I'm your host, JD Denham. Not in the studio. I am in Cabo, San Lucas. Nice sun staring at me on the left side. But in the office, 1:21 Speaker 2: like always, in the studio is my co host, Mr. William T. Haas. What's going on from the Mainland? I guess you're still in the Mainland. Looking buff. Looking you're looking bigger, dude. What's been eating? He's going on vacation. 1:32 Speaker 2: He's going on vacation in a couple weeks. Yep. 1:36 Speaker 2: To Prague, then Italy, and we've already talked about it, so we're allowed to. He's gonna get hitched. 1:42 Speaker 2: So he's getting in shape. 1:43 Speaker 2: Yep. He's he's 1:45 Speaker 2: cutting out sugar, which I've never seen him do that since I've known him. How's that going? It's going alright. It's going okay. It was a good week. 1:51 Speaker 3: But I know I've actually I have done a good job of really of just cutting out this, yes, incessant 1:58 Speaker 3: like, I've lived my life just, hey. If there's anything that I ever want to eat in front of me, cool. I'll just eat it. Right? And now 2:06 Speaker 3: I'm still eating, like, some carbs, but I'm not, 2:09 Speaker 3: yeah, not going for the real sugar. I'm like, no. Thank you. No. Thank you. I feel a lot better. I feel better. Shit. I mean, I knew I mean, I've gone on, 2:19 Speaker 3: well, I guess I really haven't. I've done some, like, keto, some intermittent fasting stuff, but I've just never really needed to get I'm just kinda blessed to be really tall and lean naturally, and 2:29 Speaker 3: so 2:30 Speaker 3: Yeah. 2:31 Speaker 2: I- Yeah, I wish I was like that, man. But I've been trying- But when Will and I, I mean, we've known each other for so long that like, you don't remember how old you were, but you definitely were obviously a few years before 40, so maybe 37 or something. You were always eating the cookies and shit 2:46 Speaker 2: in the meetings and stuff. I'm like, dude, watch, man. It's gonna come back and bite you, and it's it's 2:51 Speaker 2: still has never done that, man. So I guess I I guess I stand corrected. Yeah. It hasn't really bit me. But and, you know, when it has been, 2:59 Speaker 3: like, people 3:01 Speaker 3: it also is really easy to eat all that stuff if you're, like, doing if you're doing HGH and you're doing testosterone, 3:07 Speaker 3: you're doing other things. Right? But 3:09 Speaker 3: in the last 3 months now, my testosterone is down to maybe 50 mg a week, and I'm not doing about that for a 2nd. How how do you feel? 3:20 Speaker 3: How do you feel? I'm I feel okay. Like, I didn't really have 3:24 Speaker 3: I guess, 3:25 Speaker 3: I feel good now. I think I have evened out a bit. I'm also taking HCG and then clomiphene to really to to counteract 3:33 Speaker 3: it, right, to get my nuts going and and get my natural production going. But there for sure was a letdown. There was but I also but I also weaned down. I didn't just go from 3:43 Speaker 3: 200 to 3:45 Speaker 3: 50 overnight. 3:47 Speaker 3: You know? I did I probably it probably took me 3 weeks to slowly 3:51 Speaker 3: wean 3:52 Speaker 3: down all the way, then maybe 3:55 Speaker 3: just slowly wean down all the way. So it 3:59 Speaker 3: so I don't know. I I did I note the big thing I noticed is my sex drive reduction 4:04 Speaker 3: for sure. 4:06 Speaker 3: That's gonna be back though, but, 4:08 Speaker 3: that's 1 of the big things. Yeah. 4:12 Speaker 2: Just bring some PT-one hundred 41 on your trip and you'll be good to Oh, yeah. There's other things that are not like that. But it does kinda want you kinda like start thinking about it. It does definitely help. It does. But that's so, you know, so it it was a I I noticed the let down for sure. 4:28 Speaker 3: I'm I will when I get the chance, an opportunity, I will go right back up and do go back up to doing testosterone. That's for sure. 4:36 Speaker 2: Great. Remember Adolfo? His wife was pregnant. He's like, give me some testosterone. Exactly. He's like, thank god. The day that I hear the day that I heard that she's pregnant. Yep. 4:48 Speaker 3: Yeah. I need some. 4:50 Speaker 2: Oh, man. 4:52 Speaker 2: I love it, man. Well, exciting. Good stuff, man. So let's get it kicked off so you guys can get back to work, and I can go eat with my fam. So you wanna start us off? Sure. Good. The q and a episode. Okay. Q and a. Here we go, guys. Question number 1. Hey, guys. 5:06 Speaker 3: 50 year old woman, and I've been on a weight loss stack, which includes Retta, 5:11 Speaker 3: Cloe, SS 31, HGH, 5:14 Speaker 3: FRAG, 5:15 Speaker 3: SLU-BAM, 5:16 Speaker 3: Tesofensine, 5:17 Speaker 3: Modafinil only once in a while. Just took a break from MOTS-1NAD. 5:21 Speaker 3: I've lost 30 pounds so far. No doubt. 5:25 Speaker 3: I am all set with my peptide stat, but I need some help and advice on diet and exercise. You guys preach about it all the time and that it needs to be the 1st thing that we do along with hormones that need to be in check. I know this podcast is all about peptides, but can you guys talk about diet and exercise recommendations 5:41 Speaker 3: for a 50 year old woman who needs to lose another 30 pounds? Any advice is appreciated. 5:47 Speaker 3: Thanks for all you do. I appreciate you both so much. 5:52 Speaker 3: Alright. That's 5:54 Speaker 2: valid question. Yeah, you want me to take that? Yeah, go ahead. Start off. This is 5:59 Speaker 3: Yeah, and that was a It's a loaded question. Right? 6:02 Speaker 3: Yeah, we can probably talk for 48 hours 6:05 Speaker 2: on diet and exercise. Well, we talk about it a lot. I mean, I think in regards, she 6:11 Speaker 2: said that she didn't, 6:12 Speaker 2: know, talking about in regards to getting the hormones right. So I took it kind of as she was kind of curious on what she needs to get ran to get her hormones. So here, I've been having this question pop up a lot because we've been talking about it a lot, even my wife's mom. 6:28 Speaker 2: I could go on and on and on. So estradiol, progesterone, 6:31 Speaker 2: total 6:32 Speaker 2: test, free test, 6:34 Speaker 2: thyroid, 6:35 Speaker 2: free 6:36 Speaker 2: T3, T4, 6:38 Speaker 2: cortisol, insulin, 6:40 Speaker 2: and fasting glucose 6:42 Speaker 2: are the ones that you wanna get tested. And 6:45 Speaker 2: that's gonna help you in regards to that. I know that you're 50 years old, and I believe that Will and I will both agree on this. You could tell me, Will, is I 6:54 Speaker 2: think 1 thing women fall short on is they don't eat enough protein. They 6:59 Speaker 2: just that's just the truth. I think that, you know, women still need to eat about a gram of protein 7:04 Speaker 2: per body weight. And I think a lot of people, a lot of women don't do that. A lot of women think that they need to do cardio rather than resistance training. So resistance training, 7:15 Speaker 2: 1 g of protein, you want to get that in for sure. 7:19 Speaker 2: And I'm going to be 7:21 Speaker 2: redundant probably a lot on this, but the sleep, 7:25 Speaker 2: 7 to 8 hours 7:26 Speaker 2: alone, those are going to set that base that we speak of 7:31 Speaker 2: all the time. So resistance training, 7:34 Speaker 2: you got to get that in there. I would say for a 50 year old, at least 4 times a week, shoot, if you can do 5, do 5. If you really like cardio, 7:42 Speaker 2: you know, you want to do maybe 20 to 30 minutes and that's it 3 times a week. Because that resistance training is really the key 7:50 Speaker 2: to even you ladies. What do you think, though? Okay. So agreed. 7:54 Speaker 3: I've had this question a lot in the history of life, 7:58 Speaker 3: from 7:59 Speaker 3: friends. I mean, just from all so I've 8:01 Speaker 3: okay. As far as the exercise goes, absolutely, 8:05 Speaker 3: everybody, 8:06 Speaker 3: everybody, if you wanna lose weight, if you wanna hey, if you wanna lose weight, you need to lift weights. If you wanna gain muscle, you need to lift weights. Or resistance training. We say resistance training, that can be bands. That can be like it doesn't have to be like hard metal iron. Alright? 8:20 Speaker 3: It could be bands, but it needs to essentially, the goal is to make the muscles sore. K? That is your key. So when we are you have to we are tearing the muscle down. So you need to make them work harder than they're capable of 8:33 Speaker 3: so they actually cause thousands of small little micro tears. Right? And then when you eat protein over the next day and sleep, 8:41 Speaker 3: it fills in those micro tears and your muscles get grow back stronger, tighter, denser, 8:47 Speaker 3: bigger if you are lifting for, you know, if you're a man with a lot of testosterone. 8:52 Speaker 3: But there's a reason if you go look at go to the gym. Look at the women in the weight room. 8:57 Speaker 3: Look at the women on the cardio equipment. Tell me who's in better shape. Right? 9:01 Speaker 3: Right. It just also, if you're just doing cardio, here's the issues. Well, a, your body's gonna break down because it's just a lot of repetitive stress. Right? You probably won't get sore after the 2nd 1st, 2nd, 3rd time you you do any cardio. Okay? Because our bodies the human body just gets really good at doing anything. It adapts like crazy. Okay? And it it tries to find the the path of least resistance. So if it can adapt to doing cardio, then it then it will, 9:29 Speaker 3: and therefore, your butt muscles aren't gonna get sore, 9:32 Speaker 3: and your body burns a whole ton of calories. You burn they burn say something like 400 calories over a 24 hour period of your body just repairing. So if a muscle's sore, just trying to create new muscle out of thin air raises your metabolism by 400 calories a day, 9:48 Speaker 3: and which is your basal metabolic rate. 9:51 Speaker 3: So 9:52 Speaker 3: you need to lift weights. Cardio is gonna just burn calories off you. It's gonna burn muscle. K? You're gonna burn your muscle off. 9:58 Speaker 3: You're gonna injure yourself, and you're not even get that managed calorie burn, and you're not even getting you're not gonna get that recovery calorie burn. You're just, as soon as you step off that treadmill, that's it. Calories are done. If you lift weights, cool. You lift weights for up to 0.5 hour. 10:11 Speaker 3: You're gonna get calorie burn over the next, you know, 24 hours or so. So lift weights. It'll be good for your body, especially at 50 years old. Resistance training is how you make your bone densities 10:22 Speaker 3: your bones stronger and increase your bone density. 10:25 Speaker 3: You actually cause Yeah. Tears in those bone fibers, and they will they will condense. 10:30 Speaker 3: And 10:31 Speaker 3: let me see. Looking at her stack. Right? I would, as a 50 year old, I would add in some HGH secretagogue, 10:37 Speaker 3: if not actual HGH, 10:39 Speaker 3: because that is absolutely gonna help increase your bone density. It's gonna help recover 10:44 Speaker 3: your muscles faster and everything in your whole body will recover faster. So I would think about adding that in. Absolutely. So 10:51 Speaker 3: weight training, you gotta do it. Yeah. Do it 4 days a week, and it doesn't have to be long. Right? Don't overtrain. 10:56 Speaker 3: 30 minutes. You know, the goal is to work out every muscle in your body at the very least once a week to soreness, and it should be sore 2 to 2 2 days or so. K? 2 to 3 days. If a person can accomplish that, awesome. The nutrition, 11:11 Speaker 3: protein. Hit your grams of protein. If you're a woman even and you're actually lifting weights, 11:16 Speaker 3: then, yeah, 1 g of protein per 1 per pound of body weight, 11:21 Speaker 3: is the general rule. For a man, I'd say a gram and 0.5 11:25 Speaker 3: per pound. The the truth is if you can stay away from sugar and you can hit your protein, I guarantee that's gonna make a huge difference. 11:34 Speaker 3: Else falls in line. Like, to oversimplify it, like, honestly, 11:38 Speaker 3: that's the hard thing, and your protein intake needs to be from real food. Protein shakes, okay, maybe 2 or so a day, but 11:46 Speaker 3: you can't just live on that stuff. It needs to be you need to eat some real food. 11:51 Speaker 3: Would do a quick protein shake post workout, 11:53 Speaker 3: and right before bed. Eat protein right before you go to bed, don't eat carbs right before you go to bed. 11:59 Speaker 3: When we are sleeping, that's when we're building all of our muscle, and it needs material to build. So you need to give it some stuff right before you go to sleep, 12:06 Speaker 3: so then it will build. 12:08 Speaker 3: Carbohydrates, we eat the carbs, it takes them 2, 3 hours or so to finally break down and turn into sugar to make usable fuel, and if we're sleeping when they've turned into sugar, they decide, meh, I'll just store them as fat for later use, and that's no good. 12:24 Speaker 3: So that's as much as I got for the time that we have. 12:27 Speaker 2: Good stuff. 12:28 Speaker 2: Like it. 12:30 Speaker 2: Alright. Hey, guys. I work roughly 18 oh, this 1 is a good 1. Hey, guys. I work roughly 18 to 20 hours per day. What do you Monday through Friday. I sleep about 2 to 3 hours on those days. I fully understand sleep is important and I need to get more of it, but it's just not possible at this time. Is there a stack you would recommend someone with a lifestyle to hopefully negate some of the neg negative effects of being sleep deprived. Thanks. 12:57 Speaker 2: Love the community brands you guys built PS. I'm 45 year old male, about 160 13:02 Speaker 2: pounds, 16% body fat, 13:05 Speaker 2: excellent DEXA, and good blood work currently on Retta. 13:08 Speaker 2: Whoo. Man, I just would love to know what this guy does. What do you do? Do, dude? 18 to 20 hours, Monday through Friday. 13:16 Speaker 2: How old does he say that? 45. 45. You are oh, 45. You're gonna hit a wall, dude. Hell yeah. I can't believe you haven't already. So, 13:24 Speaker 3: yeah. Yeah. My here's my here's my take on it is you could try DSIP to help you get into REM sleep really fast to just maximize those 2 to 3 hours of sleep, 13:34 Speaker 3: and to make sure that you're not wasting that small time that you have trying to fall asleep. So d DSIP, 13:40 Speaker 3: delta sleep inducing peptide. I would absolutely do SS-thirty 1 and MOTS-three to 13:46 Speaker 3: just help your mitochondrial function because all of that sleep did 13:51 Speaker 3: sleep is vitally important. Right? 13:54 Speaker 3: You can die from just from not sleeping enough. It can give you lots and lots of problems. 13:59 Speaker 2: I won't go into detail, but I think we all know. Yeah. So, you know, I've talked about it a lot, and I'm telling you, man, you're gonna hit a wall. You're 45, so you and I are damn close in age. I lived that those on those hours for quite some time, and I did fine until I didn't, and I hit a wall. So it was brutal. It knocked me on my ass, and I'm still trying to rectify the bones, so to speak. 14:22 Speaker 2: You're gonna hold on to fat. 14:23 Speaker 2: You are going to just hold fat in your stomach, 14:27 Speaker 2: so you need to work that. Are you on TRT? Does he say that? I don't think so. You definitely need to be if you are not. 14:35 Speaker 2: Yeah, SS-31MOTS-C, 14:37 Speaker 2: we'll talk about that. I would say your immune system's probably shocked because you're not sleeping much, so I'd add in a TA-one and 14:43 Speaker 2: NAD. So that's gonna at least give you some cellular 14:47 Speaker 2: energy. But brother, if you don't fix your sleep, dude, the peptides aren't gonna sorry to be blunt, do shit. You're going to get nailed. So 14:54 Speaker 2: I don't know what you do for a living. I would love for you to shoot us a DM and tell me what you do for a living. I'm super curious 15:01 Speaker 2: just because I wanna know, but 15:04 Speaker 2: that's just the blunt truth, brother. You need to fix that or you're gonna run into some health problems, man. Yes. Yep. Telling you. MODaphoneil has literally made her shift work this way. Age, you know, at 25? 15:16 Speaker 2: Yeah. I did a lot of lot of things with no sleep. 15:19 Speaker 2: Lived the telephone. Not in 45. Right. 15:22 Speaker 3: That's tough, dude. There's it's there's you could do some things to help you just get through the day and maybe function, but, like, internally, 15:31 Speaker 3: yeah, you just need to get more sleep, dude, somehow. 15:34 Speaker 3: Okay. 15:35 Speaker 3: Alright. Number 3. 1st off, love you guys and your show. I started listening late last year and have learned so much from the podcast in school. 15:43 Speaker 3: I'm 45 year old male, 180. 15:46 Speaker 3: I started my peptide journey with Wolverine to help with nagging lifting injuries 15:51 Speaker 3: and now expanding to 1 mg of MOTS-se, 1 mg SS 31, 15:56 Speaker 3: 1 unit 15:58 Speaker 3: of Clo, 15:59 Speaker 3: so 0.5 16:01 Speaker 3: TB 500.5 16:02 Speaker 3: BPC, 16:03 Speaker 3: and 2.5 GHKCu, 16:05 Speaker 3: and 0.5 KPV. So that would we call 10 units. 16:11 Speaker 3: And, 2 mg of Wolverine, 2 mg of Kertilax, 1 mg TA 0.5 a mg Tessa, 0.5 mg IPA all daily. I know you've had multiple discussions about mixing multiple peptides in a syringe, but curious what your thoughts are about mixing a week's worth of peptides in a vial. 16:29 Speaker 3: For example, I do MOTS-C and SS-thirty 1 1st thing in the morning. 16:34 Speaker 3: On Sunday, could I mix 7 mgs of MOTS-C 16:38 Speaker 3: and, 16:40 Speaker 3: 7 migs of SS-thirty 1 into a vial and then draw out 2 migs every morning? Could I guarantee I would get a, 1 big and both draw? Absolutely. Yeah. I was curious how you're gonna answer that. So curious how I was gonna answer. So the math works out, dude. Like, so 1st of all, in the example of SS-31 and MOTS-3one 16:57 Speaker 3: is absolutely 17:00 Speaker 3: that is perfect. 17:01 Speaker 3: Those if they're all water based, water will mix perfectly together 17:07 Speaker 3: when you combine it. 17:08 Speaker 3: So if you combine them and it all is now crystal clear and you draw out 17:14 Speaker 3: 2 Migs, you will get 1 Mig of each if you mix equal parts. Right? The hard part is I definitely think that SS 31 should people should be doing more of that. Right? I think like 5 mgs. I knew you're gonna say that, dude. 5 mgs to 1 mgs, and so you just gotta do the math on that 1. Right? If you wanna go 7 days, right, you need to put 35 mgs of 17:33 Speaker 3: SS 31 in and 7 mg of 17:38 Speaker 3: MOTS-3. 17:39 Speaker 3: And then you'll get 5 and 1. So, yes, dude, your math is correct and totally that's okay. The things I wouldn't do this with though is the Tessa IpA 17:49 Speaker 3: seems to not do well with other compounds. Also, Reta seems to any of the GLPs don't do well 17:56 Speaker 3: mixed in the same like liquid, 17:58 Speaker 3: and 17:59 Speaker 3: anything anything HGH, 18:01 Speaker 3: HCG, 18:02 Speaker 3: any secretagogues, 18:03 Speaker 3: and the GLP-1s, 18:05 Speaker 3: those ones I find that, if you mix them together 18:08 Speaker 3: with anything else that turns cloudy and that's no good. 18:11 Speaker 3: But all the other stuff that you said, if you can do the math on it, yeah, you're right, and that that works, and I and I think that's a great idea. 18:19 Speaker 2: Yeah. It's great. I agree. I was wondering what you're gonna say on that, Will. As long as you calculate the math, that's all it is, then I think you're good. I mean, it just depends on how how I mean, I'm all about, like, being efficient and cutting down on time. 18:34 Speaker 2: I mean, I would probably prefer per personally to just do, you know, them and the same thing each day, but you do you, man. Yeah. We both agree. I was curious how Will was gonna answer that because we didn't talk about that. So, yeah, I agree with Will. Go ahead and do it, man. Save yourself some time. Yep. Alright. 18:50 Speaker 2: What's up, guys? I'm a 45 year old male who just started Peptides a few months ago. I love the show and listened so much that down my other morning, my wife heard me listening and said, I hear these guys so much, I feel like they're lyrics. That's hilarious. 19:04 Speaker 2: That was funny. I read this this morning. I was busting up. That was rad. I started a stack 12 weeks ago of Retta, 19:10 Speaker 2: Khloe, 19:11 Speaker 2: CJC-twelve 19:12 Speaker 2: 95, no DAC with Ipamorelin. 19:15 Speaker 2: My entire life, I dealt with an awful stomach issue 19:18 Speaker 2: no matter what I ate. 10 minutes later, I'm in the bathroom. 19:22 Speaker 2: I've seen numerous doctors, so many tests done, but no answer. After 2 weeks being on that stack, I haven't had a stomach issue, 19:29 Speaker 2: yet. My life has changed incredibly. Wow. That is freaking awesome, man. Here's my question. I just stopped Clo. 19:37 Speaker 2: Will my stomach issues come back, or should I just take BPC-one 19:41 Speaker 2: hundred 57 to help with my stomach? 19:44 Speaker 2: How how long can I take it for? 19:47 Speaker 2: Wow. 19:48 Speaker 3: Were you blown away by that? Yeah. I mean, kind of, but not really because we keep hearing just miracle stories, but, like, that's amazing because that would suck. You're living your whole life like 19:58 Speaker 3: that, and now it all of a sudden being healed, good. 20:02 Speaker 3: That's amazing. And that's 20:04 Speaker 3: Yeah. That's freaking awesome. 20:07 Speaker 2: Hell yeah. 20:08 Speaker 2: So are you, 20:11 Speaker 2: so what I would say, if you're gonna cut out the clo, which is the main thing I think that is gonna be the best for you was the KPV. Yeah. 20:19 Speaker 2: And, you know, the copper is the only thing that you should worry about. I'm assuming that's why you're doing that. But just add in the KPV, actual KPV, 20:27 Speaker 2: and then the Wolverine, and then you could take tons of those. You can also take the orals of both. Can take that as well. You can take the oral KPV and the oral BPC-one 20:38 Speaker 2: hundred 57, because those are really for your gut. 20:42 Speaker 2: But, yeah, was amazed that it it heal just so quick, but again, that's why everybody's taking these peptides because they're freaking awesome. Yeah. I think that so here's the here's my take on it, but it's 20:53 Speaker 3: it's the BPC and the KPV 20:56 Speaker 3: that should that that's my thought of what has Propel fitness water with Gatorade electrolytes, 21:02 Speaker 4: 0 sugar, and vitamins. Propel hydrates better than water to help you get the most out of your workout and get back to your best self. What propels you? Propel with Gatorade Electrolytes. 21:14 Speaker 6: I get so many headaches every month. It could be chronic migraine, 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting 4 hours or more. Botox Autobotulinum 21:24 Speaker 2: Toxin A, prevents headaches in adults with chronic migraine. It's not for those who have 14 or fewer headache days a month. Prescription Botox is injected by your doctor. Effects of Botox may spread hours to weeks after injection, causing serious symptoms. Fix 22:16 Speaker 3: your stomach issue. 22:18 Speaker 3: If you pull out the clo, 22:20 Speaker 3: usually, 22:21 Speaker 3: these things don't really 22:23 Speaker 3: just completely reverse the issue forever. 22:25 Speaker 3: Right? 22:27 Speaker 3: Are helping, especially the BPC, right, is helping that your mucus membrane inside of your stomach remain strong and and and stay. And now if you stop taking it, it's gonna revert back to where your body was naturally. So but I don't think it was as much the TB-five hundred and the GHK- inside of the CLO as it was the other 2, and so if you stop CLO, then absolutely, I would take BPC and KPV, either injectable or orals. Theoretically, the orals should work better for your situation, 22:56 Speaker 3: but you're but, man, some crazy things have happened. Who knows? Maybe you do that and and it comes back, and if it comes back, then just get back onto the CLO. How long can you take it? Frankly, yes, he's right. GHKC is the only 1 that we kind of worry about. 23:10 Speaker 3: I know people who've who are adamant about taking it for a year every day, and they're still alive. 23:16 Speaker 3: But as far as the BPC and KPV, you may take that every day for the rest of your life with no problems. 23:23 Speaker 3: And if that's what it takes to solve this stomach issue, I probably I would, I wouldn't blame you, and I would do the same thing. I would take it every day 23:31 Speaker 2: till I die. Good for you, man. How cool. Yeah. That's dope. I'm so I'm so stoked to hear that. You healed here through your gut. I don't know what you have, man. I would those doctors couldn't figure it out. That's crazy. But Well, we've been doing some, like, in house, you know, not 23:46 Speaker 3: exactly controlled studies on, 23:49 Speaker 3: dogs. And 1 of our employees' dog who has had, like, chronic diarrhea always entire life, and she started giving it KPV 23:57 Speaker 3: and BPC, 23:58 Speaker 3: and it is, like, within a day, 2 days, maybe, Dog started taking regular 24:03 Speaker 3: poops and has continued. 24:05 Speaker 2: Unreal. 24:07 Speaker 2: So rad. Yeah. 24:08 Speaker 2: I love this stuff, man. 24:11 Speaker 2: Cool. Hope that helps, man. Who's up, mate? You. 24:15 Speaker 3: I'm up. Actually, it's probably me. Hi, JD and Will. 24:19 Speaker 2: Go ahead. Okay. 24:21 Speaker 3: Hi, JD and Will. I will do it. I'm a 65 year old female on TRT, desiccated thyroid, 24:28 Speaker 3: and finally talked my 24:30 Speaker 3: naturopathic 24:31 Speaker 3: doctor into ordering BHRT, 24:34 Speaker 3: estrogen estradiol 24:35 Speaker 3: cream. 24:36 Speaker 3: I wanted progesterone, but for some reason, he's waiting on that to see how I do on the estrogen 1st. 24:42 Speaker 3: But I definitely plan on pushing it as I know that progesterone 24:45 Speaker 3: is just as important, if not more, 24:49 Speaker 3: as everything else. I keep hearing that HGH is something I definitely should be taking, but not sure what type and how to order this. So, you know, I think yeah. JD, what do you got to say to that 1? 24:59 Speaker 2: I think at your age, yeah. You know, we we're very blunt about 25:04 Speaker 2: our opinions on HGH. 25:07 Speaker 2: And, yeah, I think you should. I think you should. In regards to the confusing part, it's confusing to everybody for sure. 25:13 Speaker 2: Absolutely, we could help you. When it comes to getting it, you know, I can just give you the heads up on where I get it. And I don't mind doing that because I love it. I'm a big fan of it. So you could shoot me a DM wherever 25:24 Speaker 2: you find 25:25 Speaker 2: us. If it's school, if it's 25:28 Speaker 2: Instagram or wherever you found us, it'll get to Will and I, and I'd have to be happy to tell you where I I get it. But my my take is, yeah, you should. I think you I think at your age, any secretagogue is not gonna do do it for you. You're just, you know, hate to say it for lack of a better way to say it, you're a little bit too old for that. 25:44 Speaker 2: I think 1 IU without a doubt, maybe because of age, what do you think? Will, maybe. Could she push it to 2 IU? I think that's still low dose. Yeah, it is. But low and slow. Go take IU. I would just start with long I would start with 1 IU and just, I don't know, leave it there for a while. 25:59 Speaker 2: Yeah. It's a long play. We've said that numerous times, 26:03 Speaker 2: but I think, well, I both agree, it's it's in our it's in my top 2 forever. I I think it's great. And did it, I left my HGH at home and didn't bring it on this trip and I was bummed. So 26:14 Speaker 2: it is what it is, but yeah, I think you should do it and we will help you with that. And if you have some questions on how to do it, sure, of course, we'll help you with that. We have no problem. 26:23 Speaker 2: Absolutely. 26:24 Speaker 2: How are we gonna help? 26:26 Speaker 3: Now you're up. 26:29 Speaker 2: I'm up. Alright, next pitch. You got it. 26:33 Speaker 2: As someone who has been on GLP for 2 years, lost 110 26:37 Speaker 2: pounds, currently at 2 20 pounds, 26:40 Speaker 2: and feeling better than ever. 43 year old male, no kids in future. I walk 3 to 4 miles daily, 26:48 Speaker 2: heavy lifting 5 days a week, currently running Reta and BPC. 26:52 Speaker 2: Plan to stack Tessipa 26:54 Speaker 2: GHK- 26:55 Speaker 2: in a month. My testosterone 26:58 Speaker 2: is 5 60 with 26:59 Speaker 2: a free testosterone of 12. 27:02 Speaker 2: Doctor doesn't think I need TRT, 27:05 Speaker 2: but seems to like my values are on the low, 27:08 Speaker 2: seems like my values are on the low to mid range. What are the pros and cons of getting on TRT? 27:14 Speaker 2: What value should I be aiming for? What are some of the easiest ways to get on TRT? 27:20 Speaker 3: You want me to go? I will go. Let me go give you my quick rundown on this. So what are the benefits, pros and cons of TRT? So if you're on testosterone, like Long you got. Here is, like, you your metabolism will speed up a bit. K? It'll be easier to burn fat. It'll be a lot, it'll be easier to build muscle. 27:38 Speaker 3: At about 200 is about a kind of a max TRT dose. 27:42 Speaker 3: You're not, that's not truly like anabolic. You're not gonna just start popping muscles out at about 400 mg is what they call the anabolic threshold. So about then, then you're gonna your protein synthesis, which basically turning protein into muscle goes through the roof and you will start popping muscles out. But on a TRT dose, 28:01 Speaker 3: metabolism increase. 28:03 Speaker 3: You sure as hell won't lose any muscle, but it'll help you gain muscle if that's the goal and you're working hard and you're eating enough and lifting enough weights trying to gain muscle. Your sex drive will go way up. Your 28:13 Speaker 3: sleep will get better. You'll be happier. 28:16 Speaker 3: Your body will recover everywhere faster. 28:19 Speaker 3: You'll have more energy and motivation and not just like physical, but like your brain motivated. Like, right, you will be you'll be happier and more motivated to get stuff done. 28:28 Speaker 3: There's all the benefits. 28:30 Speaker 3: The cons here is that you have to inject yourself twice a week. 28:35 Speaker 3: There is the potential, so anytime that we're actually we're adding testosterone, 28:39 Speaker 3: your body, our body has this much test in a man and this much estrogen. Okay? It likes this ratio. As soon as we add more tests, there's a potential for your estrogen to raise. Some people, 28:50 Speaker 3: estrogen goes really high, okay? They're just genetically predisposed to having higher estrogen when it changes. Some people's doesn't really change at all, okay? So just know 29:00 Speaker 3: estrogen may be something you need to manage. On a TRT dose, 29:05 Speaker 3: you really shouldn't though, it shouldn't be creating a bunch of estrogen unless you're 1 of the unluckies that actually, that your body just happens to produce a lot of estrogen. You're not bad, it just is what it is. Some people are that way. So 29:16 Speaker 3: just be aware, 1 con is like, you gotta manage, you gotta pay attention to your body and manage your estrogen. 29:22 Speaker 3: You're looking at 3 things, water 29:25 Speaker 3: retention, extra like excess water retention, looking a bit bloated, nipple sensitivity, that's a start of gyno, 29:32 Speaker 3: and any extra acne, 29:34 Speaker 3: especially like looking dotted out or on your shoulders, 29:37 Speaker 3: that is estrogen 29:38 Speaker 3: symptoms. Jeez, maybe. And it's time to start taking in 29:42 Speaker 3: an AI, a low dose of an AI and be consistent with it. So there's some cons. The other con is, yeah, in some people, right, your male pattern baldness, it can increase your DHT, 29:54 Speaker 3: and it can help you go bald a little bit faster. It can but again, on a TRT dose, 30:00 Speaker 3: that's mitigated a lot. 30:02 Speaker 3: It can 30:04 Speaker 3: well, if you have prostate cancer potentially, like you're gonna create prostate cancer, it helps your d it increases your DHT, which contributes to that. 30:13 Speaker 3: And 30:14 Speaker 3: finally, 30:16 Speaker 3: I'm missing something, but 30:18 Speaker 3: those are all just manageable things and I don't know, 30:22 Speaker 3: 1 in 100 people have a problem with it like, oh, fertility. So like, hey, guys, just just realize that we you don't have kids in your future, so so who cares? But if we have natural 30:34 Speaker 3: testosterone is over here, we start doing, we start doing tests and our body goes, hey, I don't I don't look how much we have. I don't need to make as much. And so slowly over time, that will diminish. 30:44 Speaker 3: You can take HCG running it concurrently throughout 30:47 Speaker 3: your TRT, and that can help your natural test not drop off. 30:52 Speaker 3: But really, we care about that because you wanna have kids. If you don't wanna have kids, then it's 30:57 Speaker 3: not that important. 30:58 Speaker 3: You just need to keep doing it for testosterone. 31:01 Speaker 3: I mean, you really, 31:03 Speaker 3: it's not like once you start, you always have to have be on it for the rest of your life. That's not true. But if you're on it and you've been on it for a while, 6 months, a year or so, if you decide to get off, you should slowly wean yourself off and expect, 31:15 Speaker 3: you know, not to feel amazing that whole time. Right? You might have a little like like I explained at the beginning of this. So there's that, and, 31:24 Speaker 3: at 5 60, at 45, 31:27 Speaker 3: that's probably about normal, but you could be living way better. 31:31 Speaker 3: That's all I have. Yeah. 31:34 Speaker 2: Yeah. You know that. That was great. I think the only thing that I'll add to this is it's gonna be a matter of opinion. I mean, the doctor says that. Where I'm I focus on is your free test, which really gives you your sex drive and your focus and your energy. And that's low. I mean, it's not a math equation where 31:51 Speaker 2: this works for me, so it's going work for you again, because we're all very different, but 31:57 Speaker 2: that is low for free testosterone. 31:59 Speaker 2: So I would say, I would imagine your sex 32:02 Speaker 2: drive is low. 32:03 Speaker 2: So the easiest way is your total test is your bank account. 32:08 Speaker 2: That's what you have your money in your bank account. Free test is what you have in your wallet and what you can spend. So if your free test is super low, you got no money and you're tired, you can't get any food, know what I mean? 32:20 Speaker 2: Sex drive. 32:22 Speaker 2: I would say if it's me, I'll always answer for me. I would absolutely do it. 32:28 Speaker 2: Those numbers are okay, 32:29 Speaker 2: but I like to feel really good and I like to lift heavy weights and I like to recover better and I don't like to hold on to fat and I like to sleep better, all the above. So 32:40 Speaker 2: if you can 32:42 Speaker 2: battle that where you're at now just to keep it 5 60 or you can just take testosterone twice a week and radically feel better, 32:50 Speaker 2: that's how I would do it. 32:52 Speaker 3: Yep. Good job. Alright. There it is, buddy. So, hey, guys. I'm 41 years old, and I played high level competitive 32:59 Speaker 3: sports most of my life. As you can relate, I've, I I have suffered many injuries over the years, and as I get older, it takes longer to recover. 33:10 Speaker 3: I play competitive sports, but now train, 33:12 Speaker 3: Muay Thai 3 to 5 days a week. 33:15 Speaker 3: And when I'm home from work and in the gym every day when I'm away from work, 33:20 Speaker 3: do you have any recommendation to help me recover a bit easier and a little faster? 33:25 Speaker 3: I'm a single dad with a 9 year old boy, and it would be nice to stay fit and healthy, but also not hurt so much while loading the dirt bikes or boat when the kiddo want to leave and have some fun on the weekend. Currently, using 33:39 Speaker 3: BPC-one 33:40 Speaker 3: 157 and TB-five 100 for a torn bicep, also using Retta, GHKCu, 33:44 Speaker 3: and MOTS-8. Love the show. Appreciate all the info you guys share. 33:49 Speaker 3: Hell yeah. 41? I would so the 1st thing I would point to based on what you are taking for recovery is a growth is an HGH secretagogue. 33:58 Speaker 3: And as a male at your age, right, 34:01 Speaker 3: you could, I would say, 34:04 Speaker 3: it's your choice, did Tessa, Ipamorelin, or CJC 34:07 Speaker 3: Ipamorelin. 34:08 Speaker 3: So 1 of those 2 blends, 34:11 Speaker 3: would be my go to unless you wanna start taking real HGH. 34:15 Speaker 3: You're right about the age where it'll probably start working well. You, but you you could try the others depending on how your natural pituitary is working right now. We don't really know, but you just only know that by, well, trying or, 34:27 Speaker 3: yeah, trying. 34:28 Speaker 3: So that would be my biggest 34:30 Speaker 3: 1 to help you absolutely recover considering everything else you're already taking. 34:35 Speaker 2: Yeah. 34:36 Speaker 3: I mean, I could give you a list of what everybody else should take, but recovery, 34:40 Speaker 3: that's gonna be the number 1. 34:43 Speaker 2: Yeah, and 2, you don't say TRT, 34:46 Speaker 2: so that 34:48 Speaker 2: always helps for everybody that's writing in any questions. If you are not 34:52 Speaker 2: on testosterone replacement or at least kind of mention that, because it really does help us answer the question, 34:58 Speaker 2: Because if you're not, you 35:00 Speaker 2: need to at least go get your blood work and be 35:02 Speaker 2: able to make an educated 35:04 Speaker 2: opinion if you should. And then you can add in the HGH or a secretagog without 35:09 Speaker 2: a doubt. And I mean, I don't know, maybe I'll take a different spin. 35:13 Speaker 2: When we get in our forties, man, we just get old, dude, and just it is what it is. And like, I 35:18 Speaker 2: can't even tell you if I've ever been to the gym in the last 10 years if I haven't hurt. I mean, I take my son to jujitsu, and 35:26 Speaker 2: the 1st of every month is like dad and son roll day. You know? And, like, of course, I'm gonna get on the mat and roll with him. I'm I'm old, dude. Like, 35:35 Speaker 2: I'm just running and, like, doing the bear crawls and bear bear crawls backwards and, like, dude, I'm like, it hurts. 35:42 Speaker 2: I like the I look like I'm in shape, but, like, we're old, dude, and it's just part of the game, dude. But, like, just get out there with your kid no matter what and just get through the pain and, like, you know, we're gonna ache a little bit, and that's just part of the game. I mean, creatine, obviously, up your protein. Make sure you're hydrated. These are just the obvious ones and 36:00 Speaker 2: good sleep and, 36:02 Speaker 2: you know, we'll answer the HGH. That's definitely gonna help. But, dude, if you're not on TRT, man Yep. That'll help a lot. That's gonna blow up. A A lot. Yep. 36:11 Speaker 2: You're up. But good stuff. 36:15 Speaker 2: This is a good I'm up. Yep. Alright. What's up, fellas? I'm 31 and have been locked into my fitness journey for 7 months. 36:22 Speaker 2: I started using Wolverine to help me stay in the gym with an old football shoulder injury. 36:28 Speaker 2: I then gave Retta a try and it's a game changer. 36:32 Speaker 2: I am down from 2 42 36:34 Speaker 2: to 185. 36:37 Speaker 2: Man, good for you, brother. I gave up nicotine a year ago and alcohol 36:42 Speaker 2: 6 months ago. Yep. Another clap for you. I feel great, but I'm having trouble relaxing and hanging out with my kids. 36:51 Speaker 2: Not that I don't want to, but I get productivity 36:55 Speaker 2: guilt. 36:56 Speaker 2: Alcohol used to help me relax and have fun. I'm wondering if you have any recommendations for me to slow down and enjoy little things and activities. 37:04 Speaker 2: I recently ordered Semax and Selank, but haven't tried them yet. 37:09 Speaker 2: I will be in 37:11 Speaker 2: the next few days. 37:13 Speaker 3: It's a great question, man. It's a really good question. It's like a 100% valid and I can relate to it all. So, 37:19 Speaker 3: yeah, dude, that's, I think that's it's 37:22 Speaker 3: a very good question and it is a real struggle. I totally understand. Yes. When 37:27 Speaker 3: I 37:28 Speaker 3: I still 37:29 Speaker 3: still struggle with this, right? It's like, I don't drink and drinking used to let me just kind of forget things and be able to sit on the couch and just like be amazed about 37:38 Speaker 3: a TV show or just talking to somebody, you know? 37:41 Speaker 3: I now 37:43 Speaker 3: definitely, 37:44 Speaker 3: like, need to be doing something. Ask the family at home, right? 37:49 Speaker 3: I would rather be like, I don't know, working on something than sitting there watching TV, man. I don't see how they can just sit there and watch TV. 37:58 Speaker 3: But 37:59 Speaker 3: with time, man, with time, 38:03 Speaker 3: I don't really have a solution for you other than 38:07 Speaker 3: just real just force yourself to know what is what's important in life, right, and balance. 38:13 Speaker 3: You know, you just need to and also think of, yo, rest time, 38:17 Speaker 3: rest and relax time is production. 38:20 Speaker 3: That's 1 thing that I have to learn is go, 38:23 Speaker 3: I my productivity 38:25 Speaker 3: is decreased, 38:27 Speaker 3: the less I actually give myself some rest because I might be trying hard, but I'm not really getting much done, you know? And 38:33 Speaker 3: your family is really important and maybe just set times. Like, I would maybe just block out and say, Look, you know, you really probably can't afford to 38:42 Speaker 3: to spend an hour 38:44 Speaker 3: a day or longer, right, with your family and just say, okay, I'm putting the phone away and this is what I am doing no matter what. And then when that's done, cool, you go back to work. Maybe sit yourself in little time blocks, 38:56 Speaker 3: but keep working at it, dude. The fact that you're actually thinking about it and care enough to ask 39:02 Speaker 3: means that I think that you're on the right track and you will figure it out, but just keep not drinking alcohol. 39:09 Speaker 3: Do not let the alcohol go. Good answer. 39:12 Speaker 3: It's like, oh, man. They like me better when I was drinking. I should probably go drink. No. No. Don't do that. 39:19 Speaker 3: You'll get better. 39:20 Speaker 2: So that's that's all I can really Good on nicotine too. Really hard on the nicotine shit. Yeah, it's universal, man. It's universal as a dad. I'm sitting in Cabo right now. I'm working, but obviously, 39:31 Speaker 2: you know, we had a lot of comments when, you know, people knew that we were both flying out and like we were gonna be out away and, you know, we appreciate you guys' kind words that people didn't want us to miss. And we're here because we're 39:42 Speaker 2: gonna show up and that's why Will and I have tasted a little bit of success in our life because we do show up. 39:49 Speaker 2: And I juggle it all the time. I'm working a lot, and if I'm not working a lot, I'm thinking about working because I care about what I do. I love what I do. 39:58 Speaker 2: This is what I do for a living. I mean, I absolutely love it. I get to, like, talk to my best friend and run a company with my best friend and all the people that we, 40:05 Speaker 2: all of our employees, I freaking love them. So my head's there even there now. Yep. You know, they had to help me get on the computer because I'm such a doofus on computers. We'll leave it there. 40:14 Speaker 2: But, 40:15 Speaker 2: you know, what 40:18 Speaker 2: has worked for me is meditation. 40:20 Speaker 2: I meditate a lot. I pray a lot. 40:23 Speaker 2: I find my sinner through that stuff by 40:28 Speaker 2: when I'm personally close with God, I feel like God taps me on the shoulder and 40:33 Speaker 2: tells me, Hey, man, you gotta put that phone down, dude. It's time to put the phone down and 40:37 Speaker 2: go play with your kids. So to answer your question, brother, I'm here in Cabo and even I'm struggling with it right now, 40:46 Speaker 2: but the meditation stuff 40:48 Speaker 2: helps. 40:49 Speaker 2: And Will and I went to this, 40:52 Speaker 2: I don't know what you would call it, like a Bible study type for 40:56 Speaker 2: businessman 40:56 Speaker 2: type deal. Don't have no idea what you would call it, but he was talking about just the subject. 41:02 Speaker 2: So it is very universal. And, you know, his take was you can come in at 10 and you'll be more successful if you get to work at 10. Remember that 1? Well, actually, you know what? Speaking of that, you know what? Hey, man. I'm really excited to watch the business' sales just skyrocket now that you're on vacation. 41:18 Speaker 3: Remember him saying that? You ever noticed? Yeah. When you take a vacation, 41:22 Speaker 3: your business just your sales just skyrocket? And I was like, no. 41:26 Speaker 3: Is that I don't know if that's a thing. I was looking you in front of me, man. Was like, 41:32 Speaker 2: I was like, well, I don't know. But it is it is universal, man. And, but I'll tell you this, dude. Like, we all know this too. It's like, 41:39 Speaker 2: I've had these moments in the last 2 days where I'm watching my sons, and they're smiling from ear to ear, and I'm filming them and just capturing it. 41:47 Speaker 2: And 41:48 Speaker 2: that those times are worth any money in my bank account for sure. 41:53 Speaker 2: But there's a balance because I work I'm able to afford places to come to Cabo, so there's a balance, man. So it's universal, man. We're blabbing, but we're with you, man. Yeah, dude. Yep. It's part of being a dad, but you're kicking ass because you're thinking about it. Don't drink no more, man. You are on the same path. I could tell you go backwards, that's gonna suck. Your life will continue to improve. 42:13 Speaker 0: It's a certainty if you Fall is the perfect time to refresh and reorganize 42:19 Speaker 0: your space. Was curious about ARA-290. 43:23 Speaker 3: I haven't heard you guys talk about this peptide yet. It seems like it can help a lot of people with, 43:28 Speaker 3: neuropathic 43:29 Speaker 3: type pain, and it doesn't seem like we have anything else for nerve pain. Any thoughts on this peptide, and it is is it worth exploring? 43:36 Speaker 3: Thanks in advance. 43:38 Speaker 3: Yo, so good timing. 43:41 Speaker 3: Like, you're you're right about this. I have heard of 43:44 Speaker 3: ARA 2 90. I've, I heard good good things, and we actually are 43:49 Speaker 3: about to try it and, 43:53 Speaker 3: yeah, try it, and then we can come back here and let you know what we we think. 43:58 Speaker 3: So 43:59 Speaker 3: I don't have again, I have never tried it, so I'm not gonna pretend I have and 44:04 Speaker 3: but it is is for neuropathy, 44:07 Speaker 3: those people who have some overactive nerve pain or maybe an, I don't know, an actual injury that they don't want to feel as much, 44:16 Speaker 3: but I've heard some good things about it. So, yeah, we're actually in the process of getting it and trying it, and then we'll come back and talk about it. We'll probably do a peptide of the week on it pretty soon. 44:27 Speaker 2: Yeah, that sounds great because I don't yeah, we have not either neither of us has tried it, so we will report back to you, but great question. 44:34 Speaker 2: All right. Me? Yeah. 44:36 Speaker 2: All right. I thank you for the awesome podcast and school classroom. I'm 49 year old woman in premenopause, 44:43 Speaker 2: 170 44:44 Speaker 2: pounds, five'nine, 44:46 Speaker 2: muscular frame on HRT, 44:49 Speaker 2: 18 months and TRT, 2 weeks. 44:51 Speaker 2: Retta, 4 weeks. I was on Tessa Ipablen for 2 weeks, but vials kept gelling up on me, I get up. Initial intent is to trim up and kick the fatigue. 45:02 Speaker 2: The TRT edition 45:03 Speaker 2: has greatly improved my fatigue. 45:06 Speaker 2: Now looking to tackle the brain fog, it's awful. Will 45:10 Speaker 2: will starting a cycle of 45:12 Speaker 2: meadow pure 45:14 Speaker 2: plus SS-thirty 45:15 Speaker 2: 1 be my 1st step? Then 45:17 Speaker 2: cycle cerebral Cerebrolysin 45:19 Speaker 2: 2 weeks, then MOTS C plus NAD 45:22 Speaker 2: for 4 to 6 weeks. 45:24 Speaker 2: Stay on meadow for the whole time? 45:27 Speaker 2: Term patient plan to fix the worst 45:29 Speaker 2: Thoughts, thanks again. You guys rock and tea. 45:33 Speaker 3: What do you think, Will? I'm trying to figure out what the questions are here. 45:36 Speaker 3: Then, 45:39 Speaker 3: okay, 1st of all, NAD and Brain suck. NAD and MOTS C, I think you should run them much longer than 4 to 6 weeks. 45:47 Speaker 3: I would say maybe 45:48 Speaker 3: 4 months, 45:51 Speaker 3: 3 to 4 months. 45:53 Speaker 3: Brain fog, 45:54 Speaker 3: c cerebralizing is a good is a good, 45:57 Speaker 3: potential option. Cmax, 46:01 Speaker 3: k, gives you a little bit of energy and is neuroprotective. 46:05 Speaker 3: PE 22 46:06 Speaker 3: 28. 46:08 Speaker 3: I just started taking that. I just started taking 46:11 Speaker 3: Pinealon, 46:13 Speaker 3: Semax, 46:15 Speaker 3: Selank, 46:16 Speaker 3: and PE 22 28, 46:18 Speaker 3: altogether. I good. I feel like it's absolute just kind of 46:23 Speaker 3: brain stim, 46:24 Speaker 3: not not a pure stimulant, 46:26 Speaker 3: okay, but 46:28 Speaker 3: I definitely feel like I'm thinking clearer and 46:31 Speaker 3: awake and more energetic mentally. 46:34 Speaker 3: I like it. I've been taking it every day for a week, and, 46:37 Speaker 3: so I 46:38 Speaker 3: think that those are great things. Yep. 46:41 Speaker 3: There's my answer. Pinealon also potentially everything 46:45 Speaker 3: else you're taking, great. 46:48 Speaker 2: And, yeah, go ahead. Play that. Cerebrolysin is actually really interesting too. 30 one's gonna warm you up, and then the the MOTS-3C for sure. NAD, I think you I don't think you weigh. I think you do it now. 46:59 Speaker 2: And, again, you know, there's a lot of redundancy. We always say this, but add in some HGH or get up there. That's going to help with just 47:06 Speaker 2: you should, because you're a 49 year old lady. 47:09 Speaker 2: Anybody basically over 40, in my opinion, that's really gonna help with that. But Semax, Selank, add those in for sure, try them, that's gonna help out. Now if it's something I'll take a little left turn. If it's something that you need a direct focus on, 47:25 Speaker 2: we've done a podcast on it and a lot of people responded heavily to it. Monaffinil, 47:30 Speaker 2: if it's a certain focus for a day, 47:32 Speaker 2: it's not something that you wanna take every day, but it does give you a super clear clarity of thought and give you focus. So if you ever have a day that you just need to study or need to focus, 47:42 Speaker 2: those are the days that I use that, and that can help with that too. But, yeah, 47:47 Speaker 2: there you go. Hope that helps. No doubt. 47:49 Speaker 3: And Last 1. Last 1. This is like a bonus question. Question 47:55 Speaker 3: from the crunchy anti pharma holistic natural type. Can you explain to me how the raw material is sourced 48:02 Speaker 3: and what it is before it is linked together to create a certain peptide? 48:08 Speaker 3: Okay. Can we, 48:10 Speaker 3: kind of? 48:12 Speaker 3: I can kind of explain it to you. I mean, without, 48:15 Speaker 3: I mean, an ex for real explanation, probably you wouldn't understand nor I would. Anyway, but here is the thing, source soap. 48:23 Speaker 3: It is very hard. So people ask this this all the time. In 48:28 Speaker 3: the majority of all the raws that are making the peptides that everybody here is using all come from from China. Okay? Because when making these, 48:38 Speaker 3: the byproduct 48:40 Speaker 3: is harmful for the environment. And to make these peptide raws on a scale 48:45 Speaker 3: that actually supports the use of The United States Of America, you gotta make a lot. Okay? And that lot of 48:54 Speaker 3: environmental 48:55 Speaker 3: kind of pollution or 48:57 Speaker 3: is too much for our EPA. 48:59 Speaker 3: So people say, well, it's made in America. Like, no, it's not. They are not the raws are not made here in America because we can't. Nobody can have a large, large, large scale facility 49:10 Speaker 3: and make them here. Now, you can. Cool. Trevor was on here telling us he did it. Like, right, he can start, you can make these, you can make the actual rods here, but on a small scale for like personal use or for, you know, just for, you know, because this is not going notice. Now how do you make it is this is, 49:28 Speaker 3: solid phase what do what do I forget? Solid phase, 49:32 Speaker 3: where is my 1st Peptide synthesis. So solid phase peptide synthesis. They essentially just go find and isolate 49:39 Speaker 3: an amino acid, 49:41 Speaker 3: find they decide, hey, what peptide are we making? Right? 49:44 Speaker 3: This is the best explanation. I'm sure it's way more scientific than this, but they just tiny 49:49 Speaker 3: molecules 49:49 Speaker 3: and they find and they just attach these these single amino acids into a chain, which is what a peptide is, until they have they have connected the right amino acids together, and now we have our peptide. 50:01 Speaker 3: That 50:04 Speaker 3: is done through this solid phase, 50:07 Speaker 3: through this this 50:09 Speaker 3: way of doing it is not a, like, biologic way to do it. It is all synthetic. 50:14 Speaker 3: The interesting thing that we learned from the owner of Janoschik is that there is no way that that process 50:21 Speaker 3: can produce any endotoxins. 50:24 Speaker 3: So 50:25 Speaker 3: the worry on endotoxins, 50:27 Speaker 3: right, the only endotoxin comes from any contaminant 50:30 Speaker 3: of the facilities 50:32 Speaker 3: or or drums that this stuff is made in. Now so they can make these small chain peptides that way. 50:40 Speaker 3: To make the bigger, longer chain ones, something like HGH, 50:44 Speaker 3: Cerebrolysin, 50:45 Speaker 3: you don't really I think Cerebrolysin is is a mix of a bunch of peptides, but HGH is such a long change, that needs chain, that needs to be organically made, and it is grown in actual, like, organic cultures, sometimes in E. Coli, 51:00 Speaker 3: and 51:01 Speaker 3: that then can produce some endotoxins, 51:04 Speaker 3: but 51:05 Speaker 3: that's the best, I don't know, simplified way I can say it. That's how they that is how it's made in a giant multimillion 51:11 Speaker 3: dollar 51:12 Speaker 3: facility. 51:13 Speaker 3: Trevor, you know, told us about this and said, hey, 51:18 Speaker 3: world trade, okay, we get together and kind of make these make these decisions on so so big countries don't start manufacturing the same exact thing and then we can't trade. Right? And he says that the 51:29 Speaker 3: trade off that America and China made was, hey, China, you make raws, It's illegal for China to make finished products. K? They're allowed to make raw materials 51:38 Speaker 3: of peptides specifically. I don't know about other things, but they just cannot make the finished models. They still do, duh, because we hear about, you know, people buying buying finished peptides from China all the time, but they're supposed to make the raws, 51:51 Speaker 3: then we finish them here. So they have something to make and manufacture, 51:55 Speaker 3: we have something to buy, and then we can make and manufacture the rest of it. 51:58 Speaker 3: But, 52:00 Speaker 3: so, yeah, that's how the life cycle works and should work. 52:05 Speaker 2: I don't know. Anything else? It is. I love that. Crunchy mom. My wife my wife calls herself a crunchy mom, so I found that to be fun. You know what I just learned also recently? Here's a couple of fun facts is, a, 52:16 Speaker 3: the FDA, nobody can get a patent on anything that is made in 52:21 Speaker 3: naturally in our body. So like BPC-one 5 7, you can never patent that. 52:25 Speaker 3: Right? Regardless if, 52:28 Speaker 3: if you 52:29 Speaker 3: remake it synthetically, 52:31 Speaker 3: you're still making what our body made, and this is why you're not seeing, like, BPC is probably the most effective peptide that we know of, right? And then it's been around the longest. Yeah. Like, why is not that top of the list for big pharma? Well, 52:45 Speaker 3: they can't patent it. They can't patent it and make millions and stop anybody else. They can't control the thing, so they don't even try. 52:53 Speaker 3: So 52:54 Speaker 3: and and the other thing I thought that Trevor had told us is when taking things into clinical trials, what's really interesting is they have a absolute policy 53:02 Speaker 3: that 53:03 Speaker 3: they have to take only the drug 53:07 Speaker 3: and proceed with that drug that has the highest percentage success 53:12 Speaker 3: rate. 53:13 Speaker 3: So imagine if you 53:15 Speaker 3: have a drug that has a 98 percent success rate and is incredibly expensive, 53:20 Speaker 3: and it will be incredibly expensive for the consumer to use, okay? Then you have another drug that's at 97 53:26 Speaker 3: percent success rate. Right? 53:28 Speaker 3: But the cost is about a 100 times less for the customer, for the consumer end result. FDA will say, nope, we are you can only we that 97 percent 1, throw it in the trash. We're not hearing it. We will only take we will only listen to the 98 percent, and we will only allow clinical trials and potential 53:46 Speaker 3: approval for that drug and that drug only, which is seems like a dumb rule. 53:53 Speaker 2: But I learned that from Trevor the other day, but that's just a dumb rule. So those are some quick fun facts. So basically, what he said in so many words is why does anybody care about what the FDA says? Yeah. Yeah. Kinda. 54:03 Speaker 2: Yeah. 54:05 Speaker 2: Really- Except to be approved, what does that mean? Who cares? Yeah, who cares? Who cares? But yeah, man, that was great. For anybody, I don't know how this would come out. I think our editor is pretty good at what he does. It probably might sound low, but he'll make it sound good. I was gonna think about maybe doing 54:19 Speaker 2: peptide of the week here, but I think I fly in early enough on Friday. I can dart from 54:24 Speaker 2: the 54:26 Speaker 2: airport and just we can record in the in the in the studio. I think that would be better for everybody. If Will will be there around 3, 03:30. I can do that. I can't, but I normally leave the 54:37 Speaker 2: office about 10AM on Fridays, but I'll stay for you. I'm just kidding. We'll talk about it. So other than that, we'll do it on the we can either do it here, but we'll figure it out. But other than that, 54:47 Speaker 2: join the school. We have the newsletter that is out, and we want people to be on that. It's gonna give you a breakdown of like everything we discussed, especially on the Peptide of the Week podcast. 54:57 Speaker 2: What else we got, Will? 54:58 Speaker 3: We have some new stuff coming out in school, but guys, I don't know. The whole point is to try to give 55:03 Speaker 2: everybody as much, I don't know, just 55:06 Speaker 3: information 55:06 Speaker 2: and access to 55:08 Speaker 3: this stuff that we love and we know works. 55:10 Speaker 3: So we're we're constantly putting out some more 55:13 Speaker 3: more videos and just information on school, so please join that if you haven't, 55:18 Speaker 3: already. 55:20 Speaker 2: And 55:21 Speaker 2: If you guys have any requests in the in the next couple days, day or 2 on the what you would like us to do podcasts 55:28 Speaker 2: on, we're always open ears. We listen. We do read every 1 of them. At least, some of our team will go through all those, and, 55:35 Speaker 3: we will listen. So give us some feedback. Other than that, we'll 1 more time. 1 more thing. Yeah. You got it. So we are coming up soon. With my family. Coming up soon, we have a guest. We we have a guest that is 55:46 Speaker 3: that is an expert on water. I know it sounds crazy, but like I talked to her and like, holy shit, I never knew there was so much to know about water 55:54 Speaker 2: and 55:55 Speaker 3: how much it can 55:56 Speaker 3: change a person's body based on pH, acidity, etcetera, etcetera, based on certain conditions. So we're actually having her on on as a guest here soon. 56:06 Speaker 3: Because the goal of this is is peptides, but any other just kind of 56:10 Speaker 3: biohacking 56:11 Speaker 3: and and fitness, life, happiness, rejuvenation 56:14 Speaker 3: hack possible? We wanna just bring it to the people. 56:19 Speaker 2: Yeah. 56:20 Speaker 2: I, I was telling Will this, but a good friend of mine for the longest time, 56:24 Speaker 2: her her dad, 56:26 Speaker 2: stepdad, but, 56:28 Speaker 2: he was 56:29 Speaker 2: just this renowned doctor and I just never knew him to be who he was until his 56:35 Speaker 2: wife. He has Alzheimer's now, he's not doing too well, but just this renowned doctor, just well known, wrote all the journals and stuff. But anyways, 56:45 Speaker 2: his wife came in on Friday when we opened up the warehouse and she and I were talking. I've known her for a long time and she just saw what we've done. And anyway, she started telling me what 56:55 Speaker 2: he did, which he was into that type of medicine, holistic medicine, where he was the 1st person in the 80s to start fighting the FDA. I had no clue about this. I was blown away by it. Started fighting the FDA. 57:07 Speaker 2: His whole family's surgeon, just brilliant people. 57:10 Speaker 2: And right 57:11 Speaker 2: before he graduated, he was realizing, Wait, why 57:15 Speaker 2: am I operating on this person if we can heal him? He was just like, This doesn't make any sense. So graduated and just went to this other direction 57:23 Speaker 2: and opened up the 1st wellness center. It was called Whitaker Wellness. 57:27 Speaker 2: Hyperbarics, 57:28 Speaker 2: red light. They didn't prescribe any pharmaceuticals. 57:32 Speaker 2: They fought cancer in just totally different areas. Right in my cup of tea. I was like, Oh my gosh, how did I not know this? They 57:38 Speaker 2: just did a documentary on this guy and 57:41 Speaker 2: best documentary I've ever seen. It was so rad. He was just the 1st punk rocker just fighting the FDA, suing the FDA. Just was blown away by that. The reason I'm saying that is there's just other stuff out there. So Peptides is a peptide podcast, but we're gonna try to bring on guests, any type of guest that has a different way of looking at things, whether we agree with them or not, it's not even the point. So other people can make your own opinion, make an educated opinion on these things because we're all grown ups. We believe the pharmaceutical companies are there to make money. If you haven't figured that out by now, whatever, then do some research. There's other ways of doing things and that's why peptides are blowing up, but it's not all peptides. It's hyperbaric red light. We could go on for days, water. 58:23 Speaker 2: And that's who we would like to have on. So if you, that rings a bell and then you know anybody that's kind of outside the box and would, you know, let us know of some people that might be a good fit for the show and we'll dig into them and we might just reach out. Right on. 58:38 Speaker 3: Cool? Alright, enjoy your trip. Go relax. 58:41 Speaker 2: Alright, guys. Talk to you soon. Later. Thanks, buddy. Bye, guys. Peace.
