We are not doctors. Use at your own risk.
0:07Speaker 0and I got my good friend and co host across the way, Mr. William T. Haas. What's up, brother? What's up, man? It is a good day.
0:24Speaker 0a fellow peptide enthusiast and a peptide guru, man. This guy knows a lot about a lot. So we always love having him on the show. Mr. Paul
0:34Speaker 0back TR, what's up brother? Welcome to the Thank so much, gentlemen. Honored to be here again. Really appreciate the opportunity. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah, man. We, we love having you on, you know, we, we have access to you where we're able to ask a lot of questions. All 3 gentlemen on this
0:56Speaker 0all the above. So I'm looking forward to having a good show, but where I wanted to kind of start and why I wanted to have you on in particular, Paul, was as
1:05Speaker 0people know, because I throw my life out on there, I just had a back surgery. So I just had my 4th back
1:14Speaker 0but the doctor also took the screws and the bolts out of my back from the fusion that I had 13 years ago.
1:23Speaker 0Paul saw this on social media and him being a good friend of mine, he calls me up and he says, JD,
1:29Speaker 0I want to give you a protocol that I use for a lot of injured athletes and people that are going through some surgeries. So Paul, I wanted to throw that over to you and let's start there because today we're
1:39Speaker 0going to talk about the healing peptides. We're going to talk about the standard TB-five
1:56Speaker 2tell a little bit about the protocol that you had offered to me and just kind of where that came from, because it was a great protocol. I appreciate that, man. Thank you so much. Yeah, the 2nd that I saw that you had gone through surgery, this is something that I suggest for anyone that's
2:10Speaker 2had an injury or a surgery that needs to repair and recover and get back to their life as quickly as possible.
2:17Speaker 2Something that I developed years ago with a couple of doctors that I've worked with over the years.
2:22Speaker 2Again, it's not something that I suggest for everyone, but someone of your caliber that's an athlete that's also gone through surgery, that's been doing all this stuff. What it is, is it's what we all know lovingly as the Wolverine blend. Right? BPC-one
2:35Speaker 2hundred 57, TB-five hundred. So why those 2 together? We all know BPC is gonna be bringing in more collagen absorption while TB-five hundred is going to promote your own stem cell production. So all of these are gonna be great for recovery.
2:57Speaker 2So what does that mean? So for the 1st 5 days, what we're looking to do is take much more higher doses than typical.
3:06Speaker 2Right? Reason why is because we're looking to saturate the tissues as quickly as possible
3:26Speaker 2So for the 1st 5 days, what we're going through is you're going through about, you're going to essentially go through 3 vials of the Wolverine blend, 2 vials,
3:42Speaker 0Yeah, which is great. I mean, I would say because I was loading up myself, you know, before, you know, I got the call from you, I was loading up quite a bit, which I would have said is, is more
3:52Speaker 0than most would be taking, but, I, these are just very safe peptides, you know, there's no fear in regards to anything negative.
4:06Speaker 0and to expedite the healing process. So when you reached out to me and even, and sent me that protocol,
4:16Speaker 0you know? And so would you only recommend that for somebody that's like more athletic? Would that be the same protocol if somebody might be a little bit overweight? Would that be the same protocol for somebody like that, that maybe isn't so like fit? That's a great question. So it depends on what's going on, right? So if someone is an athlete, for sure, I would recommend it because they may have injured themselves, you know, playing their sport or whatever it's been. If there's a break, strain, sprain, stuff like that, that we need to address quickly,
4:50Speaker 2have gone through a surgery, right? So even if someone is overweight, let's just say, and I'm sure that we're doing other things to help them out with that weight loss journey, but let's just say that they go through a surgery of
5:02Speaker 2anything, labrum tear, whatever it is. Yeah, we could definitely incorporate this protocol to help them out for sure.
5:17Speaker 1because we didn't really kind of break it down. Said, well, Yeah, digging it up. But we didn't.
5:30Speaker 1Yeah. Like how many, like week 1, how much of each? Sure. It's 5 day, you'd like a load
5:38Speaker 2Exactly. So for the 1st 5 days, what you're gonna be doing is you're gonna take, you're gonna literally go through 3 vials of the Wolverine stack. That's the milligrams?
5:49Speaker 2Yes. 10 mg is best. 5 mg is going to be the lowest that you want to do, but 10 mg is where you want to go with that. And what you'll do is you'll go for the 1st day, you would go through 3 vials, then the next day, 2, then the next 1, 1, 1. That's what you wanna do. So 30 mg of VPC-one
6:18Speaker 110 mg, day 4, 10, day 5, 10. Yep. And then after And then to be clear, sub Q is what you recommended. Not in the interview in particular, you were saying sub Q.
6:33Speaker 2be taking so much of a big dose after your surgery or after you've just injured yourself, right? So what you wanna do is you do wanna split that up morning and evening, and the way that you wanna do that is you wanna do it fasted as much as possible for absorption, right? So do it fasted as soon as you wake up, take a vial and 0.5 on day 1, as soon as you wake up, right? 30 to 45 minutes before any food or caffeine, and then at night, take another vial and 0.5,
6:57Speaker 2at least an hour after your last meal, right before you go to sleep, again for absorption. You're gonna do the same thing day 2, but now you're just gonna take 1 vial and 1 vial, morning and evening,
7:07Speaker 2and then you can take 1 vial either in the morning or at night on the rest of the next days. So, no, I appreciate you asking that. To your point earlier,
7:15Speaker 2JD, when you said that these are safe, here's the thing, in all the years that I've been doing this as a clinical researcher and pouring hours and hours over nih.gov,
7:27Speaker 2anyone that wants to reach out to me, I'm sure my name is here somewhere, but yeah, I'm Paul Bacteria across all socials. If anybody ever asks to see
7:46Speaker 2and the safety profile of each 1 of these peptides. And again, this isn't something that I would just suggest for an everyday person. This is very targeted for specific
7:56Speaker 2injury, surgery, for folks that are athletes or in shape, or again, if you've just had a surgery for whatever reason, that's where we would start to suggest these things. And of course, we've got consent forms across the board and stuff like that, but we wanna get this information out there for people because at the end of the day, JD, Will, as we've had so many conversations, this is all about helping folks and get the information out there.
8:32Speaker 0Like, is that something that you would suggest adding into it? Would you do a Wolverine stack and then add the GHK- separate or the Glow in particular?
8:43Speaker 2So, you know, when I wrote this protocol years ago, all we had was the Wolverine stack, right? So now we've got the Glow and we'll talk about all of these. We've got the Glow protocol,
8:52Speaker 2the CLO protocol. Now we've got things like the Ultimate Wolverine. So, but let's go into Glow 1st, right? And why?
9:20Speaker 2is because GHK is actually gonna promote your own collagen production. So now you got more collagen absorption,
9:28Speaker 2and your stem cell production is coming up as well. That's why those are paired together. And yeah, that's a fantastic thing to run as well that we could definitely do when it comes to surgeries or injuries.
9:45Speaker 2each dose. That's why with the TB-five hundred and BPC, with all the research that I've done and I have, I have no problem saying like, Hey guys, here's all the information. This is why we can dose it this heavy.
10:00Speaker 0got to take a lot of copper though to have too much copper though, right? Paul? I mean, to overload on copper, you can definitely do it, but I think you got to take a shitload.
10:14Speaker 2Yeah, the side effect that you'll get really is that you might feel like a light sunburn, even though you didn't go out in the sun or anything. It kind of like looks or feels like that, but that's really the worst of it that's going happen really. And you do have to take quite a bit. Yeah. And you know, it's funny if you would say for my experience with working with different people, even myself and just kind of seeing it, 1 of the issues that people have with the glow in particular, and even GHKCu,
10:43Speaker 0I mean, in my opinion, it stings a bit, but it's well worth it in parts to the benefit over what you're doing, but I'm going to be right. Well, we just, some people won't take the glow because it hurts too bad. Yeah. Just let's just call it in. Just at the injection site. Right. It just burns a little too much.
11:00Speaker 0I was looking at my DM today and this guy was talking about how he had bought the glow in regards to something and he was saying how he just, man, he's just been staying. And I was just like, dude, it's the copper. Know, it just comes with the territory, man, but the benefits outweigh the little sting.
11:21Speaker 0the Wolverine sack, so to speak. We got the glow stack and now we fall into the CLO, the K CLO stack, which is?
11:39Speaker 2And KPV is incredible. The reason why is because of the last time I was actually on the show with you fellas, that's where we were talking about the antimicrobial
11:57Speaker 2BPC, and TB-five hundred, and you're just getting this incredible combination of healing peptides working synergistically together.
12:04Speaker 2So Clo is really the next step up from all the rest of these, and there's a time and a place for it. Quite frankly, I like them at any time, year round, and you can run them at
12:21Speaker 2year round pretty much. As long as you're going 5 days on, 2 days off, you can really keep these into your system by giving yourself a little bit of a break. But
12:31Speaker 0surgeries, that's where I really love that Wolverine protocol that you and I were talking about, JD. Yeah, so if you talk about this kind of to backtrack a bit, when you talk about the surgeries in particular, would you, just in a matter of opinion, would you recommend the Wolverine and excluding these other 2 for a bit to just overload yourself with the BPC and the TB-five hundred and starting there?
12:53Speaker 2I would. I absolutely would. And so the way that you could do it is for the 1st 5 days where we're just saturating the cells, as we mentioned, going in for a few vials
13:08Speaker 2more than anything TB-five hundred BPC, get those in there, saturate your cells. Then if you want to switch it up and go to the typical dose for either the glow or the CLO, go for it. But for the 1st 5 days, stick with the Wolverine so we can load you up. All right, I got a question. So imagine if I out there, there's now, the ultimate Wolverine,
13:47Speaker 2is incredible. Why? What is so what is MGF doing? And let let's go back to the because that's the 1 that we're calling the ultimate Wolverine.
13:54Speaker 2Right? So why is it the ultimate Wolverine? Well, ultimate Wolverine, because you're getting your dose of BPC,
14:01Speaker 2hundred, you're getting KPV, and now we're adding in MGF. Well, I'm sure a lot more people have heard of IGF LR3, so we're all pretty familiar with that. But MGF,
14:11Speaker 2that's actually what it's doing is it's helping with muscle tissue after mechanical stress or injury.
14:25Speaker 2God forbid. You're doing something to where you've injured yourself. This is gonna be much more targeted to help that muscle tissue repair and recover. Essentially what it's doing is it's activating the muscle stem cells going to that injury site. That's why MGF is part of this. That's why I love the name actually. That's why it's called the Ultimate Wolverine.
14:48Speaker 2That's really what it's supposed to be doing is helping you out with that recovery. Cool. And opposed to, so we talk about BPC,
15:20Speaker 2Right? That's the best way I can explain it. So being that it's localized and repair focused, what we would wanna do, and sorry to be a broken record, I don't remember if I said this on the last podcast that we did together, fellas, but what you wanna do when it comes to things like TB-five hundred,
15:34Speaker 2and you can also do it with MGF as well, but you wanna saturate the injury site. So let's just say that the center of my hand here is this is the injury site of whatever it is, your shoulder, knee, whatever. So what you wanna do and what we call it in the medical community is you wanna saturate
16:07Speaker 2So the more that you can get that in there, so for TB-five hundred, for example, we actually see the way that it's got the anti inflammatory response in the actual location,
16:17Speaker 2which is fantastic to just bring that down as quickly as possible. And then same thing with MGF,
16:22Speaker 2it's localized and repair focused. So it's going to be acting at the site of the muscle
16:33Speaker 0do you okay, someone's listening to this podcast with not a whole lot of experience with peptides,
16:39Speaker 0But they're opening the door to it and they've been starting to study it contingent upon injury, but where would they start? You know, like in regards to, would it be contingent upon a specific injury?
16:52Speaker 0Would you know what I mean? Would like, how would they know out of all that we've just thrown at them with these different blends,
17:00Speaker 0how would they know where to start in your opinion? Because that's kind of a broad, is it just contingent upon each injury?
17:08Speaker 2they've gotten injured, God forbid, right, and they're going through something, Let's talk about a guy maybe a guy or girl that maybe doesn't lift weights, maybe they're out there playing like basketball.
17:18Speaker 2They twist their ankle or something else happens, whatever it is, they fall down weird on their arm. So if it's a break, a strain, a sprain,
17:27Speaker 2what I would always recommend doing is I would say start with the Wolverine, right? Let's
17:44Speaker 0gosh, there's just so much information we just threw out people, right? But also like what would be the reason, for example, because TB-five
17:52Speaker 0hundred and BPC-one hundred 57, they're so widely known, they're so safe and they're such amazing peptides
18:02Speaker 0they're even better. You know, that's why I always run them in the blend together myself.
18:09Speaker 0why would somebody in particular, Joe Schmo down the street, why would he just run a protocol of TB-five hundred or
18:19Speaker 2to the blend or blends that we've been discussing? And it's probably just, you'd get 10, if you ask 10 different people, you'll get 10 different answers, but what would be your answer to that 1? You know, it depends on what the person's goal is, right? Like what is it that they're looking to accomplish? So let's just say that there's a guy or girl that goes, Hey, you know what? I'm really focused on gut health
18:40Speaker 2and that's something that I need to take a look at. Well, we all know that BPC-one hundred 57, body protective compound 157,
18:49Speaker 21 of the great effects of it is that over time, it's gonna go into the stomach lining and coat it with that nice collagen. The other thing that BPC is going do is it's going to take that collagen that you're absorbing now, and it puts that protective layer not only in the stomach lining and repairs things such as peptic ulcers, but it's also going to do the same thing around your heart. So it puts a nice protective layer of that collagen around your heart. So when I've got folks that tell me, Hey, you know what? I'm
19:22Speaker 2gut health, stuff like that. BPC is a great 1. Maybe they don't need TB-five hundred, right? Maybe they don't really need it. TB-five hundred is a great 1 to bring in. Again, as we spoke about, you can do that locally to where if someone did a sprain their ankle, their knee, stuff like that, and there's not necessarily a need for BPC, but they go, Hey man, I just gotta go localize and saturate this area as quickly as I can for the anti inflammatory properties. There's a give and take on where you wanna do that.
19:59Speaker 2there's no problem with using the blends, right? So like if you do go, Hey, you know what, I need the gut health, but yeah,
20:15Speaker 0take anything away for you to use BPC with TB and vice versa. Yeah. Yeah. Those 2 in particular, my answer to that would be very simple. Like you said, crawl before you walk. When it comes to TB-500BPC-157.
20:31Speaker 0You have a tendon itis or a rip in your shoulder, I think BPC is amazing for that. You know, you can definitely run the blend for sure.
20:39Speaker 0But for those of you listening, and this is just my opinion, want to answer for these gentlemen, but my opinion is I wouldn't start with the glow in particular, just because a lot of people don't do well with GHK-two
20:51Speaker 0in particular, just because it's copper. It does sting like a little son of a bitch, but,
21:09Speaker 0But start there and, as you start to see the beautiful, just the amazing qualities and how these things really do work really well, then you can start to add on some of the GHK-
21:25Speaker 1What Yeah. Do you think, Will? Yeah. I mean, so some people are kind of more purists and they don't want to
21:31Speaker 1put anything in their body that they don't need it. You know? Yeah. Okay. So for sure, hey, GHK-one might sting.
21:40Speaker 1ruin the whole experience. Some people are I can't use any of it because it stings. Right?
21:45Speaker 1Another reason is money. Hey, it's gonna be more expensive. Okay? With- Yeah. You know, just is what it is. But some people are just purists who just want, I'm gonna take as little anything as possible, right, to solve my problem. I'm not that way. I'd say just like, give me everything because I want everything to be better.
22:14Speaker 1If it's gonna, even if I don't have a problem, it's gonna help me be a little bit better, you know,
22:22Speaker 0Pocketbooks always going to play a role in everything, man. So if you have to choose, I think it's contingent upon your injury, bigger injuries. I'd suggest the TB-five hundred. If you have a rip in your shoulder or tendonitis for sure, start with a BPC-one hundred 57 or the blend. They're both great. And
22:39Speaker 0then kind of work your way up in regards to that stuff. But I love it, gentlemen. I love it. I, you want to kind of dig in because I know, Paul, you have to go here shortly, but
22:49Speaker 0did you want to dig in really quickly on some dosages and just kind of talk about some protocols on them real quick? For sure. So essentially the
23:00Speaker 2especially when I put in years working for some of the largest telehealth companies out there, right? So the dosages that we would recommend would be somewhere in between 2 50 micrograms
23:12Speaker 2to 500 micrograms, so basically 0.5 a milligram, right? And that's typically what we're seeing more often than not for BPC,
23:33Speaker 2out there for everybody, right? Now, when we were speaking about the recovery protocol that like we were talking about for you, JD, that's where we were really upping the dose to saturate the cells as much as possible, kickstart that, and really get things going, so that's a And big
23:51Speaker 2I like to do this on every 1 of our calls, but I want everyone to understand that this isn't gonna be a magic bullet for you, that, oh my gosh, I just did this and within, you know, 5 days I feel bad. Not to say that that can't happen, because it can and I've seen it happen, but always remember for any peptide, the rule of thumb is at least 8 weeks in your system so that it can saturate those cells and then get those receptors to respond
24:16Speaker 2and turn on to what you want it to be doing. At least 8 weeks, 16 weeks is gonna be fantastic for you to really reap the rewards and the benefits of everything. But yeah, that's the typical doses and the length of time that you wanna do it. And I'll tell you, I myself, the 1st, peptide that I tried was BPC-one hundred 57. And after a
24:36Speaker 2and years of wrestling, years of Muay Thai kickboxing, bodybuilding, all that stuff really took a toll on me. But after 9 weeks of BPC,
24:44Speaker 2I'm telling you, man, it felt like someone had hit all of my joints, my shoulders, my hips, everything like with WD-forty.
25:00Speaker 1and lifting weights my entire life. Right. And it's so funny. Those people who lift weights forever,
25:12Speaker 1So that's a drawback, but, yeah, I want to say, man, me and I have tons of friends who feel the same way. Like, I just feel like I'm just lubricated and fresh
25:29Speaker 1personally really like TB-five hundred. I like high dose in that. That has healed my sports hernia that hurt me for 10 years. I had Beverly Hills surgeons telling me like, No, we got to clip a nerve down there in your groin. It's the only way you're ever gonna not be in pain the rest of your life. Like, Wow.
25:50Speaker 1And I woke up 1 morning like, holy shit. I mean, I even had surgery. I have to, my stomach is lined with metal mesh, for hernia surgery when I woke up and like, well, we didn't find a hernia.
26:02Speaker 1Oh, wow. But it was a spurts hernia. So that's not an actual hernia. That's basically like 1 of my tendons is torn off of my,
26:19Speaker 0love these stories because I've heard so many different things. I was gonna say that. I mean, just 1 man, literally hundreds.
26:39Speaker 2this woman, she said, Paul, I have not been able to bend down and pick up my 3 year old since she's been born. And
26:51Speaker 2she just was like crying, calling me. She's like, Paul, not only can I pick up my baby, she's like, I can get down and look under the bed, see what toy she's hiding under there? I can actually move around. She goes, I can't believe it. Thank you so much. So these are the types of things that like, I honestly Yeah. Do
27:06Speaker 0Yeah. I'll tell you a quick little story about my, opening my eyes to peptides before I even know what the hell peptide was. I've been friends with Will a long time and we like to lift weights and we like to talk about supplements. It's kind of where our bond started, you know, and 5,
27:25Speaker 0so bad and I'm like talking to him about it. He's like, we'll take this. And he puts me on this protocol. What the hell is that? He's like BPC-157.
27:32Speaker 0And I started taking it and I was blown. I was freaking blown away by how well it worked, you know? And I was like, dude, this is amazing. And what was that? 6 years ago, something like that. Long ago, Long time ago, man. And it's like just mind blowing. And it's funny, even with the experiences like that, I had this rip in my shoulder, Paul, for years, dude. I couldn't do shoulder presses forever. I just kind of like chalked it up at it is what it is when the blend came out, you know, when I 1st started using it, I'm going to be honest with you. I didn't have much faith in it. I'm not gonna, it's not going to fix my shoulder. 3 days after injecting the blend in my shoulder, I'm like,
28:09Speaker 0what the hell, bro? I was like, even me with experience with peptides, I was like, dude,
28:20Speaker 2just the other day, I saw the funniest t shirt that we can all relate to at the gym. This guy was wearing a shirt and he said,
28:27Speaker 2Everything hurts and I'm tired all the time. And I was like, That's highly relatable for every weightlifter.
28:36Speaker 2I just thought that was too funny, but no, I mean, look, that's the power of peptides, man.
28:40Speaker 2That's when people really start to try them and at the end of the day, they're just all natural amino acids. And they're things that we're already producing within ourselves that we're just literally dumping back into ourselves and going, Hey, do you remember this, Mr. System, Mrs. Sizzling?
28:56Speaker 2Just bring it back up. Just that's it. Perform the way that you did before everything happened. So, yeah, no, I love this guys. I truly, truly appreciate the opportunity to chat with you guys about this, And I'm really glad that I got to finally on social so I could see what's going on. And when I saw that, JD, I jumped at it. You know, I shot you a text- I know, it was always good talking to you, brother. I was good. I looked down at my text and like, What up dude?
29:17Speaker 1Hey, I got 2 questions for you, Paul, before we go. Sure. Please. 1st, like, give me a quick kind of protocol and mgs or or micrograms
29:45Speaker 2Great question. A lot of questions. A lot of questions. That was a lot. So I'm going to try to go and answer because I already forgot the 1st 0.5 of it, but I think he asked me
30:01Speaker 2of injections? Because that one's a little bit different. Okay, so with PEG- MGF, right? That's 1 that we Yes. PEG-
30:24Speaker 2The the timing of that matters, and and the best time to do it is typically immediately after a workout.
30:29Speaker 2Right? That's gonna be the best time to do it because why? It's gonna align with the body's natural spike to
30:36Speaker 2growing. Right after you just broke down those muscles, let's get that going. And you can
30:42Speaker 2stack it typically with IGF LR3 if you wanted to. That's a really great way of really getting that in there because IGF LR3, it's
30:52Speaker 2a nutrition partitioning agent, so it's going to act as our own IGF and what it does, which is shuttle those nutrients that you're about to eat right after your workout directly to the muscles that you just broke down.
31:07Speaker 2helping you to literally just spike up that, that mechanical growth factor as its name, that's an awesome combination. Why do we want to take peptides fasted? Well, it's gonna be definitely for absorption. That's why we want to do that as fasted as possible. So what does that mean?
31:22Speaker 2Greatest time to take it? An hour at least after your last meal, maybe even more, depending
31:27Speaker 2if you're on like a GLP-one where it's slowing down your digestive system. So maybe an hour, an hour and 0.5 after your last meal before you go to sleep is a great time, or upon
31:40Speaker 2before any food or caffeine. Water is fine. But why do we say that we wanna take the peptides at night, some of those at night, is because if you're taking a growth hormone releasing peptide,
31:51Speaker 2we wanna amplify that wave of your natural GH that pulses in your sleep. So that's the reason why we say, Hey, take things like Tesamorelin,
32:02Speaker 2We want to take those at night, an hour after your last meal before you go to sleep so we can amplify that.
32:09Speaker 0Paul, I know you have to go. So we need, and we've been, you know, we were talking, you know, for quite some time before we got on here, us 3 together. We can just talk for hours, man. We love the hell out of you, man. And it's just such a treat We, to have you on the
32:24Speaker 2we respect you. We love you, man. And, we will have you on a lot more so people know how can they find you. Sure. Thank you so much, man.
