0:09Speaker 0Welcome back to the Peptide of the Week Podcast.
0:12Speaker 0I am your host, JD Denham, and always my co host, Cost Away, Mr. William T. Haas in the house. What's up, dude? What's up, bro? What's today? Tuesday. What day is it? Today, happy Tuesday, brother. Happy Tuesday. Tuesday, a week after Thanksgiving?
0:26Speaker 0Yep.
0:28Speaker 0It's almost 12. We still have a lot of stuff to do. Got to bust out this podcast and get cracking, get cracking. Lots to do, man. Busy is good.
0:37Speaker 0I prefer busy to the opposite.
0:41Speaker 0Absolutely.
0:42Speaker 0It's a good life. It's a good life. How are things, man?
0:46Speaker 1What is new? Good, dude. Nothing is new other than I'm
0:50Speaker 1a bit tasked with putting up Christmas lights, which I think is fun, actually. I mean, like, it's actually kind of fun too. I like that type of stuff, like building things, but
0:58Speaker 1I don't know if I had the time to do it. So I'm asking
1:02Speaker 1I'm talking to Pedro over here that
1:05Speaker 1to maybe help me out, pay him to to do it for me. But I put some some regular stuff up. Like, I had to climb up some palm trees in the back with my machete this weekend
1:15Speaker 1and trim down cut off the little things that grow halfway down, you know Yeah. So that I could wrap the lights up
1:23Speaker 1with a very unstable ladder. My backyard has got black widows in it too, like big fat ones. Nice. Which is kinda concerning.
1:31Speaker 1But
1:33Speaker 0I don't know. I kinda that it's fun and- Handy is a good trait. My father did not pass on the handyman as well well known. He and I have been kind of setting up this warehouse that we work in for a couple months now, and he just kind of does that part himself. He doesn't even ask. 1, he likes to do it himself. Agree? Yeah. He just stay out of my way. Let me get it done type guy. Yeah. But he also knows that I suck at it. Yeah. Yeah. That too.
1:56Speaker 1But yeah. Dude, I don't know. Right. It's like the same thing when
1:59Speaker 1I go to the gym or workout. I don't like to Get them away. Frankly, I don't like to workout with people. That is my
2:07Speaker 1relaxed time. I just get to put headphones in and
2:11Speaker 1do my thing and enjoy it, not wait for anybody that's less about the other people and more just kind of about me.
2:19Speaker 0Dude, that's the best way, man. Find out what works for you and do that. Very, very, very easy advice, but very good advice. Very sound advice. You know I mean? Yeah. I'm
2:30Speaker 0excited about today, you know, for everybody listening. We're gonna kind of put the actual digging into
2:37Speaker 0a peptide or 2 peptides on the side. We're going to kind of get back to the basics. I think it's needed. We read our DMs and we read through everything that you guys post and DM us and whatnot.
2:47Speaker 0And there's just some questions that are very basic.
2:50Speaker 0I'm not knocking that because I'm glad that you're starting. We wanted to kind of get to the basics of
2:55Speaker 0peptides 101. What are they? Are they safe? Just some questions that I think people that are starting out on this journey are asking.
3:03Speaker 0So we want to address that.
3:05Speaker 0We talk about them quite a bit in regards to what peptides
3:10Speaker 0are, just very simple chains of amino acids. But let's dig into that a little bit and
3:14Speaker 0just do a kind of a little small crash course for the new people
3:18Speaker 0on what they are, dude. So I'll kind of throw it to you, dude, on
3:22Speaker 0just kind of starting us off on a little bit about what peptides are, what they do and whatnot. Sure.
3:30Speaker 1I have a little bit of an outline, Dihexa, so I may refer to something to make sure I just don't, leave something out. But
3:37Speaker 1generally,
3:38Speaker 1like, okay, hey, what is a peptide, right?
3:41Speaker 1A
3:41Speaker 1peptide is a chain of amino acids.
3:45Speaker 1As a generalization,
3:47Speaker 1we're going to say between like 1 and 50 amino acids, between 2 and 50 amino acids. You can't have a chain with 1. So we're going to call it between 2 and 50 is generally a peptide chain.
3:59Speaker 1Amino acids
4:01Speaker 1are what make up
4:03Speaker 1a peptide chain. As we've all heard, like, hey, what is a protein, right? Protein is also a chain of amino acids. So what the hell is the difference?
4:11Speaker 1Think of a peptide chain as 2 through 50,
4:15Speaker 1or I mean, a
4:16Speaker 1peptide chain, but a protein
4:18Speaker 1is much
4:20Speaker 1longer, 51 plus, and think of them as almost like a 3 d
4:25Speaker 1folded
4:26Speaker 1peptide chain, and lots of them make up a specific
4:31Speaker 1protein.
4:35Speaker 1So there you go there. Now, how peptides work as opposed to other supplements or like testosterone
4:42Speaker 1or steroids, right? That is 1 huge question everybody always asks us is- Are they hormones? Are they steroids, right? Is
4:49Speaker 1this going to do something bad to me? So peptides are really interesting.
4:53Speaker 1So again, it's a small chain.
4:56Speaker 1Therefore, they work faster and more efficiently and can they signaling
5:02Speaker 1a specific biological
5:04Speaker 1function
5:05Speaker 1in our human body. So in order for us to, let's say, burn fat, a
5:11Speaker 1series of different reactions need to occur in our body
5:16Speaker 1to finally get this end result, which is burning fat.
5:19Speaker 1Okay? And
5:20Speaker 1there's a whole bunch of these different processes. What a peptide does is it goes into the very beginning of that process
5:26Speaker 1and it tells this 1
5:29Speaker 1reaction, Hey,
5:31Speaker 1do this a little better, which then we know sets off this normal this regular reaction that our body does naturally,
5:39Speaker 1completely naturally. Right? So
5:41Speaker 1it tells that body to set off that chain of actions
5:45Speaker 1that go a little bit better or faster than our body normally does.
5:49Speaker 1And why this is healthy for us is because our body's completely used to that, right? Knows how to do this normal reaction chain. And the end result is something that our body really does naturally,
5:59Speaker 0although now it's done a lot better, more efficiently, faster because of the peptide chain. So all of that is It's going be be a messenger that sends to the body. You're taking it and it's going sit in the body. It's going to tell the body to enhance that or fix this or heal It's
6:12Speaker 0really that simple, you know, to kind of simplify what you just said. So it's a messenger, tells your body to do these a certain thing. Your body's full of them.
6:19Speaker 1Absolutely. And there are Right, right. Full of it. There is tons of little minuscule reactions that are occurring at all times, right?
6:27Speaker 1And those are happening basically on cells or receptor sites
6:31Speaker 1as opposed to testosterone or steroids or anything like that. That is the actual hormone, okay? We are now giving your body just the direct hormone.
6:41Speaker 1Now, we all know, like, everything in our body is predicated on 1 another, okay? So for testosterone,
6:46Speaker 1for example, right, when we give you, hey, straight up testosterone hormone, our body doesn't like to do anything redundant. So it says,
6:53Speaker 1Hey, look how much I have. Hey, normal, hey, nuts. Let's slow down on our production. Okay? Oh, also, by the way, body, we liked our specific ratio of testosterone to estrogen, but now look how much more testosterone we have, guys. Let's push our estrogen up.
7:08Speaker 1And all of those are not a natural process.
7:11Speaker 1You know? That is why there are side effects to
7:14Speaker 1steroids and testosterone. Now luckily, we know what those are and we know how to combat them if you just do things right as far as testosterone goes. But
7:22Speaker 1peptides don't have those
7:24Speaker 1properties, right? Is not going to lead to shutdown of natural
7:28Speaker 1system. Normalize. Right.
7:31Speaker 1Because it's just enhancing your normal process, right?
7:35Speaker 1Hopefully that is
7:38Speaker 0the correct- Yeah, no, I think that was good. I think that we
7:41Speaker 0can over
7:43Speaker 0It's really that simple. They're just chains of amino acids that can enhance certain things. You're going to talk about repairing
7:49Speaker 0your mitochondria,
7:50Speaker 0balancing your hormones, optimizing inflammation,
7:53Speaker 0helping with fat loss, helping with weight loss.
7:57Speaker 0These are the things that peptides are going to do. I would say before we even dig into those things and kind of what might be the best peptides for those in particular,
8:05Speaker 0I think we start with the basics of the importance of somebody being just
8:11Speaker 0a fully optimized human. So let's stop for a 2nd because I know without even talking to you about this, well, I know you feel the same.
8:19Speaker 0Peptides are amazing, but let's set them here for a 2nd.
8:23Speaker 0Every human, especially if you're past your 40, but every human, we need to be optimized in different situations and in different areas, meaning hormone
8:31Speaker 0optimization
8:32Speaker 0needs to be 1, I think, the most focused. So if you're a man who has low testosterone, that is a large, large problem. There are problems alone with just having low testosterone.
8:42Speaker 0So getting your testosterone levels right, your estrogen levels right, insulin, all that stuff, thyroid, all these things within an
8:49Speaker 0optimized
8:50Speaker 0bracket
8:51Speaker 0is going to be such a starting point.
8:54Speaker 0Then you move into
8:56Speaker 0diet,
8:58Speaker 0nutrition,
8:59Speaker 0and you start to change your lifestyle and exercise,
9:04Speaker 0eating right.
9:05Speaker 0Eating right is very vague to the degree where we hear that all the time. I'm eating right. Well, what does that mean? 1st off, everybody is different.
9:14Speaker 01 diet might be awesome for 1 person, but they might not be able to have They might not do well running on glucose. Some might be better on fat.
9:24Speaker 0That, just like the hormone part, takes time to learn you,
9:29Speaker 0your body.
9:30Speaker 0That is not going to be overnight just because the guy at the gym told told you that you should on TRT run 2 50 mg a week because that's what he suggests. That is so far from
9:40Speaker 0optimize that.
9:42Speaker 0That's bro science is what a lot of people listen to. And I'm not knocking at them to saying, listen, like we are all a science project and to be the best human and to run the best as a machine, you have to really start to
9:55Speaker 0learn these things,
9:57Speaker 0try different things, try your testosterone here, try your testosterone here, try your testosterone here, get your blood work done. Hormone optimization,
10:05Speaker 0in my opinion, you can chime in here in a 2nd, Will, on that is the most important because, again, if you're testosterone low, dude, you're going to have a rough time losing weight, dude. You just are. You're running up a hill. Yeah, you might get at the top of the hill, but you're going to be tired, dude. So hormone optimization,
10:20Speaker 0and you're going to need to track your blood work probably every 90 days for quite a while just to make sure how is your energy level? How is your sex drive? How are you burning fat? These all come into play. Will and I have been doing this for years, and it took us years to
10:35Speaker 0figure out us. Then your diet, then how do you exercise? Do you get on HIIT training? Do you like weight
10:42Speaker 0training? Those are the things. And then when you get these things in a bucket and you feel great,
10:49Speaker 0you add in peptides
10:51Speaker 0and they will work so freaking good. It will be like pouring fuel on a fire, dude. It'll be like
10:57Speaker 0That's
10:59Speaker 0how I will explain peptides, how amazing they are. If you're not optimized,
11:02Speaker 0they will work, but you want to be get the best out of them. Focus on lifestyle change and hormones and stuff 1st. Mhmm. Right? And you kinda set in the base of, like, being a better human and then trying these things. Do you agree with that? I completely
11:16Speaker 1agree with that. I think that, and I will use optimize a different well, somewhat of a different way, but, like, that has that yes. Those things you I mean, for a man,
11:27Speaker 1testosterone, basically, endocrine system, our hormones need to be aligned and correct for
11:33Speaker 1you as an individual person. That needs to happen 1st. These peptides are now and everything else. Right? All that other stuff needs to be on point. It doesn't need to be perfect, perfect, perfect, right? Like, I'm definitely
11:45Speaker 1not
11:46Speaker 1perfect, but I think that my hormones are optimized and I do pretty damn well on the exercise and nutrition.
11:52Speaker 1And now these peptides are going to optimize all of that stuff.
11:57Speaker 1These are for kind of anybody who's using peptides. Hopefully, this is for optimizing your wellness
12:03Speaker 1as opposed to, like,
12:06Speaker 1getting you well. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? There are some peptides, hey, that will get you well. If you have mold sickness and you take LL-thirty 7 or VIP, that might just save your life. But for the most part,
12:18Speaker 1all that other stuff needs to come 1st, and then the peptides get to really
12:22Speaker 1optimize
12:23Speaker 1you and take you to the next level. I also will make a point on blood work portion. Like,
12:30Speaker 1that is important,
12:31Speaker 1but I have talked to and seen tons of people whose blood work looked great and they don't feel good.
12:37Speaker 1It's it is really about how you feel. You know? I'm not saying don't do blood work. You absolutely should. But you
12:44Speaker 1also gotta make some tweaks in yourself, and we all need to
12:48Speaker 1experiment with ourselves and try something try something different. It's the same thing like, hey. I'm trying to lose weight, my judgment is only based on, you know, hell, the scale, which we all know that is not a good judge.
13:01Speaker 1What we really care about is body composition,
13:04Speaker 1you know, But body fat
13:06Speaker 1even that, man, sometimes
13:09Speaker 1that is not gonna bring you exactly what you want. I think the best standard is to put tape on the ground, get yourself in a mirror, take a picture of yourself back in front in the same place. Yeah. And judge your progress on that and on how you feel internally is probably the 2 best things you possibly can do to really check your own progress. That's funny you said, and it made me think of something. So when I was doing a lot of the coaching and stuff, I I had this 1 gentleman comes to mind, and he was telling me
13:35Speaker 0that he didn't lose any weight.
13:38Speaker 0But what I did was I had them take pictures every Friday and they would send them to me. That let
13:44Speaker 0me know they were still engaged, so it was more for me than them. Yeah.
13:47Speaker 0I said, so then I went back to each of my things and he checked in on Fridays and I took his 1st picture and I took his last picture and I put them together in an app and I sent it to him and I said,
13:58Speaker 0it's not always losing weight on the scale. Like, looked like totally different. Like, he looked like he lost weight. And then his eyes, he wasn't losing weight because his scale didn't change. Yeah. But he looked like a different human. You know what I mean? So that's it comes to mind when you said that because,
14:14Speaker 0know, just people, people are people. People always be people. But, you know, in energy level
14:19Speaker 0and sex drive,
14:21Speaker 0and it's a podcast, like you say, this erections for man, these are things like when you wake up, you know, and like these are things that
14:29Speaker 0like, God knows what he's doing and he gives us beacons of health. You know, like, obviously, if you're tired and you feel like shit
14:37Speaker 0all the time,
14:40Speaker 0something's wrong. Something's right. Whether it's even if it's you're eating like shit, like if you eat Cheetos for lunch and chili cheese fries for dinner,
14:47Speaker 0that's the obvious. Change that, you'll probably feel better. But
14:51Speaker 0we live in a time where toxins are everywhere,
14:55Speaker 0and that's just like, you know, so people are run down quite a bit. But on the flip side of that, because we all know this, we're in our 40s,
15:01Speaker 0you can feel great in your 40s. Like, I'm 48 and feel the best of my life.
15:07Speaker 0Not only just like, can I feel how I look, but how I feel?
15:12Speaker 0But it's a constant, like, we're always under construction,
15:15Speaker 0And all of
15:17Speaker 0it's a constant repair. It's a constant, like,
15:22Speaker 0using
15:23Speaker 0how you feel and those things that I just said as a beacon for, I think, your health.
15:29Speaker 0Agree with you in regards to the blood work, but like if you get a doctor and we've used him numerous times because we just both respect him, Scott, he does a deep dive
15:37Speaker 0where just a typical medical doctor on blood work won't run certain things that will show inflammation and things like that. If you get a doctor that does a deep panel and actually knows what he's doing, that's where it's going to really help you because this is connected to this. If you take this, it's connected to this. Like most doctors,
15:55Speaker 0without trying to knock them,
15:57Speaker 0you go in, they give you some pills, you walk out and they put a Band Aid on whatever they're trying to put a Band Aid on. But that pill has a chain reaction,
16:06Speaker 017 chains reactions, and it affects our body.
16:10Speaker 0And in my opinion,
16:12Speaker 0peptides are able to help some of that stuff.
16:17Speaker 0They're able to kind of like fix your mitochondria.
16:19Speaker 0The weight loss peptides are the obvious. I think that's kind of a gateway
16:25Speaker 0drug, if you will. If anybody that starts with any, even a semaglutide, which we don't like, but it still works.
16:32Speaker 0You're going to lose weight. You're not going to eat, but you're going to lose weight. But the GLP-one peptides are so powerful
16:38Speaker 0that they work.
16:41Speaker 0For anybody listening, that's not even mean, there are peptides that are so freaking awesome beyond that. I mean, Will and I could talk about them for days. Will, why
16:51Speaker 0we dig into a few different areas, I think, where of importance for, I think, people that are listening to some
16:57Speaker 0peptides that'll help with mitochondria,
16:59Speaker 0peptides that will help with
17:01Speaker 0optimizing inflammation,
17:03Speaker 0peptides that'll help with just like healing injuries, fat loss, weight loss. Let's start with the mitochondria. What are some peptides that'll enhance and Let's help your
17:13Speaker 1see, off top of my head, MOTS-3.00,
17:16Speaker 1SS-31NAD
17:20Speaker 1plus What
17:24Speaker 1are some others? Epitalon.
17:26Speaker 1Epitalon.
17:28Speaker 0Those are those are 4 right there, if you're listening, that will help in regards to some cellular
17:33Speaker 0energy,
17:34Speaker 0with your mitochondria.
17:36Speaker 0Some that are going to be in regards to optimizing
17:39Speaker 0inflammation.
17:40Speaker 0That's an easy 1.
17:42Speaker 0There's TA-one, Thymosin Alpha-one,
17:44Speaker 0which I
17:45Speaker 0think a lot of people don't talk about just
17:48Speaker 0because Thymosin Alpha-one is for immunity.
17:51Speaker 0But 1 of the best areas that it shines is the fact that it really helps bring inflammation down. Yep.
17:57Speaker 1Thymosin Alpha, TB-five hundred, BPC-157.
18:01Speaker 1I
18:04Speaker 1mean,
18:05Speaker 1VIP and LL-thirty 7 in their way, they will
18:09Speaker 1bring some inflammation.
18:11Speaker 1Right.
18:13Speaker 1Yeah.
18:14Speaker 0Where you're talking, those are all the injectables that we're talking about, we do like KPV pill form, BPC-157
18:22Speaker 0pill form would be good in regards to gut health,
18:25Speaker 0certain things with those 2 in particular.
18:28Speaker 1Yeah, so I guess I
18:31Speaker 1Yes, talking about
18:34Speaker 1peptides-one
18:35Speaker 1hundred 1, I think that that's great. I don't know. I think that we ought to
18:40Speaker 1tell people on, alright, hey, let's go basics.
18:43Speaker 1Right? What people really ask is basic stuff. Right? Like, bioavailability.
18:48Speaker 1Right?
18:49Speaker 1Why? There are some peptides that there's basically, like, 4 ways that people can take these things. Injectable,
18:56Speaker 1transdermal, so creams,
18:58Speaker 1whatever, like a skin patch, oral pills,
19:01Speaker 1and
19:04Speaker 1intranasal
19:05Speaker 1is the other thing. So most of these things, guys, every all these peptides are all really
19:10Speaker 1made
19:11Speaker 1are best
19:13Speaker 1injectable because the bioavailability,
19:15Speaker 1right? We get about 100% of the actual active peptide
19:19Speaker 1and it works.
19:21Speaker 1Injectable. Now, not everybody wants to do that. The reason there are now oral sides,
19:26Speaker 1the reason we don't not everything can be oral is because our body just our stomach
19:31Speaker 1will destroy the peptide before our body gets enough of it for it to actually do anything. So there's very few peptides that are available
19:39Speaker 1in orals,
19:40Speaker 1but
19:41Speaker 1KPV,
19:42Speaker 1BPC,
19:44Speaker 1SLU-3P,
19:45Speaker 1and 5Amino-1MQ
19:47Speaker 1a little bit.
19:49Speaker 1And Dihexa
19:50Speaker 1A little bit of NAD. A little bit of NAD. I still think as far as the NAD goes, like, NMN, which is the precursor to NAD plus, is really the the thing that you wanna take orally and let your body convert that to NAD plus. That that is really how that 1 will work the best. And
20:06Speaker 1then, really, the transdermal, GHKCu
20:09Speaker 1is great. Transdermal SNAP-eight.
20:12Speaker 1You'll see those in a lot of cosmetic products
20:15Speaker 1for, you know, face to skin, help tighten up your skin, help build collagen
20:20Speaker 1in your actual skin.
20:22Speaker 1The SNAP-eight will help reduce,
20:24Speaker 1like, those fine lines and tighten your skin a bit. And then intranasally,
20:28Speaker 1you will see,
20:30Speaker 1with, like, a nasal spray, a lot of the nootropics.
20:33Speaker 1So the things that are directly affecting your brain is what's gonna really work intranasally.
20:37Speaker 1So
20:39Speaker 1PT-one hundred 41, which is for sex. Sex and drive.
20:42Speaker 1Any other way to put it, but that stuff works.
20:45Speaker 1Oxytocin.
20:46Speaker 1We've all heard of oxytocin, kind of the love drug. Right? Helps calm you but also helps enhance
20:52Speaker 1feelings of
20:54Speaker 1being
20:56Speaker 1closer and wanting to hug. Right? Like, we are all flooded with oxytocin when during sex. Right? Women are flooded with it after. Women are flooded with oxytocin when they have a baby,
21:05Speaker 1etcetera.
21:06Speaker 1And Melanotan
21:08Speaker 11 and 2,
21:10Speaker 1Selank, Cmax,
21:14Speaker 1which Selank is an anxiolytic calms you. Cmax is more of an upper, gives you more energy, but work on your brain. So those, I think, are the really are the ones that actually work intranasally. Yeah. There's not many more. We have experimented and looked at a lot of these things. And
21:30Speaker 1Kisspeptin
21:31Speaker 1actually is
21:33Speaker 1will work intranasally. The other hard part on those intranasal ones is
21:37Speaker 1those peptides are very are good, stable,
21:40Speaker 1not being refrigerated at all times.
21:43Speaker 1So a lot of these peptides. And then the next step people will ask is, okay, how about, like, stability of the peptides? Like handling instructions, you know?
21:52Speaker 1So they are a peptide. A peptide is this small
21:55Speaker 1chain of amino acids, okay? And they're fragile. So you do not want to You need to handle them gently.
22:02Speaker 1They need to Once you And they all must be If we're talking injectable, they need to be reconstituted
22:08Speaker 1with some type of reconstitution
22:10Speaker 1solution.
22:11Speaker 1Options can be, you'll hear people, sterile water.
22:15Speaker 1Sterile, just pure sterile water is good for 1 time uses. Okay? That is only if you're gonna use that, if you're gonna just mix whatever it is and use it all, okay, because there is no bacterial static, there's no benzyl alcohol. Benzyl alcohol added to
22:30Speaker 1sterile water makes bacterial static water. And the whole point of that is now bacteria cannot get into your peptide, and frankly, we're less worried
22:38Speaker 1about, oh, that peptide's gonna make you sick because of the bacteria. What we're worried about is bacteria is gonna go in and degrade the hell out of the peptide, and therefore, it's just not gonna work.
22:47Speaker 1So
22:48Speaker 1bacterial static water is the go to
22:52Speaker 1when mixing 99%
22:54Speaker 1of peptides.
22:56Speaker 1There are some that are hydrophobic.
22:58Speaker 1They do not mix well in water,
23:00Speaker 1namely AOD-nine
23:01Speaker 1604.
23:03Speaker 1In a mix of acetic acid, bacteriostatic water, and also
23:07Speaker 1glycerin, I've talked to lots of actual just manufacturers of the raw materials, and that is what they suggest. They say any real AOD needs to be mixed with that solution
23:16Speaker 1for it to actually mix and stay mixed and not coagulate
23:20Speaker 1and gel up. Right. So
23:23Speaker 1there's your reconstitution.
23:25Speaker 1That needs to happen. Storage
23:29Speaker 1is all these peptides need to be stored. Light will damage them. Alright?
23:33Speaker 1You you shaking them will damage them. So once we put it in puts the water in, I know we've talked about this plenty,
23:39Speaker 1that needs to be gentle, the water added gently.
23:42Speaker 1Yep. And
23:43Speaker 1the water may be it shouldn't be too cold, to be honest, and you should not add it too fast in there.
23:50Speaker 1The peptides, if they are not mixed, should be stored, okay, in a cool, dark place. That doesn't really mean they have to be refrigerated, but they need to be kept pretty cool
24:00Speaker 1and with no light. They may not be frozen,
24:04Speaker 1and they may not have condensation. So if you're doing long term, long term storage, I actually wouldn't store them in a refrigerator because the longer they're gonna sit in a refrigerator, the more chance that they will have to build up condensation in there.
24:17Speaker 1And, hey, it depends on the peptide on how long it will remain stable after reconstitution.
24:24Speaker 1-Sure. -People generally put 30, 45 days. Although,
24:29Speaker 1I have I have I have clients that have
24:32Speaker 1used their Semaglutide 6 months later,
24:35Speaker 1and it's worked perfectly.
24:36Speaker 1So Yeah.
24:38Speaker 1Go figure.
24:39Speaker 1If it has
24:40Speaker 1not been reconstituted,
24:43Speaker 1they're good, if they're kept in the right condition for, I don't know, 2 to 3 years, to be honest.
24:48Speaker 0I've had people ask me, like, for example, like, they're traveling.
24:52Speaker 0We've talked about this before. I'll give you a trick that I have used, and then I'll answer another part of that question. So when I used to travel, we go to Mexico a lot, and I would travel with the peptides mixed already, and they would be out for a good
25:08Speaker 012 maybe plus hours,
25:10Speaker 0never over a day. I'm positive they still work. I get that questions quite a bit. So if you're traveling, I think you're going to be okay with them being out as soon as you land and get to where you're at. I would get them in the fridge. Right? A trick that I have learned over the years that has worked for me is to
25:27Speaker 0don't mix them until you get there. So I'm about to go to Mexico at the end of this month for
25:34Speaker 0the week with my family,
25:36Speaker 0And I'll take
25:37Speaker 0just maybe 3 or 4 and I will mix them there. I'll use them basically all up and then there you go. It's a little trick of the trade that I've used. It took me a little while to catch up to that. Then I'm like, why don't I just mix them when I get there? There you go. That's how that happens.
25:52Speaker 0Also,
25:53Speaker 0some of you, I think that people will be curious,
25:56Speaker 0Will and I both have traveled umpteen times with them. 1st off, well, I guess it depends on the country, but peptides, they're not really going to you're not going to get arrested
26:07Speaker 0and put in jail for peptides. Put them in your restroom bag. Put your needles in your restroom bag. Syringes are not illegal, by the way. Just put them in your restroom bag. I would just be safe and check your bag. I always check my bag just to be safe. You don't want to carry it on because they might check it. And then at the very least, I don't think they might take them. But then you're going to stop and have to deal with all that. Just check the dang bag and get on the plane. Little tricks of the trades that we've learned throughout the years.
26:31Speaker 1Yep, absolutely.
26:33Speaker 1What are some other points?
26:37Speaker 0Don't know. Injecting cleaning, like 1 thing that I think it's important that probably is not talked about enough. If you inject anything long enough, you're gonna realize that you need to clean the area with the alcohol swab, clean the top of the bottle with an alcohol swab. Listen, I'm not going to tell you that I do it every time.
26:53Speaker 0But, you know, even for people that know that, like, injecting it with testosterone and things like that, like, you can get PIP and you can get things like that where you ain't going to die from it, but it hurts like a son of a bitch, And if you inject
27:05Speaker 0dirt and it gets dirty,
27:08Speaker 0it can get infected.
27:09Speaker 0Is there a high chance of it? Probably not, but it happens.
27:13Speaker 0So
27:14Speaker 0be safe. Clean the area. It'll
27:17Speaker 0be funny, man. I've literally showered
27:19Speaker 0for
27:21Speaker 0about an hour and then an hour later injected and wiped an alcohol swab where I'm gonna inject and it's all dirty. You're like, What in the world? So clean yourself, man. Just be safe. Imagine that and then people still
27:33Speaker 1will work out
27:34Speaker 1for 2 hours and not shower and then 3 hours later do their injection and then wonder why I don't have a lump. There's some, like, infection or something like that. Yeah. Right. Well, you're dirty.
27:45Speaker 1Yeah.
27:46Speaker 1That's both sweat. But but also so here are some common things.
27:50Speaker 1You know, you are putting a needle into your skin. Okay? It may bruise. You might hit a little blood vessel. Okay? Bruising is just bleeding underneath the skin. Okay? So sometimes you just met you're doing everything right. It's just unavoidable. Okay? You might have a little bit of bruise.
28:04Speaker 1Old bodybuilder trick is just cotton swab it with
28:08Speaker 1apple cider vinegar. That will take bruises away way faster.
28:12Speaker 1But you might get a bruise. Right? There are some that are notorious for maybe, like, leaving a little red bump. I know tirzepatide is 1 of them.
28:20Speaker 1Another circumstance
28:22Speaker 1and then some of them burn. So what are the burning ones? NAD burns like hell to me.
28:27Speaker 1GHKCu
28:28Speaker 1burns a lot of people, but it does not burn me very bad.
28:32Speaker 1Although,
28:33Speaker 1now I know
28:35Speaker 1there is some reconstitution solution that can really, really cut down on that.
28:42Speaker 1There are some
28:44Speaker 1These peptides are a foreign substance. Even though we talked about
28:48Speaker 1them
28:48Speaker 1signaling natural processes in our body, but they still need to go in there and our body does recognize them at times as something foreign. Okay? And so when
28:58Speaker 1our body sees something foreign, it tries to get rid of it, okay, by developing histamines.
29:02Speaker 1And that's what we see as an allergic reaction, right? Those histamines, that's what
29:08Speaker 1they manifest to our eyes as. So some of those, like CJC's,
29:13Speaker 1Ipamorelin is 1 that is pretty common for, because it's really strong, for a body to
29:19Speaker 1recognize as not its own. And so you might get an extra red bump. You might even like have some
29:24Speaker 1different allergic reaction symptoms to it. Usually, a Benadryl will fix that problem.
29:30Speaker 1But
29:31Speaker 1unfortunately, now that your body knows that that's not you, every time that you do it, it's probably gonna be a little bit worse. So you may not be able you may be 1 who just can't do CJC or pomegranate anymore.
29:42Speaker 1It's usually how it works. I know some people just, you know, some people are just allergic to certain things. You know? Our friend Paul's allergic to MOTS-3.0, to be honest. He's like, Dude, I wish I could do it. I just can't do it. I didn't know that.
29:53Speaker 1And
29:55Speaker 1there are just-
29:56Speaker 0You know what's funny? Let me stop you there, because I wanna say something funny about how Will and I talk about how we're all science projects and we're all different. You need to find what works for you. He just said to you that when he injects NAD, and I know this because he tells me often, stings like a bitch. And then when he injects GHK-3two
30:11Speaker 00 it doesn't sting. So I'm the opposite. So I can inject NAD. I do it every day, I don't ever have a problem with it. But GHK-3two
30:18Speaker 00 it's not every time. It's just sometimes it stings. Like for me, I do it kind of in my thigh
30:25Speaker 0at night and it's
30:26Speaker 0not every time. Sometimes I get this. It's like I have a dead leg for an hour and it's definitely hurts, but like,
30:33Speaker 0you know, it's worth the pain to me. But a lot of people are like, I can't do it. You know, like, the point of that is not I'll talk about that. The point is like, we're all different, man. So if you get
30:42Speaker 0a different reaction than your friend, it doesn't necessarily mean the peptides are bad. It just means you're different, and just understand that. And I think important question would be,
30:52Speaker 0are peptides safe? Let's both answer that. So are peptides safe?
30:58Speaker 0Yes, I'll answer that 1st. Absolutely,
31:01Speaker 0they're safe. We know there's no deaths from it. There's no overdoses
31:05Speaker 0from it.
31:09Speaker 0So, think the only thing you need to worry about is getting bunk
31:11Speaker 0peptides.
31:12Speaker 0You have a lot of peptide companies sprouting up all over, and this is not a knock on any peptide company, just like we support sub peptides, but you're going to have some that are good, some that suck. And if it's like in regards to cheap
31:25Speaker 0or
31:27Speaker 0certain peptides, you just might get an infection because they suck. So that's the only, I think, worry. But other than that, if you get clean peptides,
31:35Speaker 0they're amazing.
31:37Speaker 0They're they are safe is my answer to that. Absolutely. And I couldn't
31:41Speaker 1agree more. There is no really direct, unlike all these, like we talked about at the beginning, unlike steroids and such
31:48Speaker 1that have a direct
31:50Speaker 1negative
31:51Speaker 1impact on your endocrine system, right, which is your hormones.
31:54Speaker 1Like, nothing
31:56Speaker 1about these peptides directly is going to be harmful to you. Now,
32:01Speaker 1there are, like, overabuse.
32:03Speaker 1Now, there is no overdoses,
32:04Speaker 1secondary
32:05Speaker 1factors. For example, semaglutide,
32:08Speaker 1right,
32:09Speaker 1You take that, it reduces the hell out of your appetite. It makes you a little bit nauseous,
32:13Speaker 1which is not going to kill you. It's just going to be not very good for you. But what, in turn, what can happen is if a person keeps doing semaglutide and they don't eat any food
32:23Speaker 1for 3 weeks, right,
32:25Speaker 1then their vision starts not being as great, right? Their hair maybe might fall -Right. Their teeth are
32:31Speaker 1to you know, are going to get weak and brittle, you know? It's not the peptide's fault. That is what happens when the person starves themself. Right? Well, it's not the peptide doing that to you. Now it's the peptide that's making you help to not eat as much food
32:45Speaker 1or any food. But that's the general I mean,
32:49Speaker 1I don't know. It's kind of like a warning to yourself, guys. Just don't be dumb, and you will be just fine. Right.
32:55Speaker 0Mean, too, there's gonna be upgrades and stuff. So Semaglutide is kind of such an outdated version of the GLP-1s.
33:02Speaker 0And 1 thing that I'll mention just for some people, because, know, Will and I talk a lot to a lot of people
33:07Speaker 0that take GLP-1s
33:09Speaker 0and Retatrutide and Regeneron is I think the best peptide out there. I think you guys all know that we know that. We think that. But there are people that get an itchy skin or a
33:19Speaker 0rash on not rash.
33:22Speaker 0My understanding is like their shirt hurts when they put it on and it's usually short lived. Yeah. But it's enough to talk about. I don't have never felt that. I've been taking it for a long time and I don't ever feel it, but it's enough. People are different. That's my point. You could have 2 people inject the same bottle and 1 have that in reaction and 1 other, and it's not the peptide, it's the person. Yep. I have a girlfriend who does,
33:43Speaker 1I forget what it is, but it makes her armpits itchy.
33:48Speaker 0Liz's hair scratches sometimes when I give her Tesamorelin.
33:51Speaker 1Oh, yeah. Yeah.
33:53Speaker 1So, right, there's I don't know.
33:56Speaker 1I'm like, what are you doing? She's like, I don't know. I'm itchy. Yeah. Like, what? Now now give me some questions about, yes, general categories. Right? So we started we started this a bit ago. I just kinda wanted to give the people a bit more kind of background of just really more basic info. Oh, great. That's awesome. But
34:13Speaker 1there are just general categories,
34:15Speaker 1and so we can kinda help out with what are some ideas of so, you know, how about fat loss?
34:23Speaker 1AOD. We'll just give you a little bit of a list. Right? I'll tell them fill fill in blanks for me maybe. AOD 9 6 0 4. 100%. SLU- best for that. 100%. That's probably 1 of best. Sloop, MOTS-1.
34:35Speaker 0All
34:37Speaker 1Retatrutide.
34:39Speaker 1Sorry, I say it wrong. Usually, everybody people get mad at me. He's finally changed, and he's been saying it. Retatrutide
34:44Speaker 0forever.
34:46Speaker 1It just doesn't roll off the tongue right for me. SLU-pp-three
34:50Speaker 132.
34:51Speaker 1Tesamorelin.
34:54Speaker 1Tesamorelin is really interesting. That 1 falls in a few categories, but that is absolutely just targets your belly fat. It's revolutionary.
35:02Speaker 1I mean, that's the holy grail in supplements as people always wanna know, how do I burn fat off of just my stomach?
35:08Speaker 1Well Here you go. We go. Tesamorelin has actually done it, and it's freaking FDA approved to do so.
35:13Speaker 1It's
35:15Speaker 0the 1. So if you talk about, like, if you're injured, we get that kind of question. I think I think kinda like the GLP-1s are the kind of the gateway gateway drug, so to speak, into peptides. That's 1 1 of the gateways. The 2nd gateway would be like
35:28Speaker 0the healing peptides because everybody gets hurt, even if it's like you're playing softball and you slide into 3rd and you hurt your ankle.
35:35Speaker 0Hey, how can I fix this? Obviously,
35:37Speaker 0we're big fans.
35:38Speaker 0I won't answer for you, but Wolverine, which is a TB-500and
35:42Speaker 0the BPC-157
35:43Speaker 0blend.
35:44Speaker 0But we
35:45Speaker 0talked about it last week, but there's tons of blends. You have the CLO, the GLO, the TriHeal.
35:50Speaker 0Which one's best for you? I don't know. I mean, it's kind of contingent upon what you're trying to fix. I think if it's a larger injury,
35:57Speaker 0TB-five hundred is going to be the powerhouse to that. If it's like tendonitis
36:01Speaker 0or tendon things or rips in your shoulder, BPC-157,
36:05Speaker 0because that will bring blood to that area where the TB will flow through your body.
36:11Speaker 0Let me ask you that. That's actually a good question because I know you're good at this type of stuff. So like, what would you say
36:17Speaker 0you have Clo, you have Glow, you have TriHeal, and you have the Wolverine, and then you have them separate. So in your opinion on that, is there anything in particular
36:27Speaker 0that, like, why would somebody run just TB-five hundred or why would somebody run just BPC-157
36:32Speaker 0when there's blends now? Do you what are your opinion on that? It's just opinion.
36:37Speaker 1I think why would somebody just wanna do 1 of those? Well, for financial reasons. It's literally the only reason.
36:44Speaker 1Generally, we got 4 big healers. K? It's BPC-one
36:47Speaker 1hundred 57. K? That is just let's think let's go break it down. Tendons and ligaments,
36:52Speaker 1that's what BPC is gonna do. TB-five hundred is gonna be a massive anti inflammatory,
36:58Speaker 1but also
36:59Speaker 1boost your stem cell production and the stem cells that say, heal, heal, heal, heal, heal. K? This tells you where to go, allows body to absorb
37:09Speaker 1more
37:11Speaker 1more of the building materials, essentially.
37:13Speaker 0This thing just kind of sends all the workers there. Got the you got the BPC and then the TB 500 and the GHKCU
37:21Speaker 0that's gonna enhance your collagen.
37:23Speaker 1Collagen production. GHKCU will enhance your own collagen production and especially in the dermis layer, your skin.
37:30Speaker 1That is why it's being used for cosmetic purposes.
37:34Speaker 1K? BPC
37:35Speaker 1collagen
37:36Speaker 1signals where the collagen goes, and it allows your body to absorb it. Because when we eat food, a lot of it has collagen, but we can't really turn a lot of that into collagen the way we should. BPC helps that. And KPV is our last 1, and it's primarily just focused on the gut.
37:51Speaker 1Amazing.
37:52Speaker 1And I we and I guess we are leaving out that BPC's
37:55Speaker 1other action is it was derived in the gut, and it is there to really help that to reinforce that mucus membrane layer that protects your stomach from your stomach acid, which is huge. Yeah. It's the cause of leaky gut or IBS.
38:08Speaker 1Right? It's when your stomach burns a hole in that mucus layer.
38:11Speaker 1Yeah. The BPC
38:13Speaker 1naturally
38:14Speaker 1fortifies that,
38:16Speaker 1but it will find you where you if injected, it will find where you're deficient, and it will go right there. Usually, your tendons and ligaments, if you have a tendonitis, torn tendon, wham, right there. So those are your main healers. Now your question was why would somebody choose 1? I personally
38:33Speaker 11 reason GHKC,
38:34Speaker 1you can do really high doses of all of those except for GHKC
38:37Speaker 1with a copper peptide.
38:40Speaker 1So that's what's in Glow and Clow.
38:42Speaker 1I personally would
38:45Speaker 1I like this this compound called Triheal, which gives you 25
38:48Speaker 1mg
38:49Speaker 1of TB-five
38:50Speaker 1hundred, 10 mg of BPC,
38:53Speaker 110 10 mg of KPV.
38:55Speaker 1Everybody can use some gut health, but that really, really, really just heals the hell out of the injury.
39:03Speaker 1Also,
39:05Speaker 1the systemic
39:06Speaker 1versus the local effects,
39:09Speaker 1right? They're different peptides.
39:11Speaker 1Systemic, folks, means it affects you system wide.
39:15Speaker 1Okay?
39:16Speaker 1Localized means it really does not travel well throughout your body and is just going to kind of work right there. BPC
39:23Speaker 1it does have a systemic effect, although
39:27Speaker 1it really works really good where you inject it. TB-five
39:30Speaker 1hundred,
39:31Speaker 1same thing, a little bit better on
39:34Speaker 1the systemic fixing. Something like SNAP-eight
39:37Speaker 1really
39:38Speaker 1needs to be either
39:40Speaker 1injected. It's what's
39:42Speaker 1medicine behind Botox, right? But it either needs to be injected or it needs to be transdermally
39:47Speaker 1put on the skin that you want tightened.
39:49Speaker 1Hence, face serum. Hence, face serum. Yes. So you got the healers,
39:54Speaker 0which I think a lot of people know about that. And then let's go through a few more and then we'll kind of wrap it up. So you got anti aging
40:01Speaker 0NAD, JC-3Cu. I'll throw it HGH in there. Yeah. All
40:05Speaker 1of the HGH secretagogues.
40:08Speaker 1Okay? That is another category, right? There's a whole bunch of there's a group of peptides that
40:14Speaker 1will affect your tell your body's pituitary gland to create more natural human growth hormone, okay, as opposed to regular HGH, which just gives you your human growth hormone, which can
40:24Speaker 1make your body slow down on its production.
40:28Speaker 1This naturally tells your body, hey, let's make more naturally. Right. Those
40:33Speaker 1are
40:34Speaker 1starting at the top of the list, Tesamorelin,
40:37Speaker 1Ipamorelin,
40:39Speaker 1Sermorelin,
40:41Speaker 1GHRP-six,
40:42Speaker 1which side effects, I wouldn't really use that 1.
40:46Speaker 0Hexamorelin.
40:47Speaker 1Hexamorelin.
40:48Speaker 1The other ones that we're really not mentioning are kind of CJC.
40:51Speaker 1Are old news.
40:53Speaker 1CJC 12 95 is very strong and very effective.
40:58Speaker 1It's between that or
41:00Speaker 1Tesamorelin.
41:01Speaker 1But those all, yeah, tell your body to make more growth hormone, which makes your bones stronger, makes your skin heal back faster, makes your body heal back faster, will help after a while in consistent use, get rid of wrinkles over time.
41:13Speaker 1Yeah.
41:14Speaker 0You got that thrown into
41:17Speaker 0the anti aging. Let's talk about
41:19Speaker 0skin health. That's easy 1, GHK-3Cu.
41:22Speaker 0I will throw that out there. Copper.
41:25Speaker 0Copper is amazing. You
41:27Speaker 0have it in the healing peptides too, but you also have it in skin hair for skin collagen
41:33Speaker 0production,
41:34Speaker 0hair, face, wrinkles,
41:36Speaker 0cuts. It helps with cuts, believe it or not. So that's whether it's in the healer. GHK-3Cu,
41:41Speaker 0I think is a favorite because it is so powerful. As Will said, that's 1 of the ones you can't take a whole, whole shit load like you can on some of the other ones.
41:49Speaker 0So you got skin, hair, nails. Cognition.
41:51Speaker 0Cognition
41:52Speaker 1for sure. So cognition and mood, I guess, another category. Right? Semax,
41:57Speaker 1Selank,
41:58Speaker 1PE-2228.
42:00Speaker 1Sure. Pinealon,
42:03Speaker 1Dihexa.
42:08Speaker 1And so all of those are all what we call nootropics
42:11Speaker 1and will affect your brain, your mood, and cognition.
42:16Speaker 1Alright.
42:18Speaker 1Any other thing antiaging longevity, which we did there. We didn't mention Epitalon.
42:23Speaker 0I think, like, you could do 1 that's like like sleep. You could throw a Tesamorelin in there because Tesamorelin does help you sleep DSIP. Yep.
42:31Speaker 0I mean, so the point of that is this, and we'll wrap this up because we're about 45 minutes in, we're gonna do 30.
42:37Speaker 0There's a peptide or peptides, plural, right, for everything.
42:41Speaker 0I mean, so to kind of circle back around and wrap this up, they're amazing.
42:45Speaker 0There's a reason why everybody and their brother are talking about them, and there's a reason why you're listening to this podcast.
42:53Speaker 0But again, you want to make it a lifestyle change. You want to optimize your hormones. You want to start eating right. Don't be the person that takes
43:02Speaker 0Retatrutide
43:03Speaker 0and sits on the couch and eats Doritos, man. It'll probably still work really well, but the
43:08Speaker 0whole objective is to optimize you, to become a better you and to live a better life. I think that's ultimately what most people seek,
43:16Speaker 0right? Don't we all want to feel
43:17Speaker 0awesome and have a good sex drive and have good energy?
43:21Speaker 0If your knees ache, not have achy knees and get on your knees and play with your kids or your grandkids, right? This is the answer. But it's not the only answer because this is not the fix all.
43:32Speaker 0It's optimization of hormones. It's eating right. It's cutting out seed oils and sugars and all that crap that we all eat that's in everything. Then it's when you get that stuff and you take these peptides, they will just they're amazing. So that's
43:45Speaker 0the synopsis. I think that was great, bro. I enjoyed that. That was cool. I thought you good. Hopefully that we didn't bounce around too much for everyone.
43:52Speaker 1That's it, man. Hopefully, we answered some of the just the basic questions, which we get. There's new people every single day. Yeah. Right? That are just getting into peptides, right, and need to hear this and have lots of some of these basic questions. So they're not bad, and we were there once too. So
44:06Speaker 1it's all good.
44:08Speaker 0There's just so much. I mean, there's just so much to go. We love this stuff. We can talk about it forever. I think I want to throw some out to the people listening because we always try to ask and we try to give them what you want. Another thing is, again, we're almost done with the podcast room. It's so close, maybe 2 weeks. If we're lucky, 1 week and we're excited, then Will and I will be in the same room and have different cameras as we're going to really elevate it, enhance it.
44:29Speaker 0Thanks to all you guys for making us do that and elevating us.
44:34Speaker 0We just so some of you know, we wanted to kind of throw this out there quickly, you know, what Whether you know what we do or not, we don't talk about it intentionally for a reason because we did not want this podcast to be about this. We wanted to kind of be about
44:46Speaker 0peptides and our love for them.
44:48Speaker 0We do do
44:50Speaker 0white labeling and wholesales
44:52Speaker 0quite a few doctors out there. If you are a doctor that's listening and looking for that,
44:56Speaker 0just DM and we help you out. We wanted to let you know that. And
45:00Speaker 0then what do you want to talk about? So Will and I are as we go into 2026,
45:04Speaker 0he and I were talking about this this morning.
45:06Speaker 0We're going to sit down in the next couple of weeks and start to plot just
45:10Speaker 0the different angles that we want to do for different businesses and different the podcast, just the different things in our lives.
45:16Speaker 0We want to kind of ask you guys, we're thinking about having a doctor on a month,
45:22Speaker 0Maybe at the end of the month or something like that, we're touring around with it. What do you think?
45:26Speaker 0You had Doctor. Scott on, he's rad. We have some other doctors that we definitely would like to bring on. So let
45:33Speaker 0us know what you think about that. Give us some feedback as we listen. And again, we just want to kind of give the listeners what they want, man. We love talking about this stuff. We do it for fun. Yep. So ideas like ranking
45:46Speaker 1different peptides, right? Top 3 for this, top 3 for that, blah, blah, blah. Maybe different peptides
45:51Speaker 1for different
45:54Speaker 1conditions, right, that are kind of adjunct to treatment.
45:58Speaker 1And I think, J. D, I think that having, like, Doctor. Scott on for our Q and A
46:04Speaker 1podcast would be awesome.
46:06Speaker 1Yeah. They'd And maybe telling people, hey, what's up? Or saving some questions that would be especially good for
46:11Speaker 1a holistic, like, doctor like him to answer. Yeah. You know, he he specializes
46:17Speaker 1in blood work and going into the the minuscule,
46:21Speaker 1minuscule, minuscule things
46:23Speaker 1to make sure, like, your overall wellness picture is coming together and works out right.
46:27Speaker 0Yeah.
46:28Speaker 1So,
46:29Speaker 0yeah, dude, we're open. Do you know what it was like? We'll we'll try to bring him on and have him go through. We don't need to it's, you know, we'll keep the anonymous
46:37Speaker 0who it is, but somebody's No, you go through my blood work. I mean, shit. I think that's cool. There we go. That'd be cool. So we'll do stuff like that. So anyway, as we sit and plot the attack for 2026,
46:46Speaker 0you know, we plan on elevating and do a lot of cool stuff. So we're always open to ideas and whatnot because
46:54Speaker 0more brains are better than 2. So throw some ideas at us and if it sounds good, we'll talk about it and we'll make it work. Yes, sir. Go. Yeah, that was good, man.
47:02Speaker 0Else?
47:03Speaker 0Nothing. Nothing. Until next time. Back to work. Everybody, we love you. We'll catch you in the next round.
47:09Speaker 1Later. Good night.
