1:05Speaker 0Welcome back to the pep time of the week podcast. I'm your host JD Denham across the way like always,
1:11Speaker 0my good friend, my business partner, my buddy, mister Wave.
1:15Speaker 0Here in the corner. Not right across from you, though. Yeah. That to to my left. Yeah. We we have a we also have a a a guest on the show, which is a good friend of mine.
1:25Speaker 0Big part of
1:27Speaker 0this company, how it began this because he was a big vital part of my life and
1:32Speaker 0a big financial guy, but we're gonna talk about some peptides too because he loves peptides and, he's
1:38Speaker 0not that wasn't as always as fit as he looks as you see him, a viewer.
1:42Speaker 0Joe Brown, who is a financial, I'd like to say, guru, man. You just know your stuff. It's amazing. 1 of the most intelligent guys I know. But for the the the people listening right now, Joe, tell us who you are in your own words.
1:56Speaker 3Yeah.
1:58Speaker 3Father, husband,
1:59Speaker 3and, financial teacher.
2:01Speaker 3Yeah. So, I like to explain how money works so that people can get to financial freedom faster. And,
2:07Speaker 31 of my, 1 of my big hobbies ever since 2021
2:11Speaker 3when I 1st, decided to
2:15Speaker 3get my, fitness
2:16Speaker 3in,
2:17Speaker 3get get a handle on my fitness,
2:19Speaker 3get my health under control.
2:22Speaker 3Ever since then, I've been super into,
2:26Speaker 3yeah, every just as a hobby, you know, bodybuilding, peptides, biohacking, fitness, you know,
2:32Speaker 3more muscle, less fat, and that bleeds over, I think, into every part of your life.
2:36Speaker 0Sure does. Little bit of a- Seems to happen. Yeah. Start getting, looking a little good and feel a little good. You want a little bit of more. Yeah. Tell us though a little bit about you though, and like,
2:46Speaker 0just who you are. You're such a big, big wig in the financial world.
2:50Speaker 0You have a extremely large YouTube channel.
2:54Speaker 0Where has that grown lately? Like, what is your your expertise? Is is financial. You give financial advice and help people make money. That part, we know. But what do you do exactly now? Like, what type of, customers are you or people are you working for currently?
3:07Speaker 3So I I this this may not be exactly what you're asking, but, my business
3:12Speaker 3on the, on the front end, like, my marketing, my free stuff is like my, my YouTube channel is the main thing. So I make a couple videos per week just explaining, hey, this happened. The Federal Reserve just did this. Stock market's doing this. Like, just explaining
3:26Speaker 3how the economy works because
3:28Speaker 3it's such a complex thing that most people don't understand. And it's like, if the more you understand
3:34Speaker 3how it works, the more you know, like, okay, this is what I need to do to navigate it, because it can feel just daunting and scary. So that's
3:40Speaker 3my newsletter, Twitter, social media, YouTube, all of that is like the front end where it's just like, I wanna help people for free just learn about this stuff.
3:48Speaker 3And behind that, my business where I like, you know, make money is,
3:52Speaker 3I've been
3:53Speaker 3so I was a stockbroker,
3:55Speaker 3and since 2019, I've been running my business, but I invest for myself.
4:01Speaker 3My
4:02Speaker 3okay, if you don't know much about investing, this might not mean much, but my 5 year average annual return is 39 to 40%. Holy shit. Which is like the stock market average is like 10 to 12
4:14Speaker 3and so there's been some good years. I'm not claiming that that's gonna be, you know, forever,
4:20Speaker 3but,
4:21Speaker 3a couple years ago, I realized I was like, okay,
4:23Speaker 3I know what I'm doing. I'm pretty good at this. I'm just gonna share the trades that I'm making with my paid community. And
4:32Speaker 3that just kind of spiraled and became the main product. So that's the main business that I do now is I have, you know, just a trade alert service where it's like, I just share the investments and the trades that I'm making with my
4:43Speaker 3paid. And people and what so people, what, pay a, like, a subscription? Yeah. Just an annual an annual membership, and, and, we do some, you know, we do the behind the scenes, like, the private live streams and that kind of stuff, but the the main thing is just the the trade alerts. People wanna know where to put their money and they Exactly. Yeah. Put it where you tell them. Yeah. I'm gonna say, this is what I'm doing.
5:05Speaker 3You know, it you know, I'm I'm not promising it'll work forever, but it's been working so far pretty well. And if you wanna follow along with what I'm doing, I'm not telling you to do it, but I'm just sharing with you what I'm doing. So And what, like, platform is that on?
5:15Speaker 3You can do it anywhere actually. So I just, yeah, I just, I send out an email and a text with the, with the trade that I and then they can just, if they want to, they can just place the same trade themselves in their own account, whether they're trading on Robinhood or Webull or Schwab or Fidelity or whatever. Yeah.
5:31Speaker 0Said though before, because I know you well,
5:34Speaker 0you were a stockbroker at 1st working for somebody. Yeah. So you were doing well. You know, you're making what anybody would call a very nice living.
5:42Speaker 0And then you got to a point through more studying and learning and evolving, and you realized that what
5:50Speaker 0you were selling, you didn't believe in anymore. So
5:53Speaker 0you took a left turn
5:54Speaker 0away from that.
5:57Speaker 0What would you compare that
5:59Speaker 0to?
6:01Speaker 0This isn't what I thought it was compared to like, say, Western medicine and what are some of the things that are now making people take a left turn away from
6:09Speaker 0what we've been taught forever? Because they're very similar, I think, left turns.
6:14Speaker 0They're coming up to what people would call cognizant dissonance stage. People are changing and seeking something different, whether it be financial,
6:22Speaker 0whether it be health, nutrition,
6:25Speaker 0you know, for the longest time, you know, the sugar and the things that people didn't really know what they're eating. Like I've been in fitness forever and I'd be like, well, tell me you have a good diet. Tell me about your diet. And you'd like, nope, that's not a good diet, you know, because there's just so much. But
6:41Speaker 0people are changing, I believe, and they are seeking something very different. So it's very similar to kinda like that left turn for you. Is that something that happened to you? Because, you know, when I 1st saw you, you know, you were a different looking you were not this in shape dude who's ripped. Even when you walked in today, was like, dang, dude. Woah.
6:59Speaker 0Yeah. You know what I mean? But, you know, we're getting out with that. It's it's that left turn is I think it's the same. Yeah. I mean,
7:05Speaker 3when I when I quit my job to start my business, a lot of it was like like I I shared with this with you earlier that I think people
7:12Speaker 3will not change until the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of changing.
7:17Speaker 3And
7:18Speaker 3there's a, it's called the I can't remember the name of this, some beta something paradox, but
7:24Speaker 3if you're like, if you're like a mile away from something, like, if we're gonna go eat lunch and we're like a mile away, we might walk there because it'll take us, you know, 10 minutes or so, 15 minutes maybe to walk there. But if it's 2 or 3 miles away, we're gonna get in the car and drive,
7:40Speaker 3and we're gonna get there in like 2 minutes.
7:42Speaker 3And so
7:43Speaker 3sometimes if you're in a worse position,
7:46Speaker 3that's actually better because it forces a larger change that gets you to a way better position faster. If you're just in a mildly suffering position, then you might be okay just staying there because that pain of staying the same is not really that great. Yeah.
8:00Speaker 3And so, you know, for me, changing my career and starting my business, that was I was miserable, so I wanted to make that big left turn.
8:08Speaker 3Health wise, it was the same thing. I was
8:11Speaker 3I I I noticed 1 day that anytime there was a picture, like a family picture or something,
8:17Speaker 3and I was in it, I was like,
8:19Speaker 3don't I don't wanna look at that picture, like, move. Like, I realized I don't like the way that I look in photos. I was like, I don't like the way that I look, like
8:26Speaker 3real life. I can't dress in clothes and I'm like, I can't find clothes that I look good in. I'm like, I just don't like the way I look. Yeah. I was like, I don't want to look in the mirror and not like what I'm looking at. I was like, this and I know it's probably pretty shallow and vain, but it was like because it wasn't about like
8:42Speaker 3at that time, it wasn't like, oh, I wanna make sure I'm there to walk my daughter down the aisle someday. It wasn't like a I didn't have a health crisis or anything. Right. But I was obese. I was 230 pounds. I'm 5 10, and I was like, I I wanna like the way that I look in the mirror. Sure. And,
8:56Speaker 2and so that's that's kinda what triggered that that pain and made me start changing. And there is nothing wrong with that. Like, I you know, it's so funny. People are just like, oh, you know, oh, I don't care what anybody thinks. If you really don't care, then you'd be walking around naked for sure. Yeah. Liar. Liar. Right? Pajamas.
9:13Speaker 2Right? You're as comfortable in things as you possibly can. Right?
9:16Speaker 2I don't think there's absolutely nothing wrong. I always say if you feel good, you play good, you play good, you feel or if you and if you Yeah. You feel
9:22Speaker 2if you look good, you feel good. If you feel good, you play good. Yep. And that life and everything, so there's nothing wrong with that. Most every I don't know. I'd say most and everybody's fitness changes are
9:32Speaker 2vanity,
9:33Speaker 2probably a higher percentage of vanity reasons
9:36Speaker 3than not. I think we're built to- And that makes sense. We've- To like the way- Yeah. We're that's built into us. We- Yeah. Absolutely. We're not built to look in the mirror and feel like, that's- Hell no. You're
9:47Speaker 2with your clients, you're better with everybody. Yeah. If you get better and you feel better about yourself. Yeah. True.
9:53Speaker 2So did the fitness change? So I guess it's the
9:57Speaker 2career move. Yep. And the fit were those the exact same time? No. Coincident the same time? No. '29 mid 20 19
10:04Speaker 3was when I quit my job. And then 01/01/2021
10:08Speaker 3was when I went carnivore. I remember New Year's Eve 20 20,
10:14Speaker 3you know, we were we were celebrating with friends and I was like, I was like, just you guys wait. This year is gonna be
10:20Speaker 2you crazy. Tell everybody beforehand?
10:22Speaker 3I don't remember. Maybe.
10:25Speaker 3I I definitely told the, you know, closest people around me. But, man, I went carnivore that,
10:31Speaker 3that day, and for the 1st couple of weeks, I felt like a drug addict going through withdrawals. I was, like, fantasizing about dumping Skittles in my mouth. Like, I was like, it was rough. I was depressed.
10:41Speaker 3But I was like, I had tried a bunch of diets over the last, you know, 5, 10 years before that.
10:47Speaker 3Lost a little bit of weight, gained it back.
10:49Speaker 3And I think the difference was why it stuck this time
10:52Speaker 3was
10:54Speaker 3the difference between, like,
10:57Speaker 3trying to do something versus committing to an outcome. Like, if you say, I'm gonna try and lose weight, then what you're saying is, I'm going to take an action. Yeah. And whatever the result will be, the result will be. Yeah. The other option is to commit to an outcome and say, I'm going to get here, and I don't know what actions will take me will will be required to get me there, but I'm gonna get there. And that's that that was kind of the difference in the mentality that and which is why I think it stuck. And so, yeah, 5 months later, I had lost 50 pounds and
11:26Speaker 0kinda never looked back. So you were like 30? Awesome.
11:28Speaker 030 years old, give or take? Yeah. Because it's so common.
11:32Speaker 0It's so common that, that's a lifestyle of most people these days. Yeah. Was it lack of knowledge of nutrition?
11:41Speaker 0Was it
11:42Speaker 0didn't, you know what mean? Because you're a very intelligent guy, but you probably had to study because you want a carnivores. So I know you read about it, but before that,
11:50Speaker 0which got you, you said obese, which got you abused. What led up to that lack of knowledge of nutrition? Why? Why were you there? How did you get there? Lack of
12:00Speaker 3Just
12:01Speaker 3probably a lack of
12:04Speaker 0I
12:06Speaker 3the the the Not caring. Yeah, I didn't I didn't the pain wasn't
12:10Speaker 3strong enough yet because I think I knew like, the nutrition stuff, like,
12:15Speaker 3I I think was an like, enough there where if I
12:19Speaker 3wanted to put into the put it into action, I could have,
12:23Speaker 3but it just it just the pain wasn't strong enough for me yet. I preferred the Oreos and the Doritos more than I preferred the fitness to that. And you were married?
12:33Speaker 2Yeah. So you weren't you were doubt looking to I wasn't out there trying to Yeah. It looked great to pick up a girl. You were just dumb. Yeah. Or just dumb. Yeah.
12:43Speaker 3That was, you know, another thing that just the health bleeds over into that, that, like, I've never had any marriage issues whatsoever, like, you know, relationship wise in the bedroom, anything like that. But I did notice, like, when I got in shape,
12:58Speaker 3like,
13:00Speaker 3it it it it drastically
13:03Speaker 3improved
13:04Speaker 3the physical side of the relationship, even just from, like, the, you know, my own stamina and, like, you know, the the attraction that my wife, like, she never would have said she wasn't attracted to me before. She always said she really liked the way I looked, but then it was, like, noticeably more once I got in shape. It was like, oh, like,
13:22Speaker 3there's a difference.
13:24Speaker 0We
13:25Speaker 0well, like you guys just said, vanity is vanity. We when when you take a picture and there's 5 people, why do you look at yourself?
13:31Speaker 0You don't pay much money with your attention to other people. I can't I think we're programmed to that, but
13:37Speaker 0as time goes on in marriages and whatnot, this is just my stance and you guys can kind of give me years if you want.
13:43Speaker 0Your wife wants to be attracted to you. Yeah. Like, I think that we're all supposed to continue to work on ourselves. We're all supposed to continue to like do that for ourselves for 1 and for our brides as well. I mean, because they go hand in hand, you're a businessman, you know, you're very successful man.
14:00Speaker 0But you see a lot of successful people that don't put a lot of time into their health. Why do you think that is?
14:08Speaker 0Just
14:09Speaker 0lack of time and they just don't care. You know what I mean? Yeah. Time is a big 1.
14:19Speaker 3I don't know. I think there's
14:21Speaker 3there might also be something about, like, when
14:24Speaker 3you are hyper successful in something, part of it requires extreme obsession. Mhmm. And
14:30Speaker 3that requires focus.
14:32Speaker 3And so I think,
14:34Speaker 3I I think that sometimes people even subconsciously just make
14:39Speaker 3make choices to sacrifice
14:41Speaker 3that. Yeah. Sacrifice health, sacrifice fitness. Like, I'm focused on this. I don't care about anything else. And that's why relationships fail a lot when, like, guys are, like, super focused on building a business. And,
14:51Speaker 3so I think you that hyper hyper obsession with achieving goals
14:56Speaker 0can can leave other important things on the sidelines. Yeah. Yeah. I'd agree with that. I'd That's why I look at my my my life. Yeah. Yeah. I've absolutely.
15:05Speaker 2That would be like, I've I have started to work out less. I'm in the worst shape of my life. Now, I'm not saying I'm in touch fit, but I but I am because, like, dude, I am sorry. Like, I have
15:16Speaker 2now a whole bunch more priorities. Yeah. And
15:20Speaker 2and I can't and don't and choose not to dedicate that much of my life right now to the Yeah. To working out.
15:27Speaker 2But I still do it. I can still work out Yeah. Every day because I have to for my brain. Like, dude, I mean, this is what I've been doing my whole life. And and, I mean, I feel good about myself if I look good,
15:38Speaker 2and my brain only works if I'm actually working out. I mean, there's 1000 other benefits, but yeah,
15:43Speaker 3for sure. Other thing is you're
15:46Speaker 3it's like almost like a savings account. Like, it's a lot harder to build up a $50,000 savings account than it is to keep a $50,000 savings account. It's a lot harder to build a really nice physique than it is to keep a really nice physique. Absolutely. Like, the amount of effort it takes to keep a good physique is so little compared to what it took to get you there. So that's why we talked earlier about like, don't look at what successful people are doing. Look at what they did. Yeah. Same thing in the gym. It's like, you look at people who are jacked a lot of times, they don't do that much volume. They don't do that much intensity. Like, they're maintaining their physique. But if you look at what it took them to get them there- That's a great point. It's a lot of work and a lot of discipline. My 1st year of sobriety, like, I I went to the gym, like, I think I counted, like, 3 80 days out of 3 65.
16:29Speaker 2Literally,
16:30Speaker 2I think I didn't go when there was Christmas.
16:34Speaker 2And several times I went twice a day. Yep. And yes, that I built the foundation. Yeah. The argument for building more muscle. Right? The more muscle you build, like, you see the people who are super ripped aren't doing that much cardio. Yeah. Their
16:46Speaker 2muscle just boosts their metabolism like crazy, and that burns off any excess bad things that they wanna eat, and that makes up for a lot. And it is a lot easier, to maintain it than to build it. But you gotta build Yeah. You need to build. Gotta build it 1st. Yeah. Yeah. You, so you build a successful business
17:03Speaker 0and you've
17:04Speaker 0built what most people would call a successful body. Which 1 was more was harder? Yeah. Oh, man. You know what I mean? That's a good question, dude. Yeah. Don't know. Don't know. The,
17:14Speaker 3yeah.
17:16Speaker 3The the nice thing about fitness is that it's there's a very clear and simple
17:23Speaker 3path of like, if you want this,
17:25Speaker 3there's an exact thing. You do this, then this, then this, then this, and you will definitely get this. Mathematical certainty. Business is a little bit like, you're gonna have to weave and dodge and you're gonna have to go through things you didn't know, and you're gonna have to, you're gonna try 1 thing that's not gonna and try 10 more things, then finally something's gonna work. Fitness is a little bit more like the,
17:43Speaker 3you know, the calories, the food, the health, the nutrition. It's like the fitness, like, there's a plan. Like, everybody
17:49Speaker 3knows. It's, yeah, it's like math. Just do the thing that everybody else did and you will get the same result.
17:55Speaker 2Very true.
17:56Speaker 0Yes. Yeah, yeah.
17:58Speaker 0Well,
17:59Speaker 0getting in shape, do you think, like, if you have a guy,
18:03Speaker 0he's in his mid forties,
18:05Speaker 0he's hasn't had much direction in life, he's not in shape, He's coming to you for some guidance. Right?
18:11Speaker 0Do you start with business stuff? I mean, like a friend, like he doesn't have to be a client obviously, but like, where would you start with that? Like, would you start with,
18:21Speaker 0you know what I mean? Would you or would you start with trying to get him in shape more? Because I have my answer to this. I'm curious on yours.
18:29Speaker 0Where would you start with that guy? He's 40 years old. He doesn't have any savings. He's worked a dead end job. Yeah. And now he has this drive now to to get better at all around. Where do you start that guy?
18:42Speaker 3I mean, this this might be you might disagree with me on this. Yep. I
18:49Speaker 3I don't think it's possible
18:51Speaker 3to
18:52Speaker 3to cause change in somebody,
18:55Speaker 3that they are not already seeking. And so I've got a buddy who
19:02Speaker 3who has come to me multiple times
19:04Speaker 3for like advice with trying to start little businesses to make more money.
19:08Speaker 3And he just fundamentally,
19:11Speaker 3like I think has a belief that money is bad and wrong and identifies with like a victim status of being poor.
19:18Speaker 3And
19:19Speaker 3he has never done anything that I've told him to do on the money side. Right. But he's coming to me now and saying like, hey, I wanna get in shape. And so I'm like, all right, week 1, don't do anything. You don't even have to go to the gym, just write down everything you need, because I wanna see for a week. Like, don't try and change everything, anything. I just wanna see everything. All right, if you can do that for a week and write everything down, week number 2, all you have to do is hit your protein goal. Like, just hit 200 grams, and it has to come from real food. It has to come from chicken, beef, fish, eggs, whatever. Like, can't come from a protein bar. Like, you gotta get your 200 grams. Okay, if you can do that now, next week, we're gonna hit your fat, like, little tiny baby steps. Cause you try and throw somebody like that, work out this much, do this much cardio, get these weights, they're gonna get overwhelmed, the information overload, they're gonna be so sore. So it's like,
20:05Speaker 3there there's a step by step plan that he's sticking to. And so it's like, because that's what he actually wants to change. Yeah. So I think it partly or mostly maybe comes down to what that person is actually looking for. Like, what do you want and what are you willing to do to get it? Well, we talked about this earlier.
20:19Speaker 3Yeah. What do you want? What do want? Nobody knows what they want. But you wouldn't say that that would be the same for for for finance too because you would have to have that same type of,
20:28Speaker 3you gotta do this, you gotta do this, you gotta Oh, do for sure, yeah. If, so if they came to me and said, hey, I need to get my money in order. It's like, okay,
20:35Speaker 3number 1, list
20:37Speaker 3out like everything you're spending your money on. Like, let's look at your budget. Where's your money because you can't
20:43Speaker 3get somewhere if you don't know where you're starting. It's like when you're putting your maps on a car, it's like, it can't give you a navigation route unless it knows where you're starting So we gotta know where you are. Like, where's your money going? Like, you don't have anything because it's going somewhere. Like,
20:55Speaker 3you don't know where, you don't know how much you're spending at McDonald's every week. Nobody does. Yeah. Pretty
21:00Speaker 3It's probably a lot more than you think it is. And so we're gonna look at what you're doing 1st. And then from there, it's like, okay, we're gonna peel back these layers so you don't spend the money over here. We're gonna get you out of debt next. And once you're out of debt, we're gonna build up your emergency fund, and then we're gonna start an automatic savings account or an investing account so that you don't ever have to think about it. This is another thing with discipline.
21:19Speaker 3The most disciplined people in the world, they've studied these people, like the people who, like, demonstrate the most discipline. They don't exercise willpower most of the time. They've constructed their life in a way Yeah. Where they don't have to use willpower. Like, I don't have to try to not eat Oreos because I don't have Oreos. Yeah. Right. But if you put a bunch of Oreos in front of me, I'm gonna have to use willpower to not eat them. Right? They cut that out their lives. Cut that out of their life. Their lifestyle, their habits are different. And so you could, you construct a lifestyle around yourself where you don't have to use willpower. So you set up those transfers automatically so that your money is going into the market, your money is going into your assets without you ever see. You don't have to choose the willpower to buy the gold, to buy the Bitcoin, to buy the stocks. It just happens. You put all of that stuff on autopilot.
22:01Speaker 0Yeah. Well, we talked about this last time where where
22:03Speaker 0what is that? It's thinking through shit.
22:06Speaker 0Nobody does that. So you have Americans. We'll just use Americans for now. I'd imagine this most of the world, but let's use Americans. We have Americans who have
22:14Speaker 0never been more out of shape. It's like looking around, I think it was 73 percent of people are overweight. I don't remember the obesity rate.
22:22Speaker 0And you have most people that if they get a flat tire, they can't even pay that flat tire. And that's not knocking anybody. I'm just telling you statistics, which there's somewhere around that.
22:32Speaker 0Why do you think that is? Like, why has is that happening? What is it? Do you think it's financial? Because you're a financial guy, and I know that you and I have similar feelings of what's gone up to this. But do you why do you think that is?
22:45Speaker 3Well, 2 things. I'm gonna start off with, like, a note of, like, good news actually, which is, like, I think people like you and businesses like you are, like, actually being, like, noticeably successful on, like, a statistical level. The last 3 years
22:59Speaker 32 or 3 years are the 1st years in, like, 4 decades
23:03Speaker 3where the average weight in America has gone down. Yeah.
23:07Speaker 3The average weight in America has been climbing for decades, and just like 2 years ago was the 1st time where that's actually started to trickle down. Yeah. GLP-1s. Yeah. But also so many people are like, they're they're tired of it. Yeah. And that that pain has gotten to the point where they're like, I wanna I'm gonna do what it takes to to change. I think social media might help. The might be the 1 helpful thing there. For sure. Like the double edged sword. Wait. Like, damn. I can get in shape, but there's access to knowledge. There's access to envy.
23:31Speaker 0Yeah. Totally.
23:33Speaker 2Yeah. I think COVID helped too. Yeah. The crazy thing is starting to go actually, it'll continue. But, like He said it this time. Like, in in a recession, what do say? Like, alcohol and fitness
23:43Speaker 2always are the things that are stable economies. Yeah.
23:47Speaker 2Drugs and alcohol. Yeah. Because because what are those those are the 2 things that actually make you feel good real fast. You're either gonna feel good this way or you're gonna go good this way.
23:55Speaker 2Thanks.
23:56Speaker 2Yep. K. Carry on with the answer, though. So, yeah. So
24:00Speaker 3definitely that pain gets to the point. Right now, less people are drinking alcohol, especially Gen Z, like, than ever before. Wow. They're smoking weed. Like, kids.
24:09Speaker 2Sorry. Yeah. Do
24:11Speaker 2you look at these kids? He's, like, teenagers now? Like, I don't drink.
24:14Speaker 0So they don't drink. They're not buying houses. Like, why? What's the shift? Do you think that it's people just seeking something different made that maybe that their parents have that they don't want? I yeah. Part of it, yeah, seeing the pain of that lifestyle, I don't want that.
24:28Speaker 3The information and the knowledge and the truth is available now. Like 20 years ago, it's pretty hard to,
24:33Speaker 3like, nobody knew what a seed oil was 20 years ago. Sure. And now it's like restaurants
24:38Speaker 3are popping up everywhere. They're like, hey, we're seed oil free. Totally. We're gluten free. We're Monsanto,
24:43Speaker 3you know, GMO, whatever. Like we're like, there's when
24:47Speaker 3people get exposed to the truth,
24:49Speaker 3a good amount of people are gonna And so the recession is a good thing, a good,
24:54Speaker 3example of this too.
24:56Speaker 3For 40 years, from 1970
24:59Speaker 3through,
25:00Speaker 32008,
25:02Speaker 3the, United States debt
25:04Speaker 3to asset ratio
25:06Speaker 3was growing.
25:07Speaker 3So in 2008,
25:10Speaker 3Americans
25:12Speaker 3households on average had more debt compared to their assets than ever before in US history.
25:17Speaker 3Obviously,
25:18Speaker 3that
25:19Speaker 3crushed everything and everything collapsed.
25:22Speaker 3Today,
25:22Speaker 3US household debt to asset ratio is lower than it's ever been in 50 years, going back all the way to 1970. Why?
25:29Speaker 3Because we lived through the pain and said, I don't want that. I don't wanna lose my house again. I don't wanna, like, go into that debt again. I don't wanna live through that pain.
25:38Speaker 0And so,
25:39Speaker 2Start paying attention to your contracts. Yeah. Like, your mortgage contracts and and, yeah, start taking a little bit of personal responsibility.
25:47Speaker 2Yeah. Because what anyway. Yeah.
25:49Speaker 3So I I think there's there's some good news that, like, enough you push the truth out there enough and people are- Fall is the perfect time to refresh and reorganize

26:53Speaker 3Respond to it and start start doing the right thing. It's hard to do the right thing when when you're in darkness and you don't know what the right thing is, and today, it's pretty easy to find find the truth. Yeah, it's crazy. I mean, I would imagine that is
27:06Speaker 0a big catalyst to it is COVID because I think regardless,
27:09Speaker 0not to be political, like everybody's,
27:11Speaker 0no matter where, what side of the street you're on, it doesn't even matter.
27:15Speaker 0Something's off. Yep, something's off. We've been lied to, so they're starting to seek. I mean, peptides have been growing
27:22Speaker 0just so fast and that's why people are seeking health healthy, but they're starting to obviously try to do some stuff with business as well. Right. They're starting to look at, well, you see the kids, like you just said, there's a huge shift in kids not drinking.
27:36Speaker 0They're,
27:38Speaker 0they're not seeking that, like, typical,
27:41Speaker 0what we were told, like, the before the pig offense and all that stuff. Why do you think that is, dude?
27:49Speaker 0Religious changes?
27:52Speaker 3Maybe.
27:53Speaker 3I don't know that
27:54Speaker 2Almost think younger generation is, like, 1 of the most They look in their social media and they think they all can be a famous influencer. So, like, hell with a white picket fence. Yeah. I think that's what I I don't wanna I don't wanna kinda work a 9 to 5 my entire life and then because look at all these other people Right.
28:10Speaker 3Flowing up. I don't know. Yeah. I I think that's probably part of it. And from an optimistic standpoint,
28:15Speaker 3it's like, I didn't wanna go work for somebody else for the next 40 years in a job that I was miserable in, like, regardless of the fact that my salary was way better than most people's. And most people, when they get into those jobs, like, their salary is not very, very good. And so these young kids are like, well, school's a joke.
28:31Speaker 3College degree is gonna cost a $100,000,
28:33Speaker 3and it's not gonna actually get me a job. Gonna be stuck in debt forever that I can't get out of even with bankruptcy. Right. And that's maybe gonna get me a job that I could get paid the same if I got that same job without a degree, because it's not actually necessary.
28:45Speaker 3Why not try and start something on my own and try and build something and make an impact and
28:50Speaker 3be like, oh, you know, more entrepreneurial?
28:52Speaker 0There's a shift going on. Yeah. I mean, they know that like, can make money from this. Like, this is what they see, which is, I mean, social media is such a double edged sword. There's so many negative things, but there's so many positive things where this little sucker sitting in your pocket can make you so
29:07Speaker 0much money. You've lived on both sides of the street where you said you were obese. Again, using your words, I don't know if you were not, but so obese. I'll show you the pictures. Yeah. Well, I saw when I 1st started watching, you were pretty big. That's true. Yeah. Yeah. But you've
29:21Speaker 0were you treated a certain way? And then after you got in shape, were you are you treated a different way? Like, now, like, was it just your
29:29Speaker 0confidence going up or were you actually treated different?
29:34Speaker 0Said your wife.
29:36Speaker 3Other people outside. Yeah,
29:38Speaker 3things like that.
29:42Speaker 3You know, I don't know if I could
29:45Speaker 3say whether it was people actually treating me differently or just the way that I perceive myself and then present to myself differently in the world, and then people responding to that, I'm not sure.
29:57Speaker 3But whatever the whatever
29:58Speaker 3whichever side of that coin it is, I mean, yeah, it's when
30:03Speaker 3you when you are confident
30:06Speaker 0with yourself, you're gonna present yourself differently and Carry yourself differently. Carry yourself differently. Let tell you where I'm going with that. So
30:13Speaker 0I have a thing where
30:15Speaker 0and I get feedback from it from, you know, when I post things and I'm used to that stuff. But I said,
30:21Speaker 0why is a man that walks in a room who's ripped, everybody notices him. Why?
30:27Speaker 0Because what he has cannot be bought. Yep. You're a business owner. So if you have 2 people, one's in shape, one's not, does that play a role in your decision?
30:37Speaker 0Yeah. I mean,
30:41Speaker 3because even
30:42Speaker 3if it's subconscious,
30:44Speaker 0you know,
30:45Speaker 3there's,
30:46Speaker 3there's a,
30:47Speaker 3a visual
30:49Speaker 3representation
30:50Speaker 3of the amount of
30:52Speaker 3discipline that somebody has and what they're willing to go through to get something like the delayed gratification to be able to get something that is
31:00Speaker 0that is difficult. I agree, and that's why I'm kinda, like, leading you there where I believe that's what most people subconsciously just believe. I think that's why there's so much change and there's so much seeking. I mean, this podcast has done so well
31:11Speaker 0because it's
31:13Speaker 0just, we just, we were talking about peptides. There's nothing special about Will and I. They're just seeking
31:19Speaker 0GLP-1s,
31:20Speaker 0they say are gonna I don't remember the statistics somebody that I read about how many people will be taking GLP-1s in about 5 years, and it's just like because they're not just for people to lose weight. They're for guys that
31:32Speaker 0are ripped. They're for bodybuilders. Yeah. All the above. Your journey didn't start with any of that stuff or did it? You said carnivore?
31:39Speaker 3That yeah. So it started with carnivore. Mhmm.
31:41Speaker 3And
31:42Speaker 3so, I mean, we can get as deep into this as as we want, but I do. I wanna kinda get into your journey from carnivore to peptides because it's probably similar to mine. Let's get into it. I did carnivore straight for a year. And after a year, I started noticing a couple things. Number 1, I didn't have much energy in the gym.
32:01Speaker 3Number 2, I was having a real hard problem staying warm. I was, like, pretty cold all the time. And
32:06Speaker 3I didn't realize it at the time. It's a thyroid thing. And so I started adding in,
32:11Speaker 3fruits and started, like, eating, like, berries and stuff and honey and, you know, more carbs from, like, natural sources. Did that work? It it it
32:20Speaker 3it improved things a lot.
32:23Speaker 3And so this would have been
32:25Speaker 3for
32:26Speaker 3the next,
32:27Speaker 3yeah, for the next couple of years, just lifting
32:30Speaker 3consistently every single day in a very, very, in intentional way for hypertrophy,
32:36Speaker 3you know, the the
32:38Speaker 3hitting failure around 5 to 15 reps, somewhere in there, doing 3 to 6 exercise per day of, you know, 2 to 4 sets per,
32:46Speaker 3exercise,
32:48Speaker 3and tracking my macros, making sure I was getting the protein, tracking all my, you know, calories and everything.
32:54Speaker 3And in, at the beginning of 20 25, end of 20 24, end of 20 25,
33:01Speaker 3right around 2 to 03:00 every day, I'd be, like, struggling to not fall asleep.
33:08Speaker 3Like, even on the weekends, like, no matter how much sleep I got, like, I'd be sitting there with my family. We'd be, like, playing a game on a on a Saturday or something, and I'd be sitting there, like, like, dozing off. Like, I'd actually fall and this never happened to me before, and I thought that I needed testosterone. Yeah. And so I went to a, health clinic and they pulled all my blood work and,
33:28Speaker 3they said, you've you've got Hashimoto's,
33:32Speaker 3hypothyroidism.
33:33Speaker 3And my mom has that too. And I just, it's mostly women. I've never even thought that, you know, I might have that. And I think it's, I don't know if this is, provable, but I think I may have aggravate, like I had the predisposition and I aggravated it through carnivore because your thyroid usually runs off of carbs. And
33:52Speaker 3so I just had no T3,
33:55Speaker 3no T4 in my body. My antibodies were, you know, sky high. And so I went on, naturally desiccated thyroid
34:03Speaker 3and fixed it instantly. I was like, felt back to normal. And I was like, oh, this
34:09Speaker 3is crazy. I can't believe that that's what, you know, what I've been dealing with this whole time.
34:13Speaker 3Then that triggered a couple other things because when you take thyroid medication, that spikes your SHBG,
34:18Speaker 3which is sex hormone binding globulin. So even though my total testosterone is fine at, like, 8 or 900, my free testosterone was in the gutter because it was binding up all of my free testosterone.
34:28Speaker 3So,
34:29Speaker 3you're right. Yeah. Right around the beginning of 2025, I went on,
34:36Speaker 3a a couple of different peptides to try and fix that. I was I tried Enclomiphene.
34:41Speaker 3I did HCG.
34:42Speaker 3I did Kisspeptin.
34:43Speaker 3And
34:45Speaker 3I
34:46Speaker 3could sometimes
34:48Speaker 3get some of my markers to change,
34:50Speaker 3but it never bled over into just free testosterone being good. I'd spike my E2 and like Yeah. So I couldn't really get that dialed in.
34:59Speaker 3And, and so I was like, alright, well, I'm gonna,
35:02Speaker 3maybe maybe pull my body fat down. So last year, I started,
35:06Speaker 3Retta for the 1st time. Mhmm. That was that was
35:10Speaker 3unbelievable.
35:11Speaker 3Was the 1st time 1st time in my life where I felt like that addiction to food,
35:16Speaker 3just like I could comfortably stop eating
35:19Speaker 3once was
35:20Speaker 3I was full and I didn't have the craving to keep stuffing my face.
35:24Speaker 3And
35:25Speaker 0that, you know, we can get into all the peptides. I've tried a ton of them now. What was the 1st? Like, so you're figuring this out, which is great because I think you're
35:34Speaker 0we're pretty much all the beginners start, like, I got these problems. Sometimes it's an aching pain, sometimes it's overweight and they start to look for peptides or whatever.
35:44Speaker 0And
35:44Speaker 0what's the beginning? Like, so what was your what was your 1st peptide? Was it to fix the free testosterone?
35:52Speaker 3Yeah. So right after I started on, on the thyroid medication,
35:56Speaker 3that's when I
35:58Speaker 3at the same time I started Retta.
36:00Speaker 0Okay.
36:04Speaker 3What was it? I thought Tesamorelin.
36:07Speaker 3K. And
36:11Speaker 3Kisspeptin.
36:12Speaker 3Okay. I think those were the 3 I started off with. And you were not on TRT? No, not yet. I didn't start TRT until this year. Okay. Cool.
36:20Speaker 3And
36:21Speaker 3so Kisspeptin,
36:22Speaker 3I tried, didn't really do anything, so I
36:25Speaker 3got rid of that. HCG,
36:27Speaker 3I don't know if that counts as a peptide. I tried that. Yes, it does. And
36:32Speaker 3then,
36:33Speaker 3and then once I start like, my whole life, I've been scared of needles. Like, every 1st Yeah.
36:39Speaker 3Right. The 1st time I pinned myself, I'm
36:42Speaker 3literally
36:43Speaker 3shaking. Like, I I was like I was like, I might need I was like, Hillary, I might need you to hold my hand so I can, like, not, like, poke myself 10 times, like, from the from the shaking.
36:52Speaker 3And, you know, just a little insulin syringe, poked myself, didn't feel it. Yeah. I was like, what? Was a Whole new world opened up. I was like, it didn't hurt. Yeah. So
37:03Speaker 3it was that's what we did. And then the week next week, I tried,
37:08Speaker 3what's the L carnitine?
37:10Speaker 3L carnitine? Okay. Harpoon needle straight into the top of my quad. No. And that was terrible.
37:17Speaker 0No. Yeah. Abort.
37:19Speaker 0Yeah. That
37:20Speaker 3was the worst.
37:21Speaker 3But where did they, like where did all this how did you start you just started reading about this? Like, what led you to have For a while, I had been seen people? No. Just me. I had been well, the health the performance clinic that I was talking to, like, I got the Tesamorelin through them and,
37:35Speaker 3I talked to them a little bit about some of them, but,
37:39Speaker 3I just started, you know, noticing people doing. I was reading about them. I was learning about them, trying to figure out, okay, like everyone that I tried, I was like, I did a deep dive on, like, what are the, what are the studies that are available on this? Mhmm. What are the risks? Like, what what are the consequences that some people have had? Like, am I willing to risk that? Yeah. Like, what are the benefits that, some people have seen?
38:00Speaker 3And so, and so
38:03Speaker 2How many what was the timeline? So, like, how many years ago was this? 2025.
38:06Speaker 0Started. Okay. Early 20 25, like, April. Which is generally not long. Everybody's been starting. That's where when things just started to light the fire, man. Like, there's a change at that time, not a year. Yeah. So, yeah, it was so it was Reta,
38:19Speaker 2Tesamorelin.
38:20Speaker 2Yep. Kisspeptin.
38:22Speaker 2Didn't like kisspeptin. Yep. Didn't really do what you wanted. HCG. Did you notice any difference in HCG?
38:27Speaker 3I noticed
38:29Speaker 0Your estrogen raising? Yeah. Yeah. Go with. Yeah.
38:32Speaker 3Yeah. And then my total changed a little bit, but not my free. Yeah. Yeah.
38:37Speaker 2Yeah. It's not gonna do anything. Enclomiphene,
38:40Speaker 3same thing.
38:41Speaker 3Because those, I I think, are more effective if you're not producing, but I was producing.
38:46Speaker 0Yeah. It's it's just wasn't Yeah. Yeah. They're gonna be very yes. Right. You were right. And
38:51Speaker 0then, and then I sucked because you had this Hell carnitine sucked. Yeah. Yeah.
38:57Speaker 3So then I just kinda started going down the rabbit hole, and I was like, okay, well, what about, you know, like, you know, beep I I did the, the glow stack. Mhmm. And,
39:07Speaker 3my I was telling you this. My body reacted like it was, you know, extremely painful at the injection site, that stinging. It was like it kept me up all night. Yeah. And, and then I was like, I'm not injured right now. Why am I why am I taking BPC-one hundred 57 TB 5? I'm not yeah. I don't have any injuries, so I I stopped taking that.
39:24Speaker 3I tried Melanotan,
39:26Speaker 3and I spend a good amount of time out in the sun. Like, every morning, I drink my coffee in the sun
39:31Speaker 3for about, like, 15 minutes,
39:33Speaker 3and I started getting so dark. My mom, she's like, did you did you, like, compete? Like, did you do a bodybuilding show? Because you look like you have a fake tan on. I was like, alright. I gotta pull back the Moulineti tan. Dark. It's
39:46Speaker 2That seems to be such a common theme. Yeah.
39:49Speaker 2Yeah.
39:51Speaker 3Okay.
39:52Speaker 0I need to chill. Yeah. Dude, the people come in here and we're like, dude, you
39:55Speaker 0Yeah. In my life, you do it. Yeah. I could tell. Yeah.
40:00Speaker 3So I did that 1 for a while.
40:02Speaker 3Thymosin Alpha-1is a is 1 that stays in my rotation. Every time we go on a trip, I'll I'll do that because
40:08Speaker 3it it got, like, every time we would fly somewhere and we travel quite a bit, every time we'd fly somewhere
40:14Speaker 3Sick. We'd get sick from the airplane or the or or or the hotel or whatever. And so ever since I started that, I haven't been getting we haven't been getting any colds or sickness or anything from traveling, so
40:24Speaker 3that's great.
40:28Speaker 3Let's see. What are, I tried MOTS C for a while. I just didn't I didn't notice anything, Yeah.
40:34Speaker 0So
40:35Speaker 2I didn't, I didn't keep on going with that 1. Which totally happens. That seems to be a really, a big 1 where if you are a person, your mitochondria-
40:43Speaker 2Doing well. Is doing well. Yeah. Is healthy, you're not gonna notice. Right.
40:47Speaker 2Yeah. And most like a lot of these websites. Right? Right. Some of them work great for some people, some don't work. They get gap that you need to make up, something you need to fix. Yeah.
40:59Speaker 0So how do fix free testosterone?
41:01Speaker 3TRT. TRT. Oh, okay. Yeah. Alright. So
41:04Speaker 2I But did that unbind your I mean, are you still the same kind of ratio of
41:09Speaker 2Yeah. Total?
41:10Speaker 3Yeah. So my total looks like I'm lasting year.
41:13Speaker 3I'm only on 180
41:15Speaker 3mg
41:16Speaker 3a week, which I know is a high TRT dose. That's normal. That's what I do. Still within a normal TRT range, but
41:22Speaker 3my total is always above 2,000. Oh, wow. So it looks like I'm blast ing gear, but my free testosterone's,
41:28Speaker 3like, 20, 25. Oh, that's
41:31Speaker 3is, like, 56,000.
41:32Speaker 2Willing to try provyrin?
41:34Speaker 0It'll release that it'll release that free testosterone. I it's a super weak anabolic steroid. But at least What it That's what it does. It just tears the all the SHBG off of your receptors. Really? That's what it does, dude. It'll work. Okay. I'm gonna have to look into that. It's a happy steroid. There's, proviron.
41:51Speaker 0Okay. It's not like it's not like
41:53Speaker 0you're gonna get You're not It's not like you're taking it. Pulls down SHBG.
41:57Speaker 0It generally enhances other steroids. But that's not You're not taking it for that. Yeah. But that 1 of things it does is it releases some of that free testosterone, dude. Oh, okay. So it's that is a steroid. You know? Literally just kills off your SHBG. Okay. So your androgen receptor, right, is now covered.
42:12Speaker 3You take Proviolin and it just peels that off. And so now everything is gonna work really well. Well, I'm gonna have to look into that because be because my total is so high. Yeah. My my e 2 was spiking. I was getting, like, over 80
42:24Speaker 3for e 2, so I had to I I didn't wanna take Arimidex because of Yeah. Good for you. We go but I I I take Aromiphene.
42:31Speaker 3Yeah. Okay. Which,
42:33Speaker 3little bit more stable, little bit less,
42:36Speaker 3toxic. And I only do 0.25 tab once a week, and that's pulled my YouTube back down to, like, 40. So it's like kind of a Thymosin is what I use if I were to use an AI. Yeah. Definitely.
42:47Speaker 2It just works a lot better too. Yeah.
42:50Speaker 2Yeah.
42:51Speaker 3Damn it. Your journey is You
42:53Speaker 3you you don't feel good? No. I say it's a it's a suicidal suicidal
42:57Speaker 3AI. It kills it's called a suicidal inhibitor because it kills the aromatase enzyme instead of a a a anastrozole just blocks it. And so an astrozole, you get those big every day, if you don't take it, you get those big peaks and troughs. And so the, yeah, the aromasin I found, it just it's a lot more stable. Yeah. For sure. Yeah. I think that will work, man. I mean, it just you give it a try if you want. Yeah. But really, I will. I I
43:19Speaker 3will.
43:20Speaker 0You know? But it's your journey is so similar, It's like, this is like what I love talking about people because you're successful, but at the same time,
43:28Speaker 0doesn't matter. Like we still have our own journey of health. Like it doesn't matter how much money you have in your bank, health,
43:34Speaker 0because
43:35Speaker 0if your health is gone, this don't mean anything. You know what I mean? And like, that's what's been such an amazing journey watching and like getting the questions that we get on this podcast
43:44Speaker 0is again, because so many people are seeking something different and peptides are amazing in regards to the chains of amino acids. And it all kind of starts like that, dude. Yeah. Yeah. It is all done. I mean, it really, it all just proves your entrepreneurial
43:57Speaker 2spirit.
43:58Speaker 2Most people, you said, all right, I have a goal.
44:01Speaker 2Screw it. I'm willing to try things. I'm willing to put the work in or read them. Yeah. You know how many people I come across that, like, are not willing to just, like, read a little bit Yeah. To educate themselves. Yeah. That drives me crazy. But, like Yeah. Go figure the ones who are and are willing to try to take some, you know, take some some daring risks. Right? Yeah. Try sticking myself with a needle even though I'm scared. Let's try other some other things. Right? What the hell? Let's let's try it. That is probably part of why you're successful in everything. And there are some side effects. Like I was telling you, the Tesamorelin.
44:33Speaker 3So I because I developed an allergy to it. So I was on it for almost a year straight, and then I noticed, like, once a week,
44:40Speaker 3I would get, I'd get I'd start getting itchy. Like, I'd kinda break out in hives.
44:44Speaker 3And so I looked into it and found that, like, you know, 10 percent of people have a chance of, like, developing an allergy for it. Yeah. And then I saw some people, they just kept on taking it. They went into anaphylactic shock. Yeah. So I was like, alright, I need to take a break. I took, like, I don't know, 2 months off. Mhmm. And then I tried it again, and it was the worst outbreak of hives I'd ever had. Like, my like, it all it felt a little bit like my throat was like, I was like, alright. I don't wanna I don't wanna mess with this. It was, that's bad. And they get worse and worse. Those reactions always get worse and worse. I mean, his wife, did he tell you what, what Melissa, she tried CJC 12 95, which is no 1 shot as Tesamorelin. Same to GHRH,
45:24Speaker 2right? But that 1
45:25Speaker 2more people have reactions to. She did 1
45:29Speaker 2injection,
45:30Speaker 0right? I take, I give her a shot. I went downstairs immediately. She,
45:35Speaker 0I don't know what happened right after, but she went into the room with my son and
45:39Speaker 0she came out and like called for me and like her lips were this big. Oh no. And I was like, if she wouldn't have like, if I was like, she had to call me and try to explain it, I would just have not believed her because I didn't see it. Like, I was trying to call him and I was like, okay, and then I started researching and I was like, this is insane. I gave her some KPV. We didn't have an antihistamine.
45:58Speaker 0And the KPV luckily worked
46:00Speaker 0because it slowly went down, but it was brutal. But I was reading right away and like, dude, if your throat closes it up, dude, you gotta go to the hospital. So I kept asking her and she's like, not yet, but like, it feels a little weird. I was scared to death, dude. Yeah. Mhmm. You know what I mean? Yeah. CJC is the 1, for some reason, a little bit more aggressive. Different. We talk about it all the time. Like, you know, I I use this a lot, but, my dad, I just got him on NAD for the 1st time ever and stings the hell out of him. Yeah. Yeah.
46:25Speaker 0Me too. Sting me. Everybody's just different, dude. Yeah. The
46:29Speaker 0the point is that we all try these things. Yeah. We all run our blood work. We all just
46:35Speaker 0gosh. It takes a it it takes a long time to find your sweet spot. Like, your 1 80 might not be your sweet spot, dude. Yeah. I mean, that's mine, but, like, it took a lot of work to get there, dude. Yeah. You know? And, like, I was telling telling Will last time on the q and a, like, as you get older,
46:50Speaker 0you you guys both look at me, as you get older
46:53Speaker 0Fall is the perfect time to refresh and reorganize

47:50Speaker 0So that sweet spot changes. Yeah. And, like, because I sat in my sweet spot for, like, 5 years, dude. Carnivore was great to me until it wasn't. Yeah. But, you know, all I did was I just added in some carbs in right before I lift and right after. Yeah. I did some stuff obviously on gut health and stuff and little tweaks, now I feel back to myself for the 1st time. Yeah. But you've got to freaking work at it. Yeah. You know what I mean? Health- Things change. You gotta pivot. Constantly, dude. Like,
48:13Speaker 0you know, when it comes to like business,
48:16Speaker 0when it comes to health,
48:18Speaker 0it's all the same stuff, man. You gotta like research, you gotta read, you gotta try different things. And I think for the 1st time, Americans are finally ready
48:27Speaker 0for some changes,
48:28Speaker 0health wise,
48:29Speaker 0business wise, we've seen with kids, behavior is changing and that's rad, bro. Whatever the reason, I don't know exactly why, but it's awesome. Yeah. I think the blood work is super important because it's like, it's a gauge of, like, seeing
48:41Speaker 3what's actually happening because you might not feel it just
48:44Speaker 3if you're going by how you feel
48:46Speaker 3until your, you know, your blood work will show it a lot earlier, you know? And so I think, I think that's a big a big part of it that,
48:54Speaker 3like, a lot of people don't know how to
48:56Speaker 3how to get their blood work done even, let alone how And to read conversation with a doctor, people, here's
49:03Speaker 2word wise, like a good doctor should,
49:05Speaker 2his job is to keep you alive despite yourself.
49:09Speaker 2You should be able to go to the doctor and be like, here's all the terrible things I do to me. He'd go, okay,
49:14Speaker 2You are you. Let's do our best to try to work with you. Right? And judge
49:19Speaker 2I mean, who cares if they judge you, but as long as they still help you and they and they still have to help you. Yeah.
49:24Speaker 2So tell your doctor's the truth. People ask me that all the time. Like, oh, I've been taking a cycle. Got out of my doctor's room. I'm like, tell him. Yeah. There's Jesus. Just tell him. There's more doctors too. If he hates you for some reason,
49:35Speaker 2find another doctor and he's not a good person anyway. Yeah.
49:39Speaker 0And someone that knows you're talking about because your situation And I'm talking about high of testosterone and not low of free testosterone. Yeah. I don't even know if I've ever heard it like that. Which is good, like, you're saying, like, a good doctor, like, I've got a good lady that she knows
49:53Speaker 3she knows all this stuff and she's like, yeah, we're not worried about that number. We're looking at the other numbers. That's cool. And then you look at the other side effects too, because if you are too high, it'll show up in your hematocrit and your hemoglobin and other stuff. Know what to run and stuff. I think doctors even are coming around because they're going to get lost in the dust because
50:10Speaker 0peptides will
50:12Speaker 2leave
50:13Speaker 0your business not doing too well because there it's an easy way out. Like people would rather,
50:18Speaker 2oh, I don't wanna do it. Then they do it once they're like, oh, that was easy. Let's try some more. Yep. Yeah. And it's generally the way it goes. Yeah. So what are you taking right now? I wanna kinda go around the table too. JD, I'm gonna ask you next. I'm gonna go with me. I'll People always wanna ask, why are you taking it right now? And it and it yeah. I'm dropping my post tomorrow. I recorded it today. I know. I got it written down. Alright. So
50:39Speaker 3about my thyroid?
50:41Speaker 2So t 3, or do you think t 3 and t 4?
50:44Speaker 3No. So I'm probably gonna switch to synthetic t 3 and t 4, but, I've been so far just doing naturally desiccated thyroid. Okay. And the problem with that like, it's good because it's just pig thyroid that they dry out and put it in a in a pill, but it can be very,
51:00Speaker 3inconsistent
51:01Speaker 3Okay. In, like, the levels of t 4 and t 3. And so, like, I got a batch where I was, like, starting to fall asleep again, like, just a month ago. I was like, something's wrong. So I ordered a I had him get send me a new refill, and it was, like, now I'm back to normal. I was like, if I go synthetic, it'll it'll always be exactly the same. Okay. So I'm probably gonna but most doctors will only put you on T4, and if you've got an issue, you can't convert this to
51:24Speaker 2There's no point. You have the building materials. Right. Make it be too free. So
51:28Speaker 2Good for you. You know your stuff. Alright. Studies.
51:31Speaker 0Yeah. Got that.
51:36Speaker 3So I'm on the hundred 80 testosterone
51:39Speaker 3TRT. 7 8? Yep. Do you do any insulin twice a week? No. I was doing every every day. Right now, I'm doing every other day because some people say that SHPG goes down if you do it every other day. I haven't noticed that yet, so I'm probably gonna go back to every day. Okay. I think the best I think the best way to do it is every day. Dude. Yeah. That is the 100%, even if long answer like sipping aid. Can use Gobinate too, bro. Gobinate might help too, don't you think? Yeah, if we're talking about everything.
52:06Speaker 0Think it helps with my understanding. Yeah,
52:09Speaker 3that makes sense.
52:10Speaker 2Yeah. I don't really, I don't know exactly what the mechanism that makes
52:15Speaker 2SHBG
52:17Speaker 2turn into ASER BSHBG.
52:19Speaker 2I don't really know. But
52:21Speaker 2every day I would try, I would try, try test prob. I'm trying to- Yeah, that's a good idea. Yeah. Yeah. Because I switched from Syptin to Probe more recently. Uh-huh. I've been, like I mean, I like that. If we're talking, like, I will always choose a fast Ester over a slow Ester because of the side effects. Right? It's like this Right. The long Ester's, they're they're building it's gonna build up in there. Yeah.
52:41Speaker 3And even though it's a long ester, like, you still get big peaks and troughs if you're injecting, like, once or twice a week. For sure. Even though it's a long ester. Even though it's a long ester. That's why you you're still having this. Absolutely. And that's even a long ester daily is the better way to go. Yeah. But it could be even better with prop. And it's so easy. I still I use an insulin syringe. Yeah. And it takes a little bit to get in there, but you just push and it goes into the muscle. Like, you it's it's not unless It takes a while. You can use a 27 gauge, which I've switched to, which I don't know how I can catch up to that for this long, but it's a little bit longer. It's like a a shoulder pin. Yeah. It pulls it out really quickly. Yeah. Or you just backfill it. You can backfill it. Or the Lurlocks. Just
53:19Speaker 2pop yeah. That too. You front fill it with the Lurlock. Yeah. But can you get a Lurlock insulin? I've never seen, like, a 31 gauge. Yeah. I've I've got 30 30 gauge.
53:28Speaker 3Wow. It might be 29, but I think it's 30. Okay. And, and, yeah, so you you you pull it with the with the 24 or the 26, and then you just swap it out. Yeah. But with a real insulin 1, you know, you just can pull the plunger out the back. Yeah. Draw with a big needle and just feel that out. How do you not when you when you put the plunger back here and it slips out the front? No, you just go, okay, you hold it, not here. You just cover the hole. Alright, we're not pushing the plunger in yet. Okay. Wait till watch the oil come down. Oh, yeah. Okay. And then push it up. Got it. Okay. I tried backfilling once and it's all screwed up. Was like, how do people do this? Yeah.
54:01Speaker 0I've done this for long time.
54:03Speaker 0So you got 180 mgs. What else? Yep.
54:08Speaker 3I just started
54:10Speaker 3GH,
54:11Speaker 02 IUs.
54:12Speaker 0Boom. Nice.
54:15Speaker 3Tadalafil 5 mg every day. Good for you. Boom. Boom. That's helped out with just Blood flow. Vascularity,
54:22Speaker 3blood flow, just bumps in the gym.
54:25Speaker 3Little bit of blood pressure too. Noticed my blood pressure went down, like, 2 or 3 points. Okay.
54:31Speaker 3Right now, I'm doing tamoxifen.
54:32Speaker 3It's a Serm Yep.
54:34Speaker 3For for the gyno. Because when I when I started on TRT, my e 2 spiked, and I started getting puffy, painful nipples. So I started the tamoxifen. I'm probably gonna stop that. As a per and and you're replacing the instead of the, Aromasin?
54:47Speaker 2No. Tamoxifen is Novadex, everybody. Yeah. Novadex. Okay.
54:52Speaker 0So you're taking both of them? Yeah. The
54:55Speaker 3the Aromasin, I'm doing 6.25
54:57Speaker 3mg
54:58Speaker 3once a week. Mhmm.
55:00Speaker 2They come in 25 mg, usually a pill. Yeah. And I contacted
55:04Speaker 3every pharmacy I could and said, can you please compound a
55:08Speaker 35 mg for me? And they were all, nope. I was like, the pills are so small. I'm using my cutter. It's like, I it's it's like a grain of sand that that you know, when I 0.25 this thing, it's like, how am I
55:19Speaker 3but you gotta do what you gotta do. Mhmm.
55:22Speaker 0That's right.
55:24Speaker 3And then I'll cycle I'll I'll go on and off, Reta if I'm, needing to do a little cut. Yeah.
55:32Speaker 3Right now, I'm doing HCG every couple of days.
55:36Speaker 3There
55:38Speaker 3that
55:40Speaker 31 is just because
55:42Speaker 3I get it. When you go on TRT for the 1st time and you see that shrinkage and you're like, oh man, like there's there's no reason other than like- That's it. Just my own mentality of like
55:53Speaker 0Yeah. I don't want that to happen until I take 1000 IUs money.
55:57Speaker 0I know my wife and I have no kids, and I'm still taking it. Yep. Yeah. Yeah.
56:04Speaker 3So those are the, those are the ones that I'm on
56:07Speaker 3right now at the moment.
56:12Speaker 3Nice. I tried the Selank and the Semax,
56:14Speaker 3really good when it was, like, when I was taking it for the 1st, like, week. Yeah. Then I noticed the effects just went away after the 1st week, and then when I went off, it was like a little bit of a dip. So I was like, I don't really,
56:26Speaker 2I don't really Worth it. Yeah. And that Wanna go through that dip afterwards. You're young too.
56:30Speaker 0I'm 49.
56:31Speaker 0So, like, you that's, you know, you don't need to take a whole lot. You look great, dude. Mean, you look at the best shape I've ever seen here. You look ripped, bro.
56:38Speaker 3Yeah. I'm in the best shape I've ever been.
56:41Speaker 3And, also, this is like, you know, we were talking about earlier. People always say like, oh, it must be nice. Like, oh, it's the it's the testosterone. I was like, no, I got the pictures to prove. I was 10% body fat,
56:50Speaker 3ripped, shredded. Yeah. You could see the veins in my abs before I ever started TRT. Yeah. Like, it's it's, you know, I I put in 5 years of work before I started that, and I I really don't look much different than I did 6 months ago. Is it uneducated?
57:04Speaker 0Yes. Yes. I see. Yeah. Alright, JD, what are you taking? Yeah. So I actually recorded a post today. I'm dropping it tomorrow morning for the channel. So
57:12Speaker 0believe it or not, I got 180 minutes, which I switched to propanate. Yep. HCG
57:17Speaker 0for sure. Thousand. I use Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I am taking 2 I use of somatropin HGH, and that will probably never change just looking at my, my, my, TRT
57:27Speaker 0Now, something different from me. Before bed? In the morning. In the morning. 1st thing in the Really? Yep. Why not before bed? Fasting. Because you wanna, like at night, you it'll tell your body that it did not make any of its own. So at night, right before you go to sleep, that's our biggest pulse. Yeah. Yeah. So if you dose yourself up with growth right before that big pulse, your body will go, well, look how much I have. Let's let's slow that pulse down. So so When you take it in the morning, how long do you wait before eating?
57:53Speaker 2The big thing is do it fasted and then wait a hours. Okay. Wait, the biggest part is though doing it doing it faster. Yeah. It's not waiting after
58:02Speaker 2after being fastened.
58:04Speaker 2After maybe 30 minutes after the injection, then go ahead and eat. Okay. But, yeah,
58:09Speaker 2I would do it 1st thing in the morning. That way you get the nightly pulse. You get the great nightly pulse. The morning the, like, the the
58:15Speaker 2midday pulses are, like, worthless. Yeah. So that's the time to supplement with it. Got it. Unless you are a person, so you'll read online
58:23Speaker 2clinical
58:24Speaker 2people who are massively deficient in HGH, right, are not having that nightly pulse. Yeah. So the doctors will prescribe it at night because that's what's natural. Right? That's what our body is used to, and that's what our body wants. Yeah.
58:36Speaker 2But if you are not,
58:38Speaker 0then porting is better. Got it. Makes sense. So what you're open? I am taking Tesofensine,
58:44Speaker 0which is different for me. I love it at 1st. I hated it. I thought I did at least. Tesofensine
58:48Speaker 0is gonna generally, like, people will say it rivals Retta with appetite control. I don't get any of that. I don't know why.
58:55Speaker 0I don't really notice anything different in blocking my appetite.
58:59Speaker 0What I get, and I like it is I just feel just gives me a ton of energy. I take it when I wake up, and I just I love it. So for me, it's been working great.
59:08Speaker 0I take, before I lift, IGF-1LR-three.
59:12Speaker 0K. And that has been really good. Thymosin
59:16Speaker 0Alpha-one.
59:17Speaker 0I'm taking Thymosin Alpha-one.
59:20Speaker 0And let's see.
59:22Speaker 0I take a ton of Wolverine,
59:24Speaker 0like a ton. My shoulders- You got injuries. Yeah. Yeah. Do it. And like, I've been doing this yoga scope stuff with my wife, which I love it because we get a hang and it's just killing my shoulders. Yeah. Something in a ton of that and like back. I've had back surgery, so I'd take a ton of her back. So,
59:40Speaker 0that and,
59:42Speaker 0did I say HCG? Yes.
59:44Speaker 0And I think that is it
59:48Speaker 0for now. I think that's what I'm taking right now. Sound nice.
59:52Speaker 2All right. I have started So I'm in the unique position in my life where it's we are
59:58Speaker 2potentially looking to have a baby. So I'm prepping myself.
1:00:02Speaker 2So I've I mean, I honestly, I haven't done any testosterone at all in the last 3 weeks. Wow.
1:00:08Speaker 2And that was not the plan. Uh-huh. I honestly have just kind of forgot because
1:00:12Speaker 2but the plan was to go down to, like, 50. And I did slowly, like, I did slowly wean myself. Yeah. Or else and there and I think that I still don't feel great. I think the 1st thing that goes is sex drive. Yeah.
1:00:25Speaker 2Biggest for me, especially and I also pulled out my HCG. Was I have been doing 2 IUs,
1:00:31Speaker 2maybe 3 IUs a day. Mhmm.
1:00:33Speaker 2But pulled that out. And I think that with those 2, for sure, now those 2 gone,
1:00:39Speaker 2I see my body not being as forgiving. Yeah.
1:00:43Speaker 2Yeah, man. Absolutely. Yeah. And
1:00:45Speaker 2almost
1:00:46Speaker 2man, the HGH is, yeah, hate to say like, it's, I think it's mild, right? It's like underwhelming from what people think.
1:00:54Speaker 2Until you just, until you do it. And then I guess the more I do it, the more I really appreciate it. Yeah.
1:01:00Speaker 2Just the nutrients partitioning alone is, yeah. It's a whole bunch of other things. So anyway, I pulled those because
1:01:07Speaker 2I was told that that's probably give me the best chance to be fertile. So do those, I take BPC
1:01:13Speaker 2KPV,
1:01:15Speaker 2like a
1:01:17Speaker 2milligram each
1:01:18Speaker 2daily for
1:01:19Speaker 2my I've been reading a lot on KPV recently and just like, hey, in case I've never had gut problems, but like, hey, if our gut works
1:01:25Speaker 2better,
1:01:26Speaker 2it's a 2nd brand, everything else will work better. And then I take HCG 1500 I use 3 days a week. Yep. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. And I take HMG,
1:01:35Speaker 22 minutes Metaparthma Atroven,
1:01:37Speaker 225 IUs 3 days a week. Okay.
1:01:40Speaker 2Which, know, I've had dosage recommendations
1:01:43Speaker 2between 75 1 bottle is 75 IUs. So I've had people tell me in a lot of the research I've looked up is 75 IUs through the That gets expensive. Although luckily I know a guy and
1:01:56Speaker 0That was right. That's expensive. Actually, 1 of my
1:01:59Speaker 2friends
1:02:00Speaker 2who owns a giant,
1:02:02Speaker 2peptide manufacturing lab just gave me a bunch of kits. He'd heard I was looking
1:02:08Speaker 2to make a baby. He's like, here dude, here's my protocol. He's like, I have train bodybuilders my whole life and
1:02:14Speaker 2here it is
1:02:16Speaker 2and just send me a bunch of free stuff. That was nice. Good to have you. That was awesome. And
1:02:20Speaker 2Enclomiphene,
1:02:21Speaker 325 mgs a day. Dude, that's like the holy trinity, those 3 for Yeah. Yep. For good swimmers. It works, man. It is.
1:02:27Speaker 2Caper goling,
1:02:29Speaker 2I I take, like, a milligram a week. Why? I don't know. Kind of for fun. Like, it cabergoline's
1:02:33Speaker 2interesting. It is What does it do? So it is usually people know about it. It kills prolactin. Mhmm. Oh, okay. Taking Tren or Deca Deca. Those do not aromatize in estrogen, but they aromatize into female hormone prolactin.
1:02:46Speaker 2Yeah. So it kills that off, but it also
1:02:50Speaker 2reduces
1:02:51Speaker 2the time between, like, ejaculations for a man. Okay. Like-
1:02:56Speaker 2Oh, yeah, yeah, because the prolactin spike right after Yeah. Yeah. So it just kills that off. It'll also makes you a little bit horny. It will
1:03:04Speaker 2it is a cocaine
1:03:06Speaker 2and this are in the same classification. So if you need to start cocaine, it can kill prolactin off too. Oh. But it's,
1:03:13Speaker 2I forget the,
1:03:14Speaker 2damn, I forget the name of it, but a lot of they give it to
1:03:19Speaker 2kidney patients, cancer patients who are undergoing
1:03:21Speaker 2chemo
1:03:22Speaker 2to kind of help with their mood. Yeah. But I don't know. And I take it like once 1 mg a week doesn't really do much, and I take Tesofensine.
1:03:29Speaker 3So you haven't noticed that that has offset any of the lack of drive from shutting down from take from getting rid testosterone? That is what I think I'm taking it for. I've noticed that it has helped. Okay. Yeah. So that's- You're only 3 weeks in though, so Yeah,
1:03:42Speaker 2but I've been doing like 50 mg for 6
1:03:45Speaker 0weeks. Yeah. That's like nothing. Nothing. That's
1:03:49Speaker 2And
1:03:49Speaker 2then I take Tesofensine. Tesofensine
1:03:51Speaker 2is cool. He didn't like it being a GHK-3s. It is basically like a triple antidepressant
1:03:57Speaker 2re reuptake inhibitor for serotonin reuptake inhibitor, dopamine reuptake inhibitor, and a norepinephrine
1:04:04Speaker 2reuptake inhibitor. You don't see that 1 very often. This is Wellbutrin.
1:04:09Speaker 2This is Zoloft,
1:04:10Speaker 2but the norepinephrine
1:04:11Speaker 2makes you really happy, well, happy and energized. So
1:04:16Speaker 2does dopamine, not so much though. Serotonin is happy and calm,
1:04:20Speaker 2but
1:04:21Speaker 2it's not directly taking just those 3. It would not be the same thing as those 3, but it gives you more energy and why it helps reduce cravings. I noticed that, not that I don't want to eat food, but
1:04:32Speaker 2it makes your brain satiated. So you're not looking for a pleasure spike through
1:04:37Speaker 3food. Yeah. That makes sense. Probably
1:04:40Speaker 2not looking for a pleasure spike through anything. I
1:04:44Speaker 2could see how that potentially could hurt a person's sex drive. Sure. You know, it's just like, oh, I'm trying to get there. They say the same thing with people who eat like a whole bunch of chocolate every night. Like look at their sex lives. They're not as good because that's what they're getting for their pleasure. I'm good. I'm good. So
1:04:59Speaker 2that's it. That's what I'm thinking right now, which is not, I've, I've cut out a lot, but I usually would love
1:05:05Speaker 2I mean, when I have an injury, I did my shoulder. I blast the BPC-2B,
1:05:09Speaker 2and it's on my side. I've healed so many different things on my body. Yeah. Because I've been a wreck at times. I was golfing a couple months ago, and
1:05:16Speaker 3I'm not good at golfing. And I pivoted off of my heel instead of my toe, and I just tweaked my knee. For the next couple days, it hurt so bad. I started I did the Wolverine stack for, like, 10 days.
1:05:28Speaker 2Pain is gone. Yeah. That's that's- And you gotta do it hard. So here's what I noticed. I got an actual acute injury like that, you better get after it and do a decent amount and daily instead of kind of 0.5 assing the treatment and being like, oh, every other day, oh, I remembered days ago, it's not really gonna do much. Nope. Just
1:05:45Speaker 2get it, get it after it and put it right in there and consistently. I took massive mass doses after my back surgery,
1:05:52Speaker 0like where I was like, even a ago.
1:05:55Speaker 0And it was a lot and it expedited and cut him in 0.5. Is there, sorry, I have another question. Is there any other,
1:06:01Speaker 2any other like physical wellness
1:06:04Speaker 2treatments or anything else that you do in your life
1:06:07Speaker 2that
1:06:08Speaker 2have added to your success or your physical journey,
1:06:12Speaker 2Like cold, like cold plunges or anything else like that, that you,
1:06:16Speaker 2that help you in your daily life, like kind of a life hacks to make you a better person. Yeah. Honestly,
1:06:22Speaker 3the sun. So you guys, you guys get enough, you guys get enough sun here.
1:06:26Speaker 3I'm in Phoenix, so I get, you know, I've got plenty of sun there. But right now, we're, redoing our backyard. And so every morning, we've got we've got people back there jackhammering
1:06:37Speaker 3and doing stuff. And so for the last, like, 2 months, I haven't been able to go out and get my morning sun. Mhmm. Sunlight in my eyes in the morning and get that, you know, vitamin D. Yeah. And it affects
1:06:48Speaker 3me, man. It's like the the dopamine is a lot lower. The energy throughout the day is a lot lower. It feel like you you feel like you crave the sun and, like, the the weekends when they're not there and I get to God, it's just like, oh. Like, finally, I get like, I feel like Superman, you know, just, like, is soaking up the energy from the sun. You know? Not used to that as much as people should. Yeah.
1:07:07Speaker 0I, I've gone through a lot of sleep stuff recently. And,
1:07:11Speaker 0when when I started this company, when I was doing the fitness stuff, I was at my house and I had all these procedures that I did. I would do that grounding outside. I'd pray and meditate in the sun, and I didn't know even how big of a deal that was even at the time until recently, so I've been doing that again. Yeah. Grounding,
1:07:26Speaker 0I'll pray with my feet on the ground and I sit there at the sun. And then right after that, I go jump in a cold shower and shock my system because I don't want to, And I make myself because I've been trying to reboot some of my disciplines and it's really freaking worked and multiple
1:07:41Speaker 0reasons, but man, I've been sleeping like a freaking baby dude. Now they say it reboots your circadian rhythm. Yeah.
1:07:49Speaker 0I don't know if it's coincidence.
1:07:50Speaker 0I've definitely changed my protocol, but man,
1:07:54Speaker 0that stuff is it works, man. Yeah. You're connecting to the earth. You're connecting to God, the universe, however 1 wants to say it, but, that stuff really works really well, dude. Deep breaths, the huge, huge deep breaths. And I hold the 30th 1 in for as long as I can.
1:08:08Speaker 0Kind of like whim popping Yeah.
1:08:10Speaker 0Little bit. I don't do it as long, but, shoot, this stuff works, dude. It really does, man. I'm happy to get kind of back to that stuff because I did it for so long and, you know, we have a sauna here. We have a cold plunge coming here soon. We're going to get a red light and just try to adjust- just started red light. It's huge, man. That stuff is huge. Yeah. Like we can age well, we say it all the time. That's why we wouldn't have have you on, you know, you were in town and, you know, you're, you're such a,
1:08:34Speaker 0a financial guy, but I know that you're deep into peptides and I know you're studied on it and, you have a cool story from going from
1:08:41Speaker 0being a big dude to super ripped dude. And I wanted to kind of tip on that stuff, but we love you, man. We we have enjoyed having you here. Joe and I just did 2 back to back podcasts, so we've been on a podcast for a while to,
1:08:53Speaker 0now we're gonna go both hang out with our families, but, we love you, man. We appreciate you, Brianna. Where can people find you?
1:09:00Speaker 3YouTube, Heresy Financial.
1:09:02Speaker 3Heresy is an old religious word. It means an opinion that is at odds with what is generally accepted.
1:09:08Speaker 3And,
1:09:09Speaker 3old school heretics,
1:09:10Speaker 3were just preaching the truth to, power, like Galileo saying the earth goes around the sun, not the other way around, and he was labeled a heretic for it. And I think he was put to death for it, but it turns out he was right. And so a lot of times people who are called heretics
1:09:24Speaker 0are just preaching the truth, and later on, people find out they are right. And so heresy financial is where you can find me pretty much anywhere. Anybody that, wants some financial stuff, I'll tell you, man, Joe knows his stuff. He's a good friend of mine. He's been a big, big vital part of me in my life and, the trajectory of
1:09:40Speaker 0entrepreneurship,
1:09:41Speaker 0helped my social media channel grow. And, so check him out. He knows a lot about a lot, and, we've enjoyed having him. Other than that, we, we,
1:09:51Speaker 2we'll catch you guys on the next round. I got a baseball game to go to. My, River is playing in the tournament of champions. They won this little league. So right now I know. My wife's texting me too. We're all of our likes. Missed it or whatever. Babe.
1:10:03Speaker 0Babe. Babe. Babe. We're all good, babe. So we appreciate you guys. We'll be doing the q and a next.
1:10:08Speaker 3Catch you soon. Alright. Bye. Thank you, guys.
