Nothing here is a protocol to follow. --- 0:00 Speaker 0: All right. Welcome back to the Peptide of the Week. This is a good 1. This is a good 1. This is probably 1 of the most popular ones, 0:09 Speaker 0: probably due to the antiaging 0:11 Speaker 0: qualities. All the ladies like this 1 for sure, but it definitely is for men as well. I take it. I love it. I'm talking about NAD 0:20 Speaker 0: plus 0:21 Speaker 0: So I wanna welcome my cohost 0:25 Speaker 0: and business 0:27 Speaker 0: owners with me with Warrior Makers, 0:30 Speaker 1: Will T Haws. Hello, my brother. How are you? I'm doing well, man. I'm doing well. This is a 0:36 Speaker 1: fun and easy 1 to talk about 0:39 Speaker 0: because there's a lot of cool there's a lot of cool stuff that's going on here. Well, I love this. I love doing this with you, bro, because it really just shines our personalities, 0:48 Speaker 0: bro. I'm just you know, and you're just the, you know, it really shows our personalities well, man. So it's cool. You know, was thinking about this before we started, man, and I 0:58 Speaker 0: think everybody should start a peptide company. Here's why. 1:02 Speaker 0: You get dressed like this. 1:04 Speaker 0: I just came from the gym, 1:06 Speaker 0: and I get to wear my gym clothes every day, all day. How cool is that? It's awesome. And I don't have to dress like this, but sometimes I like to 1:15 Speaker 0: look nice and professional, I suppose. I love it. So let's let's let's get into it, man. So what is NAD? 1:22 Speaker 0: Tell us a little bit about it. Where where does it shine? 1:26 Speaker 1: Okay. 1:27 Speaker 1: I guess so 1st of all, NAD is a form of is a form of niacin, which is, like, vitamin b 3. 1:34 Speaker 1: You also people may also recognize 1:38 Speaker 1: NMT, 1:39 Speaker 1: which is the, like, 1:41 Speaker 1: precursor, 1:43 Speaker 1: and I'm not even gonna 1:45 Speaker 1: or NMN, 1:46 Speaker 1: I'm sorry, we were talking about 5 amino, 1 MQ. 1:49 Speaker 1: So NMN 1:50 Speaker 1: is a precursor to NAD. There are supplements out there that you take that and it converts into NAD, but basically 1:59 Speaker 1: comes NAD comes in a peptide, like an injectable form. 2:04 Speaker 1: You can go to medical facilities and get it in like an actual IV drip. You can inject it subcutaneously, 2:12 Speaker 1: and it also comes in oral pill version, 2:15 Speaker 1: which isn't 2:17 Speaker 1: as bioavailable, 2:18 Speaker 1: but it will still work, 2:21 Speaker 1: and it does a lot of things. 2:22 Speaker 1: So I guess, get number 1, it is gonna increase it repairs 2:27 Speaker 1: our DNA, 2:28 Speaker 1: which is a big It's huge. Deal. Right? As our DNA 2:33 Speaker 1: as we get older, right, our DNA just starts to deplete and and and and unravel, 2:38 Speaker 1: and this is constantly 2:40 Speaker 1: repairing our DNA through 2:43 Speaker 1: extra 2:44 Speaker 1: energy in our own mitochondria, 2:46 Speaker 1: okay, in the in the cells. 2:48 Speaker 0: So it's like pure energy. It's not like, you know, shoot up if you're going to, like, drink a coffee or if you're going to take an energy drink or something like that. What I find is it's just steady energy. Yeah. Yeah. It's definitely not like caffeine where it's up and down kind of boost energy. But basically in a in a very complex way, it helps create ATP. 3:09 Speaker 1: ATP 3:11 Speaker 1: is adenosine triphosphate, 3:12 Speaker 1: that's essentially the energy in our cells. Okay? That's what helps us 3:17 Speaker 1: run faster, 3:19 Speaker 1: jump higher, be a little bit stronger for 3:21 Speaker 1: a little bit longer. As we know or maybe don't know, like, as you're exercising, 3:27 Speaker 1: you are burning your ATP off very fast. Right? Its byproduct turns into ADP, 3:31 Speaker 1: which is lactic acid. So our muscles work real hard until you start to feel them burn. 3:37 Speaker 1: That is your ATP running out, 3:40 Speaker 1: and it is now converted into ADP. 3:43 Speaker 1: And so NAD is just gonna help 3:46 Speaker 1: you have more ATP. 3:48 Speaker 1: Creatine also, just a funny fact, is a is a ATP basically reuptake agent. So it converts the ADP back into 3:56 Speaker 1: ATP, 3:57 Speaker 1: so you are stronger longer. 3:59 Speaker 0: You've been talking about, you know, peptides for a long time. I've obviously known you in a long time and a lot longer than me. I've dove into it and I love it, but would 4:07 Speaker 0: you find that 1 of the best benefits is the anti aging? Because it does, it's well known for slowing down aging process. I think like we said because of the DNA 4:18 Speaker 0: repair, 4:20 Speaker 0: but probably I would think, you know, from my viewpoint, 4:23 Speaker 0: is that's why I get so many questions from at least women is the slowing down of aging process. Better hair, better skin, better nails. Absolutely. 4:32 Speaker 1: You know, all that stuff. Yeah, I think that that's the big and it actually and it works. I mean, it works, right? These scientists have little different biomarkers and we've done tests in 4:41 Speaker 1: not extensive 4:43 Speaker 1: tests in humans, but in different organisms and 4:47 Speaker 1: animals, and those biomarkers are actually improving. 4:51 Speaker 1: And it, yes, it works. I know people I mean, goodness, if you go on the internet and you can believe what you want to believe, but I mean, 4:58 Speaker 1: I know several people who've been taking it who just visibly look a lot younger. Like, it really works and, yeah, that's its kind of primary marketed 5:07 Speaker 1: marketed ability, but it does a lot of other things that are really cool. But, yeah, that's that is a necessary 5:13 Speaker 1: fountain of youth if that's the goal, which I think it is for everybody. 5:18 Speaker 1: You should be taking it age of the plus. Especially people we come in contact with our age. I mean, we're getting older. 5:23 Speaker 1: But the DNA repair is great, and it's, I compare it to at least from my viewpoint of just some of the reasons why I started fasting, just, you know, the cell repaired, 5:33 Speaker 1: dead cells die off, and if when you put your body under shock, it starts to 5:38 Speaker 1: just do, it starts to repair itself. Mhmm. So NAD 5:42 Speaker 1: added on to like a fasting, added on to like a cold plunge. 5:47 Speaker 1: I think it's gonna do well just because of that, you know, because it's it's it's like a double whammy. You're putting yourself in these hard positions 5:55 Speaker 1: and your body starts to repair 5:57 Speaker 1: to put it on. Absolutely. What you just said, right, it's all the same thing, you know, the same things in life. Like, there are tons of lifestyle factors that you can do. I mean, maybe we can get to that, but 6:09 Speaker 1: I think we'll get to that later. So I don't need to waste my breath. But what else what else does it do? 6:14 Speaker 1: Like, neurological health. 6:16 Speaker 1: Right? So it is repairing. 6:19 Speaker 1: It's giving us some little bit more 6:22 Speaker 1: more energy in in our cells, 6:25 Speaker 1: and its goal is to kind of repair DNA 6:27 Speaker 1: and just and repair us on a, like, atomic level. And so that's also with the brain. It is going to improve your cognitive health. 6:37 Speaker 1: They they are doing they are actively using it in studies for Alzheimer's and Parkinson's 6:42 Speaker 1: because 6:44 Speaker 0: it showed real promise, and it does. You know? A thought focus I've noticed just in my own taking of the product. You know, I've read a lot about that stuff too. 6:54 Speaker 0: It really does. You really 6:56 Speaker 0: do notice a focus gets a little bit better. And, man, just because of how you and I, you know, used to party quite a bit when when we were younger, but that has really affected me in my older age just being very forgetful and I I have noticed the difference. I really have. Yeah, I agree. I agree. Me too. I know. I it's it's crazy. I forget simple words like road, you know, or The 7:20 Speaker 0: Yeah. 7:21 Speaker 1: But 7:22 Speaker 1: it help it helps. I 7:25 Speaker 1: yep. I absolutely notice different 7:27 Speaker 1: energy, brain clarity, and I need that I need that bad. It's becoming more apparent. 7:33 Speaker 0: Yeah, I think though 1 of the things that I've loved about, you know, peptides, a lot of them, they're not all in this category, but the brain function part is really 1 of my favorite things, man. I mean, the repair of just a lot of these are just amazing, man. So NAD shines when it comes to energy, 7:51 Speaker 0: when it comes to brain function. 7:53 Speaker 0: Let's let me ask you this, brother. What who would you say would be the right person for this? Who would you think that would should take this? Well, 8:01 Speaker 1: 1st, I wanna give you some other cool things that it does. K? Cool. 8:05 Speaker 1: Is that alright? So 8:07 Speaker 1: influencing, 8:08 Speaker 1: like, our cellular communication, 8:10 Speaker 1: right, 8:11 Speaker 1: and and modulating 8:13 Speaker 1: inflammation. 8:14 Speaker 1: So 8:15 Speaker 1: influencing cellular communication is really interesting. So it will 8:20 Speaker 1: actually, like, the stress response from our cells will 8:25 Speaker 1: be a lot better if you have plenty of NAD in there. They will not degrade. 8:31 Speaker 1: They won't degrade as much in your and it really helps your immune response. Right? So a bug comes at you or anytime that we get stressed, that is killing that's hurting our immune system. Right? And NAD is just gonna make 8:42 Speaker 1: us a lot more resilient. 8:45 Speaker 1: And in stay ahead of the curve. Yeah. Absolutely. And inflammation is, I mean, is a problem everywhere from from the inflammation we see to to the inflammation we don't see, and it's really gonna help cut down inflammation everywhere. I mean, if you stop like, puzzles. So if you stop and just sit on that 1 in particular, 9:04 Speaker 0: the diets that most people eat are just horrid. 1, the food sucks anyway. 9:09 Speaker 0: Anytime you eat out at a restaurant, it's full of sugars or full of seed oils, 9:14 Speaker 0: and that is what's driving inflammation 9:17 Speaker 0: in our bodies up. 9:18 Speaker 0: So 9:19 Speaker 0: that's a great point is the inflammation is huge for 9:23 Speaker 0: everybody. So everybody, because it doesn't matter, like, you know, both of us are healthy, you know, and I try to avoid seed oils at all costs. I left the office a lot yesterday. I was exhausted 9:34 Speaker 0: and, 9:35 Speaker 0: Liz had already fed the boys and I stopped at Chipotle and I know they cook seed oils, but guess what? I was tired and it made sense. My point is you can't get away from it, man. We eat them. It is what it is. Mhmm. So a peptide like this is going to help combat that stuff. 9:50 Speaker 1: Yep. Absolute yeah. Yep. No doubt. Give your I mean, technology is there. Like, guys, technology is there. Let's use it. I'm all in for, like, you know, using it and using things safely. And I guess, finally, it'll actually help your circadian rhythm, right, because it's which is great, which is gonna contribute to you having better sleep patterns, but, guy but but sleep patterns are huge. That's something that I need to do a lot better on. But, 10:15 Speaker 1: hey, we all can't be perfect. 10:18 Speaker 1: There's a lot of things I need to work on. But, 10:21 Speaker 1: yes. 10:22 Speaker 1: Yeah. So you're here, circadian rhythm and then and then even just muscle recovery. 10:28 Speaker 1: It's not the the number 1 thing I would I would say to take for muscle, but if it is, it's repairing us on a genetic level, right, on a very small level, and that transfers up to everything. And therefore, hey, we're gonna grow back from stress a lot better. And 10:44 Speaker 0: lifting weights, stressing your muscles out is just our response is to get bigger and stronger. Love it. So then now let's dig into it. Who would you say should take it? Who would you recommend 10:54 Speaker 0: should take it? That's probably the easy question. Everybody. 10:58 Speaker 1: I mean, everyone, 11:01 Speaker 1: especially as you're getting as you especially as you're getting older. Right? If you've lived a hard life 11:06 Speaker 1: and you've beat your body up, 11:09 Speaker 1: you should be you should be taking it. If you wanna look better and 11:14 Speaker 1: how important you're feeling younger 40 should definitely be taking Yeah. Mean, I said don't take it if you're a little child, 11:20 Speaker 1: just because there's not long term studies. I can't tell you that it's bad, but 11:25 Speaker 1: yeah. 11:26 Speaker 0: Yeah, like like we were talking about off camera the other day. It's just like, I mean, peptides in general, just because they're so beneficial and just so low risk for the most part. Yeah. There that question is pretty easy for most. Who should take it? Pretty much anybody, especially anybody 11:43 Speaker 0: our age reaching their upwards of 40, 11:46 Speaker 0: definitely fifties. 11:48 Speaker 0: You're gonna 11:49 Speaker 0: see huge benefits by adding NAD into the mix. That's the easy question. 11:55 Speaker 0: Is there anybody that you can think of besides, you know, obviously, young kids like you just said? Is there anybody that probably 12:03 Speaker 0: would not be a good idea to take it? 12:09 Speaker 1: I don't really I can't tell you. There's no there is no specific population. I mean, I'm 12:16 Speaker 1: yeah. I don't have a good I don't have a good answer. I don't know. There's nobody that shouldn't be taking it. I know that 12:21 Speaker 1: some some some be carefuls. Right? It's a if you know what niacin is, niacin is the stuff that's in 12:29 Speaker 1: a lot of different, 12:30 Speaker 1: I don't know, preworkouts that can make you real flush and tingly. I mean, the real tingle from preworkouts is from the beta alanine, not the niacin, but that's in there. 12:40 Speaker 1: If you do too much NAD, 12:43 Speaker 1: you'll start to get tingly, a tingly sensation. And if you do too much, it will be overwhelming. How do you know? I've I've done it. 12:52 Speaker 1: I've done it because I like to experiment with things and go too much with them. Yeah. But, you know, and I slowly worked my way up and, yeah, I did a little too much, 13:02 Speaker 1: and it started in my feet. And then 13:05 Speaker 1: it came up over my whole body and lasted about a minute, and I was just like, 13:09 Speaker 1: I could 13:11 Speaker 1: I've been through some weird things in my life, and so I knew just to breathe through it, I'll be fine. But I could see how somebody would have freaked out. But that's easy to avoid. But, like, that's easy to avoid. Right. Right. You just you start low and you just incrementally go up. We'll talk about dosing. 13:28 Speaker 0: Yeah. 13:29 Speaker 0: Yeah. I mean, that's a good segue into the dosing. Let's talk about that because, I mean, if gosh, man, that's the 1 question that's a little bit 13:38 Speaker 0: hard to answer a lot of times pushing on social media channels because I don't know the legalities of dosages, but 13:45 Speaker 0: everybody wants to know, you know, what, how much do you take? I mean, what what is the proper range? And I know that's gonna really vary specifically on this 1 in particular. 13:54 Speaker 1: Mhmm. 13:55 Speaker 1: It is gonna vary. So I guess, 1st of all, big picture is 13:59 Speaker 1: when you go to or if you go to 1 of these, like, medical facility and they do an IV they connect you to a, like, a banana bag and and do an IV drip in you, they're usually giving you 1000 mg. 14:12 Speaker 1: K? And that thousand milligrams needs to it just kinda slowly drips into you 14:16 Speaker 1: over several hours. You don't 14:19 Speaker 1: it'd be great to do it really quick, but if you squeeze the bag and it starts rushing into you, you will feel like fire ants going through your veins. Right. So, 14:28 Speaker 1: again, the tingling thing. So, 14:31 Speaker 1: basically, like, 1000 mg at 1 time, 14:34 Speaker 1: I guess, is generally maybe like a cycle. So so the goal if you're doing this at home, 14:39 Speaker 1: your goal ought to be doing 1000 mg at a time, however long that takes you. We'll talk about daily dosage, but but you're aiming for, hey, 1000 mg if that takes 2 months. Okay. Great. 14:52 Speaker 1: Then give your body a little break, maybe a month or 2 break, and then repeat. Now Yep. Daily, 14:58 Speaker 1: if we are talking about this subcutaneous 15:01 Speaker 1: injection, I would say that most people, 15:04 Speaker 1: you should start at 5 mg 15:07 Speaker 1: 3 times a week. K? 15:10 Speaker 1: Work your way up maybe in in bumps of 5 mg 15:15 Speaker 1: to potentially doing doses of 25 mg 15:19 Speaker 1: 3 times a week up to 50 mg 15:23 Speaker 0: 3 times a week. That's a big difference. What how how long I know it's gonna 15:27 Speaker 0: it's gonna vary. 15:28 Speaker 0: Right? But how long would you say to get? Because that's a big jump. 15:32 Speaker 1: Yeah. It is. 15:34 Speaker 1: How long? I mean, to get up to 25 mg 15:37 Speaker 1: to 15:38 Speaker 1: 2 weeks, 15:40 Speaker 1: you don't need to go super slow. I would almost bump 5 mg 15:44 Speaker 1: per dose 15:47 Speaker 1: week. Longer than 2 weeks. So if we're saying 5 mg, bump by 5. So maybe 4 to 4 to 5 weeks and you should be at your max dose if that's 25 mg or if that's 50 mg. 16:00 Speaker 0: Yeah. You know, and then again, it's Like he said, you the protocol that we kinda at least follow and we believe in is run it for 1000 mg and then you can on top of the take and then run another thousand. 16:13 Speaker 1: Yeah. Something's wrong with your with the mic, by the way. It kinda sounds 16:18 Speaker 1: muffled. 16:19 Speaker 1: Yes. Exactly. I know people 16:22 Speaker 1: who are doing 100 mg a day. 16:27 Speaker 1: You enter there's no problem. I know people who I have a friend who is a girl and she's like, I love the tingle feeling. 16:37 Speaker 1: So she ensured she goes, her dose 16:41 Speaker 1: quite high, whatever that is to make her, but she likes to feel really tingly when she does her injections. 16:48 Speaker 1: So it's really based on you and guys, I guess I would just say, hey, you start low and you progress and the goal is to take those 16:57 Speaker 1: thousand milligrams 16:59 Speaker 1: as soon as you can, right? If you're doing it in a medical facility, they'll give it you you could do 1000 mg over an 8 hour period. Right. Yeah, yeah. So there's no need to not 17:10 Speaker 0: I mean, that really answers it. Yeah. I wouldn't do that if it wasn't, you weren't able to do it. So that lets you know that you can take higher dosage. You can. Yeah. You know what I mean? What would you say? I know that like a lot of people ask this in regards to 17:24 Speaker 0: in regards to the synergistic 17:26 Speaker 0: aspect. 17:27 Speaker 0: There's many that you can run with NAD. I could go on and on for days. It kinda depends on what's your objective and that's the ones that we would want to like 17:36 Speaker 0: refer in regards to a stack so to speak, but 17:39 Speaker 0: what would be the 2 that you would run alongside NAD to make it shine the best? 17:45 Speaker 1: You know, we just talked about this, 5Amino-1MQ 17:48 Speaker 1: is 17:50 Speaker 1: that is just it gives you 17:53 Speaker 1: energy in your mitochondria. 17:55 Speaker 1: Okay? So that 17:57 Speaker 1: is just giving NAD 18:00 Speaker 1: extra fuel under its fire, right? That's just kind of super energizing 18:05 Speaker 1: all of what any of these effects can be. 5 aminta, 1 mq for 18:09 Speaker 1: sure 18:10 Speaker 1: for fat burning 18:11 Speaker 1: to I mean, L carnitine is a cool thing to stack onto everything. L carnitine essentially just prioritizes 18:17 Speaker 1: fat over 18:33 Speaker 1: somebody who's going into ketosis. 18:35 Speaker 1: Yeah. That's the point of of ketosis. 18:37 Speaker 1: Yeah. Love it. That, you know, MOTS-3C is another 1 where it's a it's a mitochondrial 18:44 Speaker 1: kind of powerhouse where it's giving you energy in your in your mitochondria. 18:49 Speaker 1: There 18:50 Speaker 1: are others you asked me for 2, so that was AOD would be a good 1. AOD is great. Yep. 18:56 Speaker 1: AOD is really 18:57 Speaker 1: cool. It's a fragment of the HGH chain, but just the portion that burns fat. 19:03 Speaker 0: Right. Right. Yeah. Again, 19:06 Speaker 0: to answer that question because the questions that I get are very simple. I think it's just they don't people don't know what to ask, but what should I take? Well, 1, I don't know yet. 2, I have no idea what your objectives are, what you look like. So, you get the answer based upon your questions. So a better question is like, what are your objectives? What are you trying to accomplish? Because peptides, 19:26 Speaker 0: very soon everybody in my opinion, I'll speak for myself, everybody will be taking them. The science is amazing 19:32 Speaker 0: in the next couple years in my opinion. It's really going to start to shine even more than now because the qualities 19:40 Speaker 0: of 19:41 Speaker 0: so many of them and so many just unbelievable, 19:45 Speaker 0: rad things that these peptides are doing. It's and we're just at the beginning, you know, I think in the next 5 years too, 19:52 Speaker 0: how it's gonna grow and the things they're gonna come up with. It's just we are 19:56 Speaker 1: we, science is here and it's shining. Yep. And R and D is not gonna stop, man. R and D is is is speeding up everywhere. 20:04 Speaker 1: Yeah. This 20:05 Speaker 1: is the this is the future, 20:08 Speaker 1: and it's gonna be and it's fun. I don't know. It's fun to it's fun to witness it, and and it's fun to experiment with it. 20:14 Speaker 0: Yeah, my, you know, kind of take a turn off into left field, but my wife, you know, she holds my son. Anybody that has seen my youngest son, we call him the tank for a reason. He's huge and my wife is tiny. So she carries this little tank around all day, and as you can imagine, her wrists are killing her. 20:31 Speaker 0: So I have been 20:33 Speaker 0: injecting her every day with TB-500BPC 20:36 Speaker 0: blend, 20:38 Speaker 0: and she's blown away. It's just radically, radically helped her to where she's never really taken that type of a peptide to heal her. And she's just like blown away by it. It's just amazing. Now, what would a doctor do? What would a doctor do? You'd go to a doctor and he'd probably prescribe you at least ibuprofen 800. 20:54 Speaker 0: Some would prescribe her, you know, narcotics, man. So we're gonna that's old news. We're moving out of that and we're really getting to true 21:03 Speaker 0: true health. 21:05 Speaker 0: You know, these are chains of amino acids and they're really gonna help your body 21:08 Speaker 0: shine. 21:09 Speaker 1: Mhmm. Really? Absolute yeah. 21:12 Speaker 1: Absolutely. I guess the last thing is, 21:14 Speaker 1: I guess, just tell everybody that, you know, let's not forget, right, the drug is not 21:19 Speaker 1: not the only thing that you should be taking, right? We're not taking these peptides as just as get out of jail free and like drugs to do miracles, right? Yeah. Diet, 21:30 Speaker 1: exercise, 21:31 Speaker 1: that is what makes the magic happen. You must be doing those things. 21:35 Speaker 1: Some other things, 21:37 Speaker 1: like you said, specifically to NAD 21:41 Speaker 1: so fasting. Fasting's huge. 21:45 Speaker 1: That is that is going to increase your NAD, k, 21:49 Speaker 1: which is going to make you look younger. It's gonna help I mean, when we put ourselves through stress, so that's fasting, that's saunas, 21:57 Speaker 1: that's 21:58 Speaker 1: cold cold plunges, but and letting your body 22:01 Speaker 1: warm up itself, 22:03 Speaker 1: not cold plunge and then just jump into a hot bath and, 22:06 Speaker 1: you know, your body there's a lot to be said for your body having to warm itself up. So all of those high stress events are actually good for us, 22:14 Speaker 1: and they make they just so so NAD, they will increase your NAD levels, which is gonna increase your your cellular regeneration and your DNA 22:23 Speaker 0: Yeah. Favorably. Getting back to like some basics of just life. You know, our lives in the last 15 years, give or take, have been, 22:32 Speaker 0: you know, western medicine, 22:34 Speaker 0: the food industry that's just corrupt and the food is poisoned. It's making everybody sick. If we get back to some of the things that, 22:43 Speaker 0: you know, like Will said, cold plunge. I love it. You feel amazing. I mean, literally taking your shoes off and walking on the grass ground. I'm not kidding you, a few people don't do that, it's amazing. You feel connected, 22:56 Speaker 0: you really are connecting with the energy standing next to a tree. These are energies that literally help your body thrive. I know that's a little bit in left hip field, but that's true, man. We get back to the basics of 23:07 Speaker 0: kinda how we used to live instead of living on seed oils, live on fat, 23:12 Speaker 0: you know, beef tallow and things like that. You can really help your body thrive. 23:16 Speaker 0: Peptides are gonna help, but you start with diet. 23:19 Speaker 0: Diet, diet, diet, diet is 90%. When you build a base of your foundation of a good solid diet, 23:26 Speaker 0: peptides work, exercise works. All these things work because your base is strong. People try to outwork a bad diet and it doesn't work. They don't see results so they quit. 23:36 Speaker 0: Actually, 23:37 Speaker 1: dark diet. Yes. True. Couldn't agree more. 23:41 Speaker 1: Yes. Get outside. I was raised by a I was my mother was a hippie, and I was raised to be outside and go on hikes. You know that's how I like to disappear. 23:49 Speaker 1: And, 23:51 Speaker 1: dude, that that is it's so important. I just always look at us. Look at us. Just think of it. Our bodies are still made as, like, cavemen. Okay? And we are going to work better. 24:03 Speaker 1: We're gonna work better 24:05 Speaker 1: in those circumstances. 24:06 Speaker 1: Right? We used to just hunt and gather. We used to eat eat meat and fat 24:10 Speaker 1: and just do some foraging. 24:13 Speaker 1: And we used to deal with cold. We used to take showers in the cold cold river. 24:17 Speaker 1: Yeah. That was there was no comfort. We were a lot more 24:22 Speaker 1: urile and 24:23 Speaker 1: our testosterone levels were up were up higher. Everything was natural, 24:28 Speaker 1: and that's 24:30 Speaker 1: that's a goal. So 24:32 Speaker 0: discomfort, discomfort's a key, really. Yeah, put yourself in in hard positions, man. There's if 24:38 Speaker 0: comfort is the enemy of progress. 24:40 Speaker 0: We are not supposed to be comfortable, so you need to put yourself in uncomfortable positions, 24:45 Speaker 0: that's when you grow. 24:47 Speaker 0: So, 24:48 Speaker 0: Will, I love you buddy. I will see you soon. I'll be heading into the office, but that's the episode 24:53 Speaker 0: for this week. We will catch you on next rounds, next week's peptide of the week. Alright. What we got? Have a good day.
