0:41Speaker 0get this podcast going, ladies and gentlemen, as you can imagine, we're having a little bit of some internet problems. So we got a little creative. Will and I, long before we made this podcast,
0:53Speaker 0a podcast,
0:54Speaker 0we were doing some different types of things with some videos, whatnot,
0:58Speaker 0and we recorded a video in my backyard for my YouTube channel a year and 0.5 ago or so, Will. Yeah, yeah, about that. On
1:07Speaker 0HGH
1:08Speaker 0and MK-677.
1:10Speaker 0Ironically,
1:11Speaker 0today we were going to do those 2
1:14Speaker 0peptides,
1:15Speaker 0right? Yes. So how ironic do we have that video in storage?
1:20Speaker 0So we, since his internet's not looking so good, we are going to use that video as a podcast for today so he can get back to his vacation and enjoy his life.
1:31Speaker 0And I think you're gonna enjoy it nonetheless. I've watched it numerous times and I've sent this to numerous people. So today we are going to go through human growth hormone and MK-six
1:43Speaker 077.
1:44Speaker 0So I hope you enjoy
1:46Speaker 0this podcast.
1:48Speaker 0We will still try to squeeze in the Q and A even though he's on vacation. We'll try to now knowing the internet's not going so well, we'll try to be a little bit more prepared.
1:57Speaker 0But,
1:58Speaker 0right, Will, what what do you think we can close this out since you're sitting on a on a beach?
2:02Speaker 1Yeah. We'll do the best we can on the q and a. And so, like, if there are questions that, aren't answered, please hit us up during the q and a. Right? If, but I think that,
2:12Speaker 1yeah.
2:13Speaker 0My apologies and appreciate everybody working with me. You know it, man. Enjoy your vacation. And for all of you, enjoy the podcast, HGH MK-677.
2:22Speaker 0Give us some feedback. Ask some questions, and we'll catch you on the next round. Here it is.
2:28Speaker 0Okay. Welcome back. We are in Costa Mesa, California in my backyard with my buddy, Will Haas. Hello.
2:34Speaker 0Back by popular demand, we're gonna talk about some supplements. Today, we're gonna talk about MK-677,
2:41Speaker 0and we're gonna talk about human growth hormone.
2:43Speaker 1Welcome. Well, thank you. Glad to be here. So let's start with
2:48Speaker 0human growth hormone, HGH, everybody's favorite. Tell us what exactly is it and why do we take it?
2:54Speaker 1Well, HGH is also a peptide, right? It's just 1 of the more popular peptides. It's been around for a long, long time.
3:01Speaker 1It actually
3:03Speaker 1is, we have human growth hormone in IGF-one,
3:06Speaker 1which HGH triggers
3:09Speaker 1the the IGF-one.
3:10Speaker 1Those both help our body,
3:13Speaker 1geez, grow muscle, increase our bone density,
3:17Speaker 1burn fat, sleep better. Sleep better. And
3:22Speaker 1just yeah,
3:23Speaker 1I mean, yeah. So we're putting on muscle and definitely not wasting. These were HGH was originally made for AIDS patients who
3:30Speaker 0whose body just eats away all their muscles. So that was the point of it, is to tell our body to stop burning off all your muscle. What would you say, I know and this is gonna be each person is very different, know, but what would you say would be the proper dosage,
3:46Speaker 0obviously depending on objective,
3:48Speaker 0but what would you say if somebody wanted to take it? How much would you recommend they take it? Okay. So
3:54Speaker 1now I'm assuming they're not, you know, world class bodybuilder.
3:59Speaker 1Right? We
4:00Speaker 1don't I don't know. I don't think anybody should be doing the dose. They would take a lot. But for a normal person, right, I would say between,
4:07Speaker 1you know,
4:08Speaker 1between 1 to 4 IUs. So they come in in IUs. It's a daily
4:14Speaker 1injection
4:16Speaker 1subcutaneous
4:17Speaker 1into your stomach. Okay? Tiny little injection.
4:21Speaker 1But 1 to 4 IUs will help with fat burning. Everything I just said, it's not gonna make you a monster. Right? It's you're not taking enough for it to actually grow new
4:32Speaker 1new actual muscles. So that's
4:34Speaker 1is what at a high dose it will do. It it won't just make your muscles bigger. It will actually just create brand new little stem cells and make new muscles. We're
4:41Speaker 1looking for more recovery, rejuvenation
4:45Speaker 1to look normal and to feel better, but look a little bit better.
4:48Speaker 0Sleep better. Obviously, you're lifting lifting weights. Sleeping better is good. Huge. Burning fat. Who doesn't want burning fat? I mean, I've been taking it for 3 years, so I know that longevity
4:58Speaker 0is is a thing. I know some people will ask, would you cycle on it? Do you cycle off it? What would you say about that?
5:06Speaker 1No.
5:06Speaker 0Okay.
5:07Speaker 1Yeah. There's no need to cycle off it. You should be doing it every day.
5:11Speaker 1Now, I guess I do warn people when they say they're interested in it. I say, okay, make sure that you are committed. Right? You have enough money
5:20Speaker 1to go at least 6 months. Right? I really think at least 6 to 12 months, right, that's when we really start to see what it's doing. So For sure. Make sure you are budgeted
5:30Speaker 1and committed to to see that through or else it's just a waste of money. But okay.
5:35Speaker 1So the answer to the other questions,
5:37Speaker 1no cycle. It needs to be done every day. Right? I hear people say, oh, well, I should take 2 days off a week. The only reason you do that is if you wanna save money, right? There's there's absolutely no benefit.
5:48Speaker 1Yeah, it would probably negatively affect your results a little bit because you're not getting it getting it in you every day. And longevity,
5:55Speaker 1right? Hey,
5:56Speaker 16 to 12 months, that's when we start seeing results, but take it, take it forever. 10 years down the road. Yeah.
6:02Speaker 110 years down the road, you will look younger. I mean, maybe not, but you might look the same, right? Your wrinkles are gonna start to disappear.
6:09Speaker 1It's because it's rejuvenating your cells and everything in your body. I noticed a big difference. I mean, like like he's saying, the the 6 months mark, I
6:17Speaker 0that's about the mark that I really noticed it. I noticed noticed more definition in my stomach No. In my obliques.
6:24Speaker 1You know, at 1st you get a little tired, you know, at the end of you talk about that a little bit, so some of the negative side effects. Sure. When you 1st start taking it, if you have good growth hormone, you should feel a little bit tired. Right? Your body is doing now some some unusual functions it's not used to be doing, and it's taking it a little a little out of you. So you'll feel tired maybe a few weeks. That will that will go away.
6:48Speaker 1Goodness.
6:49Speaker 0I don't know what other side effects are. Wonder what are negative side effects. Tell you some of the side effects that I felt when I was, because it's a dosage, everybody's different, it's a science project, you gotta really do some trial and hear what works for you. I have found that 1 IU does me great. I've been taking 1 IU for 3 years. Now when I 1st started, I was toying around with 2 and 3. Was getting some achiness in my fingers and my elbows. I wasn't even able to lift. So I backed it off and I just started to feel good at 1 and that's what works for me. I believe less is more. However,
7:21Speaker 1because it doesn't just because it works for me does not mean it's gonna work for somebody else. Oh, great. And I remembered you yeah. I remember you starting it. Yeah. And having some trouble. Yeah. I I do remember that. And
7:33Speaker 1absolutely. So I will sometimes
7:35Speaker 1when people start off and start a little too high, they start with 3 IUs, let's say, they might experience a lot of water retention. So that one's a common thing that I see.
7:45Speaker 1Generally, I say, okay, if we experience it, let's back it down to 1 IU. Yeah. Okay. Do that a few weeks, let your body get used to it, and then let's slowly bump up in increments and usually
7:56Speaker 1pretty much always that solves the problem. Your body just kinda needs to get used to it, not take a bunch at a time.
8:03Speaker 1And, yes, I guess you should. So here's the signs, right? You should feel tired at the beginning. Your knuckles should feel like you have arthritis,
8:11Speaker 1and that's a good thing. I get, you know, that's a side effect. You know it's working. You know that you're actually getting the real thing. Some people and then a little bit of tingling, numbness in your fingers. Very. Some people get really bad, like really tingling and and and like stinging pins and needles down their forearms. And
8:28Speaker 1all I can say is everybody's different, but back it down.
8:31Speaker 0Get a bit used to it. Yeah. But and, yes, nice is more. Okay. Everybody is different. You can always go up. You can always go up. Right? Yeah. Yeah. I I know that that's 1 of the things that because somebody hears their buddy taking it and this what's worked for them, that's not gonna work for you too. The same thing with testosterone and same thing with anything.
8:51Speaker 0You need to play around with it to a degree to find what sweet spot is good for you. You know? Absolutely. Enough said. Yeah. Agreed. HGH,
9:00Speaker 0what we got is, helps
9:02Speaker 0with skin, helps with sleep, helps with burning fat, helps with muscle waste.
9:07Speaker 1All around, 1 of my favorite products. That's why I've been running it for 3 years. So there you go. 1 IU works for me. 1 to 3 generally is what you recommend. Yeah. Yep. 1 to 3. 1 to 3 and and yeah. Anything more than that, you're getting some diminished returns, and then you're getting some weird side effects that are happening. Yeah. Things things that shouldn't be growing bigger are gonna grow bigger, like your your skull or your organs, etcetera.
9:30Speaker 0So I'd safely keep it. Yeah. Alright. Last question on HGH.
9:35Speaker 0Concerns on, like, cancer, something like that. I know I get some questions in regards to that. Do you are you concerned about cancer?
9:42Speaker 1Yes. It's something to think about. Right? Human growth hormone makes everything grow in your body. So if you happen to be the unlucky shoe who develop
9:50Speaker 1some type of cancer,
9:52Speaker 1running growth, then it is going to make it grow a little bit faster. But I do think that the low if we're keeping it between, you know, under 3 IUs,
10:01Speaker 0it's not gonna make that much. It's not gonna be growing at a huge rapid rate. Sure. I agree. You know, 1 of the things I say is just about the food. You know, I mean, people will talk about the human growth hormone, but they won't realize they're eating a bunch of sugar and all these things that are gonna, in my opinion,
10:18Speaker 1cancer feeds on sugar and all that stuff too. So you just gotta always weigh that stuff out. Right. The growth is not gonna cause the cancer. Yeah. But the food and all this other crap that you're you're It can. Might cause it. Yep. Absolutely. Though, I guess, the last thing is time of day. So here's 1 that I get people asking me about. People will read up on the Internet and say, okay. I'm supposed to take this at night.
10:39Speaker 1That's because you're reading a lot of actual, like, you know, clinical
10:42Speaker 1documentation for people who are who have very, very, very low
10:47Speaker 1growth hormone levels. Okay? And so the doctor They're making their own. They're not making their own. So naturally in our bodies are we make it at we make the most growth hormone at nighttime, okay?
10:58Speaker 1So
10:59Speaker 1that's when the doctor's gonna tell you, hey, if you have none, that's when you need to give yourself some. Well, if you are healthy and most of us pretty much start making
11:06Speaker 1pretty healthy amount of growth hormone,
11:09Speaker 1If you take it at night, it's gonna now kinda shut that function down. Right? Not shut it off, but shut it down. Coming up. So you're best off taking it in the morning. K. K?
11:19Speaker 1When your body doesn't make as much, right,
11:23Speaker 1and giving it a big boost, a boost there in the morning, also take it when your blood sugar is the lowest. So so no food. Take it on an empty stomach, right, when you wake up. Yeah. Right away. Yep. Alright. Good. Alright. Let's talk about MK-677,
11:35Speaker 0which for me personally, I've done a lot of different supplements through the years. This is new to me. It's new. I've been taking it for 4 months.
11:44Speaker 0Just really quickly about, you know, what I've I felt, I felt it immediately. I felt it immediately. So tell us a little bit about what it is and why we take it. So
11:53Speaker 1MK-six
11:54Speaker 177 is a Buddhomoran,
11:57Speaker 1and it's new to it's not really new it's not really new out in in the
12:02Speaker 1it's been out several years, but it's gaining in popularity right now. So it's pretty much new to new to a lot of people. Sure. It is actually a non peptide
12:11Speaker 1HGH secretagogue.
12:14Speaker 1So it is not a peptide, but it's my everybody just classifies it as a peptide. I have. Whatever. It
12:21Speaker 1is it secretagogue
12:23Speaker 1and makes your body
12:24Speaker 1make more of its own HGH. So versus the actual growth hormone that is the real thing, giving you the real thing. Right?
12:33Speaker 1MK is telling your body, Hey, let's make more of your own. Let's make more of your own. So side effects there, it's like there is no possibility to shut your own growth hormone off. Which goes into obviously when would you take it. Right. When we take it, well, then you're gonna take that thing at that night. So
12:50Speaker 1and there is different research. I know you can take it in the morning. You can take it at night. I personally think taking it at nighttime. Right? It's going to make you a little bit tired. Okay, well, I think we're gonna talk about how it's gonna make it potentially can make you hungry.
13:06Speaker 1You might as well be asleep while you're tired.
13:08Speaker 1You might as well be asleep while you're hungry if you're trying to lose weight and not be not be hungry. But also, hey, if your body's making the most normal growth hormone at night,
13:17Speaker 0let's give that a kick in the pants. Right? Simple enough. Let's normal just kinda boost that up. Yeah. I I guess that's 2 of the things that I hear most on if you call it negative, which would be the hunger, like a lot of people get super hungry and a lot of people get super tired. Yeah. I haven't personally
13:32Speaker 0experienced either of those. Initially, when I was taking it, I was taking it in the morning because I had not read that. I know you and I talked about it and I started taking it at night. But I will tell you that most people that I talk to,
13:43Speaker 0high majority,
13:45Speaker 0really deal with the hunger. Yes. They get really hungry out there. So,
13:49Speaker 1yes, it's so MK actually just stimulates your ghrelin
13:54Speaker 1your ghrelin receptor, your ghrelin hormone, which is your hunger hormone.
13:59Speaker 1So, yes, scientifically, it is making you hungry, right? And in response to that
14:05Speaker 1activation of ghrelin,
14:07Speaker 1it is increasing your HGH, K? Your body just naturally does that. Yeah. Yeah. So, yeah,
14:13Speaker 0everywhere. I mean, it should make you hungry. And I I mean, to be honest, we just we talked about this, like, I don't know. It didn't make me really hungry, but I know everybody else. Yes. Absolutely. I think though a lot of people just depends, you and I have been in the health and nutrition a long time, so therefore in regards to diets, we're really good at the diet part because I can can really control those hunger type things. Right. Like, when you're talking to somebody that's
14:36Speaker 0just starting on their fitness journey, don't have the experience of the diet or the discipline Mhmm. Over time, which you you know, comes over time, they probably will have a little bit more time hard time with the eating. Especially, you take it at night is
14:48Speaker 1Yeah. You won't be hungry if you're sleeping. Right. I I hope Cool. Right. Just don't wake up. Right?
14:54Speaker 1Yeah. If you wake up really hungry, just close your eyes and go back to sleep.
14:58Speaker 0I yeah. So those 2 together and the reason why we're talking about this, they really go in tandem. I can tell you, you know, with me running a bunch of different cycles and whatnot,
15:07Speaker 0these 2 together have been
15:10Speaker 0amazing. Yep. I have noticed it again. I noticed that I noticed the MK-677
15:15Speaker 0literally immediately. Pumps were great. Mhmm. I just felt great. You know, I've been running HGH for a long time. I just had heard about the MK-677
15:23Speaker 0about 4 months ago. You and I talked about it and started running those too, and I gotta tell you, I love it. I
15:30Speaker 1yes. I'm a believer too. I love it too. Everybody who I have
15:33Speaker 1known who's taken it has loved it and literally feels it Yeah. The next day. Nice pumps. Full muscle. It gets yeah. You get you get huge pumps, full muscles. Right?
15:44Speaker 1Dosages.
15:45Speaker 1Dosages. Okay. So
15:47Speaker 125
15:49Speaker 1mg
15:50Speaker 1is the dose. The
15:52Speaker 1the stuff that I am used to taking, and I'm sure it comes in pills,
15:55Speaker 1but is a liquid dropper under your tongue, sublingual. I
15:59Speaker 1think this comes in 30
16:02Speaker 1mg/ml.
16:04Speaker 1So
16:05Speaker 1but we're trying to do 25 mg.
16:08Speaker 1So I don't know. About 0.75
16:10Speaker 1of a mil. Okay.
16:12Speaker 1But, again, people, that's just a specific
16:15Speaker 1brand that I use. So you're gonna have to figure it out yourself.
16:19Speaker 1And you can always go up. You can do 0.5. Yep. And then move up. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. I would start at about 0.5 the dose. Start at 0.5 of the dose that you're that that the ultimate goal is, right, and then work your way up. If you do well with it Yeah. Then easier way. Then keep going. Yeah.
16:34Speaker 0You know what else? Right? It's an HGH secretagog. So everything we just talked about for HGH, then all of those benefits, this is giving you those too because it is making your h you know, it's increasing your HGH. Yes. You take the HGH in the morning right away. Mhmm. And then you take this at night, it's gonna increase your own human growth hormone. So it seems to be a perfect blend of this little tandem attack on on the human growth hormone. Absolutely.
16:57Speaker 1And I guess the last thing is, man, do I see much better results for people who are a little bit older. Yeah. To be honest, like,
17:05Speaker 1when we're talking about HGH,
17:07Speaker 1if you're under 35, I'm I honestly will just say don't don't even bother. Don't waste your money. But,
17:14Speaker 1once you hit 35, 40, and your HH dips a little bit, like, oh, those make a huge difference. Absolutely. And so those of you who are of that age,
17:24Speaker 0try it. The stuff yes. It's the point of supplements. We're supplementing where we're starting to falter. Mhmm. You don't need to age like crap. We can age well. So guys that think that you shouldn't take testosterone replacement, you shouldn't take human growth hormone,
17:38Speaker 0they're just being silly.
17:40Speaker 0They're being silly. I'm not making use of technology. It's like, you know, saying like, no, I don't want a cell phone. It's not cheating. You're aging better. You can age well. Can feel better and all around. Well, awesome, man. Well, I appreciate you coming out.
17:53Speaker 0You know, it's it's great to have Will here. Guy knows a lot about a lot. If there's anything in particular, any supplements that you would like us to talk about, leave me a comment, do me a favor, like, subscribe, and send this to somebody.
18:07Speaker 0That's all we got.
