0:54Speaker 3Welcome back to the Pepatide of Week podcast. I'm your host JD Denham across the way with mister William T. Hoss. Happy Friday. Dude, happy Friday. Apparently, it's my birthday too. So But we just we just did a spontaneous
1:07Speaker 3happy birthday. Everybody like my wife's like, no, everybody is is signing the card. I'm like, babe, men do not give a shit about the card. Don't care.
1:16Speaker 3Don't care about the card. Sorry. Like, I don't think any man on planet has read through like noise.
1:22Speaker 3I'm no. That mean? No. I don't. Appreciate
1:26Speaker 1it. I don't think I've ever saved 1 either. Yeah. It'll be in the garbage. My wife saves everything, so we gotta That's that hoarding guy for her. Yeah.
1:33Speaker 3She's cute. She loves all my all my son's stuff. Bro, that's I mean, that's so my mother
1:39Speaker 1That's I'm an only child. Okay? I came home only a few years ago. Right? And now I'm a grown ass adult. Right? And I think maybe, like, 10 years ago now, so when I was, like, 30,
1:50Speaker 1she made she went to, like, Kinko's and custom made a
1:54Speaker 130 foot banner,
1:56Speaker 1like, right, that's out of this perf that material that's, like, waterproof and professional banner. Right? She took every single 1 of my sports pictures
2:04Speaker 1growing up, like, as like a little kid, right, and laid it out on this 30 foot banner
2:11Speaker 1over the years.
2:12Speaker 1Now, that's cool. This 30 foot banner of
2:16Speaker 1this shrine to me
2:18Speaker 1from a little tiny kid and all, like all the way up to like to my last, like college football and
2:25Speaker 1baseball. And
2:26Speaker 3I guess it feels weird though. For her, like, that's like, that's what you would do. Like my wife is like, dude, it's funny because some people are really good gift givers and I suck. My family didn't grow up
2:37Speaker 3where gifts were that important. Like we're Christian, so like it was more focused on that. And
2:43Speaker 3that kind of bled into, well, it didn't kind of bled into me now where I'm not big on gifts. Like I don't really want gifts and I don't like really want to think about what I want to get somebody, which is my wife
2:53Speaker 3particularly.
2:54Speaker 3Like she spends so much time. She gives me the best damn gifts and on Christmas she gets screwed.
3:00Speaker 3Yeah. Because I just, I don't want to use any brainpower for thinking about presents and it sucks, but like,
3:05Speaker 3it's just kind of the, but that's kind of her personality. I'm going tell you something funny. So last night we went to, Will and I took the crew out and,
3:13Speaker 3to dinner, and we all got to get out of the office and just spend time outside of the office, and it was a blast. It was so much fun. And,
3:21Speaker 3so my wife is so funny. She's such a good human. She, we're as driving home, she's just our biggest cheerleader, bro. She's just like,
3:29Speaker 3you and like,
3:31Speaker 3I just love the podcast. Like, you guys just are such a good team. You're so different, and you just are so perfect at what you do, and they're so different. You know, don't mistake it. She's just our biggest cheerleader. I know. She's a And genuine. She's like, oh, I get sad when I like when I've watched the most recent episode and there's nothing else to watch. I'm like, oh. She truly That's
3:51Speaker 3Well, I did a podcast on our perspective about that where for women and men, meaning like men are very easy, dude. Just like tell them their
3:59Speaker 3freedom, have sex with them and just tell them that they're, they did great. Or like, like, I love you. Thank you.
4:05Speaker 1Appreciate you.
4:07Speaker 1You. Yeah.
4:08Speaker 3Easy. And my wife is great at that. So
4:13Speaker 3you're thinking of what your mom did. 1
4:15Speaker 3of the coolest presents I've ever seen was from my sister.
4:19Speaker 3So it was when her 1st son
4:21Speaker 3graduated
4:22Speaker 3from
4:23Speaker 3high school going into college and we flew out to Colorado,
4:26Speaker 3you know, to for the graduation and all that stuff and what my sister did for all of our kids, but this is the 1st time I saw it. She
4:34Speaker 3she's a journaler.
4:35Speaker 3So she literally
4:37Speaker 3wrote a journal from the day he was born all the way up until basically the day before she gave it to him and she kept it and she handed it to And I was like, woah, that was the I mean, like, you could just see, like, his whole life, what she thought of, like, I was like, that is the greatest product ever.
4:55Speaker 1Okay. Is okay. So my mother so my mother, everybody here is a college English professor and so she, like, likes to write. And she's written a couple of books, and
5:05Speaker 1she has done that also. There has she has kept a, like, 20 page, like,
5:12Speaker 1timeline and description of every year of my life. Right. Okay? I've had a lot of stretches of not good years, of embarrassing, like, I don't want to think about my life because I'm sober for a reason, everybody here, like, because that means you're in 10 years of like just wreckage, just causing wreckage and being a bad human,
5:30Speaker 1mostly to
5:31Speaker 1myself, but, but yeah, like not proud years, you know? And she's absolutely documented everything. Like, Will went back again, got kicked out of this and is back into like rehab and blah blah blah. Yeah. So,
5:44Speaker 1and she would send me these things every year.
5:47Speaker 1I've never read them. Really? No. Because it like, I don't wanna
5:51Speaker 1Open
5:52Speaker 1Yeah.
5:53Speaker 1I don't wanna open it up. Now I'm not gonna, like, I'm not burying my head in the sand because that stuff's necessary for me to remember.
5:58Speaker 1But
6:00Speaker 1I don't know. A lot of it is I mean, I don't know. I just don't same reason that you and I, we don't want to go home and the wives go, how was your day? And you're like, I don't know. I just lived it. Don't It's good. Like, it's good. That's funny. Like, I went on the river.
6:14Speaker 1I was like, river, what's up, man? How was your day, dude?
6:17Speaker 1Good.
6:18Speaker 1Yeah. Good.
6:20Speaker 1Cool, man. You
6:21Speaker 1guys had, you know, like, you guys had a you were like field day. Was last day of school. Right? Like, that's cool, man. What what did you guys do? And he's like,
6:28Speaker 1activities?
6:31Speaker 1It's like, why? Dude. Alright. Was like, just never mind. The funny thing is I was like,
6:37Speaker 1dick, why doesn't he, like, talk to me? Right? And then a little 2 minutes later, Ali comes in and he's like, well, hey, Will. How's your day? And I was like, was good.
6:45Speaker 1I was like, oh, man. Full circle, bro. Same thing. Yep.
6:50Speaker 1Shit.
6:50Speaker 1But same same deal is like, I don't I don't know. I don't wanna relive it. Now, also, my mother thought this is 1 treatment center I went into while I was detoxing.
6:59Speaker 1She said, and this is good. She's like, yo, well, I need to like tell the rest of my family and my sister and,
7:07Speaker 1you know, about your struggles because I need some help with them mentally. And I said, yeah, dude, I never please, this is my problem. You don't need to suffer. My poor mother suffered enough for me. So you reach out. So she's like, alright, great, but she just takes everything to the extreme. So she wrote a email and sent them like the last year of will, or no, she wrote a whole brand new timeline of like every struggle I've ever dealt with for the last 10 years and wrote this and sent this off to 30 of our relatives, my cousins and aunts and uncles, and
7:38Speaker 1really are just from 1 family. I'm an only child,
7:41Speaker 1but
7:43Speaker 1and then everybody What's wrong with Will? Everybody responded.
7:46Speaker 1Oh, no way. Right? With and dude, here's their everybody's so fucking cool. Like, not a single person
7:52Speaker 1said anything bad, just said love. And then and then so but everybody wrote the response. Like, my cousin's wife. You know what I'm saying? And then she printed all of those out, put them in an envelope and mailed them to me while I was in for me to read 50 pages
8:06Speaker 1in detox.
8:08Speaker 1Yeah. Not something you wanna read. No. No. She also wrote and would give me a call when it was time to
8:15Speaker 1knew I had a sponsor and it was time to do my step work and wrote out also and then called to talk me through all of the people I need to make amends to and for what reasons. No way. Yep. And how to do my whole 4th step
8:27Speaker 1and what should be on my 4th step. Not shit you want to also
8:32Speaker 3be reminded of all the time and have your mother yeah. So anyway, that's the type of person. Some of the of the way your mother is a cultivation of you being intelligence because you're a very studious dude. Absolutely. And
8:44Speaker 1as far as the gifts, I am a gift giver, but I think it stems from was raised a hip my parents were hip. I got literally
8:50Speaker 1sticks and rocks growing up for Christmas.
8:54Speaker 1And I think that I disliked that so much. I remember going to a private school and be like, God, why can't we wear uniforms so the kids don't know that I'm different? You know? But
9:05Speaker 1now that I've got some grew up and I, like, earned some money on my own
9:09Speaker 1because I never had anything. Yeah. Now I just want stuff, but I actually like you say your wife gets screwed. I bet she doesn't know she gets screwed because I don't know it. She loves My whole joy is the giving of I don't give a shit on Christmas. I don't care if you give me anything. Right. Cause frankly, I'll get what I want and I what I need. That's kinda odd. Like, I I always look at it. You don't need to you're not gonna get me anything. Yeah. Like, I'll I'll buy it. Like, I'm good. I'll find you money to get it. Yeah. But I like the giving, so she probably ain't even notices. What makes her happy is everybody opening their presents and telling them that they did she did a good job. Okay, so last on this subject, so my wife, when my 1st year of marriage with her, so I was, I think I was running a mortgage company at that time.
9:48Speaker 3And
9:49Speaker 3so, you know, I had processors and like it was a big company and
9:53Speaker 3I look at the bank account and I'm like, what?
9:57Speaker 3I was like, what the hell? And I said, I was like, so I asked her, Hey babe, what's going on here? She's like, I was buying presents. And I'm like, for who? She's like, well, she started naming all the like processors and stuff on my mortgage company. I'm like, what? My
10:12Speaker 1opinions for, like, everybody in my mortgage company? Don't them. Don't talk to some of these guys. Dude, so sushi is. She likes to get That's awesome. And good for listen to this, babe. I know that's who you are. We love you. We absolutely do love you. And we all have coffees right now. The whole office does because she decided to drive and get them and then bring them to everybody. Fresh cake. And a cake too. Yeah. But she does that, so she's awesome.
10:32Speaker 3She's
10:33Speaker 3a good human. Well, today we have, we didn't know what we were going to do it on it. We'll have yet me said, let's do
10:42Speaker 3our 5
10:43Speaker 3separate, our 5
10:46Speaker 3favorite
10:48Speaker 3beauty
10:49Speaker 3peptides
10:50Speaker 3and let's not talk about it and we'll sit down and we'll both go through them. So it's going to be a really cool 1 because this is the 1st time we're going to do it. We haven't talked about it. As I was sitting down before I sat down to like put some thought into it,
11:02Speaker 3I'm like, they're going to be the same. But as I sat down and started thinking through it, I could have went many different directions with
11:08Speaker 3this. So I would assume they're probably not going to be so. And then the 2nd thing is you're going to very see, we talk about our personalities differences all the time where Will is very good at what he does and I'm very good at what I do and I'm, we're not good at what the opposites are. And so
11:24Speaker 3you're about to see that right now. So you want to start so they can talk to see else. What he's talking about is I made visual aids. Yeah. I made my visual aids. You made paper.
11:35Speaker 1At
11:36Speaker 1least you printed it out or wrote it on the computer. Right. I typed it out at least. Yeah. It's organized. I did make a, like, press a little presentation and visuals. Okay. So top 5 so top 5 pept ides, but also like we're including NAD as a peptide. So these things that people are like, man, it's not a peptide. Like, oh, yeah, I understand. But
11:55Speaker 1for
11:56Speaker 1aesthetics,
11:57Speaker 1but like skin beauty, not just pure aesthetics, because if somebody loses vastly overweight and they lose a 100 pounds with Reta, they're going to learn all their aesthetics. They're going to learn a lot better, but that's not what we're talking about. So truly like skin aesthetics. You're trying to get pretty. Yeah. Pretty and just skin. So I, here are mine.
12:16Speaker 1Maybe I should just do that 1 at a time, it's a trick. My number 1 1st 1 is GHK- Now they in this particular order? Yes, they are in the Yes, a 100. They are in this order all on purpose.
12:26Speaker 3Number 1,
12:27Speaker 1would be GHK-1.
12:29Speaker 1To absolutely help your skin,
12:31Speaker 1number 1. It will help your skin feel firmer and more elastic.
12:36Speaker 1It
12:37Speaker 1helps soften fine lines and wrinkles. Actually, 1 thing that's cool and can help actually fade dark spots. So it'll help like even out into your skin tone. Where people have, like, different different little splotches or whatever. It'll actually help even them out.
12:52Speaker 1Obviously, supports faster healing and collagen
12:56Speaker 1creation. Yeah. Yeah. Right? Which is what our skin is made out of.
13:00Speaker 1And when I say healing, yeah, it will help if yourself, you it will help that wound heal faster. But I'm mostly talking about like just cellular
13:08Speaker 1damage on your skin.
13:11Speaker 1Need to be, our cells are dying all the time and everything needs to heal. And this is why we, as we get older, our skin, we get worse at healing. Our skin gets brittle and not as tight, etcetera.
13:23Speaker 1And just protects against every day
13:26Speaker 1damage.
13:28Speaker 1This, I'm gonna I'm gonna spare everybody the scientific explanations.
13:33Speaker 1Everyone,
13:34Speaker 1this everything that we do, anytime we put a visual aid out, it is available
13:39Speaker 1peptide of the week school. So you can always go back and actually detailed look into this. Yeah. So GHK-
13:46Speaker 1a 100%,
13:48Speaker 1I think is the best thing you could do for your skin.
13:51Speaker 1Next. Definitely up there for sure. Is, and I guess I cheated on this by choosing the Wolverine stack, which is BPC
13:57Speaker 3plus TB. I think so.
13:59Speaker 1So this is a 2 in 1,
14:01Speaker 1but man, BPC is like
14:04Speaker 3the best,
14:07Speaker 1I don't know, peptide everywhere for everything. Right? Like,
14:10Speaker 1it will angiogenesis is gonna create brand new, like, blood vessels even right up close to the skin, which blood heals. Blood brings life for everybody. So that is actually going to heal your skin and your face and everywhere else even better. It's gonna help systemically
14:25Speaker 1just take care of inflammation everywhere.
14:29Speaker 1It will help
14:31Speaker 1collagen absorption. So the foods we eat, we turn that into collagen. BPC actually helps us create more of that into collagen, into these building materials that we can actually create, we can actually use then to do that.
14:47Speaker 1And the gut shoot, BPC has come from the gut and is going to heal the gut and a lot of skin issues, especially like autoimmune disorders, but even just the the root cause often starts in our gut. So if we're having if anybody's having kind of skin issues or they want their skin to look better, like really think about your gut 1st.
15:07Speaker 1So there it is, TB-five
15:09Speaker 1100, which is Thymosin beta-four. You'll see this as as that's why it doesn't say there is a difference between TB-five 100 and Thymosin beta-four. We just all call thymosin beta-four TB-five 100, but you really want thymosin beta-four.
15:23Speaker 1It's going to help further
15:25Speaker 1increase or reduce inflammation,
15:29Speaker 1and really bring more building materials,
15:33Speaker 1materials, but bigger
15:35Speaker 1workforce
15:36Speaker 1to the project.
15:38Speaker 0Okay? So Wolverine stack, even for skin, is the right thing to do. Yeah. K? 2. I like it. Sierra has all the best active and outdoor brands you need. From athletic stuff, like a full court pickup game,
15:51Speaker 0swish,
15:52Speaker 0to athletic stuff,
15:54Speaker 0like 0.5 mile stroll. Get those steps in. And for morning hikes up the mountain trail, good pace to nighttime ghost stories from the camping chair. What
16:04Speaker 0a twist. Whatever level of active, Sierra loves it all. Head to Sierra or sierra.com for the brands you want at the prices that let you do it all. From athletic to athletic, Sierra's got it. Push your limits, train with precision, see the results.

16:45Speaker 13 is NAD. So
16:48Speaker 1those 1st 2 is like an exterior fixes. Right?
16:52Speaker 1This is more an internal fix.
16:54Speaker 1Basically,
16:56Speaker 1is going to, NAD helps our cells, it helps damaged, repaired cells,
17:01Speaker 1and helps us grow
17:03Speaker 1back cells faster and more robust and stronger and with more energy in them. So
17:10Speaker 1as we get older, we
17:13Speaker 1our cell proliferation becomes less good, right, less fast, and the cells that are building aren't as robust.
17:20Speaker 1So NAD is gonna boost that and keep us young everywhere.
17:24Speaker 1And I did when I take NAD and I notice it, I generally am now taking like 50 mg 3 times a week.
17:31Speaker 1Did after and and I think NAD is good cycled.
17:35Speaker 1I still will stand by like, hey, do as much as you can, thousand milligrams, then take a break for maybe 4 weeks, then do it again. Okay. So how long it takes you to kill 1000 mg, great. Then take a month break and redo. But 2 weeks in,
17:49Speaker 1my skin looks noticeably better. Is tighter and
17:54Speaker 1I just look younger and more healthy. Yeah, it is. So proof is in the pudding. So also
17:58Speaker 1a little nice little graphic, you know, what is crazy, our NAD levels as human beings, this is a accurate graph.
18:05Speaker 1When we're 20 to 30 years old, right, a 100%.
18:08Speaker 130 to 80%.
18:11Speaker 140 to 50 years old, 60%. 50 to 60,
18:14Speaker 140%
18:15Speaker 1down to 25, 15, like rapid decline.
18:19Speaker 1Shows you how necessary it probably is
18:22Speaker 1to supplement with NAD plus. Okay. Calm
18:27Speaker 1stress, irritated skin, calm, help like oxidative stress inside on a cellular level. Huge.
18:34Speaker 3Oh, I almost went there when I didn't. Again,
18:38Speaker 1internal protection. So it activates this enzyme,
18:41Speaker 1which,
18:43Speaker 1telomerase,
18:44Speaker 1which
18:44Speaker 1increases your telomere lengths.
18:47Speaker 1If you look at a, telomeres And are, if you look at your chromosomes under a microscope, everybody's kind of seen this
18:54Speaker 1microscopic image, your telomeres are at the very end of each chromosome, right? And when we're young, they're really long. And as they age, as get older, they shrink down, and when they
19:05Speaker 1are not left, we die. No,
19:08Speaker 1I'm not gonna tell you that this is gonna boost your age by 50 years right now, but
19:13Speaker 1it absolutely increases
19:15Speaker 1just your
19:16Speaker 1internal
19:19Speaker 1clock.
19:20Speaker 1And that is going to make you look better and feel better for the rest of your life and your skin will absolutely notice the difference. So I think it's NAD and Epitalon internal. It also syncs up your circadian rhythm. Like you want good skin, sleep, rest
19:35Speaker 1because
19:36Speaker 1that's where all recovery comes from. Then all that other stuff, even the BPC and GHK-3CU,
19:40Speaker 1those things will really, really, really work.
19:43Speaker 1So it's the sleep and just general internal
19:47Speaker 1rewinding clock.
19:49Speaker 1KPV.
19:50Speaker 1Why? Gut. Gut,
19:52Speaker 1gut, gut. I don't know what to tell you other than that. Is going to help it
19:57Speaker 1chill out your gut.
20:00Speaker 1It's
20:01Speaker 1skin with eczema, psoriasis tendencies.
20:05Speaker 1Recovery after treatments of lasers, peels, microneedling, skin that reacts quickly to
20:10Speaker 1products or weather, right? Skin that stays red or flushed easily.
20:15Speaker 3So if you experience all those, try KPV. Help your gut. Let's sit there for a 2nd because 1, I don't think enough people talk about KPV. It's awesome.
20:24Speaker 3And
20:26Speaker 3you just said it, which is the most important thing I think of the podcast probably, which is gut
20:31Speaker 3is so healthy. We've been talking about it a lot and it's just been, it's been everywhere for a reason popping up because
20:38Speaker 3the gut health is really
20:41Speaker 3basically holds everything together.
20:44Speaker 3Sleep. Mean, could go on and on and on. Say you call it 2nd brain, but like literally
20:49Speaker 3correct
20:50Speaker 3because if your gut health is off,
20:53Speaker 3you ain't gonna look- Everything is off. Yeah.
20:55Speaker 3No, you're not. You're not.
20:57Speaker 3You know what mean? Absolutely.
20:59Speaker 1And then finally, that's 5, by the way. Was that 5? That was 5.
21:03Speaker 16, my honorable mention of SNAP-eight, but
21:07Speaker 1topically
21:08Speaker 1used. K? And SNAP-eight
21:11Speaker 1and GHK- together, topically,
21:14Speaker 1kick ass. Pardon my French, but like that's what you wanna do. It is like the botulinum botulinum
21:20Speaker 1toxin, which is Botox.
21:22Speaker 1Right?
21:23Speaker 1But
21:24Speaker 1a topical version of frigging Botox, right? It is gonna help reduce wrinkles and fine lines because it helps it
21:32Speaker 1basically kind of numbs,
21:35Speaker 1not to the touch, but it calms down
21:38Speaker 1those areas. High,
21:40Speaker 1high wrinkle potential areas that we like scrunch our forehead, our eyes,
21:44Speaker 1anything else put topically put on there will help reduce
21:49Speaker 1the chances of future wrinkles and help currently today's wrinkles. Yeah.
21:54Speaker 1Alright.
21:55Speaker 1That is,
21:58Speaker 1that's what I got. You know, I have a little chart here, right, what it mainly does.
22:05Speaker 1So we'll give you this breakdown. It's GHK-two
22:08Speaker 1helps skin make more of its own repair signals.
22:12Speaker 1Boost
22:14Speaker 1firmness, soft lines, helps skin look more even. The Wolverine blend supports healing and helps the body and skin rebuild.
22:22Speaker 1Blood flow, healing signals, movement inside cells, calling for para response. Helps skin recover,
22:28Speaker 1fade marks, and look healthier and more refreshed. And actually, I am reading this for the benefit of those people who don't watch this podcast. Yeah. We just had somebody come in today. It was like, I listen to you guys every day on my road. So we forget that there's people that this is just
22:43Speaker 3hitting their ears. I think most people kind of listen. Even if you're watching on Spotify, you have it up, but you're working out to it or something. You're not watching it. Little glimpses of it. So it's necessary for me to read what I have on the screen. NAD
22:56Speaker 1supports
22:57Speaker 1cell energy and repair.
22:59Speaker 1Energy systems repair helpers and calms healthy cell function, improves glow, helps tired looking skin, and supports barrier repair. Epitalon
23:08Speaker 1supports healthy cell aging, self lifespan,
23:11Speaker 1sleep related balance, and protection from wear and tear helps skin look denser, stronger, and better protected over time. KPV
23:18Speaker 1helps calm irritation and reduce redness because of your gut inflammation signals and overreactive skin responses,
23:26Speaker 1redness sensitivity, and recovery after treatments.
23:32Speaker 1Yeah.
23:32Speaker 1So that's
23:34Speaker 1it. That's what I got. So
23:36Speaker 1here's my, here's a recap. There
23:39Speaker 1it is.
23:41Speaker 1GHK-3Cu,
23:42Speaker 1Wolverine,
23:43Speaker 1NAD, Evitalon, KPV. In that order. In that order. Sweet.
23:48Speaker 1That's cool. And snapping honorable mention. Snapping honorable mention
23:53Speaker 1too. Alright, what you got? Well,
23:56Speaker 3again,
23:57Speaker 3people,
23:58Speaker 3listeners, more importantly, viewers, I do not have graphs,
24:01Speaker 3but let me hold on. Let me just give you a graph here. Wanna say Here's
24:05Speaker 3your make 1. Here we go. I got a graph.
24:08Speaker 3See that? Okay. No. Just joking. I feel inadequate. No. I get it. I get it. Whatever. Nice hair personas. But that was great. I,
24:16Speaker 3I I definitely
24:18Speaker 3thought of each 1 in a way almost all with Epitalon because I think it's great. And
24:22Speaker 3I'm I I've just taken it right now for, I think, 5 days now. Uh-huh. Which I haven't taken it for geez. I think it's been longer than 6 months, and
24:30Speaker 3I'm sleeping great. I mean, I've been sleeping great anyway, but I I definitely feel deeper. Mhmm. That circadian rhythm is huge, man. Mhmm.
24:38Speaker 3So, yeah, gonna do. Okay. So here's what I got, people.
24:42Speaker 3In this order as well.
24:44Speaker 3Surprised you didn't go here. I got HGH. Shit. Yeah. We got an HGH,
24:49Speaker 3is the king daddy.
24:51Speaker 3I always
24:53Speaker 3try to slow down and
24:55Speaker 3The fan is pulling my graph.
24:59Speaker 3Graph. But I try to slow down and
25:02Speaker 3think logically, if you just
25:04Speaker 3slow down and think about it, what does
25:07Speaker 3probably every movie star on the planet take?
25:09Speaker 3Human growth hormone, why? Because it freaking works. More. It is without a doubt the best anti ager. I think NAD is a 2nd. Mhmm. But
25:18Speaker 3it's gonna be for obviously, and you got your increased collagen production and pre improves
25:23Speaker 3skin thickness and elasticity,
25:26Speaker 3supports hair and
25:28Speaker 3nail growth.
25:29Speaker 3Ladies. Absolutely.
25:31Speaker 3Improves recovery. So for you people that if you wanna look pretty, you better be resistance training and having a good diet and recovery
25:39Speaker 3part is huge.
25:41Speaker 3Hair growth,
25:42Speaker 3nail growth, just all around skin
25:45Speaker 3is gonna look better. Uh-huh. Sleeping,
25:48Speaker 3you're gonna sleep better for sure,
25:50Speaker 3almost immediately. So for, like, Will and I talk about on HGH,
25:55Speaker 3it's a long play. It generally will take about 6 months till you really, like, notice anything, and then you do notice, like, wow, that weight's really staying off, my stomach looks ripped. But the 1 thing that I noticed right away is sleep. You fall on a pretty good- Especially at the beginning because you end up, do feel
26:12Speaker 1a little bit more tired in the 1st 2 weeks too. You were going, because your body's like working extra hard to What's going on here? Build everything fast. Right. So especially at the beginning, but 100%.
26:22Speaker 1Yeah. And, I mean, okay.
26:24Speaker 1Like, if I if I wanted to if I'm a movie star and I wanna play a role, I wanna grow my beard out,
26:31Speaker 1It'll take me 3 days if I boost my my HGH True. Input. Like For sure. Dude, I will just grow hair everywhere. Right. Not everywhere, everybody. But, like, where I'm normally supposed to grow hair, it's gonna really
26:43Speaker 1grow the freaking hair. True. Now you better be eating some protein, which is the building materials. The without you know, you could send
26:49Speaker 1500 workers to build a house. If you give them no wood, the house ain't getting built. But if you send 500 workers and adequate wood, they build that thing fast. Right. So same
27:00Speaker 1premise with HGH.
27:01Speaker 1We'll say also guys guys and girls, if you how do we know if I'm eating enough protein to build muscle? Look at your nails.
27:09Speaker 1If these things are growing and you're like, damn, didn't I just cut that? Very good sign. Right? Because they're growing fast, you're giving yourself enough food, and your body is just ramping up growth. So if that's happening and you're making your muscles sore, your muscles will grow really fast. So Will is definitely selling my
27:25Speaker 3choice for you as a people. Thank you, Will. You're welcome. And the final- But I know that before-
27:31Speaker 3sure. Helps reduce body fat, help improve sleep quality,
27:36Speaker 1skin hair,
27:37Speaker 1nails.
27:38Speaker 3I mean, we all know. I mean, we talk about HGH all the time,
27:42Speaker 3but you got Melanotan and then I got you in the HGH. I'm surprised you didn't. I redid that 1. I at 1st, I had GHKC at 1st. Switched it. That's what you recall. I guess I was I mean, because I probably would say it it reigns supreme. It does. It's I would say HGH is the winner of all. Yeah, it's definitely up there. I was talking with the gal that came in and we
28:03Speaker 3were talking about that because she was saying, what, I think she wanted to take Tesamorelin ball and I said, well, do you mind if I ask your age? You don't have to tell me. She did. So I was like, listen,
28:12Speaker 3she liked the podcast, so you know we talk about like we're anybody 40, men and women, 2 for men, mainly 1 for women.
28:20Speaker 3Or take. It's
28:23Speaker 3the truth. Most people should be on it now. GHK-3Cu,
28:28Speaker 3we all know needs to be in there, but what I did, and like you were saying it with the Wolverine, had too, so I didn't think that we're, I figured it's still a peptide
28:37Speaker 3blend. I went with Cloak.
28:38Speaker 3And I went with GHK-3s, you remember? And I'm like, Oh, and then I wanted to do KPV and then I'm like, Oh, let me just combine them because,
28:46Speaker 3know, he already went through a lot of the benefits, but GHK-3s, you has got to be in there.
28:52Speaker 31 of the things that people have a problem with is it stings
28:57Speaker 3for like an hour.
28:59Speaker 3I don't think it's that bad. I mean, I don't know. Everybody has a different pain tolerance, but it's definitely, definitely
29:06Speaker 3well worth it. You know, we have it in a
29:09Speaker 3serum for a reason. So now here's what I got for
29:14Speaker 3this as a whole. So the KPV part, obviously it's going to help a leaky gut, which whether you know it or not, most people have it with the food we eat. It's just, most people have that. So it helps heal
29:26Speaker 3the gut. It's really going to help with some autoimmune issues. I don't think it's going to do it by itself. You're going to need to have a protocol and add some stuff on, KPV is really for the gut. So
29:39Speaker 3gut support, which we already said,
29:41Speaker 3that's going to be the stemming of everything. So KPV,
29:46Speaker 3so you got reduced wrinkles,
29:48Speaker 3With the smoother, vibrant, supports hair growth, improves hair quality,
29:54Speaker 3right, and can help with thinning hair. Why do you think we made a GHK-3CU shampoo? That
30:00Speaker 3was obviously thought through and it does well. I put, I wash my beard with it every
30:04Speaker 3morning. It can't help with gray, obviously, but it does. Actually,
30:08Speaker 1that's not true. Like, dude, I have had probably 5 different girls come up to me and tell me that
30:14Speaker 1yeah, them once they started taking GHKC, their hair is darkened. Yeah. Now I don't know about gray to dark, but like color? Yeah. Yeah. It's gonna help a little bit thinning.
30:24Speaker 3It's not gonna, like Please. If you're going bald, fellas Yeah. It's not gonna be the cure all. The shampoo, like, heal me, though. It's just gonna help a little bit. Mhmm.
30:34Speaker 3But it's great. I get, wash in my beard every
30:36Speaker 3morning and I
30:38Speaker 3love it. I do. Muscle recovery helps with speed of recovery, nervous system support, reduces inflammation so that we already went into the TB and the BPC.
30:49Speaker 3BPC is by far probably the most universal information. It is probably if I had to even choose and I couldn't pull the Wolverine, I would go with the BPC. Would
30:59Speaker 1you? Because you like Yeah, to be I would. I would. I I still would. Would just I would still choose BPC over it. I've been doing,
31:07Speaker 3the Wolverine in my shoulders because gosh, man, my shoulders have been so badly. I've been in this yoga stuff with my wife and I always do these planks
31:14Speaker 3and subs, kill all my shoulders. But
31:16Speaker 3for my back, because I've always had a bad back and multiple surgeries, surgeries, I bend over and I do some TB in the back,
31:24Speaker 3back there, even though I know it travels well, but
31:27Speaker 3I do it for, I'm trying to just never have 1. And
31:31Speaker 3I
31:32Speaker 3never had used it before the surgery, so hopefully I can
31:36Speaker 1spare another So the Clo Clo. I mean, yeah, that's brilliant because Clo I mean, well, that kills the that that just covers 3 of mine. Right. 32:45Speaker 1Remember there is
32:47Speaker 1we I would take high doses of BPC TB and not so
32:53Speaker 1much Clo, but it's but it can't I mean Yeah. KPV, but it can't really hurt. Yeah. Whereas so with the clo, you can't really take high doses of those because you don't wanna take high doses of GHK-two.
33:02Speaker 1Yeah.
33:03Speaker 1But, yes, the on the Wolverine though. GHK-two,
33:06Speaker 1BPC, TB, and KPV all in 1. Yeah. Guess I probably just said that, but People don't know? Yeah. That's what it is. That's
33:14Speaker 3mean,
33:15Speaker 3I
33:16Speaker 3generally personally
33:19Speaker 3am not looking to be pretty, so like I don't really I use the
33:24Speaker 3do use KPV for my gut and I use Wolverine
33:27Speaker 3often. And then I go through cycles of GHK-two.
33:31Speaker 3So
33:33Speaker 3I generally personally using the Wolverine and then the other 2 separately,
33:38Speaker 3but for cost
33:39Speaker 3people
33:40Speaker 3and the ladies just bringing them all 3 knocks
33:43Speaker 3out.
33:44Speaker 3NAD was almost number 2, but I went with the club as number 2, but NAD definitely could have been at number 2. So again, as of what I said, what do every movie star take?
33:55Speaker 3HGH
33:56Speaker 3and NAD, I promise you. And NAD is freaking amazing. It's
34:01Speaker 3probably best for anti aging. Same
34:04Speaker 3stuff, skin, hair, nails, inflammation, cellular energy. We,
34:10Speaker 3I, at least, I use it as coffee, midday coffee. I generally take it at 2.
34:16Speaker 3I generally like to say I take it daily, but I don't have a problem that Will has with it stinging or having any issues with it.
34:22Speaker 3And I take,
34:24Speaker 3I think I take about 50 mgs every
34:27Speaker 3day unless I forget which we get busy. So around 02:00, I usually get a little tired at 02:00 and that is my coffee. And
34:34Speaker 3I mean, it's amazing. If you're not taking NAD, I would imagine most people have heard of NAD and probably have taken NAD.
34:41Speaker 3If you don't, you should. I
34:44Speaker 1sincerely believe that, you know, there's
34:47Speaker 1drip IV treatments.
34:49Speaker 1I think that NAD is better off done on a consistent basis instead of just 1
34:55Speaker 1Yeah. Big old dose. I just I think that our body doesn't really,
34:59Speaker 1yeah, get all of it. Like, it's better done incrementally
35:03Speaker 1sub q.
35:04Speaker 1Yeah. And and frankly, it's not
35:07Speaker 1if talking orally, you really don't wanna even take NAD plus. You wanna take NMN, which is the which is the precursor,
35:14Speaker 1and then in the strategy is, hey, when I said to break, take a break.
35:19Speaker 1On those breaks, if you really wanna do it right, take NMN during
35:23Speaker 1that month break. Yeah. The precursor load your body up with essentially the building materials for NAD plus. Yeah. And then let them help convert also. Yeah. And then get back on enough. Yeah. Soon as since kinda like a secretagogue.
35:35Speaker 3Yeah. Not exactly, but like it's gonna help the NA your own NAD.
35:39Speaker 1Where and then you're gonna take actual NADE. I had some, I I get those, like, IV injections,
35:45Speaker 1not not Vitamins? But, yeah, like a banana bag, mostly for fluids, dude. Just
35:52Speaker 1well, because I like that. It feels great with the cold, like, fluid running through your arm and you just feel yeah, I've had, like, they're expensive, but
35:59Speaker 1I had a somewhat a nurse come over the other night, this last weekend, come over and give me the give me that injection, then she came by this week and picked up a bottle. Yes.
36:08Speaker 1Really? Yeah. I noticed, I absolutely feel different because I forget to drink water. I don't know. It just rehydrates
36:14Speaker 1you immediately.
36:15Speaker 3So he comes by the house? Yep. She loves have with Yep.
36:19Speaker 1Well, you've made people, they have hangover, like people do it
36:23Speaker 1after a night of drinking, they're like,
36:25Speaker 1the nurse comes over and just hooks them up while they're sitting there watching TV. I got it done while getting tattooed before. I had somebody come to the tattoo shop. I had
36:33Speaker 1India, she just came into my office and I was, I was working and she just set it all up,
36:39Speaker 1but she, and then she came by to this week and got some NAD,
36:43Speaker 1even though she can have it, she can get it from her company, right? Like, and get it injected into the IV bag.
36:51Speaker 1Still came here to get it Sub Q. Tell you enough. And yeah.
36:54Speaker 3Yeah. I'll have her come here. But- If she comes to my house,
36:58Speaker 3Oh, yeah. Is your son supposed to be climbing on that?
37:01Speaker 1No. But, yeah, I have the girl's name too. Let's if you if you wanna do it, I'll text you. I'll do for listening. She goes yeah. She's awesome. We should maybe just have her come here once. Yeah. So I've I've absolutely had thought about and meant to have her come here if I knew a time because you can just sit here where she just hooks it up, and then you can work and do what you need to do. Cool. Let's do it. So NAD,
37:23Speaker 3if you have not, you know, if you have not, it's really gonna help with even a DNA repair. I mean, are you kidding me? It's just it's it's awesome. If you have not taken it, get on it right away. Now, went with Tesamorelin.
37:36Speaker 3Yeah.
37:37Speaker 3I went with Tesamorelin because of some stubborn belly fat. I know we weren't going the direction of like
37:42Speaker 3Reta and whatnot, but you know, it's gonna increase your natural
37:46Speaker 3h or GH, and it's gonna really focus on that visceral fat that ladies
37:51Speaker 1seem to not be able to get rid of. So that was a I mean, that's a valid choice, though. Mean, maybe Is that visceral fat for ladies? Like, just because okay, if if somebody's not wanting to take HGH, then that's the next best thing because it's going to incur to give you all of those benefits that HGH
38:06Speaker 1is giving you, not as good because it's not the end. Generally, actual hormones. With sleeping,
38:12Speaker 3some people say it differently. I think that's just everybody's
38:15Speaker 3different. But
38:17Speaker 3yeah, so most ladies,
38:19Speaker 3Tesamorelin
38:20Speaker 3really goes a really long way with you, as long as you don't chew too much, because you're going to probably retain some water.
38:26Speaker 3But we've all said it, it's literally FDA approved to just focus on that visceral fat,
38:32Speaker 3more so than even men, women seem to have a problem with it. So I put that in there because if you want it pretty, you wanna get rid of that little pooch.
38:39Speaker 3For sure. That's 4. Alright. Number 5.
38:42Speaker 3So I got MOTS-3.
38:45Speaker 3So MOTS-3C is going to rev up your mitochondria,
38:50Speaker 3increase energy. Now
38:53Speaker 3if you feel like shit and you don't, aren't able to work out
38:57Speaker 3and you're not feeling good, right? It's going to support insulin sensitivity, increases energy production, helps maintain lean physique, supports longevity.
39:05Speaker 3Most people at this point know what MOTS is because it's becoming 1 of the most popular
39:11Speaker 3peptides.
39:12Speaker 3And I skipped the SS-thirty 1, which we generally will say take 1st,
39:17Speaker 3But I think this is going to give you cellular energy where most people lock
39:22Speaker 3these days, especially the ladies, you know, and some work, some chase kids around, whatever. That's what I went with. I could have went countless different ways with it. You could see that was cool. We definitely
39:33Speaker 3went different
39:34Speaker 3ways, but you can make a case for countless. Epitalon, I think is great. I think,
39:40Speaker 3you know, we've talked about it starting with Epitalon on any cycle,
39:44Speaker 3to speak. It's twice a year. It's what, 10 days. 10 days, 100 mg twice a year. Really is not. It's a- No big deal. Yeah. So that would be, it's just quick. So started off with that and then these, and then obviously the last 1 is going to be
40:00Speaker 3kind of what Will said, but the skin or the
40:03Speaker 3SNAP-8GHK
40:05Speaker 3serum.
40:05Speaker 3Most
40:06Speaker 3women, especially older women, are gonna get facials, whatever facial, that's up to you.
40:11Speaker 3Laser facials, my wife and I get it every 90 days. I didn't even know they existed. I did 1 and I was like amazed after it healed how well it gets rid of dead skin. And
40:22Speaker 3I was amazed by it. And the 1st time I didn't use the serum.
40:27Speaker 3And then the 2nd time
40:29Speaker 3my wife and I did, we went with
40:32Speaker 3me,
40:33Speaker 3my wife and Kate.
40:35Speaker 3And remember at the dinner? And
40:37Speaker 3my wife and I healed in like 3, maybe 4 days and Kate was beat up. Took very little bit.
40:44Speaker 3The gal that does our
40:47Speaker 3Botox and stuff and the facials and stuff,
40:49Speaker 3she finally used it after facial and like, was like, Holy shit. Wow.
40:54Speaker 3I literally healed in 0.5 time. I'm telling you this for
40:58Speaker 3knows The serum how is the topical,
41:01Speaker 3like Will said, the SNAP-eight.
41:03Speaker 3Don't be injecting your face with SNAP-eight. We've had people
41:06Speaker 3do that. Am
41:08Speaker 3I supposed to No, don't inject it into your eyes and send some Botox.
41:12Speaker 3The serum's awesome. And even if you're not getting a facial,
41:16Speaker 3I did a presentation, you can look through my reels on how to do it,
41:20Speaker 3which is like maybe 3 days a week with the microdermab.
41:23Speaker 3Is that what it's called? I was forgetting. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Micro needling.
41:27Speaker 3You do it all over your face and then you rub that stuff in and it, man, it just does work. So that'll make you pretty. So that's it, man. That's good. I think that,
41:35Speaker 1that was fun. It was great. That was different. So we, I hope to, if anybody, like, I hope I want to do this on a regular basis, but go kind of give us top 5, top threes of every different category. Yeah. I think that we will
41:50Speaker 1roll with that curriculum
41:52Speaker 1coming next.
41:53Speaker 3I'm going to see if I can step up my game a little bit and try to do some graphs and stuff. We'll see.
41:59Speaker 3Mean, yes. Help you. We'll see. We will definitely see, but yeah, that was cool, man. And anything else, remember, join our school. We are not doing the get together on 27th. There's been a lot of like people bummed, so that's awesome. It makes us feel good. We promise we will do 1 really well. After
42:16Speaker 3summer when everybody's passed all that stuff. I feel like there's something else we need to tell everybody.
42:23Speaker 3We're gonna really try to get some rad
42:26Speaker 3guests. We had Jana Schick on there, and that was rad. We
42:31Speaker 3had Jay Campbell.
42:33Speaker 3I'm thinking maybe Hunter Williams, if you will, we've been asking him yet, so I don't know.
42:37Speaker 3But guys, just people that are, we can sit down and have rad conversations with, even if we don't agree with them or whatnot, let's just sit down and And
42:45Speaker 3a lot of hormone stuff.
42:47Speaker 3We want to do a lot of hormone stuff.
42:50Speaker 3It's just, there's so many people that are still not hormonally optimized.
42:55Speaker 3And if you want your peptides to work, you need to be hormonally optimized. And I'm talking to you ladies too.
43:02Speaker 3You need to get your blood work. And if you don't have a doctor that knows what they're doing, you need to find a doctor that knows what they're doing because
43:08Speaker 3it's changing and the world is changing. Hormonally optimized, you can feel great. You can have a good sex drive. So we're gonna get some people into some different doctors and just some cool guests as we move forward because I think people like that. So do we. Yep. And, yeah, and cool last thing was, we were invited to go out to Janoszik and meet Peter Magic. So Will and I and Allie are flying out to
43:32Speaker 3Prague. My wife is trying to work it out with the kids. She's like, well, I don't know, I think they could do it. I'm like, 15 hour flight, babe.
43:40Speaker 1Do they have a cage in the back of the plane? Have you seen Mason? My 6 year old will scream at the top of his lungs and tell
43:48Speaker 1So
43:49Speaker 3anyways, we'll
43:51Speaker 1see about that. I would love for him to come. But anyways, we're gonna go check it out. Yep. It'd be fun. That'd be great. You can videotape it. Like, we can videotape it. He says that he's got video I mean, he's got recorders on video
44:04Speaker 1cameras right every square inch of that other lab. He's like, I don't care if you videotape anything. Yeah. Right. I don't care. So that'd be cool. Content from it and
44:12Speaker 1do some brain We'll have a couple samples too. So and and as we enter, say test these. By
44:18Speaker 1the time we're done with the tour, they'll all be done. Routine.
44:21Speaker 1Now I know that they're busy,
44:23Speaker 1but still they'll do it. Yeah, they'll put it to the front.
44:27Speaker 1That's- That'll be fun. That'll be really fun. The other thing about HCG, I forgot to mention, is you
44:32Speaker 1said skin,
44:34Speaker 1like thickness and integrity, like and elasticity.
44:37Speaker 1When I got my hair replacement, the ladies who were puncturing holes in my hair were like, are you taking this shit?
44:43Speaker 1I'm like, yeah. Why? It's like, your skin, it's like hard to go, it's hard to puncture.
44:48Speaker 1Also,
44:49Speaker 1the lady who just did the needle, the IV,
44:52Speaker 1and she's like, damn, why is your skin so thick? That's right. Which I think is a good thing. It's like elephant skin, but it doesn't look that bad. It looks like that. But I think that's a good thing. That's why it's in our top 2 hoist. Yep. I can walk you through like Sticker bushes, thorn bushes, and not be scraped at all. I'm gonna HCG kidding. Just that won't happen.
45:11Speaker 1Alright.
