0:09Speaker 0What's up, my friends?
0:11Speaker 0Welcome back to the Peptide of the Week Podcast. I am your host, JD Denham across the way. I'm a good buddy and my cohost,
0:18Speaker 0William T. Haas. Happy Friday. Happy
0:21Speaker 0Friday.
0:22Speaker 0I, remember when I used to work in the mortgage industry, my thing, I'd every day I would say, is it Friday yet? Is it Friday yet? It's finally Friday, but when you do what we do, it doesn't matter if it's Friday. We work 7 days a week. So I guess that doesn't matter anymore. Right? Right. It doesn't. Although it kinda does because here's the thing, like, not everybody else is working on the weekend, so
0:43Speaker 1we don't get
0:44Speaker 1bothered so much on the weekend.
0:46Speaker 0Yeah, right.
0:48Speaker 1Too bad. There's still many people asking for
0:50Speaker 1time on the weekend. But it's Friday night, I get to go watch a
0:54Speaker 1football game,
0:56Speaker 1flag football game. There you go.
0:58Speaker 19 year olds run around. It's actually quite it's entertaining. It's fun.
1:02Speaker 0Dude, that's the good stuff, man. I can't wait till Jax gets into football. I gotta watch him in jujitsu, and it's like, man, I get more enjoyment out of watching my son than I got when I was playing, man. Yeah. There's something about watching
1:13Speaker 0your kids thrive and start to Yeah. Out of
1:16Speaker 1It's cool now too. I think last year it was funny. Like, they'd lose a game and he would be like,
1:21Speaker 1cool, can I play my Nintendo?
1:25Speaker 1But this year he cares more. Right? And he's like, kind of upset about it, which is good. Right? We want people to we want
1:32Speaker 1we want him to care.
1:34Speaker 1And he's coachable. Right? And so you catch with 2 hands. He's like, no, no, no. This is how I do it. Yeah.
1:40Speaker 1But now we will listen for a little bit.
1:44Speaker 1And,
1:46Speaker 1yeah, I don't know. Jiu Jitsu is awesome, man. I did Taekwondo when I was when I was young. Right? I got my black belt at 12 years old. Wow. And I think that that helped me
1:57Speaker 1more than anything, any other sport, just like like body awareness, body control,
2:02Speaker 1coachability.
2:03Speaker 1Right? I had this giant angry Korean man yelling at me. I was 9 years old. And, like, if you mess up, it was like, go to the wood and do knuckle push ups on the wood. Wow.
2:12Speaker 0As your punishment. And I think, yeah, that did me well. Dude, I love it. That's the point. That's why we got this kid in there. We're gonna have Mason falling behind. We call Mason the little chunker,
2:22Speaker 0but we'll have him in there too, man. So I love that, man. That's good stuff. Good to know. I know that you did that. So that's why we started him off in jujitsu.
2:30Speaker 1We'll see where he goes. Plus a plus he just likes to break shit. Like, he needs to be kicking and punching things legally. You know? Hell yeah, man. We
2:39Speaker 0let our boys be boys, man. They wreck shit, but whatever, man. It's cool, dude. Be boys, baby. Yeah.
2:45Speaker 0Let that testosterone run. Well,
2:48Speaker 0we are excited today. Today, we're gonna what we're gonna do today, you know, we're constantly trying to fine tune this for everybody and kind of give people what they want and
2:57Speaker 0simplify it, you know, like just kind of be simple and just kind of keep it. I think a lot of people listening are newer to peptides, so I think we're kind of going off that in general. So we're going to talk about a peptide 1st, like a combination, which is going to be SLU-PP-three
3:11Speaker 032
3:12Speaker 0along with BAM-fifteen.
3:14Speaker 0We're going to talk about that combo.
3:15Speaker 0And then what we are going to do in the next segment is going to talk about a stack, but we're going to keep it simple. We're going to do basically focus on 3 instead of multiple,
3:24Speaker 0what we often do because we can always add extras in. But we're gonna focus on 3 and we're gonna talk about a cellular
3:30Speaker 0rejuvenation
3:31Speaker 0stack.
3:33Speaker 1Yes, So
3:34Speaker 0a lot of people are gonna enjoy that. So I'm gonna always, like always, I'm gonna kick it over to you. So tell us a little
3:42Speaker 0bit about SLU-PP-332
3:44Speaker 0and BAM-15.
3:47Speaker 0Why should we take it? Yeah.
3:50Speaker 1So, and I won't
3:52Speaker 1bore everybody with super technical
3:55Speaker 1explanations.
3:57Speaker 1Maybe even I don't
3:59Speaker 1fully understand. Probably.
4:01Speaker 1But BAM-fifteen,
4:03Speaker 1like, some of the basics here. BAM-fifteen
4:05Speaker 1is
4:07Speaker 1essentially making you burn more calories,
4:10Speaker 1actually,
4:11Speaker 1all day long
4:13Speaker 1without It doesn't work on your central nervous system.
4:16Speaker 11st of all, mostly it comes in pills.
4:18Speaker 1Okay? That is the way, the route of administration that somebody should be taking it. And
4:24Speaker 1it is a fat burner.
4:27Speaker 1It's working in your mitochondria. It's an electron uncoupler.
4:31Speaker 1So essentially it's making your mitochondria Think
4:33Speaker 1of them as the engine
4:36Speaker 1that powers our body, right? They're the furnace that we feed wood into that burns
4:41Speaker 1or coal, whatever, and
4:44Speaker 1propels the train.
4:46Speaker 1This
4:47Speaker 1basically makes your mitochondria
4:50Speaker 1be revving its engine all day long.
4:54Speaker 1Because you're pulling electrons out of it, it's working a little bit harder.
4:57Speaker 1It's still accomplishing the same goal. So it's not like you lose energy and or feel sluggish, right, because you're burning more calories, but you are burning more calories because the mitochondria is just basically revving its engine all day long. Yeah.
5:10Speaker 1There's
5:13Speaker 1still lots of studies going on on this and every other peptide because everything is just showing kind of amazing promise.
5:20Speaker 1But
5:22Speaker 1So fat burner, it's gonna make it does not work on your central nervous system, so it does not make your heart beat faster like most
5:30Speaker 1stimulant fat burners. Right? Yeah. And it does not increase your body temperature.
5:35Speaker 1So DNP is
5:38Speaker 1a fat burner, not a legal fat burner, that is semi popular.
5:42Speaker 1The big drawback to that is it makes you really hot, like really hot, like dangerous,
5:48Speaker 1dangerously hot.
5:50Speaker 1So BAM-fifteen essentially works the same way, except for it doesn't work in the central nervous system. It doesn't produce that super overheating effect.
5:57Speaker 0Yeah.
5:58Speaker 1Yeah, that was a basic intro.
6:01Speaker 0Yeah, I know. 1 of the things that I like about it is it improves
6:04Speaker 0muscle and strength. I don't think I've heard anybody talk about that. Why do you think that it goes so well with SLU-3P? Let's talk a little bit about SLU-3P as well. Why do you think that they run together so well? Well, they work in different processes upstream and downstream, and so they're not some people at 1st glance could think they're almost like counteracting each other, but that's not the case. Yeah, it seems like that, like when you kind of break it down, right? Right.
6:27Speaker 1But basically,
6:29Speaker 1they both have an effect on your mitochondria.
6:34Speaker 1SLU-1P is going to help create more
6:37Speaker 1mitochondria,
6:38Speaker 1and BAM-fifteen is going to
6:40Speaker 1rev those engines of those of those additional mitochondria.
6:45Speaker 1It's also SLU-3s gonna make more efficient or not more efficient, but better, but stronger,
6:51Speaker 1okay, mitochondria.
6:52Speaker 1So when the engine revs, it can rev even higher and you burn more calories.
6:57Speaker 1But the other thing, I guess, finish up the BAM
7:01Speaker 1thought is
7:04Speaker 1it really works synergistically with any of the GLP-1s,
7:07Speaker 1okay? So a very good
7:10Speaker 1combo. Take both of them. And
7:13Speaker 1it is shown
7:15Speaker 1in different animal studies
7:17Speaker 1to
7:19Speaker 1really increase
7:21Speaker 1fatty liver, fat in the liver, and
7:26Speaker 1swelling.
7:27Speaker 1What's the actual what's a better word for that? But
7:31Speaker 1yeah,
7:32Speaker 1it's showing huge
7:33Speaker 1changes in there. Now, again, there's no human trials on it, but it's showing a lot of promise for that.
7:39Speaker 0Like you would say- Inflammation. Inflammation. Your answer. So you would
7:43Speaker 0recommend it with a Retatrutide because that helps with fatty liver as well, right? Mean, those 2 would be perfect. Yes.
7:49Speaker 1Both kind of increase
7:51Speaker 1your insulin sensitivity
7:53Speaker 1and help out
7:55Speaker 1getting fat off of your liver or not accumulating fat on your liver.
8:02Speaker 1And then SLU-1.1
8:05Speaker 1the big things,
8:06Speaker 1it is going to enhance
8:09Speaker 1any athlete, right? It's gonna enhance your endurance like crazy, right? Your muscle
8:14Speaker 1endurance. It's going to be a great nutrient partitioner. So they call it an exercise mimetic.
8:20Speaker 1And it basically makes your body function as if you were just exercising as far as the nutrients
8:25Speaker 1partitioning. It's gonna say, Hey, bad fat, instead of when
8:30Speaker 1you're working out, we're moving, and then therefore, that's all day long because it does this even when you're not working out. Our body tears fat off of where it is right now and throws it in the furnace to be burnt.
8:42Speaker 1And any fats, any carbs that turn that wanna turn into fat, it'll burn those 1st so they do not get stored on you as fat. Iron. That's awesome. Yeah. So you're
8:52Speaker 1and the fat that gets pulled off of you actually just gets thrown right into the furnace to be burnt instead of hanging around waiting to then just be restored on us. Yeah.
9:03Speaker 0That's why they would run perfect together.
9:05Speaker 0SLU-3s can increase your energy, boost fat burning, supports muscle preservation.
9:11Speaker 0Like Will just said, I think that it's
9:14Speaker 0highly sought after because it's called exercise
9:17Speaker 0in a bottle.
9:18Speaker 0But as we've said countless times, you
9:21Speaker 0got exercise
9:22Speaker 0to get the true benefits with it. But, yeah, a lot of people aren't talking about the BAM-fifteen put in there, but I think together they are a powerhouse in regards to burning that fat, which everybody wants.
9:36Speaker 0Who would
9:38Speaker 0you say should use it in regards to
9:41Speaker 0We set a GLP-1any
9:45Speaker 0GLP-1I
9:45Speaker 0would say Retatrutide,
9:47Speaker 0obviously, or GLP-three.
9:49Speaker 0Any other ideas that you would think to kinda include with the BAM-fifteen, SLU-P
9:54Speaker 0combo, Retatrutide, would you throw anything else on top?
9:58Speaker 1I mean, again, like, we open this up, like, yeah, there's a whole bunch of everything that you could totally, like I could name off pretty much every other fat burner. I don't think that there is anything that's gonna not go with them.
10:13Speaker 1But,
10:14Speaker 1I mean
10:16Speaker 1so
10:17Speaker 0every other fat burner? But really say about dosage? What would you say in regards to how much? Because they're different in regards to how much you can run a lot of SLU, but not so much on the beat band 15. So what would you recommend on that? Okay. Good. Yeah. Very good question. So, like, SLU-3C can be ran really high.
10:35Speaker 1I'd probably say, Hey,
10:37Speaker 1aim
10:38Speaker 1for 1000 micrograms to
10:41Speaker 12 up to 4000
10:42Speaker 1micrograms a day. That's a high
10:45Speaker 1dose, you'll
10:46Speaker 1have a hard time finding anything out there that's dosed that high. But there are people out there taking
10:53Speaker 1100 times that.
10:54Speaker 1You're talking about SLU-. You're talking about SLU-3. I'm talking about SLU-1MQ only. Yes. SLU-3.5 can be ran very, very high, but I'd suggest maybe 500
11:03Speaker 1to 2000 micrograms, right, which is 0.5 of a milligram to 2 mg
11:08Speaker 1daily.
11:09Speaker 1And again, in tablets sublingually,
11:11Speaker 1oral is the best
11:13Speaker 1way to take it.
11:15Speaker 1Bam, on the other hand, I would max out. I'd go between 35 mg and 70 mg a day, and I would cap it at 70 mg.
11:23Speaker 1You don't want to take too much. It will put those mitochondria in overdrive
11:28Speaker 1and put too much stress on them.
11:32Speaker 1So don't go too high on the band. 70 makes tops.
11:36Speaker 0So let's keep that over there at the band, but would you recommend if somebody is trying to kind of stretch the limits on the SLU-3P, would you recommend, like,
11:46Speaker 0certain bottle of the SLU-3two, how much it has, but would you say they can try to kind of push the limits with the SLU-3two with it? Yeah,
11:53Speaker 0yes, absolutely. I would say I push limits. I have taken quite a bit in myself. I
12:01Speaker 0don't know if I notice when I've taken much higher doses with the SLU. I mean, everybody's gonna be a little bit different, five:47.295 but as we say countless times, try it, see how your body responds.
12:12Speaker 0SLU-3two 0
12:15Speaker 0five:47.295
12:16Speaker 0And I've done really high doses. I don't do so much anymore, but I have tried it just to answer that for people myself. I try everything before I even recommend it to people, but I didn't notice any different from a lower dose. I kind of now go save money, keep it lower.
12:31Speaker 1Yeah, but yeah. And yes, I would push limits. It's actually amazing. The higher dose is theoretically
12:38Speaker 1better.
12:40Speaker 1It's an amazing thing.
12:42Speaker 1Were talking to a friend who's an ex NFL player, and
12:46Speaker 1he was flexing and going, don't know what the hell happened. I don't know how I got so damn lean, but what do you guys put in this loop?
12:52Speaker 1I see what.
12:54Speaker 1Yeah, man. Shit works.
12:56Speaker 0Sure does, man. Well, right on, man. Anybody that you would recommend not take it, we'll close on that.
13:05Speaker 1Okay, breastfeeding, pregnant women, little small children,
13:12Speaker 1don't take BAM too high.
13:14Speaker 1Well,
13:15Speaker 1that population, I just said, shouldn't take it at all.
13:18Speaker 1But just in general, just don't take BAM too high. There is nobody really that I see anything besides
13:24Speaker 1that.
13:25Speaker 1You're already super skinny and don't wanna lose any more weight, don't take it.
13:30Speaker 1If you have any mitochondrial
13:32Speaker 1dysfunction,
13:33Speaker 1right, bam, might not be the good answer because it's making that mitochondria Now, work really
13:40Speaker 1SLUIP would probably be a good option. So would
13:42Speaker 1MOTS-seed and so would SS-thirty 1, right?
13:48Speaker 1Right,
13:48Speaker 1BAM-fifteen is kind of making mitochondria work extra hard.
13:52Speaker 0So you would recommend not taking an SS-thirty 1 with that, right?
13:56Speaker 1Yeah,
13:57Speaker 1I mean, yes. Like, what's funny is, so SS-31s
14:01Speaker 1main goal to
14:03Speaker 1the integrity of the mitochondrial
14:07Speaker 1cell wall, for lack of a better term, right, is to really
14:11Speaker 1sure that up so
14:13Speaker 1nothing gets ever leaked out so it's as efficient
14:17Speaker 1as possible,
14:19Speaker 1right? Bam! It's literally, like we said, electron uncoupling. Okay? It's literally making, pulling electrons out so they can leak across the border
14:28Speaker 1of that mitochondria
14:29Speaker 1and therefore make the mitochondria less
14:33Speaker 1Efficient.
14:34Speaker 1Less efficient.
14:36Speaker 1And again, it doesn't mean turn- It sounds trippy. It sounds trippy, right? It does
14:40Speaker 1not convert to a person
14:42Speaker 1just having less energy, like working really hard, but no, I got no I'm not getting anywhere and I got low energy, right? It's not not like that. You're maintaining the same exact amount of energy. In fact, almost maybe strength increases,
14:54Speaker 1but internally,
14:57Speaker 1your body's working a little bit harder, and therefore, burn way more calories all day, every day. Yeah, I've literally read that
15:04Speaker 0I, you know, if you just kind of just ate the same amount of food and used the BAM in particular, you'll actually still lose weight because of that particular reason, so which is trippy.
15:14Speaker 1So- love
15:15Speaker 1thing with SLU-1.1 Like, hey, you could 1 person could be eating the same amount of protein, working out the same, but if you're taking SLU-3two,
15:22Speaker 1the person on that is going to gain more muscle, right? Because of the nutrient partitioning, it's effectively, efficiently
15:28Speaker 1shuttling the nutrients where they really need to go instead of
15:32Speaker 1them being confused and not getting into the muscles, right, or getting blocked or wasted, put away with the waste and shuttle out the back.
15:41Speaker 0I love it, man. Sounds great. Well, that sounds cool. Let's
15:46Speaker 0go into the cellular
15:48Speaker 0rejuvenation.
15:50Speaker 0I think everybody, 1 thing that you and I have talked about here recently that
15:54Speaker 0we haven't talked about enough is going to be the Epitalon. We're going to start with that. So again, kind of circling back around to what we talked about in the beginning,
16:02Speaker 0folks, is that we're going to kind of keep it simple instead of talking about multiple. We'll talk about 3 in particular, but we want to have not talked a lot about Epitalon, so let's dig into that a little bit. Talk about that. All
16:14Speaker 0So Epitalon's
16:15Speaker 0an interesting 1. So our friend Paul, who's been on
16:18Speaker 0this podcast a few times, right,
16:20Speaker 0his protocol for every single person who is starting peptides, right, or
16:25Speaker 0frankly is starting, okay, let's go a new health phase in our life, right, he always, always, always starts them off with a round of Epitalon
16:33Speaker 0to
16:34Speaker 0essentially detox
16:36Speaker 0and sensitize
16:37Speaker 0everything. Receptors detox the body, right, get your body primed
16:42Speaker 0for the other peptides to work. So
16:45Speaker 0not a bad recommendation, right? Everybody who's starting something new Now, Epitalon should only be ran anyway, like twice a year. So I would do that and do that right at the beginning of maybe a major
16:57Speaker 0health or exercise push.
17:00Speaker 0It will do a few things that has, well, research has shown that this is what
17:06Speaker 0it is doing. So our
17:08Speaker 0telomeres,
17:09Speaker 0it's
17:10Speaker 0showing to lengthen
17:12Speaker 0our
17:13Speaker 0telomeres or
17:15Speaker 0slow the shrinking of our telomeres. If you look under a microscope, you'll see telomeres of a young person versus an old person. Young persons are long. The older you get, the smaller they get. When they're gone, you die.
17:27Speaker 1So if it can increase your telomere length,
17:31Speaker 1theoretically, we get to live longer. Now we're not seeing people living to 200 years old. Well, I guess Epitalon hasn't been around for another extra hundred years, but so it's probably not working that well.
17:42Speaker 1It's not as simple as just, well, lengthen telomeres and you just get to live forever. But
17:48Speaker 1there is some there is
17:51Speaker 1there's plenty of research and enough research going on that it's doing something.
17:55Speaker 1So there's that.
17:58Speaker 1Will
18:00Speaker 1Okay. 1 thing that's really cool is it helps with circadian rhythms and helps balance all of your hormones, right? Your cortisol,
18:08Speaker 1melatonin,
18:13Speaker 1gonadorelin
18:13Speaker 1for men, it
18:16Speaker 1helps really kind of balance those rhythms so they are kind of correct to where we should be
18:22Speaker 0in life. Sleep well.
18:25Speaker 1Yep. Yep. Increase your sleep. I don't know. What else is there?
18:29Speaker 0Reduces oxidative stress.
18:33Speaker 1Reducing oxidative stress, but so it will make it will rejuvenate
18:37Speaker 1and take your new
18:39Speaker 1cells coming up, right? It's really going to help preserve those new cells.
18:43Speaker 1Okay? New cells being preserved a lot better.
18:47Speaker 1This is all
18:49Speaker 1leading into, right, our cellular rejuvenation.
18:53Speaker 0Yeah, that's the whole point. Yeah, right. So we go into that and we talk about I'm gonna skip over the 2nd 1. Let's talk about that because we're talking about the rejuvenation of the cells. So let's talk about FOX-four. All right, well, that one's a pretty simple 1. So FOX-four,
19:07Speaker 1basically its job is to clear out old dead cells, right? And when our cells die off, which they're dying constantly,
19:15Speaker 1they will stack up and
19:17Speaker 1prevent new good ones
19:20Speaker 1from being created and from working
19:22Speaker 1as efficiently as they possibly can. So its job is get rid of garbage. Get rid of the garbage so we got space to grow.
19:30Speaker 0Some of those sales are just kind of those sales are just kind of stay stagnant that aren't just they're just hiding, holding on, holding on. They're just gonna kind of wipe those clean. I
19:39Speaker 0like the FOX 4 and the 1 of the reasons I have not even taken it, which is 1 of the rare ones that I haven't, just because I do so much fasting.
19:45Speaker 0And you get kind of the same type of thing with autophagy. It's basically autophagy in a bottle, for lack of a better way to say it. It's just gonna wipe those
19:54Speaker 0dead cells or those dying cells. It's just gonna get rid of them and brand new ones, rejuvenated ones take their place. That's why it goes, we're stacking it so well with the Epitalon and FOX-four just because those 2 go great. Yep,
20:09Speaker 1absolutely.
20:10Speaker 0So the
20:13Speaker 0last 1 in this, as we're gonna do the obvious, I think that should be almost in any stacks. I
20:20Speaker 0would think anybody that's going to run this particular
20:22Speaker 0stack would be elder people, right, to rejuvenate ourselves.
20:27Speaker 0But let's state the obvious, which is going to be NAD plus Yeah.
20:31Speaker 0Which can be different than Alan.
20:33Speaker 1There's a whole does a lot. Does does a lot. Now let's, I guess,
20:38Speaker 1we've been talking about mitochondria
20:40Speaker 1or we've been talking about cells with FOX-four
20:44Speaker 1in general. Right?
20:45Speaker 1NAD.
20:46Speaker 1Also, hey, we'll preserve new mitochondria. It will also get rid of old
20:51Speaker 1dying mitochondria
20:53Speaker 1and clear the way for new mitochondria.
20:57Speaker 1Does a
20:59Speaker 1lot of great things. It's gonna help with liver detoxification.
21:03Speaker 1In fact,
21:04Speaker 11 of on
21:06Speaker 1record somewhat recently, but it got shut down in United Kingdom, a doctor came out with a clinic essentially treating chronic alcoholics who had damaged
21:16Speaker 1liver
21:17Speaker 1and were getting jaundiced
21:19Speaker 1and was treating them purely with NAD plus and
21:22Speaker 1it was working like crazy.
21:24Speaker 1So the government came in and said, shut it. Stop this. Unreal. This is real. Unreal.
21:30Speaker 0Oh my god. That is unreal, dude. Enhances clarity of energy, thought, recovery.
21:36Speaker 0I mean, NAD, you can just go on forever. I mean, we've talked about it on multiple podcasts, but I've added it in recently in my midday
21:44Speaker 0just because it does give you that cellular energy that we all seek instead of a coffee.
21:50Speaker 0Take a nice little hefty dose of NAD plus midday,
21:53Speaker 0and
21:54Speaker 0I'm telling you, it works really well for that energy, man. Absolutely. That's
21:59Speaker 1awesome use for it.
22:01Speaker 1I just started doing it yesterday, so who can you do that?
22:05Speaker 1But yes, it is responsible for your DNA and gene repair,
22:10Speaker 1which we all know is kind of the basis of everything. Right? Mitochondria is our powerhouse of ourselves,
22:15Speaker 1and these all kind of go together a bit. But
22:18Speaker 1yeah, on a cellular genetic DNA level, right, it is repairing DNA and genes, and that's from
22:27Speaker 1the most microscopic and
22:29Speaker 1proliferation of that ends in, Hey, after a while, right, looking younger and feeling younger.
22:36Speaker 0Yep. I mean, I talk about all the time in regards to the autophagy,
22:40Speaker 0it like, the people that fast a lot and go into a stage of autophagy,
22:44Speaker 0they literally start to look younger. Why? You're wiping dead
22:48Speaker 0cells off the plate and rejuvenated
22:50Speaker 01 taking their place. So again, this whole rejuvenation
22:54Speaker 0stack is doing that. You would definitely get a little touch of that autophagy
22:59Speaker 0by doing that and the huge benefits.
23:01Speaker 0And
23:02Speaker 0I love it, man. I think this would be good for anybody 40, which we focus a lot on just because we're 40 probably,
23:10Speaker 0you know? But a lot of the questions we get are from elder gals and
23:14Speaker 0men who are over their 40s and just looking to
23:17Speaker 0age well. So this stack in particular should be affordable for anybody. That's why we kept it at 3. We
23:25Speaker 0can throw in a couple just for fun. Anything else for somebody that might be a little bit more seasoned
23:31Speaker 0that you wanna throw on top of this stack just for fun?
23:35Speaker 1MOTS-thirty
23:37Speaker 11, take them in conjunction to really increase your cellular
23:41Speaker 1mitochondrial
23:43Speaker 1integrity.
23:45Speaker 1Thymosin Alpha.
23:47Speaker 1Thymosin Alpha is great. Inflammation, right? It's the biggest reducer of inflammation, but it balances out your immune system, right, flooding you with like T regulatory cells.
23:56Speaker 1Not only increases immune system where it needs to be increased, but can tell the overactive immune system to chill out a little bit.
24:05Speaker 0Good call on that 1. Sounds good. A little few extras.
24:08Speaker 0Thymosin Alpha would go great with Epitalon because Epitalon helps with immunity as well. So that's a great call like the Thymosin Alpha. And then always like a GHKCU,
24:16Speaker 0just for skin, hair, and
24:18Speaker 0collagen.
24:19Speaker 0You can throw that in. So, but those of you for the cellular rejuvenation,
24:24Speaker 0if you're at a starting port over 40, start with those 3, try the NAD-four
24:29Speaker 0and the Epitalon.
24:30Speaker 0If you're a little bit more seasoned,
24:33Speaker 0maybe I think Thymosin Alpha is amazing.
24:36Speaker 1I think she'll throw that on top as well. So I have a I have a friend recently that has told me that she's got fibromyalgia and has
24:44Speaker 1and took NAD, and I was like, Holy shit. That was the 1st thing that actually
24:47Speaker 1made a huge difference. Really? You know? So not saying that these I mean, look, dude, we are definitely not saying that this is what takes to cure things, but that is 1 person's story and- Correct.
25:00Speaker 1That's how these things gotta work, man. Give
25:03Speaker 1it a go.
25:05Speaker 0As we say all the time, we are science projects, man. You will not know unless you try it. So that's why we're starting with 3. So if you're looking to kinda do a reboot on yourself,
25:14Speaker 0start with those 3. I think you will get a lot out of it.
25:18Speaker 1Yes.
25:19Speaker 1Is there anything else?
25:23Speaker 1I don't know. Yeah. NAD is kind of a be all is a do all. Right? Have Fits anywhere. As people say, like, Damn. I have so much more energy and mental clarity. I feel so much better. I can I personally
25:36Speaker 1I can see myself? I look younger. Right? It
25:39Speaker 1is good for my skin when I am on
25:42Speaker 1NAD.
25:42Speaker 1Actually yeah.
25:45Speaker 0There's no doubt about it.
25:47Speaker 0I always just
25:48Speaker 0like use logic. There's a reason why all the movie stars are on NAD, because it works.
25:54Speaker 0You know what I mean? They have the top notch advice, so they're all on NAD. Trust me. So there's a reason why. Yeah. You know what I mean? Yeah. Absolutely.
26:02Speaker 1Dosage. So
26:04Speaker 1I guess the importance so Epitalon,
26:06Speaker 1twice a year. And my suggestion
26:10Speaker 1for myself is 50 mg
26:12Speaker 1twice a year. Let's evenly space that out. But I would do 10 mg
26:16Speaker 1daily for 5 days.
26:19Speaker 1That's 50 mg.
26:21Speaker 1Okay? Wow.
26:23Speaker 1NAD is a tough 1, so because it varies so much.
26:28Speaker 1People are taking huge different ranges, but
26:31Speaker 1I would if we're doing it see if you're doing it at home, let's I don't know. If you know what you're doing, okay, you can go into intravenous,
26:39Speaker 1but like an I like an IV drip. But I personally do it subcutaneous.
26:45Speaker 1Would start low, maybe 10 mg, so 3 times a week.
26:50Speaker 1And you can increase your dose by about 5 mg every injection. It's a form of niacin, so you might get
26:56Speaker 1a little bit tingly when you do it, Okay? And if you take huge jumps, you might go too much and get an overwhelming sense of tingle where you get your, like, paralyzed tingly for a couple seconds.
27:07Speaker 1That might scare a lot of people. So I'd say slowly work your way up so you don't feel that. It goes away.
27:14Speaker 1But do it I guess the goal is to just kind of do as much as you can, I'd say cycles of about 1000 mg. So the goal is to just, Hey, let's try to do 1000 mg in however long that takes you,
27:25Speaker 1and then give yourself a month break and repeat
27:30Speaker 0forever. That's the only rule of thumb that we've been kind of going off of for quite some time. However, you get to that 1000 mg, everybody's a little bit different, but run it for 1000 mg and then take a month off, then run it again.
27:41Speaker 1Yeah.
27:44Speaker 1Fox- And I don't know. Fox o 4, I mean, I do know, but
27:49Speaker 0any suggestions there? I'm kind of drawing a blank on that 1. I haven't ran myself. That's the 1 I have not run because I'm just I fast so much, man, so I haven't really, let me see, I can pull it up and give you an idea.
28:02Speaker 0So FOX 4, we wanna run 10 units,
28:06Speaker 0which is going to be
28:09Speaker 1All right. There we go. So about 0.5 a milligram
28:13Speaker 1to a milligram
28:15Speaker 1for 10 to 20 days.
28:18Speaker 1We had talked to who's the guy? Greenspan or somebody?
28:21Speaker 1Ben Greenfield? Yeah,
28:22Speaker 0Green Yeah.
28:24Speaker 1I
28:25Speaker 1guess his he was supposed up in was
28:28Speaker 16 mg over
28:31Speaker 1a 3 mg 3 mg. It was 3 mg over a over doing 3 injections
28:37Speaker 0every other day. Yeah. Every other day.
28:41Speaker 1I'd say about 0.5 a milligram to 1 mg
28:44Speaker 1every day for So 10 to 20
28:50Speaker 0those 2 are gonna be shorter, the FOXO-four than the Epitalon, and you can run the NAD for a while. Then what you do? Put in the Thymosin Alpha. Replace those 2 with other 2, Thymosin Alpha.
29:02Speaker 0You'll love Thymosin Alpha. TA-one is definitely 1 of my favorites. It's gonna boost that immune system for sure. So throw that in when we take those other 2 out and you'll be cruising.
29:13Speaker 1Nothing is
29:15Speaker 1there's no counter effects. Don't think can happily run
29:19Speaker 1anything else, any other peptides on top of these as
29:23Speaker 1you should. But like these are really the stuff, internal, other than NAD, starting to be
29:28Speaker 1apparent on the outside,
29:31Speaker 1but there's a lot more going on in the inside, folks. And that's the more important part.
29:36Speaker 1So
29:37Speaker 1pretty damn important to take care of your insides.
29:40Speaker 0Yeah, I mean, that's the thing that we say all the time is you can age well. Why the hell would you not, man? These peptides are just helping us age well, man. Skin,
29:50Speaker 0hair,
29:51Speaker 0nails,
29:52Speaker 0it's just all the above, dude. Yep.
29:55Speaker 0Love it, man. Good Good
29:57Speaker 0stuff, man. Well, good 1, man. Good breakdown in regards to that stuff. So anything before we go?
30:04Speaker 0I have nothing. I'll say, I mean, we did throw that out last podcast talking about Will and I starting a Discord type thing, and it was an overwhelming yes.
30:14Speaker 0My DMs were flooded with that. So we will start working on that so we can kind of have a little bit more interaction with people and answer some stuff and maybe be a little bit more direct and stuff. So we asked, you answered,
30:25Speaker 0so we will take care of that. So that will be coming to a theater near you soon.
30:30Speaker 0Yep.
30:31Speaker 0And we appreciate you guys, man, and we will catch you on the next round. Have a good day. Peace out.
