0:09Speaker 0Welcome back to the Peptide of the Week, my friends.
0:13Speaker 0Welcome back. Welcome back. My name is JD Denim. I'm your host, and always
0:18Speaker 0across the way is my good buddy,
0:20Speaker 0mister William T. Haws. What's going on, brother? What's up, man?
0:25Speaker 1How was your day? How's life?
0:28Speaker 1It's good, man. I went to worked out this morning like normal. My guess, my friend got married,
0:34Speaker 1my 2 friends, well, on
0:36Speaker 1a Tuesday at
0:38Speaker 102:00PM.
0:41Speaker 1Don't you guys work? Yeah. Right.
0:44Speaker 1But, well, he's a banker, so
0:47Speaker 1he doesn't really work, you know?
0:50Speaker 1Know. Well buttons and makes a bunch of money. But
0:54Speaker 1that was cool, man. I don't know. I've never experienced Solvang.
0:58Speaker 1It's like a little
1:00Speaker 1Dutch
1:01Speaker 1town in California near Santa Barbara.
1:04Speaker 1Oh, yeah.
1:05Speaker 1And it rained hard on us, and I'm quite impressed by my girlfriend driving in the rain. She's pretty good. There you go. She drove in Hawaii like our big ass truck
1:15Speaker 1in the morning rain, and I actually, like, trust her. And I swear to god, like, she's athletic.
1:19Speaker 1It's actually fun. Like, I she wants to go, like, play catch with me,
1:23Speaker 1like, throw a football with me.
1:25Speaker 1She can throw throw very well. Her catching ability is kind of deadened by her not wanting to break a nail when catching a football, but,
1:35Speaker 1I don't know. I trust her. That's cool.
1:37Speaker 0So I'll check that 1 off. Yeah. Exactly.
1:41Speaker 1Because we want athletic kids.
1:43Speaker 0Good stuff. I did too. I lifted legs today and man, it's been 1
1:47Speaker 0month today since I have had my back surgery. And man, I'm amazed how
1:51Speaker 0well I have healed.
1:54Speaker 0Man, just feels great, I lifted a little bit heavier. It felt great. Man, I feel so good. I feel so good. How do you people who don't work out, not work out? Don't
2:03Speaker 1get it. Yeah, no shit. Gosh. Right? Gosh, a leader.
2:07Speaker 1Wow. Like a freaking lion. Right. A couple of things I learned, you know, that
2:13Speaker 1if I'm not feeling right, I'm like, God, I just don't feel good. Right? Go to gym. Probably because I haven't worked out in a couple of days.
2:21Speaker 1You know? That just helps my brain live.
2:24Speaker 1Also, probably haven't had sex in a couple of days. And
2:28Speaker 1both of those, like, cause anxiety and not feeling good.
2:35Speaker 1But, yeah,
2:37Speaker 0I agree. I'm glad you're feeling better, dude. Yeah. You saw some of my worries about it. Man, oh.
2:44Speaker 0For you know, the cool thing, though, the cool thing, you know, and then we'll get into this podcast is, for those of you that struggle and like because I had so many people reach out to me, don't get the surgery. Don't get the surgery. Look at me, man. I it's been a month and I'm lifting at the gym fairly heavy, almost at full capacity, dude. So if you are someone that doesn't I'm a big I'm a fan of surgery. It has done me well. I've had numerous, but I'm telling you, man, it gets me in the gym faster.
3:08Speaker 0Works for me, brother. Don't rehurt yourself, please. But I
3:13Speaker 1agree. I'm proponent
3:15Speaker 1of surgery.
3:17Speaker 1Hell, fix me now. If you can fix me, then let's just do it and get it over with. But then again, I've had no bad experiences.
3:23Speaker 1Well, I guess, you know, I guess I had a surgery where they went to I was complaining of, like, I don't know, like a hernia. They thought I maybe had an inguinal hernia. They couldn't find it on a
3:33Speaker 1they couldn't find it using their ultrasound. So they said, Well, that's probably what it is. So they did the surgery.
3:39Speaker 1I woke up. I'm like, Well, pain is still right there, like in the crevice of my groin.
3:44Speaker 1And the surgeon comes in and goes, Well, we opened you up and we didn't see any hernia.
3:50Speaker 1But we still put metal mesh on both sides of your stomach and lined your stomach with metal mesh.
3:55Speaker 0Thanks, doc.
3:56Speaker 1I'm like, Well, thanks.
3:58Speaker 0I'm sorry. Did I ask for that? Yeah.
4:01Speaker 1And
4:02Speaker 1yeah, it didn't heal anything. So literally, the only thing that healed me was like 5, 6 years later,
4:07Speaker 1I did 9 weeks, 8 weeks of TB-five hundred as well as
4:12Speaker 1I mean, I went to Beverly Hills surgeons, right, and trying to find, like, the best anybody who could heal the issue. And I had what is called a sports hernia. It's not really a hernia. It's just a tendon from my groin that's, like, torn off of my pelvis. Yeah. And 8 weeks of TB-five hundred and some
4:27Speaker 1hip mobility. And literally, I woke up 1 day and was like, Holy shit. This is not there anymore. This does not hurt, and it's been gone ever since. I mean, it hurt me for 10 years. I had to lift my own leg rolling over in bed.
4:41Speaker 1Just becomes the norm, dude. Miracle. Yeah, right. You just I like knew I like gave up. Alright. I'll never jump off 1 foot. I'll never sprint ever again. That's fine.
4:50Speaker 0Entering peptides. Yeah, absolutely. And it healed me. Wonder why everybody's seeking and trying to find them. Because
4:56Speaker 0they work.
4:58Speaker 0They work. Well, that's a good segue into it. So today,
5:01Speaker 0my friends, we are going to do an episode on Nootropics.
5:04Speaker 0It's gonna be an episode on that. And we've talked about like Selank and Semax, so we're not gonna talk much about those 2 that would fit within this. So today, we're gonna dip into 3. We're gonna do PE-2228,
5:18Speaker 0Pinealon,
5:19Speaker 0and finally, a Cerebrolysin.
5:22Speaker 0So we're gonna do those 3.
5:24Speaker 0They're all similar, but they also do different things.
5:29Speaker 0Once you start reading into what they do, you're gonna probably wanna take them because they are awesome. They sound awesome. And the more you dig into this, you're like, that sounds great. I should do that. You know what I mean? Especially for people,
5:42Speaker 0older people that are getting older, brain fog.
5:46Speaker 0Know, for me, Alzheimer's
5:48Speaker 0runs in my family,
5:49Speaker 0for people like that. So these are gonna be the episodes for you people that,
5:55Speaker 0you know, have that in your family.
5:57Speaker 0So let's start, Will, let's start with PE-22.28.
6:01Speaker 1Tell us, like always, a little bit about it and why should we take it? Sure. So I guess the 1 thing that we ought to note is, like, all of these we're gonna talk about
6:12Speaker 1PE-2228
6:14Speaker 1cerebrolysin
6:15Speaker 1and pinealon,
6:17Speaker 1pinealon, I don't know, however you wanna say it. Prefer pinealon, but Right. That's how I see it. All 3 of them are,
6:24Speaker 1like, not FDA approved. Okay? And there's still there's not,
6:29Speaker 1like a whole bunch of human
6:31Speaker 1clinical trials. So these are all
6:35Speaker 1still somewhat
6:37Speaker 1experimental,
6:38Speaker 1although, again, they're just little chains of amino acids that you see
6:41Speaker 1on your protein
6:44Speaker 1tub that you get. You're like, Oh, I recognize those 3. 0, you just put those 3 in the chain but
6:49Speaker 1made them at the right amounts.
6:51Speaker 1And holy shit, it signals something in my body to actually help. So,
6:56Speaker 0yeah, I mean, my experience, there's nothing, you know, there's nothing side effects, but there's not a whole lot of human trials. Well, think about that. Let's sit there for a 2nd. Like, think about that. So they can't be any worse than the damn pharmaceuticals people are taking. I mean, that stuff's just jacking people up, their guts. I mean, you know what I mean? Like, chains of amino acids, I choose,
7:17Speaker 0you know, not FDA chain of amino acids over the pharmaceuticals any day. 100%.
7:23Speaker 0Personally.
7:24Speaker 0So- As you can see, like- like FDA and that means something to you, that's rad. For me, not so much. Not so much. Not so much. Right.
7:32Speaker 1So,
7:33Speaker 1okay, so PE-22.28,
7:35Speaker 1just think of it
7:37Speaker 1as it this 1 is kind of basically an antidepressant.
7:40Speaker 1Right? It is focused on changing your actual mood
7:43Speaker 1as
7:45Speaker 1opposed to the other ones talk about, like, regenerating
7:47Speaker 1and repairing
7:49Speaker 1or shielding
7:53Speaker 1cognitive issues, right? So PE-2228
7:55Speaker 1is a very fast acting it's like a synthetic of this protein spaden, except for it works faster and lasts longer.
8:04Speaker 1And it will it essentially
8:07Speaker 1it's a blocker of this we're not gonna get too scientific here, but
8:13Speaker 1it essentially makes your neurons that normally like, if you are feeling, I don't know,
8:18Speaker 1not very reactive,
8:20Speaker 1not very like, if you're on Xanax and nothing really makes you happy, you know, you know, just kind of dull and gray,
8:27Speaker 1it is gonna wake up those
8:29Speaker 1the connections between your neurotransmitters and allow you to, like, wow, see the beauty in things, right? Be happy and laugh. That's huge. Smile.
8:38Speaker 1And it works pretty fast and it's pretty damn effective.
8:41Speaker 1Yeah. So
8:42Speaker 1you don't wanna do too much
8:45Speaker 1just like most things. Right? Like, hey, most stimulants, right, there are stimulants. You do a lot, it makes you, like, tired,
8:53Speaker 1like way too much. So kind of the same thing here.
8:57Speaker 1But, yeah, antidepressant is really going
9:00Speaker 1help your cognition,
9:02Speaker 1help your memory,
9:04Speaker 1reduce brain fog like a lot of these others. But really, I'd say mood,
9:08Speaker 1increasing
9:09Speaker 1happiness,
9:10Speaker 1ability to yeah.
9:13Speaker 0People that are depressed,
9:15Speaker 0people that are struggling with lack of motivation,
9:18Speaker 0which is so common.
9:20Speaker 0I mean, out there, I mean, we deal with it every day because we work in a fitness type industry and
9:26Speaker 0people are overweight, they're out of shape, they eat like crap, and they have no motivation. So if that's somebody that's you, this might be something that's going to maybe light a fire in that motivation. It's going bring up your mood. I mean, so many people struggle
9:39Speaker 0with
9:41Speaker 0anxiety, stress, depression, regardless of what is the
9:46Speaker 0catalyst to it. It doesn't matter. It is. So this would definitely be 1 just because it's going to enhance your mood, mental clarity, neuron growth and repair.
9:55Speaker 0That sounds awesome. Yep. Yeah.
10:00Speaker 0Supports focus and
10:01Speaker 0mental energy.
10:03Speaker 0That's huge.
10:04Speaker 0What other options? What other things do you like about it? I mean,
10:09Speaker 1like
10:11Speaker 1circuit activity booster, I guess, is a phrase that I was looking for, right? So these synapses in your brain are just gonna work better and you're gonna be a lot more reactive to life.
10:25Speaker 1Good way to put it. That's about all I gotta say, man. Like, I don't know. Again, yeah, we work in the fitness business, but also we've spent a lot of time in the treatment
10:33Speaker 1drug alcohol addiction
10:35Speaker 1business and maybe not business, but
10:39Speaker 1live that life of helping people and going through it ourselves. Like, I know depression,
10:46Speaker 1especially when you took the drugs away, you know, it's crazy how you can be depressed and you may know people say, Oh, well, just get up and, like, do something. And like, Yeah, I understand.
10:55Speaker 1But I'm not going to. I just don't feel like it, and that might help me. You know, so if you are a person going through something like that that you know that's miserable and
11:06Speaker 1I personally would be willing to try something out.
11:10Speaker 0Yeah, and myself out of that shit. Yeah, and to be redundant for a reason.
11:15Speaker 0Instead of the pharmaceuticals
11:17Speaker 0that
11:19Speaker 0the doctors are pushing,
11:21Speaker 0try this 1st.
11:22Speaker 0There are chains of amino acids. They're so much better for you than some of the medications out there. Now, some people need medication.
11:29Speaker 0That's between you and your doctor. I'm not saying that. But try this 1st.
11:34Speaker 0Enhance your mood. I think the main focus of PE-22.28
11:37Speaker 0is
11:38Speaker 0the main focus is gonna be enhancing mood.
11:41Speaker 0Yeah. If
11:42Speaker 0you're depressed, it'll help with that.
11:45Speaker 1Yeah, I mean, that's really all I mean,
11:48Speaker 1that's all I gotta say on
11:49Speaker 1it. I mean, we can talk about dosing.
11:51Speaker 0It's- It's a good thing because I know that with our studies of it,
11:56Speaker 0we've read some things where nasal spray might be a little better. We've dug into both, so let's go through both. Sure. Nasal,
12:04Speaker 0if you're gonna do a nasal, what would you recommend?
12:08Speaker 1It's a similar
12:09Speaker 1dosing.
12:11Speaker 1Right. And a lot of these nootropics, right, that are for your brain, you know why nasal
12:16Speaker 1spray like right here, brain, nose and brain are right there, right? We would think that it'll work better. So that's why a lot of the nootropics
12:23Speaker 1are sold
12:25Speaker 1recommended
12:26Speaker 1in a nasal spray. Right? But then there are some different arguments saying, like, the mucus in the nose is gonna block a lot of the drug from actually getting to the brain.
12:35Speaker 1But intranasally,
12:37Speaker 1I would suggest around 400 micrograms
12:39Speaker 1daily.
12:40Speaker 1Okay? 400 micrograms daily.
12:43Speaker 1I would start low. I'd start at like 100 or 200 micrograms and work your way up. And about 800 micrograms is probably too much
12:54Speaker 1and might start doing the opposite. Instead of making you, you know, happy with a little bit of energy, it might make you a little bit lethargic.
13:01Speaker 0Yeah. Who wants that?
13:02Speaker 0That's the nasal. So sub q, what are you talking about that? Say, I mean, I would top out at about 500 micrograms.
13:11Speaker 1Also start
13:12Speaker 1at 100 and just kinda slowly work your way up to about 500 micrograms.
13:18Speaker 1Yeah. That
13:19Speaker 11,
13:20Speaker 1I have some
13:22Speaker 1actually, I have I have tried both, but the nasal spray is hard to hard to say because every different little nasal spray bottle
13:29Speaker 1gives a different dose. So I can't really give people specifics on sprays,
13:34Speaker 1like number of sprays. But
13:36Speaker 1PE 22 28 usually comes in a 10 mg bottle, right, a little 3 mil vial.
13:42Speaker 1You add in 2 mls of water Yep. Just 2 full insulin syringes
13:47Speaker 1and inject
13:49Speaker 110 units,
13:50Speaker 1that's gonna give you 500.
13:53Speaker 1Okay. Yeah, that's perfect. So maybe start with like 5 units
13:56Speaker 1daily and work your way up to 10 units.
14:00Speaker 0Yeah, I think for somebody that's like battling with depression, you could go right to the 500 micrograms. Because I think that's the big thing. If you're just looking for some enhancement of the mood or just
14:12Speaker 0boost in regards to clarity, maybe start slow. But I think that you could go right to 500 micrograms
14:18Speaker 0for those people that are just depressed, you know, instead of going on the medication, it might
14:23Speaker 0work well to just jump right to it, in my opinion, 10 years. And
14:26Speaker 1it works pretty fast.
14:28Speaker 1Do it daily for a week.
14:30Speaker 0That's good because a lot of peptides will take a little while to compound, you know, so that good to know that this will work quickly because if you're depressed, you want that to work quickly, right? Yes. So that's a good way to put it for sure. So that's awesome. Yeah, PE-2228,
14:44Speaker 0I have not taken it, but I will soon.
14:47Speaker 0Let's jump into Pinealon.
14:51Speaker 1Pinealon, like- Yeah,
14:53Speaker 1what is it? So it is act- so Pinealon can be- is a bioregulator.
14:59Speaker 1Right?
15:01Speaker 1It's a really fast acting and tiny little peptide chain
15:06Speaker 1and can cross the blood brain barrier pretty fast.
15:11Speaker 1And it
15:12Speaker 1I guess, of it is there to protect your
15:16Speaker 1brain cells and neurons.
15:18Speaker 1All right? And it is also So
15:22Speaker 1PE-2228
15:23Speaker 1was for,
15:24Speaker 1yeah, mood, elevating happiness.
15:27Speaker 1Pinealon is more for protecting your cognition,
15:32Speaker 1lifting brain fog, giving you more mental clarity, more mental air energy.
15:38Speaker 1And lots of people are using it. It helps with your circadian rhythm.
15:43Speaker 1So I know that lots of people are using it for
15:46Speaker 1sleep
15:48Speaker 1even though
15:49Speaker 1it may give you I mean,
15:52Speaker 1I don't really say taking it at nighttime,
15:56Speaker 1but taking it throughout the day or taking it during the day, even midday, will help the circadian rhythm. So when it's time to go to sleep, they'll go to sleep.
16:05Speaker 0Yeah, that sounds awesome. Okay, it's not gonna just make you drool on yourself like, hey, I'm gonna do this and then down.
16:11Speaker 0Thank you. Good for memory.
16:13Speaker 0Good for memory. It's good for focus.
16:15Speaker 0That's for someone like me, man, memory. My memory is shot. We've abused our brains,
16:20Speaker 0So me in
16:22Speaker 0just that type of thing, clarity. Again,
16:25Speaker 0cellular longevity.
16:26Speaker 0Yep. Yeah. So kind of an anti age or 2,
16:29Speaker 0anti aging.
16:31Speaker 1So
16:32Speaker 1again, is made up of 3 amino acids,
16:36Speaker 1glutamic acid, aspartic acid, and arginine.
16:39Speaker 1Okay? If you look at your protein or your pre workout, you're gonna see those words.
16:45Speaker 1Most of those, arginine is a precursor to nitric oxide, right? So you'll see that in some of these, like, pump products, right, that boost your NO2, which boosts your
16:54Speaker 1vascularity
16:55Speaker 1and blood flow through your veins.
16:58Speaker 1And same with, like, you'll see D aspartic acid
17:01Speaker 1in pre workouts as well. So
17:05Speaker 1blood is God's
17:07Speaker 1elixir and healer and makes things work, Right? So for pushing a little bit more blood
17:13Speaker 1into the brain, it
17:16Speaker 1helps carry more transmissions and helps better health and more clarity, etcetera.
17:22Speaker 1So it's crazy, right? It's just these 3 common amino acids.
17:26Speaker 1Yet
17:28Speaker 1put together, right, at the right amounts in the right chain,
17:32Speaker 1they signal the brain to do a whole lot of good things.
17:36Speaker 0So if you compare it to the PE 22 28, that's going to boost the mood, and this is going to be more like a protection
17:43Speaker 0of the brain? Yeah. Yes.
17:45Speaker 1Protection Break down, like, them. Protection regeneration
17:50Speaker 1of
17:51Speaker 1your neurotransmitters
17:54Speaker 1so you won't
17:56Speaker 1cognitively,
17:57Speaker 1right, get as old, feel as old. So if we're having memory problems or you wanna be maybe smarter or
18:03Speaker 1you're getting a little bit old
18:05Speaker 1or you're feeling some brain fog, it's worth it's worth a go. Hell yeah. That sounds amazing. Let's talk about some dosages.
18:13Speaker 0What's the doses on this? Okay. So
18:16Speaker 1it's gonna be you're gonna be taking a pretty small dose of this. So to be I
18:22Speaker 1would say about 600 micrograms
18:24Speaker 13 days a week. Okay?
18:27Speaker 1So 600 micrograms Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
18:31Speaker 1The 1 that I am familiar with and I have used is a 20 mg bottle, all right, which is 20000
18:38Speaker 1micrograms
18:39Speaker 1in a 3ml bottle.
18:41Speaker 1So
18:43Speaker 1my what I've done is I put in 3 mils, right, which is the most possible
18:47Speaker 1bacteriostatic water I can possibly get into the bottle, right? So 3 ml, and then I'm injecting
18:54Speaker 15 units
18:56Speaker 1every other day. So my or Monday, Wednesday, Friday, really the same difference. K? Yeah. That's giving me about 600 micrograms.
19:04Speaker 1K? You can, if you're willing to I mean, in 5 units is,
19:08Speaker 1like not much, right? 100 or 10. You could do 0.5 of that and do it every day
19:15Speaker 1if you- If you can get 0.5. If you can get 0.5. Really,
19:18Speaker 1really hard. Yeah. And I would say, so 4 to 6 weeks on
19:23Speaker 1and maybe 2 weeks to a month off.
19:25Speaker 1Yeah. Again, you brought everybody's just got to try it out, see what works.
19:31Speaker 1Yeah.
19:32Speaker 0Because we talk about a lot of the peptides running them for 90 days. This would not be the 1 that 1 of those. You're going to take it for 4 to 6 weeks, take a little bit of time off, then run it again.
19:42Speaker 0Contingent upon like, you know, what you're trying to accomplish,
19:45Speaker 0right? You've got doses like, hey, let's go into This one's a kind of interesting 1, the Cerebrolysin.
19:50Speaker 0This one's interesting because we
19:53Speaker 0dug into this and the dosages are kind of weird. We'll get to that. But tell us about it. What are some of the
20:00Speaker 0benefits of it?
20:02Speaker 1Okay, benefits.
20:04Speaker 1Very so similar to Pinealon, but you gotta think of this 1 so as more of repairing the brain as opposed to protecting
20:12Speaker 1the brain. Okay?
20:14Speaker 1A good analogy is, right, if you have a city, big hurricane came and
20:20Speaker 1killed all the
20:22Speaker 1knocked over all the buildings,
20:24Speaker 1killed the destroyed all the piping for water and destroyed
20:28Speaker 1all the electricity grid. Right? And everything is just blown all around. Right? Cerebrolysin
20:33Speaker 1goes in there and doesn't just fix the electricity lines. Right? It goes and fixes everything. It knows how to build rebuild the houses, fix the water lines,
20:42Speaker 1fix the electric lines. So they call it like a multimodal
20:46Speaker 1therapy.
20:47Speaker 1It is not just a very specific sequence
20:50Speaker 1of specific amino acids. So funny thing, and this may scare people, but like it is made from pig brain tissue. Right.
20:58Speaker 1And
21:00Speaker 1is so it's not recreated in the lab.
21:05Speaker 1Some of it might be, but
21:09Speaker 1that may be worth a fact check.
21:13Speaker 1But
21:15Speaker 1basically, there's
21:17Speaker 1several
21:18Speaker 1peptides
21:20Speaker 1included in that, right? So I can't just tell you there are 3 amino acids that make this up or there are 7.
21:26Speaker 1It comes from
21:28Speaker 1functional
21:30Speaker 1peak brain tissue, there's several different peptides that are working
21:34Speaker 1in conjunction, okay, to help repair all
21:37Speaker 1of your brain. So really,
21:40Speaker 1are conducting
21:41Speaker 1studies and have finished a few on
21:44Speaker 1any type of
21:45Speaker 1brain regenerative
21:47Speaker 1I mean, degenerative
21:48Speaker 1diseases. So like
21:50Speaker 1Alzheimer's
21:54Speaker 1Come on, what are some other damn names of
21:57Speaker 1dementia,
21:59Speaker 1traumatic
22:00Speaker 1brain injuries,
22:01Speaker 1right, recovery from all of those things? So
22:05Speaker 1that's where it's being studied because your
22:09Speaker 1brain has been damaged in all of those cases and needs to be rebuilt. So that's the goal of cerebralizing.
22:16Speaker 0Which is something that comes up through my DMs in particular, obviously, is Alzheimer's. If you're Alzheimer's
22:22Speaker 0or dementia,
22:24Speaker 0if you're somebody that has it in your family, I'll use myself as an example.
22:28Speaker 0My grandpa
22:30Speaker 0didn't even remember his family. He had such bad Alzheimer's.
22:34Speaker 0My mom,
22:35Speaker 0oddly enough,
22:37Speaker 0passed away in a car accident at my age. I'm 48, and
22:41Speaker 0she was starting to show science herself. So naturally,
22:45Speaker 0this would be 1 that perks my brain. I have been in the last few months
22:50Speaker 0taking a lot of fat burners just because that's what I've been running. But November and December in particular,
22:56Speaker 0I'm going after these
22:59Speaker 0types just to kind of reboot
23:01Speaker 0the brain, just use this, especially for the Alzheimer's stuff, man. So I have not used it yet. I will report back. But if you're someone like me that has Alzheimer's in your family, man, this is the 1 that you want to run for sure. Yep. A lot of those diseases are genetic.
23:16Speaker 1So
23:17Speaker 1I mean, ask
23:19Speaker 1any family member of a dementia, Right? Any grand somebody's got a grandmother, grandfather's got dementia, or Alzheimer's and, like, say, hey. Not a lot. Should we try this?
23:29Speaker 1Probably.
23:30Speaker 1Hell yeah. Hell yeah. There's not much that's gonna go wrong with it, and it's worth
23:37Speaker 1a damn try.
23:39Speaker 1So,
23:41Speaker 1yeah, it is I mean, strokes
23:44Speaker 1recovering from stroke,
23:45Speaker 1brain trauma, we already mentioned these things. I guess I never said the stroke 1, but
23:50Speaker 1it is going to repair
23:52Speaker 1your brain after some type of stress or injury
23:57Speaker 1or genetic potential disorder.
23:59Speaker 1The funny thing so the dosing, I guess, this 1 is tough, right? Like we've talked Very tough. Yes. One's definitely an odd. Yeah. You know, you're gonna find research.
24:09Speaker 1Everybody's referring to 1 just take 1 ml.
24:13Speaker 1Okay? Well, what the hell does that mean? That doesn't mean anything
24:16Speaker 1unless you tell me what, like, concentration
24:19Speaker 1this 1 ml is at, right? Usually, what they are it seems to be like there is a baseline. They're saying 1 ml is a concentration of 1 ml will equal 2 15 mg.
24:31Speaker 1Okay?
24:32Speaker 1Have seen
24:34Speaker 1studies and doctors that are giving this at 5 mils a day, right, which is about 1000
24:42Speaker 1mg.
24:44Speaker 1That's a shit ton. Okay? I've seen bottles like I am using.
24:50Speaker 1I have used and am also gonna really start digging into these things a little bit more. But like I've I'm familiar with the 30 mg bottle, okay? Peptide bottle of 30 mg. Okay?
25:03Speaker 1That is 3 so 30 mg is 3000
25:07Speaker 1micrograms, but we're talking
25:10Speaker 11000 mg. So it's 33 bottles
25:12Speaker 1a day. That's a shit ton. I'm not frankly, I don't know. I'm not willing to do that. That's, like, that's a lot.
25:19Speaker 1Unless you're rich. Yeah. Unless you're really rich, then cool, do it.
25:24Speaker 1My suggestion and what I do, what I would do is
25:28Speaker 1is aim for about 30 mg a day.
25:31Speaker 0So 1 bottle? 1 bottle a day, 30 mg for 10 days in a row. Yeah. And do that about 4 times a year. Which just mathematically for anybody listening would run somewhere in the range of $700 to $800 bucks. But let's just sit there for 1 2nd because
25:47Speaker 0I'll use again myself as an example. Alzheimer's runs in my family.
25:52Speaker 0Like, you know, at
25:54Speaker 0my age, my mom was starting to show signs. I have a really bad memory. So to me, it's worth it. I would do it. I'm going to do it because it's worth it to
26:02Speaker 0try to combat that and stay ahead of it. If your Alzheimer doesn't run-in your family, maybe don't do it because it's gonna be an expensive
26:09Speaker 0protocol.
26:12Speaker 0But it, you know, it's been known to work with that stuff really well. So for someone like me, I'm going do it. Bro, and have you seen
26:21Speaker 1the
26:23Speaker 1and I can't really quote a specific percentage, but the increase of of dementia and Alzheimer's cases over the last, like, 30, 40 years here in America? Like, it is crazy. Like,
26:34Speaker 1there's obviously
26:36Speaker 1something going on that is leading to our mental,
26:39Speaker 1decline in tons of people. I mean, it's risen by, like, like, 30 fold or something like that. So
26:46Speaker 0not enough. I mean, if you break it down and just be logical, I mean, we breathe shit air, we eat food,
26:51Speaker 0we have diets. I mean, people don't get a lot of sleep. I mean, you can go on and on and on. I mean,
26:57Speaker 0it's easy math, man. It makes sense logically.
27:00Speaker 1That's
27:02Speaker 0why,
27:03Speaker 0for me, for example, it's so important. I have a 4 year old and I have an 18 old.
27:08Speaker 0My goal is obviously to see them grow old themselves.
27:12Speaker 0So this type of stuff runs in my family. I have to take care of myself. That's why I work out. That's why I'm so aware
27:18Speaker 0of how I eat and all that stuff. And
27:22Speaker 0being overweight at my age is not gonna work with a 4 year old and an 18 old man.
27:29Speaker 0Plus, I mean, I wrestle with these little suckers all the time, man. If I'm overweight and I'm out of shape and stuff, that sucks, man. You know, that's no fun. Yeah, that's no fun.
27:38Speaker 1You better be young. Hell, I'm getting old too and
27:41Speaker 1don't have a child but want 1 of my own. Although, I do have a 9 year old boy at home,
27:48Speaker 1but he's not mine, and I better be able to run around with him.
27:51Speaker 1I still smoke him in a race backwards, but so that's good.
27:56Speaker 0And never long. Yeah, Bryce.
28:00Speaker 1Start beating me at longer distances 1st, but
28:04Speaker 1he's got a while.
28:06Speaker 0Again, like going off of what Will just said, I mean, just because those things are on the rise,
28:12Speaker 0know, heart attacks, strokes, cancer,
28:15Speaker 0those are on the rise as well. So if we as humans don't take care of ourself, man, and the Butte,
28:21Speaker 0you can age really well in today's world too, if you do it well, You know, you can age like shit, and you can
28:29Speaker 0have those types of problems,
28:31Speaker 0or you could live a very healthy lifestyle,
28:34Speaker 0diet,
28:35Speaker 0exercise,
28:37Speaker 0peptides,
28:38Speaker 0you know, all of that hormone
28:40Speaker 0replacement.
28:42Speaker 0That's very key in regards to aging.
28:45Speaker 0You don't have to age like shit. Now,
28:48Speaker 0cancer's cancer if you end up getting cancer, but you can at least try to combat that stuff by living a different lifestyle, man. You know, don't throw up the white flag now. You know, you're here. And even if you're overweight and you're struggling and whatever,
29:01Speaker 0you're still here. Shit, man. Now's the Man, change it today, man. Change it today.
29:06Speaker 0You know? We
29:07Speaker 0have a very Will and I, just because of what we do,
29:12Speaker 0working with people in regards to health, nutrition, all that stuff,
29:16Speaker 0we've seen radical transformations,
29:18Speaker 0man. Now, it's not easy, but it's possible,
29:21Speaker 0know? Hell yeah. You're in your 40s and overweight. I'm telling you, I could show you tons and tons and tons of transformations, man. It happens every day. So do it. Change your life, man. Extend your life and add these types of things as well.
29:35Speaker 0We're obviously Now, a big fan of
29:37Speaker 0let's talk really quickly, because I know we've talked about this
29:42Speaker 0off camera,
29:44Speaker 0about compounding them.
29:46Speaker 0We've dug into that a little bit,
29:49Speaker 0so let's dig into that. So should
29:51Speaker 0people
29:53Speaker 0use multiple,
29:54Speaker 0like should they use all 3, or should they even add in a C Max and Selank?
29:59Speaker 0What are your thoughts on that? What do you think? Should they compound these or run-in a synergistic
30:03Speaker 0order?
30:04Speaker 1Okay, so I guess, you know, part of me says
30:08Speaker 1we're all our own experiments, right? And so I would like I do suggest people to take certain things like, hey, 1 at a time. Right? Let's
30:16Speaker 1take 1 thing for a month. Let's see what that specifically does. And
30:22Speaker 1that's good, but these 3 that we've actually been talking about, they are no they're it's not like they're just straight up redundant and all doing the same thing. They are doing they're all doing some different things in your body, so I have no problem with somebody. It would be beneficial to run all 3 of them at the same time. Right. Totally that's perfect. It's not redundant. You're not wasting your money. It is it's a good idea. If we summarize them like PE 22, 28, okay, it's gonna increase
30:49Speaker 1increase MOTS. Alright? Yep. In a good way. The Cerebrolysin
30:54Speaker 1is gonna recover
30:55Speaker 1your brain
30:56Speaker 0Repair. Type of injury. Repair. You got the Mood for PE. You got the Cerebrolysin that's going to repair, and then you got the-
31:04Speaker 1The nail on which- to
31:06Speaker 1protect.
31:07Speaker 1Protect.
31:08Speaker 0So
31:09Speaker 0there are few different similar things, but in a different way and slightly different. So you could run them together. It would make sense. Absolutely.
31:16Speaker 1Then adding in,
31:19Speaker 1right, a lot of these other things we've talked about, right, -1C, NAD, anything that is going to help with cellular repair, right, FOX-four, which is gonna help clean out garbage of your cells, anything cellular repair, mitochondrial energy, right, we're all made up of cells. They all have a mitochondria.
31:35Speaker 1And if we can increase the integrity
31:37Speaker 1and,
31:39Speaker 1I don't know, you know, the ability
31:41Speaker 1of all of those,
31:43Speaker 1it'll contribute
31:45Speaker 1to this.
31:46Speaker 1Yeah. If something is repairing and now we are having our cells work better and the mitochondria have more
31:53Speaker 1active and stronger, it's just going to repair bigger, better, faster.
31:57Speaker 0Well, some of these 2 are not like
32:00Speaker 0the secretagars
32:01Speaker 0or whatnot, where we say take them for 90 days, give or take. These,
32:05Speaker 0like for example, what is it? Cerebralisins, 10 days. So you can compound them because they're not going to be run for longer periods either.
32:13Speaker 0So makes sense. NAD is always that good at adding almost any stack.
32:17Speaker 0It is. It is. Obviously,
32:19Speaker 0BPC-157,
32:21Speaker 0I mean, dude, that could be around with literally anything and enhance But
32:26Speaker 0yeah, I think that's great, man. I think,
32:28Speaker 0hopefully,
32:29Speaker 0anybody listening
32:31Speaker 0that's gonna help you kind of give you an idea of what they do. If you can afford it, try all 3.
32:36Speaker 1And I have we
32:38Speaker 1also wanted to touch on so Semax and Selank, we have done a video on that, but it is also
32:43Speaker 1we ought to point out those are both new tropics also. It's in the same category. The quick
32:51Speaker 1benefit of those things is so Cmax is gonna help with energy, right?
32:56Speaker 1Neurological energy, so your brain energy. Selank is gonna help with calming. Okay? It's an anxiolytic.
33:04Speaker 1Think of it as maybe like the anti anxiety.
33:06Speaker 1Like, it was like a Xanax without narcotic.
33:09Speaker 1Yep. Without narcotics and without drooling on yourself and blacking out.
33:14Speaker 1And
33:15Speaker 1so those 3 are and those 2 are very effective. A lot of the stuff came from Russia. It's all developed in Russia. We use it as an antidepressant.
33:21Speaker 1Yep, absolutely. Crazy.
33:23Speaker 1I would say
33:27Speaker 1some quick stacks for
33:29Speaker 1maybe, like, mood, cognition, daytime focus, and energy. Right? PEG-twenty 2, 28, and Semax in the morning.
33:36Speaker 1Alright. Pinealon,
33:38Speaker 1midday,
33:39Speaker 1and some Selank,
33:41Speaker 1hell, and DSIP at night.
33:44Speaker 1There you go, baby. That The sounds
33:46Speaker 1Pinealon, interesting enough, I would say in the morning. It helps I mean, in midday.
33:50Speaker 1Help with circadian
33:52Speaker 1rhythm and that midday brain fog.
33:55Speaker 1Some other, like, post stress recovery,
33:58Speaker 1Cerebrolysin
34:00Speaker 1and Semax in the morning.
34:03Speaker 1Pinealon midday,
34:05Speaker 1evening, Selank, DSIP, and then,
34:08Speaker 1I don't know, you can always add in MOTS c s s 31
34:12Speaker 1also. So recovery,
34:16Speaker 1those are and I guess just think of
34:19Speaker 1so relaxing,
34:22Speaker 1Pinealon,
34:23Speaker 1Selank are great
34:25Speaker 1to take just to relax in midday, and it's okay to
34:29Speaker 1you're not gonna fall asleep immediately.
34:31Speaker 1Selank also at nighttime to help you relax and help you get to sleep, but again, it's not gonna put you put you to sleep.
34:38Speaker 1So those are just some pairs some pairs. NAD can be added to any of these things.
34:43Speaker 1Midday. You'll be clear to that then. Midday. Midday is great. Midday is great. Really, I mean, NAD, I probably wouldn't take it at night because some people say, hey, it gives you a little energy, so you don't want that at night. But morning or midday,
34:55Speaker 1I think it's a great strategy.
34:57Speaker 1Yeah.
34:58Speaker 0Thinking through it, obviously, like what Will just said, putting
35:02Speaker 0thought into it is
35:04Speaker 0where it's going to shine the most, man.
35:06Speaker 0So good
35:07Speaker 0stuff, dude. It's good stuff. I love it. Anything else that you wanna cover before we cut this off?
35:14Speaker 1I
35:15Speaker 1guess the add on to the PE-2228,
35:17Speaker 1I don't know if I said this, but like, let's start low.
35:20Speaker 1That stuff works fast and is very, very effective. And so why don't you start low and
35:27Speaker 1work your way up?
35:29Speaker 1Don't do too much.
35:31Speaker 1Don't do too much right from the get go.
35:34Speaker 0Would you recommend the SubQ or the nasal?
35:38Speaker 0Probably either.
35:39Speaker 1Probably either. I don't know. I mean, I'm still partial- you're new to it and have problems
35:44Speaker 0with syringes, go with the nasal.
35:46Speaker 1Maybe we'll start there. If you're unwilling to inject, then do the nasal.
35:50Speaker 1But
35:52Speaker 1I don't know, I like just SubQ, can measure your dosing a lot better. A little easier. The nasal is hit or miss just because
36:00Speaker 1unless you buy it from a place that tells you, like, exactly
36:05Speaker 1how much you are getting in 1 spray of their specific,
36:08Speaker 1you know, nasal spray canister and if they are correct about that.
36:14Speaker 1True that. Yeah.
36:16Speaker 0Cool, man. Love it. Good stuff. That's a good 1, man. That's a good 1. I'm gonna be running this stack
36:23Speaker 0November
36:23Speaker 0and December. I'm excited.
36:27Speaker 1We're gonna come out with
36:30Speaker 1gonna be doing some legitimate
36:32Speaker 1case studies too
36:35Speaker 1with
36:36Speaker 1some people in various different peptides and also
36:41Speaker 1some different cosmetic problem products.
36:44Speaker 1And I'm excited to see some of these results of specific,
36:49Speaker 1detailed,
36:50Speaker 1over time studies.
36:52Speaker 0Hell yeah. I mean, boots on the ground, so to speak, of just talking to people that use these products is amazing.
36:58Speaker 0How they read is great, but how you actually see people and how they respond is the best research you can have. I I've been taking the shampoo. It's great. I'm putting in my beard. I've been putting in my hair. I think it's great.
37:11Speaker 0If it can help
37:13Speaker 0us old dudes, not gonna bring back the hair, but help from our hair falling out. And older ladies too, you know, I have a lot of gals, hairstylists
37:22Speaker 0that I have friends with that have reached out about the shampoo and they can't wait.
37:26Speaker 1Hell yeah, for women, right? What's worse than a man
37:30Speaker 1going bald? It's a woman going bald, probably. True that. Yeah. True that, dude.
37:35Speaker 1Right? Yeah.
37:38Speaker 0Always trying to better products, trying to make everybody's life easier because as I said a 100 times, you can age well, man, and we try to help. That is our goal.
37:47Speaker 1We have a passion for it.
37:49Speaker 1So good stuff. We have passion for it and the stuff works and it's exciting and
37:55Speaker 1it's really amazing to see.
37:58Speaker 0I love all the text messages I Like, dude, this has changed my life. Yeah, the people that like actually, like, don't necessarily have never tried a a peptizer, you know, and then it's crazy because they fall in love, man. They just,
38:10Speaker 0you know, open the floodgates, feel like, these are awesome and like changing their life, man. It really is cool. I love seeing it, man. It's Yeah,
38:18Speaker 0and all the- Look alike. For a reason. Called previous like haters,
38:22Speaker 1right, who've
38:23Speaker 1always
38:24Speaker 1always talked shit and and said negative things. Oh, I'll never do that. And then finally,
38:28Speaker 1they hear too much, they do it and they're like, oh, shit. This is amazing.
38:32Speaker 0I always say in a year, you will be taking them. Trust me. Yeah. That's how fast peptides are growing. You will be taking them in a year. Trust me. Yep.
38:40Speaker 0You know I mean?
38:41Speaker 0Right on, man. Well, that's good stuff, brother. Well,
38:45Speaker 0alright. Well, I guess that's about it, everybody. As always, we enjoyed it, and we'll catch you on the flip side.
38:50Speaker 0That's all we got.
38:52Speaker 1Peace out.
