0:15Speaker 3I get so many headaches every month. It could be chronic migraine, 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting 4 hours or more. Botox on a botulinum toxin A prevents headaches in adults with chronic migraine. It's not for those who have 14 or fewer headache days a month. Prescription Botox is injected by your doctor. Effects of Botox may spread hours to weeks after injection, causing serious symptoms. Alert your doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems, or muscle weakness can be signs of a life threatening condition. Patients with these conditions before injection are at highest risk. Side effects may include allergic reactions, neck and injection site pain, fatigue, and headache. Allergic reactions can include rash, welts, asthma symptoms, and dizziness. Don't receive Botox if there's a skin infection. Tell your doctor your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions, including ALS Lou Gehrig's disease, myasthenia gravis or Lambert Eaton syndrome, and medications, including botulinum toxins, as these may increase the risk of serious side effects.

1:24Speaker 4Welcome back to the Peptide of the Week Podcast.
1:28Speaker 4I am your host in
1:30Speaker 4a little bit overcast
1:31Speaker 4Y Cabo, Santa Lukas or Los Cabos as they say here. Will is in the studio like always. My co host, Mr. William T. Haas. What's up, dude? What's going on, man? It's, it was raining here yesterday morning also. Oh, really?
1:46Speaker 5Yeah. Yeah. So Don't wanna come back. Is it nice out now? It's still nice out. Yeah. Yeah. It's nice. It always, like, even if it was even though it was raining in the morning, right, it's always foggy here in the morning. It's the end of June. It's now July.
1:59Speaker 5Every morning, it's foggy,
2:01Speaker 5and it usually clears up. Yeah. And I hope so because my my girl and River and a and a friend is, they're going to Wild Rivers today.
2:08Speaker 1Oh, yeah.
2:10Speaker 5Which is like a water park. So
2:12Speaker 5hopefully, it's not raining on them, but still it's warm outside.
2:15Speaker 4Yeah. And always like, you know, so we, it's funny. We were staying at this resort and
2:21Speaker 4it's like, it's literally
2:24Speaker 4like, basically
2:26Speaker 4everybody here has kids almost like our age. It's perfect.
2:30Speaker 4And not packed,
2:32Speaker 4so it's not even like people like the pool is not like, oh my gosh, like overcrowded.
2:35Speaker 4You know, it's a nice hotel.
2:37Speaker 4And,
2:38Speaker 4but it's been funny because we've been, you know, if we're getting coffee, we're talking to the parents, we're getting food, you know, and like, all
2:45Speaker 4the parents are like, just like Alyssa and I, where it's like,
2:48Speaker 4we love our kids.
2:50Speaker 4They're awesome.
2:51Speaker 4Holy shit, 5 and 2 is like, bro, it's like frazzled. Like, we met this couple from
2:59Speaker 4Los Angeles actually, and, you know, we kept running into them and stuff.
3:05Speaker 4Were we went Listen, I had a babysitter 1 night and we went to dinner, just she and I, And then we saw her them 2 come in with their boys, and then we saw them the next day. And Alyssa goes, how was dinner? And, like, she was just like, oh my god. Like, I was ready for my my kids. You know? It's like
3:24Speaker 4it's so funny. We were talking. Like, Alyssa and I were talking. I think was last night or the night before, and like, we were just like,
3:30Speaker 4it's amazing. We love these kids, but like, it's a hard time right now. Just we're gonna miss these times. We're gonna miss these times. We're gonna miss these We're miss them. Because it's a lot going on, dude. I have a Do 2
3:42Speaker 4they have daycare at the resort you're at? They do. Yeah. Like, so they have a rad,
3:46Speaker 4a that's why Alyssa does all this research,
3:48Speaker 4and she does. Like, their kid's center's awesome. They do all these, like, events and stuff for Jack, so she loves that. But Mason's 2, so he can't go until you're 4. 0. So we have to actually hire a babysitter.
3:59Speaker 4And so he's hit or miss, like he's got, you know,
4:02Speaker 4some Mexican gal coming he's never seen, wants to watch him. What is going on? Or my parents, you know? So we got a babysitter yesterday, like, just gonna be laid by the pool and read a book. I got 20 minutes, dude. And then
4:15Speaker 4he was screaming, losing his mind, so we had to go pick him up. That ended up.
4:21Speaker 4Ended Part of being a parent. Right. That's good. Part of being a parent. I was saying to the other, like, you know, like, and then you look at your kids, though, bro, like they're just playing in the pool, like smiles to ear to ear. You know what I mean? Yeah. So those are the moments, but and then they try to start screaming, and you're like, you forget about those moments quick. Yeah. And they're still just innocent and don't know a difference. You know, it's not like their fault when they're screaming
4:44Speaker 5until they get older, and then you're like, you little punk. You did that on purpose.
4:49Speaker 5You
4:50Speaker 5know
4:51Speaker 5you know what you're not what you're supposed to do and what I'm not supposed to do.
4:55Speaker 4Anyway
4:56Speaker 4It can be rough. That is for sure. But,
5:00Speaker 4I mean, we're blessed. We're in Cabo. Life is all good, dude. Life No complaints, is
5:05Speaker 4right?
5:06Speaker 5Right. Absolutely So we no have,
5:08Speaker 4it's
5:09Speaker 4been great. I posted something on Instagram just about Will and I, my journey, just like where we started and before
5:16Speaker 4I even really started the fitness channel, which kind of was a genesis of everything. And when I was in your, bro, I was in your
5:24Speaker 4garage when you had a Yeah. Weight room in
5:27Speaker 4Remember that? Uh-huh.
5:30Speaker 4And I interviewed you, and we were talking about, oddly, MK-677
5:34Speaker 4and TRT,
5:36Speaker 4and we were just doing an interview.
5:38Speaker 4And at that time, was like, should I take my shirt off? Like, it was so new. Like, I had no channel. Like, I was interviewing you and you're like, I'll just take the shirt off, you know? And like, I'm interviewing in your garage.
5:50Speaker 4Lighting is horrible, you know? And so Andy kind of showed the progression of like some of the guests that we've had along the way now. It's cool. So we have
6:00Speaker 4Josh Holyfield,
6:01Speaker 4which is coming in next week to record, I believe on Wednesday.
6:05Speaker 4So that will drop the following Monday. I know there's a lot of people that are big fans of him. We're fans of him. He's a good dude. We like his stuff. So he's coming in next week live. He's coming in from Atlanta just for the show and that's gonna be cool. So
6:19Speaker 4yeah, man, I think it's been amazing the people that have crossed our paths and we've been able to sit down and just really pick their brain, learn from them and vice versa.
6:28Speaker 4Man, sometimes pinch myself. This is cool, dude. You know what I mean? Yeah.
6:33Speaker 5It'll be interesting. It's also it's nice to actually, like, meet the people that you see. You see in their whatever their social media and see if they really are
6:41Speaker 5like that. Yeah. And I don't know. I guess I've been, they say, like, never meet your heroes. Not like we've talked to anybody who's a hero. My butt,
6:50Speaker 5never meet your heroes because they tend to let you down.
6:54Speaker 5But so far, everybody that we met in person, like, dude, I thought is I thought have been
7:00Speaker 5way better than their reputation. Yeah. Right? Yeah. Much cooler- think
7:05Speaker 4within a peptide world and like that type of world,
7:09Speaker 4it's such like minded people, you know, even if you're not exactly on the same wavelength. I mean, your objective is 1, you're like,
7:16Speaker 4not necess you've kind of stepped out away from Western medicine to a degree because you're looking for different types of things.
7:23Speaker 4So there's just so much like
7:25Speaker 4just commonality that like easy to connect.
7:29Speaker 4You know what I mean?
7:30Speaker 4Yeah. Mutual respect.
7:32Speaker 5Absolutely.
7:34Speaker 5If you hear anybody if you hear something like a random grunt every once in a while, it's because there's a little dog walking around who's a little bit old, and sometimes she runs into things. Who's dog?
7:45Speaker 5It's Brandy's dog, Leah.
7:48Speaker 5Who's it? A little bronze. Friend a Frenchie.
7:52Speaker 5But she does tend to snort and,
7:54Speaker 5yeah. So it's not me, but
7:56Speaker 5Yeah. You
7:58Speaker 5might hear that.
7:59Speaker 4I hear anything. Well, today is gonna be different. What we're gonna do is we're gonna start off. Will is gonna do the top 5
8:07Speaker 4fat burners.
8:09Speaker 4And what I did is I took a little left turn instead of doing that as I'm gonna I pulled up 2 of the most common
8:15Speaker 4people that come through,
8:17Speaker 4you know, our DMs or whatnot.
8:20Speaker 4So I'm gonna do menopause,
8:23Speaker 4stack that out if a lady came through and had some stuff going through menopause, what I would recommend. And the other 1 is gonna be a 47 year old man who needs to lose 70 pounds. He has a desk job,
8:34Speaker 4and I'm gonna give you what I would recommend his exact stack and how I would personally
8:39Speaker 4get that dude in shape. So a little bit of different curveball on on the approach on these things. Why don't you start us off, Will, with the top 5 fat burners?
8:49Speaker 5Yep. Alright. Which would you like to think? Are these in order? So Are these in Yeah. They'll be in order. Yeah. They're in order. Just. Yeah. For sure. They're they're def they're in order. Alright.
8:59Speaker 5Okay. So 1st 1 is Reta. So as we all would expect and and think. Right? Retatrutide.
9:07Speaker 5And in fact, probably
9:09Speaker 5all of the GLP ones probably make it into the 1st spot. Right? Yeah. Including even semaglutide
9:15Speaker 5is probably still the more effective fat burner than anything else I can actually think of, even though it doesn't burn fat.
9:22Speaker 5But the proof is in the pudding. It actually just works. Right? People,
9:26Speaker 5it's what the GLPs have really opened our eyes to is how
9:31Speaker 5how much food
9:32Speaker 5matters in losing weight. Right? There's always been the argument like, ah, what's more important? If I can only do 1, which is like, that's never the answer anyway. It's like, should I eat better or should I just exercise a lot more? Well, GLPs have sure have illuminated that the most important damn thing is is eating better, right, by far. You'll get way further if you just eat better. Now you should do both. But so Reta, is the triple agonist, right, of the GLP-one,
9:57Speaker 5the GIP, and the GCG. The the unique thing here is, like, GLP-one's
10:02Speaker 5activation. I always find this really interesting is
10:05Speaker 5we have our normal GLP-one
10:07Speaker 5receptor
10:08Speaker 5in our body. Okay? And that goes off. Once we eat when we eat a big meal, okay, naturally,
10:14Speaker 5that receptor that goes off. Okay? And what is that doing? That is pushing a whole bunch of insulin
10:20Speaker 5into our body to combat all of the food that we ate. Right? So it's essentially like breaking it's making sure that we don't get this sugar overdose,
10:28Speaker 5from from the carbs,
10:30Speaker 5but it's pushing a whole bunch of insulin in there to counteract all the food that we just ate. It is also telling our brain, hey man, stop eating. You know, there's some dogs who just have this have this actual issue where they just, there's no off switch. They just will eat themselves to death every time. So, like, that's our off switch is so it tells our brain, hey, man, we're satiated. We don't need anything else. Okay? Stop eating.
10:53Speaker 5It
10:55Speaker 5it and then obviously we're full, so our and our sort of stomach
10:59Speaker 5is,
11:00Speaker 5yeah, doesn't wanna eat anymore. But basically that lat that's a really quick. That that activation is like like 30 minutes. Okay? So you're sitting back. Right after you ate a big meal, you're sitting back and you're just like, dude, I don't want anything. I'm good. Like, nothing interests me. I'm satiated and happy.
11:15Speaker 5So the GLP-1s
11:17Speaker 5are a synthetic version of that, but that are meant to last for 5 days. Okay?
11:23Speaker 5So that's exactly what's happening, except for this time,
11:28Speaker 5you're not actually eating any food and your body's pushing tons of insulin in there. Okay? And insulin actually is is freaking anabolic, and and it will make your body it will burn fat for you. So this is why bodybuilders inject insulin. It's dangerous. Don't do it. But,
11:43Speaker 5yeah, your body can regulate it through these GLPs, especially Retta. Anyway, so Retta is about 0.5 as strong as our natural GLP-one activation. K? It activates at about 50% as strong,
11:54Speaker 5but its
11:55Speaker 5GIP activation,
11:57Speaker 5k,
11:58Speaker 5is
11:59Speaker 5yeah, there's different readings, but about at least 3 times as strong as our natural, as our natural output.
12:06Speaker 5The tirzepatide's
12:08Speaker 5GIP is about 4 times weaker,
12:10Speaker 5and that's what's responsible for killing off all the nausea that is caused by that massive GLP activation, and it,
12:18Speaker 5really amplifies the GLP active 1 activation. So
12:22Speaker 5then you also have so I don't know. I think that that's really,
12:27Speaker 5you know, I find that really interesting, but
12:29Speaker 5the, and then it also has your glucagon
12:32Speaker 5activation, which is basically helping your brain. That's that's in those times where you don't eat. Your brain, your body will just kinda regulate your blood sugar. It'll shoot up some of that
12:43Speaker 5brain energy, right, to your brain. So normally, you would get hangry,
12:47Speaker 5but you don't. You don't eat any food normally.
12:50Speaker 5You know, this time with with Retta, you don't need food. Your brain stays alert and sharp the whole damn way through. Yeah.
12:56Speaker 5And your body stays energized. So this stuff's crazy. It's just
13:00Speaker 5I don't know. I think we talked about it enough, but there's Retta. Number 1, hands down, the best thing there possibly is. Yeah. The 1 thing that it doesn't do that people here's the 1 knock on it that's not even enough. Like, this these GLP ones are not actually meant to curb your appetite. Right? They're meant to make you feel fuller longer. It's a side effect of the nausea that
13:20Speaker 5semaglutide
13:21Speaker 5and tirzepatide cause,
13:23Speaker 5but Retta does not have that. Therefore, people go, well, what the hell? I still have some appetite. I still wanna eat food. You know? That's a good thing. That's how it's supposed to be. Right?
13:32Speaker 5But anyway, so number 2, that brings us into I'm I'm gonna go with Cagrilintide.
13:37Speaker 5So that's relatively new. You can people you can think of it as the the the GLP,
13:42Speaker 5like, 4th receptor if you want to. It's a great add on to so basically, it is just
13:48Speaker 5it is Lot longer. Killing your appetite.
13:51Speaker 5Yeah.
13:52Speaker 5And it will it's a great add on to Reta be for those people who, like, normally say, like, oh, I wanna add, I guess, a little tirzepatide in because I don't want that appetite. Like, this is a good, safer, better alternative to add in with Retta. Novo Nordisk has made Cagra Semma,
14:10Speaker 5which is semaglutide and kegrelinotide.
14:12Speaker 5Nobody has made well, Retta is not FDA approved. That's why nobody's made
14:16Speaker 5that combo, but telling you people, like, that's the combo.
14:20Speaker 4Alright. Next 1. So there's 1 and 2. 3. I'm Yeah. Laila, me say that, Bruce, 1 2nd because I think that's important. So if there's people that start with tirzepatide,
14:30Speaker 4which many did, you know, it's kind of drizzling out now. A lot of people are going right to the Retta, but what Will and I had seen just countless times where if you start with tirzepatide because it really did curve the hunger a lot,
14:42Speaker 4and then they moved to the Retta,
14:44Speaker 4They really didn't think that the Retatrutide was working because they were getting hungry.
14:48Speaker 4And they were thinking that it wasn't working, which it was working great because that's what it does. We're supposed to be hungry,
14:54Speaker 4and it threw people off. So a lot of people would wanna add in the Retta and the Tirzepatide.
14:59Speaker 4So we'll just the focus on that is great to add in instead
15:03Speaker 4of the Tirzepatide, Cagrinetide, where it's gonna just block hunger
15:06Speaker 4and let Retta just do what Retta does. That's great. Yep. Absolutely.
15:11Speaker 5And it does,
15:13Speaker 5yeah. So we'll leave it at that. A 100%, it's a great mix. Number 3, which I think you'll agree with is, I mean, this is tough. I did kind of a 3 a and b, but it's just straight up HGH. Alright? I know it's not a,
15:26Speaker 5it's not a well, it is a peptide, folks. It's the peptide. It's a 191 amino acids. So the HGH, so it is,
15:34Speaker 5it's gonna do a whole bunch of things that are just good for your body. It's gonna help your, you know, body, your muscles repair, your bones actually strengthen and densen and repair. Right? Your help, it's gonna help your sleep, which in turn helps with fat loss. Right? It's gonna boost your metabolism.
15:48Speaker 5It's gonna increase your insulin sensitivity and well, and just don't do a whole bunch of it because then it can turn on you. But if you keep it within the men, like within 3 IUs a day,
16:00Speaker 5and
16:01Speaker 5it's 1 of those things that really is just going to boost metabolism, burn everything. You really notice it though, again, like we said, after the fact, if you've been taking a while and then you stop and you go, oh, shit, that's what it was doing. Why am I chilling? Why is my body yeah. Why am I I used to be able to eat absolutely anything and nothing would happen to my body.
16:21Speaker 5Yeah.
16:23Speaker 5And
16:24Speaker 5so that this honorable mention there though is the HGH frag. So
16:28Speaker 5HGH frag, 1 76 through 1 91, okay, which is
16:33Speaker 5very similar to AOD. AOD is a slightly more modified version of a 177
16:39Speaker 5through
16:40Speaker 5191,
16:42Speaker 5but you're getting all of the same fat burning benefits that HGH is giving you. You're just not getting any of those gross benefits.
16:48Speaker 5Yeah. But if you actually the best if you wanna lose weight, you better be adding muscle
16:54Speaker 5or at least not losing any muscle. So therefore, the HGH is gonna be more effective than the HGH frag because of the other properties that it has.
17:02Speaker 5I think HGH frag is more effective than AOD
17:05Speaker 5by a little bit, Right? Not much, but they're basically all the same. They're doing all the same thing. Yeah.
17:12Speaker 4So that's kind of all grouped in 1. Such a bad rap, dude. Like, it's just getting nailed out there. I mean, I read a lot of the comments and let me hey, listen. He just on, dude. Like, I don't like, again, we we've said this, but, you know, there's always new listeners and it's such a topic because it's all through the comments,
17:28Speaker 4which people just say it doesn't work and all this stuff. And like, it's a matter of opinion. You gotta try it. If you are trying to lose 70 pounds and you take AOD,
17:37Speaker 4it's not gonna work. It's not what it's for. Like, it's not, like, it's not gonna even compare to a Retta. Like, we've talked about it numerous times, but people keep talking about it in the comments. Because JD loves it, but it doesn't work. Like, whatever, man. I know it works because I've taken it, but I'm lean. Yeah. Like, it just helps
17:51Speaker 4helps keep you a little bit leaner easier, very similar to what we do the HGH for. So you gotta look at it from the right angle if you're trying to lose 50 pounds. AOD ain't what you want. You gotta get you gotta get in shape 1st, and then it'll help with that. So that's It Right. And that is good outcome. I I love it. Yep. Yep. For sure. And then next, number 4 is I'm going with Tesamorelin.
18:16Speaker 5So Tesamorelin
18:17Speaker 5is not
18:19Speaker 5not 1 of these that's super strong right off the bat.
18:22Speaker 5It is 1 that needs to be used
18:25Speaker 5consistently
18:26Speaker 5and, you know, of,
18:28Speaker 5well, 3, 4 months and then then again, but it's like, it is the only thing that we have developed, that man has developed, that actually will
18:36Speaker 5spot burn fat from your belly fat. Right? And it is, I mean, it is FDA approved to do that and to reduce your visceral
18:45Speaker 5fat,
18:46Speaker 5which is the fat around your organs, and that's the real bad stuff. So
18:50Speaker 5and if it's FDA approved to do it, it sure as hell does it and does it really well. It isn't gonna be, you know, this, like, bam, immediate
18:57Speaker 5giant increase of, of caloric
19:00Speaker 5burn, but it's also gonna and that's and we're not even talking about the actual ability to increase your HGH and do a lot of the stuff that we just talked about. The HGH guys,
19:10Speaker 5just not as effective. But the fact that it can target belly fat and and burn there and
19:16Speaker 5its synergy,
19:18Speaker 5again, like, I would not use Tesamorelin
19:20Speaker 5as your primary fat burner. Really, right, everything should be just is predicated on Retta.
19:25Speaker 5Yeah. Do that. And then Right. Add
19:28Speaker 5these other things in, and and it will work really well. So
19:32Speaker 4Yeah. It's like rather than just like fire burning,
19:35Speaker 4and the other ones are just like throwing a little bit of fuel on the fire. Right. Right. You know what I mean? Yep. Just keep Yeah. Nothing in a little bit of fuel. Nothing.
19:43Speaker 1Nothing close.
19:45Speaker 5And so and we had talked about this, and here here's a little here's a caveat on Tesamorelin,
19:50Speaker 5folks, and and with Reta. So
19:53Speaker 5Tesamorelin,
19:55Speaker 5like every other HGH secretagogue,
19:57Speaker 5thrives
19:58Speaker 5in a, like, insulin absent
20:01Speaker 5environment.
20:02Speaker 5Okay? So it gets dulled by the by insulin. Okay? So Tesamorelin
20:07Speaker 5will not work as well if we have a whole bunch of insulin in your body. K? What did we just talk about? What Reta does is you take it and it floods your body with insulin thinking there's food, but there is no food. So the goal if you're taking those both, they are great to stack together,
20:22Speaker 5but when I say that they but they should be dosed as far apart as possible
20:29Speaker 5evening or in in morning,
20:31Speaker 5vice versa. So just
20:34Speaker 5keep that in mind. Like, those are great to take together, but
20:38Speaker 5don't take them at the exact same time. Yeah. Because 1 will will kind of blunt the other
20:44Speaker 5there. So and then, right, we've always talked about Tesamorelin, hey, at night. So if you take Tessa at night, that is most akin to our natural
20:53Speaker 5HGH pulse, like circadian rhythm. Okay? And so what it's doing is trying to enhance that that biggest pulse at night.
21:00Speaker 5That's reason 1 to take it at night, but
21:04Speaker 5also it works so damn well in a fasted
21:08Speaker 5no insulin environment. Okay? And you really can't
21:11Speaker 5simulate that by not eating for an hour before you take it. Right? Like Propel fitness water with Gatorade electrolytes,
21:18Speaker 00 sugar, and vitamins. Propel hydrates better than water to help you get the most out of your workout and get back to your best self. What propels you?
21:28Speaker 0Propel with Gatorade Electrolytes.
21:30Speaker 3I get so many headaches every month. It could be chronic migraine 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting 4 hours or more.

22:32Speaker 5you really are fasted after a whole night's sleep of no food
22:36Speaker 5and then take it right there. It's gonna work incredibly well, it's not
22:40Speaker 5synced up your circadian rhythm. So, like, there is the argument guys and, like, to each his own. Yeah. Oh, I'm
22:47Speaker 5to each his own, there it is. And you guys, people can make the decision and experiment both ways if they want to. Which you need to. Which you need to. For you and do them both. Try it. Yeah. And both.
22:57Speaker 5There's all these there's a lot nuances to yeah. There's a lot of nuances to all these peptides. There's probably, you know, that's why there can be some confusion. Right? There's probably some guy out there or girl who just, like, accidentally
23:08Speaker 5just took these 3 compounds and took them just in the perfect time and set their schedule up, just completely oblivious, but just did it perfect and were like, damn, look how well this works. And then there's these some people who take the same thing and go, I don't really notice anything, you know, because
23:23Speaker 5they've accidentally
23:24Speaker 5taken everything kind of wrong with the wrong eating habits. Yeah. And and and we're still figuring this out.
23:30Speaker 5We're still figuring it out, man. Like, and it's
23:33Speaker 5so we don't have the golden answer. We have some answers, but not not everyone.
23:38Speaker 5Absolutely. Last is so here's number 5. And
23:43Speaker 5this was a struggle.
23:46Speaker 5The I honestly chose this just from
23:49Speaker 5people's feedback and not from paper, but I'm gonna go with MOTS-three.
23:53Speaker 5Okay.
23:56Speaker 5There was, and I'll kinda list off all the other kind of honorable mentions, but MOTS-three is a people have been saying recently, oh, it helps reduce appetite or it should. I don't
24:07Speaker 5I didn't I don't think it should, guys. So if you think about C and you're like, it's not reduced my appetite. That's fine. I don't I don't I don't see why it should do that.
24:16Speaker 5But it does a whole I mean, antiaging on a cellular level, right, giving more energy and ATP to your cells, giving you more energy.
24:23Speaker 5Therefore, you now,
24:26Speaker 5actually go out and do more things, right, and you exercise harder and longer,
24:31Speaker 5but it also is an exercise mimetic.
24:34Speaker 5Right?
24:35Speaker 5And so it on a cellular level, your body is thinking it's exercising.
24:40Speaker 5And, basically, I have just heard and seen from thousands of people
24:44Speaker 5great results and really, really, really positive feedback.
24:48Speaker 5So
24:49Speaker 5that's why I'm going with MOTSY.
24:52Speaker 5Cool.
24:53Speaker 5And here are some other honorable mentions. I'm just gonna list something. So if anybody else is like, you want to go look into fat burners here, and all of these are also all good.
25:03Speaker 5So SLU-PP-3.2
25:06Speaker 5in in a sublingual
25:08Speaker 5pill,
25:10Speaker 5injectable form, also an exercise mimetic. It helps with,
25:13Speaker 5nutrient partitioning. So
25:16Speaker 5it will absolutely keep muscle on you because if you eat a little protein, it's going right into those muscles. Then you have 5 amino 1 MQ.
25:22Speaker 5Yep. As a great these are all really great adjunct treatments. Right?
25:27Speaker 55 amino 1 MQ helps boost your NAD plus levels.
25:30Speaker 5It also helps prioritize fat before,
25:33Speaker 5sugar. Tesofensine
25:35Speaker 5is going to mentally make you not not wanna eat any sweets. That's what I've found. Right? But it's also just gonna increase your motivation and energy. And again,
25:45Speaker 5you'll get up and do more things. Yeah. Like this person who's a desk job, you know, if we can just get you up and, like,
25:52Speaker 5on your feet and a whole lifestyle change. Right? Yeah. Like, you go walks for fun. You know what I mean? You're going hikes for fun instead of watching a movie for fun. That whole thing is all really important. So- Do you think, because there's a lot of people that talk about Tesofensine,
26:06Speaker 4like, rivaling
26:08Speaker 4Retatrutide
26:09Speaker 4with,
26:10Speaker 4like,
26:11Speaker 4blocking hunger. You know?
26:14Speaker 4I don't get that at all. Do you?
26:17Speaker 4No. Like, none. Like, I don't like that. Like, any type of hunger for me at all, but, like, people talk about it all the time. So I've seen it. Not block hunger. Here's what it blocks for me is it blocks
26:28Speaker 5Cravings. Any craving
26:30Speaker 5for
26:30Speaker 5sweets.
26:32Speaker 5So it's it's basically not and I definitely noticed this, and this is what it says on paper, but like, I'm not looking for any food to make me happy. Right? And that's what, like, ice cream is doing that. Right? You go, oh, okay. This is just gonna, like subconsciously, this is just gonna make me really happy. You start eating the ice cream and you're like, well, that didn't do anything. Why? Because the Tesofensine is already covering that base. Right? It's already you're you're already a little bit happier and and just more, I don't know, satisfied in life, which is why you have more motivation.
27:02Speaker 5Yeah. And you why you do more things. Right? The people who are happier
27:07Speaker 5and are really motivated are not the people that are sitting on the couch watching TV and doing this. 100%.
27:12Speaker 5They're out getting shit done because they're stoked about it, and they know that every little step they take leads them to more progress.
27:19Speaker 4Well, you also you see the people, you know, you don't see them as much as I because I'm the social media guy, but like, the people that are on there talking shit. Right? Listen, they're everywhere. But like, nobody talks shit if they're happy with their life. Like, people that go to the gym don't talk shit on people going to the gym. Like they get it. You know what I mean? Like the people talking shit are sitting on the couch, doing anything. You know what I mean? Because
27:42Speaker 4that's just the way it is. Like people who go to the gym aren't gonna like give you shit for going to the gym. You know what I mean? As simple as that sounds. You know what I mean? If you just get moving and change your lifestyle and
27:52Speaker 4and get off the couch, you're not gonna be talking shit, man, because you're gonna be busy getting in shape. Yeah. Eat. Yeah. Well, it's it's jealousy too. Right? Like, how many times have
28:00Speaker 4Yeah. You see people like, oh, wow. You're doing steroids, fighting steroids. I'd be like that. Seriously, bro. You know what's funny? Sean O'Halein posted something the other day where he was sat at some beach and then he shredded, you know? And like he was saying how he used to have a dad body. And when a guy walked in that was ripped, he was always talking shit. Oh yeah.
28:20Speaker 4What loser, you're going into all the flakes. He's like, I realized
28:23Speaker 4that I was the 1 that had the problem and then I fixed the problem, I got in shape. I just thought it was a good pose. I hit him up, I'm like, oh no dude. He's like, you know I mean? Like, you just gotta change your perspective, man. You're not gonna talk shit on people when you start getting in shape. You're not gonna talk shit on people in shape anymore because you're in shape. Nope. Not at all. Simple math, man. No yeah. Yep. Alright. Here's my last list of so other things that we didn't talk about.
28:46Speaker 5Clenbuterol.
28:47Speaker 5Right? Clenbuterol does a bunch of things, right? It's a thermogenic.
28:52Speaker 5It's a stimulant, so your heart's gonna be a little bit faster. You're gonna, you're gonna burn more calories, right? It's well, you're also gonna get up off the couch and do more things. Right? It's an appetite suppressant, and it's a
29:06Speaker 5bronchodilator.
29:07Speaker 5So they give it to racehorses, hell, boxers, anybody in the athletic events will benefit because you could just do cardio more. You could take in a whole bunch more air.
29:16Speaker 5It's a prescription medication, right? But probably 1 of the most popular fat burners of all time. It's been around forever.
29:22Speaker 5Ever. Right. Forever. Then you have Carderene GW 5 0 1 5 1 6,
29:27Speaker 5which is dope. That is really gonna help boost the hell out of your endurance.
29:32Speaker 5Yeah. And stamina of of, like, you will enjoy doing cardio.
29:36Speaker 5And therefore, you'll burn more calories. It also helps kind of put you in that keto phase without being in keto, prioritizing fat before sugar.
29:45Speaker 5T 3,
29:47Speaker 5T stands for thyroid.
29:49Speaker 5So those who have, you know, slower
29:51Speaker 5thyroid,
29:54Speaker 5this is a prescription medication that doctors will give.
29:58Speaker 5Like, we Joe Thomas Joe Joe Brown, who was on our show, like,
30:03Speaker 5started taking t 3, and it immediately
30:06Speaker 5just changed his life. And so you, again, you never know, like, what you happen to just be deficient in. And he took that and was like, oh my god. My body works again. Like, I'm I'm happy. This is crazy.
30:18Speaker 1So,
30:19Speaker 5you know, and then there's there there is a relationship between t 4 and t 3. Right? T 4 is the building blocks. So, like, what he said, his doctor gave him t 4, and it didn't do anything. Well, no shit. His problem was his body could not convert t 4 into t 3. So giving him t more t 4
30:35Speaker 5was a futile effort.
30:37Speaker 5He needed the actual hormone,
30:39Speaker 5the the end result.
30:41Speaker 5Anyway, so something to look into, but t 3 is something to not be messed with. Yeah. You do not want to take it, a lot of it,
30:49Speaker 5and then stop it. K? Yeah. Well, like about the Joe Brown thing,
30:54Speaker 4I've known him since he was really chubby. You know what I mean? So I've seen his transformation, which is rad.
30:59Speaker 4But what stuck out at me when you said that is, you know, he's such a he's brilliant. He's off the charts, intelligent.
31:07Speaker 4And the way that he figured it out is he studied, you know? He studied that stuff. So like these things are,
31:13Speaker 4that's what each person has to do. You know, you gotta try these things. I know we talk about all the time, but you gotta try some things because it's just, it takes time to figure out, you know, what your body responds to. And I'll tell you, I just turned 49,
31:26Speaker 4that changes every like 7 to 10 years. You gotta read,
31:31Speaker 4body throws curves at you. You get older. It's literally, bro, I remember 38,
31:36Speaker 4my body threw curves at me. Like just, dude, I went poof, I just hit a wall. And I had to kind
31:43Speaker 4of figure out, and then I adapted, changed my diet, got on TRT. Then well, 10 years later, dude, I hit it again. Different wall, but I had to
31:51Speaker 4figure it out. Yeah. Well, about every 10 years, it seems like-
31:55Speaker 5See, in every 2 years, there's new technology and new new philosophies and new science that comes out too about our body works. We can age, hell. We can wage well, man. Like, dude, I mean, I'm 49,
32:06Speaker 4you know, and 20 will, so I so I can't you know, I'm here almost a week. And I didn't I wasn't using any Wolverine or any, which is my favorite. And, like, dude, bro, I think it was in 4 days. I'm waking up and just
32:19Speaker 4achy and like, I was like, shit, I was telling listeners. Yep. You're moving so slow. And I'm like, oh man, I can't believe now just more proof that,
32:26Speaker 4dude, that's why I take that stuff. I wake up and I don't usually feel like it. I'm like, man, I'm just still lifting, but man, I'm running a little slow. Mhmm.
32:34Speaker 5That's right. Well, it's still good for you to take a little break off of that, off of everything, and
32:38Speaker 5and maybe you should chill out on the lifting because as we know, like,
32:42Speaker 5you should use this as a break to just let your muscles and tendons just finally grow back all the way. I do. And do what you do. Probably not. But, the last 1 that I just have is is lipo C, and
32:57Speaker 5you'll see that as, like, skinny shots, right, from doctors.
33:01Speaker 5Usually, lipos usually, it can come in people call a bunch of things lipo C, but generally, what you're it's kind of a mix of
33:10Speaker 5MYC, which I need to read this is methionine
33:13Speaker 5o 9,
33:14Speaker 5inositol,
33:15Speaker 5and choline. K? MYC. And then it'll have L carnitine,
33:20Speaker 5B 12, or or like a B complex,
33:23Speaker 5all mixed in 1. And, you know,
33:26Speaker 5those are good. I think this is more of just kind of good
33:30Speaker 5health.
33:31Speaker 5That's like almost like a dietary supplement
33:33Speaker 5for general health. You had to throw any LF-4sin in her.
33:37Speaker 4Yes, absolutely. So I guess I did completely forget to actually add L-curve. The cool thing about that is there's so many, and like, we'll just went through literally, like, all of the ones that were just awesome. And so, like, it's rad.
33:49Speaker 4Obviously, you need to start with Retta, you need to get in better shape, and then the fat burners are gonna really do what they do. Again, the AOD is gonna work when you're in that realm of it working better because you're kind of like more in shape, but that's when fat burners really shine. Reta, too tight, you need to lose the fat. But once you get, you know, and lose a lot of that fat, then you start using the fat burners, man. They just chisel that other fat off. You start getting those obliques popping out. Yep. That's where the fat burners shine.
34:16Speaker 5Mhmm. And it is like a domino effect, man. Both
34:19Speaker 5just everybody, you know, when you start your journey, just don't quit 5 minutes before the miracle happens. Right? You will notice
34:27Speaker 5it takes your body. It takes your body maybe a month or so to try to to finally figure out what you're trying to do to it. Okay? So even bulking too.
34:35Speaker 5I'm eating all this food. Right? I'm taking these supplements, but like, shit, nothing's happening. I just kinda feel really full all the time.
34:42Speaker 5Nothing's happening. You just wait. You just keep doing it. Right? Then you people see,
34:47Speaker 5like, okay, hey, my body just built some muscle. And now and that just and then it's a it it snowballs.
34:54Speaker 41 way, I was listening. And you almost can't stop it. I was listening to an interview with Ronnie Coleman the other day, and it was it was super interesting because he would bulk up and then kind of change his the amount of food he ate. Obviously, when they're bulking, they're eating just, dude, I don't even know how many meals, like 10 meals. Crazy. Every 2 hours eating huge meals. You know what I mean?
35:14Speaker 4And the guy, the interviewer asked him when you were switching and would add in those 3 extra meals, which is a big deal, but 3 extra meals is a lot. Like, that's the most complete.
35:24Speaker 4He said, How long would it take for your body to adjust? And he said,
35:29Speaker 4Over 3 months, sometimes 4.
35:32Speaker 4That just puts that in perspective.
35:34Speaker 4He's done it all his life and it still took him about
35:37Speaker 43 to 4 months to adding 3 more meals to his diet for your body to go, Okay. Notice the difference. This is working now.
35:45Speaker 4So give it some time is the point. That's crazy. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Give it some time.
35:51Speaker 1Well, you said I'm doing the most things
35:54Speaker 4of the entire podcast before, which is
35:57Speaker 4food, diet.
35:59Speaker 1Food.
35:59Speaker 5Absolutely.
36:00Speaker 4Peptides are great, but gotta eat right. That exercise is great,
36:06Speaker 5but you gotta eat right.
36:07Speaker 4And so you ain't gonna, like, you ain't gonna exercise yourself into shape if you eat like shit, and you're in 4, like, you're over 40. It ain't happening. Nope, nope, not gonna People do it, that's why they stop because they start working out and going to gym for 2 weeks and like seeing no benefit, no change and then they quit.
36:23Speaker 4Yeah. You know what Right.
36:25Speaker 4I'm gonna go with 2
36:28Speaker 4people that come through our
36:30Speaker 4DMs constantly,
36:32Speaker 4and they might be redundant for some, but we get them constantly. So we got new listeners constantly. So we got a 47 year old, and here's how I would treat this guy if I was gonna do like personal training with him. 47 year old man,
36:45Speaker 4he needs to lose at least 70 pounds
36:47Speaker 4and he sits at a desk job
36:50Speaker 4all day, right?
36:51Speaker 4So obviously,
36:53Speaker 4Will and I will probably agree on this right away, you're gonna need to get your blood work, dude. I'm almost certain that dude is not hormonally optimized because
37:00Speaker 4he would have a different experience. He wouldn't need to lose 30 pounds, 70 pounds on our opinion. Right, so you your blood work and without a doubt, get on TRT.
37:08Speaker 4It's a must. It'll change your life. Will would probably say the same thing. Number 2, HGH,
37:13Speaker 447 year old needs to be on HGH.
37:17Speaker 4Those 2 will go perfectly together. It's gonna help with sleep recovery.
37:21Speaker 4As he starts working out and he's not used to it, it's gonna help his body recover
37:26Speaker 4and sleep. You recover and you heal when you sleep. Right?
37:30Speaker 4Yeah. Anti aging,
37:32Speaker 4it's gonna help with putting on some lean muscle, reduce fat,
37:37Speaker 4and,
37:38Speaker 4yeah, muscle density.
37:39Speaker 4HGH is amazing. Again, I say it all the time, and I it deserves to be redundant.
37:45Speaker 4Almost anybody over 40 should be on HGH
37:48Speaker 4Mhmm. In my opinion. 3 is the obvious,
37:52Speaker 4is gonna be the Retatrutide.
37:53Speaker 4Will already said it. It's like the holy grail of losing weight. If you need to lose 70 pounds,
37:58Speaker 4without a doubt, get on Retatrutide.
38:01Speaker 4It doesn't negate
38:03Speaker 4diet and exercise
38:04Speaker 4or hormone replacement, hormone optimization.
38:07Speaker 4That, in my opinion, takes the front seat. If you take Retatrutide and you're not hormonally optimized, yes, it will work. But dude, if you're hormonally optimized and you take Retatrutide, it's gonna work so much better, Absolutely.
38:19Speaker 4Everybody knows what it does. I mean, it's just gonna literally chisel body fat off of your body.
38:25Speaker 4Now, the number 4 for this guy,
38:28Speaker 4he sits at a desk job. He hasn't been working out, right? He needs to lose 70 pounds. We are shaking this dude's life up, right? We are changing this man, right? We're gonna get his butt moving.
38:39Speaker 4So
38:39Speaker 4he's gonna be in pain. So what do you think I'm gonna go with? I'm gonna go with a Wolverine. Wolverine. We're gonna tendon
38:46Speaker 4repair. It's gonna help with ligaments.
38:49Speaker 4It will help with some gut stuff because of the
38:52Speaker 4the BPC-one hundred 57.
38:54Speaker 4So any any guy that's 47 that hasn't been lifting weights, any any type of resistance training, you're gonna definitely need Wolverine for sure. Now this 1 might throw a little bit of a curve.
39:05Speaker 4I went I'm gonna put I'm gonna go with KPV.
39:09Speaker 4We all have gut problems, and those gut problems are causing a lot of problems in all of us. Leaky gut is very common. Even if you don't have full blown leaky gut, just gut problems in general. You're 47 years old, you've been eating like crap. You haven't been working out. You're not hormonally optimized.
39:26Speaker 4I think a big piece of that is going to be healing your gut. So I'm going to throw in the KPV.
39:31Speaker 4It's going to bring inflammation inflammation down. It's just gonna really help if he has any type of leaky
39:38Speaker 4gut type things and helps modulate the immune balance. So I love KPV. I think it's an amazing compound. So those would be 5 that I would
39:46Speaker 4do for that gentlemen.
39:48Speaker 4Hormone optimization without a doubt is number 1, then the HGH,
39:52Speaker 4and then the Retatrutide.
39:54Speaker 41st, we set the base with that stuff. Now, I would start this dude, no doubt, my old school way, which is I'm gonna put him on a carnivore diet for 90 days.
40:03Speaker 4Perpetuity,
40:04Speaker 490 days. It's like that fat is gonna start burning off of him because we're getting him moving. We got him hormonally optimized
40:12Speaker 4and he's gonna be burning fat and he's gonna be looking good. If we get him on a carnivore for 90 days, literally, it's gonna burn that fat like crazy. You guys all know me, I would definitely throw him in some fasting too. Monday,
40:25Speaker 4Wednesday, and Friday, we're just gonna cut out breakfast
40:28Speaker 4from Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only.
40:31Speaker 4He's gonna eat from 12 to 8 carnivore diet
40:34Speaker 4and
40:36Speaker 4weight training 4 days a week.
40:39Speaker 4And I'm gonna put in 3 days of HIIT training. We'll we'll tell you this. HIIT training is amazing.
40:45Speaker 4He's older, so you can there's hit training that I used to do videos of hit training. I don't know. Do very simple ones.
40:52Speaker 4We just need you to move.
40:54Speaker 4I mean, I would just do ones where I would just do this.
40:58Speaker 4And I'm serious, like, if you don't move, that's hard. You know what mean? Yeah. We just wanna get him moving and get that blood flowing.
41:06Speaker 4If this
41:08Speaker 4guy
41:09Speaker 4did that,
41:11Speaker 490 days, he would look like a completely
41:14Speaker 4different person.
41:15Speaker 4I agree. That setup.
41:18Speaker 5Completely You
41:19Speaker 5can add in, you know, like like Will said, maybe attisifencing because that help with some of the cravings, but I think the Retatrutide does. The Retta will do it. I mean, like, yeah, going on this car, we're gonna simplify and feel like less. Retta is gonna make it easy. Yeah. Right. Yes. Absolutely.
41:33Speaker 5But, yeah. So tell me timeline of this. So what
41:36Speaker 5would you tell people so, like, what's the timeline of adding any to these compounds?
41:41Speaker 4Yeah. Well, the blood work's 1st, right? So I would say he would start the Retrutide right away, right? So that's, even though it's number 3, let's get that stuff moving because it's gonna take some time to get the blood work and get the blood work back. But, you know, I think you and I both agree, hormone- Yeah. Hormone hormonally optimized at 47 is a freaking must. Yeah. I mean, we say it all the time, but we have people in our DMs literally every day, like multiple people saying, Thank you guys so much. Because of you, I got on testosterone replacement.
42:10Speaker 4And I'm not patting ourselves on the back. We say these things over and over because like, it will change your freaking life, dude. Like, it will change your life, dude. In 3 weeks,
42:20Speaker 4you know what I mean? You're gonna sleep better. You're gonna have vigor. Your sex drive, your clarity, your brain fog
42:26Speaker 4will improve. We could go on and on for days.
42:29Speaker 0So this thing, right Propel fitness water with Gatorade electrolytes,
42:34Speaker 00 sugar, and vitamins.
42:36Speaker 0Propel hydrates better than water to help you get the most out of your workout and get back to your best self. What propels you? Propel with Gatorade electrolytes.
42:46Speaker 2I get so many headaches every month. It could be chronic migraine 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting 4 hours or more.
42:54Speaker 3Botox, Autobotulinum
42:55Speaker 3Toxin A, prevents headaches in adults with chronic migraine.

43:44Speaker 4BOTOX to learn more. Tirzepatide, like I said, if you could run this, if you're this guy and you're listening and you're this guy to a degree,
43:52Speaker 4that will
43:53Speaker 4change your life in 90 days. Now it's gonna require a
43:57Speaker 4ton of discipline,
43:58Speaker 4but
43:59Speaker 4that's the objective. We're not trying to inject something to lose weight and that's it. We're trying to change your damn life
44:07Speaker 4so that when you see somebody walking that's ripped, you're not talking shit anymore because you're ripped, you're getting in shape. You're like, yeah, bro. You start rooting for people. You know what I mean? We're changing your mindset.
44:18Speaker 4So
44:19Speaker 5there it is right there. Yeah. Yep. Good stuff. And you know how to get back in shape and you base leave in so you just don't get out of shape. You can maintain it. Right? Well, you start tasting success. You start tasting.
44:30Speaker 4When you start seeing your body change, that's why people stop. Right? Will, like, people Will and I have done, like, you know, especially Will has been personal training forever.
44:38Speaker 4People go do it wrong, dude. You go to the gym because you think I'm gonna go to the gym. I'm gonna like work out and get in shape. You're doing it all wrong. You gotta start with a diet.
44:46Speaker 1You know I mean? Yep. Start
44:49Speaker 4there. If you change your lifestyle,
44:52Speaker 4we know we've seen it over and over again. Like, we've seen people that have lost literally a 150 plus pounds and they're ripped now, literally ripped now because their mindset changed and they know that they are worth it and they know that they can freaking do it. You gotta break through that barrier.
45:09Speaker 4Like, you no longer think, well, that guy was just has good genes or that guy's on steroids. No.
45:13Speaker 4Yeah. He's disciplined.
45:15Speaker 4He's lived like, you know, he says no to cake. He, you know what I mean? He gets it before or whatever. And he he's implemented this this constant consistency
45:23Speaker 4of doing it every freaking day. And you become that guy
45:27Speaker 5when you start doing these things. Yep. You learn how to fail and you learn how to go through failures and ups and downs and just keep persevering through. At the end of the day, once you actually kind of made some real progress on your own,
45:42Speaker 5you have learned a lot and succeeded and you know and and it's so much easier just to keep pushing forward. I had so here's the funny story. I actually yesterday, I had somebody text me a picture of themselves and said, hey, remember, let's 6 years ago when you told me that
45:55Speaker 5that I
45:56Speaker 5told him,
45:58Speaker 5dude, you're just not you just don't have genetics to ever have a 6 pack. Sorry.
46:03Speaker 5Yes. It was 6 years when you told me that. Yeah. He sent me a picture of him, and and he was damn close. I mean, damn close. Like, alright. Yep. And now I'm like, bro, how much more fun
46:14Speaker 5is it now as you lift weights? Seems like, dude, I go, now you're guaranteed to get it, like, get it because you see now you've made all these results. Now it's like, oh, shit. Now I look forward every day to go to the gym because I can do it, and I can make more more more progress.
46:29Speaker 1Hell yeah, I
46:31Speaker 1love those stories.
46:33Speaker 4Yeah. Alright, ladies. Yeah. So
46:35Speaker 4menopause,
46:37Speaker 4weight gain, what are some of the things?
46:39Speaker 4Brain fog,
46:41Speaker 4moody, we'll leave it there. You're yelling at your husband all the time, and it's not him too.
46:46Speaker 5Decrease sex drive, like lower growth hormone output. Right?
46:52Speaker 5Gut permeability
46:54Speaker 5and and inflammation
46:55Speaker 5accelerate accelerated
46:57Speaker 5collagen loss.
46:58Speaker 1Yeah.
46:59Speaker 5Huge. And, yeah,
47:01Speaker 5disrupted sleep circadian rhythm.
47:04Speaker 4Hair thinning. Absolutely. Oh, for a lady losing her hair, that's just yeah. We all we all know that's gotta suck. Dry dry skin, flaky skin, and obviously dry down below. Who who in the hell wants that? So that sucks. We get a lot of lot of gals coming through. So I think in regards to energy,
47:19Speaker 4you know, I'm gonna go with NAD plus, that's cellular energy. You know, I like the SS-thirty 1 and the MOTS C for those as well. Now we've, you know, through the last year, of shifted
47:29Speaker 4just with
47:30Speaker 4learning, growing,
47:32Speaker 4talking to different people to do it differently. SS-thirty 1 1st, it's really gonna, like, repair that mitochondria.
47:38Speaker 4I don't know. 3 weeks, I think, can do it. You can take it a little bit longer than that, but I think at least running the SS-thirty 1 at a higher dose for 3 weeks is where I would start.
47:47Speaker 4Yeah. And then you can add in the MOTS-three. You could take them both, which I we think that you should.
47:52Speaker 4And the MOTS-3C is going to boost your mitochondria and because it's now it's repaired and it's going to work better. So those
47:59Speaker 43 together will really give you cellular energy, not if like you're gonna like, you have a big coffee or an espresso that's like true cellular energy. You just have that constant energy
48:10Speaker 4throughout the day. Balanced
48:12Speaker 4mood,
48:12Speaker 4Semax
48:13Speaker 4and Selank. Is that what you'd go with those 2? I think those 2 together feel like
48:18Speaker 4moods will be great. Semax is gonna modulate that dopamine and serotonin.
48:22Speaker 4Mental clarity helps with the brain fog.
48:26Speaker 4Sea log is different or it's gonna help with, like, anxiety. I would imagine if you're moody and you're frustrated and whatnot, you have some anxiety
48:33Speaker 4going on. So those 2 really go together. Now the 3rd,
48:38Speaker 4either or, I would say, Tesofensine. I think Tesofensine would be a good fit right there.
48:43Speaker 4Yeah. I agree. Yeah. You know what? I think Tesofensine is great. Obviously,
48:47Speaker 4the intimacy,
48:49Speaker 4the dry down below is gonna be the PT 1 41.
48:53Speaker 4It's not necessarily gonna work on the dryness until you start kinda getting revved up, which PT
48:58Speaker 41 41 Which may be a good thing. Very quickly. Wanna walk around. From 1st gear 5th right away. Might be awkward. You're not, like, walking around horny. You just walk around, and all of sudden, if you start playing a little bit or like a little, it just sticks right to that stub. You're ready to rock. You know what I mean? So that will help with that. I think that's the obvious. The weight gain, duh, we're gonna go with Retrutide
49:18Speaker 4hands down. Even if you're a lady that doesn't need to lose a lot of weight, we've talked about it at Nausea where it's
49:25Speaker 4even bodybuilders are taking it. It just depends on the dose. So that's an easy fit for you, you gals who are gaining weight or having some weight issues, Retrutide.
49:35Speaker 4And then the skin, hair, nail problem,
49:38Speaker 4thinning of hair,
49:40Speaker 4flaky skin. I mean, that stuff sucks. Right? The obvious is GHKCU,
49:44Speaker 4but I'm gonna throw in either the CLO or the Glo.
49:49Speaker 4All 3, either any of those will do fine.
49:52Speaker 4I would probably just go with the CLO because of just all the benefits of the other peptides in it. You have the KPV
49:58Speaker 4that's always gonna help with your gut. Obviously, the GHKCU
50:02Speaker 4with collagen production,
50:04Speaker 4helping of the thinning of the hair kind of with fine lines and wrinkles.
50:08Speaker 4You know, what lady doesn't want that? So that's the obvious. I would go with the CLO,
50:14Speaker 4but either any of those will work. GHK-3CU,
50:16Speaker 1GLO-4Clo
50:17Speaker 4for that area.
50:19Speaker 4That's the, that is the the menopause stack that
50:23Speaker 4I kind of recommend. It's comes through my DMs constantly,
50:26Speaker 4so, it's 1 I know kind of off the top, but, I think that would help any of you ladies dealing with that stuff for sure.
50:33Speaker 5Yep. I will say so.
50:36Speaker 5Yeah. Okay. Go ahead.
50:38Speaker 4So I'm gonna throw 1 at you. Mhmm. Let's say
50:41Speaker 4let's say you have a 21 year old male.
50:45Speaker 4He is he's in some sports. Let's not say football. Let's say, he is in water polo. I've never played it, so don't know why I threw that out. My buddy has a water polo. Polo. 21 year old, he's,
50:56Speaker 4kicking ass, and he's still playing at 21,
51:00Speaker 4and lives an active life.
51:02Speaker 4What stack do you put a 21 year old? Because this is a good question. A lot of parents are starting to ask these things.
51:07Speaker 4What stack do you put him on, William T. Has?
51:12Speaker 4Well, if he's not playing I mean, is he is this is he just playing water polo for fun or is he in college? I would say, let's say he's doing it, like, competitively. I don't know if there's no such water polo. I have no idea. But let's just say he's he's in There's Olympic water bottle of sports.
51:27Speaker 1Yeah.
51:28Speaker 5Okay.
51:29Speaker 5I would probably give him
51:32Speaker 5shit.
51:34Speaker 5At at 21, here's the thing. Like at 21, any of the secretagogues
51:38Speaker 5besides MK-677,
51:40Speaker 5I do not think will do anything to him, and so therefore is kind of pointless to give him. I think MK-677
51:47Speaker 5will do a ton. I know water, but hang on. Water players, they burn a ton of energy. Right? You're swimming around all the time. And just to keep some weight on, it's nice to boost your hunger.
52:00Speaker 5Although MK-677,
52:02Speaker 5I would watch it with any testing regulations,
52:04Speaker 5if you're playing competitively or Olympic or anything like that. So I probably would stay away from that.
52:10Speaker 5Still, I think that the
52:12Speaker 5still a 21 year old man is still a growing
52:16Speaker 5is still growing, dude. I think that,
52:20Speaker 5like, I wouldn't do any I wouldn't do any test. I would I'd say the Wolverine blend. Okay?
52:26Speaker 5The thing is, though, the water isn't very high impact. I'd say, basically, any other sport is takes a toll on your body. Now those of you who have played water polo are probably gonna be like, damn, bullshit. You get it hurts a lot. Okay. I don't know. I never played It doesn't stop me. Like yeah. I know. And I maybe I do. But
52:42Speaker 5to help just recover any in any injuries, anybody who's playing sports enough and lifting weights enough and training
52:49Speaker 5is accumulating
52:50Speaker 5a lots of small little injuries. So the Wolverine blend is great.
52:54Speaker 5You know, I think that so,
52:57Speaker 5again, you just test your check the testing, but I think SLU-3P would be an awesome a, like, performance enhancer
53:05Speaker 5and also really good for the nutrient partitioning so your body doesn't burn off, like, all of your muscle as you're as you're swimming around and fighting people underwater.
53:15Speaker 5I would say that carderene would be the the absolute choice, but pretty sure that's banned by water, and you shouldn't be taking that. But it would you would kick ass if you're just doing this recreationally.
53:24Speaker 5You'll see a huge difference doing carderene.
53:29Speaker 5I don't know, man. Eat a lot of protein.
53:31Speaker 4Take some creatine for sure. And That's where I was going. That's how I was gonna say. That's where let's keep it simple, man. Eat a shit ton creatine. You can see a little creatine
53:40Speaker 4and
53:42Speaker 4let your body just do what a 21 year old body does, it heals itself, dude. Because we get that question Right. So much. And I'll always answer it from
53:51Speaker 4if it were my boys, you know. I would have no problem with them at 21 taking
53:57Speaker 4Wolverine. I think in high school, I would probably
54:00Speaker 4if they have some type of tear, I wish I had it in high school.
54:03Speaker 4Oh, yeah. And that's the only thing that I would Absolutely. They don't need any secretagogues.
54:07Speaker 4They sure as hell don't need any testosterone. You wanna stay clear about all that shit because we're getting questions from parents constantly about those 2, even No.
54:15Speaker 4Mm-mm. I wouldn't with my boys.
54:17Speaker 4Their bodies are
54:19Speaker 4gonna heal super quick. Just keep it simple. Creatine,
54:22Speaker 4shitload of protein, eat, eat, eat, and
54:26Speaker 4think I work out, and that's where I would leave it. You could do maybe super good because it's give
54:32Speaker 4you a lot of stamina.
54:33Speaker 4But other than that, right, keep it simple.
54:36Speaker 5Yeah. Yep.
54:37Speaker 5Yep. Which is, yep, I would agree. So, hey, also, the perimenopause,
54:42Speaker 5I thought I had I had created a
54:45Speaker 5my
54:46Speaker 5version of stack and presentation
54:48Speaker 5to put on school, and I don't think we've posted it yet. I was just looking. So I will
54:53Speaker 5I'll put mine up there, and then we can make 1 for what JD thinks also. So those will be up there. So folks watching this, if you want to,
55:01Speaker 5instead of rewinding a whole bunch of times, right, soon in the next couple days, those will be up on our school, and you can take your time and look through them and complete with
55:11Speaker 5dosing recommendations
55:13Speaker 5and explanations as to why.
55:15Speaker 5Alright? So
55:17Speaker 5that will Everybody
55:18Speaker 4has, Will has put so much freaking education on school and
55:23Speaker 4not
55:23Speaker 4that many people are digging around. They're going in like, they're looking at it like social
55:28Speaker 4media and they're commenting and stuff, and that's rad. We love it. That's why we started it. But like, he's put so much
55:33Speaker 4damn information
55:34Speaker 4on there. Click around, go into the classroom, look at all those things. It
55:39Speaker 4is a ton of stuff on there that'll answer a lot of your questions and it's taken a shitload of time. So poke around a bit.
55:46Speaker 5A lot of work. More to come. I would say that probably 90% of the work that I've done is is not quite on school yet. It's about 90 everything is like, I tend to do things like create a whole bunch of stuff about 95%
55:58Speaker 5of the way there.
55:59Speaker 1And
56:00Speaker 5then so
56:02Speaker 5there is a whole lot more to
56:05Speaker 5to come, but but there is a lot on there. And you're probably right, JD. A lot of questions can be just answered with a little bit of,
56:12Speaker 5a little bit more effort.
56:14Speaker 1Yeah.
56:15Speaker 5Clicking a few more buttons and getting to the place you need to get.
56:19Speaker 5Classroom. Classroom is what you're looking for, folks, on school.
56:23Speaker 5Classroom.
56:24Speaker 5And then a lot of, like, really complex
56:27Speaker 5things are in the premium membership, which is $25 a month,
56:32Speaker 5which I
56:33Speaker 5don't there's no I don't I could care less if you wanna argue that's
56:38Speaker 5that's money well spent
56:40Speaker 4for the amount of interest rate. Different stuff, and we're gonna continue to add to that. I mean, I think we told you this, but if you're new, like, we Will and I both threw out, you know, like a steroid stack,
56:50Speaker 4and that's not we're not condoning it. We have questions constantly, so we're gonna give people what they want. That's in the VIP because that's just where that goes. And like we talked about a cutting stack for gear,
57:02Speaker 4and he talked about a bulking stack for gear. And again, I'm be
57:06Speaker 4make my point, we're not saying you should do any gear. We get countless questions, and we wanna give people
57:12Speaker 4that that stuff that they're asking for.
57:15Speaker 4So those are the types of things that you're gonna get in there that you're just not gonna get in the free 1 because it takes a lot of work, as he just said. I mean, the amount of information and time that it takes to put together for Will, he's super, like, particular too. So, like, it takes a lot of his time, so
57:31Speaker 4that's why. And it's way worth it. Yep. Just for that stuff. It's worth it. We try to keep improving, improving, improving the experience for everybody.
57:38Speaker 4New newsletter's out, so
57:41Speaker 4jump on that as well.
57:43Speaker 4Am I missing anything?
57:45Speaker 4I don't
57:46Speaker 5think so.
57:47Speaker 5Happy 4th of July, everybody. Celebrate America's independence.
57:52Speaker 5July. That's why we celebrate that. Trying to burn anybody's houses down, but have fun and relax and,
57:58Speaker 5in Huntington Beach where we live is pretty it's,
58:02Speaker 5it's a pretty cool 4th of July spot. What's the best 4th of July place that you've been to that does 4th of July the best? You ever been to vacation on 4th of July anywhere that's amazing? HGH is pretty up there, dude. Like, I don't know. I I enjoy,
58:13Speaker 4like, riding bikes downtown to the chaos anymore. I mean, I just love it when we were a bit younger.
58:19Speaker 4You know, now it's like, it's hard to explain to people that have never seen Huntington Beach Downtown on 4th of July. You can't even walk.
58:27Speaker 4It's nuts.
58:28Speaker 4But for the people that are like in their teens and like up to like mid twenties, it's it's awesome.
58:35Speaker 5Yeah. Be careful, though, folks. 2 years ago, I literally saw somebody just die in front of my eyes in Huntington Beach in traffic.
58:41Speaker 5And, so just be careful, everybody. I went to I've done I've I've I spent 4th of July in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho, Washington. I mean, I don't use the they
58:52Speaker 5do it pretty they it's impressive
58:55Speaker 5July 4 because that's a beautiful spot
58:59Speaker 5but that was that was really impressive and cool. But Huntington Beach, yeah, it's a straight war zone like I know it is in a lot of places also, but,
59:08Speaker 5you know, it's like if you're riding bikes, you will get hit with water balloons everywhere and you should have some of your own and like, squirt guns and assist everybody. Yeah.
59:16Speaker 1Love where we live, man. Well, cool. Alright, I fly home tomorrow.
59:22Speaker 4Everybody else have an amazing weekend, and we'll see you next time. Cool. Good night.
