Yeah. That to to my left. Yeah. We we have a we also have a a a guest on the show, which is a good friend of mine. 1:25 Speaker 0: Big part of 1:27 Speaker 0: this company, how it began this because he was a big vital part of my life and 1:32 Speaker 0: a big financial guy, but we're gonna talk about some peptides too because he loves peptides and, he's 1:38 Speaker 0: not that wasn't as always as fit as he looks as you see him, a viewer. 1:42 Speaker 0: Joe Brown, who is a financial, I'd like to say, guru, man. You just know your stuff. It's amazing. 1 of the most intelligent guys I know. But for the the the people listening right now, Joe, tell us who you are in your own words. 1:56 Speaker 3: Yeah. 1:58 Speaker 3: Father, husband, 1:59 Speaker 3: and, financial teacher. 2:01 Speaker 3: Yeah. So, I like to explain how money works so that people can get to financial freedom faster. And, 2:07 Speaker 3: 1 of my, 1 of my big hobbies ever since 2021 2:11 Speaker 3: when I 1st, decided to 2:15 Speaker 3: get my, fitness 2:16 Speaker 3: in, 2:17 Speaker 3: get get a handle on my fitness, 2:19 Speaker 3: get my health under control. 2:22 Speaker 3: Ever since then, I've been super into, 2:26 Speaker 3: yeah, every just as a hobby, you know, bodybuilding, peptides, biohacking, fitness, you know, 2:32 Speaker 3: more muscle, less fat, and that bleeds over, I think, into every part of your life. 2:36 Speaker 0: Sure does. Little bit of a- Seems to happen. Yeah. Start getting, looking a little good and feel a little good. You want a little bit of more. Yeah. Tell us though a little bit about you though, and like, 2:46 Speaker 0: just who you are. You're such a big, big wig in the financial world. 2:50 Speaker 0: You have a extremely large YouTube channel. 2:54 Speaker 0: Where has that grown lately? Like, what is your your expertise? Is is financial. You give financial advice and help people make money. That part, we know. But what do you do exactly now? Like, what type of, customers are you or people are you working for currently? 3:07 Speaker 3: So I I this this may not be exactly what you're asking, but, my business 3:12 Speaker 3: on the, on the front end, like, my marketing, my free stuff is like my, my YouTube channel is the main thing. So I make a couple videos per week just explaining, hey, this happened. The Federal Reserve just did this. Stock market's doing this. Like, just explaining 3:26 Speaker 3: how the economy works because 3:28 Speaker 3: it's such a complex thing that most people don't understand. And it's like, if the more you understand 3:34 Speaker 3: how it works, the more you know, like, okay, this is what I need to do to navigate it, because it can feel just daunting and scary. So that's 3:40 Speaker 3: my newsletter, Twitter, social media, YouTube, all of that is like the front end where it's just like, I wanna help people for free just learn about this stuff. 3:48 Speaker 3: And behind that, my business where I like, you know, make money is, 3:52 Speaker 3: I've been 3:53 Speaker 3: so I was a stockbroker, 3:55 Speaker 3: and since 2019, I've been running my business, but I invest for myself. 4:01 Speaker 3: My 4:02 Speaker 3: okay, if you don't know much about investing, this might not mean much, but my 5 year average annual return is 39 to 40%. Holy shit. Which is like the stock market average is like 10 to 12 4:14 Speaker 3: and so there's been some good years. I'm not claiming that that's gonna be, you know, forever, 4:20 Speaker 3: but, 4:21 Speaker 3: a couple years ago, I realized I was like, okay, 4:23 Speaker 3: I know what I'm doing. I'm pretty good at this. I'm just gonna share the trades that I'm making with my paid community. And 4:32 Speaker 3: that just kind of spiraled and became the main product. So that's the main business that I do now is I have, you know, just a trade alert service where it's like, I just share the investments and the trades that I'm making with my 4:43 Speaker 3: paid. And people and what so people, what, pay a, like, a subscription? Yeah. Just an annual an annual membership, and, and, we do some, you know, we do the behind the scenes, like, the private live streams and that kind of stuff, but the the main thing is just the the trade alerts. People wanna know where to put their money and they Exactly. Yeah. Put it where you tell them. Yeah. I'm gonna say, this is what I'm doing. 5:05 Speaker 3: You know, it you know, I'm I'm not promising it'll work forever, but it's been working so far pretty well. And if you wanna follow along with what I'm doing, I'm not telling you to do it, but I'm just sharing with you what I'm doing. So And what, like, platform is that on? 5:15 Speaker 3: You can do it anywhere actually. So I just, yeah, I just, I send out an email and a text with the, with the trade that I and then they can just, if they want to, they can just place the same trade themselves in their own account, whether they're trading on Robinhood or Webull or Schwab or Fidelity or whatever. Yeah. 5:31 Speaker 0: Said though before, because I know you well, 5:34 Speaker 0: you were a stockbroker at 1st working for somebody. Yeah. So you were doing well. You know, you're making what anybody would call a very nice living. 5:42 Speaker 0: And then you got to a point through more studying and learning and evolving, and you realized that what 5:50 Speaker 0: you were selling, you didn't believe in anymore. So 5:53 Speaker 0: you took a left turn 5:54 Speaker 0: away from that. 5:57 Speaker 0: What would you compare that 5:59 Speaker 0: to? 6:01 Speaker 0: This isn't what I thought it was compared to like, say, Western medicine and what are some of the things that are now making people take a left turn away from 6:09 Speaker 0: what we've been taught forever? Because they're very similar, I think, left turns. 6:14 Speaker 0: They're coming up to what people would call cognizant dissonance stage. People are changing and seeking something different, whether it be financial, 6:22 Speaker 0: whether it be health, nutrition, 6:25 Speaker 0: you know, for the longest time, you know, the sugar and the things that people didn't really know what they're eating. Like I've been in fitness forever and I'd be like, well, tell me you have a good diet. Tell me about your diet. And you'd like, nope, that's not a good diet, you know, because there's just so much. But 6:41 Speaker 0: people are changing, I believe, and they are seeking something very different. So it's very similar to kinda like that left turn for you. Is that something that happened to you? Because, you know, when I 1st saw you, you know, you were a different looking you were not this in shape dude who's ripped. Even when you walked in today, was like, dang, dude. Woah. 6:59 Speaker 0: Yeah. You know what I mean? But, you know, we're getting out with that. It's it's that left turn is I think it's the same. Yeah. I mean, 7:05 Speaker 3: when I when I quit my job to start my business, a lot of it was like like I I shared with this with you earlier that I think people 7:12 Speaker 3: will not change until the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of changing. 7:17 Speaker 3: And 7:18 Speaker 3: there's a, it's called the I can't remember the name of this, some beta something paradox, but 7:24 Speaker 3: if you're like, if you're like a mile away from something, like, if we're gonna go eat lunch and we're like a mile away, we might walk there because it'll take us, you know, 10 minutes or so, 15 minutes maybe to walk there. But if it's 2 or 3 miles away, we're gonna get in the car and drive, 7:40 Speaker 3: and we're gonna get there in like 2 minutes. 7:42 Speaker 3: And so 7:43 Speaker 3: sometimes if you're in a worse position, 7:46 Speaker 3: that's actually better because it forces a larger change that gets you to a way better position faster. If you're just in a mildly suffering position, then you might be okay just staying there because that pain of staying the same is not really that great. Yeah. 8:00 Speaker 3: And so, you know, for me, changing my career and starting my business, that was I was miserable, so I wanted to make that big left turn. 8:08 Speaker 3: Health wise, it was the same thing. I was 8:11 Speaker 3: I I I noticed 1 day that anytime there was a picture, like a family picture or something, 8:17 Speaker 3: and I was in it, I was like, 8:19 Speaker 3: don't I don't wanna look at that picture, like, move. Like, I realized I don't like the way that I look in photos. I was like, I don't like the way that I look, like 8:26 Speaker 3: real life. I can't dress in clothes and I'm like, I can't find clothes that I look good in. I'm like, I just don't like the way I look. Yeah. I was like, I don't want to look in the mirror and not like what I'm looking at. I was like, this and I know it's probably pretty shallow and vain, but it was like because it wasn't about like 8:42 Speaker 3: at that time, it wasn't like, oh, I wanna make sure I'm there to walk my daughter down the aisle someday. It wasn't like a I didn't have a health crisis or anything. Right. But I was obese. I was 230 pounds. I'm 5 10, and I was like, I I wanna like the way that I look in the mirror. Sure. And, 8:56 Speaker 2: and so that's that's kinda what triggered that that pain and made me start changing. And there is nothing wrong with that. Like, I you know, it's so funny. People are just like, oh, you know, oh, I don't care what anybody thinks. If you really don't care, then you'd be walking around naked for sure. Yeah. Liar. Liar. Right? Pajamas. 9:13 Speaker 2: Right? You're as comfortable in things as you possibly can. Right? 9:16 Speaker 2: I don't think there's absolutely nothing wrong. I always say if you feel good, you play good, you play good, you feel or if you and if you Yeah. You feel 9:22 Speaker 2: if you look good, you feel good. If you feel good, you play good. Yep. And that life and everything, so there's nothing wrong with that. Most every I don't know. I'd say most and everybody's fitness changes are 9:32 Speaker 2: vanity, 9:33 Speaker 2: probably a higher percentage of vanity reasons 9:36 Speaker 3: than not. I think we're built to- And that makes sense. We've- To like the way- Yeah. We're that's built into us. We- Yeah. Absolutely. We're not built to look in the mirror and feel like, that's- Hell no. You're 9:47 Speaker 2: with your clients, you're better with everybody. Yeah. If you get better and you feel better about yourself. Yeah. True. 9:53 Speaker 2: So did the fitness change? So I guess it's the 9:57 Speaker 2: career move. Yep. And the fit were those the exact same time? No. Coincident the same time? No. '29 mid 20 19 10:04 Speaker 3: was when I quit my job. And then 01/01/2021 10:08 Speaker 3: was when I went carnivore. I remember New Year's Eve 20 20, 10:14 Speaker 3: you know, we were we were celebrating with friends and I was like, I was like, just you guys wait. This year is gonna be 10:20 Speaker 2: you crazy. Tell everybody beforehand? 10:22 Speaker 3: I don't remember. Maybe. 10:25 Speaker 3: I I definitely told the, you know, closest people around me. But, man, I went carnivore that, 10:31 Speaker 3: that day, and for the 1st couple of weeks, I felt like a drug addict going through withdrawals. I was, like, fantasizing about dumping Skittles in my mouth. Like, I was like, it was rough. I was depressed. 10:41 Speaker 3: But I was like, I had tried a bunch of diets over the last, you know, 5, 10 years before that. 10:47 Speaker 3: Lost a little bit of weight, gained it back. 10:49 Speaker 3: And I think the difference was why it stuck this time 10:52 Speaker 3: was 10:54 Speaker 3: the difference between, like, 10:57 Speaker 3: trying to do something versus committing to an outcome. Like, if you say, I'm gonna try and lose weight, then what you're saying is, I'm going to take an action. Yeah. And whatever the result will be, the result will be. Yeah. The other option is to commit to an outcome and say, I'm going to get here, and I don't know what actions will take me will will be required to get me there, but I'm gonna get there. And that's that that was kind of the difference in the mentality that and which is why I think it stuck. And so, yeah, 5 months later, I had lost 50 pounds and 11:26 Speaker 0: kinda never looked back. So you were like 30? Awesome. 11:28 Speaker 0: 30 years old, give or take? Yeah. Because it's so common. 11:32 Speaker 0: It's so common that, that's a lifestyle of most people these days. Yeah. Was it lack of knowledge of nutrition? 11:41 Speaker 0: Was it 11:42 Speaker 0: didn't, you know what mean? Because you're a very intelligent guy, but you probably had to study because you want a carnivores. So I know you read about it, but before that, 11:50 Speaker 0: which got you, you said obese, which got you abused. What led up to that lack of knowledge of nutrition? Why? Why were you there? How did you get there? Lack of 12:00 Speaker 3: Just 12:01 Speaker 3: probably a lack of 12:04 Speaker 0: I 12:06 Speaker 3: the the the Not caring. Yeah, I didn't I didn't the pain wasn't 12:10 Speaker 3: strong enough yet because I think I knew like, the nutrition stuff, like, 12:15 Speaker 3: I I think was an like, enough there where if I 12:19 Speaker 3: wanted to put into the put it into action, I could have, 12:23 Speaker 3: but it just it just the pain wasn't strong enough for me yet. I preferred the Oreos and the Doritos more than I preferred the fitness to that. And you were married? 12:33 Speaker 2: Yeah. So you weren't you were doubt looking to I wasn't out there trying to Yeah. It looked great to pick up a girl. You were just dumb. Yeah. Or just dumb. Yeah. 12:43 Speaker 3: That was, you know, another thing that just the health bleeds over into that, that, like, I've never had any marriage issues whatsoever, like, you know, relationship wise in the bedroom, anything like that. But I did notice, like, when I got in shape, 12:58 Speaker 3: like, 13:00 Speaker 3: it it it it drastically 13:03 Speaker 3: improved 13:04 Speaker 3: the physical side of the relationship, even just from, like, the, you know, my own stamina and, like, you know, the the attraction that my wife, like, she never would have said she wasn't attracted to me before. She always said she really liked the way I looked, but then it was, like, noticeably more once I got in shape. It was like, oh, like, 13:22 Speaker 3: there's a difference. 13:24 Speaker 0: We 13:25 Speaker 0: well, like you guys just said, vanity is vanity. We when when you take a picture and there's 5 people, why do you look at yourself? 13:31 Speaker 0: You don't pay much money with your attention to other people. I can't I think we're programmed to that, but 13:37 Speaker 0: as time goes on in marriages and whatnot, this is just my stance and you guys can kind of give me years if you want. 13:43 Speaker 0: Your wife wants to be attracted to you. Yeah. Like, I think that we're all supposed to continue to work on ourselves. We're all supposed to continue to like do that for ourselves for 1 and for our brides as well. I mean, because they go hand in hand, you're a businessman, you know, you're very successful man. 14:00 Speaker 0: But you see a lot of successful people that don't put a lot of time into their health. Why do you think that is? 14:08 Speaker 0: Just 14:09 Speaker 0: lack of time and they just don't care. You know what I mean? Yeah. Time is a big 1. 14:19 Speaker 3: I don't know. I think there's 14:21 Speaker 3: there might also be something about, like, when 14:24 Speaker 3: you are hyper successful in something, part of it requires extreme obsession. Mhmm. And 14:30 Speaker 3: that requires focus. 14:32 Speaker 3: And so I think, 14:34 Speaker 3: I I think that sometimes people even subconsciously just make 14:39 Speaker 3: make choices to sacrifice 14:41 Speaker 3: that. Yeah. Sacrifice health, sacrifice fitness. Like, I'm focused on this. I don't care about anything else. And that's why relationships fail a lot when, like, guys are, like, super focused on building a business. And, 14:51 Speaker 3: so I think you that hyper hyper obsession with achieving goals 14:56 Speaker 0: can can leave other important things on the sidelines. Yeah. Yeah. I'd agree with that. I'd That's why I look at my my my life. Yeah. Yeah. I've absolutely. 15:05 Speaker 2: That would be like, I've I have started to work out less. I'm in the worst shape of my life. Now, I'm not saying I'm in touch fit, but I but I am because, like, dude, I am sorry. Like, I have 15:16 Speaker 2: now a whole bunch more priorities. Yeah. And 15:20 Speaker 2: and I can't and don't and choose not to dedicate that much of my life right now to the Yeah. To working out. 15:27 Speaker 2: But I still do it. I can still work out Yeah. Every day because I have to for my brain. Like, dude, I mean, this is what I've been doing my whole life. And and, I mean, I feel good about myself if I look good, 15:38 Speaker 2: and my brain only works if I'm actually working out. I mean, there's 1000 other benefits, but yeah, 15:43 Speaker 3: for sure. Other thing is you're 15:46 Speaker 3: it's like almost like a savings account. Like, it's a lot harder to build up a $50,000 savings account than it is to keep a $50,000 savings account. It's a lot harder to build a really nice physique than it is to keep a really nice physique. Absolutely. Like, the amount of effort it takes to keep a good physique is so little compared to what it took to get you there. So that's why we talked earlier about like, don't look at what successful people are doing. Look at what they did. Yeah. Same thing in the gym. It's like, you look at people who are jacked a lot of times, they don't do that much volume. They don't do that much intensity. Like, they're maintaining their physique. But if you look at what it took them to get them there- That's a great point. It's a lot of work and a lot of discipline. My 1st year of sobriety, like, I I went to the gym, like, I think I counted, like, 3 80 days out of 3 65. 16:29 Speaker 2: Literally, 16:30 Speaker 2: I think I didn't go when there was Christmas. 16:34 Speaker 2: And several times I went twice a day. Yep. And yes, that I built the foundation. Yeah. The argument for building more muscle. Right? The more muscle you build, like, you see the people who are super ripped aren't doing that much cardio. Yeah. Their 16:46 Speaker 2: muscle just boosts their metabolism like crazy, and that burns off any excess bad things that they wanna eat, and that makes up for a lot. And it is a lot easier, to maintain it than to build it. But you gotta build Yeah. You need to build. Gotta build it 1st. Yeah. Yeah. You, so you build a successful business 17:03 Speaker 0: and you've 17:04 Speaker 0: built what most people would call a successful body. Which 1 was more was harder? Yeah. Oh, man. You know what I mean? That's a good question, dude. Yeah. Don't know. Don't know. The, 17:14 Speaker 3: yeah. 17:16 Speaker 3: The the nice thing about fitness is that it's there's a very clear and simple 17:23 Speaker 3: path of like, if you want this, 17:25 Speaker 3: there's an exact thing. You do this, then this, then this, then this, and you will definitely get this. Mathematical certainty. Business is a little bit like, you're gonna have to weave and dodge and you're gonna have to go through things you didn't know, and you're gonna have to, you're gonna try 1 thing that's not gonna and try 10 more things, then finally something's gonna work. Fitness is a little bit more like the, 17:43 Speaker 3: you know, the calories, the food, the health, the nutrition. It's like the fitness, like, there's a plan. Like, everybody 17:49 Speaker 3: knows. It's, yeah, it's like math. Just do the thing that everybody else did and you will get the same result. 17:55 Speaker 2: Very true. 17:56 Speaker 0: Yes. Yeah, yeah. 17:58 Speaker 0: Well, 17:59 Speaker 0: getting in shape, do you think, like, if you have a guy, 18:03 Speaker 0: he's in his mid forties, 18:05 Speaker 0: he's hasn't had much direction in life, he's not in shape, He's coming to you for some guidance. Right? 18:11 Speaker 0: Do you start with business stuff? I mean, like a friend, like he doesn't have to be a client obviously, but like, where would you start with that? Like, would you start with, 18:21 Speaker 0: you know what I mean? Would you or would you start with trying to get him in shape more? Because I have my answer to this. I'm curious on yours. 18:29 Speaker 0: Where would you start with that guy? He's 40 years old. He doesn't have any savings. He's worked a dead end job. Yeah. And now he has this drive now to to get better at all around. Where do you start that guy? 18:42 Speaker 3: I mean, this this might be you might disagree with me on this. Yep. I 18:49 Speaker 3: I don't think it's possible 18:51 Speaker 3: to 18:52 Speaker 3: to cause change in somebody, 18:55 Speaker 3: that they are not already seeking. And so I've got a buddy who 19:02 Speaker 3: who has come to me multiple times 19:04 Speaker 3: for like advice with trying to start little businesses to make more money. 19:08 Speaker 3: And he just fundamentally, 19:11 Speaker 3: like I think has a belief that money is bad and wrong and identifies with like a victim status of being poor. 19:18 Speaker 3: And 19:19 Speaker 3: he has never done anything that I've told him to do on the money side. Right. But he's coming to me now and saying like, hey, I wanna get in shape. And so I'm like, all right, week 1, don't do anything. You don't even have to go to the gym, just write down everything you need, because I wanna see for a week. Like, don't try and change everything, anything. I just wanna see everything. All right, if you can do that for a week and write everything down, week number 2, all you have to do is hit your protein goal. Like, just hit 200 grams, and it has to come from real food. It has to come from chicken, beef, fish, eggs, whatever. Like, can't come from a protein bar. Like, you gotta get your 200 grams. Okay, if you can do that now, next week, we're gonna hit your fat, like, little tiny baby steps. Cause you try and throw somebody like that, work out this much, do this much cardio, get these weights, they're gonna get overwhelmed, the information overload, they're gonna be so sore. So it's like, 20:05 Speaker 3: there there's a step by step plan that he's sticking to. And so it's like, because that's what he actually wants to change. Yeah. So I think it partly or mostly maybe comes down to what that person is actually looking for. Like, what do you want and what are you willing to do to get it? Well, we talked about this earlier. 20:19 Speaker 3: Yeah. What do you want? What do want? Nobody knows what they want. But you wouldn't say that that would be the same for for for finance too because you would have to have that same type of, 20:28 Speaker 3: you gotta do this, you gotta do this, you gotta Oh, do for sure, yeah. If, so if they came to me and said, hey, I need to get my money in order. It's like, okay, 20:35 Speaker 3: number 1, list 20:37 Speaker 3: out like everything you're spending your money on. Like, let's look at your budget. Where's your money because you can't 20:43 Speaker 3: get somewhere if you don't know where you're starting. It's like when you're putting your maps on a car, it's like, it can't give you a navigation route unless it knows where you're starting So we gotta know where you are. Like, where's your money going? Like, you don't have anything because it's going somewhere. Like, 20:55 Speaker 3: you don't know where, you don't know how much you're spending at McDonald's every week. Nobody does. Yeah. Pretty 21:00 Speaker 3: It's probably a lot more than you think it is. And so we're gonna look at what you're doing 1st. And then from there, it's like, okay, we're gonna peel back these layers so you don't spend the money over here. We're gonna get you out of debt next. And once you're out of debt, we're gonna build up your emergency fund, and then we're gonna start an automatic savings account or an investing account so that you don't ever have to think about it. This is another thing with discipline. 21:19 Speaker 3: The most disciplined people in the world, they've studied these people, like the people who, like, demonstrate the most discipline. They don't exercise willpower most of the time. They've constructed their life in a way Yeah. Where they don't have to use willpower. Like, I don't have to try to not eat Oreos because I don't have Oreos. Yeah. Right. But if you put a bunch of Oreos in front of me, I'm gonna have to use willpower to not eat them. Right? They cut that out their lives. Cut that out of their life. Their lifestyle, their habits are different. And so you could, you construct a lifestyle around yourself where you don't have to use willpower. So you set up those transfers automatically so that your money is going into the market, your money is going into your assets without you ever see. You don't have to choose the willpower to buy the gold, to buy the Bitcoin, to buy the stocks. It just happens. You put all of that stuff on autopilot. 22:01 Speaker 0: Yeah. Well, we talked about this last time where where 22:03 Speaker 0: what is that? It's thinking through shit. 22:06 Speaker 0: Nobody does that. So you have Americans. We'll just use Americans for now. I'd imagine this most of the world, but let's use Americans. We have Americans who have 22:14 Speaker 0: never been more out of shape. It's like looking around, I think it was 73 percent of people are overweight. I don't remember the obesity rate. 22:22 Speaker 0: And you have most people that if they get a flat tire, they can't even pay that flat tire. And that's not knocking anybody. I'm just telling you statistics, which there's somewhere around that. 22:32 Speaker 0: Why do you think that is? Like, why has is that happening? What is it? Do you think it's financial? Because you're a financial guy, and I know that you and I have similar feelings of what's gone up to this. But do you why do you think that is? 22:45 Speaker 3: Well, 2 things. I'm gonna start off with, like, a note of, like, good news actually, which is, like, I think people like you and businesses like you are, like, actually being, like, noticeably successful on, like, a statistical level. The last 3 years 22:59 Speaker 3: 2 or 3 years are the 1st years in, like, 4 decades 23:03 Speaker 3: where the average weight in America has gone down. Yeah. 23:07 Speaker 3: The average weight in America has been climbing for decades, and just like 2 years ago was the 1st time where that's actually started to trickle down. Yeah. GLP-1s. Yeah. But also so many people are like, they're they're tired of it. Yeah. And that that pain has gotten to the point where they're like, I wanna I'm gonna do what it takes to to change. I think social media might help. The might be the 1 helpful thing there. For sure. Like the double edged sword. Wait. Like, damn. I can get in shape, but there's access to knowledge. There's access to envy. 23:31 Speaker 0: Yeah. Totally. 23:33 Speaker 2: Yeah. I think COVID helped too. Yeah. The crazy thing is starting to go actually, it'll continue. But, like He said it this time. Like, in in a recession, what do say? Like, alcohol and fitness 23:43 Speaker 2: always are the things that are stable economies. Yeah. 23:47 Speaker 2: Drugs and alcohol. Yeah. Because because what are those those are the 2 things that actually make you feel good real fast. You're either gonna feel good this way or you're gonna go good this way. 23:55 Speaker 2: Thanks. 23:56 Speaker 2: Yep. K. Carry on with the answer, though. So, yeah. So 24:00 Speaker 3: definitely that pain gets to the point. Right now, less people are drinking alcohol, especially Gen Z, like, than ever before. Wow. They're smoking weed. Like, kids. 24:09 Speaker 2: Sorry. Yeah. Do 24:11 Speaker 2: you look at these kids? He's, like, teenagers now? Like, I don't drink. 24:14 Speaker 0: So they don't drink. They're not buying houses. Like, why? What's the shift? Do you think that it's people just seeking something different made that maybe that their parents have that they don't want? I yeah. Part of it, yeah, seeing the pain of that lifestyle, I don't want that. 24:28 Speaker 3: The information and the knowledge and the truth is available now. Like 20 years ago, it's pretty hard to, 24:33 Speaker 3: like, nobody knew what a seed oil was 20 years ago. Sure. And now it's like restaurants 24:38 Speaker 3: are popping up everywhere. They're like, hey, we're seed oil free. Totally. We're gluten free. We're Monsanto, 24:43 Speaker 3: you know, GMO, whatever. Like we're like, there's when 24:47 Speaker 3: people get exposed to the truth, 24:49 Speaker 3: a good amount of people are gonna And so the recession is a good thing, a good, 24:54 Speaker 3: example of this too. 24:56 Speaker 3: For 40 years, from 1970 24:59 Speaker 3: through, 25:00 Speaker 3: 2008, 25:02 Speaker 3: the, United States debt 25:04 Speaker 3: to asset ratio 25:06 Speaker 3: was growing. 25:07 Speaker 3: So in 2008, 25:10 Speaker 3: Americans 25:12 Speaker 3: households on average had more debt compared to their assets than ever before in US history. 25:17 Speaker 3: Obviously, 25:18 Speaker 3: that 25:19 Speaker 3: crushed everything and everything collapsed. 25:22 Speaker 3: Today, 25:22 Speaker 3: US household debt to asset ratio is lower than it's ever been in 50 years, going back all the way to 1970. Why? 25:29 Speaker 3: Because we lived through the pain and said, I don't want that. I don't wanna lose my house again. I don't wanna, like, go into that debt again. I don't wanna live through that pain. 25:38 Speaker 0: And so, 25:39 Speaker 2: Start paying attention to your contracts. Yeah. Like, your mortgage contracts and and, yeah, start taking a little bit of personal responsibility. 25:47 Speaker 2: Yeah. Because what anyway. Yeah. 25:49 Speaker 3: So I I think there's there's some good news that, like, enough you push the truth out there enough and people are- Fall is the perfect time to refresh and reorganize 26:00 Speaker 0: your space. It's hard to do the right thing when when you're in darkness and you don't know what the right thing is, and today, it's pretty easy to find find the truth. Yeah, it's crazy. I mean, I would imagine that is 27:06 Speaker 0: a big catalyst to it is COVID because I think regardless, 27:09 Speaker 0: not to be political, like everybody's, 27:11 Speaker 0: no matter where, what side of the street you're on, it doesn't even matter. 27:15 Speaker 0: Something's off. Yep, something's off. We've been lied to, so they're starting to seek. I mean, peptides have been growing 27:22 Speaker 0: just so fast and that's why people are seeking health healthy, but they're starting to obviously try to do some stuff with business as well. Right. They're starting to look at, well, you see the kids, like you just said, there's a huge shift in kids not drinking. 27:36 Speaker 0: They're, 27:38 Speaker 0: they're not seeking that, like, typical, 27:41 Speaker 0: what we were told, like, the before the pig offense and all that stuff. Why do you think that is, dude? 27:49 Speaker 0: Religious changes? 27:52 Speaker 3: Maybe. 27:53 Speaker 3: I don't know that 27:54 Speaker 2: Almost think younger generation is, like, 1 of the most They look in their social media and they think they all can be a famous influencer. So, like, hell with a white picket fence. Yeah. I think that's what I I don't wanna I don't wanna kinda work a 9 to 5 my entire life and then because look at all these other people Right. 28:10 Speaker 3: Flowing up. I don't know. Yeah. I I think that's probably part of it. And from an optimistic standpoint, 28:15 Speaker 3: it's like, I didn't wanna go work for somebody else for the next 40 years in a job that I was miserable in, like, regardless of the fact that my salary was way better than most people's. And most people, when they get into those jobs, like, their salary is not very, very good. And so these young kids are like, well, school's a joke. 28:31 Speaker 3: College degree is gonna cost a $100,000, 28:33 Speaker 3: and it's not gonna actually get me a job. Gonna be stuck in debt forever that I can't get out of even with bankruptcy. Right. And that's maybe gonna get me a job that I could get paid the same if I got that same job without a degree, because it's not actually necessary. 28:45 Speaker 3: Why not try and start something on my own and try and build something and make an impact and 28:50 Speaker 3: be like, oh, you know, more entrepreneurial? 28:52 Speaker 0: There's a shift going on. Yeah. I mean, they know that like, can make money from this. Like, this is what they see, which is, I mean, social media is such a double edged sword. There's so many negative things, but there's so many positive things where this little sucker sitting in your pocket can make you so 29:07 Speaker 0: much money. You've lived on both sides of the street where you said you were obese. Again, using your words, I don't know if you were not, but so obese. I'll show you the pictures. Yeah. Well, I saw when I 1st started watching, you were pretty big. That's true. Yeah. Yeah. But you've 29:21 Speaker 0: were you treated a certain way? And then after you got in shape, were you are you treated a different way? Like, now, like, was it just your 29:29 Speaker 0: confidence going up or were you actually treated different? 29:34 Speaker 0: Said your wife. 29:36 Speaker 3: Other people outside. Yeah, 29:38 Speaker 3: things like that. 29:42 Speaker 3: You know, I don't know if I could 29:45 Speaker 3: say whether it was people actually treating me differently or just the way that I perceive myself and then present to myself differently in the world, and then people responding to that, I'm not sure. 29:57 Speaker 3: But whatever the whatever 29:58 Speaker 3: whichever side of that coin it is, I mean, yeah, it's when 30:03 Speaker 3: you when you are confident 30:06 Speaker 0: with yourself, you're gonna present yourself differently and Carry yourself differently. Carry yourself differently. Let tell you where I'm going with that. So 30:13 Speaker 0: I have a thing where 30:15 Speaker 0: and I get feedback from it from, you know, when I post things and I'm used to that stuff. But I said, 30:21 Speaker 0: why is a man that walks in a room who's ripped, everybody notices him. Why? 30:27 Speaker 0: Because what he has cannot be bought. Yep. You're a business owner. So if you have 2 people, one's in shape, one's not, does that play a role in your decision? 30:37 Speaker 0: Yeah. I mean, 30:41 Speaker 3: because even 30:42 Speaker 3: if it's subconscious, 30:44 Speaker 0: you know, 30:45 Speaker 3: there's, 30:46 Speaker 3: there's a, 30:47 Speaker 3: a visual 30:49 Speaker 3: representation 30:50 Speaker 3: of the amount of 30:52 Speaker 3: discipline that somebody has and what they're willing to go through to get something like the delayed gratification to be able to get something that is 31:00 Speaker 0: that is difficult. I agree, and that's why I'm kinda, like, leading you there where I believe that's what most people subconsciously just believe. I think that's why there's so much change and there's so much seeking. I mean, this podcast has done so well 31:11 Speaker 0: because it's 31:13 Speaker 0: just, we just, we were talking about peptides. There's nothing special about Will and I. They're just seeking 31:19 Speaker 0: GLP-1s, 31:20 Speaker 0: they say are gonna I don't remember the statistics somebody that I read about how many people will be taking GLP-1s in about 5 years, and it's just like because they're not just for people to lose weight. They're for guys that 31:32 Speaker 0: are ripped. They're for bodybuilders. Yeah. All the above. Your journey didn't start with any of that stuff or did it? You said carnivore? 31:39 Speaker 3: That yeah. So it started with carnivore. Mhmm. 31:41 Speaker 3: And 31:42 Speaker 3: so, I mean, we can get as deep into this as as we want, but I do. I wanna kinda get into your journey from carnivore to peptides because it's probably similar to mine. Let's get into it. I did carnivore straight for a year. And after a year, I started noticing a couple things. Number 1, I didn't have much energy in the gym. 32:01 Speaker 3: Number 2, I was having a real hard problem staying warm. I was, like, pretty cold all the time. And 32:06 Speaker 3: I didn't realize it at the time. It's a thyroid thing. And so I started adding in, 32:11 Speaker 3: fruits and started, like, eating, like, berries and stuff and honey and, you know, more carbs from, like, natural sources. Did that work? It it it 32:20 Speaker 3: it improved things a lot. 32:23 Speaker 3: And so this would have been 32:25 Speaker 3: for 32:26 Speaker 3: the next, 32:27 Speaker 3: yeah, for the next couple of years, just lifting 32:30 Speaker 3: consistently every single day in a very, very, in intentional way for hypertrophy, 32:36 Speaker 3: you know, the the 32:38 Speaker 3: hitting failure around 5 to 15 reps, somewhere in there, doing 3 to 6 exercise per day of, you know, 2 to 4 sets per, 32:46 Speaker 3: exercise, 32:48 Speaker 3: and tracking my macros, making sure I was getting the protein, tracking all my, you know, calories and everything. 32:54 Speaker 3: And in, at the beginning of 20 25, end of 20 24, end of 20 25, 33:01 Speaker 3: right around 2 to 03:00 every day, I'd be, like, struggling to not fall asleep. 33:08 Speaker 3: Like, even on the weekends, like, no matter how much sleep I got, like, I'd be sitting there with my family. We'd be, like, playing a game on a on a Saturday or something, and I'd be sitting there, like, like, dozing off. Like, I'd actually fall and this never happened to me before, and I thought that I needed testosterone. Yeah. And so I went to a, health clinic and they pulled all my blood work and, 33:28 Speaker 3: they said, you've you've got Hashimoto's, 33:32 Speaker 3: hypothyroidism. 33:33 Speaker 3: And my mom has that too. And I just, it's mostly women. I've never even thought that, you know, I might have that. And I think it's, I don't know if this is, provable, but I think I may have aggravate, like I had the predisposition and I aggravated it through carnivore because your thyroid usually runs off of carbs. And 33:52 Speaker 3: so I just had no T3, 33:55 Speaker 3: no T4 in my body. My antibodies were, you know, sky high. And so I went on, naturally desiccated thyroid 34:03 Speaker 3: and fixed it instantly. I was like, felt back to normal. And I was like, oh, this 34:09 Speaker 3: is crazy. I can't believe that that's what, you know, what I've been dealing with this whole time. 34:13 Speaker 3: Then that triggered a couple other things because when you take thyroid medication, that spikes your SHBG, 34:18 Speaker 3: which is sex hormone binding globulin. So even though my total testosterone is fine at, like, 8 or 900, my free testosterone was in the gutter because it was binding up all of my free testosterone. 34:28 Speaker 3: So, 34:29 Speaker 3: you're right. Yeah. Right around the beginning of 2025, I went on, 34:36 Speaker 3: a a couple of different peptides to try and fix that. I was I tried Enclomiphene. 34:41 Speaker 3: I did HCG. 34:42 Speaker 3: I did Kisspeptin. 34:43 Speaker 3: And 34:45 Speaker 3: I 34:46 Speaker 3: could sometimes 34:48 Speaker 3: get some of my markers to change, 34:50 Speaker 3: but it never bled over into just free testosterone being good. I'd spike my E2 and like Yeah. So I couldn't really get that dialed in. 34:59 Speaker 3: And, and so I was like, alright, well, I'm gonna, 35:02 Speaker 3: maybe maybe pull my body fat down. So last year, I started, 35:06 Speaker 3: Retta for the 1st time. Mhmm. That was that was 35:10 Speaker 3: unbelievable. 35:11 Speaker 3: Was the 1st time 1st time in my life where I felt like that addiction to food, 35:16 Speaker 3: just like I could comfortably stop eating 35:19 Speaker 3: once was 35:20 Speaker 3: I was full and I didn't have the craving to keep stuffing my face. 35:24 Speaker 3: And 35:25 Speaker 0: that, you know, we can get into all the peptides. I've tried a ton of them now. What was the 1st? Like, so you're figuring this out, which is great because I think you're 35:34 Speaker 0: we're pretty much all the beginners start, like, I got these problems. Sometimes it's an aching pain, sometimes it's overweight and they start to look for peptides or whatever. 35:44 Speaker 0: And 35:44 Speaker 0: what's the beginning? Like, so what was your what was your 1st peptide? Was it to fix the free testosterone? 35:52 Speaker 3: Yeah. So right after I started on, on the thyroid medication, 35:56 Speaker 3: that's when I 35:58 Speaker 3: at the same time I started Retta. 36:00 Speaker 0: Okay. 36:04 Speaker 3: What was it? I thought Tesamorelin. 36:07 Speaker 3: K. And 36:11 Speaker 3: Kisspeptin. 36:12 Speaker 3: Okay. I think those were the 3 I started off with. And you were not on TRT? No, not yet. I didn't start TRT until this year. Okay. Cool. 36:20 Speaker 3: And 36:21 Speaker 3: so Kisspeptin, 36:22 Speaker 3: I tried, didn't really do anything, so I 36:25 Speaker 3: got rid of that. HCG, 36:27 Speaker 3: I don't know if that counts as a peptide. I tried that. Yes, it does. And 36:32 Speaker 3: then, 36:33 Speaker 3: and then once I start like, my whole life, I've been scared of needles. Like, every 1st Yeah. 36:39 Speaker 3: Right. The 1st time I pinned myself, I'm 36:42 Speaker 3: literally 36:43 Speaker 3: shaking. Like, I I was like I was like, I might need I was like, Hillary, I might need you to hold my hand so I can, like, not, like, poke myself 10 times, like, from the from the shaking. 36:52 Speaker 3: And, you know, just a little insulin syringe, poked myself, didn't feel it. Yeah. I was like, what? Was a Whole new world opened up. I was like, it didn't hurt. Yeah. So 37:03 Speaker 3: it was that's what we did. And then the week next week, I tried, 37:08 Speaker 3: what's the L carnitine? 37:10 Speaker 3: L carnitine? Okay. Harpoon needle straight into the top of my quad. No. And that was terrible. 37:17 Speaker 0: No. Yeah. Abort. 37:19 Speaker 0: Yeah. That 37:20 Speaker 3: was the worst. 37:21 Speaker 3: But where did they, like where did all this how did you start you just started reading about this? Like, what led you to have For a while, I had been seen people? No. Just me. I had been well, the health the performance clinic that I was talking to, like, I got the Tesamorelin through them and, 37:35 Speaker 3: I talked to them a little bit about some of them, but, 37:39 Speaker 3: I just started, you know, noticing people doing. I was reading about them. I was learning about them, trying to figure out, okay, like everyone that I tried, I was like, I did a deep dive on, like, what are the, what are the studies that are available on this? Mhmm. What are the risks? Like, what what are the consequences that some people have had? Like, am I willing to risk that? Yeah. Like, what are the benefits that, some people have seen? 38:00 Speaker 3: And so, and so 38:03 Speaker 2: How many what was the timeline? So, like, how many years ago was this? 2025. 38:06 Speaker 0: Started. Okay. Early 20 25, like, April. Which is generally not long. Everybody's been starting. That's where when things just started to light the fire, man. Like, there's a change at that time, not a year. Yeah. So, yeah, it was so it was Reta, 38:19 Speaker 2: Tesamorelin. 38:20 Speaker 2: Yep. Kisspeptin. 38:22 Speaker 2: Didn't like kisspeptin. Yep. Didn't really do what you wanted. HCG. Did you notice any difference in HCG? 38:27 Speaker 3: I noticed 38:29 Speaker 0: Your estrogen raising? Yeah. Yeah. Go with. Yeah. 38:32 Speaker 3: Yeah. And then my total changed a little bit, but not my free. Yeah. Yeah. 38:37 Speaker 2: Yeah. It's not gonna do anything. Enclomiphene, 38:40 Speaker 3: same thing. 38:41 Speaker 3: Because those, I I think, are more effective if you're not producing, but I was producing. 38:46 Speaker 0: Yeah. It's it's just wasn't Yeah. Yeah. They're gonna be very yes. Right. You were right. And 38:51 Speaker 0: then, and then I sucked because you had this Hell carnitine sucked. Yeah. Yeah. 38:57 Speaker 3: So then I just kinda started going down the rabbit hole, and I was like, okay, well, what about, you know, like, you know, beep I I did the, the glow stack. Mhmm. And, 39:07 Speaker 3: my I was telling you this. My body reacted like it was, you know, extremely painful at the injection site, that stinging. It was like it kept me up all night. Yeah. And, and then I was like, I'm not injured right now. Why am I why am I taking BPC-one hundred 57 TB 5? I'm not yeah. I don't have any injuries, so I I stopped taking that. 39:24 Speaker 3: I tried Melanotan, 39:26 Speaker 3: and I spend a good amount of time out in the sun. Like, every morning, I drink my coffee in the sun 39:31 Speaker 3: for about, like, 15 minutes, 39:33 Speaker 3: and I started getting so dark. My mom, she's like, did you did you, like, compete? Like, did you do a bodybuilding show? Because you look like you have a fake tan on. I was like, alright. I gotta pull back the Moulineti tan. Dark. It's 39:46 Speaker 2: That seems to be such a common theme. Yeah. 39:49 Speaker 2: Yeah. 39:51 Speaker 3: Okay. 39:52 Speaker 0: I need to chill. Yeah. Dude, the people come in here and we're like, dude, you 39:55 Speaker 0: Yeah. In my life, you do it. Yeah. I could tell. Yeah. 40:00 Speaker 3: So I did that 1 for a while. 40:02 Speaker 3: Thymosin Alpha-1is a is 1 that stays in my rotation. Every time we go on a trip, I'll I'll do that because 40:08 Speaker 3: it it got, like, every time we would fly somewhere and we travel quite a bit, every time we'd fly somewhere 40:14 Speaker 3: Sick. We'd get sick from the airplane or the or or or the hotel or whatever. And so ever since I started that, I haven't been getting we haven't been getting any colds or sickness or anything from traveling, so 40:24 Speaker 3: that's great. 40:28 Speaker 3: Let's see. What are, I tried MOTS C for a while. I just didn't I didn't notice anything, Yeah. 40:34 Speaker 0: So 40:35 Speaker 2: I didn't, I didn't keep on going with that 1. Which totally happens. That seems to be a really, a big 1 where if you are a person, your mitochondria- 40:43 Speaker 2: Doing well. Is doing well. Yeah. Is healthy, you're not gonna notice. Right. 40:47 Speaker 2: Yeah. And most like a lot of these websites. Right? Right. Some of them work great for some people, some don't work. They get gap that you need to make up, something you need to fix. Yeah. 40:59 Speaker 0: So how do fix free testosterone? 41:01 Speaker 3: TRT. TRT. Oh, okay. Yeah. Alright. So 41:04 Speaker 2: I But did that unbind your I mean, are you still the same kind of ratio of 41:09 Speaker 2: Yeah. Total? 41:10 Speaker 3: Yeah. So my total looks like I'm lasting year. 41:13 Speaker 3: I'm only on 180 41:15 Speaker 3: mg 41:16 Speaker 3: a week, which I know is a high TRT dose. That's normal. That's what I do. Still within a normal TRT range, but 41:22 Speaker 3: my total is always above 2,000. Oh, wow. So it looks like I'm blast ing gear, but my free testosterone's, 41:28 Speaker 3: like, 20, 25. Oh, that's 41:31 Speaker 3: is, like, 56,000. 41:32 Speaker 2: Willing to try provyrin? 41:34 Speaker 0: It'll release that it'll release that free testosterone. I it's a super weak anabolic steroid. But at least What it That's what it does. It just tears the all the SHBG off of your receptors. Really? That's what it does, dude. It'll work. Okay. I'm gonna have to look into that. It's a happy steroid. There's, proviron. 41:51 Speaker 0: Okay. It's not like it's not like 41:53 Speaker 0: you're gonna get You're not It's not like you're taking it. Pulls down SHBG. 41:57 Speaker 0: It generally enhances other steroids. But that's not You're not taking it for that. Yeah. But that 1 of things it does is it releases some of that free testosterone, dude. Oh, okay. So it's that is a steroid. You know? Literally just kills off your SHBG. Okay. So your androgen receptor, right, is now covered. 42:12 Speaker 3: You take Proviolin and it just peels that off. And so now everything is gonna work really well. Well, I'm gonna have to look into that because be because my total is so high. Yeah. My my e 2 was spiking. I was getting, like, over 80 42:24 Speaker 3: for e 2, so I had to I I didn't wanna take Arimidex because of Yeah. Good for you. We go but I I I take Aromiphene. 42:31 Speaker 3: Yeah. Okay. Which, 42:33 Speaker 3: little bit more stable, little bit less, 42:36 Speaker 3: toxic. And I only do 0.25 tab once a week, and that's pulled my YouTube back down to, like, 40. So it's like kind of a Thymosin is what I use if I were to use an AI. Yeah. Definitely. 42:47 Speaker 2: It just works a lot better too. Yeah. 42:50 Speaker 2: Yeah. 42:51 Speaker 3: Damn it. Your journey is You 42:53 Speaker 3: you you don't feel good? No. I say it's a it's a suicidal suicidal 42:57 Speaker 3: AI. It kills it's called a suicidal inhibitor because it kills the aromatase enzyme instead of a a a anastrozole just blocks it. And so an astrozole, you get those big every day, if you don't take it, you get those big peaks and troughs. And so the, yeah, the aromasin I found, it just it's a lot more stable. Yeah. For sure. Yeah. I think that will work, man. I mean, it just you give it a try if you want. Yeah. But really, I will. I I 43:19 Speaker 3: will. 43:20 Speaker 0: You know? But it's your journey is so similar, It's like, this is like what I love talking about people because you're successful, but at the same time, 43:28 Speaker 0: doesn't matter. Like we still have our own journey of health. Like it doesn't matter how much money you have in your bank, health, 43:34 Speaker 0: because 43:35 Speaker 0: if your health is gone, this don't mean anything. You know what I mean? And like, that's what's been such an amazing journey watching and like getting the questions that we get on this podcast 43:44 Speaker 0: is again, because so many people are seeking something different and peptides are amazing in regards to the chains of amino acids. And it all kind of starts like that, dude. Yeah. Yeah. It is all done. I mean, it really, it all just proves your entrepreneurial 43:57 Speaker 2: spirit. 43:58 Speaker 2: Most people, you said, all right, I have a goal. 44:01 Speaker 2: Screw it. I'm willing to try things. I'm willing to put the work in or read them. Yeah. You know how many people I come across that, like, are not willing to just, like, read a little bit Yeah. To educate themselves. Yeah. That drives me crazy. But, like Yeah. Go figure the ones who are and are willing to try to take some, you know, take some some daring risks. Right? Yeah. Try sticking myself with a needle even though I'm scared. Let's try other some other things. Right? What the hell? Let's let's try it. That is probably part of why you're successful in everything. And there are some side effects. Like I was telling you, the Tesamorelin. 44:33 Speaker 3: So I because I developed an allergy to it. So I was on it for almost a year straight, and then I noticed, like, once a week, 44:40 Speaker 3: I would get, I'd get I'd start getting itchy. Like, I'd kinda break out in hives. 44:44 Speaker 3: And so I looked into it and found that, like, you know, 10 percent of people have a chance of, like, developing an allergy for it. Yeah. And then I saw some people, they just kept on taking it. They went into anaphylactic shock. Yeah. So I was like, alright, I need to take a break. I took, like, I don't know, 2 months off. Mhmm. And then I tried it again, and it was the worst outbreak of hives I'd ever had. Like, my like, it all it felt a little bit like my throat was like, I was like, alright. I don't wanna I don't wanna mess with this. It was, that's bad. And they get worse and worse. Those reactions always get worse and worse. I mean, his wife, did he tell you what, what Melissa, she tried CJC 12 95, which is no 1 shot as Tesamorelin. Same to GHRH, 45:24 Speaker 2: right? But that 1 45:25 Speaker 2: more people have reactions to. She did 1 45:29 Speaker 2: injection, 45:30 Speaker 0: right? I take, I give her a shot. I went downstairs immediately. She, 45:35 Speaker 0: I don't know what happened right after, but she went into the room with my son and 45:39 Speaker 0: she came out and like called for me and like her lips were this big. Oh no. And I was like, if she wouldn't have like, if I was like, she had to call me and try to explain it, I would just have not believed her because I didn't see it. Like, I was trying to call him and I was like, okay, and then I started researching and I was like, this is insane. I gave her some KPV. We didn't have an antihistamine. 45:58 Speaker 0: And the KPV luckily worked 46:00 Speaker 0: because it slowly went down, but it was brutal. But I was reading right away and like, dude, if your throat closes it up, dude, you gotta go to the hospital. So I kept asking her and she's like, not yet, but like, it feels a little weird. I was scared to death, dude. Yeah. Mhmm. You know what I mean? Yeah. CJC is the 1, for some reason, a little bit more aggressive. Different. We talk about it all the time. Like, you know, I I use this a lot, but, my dad, I just got him on NAD for the 1st time ever and stings the hell out of him. Yeah. Yeah. 46:25 Speaker 0: Me too. Sting me. Everybody's just different, dude. Yeah. The 46:29 Speaker 0: the point is that we all try these things. Yeah. We all run our blood work. We all just 46:35 Speaker 0: gosh. It takes a it it takes a long time to find your sweet spot. Like, your 1 80 might not be your sweet spot, dude. Yeah. I mean, that's mine, but, like, it took a lot of work to get there, dude. Yeah. You know? And, like, I was telling telling Will last time on the q and a, like, as you get older, 46:50 Speaker 0: you you guys both look at me, as you get older 46:53 Speaker 0: Fall is the perfect time to refresh and reorganize 46:57 Speaker 0: your space. Availability, amount of discounts and savings, and eligibility vary by state. 47:50 Speaker 0: So that sweet spot changes. Yeah. And, like, because I sat in my sweet spot for, like, 5 years, dude. Carnivore was great to me until it wasn't. Yeah. But, you know, all I did was I just added in some carbs in right before I lift and right after. Yeah. I did some stuff obviously on gut health and stuff and little tweaks, now I feel back to myself for the 1st time. Yeah. But you've got to freaking work at it. Yeah. You know what I mean? Health- Things change. You gotta pivot. Constantly, dude. Like, 48:13 Speaker 0: you know, when it comes to like business, 48:16 Speaker 0: when it comes to health, 48:18 Speaker 0: it's all the same stuff, man. You gotta like research, you gotta read, you gotta try different things. And I think for the 1st time, Americans are finally ready 48:27 Speaker 0: for some changes, 48:28 Speaker 0: health wise, 48:29 Speaker 0: business wise, we've seen with kids, behavior is changing and that's rad, bro. Whatever the reason, I don't know exactly why, but it's awesome. Yeah. I think the blood work is super important because it's like, it's a gauge of, like, seeing 48:41 Speaker 3: what's actually happening because you might not feel it just 48:44 Speaker 3: if you're going by how you feel 48:46 Speaker 3: until your, you know, your blood work will show it a lot earlier, you know? And so I think, I think that's a big a big part of it that, 48:54 Speaker 3: like, a lot of people don't know how to 48:56 Speaker 3: how to get their blood work done even, let alone how And to read conversation with a doctor, people, here's 49:03 Speaker 2: word wise, like a good doctor should, 49:05 Speaker 2: his job is to keep you alive despite yourself. 49:09 Speaker 2: You should be able to go to the doctor and be like, here's all the terrible things I do to me. He'd go, okay, 49:14 Speaker 2: You are you. Let's do our best to try to work with you. Right? And judge 49:19 Speaker 2: I mean, who cares if they judge you, but as long as they still help you and they and they still have to help you. Yeah. 49:24 Speaker 2: So tell your doctor's the truth. People ask me that all the time. Like, oh, I've been taking a cycle. Got out of my doctor's room. I'm like, tell him. Yeah. There's Jesus. Just tell him. There's more doctors too. If he hates you for some reason, 49:35 Speaker 2: find another doctor and he's not a good person anyway. Yeah. 49:39 Speaker 0: And someone that knows you're talking about because your situation And I'm talking about high of testosterone and not low of free testosterone. Yeah. I don't even know if I've ever heard it like that. Which is good, like, you're saying, like, a good doctor, like, I've got a good lady that she knows 49:53 Speaker 3: she knows all this stuff and she's like, yeah, we're not worried about that number. We're looking at the other numbers. That's cool. And then you look at the other side effects too, because if you are too high, it'll show up in your hematocrit and your hemoglobin and other stuff. Know what to run and stuff. I think doctors even are coming around because they're going to get lost in the dust because 50:10 Speaker 0: peptides will 50:12 Speaker 2: leave 50:13 Speaker 0: your business not doing too well because there it's an easy way out. Like people would rather, 50:18 Speaker 2: oh, I don't wanna do it. Then they do it once they're like, oh, that was easy. Let's try some more. Yep. Yeah. And it's generally the way it goes. Yeah. So what are you taking right now? I wanna kinda go around the table too. JD, I'm gonna ask you next. I'm gonna go with me. I'll People always wanna ask, why are you taking it right now? And it and it yeah. I'm dropping my post tomorrow. I recorded it today. I know. I got it written down. Alright. So 50:39 Speaker 3: about my thyroid? 50:41 Speaker 2: So t 3, or do you think t 3 and t 4? 50:44 Speaker 3: No. So I'm probably gonna switch to synthetic t 3 and t 4, but, I've been so far just doing naturally desiccated thyroid. Okay. And the problem with that like, it's good because it's just pig thyroid that they dry out and put it in a in a pill, but it can be very, 51:00 Speaker 3: inconsistent 51:01 Speaker 3: Okay. In, like, the levels of t 4 and t 3. And so, like, I got a batch where I was, like, starting to fall asleep again, like, just a month ago. I was like, something's wrong. So I ordered a I had him get send me a new refill, and it was, like, now I'm back to normal. I was like, if I go synthetic, it'll it'll always be exactly the same. Okay. So I'm probably gonna but most doctors will only put you on T4, and if you've got an issue, you can't convert this to 51:24 Speaker 2: There's no point. You have the building materials. Right. Make it be too free. So 51:28 Speaker 2: Good for you. You know your stuff. Alright. Studies. 51:31 Speaker 0: Yeah. Got that. 51:36 Speaker 3: So I'm on the hundred 80 testosterone 51:39 Speaker 3: TRT. 7 8? Yep. Do you do any insulin twice a week? No. I was doing every every day. Right now, I'm doing every other day because some people say that SHPG goes down if you do it every other day. I haven't noticed that yet, so I'm probably gonna go back to every day. Okay. I think the best I think the best way to do it is every day. Dude. Yeah. That is the 100%, even if long answer like sipping aid. Can use Gobinate too, bro. Gobinate might help too, don't you think? Yeah, if we're talking about everything. 52:06 Speaker 0: Think it helps with my understanding. Yeah, 52:09 Speaker 3: that makes sense. 52:10 Speaker 2: Yeah. I don't really, I don't know exactly what the mechanism that makes 52:15 Speaker 2: SHBG 52:17 Speaker 2: turn into ASER BSHBG. 52:19 Speaker 2: I don't really know. But 52:21 Speaker 2: every day I would try, I would try, try test prob. I'm trying to- Yeah, that's a good idea. Yeah. Yeah. Because I switched from Syptin to Probe more recently. Uh-huh. I've been, like I mean, I like that. If we're talking, like, I will always choose a fast Ester over a slow Ester because of the side effects. Right? It's like this Right. The long Ester's, they're they're building it's gonna build up in there. Yeah. 52:41 Speaker 3: And even though it's a long ester, like, you still get big peaks and troughs if you're injecting, like, once or twice a week. For sure. Even though it's a long ester. Even though it's a long ester. That's why you you're still having this. Absolutely. And that's even a long ester daily is the better way to go. Yeah. But it could be even better with prop. And it's so easy. I still I use an insulin syringe. Yeah. And it takes a little bit to get in there, but you just push and it goes into the muscle. Like, you it's it's not unless It takes a while. You can use a 27 gauge, which I've switched to, which I don't know how I can catch up to that for this long, but it's a little bit longer. It's like a a shoulder pin. Yeah. It pulls it out really quickly. Yeah. Or you just backfill it. You can backfill it. Or the Lurlocks. Just 53:19 Speaker 2: pop yeah. That too. You front fill it with the Lurlock. Yeah. But can you get a Lurlock insulin? I've never seen, like, a 31 gauge. Yeah. I've I've got 30 30 gauge. 53:28 Speaker 3: Wow. It might be 29, but I think it's 30. Okay. And, and, yeah, so you you you pull it with the with the 24 or the 26, and then you just swap it out. Yeah. But with a real insulin 1, you know, you just can pull the plunger out the back. Yeah. Draw with a big needle and just feel that out. How do you not when you when you put the plunger back here and it slips out the front? No, you just go, okay, you hold it, not here. You just cover the hole. Alright, we're not pushing the plunger in yet. Okay. Wait till watch the oil come down. Oh, yeah. Okay. And then push it up. Got it. Okay. I tried backfilling once and it's all screwed up. Was like, how do people do this? Yeah. 54:01 Speaker 0: I've done this for long time. 54:03 Speaker 0: So you got 180 mgs. What else? Yep. 54:08 Speaker 3: I just started 54:10 Speaker 3: GH, 54:11 Speaker 0: 2 IUs. 54:12 Speaker 0: Boom. Nice. 54:15 Speaker 3: Tadalafil 5 mg every day. Good for you. Boom. Boom. That's helped out with just Blood flow. Vascularity, 54:22 Speaker 3: blood flow, just bumps in the gym. 54:25 Speaker 3: Little bit of blood pressure too. Noticed my blood pressure went down, like, 2 or 3 points. Okay. 54:31 Speaker 3: Right now, I'm doing tamoxifen. 54:32 Speaker 3: It's a Serm Yep. 54:34 Speaker 3: For for the gyno. Because when I when I started on TRT, my e 2 spiked, and I started getting puffy, painful nipples. So I started the tamoxifen. I'm probably gonna stop that. As a per and and you're replacing the instead of the, Aromasin? 54:47 Speaker 2: No. Tamoxifen is Novadex, everybody. Yeah. Novadex. Okay. 54:52 Speaker 0: So you're taking both of them? Yeah. The 54:55 Speaker 3: the Aromasin, I'm doing 6.25 54:57 Speaker 3: mg 54:58 Speaker 3: once a week. Mhmm. 55:00 Speaker 2: They come in 25 mg, usually a pill. Yeah. And I contacted 55:04 Speaker 3: every pharmacy I could and said, can you please compound a 55:08 Speaker 3: 5 mg for me? And they were all, nope. I was like, the pills are so small. I'm using my cutter. It's like, I it's it's like a grain of sand that that you know, when I 0.25 this thing, it's like, how am I 55:19 Speaker 3: but you gotta do what you gotta do. Mhmm. 55:22 Speaker 0: That's right. 55:24 Speaker 3: And then I'll cycle I'll I'll go on and off, Reta if I'm, needing to do a little cut. Yeah. 55:32 Speaker 3: Right now, I'm doing HCG every couple of days. 55:36 Speaker 3: There 55:38 Speaker 3: that 55:40 Speaker 3: 1 is just because 55:42 Speaker 3: I get it. When you go on TRT for the 1st time and you see that shrinkage and you're like, oh man, like there's there's no reason other than like- That's it. Just my own mentality of like 55:53 Speaker 0: Yeah. I don't want that to happen until I take 1000 IUs money. 55:57 Speaker 0: I know my wife and I have no kids, and I'm still taking it. Yep. Yeah. Yeah. 56:04 Speaker 3: So those are the, those are the ones that I'm on 56:07 Speaker 3: right now at the moment. 56:12 Speaker 3: Nice. I tried the Selank and the Semax, 56:14 Speaker 3: really good when it was, like, when I was taking it for the 1st, like, week. Yeah. Then I noticed the effects just went away after the 1st week, and then when I went off, it was like a little bit of a dip. So I was like, I don't really, 56:26 Speaker 2: I don't really Worth it. Yeah. And that Wanna go through that dip afterwards. You're young too. 56:30 Speaker 0: I'm 49. 56:31 Speaker 0: So, like, you that's, you know, you don't need to take a whole lot. You look great, dude. Mean, you look at the best shape I've ever seen here. You look ripped, bro. 56:38 Speaker 3: Yeah. I'm in the best shape I've ever been. 56:41 Speaker 3: And, also, this is like, you know, we were talking about earlier. People always say like, oh, it must be nice. Like, oh, it's the it's the testosterone. I was like, no, I got the pictures to prove. I was 10% body fat, 56:50 Speaker 3: ripped, shredded. Yeah. You could see the veins in my abs before I ever started TRT. Yeah. Like, it's it's, you know, I I put in 5 years of work before I started that, and I I really don't look much different than I did 6 months ago. Is it uneducated? 57:04 Speaker 0: Yes. Yes. I see. Yeah. Alright, JD, what are you taking? Yeah. So I actually recorded a post today. I'm dropping it tomorrow morning for the channel. So 57:12 Speaker 0: believe it or not, I got 180 minutes, which I switched to propanate. Yep. HCG 57:17 Speaker 0: for sure. Thousand. I use Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I am taking 2 I use of somatropin HGH, and that will probably never change just looking at my, my, my, TRT 57:27 Speaker 0: Now, something different from me. Before bed? In the morning. In the morning. 1st thing in the Really? Yep. Why not before bed? Fasting. Because you wanna, like at night, you it'll tell your body that it did not make any of its own. So at night, right before you go to sleep, that's our biggest pulse. Yeah. Yeah. So if you dose yourself up with growth right before that big pulse, your body will go, well, look how much I have. Let's let's slow that pulse down. So so When you take it in the morning, how long do you wait before eating? 57:53 Speaker 2: The big thing is do it fasted and then wait a hours. Okay. Wait, the biggest part is though doing it doing it faster. Yeah. It's not waiting after 58:02 Speaker 2: after being fastened. 58:04 Speaker 2: After maybe 30 minutes after the injection, then go ahead and eat. Okay. But, yeah, 58:09 Speaker 2: I would do it 1st thing in the morning. That way you get the nightly pulse. You get the great nightly pulse. The morning the, like, the the 58:15 Speaker 2: midday pulses are, like, worthless. Yeah. So that's the time to supplement with it. Got it. Unless you are a person, so you'll read online 58:23 Speaker 2: clinical 58:24 Speaker 2: people who are massively deficient in HGH, right, are not having that nightly pulse. Yeah. So the doctors will prescribe it at night because that's what's natural. Right? That's what our body is used to, and that's what our body wants. Yeah. 58:36 Speaker 2: But if you are not, 58:38 Speaker 0: then porting is better. Got it. Makes sense. So what you're open? I am taking Tesofensine, 58:44 Speaker 0: which is different for me. I love it at 1st. I hated it. I thought I did at least. Tesofensine 58:48 Speaker 0: is gonna generally, like, people will say it rivals Retta with appetite control. I don't get any of that. I don't know why. 58:55 Speaker 0: I don't really notice anything different in blocking my appetite. 58:59 Speaker 0: What I get, and I like it is I just feel just gives me a ton of energy. I take it when I wake up, and I just I love it. So for me, it's been working great. 59:08 Speaker 0: I take, before I lift, IGF-1LR-three. 59:12 Speaker 0: K. And that has been really good. Thymosin 59:16 Speaker 0: Alpha-one. 59:17 Speaker 0: I'm taking Thymosin Alpha-one. 59:20 Speaker 0: And let's see. 59:22 Speaker 0: I take a ton of Wolverine, 59:24 Speaker 0: like a ton. My shoulders- You got injuries. Yeah. Yeah. Do it. And like, I've been doing this yoga scope stuff with my wife, which I love it because we get a hang and it's just killing my shoulders. Yeah. Something in a ton of that and like back. I've had back surgery, so I'd take a ton of her back. So, 59:40 Speaker 0: that and, 59:42 Speaker 0: did I say HCG? Yes. 59:44 Speaker 0: And I think that is it 59:48 Speaker 0: for now. I think that's what I'm taking right now. Sound nice. 59:52 Speaker 2: All right. I have started So I'm in the unique position in my life where it's we are 59:58 Speaker 2: potentially looking to have a baby. So I'm prepping myself. 1:00:02 Speaker 2: So I've I mean, I honestly, I haven't done any testosterone at all in the last 3 weeks. Wow. 1:00:08 Speaker 2: And that was not the plan. Uh-huh. I honestly have just kind of forgot because 1:00:12 Speaker 2: but the plan was to go down to, like, 50. And I did slowly, like, I did slowly wean myself. Yeah. Or else and there and I think that I still don't feel great. I think the 1st thing that goes is sex drive. Yeah. 1:00:25 Speaker 2: Biggest for me, especially and I also pulled out my HCG. Was I have been doing 2 IUs, 1:00:31 Speaker 2: maybe 3 IUs a day. Mhmm. 1:00:33 Speaker 2: But pulled that out. And I think that with those 2, for sure, now those 2 gone, 1:00:39 Speaker 2: I see my body not being as forgiving. Yeah. 1:00:43 Speaker 2: Yeah, man. Absolutely. Yeah. And 1:00:45 Speaker 2: almost 1:00:46 Speaker 2: man, the HGH is, yeah, hate to say like, it's, I think it's mild, right? It's like underwhelming from what people think. 1:00:54 Speaker 2: Until you just, until you do it. And then I guess the more I do it, the more I really appreciate it. Yeah. 1:01:00 Speaker 2: Just the nutrients partitioning alone is, yeah. It's a whole bunch of other things. So anyway, I pulled those because 1:01:07 Speaker 2: I was told that that's probably give me the best chance to be fertile. So do those, I take BPC 1:01:13 Speaker 2: KPV, 1:01:15 Speaker 2: like a 1:01:17 Speaker 2: milligram each 1:01:18 Speaker 2: daily for 1:01:19 Speaker 2: my I've been reading a lot on KPV recently and just like, hey, in case I've never had gut problems, but like, hey, if our gut works 1:01:25 Speaker 2: better, 1:01:26 Speaker 2: it's a 2nd brand, everything else will work better. And then I take HCG 1500 I use 3 days a week. Yep. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. And I take HMG, 1:01:35 Speaker 2: 2 minutes Metaparthma Atroven, 1:01:37 Speaker 2: 25 IUs 3 days a week. Okay. 1:01:40 Speaker 2: Which, know, I've had dosage recommendations 1:01:43 Speaker 2: between 75 1 bottle is 75 IUs. So I've had people tell me in a lot of the research I've looked up is 75 IUs through the That gets expensive. Although luckily I know a guy and 1:01:56 Speaker 0: That was right. That's expensive. Actually, 1 of my 1:01:59 Speaker 2: friends 1:02:00 Speaker 2: who owns a giant, 1:02:02 Speaker 2: peptide manufacturing lab just gave me a bunch of kits. He'd heard I was looking 1:02:08 Speaker 2: to make a baby. He's like, here dude, here's my protocol. He's like, I have train bodybuilders my whole life and 1:02:14 Speaker 2: here it is 1:02:16 Speaker 2: and just send me a bunch of free stuff. That was nice. Good to have you. That was awesome. And 1:02:20 Speaker 2: Enclomiphene, 1:02:21 Speaker 3: 25 mgs a day. Dude, that's like the holy trinity, those 3 for Yeah. Yep. For good swimmers. It works, man. It is. 1:02:27 Speaker 2: Caper goling, 1:02:29 Speaker 2: I I take, like, a milligram a week. Why? I don't know. Kind of for fun. Like, it cabergoline's 1:02:33 Speaker 2: interesting. It is What does it do? So it is usually people know about it. It kills prolactin. Mhmm. Oh, okay. Taking Tren or Deca Deca. Those do not aromatize in estrogen, but they aromatize into female hormone prolactin. 1:02:46 Speaker 2: Yeah. So it kills that off, but it also 1:02:50 Speaker 2: reduces 1:02:51 Speaker 2: the time between, like, ejaculations for a man. Okay. Like- 1:02:56 Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, yeah, because the prolactin spike right after Yeah. Yeah. So it just kills that off. It'll also makes you a little bit horny. It will 1:03:04 Speaker 2: it is a cocaine 1:03:06 Speaker 2: and this are in the same classification. So if you need to start cocaine, it can kill prolactin off too. Oh. But it's, 1:03:13 Speaker 2: I forget the, 1:03:14 Speaker 2: damn, I forget the name of it, but a lot of they give it to 1:03:19 Speaker 2: kidney patients, cancer patients who are undergoing 1:03:21 Speaker 2: chemo 1:03:22 Speaker 2: to kind of help with their mood. Yeah. But I don't know. And I take it like once 1 mg a week doesn't really do much, and I take Tesofensine. 1:03:29 Speaker 3: So you haven't noticed that that has offset any of the lack of drive from shutting down from take from getting rid testosterone? That is what I think I'm taking it for. I've noticed that it has helped. Okay. Yeah. So that's- You're only 3 weeks in though, so Yeah, 1:03:42 Speaker 2: but I've been doing like 50 mg for 6 1:03:45 Speaker 0: weeks. Yeah. That's like nothing. Nothing. That's 1:03:49 Speaker 2: And 1:03:49 Speaker 2: then I take Tesofensine. Tesofensine 1:03:51 Speaker 2: is cool. He didn't like it being a GHK-3s. It is basically like a triple antidepressant 1:03:57 Speaker 2: re reuptake inhibitor for serotonin reuptake inhibitor, dopamine reuptake inhibitor, and a norepinephrine 1:04:04 Speaker 2: reuptake inhibitor. You don't see that 1 very often. This is Wellbutrin. 1:04:09 Speaker 2: This is Zoloft, 1:04:10 Speaker 2: but the norepinephrine 1:04:11 Speaker 2: makes you really happy, well, happy and energized. So 1:04:16 Speaker 2: does dopamine, not so much though. Serotonin is happy and calm, 1:04:20 Speaker 2: but 1:04:21 Speaker 2: it's not directly taking just those 3. It would not be the same thing as those 3, but it gives you more energy and why it helps reduce cravings. I noticed that, not that I don't want to eat food, but 1:04:32 Speaker 2: it makes your brain satiated. So you're not looking for a pleasure spike through 1:04:37 Speaker 3: food. Yeah. That makes sense. Probably 1:04:40 Speaker 2: not looking for a pleasure spike through anything. I 1:04:44 Speaker 2: could see how that potentially could hurt a person's sex drive. Sure. You know, it's just like, oh, I'm trying to get there. They say the same thing with people who eat like a whole bunch of chocolate every night. Like look at their sex lives. They're not as good because that's what they're getting for their pleasure. I'm good. I'm good. So 1:04:59 Speaker 2: that's it. That's what I'm thinking right now, which is not, I've, I've cut out a lot, but I usually would love 1:05:05 Speaker 2: I mean, when I have an injury, I did my shoulder. I blast the BPC-2B, 1:05:09 Speaker 2: and it's on my side. I've healed so many different things on my body. Yeah. Because I've been a wreck at times. I was golfing a couple months ago, and 1:05:16 Speaker 3: I'm not good at golfing. And I pivoted off of my heel instead of my toe, and I just tweaked my knee. For the next couple days, it hurt so bad. I started I did the Wolverine stack for, like, 10 days. 1:05:28 Speaker 2: Pain is gone. Yeah. That's that's- And you gotta do it hard. So here's what I noticed. I got an actual acute injury like that, you better get after it and do a decent amount and daily instead of kind of 0.5 assing the treatment and being like, oh, every other day, oh, I remembered days ago, it's not really gonna do much. Nope. Just 1:05:45 Speaker 2: get it, get it after it and put it right in there and consistently. I took massive mass doses after my back surgery, 1:05:52 Speaker 0: like where I was like, even a ago. 1:05:55 Speaker 0: And it was a lot and it expedited and cut him in 0.5. Is there, sorry, I have another question. Is there any other, 1:06:01 Speaker 2: any other like physical wellness 1:06:04 Speaker 2: treatments or anything else that you do in your life 1:06:07 Speaker 2: that 1:06:08 Speaker 2: have added to your success or your physical journey, 1:06:12 Speaker 2: Like cold, like cold plunges or anything else like that, that you, 1:06:16 Speaker 2: that help you in your daily life, like kind of a life hacks to make you a better person. Yeah. Honestly, 1:06:22 Speaker 3: the sun. So you guys, you guys get enough, you guys get enough sun here. 1:06:26 Speaker 3: I'm in Phoenix, so I get, you know, I've got plenty of sun there. But right now, we're, redoing our backyard. And so every morning, we've got we've got people back there jackhammering 1:06:37 Speaker 3: and doing stuff. And so for the last, like, 2 months, I haven't been able to go out and get my morning sun. Mhmm. Sunlight in my eyes in the morning and get that, you know, vitamin D. Yeah. And it affects 1:06:48 Speaker 3: me, man. It's like the the dopamine is a lot lower. The energy throughout the day is a lot lower. It feel like you you feel like you crave the sun and, like, the the weekends when they're not there and I get to God, it's just like, oh. Like, finally, I get like, I feel like Superman, you know, just, like, is soaking up the energy from the sun. You know? Not used to that as much as people should. Yeah. 1:07:07 Speaker 0: I, I've gone through a lot of sleep stuff recently. And, 1:07:11 Speaker 0: when when I started this company, when I was doing the fitness stuff, I was at my house and I had all these procedures that I did. I would do that grounding outside. I'd pray and meditate in the sun, and I didn't know even how big of a deal that was even at the time until recently, so I've been doing that again. Yeah. Grounding, 1:07:26 Speaker 0: I'll pray with my feet on the ground and I sit there at the sun. And then right after that, I go jump in a cold shower and shock my system because I don't want to, And I make myself because I've been trying to reboot some of my disciplines and it's really freaking worked and multiple 1:07:41 Speaker 0: reasons, but man, I've been sleeping like a freaking baby dude. Now they say it reboots your circadian rhythm. Yeah. 1:07:49 Speaker 0: I don't know if it's coincidence. 1:07:50 Speaker 0: I've definitely changed my protocol, but man, 1:07:54 Speaker 0: that stuff is it works, man. Yeah. You're connecting to the earth. You're connecting to God, the universe, however 1 wants to say it, but, that stuff really works really well, dude. Deep breaths, the huge, huge deep breaths. And I hold the 30th 1 in for as long as I can. 1:08:08 Speaker 0: Kind of like whim popping Yeah. 1:08:10 Speaker 0: Little bit. I don't do it as long, but, shoot, this stuff works, dude. It really does, man. I'm happy to get kind of back to that stuff because I did it for so long and, you know, we have a sauna here. We have a cold plunge coming here soon. We're going to get a red light and just try to adjust- just started red light. It's huge, man. That stuff is huge. Yeah. Like we can age well, we say it all the time. That's why we wouldn't have have you on, you know, you were in town and, you know, you're, you're such a, 1:08:34 Speaker 0: a financial guy, but I know that you're deep into peptides and I know you're studied on it and, you have a cool story from going from 1:08:41 Speaker 0: being a big dude to super ripped dude. And I wanted to kind of tip on that stuff, but we love you, man. We we have enjoyed having you here. Joe and I just did 2 back to back podcasts, so we've been on a podcast for a while to, 1:08:53 Speaker 0: now we're gonna go both hang out with our families, but, we love you, man. We appreciate you, Brianna. Where can people find you? 1:09:00 Speaker 3: YouTube, Heresy Financial. 1:09:02 Speaker 3: Heresy is an old religious word. It means an opinion that is at odds with what is generally accepted. 1:09:08 Speaker 3: And, 1:09:09 Speaker 3: old school heretics, 1:09:10 Speaker 3: were just preaching the truth to, power, like Galileo saying the earth goes around the sun, not the other way around, and he was labeled a heretic for it. And I think he was put to death for it, but it turns out he was right. And so a lot of times people who are called heretics 1:09:24 Speaker 0: are just preaching the truth, and later on, people find out they are right. And so heresy financial is where you can find me pretty much anywhere. Anybody that, wants some financial stuff, I'll tell you, man, Joe knows his stuff. He's a good friend of mine. He's been a big, big vital part of me in my life and, the trajectory of 1:09:40 Speaker 0: entrepreneurship, 1:09:41 Speaker 0: helped my social media channel grow. And, so check him out. He knows a lot about a lot, and, we've enjoyed having him. Other than that, we, we, 1:09:51 Speaker 2: we'll catch you guys on the next round. I got a baseball game to go to. My, River is playing in the tournament of champions. They won this little league. So right now I know. My wife's texting me too. We're all of our likes. Missed it or whatever. Babe. 1:10:03 Speaker 0: Babe. Babe. Babe. We're all good, babe. So we appreciate you guys. We'll be doing the q and a next. 1:10:08 Speaker 3: Catch you soon. Alright. Bye. Thank you, guys.
