I'm a good buddy and my cohost, 0:18 Speaker 0: William T. Haas. Happy Friday. Happy 0:21 Speaker 0: Friday. 0:22 Speaker 0: I, remember when I used to work in the mortgage industry, my thing, I'd every day I would say, is it Friday yet? Is it Friday yet? It's finally Friday, but when you do what we do, it doesn't matter if it's Friday. We work 7 days a week. So I guess that doesn't matter anymore. Right? Right. It doesn't. Although it kinda does because here's the thing, like, not everybody else is working on the weekend, so 0:43 Speaker 1: we don't get 0:44 Speaker 1: bothered so much on the weekend. 0:46 Speaker 0: Yeah, right. 0:48 Speaker 1: Too bad. There's still many people asking for 0:50 Speaker 1: time on the weekend. But it's Friday night, I get to go watch a 0:54 Speaker 1: football game, 0:56 Speaker 1: flag football game. There you go. 0:58 Speaker 1: 9 year olds run around. It's actually quite it's entertaining. It's fun. 1:02 Speaker 0: Dude, that's the good stuff, man. I can't wait till Jax gets into football. I gotta watch him in jujitsu, and it's like, man, I get more enjoyment out of watching my son than I got when I was playing, man. Yeah. There's something about watching 1:13 Speaker 0: your kids thrive and start to Yeah. Out of 1:16 Speaker 1: It's cool now too. I think last year it was funny. Like, they'd lose a game and he would be like, 1:21 Speaker 1: cool, can I play my Nintendo? 1:25 Speaker 1: But this year he cares more. Right? And he's like, kind of upset about it, which is good. Right? We want people to we want 1:32 Speaker 1: we want him to care. 1:34 Speaker 1: And he's coachable. Right? And so you catch with 2 hands. He's like, no, no, no. This is how I do it. Yeah. 1:40 Speaker 1: But now we will listen for a little bit. 1:44 Speaker 1: And, 1:46 Speaker 1: yeah, I don't know. Jiu Jitsu is awesome, man. I did Taekwondo when I was when I was young. Right? I got my black belt at 12 years old. Wow. And I think that that helped me 1:57 Speaker 1: more than anything, any other sport, just like like body awareness, body control, 2:02 Speaker 1: coachability. 2:03 Speaker 1: Right? I had this giant angry Korean man yelling at me. I was 9 years old. And, like, if you mess up, it was like, go to the wood and do knuckle push ups on the wood. Wow. 2:12 Speaker 0: As your punishment. And I think, yeah, that did me well. Dude, I love it. That's the point. That's why we got this kid in there. We're gonna have Mason falling behind. We call Mason the little chunker, 2:22 Speaker 0: but we'll have him in there too, man. So I love that, man. That's good stuff. Good to know. I know that you did that. So that's why we started him off in jujitsu. 2:30 Speaker 1: We'll see where he goes. Plus a plus he just likes to break shit. Like, he needs to be kicking and punching things legally. You know? Hell yeah, man. We 2:39 Speaker 0: let our boys be boys, man. They wreck shit, but whatever, man. It's cool, dude. Be boys, baby. Yeah. 2:45 Speaker 0: Let that testosterone run. Well, 2:48 Speaker 0: we are excited today. Today, we're gonna what we're gonna do today, you know, we're constantly trying to fine tune this for everybody and kind of give people what they want and 2:57 Speaker 0: simplify it, you know, like just kind of be simple and just kind of keep it. I think a lot of people listening are newer to peptides, so I think we're kind of going off that in general. So we're going to talk about a peptide 1st, like a combination, which is going to be SLU-PP-three 3:11 Speaker 0: 32 3:12 Speaker 0: along with BAM-fifteen. 3:14 Speaker 0: We're going to talk about that combo. 3:15 Speaker 0: And then what we are going to do in the next segment is going to talk about a stack, but we're going to keep it simple. We're going to do basically focus on 3 instead of multiple, 3:24 Speaker 0: what we often do because we can always add extras in. But we're gonna focus on 3 and we're gonna talk about a cellular 3:30 Speaker 0: rejuvenation 3:31 Speaker 0: stack. 3:33 Speaker 1: Yes, So 3:34 Speaker 0: a lot of people are gonna enjoy that. So I'm gonna always, like always, I'm gonna kick it over to you. So tell us a little 3:42 Speaker 0: bit about SLU-PP-332 3:44 Speaker 0: and BAM-15. 3:47 Speaker 0: Why should we take it? Yeah. 3:50 Speaker 1: So, and I won't 3:52 Speaker 1: bore everybody with super technical 3:55 Speaker 1: explanations. 3:57 Speaker 1: Maybe even I don't 3:59 Speaker 1: fully understand. Probably. 4:01 Speaker 1: But BAM-fifteen, 4:03 Speaker 1: like, some of the basics here. BAM-fifteen 4:05 Speaker 1: is 4:07 Speaker 1: essentially making you burn more calories, 4:10 Speaker 1: actually, 4:11 Speaker 1: all day long 4:13 Speaker 1: without It doesn't work on your central nervous system. 4:16 Speaker 1: 1st of all, mostly it comes in pills. 4:18 Speaker 1: Okay? That is the way, the route of administration that somebody should be taking it. And 4:24 Speaker 1: it is a fat burner. 4:27 Speaker 1: It's working in your mitochondria. It's an electron uncoupler. 4:31 Speaker 1: So essentially it's making your mitochondria Think 4:33 Speaker 1: of them as the engine 4:36 Speaker 1: that powers our body, right? They're the furnace that we feed wood into that burns 4:41 Speaker 1: or coal, whatever, and 4:44 Speaker 1: propels the train. 4:46 Speaker 1: This 4:47 Speaker 1: basically makes your mitochondria 4:50 Speaker 1: be revving its engine all day long. 4:54 Speaker 1: Because you're pulling electrons out of it, it's working a little bit harder. 4:57 Speaker 1: It's still accomplishing the same goal. So it's not like you lose energy and or feel sluggish, right, because you're burning more calories, but you are burning more calories because the mitochondria is just basically revving its engine all day long. Yeah. 5:10 Speaker 1: There's 5:13 Speaker 1: still lots of studies going on on this and every other peptide because everything is just showing kind of amazing promise. 5:20 Speaker 1: But 5:22 Speaker 1: So fat burner, it's gonna make it does not work on your central nervous system, so it does not make your heart beat faster like most 5:30 Speaker 1: stimulant fat burners. Right? Yeah. And it does not increase your body temperature. 5:35 Speaker 1: So DNP is 5:38 Speaker 1: a fat burner, not a legal fat burner, that is semi popular. 5:42 Speaker 1: The big drawback to that is it makes you really hot, like really hot, like dangerous, 5:48 Speaker 1: dangerously hot. 5:50 Speaker 1: So BAM-fifteen essentially works the same way, except for it doesn't work in the central nervous system. It doesn't produce that super overheating effect. 5:57 Speaker 0: Yeah. 5:58 Speaker 1: Yeah, that was a basic intro. 6:01 Speaker 0: Yeah, I know. 1 of the things that I like about it is it improves 6:04 Speaker 0: muscle and strength. I don't think I've heard anybody talk about that. Why do you think that it goes so well with SLU-3P? Let's talk a little bit about SLU-3P as well. Why do you think that they run together so well? Well, they work in different processes upstream and downstream, and so they're not some people at 1st glance could think they're almost like counteracting each other, but that's not the case. Yeah, it seems like that, like when you kind of break it down, right? Right. 6:27 Speaker 1: But basically, 6:29 Speaker 1: they both have an effect on your mitochondria. 6:34 Speaker 1: SLU-1P is going to help create more 6:37 Speaker 1: mitochondria, 6:38 Speaker 1: and BAM-fifteen is going to 6:40 Speaker 1: rev those engines of those of those additional mitochondria. 6:45 Speaker 1: It's also SLU-3s gonna make more efficient or not more efficient, but better, but stronger, 6:51 Speaker 1: okay, mitochondria. 6:52 Speaker 1: So when the engine revs, it can rev even higher and you burn more calories. 6:57 Speaker 1: But the other thing, I guess, finish up the BAM 7:01 Speaker 1: thought is 7:04 Speaker 1: it really works synergistically with any of the GLP-1s, 7:07 Speaker 1: okay? So a very good 7:10 Speaker 1: combo. Take both of them. And 7:13 Speaker 1: it is shown 7:15 Speaker 1: in different animal studies 7:17 Speaker 1: to 7:19 Speaker 1: really increase 7:21 Speaker 1: fatty liver, fat in the liver, and 7:26 Speaker 1: swelling. 7:27 Speaker 1: What's the actual what's a better word for that? But 7:31 Speaker 1: yeah, 7:32 Speaker 1: it's showing huge 7:33 Speaker 1: changes in there. Now, again, there's no human trials on it, but it's showing a lot of promise for that. 7:39 Speaker 0: Like you would say- Inflammation. Inflammation. Your answer. So you would 7:43 Speaker 0: recommend it with a Retatrutide because that helps with fatty liver as well, right? Mean, those 2 would be perfect. Yes. 7:49 Speaker 1: Both kind of increase 7:51 Speaker 1: your insulin sensitivity 7:53 Speaker 1: and help out 7:55 Speaker 1: getting fat off of your liver or not accumulating fat on your liver. 8:02 Speaker 1: And then SLU-1.1 8:05 Speaker 1: the big things, 8:06 Speaker 1: it is going to enhance 8:09 Speaker 1: any athlete, right? It's gonna enhance your endurance like crazy, right? Your muscle 8:14 Speaker 1: endurance. It's going to be a great nutrient partitioner. So they call it an exercise mimetic. 8:20 Speaker 1: And it basically makes your body function as if you were just exercising as far as the nutrients 8:25 Speaker 1: partitioning. It's gonna say, Hey, bad fat, instead of when 8:30 Speaker 1: you're working out, we're moving, and then therefore, that's all day long because it does this even when you're not working out. Our body tears fat off of where it is right now and throws it in the furnace to be burnt. 8:42 Speaker 1: And any fats, any carbs that turn that wanna turn into fat, it'll burn those 1st so they do not get stored on you as fat. Iron. That's awesome. Yeah. So you're 8:52 Speaker 1: and the fat that gets pulled off of you actually just gets thrown right into the furnace to be burnt instead of hanging around waiting to then just be restored on us. Yeah. 9:03 Speaker 0: That's why they would run perfect together. 9:05 Speaker 0: SLU-3s can increase your energy, boost fat burning, supports muscle preservation. 9:11 Speaker 0: Like Will just said, I think that it's 9:14 Speaker 0: highly sought after because it's called exercise 9:17 Speaker 0: in a bottle. 9:18 Speaker 0: But as we've said countless times, you 9:21 Speaker 0: got exercise 9:22 Speaker 0: to get the true benefits with it. But, yeah, a lot of people aren't talking about the BAM-fifteen put in there, but I think together they are a powerhouse in regards to burning that fat, which everybody wants. 9:36 Speaker 0: Who would 9:38 Speaker 0: you say should use it in regards to 9:41 Speaker 0: We set a GLP-1any 9:45 Speaker 0: GLP-1I 9:45 Speaker 0: would say Retatrutide, 9:47 Speaker 0: obviously, or GLP-three. 9:49 Speaker 0: Any other ideas that you would think to kinda include with the BAM-fifteen, SLU-P 9:54 Speaker 0: combo, Retatrutide, would you throw anything else on top? 9:58 Speaker 1: I mean, again, like, we open this up, like, yeah, there's a whole bunch of everything that you could totally, like I could name off pretty much every other fat burner. I don't think that there is anything that's gonna not go with them. 10:13 Speaker 1: But, 10:14 Speaker 1: I mean 10:16 Speaker 1: so 10:17 Speaker 0: every other fat burner? But really say about dosage? What would you say in regards to how much? Because they're different in regards to how much you can run a lot of SLU, but not so much on the beat band 15. So what would you recommend on that? Okay. Good. Yeah. Very good question. So, like, SLU-3C can be ran really high. 10:35 Speaker 1: I'd probably say, Hey, 10:37 Speaker 1: aim 10:38 Speaker 1: for 1000 micrograms to 10:41 Speaker 1: 2 up to 4000 10:42 Speaker 1: micrograms a day. That's a high 10:45 Speaker 1: dose, you'll 10:46 Speaker 1: have a hard time finding anything out there that's dosed that high. But there are people out there taking 10:53 Speaker 1: 100 times that. 10:54 Speaker 1: You're talking about SLU-. You're talking about SLU-3. I'm talking about SLU-1MQ only. Yes. SLU-3.5 can be ran very, very high, but I'd suggest maybe 500 11:03 Speaker 1: to 2000 micrograms, right, which is 0.5 of a milligram to 2 mg 11:08 Speaker 1: daily. 11:09 Speaker 1: And again, in tablets sublingually, 11:11 Speaker 1: oral is the best 11:13 Speaker 1: way to take it. 11:15 Speaker 1: Bam, on the other hand, I would max out. I'd go between 35 mg and 70 mg a day, and I would cap it at 70 mg. 11:23 Speaker 1: You don't want to take too much. It will put those mitochondria in overdrive 11:28 Speaker 1: and put too much stress on them. 11:32 Speaker 1: So don't go too high on the band. 70 makes tops. 11:36 Speaker 0: So let's keep that over there at the band, but would you recommend if somebody is trying to kind of stretch the limits on the SLU-3P, would you recommend, like, 11:46 Speaker 0: certain bottle of the SLU-3two, how much it has, but would you say they can try to kind of push the limits with the SLU-3two with it? Yeah, 11:53 Speaker 0: yes, absolutely. I would say I push limits. I have taken quite a bit in myself. I 12:01 Speaker 0: don't know if I notice when I've taken much higher doses with the SLU. I mean, everybody's gonna be a little bit different, five:47.295 but as we say countless times, try it, see how your body responds. 12:12 Speaker 0: SLU-3two 0 12:15 Speaker 0: five:47.295 12:16 Speaker 0: And I've done really high doses. I don't do so much anymore, but I have tried it just to answer that for people myself. I try everything before I even recommend it to people, but I didn't notice any different from a lower dose. I kind of now go save money, keep it lower. 12:31 Speaker 1: Yeah, but yeah. And yes, I would push limits. It's actually amazing. The higher dose is theoretically 12:38 Speaker 1: better. 12:40 Speaker 1: It's an amazing thing. 12:42 Speaker 1: Were talking to a friend who's an ex NFL player, and 12:46 Speaker 1: he was flexing and going, don't know what the hell happened. I don't know how I got so damn lean, but what do you guys put in this loop? 12:52 Speaker 1: I see what. 12:54 Speaker 1: Yeah, man. Shit works. 12:56 Speaker 0: Sure does, man. Well, right on, man. Anybody that you would recommend not take it, we'll close on that. 13:05 Speaker 1: Okay, breastfeeding, pregnant women, little small children, 13:12 Speaker 1: don't take BAM too high. 13:14 Speaker 1: Well, 13:15 Speaker 1: that population, I just said, shouldn't take it at all. 13:18 Speaker 1: But just in general, just don't take BAM too high. There is nobody really that I see anything besides 13:24 Speaker 1: that. 13:25 Speaker 1: You're already super skinny and don't wanna lose any more weight, don't take it. 13:30 Speaker 1: If you have any mitochondrial 13:32 Speaker 1: dysfunction, 13:33 Speaker 1: right, bam, might not be the good answer because it's making that mitochondria Now, work really 13:40 Speaker 1: SLUIP would probably be a good option. So would 13:42 Speaker 1: MOTS-seed and so would SS-thirty 1, right? 13:48 Speaker 1: Right, 13:48 Speaker 1: BAM-fifteen is kind of making mitochondria work extra hard. 13:52 Speaker 0: So you would recommend not taking an SS-thirty 1 with that, right? 13:56 Speaker 1: Yeah, 13:57 Speaker 1: I mean, yes. Like, what's funny is, so SS-31s 14:01 Speaker 1: main goal to 14:03 Speaker 1: the integrity of the mitochondrial 14:07 Speaker 1: cell wall, for lack of a better term, right, is to really 14:11 Speaker 1: sure that up so 14:13 Speaker 1: nothing gets ever leaked out so it's as efficient 14:17 Speaker 1: as possible, 14:19 Speaker 1: right? Bam! It's literally, like we said, electron uncoupling. Okay? It's literally making, pulling electrons out so they can leak across the border 14:28 Speaker 1: of that mitochondria 14:29 Speaker 1: and therefore make the mitochondria less 14:33 Speaker 1: Efficient. 14:34 Speaker 1: Less efficient. 14:36 Speaker 1: And again, it doesn't mean turn- It sounds trippy. It sounds trippy, right? It does 14:40 Speaker 1: not convert to a person 14:42 Speaker 1: just having less energy, like working really hard, but no, I got no I'm not getting anywhere and I got low energy, right? It's not not like that. You're maintaining the same exact amount of energy. In fact, almost maybe strength increases, 14:54 Speaker 1: but internally, 14:57 Speaker 1: your body's working a little bit harder, and therefore, burn way more calories all day, every day. Yeah, I've literally read that 15:04 Speaker 0: I, you know, if you just kind of just ate the same amount of food and used the BAM in particular, you'll actually still lose weight because of that particular reason, so which is trippy. 15:14 Speaker 1: So- love 15:15 Speaker 1: thing with SLU-1.1 Like, hey, you could 1 person could be eating the same amount of protein, working out the same, but if you're taking SLU-3two, 15:22 Speaker 1: the person on that is going to gain more muscle, right? Because of the nutrient partitioning, it's effectively, efficiently 15:28 Speaker 1: shuttling the nutrients where they really need to go instead of 15:32 Speaker 1: them being confused and not getting into the muscles, right, or getting blocked or wasted, put away with the waste and shuttle out the back. 15:41 Speaker 0: I love it, man. Sounds great. Well, that sounds cool. Let's 15:46 Speaker 0: go into the cellular 15:48 Speaker 0: rejuvenation. 15:50 Speaker 0: I think everybody, 1 thing that you and I have talked about here recently that 15:54 Speaker 0: we haven't talked about enough is going to be the Epitalon. We're going to start with that. So again, kind of circling back around to what we talked about in the beginning, 16:02 Speaker 0: folks, is that we're going to kind of keep it simple instead of talking about multiple. We'll talk about 3 in particular, but we want to have not talked a lot about Epitalon, so let's dig into that a little bit. Talk about that. All 16:14 Speaker 0: So Epitalon's 16:15 Speaker 0: an interesting 1. So our friend Paul, who's been on 16:18 Speaker 0: this podcast a few times, right, 16:20 Speaker 0: his protocol for every single person who is starting peptides, right, or 16:25 Speaker 0: frankly is starting, okay, let's go a new health phase in our life, right, he always, always, always starts them off with a round of Epitalon 16:33 Speaker 0: to 16:34 Speaker 0: essentially detox 16:36 Speaker 0: and sensitize 16:37 Speaker 0: everything. Receptors detox the body, right, get your body primed 16:42 Speaker 0: for the other peptides to work. So 16:45 Speaker 0: not a bad recommendation, right? Everybody who's starting something new Now, Epitalon should only be ran anyway, like twice a year. So I would do that and do that right at the beginning of maybe a major 16:57 Speaker 0: health or exercise push. 17:00 Speaker 0: It will do a few things that has, well, research has shown that this is what 17:06 Speaker 0: it is doing. So our 17:08 Speaker 0: telomeres, 17:09 Speaker 0: it's 17:10 Speaker 0: showing to lengthen 17:12 Speaker 0: our 17:13 Speaker 0: telomeres or 17:15 Speaker 0: slow the shrinking of our telomeres. If you look under a microscope, you'll see telomeres of a young person versus an old person. Young persons are long. The older you get, the smaller they get. When they're gone, you die. 17:27 Speaker 1: So if it can increase your telomere length, 17:31 Speaker 1: theoretically, we get to live longer. Now we're not seeing people living to 200 years old. Well, I guess Epitalon hasn't been around for another extra hundred years, but so it's probably not working that well. 17:42 Speaker 1: It's not as simple as just, well, lengthen telomeres and you just get to live forever. But 17:48 Speaker 1: there is some there is 17:51 Speaker 1: there's plenty of research and enough research going on that it's doing something. 17:55 Speaker 1: So there's that. 17:58 Speaker 1: Will 18:00 Speaker 1: Okay. 1 thing that's really cool is it helps with circadian rhythms and helps balance all of your hormones, right? Your cortisol, 18:08 Speaker 1: melatonin, 18:13 Speaker 1: gonadorelin 18:13 Speaker 1: for men, it 18:16 Speaker 1: helps really kind of balance those rhythms so they are kind of correct to where we should be 18:22 Speaker 0: in life. Sleep well. 18:25 Speaker 1: Yep. Yep. Increase your sleep. I don't know. What else is there? 18:29 Speaker 0: Reduces oxidative stress. 18:33 Speaker 1: Reducing oxidative stress, but so it will make it will rejuvenate 18:37 Speaker 1: and take your new 18:39 Speaker 1: cells coming up, right? It's really going to help preserve those new cells. 18:43 Speaker 1: Okay? New cells being preserved a lot better. 18:47 Speaker 1: This is all 18:49 Speaker 1: leading into, right, our cellular rejuvenation. 18:53 Speaker 0: Yeah, that's the whole point. Yeah, right. So we go into that and we talk about I'm gonna skip over the 2nd 1. Let's talk about that because we're talking about the rejuvenation of the cells. So let's talk about FOX-four. All right, well, that one's a pretty simple 1. So FOX-four, 19:07 Speaker 1: basically its job is to clear out old dead cells, right? And when our cells die off, which they're dying constantly, 19:15 Speaker 1: they will stack up and 19:17 Speaker 1: prevent new good ones 19:20 Speaker 1: from being created and from working 19:22 Speaker 1: as efficiently as they possibly can. So its job is get rid of garbage. Get rid of the garbage so we got space to grow. 19:30 Speaker 0: Some of those sales are just kind of those sales are just kind of stay stagnant that aren't just they're just hiding, holding on, holding on. They're just gonna kind of wipe those clean. I 19:39 Speaker 0: like the FOX 4 and the 1 of the reasons I have not even taken it, which is 1 of the rare ones that I haven't, just because I do so much fasting. 19:45 Speaker 0: And you get kind of the same type of thing with autophagy. It's basically autophagy in a bottle, for lack of a better way to say it. It's just gonna wipe those 19:54 Speaker 0: dead cells or those dying cells. It's just gonna get rid of them and brand new ones, rejuvenated ones take their place. That's why it goes, we're stacking it so well with the Epitalon and FOX-four just because those 2 go great. Yep, 20:09 Speaker 1: absolutely. 20:10 Speaker 0: So the 20:13 Speaker 0: last 1 in this, as we're gonna do the obvious, I think that should be almost in any stacks. I 20:20 Speaker 0: would think anybody that's going to run this particular 20:22 Speaker 0: stack would be elder people, right, to rejuvenate ourselves. 20:27 Speaker 0: But let's state the obvious, which is going to be NAD plus Yeah. 20:31 Speaker 0: Which can be different than Alan. 20:33 Speaker 1: There's a whole does a lot. Does does a lot. Now let's, I guess, 20:38 Speaker 1: we've been talking about mitochondria 20:40 Speaker 1: or we've been talking about cells with FOX-four 20:44 Speaker 1: in general. Right? 20:45 Speaker 1: NAD. 20:46 Speaker 1: Also, hey, we'll preserve new mitochondria. It will also get rid of old 20:51 Speaker 1: dying mitochondria 20:53 Speaker 1: and clear the way for new mitochondria. 20:57 Speaker 1: Does a 20:59 Speaker 1: lot of great things. It's gonna help with liver detoxification. 21:03 Speaker 1: In fact, 21:04 Speaker 1: 1 of on 21:06 Speaker 1: record somewhat recently, but it got shut down in United Kingdom, a doctor came out with a clinic essentially treating chronic alcoholics who had damaged 21:16 Speaker 1: liver 21:17 Speaker 1: and were getting jaundiced 21:19 Speaker 1: and was treating them purely with NAD plus and 21:22 Speaker 1: it was working like crazy. 21:24 Speaker 1: So the government came in and said, shut it. Stop this. Unreal. This is real. Unreal. 21:30 Speaker 0: Oh my god. That is unreal, dude. Enhances clarity of energy, thought, recovery. 21:36 Speaker 0: I mean, NAD, you can just go on forever. I mean, we've talked about it on multiple podcasts, but I've added it in recently in my midday 21:44 Speaker 0: just because it does give you that cellular energy that we all seek instead of a coffee. 21:50 Speaker 0: Take a nice little hefty dose of NAD plus midday, 21:53 Speaker 0: and 21:54 Speaker 0: I'm telling you, it works really well for that energy, man. Absolutely. That's 21:59 Speaker 1: awesome use for it. 22:01 Speaker 1: I just started doing it yesterday, so who can you do that? 22:05 Speaker 1: But yes, it is responsible for your DNA and gene repair, 22:10 Speaker 1: which we all know is kind of the basis of everything. Right? Mitochondria is our powerhouse of ourselves, 22:15 Speaker 1: and these all kind of go together a bit. But 22:18 Speaker 1: yeah, on a cellular genetic DNA level, right, it is repairing DNA and genes, and that's from 22:27 Speaker 1: the most microscopic and 22:29 Speaker 1: proliferation of that ends in, Hey, after a while, right, looking younger and feeling younger. 22:36 Speaker 0: Yep. I mean, I talk about all the time in regards to the autophagy, 22:40 Speaker 0: it like, the people that fast a lot and go into a stage of autophagy, 22:44 Speaker 0: they literally start to look younger. Why? You're wiping dead 22:48 Speaker 0: cells off the plate and rejuvenated 22:50 Speaker 0: 1 taking their place. So again, this whole rejuvenation 22:54 Speaker 0: stack is doing that. You would definitely get a little touch of that autophagy 22:59 Speaker 0: by doing that and the huge benefits. 23:01 Speaker 0: And 23:02 Speaker 0: I love it, man. I think this would be good for anybody 40, which we focus a lot on just because we're 40 probably, 23:10 Speaker 0: you know? But a lot of the questions we get are from elder gals and 23:14 Speaker 0: men who are over their 40s and just looking to 23:17 Speaker 0: age well. So this stack in particular should be affordable for anybody. That's why we kept it at 3. We 23:25 Speaker 0: can throw in a couple just for fun. Anything else for somebody that might be a little bit more seasoned 23:31 Speaker 0: that you wanna throw on top of this stack just for fun? 23:35 Speaker 1: MOTS-thirty 23:37 Speaker 1: 1, take them in conjunction to really increase your cellular 23:41 Speaker 1: mitochondrial 23:43 Speaker 1: integrity. 23:45 Speaker 1: Thymosin Alpha. 23:47 Speaker 1: Thymosin Alpha is great. Inflammation, right? It's the biggest reducer of inflammation, but it balances out your immune system, right, flooding you with like T regulatory cells. 23:56 Speaker 1: Not only increases immune system where it needs to be increased, but can tell the overactive immune system to chill out a little bit. 24:05 Speaker 0: Good call on that 1. Sounds good. A little few extras. 24:08 Speaker 0: Thymosin Alpha would go great with Epitalon because Epitalon helps with immunity as well. So that's a great call like the Thymosin Alpha. And then always like a GHKCU, 24:16 Speaker 0: just for skin, hair, and 24:18 Speaker 0: collagen. 24:19 Speaker 0: You can throw that in. So, but those of you for the cellular rejuvenation, 24:24 Speaker 0: if you're at a starting port over 40, start with those 3, try the NAD-four 24:29 Speaker 0: and the Epitalon. 24:30 Speaker 0: If you're a little bit more seasoned, 24:33 Speaker 0: maybe I think Thymosin Alpha is amazing. 24:36 Speaker 1: I think she'll throw that on top as well. So I have a I have a friend recently that has told me that she's got fibromyalgia and has 24:44 Speaker 1: and took NAD, and I was like, Holy shit. That was the 1st thing that actually 24:47 Speaker 1: made a huge difference. Really? You know? So not saying that these I mean, look, dude, we are definitely not saying that this is what takes to cure things, but that is 1 person's story and- Correct. 25:00 Speaker 1: That's how these things gotta work, man. Give 25:03 Speaker 1: it a go. 25:05 Speaker 0: As we say all the time, we are science projects, man. You will not know unless you try it. So that's why we're starting with 3. So if you're looking to kinda do a reboot on yourself, 25:14 Speaker 0: start with those 3. I think you will get a lot out of it. 25:18 Speaker 1: Yes. 25:19 Speaker 1: Is there anything else? 25:23 Speaker 1: I don't know. Yeah. NAD is kind of a be all is a do all. Right? Have Fits anywhere. As people say, like, Damn. I have so much more energy and mental clarity. I feel so much better. I can I personally 25:36 Speaker 1: I can see myself? I look younger. Right? It 25:39 Speaker 1: is good for my skin when I am on 25:42 Speaker 1: NAD. 25:42 Speaker 1: Actually yeah. 25:45 Speaker 0: There's no doubt about it. 25:47 Speaker 0: I always just 25:48 Speaker 0: like use logic. There's a reason why all the movie stars are on NAD, because it works. 25:54 Speaker 0: You know what I mean? They have the top notch advice, so they're all on NAD. Trust me. So there's a reason why. Yeah. You know what I mean? Yeah. Absolutely. 26:02 Speaker 1: Dosage. So 26:04 Speaker 1: I guess the importance so Epitalon, 26:06 Speaker 1: twice a year. And my suggestion 26:10 Speaker 1: for myself is 50 mg 26:12 Speaker 1: twice a year. Let's evenly space that out. But I would do 10 mg 26:16 Speaker 1: daily for 5 days. 26:19 Speaker 1: That's 50 mg. 26:21 Speaker 1: Okay? Wow. 26:23 Speaker 1: NAD is a tough 1, so because it varies so much. 26:28 Speaker 1: People are taking huge different ranges, but 26:31 Speaker 1: I would if we're doing it see if you're doing it at home, let's I don't know. If you know what you're doing, okay, you can go into intravenous, 26:39 Speaker 1: but like an I like an IV drip. But I personally do it subcutaneous. 26:45 Speaker 1: Would start low, maybe 10 mg, so 3 times a week. 26:50 Speaker 1: And you can increase your dose by about 5 mg every injection. It's a form of niacin, so you might get 26:56 Speaker 1: a little bit tingly when you do it, Okay? And if you take huge jumps, you might go too much and get an overwhelming sense of tingle where you get your, like, paralyzed tingly for a couple seconds. 27:07 Speaker 1: That might scare a lot of people. So I'd say slowly work your way up so you don't feel that. It goes away. 27:14 Speaker 1: But do it I guess the goal is to just kind of do as much as you can, I'd say cycles of about 1000 mg. So the goal is to just, Hey, let's try to do 1000 mg in however long that takes you, 27:25 Speaker 1: and then give yourself a month break and repeat 27:30 Speaker 0: forever. That's the only rule of thumb that we've been kind of going off of for quite some time. However, you get to that 1000 mg, everybody's a little bit different, but run it for 1000 mg and then take a month off, then run it again. 27:41 Speaker 1: Yeah. 27:44 Speaker 1: Fox- And I don't know. Fox o 4, I mean, I do know, but 27:49 Speaker 0: any suggestions there? I'm kind of drawing a blank on that 1. I haven't ran myself. That's the 1 I have not run because I'm just I fast so much, man, so I haven't really, let me see, I can pull it up and give you an idea. 28:02 Speaker 0: So FOX 4, we wanna run 10 units, 28:06 Speaker 0: which is going to be 28:09 Speaker 1: All right. There we go. So about 0.5 a milligram 28:13 Speaker 1: to a milligram 28:15 Speaker 1: for 10 to 20 days. 28:18 Speaker 1: We had talked to who's the guy? Greenspan or somebody? 28:21 Speaker 1: Ben Greenfield? Yeah, 28:22 Speaker 0: Green Yeah. 28:24 Speaker 1: I 28:25 Speaker 1: guess his he was supposed up in was 28:28 Speaker 1: 6 mg over 28:31 Speaker 1: a 3 mg 3 mg. It was 3 mg over a over doing 3 injections 28:37 Speaker 0: every other day. Yeah. Every other day. 28:41 Speaker 1: I'd say about 0.5 a milligram to 1 mg 28:44 Speaker 1: every day for So 10 to 20 28:50 Speaker 0: those 2 are gonna be shorter, the FOXO-four than the Epitalon, and you can run the NAD for a while. Then what you do? Put in the Thymosin Alpha. Replace those 2 with other 2, Thymosin Alpha. 29:02 Speaker 0: You'll love Thymosin Alpha. TA-one is definitely 1 of my favorites. It's gonna boost that immune system for sure. So throw that in when we take those other 2 out and you'll be cruising. 29:13 Speaker 1: Nothing is 29:15 Speaker 1: there's no counter effects. Don't think can happily run 29:19 Speaker 1: anything else, any other peptides on top of these as 29:23 Speaker 1: you should. But like these are really the stuff, internal, other than NAD, starting to be 29:28 Speaker 1: apparent on the outside, 29:31 Speaker 1: but there's a lot more going on in the inside, folks. And that's the more important part. 29:36 Speaker 1: So 29:37 Speaker 1: pretty damn important to take care of your insides. 29:40 Speaker 0: Yeah, I mean, that's the thing that we say all the time is you can age well. Why the hell would you not, man? These peptides are just helping us age well, man. Skin, 29:50 Speaker 0: hair, 29:51 Speaker 0: nails, 29:52 Speaker 0: it's just all the above, dude. Yep. 29:55 Speaker 0: Love it, man. Good Good 29:57 Speaker 0: stuff, man. Well, good 1, man. Good breakdown in regards to that stuff. So anything before we go? 30:04 Speaker 0: I have nothing. I'll say, I mean, we did throw that out last podcast talking about Will and I starting a Discord type thing, and it was an overwhelming yes. 30:14 Speaker 0: My DMs were flooded with that. So we will start working on that so we can kind of have a little bit more interaction with people and answer some stuff and maybe be a little bit more direct and stuff. So we asked, you answered, 30:25 Speaker 0: so we will take care of that. So that will be coming to a theater near you soon. 30:30 Speaker 0: Yep. 30:31 Speaker 0: And we appreciate you guys, man, and we will catch you on the next round. Have a good day. Peace out.
