you don't know until you try. So I would, I would for sure add NAD as well.
52:04Speaker 5That seems to,
52:06Speaker 5I don't know. I like it and a lot of people love that stuff. Probably 7 minute pause is probably the best. Yeah.
52:12Speaker 5So
52:14Speaker 5you're up.
52:15Speaker 4Love the show guys. You guys do awesome at breaking down what has worked for you. My question is I started using NAD plus and have heard that I needed to start my cycle with a 7 day loading cycle of a 100
52:29Speaker 4each morning. Well, I did this for 7 days straight and immediately felt tingling,
52:34Speaker 4nausea, hungry,
52:36Speaker 4and a little off. On the 7th day, went in for my quarterly blood test for my testosterone
52:42Speaker 4therapy as
52:43Speaker 4I was being checked and the nurse claimed my blood pressure was abnormally
52:47Speaker 4low to 75 over 85. I'm wondering, can NAD cause low blood pressure?
52:53Speaker 4I have also been using Selank and Cmax 300 micrograms of each
52:58Speaker 4in 1 mg of the MOTS- C every morning. Also, the NAD was definitely what made me feel off. I since cut down our back to 25
53:07Speaker 4micrograms
53:09Speaker 4and
53:10Speaker 4milligrams daily.
53:12Speaker 4And what do you guys
53:14Speaker 4recommend?
53:15Speaker 5All right. I can get you this 1, dude. This is obvious. Hell yeah. That was way too much to start. 100
53:21Speaker 4mg
53:23Speaker 5is
53:23Speaker 5like a lot and daily is a lot too. So I, so I really, I think that about like 25, I think 25 to 50 mg,
53:32Speaker 53 days a week
53:34Speaker 5is kind of where a person should be with sub Q NAD.
53:37Speaker 5Right.
53:38Speaker 5100
53:39Speaker 5Migs to start off, dude. I'm surprised that, yeah, of course, dude, you didn't get like just the frozen and tingly, like overwhelming
53:47Speaker 5freak
53:48Speaker 5out, but you may have, but you handled it well.
53:51Speaker 5Yeah, because that happens.
53:53Speaker 5I would go, I just don't think your body,
53:56Speaker 5I think more isn't necessarily good at that point. It's not really doing
54:00Speaker 5diminishing
54:01Speaker 5returns.
54:03Speaker 5So here's what I think it's 25 mg
54:06Speaker 5to 50 mg. Like if you're a bigger male, Hey, we can get up towards 50 mg,
54:11Speaker 53 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday,
54:13Speaker 5and roll with that for a long time. Yeah. K.
54:17Speaker 5So there's that, dude. Your Cmax and Selank, I could you could bump those up a bit or the Cmax at least. Yeah. You said 300 mgs of each. I'd maybe, oh, 300 mgs of each and 1 to make 1
54:28Speaker 5MIG MOTSY morning, every morning. Correct. That's what I do.
54:32Speaker 5The C MAX C Lank, you could go to 500 mgs, maybe even 7 50, but I think that too is a more of as a diminishing returns and more and more you do have that isn't necessarily better.
54:43Speaker 5I could bump, bump those a bit up, but yeah, NAD, you are right.
54:47Speaker 5Drop her down. Yeah. A 100. Wow. That's a lot. I've done a lot of NAD and I've never done that much. I mean, I think he nailed it. I want to be super redundant.
54:57Speaker 55 to 50. That's like, I do it daily. I'm not doing it right now. When I do it, I take kind of use it as a coffee around 02:00. Good friend of ours suggested it and it worked great. And I would do 50.
55:08Speaker 5So it worked for me, but I'd been doing it for a while before I did that. So try that maybe, maybe like Will said either 3 days a week at 25 or daily. I think you could get away with it because you were doing a shit ton in the beginning. Hundreds a lot.
55:21Speaker 4Yeah. And then move your way up. Like you said, you're going to waste it, you know, you're gonna waste it. So don't waste it. Just 20 5 to 50 golden.
55:29Speaker 5That's a golden ticket. It there. All right. So I'm currently on 15 mg of tirzepatide. Okay. This is like the
55:36Speaker 5max dose. I want to switch to Reta as you should. We, would you guys do it? So I'm scared to regain the weight, but I'm currently on a plateau. I work out 3 days a week and I'm currently on 100
55:48Speaker 5Migs per week, split into 2 doses, 50 Migs and 50 Migs. Also taking CJC Ipam,
55:54Speaker 557205.
55:56Speaker 5I was 2 0 2 pounds before starting TRT 9 weeks ago.
56:00Speaker 5Okay.
56:01Speaker 5So I was lost 3 pounds in 9 weeks on TRT.
56:05Speaker 5Could it be that I'm just gaining muscle and that's why my numbers are flat going up? I went from benching 80 pounds to 150
56:12Speaker 5in 4 months. I started DRT and jumped to 170,
56:17Speaker 55 sets, 10 reps. My 2 rep max now is 2 0 5. I do feel stronger
56:23Speaker 5and have more definition, but still got a belly. Is Reta right for me or is there a different stack you would recommend? Thanks from South Florida. Alright. So
56:33Speaker 5obviously
56:35Speaker 5your the testosterone is working.
56:38Speaker 5Right? You've like doubled your bench press. Okay.
56:42Speaker 5Which is amazing.
56:44Speaker 5And so like, yo,
56:45Speaker 5my guess is that you are losing weight. You just have some water retention going down like with maybe the CGC IPA and testosterone,
56:55Speaker 5if you pull that water out, you might look like a
56:58Speaker 5this is just maybe because I can't see you, but
57:02Speaker 5there's a very good chance that your body is recompositioning.
57:05Speaker 5And because of just because of that strength gain, I have to think that you're putting muscle on. Like, duh. Right?
57:12Speaker 5And you and and the fact that you've lost 3 pounds. So you've lost 3 pounds
57:17Speaker 5and your bench rest has doubled.
57:20Speaker 5That means
57:21Speaker 5that you have probably burnt a lot of fat and gained a lot of muscle. It's the only thing I can deduce,
57:26Speaker 5but you don't see that.
57:28Speaker 5Right?
57:29Speaker 5Because muscle is hard to to get and you lost 3 pounds shit where we know you've gained some muscle.
57:35Speaker 5So I don't know. I have to think that maybe you got some water retention going on that is like hiding your
57:41Speaker 5good leanness from you.
57:44Speaker 5I would lower, I would take some REMDAX, see if that's the case. Are you experiencing any other estrogen, estrogenic side effects? Any, any acne on your shoulders, dotted out nipple sensitivity and water retention?
57:56Speaker 5If so, try to take some Remdex
57:59Speaker 5maybe 3 days a week, like a 1 pill Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 1 mg. See if it does anything.
58:06Speaker 5Other
58:07Speaker 5than that, how do you switch from Tirz to Retta?
58:11Speaker 5I would kind of,
58:13Speaker 5if I could just visually show this, you're on this much Tirzepatide is like Max.
58:18Speaker 5Decrease this as much as you increase this. So
58:22Speaker 5start with 2.5 mg of this and start with
58:27Speaker 512.5
58:28Speaker 5mg of this. Right? So we added 2.5, took 2.5 away and
58:33Speaker 5do that kind of weekly.
58:35Speaker 5So it's like this weekly.
58:38Speaker 4Yeah. So we're fully over to the Reta. Yeah. Does that make sense? Yeah. Makes sense. That's that it's a tough 1. Mean, there's an exact sign. That's
58:46Speaker 4a rough 1. We've been, we come across it a lot. There's different ways that we've tried to help people. And I don't think there's an exact way so that worked So try that.
58:56Speaker 4Stack looks good. I mean,
58:58Speaker 4you could be
59:00Speaker 4converting to estrogen and you could try
59:02Speaker 4to sell us general propionate.
59:04Speaker 4Sip can
59:05Speaker 4hold some water. I mean, I don't think you're taking that much, but it's possible.
59:10Speaker 4So that's 1 thing you could go to the test P and
59:12Speaker 4that would be a little bit better, but he's 100 megs per week. That's really
59:17Speaker 5also just takes time, bro. Like how old are you? How long did it take you to build that belly? Right? I bet it took longer than 4 months. Yeah. Took a while. It just takes some time, dude. That's the last thing to go is your stomach. Right? Yeah. We all get lean from toes and 4 and tops ahead 1st.
59:32Speaker 5As we get leaner and better shape, right? Those are the things that start leaning out. Right? What's the last to go is basically your lower
59:38Speaker 5stomach and your love handles. Last and hardest thing. People are like, well, but my shoulders are looking lean. Yes. So are my calves. Yep.
59:46Speaker 4Because those get lean 1st. When we were, when I working with people like on diet mainly,
59:51Speaker 4a lot of people would be not losing weight because they'd get on the scale. They're so addicted to the damn scale,
59:57Speaker 4but I would tell them send me a picture, which I did every Friday, and then I would send that, I would do a side by side and send it to him. Now I would say, do you look different? Because you do to me. And you lose it in your belt buckle sometimes 1st. Like you didn't gain all this weight at 1 time. It's not, you know, we want, we're in humans are instant gratification.
1:00:15Speaker 4We want it now.
1:00:17Speaker 4Right? It just, it is what it is, but go just kind of stay on course to what you're doing. Now you can do some add ons to kind of expedite some of this, you know, as you do it, you can add on, you know, HGH,
1:00:27Speaker 4like we said, that will start to burn that belly fat too and like kind of a perpetuity type deal,
1:00:34Speaker 4Or if you don't want to do the HGH, a secretagogue would help or
1:00:38Speaker 4a 5 Amino-1MQ
1:00:40Speaker 4or a SLU-3.3,
1:00:42Speaker 4or
1:00:43Speaker 4any of the fat burners on top of what you're doing would do well. And there's a lot of AOD, 5 minute 1 MQ, SLU-PP-three 32.
1:00:51Speaker 4Those are just 2, you could do like L Carnitine and there's tons of them. So you could add a little bit on there if you want to inject less, just get the sublingual SLU and those are great. I love them. That. Yeah.
1:01:04Speaker 5Keep going dude. Don't know your age, but like,
1:01:08Speaker 5yeah, a 100 megs a
1:01:10Speaker 5isn't a 100 megs a week really isn't a lot. If
1:01:14Speaker 5we do think it is water retention, maybe try to like slowly lower your, your security dogs and then slowly increase them. You just might see something's going on.
1:01:23Speaker 5I don't see how you got so much stronger without
1:01:26Speaker 5you had to have lost, you had to have burned fat and gain a lot of muscle. All right.
1:01:30Speaker 4Last 1. You're up. I'm up. All right. Gentlemen, love the show. Loving the new platform. Awesome. Appreciate all that you are, you and your team do. My question is
1:01:41Speaker 4I'm currently taking 20 to 30 Migs daily of Adderall for ADHD
1:01:46Speaker 4and curious how much this could potentially overwork my system or counteract
1:01:51Speaker 4some of the supplements I'm using currently
1:01:54Speaker 4running Reta, MOTS- C, NAD, BPC,
1:01:58Speaker 4TB blend, Tessa,
1:01:59Speaker 4CJC Ipah blend, adding in GHKCU.
1:02:03Speaker 4Just looking to optimize things and make sure I'm
1:02:07Speaker 4over, I'm not overdoing it. Would love to get to a point where the Adderall is only used for high stakes days at work as needed,
1:02:16Speaker 4but minimally on the other days. Thanks. That's a good question. We don't have that. That's legit question.
1:02:23Speaker 5JD and I have experimented with our share of drugs.
1:02:27Speaker 5Adderall is a drug. It's an amphetamine, but
1:02:30Speaker 5I think that 20 to 30 mg isn't very much.
1:02:33Speaker 1I don't know.
1:02:36Speaker 5So what is Adderall? It's a stimulant. Okay. So what do we know about stimulants? It's
1:02:42Speaker 5basically it's tightening up all your blood vessels, so blood is not flowing as well. You feel this, like,
1:02:49Speaker 5of tightened shrubble up kind of feeling. It's like when you take way too much pre workout.
1:02:54Speaker 5So
1:02:55Speaker 5it's not allowing as much blood flow to go around. I almost think the biggest worry is it puts you in this. It's gonna increase your your heart rate. It just makes you age faster and puts you in this kind of a more like on edge stressful state.
1:03:09Speaker 5And that the less blood flow and
1:03:14Speaker 5it is going to decrease
1:03:16Speaker 5recovery a little bit. Okay? For not getting as much blood to these muscles,
1:03:21Speaker 5we're not getting as much nutrients and as much oxygen to them. And that
1:03:25Speaker 5is a slight problem, but I still think that 20 to 30 mg a day isn't that much.
1:03:31Speaker 5Isn't that much to really be causing a problem. Isn't that much to really be
1:03:36Speaker 5making you age a whole lot more? Now I would try modafinil instead of Adderall. I think we don't want to be on Adderall. Right? It is a
1:03:45Speaker 5there's there's some things that that are just better.
1:03:48Speaker 5And I don't know. I don't like the I don't like the feel of Adderall.
1:03:52Speaker 5I just don't like how that feels. I don't like the stimulants all by themselves.
1:03:56Speaker 5But if you do, good for you, but maybe even more reason to not wanna not do it because you might like it too much. But modafinil is a good replacer so is maybe Semax.
1:04:05Speaker 5Right? Cmax and these other nootropics
1:04:08Speaker 5are perfect
1:04:09Speaker 5for people wanting to get off of this,
1:04:12Speaker 5like these actual
1:04:14Speaker 5narcotic stimulants.
1:04:15Speaker 1So
1:04:16Speaker 5I don't think it's that bad, but I think you're a 100% right with trying to get rid of it, get it off of you,
1:04:22Speaker 5get out of you,
1:04:23Speaker 5and do less and less. And I do think it's impeding, you know, results a little bit, mostly in the recovery end
1:04:30Speaker 5because of less blood flow. So like, you know, when people get pre workouts and they get a pre workout that's
1:04:35Speaker 5ultra high stim and ultra high pump,
1:04:38Speaker 5like, sorry guys, it's just a marketing deal because those counteract each other. Right? The high stim is gonna re is gonna constrict blood vessels. The high pump is gonna try and open them. So if you just blast this thing full of both,
1:04:50Speaker 5we're, we're, what vessels are same size.
1:04:53Speaker 5It's not helpful. So,
1:04:55Speaker 5I don't know. This is an extra little bit of info, but that's yeah. What you got? All
1:05:00Speaker 4right. I'm going to go a little bit different. I'm going to I'm big on abstinence on that stuff, man. I'm obviously sober and I've been through a lot of stiff shit, as you say.
1:05:09Speaker 4I think we could really start to reboot our mind once we do some things that can replace that, which is like meditation,
1:05:16Speaker 4helping
1:05:17Speaker 4people like those things center us and they center our souls. Now they take work.
1:05:22Speaker 4You're probably thinking you need the Adderall, right? Whether you do or you don't, you do think that and
1:05:27Speaker 4you can break the cycle and you can replace what you think that you need with other things that are a lot more healthy.
1:05:35Speaker 4So again, I'm going to do that route with you, man.
1:05:38Speaker 4Peptides are going to be great. Do I think it's hindering you? Yeah, I think so. I think any type of narcotic or like alcohol is going to not let those shine as well. You're spending a lot of money. Why don't you get the best bang for your buck?
1:05:51Speaker 4And why don't you try this? Why don't you try to get off at or off? You can't. You might need to. Let's just like get really to the jugular. But again,
1:05:59Speaker 4to get somewhat AA on your recovery,
1:06:04Speaker 4you can find so much peace that we don't find by helping other people by
1:06:09Speaker 4just doing for others and not looking for anything in return.
1:06:13Speaker 4You know, like I said, meditation
1:06:15Speaker 4and just breaking the old cycle of the thing that you think that you need, because
1:06:21Speaker 4I'm under the belief that God knows what he's doing, and I don't think any of us necessarily need narcotics in any form. Now, there will be some exceptions, of course, schizophrenic
1:06:32Speaker 4and all that stuff. I don't know much about that stuff. Anyways,
1:06:35Speaker 4there's exceptions to every rule, but that's my take, man. We're sober. We talk about it all the time. I'm just a huge fan of abstinence in all forms,
1:06:44Speaker 4and you can replace that drug with something that will be a lot better. If you have any more questions, use the DM. We'd love to talk to you. Yeah. Everybody else check out the school app. It's K O 0 L. I think that we'll put a
1:06:57Speaker 1link under. Yeah. If you guys love it, this podcast,
1:07:00Speaker 4you guys will love it. I mean, it's like the people are just
1:07:04Speaker 4rallying around each other, lifting each other. There's been a couple of dickheads on there. We boot them off. We're very clear. There's no marketing of it. Our platform is you're not going to come and market anything. We
1:07:14Speaker 4answer questions, you give your experience and we, it's just, there's strength in numbers types and you'll enjoy it. Plus we have all the dosage protocols on there.
1:07:23Speaker 5We'll keep that for every time. We're all, we're
1:07:28Speaker 5we're adding different like conditions,
1:07:30Speaker 5different protocols for all types of different conditions that people go through,
1:07:34Speaker 5You know, different
1:07:36Speaker 5stacks based on who you are, what you need,
1:07:39Speaker 5and that are pretty in-depth that nobody else is putting out there. So yeah, a lot of good resources out there. Stuff.
1:07:45Speaker 4Next week, I don't know. We haven't decided what we're gonna do for the pep 10 of the week. We record that on Friday,
1:07:51Speaker 4and, I guess we'll see you then.
1:07:53Speaker 5Good night.
