And as always, across the way, not sitting next me today because we're not in the same room, obviously, is my cohost, 0:19 Speaker 0: William T. Haws. What's up, dude? What's up? I'm so low today. It's funny because you are now in the podcast room, and you look all crisp, and it looks all dark, and it looks all cool. I'm And sitting in a normal room, and it sucks. 0:33 Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, you get to walk outside, and you have Mexico and the beach. So Yeah. Touche. 0:38 Speaker 0: For those of you we we tried to we tried to 0:42 Speaker 0: I thought I was gonna be able to show you the cool view at Mexico and the crisp blue water out there, but it didn't work for the the video. So you get the white wall of the hotel behind me, guys, who can see it on Spotify. So but the cool thing is is I am in Cabo, enjoying Cabo 1:00 Speaker 0: with my family. And, 1:02 Speaker 0: you know, we, we 1:04 Speaker 0: Christmas for us, even Will and I were talking on the last episode, we got we get Christmased out, man. We go to everybody has so much. There's so much stuff. You gotta go to parties, this, parties, that, presents, all this stuff. And 1 of the things Alyssa and I decided 3 years ago actually, 1:20 Speaker 0: was there's just so much to do and like there's always some type of family drama or something, you know, going on. And like, 1:27 Speaker 0: we decided to jump jump ship and just get out of Dodge, and we take a vacation at Christmas every year. Now it's just becoming our denim tradition, and we always go to some beach. We've been to Costa Rica. We've been to Hawaii last year, and this year, it's Cabo. So a new family tradition for the denims. We we don't stick around for Christmas. We'd we'd 1:51 Speaker 0: celebrate it somewhere else. So pretty cool. 1:54 Speaker 0: Pretty cool tradition. For you. I'm jealous of you. How, how was your Christmas, dude? 2:00 Speaker 1: It was okay. 2:03 Speaker 1: That's it? Think my parents my mother taught me to not it's against anything good. Just don't say anything at all. Uh-oh. It's like that, Yeah. 2:12 Speaker 1: I mean, just, 2:13 Speaker 1: it was just a rat race of, 2:17 Speaker 1: you know, frustration and unhappiness 2:20 Speaker 1: and, 2:22 Speaker 1: you know, being late in obligations and victory, not between, like, me and a girl, just like everybody else and 2:30 Speaker 1: There you go. That's 2:31 Speaker 1: why. Like, 2:33 Speaker 1: like, this striving 2:35 Speaker 1: to 2:36 Speaker 1: live the Christmas that the hallmark and you know what I'm saying? And Nordstrom's tells us that we need to live. You know? Right. 2:43 Speaker 1: And that shit drives me crazy. 2:45 Speaker 0: There you go, bro. Now you see why we jump ship. We're like, we're out of here. I totally understand. 2:49 Speaker 0: The best thing. Like, we wake up 2:52 Speaker 0: and we have breakfast, we walk on a beach, and it's just me and my wife and 2 kids, and it's magical. None of that I'm 2:59 Speaker 0: exhausted. 3:01 Speaker 0: Good 3:02 Speaker 0: stuff. Well, this is the closing 3:05 Speaker 0: of the year, the last peptide of the week podcast. And what Will and I wanted to do is kinda put the pod the peptides on the side for a bit 3:15 Speaker 0: and tell a little bit of just about, you know, kinda close it out, you know, what we enjoyed about the podcast, maybe what we didn't enjoy about the podcast, what we expect for next year, and just kinda close out the year and do that. It's kind of a it's kind of a interesting 3:30 Speaker 0: story how 3:32 Speaker 0: Will and I are sitting on this podcast. If you haven't heard us heard me say it numerous times or if you haven't picked up 3:40 Speaker 0: picked up on it from time to time, at least in the beginning of the podcast, 3:44 Speaker 0: Will is not a social media guy. He's a very private guy. He doesn't like to have his face and stuff on screens. He and I are very different, and that's why we work well together because he doesn't do that inside of the company, and I do, and that's just where we fit. 3:58 Speaker 0: But but, 4:00 Speaker 0: I'm trying, Will, to remember the true, true, true genesis of how I got you on screen. 4:06 Speaker 0: I know, I think it's and I'll I'll let you kinda like chime in. 4:11 Speaker 0: My 4:12 Speaker 0: remembering of it was we just kind of wanted to talk. I was like, listen, we need to do a peptide of the week, and it just started about me doing, I think, a minute clip. And then I wanted to get you kind of your opinion on it. So we were up, I think, in 4:26 Speaker 0: in Vegas at a conference thing, and I think we did the BPC-one 4:31 Speaker 0: hundred 57. We were dressed up because we had to look nice up there, and I think that's 1 of the 1st 4:37 Speaker 0: ones where we kinda made it a podcast. Do you remember the the the how it really kinda formed? I don't fully remember how it came about. Do you? 4:46 Speaker 1: No. Not real. I think that that's probably pretty much it. You're like, hey. I think this would be a good idea that Get you on there. 4:53 Speaker 1: Yeah. Get me on there and help out a little bit and just get another opinion. Right? It's not just just 1 person talking about, you know, peptides. 5:02 Speaker 1: I don't know. I think BPC 5:04 Speaker 1: in Vegas on their on 5:06 Speaker 1: on, like, the 50th Floor was the 1st time that we did it. Right. And then 5:12 Speaker 1: then we started 5:14 Speaker 1: yeah. 5:15 Speaker 1: Then we kept going with it consistently, thinking really nothing. 5:20 Speaker 1: I mean, with 0 expectations 5:22 Speaker 1: whatsoever. 5:23 Speaker 1: Right. 5:25 Speaker 1: A little bit. I mean, I don't even go on, I don't go on social media. I don't I don't watch 5:31 Speaker 1: at all of anything like that at all. So 5:35 Speaker 1: I had really no expectation. 5:38 Speaker 1: And it's not that, you know, I guess yes, I'm a private. It's not that I'm a private guy. Like, look, I could care less about this, like, sharing of informant. I don't really care if anybody knows me. I'm an open book, right? 5:50 Speaker 1: Know, ask me something, but I don't really care. I don't I'll tell you anything. That's not what I worry about. I just don't like being in the spotlight. 5:58 Speaker 1: You know? 5:59 Speaker 0: Which is fine. I don't like being a self attention. I think a lot of people are like that. Yeah. Yeah. 6:05 Speaker 0: Not really a right or wrong. 6:08 Speaker 1: So but I said, okay. You know, shoot. I guess if you think I have something to offer, then 6:14 Speaker 1: yeah. 6:15 Speaker 0: Well, we sat down, and I think the cool I I think the beauty of how, you know, the podcast has done so well is 6:23 Speaker 0: these are just, in a sense, 6:25 Speaker 0: recordings of conversations you and I have had forever. 6:29 Speaker 0: You know? Like That's true. We're just like we would go to you know, we're both sober so we can talk about this freely. We'd be at a meeting and, like, we'd be talking about different compounds and, like, I you know, we'd talk after. It's just 2 friends talking about different supplements that we've either tried or something that's new, and we wanted to try. Have you tried this? Have you done this? And it's just basically 2 friends talking about stuff that they're super passionate about that they totally love. We both have followed some of the same guys on YouTube's guys that we like, kinda similar to what people are doing to us, 7:00 Speaker 0: and, 7:01 Speaker 0: which kinda think I was even telling you this this morning on a DM, 7:05 Speaker 0: which was cool because some of the people that I've enjoyed watching and and whatnot now are watching our channel, and I'm getting DMs from them. And, like, how cool is that? How cool is that, man? That's cool. Super cool. That's pretty rad. Think 7:19 Speaker 0: authenticity 7:20 Speaker 0: is what really shines in things. I think people are so craving 7:25 Speaker 0: realness because everybody, for a lack of a better way to say it, is so full of shit these days. 7:30 Speaker 0: You know? You have these fitness guys that are sitting in front of a rented Lamborghini acting like they have money and all, and people are like, blah. Like, just throw up on that stuff. Like, dude, whatever, dude. Like, it's so easy to see through the bullshit. 7:43 Speaker 0: So I think when you and I sit down and talk, that's why I think why we like the q and a episodes so much because, 1, we just get to interact to a degree with the people that enjoy the content. 7:54 Speaker 0: And, 2, because 7:57 Speaker 0: we freaking love this stuff. It's literally our life. 8:01 Speaker 1: Yeah. It is, and it has been. And, right, we've had countless conversations over years. 8:05 Speaker 1: We don't realize, and as with anybody else who's completely immersed in 8:10 Speaker 1: in something or in a topic, you know, most people just don't really realize that 8:15 Speaker 1: that they themselves know a whole bunch about something. Right? So it's like, this is just how I live. Right? Right. Although and then when people ask me questions and I answer, they're like, how do you know this stuff? Like, I don't know. Right. It's still like we're just kind of born knowing this because that's what we'd like to do. Right. So I think working out like, man, that must have been a hard work to like, to be in shape like this. And I think of it and they go, no. Actually, no. Always done it. Wouldn't say hard work is at all the same, just because it's light, because I like it, right? Like, and it's just what I've always done. 8:46 Speaker 1: So 8:47 Speaker 1: it makes sense, right, 10, 15 years of 8:51 Speaker 1: consistent, 8:52 Speaker 1: like, fitness, nutrition, supplementation, 8:55 Speaker 1: talk, business. 8:58 Speaker 1: Yeah. 8:59 Speaker 1: It makes 9:00 Speaker 1: makes sense. I guess we do know 9:02 Speaker 1: what we're talking about, but we're authentic too. You know, it's funny. If you watch these the progression of these podcasts, I'm sure we've learned a lot, man. We've learned a lot about each each different 9:11 Speaker 1: compound or something something different as on the I'm sure that we contradict ourselves a few times, 9:18 Speaker 1: saying some things early on in the episodes and then later maybe saying something different. 9:22 Speaker 0: But 9:23 Speaker 0: we don't hide from that and just is what it is. Right? People learn and get better. Right. That's that's the beauty of life, man. But people will ask, like, how do know this stuff? Well, I've just been trying this stuff for so long. You know, if you talk about, like, testosterone replacement, well, we've done it for so long. There's been so much trial and error and mess ups and goofs and blah blah blah that, like, that's how we learn, man. And we also study to the degree where we watch the stuff and we read about the stuff. And, like, for anybody that's listening that it's new to peptides, like, if you're going to inject yourself with something, 9:59 Speaker 0: like, put some put some time into learning about it. You know? Like, don't just, like, the dude at the gym because you heard 1 opinion about it. Like, he said that this sucks or that's good or whatever. 10:10 Speaker 0: Like, put some thought into it and, like, study a little bit, man. Because 10:14 Speaker 0: you know but we've also seen go 10:16 Speaker 0: ahead. 10:17 Speaker 1: We've had, you know, not only you and I have done our own kind of market research, right, on ourselves, but we have a 10:24 Speaker 1: big wide network of friends over the past year that also have 10:29 Speaker 1: done this stuff, right, highs and lows and always came to us to kind of ask questions or explain things or tell us about their experience. So that, you know, our sample size 10:41 Speaker 1: is massive with detailed accounts of- Right. 10:45 Speaker 1: Yeah, things going right, things going wrong, different ways to do things. It's not just us and 10:51 Speaker 1: preaching what works best for us 10:54 Speaker 1: is now the gospel and that's best for everybody, right? That's what a lot of people get. They read 1 Reddit and some some dude just happened to, I don't know, do something. 11:03 Speaker 1: Work really well. Now, he's like, this is how you do it. This is how it always has to be done. This is how it will work for every single person who ever does this. And if don't feel like this, then you're wrong. 11:12 Speaker 0: Yeah, which ain't And how long have you been doing that? 3 3 weeks. Okay. Cool. That's it. Yeah. I'll take your word for it. It's bond. 11:20 Speaker 1: So When did we do we we did some we did a couple of these, like, in my home gym and in your backyard. 11:27 Speaker 0: Was that after Vegas or before? That was way before. So a little backstory for for people listening. 11:32 Speaker 0: I 11:33 Speaker 0: you know, the cool another cool thing about Will and I is I just I come up I just have a lot of ideas. My my my brain's always trying to creatively think through things and stuff. So when I before I started the fitness channel, you and I had talked about me starting the fitness channel. Like, I kinda was thinking you and I would do it together. I'd never done it, so I didn't know what I was doing. And, you know, and like, you know, I was throwing some stuff at you, I think you're kinda like, yeah, I remember I was gonna go downtown and, like, talk to people about diet and what they thought diet was. And you were like, yeah. And I'm like, And then I just kinda just started doing it and just finding my own. And I interviewed you in my backyard 12:10 Speaker 0: on MK-677 12:11 Speaker 0: and HGH. 12:13 Speaker 0: And oddly enough, 12:16 Speaker 0: if you watch it, it's a great it's a great like, a 20 20 minute clip. 12:21 Speaker 0: So Yeah. That was kinda like us seeing the future of what was to come, I think. 12:27 Speaker 1: It was. It was. And then I did that 1 video and then and then had some people being like, hey, you shouldn't do this. Right? Some other businesses that 12:38 Speaker 1: yeah. And that wasn't 12:40 Speaker 1: we we had, I don't know, not really started because I remember then it was kind of entertaining like, hey, 12:47 Speaker 1: I don't know. Do I wanna do this? And then about 2 months later, I was like, yeah, definitely in doing this. I don't care about anything else. 12:54 Speaker 0: Right. 12:55 Speaker 1: I guess I won't make mention 12:57 Speaker 1: specifics for this 12:58 Speaker 1: show, but, yeah, because I'm in another business and they were were they were that person was 13:05 Speaker 1: worried about that business because I'm a co owner there, and 13:10 Speaker 1: then we started getting traction 13:13 Speaker 1: in our other company, 13:16 Speaker 1: and that was more 13:18 Speaker 1: important. 13:19 Speaker 0: Right. 13:20 Speaker 1: To that. Traction game. 13:22 Speaker 0: So with that said, Will, so you're a guy that that like you've already said, you're not someone that likes to be on the screen. It's just who you are. Not a right or wrong. Just an is. With that being said, now, oddly enough, you are on a very successful podcast. I can say that because our our show's done done well, man. We were very stoked. We're very blessed. 13:42 Speaker 0: What would you say has been your favorite part in the last year of doing this? 13:49 Speaker 1: Oh, you know, I don't know. I think that I think my favorite part is hearing, 13:54 Speaker 1: getting messages back that tell me that I was completely right with everything I've said. 14:00 Speaker 1: Getting out from here. But but really is, I guess, the big the good feedback from people. 14:06 Speaker 1: We're just seeing how many people 14:08 Speaker 1: appreciate 14:11 Speaker 1: the information that we are giving and that they listen and learn and that it is making huge differences, changes in their lives. 14:18 Speaker 1: And 14:21 Speaker 1: and that we do really I don't know, though we actually are helping people because we know what we're talking about and we're right, you know, most of the time. 14:31 Speaker 1: That's probably the main, 14:33 Speaker 1: yeah, the best thing I see. I don't really care about the fame nor I know you don't either, but like, I don't see you go to Mexico and you have people recognizing you on the plane and at resorts, and I don't I don't get that. And so 14:48 Speaker 1: that's neither good nor bad. Maybe this probably turns bad after a while. Gives 14:52 Speaker 0: them time. 14:53 Speaker 1: So I don't really have 14:56 Speaker 1: yeah. I don't see much effect from this. 14:59 Speaker 0: Yeah. I would say, like, if if I go back and kind of think of that myself, you know, wasn't kinda like like you wasn't really expecting this to do what it did, but I think all the things that happened so organically are the things that are the best. They're the things that are supposed to be anyway. 15:14 Speaker 0: I, I enjoy, obviously, the continuance studying it and learning and educating my own self and the learning. But I would say the q and a episodes, 15:23 Speaker 0: which I talk about often, are my favorites because 15:26 Speaker 0: we get to tap into a little bit about the people that we listen to, and people ask us questions. Even sometimes 15:33 Speaker 0: they're redundant, but, 15:35 Speaker 0: we get a kind of get a feel for the people that are listening. So that's I would say the q and a's have become 15:41 Speaker 0: my favorites because we get a little taste of the people that are listening. 15:46 Speaker 0: Now what would you say as we go because you and I have talked about kinda what we're seeing as we're moving forward as, 15:54 Speaker 0: you know, Will is sitting on our podcast 15:57 Speaker 0: studio that we made in our office. 15:59 Speaker 0: What are some of the things that you foresee in the future? What are some of your personal goals 16:05 Speaker 0: in 2026 16:07 Speaker 0: to start with, and what are some of the goals that you would have for the podcast? 16:13 Speaker 1: Well, 16:14 Speaker 1: okay. So podcast 1st. Right? I guess 16:16 Speaker 1: some of the the setup. Right? I wanna come into this podcast room and just be able to sit down and push go. 16:22 Speaker 1: So that just takes some more a little bit more work. Right? Logistical work of equipment, but after that, I am most excited about having guests on and an array of really 16:34 Speaker 1: knowledgeable, 16:35 Speaker 1: like niche guests. Yeah. Mostly doctors, but, you know, people practicing 16:40 Speaker 1: in 16:41 Speaker 1: in this this field, 16:44 Speaker 1: and real 16:45 Speaker 1: like kind of specific experts that we could dig into, ask questions to, and 16:51 Speaker 1: learn from us and everybody else and all of the listeners to learn from. So I'm really excited about that, and we are committed to doing that, 16:59 Speaker 1: to put it on the schedule once a month. 17:04 Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that'd be really cool for the people. 17:08 Speaker 1: So there's 1 exciting and kind of goals. I don't really have any metric goals again, like you said. I think 17:14 Speaker 1: the goal is not 17:16 Speaker 1: I don't know, man. The goal isn't, I don't think either of us would like, we want to have this many followers. Right? We're just like, dude, we we just hope that we just provide something cool and entertaining for the people that that helps. 17:30 Speaker 0: That's what I wish. And the more creative we can get with that, the better. Yeah, well, it's cool because as you start to see things evolve and as you you obviously hit, there's more listeners, then then it obviously makes sense that it's gonna, you know, hopefully stick around, and we obviously put some money into the podcast room and whatnot, make the sound better, make the visuals better. But as you said, 17:51 Speaker 0: now I get to have some people sitting across from us that are, you know, know a lot about a lot, ask them questions. 17:58 Speaker 0: You know, I've said this before, but my mentor, 18:01 Speaker 0: when I started doing podcasts, I asked him if he had any advice, and he said to me, it's your podcast, so ask them questions that you want to know about them. I thought that was great advice. I said, That's actually really good advice. So when we're sitting down with Doctor. Scott or Doctor. Stanley or Doctor. Melanotan, some of ones we already have on calendar, 18:19 Speaker 0: We get to talk to people that are just like us to love the stuff that we love, and we get to pick their brains. How freaking cool is that? 18:26 Speaker 0: Yep, that's awesome. Do this for a living. How cool is that? 18:30 Speaker 1: There's 18:30 Speaker 1: so much out there nowadays, right? 18:35 Speaker 1: Different treatments or, I guess, performance enhancing, 18:39 Speaker 1: but, 18:40 Speaker 1: you know, recovery and different athletic modalities and treatments, etcetera out 18:45 Speaker 1: there that people haven't heard about, that we haven't heard about or really dug into. 18:50 Speaker 1: So and 18:52 Speaker 1: you know something works for everybody, right? Not everything is gonna work for every person. But 18:57 Speaker 1: if 18:59 Speaker 1: we can learn, 19:00 Speaker 1: if we can learn more and give that to the people, well, everybody's got a better chance of 19:04 Speaker 1: being happy and 19:06 Speaker 1: reaching goals. 19:08 Speaker 0: 1 of the coolest things I think of just, you know, working in the industry that we've now kind of started to work within the last couple of years, for me at least, is 19:19 Speaker 0: seeing some of the lights come on for people, you know, whether, that's for a lack of a better way to say it, Retatrutide 19:25 Speaker 0: being the gateway drug, so to speak, to peptides and not opening people's 19:31 Speaker 0: opening their 19:33 Speaker 0: minds to wanna try more peptides, then they try multiple other peptides, MOTS-thirty 19:38 Speaker 0: 1, 19:39 Speaker 0: you know, just ones that they probably would never try. That has been the best part for me to see. People fall in love with 19:46 Speaker 0: getting healthy and true health, 19:50 Speaker 0: which we all, we both know that peptides are just freaking 19:53 Speaker 0: amazing. 19:55 Speaker 0: Just seeing the lights come on for people, because we've done this stuff forever, and we've always taken supplements and tried different things, but see other people start to just fall in love with 20:05 Speaker 0: healthy lifestyle, eating better, working out, 20:08 Speaker 0: taking peptides. That's been amazing. Dude, yeah, love you. 20:12 Speaker 1: Of that is just you see such a change in people's lives. 20:17 Speaker 1: And really what it is, it's not the end result that that that is the thing that changed, 20:23 Speaker 1: you know, that made the good change in their life. If you had if I took somebody who's in and out of shape and kind of unhappy or whatever, it doesn't look good and then just snap my fingers and now that, bam, they look good. They still would not be there very happy. But the fact that 20:36 Speaker 1: they did all of the hard work to actually 20:39 Speaker 1: achieve that, and 20:41 Speaker 1: that is what makes this the big difference. Right? Walling in love with delayed gratification. 20:48 Speaker 0: You know, for guys like us, we've always had that. You know, like you said in the beginning of the podcast where people are like, well, it must be hard to be in shape. And, like, for guys like us, dude, like, I've always been in shape. Like, it's just it's been my lifestyle since 8th grade. You know what I mean? For the most part, you know, but, it's been pretty cool to see different things come on. I mean, so I'm sitting here in Mexico, 21:10 Speaker 0: and, you know, for those of you guys looking, 21:12 Speaker 0: a little I'm gonna give you a quick little cheat sheet on how I travel with peptides. 21:17 Speaker 0: I take them unopened 21:19 Speaker 0: and I mix them here. 21:21 Speaker 0: So that's how I travel for any of you interested. 21:25 Speaker 0: I've had a lot, a lot, a lot of DMs on that, and I mix them here. That way when I travel, they don't you know, we don't have to worry about them being out of the fridge. 21:34 Speaker 0: And a lot of people ask, well, what happens when you're done? The ones that I've chosen are the ones that I basically will be done with other week 21:42 Speaker 0: Yep. For the most part. That's good. 1 or 2. That's how I do it, and and the point of that is this. Think through stuff, man. Be methodical. Right? Like, have a plan. 21:51 Speaker 0: If you wanna get in shape, if you wanna change your life, if you wanna get healthy, 21:55 Speaker 0: you have to have a strategy. You have to have a road map to doing it. So these are just things that Will and I have, you know, done for years, but, it's cool to have people come across our path that we get to help with that type of stuff because we geek out on it. We love it. We've talked about it for years, and now we gotta do it on a podcast. 22:14 Speaker 0: Life is years. 22:16 Speaker 1: Life is good. Life's good. Now the 2nd part of the goals, know, know, personal. So over the last, like, 4 years of we have got together, 22:24 Speaker 1: and with a group of hell, guess, maybe started at 10 to 20 and everybody. 22:30 Speaker 1: I even have notes of like 4 consecutive years of 22:34 Speaker 1: like 10 to 20 people and what their 22:37 Speaker 1: goals are for the new year ahead, right? 22:42 Speaker 1: And 22:43 Speaker 1: we'll see, 22:45 Speaker 1: I think, that a lot of those people aren't 22:47 Speaker 1: Well, we had some changes in schedules and change in our meeting, which is where we used to go to do that. But, you know, personally, 22:55 Speaker 1: my goals will change every year as I get a little bit more mature, and as I've reached those, and those goals usually aren't, 23:03 Speaker 1: I don't know. They're not achievement goals. Some of the most important ones 23:06 Speaker 1: aren't, 23:08 Speaker 1: but that important, 23:10 Speaker 1: but mostly it's kind of, I don't know, a different mindset. And so this year, I've been thinking about, 23:16 Speaker 1: I think my 1st year was consistency. 23:19 Speaker 1: I had always, the previous life, 23:22 Speaker 1: been very good at working really hard, build something, 23:26 Speaker 1: If it's business, if it's just my life, if it's just getting sober, right? What I am not good is maintaining 23:34 Speaker 1: that, 23:35 Speaker 1: you know? Keep it. I can hustle hard 23:39 Speaker 1: short amount of time, 23:40 Speaker 1: but when life gets, well, when it gets, I guess, know, lack of a better term, boring, and I just have to go, okay, now let's just try to maintain this, and there's not this constant excitement and rush, 23:51 Speaker 1: and there's not a back against the wall. You know, I work really well with my back against the wall. But when it's not against the wall, right, then I just let things slide, and then that's that letting of slide is a just downward 24:03 Speaker 1: slide 24:04 Speaker 1: until things are in shambles again. And then we gotta just, know, fight the fire again. So I've done pretty well at that now. I've proven I've put 6 years together of maintaining consistency, 24:18 Speaker 1: and I have not 24:20 Speaker 1: so I don't know. This year really is, 24:23 Speaker 1: well, taking care of myself, 24:27 Speaker 1: work. 24:28 Speaker 1: I know the hard work. I got that down. That's inherent in me is to just work hard and probably to a fault. You know what I mean? 24:37 Speaker 1: So 24:38 Speaker 1: and I don't wanna lose that, but I wanna work smarter. 24:42 Speaker 1: Yeah. So I think that everything in my life, you know, is gonna be more about efficiency. 24:48 Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. Love it. Efficiency and working smarter, and that means 24:53 Speaker 1: putting a plug on 24:55 Speaker 1: unnecessary 24:57 Speaker 1: generosity and time giving when it's 25:00 Speaker 1: not necessarily warranted, 25:02 Speaker 1: you know? 25:04 Speaker 1: But there is I I I 25:06 Speaker 1: tend to, 25:08 Speaker 1: you know, put too much energy into others and do, like, giving all my time, blah blah blah, and then not enough for me. And then, of course, at the end of the day, get mad about it because people don't return the favors or, 25:18 Speaker 1: you know, things don't work as they should. Shocker. Yeah. Right. Shocker. Right? Yeah. Because I entered into an agreement just myself that I would get something back, but other people didn't didn't buy into that. So anyway, efficiency time is being 25:34 Speaker 1: they didn't know about this agreement that I had with them. 25:37 Speaker 1: And, 25:38 Speaker 1: yeah, mostly it's like, hey, do what I want to. Like, really kind of standing 25:43 Speaker 1: up for 25:45 Speaker 1: myself in certain situations 25:47 Speaker 1: and 25:49 Speaker 1: having a more clear vision for myself 25:52 Speaker 1: and being efficient about that. 25:55 Speaker 1: And that means, 25:56 Speaker 1: at the end of the day, then I get to do what I want for myself also. 26:00 Speaker 0: Yeah. 26:02 Speaker 0: I think the basics of that is structure for the next year. Systems in place, 26:07 Speaker 0: structure, 26:08 Speaker 0: work ethics there. 26:09 Speaker 0: But Mhmm. You know, you and I have talked about numerous times. You know, a good friend of mine, Mark, tells me all the time, systems you have systems in place. 26:16 Speaker 0: Your if your business doesn't run when you're gone for 3 weeks, then you have a job. 26:21 Speaker 0: So if you have the right systems and you have the right people to run the systems, then you can take off for 3 weeks and your job your career or your your business is gonna run like if you were there. So that 26:33 Speaker 0: is, you know, I think, goal for both of us in 2026. 26:36 Speaker 0: But I 26:37 Speaker 0: would say in 2026, 26:40 Speaker 0: my goal 26:41 Speaker 0: it's funny you say that, you people, it's not reciprocated. 26:44 Speaker 0: I've dealt with that a lot myself, and you kinda realize, I think as you get older, that's why your circles get smaller, but your circles become the right people. And I I would rather have a circle of small, 26:56 Speaker 0: people that I trust rather than that when I was younger, have a circle of a lot of people that sucked. 27:02 Speaker 0: Yeah. Ultimately, they wouldn't be there when you needed them. You know? But that's a I think that's a very that takes a long time to catch up to that lesson. You know? It took me a long time at least. But, in 2026, 27:13 Speaker 0: brother, like, I I don't know. I have never been more driven in life to just try to just do do big things and chase big things and try big things. And, 27:24 Speaker 0: you know, I just I personally go through the podcast myself 27:28 Speaker 0: to listen to them from the standpoint of how can I get better? You know? Mhmm. I've learned from listening to my own podcast. I cut people off sometimes when they're talking. That sucks. I shouldn't do that. But I wouldn't have done it if I didn't listen, like studying a tape. 27:42 Speaker 0: So those are the things that I plan on doing. I want, you know, the the engagements 27:47 Speaker 0: that you and I are in and the businesses that you and I do, I want them to be the best just simply because freaking a, we can. We have the discipline. We have the desire. We have the drive. 27:58 Speaker 0: And, damn, we have the work ethic, baby. 28:00 Speaker 0: Uh-huh. 28:01 Speaker 1: Yes. Do. And okay. Here's my last 1 too. Let me add this 1. Just delegation. Right? Because, 28:07 Speaker 1: yeah. 28:08 Speaker 1: Learning too that other that well, train 28:12 Speaker 1: train and trust people 28:13 Speaker 1: and find Yeah. The right 28:16 Speaker 1: There's no way that I'm gonna get to my goals of having, you know, 6 plus businesses if I have to do them myself. 28:23 Speaker 1: Yeah. No way. 28:25 Speaker 1: Not possible. 28:27 Speaker 1: So, yeah, training, trusting, and and and then delegating 28:32 Speaker 1: correctly. 28:33 Speaker 0: You know, it's funny as you say that, and you know this because we've discussed this because we made this decision together. So we had Will and I had hired somebody to go through my DMs, which I answered forever, 28:42 Speaker 0: and that's a very, let's mic my baby because, like, I put a lot of, oh, man, hours in that. So I know what you're talking about, man. Letting somebody 28:51 Speaker 0: basically have the reins on something that's basically so detrimental to life. But anyways, you know, like delegating it to people that can help you thrive. But I think what we have well, 29:02 Speaker 0: wait on this. I think at least from my standpoint of what we have built so far and the people that we are starting to cultivate and have within us are just some rad people, 29:11 Speaker 0: magical people. They share our passion. 29:14 Speaker 0: You know, that's 1 of the things that I love about what we do and some of the people we get to see on a daily basis. They share our passion. They share our work ethic. 29:23 Speaker 0: And goddamn it, we can go to the top of that, baby. I'm excited. 29:27 Speaker 1: Yes, we can. Yes, we can. Me too. 29:30 Speaker 0: Alright, man. Anything that you wanna say before we cut this off for the last pep type podcast of the year? 29:38 Speaker 0: Gosh. 29:39 Speaker 1: I don't like, 29:43 Speaker 1: you know, I, 29:45 Speaker 1: I went to church on Christmas, and, they said basically 29:50 Speaker 1: the 29:52 Speaker 1: sermon was about 29:54 Speaker 1: just being grateful for, 29:57 Speaker 1: yeah, what we have. 29:59 Speaker 1: And I always need to it's such a hard thing to, like, you know, hold on to gratitude at all times. Absolutely. It 30:08 Speaker 1: slips away so fast. So I don't know, man. 30:12 Speaker 1: I just leave everybody with that message of just be grateful for who you are. There's for who you are, what you have, etcetera. 30:19 Speaker 1: And I know he needs to constantly remind myself of that. And 30:23 Speaker 1: I don't know, new year, yeah, guys, we expect that we put, we want to put some work into this and make it 30:30 Speaker 1: awesome and make it something really cool and enjoyable and informational. So, 30:34 Speaker 1: requests do help, 30:36 Speaker 1: and we actually will listen to you. 30:39 Speaker 1: I'm gonna end on this. People. 30:41 Speaker 0: Yeah. That's it. I'm gonna end on this because I don't know if you'd use I send you a lot of DMs and texts, and I know that you're not a big guy to to open them all because you get a lot, but I sent you something last night that I started busting up and thinking about you. So I saw the doctor that was 30:56 Speaker 0: engaged, 30:57 Speaker 0: I think it was with Eli Lilly, blah blah blah, when they were building 31:01 Speaker 0: Retrutide, 31:02 Speaker 0: but it is actually 31:04 Speaker 0: it is actually 31:06 Speaker 0: called Retatrutide. 31:08 Speaker 0: Retach how do say it? Retachotide. Did you see that? I said it to you, bro. It's like they literally have, like, Eli Lilly's guy saying, I think it was the other way. Whoever created the damn thing, I know it's the other way, but I don't know. But it's called Retatrutathione 31:22 Speaker 0: tried it and, like, she was saying how she was getting so much shit from people because she was calling it that, and everybody's like, it's called Retatrutide. 31:29 Speaker 0: I sent that to you, you should listen to it. It's funny. 31:32 Speaker 0: Even saying the right 31:34 Speaker 0: way the whole time, I'm wrong, we're all wrong. It's called Retatrutide, but we'll still probably call Retrutide is a lot easier. 31:42 Speaker 1: Everybody, watch 31:44 Speaker 0: that. I sent it to you on text. I know you open your text more than signal. Otherwise, send you a text you open it, so watch that. You'll get a kick out of it. It's fine. Everybody. 31:52 Speaker 0: Yeah, it has been a blessing to be able to engage with you. Thank you so much for listening to the show. I'm gonna go get back down to the pool with my family, and this is the last 1 of the year. Blessings to you all. 32:06 Speaker 0: That's all we got.
