0:00Speaker 0What's up my friends? Welcome back to the Peptide of the Week.
0:04Speaker 0I'm your host JD Denham, and I got my co host across the way there, William T. What's
0:10Speaker 0up, buddy? What's up, man?
0:27Speaker 1There was always little things, but in the big picture,
0:31Speaker 0know what, if we ever, if we ever start bitching, like, look, look where we work and look where we live, where we live and work where people vacation, man. It's all perspective, right? Absolutely.
0:42Speaker 0Life is always
0:44Speaker 1you and I have
0:46Speaker 1been real
0:48Speaker 1miserable for long times in our periods of our lives. And
0:52Speaker 1so any day not doing that is better.
0:55Speaker 0Right, man. Ain't doubt the truth. It's always sitting on the right perspective, man. Yeah.
1:00Speaker 0Well,
1:01Speaker 0my friends,
1:02Speaker 0have 2 peptides and the cool thing about
1:06Speaker 0what we're doing. And again, let me just throw this out there. Like we always do. Will and I are not doctors. We are 2 dudes that like peptides.
1:13Speaker 0We've tried a lot of the peptides.
1:15Speaker 0We've been doing them for years. We like talking about them. That's what you get. These are just 2 dudes talking about some peptides and that's it. Right? If you need some doctor's help, go see a doctor. They'll help you out with all that stuff. So today we have 2 peptides and what we're trying to do guys is we're trying to do different peptides, right? We're not trying to do 2 that are like synergistically run together. We're doing 2 different ones. So today what we're going to do is we're going to talk about SS-thirty
1:40Speaker 01, right? And we're going to talk about 1 of the favorites out there, which is going to be CJC-twelve
1:45Speaker 095 with Ipamorelin.
1:47Speaker 0And, that's a popular 1. I think, well, since that's 1 of the more popular ones and a lot of people know about that, let's start with the SS-31because
1:55Speaker 0I know you and I both like this 1 and we've been digging into it. Tell us a little bit about what it is and what does it do and why should we take it? Yeah. Okay. That's cool. Yes,
2:06Speaker 1we have. We've been taking it and digging into it like it's it's a and and have had a lot of feedback from other people
2:13Speaker 1using it for a while now.
2:15Speaker 1It is really, it's a really cool peptide. So it is 1 that is in the mitochondrial
2:21Speaker 1class. So it's working on the mitochondria
2:24Speaker 1in our cell, right, which is the powerhouse in our cell. And
2:27Speaker 1it is its job if we're to just kind of break this down simply is
2:33Speaker 1it's a scavenger.
2:34Speaker 1It's like a garbage cleanup crew inside of your mitochondria. So it is scavenging for any, like, I don't know, free radicals, any of the garbage
2:42Speaker 1that
2:44Speaker 1slows the mitochondria down,
2:46Speaker 1makes it
2:48Speaker 1too efficient
2:49Speaker 1or
2:51Speaker 1as it's the mitochondrial wall of, you know, being,
2:56Speaker 1be have weak or have any break points and
2:59Speaker 1that
3:00Speaker 1all of those, all of that bad garbage leads to different inflammation and,
3:07Speaker 1other
3:08Speaker 1problems throughout our body.
3:11Speaker 1So I guess the best way is it cleans up the inner
3:14Speaker 1mitochondria.
3:15Speaker 1Okay, all the garbage inside the mitochondria.
3:18Speaker 1It also strengthens that mitochondrial wall.
3:21Speaker 1It has
3:22Speaker 1integrity
3:24Speaker 1of the mitochondria.
3:26Speaker 1It also then
3:28Speaker 1doing that allows us to create more ATP.
3:32Speaker 1So ATP
3:33Speaker 1is a huge deal and adenosine triphosphate
3:36Speaker 1and it is kind of our cellular energy. So it's what gives us, you know, more energy, but not brain caffeine type energy. Yeah.
3:47Speaker 1More physical
3:48Speaker 1stamina,
3:50Speaker 1right? More physical stamina,
3:52Speaker 1more strength, more quick burst energy.
3:55Speaker 1ATP
3:56Speaker 1kind of cycle creatine
3:58Speaker 1is something also that works on your ATP.
4:02Speaker 1ATP, we
4:04Speaker 1use it off. Once it burns off, burns off into ADP,
4:08Speaker 1adenosine diphosphate.
4:10Speaker 1And that
4:12Speaker 1turns to lactic acid. So that's why when you run real fast,
4:16Speaker 1you burn off all of your ATP
4:18Speaker 1and now your legs burn. Yeah. Okay, so that's your ATP gone. If this is creating more ATP,
4:25Speaker 1you now are running faster for longer before it burns off. But also,
4:32Speaker 1so the performance enhancing side, great. That works. But also it is being used clinically
4:39Speaker 1for anybody with like chronic fatigue disorders. And
4:43Speaker 1I have met and talked to and read up also,
4:47Speaker 1there's
4:48Speaker 1countless stories of people saying like, Hey, I've been me
4:52Speaker 1or my wife have been miserable for the last 5 years, right? I've had like no energy and
5:00Speaker 1there's a problem, but you can't get out of it. They started taking SS-31and
5:06Speaker 1their life is back to normal and is basically like saved their life now,
5:09Speaker 1because
5:10Speaker 1they actually have an energetic full life and they're continuing on.
5:16Speaker 1You know, those in society, I think that's huge because
5:20Speaker 0whether it be lifestyle,
5:23Speaker 0depression,
5:23Speaker 0whatever people struggle with food for sure is bringing people's energy level down. But, you know, I think in regards to like with
5:32Speaker 0this 1 in particular, SS-thirty 1, 1 of the beauties of it is it's going to help with that mitochondrial and give you that cellular energy. And that's really going to give you more energy. It's going to help you age slower. I mean, it's so powerful
5:44Speaker 0for the people that are, like you said, sluggish.
5:47Speaker 0We've read some, some studies where it's really just radically changing
5:51Speaker 0people's lives drastically.
5:53Speaker 1Absolutely. So
5:55Speaker 1really, if we kind of list off the benefits, you know, is
5:59Speaker 1like cardiac support,
6:01Speaker 1better performance enhancing and endurance, more energy throughout the day,
6:06Speaker 1less like
6:08Speaker 1neuro
6:09Speaker 1degeneration,
6:10Speaker 1less neurodegeneration,
6:12Speaker 1right? Your
6:14Speaker 1and longevity.
6:17Speaker 1That
6:18Speaker 1is its list of potential benefits and
6:21Speaker 1the stories that I'm telling right are anecdotal
6:24Speaker 1stories,
6:25Speaker 1but
6:27Speaker 1my conclusion is it's too many people,
6:30Speaker 1experiencing the same thing for
6:33Speaker 1it to be something else. The,
6:36Speaker 1I guess,
6:37Speaker 1barrier,
6:38Speaker 1why is this not being used by everybody? Barrier is essentially just money, right? You need to take a decently
6:45Speaker 1high dose,
6:47Speaker 1for it to really, for it to really work. And
6:51Speaker 1that dose, it's also a very, very, very, very safe peptide.
6:55Speaker 1So you could take a really high dose. There's just nothing that can
6:59Speaker 0be wrong with it. I don't say nothing. I mean, most are for the most part, most are pretty, pretty darn healthy. There's gonna be some that have some risk obviously,
7:09Speaker 0but this is 1 of the ones that's 1 of the safest, kind of like even a BPC-157.
7:12Speaker 0There's not a whole lot of anything you should be worried about by taking high doses. Right, absolutely.
7:17Speaker 0Mean, 1 thing to see that it focuses and it helps the mitochondria.
7:21Speaker 0So people that there's so you know, if you have a damaged mitochondria,
7:24Speaker 0you're gonna be tired.
7:25Speaker 0You're gonna be lethargic.
7:26Speaker 0You're gonna hear your wounds are gonna heal slower. So this 1,
7:32Speaker 0enhance that mitochondria,
7:34Speaker 0you're going to feel better. You're going to have more cellular energy, your wounds are going to heal faster,
7:41Speaker 0just all around, you'll feel just well-being
7:44Speaker 0better, clear thoughts, all the above. Absolutely. Know what I mean? So that's why this one's a pretty special peptide.
7:51Speaker 1Yep. Yep. It is a special peptide and I would,
7:54Speaker 1I mean, yeah,
7:56Speaker 1I would urge everybody. I've urged my family and loved ones to
8:01Speaker 1take it and
8:02Speaker 1they like it and everybody has a different kind of dosage barrier, right? Where they're saying like, oh, I don't really feel much. I've had people say,
8:12Speaker 1you know, like 2 mg, 3 mg. I didn't really feel much. And as soon as they got to 5 mg
8:18Speaker 1a day, they're like, holy crap. I've I've now
8:21Speaker 1life is good.
8:23Speaker 1They have some energy and they absolutely feel it. Right? There are stories, I mean, but there's there's lots of people out there that doctors I've I've read on this doctors are telling them take up to 22 mg a day. Wow.
8:35Speaker 1For the most part, you'll you'll see 10 mg bottles. Right?
8:38Speaker 1So just be aware. Right? So there's 10 mg bottles.
8:42Speaker 130 mg bottles is most common. I would suggest you try to get those. I've now started to see some 50 mg bottles.
8:49Speaker 1But yeah, if you're gonna need to be taking, it generally seems like about 5 mg is kind of their lowest really effective dose. I would still start at
8:59Speaker 11 mg and work your way up as with everything,
9:03Speaker 1know, start,
9:04Speaker 1start small, work your way up. But that's generally about what you could expect.
9:09Speaker 0Yeah, so in knowing that, I mean, let's sit on that just for a 2nd in regards to, what we always recommend for anybody with any supplement, anything testosterone,
9:18Speaker 0whatever, to go slow, just to start slow. You can build yourself up. You know, I think it's human nature to want to do more, but everybody's body is so radically different. Just because somebody does well at 2 mg
9:32Speaker 0doesn't mean that that's, you're going to be your sweet spot, right? You have to
9:36Speaker 0start with 1 and work your way up and then try to find that sweet spot. And then there you are, but you can build up, you can't go back down. So it's always good with any, any supplement. Right. You know what I mean? Yep. Anything,
9:50Speaker 0anything that,
9:52Speaker 0anybody in particular, I know you kind of answered this already, but anybody in particular you think should not be taking this?
10:00Speaker 1No,
10:01Speaker 1I can't really think of it again. Always obvious guys, like little children, don't feed this to your babies or mothers or fathers. Don't feed it to your babies,
10:10Speaker 1pregnant women.
10:12Speaker 1Just better safe than sorry. Don't take it. But, but no, I don't, I can't see any really actual like condition to
10:20Speaker 0not take it. Especially if you have doctors that are prescribing 22 mg in a day. So if a doctor is going to prescribe that, that's a really high dose. That would be pretty expensive,
10:30Speaker 0but if you can afford it and it feels good, there you go. But other than that, that obviously tells you that it's a safe peptide. Right.
10:37Speaker 0You know, let's talk about, how about some of the ones that would be synergistically
10:41Speaker 0ran with it? Because mitochondrial
10:44Speaker 1would be a good 1. I can think of a few. What would you say? I think that MOTS-3C is the obvious light bulb and there is, yeah, 100% like synergistic value, right?
10:57Speaker 0Those 2 together, we were talking about So other 100
11:00Speaker 1like really MOTS-3.0
11:01Speaker 1is giving, is shuttling energy into mitochondria. So essentially your SS-31is
11:06Speaker 1now making
11:07Speaker 1your mitochondria
11:09Speaker 1be able to house all the energy to not be leaking
11:14Speaker 1any like any free radicals, oxidative stress. It's got some good integrity. Now we're just filling up with energy and it is working to its full potential and it's kicking ass. So those
11:27Speaker 02 ought to be ran together. Yeah, that's rad. I have not done that, but I'm gonna do that just kind of after our conversation and some of the stuff we've dug into, but kind of those comparable to like a TB-five
11:38Speaker 0100 and a BPC-one
11:40Speaker 0157. They're great separate, but together they do even better. And I think this would be comparable if you run an SS-31and
11:47Speaker 0a MOTS-3.0
11:48Speaker 0do great separate, but if you put them together, they shine.
11:52Speaker 1And like, or KPV
11:54Speaker 1and BPC, like both of them are working on their gut, right? For sure. Both alone are good, but I think that I wouldn't take.
12:02Speaker 1If we're looking, if we're worried about gut, right? Take BBC and KPV.
12:06Speaker 1Oh yeah. I don't see any reason to only take 1 of them.
12:10Speaker 1Because they will absolutely synergistically work when the product of the whole is greater than the sum of the individual parts.
12:17Speaker 1Webster's
12:18Speaker 0dictionary definition of sinners. There you go, brother.
12:22Speaker 0Yeah, know you touched on it already, but briefly, let's kind of like sit on this point for a 2nd. The,
12:27Speaker 0dosages, you're going to recommend we start at a milligram and start there and work our way up to generally like the low dose would still be 5 mg. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yes. Which is lot. I
12:41Speaker 1guess there's imagine if you have a 30 mg bottle, right? I would put 3 mls of water in it. If you do that,
12:50Speaker 1every 10 units that you draw, and I'm talking about 100
12:54Speaker 1syringe, right? 10 units, which is 0.1 of a mil will equal 1 mg.
13:02Speaker 1Okay. And I would start with that and
13:05Speaker 13 days a week to every day.
13:09Speaker 1I'd probably start every day.
13:11Speaker 1I'd go 1 mg every day and then I would bump that. I'd bump that up from there and pretty, pretty rapidly
13:17Speaker 1bump it up, maybe
13:20Speaker 1week by week,
13:21Speaker 1maybe bump up. I don't know, Wolf, like 1 mg. Everybody's got to just be the judge of themselves, you know? But
13:28Speaker 1I would maybe bump up by, by 1 mg daily
13:31Speaker 1each week. So 1 mg,
13:34Speaker 1then 2,
13:35Speaker 1then 3, then 4, then 5 daily.
13:39Speaker 1See what the
13:41Speaker 1adjustment is. Yeah.
13:44Speaker 0Like Will said, I mean, in this 1 in particular, the SS-thirty
13:47Speaker 0with some of our studies and digging into it, it's a great peptide. So for those of you out there, which is so freaking common, whether it's like
13:55Speaker 0in your head or not, whatever, you're, you're super tired, I get asked all the time. What can I take for energy? This is going to be 1 of the rock stars in
14:05Speaker 0answers,
14:06Speaker 0this SS-thirty
14:07Speaker 01, which I don't, I don't hear a lot of people out there, a lot of chitchat about the SS-thirty 1, but, now you know, so give
14:14Speaker 0it a shot, try it out and, slowly go up from 1 mg to 5 mg give or take, and, it's gonna help out a lot.
14:22Speaker 1The other biggest energy increase are like, we all know, like, you know, we don't want caffeine. You want energy? Just drink more coffee. Like, it's not. Yes. Drink water though. Well, it's like, it's amazing what water does to your brain if you're actually properly hydrated.
14:38Speaker 1It's crazy. So yeah,
14:40Speaker 0there's another tip. Whenever I get tired or I wouldn't like, you know, if I'm, before I'm going to the gym, I, I have a box of, Celtics, really good Celtic salt and my bride gets me, you know, and I, what my fingers and you let it soak into your tongue. And then I take a shot back like a hefty amount of salt, but people don't like realize it like, you know, just saltwater alone is a very good energy drink. It really is.
15:03Speaker 1If we're
15:04Speaker 1a carnivore diet, right? And like you you're lacking electrolytes because electrolytes really come in, come most, I mean, they come a lot from the sugars,
15:12Speaker 1carbohydrates.
15:13Speaker 1You get them from some minerals, but salt.
15:16Speaker 1Salts, 1 of the big ways to actually keep water into your muscles.
15:20Speaker 0And there's still a lot of people out there that think that salt's bad. Believe it not. And we were told when we were younger that salts bad for you. Yeah. It is bad if you eat
15:30Speaker 1french fries full of salt all day long.
15:32Speaker 0Right. That's
15:34Speaker 1you get the salt from.
15:37Speaker 0Yeah. That's what the salt is on as a problem.
15:40Speaker 0Yeah. Well, cool man. Well, there you go. SS-31guys.
15:43Speaker 0That's that's a, that's going be 1 that's going to shine for sure. And I don't hear a lot of talk about it. So give that 1 a shot. So let's dig in to the CJC-twelve
15:51Speaker 095 with the Ipamorelin
15:53Speaker 1and
15:55Speaker 0gosh, I would say it's probably the most popular of the ones that I hear about, but you know, it's got some pros and what some will say cons.
16:03Speaker 0So we talk a lot about there's some that don't have really much
16:07Speaker 0any negatives, but this 1 has a little bit of a, some things that people are concerned about. So let's dig into that a little bit and see,
16:14Speaker 0what are some of the concerns that people have a little bit with this, this 1 in particular?
16:20Speaker 1Yes, for sure. So like I have heard stories
16:23Speaker 1from a couple people and it's all, if you kind of just read a little bit on the internet, it's
16:30Speaker 1happened to several people where
16:33Speaker 1basically
16:34Speaker 1people have developed an allergy and it's mostly it's it is to the CJC-twelve
16:39Speaker 195.
16:40Speaker 1Not so much to the Ipamorelin.
16:42Speaker 1Just happens to be 1 that people can develop an allergy, a little bit more of an allergy to. And the reason is,
16:49Speaker 1excuse me, it's
16:52Speaker 1so our body
16:53Speaker 1recognizes
16:54Speaker 1doesn't
16:55Speaker 1recognize that as it recognizes that as a foreign substance at times. Okay. And some people's body,
17:03Speaker 1does this a bit more than others, but
17:05Speaker 1it's body goes, Oh, that is not me. Okay. And that elicits an immune response.
17:11Speaker 1And what their body does is make histamines that go after that CJC to try to get rid of it because it is not natural in our body.
17:19Speaker 1And,
17:21Speaker 1that
17:21Speaker 1gives you an allergic reaction, right? Is why when somebody has, it goes into like anaphylactic shot, what are you taking? Antihistamine. Okay. Because it is what the, it's the histamines that are putting you into that anaphylactic reaction.
17:35Speaker 1And
17:36Speaker 1so I have that will manifest in,
17:40Speaker 1you know, sweating some on the worst cases, right? Like even maybe the throat being closed up. But I have talked to people like I actually have a good friend. He said, Hey, I was doing CJC Ipamorelin from my doctor and I did the 1st cycle and it was awesome.
17:57Speaker 1It's, it is actually a really effective peptide. So
18:02Speaker 1cycle, 1st cycle was great, right? It kicked ass. I actually got some great results from it. I did the 2nd 1 and in like my 3rd injection, did it and just kind of like went red and sweating and then like threw up and called my doctor and had some like hives.
18:18Speaker 1Doc didn't know what
18:20Speaker 1the hell it was at 1st until he did a little bit of research. And so,
18:25Speaker 1and it was an allergic reaction and just like most allergic reactions, like, I don't know if you've ever had anybody who's allergic to shellfish.
18:32Speaker 1For example, I had a girlfriend who was 1 time and you know, the 1st time she had shellfish, a little bit of reaction, right? Maybe like a small little rash. The 2nd time, a little bit worse, right? 3rd time was like ER right now. So these things get in now, I'm not saying the CJC progresses like a shelf, shellfish allergies are
18:50Speaker 1all like notoriously really severe,
18:53Speaker 1but
18:53Speaker 1it progresses.
18:55Speaker 1So oftentimes
18:56Speaker 1you're not gonna get any, like the 1st time that you do this, it's gonna be great, right? No problem.
19:02Speaker 1And then you do it the 2nd time and,
19:05Speaker 1now our body's ramped up, ready to fight this
19:09Speaker 1essentially.
19:10Speaker 11
19:11Speaker 1solution is taking antihistamine.
19:14Speaker 1Take an allergy pill.
19:16Speaker 1When you do an injection. Now I know that that's not convenient, right? It may be easier for a lot of you to just like, well, how about I just don't do it, do it, do it. But,
19:25Speaker 1so there is the general, there is the, there's the warning on that. And for some reason, I think maybe because it's a stronger,
19:32Speaker 1it is a very strong peptide
19:34Speaker 1that
19:36Speaker 1that is why our body has a uniquely stronger reaction
19:40Speaker 1against it.
19:42Speaker 1Sure. Now,
19:44Speaker 1I guess it's fairly
19:46Speaker 0So with, let's make sure we say that because it is fairly uncommon, but it has had that reputation
19:51Speaker 02 degrees. So compared to like other secreted dogs. So the, our recommendation or else I'll say mine is just go slow. Like always, you just don't know, especially with that 1 in particular or- Yep. I mean, once I was kind of reading some different things about it, I just, I'm a big fan of Tesamorelin in any way. That's my favorite security dog, but,
20:10Speaker 1I don't know, it's a matter of opinion. It is. And I mean, I have ran CJC 3 separate times and CJC and Ipamorelin had never had an issue. Yeah. So it's a rare thing, but like, if something like that happens to somebody,
20:25Speaker 1just that's
20:26Speaker 1probably what is occurring.
20:28Speaker 1It's not, it really has nothing to do with like the quality of your product.
20:33Speaker 1It's just,
20:35Speaker 1it's just that your body not responding. Yeah. Now,
20:39Speaker 1if we want to talk about, I guess, like what the hell it does. Yeah, let's talk about the positive.
20:44Speaker 1So
20:46Speaker 1CJC-twelve
20:47Speaker 195 comes with DAC and
20:51Speaker 1without DAC. Okay. So with DAC makes it
20:56Speaker 1essentially like longer acting. Okay.
20:59Speaker 1And causes a
21:00Speaker 1sustained
21:02Speaker 1growth hormone pulse. So our natural human growth hormone happens to us in pulses throughout the day, generally about 6 pulses throughout the day and night. The pulses during your daytime are not very high.
21:16Speaker 1After you go to sleep, the bigger is when you're really your biggest pulse occurs.
21:21Speaker 1So CJC
21:23Speaker 1with deck is the long analog version. Okay. And it kind of gives you more of a sustained release,
21:29Speaker 1which,
21:31Speaker 1is not like how our normal growth hormone works. Okay. And therefore oftentimes it can get people's,
21:39Speaker 1HGH
21:40Speaker 1too high.
21:43Speaker 1Would suggest, and I think the more common version out there is without DAC.
21:48Speaker 1Okay.
21:50Speaker 1Was without DAC makes it a,
21:52Speaker 1a smaller,
21:53Speaker 1shorter acting.
21:55Speaker 1Therefore,
21:56Speaker 1you need to inject it more frequently, like daily. Whereas with the longer 1, you only need to inject it like once a week.
22:04Speaker 1But if you with no
22:06Speaker 1DAC, shorter acting,
22:08Speaker 1inject daily,
22:10Speaker 1and then it's going to be a lot more similar to our natural
22:15Speaker 1growth hormone production, which is in kind of quick pulsar.
22:19Speaker 0Pulses. And
22:23Speaker 1in it basically stimulates your pituitary gland to make more, HGH,
22:28Speaker 0more human growth hormone. So the benefits like helps with fat loss, muscle growth, better recovery, just the typical growth hormone,
22:37Speaker 0benefits. It's just 1 of the stronger,
22:40Speaker 0probably the strongest of the secretagogues.
22:42Speaker 1Yeah, I'd say it's strong. It is probably the strongest. And yes, that's why
22:45Speaker 0it's so popular. That's why it is so popular.
22:48Speaker 1But right. And for everything, right, it's going to make your muscles recover faster. It's going make your skin recover faster, wounds recover faster, boost
22:56Speaker 1your metabolism, you'll burn fat faster.
22:59Speaker 1Yep.
23:00Speaker 1So
23:01Speaker 1yes, all of these
23:04Speaker 1good things,
23:05Speaker 1those are general good symptoms
23:08Speaker 1of
23:09Speaker 1more HGH.
23:10Speaker 1So it is going to do all of those things. Also,
23:13Speaker 1is commonly
23:15Speaker 1mixed with Ipamorelin.
23:17Speaker 1Ipamorelin
23:19Speaker 1is also a secret dog. And
23:24Speaker 1it all so Ipamorelin
23:26Speaker 1simulates
23:28Speaker 1your gorillan
23:29Speaker 1receptor hormone that
23:32Speaker 1well boost your appetite. There's a negative thing, but basically when our ghrelin receptor is upregulated,
23:38Speaker 1tells our body to just make more human growth hormone. And
23:44Speaker 1CJC
23:45Speaker 1is always messy. CJC is GHRH.
23:48Speaker 1Okay. That's a growth hormone releasing hormone.
23:51Speaker 1Ipamorelin is a growth hormone releasing peptide.
23:54Speaker 1Them and that's why like Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin.
23:58Speaker 1Tesamorelin is a GHRH.
24:00Speaker 1Ipamorelin is a GHRP.
24:02Speaker 1Using those in conjunction is they will synergistically work a lot better than using them by themselves.
24:09Speaker 0Yeah. You've
24:11Speaker 0always said that you recommended
24:12Speaker 0running them both together for a long time. Yeah. You've talked about that for a very long Yeah.
24:18Speaker 0It's 1 of the strongest and again, it's going to be, just typical like benefits, what the secretagogue or the growth hormone peptides do.
24:26Speaker 0How about dosages? What would you say in regards to what would you recommend? And, you recommended it at night, I would assume, right? Yes,
24:33Speaker 1I would recommend
24:35Speaker 1it at night.
24:37Speaker 1I recommend it at night because that's when our biggest pulse is going to occur.
24:41Speaker 1And so I think the best benefit is to, I think you just, this is maybe
24:45Speaker 1a matter of debate, right? But,
24:49Speaker 1just boosting that big
24:51Speaker 1pulse
24:52Speaker 1is more effective than trying to boost boost
24:55Speaker 1maybe the little tiny weak pulses throughout the day. Right. Okay. They're just, we, our bodies just got too much stress, too much stuff going on during the day. It's not, it's
25:06Speaker 1just not, it's not interested in recovering throughout the day. It's, it's interested in surviving today.
25:13Speaker 1And with all of its stressors and that at nighttime
25:16Speaker 1is rebuild time. Okay.
25:18Speaker 1So if you want to build muscle, you give your body building blocks at night, right? You eat your protein. I mean, eat protein throughout the day. Okay. Yeah. But make sure you give yourself some building blocks so at night it can use that and actually rebuild everything. Absolutely. So I would say at night you asked me dosage. I would say start at 100 micrograms
25:38Speaker 1of
25:39Speaker 1CGC and Ipamorelin,
25:42Speaker 1and then bump up to 200
25:45Speaker 1micrograms.
25:46Speaker 1You can go as high as maybe
25:48Speaker 1300.
25:49Speaker 1Would, I would again play it safe on the lower end, but I do know, I absolutely know people growing up to 500 micrograms, but always,
25:57Speaker 1of course. Right. And
26:01Speaker 1just do the math correctly on your bottles. Oftentimes it's 5 mg of CJC,
26:07Speaker 1no DAC and 5 mg of Ipamorelin.
26:11Speaker 1Would put 2.5 mils of water in Canada,
26:15Speaker 1then 5 units
26:16Speaker 1will equal 100
26:18Speaker 1micrograms of each. Perfect.
26:21Speaker 010 units will equal 200 micrograms of each.
26:24Speaker 0Simple math, baby. Yeah. Love it. Good
26:27Speaker 0stuff. Anybody should not take it.
26:31Speaker 1If you're allergic to it,
26:33Speaker 0She'll know fairly quickly. She'll know quickly.
26:38Speaker 1If you start to develop that reaction,
26:41Speaker 0would just probably say times just don't take that anymore. There's so many different options that you have. So if you're 1 of those people that are more
26:49Speaker 0prone to don't do well with it, you have a lot of other secret dogs, man. Again, my favorite's Tesamorelin anyway. I love Tesamorelin. It's my favorite. And then I don't know. There's not many people it's like, there's just, there's
27:01Speaker 1not, if maybe like mid prolonged
27:04Speaker 1high use can decrease your insulin sensitivity,
27:08Speaker 1just like prolonged high use of regular
27:10Speaker 1HGH.
27:11Speaker 1Right.
27:13Speaker 1So if you're already prone to that,
27:17Speaker 1maybe don't
27:19Speaker 1take it.
27:20Speaker 0How about a synergistic,
27:22Speaker 0peptides
27:23Speaker 1to run with it? What would you say? Yeah, well, 1st of all, this is a big 1 where like running, having your light test, the men having your testosterone
27:32Speaker 1optimal is huge.
27:34Speaker 1100%.
27:36Speaker 1Important. Absolutely. I mean, I mean, really, that's the underlying for all men, right? We
27:41Speaker 1talk about everything like that. That is the golden ticket, right? Absolutely. That's God's elixir to make man.
27:49Speaker 1And so get it right and life will be better.
27:53Speaker 1100. So there's that anything
27:56Speaker 1else,
27:57Speaker 1It's BPC
27:58Speaker 1and TB, right? Those were great, right? They're helping recover.
28:01Speaker 1This helping
28:03Speaker 1you recover. There's just gonna work synergistically together. Really,
28:06Speaker 1really anything. I think that anything can be ran with it.
28:10Speaker 1Along with if you decide to actually use a real HGH really should just be ran like in the background. Yeah. And then do everything else you feel like doing also. Okay. It's also a longer play.
28:22Speaker 0Which we're both fans of, because I know we've talked about it, but we were both fans of taking the HGH in the morning, like actual HGH, know, some of Tropen and
28:30Speaker 0ACC-3Dog
28:31Speaker 0at night. I've gone through most of them. CJC is 1 that I have not really dipped into, believe it or not. I
28:39Speaker 0will. But
28:41Speaker 0we are fans of the HGH in the morning and the secretagog at night. 1 of the things that I'll throw out there is that which in my opinion, synergistically run really well as an AOD-nine 604,
28:51Speaker 0just because
28:52Speaker 0gosh, I love it. I love AOD.
28:55Speaker 0AOD man,
28:56Speaker 0it's probably 1 of my top 5 just because it's, it's the last part of the HGH chain and its job is to burn fat.
29:03Speaker 0And, I've been running the Tesamorelin and the AOD in the last 2 months. And, my diet just because my back has been sloppier than I have been in years. I
29:13Speaker 0truly give the credit to those 2 in particular,
29:16Speaker 0really burning the fat and just keeping my stomach ripped, man. AOD is a good,
29:22Speaker 0add on to any of the secret of dogs, but if you're running CJC,
29:25Speaker 1add the AOD in there, man, see what happens. I think you're gonna like Yeah. Hell yeah. Give it a go. I mean, you know, give the mitochondria is a go to, you know,
29:33Speaker 1if you're not doing anything redundant, right? You're doing, you're using, you're, you are activating, stimulating several different pathways
29:41Speaker 1in your body and nothing is redundant and it will just help out with
29:46Speaker 1everything.
29:49Speaker 1Yeah.
29:50Speaker 0I mean, again, we've talked about it, but there is a reason by everybody
29:54Speaker 0and their brother's talking about peptides because they're freaking awesome. They
29:58Speaker 0are good. They're they do. There's so many peptides that do so many amazing things.
30:03Speaker 0And, we're at an infant stage, I think where peptides are even going, man. I mean, I just think that, there's, there's a lot of rad stuff ahead. So if you're listening into this for the 1st time and you stumble onto this and you're just starting to read about peptides and whatnot,
30:20Speaker 0you've come to the right place because I hope that this is the genesis of you digging in and studying peptides,
30:26Speaker 0Eventually maybe trying some peptides because
30:29Speaker 0for the most part, you're going to get a lot out of there. Just so many rad peptides out there that are really, really enhance your body. But like Will said, let's circle back around, get your hormones in line 1st.
30:43Speaker 0There's nothing more important than having your hormones in line. And in today's world,
30:48Speaker 0I'm telling you with experience, because I've, well, we both have worked with a lot of men.
30:52Speaker 0Men have low testosterone
30:54Speaker 0these days. The food sucks. It just is what it is. We won't go out in left field. Men have low testosterone. So if you're tired and you're sluggish and you're in anywhere from 35 to 40 plus, and you're not on testosterone,
31:05Speaker 0you haven't had your blood work, please go get your blood work and see where your testosterone and free testosterone and estrogen is at. Figure out your hormones,
31:14Speaker 0get that fixed and then start tapping into some peptides and you can live and age really well. Friends, really can. You can. If you're not doing that, I don't know what the hell you're doing. I don't know. Seriously,
31:25Speaker 0man, like you can age well. I'm 48 man and I feel better than I did at 28 man and I'm healthy, but I take a lot of supplements and do a lot of stuff to help me stay that way.
31:37Speaker 1Absolutely. And like, dude, we know as far as that goes, like, we
31:41Speaker 1have basically mastered how to use
31:43Speaker 1testosterone effectively. So,
31:46Speaker 1there's tons of horror stories out there. Cool. Those are just ignorant or just unwilling,
31:51Speaker 1just dumb people who've, you know, well, you didn't know what they're to, what to do, but like, we know how to use this stuff safely. The science is there.
32:00Speaker 0Use of it. Sometimes negatives and having testosterone too, man. Like if you're super tired and lethargic and so much to live like that fellows, God did not create us to have 200 testosterone. Let me tell you that. Way. No,
32:12Speaker 1your wife did not marry you to do that either.
32:15Speaker 0The
32:17Speaker 0sex that enhanced
32:19Speaker 0sex drive is just like a small portion of the benefits, just feeling like a man and having energy again, clear headedness,
32:26Speaker 1clear thought instead of a lot of cloudy head. You know what I mean? I can go on and on about the benefits. Yeah. And really, like, now, I often say, dude, I wish I could take more without gaining more muscle. The problem is I
32:38Speaker 1just would get too buff. I don't want to be like that, but like, I would love to take more for just only the other
32:44Speaker 1feeling reasons, you know, and not for the physical attributes.
32:49Speaker 1But that comes along with it.
32:52Speaker 0Yeah,
32:55Speaker 0don't need to So there you go, man. I love it. Those are 2 good ones, man. I enjoyed these 2. And again, I think both people will get, people will get a lot out of both of those. Again, if you are
33:03Speaker 0having some problems with fatigue and things like that, 1st, get your blood work and make sure your testosterone and all that stuff checked. But again,
33:09Speaker 0there's been a lot of studies with this SS-thirty
33:12Speaker 11 that is really helping people with fatigue. So give it a shot, man. Try it. Yeah, for sure. Give it shot. That one's cool. Anything else before we split? I got nothing. I got nothing. Let's just keep, we'll keep trying to bring people
33:27Speaker 1new, new,
33:29Speaker 1cool, cool peptides that actually that work. Yeah.
33:33Speaker 0I mean, you guys can put some comments. This goes up on YouTube. It goes up on my Instagram and all my social medias. And if you want us to talk about it in any in particular that we haven't talked about, we're going to go through them 1st and then kind of circle back around, but, anything that you guys want us to dig in and then, I will again be in surgery on Friday. So I will be putting out the question
33:52Speaker 0thing on Wednesday on my social media story. So click on that link, ask Will and I any questions, and we will be recording that on Thursday this week instead, but it'll still drop on Saturday. Cool. Cool. All right. All right, my friends. Well, we enjoyed it and we will catch you on the next round. That's all we got. Good night.
