0:09Speaker 0Welcome back to the Peptide of the Week podcast.
0:12Speaker 0I'm your host, JD Denham. And as always, across the way, not sitting next me today because we're not in the same room, obviously, is my cohost,
0:19Speaker 0William T. Haws. What's up, dude? What's up? I'm so low today. It's funny because you are now in the podcast room, and you look all crisp, and it looks all dark, and it looks all cool. I'm And sitting in a normal room, and it sucks.
0:33Speaker 1Yeah. Well, you get to walk outside, and you have Mexico and the beach. So Yeah. Touche.
0:38Speaker 0For those of you we we tried to we tried to
0:42Speaker 0I thought I was gonna be able to show you the cool view at Mexico and the crisp blue water out there, but it didn't work for the the video. So you get the white wall of the hotel behind me, guys, who can see it on Spotify. So but the cool thing is is I am in Cabo, enjoying Cabo
1:00Speaker 0with my family. And,
1:02Speaker 0you know, we, we
1:04Speaker 0Christmas for us, even Will and I were talking on the last episode, we got we get Christmased out, man. We go to everybody has so much. There's so much stuff. You gotta go to parties, this, parties, that, presents, all this stuff. And 1 of the things Alyssa and I decided 3 years ago actually,
1:20Speaker 0was there's just so much to do and like there's always some type of family drama or something, you know, going on. And like,
1:27Speaker 0we decided to jump jump ship and just get out of Dodge, and we take a vacation at Christmas every year. Now it's just becoming our denim tradition, and we always go to some beach. We've been to Costa Rica. We've been to Hawaii last year, and this year, it's Cabo. So a new family tradition for the denims. We we don't stick around for Christmas. We'd we'd
1:51Speaker 0celebrate it somewhere else. So pretty cool.
1:54Speaker 0Pretty cool tradition. For you. I'm jealous of you. How, how was your Christmas, dude?
2:00Speaker 1It was okay.
2:03Speaker 1That's it? Think my parents my mother taught me to not it's against anything good. Just don't say anything at all. Uh-oh. It's like that, Yeah.
2:12Speaker 1I mean, just,
2:13Speaker 1it was just a rat race of,
2:17Speaker 1you know, frustration and unhappiness
2:20Speaker 1and,
2:22Speaker 1you know, being late in obligations and victory, not between, like, me and a girl, just like everybody else and
2:30Speaker 1There you go. That's
2:31Speaker 1why. Like,
2:33Speaker 1like, this striving
2:35Speaker 1to
2:36Speaker 1live the Christmas that the hallmark and you know what I'm saying? And Nordstrom's tells us that we need to live. You know? Right.
2:43Speaker 1And that shit drives me crazy.
2:45Speaker 0There you go, bro. Now you see why we jump ship. We're like, we're out of here. I totally understand.
2:49Speaker 0The best thing. Like, we wake up
2:52Speaker 0and we have breakfast, we walk on a beach, and it's just me and my wife and 2 kids, and it's magical. None of that I'm
2:59Speaker 0exhausted.
3:01Speaker 0Good
3:02Speaker 0stuff. Well, this is the closing
3:05Speaker 0of the year, the last peptide of the week podcast. And what Will and I wanted to do is kinda put the pod the peptides on the side for a bit
3:15Speaker 0and tell a little bit of just about, you know, kinda close it out, you know, what we enjoyed about the podcast, maybe what we didn't enjoy about the podcast, what we expect for next year, and just kinda close out the year and do that. It's kind of a it's kind of a interesting
3:30Speaker 0story how
3:32Speaker 0Will and I are sitting on this podcast. If you haven't heard us heard me say it numerous times or if you haven't picked up
3:40Speaker 0picked up on it from time to time, at least in the beginning of the podcast,
3:44Speaker 0Will is not a social media guy. He's a very private guy. He doesn't like to have his face and stuff on screens. He and I are very different, and that's why we work well together because he doesn't do that inside of the company, and I do, and that's just where we fit.
3:58Speaker 0But but,
4:00Speaker 0I'm trying, Will, to remember the true, true, true genesis of how I got you on screen.
4:06Speaker 0I know, I think it's and I'll I'll let you kinda like chime in.
4:11Speaker 0My
4:12Speaker 0remembering of it was we just kind of wanted to talk. I was like, listen, we need to do a peptide of the week, and it just started about me doing, I think, a minute clip. And then I wanted to get you kind of your opinion on it. So we were up, I think, in
4:26Speaker 0in Vegas at a conference thing, and I think we did the BPC-one
4:31Speaker 0hundred 57. We were dressed up because we had to look nice up there, and I think that's 1 of the 1st
4:37Speaker 0ones where we kinda made it a podcast. Do you remember the the the how it really kinda formed? I don't fully remember how it came about. Do you?
4:46Speaker 1No. Not real. I think that that's probably pretty much it. You're like, hey. I think this would be a good idea that Get you on there.
4:53Speaker 1Yeah. Get me on there and help out a little bit and just get another opinion. Right? It's not just just 1 person talking about, you know, peptides.
5:02Speaker 1I don't know. I think BPC
5:04Speaker 1in Vegas on their on
5:06Speaker 1on, like, the 50th Floor was the 1st time that we did it. Right. And then
5:12Speaker 1then we started
5:14Speaker 1yeah.
5:15Speaker 1Then we kept going with it consistently, thinking really nothing.
5:20Speaker 1I mean, with 0 expectations
5:22Speaker 1whatsoever.
5:23Speaker 1Right.
5:25Speaker 1A little bit. I mean, I don't even go on, I don't go on social media. I don't I don't watch
5:31Speaker 1at all of anything like that at all. So
5:35Speaker 1I had really no expectation.
5:38Speaker 1And it's not that, you know, I guess yes, I'm a private. It's not that I'm a private guy. Like, look, I could care less about this, like, sharing of informant. I don't really care if anybody knows me. I'm an open book, right?
5:50Speaker 1Know, ask me something, but I don't really care. I don't I'll tell you anything. That's not what I worry about. I just don't like being in the spotlight.
5:58Speaker 1You know?
5:59Speaker 0Which is fine. I don't like being a self attention. I think a lot of people are like that. Yeah. Yeah.
6:05Speaker 0Not really a right or wrong.
6:08Speaker 1So but I said, okay. You know, shoot. I guess if you think I have something to offer, then
6:14Speaker 1yeah.
6:15Speaker 0Well, we sat down, and I think the cool I I think the beauty of how, you know, the podcast has done so well is
6:23Speaker 0these are just, in a sense,
6:25Speaker 0recordings of conversations you and I have had forever.
6:29Speaker 0You know? Like That's true. We're just like we would go to you know, we're both sober so we can talk about this freely. We'd be at a meeting and, like, we'd be talking about different compounds and, like, I you know, we'd talk after. It's just 2 friends talking about different supplements that we've either tried or something that's new, and we wanted to try. Have you tried this? Have you done this? And it's just basically 2 friends talking about stuff that they're super passionate about that they totally love. We both have followed some of the same guys on YouTube's guys that we like, kinda similar to what people are doing to us,
7:00Speaker 0and,
7:01Speaker 0which kinda think I was even telling you this this morning on a DM,
7:05Speaker 0which was cool because some of the people that I've enjoyed watching and and whatnot now are watching our channel, and I'm getting DMs from them. And, like, how cool is that? How cool is that, man? That's cool. Super cool. That's pretty rad. Think
7:19Speaker 0authenticity
7:20Speaker 0is what really shines in things. I think people are so craving
7:25Speaker 0realness because everybody, for a lack of a better way to say it, is so full of shit these days.
7:30Speaker 0You know? You have these fitness guys that are sitting in front of a rented Lamborghini acting like they have money and all, and people are like, blah. Like, just throw up on that stuff. Like, dude, whatever, dude. Like, it's so easy to see through the bullshit.
7:43Speaker 0So I think when you and I sit down and talk, that's why I think why we like the q and a episodes so much because, 1, we just get to interact to a degree with the people that enjoy the content.
7:54Speaker 0And, 2, because
7:57Speaker 0we freaking love this stuff. It's literally our life.
8:01Speaker 1Yeah. It is, and it has been. And, right, we've had countless conversations over years.
8:05Speaker 1We don't realize, and as with anybody else who's completely immersed in
8:10Speaker 1in something or in a topic, you know, most people just don't really realize that
8:15Speaker 1that they themselves know a whole bunch about something. Right? So it's like, this is just how I live. Right? Right. Although and then when people ask me questions and I answer, they're like, how do you know this stuff? Like, I don't know. Right. It's still like we're just kind of born knowing this because that's what we'd like to do. Right. So I think working out like, man, that must have been a hard work to like, to be in shape like this. And I think of it and they go, no. Actually, no. Always done it. Wouldn't say hard work is at all the same, just because it's light, because I like it, right? Like, and it's just what I've always done.
8:46Speaker 1So
8:47Speaker 1it makes sense, right, 10, 15 years of
8:51Speaker 1consistent,
8:52Speaker 1like, fitness, nutrition, supplementation,
8:55Speaker 1talk, business.
8:58Speaker 1Yeah.
8:59Speaker 1It makes
9:00Speaker 1makes sense. I guess we do know
9:02Speaker 1what we're talking about, but we're authentic too. You know, it's funny. If you watch these the progression of these podcasts, I'm sure we've learned a lot, man. We've learned a lot about each each different
9:11Speaker 1compound or something something different as on the I'm sure that we contradict ourselves a few times,
9:18Speaker 1saying some things early on in the episodes and then later maybe saying something different.
9:22Speaker 0But
9:23Speaker 0we don't hide from that and just is what it is. Right? People learn and get better. Right. That's that's the beauty of life, man. But people will ask, like, how do know this stuff? Well, I've just been trying this stuff for so long. You know, if you talk about, like, testosterone replacement, well, we've done it for so long. There's been so much trial and error and mess ups and goofs and blah blah blah that, like, that's how we learn, man. And we also study to the degree where we watch the stuff and we read about the stuff. And, like, for anybody that's listening that it's new to peptides, like, if you're going to inject yourself with something,
9:59Speaker 0like, put some put some time into learning about it. You know? Like, don't just, like, the dude at the gym because you heard 1 opinion about it. Like, he said that this sucks or that's good or whatever.
10:10Speaker 0Like, put some thought into it and, like, study a little bit, man. Because
10:14Speaker 0you know but we've also seen go
10:16Speaker 0ahead.
10:17Speaker 1We've had, you know, not only you and I have done our own kind of market research, right, on ourselves, but we have a
10:24Speaker 1big wide network of friends over the past year that also have
10:29Speaker 1done this stuff, right, highs and lows and always came to us to kind of ask questions or explain things or tell us about their experience. So that, you know, our sample size
10:41Speaker 1is massive with detailed accounts of- Right.
10:45Speaker 1Yeah, things going right, things going wrong, different ways to do things. It's not just us and
10:51Speaker 1preaching what works best for us
10:54Speaker 1is now the gospel and that's best for everybody, right? That's what a lot of people get. They read 1 Reddit and some some dude just happened to, I don't know, do something.
11:03Speaker 1Work really well. Now, he's like, this is how you do it. This is how it always has to be done. This is how it will work for every single person who ever does this. And if don't feel like this, then you're wrong.
11:12Speaker 0Yeah, which ain't And how long have you been doing that? 3 3 weeks. Okay. Cool. That's it. Yeah. I'll take your word for it. It's bond.
11:20Speaker 1So When did we do we we did some we did a couple of these, like, in my home gym and in your backyard.
11:27Speaker 0Was that after Vegas or before? That was way before. So a little backstory for for people listening.
11:32Speaker 0I
11:33Speaker 0you know, the cool another cool thing about Will and I is I just I come up I just have a lot of ideas. My my my brain's always trying to creatively think through things and stuff. So when I before I started the fitness channel, you and I had talked about me starting the fitness channel. Like, I kinda was thinking you and I would do it together. I'd never done it, so I didn't know what I was doing. And, you know, and like, you know, I was throwing some stuff at you, I think you're kinda like, yeah, I remember I was gonna go downtown and, like, talk to people about diet and what they thought diet was. And you were like, yeah. And I'm like, And then I just kinda just started doing it and just finding my own. And I interviewed you in my backyard
12:10Speaker 0on MK-677
12:11Speaker 0and HGH.
12:13Speaker 0And oddly enough,
12:16Speaker 0if you watch it, it's a great it's a great like, a 20 20 minute clip.
12:21Speaker 0So Yeah. That was kinda like us seeing the future of what was to come, I think.
12:27Speaker 1It was. It was. And then I did that 1 video and then and then had some people being like, hey, you shouldn't do this. Right? Some other businesses that
12:38Speaker 1yeah. And that wasn't
12:40Speaker 1we we had, I don't know, not really started because I remember then it was kind of entertaining like, hey,
12:47Speaker 1I don't know. Do I wanna do this? And then about 2 months later, I was like, yeah, definitely in doing this. I don't care about anything else.
12:54Speaker 0Right.
12:55Speaker 1I guess I won't make mention
12:57Speaker 1specifics for this
12:58Speaker 1show, but, yeah, because I'm in another business and they were were they were that person was
13:05Speaker 1worried about that business because I'm a co owner there, and
13:10Speaker 1then we started getting traction
13:13Speaker 1in our other company,
13:16Speaker 1and that was more
13:18Speaker 1important.
13:19Speaker 0Right.
13:20Speaker 1To that. Traction game.
13:22Speaker 0So with that said, Will, so you're a guy that that like you've already said, you're not someone that likes to be on the screen. It's just who you are. Not a right or wrong. Just an is. With that being said, now, oddly enough, you are on a very successful podcast. I can say that because our our show's done done well, man. We were very stoked. We're very blessed.
13:42Speaker 0What would you say has been your favorite part in the last year of doing this?
13:49Speaker 1Oh, you know, I don't know. I think that I think my favorite part is hearing,
13:54Speaker 1getting messages back that tell me that I was completely right with everything I've said.
14:00Speaker 1Getting out from here. But but really is, I guess, the big the good feedback from people.
14:06Speaker 1We're just seeing how many people
14:08Speaker 1appreciate
14:11Speaker 1the information that we are giving and that they listen and learn and that it is making huge differences, changes in their lives.
14:18Speaker 1And
14:21Speaker 1and that we do really I don't know, though we actually are helping people because we know what we're talking about and we're right, you know, most of the time.
14:31Speaker 1That's probably the main,
14:33Speaker 1yeah, the best thing I see. I don't really care about the fame nor I know you don't either, but like, I don't see you go to Mexico and you have people recognizing you on the plane and at resorts, and I don't I don't get that. And so
14:48Speaker 1that's neither good nor bad. Maybe this probably turns bad after a while. Gives
14:52Speaker 0them time.
14:53Speaker 1So I don't really have
14:56Speaker 1yeah. I don't see much effect from this.
14:59Speaker 0Yeah. I would say, like, if if I go back and kind of think of that myself, you know, wasn't kinda like like you wasn't really expecting this to do what it did, but I think all the things that happened so organically are the things that are the best. They're the things that are supposed to be anyway.
15:14Speaker 0I, I enjoy, obviously, the continuance studying it and learning and educating my own self and the learning. But I would say the q and a episodes,
15:23Speaker 0which I talk about often, are my favorites because
15:26Speaker 0we get to tap into a little bit about the people that we listen to, and people ask us questions. Even sometimes
15:33Speaker 0they're redundant, but,
15:35Speaker 0we get a kind of get a feel for the people that are listening. So that's I would say the q and a's have become
15:41Speaker 0my favorites because we get a little taste of the people that are listening.
15:46Speaker 0Now what would you say as we go because you and I have talked about kinda what we're seeing as we're moving forward as,
15:54Speaker 0you know, Will is sitting on our podcast
15:57Speaker 0studio that we made in our office.
15:59Speaker 0What are some of the things that you foresee in the future? What are some of your personal goals
16:05Speaker 0in 2026
16:07Speaker 0to start with, and what are some of the goals that you would have for the podcast?
16:13Speaker 1Well,
16:14Speaker 1okay. So podcast 1st. Right? I guess
16:16Speaker 1some of the the setup. Right? I wanna come into this podcast room and just be able to sit down and push go.
16:22Speaker 1So that just takes some more a little bit more work. Right? Logistical work of equipment, but after that, I am most excited about having guests on and an array of really
16:34Speaker 1knowledgeable,
16:35Speaker 1like niche guests. Yeah. Mostly doctors, but, you know, people practicing
16:40Speaker 1in
16:41Speaker 1in this this field,
16:44Speaker 1and real
16:45Speaker 1like kind of specific experts that we could dig into, ask questions to, and
16:51Speaker 1learn from us and everybody else and all of the listeners to learn from. So I'm really excited about that, and we are committed to doing that,
16:59Speaker 1to put it on the schedule once a month.
17:04Speaker 1Yeah, I think that'd be really cool for the people.
17:08Speaker 1So there's 1 exciting and kind of goals. I don't really have any metric goals again, like you said. I think
17:14Speaker 1the goal is not
17:16Speaker 1I don't know, man. The goal isn't, I don't think either of us would like, we want to have this many followers. Right? We're just like, dude, we we just hope that we just provide something cool and entertaining for the people that that helps.
17:30Speaker 0That's what I wish. And the more creative we can get with that, the better. Yeah, well, it's cool because as you start to see things evolve and as you you obviously hit, there's more listeners, then then it obviously makes sense that it's gonna, you know, hopefully stick around, and we obviously put some money into the podcast room and whatnot, make the sound better, make the visuals better. But as you said,
17:51Speaker 0now I get to have some people sitting across from us that are, you know, know a lot about a lot, ask them questions.
17:58Speaker 0You know, I've said this before, but my mentor,
18:01Speaker 0when I started doing podcasts, I asked him if he had any advice, and he said to me, it's your podcast, so ask them questions that you want to know about them. I thought that was great advice. I said, That's actually really good advice. So when we're sitting down with Doctor. Scott or Doctor. Stanley or Doctor. Melanotan, some of ones we already have on calendar,
18:19Speaker 0We get to talk to people that are just like us to love the stuff that we love, and we get to pick their brains. How freaking cool is that?
18:26Speaker 0Yep, that's awesome. Do this for a living. How cool is that?
18:30Speaker 1There's
18:30Speaker 1so much out there nowadays, right?
18:35Speaker 1Different treatments or, I guess, performance enhancing,
18:39Speaker 1but,
18:40Speaker 1you know, recovery and different athletic modalities and treatments, etcetera out
18:45Speaker 1there that people haven't heard about, that we haven't heard about or really dug into.
18:50Speaker 1So and
18:52Speaker 1you know something works for everybody, right? Not everything is gonna work for every person. But
18:57Speaker 1if
18:59Speaker 1we can learn,
19:00Speaker 1if we can learn more and give that to the people, well, everybody's got a better chance of
19:04Speaker 1being happy and
19:06Speaker 1reaching goals.
19:08Speaker 01 of the coolest things I think of just, you know, working in the industry that we've now kind of started to work within the last couple of years, for me at least, is
19:19Speaker 0seeing some of the lights come on for people, you know, whether, that's for a lack of a better way to say it, Retatrutide
19:25Speaker 0being the gateway drug, so to speak, to peptides and not opening people's
19:31Speaker 0opening their
19:33Speaker 0minds to wanna try more peptides, then they try multiple other peptides, MOTS-thirty
19:38Speaker 01,
19:39Speaker 0you know, just ones that they probably would never try. That has been the best part for me to see. People fall in love with
19:46Speaker 0getting healthy and true health,
19:50Speaker 0which we all, we both know that peptides are just freaking
19:53Speaker 0amazing.
19:55Speaker 0Just seeing the lights come on for people, because we've done this stuff forever, and we've always taken supplements and tried different things, but see other people start to just fall in love with
20:05Speaker 0healthy lifestyle, eating better, working out,
20:08Speaker 0taking peptides. That's been amazing. Dude, yeah, love you.
20:12Speaker 1Of that is just you see such a change in people's lives.
20:17Speaker 1And really what it is, it's not the end result that that that is the thing that changed,
20:23Speaker 1you know, that made the good change in their life. If you had if I took somebody who's in and out of shape and kind of unhappy or whatever, it doesn't look good and then just snap my fingers and now that, bam, they look good. They still would not be there very happy. But the fact that
20:36Speaker 1they did all of the hard work to actually
20:39Speaker 1achieve that, and
20:41Speaker 1that is what makes this the big difference. Right? Walling in love with delayed gratification.
20:48Speaker 0You know, for guys like us, we've always had that. You know, like you said in the beginning of the podcast where people are like, well, it must be hard to be in shape. And, like, for guys like us, dude, like, I've always been in shape. Like, it's just it's been my lifestyle since 8th grade. You know what I mean? For the most part, you know, but, it's been pretty cool to see different things come on. I mean, so I'm sitting here in Mexico,
21:10Speaker 0and, you know, for those of you guys looking,
21:12Speaker 0a little I'm gonna give you a quick little cheat sheet on how I travel with peptides.
21:17Speaker 0I take them unopened
21:19Speaker 0and I mix them here.
21:21Speaker 0So that's how I travel for any of you interested.
21:25Speaker 0I've had a lot, a lot, a lot of DMs on that, and I mix them here. That way when I travel, they don't you know, we don't have to worry about them being out of the fridge.
21:34Speaker 0And a lot of people ask, well, what happens when you're done? The ones that I've chosen are the ones that I basically will be done with other week
21:42Speaker 0Yep. For the most part. That's good. 1 or 2. That's how I do it, and and the point of that is this. Think through stuff, man. Be methodical. Right? Like, have a plan.
21:51Speaker 0If you wanna get in shape, if you wanna change your life, if you wanna get healthy,
21:55Speaker 0you have to have a strategy. You have to have a road map to doing it. So these are just things that Will and I have, you know, done for years, but, it's cool to have people come across our path that we get to help with that type of stuff because we geek out on it. We love it. We've talked about it for years, and now we gotta do it on a podcast.
22:14Speaker 0Life is years.
22:16Speaker 1Life is good. Life's good. Now the 2nd part of the goals, know, know, personal. So over the last, like, 4 years of we have got together,
22:24Speaker 1and with a group of hell, guess, maybe started at 10 to 20 and everybody.
22:30Speaker 1I even have notes of like 4 consecutive years of
22:34Speaker 1like 10 to 20 people and what their
22:37Speaker 1goals are for the new year ahead, right?
22:42Speaker 1And
22:43Speaker 1we'll see,
22:45Speaker 1I think, that a lot of those people aren't
22:47Speaker 1Well, we had some changes in schedules and change in our meeting, which is where we used to go to do that. But, you know, personally,
22:55Speaker 1my goals will change every year as I get a little bit more mature, and as I've reached those, and those goals usually aren't,
23:03Speaker 1I don't know. They're not achievement goals. Some of the most important ones
23:06Speaker 1aren't,
23:08Speaker 1but that important,
23:10Speaker 1but mostly it's kind of, I don't know, a different mindset. And so this year, I've been thinking about,
23:16Speaker 1I think my 1st year was consistency.
23:19Speaker 1I had always, the previous life,
23:22Speaker 1been very good at working really hard, build something,
23:26Speaker 1If it's business, if it's just my life, if it's just getting sober, right? What I am not good is maintaining
23:34Speaker 1that,
23:35Speaker 1you know? Keep it. I can hustle hard
23:39Speaker 1short amount of time,
23:40Speaker 1but when life gets, well, when it gets, I guess, know, lack of a better term, boring, and I just have to go, okay, now let's just try to maintain this, and there's not this constant excitement and rush,
23:51Speaker 1and there's not a back against the wall. You know, I work really well with my back against the wall. But when it's not against the wall, right, then I just let things slide, and then that's that letting of slide is a just downward
24:03Speaker 1slide
24:04Speaker 1until things are in shambles again. And then we gotta just, know, fight the fire again. So I've done pretty well at that now. I've proven I've put 6 years together of maintaining consistency,
24:18Speaker 1and I have not
24:20Speaker 1so I don't know. This year really is,
24:23Speaker 1well, taking care of myself,
24:27Speaker 1work.
24:28Speaker 1I know the hard work. I got that down. That's inherent in me is to just work hard and probably to a fault. You know what I mean?
24:37Speaker 1So
24:38Speaker 1and I don't wanna lose that, but I wanna work smarter.
24:42Speaker 1Yeah. So I think that everything in my life, you know, is gonna be more about efficiency.
24:48Speaker 1Oh, yeah. Love it. Efficiency and working smarter, and that means
24:53Speaker 1putting a plug on
24:55Speaker 1unnecessary
24:57Speaker 1generosity and time giving when it's
25:00Speaker 1not necessarily warranted,
25:02Speaker 1you know?
25:04Speaker 1But there is I I I
25:06Speaker 1tend to,
25:08Speaker 1you know, put too much energy into others and do, like, giving all my time, blah blah blah, and then not enough for me. And then, of course, at the end of the day, get mad about it because people don't return the favors or,
25:18Speaker 1you know, things don't work as they should. Shocker. Yeah. Right. Shocker. Right? Yeah. Because I entered into an agreement just myself that I would get something back, but other people didn't didn't buy into that. So anyway, efficiency time is being
25:34Speaker 1they didn't know about this agreement that I had with them.
25:37Speaker 1And,
25:38Speaker 1yeah, mostly it's like, hey, do what I want to. Like, really kind of standing
25:43Speaker 1up for
25:45Speaker 1myself in certain situations
25:47Speaker 1and
25:49Speaker 1having a more clear vision for myself
25:52Speaker 1and being efficient about that.
25:55Speaker 1And that means,
25:56Speaker 1at the end of the day, then I get to do what I want for myself also.
26:00Speaker 0Yeah.
26:02Speaker 0I think the basics of that is structure for the next year. Systems in place,
26:07Speaker 0structure,
26:08Speaker 0work ethics there.
26:09Speaker 0But Mhmm. You know, you and I have talked about numerous times. You know, a good friend of mine, Mark, tells me all the time, systems you have systems in place.
26:16Speaker 0Your if your business doesn't run when you're gone for 3 weeks, then you have a job.
26:21Speaker 0So if you have the right systems and you have the right people to run the systems, then you can take off for 3 weeks and your job your career or your your business is gonna run like if you were there. So that
26:33Speaker 0is, you know, I think, goal for both of us in 2026.
26:36Speaker 0But I
26:37Speaker 0would say in 2026,
26:40Speaker 0my goal
26:41Speaker 0it's funny you say that, you people, it's not reciprocated.
26:44Speaker 0I've dealt with that a lot myself, and you kinda realize, I think as you get older, that's why your circles get smaller, but your circles become the right people. And I I would rather have a circle of small,
26:56Speaker 0people that I trust rather than that when I was younger, have a circle of a lot of people that sucked.
27:02Speaker 0Yeah. Ultimately, they wouldn't be there when you needed them. You know? But that's a I think that's a very that takes a long time to catch up to that lesson. You know? It took me a long time at least. But, in 2026,
27:13Speaker 0brother, like, I I don't know. I have never been more driven in life to just try to just do do big things and chase big things and try big things. And,
27:24Speaker 0you know, I just I personally go through the podcast myself
27:28Speaker 0to listen to them from the standpoint of how can I get better? You know? Mhmm. I've learned from listening to my own podcast. I cut people off sometimes when they're talking. That sucks. I shouldn't do that. But I wouldn't have done it if I didn't listen, like studying a tape.
27:42Speaker 0So those are the things that I plan on doing. I want, you know, the the engagements
27:47Speaker 0that you and I are in and the businesses that you and I do, I want them to be the best just simply because freaking a, we can. We have the discipline. We have the desire. We have the drive.
27:58Speaker 0And, damn, we have the work ethic, baby.
28:00Speaker 0Uh-huh.
28:01Speaker 1Yes. Do. And okay. Here's my last 1 too. Let me add this 1. Just delegation. Right? Because,
28:07Speaker 1yeah.
28:08Speaker 1Learning too that other that well, train
28:12Speaker 1train and trust people
28:13Speaker 1and find Yeah. The right
28:16Speaker 1There's no way that I'm gonna get to my goals of having, you know, 6 plus businesses if I have to do them myself.
28:23Speaker 1Yeah. No way.
28:25Speaker 1Not possible.
28:27Speaker 1So, yeah, training, trusting, and and and then delegating
28:32Speaker 1correctly.
28:33Speaker 0You know, it's funny as you say that, and you know this because we've discussed this because we made this decision together. So we had Will and I had hired somebody to go through my DMs, which I answered forever,
28:42Speaker 0and that's a very, let's mic my baby because, like, I put a lot of, oh, man, hours in that. So I know what you're talking about, man. Letting somebody
28:51Speaker 0basically have the reins on something that's basically so detrimental to life. But anyways, you know, like delegating it to people that can help you thrive. But I think what we have well,
29:02Speaker 0wait on this. I think at least from my standpoint of what we have built so far and the people that we are starting to cultivate and have within us are just some rad people,
29:11Speaker 0magical people. They share our passion.
29:14Speaker 0You know, that's 1 of the things that I love about what we do and some of the people we get to see on a daily basis. They share our passion. They share our work ethic.
29:23Speaker 0And goddamn it, we can go to the top of that, baby. I'm excited.
29:27Speaker 1Yes, we can. Yes, we can. Me too.
29:30Speaker 0Alright, man. Anything that you wanna say before we cut this off for the last pep type podcast of the year?
29:38Speaker 0Gosh.
29:39Speaker 1I don't like,
29:43Speaker 1you know, I,
29:45Speaker 1I went to church on Christmas, and, they said basically
29:50Speaker 1the
29:52Speaker 1sermon was about
29:54Speaker 1just being grateful for,
29:57Speaker 1yeah, what we have.
29:59Speaker 1And I always need to it's such a hard thing to, like, you know, hold on to gratitude at all times. Absolutely. It
30:08Speaker 1slips away so fast. So I don't know, man.
30:12Speaker 1I just leave everybody with that message of just be grateful for who you are. There's for who you are, what you have, etcetera.
30:19Speaker 1And I know he needs to constantly remind myself of that. And
30:23Speaker 1I don't know, new year, yeah, guys, we expect that we put, we want to put some work into this and make it
30:30Speaker 1awesome and make it something really cool and enjoyable and informational. So,
30:34Speaker 1requests do help,
30:36Speaker 1and we actually will listen to you.
30:39Speaker 1I'm gonna end on this. People.
30:41Speaker 0Yeah. That's it. I'm gonna end on this because I don't know if you'd use I send you a lot of DMs and texts, and I know that you're not a big guy to to open them all because you get a lot, but I sent you something last night that I started busting up and thinking about you. So I saw the doctor that was
30:56Speaker 0engaged,
30:57Speaker 0I think it was with Eli Lilly, blah blah blah, when they were building
31:01Speaker 0Retrutide,
31:02Speaker 0but it is actually
31:04Speaker 0it is actually
31:06Speaker 0called Retatrutide.
31:08Speaker 0Retach how do say it? Retachotide. Did you see that? I said it to you, bro. It's like they literally have, like, Eli Lilly's guy saying, I think it was the other way. Whoever created the damn thing, I know it's the other way, but I don't know. But it's called Retatrutathione
31:22Speaker 0tried it and, like, she was saying how she was getting so much shit from people because she was calling it that, and everybody's like, it's called Retatrutide.
31:29Speaker 0I sent that to you, you should listen to it. It's funny.
31:32Speaker 0Even saying the right
31:34Speaker 0way the whole time, I'm wrong, we're all wrong. It's called Retatrutide, but we'll still probably call Retrutide is a lot easier.
31:42Speaker 1Everybody, watch
31:44Speaker 0that. I sent it to you on text. I know you open your text more than signal. Otherwise, send you a text you open it, so watch that. You'll get a kick out of it. It's fine. Everybody.
31:52Speaker 0Yeah, it has been a blessing to be able to engage with you. Thank you so much for listening to the show. I'm gonna go get back down to the pool with my family, and this is the last 1 of the year. Blessings to you all.
32:06Speaker 0That's all we got.
