Josh Holyfield

Fitness coach and educator

I started in fitness after two combat deployments to Afghanistan and a period I'm not proud of, and eventually I found my way back through training and through building something that helped other people. That became a community focused on getting stronger, more disciplined, and holding each other accountable. The longer I coached, the more I saw the same pattern, people doing everything they read online and still hitting a wall, supplements stacked on top of broken sleep, peptides without dialed nutrition, and protocols copied from influencers who had different genetics and different starting points. When we started pulling bloodwork, the picture became clear, because the foundations were off and everything built on top of them was guesswork. So I started teaching the biology itself, how your body actually works, which is where the whole idea of mechanisms over protocols came from, and the foundation always comes before the optimization. I partnered with physicians, built a clinical review system, and connected the education, the coaching, the labs, and the supplements into one Enterprise where everything reinforces the same principle: understand your biology, then build from it. The education stays free because the information should be accessible to everyone. If the free content leads you to want a team built around your specific data, coaching is there. If not, the community has everything you need to learn and apply this on your own.
