0:39Speaker 1What's up, my friends? Welcome back to the Peptide of the Week podcast. I'm your host, JD Denham.
0:45Speaker 1Like always,
0:46Speaker 1like always, my co host, Mr. William T. T.
0:50Speaker 1Has crossed the way. What's up, my brother? What's up, my man? Happy Friday. It's Friday? Yep. It's Friday, man. I'm excited, dude. So tomorrow
1:00Speaker 1I got Sky
1:02Speaker 1to come in and she's going to take care of my boys and my wife and I got a hotel
1:06Speaker 1for the 1st time ever, for the 1st time since Mason has been born. So looking forward to having some husband and wife time and hanging out and just having a conversation without a 4 year old screaming.
1:17Speaker 1And if an 18 old crying, so looking forward to it. So it's gonna be a good weekend. That's awesome. Yeah. That's awesome. What do got going?
1:26Speaker 0I guess on Saturday, I guess I have
1:29Speaker 0have River all day long, and I'm gonna bring him here. Alright.
1:33Speaker 0Bring a
1:34Speaker 0bring a tennis ball or something. Let him just bounce the ball against the concrete walls all day long.
1:39Speaker 0We won't be here all day, but, you know, we have to come come in tomorrow. But
1:44Speaker 0so, yeah,
1:45Speaker 0I got him all day and
1:47Speaker 0Good for you, he usually just wants to run around and and ask me to
1:51Speaker 0let him try and juke him or
1:53Speaker 0let him juke me.
1:55Speaker 0That's right. And I ended up just tackling him, pushing him over.
1:59Speaker 0They do this so this is kinda cool. So he's got his football game tonight. So like at every at the
2:05Speaker 0parties after the football season,
2:08Speaker 0they
2:09Speaker 0line up and essentially do like an Oklahoma drill, but the kid against the parent. Right?
2:14Speaker 0So you have like mom
2:16Speaker 0and then the kid,
2:19Speaker 010 foot parameter and then about 10 feet to run-in, and the kid tries to juke. And mom goes and just
2:26Speaker 0tackles the out of him, which is awesome. But some of kids juke their mom if mom's unathletic,
2:33Speaker 0but it's kind of fun. Is Ali athletic?
2:36Speaker 1My
2:37Speaker 1wife is very not. So the funny funny quick little story, and we'll get into this. So when I 1st started dating Alyssa, you know, we went to the movies at Triangle Square, you know, and we parked across the street
2:47Speaker 1and we were running across the street to get to the movie theater and I just kind of started dating her. I didn't know much about her. We were running across the street and there was this car coming and we had to run.
2:58Speaker 1My wife,
2:59Speaker 1you got to ask her to run next time you see her. She runs like a giraffe, dude. She runs like this. I was looking at her and I met her. I'm like, What the hell are you doing,
3:09Speaker 1My wife runs very awkwardly like a giraffe. So next time you see her, have her run. She'll know. She'll laugh because I always I always make a joke. That's really funny. Don't I'll ask her. Because she's not like she's not tall.
3:21Speaker 0You would think that she could be, like, compact and and Goofy. She's goofy. That's interesting. No. Ally's really athletic. She played college volleyball. Was the she's not tall, obviously, but she was the, what do they call it, libero.
3:32Speaker 0So you're like the the shorter athletic person with a different colored shirt on in girls volleyball that stands in the middle, and your job is basically just to, like, dig and set up the tall girls to
3:44Speaker 0Spike it. Ball over the net. Nice.
3:47Speaker 0But she is athletic. Like, it's she throws a football better than a lot of men that I've seen. There you go. So have her ask have Ally ask Alyssa to go on a run with her. Yeah, I'm gonna yeah, that'd be great.
3:58Speaker 1It is when you see Alyssa ask that, she'll laugh because she knows that I had told you that. So but we'll get into this for you guys and know what you came here to get go through these q
4:07Speaker 1questions. I like this episode. It's always fun to go through this. We glanced
4:12Speaker 1through the questions just to see what we had on our plate, and they're good questions, man. And I'll start us off. What do you think? Yeah, go ahead. All right, question number 1. Currently using CJC
4:23Speaker 1and Ipamorelin to build muscle, looking to shred for maybe 8 weeks soon.
4:29Speaker 1Thoughts on Retatruta,
4:31Speaker 1micro dosing Reta, suggestions,
4:34Speaker 1dosage Monday,
4:35Speaker 1Wednesday, Friday, question mark, and dosage for Tesa
4:39Speaker 1both at night and Tesa 5 days on, 2 days off.
4:44Speaker 1Thanks for your advice.
4:47Speaker 0Oh, yeah.
4:50Speaker 0So my thoughts on Tesa is that
4:53Speaker 0I think that's awesome. Again, it is the 1 that is literally FDA proven to or approved to
5:01Speaker 0target belly fat, which is the holy grail of supplements for anybody who's been
5:07Speaker 0trying to burn fat in their stomach.
5:10Speaker 0So I would it's a little bit less strong. And 1st of all, if you're gonna take Tessa, I would do a Tessa IpA blend. I always think that everybody should do a GHRH
5:19Speaker 0and a GHRP together.
5:21Speaker 0Okay? They will synergistically work just like CJC is with ipamorelin.
5:25Speaker 0So
5:26Speaker 0CJC- ipamorelin is a bit stronger
5:29Speaker 0of growth hormone secretagog.
5:32Speaker 0And
5:34Speaker 0Tessa, IpA, I would if you're gonna do Tessa, you
5:39Speaker 0would swap those. I think Tessa's gonna be a little bit better for burning fats.
5:43Speaker 0Sleep a little bit better. It's gonna be a little less strong, so not as great for actual,
5:48Speaker 0for building muscle because in turn, your growth hormone, especially for women, is gonna turn
5:53Speaker 0out you growing more muscle, but it'll be better for fat burning
5:56Speaker 0and is
5:58Speaker 0a little safer, right? It's
6:00Speaker 0closer to what our normal body produces in its HGH pulses.
6:04Speaker 0Reta and thoughts are
6:07Speaker 0Yeah, it's pretty awesome.
6:08Speaker 0Works. It really, really works. I mean, it works is an understatement.
6:12Speaker 0And
6:15Speaker 0side like effects
6:16Speaker 0near nonexistent.
6:18Speaker 0And
6:19Speaker 0if you do it right, right, you just listen to your body. I would start low.
6:24Speaker 0We always build a little tolerance, so you're gonna have to over time bump up a little bit.
6:29Speaker 0The the 2 days on, 2 days off,
6:32Speaker 0Tesa at night for sure. Retta, you can take it anytime. I take it at night,
6:38Speaker 0and then it seems to work well, like, in the morning the next day and the next day after that, the following. You take it at night? You take Retta at night? Yeah.
6:45Speaker 1Yeah. I'm just gonna take it in the morning. Yeah. And
6:49Speaker 0then Tesof,
6:50Speaker 05 days on, 2 days off.
6:53Speaker 0Don't know. Not really. No. I mean, take it every day.
6:56Speaker 0Yeah. Take it every day. Like, it's the old thing where people
6:59Speaker 0even do
7:01Speaker 0an HGH, they're like, Oh, I'm told to take 5 days on, 2 days off.
7:05Speaker 0The only reason you do that is to save money and to make the thing last longer.
7:10Speaker 0It should be done every day.
7:12Speaker 0I agree. Okay? If you're doing too much growth hormone secrete a gag, especially for women, you will know because you'll
7:19Speaker 0start to retain a little bit too much water. Okay?
7:22Speaker 0You don't want that. You won't be happy with that. So if you're doing a little too much,
7:27Speaker 0instead of taking a couple days off, I would maybe like lower the dose completely, you know, lower the dose every day, 7 days a week, instead of just taking 2 days off. Yeah.
7:36Speaker 1I think it's great. I'm assuming this is a man. I didn't say if it's a man or a woman. Oh,
7:40Speaker 1a man. It's going be a little bit different if you're talking about a woman, because a little bit goes a long way with Tesamorelin. I've just noticed it with my own bride,
7:48Speaker 1but currently using CJC-
7:50Speaker 1Ipamorelin to build muscle. So right now you're building muscle. You're looking to lean out in 8 weeks. So Retatruta,
7:57Speaker 1great. I agree with Will. Add in the Tessa Ipah, why not?
8:01Speaker 1It's just a better blend than just the Tessa. Agree with him 100%.
8:05Speaker 1Now, I think everybody,
8:07Speaker 1anybody that's digging into peptides are probably seeing what we are seeing because I get my DMs filled every day now
8:14Speaker 1in regards to micro dosing compared to taking the 1 dose a week. Now, listen, let's tackle this right and 1st and foremost, it's going to be a matter of opinion. I know that there's some people out there saying you should just take 1 big dose in the 1st of the day. Listen, if you want to run that, run that. We have experienced with a lot, lots and lots of friends that it seems to work better microdose.
8:35Speaker 1So I agree with you in regards to the Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
8:39Speaker 1I think that works the best.
8:41Speaker 1I would recommend that. Again, I know there's some people out there saying otherwise,
8:46Speaker 1try it both ways if you want. I'm just telling you with a lot of experience with a lot of people, Monday, Wednesday, Friday micro dosing seems to get the best benefits.
8:54Speaker 1Now,
8:55Speaker 1again, contingent if you're a man or a woman, I think that if you throw in a little AOD in the morning too, you will just burn that fat and you get shredded. I think AOD is just amazing compound.
9:09Speaker 1Shoot, even if you're
9:10Speaker 1a woman, man, I think that you would get a lot out of it. Again, I talked about this, but I had my wife on AOD
9:17Speaker 1and Tessa,
9:18Speaker 1and man, did it change her body composition
9:21Speaker 1really fast.
9:23Speaker 1So try that if you're you know, try that. I mean, if you can afford it, throw in some AOD, Retta, and Tessa Ipamorelin, I think you'll be cruising, man. I think you'd be stoked.
9:32Speaker 0Yeah. And I guess I didn't address, like, dosing. I think as a guy
9:36Speaker 020 or 2 Tessa, I would yeah. I'd go with 1 mg a day. So 500 micrograms, it's 0.5 a milligram, 2000
9:45Speaker 0micrograms,
9:46Speaker 0which is 1 mg.
9:47Speaker 0I'd stay in that range daily.
9:52Speaker 0And for Reta for Reta, yeah, I still think Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and I would start with 1 mg
10:01Speaker 0Monday,
10:02Speaker 01 mg Wednesday, 1 mg Friday.
10:05Speaker 0And then, you know, you bump up by about 0.5 a milligram
10:10Speaker 0on each injection
10:11Speaker 0when as needed.
10:13Speaker 1Right.
10:15Speaker 1Woman, I would say stay with 1 mg, just 10 units. If you're a man, I mean, I like Tesa at 2 mg, 2 20 units, but start low, then build up, as he just said. Mhmm.
10:27Speaker 1There you go. Alright.
10:28Speaker 0Thank you all for sharing your knowledge. Absolutely love your podcast. I'm currently in prep on Anovar, 5 mgs daily,
10:36Speaker 0plus CLENN 60 micrograms daily. Recently started using peptides, Reta plus the Globlend.
10:41Speaker 0I wanna switch completely to peptides and stop with the Antobar and Clen. My question is,
10:47Speaker 0what peptide protocol would you recommend to safely replace those compounds
10:52Speaker 0while still maintaining similar benefits?
10:56Speaker 0After this show, my goal isn't to compete again. I just wanna let stay lean, strong, and in shape year round in a healthier, more sustainable way. Thank you so much once again.
11:05Speaker 1I like it. I'll jump on this if you don't mind. Do it. 1st and foremost, I think it's great. Think I hear this a lot and I love it. I think that peptides are gonna start to kind of inch some of that gear out of the equation. It's just a lot healthier. We've
11:21Speaker 1all done it. We all have our experiences with that type of stuff. Antibars are pretty clean steroid,
11:27Speaker 1but it's still, you're trying to kind of get off that stuff. Climbutyrel is great, but So here's my suggestion to replace those 2.
11:36Speaker 1Retatrutide,
11:37Speaker 1obviously, you're gonna replace the clan. Glutide is great, but Retta surpasses
11:41Speaker 1that by a mile anyway. I
11:45Speaker 1would replace the Anabar with MK-677,
11:48Speaker 1a non peptide secretagog.
11:50Speaker 1My experience with it is you will still keep some bulk. You'll obviously be hungry, so you'll eat a little more. I think MK-677
11:57Speaker 1and RET is a great mix because they will offlet each other a little bit because you will eat a little bit more. So if you're someone like me, gym rats, guys like that, you want to,
12:07Speaker 1even if you're not hungry, you obviously want to eat because you want to keep your bulk.
12:11Speaker 1So those 2 would replace that, right? MK-677
12:15Speaker 1for the Anabar and
12:17Speaker 1the Retrutide, obviously, for the Cleanse. So I think you'll get a lot out of that. And I love it. I think that,
12:23Speaker 1you know, you're
12:25Speaker 1like us, we're in our 40s, man. We've all messed around with some of that stuff when our youth, but
12:30Speaker 1just to be blunt,
12:32Speaker 1steroids, they mess you up, man. They just do, man. So peptides
12:36Speaker 1don't.
12:37Speaker 1Peptides are so clean. They're chains of amino acids.
12:40Speaker 1I think more and more people are going to be having your opinion and I love it. Now, in regards to comparing
12:46Speaker 1peptides to any type of gear, they don't hold up. I mean, they're just not the same. Steroids work really well and they work really quick. They're just
12:54Speaker 1not healthy for you, right?
12:56Speaker 1I do think in the future we might see some of the peptides with some of the things that be coming down the pipe where they might start competing? I mean, IGF-1LR-3s
13:04Speaker 1good. MK-677,
13:07Speaker 1again, it's on a peptide, but it still kinda would be in that range.
13:12Speaker 1Yeah. I think I answered that, but I love it, man. I'm stoked that you're doing that. Wise decision, brother. Yeah. Well, 1st of all, it's not a
13:20Speaker 0man. Got 5 mg of Anavar, definitely a woman. Okay, got it. Did they mention that at all or no? No, but at 5 mgs like that, it's not a single thing to a male. Yeah, you're right. That's about the max dose for a woman, so I'm glad you're not taking 10 or just be careful. I would actually yes, good. Get off of it. Yeah. For sure. Definitely a woman too. I know. I know that. And honestly, and he's right, like steroids
13:43Speaker 0are
13:43Speaker 0better as far as results wise for sure, but I will I will argue that 1 on clin. I think that I think that there's plenty of peptides that are better than clin.
13:52Speaker 0It's not really a steroid, but
13:55Speaker 0I would agree with what you said. I would say SLU-2.0 Adding in, like, SLU- sublingual tabs
14:00Speaker 0for you is, you know, thousand
14:02Speaker 0micrograms a day, maybe 2000 micrograms a day. And that will help with some nutrient partitioning and fat burning.
14:12Speaker 0The nutrient partitioning is really cool because
14:15Speaker 0it'll help you with
14:17Speaker 0protein getting into your muscles, right? Fat getting out of there, glucose being used.
14:24Speaker 0And then IGF-1LR-three,
14:26Speaker 0like JD said. Right? If you that can help maybe
14:31Speaker 0replace the Anabar as well as like a Tesa Ipamorelin
14:34Speaker 0blend. So the same thing he was saying with the MK, the Tesa Ipamorelin, same goal.
14:39Speaker 0It may not put as much size on you, but you're a woman,
14:42Speaker 0and a little goes a long way that way. So increase your growth hormone, you'll be able to put on a little bit more muscle and keep it on for sure.
14:52Speaker 0And then I would say, Hey, 5 Amino-1MQ
14:56Speaker 0as an extra fat burner or AOD,
14:59Speaker 0add those on top, And that's fat
15:02Speaker 0Retta, keep doing that. That stuff,
15:05Speaker 0that's what's amazing.
15:07Speaker 0Way better than yeah.
15:10Speaker 0But the hard part is the replacing the antebar. Antebar is great, especially for a woman who's strong. Keep it- Go the long way. It puts good lean muscle on you and it keeps you from wasting any muscle when you're cutting down.
15:22Speaker 0So so will so the vitiates and creatagogues will absolutely do that for you. They'll make sure that you are not wasting any muscle. IGF-one,
15:31Speaker 0if you're eating good amount of protein, that's gonna put some muscle on you. And then I would pull everything a week before you step on stage.
15:40Speaker 0Sounds good, man. Because any of the secretagogues,
15:43Speaker 0they still might make you retain a little bit of water. You wanna just yank them out 5 days before
15:49Speaker 0you go on, and so you are not retaining a damn thing. And then do all the other things that that can't require in contest prep.
15:57Speaker 1Eat right. Diet, diet, diet, diet, diet, diet, Yep.
16:00Speaker 0Water,
16:02Speaker 0water pills, if that's if that's what you wanna do or just kind of the
16:07Speaker 0overdose on water and then stop and your body will expel more and more water. I don't know. So hopefully you got a coach, do it. I don't really,
16:14Speaker 0I don't really the bodybuilding is just rough on a person's body. You're going through ups and downs.
16:19Speaker 0Hell yeah, go, go do your best and then live your healthy life after.
16:25Speaker 1I love Climb buterol though. I mean, I've always been a big fan. I think it works great, but I mean, since I found Retatrutide, it will probably never be in my arsenal again. Yeah. I don't like the feeling of it. Cardurine's awesome, not a peptide, more close to a Sarm, but it's not a Sarm, but I like that stuff too. Okay. Great.
16:42Speaker 1All right. Love your podcast. Thanks for all the info. 44 year old female, been on peptide journey for 1 year. Currently in my stack,
16:51Speaker 1microdosing
16:52Speaker 1Reta, Tessa, Glow, NAD plus, Blend,
16:56Speaker 1NAD MOTS C5 Amino.
16:59Speaker 1I have had great results in better shape in my 40s
17:03Speaker 1than even in my 20s as an athlete. Love it. Question is, my friends are now getting on peptide journey because of my success. Seems to be the case, right? Always happens.
17:14Speaker 1They are told to stack Tirzepatide
17:16Speaker 1and Retatrutide
17:17Speaker 1together, taking shots the same day for better results. Seems like they waste,
17:23Speaker 1but now I'm curious, neither of them are having great results. Their doses are 80 units
17:29Speaker 1a week.
17:30Speaker 1Should they take 1 and up the dose instead?
17:34Speaker 1Who's telling them to do that?
17:37Speaker 1Where are they getting that from?
17:39Speaker 1And I mean, what are they trying to do? Are they trying to lose a bunch of weight? I mean, what is the goal? You're in shape. Are they in shape? Like, what are their goals?
17:46Speaker 0You wanna jump on that 1, Will? Yeah, dude. If you're taking 8 mg I mean, we're assuming
17:51Speaker 0it's tough to just say units because we really have no idea how much water you put into it or or etcetera.
17:57Speaker 0Mg. I'm I'm assuming that's 8 mg. K? There's an assumption. That's a freaking high dose. Okay? I don't care if you're taking you know, if it's 4 mg, 4 mg. Don't know. That should be you know, starting dose of both of them is 2.5 mg, max dose is 15 mg.
18:11Speaker 0At 8 mg is a ton and
18:14Speaker 0they should
18:17Speaker 0be losing weight. I don't care if you're doing both of them.
18:19Speaker 0Yeah. Right. They shouldn't be. So I guess, hey, if they're doing something wrong, proof's in pudding or something. The the provider because that's a lot of GLP-one peptides. Stuff that they're getting is not correct or strong at all. So here is the thing, the reason somebody would tell you to do that is because tirzepatide
18:37Speaker 0has the side effect of nausea. Now not nearly as bad as what Semma did,
18:44Speaker 0but still that side effect makes people not hungry. Okay?
18:49Speaker 0They're not just, like, throwing up all over the place like they were in with Semma, but it makes you really it really, really, really kills your appetite, but it still makes you uncomfortable.
18:58Speaker 0So, Reta, the beauty of that is you have an appetite. It is decreased a little bit, but when you eat,
19:05Speaker 0you're just forced portion control is forced on you. You just cannot eat that much, and you start to eat with good,
19:12Speaker 0meals. And that's how you train a metabolism,
19:15Speaker 0to
19:16Speaker 0speed up and stay fast. So the reason somebody would say, Hey, take both of them is for tirzepatide's
19:23Speaker 0sickening yet appetite
19:25Speaker 0suppressing effects.
19:28Speaker 0I And it's don't think product. Yeah, and I don't think that's right. I mean, Retta does other
19:33Speaker 0gives you a whole bunch of other even fat burning that tirzepatide does doesn't do.
19:38Speaker 0I would
19:39Speaker 0skip the tirzepatide and just do the Retta and
19:43Speaker 0exercise them in a tiny motor come of self control.
19:48Speaker 0And eat the right things and it'll force you to eat less and that's how you'll lose weight. Right? They're going for the ultra crash diet, which is like, oh, I just eat nothing.
19:58Speaker 0Well, guess what? Metabolism
20:00Speaker 0speeds up and slows
20:02Speaker 0down
20:02Speaker 0based on how much food we actually give ourselves, okay? So if you crash diet is when you eat no food and your metabolism is still up here because you've been eating food. Now you eat no food and we burn this many calories, right? So we lose a bunch of weight, but the metabolism slowly catches up, slows down to the food intake,
20:22Speaker 0and
20:23Speaker 0now we lose no weight. And if you eat a little bit more food, all the weight comes back. Okay?
20:31Speaker 0Ultra running shoes are all about space.
20:34Speaker 0The space to go further,
20:35Speaker 0to feel better, to do something you never thought possible. And this space starts with Ultra Fit. Unlike traditional running shoes,
20:44Speaker 0Fit gives toes more room to move naturally,
20:47Speaker 0so every step is strong, balanced,
20:49Speaker 0and comfortable. Whatever you're lacing up for, stay out there with Ultra.
20:54Speaker 0Shop now @UltraRunning.com.
20:56Speaker 0That's altrarunning.com.
20:59Speaker 0I'll do that.
21:02Speaker 0Hopefully that helps,
21:03Speaker 0but you seem to be doing the right thing damn thing because you're the 1 who's getting good results.
21:09Speaker 0Tell
21:10Speaker 0your friends to do what you're doing. How about that? Because it's
21:13Speaker 1not working. Yeah. 1 of my favorite quotes is very simple. If you want to be successful, dude, successful people do. You're having success, so they should just follow your lead. I mean,
21:22Speaker 1do not know who would tell them Tirzepatide and Red at the same time, unless it's the company selling them the product that maybe wants to sell a product. I don't know. I'm not saying that this or that, possibly- Or if they on already
21:33Speaker 0and now they're transferring, then you kind of do want to do this thing and
21:38Speaker 1then be off of it. But- Yeah. My general somewhat rule of thumb for people is
21:45Speaker 1like if they need to lose 50 pounds,
21:48Speaker 1in my opinion,
21:50Speaker 1they generally might have a problem with food, like more of a mental type thing for food. So a lot times I will suggest tirzepatide 1st, even though Retatrutide is a far better superior product
22:00Speaker 1because the tirzepatide will block the hunger a bit more compared to Retta. You get hungry, you just get full quicker and people want to not have those food cravings. So, Tirzepatide, in my opinion, has worked better for that to start and always mold them into Retta. And that's contingent upon how people do. We've got to mix and match and that just takes a while, blah, blah,
22:19Speaker 1But running them at the same time,
22:22Speaker 1unless you start, like Will just said, if you started on Tirzepatide and you are weaning off their Tirzepatide and adding Loretta, that makes sense.
22:29Speaker 1But if you're coming out the gates and someone's telling you to take them both, I just think that they don't know what they're talking about. That makes no sense. I don't think you should do that. I would just go with the Retta
22:40Speaker 1out the gate.
22:42Speaker 1If you're getting that, and like I said, to keep it simple,
22:45Speaker 1have them follow your lead. The 1 thing you don't say though is like, what's their goal? That part's kind of a very important part of any equation. Are they trying to lose a bunch of weight? Are they in shape right now and just trying to tone up? Because that does change the way we would answer this a little bit. We're
23:03Speaker 1appreciative of all these questions. Sometimes if you can articulate the objective, that will help us answer it a little bit better for you guys.
23:10Speaker 1But I hope that answers it for you. Think it does.
23:13Speaker 188
23:15Speaker 1of that is a lot. If you're taking that and not seeing results or something.
23:20Speaker 0Well, if you're there if you're taking that and you haven't been on it already for, like, 3 months to work your way up from there, then It's a lot. There's a problem with the product you're getting. That's a that's a lot. If you haven't worked your way at least 3 months to get up there and slowly titrate it up, the product that you're giving that you're doing is not good. Shut it down. Sorry. Like, you would be sick
23:43Speaker 0and not eating just even at 4 mg of of tirzepatide
23:47Speaker 0if you started right off the bat with that. And I were saying, you know, twice as much.
23:53Speaker 0Hopefully, they haven't eaten I mean, my if they're taking that, like, even from the get go or even even, you know, 2 weeks in, a month in,
24:00Speaker 0they shouldn't be eating any food at all. That's way too much. So if they are
24:05Speaker 0Yeah. So, yeah, I don't know. I hope that helps.
24:09Speaker 0You up? I think you're up. I guess I'll yeah. Alright. So I've been running CJC 12 95 Node DAC slash Ipamorelin
24:16Speaker 0for 4 weeks. I just got my order in for MK-six 77,
24:21Speaker 0Cagrion, and RAD-one 40.
24:23Speaker 0Is it okay to stack altogether,
24:25Speaker 0or should I drop the CJC
24:28Speaker 0Ipamorelin?
24:29Speaker 0Is a break between necessary,
24:31Speaker 0or can I go right into it? Any recommendations on best way to cycle would be appreciated. Also, I'm I'm on 180 mgs of test a week and still not a 100% sure on the rad 1 40 yet due to it being a SARM,
24:45Speaker 0but it came free with my order. Thanks for all you guys do. Your content has changed my life. Wow. That's awesome.
24:52Speaker 0So 1st of all, yes, I would so the CJC
24:56Speaker 0and IpA
24:57Speaker 0is there to increase your HGH
25:01Speaker 0levels.
25:02Speaker 0So is MK.
25:04Speaker 0I would, if it was me, I would do 1 or the other.
25:08Speaker 0And I would so I would use the other
25:11Speaker 0for I would maybe, okay, hey, let's start the MK-1MQ. Maybe do that for 8 weeks. When you get off when you decide to stop that,
25:17Speaker 0start the CJC IPA. Just kinda use them alternately.
25:22Speaker 0So, yeah, because it is a little redundant
25:26Speaker 0to do them both at the same time, and I always like to have a backup plan that's somewhat similar to do while you get off of 1.
25:34Speaker 0The,
25:35Speaker 0I mean,
25:37Speaker 0rad 140, I don't know, my
25:39Speaker 0opinion on SARMs is like,
25:41Speaker 0we don't really they
25:44Speaker 0seem to be almost basically just as bad as steroids,
25:47Speaker 0but not as effective.
25:49Speaker 0I think they suck. I still know a RAD-one hundred 40. You still probably should run a post cycle.
25:53Speaker 1So
25:55Speaker 0Sure. And there's no real long term data. At least with steroids and tests, we know what it's doing to you exactly.
26:03Speaker 0They're damn effective.
26:05Speaker 0And we
26:06Speaker 0know how to use them pretty much safe as possible.
26:11Speaker 0You can do them altogether. Sure. Go ahead. Rad 1 40 is more is kinda like Tes. Like, I would prefer you just to actually just maybe increase your Tes a little bit instead of taking the Rad 1 40.
26:22Speaker 0Carderene is I love Carderene also, but,
26:26Speaker 0you know, limit as with anything, don't just take it forever at a super deep or high dose.
26:32Speaker 0So I got it. Keep kicking ass, though. I think you'll like them.
26:35Speaker 0But, hopefully, your goal that's another 1. Didn't leave didn't tell us what his goal is.
26:40Speaker 0The carderene's a fat burner. MK 6 77 is usually used for bulking because it makes you hungry.
26:46Speaker 0And
26:48Speaker 0so I don't really know.
26:50Speaker 0I can't give great direction.
26:52Speaker 1Yeah.
26:53Speaker 1I mean, I'll just give you my experience
26:56Speaker 1with SARMs. I mean,
26:58Speaker 1I think they suck. I mean, if you're gonna do it, you know, if you wanna if you're gonna, if you're just trying not to do steroids, then fine. I don't think they work that well. I have tried them. Don't, I didn't, I've done rad a few times and I didn't notice anything.
27:11Speaker 1It does shut you down. Like Will just said, you probably need a PCT. Now you're on TRT, so you wouldn't, but
27:17Speaker 1I don't know. I mean, I think they give it to you for free. I don't think you should take it just because it's free.
27:24Speaker 1I mean, the CJC,
27:26Speaker 1like Will just said, the CJC, I would not take that and the MK-677.
27:31Speaker 1If you're looking to bulk,
27:33Speaker 1do go with the MK-677.
27:35Speaker 1You can try the RAD, it'll probably help you a little bit,
27:38Speaker 1but you don't really say what your objective is. That's a big part of the equation. Can you run them together? Sure, I think you can run them together. Just take out either the CJC or the MK-677,
27:48Speaker 1that's redundant. You don't want to take too much of the same product doing the same thing.
27:52Speaker 1That would be my only suggestion, man. And again, if you're just having rad and taking it just because it's there,
27:59Speaker 1don't take it just because it's free. That's stupid. That's weird that they sent you rad 140 for free. Right? That's where did you get it? Yeah. Is it a peptide company sending rad 140 with it? That's kind of odd to me, so I don't know. Whatever. You just on.
28:12Speaker 0Yep. All right.
28:14Speaker 0Thoughts on which peptides pregnant women can take and which ones they should definitely avoid?
28:20Speaker 0We've had this question before and did a bunch of research, and the answer is nothing.
28:27Speaker 0I think doctors in a, like, a
28:30Speaker 0postnatal
28:30Speaker 0setting will give patients oxytocin
28:33Speaker 0to help you lactate.
28:36Speaker 0But I'd leave that up to the doctors. And
28:39Speaker 0really, like, oh, shit.
28:42Speaker 0You're safe for taking nothing. Sorry.
28:45Speaker 0Sorry, that's gonna be have to be my official answer.
28:48Speaker 0You know, there might be some things that, yeah, you you prove me wrong and take something and say, look, I didn't die and didn't cause any permanent damage to my baby and fetus, but like, do you wanna take that chance? Why even? Like, why even? Like, what air so far on the side of caution when it comes to your baby?
29:04Speaker 1You know? That just like this weight. Who cares? I would just not take anything. I don't
29:09Speaker 1there's not enough studies done anyway, and that would do it. Just walk on past it. You can get into peptides once the baby's born and you've done all your thing and all that, they'll be there still. Yep, they'll probably be better too.
29:22Speaker 0There'll be more and more and be refined.
29:26Speaker 1All
29:27Speaker 1right, which injection method is more effective for L Carnitine during cutting phase, Sub Q
29:33Speaker 1or intramuscular?
29:34Speaker 1I'm going to say intramuscular. I don't do Sub Q on L Carnitine myself.
29:38Speaker 1I don't really know that many people that do it. Do you do Well, you don't take so much. I mean, you really should be taking like 600
29:45Speaker 0micrograms a day. And
29:48Speaker 0depending on properly.
29:49Speaker 0Unless you have some super duper dense L carnitine,
29:54Speaker 0you you you're not gonna be able to inject that much liquid in Sub Q daily.
30:00Speaker 0Intramuscular.
30:02Speaker 0Answer.
30:03Speaker 0Final.
30:04Speaker 1Good. I'm popping in again. Shoulder pen. Get a shoulder pen. Pop it in there. Done. Yeah.
30:09Speaker 0Okay. Hello. 1st of all, I wanna thank you guys for the knowledge you provide us on the podcast and on social media. Very grateful for you too.
30:18Speaker 0I would like to know what's the best fat burning peptide I can take with Retta if I suffer from anxiety.
30:23Speaker 0I'm currently taking 0.25
30:26Speaker 0of 12 mg Retta.
30:30Speaker 010 and
30:32Speaker 0GHKCu
30:33Speaker 1Yeah. I think they that's mean right there. Okay. 10 in the end. GHK-
30:37Speaker 050 mg
30:39Speaker 0at the lowest dose since I just started 1 week ago. Thank you again and God bless.
30:47Speaker 0Go ahead as I
30:49Speaker 0take this in.
30:51Speaker 0Suffer from anxiety.
30:52Speaker 0Okay. Well, yeah, cool. There's a lot of there's some I mean, historically, fat burners have all just basically been stim bombs, k,
31:00Speaker 0which you don't want if you suffer from anxiety. It's like, don't take clonbuterol. It's not a peptide, but just, you know, don't take that. Don't take anything over the counter that is a fat
31:09Speaker 0burner because it's all just gonna be a ton of caffeine and other stimulants.
31:13Speaker 0There is a lot of things that you can take. 5 amino 1 MQ,
31:18Speaker 0Salupe-three
31:19Speaker 032.
31:21Speaker 0I don't know about MOTS-1MQ. MOTS-1MQ. MotTS-3.2. Sometimes does make people a little bit kind of amped up,
31:27Speaker 0especially at a little bit higher doses. So
31:30Speaker 0so you're super conservative, say no to that 1. But 5 amine, 1 MQ,
31:34Speaker 0AOD,
31:35Speaker 0Tesamorelin,
31:39Speaker 0and whatever else I just said, I think are great to add on top of there.
31:44Speaker 1I agree.
31:46Speaker 1AOD is great.
31:47Speaker 1I don't think any of those are gonna really give you any type of like anxiety. Selank is what you're gonna Selank, Cmax would be a good mix. If you're somebody that's anxiety ridden, I would definitely add that into it.
31:57Speaker 1In regards to fat burning, he already nailed it. Amino-1MQ,
32:01Speaker 1SLU-PP-three
32:02Speaker 132, that's not an injection, so you can add that in very easily.
32:06Speaker 1It really works really well. So you can add,
32:10Speaker 1yeah,
32:11Speaker 1AOD in the morning with Retta would be fire, Tesamorelin
32:15Speaker 1at night,
32:17Speaker 1or the SLU-PP-three
32:19Speaker 132.
32:19Speaker 1All those would
32:21Speaker 1do what you're trying to do because you gotta understand the Retta is gonna be doing what the Retta does. You're just adding more fuel to the fire with any of those other peptides. I would say if I had to choose 1, I would go with AOD. I love AOD. It's amazing.
32:34Speaker 0And, like, you just know that, you know, with the Retta over time, you're gonna need to slightly increase the dose. K? Everybody builds a tolerance. So
32:43Speaker 0just roll with the punches. And
32:45Speaker 0if you feel it not quite working as well, now it's time to bump up, but you do that by your own feel of your own body.
32:51Speaker 0Okay,
32:52Speaker 0go ahead. You're reading.
32:54Speaker 1We all know you can get blood
32:57Speaker 1checked levels
32:59Speaker 1to check test levels, but what tests can you take to check for, example, mitochondria
33:04Speaker 1health or any other biomarker
33:07Speaker 1that would indicate the best peptide stack for me.
33:11Speaker 1So an organic acid test is what I have read about, and it's really just gonna test in regards to how the mitochondria is burning the fuel efficiently,
33:23Speaker 1which is kind of freaking cool. I mean, that's rad.
33:27Speaker 1So that would help if you're looking for the mitochondria health. That would be the 1 that I would recommend. Pretty simple.
33:34Speaker 0Yeah,
33:37Speaker 0there is a bunch of
33:39Speaker 0I am not a 100% familiar, so I'm not gonna just BS you. And but if you because I can't just rattle off the names of all these things. But
33:48Speaker 0Google it or ask Chet GPT, honestly.
33:51Speaker 0There are and let us do some research and and talk to some of our our contacts. And, like, I think that the appropriate answer is let us get back to you with some
33:59Speaker 0tests that have actually been done by lots of people and and seem to
34:03Speaker 0produce actual good results
34:05Speaker 0that
34:06Speaker 0people can base their
34:09Speaker 0peptides off of and then therefore, then those ones worked. So let us gather some more and give you a little bit better answer, but there are tests. There are blood tests out there that really will check your NAD
34:19Speaker 0levels, mitochondrial
34:21Speaker 0health.
34:22Speaker 0Glutify. And yes, glutathione, a whole bunch of other things that people take peptides for, and that's a great idea. Why
34:28Speaker 0should I invest a bunch of money into taking MOTS-CNSS-thirty
34:31Speaker 01 because maybe my mitochondria are damaged.
34:35Speaker 0Right?
34:37Speaker 0Well, hell yeah, go test it. And if they really are, then you know you're putting money as well spent. When you take it, it's gonna make a big difference versus somebody who isn't and you guess and you just start taking these things and you don't feel anything.
34:48Speaker 0Well, you probably didn't have a problem with that to start with. So thank you for illuminating that for everybody, and we'll get back to you with some a better answer. Also,
34:57Speaker 1just ironically,
34:58Speaker 1yesterday,
34:59Speaker 1a good buddy of mine that many of you have hit me up for blood work, blah, blah, blah, who's a doctor, who is 1 of my best friends.
35:05Speaker 1I refer a lot of people to him and I just have my blood work done and he runs a deep, deep, deep, deep, deep panel. I mean, it's like $550,
35:13Speaker 1so it costs quite a bit, but for blood work at least, but
35:16Speaker 1he goes through it with a fine tooth comb and just goes through deeply where you can really dig into your health
35:24Speaker 1in general. Like, it's rad.
35:26Speaker 1If you're interested, whoever is sitting this or anybody else listening,
35:30Speaker 1I'd be happy to give you his name. His name's Doctor. Cauley.
35:33Speaker 1I trust him. I love him. He is very, very, very smart and he cares. And that's 1 of the things where I see lack of a doctor is he's actually 1 that goes through it. Even I'm his best friend. He went through it just really thoroughly explaining. This is why this is happening. If you do this, this compounds on this. It's rad. So if you wanna hit me up on my DMs on social media, man, I'd happy to give you his number.
35:56Speaker 0Alright.
35:57Speaker 0Been
35:58Speaker 0yes. Been taking Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin blend for about 2 weeks.
36:02Speaker 0Within 5 minutes after injecting 10
36:05Speaker 0IUs,
36:08Speaker 0probably just units, I seem to get a heat rush in my head every time. I just seem to get really warm. Have you ever experienced this? Thanks for all the info. Yes, I have. So a lot of these peptides will make you give you this flush feeling. So I don't know if you happen to look in the mirror while you're feeling that heat, but my guess is that your skin's also gonna be red.
36:28Speaker 0And a lot of the peptides
36:30Speaker 0give that to you and it goes away, some more than others, like PT-one hundred 41, VIP,
36:38Speaker 0actually red as a cherry. I have personally taken that blend and took a little too much and it made me,
36:45Speaker 0yes, kind of glow in red and in not a good way of glowing. But my guess is,
36:50Speaker 0so you're just kind of sensitive to it and it goes away,
36:54Speaker 0but it's okay. You're not dying and that is normal.
36:58Speaker 0And if you don't like it a lot, then you might wanna lower your dose.
37:04Speaker 1Everybody responds differently. Yeah.
37:08Speaker 0All right, you're Yep.
37:09Speaker 1All right. Question for your Q and A someday.
37:12Speaker 1I'm well into my premenopause
37:14Speaker 1journey. I'm working with Transcend,
37:18Speaker 1a telehealth company, we know them, and I am on a very low dose of testosterone,
37:23Speaker 1progesterone,
37:24Speaker 1and DHEA.
37:27Speaker 1My hormones
37:28Speaker 1are leveling out and I'm feeling a bit more normal.
37:32Speaker 1However, I have 30 pounds I need to lose to be a healthy weight. I do fast 18 to 20 hours often.
37:40Speaker 1Easy because I'm rarely hungry.
37:42Speaker 1I have been experimenting
37:44Speaker 1with peptides,
37:45Speaker 1and I'm finding that I need something to help with muscle recovery. The pain is ridiculous.
37:51Speaker 1And to combat high cortisol,
37:53Speaker 1I literally can feel stress through my whole body,
37:57Speaker 1and it's been like this for years. Wow, that sucks.
38:00Speaker 1I am using CJC-twelve
38:02Speaker 195, no DAC, Ipamorelin,
38:04Speaker 15 mg, 5 mg, and 5 units of AOD
38:07Speaker 19604,
38:09Speaker 15
38:10Speaker 1mg, 10 units at night with Selank,
38:13Speaker 110 mg in the AM.
38:16Speaker 1What would you change and what would work better? I feel that Selank is amazing,
38:21Speaker 1but I'm not losing any weight.
38:24Speaker 0Well, you want me to take that? Yeah, and then, yeah, go ahead. I will chip in after.
38:30Speaker 1I mean, Selank is not gonna be for losing weight anyway. I don't know if you were being direct when you said that. Think that you should be taking C Long and Semax together. That will help with your cortisol. In
38:41Speaker 1regards to your pain, I mean, that sucks. I mean, I'll give you a little of my opinion on the fasting because I have a lot of experience with it because I fast a lot. And I probably should throw this out on some of my posts to be more specific because I don't think, what I've read, women should fast as much as men. I
38:58Speaker 1think fasting should be done by everybody because it's amazing and it really we don't need as much food as we are told our whole lives.
39:06Speaker 1But I would recommend you try this. 1st and foremost, I think you can cure this problem by bringing
39:11Speaker 1down your fasting 12 hours
39:13Speaker 1and eating more. I literally think that's some of your problem. You're probably not eating enough
39:18Speaker 1And that really could just be the problem.
39:21Speaker 1Know that we
39:22Speaker 1get seasoned to and primed to think we want to take something to fix a problem, but sometimes food is like the best thing that you can fix most problems with. Like if someone's eating shit food and they just get the better food, That cures a lot of problems. So you're probably not eating enough food. So my answer is this, try this.
39:41Speaker 1Drop the fasting down to 12 hours and eat more. My opinion is you're gonna see huge results from just that. You don't need to change your stack.
39:51Speaker 0Yeah, I mean, I'm kind of along the same lines, dude. I think that
39:56Speaker 0and, you know, hey, maybe we could be wrong. I would there was a whole bunch of questions I would like to ask you to get a better picture to maybe help a bit more, but
40:06Speaker 0I have anxiety when I don't eat. Right? You and it sounds like,
40:10Speaker 0you know, you're like, Hey, fasting's easy, because I don't even never I'm rarely hungry. Anyway, so you probably haven't been eating before
40:18Speaker 0this took place or before you really kind of started this. So,
40:23Speaker 0yeah, also your muscles aren't recovering because you're not eating.
40:28Speaker 0Okay? If your muscles are torn down, they need protein to recover. If you don't give them any food, they will never recover and they'll get really sore. They'll stay sore. Okay? And they won't grow back. And you won't build any muscle.
40:41Speaker 0Okay? Muscle is what increases our metabolism.
40:45Speaker 0Okay?
40:46Speaker 0And also, like I said earlier, eating food on a consistent
40:51Speaker 0basis is what also increases our metabolism. Okay? They say like,
40:55Speaker 0pound of muscle, your metabolism raises about 50 calories a day.
41:01Speaker 0Ultra
41:01Speaker 0running shoes are all about space.
41:04Speaker 0The space to go further,
41:05Speaker 0to feel better, to do something you never thought possible.
41:09Speaker 0And this space starts with Ultra Fit. Unlike traditional running shoes,
41:14Speaker 0Ultra Fit gives toes more room to move naturally, so every step is strong, balanced,
41:19Speaker 0and comfortable. Whatever you're lacing up for, stay out there with Ultra. Shop now at ultrarunning.com.
41:26Speaker 0That's altrarunning.com.
41:30Speaker 0Think of metabolisms as high or low based in numbers, not not fast or slow.
41:36Speaker 0But
41:37Speaker 0food, eating some more food, k, on a consistent basis doing what he said, will slowly raise your metabolism. It will also make your muscles repair faster and which repair means more muscle, and that will boost your metabolism. It'll probably take me out of a lot of anxiety too.
41:52Speaker 0And you won't feel it in your bones because, I mean,
41:55Speaker 0no, because you'll have some nutrients in there.
41:59Speaker 0And,
42:00Speaker 0yeah, you know, anxiety Selank is good. That is angelic. Right? That is making you calm.
42:07Speaker 0So good,
42:08Speaker 0that's probably where and he's actually right.
42:11Speaker 0Selank
42:12Speaker 0and Cmax. Cmax is more of the stimulant portion, so you may not wanna do Cmax and Cmax will
42:19Speaker 0help reduce cortisol because you're relaxed. Right? Cortisol is our stress hormone. So when you are stressed, your cortisol hormone goes off, right?
42:28Speaker 0Was
42:30Speaker 0meant then for we were cavemen, right? And we have no food to eat and it's freezing cold and we need to fight off a bear for a couple days, right? So our cortisol hormone goes off. It starts
42:42Speaker 0eating our muscle, trying to get into sugar,
42:44Speaker 0filling our blood with sugar so we have quick, fast energy
42:47Speaker 0and we can do what we need to do to survive.
42:50Speaker 0That's not the case anymore.
42:52Speaker 0So living a relaxing life and sleep goods, like maybe, hey, DSIP to help you get some good sleep. Yeah. Any
42:59Speaker 0other relaxing
43:01Speaker 0things you can do will help cortisol?
43:06Speaker 1That's the best I I can was gonna say, as you're talking, think that we nailed it. Whoever
43:11Speaker 1you are, it sucks that you have, you
43:13Speaker 1you're in pain.
43:16Speaker 1You need to lose weight. So it's kind of a mind F, so to speak, where you think you shouldn't eat, but you need to eat because it's going to boost your metabolism. For 1, it's going to cure a lot of these problems, bring it down to 12
43:26Speaker 1hours,
43:27Speaker 1eat more food. And I know this is going to sound silly, but go on a walk with your shoes off, go walk in the ground. Like these are things that can help that stuff organically
43:36Speaker 1without taking something in particular.
43:39Speaker 1It's just we're connected to the earth, man. Like these little things could really make a big difference, but I think food is your answer on this 1, my dear. Yeah. And I think let that testosterone work. Good for you.
43:50Speaker 0We know Transcend. We know Transcend's great.
43:54Speaker 0They're expensive, though. You know, it's expensive, but, like, let the testosterone work. Okay? Be patient. Right?
44:01Speaker 0And just keep don't give up. Keep going. Okay? Keep trying.
44:05Speaker 0So hopefully that was helpful.
44:09Speaker 0He's home there, big dog. All right. Hey, guys. Can you dive into oxytocin and Kisspeptin
44:14Speaker 0peptides?
44:15Speaker 0I've tried PT-one hundred 41 several times, different doses and
44:19Speaker 0times of day, and I noticed nothing.
44:21Speaker 0I'm a 55 year old female with hormone levels in check. Thank you.
44:27Speaker 0We In
44:28Speaker 1fact- Yeah, let's do it. We'll do that next 1 for you, We'll my
44:32Speaker 1do that- We have a 10 year- That
44:33Speaker 0would actually be great. Let's do it. Now,
44:36Speaker 1that's crazy you're not feeling PT-one 141. Yeah, I've heard people say that, like, it might be the provider because PT- Yeah, yeah. Maybe
44:43Speaker 1go up a little bit. How much do I you don't know what you're taking, but like for me
44:49Speaker 0and
44:50Speaker 0even my girl to notice, to really to feel it and make it really work. There's
44:56Speaker 0a limit of, right, like, Hey, you feel it,
44:59Speaker 0and then if you just take a little bit more, now you feel sick. You feel like, Shit. It's really horny, but you feel good.
45:07Speaker 0We generally,
45:08Speaker 0a good dose is, if we have a 10 mg bottle, adding 2 mils of water and injecting between 15 to 20 units.
45:17Speaker 0And so the math on that 1 I can't do right now, but
45:21Speaker 0that
45:23Speaker 0can be done. But that's about where
45:27Speaker 0I notice it, and I would say men take a little bit more, women a little bit less. But really, I've taken 20, 25,
45:32Speaker 0and she's taken 15, 20.
45:35Speaker 0And so I've done that several, several, several times, and it works.
45:41Speaker 1We'll get back to you on Peptide of Week about those 2. Yeah, we'll do that. Let's run that. I think that's great. So we will make a point, and I think we tapped into either of those. That's a great idea. So the next 1, we will do that for you, my dear.
45:52Speaker 1Custom. Cool, man. Well, that was a good 1. I enjoyed that. I would like the Q and A's, man. They're fun to go through these questions in there. I mean, all there are just kind of our opinions, so. They are our opinion. Right? We are not doctors. Guys, don't don't do anything. Don't do anything. You're grown, fast people.
46:07Speaker 0We are just telling you our experience.

46:55Speaker 1the man behind the scenes, baby. Yeah, and I don't really,
46:59Speaker 0I don't know, I have tried to be on social media, like tried to care and do it, but I just can't ever do it. I can't bring myself to it. But there are some reasons that I need to, and so-
