Across the way, as always, is my good buddy and my 0:18 Speaker 0: co host, William T. Haas. What's up, What's 0:22 Speaker 1: up, man? 0:24 Speaker 0: Man, it's- Happy to be here. 0:26 Speaker 0: Happy to be here. Just a little insight 0:29 Speaker 0: to what our lives are. This is our 2nd podcast we are recording today, The Beauty of Technology, and we can release it whenever. But we just did the Q and A. Now we're doing the peptide of the week that's gonna gonna drop on Monday. 0:43 Speaker 0: Last week, as you know, if you've been following the podcast, 0:46 Speaker 0: we a little we put the peptides on ice. 0:49 Speaker 0: We wanted to focus on something 0:52 Speaker 0: that we both know is very important for men, especially over 40, which was TRT, 0:58 Speaker 0: and we added the HCG in there. 1:00 Speaker 0: But we also read the comments and we see the types of questions that come through and we follow, we listen to you guys, and there's a lot of women that listen. So we wanted to give an episode to you ladies, 1:14 Speaker 0: to you So 1:15 Speaker 0: Will and I sat down and we put together 3 stacks this morning. 1:20 Speaker 0: We talked through them and 1:23 Speaker 0: there's going to be obviously multiple different stacks that we can be talking about. But due to the questions that we get through DMs and things like that, 1:30 Speaker 0: I think these are going to answer quite 1:32 Speaker 0: a bit of the questions that have been coming through. So anyways, long winded intro. Will, how's it going, man? 1:41 Speaker 1: Life is good. Dude, I don't know. I think that it is important. I think there are so many peptides out there 1:48 Speaker 1: women, almost better for women. Almost see the 1:51 Speaker 1: market and the use of peptides 1:55 Speaker 1: really geared towards women. So, like, ladies, take advantage of this stuff. There is 2:00 Speaker 1: we hear you and 2:03 Speaker 1: personally, 2:04 Speaker 1: you know, my girlfriend and my women in my life are using these a lot and getting great results. 2:11 Speaker 1: Totally. Not a secret to be like 2:14 Speaker 1: to be hidden and coveted by yourself. 2:17 Speaker 1: We wanna hear we wanna spread this thing out to everybody. Yeah. 2:21 Speaker 1: Man, there's a lot of good stuff. There's a lot of good stuff, ladies, and more to come. R and D on peptides in general is just blowing up because 2:30 Speaker 1: the world is realizing that these things 2:33 Speaker 1: are effective. 2:34 Speaker 0: Yeah, dude. 2:35 Speaker 1: Don't have 2:37 Speaker 1: no to very little side effects. And, 2:40 Speaker 2: yeah, 2:41 Speaker 1: more and more and more are going to keep coming. Just 2:44 Speaker 0: the beginning. We are at the beginning stages too of peptides, man. Is just, you know, it's funny. I think a lot of people start, 2:51 Speaker 0: a lot of people start with a BPC TB probably. 2:54 Speaker 2: And that's just such a gateway into peptides in general, or a GLP-one, 2:59 Speaker 2: obviously. But 3:01 Speaker 2: man, once you just kind of dig into some of them, you realize just, man, they work amazingly. 3:06 Speaker 0: They work amazingly. 3:08 Speaker 0: So 3:09 Speaker 0: ladies, this episode is for you. 3:12 Speaker 0: We put together 3 protocols. 3:15 Speaker 0: Obviously, we can mix and match and change some things up, but we wanted to give you 3 things that I think based upon the DMs and the types of questions that I get on my personal Instagram and 3:25 Speaker 0: the Warrior 1 that we carry is, 3:27 Speaker 0: this is going to answer some of those questions for you. So 3:31 Speaker 0: what we'll do is we'll go through on the stack 1, so to speak, which is going to be menopause. 3:37 Speaker 0: So many women 3:39 Speaker 0: are going through menopause, have questions in regards to that. 3:43 Speaker 0: Tell us a little bit, Will, on menopause. What, I mean, foggy brain, 3:50 Speaker 1: Low sex 3:51 Speaker 1: drive, foggy brain, low energy. 3:53 Speaker 1: Yeah. Hair, you know, drier 3:57 Speaker 1: skin, more pincles are coming. Right? Hair is not growing as fast. 4:03 Speaker 1: In fact, maybe losing hair, nails, 4:05 Speaker 1: not being- 4:07 Speaker 1: not having the same integrity, same thing with their skin. 4:12 Speaker 1: Kind of aging- Moodyness. But- 4:14 Speaker 1: Yeah. Moodyness. Moodyness, 4:17 Speaker 1: right? And low sex drive that, like we said, you know, everybody always think of just men are the ones who are all horny walking around, but, 4:25 Speaker 1: truth 4:27 Speaker 1: is maybe the other way, and it's effective. Like nobody wants to, nobody wants to not have a sex drive. That sucks. 4:34 Speaker 1: So, yeah, that's a big that's a big thing too. 4:37 Speaker 1: And we know this not from personal experience. We hear it a lot. Everybody people ask us all the time. Have questions 4:44 Speaker 1: and requests constantly. 4:46 Speaker 0: Yeah, I don't know. Know, this 4:49 Speaker 0: is going to be structured obviously to older women and there's going be some young gals listening to this too. And we'll talk about those in the future in regards to different stacks, but menopause, 4:59 Speaker 0: dry skin, thinning hair, mood shifts, 5:01 Speaker 0: weight gain, 5:03 Speaker 0: brain fog. So we attacked those 5:06 Speaker 0: types of things on this stack. 5:09 Speaker 0: For the balance of your mood 5:12 Speaker 0: and trying to keep that stable, 5:15 Speaker 0: what we talked about is going to be 5:17 Speaker 0: Selank and Semax. 5:20 Speaker 0: Those 2, 5:22 Speaker 0: in my opinion, always are good to run together. 5:25 Speaker 0: They're really going to balance your mood well. 5:28 Speaker 0: So that'll help with some of the moodiness 5:30 Speaker 0: that will probably 5:32 Speaker 0: keep you off your husband's back, 5:35 Speaker 0: chipping off at your husband and and being gripey just because you're going through this stage of your life. So that will help. What do you think on that 1? Semax? 5:44 Speaker 2: Yeah. Absolutely. So 5:47 Speaker 1: Selank is 5:49 Speaker 1: more of an anxiolytic, like makes it calms you down, kind of a non pharmas, 5:54 Speaker 1: non narcotic 5:55 Speaker 1: Xanax. You think of it like that. Stress 5:59 Speaker 1: reliever calming, 6:00 Speaker 1: Cmax is the opposite, gives you a little bit more energy. 6:04 Speaker 1: And 6:05 Speaker 1: you say, Well, wouldn't, 6:07 Speaker 1: aren't I taking 2 things that are just canceling each other out? It actually doesn't really work that way. 6:12 Speaker 1: They don't cancel each other out. You can have more energy, 6:17 Speaker 1: but happy, relaxed energy. 6:19 Speaker 1: So they are often paired together and, 6:23 Speaker 1: need to be done. You know, this is something you need to do them for a month for them to really like kind of saturate 6:29 Speaker 1: body and brain and then really start working. 6:32 Speaker 1: But yeah, Semax, Selank together. 6:35 Speaker 1: Awesome. 6:36 Speaker 2: Try it if you haven't. 6:38 Speaker 0: Moves, C LONK-1C, and a C Max for the dryness down below and lack of sex drive. That's easy. It's an easy 1. It's going be PT-one 141. 6:47 Speaker 0: Ladies, 6:48 Speaker 0: I don't care what age you are. If you're battling with low sex drive, 6:53 Speaker 0: it will work. 6:55 Speaker 0: Mean, doses will probably, you got to play around with doses. Some people get really like sick stomach and upset stomach, so just be prepared. You get literally flushed like almost immediately. So, I mean, the 2nd you inject it, it's like, woah, for sure. That part, just be prepared for that. 7:11 Speaker 0: Again, a lot of people do get an upset stomach. The more you've tried it, it doesn't seem, in my opinion, from my experience, it kind of tippers down, but it 7:19 Speaker 0: will help your sex drive, man. It really will. And it will help with that dryness 7:24 Speaker 0: and having those types of issues down below. It really will. So that 1, 7:30 Speaker 0: for all ladies, if you're struggling with sex drive, that will help. 7:33 Speaker 1: Melanotan II will also. 7:37 Speaker 1: That will really help because 7:39 Speaker 1: part of that peptide strain is is is the same in Melanotan and PT-one hundred 41. But, yeah, you're gonna get flushed, so don't take it before you go to dinner. 7:47 Speaker 1: And it's not gonna be something like, it'll work actually maybe even a couple days for me to take it, depending on how much you take, but it is something you wanna take maybe an hour before 7:58 Speaker 1: intimacy. 8:00 Speaker 1: And hell, both people can take it, 8:03 Speaker 0: and it works. Yeah, it works well. There's a unison. I mean, and I'm sure there's men listening as well. It works well for you too, gentlemen. 8:11 Speaker 0: And like Will just said, it lasts for days, man, at least for me. Think that it lasts for days, man. It keeps that sex drive up and 8:18 Speaker 0: the blood flowing without a doubt for days. So there you go in regards to the sex jibe and the dryness down there. The obvious answer 8:26 Speaker 0: for weight gain and weight problems is going to be, 8:29 Speaker 0: drum roll, Retatrutide, 8:32 Speaker 0: the most powerful putt tied out there. 1 of our favorites. If you haven't figured it out by now, it is just a powerhouse of a peptide. 8:40 Speaker 0: We've said it so many times that, man, 8:44 Speaker 0: so many people are taking it. It's not necessarily 8:47 Speaker 0: for only losing weight. 8:50 Speaker 0: You keep muscle, 8:52 Speaker 0: your brain fires. 8:53 Speaker 0: It's really going to be such a perfect fit for you ladies who are struggling with the weight gain and things like that. What do you think on that, Will? 9:04 Speaker 2: Has been. 9:06 Speaker 1: Every single anybody 9:08 Speaker 1: can and should take it. Hell, well, you know, 9:12 Speaker 1: I mean, everybody who gets a bit older probably wants to lose a little bit of weight, but it will help with so many other things, right? Your brain 9:21 Speaker 1: staying clear, your brain actually having energy, your food choices. 9:25 Speaker 1: So, 9:26 Speaker 1: you want to eat healthier as you get a bit older. 9:30 Speaker 1: It will almost just force you to eat better and control your portions, yet still have an appetite. You're actually going to still be able to get the good nutrients you need to use. 9:39 Speaker 1: So that one's gonna be a common theme 9:42 Speaker 1: throughout Yeah. 9:44 Speaker 0: It's just gonna be it's just it literally like I think we're just scratching the surface on what it does too. And again, I've said it before, but like, you have bodybuilders taking it. You have gym rats taking it. I mean, all across the board, it 9:57 Speaker 0: is a powerhouse 9:59 Speaker 0: of a peptide. Now, I will tell you a little curveball in there is people that I have 10:03 Speaker 0: talked with that start with like a tirzepatide or even a semaglutide. 10:07 Speaker 0: Here's the curveball that I have found. Those 2 in particular 10:12 Speaker 0: stop your hunger cravings a lot more. So when they start with 1 of those 2, and then they move from those 2 to Retatrutide, 10:20 Speaker 0: they're so used to not being hungry that they think that the Retatrutide is not working. 10:26 Speaker 0: The beauty of Retatrutide. You get hungry, you get to enjoy food. Like you get to enjoy food. You just get hungry, you get full quick. You get full quick. You know what I mean? And another rad part about it, and Will's tapped on this a little bit, 10:40 Speaker 0: it changes your 10:42 Speaker 0: cravings. And that's just blows your mind. I've just 1 of my weaknesses is Diet Coke, man. My wife's family drinks a lot of Diet Coke, I started drinking and just Diet Coke. And when I take Retta, I just I'm take I'm sipping on it and it just don't taste good. It's the weirdest thing ever. It has a different taste, man. And 11:00 Speaker 0: when I was not when my back surgery and stuff when I wasn't taking the Retta, 11:05 Speaker 0: I was enjoying Diet Coke more at that time. So I know that there's the Retatrutide. So it changes the taste buds a little bit, man. You do eat healthier. Yep. Yes. 11:13 Speaker 2: Yes, sir. 11:15 Speaker 0: Next 1 is going to be 11:18 Speaker 0: the, skin, for hair, for nails, which is going to definitely be the copper peptide, 11:24 Speaker 0: which is going to be the GHKCu. 11:27 Speaker 0: So for you ladies that have never tried it, it is amazing. 11:31 Speaker 0: I take it at night. My wife takes it at night. We love it. It does sting like the son of a bitch sometimes. Not every time. I do not know why. Last night I took it and it stung like a son of a bitch. 11:43 Speaker 0: It does not always like that. I don't know why, but it will, 11:46 Speaker 0: sting a bit. But the sting is well worth it Cause it's just going to help with collagen production. 11:52 Speaker 0: It's going to help with skin. It's going to help with hair, 11:55 Speaker 0: hair follicles. 11:56 Speaker 0: I mean, it's going make your hair thicker, things like that. It's really a powerhouse in regards to that type of stuff. So for you ladies that are struggling with some of that stuff, with the menopause, GHK-two 12:08 Speaker 0: is awesome. You'll love it. 12:10 Speaker 0: Yeah. 12:11 Speaker 1: Good. I will get you to the next thing. So 12:15 Speaker 1: energy, 12:16 Speaker 1: like 12:17 Speaker 1: for energy, MOTS-C. 12:20 Speaker 1: K? MOTS-C is a mitochondrial. It will give you some more energy into your mitochondria, 12:26 Speaker 1: which converts into ATP. ATP is 12:30 Speaker 1: think of it as just sort of cellular energy, not caffeine 12:34 Speaker 1: energy. 12:36 Speaker 1: So, 12:37 Speaker 1: I don't know, just better energy and endurance through the day, for sure, better actual exercise activity. 12:42 Speaker 1: MOTS-three 12:43 Speaker 1: and then coupled with SS-thirty 1, those 2 So, MOTS-three is providing more energy into the mitochondria. SS-thirty 1 is 12:53 Speaker 1: improving 12:55 Speaker 1: the integrity of the mitochondria and making 12:58 Speaker 1: sure the cell wall of the mitochondria is not leaking anything out because then it's not very effective. 13:05 Speaker 1: So those 2, MOTSI SS-31s should be taken in conjunction with each other and they will be In bitter jelly. In a butter and jelly of Absolutely. Febbeyes, man. Doctor. High doses of SS-thirty 1, I would really say 5 mg a day. 13:18 Speaker 1: No less than that. And so, 13:21 Speaker 1: in a perfect world, everybody can afford that. 13:24 Speaker 0: I would say if you only want to do 1 or the other, I would do MOTS-1C. Yeah, MOTS-1C. And it'd be less expensive because you're going to take high doses of the SS-thirty 1. But again, it always boils down to pocketbook obviously, but it really is SS-31and 13:37 Speaker 0: MOTS seed together as peanut butter and jelly of Baptized. They run perfectly 13:42 Speaker 0: together in unison. 13:44 Speaker 0: Well, let's say- And then 13:47 Speaker 1: we're going to add NAD plus So, 13:49 Speaker 1: most everybody's heard of this. It's also a mitochondrial 13:53 Speaker 1: peptide. 13:54 Speaker 1: It is really going to help your energy. It's going to help. 13:58 Speaker 1: So, 13:59 Speaker 1: the mitochondria is the powerhouse of our cells. If that is working stronger and is being renewed and, 14:07 Speaker 1: then guess what? Your cell- we're gonna make more cells. We're gonna make newer cells. 14:12 Speaker 1: Everything is made of cells. If you have new, fresh, high energy cells in your making up your skin, your skin is gonna look 14:19 Speaker 1: newer and fresher, and it actually is gonna be newer and fresher. So, 14:24 Speaker 1: NAD plus is a must. 14:26 Speaker 1: Not mean to rhyme. 14:28 Speaker 0: NAD is great. I, I was reading something recently and, 14:32 Speaker 0: somebody was suggesting for 14:34 Speaker 0: people to have like a kind of a slack, slacker kind of get run down right around the 02:00 to take a nice little hefty dose of NAD. And I was like, Wow, that's interesting. I never really thought of that. So the last couple of days I had done that and whether it's placebo or not, it seems like it worked, man. I love it. So, maybe, run that at midday if you're somebody that kind of gets a lag in middle of the day. Save your NAD for the middle of the day. Try that. Which is probably most of us who work hard. 15:03 Speaker 0: I do. At 02:00 when I'm like, Woah. 15:06 Speaker 0: You know what I mean? Yeah. And then I think 15:09 Speaker 0: a nice add on, which is, 15:13 Speaker 0: would possibly be a testosterone replacement for ladies. I'm sure most ladies know that these days, that 15:20 Speaker 0: testosterone, just like men, testosterone for the ladies replacement is changing their life too, because we talk to a lot of them. And obviously, 15:28 Speaker 0: it's a 15:29 Speaker 0: lot smaller of the dose and you want to run your blood work and all that stuff with that. But that would be an add on to the menopause because it is really helping a lot of ladies who are running through that because we have talked to many of them. 15:42 Speaker 1: Yeah, Yep. And I gotta say like a growth 15:46 Speaker 1: hormone secretagogue. 15:47 Speaker 1: Okay? 15:49 Speaker 1: And 15:50 Speaker 1: TesamorelinIpamorelin 15:52 Speaker 1: blend, 15:53 Speaker 1: if you wanna go, that's gonna be like that's gonna be a bit stronger and probably the most effective. 15:58 Speaker 1: Even maybe just Sermorelin, 16:01 Speaker 1: just that. So obviously, if our growth hormone is higher, okay, our skin is going to our cells proliferate more. We're going to regenerate everything better. Your bones 16:12 Speaker 1: will calcify better, right, as we go through menopause and how everybody gets old, right? Our bones get a little bit weaker. This is why your grandmother breaks her hip, right? Or she shouldn't. This is why my father, who's actually getting old, breaks his rib reaching into the garbage can. 16:28 Speaker 2: So, 16:30 Speaker 1: those are absolutely 16:32 Speaker 1: going to help with everything. Hair, skin, nails, if your growth hormone is better, we're gonna repair everything faster. 16:40 Speaker 0: Yep. 16:41 Speaker 0: Good stuff. All right, let's talk about stack number 2. You wanna run this 1? Fat, sure. I got you. So fat 16:47 Speaker 1: burning for women. Okay. Everybody, 16:50 Speaker 0: every woman wants to burn fat, right? Especially if you're over 40, probably struggling like men do, lose fat like we used to when we were younger, right? Yep. So what do you got, man? All right. So Retta again. 17:03 Speaker 1: Told you that's gonna be a redundant thing. We've already gone over that. 17:08 Speaker 1: MOTS-seed 17:10 Speaker 1: SS-thirty 17:11 Speaker 1: 1. 17:12 Speaker 1: Oftentimes, and I guess I say this, SS-thirty 1, you do have to take a high dose, And 17:18 Speaker 1: it is, it can get a bit expensive because it's daily. People are taking from 5 mg to 20 mg a day. 17:25 Speaker 1: Generally, you'll see it as like a 30 mg bottle. Those go pretty fast, but so MOTS-three 17:33 Speaker 1: some SS-thirty 1, if 17:36 Speaker 1: you can afford it, do it. I love it. I do it. 5 Amino-1MQ. 17:40 Speaker 1: Okay? So, basically, that will 17:43 Speaker 1: shuttle, 17:46 Speaker 1: that will help your body break down the fat so it can be burnt easier. 17:51 Speaker 1: Think of ice block. 17:53 Speaker 1: What's easier to melt? A block of ice and just sit there and try to melt it? Or if we could chip that ice up in tiny little ice chips and then sit down and melt it, right? The ice chips will melt faster. 5 Amino-1MQ, 18:04 Speaker 1: that's what 18:05 Speaker 1: it's doing to you. AOD, 18:09 Speaker 1: which is called anti obesity drug 9604 18:12 Speaker 1: for a reason. It's just the tail end of the 191 amino acid chain in human growth hormone. But it's the tail end, 18:22 Speaker 1: A little bit more than just the tail, not more than just the tail. 18:26 Speaker 1: But it's the back end, and it is the part that is responsible for burning fat, okay, and metabolism. 18:31 Speaker 1: That's what you're You're not getting any of the growth if you don't want them. You're not getting any of those extensive, 18:36 Speaker 1: like, growth hormone factors from regular HGH. You're just getting the beautiful fat burning metabolism boost. 18:43 Speaker 1: And then 18:44 Speaker 1: Tesamorelin. 18:46 Speaker 1: It is FDA. So, that's at night. That's a secretagog, 18:50 Speaker 1: and it will help you sleep. We all need our beauty sleep. We you would be surprised how much fat a person burns at night if you're actually getting enough sleep. 18:59 Speaker 1: Also, that's when the majority of our muscle gets built. Right? That's when the majority of our that's when our short term memory brings in long term memory. 19:07 Speaker 1: Sleep good, but that's not the biggest benefit. It is FDA approved to burn belly fat. Like I mean, that's been the holy grail of supplements. People say, Hey, well, want to burn fat at this 19:17 Speaker 1: part of my body. And the answer has always been, No, you can't. 19:22 Speaker 1: God decides where you burn fat. Right? You're 19:25 Speaker 1: genetically predisposed to burn fat in a specific place. Sorry. 19:30 Speaker 1: Each 1 of each 1 of us. But Tesamorelin is actually 19:34 Speaker 1: is going to target belly fat, which is 19:38 Speaker 1: amazing. Who doesn't want that? 19:40 Speaker 1: And so there is my 19:44 Speaker 1: I mean, that's 19:45 Speaker 1: in a perfect world. Cool. We're gonna give you some more. I think NAD is always perfect for women. 19:52 Speaker 1: To add in that. But I guess that would be my reasonable 19:55 Speaker 1: best 19:56 Speaker 0: fat burning stack for women. And, again, everything's going to boil down to Pocketbook. Not everybody's going to be able to afford stacks, meaning like 4 or 5 peptides. 20:04 Speaker 0: You could cut it down. 20:06 Speaker 0: You know, I use my wife as an example often just because I had her on AOD in the morning. I mean, she's lean already, so But I had her on AOD in the morning. I love AOD. 20:15 Speaker 0: And Tesamorelin at night, literally, and a man had just chiseled her. So if you're lean and you're just looking to gain a little bit more muscle and just kind of look a little bit more ripped, just doing those 2 together. Like, you know, now, 20:27 Speaker 0: obviously, if you're a gal that carries a little bit more weight, you definitely Retatrutide needs to be put in there 100%. 20:35 Speaker 0: If you haven't tried it and you are 20:37 Speaker 0: needing to lose some weight and tighten up, man, you will be blown away in a week. It's just the way it is, man. We preach it. SLU-PP-332 20:46 Speaker 0: can always be added in there. 20:50 Speaker 0: But yeah, those are some good ones, man. I think that's a good 20:54 Speaker 0: fat burning stack. That stuff will light a fire under your fat, ladies. 20:59 Speaker 0: If 21:00 Speaker 0: you need to burn some fat and you're looking to burn fat, if you run that stack right there, it'll burn it right off you. 21:06 Speaker 0: You gotta eat right and you gotta work out obviously. But, if you do that, it will, it will work really well. 21:12 Speaker 1: Boom. All 21:13 Speaker 0: right, go ahead with the anti aging. So we were thinking about the last 1. And anti aging is, 21:19 Speaker 0: all women want that, right? They're all taking Botox and doing all that stuff. Mean, shoot, men are these days too, man. So I'm not judging. It is what it is. 21:27 Speaker 0: So you ladies, 21:28 Speaker 0: anti aging, you can just like all the stacks, you can add in a bunch of different ones, man. But what I'm thinking here is the GHK- CU 21:36 Speaker 0: without a doubt. Now, GHK- CU, you can even like just add in the glow instead of the GHK- CU, because that's gonna have GHK- 21:45 Speaker 0: TB, and the BPC. 21:47 Speaker 0: And that's funny, Will, as I'm thinking here, as we're doing this, kind of putting this together, we didn't have the BPC and the TB in there, which is surprising for us because it's probably 21:55 Speaker 0: 1 of the best mix of peptides anywhere. So let's add those into all 3 up top because BPC alone, if I had to choose, I would think Was it you and I were talking about this the other day? If I had to choose 1 peptide, 22:06 Speaker 0: maybe it was Paul, 22:07 Speaker 0: 1 peptide and I couldn't choose anymore, could just take 1 for the rest of my life. BPC is what I would take. It's just so good and it does so many different things. 22:17 Speaker 0: So for you ladies, GHK-3Cu, 22:19 Speaker 0: because it's going to really focus in on helping for the anti aging with your skin, 22:24 Speaker 0: with your hair, with your nails, it just boosts collagen production. 22:29 Speaker 0: It's going to help 22:31 Speaker 0: get rid of some fine lines 22:33 Speaker 0: and improves hair thickness. 22:36 Speaker 0: But again, I'll actually replace that GHK-3U 22:39 Speaker 0: now that I'm thinking of it with Glow, 22:42 Speaker 0: because that will add in the TB 22:45 Speaker 0: and the BPC-157, 22:47 Speaker 0: and that will be a better fit for you. 22:49 Speaker 0: You'll love that. You'll love that. 22:52 Speaker 0: What do you got? Epitalon, 22:53 Speaker 0: which is basically 22:56 Speaker 0: kind of like a reboot. It's really helping to improve longevity, 23:00 Speaker 0: helps regulate circadian rhythm, slows down aging. 23:05 Speaker 0: Know, it's funny, we have not talked about that that much. We need to do a breakdown on Epitalon. 23:11 Speaker 0: I I don't even think I hear that many people talking about it, but it's really a powerhouse of a peptide. So you want to throw that in there. Yeah. And circling back around to 1 of, obviously, if you can't tell, 1 of our favorite mixes is going to be the MOTS C and the SS-thirty 1 mixed. 23:29 Speaker 0: Once again, to just to kind of tap on some of it, it's going to prove your energy on a cellular level, meaning like you didn't, like Will said, you're not going to, you didn't have a cup of coffee, you just have a pure, 23:39 Speaker 0: just 23:40 Speaker 0: more organic energy. 23:42 Speaker 0: It's gonna help with your metabolism. 23:45 Speaker 0: It 23:45 Speaker 0: helps keep your cells young. SS-thirty 23:48 Speaker 0: 1 is a mitochondria 23:50 Speaker 0: from the oxidated stress, helps with oxidated stress, but running those 2 together in any stack is gonna be awesome. 23:59 Speaker 0: I think that you're gonna get a lot of boost out of it. 24:03 Speaker 0: The obvious for you ladies for anti aging is gonna be NAD. I would imagine a lot of the ladies have taken NAD these days. It's freaking everywhere. 24:12 Speaker 0: But NAD is going to be great for boosting cellular 24:16 Speaker 0: repair. 24:17 Speaker 0: It's just great for hair, skin, nails, typical stuff. What else you got, man? All right. So mine I mean, a lot of the same, but, 24:26 Speaker 1: the hard part, and maybe we will do this, 24:29 Speaker 1: a bit differently is 24:32 Speaker 1: give, 24:32 Speaker 1: I guess, 24:34 Speaker 1: smaller directed 24:35 Speaker 1: lists instead of kind of giving everybody, hey, all of these things will work. Right? I think that PEP beds are best used in 24:43 Speaker 1: 3 or 4 at a time, right, cycle. And then when we're done with those, let's add 3 or 4 different ones. So we keep them fresh and rotating, right, every, like, 3 or 4 months. See what they do. Perfect world, 24:53 Speaker 1: Epitalon. 24:54 Speaker 1: K? Anti aging. Epitalon. Epitalon is, like, known to, like, lengthen our telomeres. That's when you look at a microscope and you look at, 25:03 Speaker 1: chromosomes, 25:04 Speaker 1: so you'll see that the telomeres 25:06 Speaker 1: look like this, right? Or 25:08 Speaker 1: your chromosomes, your telomere, that's what the chromosome looks like. Your telomeres are the end little caps, right? 25:15 Speaker 1: And 25:16 Speaker 1: as those 25:17 Speaker 1: shorten, you get closer to death. 25:20 Speaker 1: When you're really old and the telomeres disappear, we die. 25:23 Speaker 2: And 25:24 Speaker 1: they have been doing like extensive research 25:27 Speaker 1: with Epitalon 25:29 Speaker 1: showing it is slowing the 25:32 Speaker 1: telomere. 25:33 Speaker 1: Well, it's lengthening telomeres or maybe slowing the shortening 25:37 Speaker 1: of them. So, Epitalon, but also it is a good thing to start anything with. 25:42 Speaker 1: Think of it as like a cleanse, 25:44 Speaker 1: Reset, 25:46 Speaker 1: of like adrenal glands and help just cleanse your body out. So now everything is gonna work a little bit better. Okay? 25:54 Speaker 1: Clean you out. Clean you out. We have a whole bunch of gunk in us over the years, 25:59 Speaker 1: and 26:00 Speaker 1: that makes us look and feel old. So I'd start off with Epitalon. 26:05 Speaker 1: And then Clo, dude. Yeah. Duh. Alright. Anti AG, we all hurt. Right? BPC and TB-five hundred are going to help with lots of aches and pains, lower 26:15 Speaker 1: lower inflammation. 26:17 Speaker 1: GHKCu 26:18 Speaker 1: is gonna help grow, 26:20 Speaker 1: work on our collagen, work on our skin, help that grow back better. And KPV 26:25 Speaker 1: is directly helping your gut. I don't know about you, JD, but every woman in my life complains about their stomach hurting 26:33 Speaker 1: somewhat regularly. 26:35 Speaker 1: So, that would probably help. I don't know. Maybe I'm just weird, maybe I'm feeding But, them something 26:40 Speaker 1: yeah, always some 26:42 Speaker 1: stomach issues on and off. And, that's what KPV does. So, 26:47 Speaker 1: Epitalon, 26:48 Speaker 1: K-clothymosin 26:51 Speaker 1: Alpha, okay? It is known for like boosting 26:54 Speaker 1: immune system, but actually kind of regulating your immune system, but actually is like the number 1 best thing for inflammation to take. Yeah, it really is. 27:04 Speaker 1: Reducing the 27:08 Speaker 1: NAD plus duh, we've already talked about it. 27:11 Speaker 1: I'm a firm believer in MOTS-three thousand 27:14 Speaker 1: blend 27:15 Speaker 1: and 27:16 Speaker 1: Tesamorelin, 27:17 Speaker 1: finally. Anti aging, again, we need our growth hormone to be up, right? We need our belly fat to be rid 27:24 Speaker 1: of. So it's going burn your belly fat, and it's just gonna help repair, 27:28 Speaker 1: shit, hair, skin, nails, internal, everything is gonna heal a bit better and rejuvenate 27:33 Speaker 1: a little bit more. So- Yeah. 27:37 Speaker 2: That's- 27:38 Speaker 0: That's what I Okay, saw it, dude. That was a good call. I'm surprised that I had missed Thymosin Alpha. It's Jesus, 1 of my favorite peptides. My wife and I both take it. Now, 1 of the cool things too is people that have autoimmune issues, which gosh, everybody does these days because of the food it's poison, it really helps with that stuff. And if somebody has like an overactive 28:01 Speaker 0: immune system, it will shut it down. So it actually is like a governor for somebody that has an overactive. 28:08 Speaker 0: So, Thymosin Alpha and disimmunity, if you're gonna go and if you're not gonna take it in regards to like a daily, if you're gonna go on a trip on vacation, definitely at least run Thymosin Alpha 28:19 Speaker 0: for that because it will really, trust me, help you from getting sick almost certainly. So yeah, good call on that. Good catch. That should have been on every 1 of them, man. Thymosin Alpha should be on any stack. 28:30 Speaker 2: 100%. Yep. 28:32 Speaker 1: 100%. 28:33 Speaker 1: So, 28:35 Speaker 1: you know, yeah, we 28:37 Speaker 1: do question and answers, we're happy to answer, 28:40 Speaker 1: I don't know, a little bit more specific questions. 28:44 Speaker 1: Those were a lot, and I understand not everybody is able to take 28:48 Speaker 1: 5 or 6, 7 28:50 Speaker 1: peptides. Again, 28:52 Speaker 1: experiment yourself. Let's 28:55 Speaker 1: choose a few that will and we got to see how they work for you and play around with dosages. 29:03 Speaker 0: Kind of everybody's got different levels of what they need. Yeah, yeah. I mean, I don't think women need to take as much. I mean, some of it will take, I think, could be contingent upon how much they weigh and things like that. That played a role in it as well. But I've just seen in my experience that women can get away with a lot less. So that's a good thing for you. So you can maybe try more, but like Will said, I mean, I would try 29:24 Speaker 0: 3 if you can and 3 or 4, if you can even maybe do 3 or 4 and just do them for generally speaking on a cycle of like 90 days give or take, and then mix them around. The beautiful thing about peptides is there is a ton of them and they are freaking amazing, man. They are freaking amazing. So hopefully that gave a little insight to some of the stuff that will help you with some of those problems. 29:47 Speaker 0: I don't know. Anything else you got, brother? 29:50 Speaker 1: I don't know. I think that what we discussed, 29:53 Speaker 1: we really want to try to do a peptide of the week, deep dive into 1, and some of the new emerging stuff, and maybe 2, maybe a well known, 30:02 Speaker 1: really new emerging, and then maybe a stack of the week. 30:06 Speaker 1: Yeah. 30:07 Speaker 0: Yeah. So that's a good way to say it. We would like to know what the listeners are looking because we really want to try to give, you know, because the channel's grown really quickly and we're super stoked on that. So give us some feedback. We do get a lot of feedback through DMs and stuff like that. We do listen, man. So would you prefer 2 peptides of the week? Would you prefer a peptide? 30:25 Speaker 0: Focus on heavily deep dive into a peptide and a stack. Give us some feedback because we will listen and we will try to 30:34 Speaker 0: give you what you want. 30:35 Speaker 0: Simple as that. 30:37 Speaker 2: Sound good? Get people what they want. 30:39 Speaker 0: Sounds good. Hopefully this was helpful. Hopefully it was. Right on, man. Well, we, this will drop on Monday. You're listening to it, obviously, when it's dropping on Monday. And, Monday and Thursday are the new times. These are dropping. 30:51 Speaker 0: Hope everybody has an amazing week, and we'll catch you on the flip side. And give us some feedback on the stacks. Right? Do them, but do them at least. 30:59 Speaker 1: Give us some feedback after 2 months. 31:03 Speaker 1: Unless you got a medium We will. 31:05 Speaker 0: Love it. 31:06 Speaker 0: Alright, guys. You guys have a good take care.
