Haas. 0:08 Speaker 1: What's up, man? Always looking snazzy. How you doing, buddy? I'm doing well. It's been 0:14 Speaker 1: it's been kind of a long, full morning so far. 0:17 Speaker 1: But good things. 0:19 Speaker 0: We've been trying to get together on this for 2 hours, and here we are. But, we're gonna crack it out. This 1 is gonna be good. I'm looking forward to it simply because I just don't hear many people talking about it. Like, 0:31 Speaker 0: I just I don't hear other companies. I don't hear people over the internet as much. I'm sure they're out there, but so Selank 0:37 Speaker 0: is going to be the peptide of the week, 0:40 Speaker 0: which is kind of strange to me because the benefits are freaking amazing, man. It really 0:46 Speaker 0: is structured to 0:48 Speaker 0: certain people for sure. 0:50 Speaker 0: But again, I'm interested. I'm looking forward to having this conversation. So I'm gonna hand it over to you, buddy. Tell us a little bit about what it is and what does it do. 1:00 Speaker 1: Sure. So I guess, as always, I'm trying to make this 1:04 Speaker 1: simple. 1:06 Speaker 1: So, 1:07 Speaker 1: Selank is a peptide that 1:11 Speaker 1: is a nootropic, right? It is a like neuropeptide, 1:15 Speaker 1: so the whole goal of this is to work on your brain and it is essentially an angiolytic, 1:21 Speaker 1: which means it calms you down. 1:24 Speaker 1: Think of any like a benzodiazepine, 1:27 Speaker 1: which is Xanax, Valium, Klonopin, 1:29 Speaker 1: etc, 1:30 Speaker 1: which are all narcotic 1:32 Speaker 1: angiolytics 1:33 Speaker 1: that 1:34 Speaker 1: are very effective and FDA approved, 1:37 Speaker 1: but have come with some crazy side effects and severe withdrawals, 1:41 Speaker 1: right? It's not Digging. 1:42 Speaker 1: Yeah, 1:43 Speaker 1: massive addiction to those things. And 1:48 Speaker 1: this is a peptide that is essentially doing the same thing, 1:52 Speaker 1: but without those addictive 1:54 Speaker 1: dependent 1:55 Speaker 1: withdrawal 1:56 Speaker 1: qualities. 1:58 Speaker 0: Let's sit there for 1 sec, because I don't wanna go past that 1 because it's so important, because I think that would be why most people would take it for that reason because the world is anxious. It's in a hurry. Everybody's gotta go, gotta go, gotta go. We want it now. 2:10 Speaker 0: Talk to everybody. They're stressed out. They're anxious, blah, blah, blah. 2:13 Speaker 0: And you go to a doctor, what are they gonna prescribe you? They're going to prescribe you Xanax. We know countless people that got hooked on Xanax, 2:21 Speaker 0: whatever, whatever benzo. 2:23 Speaker 0: And so if this is like the rival of a narcotic, 2:28 Speaker 0: gosh, how rad is that? How rad is that? It's a peptide, man. You're not gonna get addicted to it. So if it's gonna accomplish the same goal, 2:38 Speaker 0: all in, bro. This is that's what I'm saying. Like, this one's amazing. I don't know why more people don't talk about Yeah, no doubt. I think that there's studies done. I mean, a huge, huge amount of our population actually, 2:48 Speaker 1: yeah, suffers from some type of anxiety, 2:52 Speaker 1: whether it be an actual kind of chemical imbalance 2:55 Speaker 1: from birth or 2:57 Speaker 1: circumstances 2:58 Speaker 1: environment caused, 3:00 Speaker 1: but 3:01 Speaker 1: and yeah, dude, we shouldn't be just running for drugs that are gonna be 3:06 Speaker 1: keeping dependent. This is just a chain of amino acids 3:09 Speaker 1: that is, it's boosting your neurotransmitters, It's boosting your GABA, 3:14 Speaker 1: your serotonin, 3:15 Speaker 1: your dopamine, but 3:17 Speaker 1: mostly so there are different neurotransmitters that work different ways in our brains, right? This is boosting the neurotransmitters 3:23 Speaker 1: that 3:24 Speaker 1: so it will enhance mood, so actually kind of, hey, make you a little bit happier but calmer and 3:31 Speaker 1: without 3:32 Speaker 1: making you just drool on yourself and go to sleep. It also it's not going to affect like performance, 3:39 Speaker 1: physical 3:40 Speaker 1: performance. 3:42 Speaker 1: We're not saying, you know, it's not like a tranquilizer. Right? 3:45 Speaker 1: Not a tranquilizer. You can take this and go do an athletic event. That's fine. It's not gonna affect you. You're not gonna just fall asleep. You can do this, you know, before work and just be just fine and it's gonna just kind of take the edge off. 3:59 Speaker 0: That's when it's requested, 4:02 Speaker 0: suggested to take it in the morning, you know, and you say it's not gonna affect you if you're even an athlete. It's structured for like high performance sacks leagues because it's going to raise or focus you. So that would be somebody that would do really well on this, 4:16 Speaker 0: is that raise or focus. Mean, so in what Will has just said, if anybody had missed it, it's going to increase your serotonin. 4:23 Speaker 0: So if anybody doesn't know what that means, it affects your mood, it affects your sex drive, accept your sleep. 4:30 Speaker 0: I mean, serotonin, 4:31 Speaker 0: the importance of serotonin, I could talk about forever, man. I mean, so right there, it's amazing. 4:37 Speaker 1: So if you'd look up as far as the sex drive goes, but the sexual performance, if you look up, 4:43 Speaker 1: well, if you if you do any research on kind of sexual performance for men, 4:49 Speaker 1: a lot of the 4:51 Speaker 1: supplements drugs that are used 4:55 Speaker 1: are nootropics 4:57 Speaker 1: because 4:58 Speaker 1: a lot of sexual performance is a mental thing. 5:02 Speaker 1: The most part, it's really not physical, right? 5:05 Speaker 1: And so this is definitely 5:07 Speaker 1: a 1 that is used for performance because you're relaxed. Right? We're not 5:12 Speaker 1: you're not thinking of all the bad things that could potentially happen 5:16 Speaker 1: in the bedroom if, 5:18 Speaker 1: you know, and so it actually is used 5:21 Speaker 1: extensively for those reasons. 5:24 Speaker 0: Yeah, huge. Those 2 are huge, man. I mean, right there, done, sold, hook, line and sinker. I mean, that's just the beginning too. It's gonna affect your mood. 5:32 Speaker 0: I mean, we live in a world where everybody wants it now. Like, you know, if you slow down and just talk about this subject for a 2nd, 5:39 Speaker 0: I'll talk about myself for a 2nd. I'm on my phone constantly. We work on our phones. We make money from our phones. So like, my face is in my phone. 5:47 Speaker 0: And it's you're it's just everything. Go, go, go, go, go, go. And I can tell you since in since the last year, since I've worked on my phone directly and that's what's made me money, I'm having a hard time 5:58 Speaker 0: shutting it down and like meditating. Like I used to be very calm. I used to do mortgages. So like it was a different type of a chaos. 6:06 Speaker 0: But now, you know what I mean? That's what we're all on our phones mindlessly scrolling, 6:11 Speaker 0: mindlessly scrolling. 6:13 Speaker 0: And 6:14 Speaker 0: I think that's what's 6:16 Speaker 0: countless things, that's what's yielding a lot of like anxiety, 6:20 Speaker 0: stress, because it's just, what's the next? What's the next? Go to the next reel, go to the next reel. It's just, it's just 6:25 Speaker 0: starting to embed in our psychology or our heads just go, go, go, go, you know, and like, so something like this is going to bring that down. And the reason I'm saying that is because I take it and it does, it helps. 6:39 Speaker 1: Yeah, 6:40 Speaker 1: man. I mean, I 2nd that. That's why they say, hey, don't put little kids in front of a TV screen. Right? The flashing just new that teaches them to have a tiny short attention 6:48 Speaker 1: span. Right? 6:50 Speaker 1: And and and for sure, my productivity too. Right? The more I am going going going, I just start 6:57 Speaker 1: going off the knee, you know, the productivity drops down 7:01 Speaker 1: to be I know it myself, like I need to take little centered breaks, 7:07 Speaker 1: close my eyes, whatever, not as you go to sleep, just kind of breathe, say a little prayer usually, 7:12 Speaker 1: and then come back and say, Where are my priorities? And 7:16 Speaker 1: yeah, dude, this will help this will help kind of keep you in that state. 7:20 Speaker 1: So you don't need to take these forced breaks and you can kind of stay calm and check priorities. 7:24 Speaker 1: The other thing is, so like in America, but you say, hey, this hasn't been, it's not talked about a lot, right? This has been, this Enclomiphene has been around for a long time. 7:34 Speaker 1: Since the 1980s, 7:35 Speaker 1: I guess was the 1st research, 7:37 Speaker 1: but 7:38 Speaker 1: in Russia, it is the equivalent of our 7:42 Speaker 1: FDA approval 7:43 Speaker 1: for actual like general anxiety disorder. They are 7:48 Speaker 1: prescribing it 7:50 Speaker 1: When you go to a doctor, are prescribing this instead of 7:54 Speaker 1: Xanax, 7:55 Speaker 1: which is rad. Good for them. So rad. So 7:58 Speaker 1: it's safe, it's been 8:01 Speaker 1: it's safe, it's being used and 8:04 Speaker 1: it's actually effective. 8:05 Speaker 1: I'd say that 8:07 Speaker 1: for people out here trying it, give it 2 weeks, right? They say that the actual the real benefits are gonna start after 2 weeks of consistent 8:15 Speaker 1: use. Now, heck, some people feel it the next day. Great. 8:19 Speaker 1: But if you're somebody who wants to try it, 8:23 Speaker 1: don't quit. Don't stop after 1 day. 8:26 Speaker 1: Like, I'm say, man, get it- Get it work. Get it at least 2 2 weeks, folks. Again, talking about people want things now. 8:33 Speaker 0: We've talked about this so many times, and I wanna sit on it for a 2nd, because the more 8:38 Speaker 0: obviously we grow and we learn and we study, we work with more people, we get more feedback and talk with other people in our industry, 8:46 Speaker 0: we learn and we grow. And we're constantly 8:49 Speaker 0: realizing 8:50 Speaker 0: that 8:51 Speaker 0: these need to be ran for longer periods to really 8:56 Speaker 0: get the true benefit. 8:59 Speaker 0: Is going to work in 3 days, man. It's 9:02 Speaker 0: not a narcotic. It's not Xanax. So you're not going to get that effect. And like same thing with like peptides compared to steroids. It's not a steroid. You're not going to get that instant, like 9:13 Speaker 0: really quick getting big muscles, right? It's a peptide. It's different. It's gonna affect you different. But ran in longevity, 9:20 Speaker 0: they're chains of amino acids. You can run them for longevity, 9:23 Speaker 1: unlike those other things. Right. So just be a little patient and use your work ethic. 9:29 Speaker 1: Yeah. And they will help. They all will work. But sorry, like, you know, it's not miracle snap your fingers, 9:36 Speaker 1: but these things do do work. If you put a little bit of work work in it and do everything else around 9:41 Speaker 1: around you right. 9:43 Speaker 0: Another thing that it does is it works with, it gets rid of, 9:48 Speaker 0: what is it, oxidated stress, which is like free radicals and things in the air, things that your body can't fight off. 9:56 Speaker 0: So that was 1 for me that was pretty rad that I liked 10:00 Speaker 0: kind of digging into was because, 10:02 Speaker 0: the world is just full of just crap 10:05 Speaker 0: air, so much stuff, toxins and everything. 10:08 Speaker 0: Our bodies are good at adapting, 10:11 Speaker 0: you know, but like we are putting seed oils and breathing in all kinds of other crap that our bodies really weren't supposed to do. 10:19 Speaker 0: So Selank is going to be the 1, 1 of the, 1 of the ones that are going to really help boost the immunity and help you fight those things, you know? So 10:28 Speaker 0: that's another thing, reason. Again, I think most people will take it for the anxiety type part, but it's a multilevel peptide that really does a lot of stuff, that being a huge 1 in the world we live in, that's for sure. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, it's 10:41 Speaker 1: basically a synthetic analog of Tufson, 10:44 Speaker 1: which 10:46 Speaker 1: is kind of immuno hormone. 10:49 Speaker 1: So that's where it has its roots, really in your immune system 10:54 Speaker 1: and then 10:56 Speaker 1: transferring to your brain. So it is 10:59 Speaker 1: neuroprotective. 11:01 Speaker 1: It's gonna protect your brain and keep your 11:05 Speaker 1: I don't want to say boost your entire body's immune system because that's not exactly right, but it is gonna be neuroprotective. 11:12 Speaker 1: You know, the other thing is, 11:14 Speaker 1: guys, so if we're talking about building muscle, right, we know folks that building muscle and burning fat, right, cortisol is our stress hormone. So 11:24 Speaker 1: our body works like we are cavemen 11:26 Speaker 1: still, okay? Our body thinks we're cavemen, right? When we are stressed out, when we're stressed, 11:32 Speaker 1: low on sleep, 11:34 Speaker 1: hell, you drank alcohol, it's poison, your body is stressed, right? 11:38 Speaker 1: All of these things are now cortisol hormone is shooting up, right? And it does that, what happens when 11:46 Speaker 1: that happens is our body starts breaking our muscle down, 11:50 Speaker 1: turning it into sugar, filling our blood with sugar, 11:53 Speaker 1: so we have 11:55 Speaker 1: quick energy and quick reaction 11:57 Speaker 1: and we have energies 11:59 Speaker 1: in case we have to fight a bear off in a cave with no food and it's freezing outside. Right? That's the whole point of cortisol, right? It's not really useful nowadays, but 12:10 Speaker 1: so if your cortisol hormone is if your cortisol is elevated, 12:14 Speaker 1: you will not be burning fat ever. You will not be building muscle. In fact, the body's doing the opposite. It's breaking muscle down and 12:21 Speaker 1: filling out sugar and creating and then storing fat that's not used. So we 12:26 Speaker 1: say when you're asleep is when you build the majority of your muscle because your body is in this non stressed out state and it can finally rebuild because cortisol is gone. So this stuff will reduce your cortisol. It's going to keep you in 12:43 Speaker 1: this relaxed, 12:44 Speaker 1: angiolytic 12:45 Speaker 1: state. 12:47 Speaker 1: So throughout the day, you have a much better chance of actually burning fat and growing muscle and not just at night. And why it's, you know, couple this with like DSIP, 12:58 Speaker 1: which is Delta Sleep Inducing Beta, which 13:01 Speaker 1: puts you 13:02 Speaker 1: in that perfect restorative 13:05 Speaker 1: sleep 13:06 Speaker 1: faster and maximizes that 13:09 Speaker 1: so you can 13:10 Speaker 1: get your gains. And talk about, you know, there's your body, that's when our brain goes from short term memory to long term memory. 13:17 Speaker 1: And so 13:18 Speaker 1: together, 13:19 Speaker 1: this can do a lot for your body when taking consistently and 13:23 Speaker 0: you practicing correct life habits as well. I mean, what you just said was rad, bro. I mean, I don't think that many people are going to stop and really think through things like that. When your cortisone is high, you're not going to burn fat and turns into sugar. I mean, that's rad, man. You know? 13:38 Speaker 0: So if this stuff is going to help, whether you knew that or not, you know, this is going to bring that, 13:45 Speaker 0: it's going to bring you down to a calm state and it's going to bring you to a focused state, you know? And again, for me in particular, that's huge for me just because, again, with so much going on for me, even I'm not even an anxious person ever. I didn't even like benzos. Those are the 1 drug I didn't like 14:01 Speaker 0: because I'm not an anxious person at all. But the chaos of the world is yielding that for everybody. Everybody wants it now. They want it now. Want it now. They're like, go to a restaurant. I know everybody has. Go to a restaurant. Does anybody talk? No. Face is in phone, dude. Your face is in a damn phone scrolling and there's no conversation. It's just go, go, go, go, go. You know what I mean? So if you have something that is not a narcotic 14:26 Speaker 0: sold to you by the pharmaceutical companies, want to hook you and you can get that same effect by chains of amino acids. Where do I sign? Everybody, there's so many people 14:38 Speaker 0: that will benefit from this. It's endless. Endless. It's 14:43 Speaker 1: being used in recovery settings as well for withdrawals 14:46 Speaker 1: from 14:47 Speaker 1: benzos. 14:49 Speaker 1: Benzos and alcohol, benzodiazepine and alcohol are the 2 things that withdrawals can kill you because you have a seizure. And so 14:57 Speaker 1: they're not this is not an anti seizure so it's not used to taper you off that fact but it sure is used to taper you off 15:04 Speaker 1: the crazy 15:05 Speaker 1: anxiety you get when going through with benzo withdrawal. 15:10 Speaker 0: So 15:11 Speaker 1: getting all, I would say, I mean, it is being used to get off of benzos but the asterisk there is be careful, 15:20 Speaker 1: don't go at home and just try to stop benzos and use this because you still are at seizure risk. 15:25 Speaker 1: Never seen someone coming off benzos or alcohol. It's a doozy. That's not fun. And the benzos especially lasts a long time. Yeah, 15:35 Speaker 0: let's talk a little bit about, 15:37 Speaker 0: and this one's kind of an easy 1, it needs to be discussed. Let's talk a little bit about who would benefit the most from taking this. 15:46 Speaker 1: So 15:47 Speaker 1: if 15:48 Speaker 1: you have a general anxiety disorder, if you are an anxious person, okay, and you are taking any type 15:55 Speaker 1: of calming medication, like we said benzos or even 15:59 Speaker 1: antidepressants, 16:02 Speaker 1: specifically 16:03 Speaker 1: Zoloft is 1 that's a serotonin 16:06 Speaker 1: reuptake inhibitor, so that just increases your serotonin. Your serotonin is your neurotransmitter that makes you happy but calm. 16:14 Speaker 1: So those of you who are going to a doctor and getting that prescribed, 16:19 Speaker 1: this is a great thing for you to get off of that. 16:23 Speaker 1: So anybody anybody with general anxiety disorder, 16:27 Speaker 1: absolutely, 16:28 Speaker 1: take it. Anybody who is, yeah, preparing or ready to or or preparing for some big stressful 16:34 Speaker 1: event, 16:35 Speaker 1: whether it be physical or mental, great. 16:38 Speaker 0: Or stressful job that you're working to, like an EMT, emergency room doctor, 16:44 Speaker 0: anybody that's in a high or any type of like a high, 16:48 Speaker 0: you know, like these 16:49 Speaker 0: guys that skate these huge, 0.5 vibes. It's a razor focus and it's gonna calm you down so you can focus more. Mean, that's huge. So any type of like 16:58 Speaker 0: person that has any type of that type of stressful job that's intense, this would they would you would shine on this. Absolutely. 17:07 Speaker 1: And and 17:08 Speaker 1: like I said, 17:09 Speaker 1: you're trying to gain some you're trying to get build muscle or burn fat? 17:13 Speaker 1: Yeah, do it. Like, see there's a lot of professional bodybuilders who's who who smoke pot, 17:19 Speaker 1: and the reason they do that is so their body can be in this non stressed out state. If I smoke pot, I'm stressed I'm 17:26 Speaker 1: stressed to the max, so that doesn't work for me, but 17:29 Speaker 1: I hate it. But 17:31 Speaker 1: some people, right, is that's why it puts them in this calm state, now their body is burning fat and building muscle throughout the day. So 17:39 Speaker 1: those of you who are trying to get gains or fat burning, 17:43 Speaker 1: also 17:44 Speaker 1: run it. 17:46 Speaker 0: What about people that probably shouldn't take it? Anybody that's probably 17:51 Speaker 0: shouldn't take it? 17:52 Speaker 1: I mean, 17:54 Speaker 1: know, pregnant women, nursing women, children, okay? 17:59 Speaker 1: People with potential like autoimmune 18:02 Speaker 1: disorders, 18:02 Speaker 1: okay? Again, it's mimicking this Tufsen, which has its roots 18:07 Speaker 1: of 18:08 Speaker 1: increasing your immune system, and so an autoimmune disorder is an overactive immune system, and so 18:14 Speaker 1: there could be some co applications 18:17 Speaker 1: you 18:18 Speaker 1: know, yeah, we don't wanna boost the immune system that's already doing too much. 18:23 Speaker 1: Other than that, you know, it's really safe. It's really well tolerated and safe. 18:28 Speaker 0: I mean, and everybody listening, when we get to this part of the conversation, 18:32 Speaker 0: it's gonna be a lot similar every time, you know, obviously 18:35 Speaker 0: breastfeeding women, you know, children. I mean, I'm getting more and more questions on through my channel about children. Can I get my son BPC? 18:43 Speaker 0: It's starting to arise. So those are the things that are starting to come, but, those would be what we would recommend. Probably somebody super old that doesn't really, isn't gonna benefit from it much, 18:54 Speaker 1: you know? But, let's talk about dosages. Well, I don't know about that. I actually think that that's probably a good idea. Those of us who are getting old and are cognitively 19:02 Speaker 1: declining 19:03 Speaker 1: I wouldn't say honestly, I'm not cognitively declining yet but 19:08 Speaker 1: it is neuroprotective, 19:09 Speaker 1: right? It's going to increase cognition a bit, especially mixed with Cmax, and we could do Cmax 19:15 Speaker 1: next week, which is just, I mean, the basic think of that as the opposite deal, right? It is instead of calming, it's giving you energy. 19:24 Speaker 1: And those people with general anxiety disorder, probably not a good idea to take Semax, 19:29 Speaker 1: because it might give you a little bit too much energy and heighten that anxiety. 19:32 Speaker 1: But more 19:34 Speaker 1: often than not, those 2 are combined 19:37 Speaker 1: together. 19:38 Speaker 1: I still always like to tell people, Just try 1 at a time. Don't start off with just both. It's always good to see 19:47 Speaker 1: what 19:48 Speaker 0: 1 specific thing is doing to your body. Right. Yeah, that's hard to do because if you're taking numerous like myself, mean, which 1 is actually doing what? I got a question for you, man. What, in your opinion, you know, and especially because we have, you know, our 20:03 Speaker 0: feet on the ground in regards to this industry, so we see a lot more than most, you know, having a peptide company. 20:08 Speaker 0: Why would you say, I mean, we've seen some increases in Selank for sure recently, 20:14 Speaker 0: but like, it's not 1 talked about. I'm curious what your take is, because I haven't asked you this. So what would be your take why this is something that's not talked about by 20:23 Speaker 0: as much as like some of the bigger peptides? You know, it kind of falls at the wayside for most people out there. I think that most people who are actually using peptides are looking for their body to change. 20:36 Speaker 0: Weight loss. Yeah. So 20:39 Speaker 1: weight loss, muscle gain, injury, healing, 20:43 Speaker 1: they're not 20:44 Speaker 1: really looking for that cognitive 20:48 Speaker 1: edge, any nootropic. Also, those people who are looking for 20:53 Speaker 1: their body to change are 20:56 Speaker 1: probably more 20:57 Speaker 1: apt to experiment and 21:00 Speaker 1: poke themselves with a needle because they are more like physical robust type people. 21:05 Speaker 1: The people who 21:07 Speaker 1: want your brain cognition 21:10 Speaker 1: are the nerdy 21:11 Speaker 1: people, 21:12 Speaker 1: and this is a true it's a huge generalization, 21:14 Speaker 1: so it's a you know, but I guess 21:17 Speaker 1: are people who are more brain focused and definitely not wanting to poke themselves with a needle? 21:24 Speaker 0: Let's talk about that because 1 thing that we have been discussing with Warrior Makers is going to be the nasal spray because it actually does really well in nasal spray. And I know some people don't want to bug themselves. It's just we know that. I mean, it's only gonna be a fraction of the people of society that will actually, my dad won't do it. He should be taking BPC-one hundred 57. It is what it is. 21:44 Speaker 0: But 21:45 Speaker 0: Selank does really well in a nasal spray, so I know we are working on that as we speak. 21:50 Speaker 1: We are, right. In the nasal spray, right, hey, I mean, it's right here, right? It's going, it's getting right into your brain. 21:57 Speaker 1: We are 21:58 Speaker 1: working on it. It will probably be out very soon. 22:01 Speaker 1: You may, those of you at home, 22:04 Speaker 1: the problem is most peptides 22:07 Speaker 1: need to be refrigerated after reconstitution. 22:10 Speaker 1: And in a nasal spray, it will come reconstituted. 22:14 Speaker 1: So that is our that's 22:16 Speaker 1: the hiccup is 22:19 Speaker 1: mixing it and transport while staying cold 22:22 Speaker 1: or asking 22:26 Speaker 1: people to do it. Yeah, that's why we pay a chemist. We're figuring it out and probably within a week, 22:31 Speaker 1: we'll have that out. And not that it works better, 22:36 Speaker 0: not that it really works better, it's just we can reach more people. Tap into people that aren't just willing to do it. And I mean, anybody who listens to this has been following some worry maker and just any other company, it doesn't matter. 22:47 Speaker 0: Know, Will and I have talked about this and discussed this numerous times, man, and we're really starting to get outside of the box as much as we can and try to generate more peptides, 22:58 Speaker 0: maybe in pill form, 22:59 Speaker 0: like the serum, the face serum and things like that, because there just aren't gonna be everybody that's gonna do it. And sometimes 23:05 Speaker 0: when you taste a little bit of it and you realize how amazing it is, you might inject a peptide because you're going to get the best 23:13 Speaker 0: bang for your buck and get what it really does with the injection. But if a nasal spray works well and you go, Wow, maybe I'll try the injection because it might work a little better, then there you go, whatever. And if some people don't ever, then they don't. It is what it is. But our goal as 23:29 Speaker 0: people that love health, people that love peptides and own a peptide company is to really get to the masses of how freaking amazing 23:37 Speaker 0: they are. 23:38 Speaker 1: I know. And I love getting text messages and emails saying, you know, so and so, hey, I tried this and I didn't think it was gonna work and holy shit, like, look at my, I mean, people I just got 1 yesterday, sent out to everybody. Look at my stats of my autoimmune disorder. 23:53 Speaker 1: And 23:54 Speaker 1: she sent us this graph from her doctor and it is like it's gone. 23:59 Speaker 1: So that is 24:02 Speaker 1: that's the sweet spot. That's kind of really why 24:04 Speaker 1: we do this because it's 24:07 Speaker 1: awesome. It is really actually helping people, So I wish more people could enjoy that. 24:13 Speaker 1: Yeah, dude, that's our goal is to try to get it in different forms but here but we will not compromise. We're not just gonna push something out if it doesn't work in a pill form, you know. I know that there are a lot of companies out there that 24:27 Speaker 1: have converted everything into some type of form where you don't inject, 24:31 Speaker 1: but we're not willing to do that because I know for a fact that most of those do nothing, right? They're just not bioavailable. 24:39 Speaker 1: Sorry folks, we're not gonna yeah, we're not gonna compromise 24:44 Speaker 1: its effectiveness 24:45 Speaker 1: just to make money. But like anything, 24:47 Speaker 0: anything, like it's a growing industry and there's scientists working on things and there's things that are evolving and getting better and it's only going to get better and better and better as we go. Mean, as any everybody knows it's listening to this, peptides are the rage 25:01 Speaker 0: for a good reason. Everybody's heard of them. There's a fire behind them blown up because they're freaking amazing, man. 25:09 Speaker 0: You know what I mean? My old man, like, asked me about them all the time. He won't inject, but like, he asked me about them all the time, man. And if you're if you just so happen to be a doctor, listen to this, I don't, you know, whatever, 25:19 Speaker 0: and you're prescribing Xanax, 25:22 Speaker 0: why don't you look into it? 25:24 Speaker 0: Why don't you look into Selank and just 25:26 Speaker 0: test it with some of your people and just see if it works? You have a lot of content and data for prescribing 25:34 Speaker 0: narcotics, 25:35 Speaker 0: so why don't you try a different approach? 25:38 Speaker 0: Then a lot of doctors are because We we talk to 25:40 Speaker 0: talk to many of them. And like us, 25:44 Speaker 0: they're not trained on it. They're gonna have to do the research just like all of us, man, but 25:49 Speaker 0: it's coming. It's coming. It is coming. I think people like it or not, it is coming. There are a lot of good, I mean, there's a lot of good doctors, man. I think that Oxytocin scared the hell out of 26:01 Speaker 1: a lot of doctors and rightfully so and made them check all 26:06 Speaker 1: of what they 26:08 Speaker 1: their pharmacology 26:09 Speaker 1: that they learned, 26:10 Speaker 1: Like, things work to kill the symptoms the patient is having but at what cost? And 26:17 Speaker 1: so I know a lot of yes, there are a lot of doctors now who 26:22 Speaker 1: are really trying to force people to take lifestyle changes or looking for alternatives than the classic narcotics, 26:30 Speaker 1: is- That's right. Kudos to them. 26:32 Speaker 1: It's a little bit harder. 26:34 Speaker 1: It's a little bit harder for everybody, but just this is life, man. 26:37 Speaker 0: It's interesting because I had gone to a doctor. I don't go to doctors that often very seldom, but because through the last few months, you know, up and down, I've had some of the back problems where I went to the doctor to get some, like, Motrin 800 or whatever those are, and like, they wouldn't even prescribe it to me. Like, I don't know if, like, things have gotten stricter when it comes to any type of I know it's on our narcotic, but I wasn't looking for painkillers. I'm sober. The 1st thing I say to a doctor is, I am in recovery. So if there's a 2nd weakness, I let them know, you know? But I couldn't get it. And I was just blown away by how 27:10 Speaker 0: Really? Yeah, dude, I was blown away by it. I really needed it and I was kinda a little irritated and I let her know it, but whatever. I'll 27:19 Speaker 1: just take peptides then later. 27:23 Speaker 1: Yeah, man. There's there's really cool alternatives. There is 27:27 Speaker 1: there's peptides for everything and and everything is in in these and there's new ones coming out every day, and we're really trying to be on the cutting edge of 27:34 Speaker 1: of this 27:35 Speaker 1: research and I suppose in bringing it to you guys, bringing it to the public and talking about and giving people education on new and upcoming cool things 27:45 Speaker 1: that are out there. 27:46 Speaker 0: So 27:48 Speaker 0: cool. Love being a part of What would you say, let's talk real quickly, 2 more things. Let's talk about what would be really good to run with it in a synergistic type, 27:58 Speaker 0: framework. What would you say? What would be your 2 or 3 that you would recommend? Well, 28:05 Speaker 1: I guess I'm gonna say so Semax, 28:08 Speaker 1: even though we're thinking the, you know, these are kind of opposite things and 28:12 Speaker 1: why do I 28:14 Speaker 1: they're just kind of contrary to each other, 28:16 Speaker 1: they are often used together 28:19 Speaker 1: to kind of accomplish the same goal where you can be really hyper focused 28:24 Speaker 1: with good energy, 28:27 Speaker 1: yet 28:28 Speaker 1: calm and not stressed out about it when them 2 are used together. Right. 28:34 Speaker 1: DSIP, 28:35 Speaker 1: which is Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide, right, just continues that 28:39 Speaker 1: low cortisol 28:40 Speaker 1: and therefore 28:42 Speaker 1: body brain recovery when you're sleeping. So 28:46 Speaker 1: know, Selank in the morning, DSIP 28:48 Speaker 1: at night. There's some other Cerebrolysin, 28:53 Speaker 1: which is a new 1 that we haven't even discussed that we will soon, 28:56 Speaker 1: that we have and 28:59 Speaker 1: that's just it, that's another 29:01 Speaker 1: good, that is more of 29:03 Speaker 1: heightening your cognition, Right? Really 29:08 Speaker 1: making your brain not 29:10 Speaker 1: just kind of calm, but really heightening 29:13 Speaker 1: the ability of your brain. Right as that. 29:16 Speaker 0: So there's my that's my answer. I would say 1 of the things that I jumped out at me at 1st is gonna be the Thymosin Alpha-one. 29:23 Speaker 0: I love that in particular just because of the immunity. So I think those 2 would work really well in boosting the immunity and Epitalon, 29:30 Speaker 0: obviously. 29:31 Speaker 0: Obviously, Cmax. 29:33 Speaker 0: So those would be the 3 that I would. What about dosages? What would you say for anybody that wants to talk about that so we can't talk about it on Instagram? What would that be for you? What do we recommend? Again, 29:44 Speaker 1: it's pretty it's well tolerated. I think the 29:47 Speaker 1: general dosing 29:51 Speaker 1: parameters 29:52 Speaker 1: are 29:53 Speaker 1: 2 50 micrograms 29:56 Speaker 1: to 1 mg. That's the range, okay? 2 50 micrograms 30:00 Speaker 1: to 1 mg. I'd say 30:04 Speaker 1: personally, I've done it, I would say about 400 to 500 micrograms 30:08 Speaker 1: daily and you 30:10 Speaker 1: can do that twice a day. You can do it up to twice a day, morning and then early afternoon. 30:17 Speaker 1: If you are talking about actually, here's my suggestion on mixing, 30:22 Speaker 1: so if we're talking about subcutaneous injection, these things come 30:25 Speaker 1: in a 3 ml vial, which is your standard peptide vial. I would mix 2.5 30:31 Speaker 1: mls of water in there 30:34 Speaker 1: and then when you draw back to the 10 or 0.1 30:38 Speaker 1: of a milliliter, 30:40 Speaker 1: that will equal 400 micrograms. 30:44 Speaker 1: I would say, hey, if you wanna start low, 30:46 Speaker 1: do 0.5 of that, that's 200 micrograms. 30:49 Speaker 1: Personally, I would do the 10 I would do 10 units, 10 to even 20 units, I'm a big big guy, but I'd probably start either at that 5 or 10 unit mark, is 200 or 400 micrograms. 31:00 Speaker 0: Sermorelin is so different, man. 31:03 Speaker 0: Everybody is different. 31:05 Speaker 0: Is 31:06 Speaker 0: You know what I mean? Especially on different peptides, man. So 31:10 Speaker 0: just go slow. You can always do more. 31:13 Speaker 0: Can always You do can't take it back. 31:16 Speaker 1: Can't pull So out of your 31:19 Speaker 1: start slow and experiment on yourself. 31:22 Speaker 0: Yeah, that's good, man. Like I said, I was excited to talk about this 1 again. Just don't know why more people aren't talking about it, so I'm glad that we chose this 1 this week. We'll talk about Semax next week. We'll dig into that and kind of compare them and bring them together even more. But yeah, so anybody that, let's wrap this up, man, anybody that struggles with anxiety, 31:41 Speaker 0: stress, even focus, 31:43 Speaker 0: man, this is gonna be something you wanna try. We're not telling that you should. We're telling you should research it and make an educated decision. Then maybe. We're not doctors. 31:51 Speaker 0: We're not telling you to do anything except for 31:55 Speaker 0: educate yourself 31:56 Speaker 0: and 31:58 Speaker 1: try different things. Yep. That's what works. Yep. Here's a chance to better your life. And if you wanna try 32:04 Speaker 1: it, go ahead. 32:06 Speaker 0: Gosh, man. We can keep showing you all these days. Oh, I like it. It's it's freaking it's freaking awesome. So, yeah, there's that. Yeah, baby. Well, right on. That is a podcast for today. Hope everybody has amazing day. We'll catch you next week. 32:19 Speaker 1: Later. Later. 32:21 Speaker 1: Later.
