0:00Speaker 0Welcome back to the Peptide of the Week. I'm your host, JD Denham, and I got my co host, mister William T. Haas.
0:08Speaker 1What's up, man? Always looking snazzy. How you doing, buddy? I'm doing well. It's been
0:14Speaker 1it's been kind of a long, full morning so far.
0:17Speaker 1But good things.
0:19Speaker 0We've been trying to get together on this for 2 hours, and here we are. But, we're gonna crack it out. This 1 is gonna be good. I'm looking forward to it simply because I just don't hear many people talking about it. Like,
0:31Speaker 0I just I don't hear other companies. I don't hear people over the internet as much. I'm sure they're out there, but so Selank
0:37Speaker 0is going to be the peptide of the week,
0:40Speaker 0which is kind of strange to me because the benefits are freaking amazing, man. It really
0:46Speaker 0is structured to
0:48Speaker 0certain people for sure.
0:50Speaker 0But again, I'm interested. I'm looking forward to having this conversation. So I'm gonna hand it over to you, buddy. Tell us a little bit about what it is and what does it do.
1:00Speaker 1Sure. So I guess, as always, I'm trying to make this
1:04Speaker 1simple.
1:06Speaker 1So,
1:07Speaker 1Selank is a peptide that
1:11Speaker 1is a nootropic, right? It is a like neuropeptide,
1:15Speaker 1so the whole goal of this is to work on your brain and it is essentially an angiolytic,
1:21Speaker 1which means it calms you down.
1:24Speaker 1Think of any like a benzodiazepine,
1:27Speaker 1which is Xanax, Valium, Klonopin,
1:29Speaker 1etc,
1:30Speaker 1which are all narcotic
1:32Speaker 1angiolytics
1:33Speaker 1that
1:34Speaker 1are very effective and FDA approved,
1:37Speaker 1but have come with some crazy side effects and severe withdrawals,
1:41Speaker 1right? It's not Digging.
1:42Speaker 1Yeah,
1:43Speaker 1massive addiction to those things. And
1:48Speaker 1this is a peptide that is essentially doing the same thing,
1:52Speaker 1but without those addictive
1:54Speaker 1dependent
1:55Speaker 1withdrawal
1:56Speaker 1qualities.
1:58Speaker 0Let's sit there for 1 sec, because I don't wanna go past that 1 because it's so important, because I think that would be why most people would take it for that reason because the world is anxious. It's in a hurry. Everybody's gotta go, gotta go, gotta go. We want it now.
2:10Speaker 0Talk to everybody. They're stressed out. They're anxious, blah, blah, blah.
2:13Speaker 0And you go to a doctor, what are they gonna prescribe you? They're going to prescribe you Xanax. We know countless people that got hooked on Xanax,
2:21Speaker 0whatever, whatever benzo.
2:23Speaker 0And so if this is like the rival of a narcotic,
2:28Speaker 0gosh, how rad is that? How rad is that? It's a peptide, man. You're not gonna get addicted to it. So if it's gonna accomplish the same goal,
2:38Speaker 0all in, bro. This is that's what I'm saying. Like, this one's amazing. I don't know why more people don't talk about Yeah, no doubt. I think that there's studies done. I mean, a huge, huge amount of our population actually,
2:48Speaker 1yeah, suffers from some type of anxiety,
2:52Speaker 1whether it be an actual kind of chemical imbalance
2:55Speaker 1from birth or
2:57Speaker 1circumstances
2:58Speaker 1environment caused,
3:00Speaker 1but
3:01Speaker 1and yeah, dude, we shouldn't be just running for drugs that are gonna be
3:06Speaker 1keeping dependent. This is just a chain of amino acids
3:09Speaker 1that is, it's boosting your neurotransmitters, It's boosting your GABA,
3:14Speaker 1your serotonin,
3:15Speaker 1your dopamine, but
3:17Speaker 1mostly so there are different neurotransmitters that work different ways in our brains, right? This is boosting the neurotransmitters
3:23Speaker 1that
3:24Speaker 1so it will enhance mood, so actually kind of, hey, make you a little bit happier but calmer and
3:31Speaker 1without
3:32Speaker 1making you just drool on yourself and go to sleep. It also it's not going to affect like performance,
3:39Speaker 1physical
3:40Speaker 1performance.
3:42Speaker 1We're not saying, you know, it's not like a tranquilizer. Right?
3:45Speaker 1Not a tranquilizer. You can take this and go do an athletic event. That's fine. It's not gonna affect you. You're not gonna just fall asleep. You can do this, you know, before work and just be just fine and it's gonna just kind of take the edge off.
3:59Speaker 0That's when it's requested,
4:02Speaker 0suggested to take it in the morning, you know, and you say it's not gonna affect you if you're even an athlete. It's structured for like high performance sacks leagues because it's going to raise or focus you. So that would be somebody that would do really well on this,
4:16Speaker 0is that raise or focus. Mean, so in what Will has just said, if anybody had missed it, it's going to increase your serotonin.
4:23Speaker 0So if anybody doesn't know what that means, it affects your mood, it affects your sex drive, accept your sleep.
4:30Speaker 0I mean, serotonin,
4:31Speaker 0the importance of serotonin, I could talk about forever, man. I mean, so right there, it's amazing.
4:37Speaker 1So if you'd look up as far as the sex drive goes, but the sexual performance, if you look up,
4:43Speaker 1well, if you if you do any research on kind of sexual performance for men,
4:49Speaker 1a lot of the
4:51Speaker 1supplements drugs that are used
4:55Speaker 1are nootropics
4:57Speaker 1because
4:58Speaker 1a lot of sexual performance is a mental thing.
5:02Speaker 1The most part, it's really not physical, right?
5:05Speaker 1And so this is definitely
5:07Speaker 1a 1 that is used for performance because you're relaxed. Right? We're not
5:12Speaker 1you're not thinking of all the bad things that could potentially happen
5:16Speaker 1in the bedroom if,
5:18Speaker 1you know, and so it actually is used
5:21Speaker 1extensively for those reasons.
5:24Speaker 0Yeah, huge. Those 2 are huge, man. I mean, right there, done, sold, hook, line and sinker. I mean, that's just the beginning too. It's gonna affect your mood.
5:32Speaker 0I mean, we live in a world where everybody wants it now. Like, you know, if you slow down and just talk about this subject for a 2nd,
5:39Speaker 0I'll talk about myself for a 2nd. I'm on my phone constantly. We work on our phones. We make money from our phones. So like, my face is in my phone.
5:47Speaker 0And it's you're it's just everything. Go, go, go, go, go, go. And I can tell you since in since the last year, since I've worked on my phone directly and that's what's made me money, I'm having a hard time
5:58Speaker 0shutting it down and like meditating. Like I used to be very calm. I used to do mortgages. So like it was a different type of a chaos.
6:06Speaker 0But now, you know what I mean? That's what we're all on our phones mindlessly scrolling,
6:11Speaker 0mindlessly scrolling.
6:13Speaker 0And
6:14Speaker 0I think that's what's
6:16Speaker 0countless things, that's what's yielding a lot of like anxiety,
6:20Speaker 0stress, because it's just, what's the next? What's the next? Go to the next reel, go to the next reel. It's just, it's just
6:25Speaker 0starting to embed in our psychology or our heads just go, go, go, go, you know, and like, so something like this is going to bring that down. And the reason I'm saying that is because I take it and it does, it helps.
6:39Speaker 1Yeah,
6:40Speaker 1man. I mean, I 2nd that. That's why they say, hey, don't put little kids in front of a TV screen. Right? The flashing just new that teaches them to have a tiny short attention
6:48Speaker 1span. Right?
6:50Speaker 1And and and for sure, my productivity too. Right? The more I am going going going, I just start
6:57Speaker 1going off the knee, you know, the productivity drops down
7:01Speaker 1to be I know it myself, like I need to take little centered breaks,
7:07Speaker 1close my eyes, whatever, not as you go to sleep, just kind of breathe, say a little prayer usually,
7:12Speaker 1and then come back and say, Where are my priorities? And
7:16Speaker 1yeah, dude, this will help this will help kind of keep you in that state.
7:20Speaker 1So you don't need to take these forced breaks and you can kind of stay calm and check priorities.
7:24Speaker 1The other thing is, so like in America, but you say, hey, this hasn't been, it's not talked about a lot, right? This has been, this Enclomiphene has been around for a long time.
7:34Speaker 1Since the 1980s,
7:35Speaker 1I guess was the 1st research,
7:37Speaker 1but
7:38Speaker 1in Russia, it is the equivalent of our
7:42Speaker 1FDA approval
7:43Speaker 1for actual like general anxiety disorder. They are
7:48Speaker 1prescribing it
7:50Speaker 1When you go to a doctor, are prescribing this instead of
7:54Speaker 1Xanax,
7:55Speaker 1which is rad. Good for them. So rad. So
7:58Speaker 1it's safe, it's been
8:01Speaker 1it's safe, it's being used and
8:04Speaker 1it's actually effective.
8:05Speaker 1I'd say that
8:07Speaker 1for people out here trying it, give it 2 weeks, right? They say that the actual the real benefits are gonna start after 2 weeks of consistent
8:15Speaker 1use. Now, heck, some people feel it the next day. Great.
8:19Speaker 1But if you're somebody who wants to try it,
8:23Speaker 1don't quit. Don't stop after 1 day.
8:26Speaker 1Like, I'm say, man, get it- Get it work. Get it at least 2 2 weeks, folks. Again, talking about people want things now.
8:33Speaker 0We've talked about this so many times, and I wanna sit on it for a 2nd, because the more
8:38Speaker 0obviously we grow and we learn and we study, we work with more people, we get more feedback and talk with other people in our industry,
8:46Speaker 0we learn and we grow. And we're constantly
8:49Speaker 0realizing
8:50Speaker 0that
8:51Speaker 0these need to be ran for longer periods to really
8:56Speaker 0get the true benefit.
8:59Speaker 0Is going to work in 3 days, man. It's
9:02Speaker 0not a narcotic. It's not Xanax. So you're not going to get that effect. And like same thing with like peptides compared to steroids. It's not a steroid. You're not going to get that instant, like
9:13Speaker 0really quick getting big muscles, right? It's a peptide. It's different. It's gonna affect you different. But ran in longevity,
9:20Speaker 0they're chains of amino acids. You can run them for longevity,
9:23Speaker 1unlike those other things. Right. So just be a little patient and use your work ethic.
9:29Speaker 1Yeah. And they will help. They all will work. But sorry, like, you know, it's not miracle snap your fingers,
9:36Speaker 1but these things do do work. If you put a little bit of work work in it and do everything else around
9:41Speaker 1around you right.
9:43Speaker 0Another thing that it does is it works with, it gets rid of,
9:48Speaker 0what is it, oxidated stress, which is like free radicals and things in the air, things that your body can't fight off.
9:56Speaker 0So that was 1 for me that was pretty rad that I liked
10:00Speaker 0kind of digging into was because,
10:02Speaker 0the world is just full of just crap
10:05Speaker 0air, so much stuff, toxins and everything.
10:08Speaker 0Our bodies are good at adapting,
10:11Speaker 0you know, but like we are putting seed oils and breathing in all kinds of other crap that our bodies really weren't supposed to do.
10:19Speaker 0So Selank is going to be the 1, 1 of the, 1 of the ones that are going to really help boost the immunity and help you fight those things, you know? So
10:28Speaker 0that's another thing, reason. Again, I think most people will take it for the anxiety type part, but it's a multilevel peptide that really does a lot of stuff, that being a huge 1 in the world we live in, that's for sure. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, it's
10:41Speaker 1basically a synthetic analog of Tufson,
10:44Speaker 1which
10:46Speaker 1is kind of immuno hormone.
10:49Speaker 1So that's where it has its roots, really in your immune system
10:54Speaker 1and then
10:56Speaker 1transferring to your brain. So it is
10:59Speaker 1neuroprotective.
11:01Speaker 1It's gonna protect your brain and keep your
11:05Speaker 1I don't want to say boost your entire body's immune system because that's not exactly right, but it is gonna be neuroprotective.
11:12Speaker 1You know, the other thing is,
11:14Speaker 1guys, so if we're talking about building muscle, right, we know folks that building muscle and burning fat, right, cortisol is our stress hormone. So
11:24Speaker 1our body works like we are cavemen
11:26Speaker 1still, okay? Our body thinks we're cavemen, right? When we are stressed out, when we're stressed,
11:32Speaker 1low on sleep,
11:34Speaker 1hell, you drank alcohol, it's poison, your body is stressed, right?
11:38Speaker 1All of these things are now cortisol hormone is shooting up, right? And it does that, what happens when
11:46Speaker 1that happens is our body starts breaking our muscle down,
11:50Speaker 1turning it into sugar, filling our blood with sugar,
11:53Speaker 1so we have
11:55Speaker 1quick energy and quick reaction
11:57Speaker 1and we have energies
11:59Speaker 1in case we have to fight a bear off in a cave with no food and it's freezing outside. Right? That's the whole point of cortisol, right? It's not really useful nowadays, but
12:10Speaker 1so if your cortisol hormone is if your cortisol is elevated,
12:14Speaker 1you will not be burning fat ever. You will not be building muscle. In fact, the body's doing the opposite. It's breaking muscle down and
12:21Speaker 1filling out sugar and creating and then storing fat that's not used. So we
12:26Speaker 1say when you're asleep is when you build the majority of your muscle because your body is in this non stressed out state and it can finally rebuild because cortisol is gone. So this stuff will reduce your cortisol. It's going to keep you in
12:43Speaker 1this relaxed,
12:44Speaker 1angiolytic
12:45Speaker 1state.
12:47Speaker 1So throughout the day, you have a much better chance of actually burning fat and growing muscle and not just at night. And why it's, you know, couple this with like DSIP,
12:58Speaker 1which is Delta Sleep Inducing Beta, which
13:01Speaker 1puts you
13:02Speaker 1in that perfect restorative
13:05Speaker 1sleep
13:06Speaker 1faster and maximizes that
13:09Speaker 1so you can
13:10Speaker 1get your gains. And talk about, you know, there's your body, that's when our brain goes from short term memory to long term memory.
13:17Speaker 1And so
13:18Speaker 1together,
13:19Speaker 1this can do a lot for your body when taking consistently and
13:23Speaker 0you practicing correct life habits as well. I mean, what you just said was rad, bro. I mean, I don't think that many people are going to stop and really think through things like that. When your cortisone is high, you're not going to burn fat and turns into sugar. I mean, that's rad, man. You know?
13:38Speaker 0So if this stuff is going to help, whether you knew that or not, you know, this is going to bring that,
13:45Speaker 0it's going to bring you down to a calm state and it's going to bring you to a focused state, you know? And again, for me in particular, that's huge for me just because, again, with so much going on for me, even I'm not even an anxious person ever. I didn't even like benzos. Those are the 1 drug I didn't like
14:01Speaker 0because I'm not an anxious person at all. But the chaos of the world is yielding that for everybody. Everybody wants it now. They want it now. Want it now. They're like, go to a restaurant. I know everybody has. Go to a restaurant. Does anybody talk? No. Face is in phone, dude. Your face is in a damn phone scrolling and there's no conversation. It's just go, go, go, go, go. You know what I mean? So if you have something that is not a narcotic
14:26Speaker 0sold to you by the pharmaceutical companies, want to hook you and you can get that same effect by chains of amino acids. Where do I sign? Everybody, there's so many people
14:38Speaker 0that will benefit from this. It's endless. Endless. It's
14:43Speaker 1being used in recovery settings as well for withdrawals
14:46Speaker 1from
14:47Speaker 1benzos.
14:49Speaker 1Benzos and alcohol, benzodiazepine and alcohol are the 2 things that withdrawals can kill you because you have a seizure. And so
14:57Speaker 1they're not this is not an anti seizure so it's not used to taper you off that fact but it sure is used to taper you off
15:04Speaker 1the crazy
15:05Speaker 1anxiety you get when going through with benzo withdrawal.
15:10Speaker 0So
15:11Speaker 1getting all, I would say, I mean, it is being used to get off of benzos but the asterisk there is be careful,
15:20Speaker 1don't go at home and just try to stop benzos and use this because you still are at seizure risk.
15:25Speaker 1Never seen someone coming off benzos or alcohol. It's a doozy. That's not fun. And the benzos especially lasts a long time. Yeah,
15:35Speaker 0let's talk a little bit about,
15:37Speaker 0and this one's kind of an easy 1, it needs to be discussed. Let's talk a little bit about who would benefit the most from taking this.
15:46Speaker 1So
15:47Speaker 1if
15:48Speaker 1you have a general anxiety disorder, if you are an anxious person, okay, and you are taking any type
15:55Speaker 1of calming medication, like we said benzos or even
15:59Speaker 1antidepressants,
16:02Speaker 1specifically
16:03Speaker 1Zoloft is 1 that's a serotonin
16:06Speaker 1reuptake inhibitor, so that just increases your serotonin. Your serotonin is your neurotransmitter that makes you happy but calm.
16:14Speaker 1So those of you who are going to a doctor and getting that prescribed,
16:19Speaker 1this is a great thing for you to get off of that.
16:23Speaker 1So anybody anybody with general anxiety disorder,
16:27Speaker 1absolutely,
16:28Speaker 1take it. Anybody who is, yeah, preparing or ready to or or preparing for some big stressful
16:34Speaker 1event,
16:35Speaker 1whether it be physical or mental, great.
16:38Speaker 0Or stressful job that you're working to, like an EMT, emergency room doctor,
16:44Speaker 0anybody that's in a high or any type of like a high,
16:48Speaker 0you know, like these
16:49Speaker 0guys that skate these huge, 0.5 vibes. It's a razor focus and it's gonna calm you down so you can focus more. Mean, that's huge. So any type of like
16:58Speaker 0person that has any type of that type of stressful job that's intense, this would they would you would shine on this. Absolutely.
17:07Speaker 1And and
17:08Speaker 1like I said,
17:09Speaker 1you're trying to gain some you're trying to get build muscle or burn fat?
17:13Speaker 1Yeah, do it. Like, see there's a lot of professional bodybuilders who's who who smoke pot,
17:19Speaker 1and the reason they do that is so their body can be in this non stressed out state. If I smoke pot, I'm stressed I'm
17:26Speaker 1stressed to the max, so that doesn't work for me, but
17:29Speaker 1I hate it. But
17:31Speaker 1some people, right, is that's why it puts them in this calm state, now their body is burning fat and building muscle throughout the day. So
17:39Speaker 1those of you who are trying to get gains or fat burning,
17:43Speaker 1also
17:44Speaker 1run it.
17:46Speaker 0What about people that probably shouldn't take it? Anybody that's probably
17:51Speaker 0shouldn't take it?
17:52Speaker 1I mean,
17:54Speaker 1know, pregnant women, nursing women, children, okay?
17:59Speaker 1People with potential like autoimmune
18:02Speaker 1disorders,
18:02Speaker 1okay? Again, it's mimicking this Tufsen, which has its roots
18:07Speaker 1of
18:08Speaker 1increasing your immune system, and so an autoimmune disorder is an overactive immune system, and so
18:14Speaker 1there could be some co applications
18:17Speaker 1you
18:18Speaker 1know, yeah, we don't wanna boost the immune system that's already doing too much.
18:23Speaker 1Other than that, you know, it's really safe. It's really well tolerated and safe.
18:28Speaker 0I mean, and everybody listening, when we get to this part of the conversation,
18:32Speaker 0it's gonna be a lot similar every time, you know, obviously
18:35Speaker 0breastfeeding women, you know, children. I mean, I'm getting more and more questions on through my channel about children. Can I get my son BPC?
18:43Speaker 0It's starting to arise. So those are the things that are starting to come, but, those would be what we would recommend. Probably somebody super old that doesn't really, isn't gonna benefit from it much,
18:54Speaker 1you know? But, let's talk about dosages. Well, I don't know about that. I actually think that that's probably a good idea. Those of us who are getting old and are cognitively
19:02Speaker 1declining
19:03Speaker 1I wouldn't say honestly, I'm not cognitively declining yet but
19:08Speaker 1it is neuroprotective,
19:09Speaker 1right? It's going to increase cognition a bit, especially mixed with Cmax, and we could do Cmax
19:15Speaker 1next week, which is just, I mean, the basic think of that as the opposite deal, right? It is instead of calming, it's giving you energy.
19:24Speaker 1And those people with general anxiety disorder, probably not a good idea to take Semax,
19:29Speaker 1because it might give you a little bit too much energy and heighten that anxiety.
19:32Speaker 1But more
19:34Speaker 1often than not, those 2 are combined
19:37Speaker 1together.
19:38Speaker 1I still always like to tell people, Just try 1 at a time. Don't start off with just both. It's always good to see
19:47Speaker 1what
19:48Speaker 01 specific thing is doing to your body. Right. Yeah, that's hard to do because if you're taking numerous like myself, mean, which 1 is actually doing what? I got a question for you, man. What, in your opinion, you know, and especially because we have, you know, our
20:03Speaker 0feet on the ground in regards to this industry, so we see a lot more than most, you know, having a peptide company.
20:08Speaker 0Why would you say, I mean, we've seen some increases in Selank for sure recently,
20:14Speaker 0but like, it's not 1 talked about. I'm curious what your take is, because I haven't asked you this. So what would be your take why this is something that's not talked about by
20:23Speaker 0as much as like some of the bigger peptides? You know, it kind of falls at the wayside for most people out there. I think that most people who are actually using peptides are looking for their body to change.
20:36Speaker 0Weight loss. Yeah. So
20:39Speaker 1weight loss, muscle gain, injury, healing,
20:43Speaker 1they're not
20:44Speaker 1really looking for that cognitive
20:48Speaker 1edge, any nootropic. Also, those people who are looking for
20:53Speaker 1their body to change are
20:56Speaker 1probably more
20:57Speaker 1apt to experiment and
21:00Speaker 1poke themselves with a needle because they are more like physical robust type people.
21:05Speaker 1The people who
21:07Speaker 1want your brain cognition
21:10Speaker 1are the nerdy
21:11Speaker 1people,
21:12Speaker 1and this is a true it's a huge generalization,
21:14Speaker 1so it's a you know, but I guess
21:17Speaker 1are people who are more brain focused and definitely not wanting to poke themselves with a needle?
21:24Speaker 0Let's talk about that because 1 thing that we have been discussing with Warrior Makers is going to be the nasal spray because it actually does really well in nasal spray. And I know some people don't want to bug themselves. It's just we know that. I mean, it's only gonna be a fraction of the people of society that will actually, my dad won't do it. He should be taking BPC-one hundred 57. It is what it is.
21:44Speaker 0But
21:45Speaker 0Selank does really well in a nasal spray, so I know we are working on that as we speak.
21:50Speaker 1We are, right. In the nasal spray, right, hey, I mean, it's right here, right? It's going, it's getting right into your brain.
21:57Speaker 1We are
21:58Speaker 1working on it. It will probably be out very soon.
22:01Speaker 1You may, those of you at home,
22:04Speaker 1the problem is most peptides
22:07Speaker 1need to be refrigerated after reconstitution.
22:10Speaker 1And in a nasal spray, it will come reconstituted.
22:14Speaker 1So that is our that's
22:16Speaker 1the hiccup is
22:19Speaker 1mixing it and transport while staying cold
22:22Speaker 1or asking
22:26Speaker 1people to do it. Yeah, that's why we pay a chemist. We're figuring it out and probably within a week,
22:31Speaker 1we'll have that out. And not that it works better,
22:36Speaker 0not that it really works better, it's just we can reach more people. Tap into people that aren't just willing to do it. And I mean, anybody who listens to this has been following some worry maker and just any other company, it doesn't matter.
22:47Speaker 0Know, Will and I have talked about this and discussed this numerous times, man, and we're really starting to get outside of the box as much as we can and try to generate more peptides,
22:58Speaker 0maybe in pill form,
22:59Speaker 0like the serum, the face serum and things like that, because there just aren't gonna be everybody that's gonna do it. And sometimes
23:05Speaker 0when you taste a little bit of it and you realize how amazing it is, you might inject a peptide because you're going to get the best
23:13Speaker 0bang for your buck and get what it really does with the injection. But if a nasal spray works well and you go, Wow, maybe I'll try the injection because it might work a little better, then there you go, whatever. And if some people don't ever, then they don't. It is what it is. But our goal as
23:29Speaker 0people that love health, people that love peptides and own a peptide company is to really get to the masses of how freaking amazing
23:37Speaker 0they are.
23:38Speaker 1I know. And I love getting text messages and emails saying, you know, so and so, hey, I tried this and I didn't think it was gonna work and holy shit, like, look at my, I mean, people I just got 1 yesterday, sent out to everybody. Look at my stats of my autoimmune disorder.
23:53Speaker 1And
23:54Speaker 1she sent us this graph from her doctor and it is like it's gone.
23:59Speaker 1So that is
24:02Speaker 1that's the sweet spot. That's kind of really why
24:04Speaker 1we do this because it's
24:07Speaker 1awesome. It is really actually helping people, So I wish more people could enjoy that.
24:13Speaker 1Yeah, dude, that's our goal is to try to get it in different forms but here but we will not compromise. We're not just gonna push something out if it doesn't work in a pill form, you know. I know that there are a lot of companies out there that
24:27Speaker 1have converted everything into some type of form where you don't inject,
24:31Speaker 1but we're not willing to do that because I know for a fact that most of those do nothing, right? They're just not bioavailable.
24:39Speaker 1Sorry folks, we're not gonna yeah, we're not gonna compromise
24:44Speaker 1its effectiveness
24:45Speaker 1just to make money. But like anything,
24:47Speaker 0anything, like it's a growing industry and there's scientists working on things and there's things that are evolving and getting better and it's only going to get better and better and better as we go. Mean, as any everybody knows it's listening to this, peptides are the rage
25:01Speaker 0for a good reason. Everybody's heard of them. There's a fire behind them blown up because they're freaking amazing, man.
25:09Speaker 0You know what I mean? My old man, like, asked me about them all the time. He won't inject, but like, he asked me about them all the time, man. And if you're if you just so happen to be a doctor, listen to this, I don't, you know, whatever,
25:19Speaker 0and you're prescribing Xanax,
25:22Speaker 0why don't you look into it?
25:24Speaker 0Why don't you look into Selank and just
25:26Speaker 0test it with some of your people and just see if it works? You have a lot of content and data for prescribing
25:34Speaker 0narcotics,
25:35Speaker 0so why don't you try a different approach?
25:38Speaker 0Then a lot of doctors are because We we talk to
25:40Speaker 0talk to many of them. And like us,
25:44Speaker 0they're not trained on it. They're gonna have to do the research just like all of us, man, but
25:49Speaker 0it's coming. It's coming. It is coming. I think people like it or not, it is coming. There are a lot of good, I mean, there's a lot of good doctors, man. I think that Oxytocin scared the hell out of
26:01Speaker 1a lot of doctors and rightfully so and made them check all
26:06Speaker 1of what they
26:08Speaker 1their pharmacology
26:09Speaker 1that they learned,
26:10Speaker 1Like, things work to kill the symptoms the patient is having but at what cost? And
26:17Speaker 1so I know a lot of yes, there are a lot of doctors now who
26:22Speaker 1are really trying to force people to take lifestyle changes or looking for alternatives than the classic narcotics,
26:30Speaker 1is- That's right. Kudos to them.
26:32Speaker 1It's a little bit harder.
26:34Speaker 1It's a little bit harder for everybody, but just this is life, man.
26:37Speaker 0It's interesting because I had gone to a doctor. I don't go to doctors that often very seldom, but because through the last few months, you know, up and down, I've had some of the back problems where I went to the doctor to get some, like, Motrin 800 or whatever those are, and like, they wouldn't even prescribe it to me. Like, I don't know if, like, things have gotten stricter when it comes to any type of I know it's on our narcotic, but I wasn't looking for painkillers. I'm sober. The 1st thing I say to a doctor is, I am in recovery. So if there's a 2nd weakness, I let them know, you know? But I couldn't get it. And I was just blown away by how
27:10Speaker 0Really? Yeah, dude, I was blown away by it. I really needed it and I was kinda a little irritated and I let her know it, but whatever. I'll
27:19Speaker 1just take peptides then later.
27:23Speaker 1Yeah, man. There's there's really cool alternatives. There is
27:27Speaker 1there's peptides for everything and and everything is in in these and there's new ones coming out every day, and we're really trying to be on the cutting edge of
27:34Speaker 1of this
27:35Speaker 1research and I suppose in bringing it to you guys, bringing it to the public and talking about and giving people education on new and upcoming cool things
27:45Speaker 1that are out there.
27:46Speaker 0So
27:48Speaker 0cool. Love being a part of What would you say, let's talk real quickly, 2 more things. Let's talk about what would be really good to run with it in a synergistic type,
27:58Speaker 0framework. What would you say? What would be your 2 or 3 that you would recommend? Well,
28:05Speaker 1I guess I'm gonna say so Semax,
28:08Speaker 1even though we're thinking the, you know, these are kind of opposite things and
28:12Speaker 1why do I
28:14Speaker 1they're just kind of contrary to each other,
28:16Speaker 1they are often used together
28:19Speaker 1to kind of accomplish the same goal where you can be really hyper focused
28:24Speaker 1with good energy,
28:27Speaker 1yet
28:28Speaker 1calm and not stressed out about it when them 2 are used together. Right.
28:34Speaker 1DSIP,
28:35Speaker 1which is Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide, right, just continues that
28:39Speaker 1low cortisol
28:40Speaker 1and therefore
28:42Speaker 1body brain recovery when you're sleeping. So
28:46Speaker 1know, Selank in the morning, DSIP
28:48Speaker 1at night. There's some other Cerebrolysin,
28:53Speaker 1which is a new 1 that we haven't even discussed that we will soon,
28:56Speaker 1that we have and
28:59Speaker 1that's just it, that's another
29:01Speaker 1good, that is more of
29:03Speaker 1heightening your cognition, Right? Really
29:08Speaker 1making your brain not
29:10Speaker 1just kind of calm, but really heightening
29:13Speaker 1the ability of your brain. Right as that.
29:16Speaker 0So there's my that's my answer. I would say 1 of the things that I jumped out at me at 1st is gonna be the Thymosin Alpha-one.
29:23Speaker 0I love that in particular just because of the immunity. So I think those 2 would work really well in boosting the immunity and Epitalon,
29:30Speaker 0obviously.
29:31Speaker 0Obviously, Cmax.
29:33Speaker 0So those would be the 3 that I would. What about dosages? What would you say for anybody that wants to talk about that so we can't talk about it on Instagram? What would that be for you? What do we recommend? Again,
29:44Speaker 1it's pretty it's well tolerated. I think the
29:47Speaker 1general dosing
29:51Speaker 1parameters
29:52Speaker 1are
29:53Speaker 12 50 micrograms
29:56Speaker 1to 1 mg. That's the range, okay? 2 50 micrograms
30:00Speaker 1to 1 mg. I'd say
30:04Speaker 1personally, I've done it, I would say about 400 to 500 micrograms
30:08Speaker 1daily and you
30:10Speaker 1can do that twice a day. You can do it up to twice a day, morning and then early afternoon.
30:17Speaker 1If you are talking about actually, here's my suggestion on mixing,
30:22Speaker 1so if we're talking about subcutaneous injection, these things come
30:25Speaker 1in a 3 ml vial, which is your standard peptide vial. I would mix 2.5
30:31Speaker 1mls of water in there
30:34Speaker 1and then when you draw back to the 10 or 0.1
30:38Speaker 1of a milliliter,
30:40Speaker 1that will equal 400 micrograms.
30:44Speaker 1I would say, hey, if you wanna start low,
30:46Speaker 1do 0.5 of that, that's 200 micrograms.
30:49Speaker 1Personally, I would do the 10 I would do 10 units, 10 to even 20 units, I'm a big big guy, but I'd probably start either at that 5 or 10 unit mark, is 200 or 400 micrograms.
31:00Speaker 0Sermorelin is so different, man.
31:03Speaker 0Everybody is different.
31:05Speaker 0Is
31:06Speaker 0You know what I mean? Especially on different peptides, man. So
31:10Speaker 0just go slow. You can always do more.
31:13Speaker 0Can always You do can't take it back.
31:16Speaker 1Can't pull So out of your
31:19Speaker 1start slow and experiment on yourself.
31:22Speaker 0Yeah, that's good, man. Like I said, I was excited to talk about this 1 again. Just don't know why more people aren't talking about it, so I'm glad that we chose this 1 this week. We'll talk about Semax next week. We'll dig into that and kind of compare them and bring them together even more. But yeah, so anybody that, let's wrap this up, man, anybody that struggles with anxiety,
31:41Speaker 0stress, even focus,
31:43Speaker 0man, this is gonna be something you wanna try. We're not telling that you should. We're telling you should research it and make an educated decision. Then maybe. We're not doctors.
31:51Speaker 0We're not telling you to do anything except for
31:55Speaker 0educate yourself
31:56Speaker 0and
31:58Speaker 1try different things. Yep. That's what works. Yep. Here's a chance to better your life. And if you wanna try
32:04Speaker 1it, go ahead.
32:06Speaker 0Gosh, man. We can keep showing you all these days. Oh, I like it. It's it's freaking it's freaking awesome. So, yeah, there's that. Yeah, baby. Well, right on. That is a podcast for today. Hope everybody has amazing day. We'll catch you next week.
32:19Speaker 1Later. Later.
32:21Speaker 1Later.
