0:00Speaker 0All right. Welcome back to the Peptide of the Week. This is a good 1. This is a good 1. This is probably 1 of the most popular ones,
0:09Speaker 0probably due to the antiaging
0:11Speaker 0qualities. All the ladies like this 1 for sure, but it definitely is for men as well. I take it. I love it. I'm talking about NAD
0:20Speaker 0plus
0:21Speaker 0So I wanna welcome my cohost
0:25Speaker 0and business
0:27Speaker 0owners with me with Warrior Makers,
0:30Speaker 1Will T Haws. Hello, my brother. How are you? I'm doing well, man. I'm doing well. This is a
0:36Speaker 1fun and easy 1 to talk about
0:39Speaker 0because there's a lot of cool there's a lot of cool stuff that's going on here. Well, I love this. I love doing this with you, bro, because it really just shines our personalities,
0:48Speaker 0bro. I'm just you know, and you're just the, you know, it really shows our personalities well, man. So it's cool. You know, was thinking about this before we started, man, and I
0:58Speaker 0think everybody should start a peptide company. Here's why.
1:02Speaker 0You get dressed like this.
1:04Speaker 0I just came from the gym,
1:06Speaker 0and I get to wear my gym clothes every day, all day. How cool is that? It's awesome. And I don't have to dress like this, but sometimes I like to
1:15Speaker 0look nice and professional, I suppose. I love it. So let's let's let's get into it, man. So what is NAD?
1:22Speaker 0Tell us a little bit about it. Where where does it shine?
1:26Speaker 1Okay.
1:27Speaker 1I guess so 1st of all, NAD is a form of is a form of niacin, which is, like, vitamin b 3.
1:34Speaker 1You also people may also recognize
1:38Speaker 1NMT,
1:39Speaker 1which is the, like,
1:41Speaker 1precursor,
1:43Speaker 1and I'm not even gonna
1:45Speaker 1or NMN,
1:46Speaker 1I'm sorry, we were talking about 5 amino, 1 MQ.
1:49Speaker 1So NMN
1:50Speaker 1is a precursor to NAD. There are supplements out there that you take that and it converts into NAD, but basically
1:59Speaker 1comes NAD comes in a peptide, like an injectable form.
2:04Speaker 1You can go to medical facilities and get it in like an actual IV drip. You can inject it subcutaneously,
2:12Speaker 1and it also comes in oral pill version,
2:15Speaker 1which isn't
2:17Speaker 1as bioavailable,
2:18Speaker 1but it will still work,
2:21Speaker 1and it does a lot of things.
2:22Speaker 1So I guess, get number 1, it is gonna increase it repairs
2:27Speaker 1our DNA,
2:28Speaker 1which is a big It's huge. Deal. Right? As our DNA
2:33Speaker 1as we get older, right, our DNA just starts to deplete and and and and unravel,
2:38Speaker 1and this is constantly
2:40Speaker 1repairing our DNA through
2:43Speaker 1extra
2:44Speaker 1energy in our own mitochondria,
2:46Speaker 1okay, in the in the cells.
2:48Speaker 0So it's like pure energy. It's not like, you know, shoot up if you're going to, like, drink a coffee or if you're going to take an energy drink or something like that. What I find is it's just steady energy. Yeah. Yeah. It's definitely not like caffeine where it's up and down kind of boost energy. But basically in a in a very complex way, it helps create ATP.
3:09Speaker 1ATP
3:11Speaker 1is adenosine triphosphate,
3:12Speaker 1that's essentially the energy in our cells. Okay? That's what helps us
3:17Speaker 1run faster,
3:19Speaker 1jump higher, be a little bit stronger for
3:21Speaker 1a little bit longer. As we know or maybe don't know, like, as you're exercising,
3:27Speaker 1you are burning your ATP off very fast. Right? Its byproduct turns into ADP,
3:31Speaker 1which is lactic acid. So our muscles work real hard until you start to feel them burn.
3:37Speaker 1That is your ATP running out,
3:40Speaker 1and it is now converted into ADP.
3:43Speaker 1And so NAD is just gonna help
3:46Speaker 1you have more ATP.
3:48Speaker 1Creatine also, just a funny fact, is a is a ATP basically reuptake agent. So it converts the ADP back into
3:56Speaker 1ATP,
3:57Speaker 1so you are stronger longer.
3:59Speaker 0You've been talking about, you know, peptides for a long time. I've obviously known you in a long time and a lot longer than me. I've dove into it and I love it, but would
4:07Speaker 0you find that 1 of the best benefits is the anti aging? Because it does, it's well known for slowing down aging process. I think like we said because of the DNA
4:18Speaker 0repair,
4:20Speaker 0but probably I would think, you know, from my viewpoint,
4:23Speaker 0is that's why I get so many questions from at least women is the slowing down of aging process. Better hair, better skin, better nails. Absolutely.
4:32Speaker 1You know, all that stuff. Yeah, I think that that's the big and it actually and it works. I mean, it works, right? These scientists have little different biomarkers and we've done tests in
4:41Speaker 1not extensive
4:43Speaker 1tests in humans, but in different organisms and
4:47Speaker 1animals, and those biomarkers are actually improving.
4:51Speaker 1And it, yes, it works. I know people I mean, goodness, if you go on the internet and you can believe what you want to believe, but I mean,
4:58Speaker 1I know several people who've been taking it who just visibly look a lot younger. Like, it really works and, yeah, that's its kind of primary marketed
5:07Speaker 1marketed ability, but it does a lot of other things that are really cool. But, yeah, that's that is a necessary
5:13Speaker 1fountain of youth if that's the goal, which I think it is for everybody.
5:18Speaker 1You should be taking it age of the plus. Especially people we come in contact with our age. I mean, we're getting older.
5:23Speaker 1But the DNA repair is great, and it's, I compare it to at least from my viewpoint of just some of the reasons why I started fasting, just, you know, the cell repaired,
5:33Speaker 1dead cells die off, and if when you put your body under shock, it starts to
5:38Speaker 1just do, it starts to repair itself. Mhmm. So NAD
5:42Speaker 1added on to like a fasting, added on to like a cold plunge.
5:47Speaker 1I think it's gonna do well just because of that, you know, because it's it's it's like a double whammy. You're putting yourself in these hard positions
5:55Speaker 1and your body starts to repair
5:57Speaker 1to put it on. Absolutely. What you just said, right, it's all the same thing, you know, the same things in life. Like, there are tons of lifestyle factors that you can do. I mean, maybe we can get to that, but
6:09Speaker 1I think we'll get to that later. So I don't need to waste my breath. But what else what else does it do?
6:14Speaker 1Like, neurological health.
6:16Speaker 1Right? So it is repairing.
6:19Speaker 1It's giving us some little bit more
6:22Speaker 1more energy in in our cells,
6:25Speaker 1and its goal is to kind of repair DNA
6:27Speaker 1and just and repair us on a, like, atomic level. And so that's also with the brain. It is going to improve your cognitive health.
6:37Speaker 1They they are doing they are actively using it in studies for Alzheimer's and Parkinson's
6:42Speaker 1because
6:44Speaker 0it showed real promise, and it does. You know? A thought focus I've noticed just in my own taking of the product. You know, I've read a lot about that stuff too.
6:54Speaker 0It really does. You really
6:56Speaker 0do notice a focus gets a little bit better. And, man, just because of how you and I, you know, used to party quite a bit when when we were younger, but that has really affected me in my older age just being very forgetful and I I have noticed the difference. I really have. Yeah, I agree. I agree. Me too. I know. I it's it's crazy. I forget simple words like road, you know, or The
7:20Speaker 0Yeah.
7:21Speaker 1But
7:22Speaker 1it help it helps. I
7:25Speaker 1yep. I absolutely notice different
7:27Speaker 1energy, brain clarity, and I need that I need that bad. It's becoming more apparent.
7:33Speaker 0Yeah, I think though 1 of the things that I've loved about, you know, peptides, a lot of them, they're not all in this category, but the brain function part is really 1 of my favorite things, man. I mean, the repair of just a lot of these are just amazing, man. So NAD shines when it comes to energy,
7:51Speaker 0when it comes to brain function.
7:53Speaker 0Let's let me ask you this, brother. What who would you say would be the right person for this? Who would you think that would should take this? Well,
8:01Speaker 11st, I wanna give you some other cool things that it does. K? Cool.
8:05Speaker 1Is that alright? So
8:07Speaker 1influencing,
8:08Speaker 1like, our cellular communication,
8:10Speaker 1right,
8:11Speaker 1and and modulating
8:13Speaker 1inflammation.
8:14Speaker 1So
8:15Speaker 1influencing cellular communication is really interesting. So it will
8:20Speaker 1actually, like, the stress response from our cells will
8:25Speaker 1be a lot better if you have plenty of NAD in there. They will not degrade.
8:31Speaker 1They won't degrade as much in your and it really helps your immune response. Right? So a bug comes at you or anytime that we get stressed, that is killing that's hurting our immune system. Right? And NAD is just gonna make
8:42Speaker 1us a lot more resilient.
8:45Speaker 1And in stay ahead of the curve. Yeah. Absolutely. And inflammation is, I mean, is a problem everywhere from from the inflammation we see to to the inflammation we don't see, and it's really gonna help cut down inflammation everywhere. I mean, if you stop like, puzzles. So if you stop and just sit on that 1 in particular,
9:04Speaker 0the diets that most people eat are just horrid. 1, the food sucks anyway.
9:09Speaker 0Anytime you eat out at a restaurant, it's full of sugars or full of seed oils,
9:14Speaker 0and that is what's driving inflammation
9:17Speaker 0in our bodies up.
9:18Speaker 0So
9:19Speaker 0that's a great point is the inflammation is huge for
9:23Speaker 0everybody. So everybody, because it doesn't matter, like, you know, both of us are healthy, you know, and I try to avoid seed oils at all costs. I left the office a lot yesterday. I was exhausted
9:34Speaker 0and,
9:35Speaker 0Liz had already fed the boys and I stopped at Chipotle and I know they cook seed oils, but guess what? I was tired and it made sense. My point is you can't get away from it, man. We eat them. It is what it is. Mhmm. So a peptide like this is going to help combat that stuff.
9:50Speaker 1Yep. Absolute yeah. Yep. No doubt. Give your I mean, technology is there. Like, guys, technology is there. Let's use it. I'm all in for, like, you know, using it and using things safely. And I guess, finally, it'll actually help your circadian rhythm, right, because it's which is great, which is gonna contribute to you having better sleep patterns, but, guy but but sleep patterns are huge. That's something that I need to do a lot better on. But,
10:15Speaker 1hey, we all can't be perfect.
10:18Speaker 1There's a lot of things I need to work on. But,
10:21Speaker 1yes.
10:22Speaker 1Yeah. So you're here, circadian rhythm and then and then even just muscle recovery.
10:28Speaker 1It's not the the number 1 thing I would I would say to take for muscle, but if it is, it's repairing us on a genetic level, right, on a very small level, and that transfers up to everything. And therefore, hey, we're gonna grow back from stress a lot better. And
10:44Speaker 0lifting weights, stressing your muscles out is just our response is to get bigger and stronger. Love it. So then now let's dig into it. Who would you say should take it? Who would you recommend
10:54Speaker 0should take it? That's probably the easy question. Everybody.
10:58Speaker 1I mean, everyone,
11:01Speaker 1especially as you're getting as you especially as you're getting older. Right? If you've lived a hard life
11:06Speaker 1and you've beat your body up,
11:09Speaker 1you should be you should be taking it. If you wanna look better and
11:14Speaker 1how important you're feeling younger 40 should definitely be taking Yeah. Mean, I said don't take it if you're a little child,
11:20Speaker 1just because there's not long term studies. I can't tell you that it's bad, but
11:25Speaker 1yeah.
11:26Speaker 0Yeah, like like we were talking about off camera the other day. It's just like, I mean, peptides in general, just because they're so beneficial and just so low risk for the most part. Yeah. There that question is pretty easy for most. Who should take it? Pretty much anybody, especially anybody
11:43Speaker 0our age reaching their upwards of 40,
11:46Speaker 0definitely fifties.
11:48Speaker 0You're gonna
11:49Speaker 0see huge benefits by adding NAD into the mix. That's the easy question.
11:55Speaker 0Is there anybody that you can think of besides, you know, obviously, young kids like you just said? Is there anybody that probably
12:03Speaker 0would not be a good idea to take it?
12:09Speaker 1I don't really I can't tell you. There's no there is no specific population. I mean, I'm
12:16Speaker 1yeah. I don't have a good I don't have a good answer. I don't know. There's nobody that shouldn't be taking it. I know that
12:21Speaker 1some some some be carefuls. Right? It's a if you know what niacin is, niacin is the stuff that's in
12:29Speaker 1a lot of different,
12:30Speaker 1I don't know, preworkouts that can make you real flush and tingly. I mean, the real tingle from preworkouts is from the beta alanine, not the niacin, but that's in there.
12:40Speaker 1If you do too much NAD,
12:43Speaker 1you'll start to get tingly, a tingly sensation. And if you do too much, it will be overwhelming. How do you know? I've I've done it.
12:52Speaker 1I've done it because I like to experiment with things and go too much with them. Yeah. But, you know, and I slowly worked my way up and, yeah, I did a little too much,
13:02Speaker 1and it started in my feet. And then
13:05Speaker 1it came up over my whole body and lasted about a minute, and I was just like,
13:09Speaker 1I could
13:11Speaker 1I've been through some weird things in my life, and so I knew just to breathe through it, I'll be fine. But I could see how somebody would have freaked out. But that's easy to avoid. But, like, that's easy to avoid. Right. Right. You just you start low and you just incrementally go up. We'll talk about dosing.
13:28Speaker 0Yeah.
13:29Speaker 0Yeah. I mean, that's a good segue into the dosing. Let's talk about that because, I mean, if gosh, man, that's the 1 question that's a little bit
13:38Speaker 0hard to answer a lot of times pushing on social media channels because I don't know the legalities of dosages, but
13:45Speaker 0everybody wants to know, you know, what, how much do you take? I mean, what what is the proper range? And I know that's gonna really vary specifically on this 1 in particular.
13:54Speaker 1Mhmm.
13:55Speaker 1It is gonna vary. So I guess, 1st of all, big picture is
13:59Speaker 1when you go to or if you go to 1 of these, like, medical facility and they do an IV they connect you to a, like, a banana bag and and do an IV drip in you, they're usually giving you 1000 mg.
14:12Speaker 1K? And that thousand milligrams needs to it just kinda slowly drips into you
14:16Speaker 1over several hours. You don't
14:19Speaker 1it'd be great to do it really quick, but if you squeeze the bag and it starts rushing into you, you will feel like fire ants going through your veins. Right. So,
14:28Speaker 1again, the tingling thing. So,
14:31Speaker 1basically, like, 1000 mg at 1 time,
14:34Speaker 1I guess, is generally maybe like a cycle. So so the goal if you're doing this at home,
14:39Speaker 1your goal ought to be doing 1000 mg at a time, however long that takes you. We'll talk about daily dosage, but but you're aiming for, hey, 1000 mg if that takes 2 months. Okay. Great.
14:52Speaker 1Then give your body a little break, maybe a month or 2 break, and then repeat. Now Yep. Daily,
14:58Speaker 1if we are talking about this subcutaneous
15:01Speaker 1injection, I would say that most people,
15:04Speaker 1you should start at 5 mg
15:07Speaker 13 times a week. K?
15:10Speaker 1Work your way up maybe in in bumps of 5 mg
15:15Speaker 1to potentially doing doses of 25 mg
15:19Speaker 13 times a week up to 50 mg
15:23Speaker 03 times a week. That's a big difference. What how how long I know it's gonna
15:27Speaker 0it's gonna vary.
15:28Speaker 0Right? But how long would you say to get? Because that's a big jump.
15:32Speaker 1Yeah. It is.
15:34Speaker 1How long? I mean, to get up to 25 mg
15:37Speaker 1to
15:38Speaker 12 weeks,
15:40Speaker 1you don't need to go super slow. I would almost bump 5 mg
15:44Speaker 1per dose
15:47Speaker 1week. Longer than 2 weeks. So if we're saying 5 mg, bump by 5. So maybe 4 to 4 to 5 weeks and you should be at your max dose if that's 25 mg or if that's 50 mg.
16:00Speaker 0Yeah. You know, and then again, it's Like he said, you the protocol that we kinda at least follow and we believe in is run it for 1000 mg and then you can on top of the take and then run another thousand.
16:13Speaker 1Yeah. Something's wrong with your with the mic, by the way. It kinda sounds
16:18Speaker 1muffled.
16:19Speaker 1Yes. Exactly. I know people
16:22Speaker 1who are doing 100 mg a day.
16:27Speaker 1You enter there's no problem. I know people who I have a friend who is a girl and she's like, I love the tingle feeling.
16:37Speaker 1So she ensured she goes, her dose
16:41Speaker 1quite high, whatever that is to make her, but she likes to feel really tingly when she does her injections.
16:48Speaker 1So it's really based on you and guys, I guess I would just say, hey, you start low and you progress and the goal is to take those
16:57Speaker 1thousand milligrams
16:59Speaker 1as soon as you can, right? If you're doing it in a medical facility, they'll give it you you could do 1000 mg over an 8 hour period. Right. Yeah, yeah. So there's no need to not
17:10Speaker 0I mean, that really answers it. Yeah. I wouldn't do that if it wasn't, you weren't able to do it. So that lets you know that you can take higher dosage. You can. Yeah. You know what I mean? What would you say? I know that like a lot of people ask this in regards to
17:24Speaker 0in regards to the synergistic
17:26Speaker 0aspect.
17:27Speaker 0There's many that you can run with NAD. I could go on and on for days. It kinda depends on what's your objective and that's the ones that we would want to like
17:36Speaker 0refer in regards to a stack so to speak, but
17:39Speaker 0what would be the 2 that you would run alongside NAD to make it shine the best?
17:45Speaker 1You know, we just talked about this, 5Amino-1MQ
17:48Speaker 1is
17:50Speaker 1that is just it gives you
17:53Speaker 1energy in your mitochondria.
17:55Speaker 1Okay? So that
17:57Speaker 1is just giving NAD
18:00Speaker 1extra fuel under its fire, right? That's just kind of super energizing
18:05Speaker 1all of what any of these effects can be. 5 aminta, 1 mq for
18:09Speaker 1sure
18:10Speaker 1for fat burning
18:11Speaker 1to I mean, L carnitine is a cool thing to stack onto everything. L carnitine essentially just prioritizes
18:17Speaker 1fat over
18:33Speaker 1somebody who's going into ketosis.
18:35Speaker 1Yeah. That's the point of of ketosis.
18:37Speaker 1Yeah. Love it. That, you know, MOTS-3C is another 1 where it's a it's a mitochondrial
18:44Speaker 1kind of powerhouse where it's giving you energy in your in your mitochondria.
18:49Speaker 1There
18:50Speaker 1are others you asked me for 2, so that was AOD would be a good 1. AOD is great. Yep.
18:56Speaker 1AOD is really
18:57Speaker 1cool. It's a fragment of the HGH chain, but just the portion that burns fat.
19:03Speaker 0Right. Right. Yeah. Again,
19:06Speaker 0to answer that question because the questions that I get are very simple. I think it's just they don't people don't know what to ask, but what should I take? Well, 1, I don't know yet. 2, I have no idea what your objectives are, what you look like. So, you get the answer based upon your questions. So a better question is like, what are your objectives? What are you trying to accomplish? Because peptides,
19:26Speaker 0very soon everybody in my opinion, I'll speak for myself, everybody will be taking them. The science is amazing
19:32Speaker 0in the next couple years in my opinion. It's really going to start to shine even more than now because the qualities
19:40Speaker 0of
19:41Speaker 0so many of them and so many just unbelievable,
19:45Speaker 0rad things that these peptides are doing. It's and we're just at the beginning, you know, I think in the next 5 years too,
19:52Speaker 0how it's gonna grow and the things they're gonna come up with. It's just we are
19:56Speaker 1we, science is here and it's shining. Yep. And R and D is not gonna stop, man. R and D is is is speeding up everywhere.
20:04Speaker 1Yeah. This
20:05Speaker 1is the this is the future,
20:08Speaker 1and it's gonna be and it's fun. I don't know. It's fun to it's fun to witness it, and and it's fun to experiment with it.
20:14Speaker 0Yeah, my, you know, kind of take a turn off into left field, but my wife, you know, she holds my son. Anybody that has seen my youngest son, we call him the tank for a reason. He's huge and my wife is tiny. So she carries this little tank around all day, and as you can imagine, her wrists are killing her.
20:31Speaker 0So I have been
20:33Speaker 0injecting her every day with TB-500BPC
20:36Speaker 0blend,
20:38Speaker 0and she's blown away. It's just radically, radically helped her to where she's never really taken that type of a peptide to heal her. And she's just like blown away by it. It's just amazing. Now, what would a doctor do? What would a doctor do? You'd go to a doctor and he'd probably prescribe you at least ibuprofen 800.
20:54Speaker 0Some would prescribe her, you know, narcotics, man. So we're gonna that's old news. We're moving out of that and we're really getting to true
21:03Speaker 0true health.
21:05Speaker 0You know, these are chains of amino acids and they're really gonna help your body
21:08Speaker 0shine.
21:09Speaker 1Mhmm. Really? Absolute yeah.
21:12Speaker 1Absolutely. I guess the last thing is,
21:14Speaker 1I guess, just tell everybody that, you know, let's not forget, right, the drug is not
21:19Speaker 1not the only thing that you should be taking, right? We're not taking these peptides as just as get out of jail free and like drugs to do miracles, right? Yeah. Diet,
21:30Speaker 1exercise,
21:31Speaker 1that is what makes the magic happen. You must be doing those things.
21:35Speaker 1Some other things,
21:37Speaker 1like you said, specifically to NAD
21:41Speaker 1so fasting. Fasting's huge.
21:45Speaker 1That is that is going to increase your NAD, k,
21:49Speaker 1which is going to make you look younger. It's gonna help I mean, when we put ourselves through stress, so that's fasting, that's saunas,
21:57Speaker 1that's
21:58Speaker 1cold cold plunges, but and letting your body
22:01Speaker 1warm up itself,
22:03Speaker 1not cold plunge and then just jump into a hot bath and,
22:06Speaker 1you know, your body there's a lot to be said for your body having to warm itself up. So all of those high stress events are actually good for us,
22:14Speaker 1and they make they just so so NAD, they will increase your NAD levels, which is gonna increase your your cellular regeneration and your DNA
22:23Speaker 0Yeah. Favorably. Getting back to like some basics of just life. You know, our lives in the last 15 years, give or take, have been,
22:32Speaker 0you know, western medicine,
22:34Speaker 0the food industry that's just corrupt and the food is poisoned. It's making everybody sick. If we get back to some of the things that,
22:43Speaker 0you know, like Will said, cold plunge. I love it. You feel amazing. I mean, literally taking your shoes off and walking on the grass ground. I'm not kidding you, a few people don't do that, it's amazing. You feel connected,
22:56Speaker 0you really are connecting with the energy standing next to a tree. These are energies that literally help your body thrive. I know that's a little bit in left hip field, but that's true, man. We get back to the basics of
23:07Speaker 0kinda how we used to live instead of living on seed oils, live on fat,
23:12Speaker 0you know, beef tallow and things like that. You can really help your body thrive.
23:16Speaker 0Peptides are gonna help, but you start with diet.
23:19Speaker 0Diet, diet, diet, diet is 90%. When you build a base of your foundation of a good solid diet,
23:26Speaker 0peptides work, exercise works. All these things work because your base is strong. People try to outwork a bad diet and it doesn't work. They don't see results so they quit.
23:36Speaker 0Actually,
23:37Speaker 1dark diet. Yes. True. Couldn't agree more.
23:41Speaker 1Yes. Get outside. I was raised by a I was my mother was a hippie, and I was raised to be outside and go on hikes. You know that's how I like to disappear.
23:49Speaker 1And,
23:51Speaker 1dude, that that is it's so important. I just always look at us. Look at us. Just think of it. Our bodies are still made as, like, cavemen. Okay? And we are going to work better.
24:03Speaker 1We're gonna work better
24:05Speaker 1in those circumstances.
24:06Speaker 1Right? We used to just hunt and gather. We used to eat eat meat and fat
24:10Speaker 1and just do some foraging.
24:13Speaker 1And we used to deal with cold. We used to take showers in the cold cold river.
24:17Speaker 1Yeah. That was there was no comfort. We were a lot more
24:22Speaker 1urile and
24:23Speaker 1our testosterone levels were up were up higher. Everything was natural,
24:28Speaker 1and that's
24:30Speaker 1that's a goal. So
24:32Speaker 0discomfort, discomfort's a key, really. Yeah, put yourself in in hard positions, man. There's if
24:38Speaker 0comfort is the enemy of progress.
24:40Speaker 0We are not supposed to be comfortable, so you need to put yourself in uncomfortable positions,
24:45Speaker 0that's when you grow.
24:47Speaker 0So,
24:48Speaker 0Will, I love you buddy. I will see you soon. I'll be heading into the office, but that's the episode
24:53Speaker 0for this week. We will catch you on next rounds, next week's peptide of the week. Alright. What we got? Have a good day.
