To my left, my buddy, my business partner, my brother, mister William Tirzepatide. What's up, dude? What up, man? And it is, 1:17 Speaker 1: good to be back here. Yeah. And with JJ, I don't know if you know it, but I got back. I've been to Italy for the last 2 weeks. Oh, that's awesome. We went to Prague, and then I stayed with my girl. That's awesome. And who is now my fiancee. 1:28 Speaker 3: Congrats. Excuse me. But I'm still I've heard that happened there. So that happened there. It happened there. Happened Were you in the Malfi Coast? Yes. Of course. 1:35 Speaker 1: Everybody. And 1:37 Speaker 1: that's awesome. I didn't plan, but I did not do the typical, like, you know, there's so many pictures of on the boat in front of Positano. 1:45 Speaker 1: Right? And I was like, well, let's do something. So I met, I had her do a back flip off the boat. 1:50 Speaker 1: And then when she got up all soaking wet, proposed to her. Yeah. That was awesome. Told the driver, I was like, yeah. He's she's not gonna like this with all the wet hair. Yeah. Yeah. Guys don't think like that. Oh, well. 2:01 Speaker 1: Yeah. She liked that. That's awesome, man. Good for you, Marshall. Congratulations. Thank you. That's awesome. Let's probably introduce 2:07 Speaker 2: our guest though because, 2:08 Speaker 2: he's somebody that we respect heavily. It's such an honor to be sitting with you across the way finally. Like, we've done a few podcasts with him, but never live. 2:16 Speaker 2: He has I call you the godfather of HRT, TRT. 2:20 Speaker 2: Man, you wrote that book so long ago, so you've been doing stuff. Author, 2:24 Speaker 3: the peptide guru. I could go on and on and on. If you don't if you're in this and if you're in this space and you don't know who Jay Campbell is, you you're doing it wrong. So welcome to the show, bro. Man, thank you guys, man. It's an honor to be here. I love both of you guys. I'm very grateful that you guys have always treated me with the respect and, you know, just when you say that, like, I know you guys are real, right, because you guys know that I was like the TRT person. Right? Yeah. And so many people today don't know that because they just kind of found me in the last couple years because of the peptide books. You know what I mean? So, 2:53 Speaker 3: yeah, man. And and you guys are the same, man. Like, I, you know, Real recognizes Real. You guys are OGs too, so it's like, you know, it's cool and all of us can like hang and, you know, respect 1 another for what we've done, but also because we're boys, you know what I mean? Like, we live the same day to day life. Mean, dude, I was telling Trevor this last night, and I know you guys know this, like we are under more pressure, 3:14 Speaker 3: the 3 of us and people like us, then probably 95% 3:17 Speaker 3: of people in society because we are at the tip of the spear. 3:21 Speaker 3: 1 is doing what we're doing. We have like balancing regulatory, 3:25 Speaker 3: you know, people in black jackets coming here at some point, you know, searching us saying, What the fuck are you doing? Like, nobody really realizes the pressure that we're under every day, you know, and it's like, the coolest thing is is, like, we're not doing this. You know, we obviously, all of us are doing well in life financially, but we're not doing this for that. We're doing it to help people. And that's what's so cool about what we're doing. And so it's like, I think when people ask me, because people do ask me all the time, they're like, dude, do you ever like go to bed, you know, freaked out or like thinking that something might happen tomorrow? I go, no, I I at times in my life, I did, but now I know that because I'm helping people, I'm doing the right thing. Yeah. Right? 4:01 Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, I always say it, like, I die on this hill because, like, there's this is our purpose, man. Like, I don't know how this happened. I mean, God put his hand on on this company. And like I said, this is my favorite story about you, man. Like we were, we started this company as most did in a garage labeling our own stuff, 4:19 Speaker 2: listening to JK-1MQ Right. 4:21 Speaker 2: And how rad is that? When I want to tell the story, when I met Jay, I was up at, the Peptide, 1 of these conferences, and I brought I brought my boys and my wife, which was a bad idea because I could not focus and my kids are running around the wind. I'm like chasing 1 of them. And then I see Jay and I go, they're like, what's up? You know, so I go up to him and Hunter, like, what's up, dude? And we take a picture and stuff, and my wife goes, when you guys walked away, who is that? I'm like, that was Jay Campbell and Hunter Williams. She's like, are you kidding me? Like, you know what I mean? I'm like, that's how we met, you know? It's awesome. It's just it's that law of attraction stuff that I talk about so often. 4:55 Speaker 2: And when I kind of fell in love with you, so to speak, buddy, when I was that, when you came on my podcast about a year and 0.5 ago on my personal podcast, 5:03 Speaker 2: like you just said, like attracts like. We hit it off. We didn't talk about websites. We just talked about like, 5:09 Speaker 2: because there needs to be people that are gonna be at the, at the, in the front going, dude, I'm gonna, I'm gonna take what happens because I believe in this so much because people are sick and tired going to western medicine and walking out with some 5:22 Speaker 1: painkillers 5:23 Speaker 2: or 5:24 Speaker 2: stuff that's going to jack up their gut. That doctor didn't ask him any questions, not even how do you sleep? Yeah, a 100%. You know what I mean? So it's an honor to be sitting here with you, man. And it's such a small, 5:36 Speaker 2: it's such a small world because we're all like- There's a small world. Trevor, 5:39 Speaker 1: we're all kind of combined. I mean, just this gym across the way from us 5:44 Speaker 2: happens to be like the home gym of like 1 of Trevor's business. Yeah, exactly. That we, yes. So it is a very- You know Doug? You know Doug? He was supposed to go last night. I ran into Doug. Yeah. So pretty cool. I didn't get to ask this last time because I'm curious. 5:57 Speaker 2: You've done a lot in life, dude. Like you're an author, you've been 6:01 Speaker 2: in TRT forever. 6:03 Speaker 2: I love entrepreneurship. 6:06 Speaker 2: That fire got lit in me about 5 years ago and it's just been a 6:10 Speaker 2: forest fire. Like Will and I just want to do a lot of big things. And 6:16 Speaker 2: out of all that you've done, 6:18 Speaker 2: do you love the most? Great question. What's your favorite thing? Great question. Definitely 6:24 Speaker 3: off 6:26 Speaker 3: the shelf, different answer than what you expect. So I've sold companies, you know, obviously I've built a really, I'm clearly building an empire right now, right? Like I have 1 of the biggest RUO companies in the world. We're building, as I was telling you guys, which, know, we can talk about today, we're building like 1 of the, probably the biggest 503A 6:44 Speaker 3: sourcing companies, right? So it's like, there's all this stuff that's cool that's coming about, 6:48 Speaker 3: you know, from the businesses that I'm building. And, you know, I sold my 1st company back in 2022. We were the 1st, it was called a SEER custom. It was me and another guy, but we were the 1st 6:57 Speaker 3: company to actually have 7:00 Speaker 3: patents and trademarks on our peptide hair and skin products. And 7:04 Speaker 3: we didn't make a lot of money. I think we sold the company for like $6,500,000 7:07 Speaker 3: or something like that. And after we paid off, you know, our inventory loans were, think him and I each walked away after taxes. We each walked away with like $1,200,000,000 7:14 Speaker 1: Yeah. 7:16 Speaker 3: 7 figure transfer, right? It took like 18 days to show up on my bank account. 7:20 Speaker 3: But yeah, don't get me on that. But no, honestly, like for me, man, the most important thing is like I'm doing work and so is my wife with a woman in Northern California, and she's like a very advanced spiritual coach and I'm so blessed to work with her. And like, dude, she's like breaking my ego. She's literally 7:36 Speaker 3: teaching me, 7:38 Speaker 3: like, I'll explain it this way. Like there's 2 game boards in life, right? There's the lower game board, which is like, you know, us making money, 7:44 Speaker 3: you know, driving nice things, having nice cars, taking care of our families, our wives, our kids, etcetera. And then there's the upper game board of life, which is like learning 7:53 Speaker 3: to become an ethical human being. 7:55 Speaker 3: Sure. And so 7:57 Speaker 3: few people 7:59 Speaker 3: ever play the upper game board of life. 8:01 Speaker 3: Because their 8:02 Speaker 3: life is about fucking people over, make getting paid on to come up, blah blah blah. Can keep going. Right. But it's like 8:08 Speaker 3: I've always walked that quote unquote seekers path. Like, I always wanted to question things. You know, obviously, you guys know that, which is TRT and all that stuff. But like now I realize, like, it's cool to question things and seek, 8:18 Speaker 3: but at the same time, you got to do the work and you have to be a living demonstration 8:22 Speaker 3: every single day. And so for me now, it's like, how do I remove myself importance? Like, how do I go into conversations with people and not attempt to like set some sort of like hierarchy where I'm the man? You know what I mean? Like, because I think- That's what she's working with you? Dude. You kind of kill that ego. Exactly. 8:39 Speaker 3: I really think that people like us who are driven to our successful, you know, we're hair on fire entrepreneurs. We 8:47 Speaker 3: do come into relationships or conversations or whatever it is, not even knowing because our ego's calling the shots of like trying to set the hierarchy. Like, you know, I'm the man. I'm 8:56 Speaker 3: here, you're here, or I'm here and you're there. And so like, this has been like this incredible because we started this work in November of deconstruction 9:04 Speaker 3: of me. That's right. So like, it's the most amazing thing, man. And honestly, like, I'm being very, you know, obviously vulnerable and transparent with you guys right now. And as authentic as I can be, it's like been very hard because when I have conversations with people now who want normally I'd be like, I'm gonna fucking rip your head off and 9:20 Speaker 3: blah blah blah blah. Right now I can't do that anymore because I'm sitting there in that place of like, okay, 9:26 Speaker 3: all of this shit that I've created in my past life, you know, this ego drama, I should call it crisis, right, is literally an ego impostor. It's not who I really am. The authentic J, the authentic will, the authentic JD. We just are loving beings. Right? Like, that's all we are. And so it's like, I'm now able to sit there and not react and 9:45 Speaker 3: not get defensive, to not be on the offensive and just be like, That's right, man. How do I do I come to a solution that benefits everybody in this conversation right now or everybody in this room right now? So that for me now is the biggest piece of like where I'm going in my life. Right. And it's it's not, it's not easy as you guys know. I mean, you know, you're dealing with every single day you wake up and you're like, oh my God. 10:08 Speaker 1: Yeah. 10:09 Speaker 3: You know, and for me, most of my life now is East Coast. I got a lot of European stuff going on too. So it's like being out here the last few days, dude, every morning has been a challenge. Right? I wake up and I never get on my phone or worse, you know, never do that. But I, you know, even if I come like this morning, I'm at the Pendry, I went out on the balcony and I got sun for like 15 minutes. And then I came in, I look at my phone, I'm like, Oh, now in the past, it'd be like, what the fuck? 10:33 Speaker 3: And 10:34 Speaker 3: then, you know, you're in a spiral, right? But like now I just look at it, I'm like, okay, you know, I said to my wife, I'm like, hey babe, like, I don't think we're going be out of sex, 10:43 Speaker 3: later, maybe tonight, maybe later today or for sure tomorrow morning, let's make sure. You know what I mean? So it's like, I'm now like not sideways 10:51 Speaker 3: reacting. 10:52 Speaker 2: Can I dig into that a little bit? Of course. Yeah. Like, what gets you there? Because 10:57 Speaker 2: to be an entrepreneur, like you said, and a very driven, we are driven guys, right? And it's a balance of ego and drive. And sometimes you don't know where they're crossed. Yeah, yeah. Right? You know what I mean? So what has she been working on with you? I'm intrigued. I mean, it sounds like I'm gonna give you her phone number pretty soon. She's absolutely amazing. I mean, honestly, I'm happy to give you guys her number. She's incredible. 11:18 Speaker 3: She, I mean, dude, so much. Like you have 1 hour call every week. Right. And she has you do what she calls stalk your feelings, right? So it's like, you have to sit there. I mean, you do all sorts of exercises in the beginning. I'm in more we're our 9th month with her now, but because I started in November. But, 11:35 Speaker 3: dude, it's incredible stuff. You know, you you you you 11:39 Speaker 3: right? Well, so like how you base everything is like you write what you like about yourself and what you don't like about yourself in the very beginning. 11:46 Speaker 3: And then, you know, you'll probably have 25 things you don't like about yourself, 100 things you like about yourself, whatever. But you then like each, every 1 of those statements, you literally stalk to get to the root of like, why do you feel this way about yourself? Right? And I think you guys know this, like almost every dude, 12:02 Speaker 3: especially guys like us, Alpha- you know, achievers. 12:06 Speaker 3: There's like some place in our life where our dad didn't love us enough or didn't give us enough attention or whatever. 12:12 Speaker 3: And so it's like we're doing what we're doing to like get our dads. Validation. 12:18 Speaker 3: That's the best word, right? So it's like all of us are like that at some point in time. So it's like when you identify these triggers or these things that happened in early in our life that made us become this way, you can still be that person who's high achieving and, you know, super like charismatic and passionate, all that thing, but at the same time, driven. Yeah, 12:37 Speaker 3: exactly. Not driven by like the egoic. Again, she calls it the ego impostor, but that impostor that's behind the pursuit. 12:45 Speaker 2: That's right. Yep. I call it Jedi shit. Exactly. 12:48 Speaker 1: So JD and I have been sober for a long time. The way we've 12:52 Speaker 1: got sober is by doing a whole lot of internal work on ourselves, 12:56 Speaker 1: right? And doing, and I don't want to go put a mirror around. We belong to like an anonymous program, right? That we 13:03 Speaker 1: basically, it sounds very familiar, right? It's like break you down. Right. And we can, although, you know, we come into this place pretty broken, although 13:11 Speaker 1: you come in broken, but our egos try to do the opposite to us because we're down here. Right. And we try to just go, but 13:19 Speaker 1: I'm so cool. And 13:21 Speaker 1: then we have to come 13:25 Speaker 1: to terms with, 13:27 Speaker 1: yes, but with just kind of getting right sized. And I can't tell you how many times that I have had the thought right. It was a miserable 13:34 Speaker 1: 10 years of being a degenerate 13:38 Speaker 1: person, like ruining And my life, 13:41 Speaker 1: misery, really miserable. But I absolutely, with wholehearted conviction, say like, we are the lucky ones- Exactly. To experience that. Yes, exactly. Because we finally had a reason 13:50 Speaker 1: to look for something better, right? To find a 13:53 Speaker 1: God, whatever it is. And, and just in the spiritual path 13:58 Speaker 1: where now we can kind of live above that. And it took a whole lot of ego out of us, right? So I pedally with all of our sponsors. I know we had a, 14:05 Speaker 1: 1 of our exercises was to, was to go like basically identify some, some, 14:10 Speaker 1: motto or sayings that I've lived my life by. That has not served me right. Right. 14:15 Speaker 1: That I thought it was a wrong, you know, it was the wrong way to think, but that's how I live my life. Right. 14:21 Speaker 1: And just dissect every part of our lives and then go through and write all the bad things that we've ever done to everybody. Then tell that to another human being. So it has been, 14:31 Speaker 1: that's been a, that's a huge process and we try to live our lives and we only say sober by living that way still Okay, girl. With having integrity and treating everybody with kindness and lovingness and loving. 14:42 Speaker 1: But, so yeah, I respect it. It's a lot of hard work. That's awesome, man. There's spiritual 14:46 Speaker 2: side of that for sure. 14:49 Speaker 2: With that said, you're an author. I mean, you know, how many times over, I don't even know. Like, oh, geez. I mean, wow, that's amazing. 14:55 Speaker 2: Has there been any books that have changed your life? I mean, books that I've read? I mean, I read, 15:03 Speaker 3: I shouldn't say now because this year has been a little bit slower because there's so much growth with BLL, but I normally read between 8 to 12 books a month. Okay. Wow, that's a lot. That's more on this guy. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. 15:13 Speaker 3: So I'm like, I mean and I'm still a paperback guy. I literally my wife just bought me an for my birthday in February, an actual Kindle. I have a 2 I I have nice you guys are gonna laugh at this, but I I carry the Kindle with me in my backpack. It's a huge step, but I still have to pick it I get it, bro. Because I'm highlighting it. You know, so I'm literally, 15:31 Speaker 3: at given time, there's 5 or 6 books open around my cardio machine or my desk in my office or whatever. But, man, I've read so many of them. Like, I don't like 1 this year that I just has been has profoundly impacted me. Called Living the Law of 1. And it's like the law of 1 teachings. And it's like, again, 15:48 Speaker 3: the only thing that we're here for, 15:51 Speaker 3: as humans is literally to become integral, right? To literally 15:55 Speaker 3: become an integrity, 15:56 Speaker 3: integrity led, 15:58 Speaker 3: virtuous being, or as you said, well, you love everyone, 16:01 Speaker 3: you forgive everyone, 16:03 Speaker 3: you, you get rid of anger, you know, again, you know, like I 16:07 Speaker 3: have, you know, these are 1 of the things that she does with us is she gives us affirmations, 16:12 Speaker 3: right? So I put these, 16:14 Speaker 3: you know, in my phone 16:16 Speaker 3: and then I roll these out like 2 or 3 times a day. Right? 16:20 Speaker 3: And so all of these things have been like, oh, they're incredible dude, but all of these things have been uncovered in my working with her and, 16:27 Speaker 3: you know, it's 16:28 Speaker 3: like, 16:29 Speaker 3: I don't know, man. Like, it's just 16:32 Speaker 3: really the thought process that are coming from like, don't be attached. Yeah. 16:35 Speaker 3: You know, don't have expectations. 16:38 Speaker 3: Every moment that we're alive and breathing and our fingers are working, our legs are working as a gift. I love that. And 16:44 Speaker 3: truthfully, like, 16:46 Speaker 3: you know, I have a statement. And again, I borrowed this from, Doctor. David Hawkins, you know, the consciousness guy. And he said, Everything is happening divinely as it's intended. Sure. And so I added to that always and in all ways, and our resistance is futile because as you guys know, 17:02 Speaker 2: resistance is in our mind. Yeah. We're creating the resistance. If everything is divinely happening as it's supposed to be. Yeah. 100%. Anything that happens where we're like, why is this happening to me? Yeah. Self created. Yeah. Self created. Well, there's a lot of times when we're, like, going through that hell or whatever storm, and we're like, what is going on? Yeah. Exactly. If you just wait cause there's something freaking amazing to get through or the growth that comes through that. I mean, think about when you were talking to what's made me think of that, I don't know if you've ever read 17:30 Speaker 2: a Jock Wilink's 17:31 Speaker 2: book 17:33 Speaker 2: Extreme Ownership. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I have. Amazing book. He talks about that where like, don't let anybody have your power. Like if you let somebody get you pissed, they 17:40 Speaker 2: win. Like, I've always seen about that because I'm a little bit of hothead, you know? Of Of 17:46 Speaker 3: I think of that and it just kind of reminded me that you don't let them steal your shine, man. Exactly. You know what I mean? It's hard for guys like that. That's, you know, to that point, for guys like us, it's very difficult because people can trigger us. And you're right, like the only way you won't let it happen is by practice. Sure. It's, it's a, it's a muscle. So it has to go to that thought of what you just said of like, don't let them steal your shine or just again in your mind, like, you know what, this is like, have 1 in there that I wrote. It's an affirmation of like, anytime there's a crisis, it's an imposter 18:16 Speaker 3: because there are no other. Yeah, it's great. Right? 18:19 Speaker 3: We are literally creating the crisis in our mind, like you said, allowing somebody to steal our shine, steal our joy 18:26 Speaker 3: for nothing. You know, like my wife, because I had a little small incident this morning and she's like, use your tools. 18:34 Speaker 1: That's funny. That's 18:37 Speaker 2: all funny. Yeah, it's not easy, man. I mean, we're, we're, we're always under construction. We're never complete. The fact that you're even doing this, even at your age, that I love it. That's because right, we're never done. We're never going to be. And if we have something, if we're hot or whatever and you don't work on it, you're doing it wrong, man. Exactly. Well, I mean, dude, I look at my dad, right? My dad is 81 years old. My mom died of COVID, but honestly, she was really morbidly obese and she was not, not healthy. And, 19:06 Speaker 3: I look at my dad, he's 81, he's a multimillionaire. He lives by himself. He's got a badass lake house up in North Blue Ridge, Georgia. He goes up and fishes. He's still very, very, 19:15 Speaker 3: able, 19:16 Speaker 3: able-bodied and stuff. But dude, he has never done a single 2nd of work on himself. And so he's completely still living in the ego mind. I mean, he's a maniac. He's like literally managing his stocks, freaking out at 81 years old. He has nothing to worry about. You know, he's getting on watching CNBC in the morning and I'm just like, my God, man, like, so I guess, you know, it's what you said, Like, we have to, humans, 19:40 Speaker 3: especially if we choose to be ethical humans, we have to work on ourselves and it's never stops 19:44 Speaker 2: when you come from that. 19:46 Speaker 2: Because the way that I articulate it, most of the time we're products of the product. Like the reason I try to live my life the way I do because I have 2 boys and I care about, 19:57 Speaker 2: I look at it like it's not even my sons, it's their families. A 100%. That my, how I live my life. And I take that like, 20:05 Speaker 2: so you said your dad, your mom passed away because she's greatly overweight and that's what you came from. So how did you become where you're at? Because that's hard to break away from that type of- 20:14 Speaker 3: same thing, 20:15 Speaker 3: spiritual work. So my dad was a very successful wage slave, right? Like he was not an entrepreneur. He did not teach any of his kids. And by way, I'm the oldest of 9. Right? So 6 boys, 3 girls, and everyone was taught to be a good, a good, a good little wage slave. Right? You know, go up the ladder, get a becoming executive, get your golden parachute, a pension, blah, blah. So it's like, you know, I was like that guy, 20:39 Speaker 3: and was like an executive in, 20:41 Speaker 3: digital automotive marketing. So I worked for, 20:44 Speaker 3: LA times, cars.com, 20:47 Speaker 3: kbb.com, 20:48 Speaker 3: Edmunds, and then Autotrader. So like every 1 of them, and I rose all the way up to, like, I was an executive. I was actually an executive vice president and at 40, almost 41, the middle of my 40th year, 20:58 Speaker 3: KBB brought me my boss and then, his lever, his equal guy down to 21:04 Speaker 3: Irvine. This is when I was living in Pasadena, this is back in 2010 and sacked us. And the next day, seriously, 21:11 Speaker 3: announced the sale of the company and cheated each of us out of $300 21:14 Speaker 3: and more. Swear to God. And we were the 3 highest paid guys in the company. And they were literally just saying, Hey, we're just doing this as downsizing. And they, you know, the owner explained it as like, you know, we're cost cutting. You guys are the 3 highest paid guys in the company. We know you guys are gonna go get a job 21:28 Speaker 3: with a phone call, know, because it was like, I mean, it wasn't a bad time. Remember, 2010 was at the bottom, right? Like 2009, 2010 was bad, but we were very skilled and accomplished. And so we figured it would, which actually didn't happen because over the next 2 years it was a whirlwind. But, yeah, the next day I was sleeping in, I remember driving home thinking, holy shit, I've been working here for 10 years. I had a great job. You know, my wife, I had just a baby. 21:50 Speaker 3: My girl was, my oldest was 3 and my newest born was like 4 months old. Yeah. Right. And also a girl. And I 21:59 Speaker 3: went to sleep 22:00 Speaker 3: that night thinking, Oh, this is to be the 1st time I sleep in it. I don't know how long, because it was actually on a Monday. And 22:06 Speaker 3: I've driven all the way down to Irvine, which is where Kelly's corporate offices were. And so the next morning I was asleep and my buddy who worked for me in Chicago called my ex wife and was like, Wake Jay up. 22:18 Speaker 3: Because he had known that I lost my job because they were the 1st people I called when I was driving home and she's like, He's sleeping. Why would I wake him up? She's like, Wake him up and put on CNN. I'm not seeing CNBC. 22:27 Speaker 3: And there was 22:28 Speaker 3: the publisher who had just fired me the day before in Chicago announcing 22:33 Speaker 3: with the auto trader just got that they just made a merge. They just got bought by auto. Trader. So it's like, I mean, I do, I put that on and it instantly hit me. I was like, Oh, now I know when. Yeah. Let me go. That makes sense. Yeah. And then, so then that guy was like that 3 days later, he calls me and he's like, Dude, I don't know how to tell you this. He's like, But I just got $175,000 22:51 Speaker 3: bonus. He's like, so you and Joe and the other guy was nice, Mike Romano. He's like, you guys probably just got cheated out of $300 each. So 23:00 Speaker 3: at that point, guys, I instantly knew because I was almost 41 that, okay, 23:05 Speaker 3: if you're working for a company, all you are is an employee ID number. Doesn't matter if you're the CEO, chief executive officer, chief CFO, whatever your employee ID number. So it was at that moment that I was like, there's no 23:18 Speaker 3: fucking way that I'm ever going to go back and be a wage slave, but what am I going to do? Okay, I have all these awesome skills as a digital marketing assassin. So what am I going to do? And very truthfully, 23:30 Speaker 3: 6 months later, 8 months later, I met Monica and she was like a very, very successful, 23:35 Speaker 3: I shouldn't say 6 months later because that was actually when that 1st happened, I was still with my 23:40 Speaker 3: ex. And then over the next 2 years of going from job to job in a very terrible economy, we ended up getting divorced. A lot of crazy shit happened. And I met Monica 23:48 Speaker 3: 8 months later after I got divorced and she was a very successful realtor in, like 23:53 Speaker 3: West Camino. She was, she worked for, what was it, Century 21 Masters, 23:58 Speaker 3: she was like 1 of the top agents there. And when she met me, we met on match.com 24:02 Speaker 3: She knew that I was like a marketing ninja and she's like, my God, all the things that you do could dramatically help my business. And I'm like, Well, you know, I'm not a weight slave, right? I'm like 2 checks a month. Yeah, right. I don't know about this stuff. Totally. 24:14 Speaker 3: And, you know, again, this is back now in 2012 and she was like, Just, just trust. And so she was the person that like really started me doing my inner work and my, you know, call it, you know, self exploration, 24:27 Speaker 3: you know, doing internal stuff. You know, we, we, we, I, I, honestly, I did the craziest thing at the time. I mean, like I was literally living in a very small apartment in Studio City and I was working for, this is after I got my divorce and I moved back to California because I was in Vegas for a little while. 24:44 Speaker 3: I was working with my buddy who owned a dealership because 24:48 Speaker 3: a bunch of shit happened with me, 24:51 Speaker 3: with my ex and I, and she, you know, charged, accused me of domestic violence. So I got arrested in Las Vegas and 24:58 Speaker 3: kids got taken. I get worked up over this. And so like at that time- You've heard this song a lot of times. Yeah, you guys all know what happens, but I couldn't go back into that line of work because I wouldn't pass a background check because I have my arrest record. So everything actually got suppressed and deleted 25:14 Speaker 3: because it was all made up, but I had to go through that 4 years, but this is before I met or the 25:20 Speaker 3: 4 year situation happened after I met Monica. But, 25:23 Speaker 3: when we met Monica, she convinced me to like, 25:25 Speaker 3: literally it was a crazy decision to move in together and become the marketing side of her real estate business. And I swear to God, I literally went from like being completely 25:34 Speaker 3: nearly bankrupt in 2012 25:37 Speaker 3: with like maybe 4 or 5,000 in a Roth IRA 25:41 Speaker 3: owing like $6,000 25:42 Speaker 3: a month in child support and, what else was it, benefits. 25:49 Speaker 3: Within the 1st year that we worked together, we made 1,000,000. Right? And so 25:53 Speaker 3: it was at that point I really started to realize that like, okay, You did a lot of stuff out Yeah, like I have all these skills in my mind that I was, you know, this corporate wage sling, but I can apply these as an entrepreneur. And so then the rest was history. We built an incredible real estate team, 26:07 Speaker 3: from 2013 to 2016. 26:09 Speaker 3: We had 1 of the biggest 5 26:12 Speaker 3: star rated teams in the San Gabriel Valley. We were crushing. We had like 20 agents, etcetera. But at the same time, 26:19 Speaker 3: could see that Monica wasn't about levering 26:22 Speaker 3: and using tech in the way that I was. And so she also gave me the ability to start writing these books and start doing all of this shit. And she knew that I was obviously super into my fitness, 26:31 Speaker 3: super into my, 26:32 Speaker 3: you know, helping people and stuff like that. And so she gave me that, 26:36 Speaker 3: God bless her. You know, she gave me that ability to go at night and hustle and like, write and 26:40 Speaker 3: spend time and doing all this. She was literally at that time we had gotten my daughter's back. And so, you know, she had 3 biologicals and obviously I had 2. And so we were raising 5 kids. And so she was like super mom, you know, because she was being the agent during the day, 26:53 Speaker 3: watching the kids at night and then allowing me to go back to the office and just fucking grind. Love that. 1 of things that popped off when you said that is because 27:01 Speaker 2: like I said, entrepreneurship 27:03 Speaker 2: is just, I think so many more men need to do that. And behind every good man is a better woman that supports. I have a bride like that as well. And 27:10 Speaker 2: I tell people, because on the iron perspective, my personal podcast has really changed towards entrepreneurship 27:16 Speaker 2: and here's why. 27:17 Speaker 2: Listen, everybody could do this. Like everybody could do this. Like some guys are born better at it, but don't go home and sit on the couch, dude. Like you just, what you jumped out at, you didn't go home and sit on the couch. Get, you started writing books. You suck at whatever, 27:31 Speaker 2: become a student of whatever you want to be good at when 27:34 Speaker 2: you go home. You know what I mean? Yeah, like, right. When you start a business, 27:37 Speaker 2: don't like people think I'm gonna have my weekends off. Like we watch, what are we working 16 hour days for the hour and 0.5, 27:44 Speaker 2: My 0.5? 7 days a week? 27:46 Speaker 2: It's something different when it's yours, man. Exactly. Like when you buy a dollar that you make from just your brain and hard work, 27:53 Speaker 2: it's liberation, dude. 100%. You know what I mean? And there's so many men, more men that just need to just get after that and start doing that stuff. A great story, man. Yeah, thanks. 28:01 Speaker 3: Mean, I haven't shared that story. It was kind of little different directions and stuff like that. But yeah, I mean, like, you know, back in, I think it was 2011, 28:09 Speaker 3: you know, my ex, you know, accused me of beating her up and she was actually cheating on me with like an ex sheriff in Vegas. So 28:16 Speaker 2: they knew how to 28:18 Speaker 3: put me in jail. So I actually came back from a business trip, swear to God, from Chicago. And I was on a Friday night. She actually picked me up at the airport, brought me home, fed me, went to bed at 6 a. M. Oh, man. 28:31 Speaker 3: Las Vegas Metro PD. And, you know, we live in a gay community, really nice area. 28:35 Speaker 3: And, that was crazy. And so, like, the next, you know, 3, 3.5 years of my life is insane, you know, because I had to suppress the record, you know, get out of all the bullshit that I was accused of. You know, it was a life changing thing, but as you said, you know, it makes you really much more grateful Yeah. For what you do have. And then, you know, obviously, I was on my Ps and Qs from that point forward, and life has just been mostly like that. Because last time when we talked, you and I had my personal 1, the very 1st 1, we dug into a lot of, like, life and stuff, but I didn't hear that story. And, 1 of the things that I've learned by talking with a lot of men, successful men is 29:10 Speaker 2: most of them have been through some shit. It doesn't mean drug abuse. It means anything. There's your thing, but like you notice how beautiful life is after you've seen Exactly. The 29:18 Speaker 3: Yeah, no, you have to. I do agree with that. I think that most men who do accomplish a lot, you know, however you define that. And I and, you know, it's funny. I think 29:27 Speaker 3: think accomplishing a lot can also be 29:30 Speaker 3: happy. 29:31 Speaker 3: Absolutely. And not have a fucking set in your bank account. But every single day you wake up 29:35 Speaker 3: with love and I joy in your mean, you know, I think it's 29:39 Speaker 3: tough, right? Because like we're all taught to grind and, you know, to to to do whatever and to achieve. And I think all of us, like as men at our core, like, you know, we kind of measure ourselves by how much of a provider we are. 29:51 Speaker 3: And so like a lot of times, like I think we lose track or sight of the idea that like if you're just content and you're joyful and you bring joy to other people, you know, you don't have to have a scent in your bank. It's 30:04 Speaker 3: honestly, it's 30:06 Speaker 2: It's helping other people. Exactly. That's it. Like you want to find joy, peace, contentment. We all do. 30:11 Speaker 3: Why don't you just help somebody with no expectation? That's always the heart. That's how you fix whenever you're feeling down, go ahead. Yes. 30:18 Speaker 2: It works every time. My daughter was going through some she's getting picked on in high school and, like, she was going through some shit, you know? And then I said, Taylor, call your mom and tell her how much you love her. She's like, why? 30:27 Speaker 2: Get out of your head and do something good for some other people. It's such a good way of doing things. You know what I mean? You just it's like, it's a muscle. We gotta work on it, but, that's cool, man. I really enjoy that part because I had some curiosity about that stuff. You know, you're such a talented guy, and it's everybody has a story, man. Yeah. You know, it's always like No. It's it's not all been you know, it's been. Right. It's been everybody thinks, like, they see on the top. Yeah. You know? It's very, 30:52 Speaker 3: very, 30:53 Speaker 3: you know, how would I say it? Volatile. Challenging. 30:58 Speaker 0: Ultra running shoes are all about space. Grab a Pepsi 0 Sugar today. 31:52 Speaker 1: Topsy-turvy. 31:53 Speaker 3: Sure. You know, I mean, all of us, man. Like, I'm sure you guys have, you know, a very similar story, but, yeah, I mean, there's 31:59 Speaker 3: no growth without adversity. And 32:02 Speaker 3: that's to me, like, the most important thing is like, you know, we come in here as souls, we enter these physical bodies, 32:07 Speaker 3: and really, you know, I think the great Walter Russell said the path is to the top of the mountaintop, right? We come out of the womb into the base of the jungle and the path is back to the top of the mountain. Yeah, yeah. And the path to the mountaintop is in different directions, 32:18 Speaker 3: you know, and it's, it's like this and there's nothing linear about it. You know, you might go here, you might go there, you might go there. But it's like, it's, it's make, it's maintaining a perception that you are loved 32:30 Speaker 2: and everything is okay. And you need to chase growth and you need to grow and you're under construction. I mean, you're at 55 and you're working on your ego now. That's growth. 32:37 Speaker 1: You know what I mean? And it's hopefully your wife is with you too. It's 32:43 Speaker 3: absolutely amazing that that is. We've actually talked to our coach about that. I'm like, How many couples have you had do this? And she's like, 4. You guys are our 4th. And she's doing it for 30 years. So she's like, This is pretty amazing. Right? And honestly, like, there's been times, I'm not gonna lie to you guys. Like, we actually, 32:58 Speaker 3: on Tuesday, 33:00 Speaker 3: what's today? It's Thursday. Tuesday when I had to get them on the plane and their flight got canceled and it was like crazy 33:06 Speaker 3: stressful morning to get my daughter's back, you know, because 01/16, 01/18, so they had to fly together and go back. And I had so much planned, including you guys, that I couldn't deal with it. Thankfully it all worked out. 33:17 Speaker 3: But her and I had a serious conversation that we wouldn't have been able to have before because 33:23 Speaker 3: if we weren't doing this work together, we would have flipped out. Was huge. 33:27 Speaker 3: It just would have just been an unravel. You know what I mean? And then we went back there apologizing to each other the next day. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. You know, and it's like, as you guys know, 33:36 Speaker 3: that's 1 thing I've learned from working with this woman. It's amazing. It's like, apologies are useless. 33:40 Speaker 3: When you apologize to someone, you literally give them permission to do it again. So 33:46 Speaker 3: you can't apologize, right? You have to say, look, I'm going to be better. 33:50 Speaker 3: I'm going to offer a better solution. I'm going to be more strategic. But I mean, think about all of us and for people listening, how many times in your life have you tried to fix something by apologizing? Yeah, there's nothing. Yeah, sure. 34:02 Speaker 3: Literally 34:03 Speaker 3: nothing. Cause you are literally, again, giving them permission to do the same thing again. So come from a place of like, look, I could, I can be better. 34:11 Speaker 3: You know, that was not my best. That was not my best behavior. That was not the best of me, whatever it is, but come from a place of like solutions. 34:18 Speaker 1: What is the solution so that this doesn't happen again? Right. Yep. My father, I mean, as a little kid, I remember my dad telling me that concept, do not tell me you're sorry, 34:28 Speaker 1: fix, just don't do it again and tell me what you're going do to make, to not do it again. Yeah, exactly. I don't want everyone here who's telling you sorry, because it's bullshit. Means nothing. 34:37 Speaker 1: I know he might, yeah, But he learned a lot from the military. 34:41 Speaker 1: That helped him. But, 34:43 Speaker 1: and yeah, anyway, he still has some work to do, but we all do. 34:47 Speaker 1: So who was the driver? You or your wife? 34:49 Speaker 1: Who's the 1 who's really kind of pushing each other to go into work on yourself? Or has it been a mutual, Mutual. That's great. Very mutual. So here's a great thing about Monica. Monica was a boss babe. And when she met me, 35:01 Speaker 3: total acquiesce, 35:02 Speaker 3: she's like, she knows I'm super alpha. 35:05 Speaker 3: She's like, I'm gonna give you space. I mean, again, I think really strong 35:10 Speaker 3: women 35:12 Speaker 3: will, 35:13 Speaker 3: you know, again, I think this is by design, right? I think it's it's God. You know, this is the divine feminine, the divine masculine, the 2 poles. Like, I really believe that women, 35:22 Speaker 3: when they have a powerful, strong man, because a woman at the end of day, a woman's ultimate desire is security, right? Absolutely. 35:28 Speaker 2: 100%. 35:30 Speaker 3: She wants she wants to know that the man is going to take care of the kids in a bad situation, is going to provide all those things. So it's like women that are not like that and become so alpha and so man like, they lose a sense of their sexuality, they lose their femininity. And obviously, the society we have today is a lot of that because there's so many weak men. Right? Yes. So many weak men that women are forced to. 35:53 Speaker 3: But my wife, who had a weak man before me, 35:57 Speaker 3: you know, gave me the opportunity, God bless her soul, to become the man that she ultimately desired me to be. And that's exactly what's happened. That's huge. If she didn't give me that opportunity, 36:06 Speaker 3: you know, like with her ex, but her ex was not like me and was very weak and very passive aggressive, very meta. He doesn't have any excuses for it. He was like the youngest of 14 kids and there were 13 girls in front of me. So you can only imagine he was like this little prince, right? So like, 36:23 Speaker 3: you know, and she knew that when she married him and because like his mom used to tell her that and stuff like that. But the bottom line is, is that there are way too many women that have become men in our society. 36:33 Speaker 3: And when you have women acting like men, 36:37 Speaker 3: the poles, the energetic poles completely. Exactly. 36:41 Speaker 2: It's literally not divine order anymore. When you absolutely when you do what you just said, I think that's literally how easy it is. Like, I barely 36:48 Speaker 2: even argue with my bride, you know? And my wife's an amazing human, but she feels safe. 36:53 Speaker 2: She knows if something happens, like, she's gonna be protected 36:56 Speaker 3: until my last breath. And then she can fall into her feminine role. That's it. It's that easy. Really is that easy and it's crazy. I think my wife actually enjoys playing the role of spiritual mentor to me because 37:08 Speaker 3: she knows like now, especially since I'm doing this work and I don't really go off, you know, like you said, I don't, I don't, I don't, you know, react. 37:15 Speaker 3: She's like, use your tools. Or like this morning she was like, remember, 37:19 Speaker 3: nothing is until you decide how it's going to be, you know, based on how you react or you respond. Right. And I think you guys know this, right? Like we react this fear. Responding is love. It's literally that simple. It is. Responding takes time. Sure. Reacting is instant. Right? So it's like, again, it's that work we do ourselves to like sit there and say, Okay, like you said, dude, just pause, 37:41 Speaker 3: be patient, 37:42 Speaker 3: let it come, and then boom, all of a sudden there's the answer. I mean, how many times now in your life have you sat there where you're writing an email to somebody, you're like, 37:49 Speaker 3: know, whatever it is. And then you're like, nah, delete it. Yeah, I do it all the time. I 37:54 Speaker 3: don't ever delete it. It's, 37:56 Speaker 3: I was gonna say that. It's amazing, and then you hit save, and you walk away, and then you never ever remember that you wrote it, dude. Sometimes I'm going through my drafts, like, you know, deleting shit, I'm like, holy fuck. I wrote that. Oh my god. 38:11 Speaker 1: Well, dude, especially when your face is out there. Accidentally send the face later. 38:15 Speaker 2: It does make you feel better. It does it does make you feel better. I mean, what we do in our faces out there, we're such easy targets. Like, I was telling you, we went to Prague. We were attacked. Like, I'm in Prague trying to give you good, like, content, like, liars, 38:29 Speaker 2: like, you know, like, and it's like, when I'm tired, it bugs me a little more. And that's when I'll be like, who are you fucking talking to? And then I delete it, but it makes me feel better. 38:38 Speaker 3: Does. I mean, honestly, I'm not kidding you. Like, it does help to do that. And that is a form of like, but you're still feeding it. It's a, but it's a form of passive aggressive release. Sure. It's just the key is not doing it, but like, that's 1 of the things that she's taught me about because obviously I'm like you guys, I'm a target. 38:53 Speaker 3: They 38:54 Speaker 3: are projecting their wounding. Oh yeah. That's all it is. They are projecting their wounding. Absolutely. And so if you're going to say anything to them, which you shouldn't anyway, but if you ever say anything, just say, Hey man, I'm sorry, you know, that you're having a bad day. You know, because again, it's energy. It's a law of energy, right? Like if they attack you and you send them something back that's actually loving, 39:16 Speaker 2: they're literally- Oh, Jay, I got story 39:19 Speaker 3: for you. Grown up and they're like, what did you just do to me? You transmuted their anger. 39:24 Speaker 2: It's a Jedi mind. So I had a story when I was doing my fitness stuff before we started this channel and like, I had talked about something about cholesterol, blah, blah, blah. And there was, you know, Brad, the bodybuilder guy? Yeah. So I didn't know him at the time and he stitched me and he was basically 39:40 Speaker 2: knocking me for what I was saying, but what I was saying was right. So he couldn't fully knock me. So 39:46 Speaker 2: and then so I'm I was at this barbecue and I'm like, motherfucker. And I started typing this and my wife's behind me, she goes, No, no, you don't act like that. And I said, You're right. So I said, Hey brother, just so you know, like it was a time we can only have a minute for real. I said, Hey brother, just so you know, I was right. I only have a minute to like articulate my point. But anyways, 40:04 Speaker 2: you do you bro, I'll love. And I forgot about it. 2 days later, hits me up. He goes, 40:10 Speaker 2: was the raddest comment. He's like, I've never had anybody respond like that, blah, blah, blah. I'll take you down if you want. I'm like, I don't give a shit bro, like run it dude. Anyways, he buys her peptides now and he is going on the podcast in like 2 weeks because we're friends. That's how it works, dude. You know what I mean? Like, just keep him out of No 40:27 Speaker 3: 1 is your enemy. If you transmute it by going back to them with love, they're gonna be like, I'm telling you, at 1st they're like, What the fuck is going on? 40:35 Speaker 3: Yeah. But then it hits them. Yeah, I'm the asshole. I swear, like, so 1 of my mentors 40:40 Speaker 3: is now long gone, but I was a kid, like 16 or 17 years old, but he used to tell me that he used to teach me about energy. And he said, You could pick the baddest looking, 40:49 Speaker 3: most, most muscular, like outlaw biker dude in the world who looked like they were so menacing that they could kill you. And you walked up to them, 40:57 Speaker 3: you know, at the time I was like 16 or 17 year old, little tiny, skinny kid, and he looked 41:02 Speaker 3: at me and shaked their hands and say, Hey, man, it's so nice to meet you. What is your name? I guarantee 41:07 Speaker 3: you they will be like, Hey, man, my name's totally, you know, Spike, You know what I mean? And they'll shake your hand back and give you the same energy. So it's like, it's 41:16 Speaker 3: how you project and create your frequency that is the response. 41:21 Speaker 2: It's amazing. 41:23 Speaker 2: Right? I know that people want to kind of hear some peptides talk, so we'll get into that shortly. Last question that I have is, 41:29 Speaker 2: 1 of the things, I'm curious how you feel about this. So 1 of the things that I've struggled with in the last 5 years of starting businesses and being driven 41:36 Speaker 2: is not being able to turn my brain off. Like, where are you in Prague? And I'm thinking of all these things and like, Will will tell you, I'll say, Hey, let's do this, this, this. He's a good buffer for me. He's like, Let's slow down. You know what mean? But 41:48 Speaker 2: even when I'm in Cabo with my family, 41:51 Speaker 2: I'm present, but sometimes I'm just not able to kind of get Do you struggle with that? Yes. I cannot turn my brain off because I wanna do more and I wanna be better and Dude, 100%. 41:59 Speaker 3: So 100%. So, 42:01 Speaker 3: yeah, this is very relevant to me. So, again, working with this woman, working with this coach, her name is Tina Bunnell, by the way, she's amazing. She taught me and Monica 42:10 Speaker 3: that the 42:11 Speaker 3: number 1, the only way you will literally this is amazing advice and so true, and it's very heartbreaking to really think about it. But the only way you're ever gonna know if you are success in life 42:22 Speaker 3: is when you're in your seventies or older and your children 42:25 Speaker 3: like you. 42:27 Speaker 3: Your children 42:28 Speaker 3: come by and spend time with you because 42:33 Speaker 3: that will show that you actually were present for them when they were kids. So when she taught me this, and this is 1 of the 1st teachings, like back in December of last year, I, my entire life instantly shifted because I realized like you, 42:47 Speaker 3: that I've been a good father to my daughters and also my bonus children. 42:51 Speaker 3: I've been there financially. I've been there spiritually. I've definitely been there as a leader, but I haven't spent, I haven't spent the time. I 42:58 Speaker 3: haven't been the like the unadulterated, 43:00 Speaker 3: like no phone with 43:02 Speaker 3: them. Right? So since that time that I started doing that, dude, I just had a vacation with them in the Cayman Islands. It was just me and the 2 girls, 43:10 Speaker 3: and it was the best week of my life. Mhmm. I was in the ocean with them 6 to 7 hours every day just listening to them. That's 43:17 Speaker 3: true. Just like, 43:19 Speaker 3: you know, talking to them about their life. And I was so enriched. I came back and I was like, this was earth changing. Yeah, for sure. 43:27 Speaker 3: That you can be a great father, you can financially support them, you can lead them. But if you're not present, 43:34 Speaker 3: is where the risk for you or us later in life is that they won't be there because she's saying, trust me, because she has a lot of clients like this. She's like, there's nothing worse 43:43 Speaker 3: than being a 75 year old man or woman living alone. Kids don't want to see your parents. I mean, your kids do not spend time with you and don't want to. And she's like, that shows you that you failed as a parent and no amount of money or earthly pleasures will overcome that. Huge. So it's very powerful stuff for me. So I was like, my God, you know, so my 18 year old, honestly, like, I've said this to them over time because as you know, dude, when you're grinding and you're building, there's just not as much And 44:14 Speaker 3: so it's like, 44:15 Speaker 3: you know, my 18 year old, again, she's so smart and she's so loving and she's like such a better version of me. I mean, I see so much of it. And she's always told me, she's like, Dad, I know you've wanted to spend time with us, but look at what you've given us. She's like, Look at my life, you know? Like, I drive a $22,000 44:31 Speaker 3: car as an 18 year old and like 0.5 of my friends, like, you know, they don't even have cars, you know? So it's like she's so awesome that she's actually grateful for the things that she sees that most wouldn't have, that she doesn't like hold it against me, that I wasn't there as present. Yeah. But she did say to me, it was just crazy. She's like said to me, she's like, Now that you know about being more present, you have 2 years with Gabby before she goes off to school. 44:53 Speaker 3: So why I'm gone now is your chance, right? And honestly, she needs more of my presence than 18 year old did. Again, And you guys know this, like, all of our kids are our best teachers, right? Like, they're little angels too. Yeah. And they're like literally guiding us and teaching 45:08 Speaker 3: us and preaching to us. I mean, I'm 45:10 Speaker 3: telling you, dude, like, my 18 year old, I was at a football game with her. I took her to see the Bengals against Tampa, Tom Brady's last year when we 1st moved to Tampa back in 2023, 45:19 Speaker 3: was actually end of 20 22. We weren't moved in yet, but we took them to the game because we're Bengals fans. Anyway, in the stands, it was like this, retarded person, 45:28 Speaker 3: you know, special needs person that was like 3, 3 things in front of us. And he turned and was like, 45:35 Speaker 3: you know, so excited about this play or whatever. And like, I reached out to like, give him a hug and my daughter like got in front of me 1st and she says, No, me 1st. And I was just like, 45:43 Speaker 3: Holy shit, dude. My daughter is like this emotionally, 45:46 Speaker 3: spiritually connected. At that time, she was only 15 years old. And I'm just like, This is a gift for me, right? Because I can learn so much from this person that she's this advanced. Absolutely. You are lucky. It sounds like she is a mature way. Oh my Her age. No, no, no. Being like, but like, 46:01 Speaker 3: her and her 16 year old sister 46:03 Speaker 3: have this crazy 46:05 Speaker 3: combative, 46:06 Speaker 3: you know, heads relationship. And my wife and I always joke about all the time. We're like, wow. I mean, like, cause they're very advanced and we're like, what kind of deal do they got worked out with? 46:15 Speaker 3: You know what I mean? But like, yeah, we can learn so much from our kids. So I really go back to that story. Like, I really do think that as parents, 46:22 Speaker 1: the number 1 gift we can give our children is our parents. For sure. That's good. Good. Also have a bonus, I like bonus children. I 46:30 Speaker 1: have a bonus child at home who, and it's my only child, know, I get bonus child, it's my fiance's child. But yes, 46:37 Speaker 1: I absolutely have been so far a good example 46:42 Speaker 1: and 46:42 Speaker 1: provider 46:44 Speaker 1: and absolutely I'm trying to work on the being present and sitting with them. It's tough though. No, it's tough. And honestly, you literally just schedule, 46:51 Speaker 3: but you schedule time with them. Like this trip, 46:55 Speaker 3: I told Monica that my phone would be in the morning before they were asleep. I would be on my phone and at night when they went to bed. 47:02 Speaker 3: You know what I mean? And that was it. And you're into that? 47:05 Speaker 3: A 100. Mean, there was 1 day, there was 1 day on Wednesday, 47:09 Speaker 3: know, because we had rented a cabana and then we go out to the water, we go back to the cabana, go back to the water where I 47:15 Speaker 3: Because we were buying that house, I had to sign some documents and it was like time specific. 47:20 Speaker 3: And so, you know, Monica was like, Hey, she told me that morning, she's like, Look, you know, there's probably like a 2 hour in the afternoon, but I'll text you and I'll let you know that just, you know, keep it hidden underneath 47:30 Speaker 3: the thing. I did. And honestly, like I said, it was a man, guys, I really do recommend. I think that we do need to have like tech fasts. 47:38 Speaker 3: Yeah, for sure. And just be, like, in nature and not be around the stuff. For sure, man. Just really be present. Even just to if it's by ourselves, we're just listening to nature. Yeah, sitting by a tree just, like, reading and just, like, our feet on the ground. Exactly. Awesome, 47:51 Speaker 2: man. Hope that I've enjoyed that conversation, 47:53 Speaker 2: Jay. I've been, didn't know all that stuff about you. So that's been good. Tell us a little bit about what your take is on the industry though, the market, the peptide stuff. That's what people want to hear about obviously. 48:02 Speaker 2: A lot of changes. 48:04 Speaker 2: Like we feel it. I don't even know how to explain what that means, but, you know, we flew out to Prague to try to like give some people some cool content, ourself included and try to get, you know, just do better. And 48:17 Speaker 2: people are buying a lot of stuff for really cheap. I think people are going straight to China and having no clue what they're getting. Even companies are buying from China and not testing them. What do you see happening with that? Like, how does that get fixed or does it get fixed? Good question. I don't think it gets fixed. I think, I think we're in a new space. 48:35 Speaker 1: Think- That's a good way to say it. As 48:37 Speaker 3: I said, and again, this is coming from guys that have been in the space for like a long 48:41 Speaker 3: all 3 of us, but like, I told Trevor this yesterday, and you guys know I told you guys this on the podcast, I think, was that February or was it January we did that? Was it that long ago? No. Was it really? Yeah. Was it? Yeah, no. It was early in the year. March. I think it was March. March? I think it was March. Oh, it was okay. I thought it was earlier, but that's fine. It was so early in the year. 48:59 Speaker 3: And I said 75% of peptides, I think right now are either counterfeit, 49:03 Speaker 1: adulterated, 49:05 Speaker 3: full of toxins, 49:07 Speaker 3: or fake outright. And now, you know, in speaking to Trevor yesterday, he said, Oh no, it's a higher net. Damn. 49:12 Speaker 3: I mean, look- Peter said that. And he tests everything. 49:15 Speaker 3: Know. Like, those guys have the most They're the biggest testers and sticklers in the business. But look, guys, it's a wild, wild west. 49:22 Speaker 3: It's a giant money grab. There's a lot of scammers that have entered the space now. 49:26 Speaker 3: You know, good guys like us who do the right thing and again are here to take advantage and to help people not take advantage of people. 49:34 Speaker 3: You know, we're now being punished because 49:36 Speaker 3: revenue 49:37 Speaker 3: for us, 49:38 Speaker 3: which is at 1 time growing like crazy, is starting to get I I wouldn't say it's not growing anymore, but it's not growing at the scale that it was growing. Because again, there is just commoditization in the place. There's so many people that are selling peptides, 49:51 Speaker 3: as you guys know. And like, again, people take- Everybody. People take peptides for 1 month and start selling it out of the bathroom. Seriously, so. Soccer moms, 49:58 Speaker 3: they have signs on their car. I mean, some guy literally passed me on the freeway. 50:03 Speaker 3: The other man, he was 50:04 Speaker 3: called Mr. Retatrutathione. 50:06 Speaker 2: Oh, man. Dude, it's 50:10 Speaker 3: literally insane what is actually happening. But I think, you know, to your overall question, I do think 50:16 Speaker 3: that, you know, based on the meeting of the policy, the Pharmacy Committee, 50:20 Speaker 3: I don't think they do anything. 50:22 Speaker 3: You know, again, Trevor and I talked about this last night at dinner. I think that they really are going to rule again in February, which, as you guys know, is what, 6 months away. Yeah. 50:32 Speaker 3: And then they're going to deliberate even more. And I don't think they even make a decision until probably this time next year. Right? So we in this space have a full year before anything changes. 50:43 Speaker 3: And 50:44 Speaker 3: my expectation, and this is obviously based on Jeff Cohen, shout out to Jeff Cohen also, 50:48 Speaker 3: is that they will do nothing with our space. The research use only space will stay the same. 50:54 Speaker 3: The compounding space will get weirder because what they are going to do with all those 9 peptides is they're going to say, Nope, no human use. We can't make them state class 1, but we can make it a patent. Yeah. And we're going to patent them for specific use conditions. Right? So BPC will be some sort of gut thing. Yeah, right. MOTS-1C 51:12 Speaker 3: is going to be, as I said, a bone mineral density, right? You're going to have DSIP for insomnia. You're going to have like all those different peptides are going to have specific. 51:20 Speaker 3: And you think they're going to those on those? 100%. I know they're going do that. They're going to patent all of them for that specific use case. And then, as you guys know, as soon as that happens, price just goes up 7 to 10 times. Oh, it's true. So now you've actually eliminated 51:33 Speaker 3: more people, 51:35 Speaker 3: you know, who aren't in the research space, not our clients, but the people in the actual compounding space that we're hoping that they get moved to class 1 are now priced out because the only way you can get it is through that diagnosis 51:46 Speaker 3: and you've got to pay 7 to 10 times. So again, I just talked to Jeff about this, like on Friday, 51:52 Speaker 3: Thursday or Friday of last week, and he was like, Look, dude, I see clear skies, clear sailing. Wow. I don't see 51:59 Speaker 3: and there's 1 caveat to that, but I don't see anything changing the research you space. Again, as you and I have talked many times before, even on our 1st podcast, they look at us and they think we're just chump change. Yeah. Right. It's 52:11 Speaker 3: like Jeff told us. It's like Jeff told us in September 2024 before we found a biologic labs, he literally said to me, he goes, Until you guys can pay a fee, a quarterly fine of $100,000,000 52:22 Speaker 3: you don't exist. You don't exist. So it's like it's it really is true. Like they suddenly echoes, yeah, they see us and they think, oh, nothing, you know, we're not really competition. 52:34 Speaker 3: You know, you're making a couple of million a month, 5 or million a month here. You know, Peptide Sciences, I think you guys know where the biggest guys they obviously are out now in March. You know, if there was 1 company that they looked at them as maybe muscling in on their turf, it would have been them, but they're gone now. Yeah. So all of us are free and clear, provided 3 things. Number 1, we don't make claims. Number 52:54 Speaker 3: 2, and most important, we do not sell anything that Lilly or Novo or any of the pharmaceutical giants is selling because that's how you get nailed. Yeah. And then 3rd, and this is probably the newest thing, is don't do what Paradigm did, right? Where you sell, right, SARMs or buy a lot of things that you 53:12 Speaker 3: know, would be considered a fucking 53:14 Speaker 3: a controlled substance. So it's like, dude, all these guys, when you look at them, why are they getting cease and desist? Because they're selling fucking steroids. They're selling songs. They're selling shit that the government says, Don't sell motherfucker. 53:27 Speaker 3: Yeah. And then when actually get the this is what Jeff laughs about because there's evidently, you guys all just saw the paradigm guys because it was all over CBS. And clearly that guy was a piece of shit. Yeah. You could tell. Oh, yeah. You could tell. Right. He made things up, faked everything, was clearly not even fit, just a scumbag. He just looked like looked like honestly, when I saw that guy, I was like, oh, that guy's like, he's a snuff film. Yeah. Know what Like, you can just tell he's a degenerate. Yeah. So, 53:51 Speaker 3: but anyway, 53:52 Speaker 3: even him and Jeff told us about this literally a year ago because that was when he 1st got, you know, charged. He got a cease and desist and the attorney he hired told him, Don't worry about it. So 54:04 Speaker 3: he did nothing. So it's like, if they send you a cease and desist and you don't cease and desist and that, you know, you're 54:11 Speaker 3: the 1 that's gonna happen, but there's now a new guy and I don't know who it is, but Jeff says we all know who it is. 54:17 Speaker 3: And he also is doing the same thing. He's selling Psalms, he's selling. He's got arrested. He's selling, he's been charged. He's selling Lavitra and Cialis. I mean, you guys know all the things that you can get you in trouble. And he also hired a dumbass attorney who said, Don't do anything. And so now it's gotten on Jeff's radar. You know what I'm saying? And so he's like, The problem for us, and this is why I wanted that caveat I was telling you, is that that like justice is seeing 54:44 Speaker 3: some of the things that this guy is doing. 54:47 Speaker 3: And it's like everyday 54:48 Speaker 3: business in our U. Space, which is like, you know, multiple processors cloaking, 54:53 Speaker 3: you know, doing all the things that we do as part of our day to day business. And so Jeff is concerned 54:58 Speaker 3: that if justice goes after this guy and he can't like headed off the past, it could be it could affect us at the RUO space from like a processing standpoint. Oh, wow. Right. So it's a it's a potential 55:09 Speaker 3: fire in the canyon, 55:11 Speaker 3: but he thinks he's going to be able to head it off because he's obviously going above justice and his friends. He's going go to the RFK, you know, the MAHA people and be like, Hey, look, this is just day to day business in the space. 55:20 Speaker 3: You know, if you want to pop this guy for doing bad stuff, that's 1 thing. But don't pop him for doing normal stuff. 55:26 Speaker 3: Yeah. So again, I think we're just in this space. And again, caveat is 55:31 Speaker 3: there's so many bad actors and so many scumbags getting in as for the for the money grab. Exactly. You know what they're talking about. 100%. 55:38 Speaker 3: But if 1 of them does sell an adulterated product that hurts somebody, then that could also, 55:44 Speaker 3: I think, and again, this is my opinion, 55:47 Speaker 3: but that could fuck it up for all. Sure. Because 55:50 Speaker 3: if the FDA has to get involved and say it's a medical Somebody got hurt. It's 55:55 Speaker 3: like a, you know, what was the word that Jeff was using? It's basically a 56:00 Speaker 3: it's a bad situation. I forget the term he used, but it's like it's a situation where they have to step in because it's becoming a public health risk. That's what it was. So I don't see that happening. And again, I say that because you guys know peptides are innocuous. They don't kill people. You can't overdose. But if there is a bad actor who gets out there and does put fentanyl 56:19 Speaker 3: or something in it, and who's to stop these idiots from doing that, then that would be the final, 56:25 Speaker 3: I would say, nail in the coffin from a standpoint of like, I don't think it would kill RUO, 56:30 Speaker 3: but it would definitely create a place where, like, everybody who's selling RUO injectable peptides would have to verify purity. Yeah. And you would be like, it would be like a government mandated thing and it would cost a lot of money and it would eat into our profit. It was like weed, right? Didn't weed do that? 56:45 Speaker 1: Yeah, and vaped 56:47 Speaker 1: you for sure. They basically said, Hey, you guys, she's from the vape industry, but they basically aren't weed industry. But 56:55 Speaker 1: they basically said, Hey, so every person who's making a lot of juice, right? You now have to, for every even milligram of juice or flavor, 57:03 Speaker 1: you have to go get this thing approved, is about $300, 57:06 Speaker 1: $500 per, and it put most everybody out of business. And the problem, clarify everybody, 57:11 Speaker 1: these guys, Paradigm Peptas, the guy was basically selling, 57:14 Speaker 1: these are, this is Peptas, but it was Steroids. 57:19 Speaker 1: Is the problem is if somebody sells a BPC pill, 57:23 Speaker 1: but it's 0.5 57:24 Speaker 1: a steroid and 0.5 BPC, that is an issue. 57:28 Speaker 3: Again, that's the problem, right, because there are bad actors who sitting under the system. But 57:32 Speaker 3: people that are doing it are not us. They're not in it for helping It's 57:37 Speaker 2: cash grab. 57:38 Speaker 2: No, no, it's a cash grab. Well, you see, for cash grab. Every single person and their brother has a peptide company now. It's like, dude, how many people will even somehow get in here? And, 57:49 Speaker 2: I don't know how that's gonna change. I mean, what they're doing is they've sold a couple of 57:53 Speaker 2: Retatrutas to their sister's friend. And like, all of a sudden, let me start to put that gun. And they have no clue that it's a bitch. 58:00 Speaker 2: It It's, is not as easy as people think. You know, banks don't want you, you know, you'll get your Venmo's 58:06 Speaker 2: shut down all the thing. I want to tell you a funny story. I've told her, but you'll, you'll get a kick out of this. So somebody got into my office 58:13 Speaker 2: through a friend and he was sitting in my office and I'm like, 58:16 Speaker 2: he's like, I want to start a peptide company. I'm like, all right. So tell me about your marketing. What do got in marketing? He's like, I'm 58:23 Speaker 2: going to start knocking on doors. 58:25 Speaker 2: And I'm like, right, I thought Jay, I'm a mortgage guy too, right? I'm in sales. I said, Oh my God, how did this happen? And I said, Okay, well, let me be blunt. That's not going to work. So tell me a little bit about TB-five hundred. I don't know about peptides, but I'm going start learning. And 58:39 Speaker 2: I said, Bro, 58:41 Speaker 2: how the fuck does this guy get my idea? And I said, so you don't have any money to start the company. You don't know anything about peptides, and you don't 58:48 Speaker 3: anything about marketing, but you wanna start peptide. Yeah. That's that is that but isn't that right there? The that is That's what you know meme? That is the meme of the peptide industry. Seriously, dude. And that's also why, and you guys know this because I've been saying this forever, 59:02 Speaker 3: and this is 1 of the things that quoted me in the CNN article is 95% of people speaking about peptides have absolutely no idea what they're talking about. Is that not the facts? That is facts. Literally have no clue. Why do you think- So that Western medicine is not trying to catch up. Why 59:16 Speaker 3: are they not trying to catch up? Do you think they just don't care? Like, because the train's coming whether you like it docs. You know what mean? So that's actually a great question. A guy in, Costa Rica who's 1 of the world's leading biological dentists, he performs surgery for people that have, like, ruptured, you name it. Like, he's a worst case scenario guy. Right? Makes a fortune. 59:35 Speaker 3: He literally told me, I met him when I was in cons for the documentary that I was in called Shield back in April, actually, actually it was actually middle of May when I was there because I started in April in Greece. 59:46 Speaker 3: But he told me, he's like, Hey man, 59:48 Speaker 3: truthfully, I don't wanna learn about peptides. Was why would you not learn about peptides? You do oral surgery. There's so many great things you can put in the gum line and enamel, blah, blah. He's like, he goes, bro, he literally looks me straight up. He's really smart guy. He's like, 1:00:00 Speaker 3: because I'm afraid they're going to ruin everything. He's like, I know. He said, I'm afraid they're going to eliminate what I do. And I'm like, I literally looked him straight in the eye and I go, They will. They're 1:00:09 Speaker 3: actually 1:00:10 Speaker 3: going to, but that doesn't mean that 1:00:15 Speaker 3: doesn't mean that you can't learn a different thing. He goes, No, but this is the doctor's mindset. He said, 1:00:21 Speaker 3: No, man, I went to school for 14 years to learn it my way. 1:00:26 Speaker 3: And so, but you gotta think- That pompousness is what's gonna get That's why doctors 1:00:31 Speaker 3: won't learn this. Sure. They've been told that peptides are shady, 1:00:35 Speaker 3: you know, gray market. There's no human studies. I mean, fuck Andrew Huberman goes out there all the time and tells people there's no studies. Yeah. It's absolutely insane. Like, bro, I've been on peptides for 24 years. Look at me. Like, I don't, I don't understand though why 1:00:50 Speaker 3: so many normies in the mainstream, you know, in the medical profession think that peptides are a joke. Mean, you, I mean, dude, all you guys have to do is like go on 1:00:59 Speaker 3: YouTube where they have like the medical, know, because now they classify in like the pharma, the pharmaceutical and now they have the high end medical stuff and just listen to doctors talk about peptides. It's laughable. It's crazy. They actually think that they don't work. Yes. Or they question Yes, if they 1:01:15 Speaker 3: exactly. Yeah, they 1:01:16 Speaker 3: induce 1:01:18 Speaker 3: BPC induces a metastatic 1:01:20 Speaker 3: tumor for the I mean, the shit that I hear from these people is insane. So yeah, 1:01:25 Speaker 3: they spent all this money going down this sick care illness medicine, allopathic issue 1:01:31 Speaker 3: where there's no root cause. There's just bandaiding symptoms and peptides 1:01:34 Speaker 3: treat the root cause. So it's a fundamental threat to their existence. 100% of this. 1:01:39 Speaker 2: I asked this a lot and, 1:01:41 Speaker 2: it wasn't necessarily gonna ask it with you, but I'm so curious, I guess, for myself because I'm frustrated by it because 1:01:48 Speaker 2: I get when a doctor doctor nobody is inherently wants to be 1:01:53 Speaker 0: Ultra running shoes are all about space. 1:01:55 Speaker 0: The space to go further, 1:01:57 Speaker 0: to feel better, to do something you never thought possible. 1:02:01 Speaker 0: And this space starts with ultra fit. Unlike traditional running shoes, ultra Fit gives toes more room to move naturally, 1:02:09 Speaker 0: so every step is strong, balanced, 1:02:11 Speaker 0: and comfortable. Whatever you're lacing up for, stay out there with Ultra. 1:02:16 Speaker 0: Shop now at ultrarunning.com. 1:02:18 Speaker 0: That's altrarunning.com. 1:02:23 Speaker 1: The perfect lunch combo. 1:02:26 Speaker 1: That 1st bite of your favorite sub followed by ice cold Pepsi. Add a couple of friends, and now that's next level. Suddenly, the laughs get louder, the stories keep flowing, and the food tastes better because Pepsi brings out more flavor, more fun, and more of the moment. Food deserves Pepsi. 1:02:43 Speaker 1: Grab a Pepsi 0 Sugar today. 1:02:46 Speaker 2: God. Right? Like, nobody everybody has a good heart, especially doctors, police officers. Right? But there's a line you cross where, 1:02:52 Speaker 2: like, if you start seeing that you're prescribing something and it's doing bad, 1:02:57 Speaker 2: how is that not like, you know, there's an integrity level where I got I know you have your doctorate in, like 1:03:03 Speaker 2: but you know what I mean? Like, why? Want I to just be like, why are you doing that? Like, it's not hard to see this is causing these problems, 1:03:10 Speaker 3: but they're still doing it. Think honestly, dude, it's because that's how they get paid. I think the system- This is what they know. Maybe 1:03:17 Speaker 2: like they have that barrier up that they just can't make sense. Let's just talk about the facts. 1:03:23 Speaker 3: How much money were they paid to prescribe that? 1:03:26 Speaker 3: No. Right. So, I mean, again, you know, I think it was, I think it was Upton 1:03:30 Speaker 3: Sinclair in the jungle. He's like, you know, if if 1:03:34 Speaker 1: if it, it blocks a man from receiving his paycheck, they're never going to learn. I think the most obvious example is Purdue, all the doctors and Oxytocin. Like, what more of a- It's not happening for me. You're saying your patients are dying people heroin. Ruining their life. Heroin is another epidemic of a opioid know abuse. 1:03:53 Speaker 1: What, dude? I'm not gonna give this to people, right? Dude, 1:03:58 Speaker 3: I won't say who this is, but you guys know who this is. He literally just posted, because Monica sent me a screenshot of it this morning. I'll show you when he got this call. I stand with Fowl. Wow. 1:04:07 Speaker 1: Oh, man. 1:04:08 Speaker 3: I mean, 1:04:09 Speaker 3: what kind of demonically 1:04:11 Speaker 3: incapacitated 1:04:12 Speaker 3: person could say 1:04:14 Speaker 3: But that's what I'm saying, as we live in a world where people are so inverted and so inwardly turned. 1:04:19 Speaker 2: Yeah. It's insane. It's literally insane. 1:04:22 Speaker 1: Mean, you I stand with Fauci. You 1:04:26 Speaker 2: saw people during 1:04:27 Speaker 2: COVID, like, it's like their screws came off. And like, you were like, you lost it, dude. There's 1:04:34 Speaker 3: still many of them. They haven't laid them screwed them back on. They're wearing their masks. 1:04:38 Speaker 3: They're everywhere. 1:04:39 Speaker 2: Well, we have 1:04:41 Speaker 2: companies and we're 1:04:43 Speaker 2: do our best to be integral and do the triple testing. And 1:04:48 Speaker 2: is there, if there's other companies that are like that as well listening, which there will be, 1:04:53 Speaker 2: some advice because you are a guy that is definitely in the know a lot more than you and us. 1:04:58 Speaker 2: Can you give some guidance on how they can get through 1:05:02 Speaker 2: whatever's coming and 1:05:04 Speaker 2: be at the top and still because we want those companies to do well. Like, you know, instead of the guy that started out of his car and he doesn't test it. You mean, How do give some guidance. So that's the number 1 thing is make sure that your peptide manufacturing, 1:05:19 Speaker 3: you're sourcing from. And look, I think you guys know, like, 1:05:22 Speaker 3: are there some companies now in The United States that are actually synthesizing? 1:05:26 Speaker 3: Yes, there are. Are these companies like at the tip of the spear with their testing process and their synthesized process? Not a fucking chance. I 1:05:34 Speaker 3: would not under any circumstances 1:05:36 Speaker 3: right now, 1:05:38 Speaker 3: trust a 1:05:38 Speaker 3: brand new fledgling USA company who's synthesizing peptides. 1:05:43 Speaker 3: Because again, as I told you, like, we've tested some of these companies. I've, you know, Trevor's tested them. Other people that I know in the industry have tested them and they're testing so poorly and low that you're like, okay, look, I get it. I wanna test with the USA manufacturer too, but if they're not up to snuff and they're not there yet, be cautious. 1:05:58 Speaker 3: But if you are getting your stuff from China, which most people are, I mean, almost all of us are. Yeah. You know, make sure that it's CGMP. 1:06:06 Speaker 3: Make sure it's from a green lit facility. Make sure that it's from a facility 1:06:11 Speaker 3: that the government has either approved or knows about. Do not, 1:06:15 Speaker 3: under any circumstances, be buying again what I call from these flip, you know, Chinese and Indian, you know, people that are sending out telegram lists and saying, hey, I can buy all this because again, 1:06:25 Speaker 3: you guys know, man, even if those people are just and they are attempting to do a good job, they are sending you 100 vials. And as I said on our 1st podcast together, 80 of them are 99.9 1:06:36 Speaker 3: percent and 20 of them are nothing. 1:06:39 Speaker 3: As you start putting them in through your sourcing, you basically have 50% of your product is probably fake or underdosed or counterfeit. So it's 1:06:48 Speaker 3: very important. CJMP, 1:06:50 Speaker 3: a greenlit facility, you know, obviously verifying 1:06:54 Speaker 3: with testing is, is, is enormous, but if you're buying it from the right company, they're going to provide that. It's on you if you start selling and becoming a research use company or a compound pharmacy. Then by the way, a lot of compound pharmacies are selling bunk shit. 1:07:07 Speaker 3: Know, it's like Jeff Cohen says, he's like, The difference between the highest level research use company and a 503A 1:07:13 Speaker 3: is the integrity of the owner. Boom. There's no difference. Yeah. Right? So it's like if the owner is like spending the money to test and doing all the things that he's supposed to be doing, 1:07:23 Speaker 3: then there's no difference. And absolutely, it's gonna cost. But if you're a shady, 1:07:28 Speaker 3: you lack integrity whether you're a research use only founder or you're a 5 0 3 a founder, 1:07:33 Speaker 3: and you're saving money and cutting costs, that's how you do it. You don't test and you start selling bogus shit. Unfortunately, 1:07:38 Speaker 2: probably most. I mean, this is people's integrity's 1:07:42 Speaker 2: is pretty vacant these days. 1:07:45 Speaker 2: So find a company that like you trust truly and, you know, look at their tests. Do you last time you were here, 1 of the suggestions you had said was, 1:07:54 Speaker 2: triple testing. You said 1 of the companies that are going to make it are going to be the companies 1:07:58 Speaker 2: And we heated that, like, some of the things that we took a lot of, like, Will and I sat down after, we made a lot of changes. 1:08:04 Speaker 3: Do you still think that that's that important? Yes. And I will actually tell you this. So obviously with American Peptide Association, we literally just had our founders meeting, which I was on the call Monday at 1:08:15 Speaker 3: 12 That is Jeff's biggest, 1:08:17 Speaker 3: most important path forward is creating that validation, that single source validation that's going to, you know, do the triple certification authentication 1:08:26 Speaker 3: and doing that for everybody. So my guess is, and again, this is totally my opinion and it's completely conjecture, 1:08:32 Speaker 3: that by the end of 20 27, there will be something out there that will be verifying. And in 2027? Yes. By the end of 20 27, it might actually be 1st 0.25 of 20 28. It really just depends on how much money we can get, you know, from a lobby perspective to get that support in the house 1:08:49 Speaker 3: to do this. But this is where it's going go. And I mean, if you think about it, right, if let's say by this time next year, the policy, the pharmacy committee rules and they say, No, human studies, 1:08:58 Speaker 3: we're not moving from class 2 to class 1, but we're going to a patent for these 7 reasons. Right. 1:09:05 Speaker 3: So what will happen is at that moment in time, 1:09:09 Speaker 3: you will then start seeing a movement by the credit card processors, 1:09:14 Speaker 3: you know, by Visa, by Mastercard, by Amexa 1:09:17 Speaker 3: to verify. Because if they're going to have you as an account, 1:09:21 Speaker 3: they want to make sure that what you're selling to the American public as a direct to direct to consumer marketer slash 1:09:27 Speaker 3: RUO company is that you're selling them verified 1:09:31 Speaker 1: product. 1:09:31 Speaker 3: And a lot of people right now are not. 1:09:34 Speaker 3: And I think that that's where, you know, the rubber will meet the road is you will have a lot of people that are in the space right now, clearly scammers, as you already said, who will go away. And if that happens, that's great for all of us Because all the legit people, the integral people will stay. They'll be healthier margins, they'll be safe, it'll be safer. 1:09:52 Speaker 3: You know, honestly, I actually think the cost will come down because the truth is, is that when there's no bogus ness and everybody's buying from 1 or 2 or 3 of the same places, whether it's in The States or China, 1:10:03 Speaker 3: then you can't, nobody can really fuck anybody from a place standpoint. Mean, we all know the pricing scam 1:10:09 Speaker 3: right now in the space is because so many people are selling fake products. Yeah. And when you start seeing Retrootide for 5,999, 1:10:16 Speaker 3: it's 7 and 99 in a bodega. We know it's fake. Yeah. But the people that buy it are, you know, it's the Jack Nicholson, Tom Cruise movie, right? You can't handle the truth. Most 1:10:25 Speaker 3: people prefer to be lied to. Totally. They would rather buy a 59 99 10 mg Retatrutide knowing it's fake rather than spend a $149 1:10:33 Speaker 1: for the legit. Seriously. They'd rather buy 5 of those. Yes. A 100%. 1:10:37 Speaker 1: Well, 100100%. 1:10:40 Speaker 1: Or like I said, they'll buy it and they'll take the label off and resell it. They'll 1:10:45 Speaker 1: take the label off and they'll resell it. And they'll double their money. So the support group that's headed up by, or not support group, but like a W I guess watchdog group, I guess, 1:10:55 Speaker 3: is going to Or the goal is to have actual government support. Yes, 100%. I mean, remember I told you guys that, you know, Callie Means told me when I spoke to him in Vegas last year at 1:11:06 Speaker 3: Longevity Fest, he's an amazing guy. Gave me literally 30 minutes. Let me talk, ramble. I mean, I thought he would interrupt, but he listened the whole time. And eventually he was like, look man, I'm gonna tell you the truth. He's like, this is great. I appreciate this feedback because I didn't understand a lot of the things you told me, but he's like, Right now, you guys don't have a seat at the table and Eli Lilly owns the table. Yeah. 1:11:27 Speaker 3: Mic drop. So at that point, was kind of like, I told Jeff, I'm like, Jeff, we gotta get a seat at the table. And guess what? The seat at the table is a lot of money. Yeah. You know, you, I mean, you want, literally, if you want a 1:11:38 Speaker 3: conversation with RFK's lobbyist, 250 ks. A conversation. That's not a conversation with him. That's a conversation with his lobbyists who can influence him. Jeez. Yeah, so that's how it works, man. I mean, that's how it works in politics. So it's like, if you want RFK, you're probably paying them ill. I 1:11:55 Speaker 2: mean, so like you said, most people in this industry, we know you, we know Trevor, 1:12:01 Speaker 2: we all have the same goal, which is to help people. Like, we're, like, we can smell our own kind. 100%. How do we how do we do that? How do we bind together and, like, kinda like, you know, if there's I think it's happening right now. If there's a way, just let us know. I know we, you know Well, I mean, I think it's happening now by us communicating with each other. We're all sharing knowledge. 1:12:18 Speaker 3: We're using that information to, like, build our businesses, to insulate our business, to recession 1:12:24 Speaker 3: proof or future proof our businesses. So I do think it's already happening. Awesome. But I do think, you know, again, depending on what happens and again, you know, Trevor, we'll talk about it later this afternoon. He may give you a different opinion, but all 1:12:37 Speaker 3: we can do is go by what our attorneys tell us, right, because that's what we pay them to advise us, to give us legal counsel. Jeff says it's free. 1:12:44 Speaker 3: Kaveh doesn't think it's free. 1:12:46 Speaker 3: So like somewhere in the middle is where it will find. Right. And when I say free, meaning like RUO has no limits, nothing. Whereas COVID kind of thinks, 1:12:55 Speaker 3: you know, once this policy committee decides whether or not they move from class 2 to class 1, you know, there'll be more restriction, 1:13:03 Speaker 3: there'll be more control. The process will get in. I mean, look, there is a possibility. I didn't say this, but I'll say it. There is a possibility that RFK could just come in in November 1:13:12 Speaker 3: or December, maybe even October, and say, I'm not waiting for the 2nd meeting. 1:13:17 Speaker 3: We're going to start moving these things to class 1. That would be yes. And that would be that 1:13:23 Speaker 3: would be a very 1:13:25 Speaker 3: demonstrative 1:13:26 Speaker 3: shift. It would not be with what the FDA has normally done. At least he's the 1 that would do that. He's got the balls to do it. Dude, 100%. You guys saw what he said 3 days ago about, 1:13:37 Speaker 3: ivermectin. You know, he's like hardcore out there now saying this was a scam. Ivermectin works. You can't do this. So he's definitely 1 of us. Yeah. Jeff actually sent me a screenshot. He takes 2 sides. Yeah, Jeff. He really is 1 of us. Jeff sent me a screenshot of 1 of his tweets. I think it was 2 days ago. I could look it up real quick, but it was pretty amazing what he said about something about the vaccines. But I'll just say this. Here's the other thing, and this is why I don't think that's going to happen. And by the way, Trevor's with me because we talked about this at dinner last night, but because the votes were so close. Yeah. 1:14:06 Speaker 3: That's not overwhelming. 1:14:08 Speaker 3: If the votes were like 6 to 2 or 8 to 1 or 7 to 1, 1:14:13 Speaker 3: then I could see RFK saying 1:14:15 Speaker 3: we have enough 1:14:17 Speaker 3: championing of that movement. But because they were so close, he doesn't think the RFK is going to have that kind of power. And don't forget guys, 1:14:26 Speaker 3: RFK administration has literally 14 1:14:29 Speaker 3: months left. Yeah, I know. And it's gone. Yeah. So like, you know, because that's what I said to Trevor, I go, I don't see Democrats changing policy because again, remember, Democrats are much more 1:14:41 Speaker 3: got to do everything by the legal system and the legal system to change. Are you able to be 5 years? It would take 5 years of federal law changing 1:14:49 Speaker 3: to change how we do business, because as you guys know, the FDA has no review of research. So 1:14:54 Speaker 3: it's a separate deal. 1:14:56 Speaker 3: So 1:14:57 Speaker 3: truthfully, if you put a gun to my head right now, I would tell you guys, not that any of us want a fucking Democratic administration, 1:15:03 Speaker 3: but we would be safer in a Democratic administration 1:15:06 Speaker 3: because of the way they do the law, because everything with them is law fair. It's just bureaucratic. It's law fair. Whereas now with Trump, he just changes the law with influencing somebody. And it can happen overnight, but I don't see, 1:15:16 Speaker 3: because of RFK is essentially 1:15:19 Speaker 3: his insulation, 1:15:21 Speaker 3: you know, his barrier. I don't see anything happening to us. I mean, look, Trump Rx already happened, as you guys know, that happened in November of last year. He got concessions for Lilly and for Nova. And that's what it was. And he was like, Look, we will you guys don't have to lose money. We will, it'll be federal, federally incentivized. 1:15:38 Speaker 3: But give the, give the sheeple cheaper prices. And look, we didn't talk about this, but Retatrutide now is for sure 1:15:44 Speaker 3: March. They have said it. Oh, did they really? March 2027. And here's what's crazy. There's 2 reasons they delayed it. So as I said, I did this giant post 1:15:53 Speaker 3: on Twitter like 2 weeks ago when we found this out and I was like, Wow, they smoke and mirrored all of us in this year, right? Because we all thought it was going get approved. And so everybody played the game and 1:16:01 Speaker 3: Lilly smoking mirrored everybody. But the truth is, there's 2 things happening. Number 1, found out, which is or Ford leap on the oral stuff is so successful right now. They're making shitloads of money. So they didn't want to they didn't want to approve Retta in 3rd or 4th 0.25 because they would have catabolized that money. Right? Because as you guys know, Lilly is an absolute money train. And then B, and this is probably the bigger 1, they want to still try to classify it as a biologic. They get it as a They're trying to do for 15 years. 1:16:28 Speaker 3: Told you, bro. 15 years, right, versus 5. So that's shit. It's trillions of dollars to them. Insane. They're going to Do you think they're gonna get it? Well, dude, mean, this is being recorded now, so go cook this part. But Trevor literally said to me yesterday, he goes, Well, if you're Eli Lilly, who wouldn't you broad to make sure? Right. Yeah. I mean, it's worth it. 20,000,000 here, 20,000,000 there, 10,000,006 1:16:51 Speaker 3: million there. And before you know it, like there isn't a single person that says you can't do it. Yeah. Oh mine. 1:16:58 Speaker 3: So, I mean, again, dude, I mean, if we really are in a 2 party system where everything is just buy, 1:17:04 Speaker 3: pay for play, 1:17:05 Speaker 3: then why would they not get it? 1:17:07 Speaker 3: I mean, they for sure 1:17:09 Speaker 2: are attempting. They know what they're doing. They 1:17:13 Speaker 3: weren't this long. Right? Dude, Jeff told us when we stopped selling Retta in December of last year, he said that Lilly was gonna approve Retta in 2nd 0.25. Yeah. So we just wanted to be off the radar. I mean, I'm not, you know, I'll be truthful with you guys right now. We cost ourselves 1:17:28 Speaker 1: Lots of money. Yep. Dollars $25,000,000 1:17:31 Speaker 3: to the bottom line not selling Retrutide this year. Oh, man. Dollars 25,000,000 1:17:35 Speaker 3: right now. I mean, I haven't even thought about that until I just said that to you guys. 1:17:38 Speaker 3: But look, man, you know, we can talk about it on the next 1 if you want, but like, you know, in that book, there's 3 products that I did want to talk about, 1:17:45 Speaker 3: which are all IP products, which we own the patent to. The 1st 1, as you guys know, is Clotho. 1:17:50 Speaker 3: Was just going ask you these questions. Yeah, so the 2nd 1 is FLGR-two 1:17:53 Speaker 3: 42. I just started that. Oh, you just started it? Awesome. Well, I was actually going to tell you guys I was going to send you guys a bunch like today. I just haven't FedExed you, but so I just so I so listen, I went on if you guys can see, I can take my shirt off, but like went on this in 1:18:10 Speaker 3: October of last year. 1:18:12 Speaker 3: And I started with 2.5 mg, which of course, Mike Farber shout out to Mike, who's our chemist that makes this. Who's like 1 of the most genius guys in the world. He's like, Start 1:18:20 Speaker 3: at 2.5, do it for 8 weeks then double it. Weekly, 1:18:23 Speaker 3: 0.5 weekly. 2.5 weekly and then double it, which at that point I started taking it twice a week. So it was 2.5 and 2.5. 1:18:31 Speaker 3: Then, you know, go on, go all at that time we thought the highest lip, the max limit was like 7.5 mg a week. So anyway, I rebuilt my upper chest. Like I have like a chest shelf wall and peck wall that I never had before from that product. It's been permanent. It's been absolutely permanent for me. Again, I'm 55, right? So like I haven't been able to build that before that. I just started it back on. I've been off of it for 64 days. I went off of it for 9 weeks, just started it on Friday. So I've taken a shot. I'm taking, by the way, now 2.5 1:19:04 Speaker 3: mg every day I train. I train normally 3 days a week, but this week, because I'm gonna train with you today, I'll probably do 4. 1:19:10 Speaker 3: So that's like 10 mg a week. 1:19:13 Speaker 3: But I would, if you just started it, I would definitely allow the albumin binding construct to work in your body for at least 6 weeks before you start going up in the dips. I went to 5 because that's what Trevor told me. You're on 5 right now? Once a week. Okay. You're just taking it once a week? That's what you're taking. So I would tell you, you can do that and it's fine, but the way the 1:19:30 Speaker 3: plasma expands is I would tell you to do it 3 days a week. So 5 mg take like 1.251 1:19:38 Speaker 3: 0.75. 1:19:39 Speaker 3: And every day you train, do it in the morning. 1:19:42 Speaker 3: But you will see for sure within 4 to 6 weeks, you'll 1:19:46 Speaker 3: be tighter 1:19:47 Speaker 3: depending on how much food you're eating. Can put on size. You cannot put on size unless you eat a lot. Yeah. Oh, really? Because it's gonna jack up I fast a lot. So maybe I should. Yeah, no. I mean, if 1:19:57 Speaker 3: you're 5 to 10 mg a week, dude, it will be hard to fast. Your body is gonna start going like, Feed me protein, feed Yeah, me 1:20:04 Speaker 3: course. But it's absolutely amazing product. 1:20:07 Speaker 3: We've got thousands of people who have done DEXA and pre novos 1:20:11 Speaker 3: and have put on 6 to 8 pounds of skeletal muscle. I mean, there's so many testimonials now. But what I really wanna tell you guys about is the next product, which is called Lepto 3GR. And by the way, all of these are on the same 1:20:23 Speaker 3: album and binding construct, you don't even have to take notes because everything's in the book. 1:20:27 Speaker 3: Honestly, every bit of science and everything you need to know from dosing is all in the book. And that was the reason that we published this book to get these things out there. But you have here. 1:20:37 Speaker 3: Mike's 1:20:39 Speaker 3: technology 1:20:39 Speaker 1: will 1:20:41 Speaker 3: work with almost any like, you know, if you start looking at like the drug affinity complexes, 1:20:46 Speaker 3: his album and binder will work with almost anything. So we can take, you know, I'll start giving you guys like theoretical constructs like he can create a drug for ALS right now and reverse ALS with it. Wow. Okay. So the Clotho 1:20:59 Speaker 3: right now is in a phase 1A study in China, and we're 1:21:04 Speaker 3: we're this close to showing that it reverses 1:21:07 Speaker 3: polycystic 1:21:08 Speaker 3: kidney disease, which is CKD. 1:21:10 Speaker 3: If it does, 1:21:11 Speaker 3: I'm not exaggerating. I mean, this is what the pharma molecule, 100 people have told us it's worth somewhere between 12 and 25,000,000,000. 1:21:17 Speaker 1: Wow. Billion. So 1:21:19 Speaker 3: he's got in the pipeline, which is coming, Lepto launches on August 13. I will absolutely send you guys both. So imagine a Retatrutide 1:21:27 Speaker 3: that binds 20 to 24 times harder with every single 1. CGP, 1:21:33 Speaker 3: GLP, and GGP. Oh, wow. So each 1 binds way harder. So in doing that, you only have a vial of 100 micrograms. Sure. So you're taking like 25 micrograms a week and it's 3 times as powerful as taking 2 mg of Reta. Damn. So it's so insane in its ability to enhance nutrient partitioning and insulin signaling that bodybuilders will take it to grow. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because it's going to dramatically 1:21:58 Speaker 3: increase 1:21:59 Speaker 3: glycogen restoration. Yeah. So 1:22:02 Speaker 3: all the people, have 40 people in a trial. It's been going on since June 6 or June 4, depending on when they started. 1:22:08 Speaker 3: 70 percent of the people have lost inches in their waist and gained 1:22:13 Speaker 3: 3 to 4 pounds of muscle. 1:22:15 Speaker 2: That's the same 1:22:17 Speaker 1: product. What everybody wants right there. Dude, it's insane. 1:22:20 Speaker 3: We already know we're not going be able to keep it in stock because, ultimately it's the only competitor to Reta. And 1:22:27 Speaker 3: as you guys know, and what's happening right now, I told you this before, I know I texted you guys this, but 1:22:31 Speaker 3: Lilly is buying off a lot of the manufacturers in China to shut it down. 1:22:35 Speaker 3: So there won't be much Reta for much longer. So almost, I would say this, this is my opinion. In 6 months, if you buy Reta and it's not coming from a compound pharmacy, who, by the way, is breaking multiple felonies to make it, 1:22:47 Speaker 3: and you get it from a research company, the likelihood that it's fake is 90%. 1:22:51 Speaker 3: Because they're going to dry up the whole entire market. Yeah. So Lepto will likely be until they approve it, will probably be the only competitor, 1:23:00 Speaker 3: you know, outside of real red out, which of course, there's going to be real red out. Yeah, they'll be there. 1:23:05 Speaker 3: All know. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But like the man, the large scale manufacturers, the bodegas and all those people with right out, they will not have it. It's going to be completely shut down. So like I said, with with Lepto, 1:23:16 Speaker 3: you really only need like I would say guys like us, if we want to be absolutely yoked and shredded to put on weight, you're probably going to need like 30 1:23:24 Speaker 3: to 40 micrograms a week. Wow. And 1:23:27 Speaker 3: again, fat people like really 1:23:30 Speaker 3: insulin resistant, metabolically 1:23:31 Speaker 3: deranged will probably be like 50 micrograms. Wow. But Mike, Mike already said this, like, I did a livestream with him about this, you know, because he understands the pharmacology and the dose response curve. He said, Look, man, a lot of people are gonna see this 1:23:42 Speaker 3: at 100 micrograms and be like, Hey, man, I'm fat motherfucker. You know, I took 8 mg of bread a week and I'm good. He's like, I'm gonna take this whole vial. He goes, don't do that. 1:23:53 Speaker 3: Because remember, this thing is so long acting. Oh, man. That literally by day 6, they won't be I mean, that'll be it, man. They'll be turned off. Holy 1:24:02 Speaker 3: shit. And you can send us some? I'm gonna send us You know what A 100%. Yeah. So then the other 2, I'll just share with this now because this is brand new. Nobody knows, not in the book. He's got a long acting IGF modulator. 1:24:13 Speaker 3: For us, think of it as like a very powerful growth hormone. Yeah. But it's not growth hormone because it doesn't compete with the patent pathways or the trademark pathways of any growth hormone product 1:24:23 Speaker 3: in the world. 1:24:24 Speaker 3: I just started taking it on Friday, but it's a once a week injection. 1:24:29 Speaker 3: And so it's like, he basically says, I don't even know what the dose is. Presto brand new is a molecule right now, but he basically says it's like 1 dose, 1 dose a week for us would be like 2 to 2.5 IUs of genotropin in the morning. 1:24:42 Speaker 3: But you only have to take it once a week. Really? I started- You better. Dude, I started amazing. I started it on Friday and my sleep since I've been here and I'm not sleeping, obviously, in a great bed. That's awesome. Amazing. Yeah, that's great. Yeah. So I think that's gonna be a really big growth hormone modulator. And then the other 1, and again, he's got other shit coming, but I don't think anything else will come this year, is a long acting TB-five hundred. So his belief is that might be the most powerful of all of them, because remember, dude, TB-five hundred has literally like a 45 minute 0.5 life, right? So when we take it with a Wolverine, it only is suppressing cytokines and inflammation for a very short amount of time. So with that, he's like, you could take a very small dose, like every morning, like a micro dose every morning, and you could train 3 times a day and you can't. That's really nice. Holy shit. That's awesome. That's awesome. 1st of all 1:25:30 Speaker 3: of those products are 1:25:32 Speaker 3: going through phase 1A trials in China, and the goal is to sell them to either pharmaceutical giants, like with 1:25:39 Speaker 3: FLGR, we have animal husbandry studies going on too, right? So the cattle companies 1:25:44 Speaker 3: are looking to add that to bulk up their cattle. No way. Yeah, so we actually turned down a huge offer 1:25:49 Speaker 3: from a cattle company to own the molecule. The other cool thing is what we did with the studies is we made 1:25:55 Speaker 3: sure of it that we will still be able to sell it as a research molecule, even if they say a Lilly or Genentech or any of those companies buy it for the specific use case that they want to So 1:26:04 Speaker 3: if a company buys it, meaning Clotho for reversing CKD, 1:26:08 Speaker 3: we can still sell it as a research molecule. Wow. And they can still pay billions to own the patent pathway so that they can develop a drug to reverse kidney. Holy shit. So like, it's really, really cool. Like the whole story- I love this stuff, man. Dude, honestly, I love this stuff. The next podcast, I'll tell you like the personal story of Mike and how he came into my life because it's 1:26:26 Speaker 3: a miracle. 1:26:27 Speaker 2: You know, it's like pretty amazing. Yeah, he's a chemist, right? Yeah. Yeah, you were talking about hell last time. That is rad. 1:26:33 Speaker 2: Let me ask you this. What is Jay Campbell running right now? 1:26:37 Speaker 3: Would, dude, I'm so sorry because I told you this morning I was gonna bring it over. 1:26:41 Speaker 3: So FLGR, 1:26:43 Speaker 3: 2.5 mg on my training day. So this week I'll be doing 10, but normally I just lift 3 days a week, so it's like 7.5 mg. 1:26:50 Speaker 3: I wish I was running lepto, but we don't have it. It's literally, I mean, it's like top secret. 1:26:54 Speaker 3: It should be here on the 13th. We have to test it and all that stuff 1st, but, hopefully we're selling it by the 20th. That's, that's the D day, right? 1:27:02 Speaker 3: But I'm running Reta. I take probably like 0.25 1:27:06 Speaker 3: twice a week. It's a very, very minor nose. 1:27:25 Speaker 3: On my website, the 20 26 God Stack, but I'll rotate 1:27:29 Speaker 3: like SS-thirty 1, 2 to 8 mg every other day, 1:27:33 Speaker 3: Monday through Friday, and I'll do that for a month and then I'll rotate that with MOTS-two 1:27:37 Speaker 3: to 8 mg. And then I take SLU-3.0 we have a very high dose SLU-3.0x, Shredmax, 1:27:42 Speaker 3: and I'll take like 2 capsules a. M, 2 capsules in the afternoon. So it's like 400 mg. 200 mg. Yeah, so it's 100 mg per cap. It's like the highest dose product. And honestly, since I started taking the high dose SLU- I don't even 1:27:55 Speaker 3: the low dose stuff, which does work for most people, if you start taking the high dose, bro. Sublingual 1:28:01 Speaker 3: or just tabs or whatever, like the low dose, like, you know, the 200 micrograms or 100 micrograms, like, I don't even feel it. But that's not to say that when I 1st started sleep 3 years ago, I did feel the liver. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because it does work. For sure. But I think once your body gets used to a higher dose, like your body's like, Oh, wait a minute, this is a big change. Yeah. But so then what else am I taking? I 1:28:19 Speaker 3: normally take Genotropin. 1:28:22 Speaker 3: Like, I take 1 to 1.5 I use every single day of my life in the morning, but since Mike gave me that new long acting thing, I stopped that on Friday. Oh, wow. Did you really? Okay. So I'm just taking that right now. I'm gonna run it for like 6 weeks to see what happens. Yeah, you do. I have no water retention. I'm still pretty lean. 1:28:36 Speaker 3: So, so far so good with that, but I do normally take genitriptin. Of course, I'm on therapeutic testosterone. 1:28:41 Speaker 3: I did, I'd never since So true story, I'm also on Clotho. So Clotho is once every 2 weeks. Yeah. So my wife and I that once every 2 weeks. But since I started Clotho, which is now almost a year because we started in September last year, I swear to God, I'm only taking like 100 mg a week of test. 1:28:56 Speaker 3: You don't- that's all you need because Clotho is increasing endocrine function, Right? So like the test that I am coming, the exogenous is like a higher dose because Float though is making everything so much better. Wow. Yeah. So Clotho is an insanely powerful longevity agent. Yeah. I think I told you this on text, dude, we've had 1:29:14 Speaker 3: more than 10 women over the age of 70 start menstruating. 1:29:18 Speaker 3: Shit. 1:29:20 Speaker 3: Trevor thinks that he, that's how he got his girl pregnant. 100%. From Clothes. And we're gonna hopefully put that in season 2 of the documentary and stuff like that. But yeah, I mean, I think it is, I mean, it's a miracle. That's great. We've gotten at least 300, 1:29:33 Speaker 3: you know, written testimonials from people who said that it's the greatest thing they've ever taken. You know, aging people like in their 60s and 70s, like it's completely 1 guy is 84. 1:29:42 Speaker 3: He's actually, you can believe this, a quantum physicist in France, and he's been on it for 6 months now. He had CKD and he's 99% 1:29:50 Speaker 3: of his kidney function is back. He at 30%. 1:29:53 Speaker 3: So Mike knows that it does reverse kidney disorder or kidney issues 1:29:58 Speaker 3: like CKD. 1:30:00 Speaker 2: Obviously, we have to have that in the study. When do you start seeing results like that? Like how long does that take? The 1:30:05 Speaker 3: 1st thing that you'll notice with Clotho is improved sexual performance because it improves endothelial tissue sensitivity. 1:30:11 Speaker 3: So you'll have like better 1:30:13 Speaker 3: erections. Your wife will get wetter faster. I'm telling you, dude, the 1st week that we did Clotho, Monica and I were having sex, we're like, What the fuck's going on? Like, What the fuck's going on? No, because like you, it was like, she was strange to me. And and and same thing for me. Like, my deck was harder. I mean, it was like and it's like the really subtle things like that. But what I have noticed, it's insane, is I don't have to wear my glasses anymore. No way. It literally changed 1:30:39 Speaker 3: my vision. Yeah, you got to get on it for that. I mean, honest to God, I wore glasses at night, 1:30:44 Speaker 3: you know, because, you know, what is that called when you can't see far as nearsighted? Yeah. So, dude, I don't, I haven't worn my glasses in 7 months. Driving at night. Done. Yeah, so I mean like shit, but it's little things like that. It's like sight. So it's just antiaging. 1:30:58 Speaker 1: Oh, dude, it's the strongest longevity agent in the world. Dude, I know my wife's listening to this, baby. She's like, I'm gonna give you glove out. Get an idea. Because I killed my Another baby. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, 1:31:09 Speaker 1: yeah. Yeah, 1:31:15 Speaker 3: No, it's absolutely amazing stuff. And then what else? Let me just make sure I'm not, know, obviously I take a lot of supplements. I have a giant supplement container that I take. I 1:31:24 Speaker 3: take joint, you know, stuff. I take from Dante at True Nutrition. I take J Flex 9, 1:31:28 Speaker 3: you know, which is a really powerful joint supplement. 1:31:31 Speaker 3: I do take, of course, desiccated thyroid, you know, with my TRT. 1:31:34 Speaker 3: I take metformin. 1:31:36 Speaker 3: I take I was taking 2 g, but since I also started taking, 1:31:41 Speaker 3: what is it, the SGL-two 1:31:43 Speaker 3: inhibitor, which is Jardiance, I take a very low dose of Jardiance. So listen, Jardiance, 1:31:48 Speaker 3: for all guys taking therapeutic testosterone, you should use Jardiance because it lowers APOB and APO a little bit. Oh, wow. Yeah, so it's like clinically proven to that. And listen, man, since I- 1:31:58 Speaker 3: What is it? It's called Jardiance. It's an SGL-two 1:32:01 Speaker 3: inhibitor. It's amazing. Just take all you need is 12. 5 mg. So most of them are 25 mg tabs, but just take 12.5 in the morning. You won't initially when you 1st take it, you'll pee more because it's dumping glucose into the urine. But dude, it does so many great things for insulin sensitivity, but that's the 1 thing it does for us. Guys on testosterone, it lowers the small particles. Oh, cool. Yeah. So it's really, really powerful for that. And then 1:32:24 Speaker 2: starting to think I'm looking right now, like what I eat something. I still take You've taken metformin for a long time because I used to talk about that long time ago, like when I was listening to you. Are you still? 1:32:34 Speaker 2: 100 You're still running that. So listen. Like, perpetuity? 1:32:37 Speaker 3: The people that say bad things about metformin, 1:32:40 Speaker 3: which, you know, Stan Efforting does, and Stan Efforting's a good friend of mine. Shout out to the rhino. 1:32:45 Speaker 3: It does 1:32:47 Speaker 0: Ultra running shoes are all about space. 1:32:50 Speaker 0: The space to go further, 1:32:52 Speaker 0: to feel better, to do something you never thought possible. 1:32:56 Speaker 0: And this space starts with ultra fit. Lower 1:34:19 Speaker 3: IGF maximum production. So if you are like a power 1:34:23 Speaker 3: athlete, you know, and you are doing a meet and you have to have maximum force production, you would stop a week before. But 1:34:30 Speaker 3: but again, it's it's it's such a fast acting and it's transient from a buildup standpoint, you know, you can get off of it in 7 to 10 days, no problem. But you take it because the number 1 thing that metformin does is it increases 1:34:44 Speaker 3: acromontium bacillus in the microbiome. So, dude, if you're on metformin, you cannot get a bioweapon. You cannot get COVID. 1:34:50 Speaker 3: Literally makes you impervious in the microbiome, 1:34:54 Speaker 3: completely impervious. And so that's why people should take it. Granted, it does improve glucose, you know, production or not production, but suppression. 1:35:01 Speaker 3: It also improves insulin sensitivity. I mean, most people will take it, get leaner, 1:35:05 Speaker 3: you know, but it's obviously a very powerful longevity agent. Before Clotho, I think it was probably the number 1, but the number 1 reason people should take it is because it improves acromancy and acromancy is 1:35:15 Speaker 3: that like last line of defense for the gut. Interesting. You can't have SIBO, you can't have all these like candida, all these gross that It go 1:35:23 Speaker 3: kills it, dude. It kills it. Oh my god. That's crazy. Yeah, it kills. I have SIBO. Yeah. So, no, I mean, option dude, so take 2 50 mg of XR 1:35:32 Speaker 3: AM and PM for like the next month, and I guarantee you'll be it'll kill it. Wow. I guarantee you. And honestly, when you upgrade to 500, don't go too high because you'll be like, fuck, you know, you'll you'll you'll feel it. 1:35:43 Speaker 3: Because that's what it's doing is it's like killing the bad shit in your stomach. Like when you start feeling not nauseous, you start feeling a little off, that's metformin upregulating the acromancy. Makes sense. Yeah, it's very powerful stuff. And then what else? I'm looking at my supplement container right now. I'm thinking, Oh, 1:35:59 Speaker 3: you're gonna laugh at this, and this was Ben Pikolsky recommendation. Olive 1:36:03 Speaker 3: oil capsules from Carlyle. 1:36:05 Speaker 3: Can buy them. You can literally buy them from Amazon now and just swallow the capsules. But, dude, I'm telling you guys- for the fat olive oil. Yes, the virgin olive oil will increase our HDL. 1:36:15 Speaker 3: So again, all of us, all of us as 1:36:18 Speaker 3: testosterone users, mild anabolic users, whatever we've been doing, you know, to look the way we look like we will lower our HDL over time and olive oil capsules. I mean, look, if you wanna drink olive oil, be my guest. People do it. And people do it, but the olive oil capsules from Carlisle are insane. You guys, I swear to God, I started taking them a year ago and my HDL in my whole life never got over 42. Wow. Never. I just always had low HDL. Matter what I did, my HDL is 66. Wow. 1:36:45 Speaker 3: And in just 3 months of using, they're so dirt cheap, right? So you just take 2 in the morning, take 2 in the afternoon. 1:36:51 Speaker 3: I'm just trying to think, I'm looking at my thing right now. 1:36:54 Speaker 3: The only other thing I'll mention, which is obviously a shout out to our product, again, Brian, 1:37:00 Speaker 3: Moscow, the gorilla chemist, our chief science officer, he created a high dose bam. Okay. Dude, high dose bam is no joke. Really? You have to take a high dose. I've never felt BAM. I didn't and that's you. You never took enough. What's that? All the products on the were 50 mg. 1:37:16 Speaker 3: 2 2 g a day. 2 g. Okay. 2 g. Yeah. All the BAM products were 50 mg. I took them too, bro. I took that Modern Amino form. Nothing. 1:37:25 Speaker 3: I didn't feel wasn't enough. So listen, I literally did a 4 week cycle of BAM when I came back at the end of May from Europe. 1:37:33 Speaker 3: And man, I got so lean so fast. It's like taking DMP. 1:37:37 Speaker 3: But without 1:37:39 Speaker 3: being sick, without having like nausea, without having a temperature, 1:37:43 Speaker 3: but you have to take a high dose. Like I would tell you right now, like our product is called BioBam. It's 2 50 mg a cap. Okay. If you guys want, I'll send you guys some of that 1:37:52 Speaker 3: take 2 capsules a. 2 capsules p. M. To start off at a gram and then move to 2 g. And I mean, I'm telling you, you don't have to do anything. It burns pure fat. Wow. It does not burn anything. It will not touch muscle and it burns pure fat. The only thing that's negative about it is you will have loose stool. It will cause loose stool 1:38:10 Speaker 3: it's a super uncoupler. Right? But I don't take that all the time. But, know, I was just thinking, I'm looking at Oh, you take what do you think? I would do it like a 4 to 6 weeks cycle of it. Just see how lean you can get. You know, and honestly, you don't even have to diet. I mean, you should do cardio because it's an uncoupler, 1:38:26 Speaker 3: but it's very powerful. Wow. I mean, I 1:38:30 Speaker 3: was just talking to Brian about this the other day. I was like, Dude, we need to do a live stream about this because I think this might be the strongest thermogenic 1:38:37 Speaker 3: on the planet. Damn. Yeah. And honestly, you don't feel anything. You don't get 1:38:41 Speaker 3: elevated temperature. You will 1:38:43 Speaker 3: If you take it too late in the day, it could disturb your sleep because your temperature is definitely elevated as it's burning calories. 1:38:49 Speaker 3: Take it, I take it like 6AM and then I'll take it at like 02:30 or 3. Okay. 1:38:53 Speaker 2: And do you recommend the BAM with the, 1:38:56 Speaker 3: SLU-P? BAM has to be by itself. Oh, it has to be by itself. Definitely don't wanna take any mitochondrial. So no mitochondrial peptides or, 1:39:04 Speaker 3: so don't take MOTS, don't take SS, don't take NAD plus and don't take SLU-3P with BAM. Just BAM by itself. Interesting. Now the only thing you do want to take with BAM and you can get it individually, 1:39:14 Speaker 3: or you can get it from us because we created a product for it specifically, but it's called BioCharge 1:39:19 Speaker 3: or BioRecharge. I'm sorry. And it's like 1:39:22 Speaker 3: carbon 60 pomegranate. 1:39:24 Speaker 3: What else is in there? It's like all the things, 1:39:26 Speaker 3: urolithin, a, you know, all the things that help regulate your mitochondria when you're stressing them from like high levels of mitochondrial peptides. 1:39:33 Speaker 3: So you definitely want to take that when you're on BAM because it's such a powerful uncoupler. So you wanna kind of protect your mitochondria when you're on. There's so much talk about the SS-31and 1:39:43 Speaker 2: MOTS-3. Gosh, man, we've gone back and forth ourselves. We've read about it. We had Josh Holyfield on here. He's so- Yeah, know Josh. He's awesome. Love that guy. And even he's changed. Would like your opinion on this because I don't know if anybody totally knows. You 1:39:58 Speaker 2: probably will. Are we running SS-31first 1:40:01 Speaker 2: to fix the Mardi Koni and then run to the MOTS-3C? Are we running them together? Does it matter? Because we've heard all kinds of stuff. We've read a lot of No, it's a great question. So I don't think it matters. I think what matters is 1:40:15 Speaker 3: your condition, what you're using it for. Sure. 1:40:19 Speaker 3: Obviously 1:40:20 Speaker 3: SS-31is, 1:40:21 Speaker 3: you know, you're rebuilding cardiolipin, 1:40:24 Speaker 3: whereas MOTS-3C is, you know, you're massively 1:40:27 Speaker 3: increasing ATP synthase, right? So like, so look, the way I look at it is this, and again, I can pull out my gods stack and show you guys, and I'll send it to you guys. But like, 1:40:36 Speaker 3: if you're going to use those products, you want to use them pretty much in isolation, like at a month of time, right? So don't use MOTS and SS-thirty 1 together. Now, if you were going to use it together, 1:40:45 Speaker 3: you could, but the way you would do it is like MOTS during the week, SS-thirty 1 on the weekend. Right? Interesting. But here's the thing that I just recently learned, and this is from a guy that, you know, is on Instagram, and I forget his name, but dude, this guy is 1 of the most ripped and jacked humans that I've ever seen. He's like probably 47 or 48. He lives in Mexico, 1:41:03 Speaker 3: he and sent me a message 1 day because, you know, he sees all my work and stuff like that. And he's like, Hey man, your shit is legit. But he's like, 1:41:10 Speaker 3: need to tell you something about fucking SS-31. He's like, You need to do 15 mg or more a day. Okay. Yeah. What do we say? We say a lot. Dude, I've 15. That's really the good place. I told you. Yeah, we were saying a lot. This guy is doing 30 1:41:23 Speaker 3: mg 1:41:24 Speaker 3: a day, and you should see what he looks like. But he told me, no, I've not done this yet. I'll be very honest because this is like a month and I've been involved in so many other things and, you know, doing FLGR and all that stuff. I said, I wanna give it a chance, but he said, he sent me a video of himself. I gotta look it up on Instagram, but he's like, this is what I look like after a week of 30 mg a day. 7 days. Holy shit. No way. Randy, would you give me some SS-31s His this 1:41:47 Speaker 3: veins 1:41:48 Speaker 3: were 1:41:49 Speaker 3: literally 1:41:50 Speaker 3: mean, dude, I've never seen anything like that. Wow. So again, in theory, what he's saying is true because you're 1:41:57 Speaker 3: jacking up cardiolipin, 1:41:58 Speaker 3: which cardiolipin is just ramping the actual mitochondrial or actually I should say the oxidative capacity of your mitochondria. So you think about if your mitochondria are the superpowers of your cells or the chargers of your cell and you ram jacked all this, like, call it nuclear energy into it, that's why his veins are popping up. But dude, the guy tells me he's very serious about this. He's like, Dude, there's nothing on this entire planet 1:42:21 Speaker 3: like taking high dose of Essos for everyone for 1 month. He's like, 1st 1:42:27 Speaker 3: off, you have to be muscular. He's like, You have to have already done the work. But he's like, you will notice transformation 1:42:34 Speaker 3: unlike anything. So you guys are the 1st guys I've said this to, because I don't even know who this guy is. He's a fucking nobody. You know, he has no following account. He's a super intelligent guy and 1 of the greatest physiques I've ever seen. He's 49. So, I mean, the dude looks insane, but, 1:42:48 Speaker 3: he told me, he's like, You got to do 1 month of somewhere between 15 and 30 mg a day. And he's like, You will, it'll be the greatest transformation of your life. So again, I'm telling you guys this- We're all right now. Brandi is too early. People 1:43:00 Speaker 3: listening to this are gonna be like, Holy fuck. You know, I mean, and don't get me wrong, it's obviously gonna cost a lot money. Gonna 1:43:07 Speaker 3: cost like 7 No, 1:43:10 Speaker 3: we're not rich. We just sell this shit. 1:43:13 Speaker 2: You're smart. 1:43:15 Speaker 3: I might know a guy who knows a guy. 1:43:19 Speaker 2: My wife always says, she calls me your pep daddy. 1:43:23 Speaker 2: Calls me. Maybe bring me this home. I'm like, you are so spoiled, girlfriend. Yeah. 1:43:27 Speaker 2: She's cute. Oh. 1:43:29 Speaker 3: 0, dude. My wife is just like that too. She's constantly constantly buying stuff, and I'm like, what is this? And she's like, oh, don't worry. I I talked to Matt. Yeah. Do 1:43:39 Speaker 3: you know what, though? What charge did he give you? 1:43:43 Speaker 2: Was that owner's cost plus 20%? Oh my god, dude. That's funny, bro. I mean, this stuff is awesome, dude. Like, how do you not love this stuff? Mean, it's like- Exactly, dude. I mean, but let's 1:43:54 Speaker 2: take it down for a 2nd and like what This we all 1:43:57 Speaker 2: don't work unless you build the house If you do not eat right, if you're not 1:44:02 Speaker 2: resistant training-100percent. 1:44:05 Speaker 3: Might work a little bit, but dude, fix a house, man. Build the 1st Floor. I think the only thing as a peptide that will potentially work as a dumpster fire, 1:44:15 Speaker 3: well, not even what's the thing classified GLPs would be like a BPC-five 1:44:20 Speaker 3: 100 for sure. Dumpster fire. And 1:44:23 Speaker 3: let's be honest and no offense if you're a dumpster fire, but like the truth is, is that you're so inflamed 1:44:29 Speaker 3: that you are. 1:44:30 Speaker 3: And I talked about this on our 1st podcast. I mean, listen, dumpster fires are walking around in a 20 fourseven state of default suffering. 1:44:37 Speaker 3: So wait, we got to have a lot of empathy for them, man. Right? Like these are people who literally don't even know existence other than pain. Sure. Their existence is suffering. Sure. So if you give 1 of those people, yeah, a high level of BPC- TB-five hundred, even an oral capsule, right? Like, you can give them like any of our oral products for BPC, 1:44:56 Speaker 3: you know, with buffers and that like carnosine and something, they're, they're, they're gonna feel an inflammation suppression instantly. 1:45:02 Speaker 3: Exactly. 1:45:04 Speaker 1: Mean, anything else is like their body's like, dude, what's right. 1:45:08 Speaker 3: 100%. 1:45:09 Speaker 3: But outside of that, you're 100% right. And that's why I start every podcast with people start asking me about peptides is like, guys, 1:45:17 Speaker 3: none of these things 1:45:19 Speaker 3: will do jack shit. 1:45:21 Speaker 3: If you are unhealthy, 1:45:23 Speaker 3: if you are not living insulin controlled, if you do not lift weights and do cardiovascular training, if you do not get 6 to 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night, if you do not mitigate EMF, 1:45:33 Speaker 3: you know, I mean, if you're not hormonally optimized or even considering 1:45:37 Speaker 3: being on therapeutic hormones, which I think almost anyone at this point because our society is so contaminated. Broke. So it's like if you're not doing those things and you're using peptides, then you're retarded. Yeah. I mean, you've been dying. You're not lose weight, dude. Exactly. You're not hormonally optimized. Exactly. Don't care. There's like 28 year olds that have under 300%. 1:45:53 Speaker 2: What is happening? 100%. You're not losing weight, dude. Or if your cortisol's shot. Right? That's gonna jack you up, It's not the peptides problem. 1:46:16 Speaker 3: It's 1:46:18 Speaker 3: just a magic bullet. Yeah, man. Is 1:46:21 Speaker 3: there finally something that can help me? You know? And it's like, No, dude. 1:46:25 Speaker 3: You still have to put in the work. You still gotta do all the things. But 1:46:30 Speaker 3: then so many people 1:46:31 Speaker 3: are so lazy. 1:46:33 Speaker 3: Exactly. 1:46:34 Speaker 3: And now we're in this society where did you guys know this? Like, dude, people don't even go to fucking Walmart or Publix or Vons. They literally Instacart everything. No 1 moves. 1:46:47 Speaker 3: Crazy. Just get up and walk then over. I always tell my wife, I'm like, I actually enjoy going to Target and buy my hygiene. Like, get me out of the fucking house. Seriously, I don't know. Jesus. Well, it's because you're not hugging and puffy walking, bro. True, dude. You know what I mean? Dude, imagine, you're right. Like getting into their car, going to a store, walking through hot temperature is like hell. Mhmm. Like, they may keel over. But, like, here's here's here's the magic, dude. Like, when you do when you start to taste empowerment, 1:47:14 Speaker 2: which is like, dude, when you can say no to the damn cake Exactly. Dude, it's empowerment. It's you know, he's just you dope. It's better than dope. Like It is. I am like a Jedi. You guys all ate that shit. I didn't eat it, suckers, because it's power, dude. So it's crazy. You know what mean? I literally just did a podcast. I can't think of the guy's name. It's a millionaire maker or something like that. And we talked about this study 1:47:36 Speaker 3: that was just released on X like 2 weeks ago, maybe it was a month ago now whenever I did a podcast with him, but it was literally they showed, they followed 1:47:44 Speaker 3: 600 twins from 1:47:47 Speaker 3: birth until they were 46 years old. They were like fraternals and identical. So it was girl, girl, guy, guy, and girl guy, and they followed them all the way. And the number 1 component 1:47:58 Speaker 3: in life is what you exactly just said, the determined success is delayed gratification. Awesome. Yeah. The number 1 component, are you that person 1:48:07 Speaker 3: that can delay spending the money that you just got in? Yeah. Can invest for the compound fact, can avoid the 6 donuts? 1:48:14 Speaker 1: Most people can't. 1:48:16 Speaker 2: Let's talk about that for a 2nd because here's 1:48:19 Speaker 2: how I suggest if you're listening and you struggle with that, here's how I do it. If my discipline's off, 1:48:24 Speaker 2: do hard shit. Like I go jump in a cold shower. Why? Because it freaking sucks, dude. Yeah. And then, like, I do for 5 days, and then it's not as bad. So if my discipline's off, which it has been at times, right, I make myself do hardship. I'm gonna do a 72 hour fast. Why? Because it sucks. But, dude, literally, like, it you need to cultivate your mind. 100%. You need to cultivate your mind. Like, we didn't like, we all cultivated this. We've been doing it for years. So obviously, it's easier for us, but don't 1:48:51 Speaker 2: buy the bullshit that you can't get in shape. Yeah. Like, dude, literally, like, when I see a guy out of weight overweight, listen, 1:48:58 Speaker 2: get your ass in shape, dude. And if you have boys and, like, specifically 1:49:01 Speaker 2: No doubt. They look at you like a like Superman, dude. Don't be fat, Superman. Superman, 1:49:07 Speaker 2: peptides, and there's so much. You just went through so many things that can help you. But, dude, if you don't build the 1st Floor, dude, like, you're eating Twinkies and Doritos and stuff, 1:49:17 Speaker 3: you're never gonna get Dude, I love what you just said because the truth is is you can eat that, but after you gotta take advantage of the fucking opportunity to do cardio or to lift or to do something. And by the way, dude, I love the fact that you fast like you do, because I'm obviously a huge 1:49:31 Speaker 3: faster and I'm a huge proponent of fasting and you're a muscular guy. You are living proof 1:49:37 Speaker 2: that you can fast for 72 hours and you're not gonna lose muscle, bro. Yes, everybody says that. Right? I don't know. I gotta get I'm okay. Bro, you don't understand. If I don't get my protein every 6 hours. Because that's what they've been told. I mean, people are still living with calories in, calories out, and all that stuff, which So true. You know, 1:49:54 Speaker 2: because I like a carnivore diet, I've I've been on a lot more these days, you know, but but there's 1:49:59 Speaker 2: so many ways to skin a cat. Like, I don't have all the answers. It works for me. I found what works for me. And then I sit in the pocket or you count macros. I don't really like to count macros, but like, it works. 1:50:11 Speaker 2: Do something that works for you. Write it down. I'm so big on writing it down. Like, when you write something down, you're making a contract with the universe, dude. Yeah. Like, you're saying, like, I will not eat that cake. That's Will. I have shit all over all my places. Like, it stares at me, bro. Yeah, of course. I'm gonna write it down. Like, it's Well, dude, like, it's power. Me, like, what I do is, like, I don't eat. I eat carbs on my lifting days. Yeah. Right? Like, I'm gonna fucking eat before and after. That's what I've been doing that. 1:50:39 Speaker 3: And that's just how it is because I'm putting in so much energy when I train. You know, I'm going to do cardio post 1:50:44 Speaker 3: for 20 minutes or whatever. My heart rate's already elevated. And then on my 9 lifting days, I will fast 18 to 20 hours. I'll do cardio maybe 2 times, maybe 20 minutes walking on a StairMaster 1:50:56 Speaker 3: or 20 minutes on a bike or something, right, to deplete glycogen. 1:50:59 Speaker 2: Like you said, dude, there's 1000000 ways to schedule it. But that works though. And then if you're gonna do carbs, eat before you live and after you live because you're gonna replace the glycogen. Know what? 1:51:09 Speaker 3: Old, 1:51:10 Speaker 3: you know, great strength trainer, shout out to Charles Polklin who died. You know, he literally has a statement that says, You get your carbs when you deserve them. Dude, right. 1:51:18 Speaker 3: That's 1:51:19 Speaker 1: perfect. That's good. You can't say any better. Exactly. 1:51:23 Speaker 3: So like if you're lifting that day, eat carbs. If you're not lifting and you got a lot of fucking fat to lose, don't eat carbs on the bed. 1:51:31 Speaker 2: Exactly. And fast to get the fat off your body. Yeah. And, like, again, even if like, fasting is amazing. I mean, if you get into, what, 16 hours, you start the autophagy. Like, it's freaking amazing. And 1:51:42 Speaker 3: there's no faster way to cultivate a mindset than fasting, bro. You say no to food when you're hungry, you become a damn jitter. That's why I wrote the book 30 Days to Shreds, because I wanted to prove that there was a way to lose 30 pounds of fat in 30 days, and you absolutely can do it. I don't give a shit how fat you are. I mean, I have thousands of people who follow that protocol. 1:52:04 Speaker 3: And yes, if you're really obese, it might have taken 90 days to get shredded. It might have taken 120 with, you know, 15 days off in between the rotations of 30. But you can get there faster than any other path. And as you know, we don't even need peptides. You don't need drugs. You don't need growth hormone. You don't need testosterone if you're really fat. Yeah, you mean, you don't have the energy to train and to fast. But like other than that, you can get there. And you're right, dude. Like, look, man, I say this all the time and that's the leading 1:52:32 Speaker 3: like thread of that book. 1:52:34 Speaker 3: Living leaner, longer, stronger. If you want to live the longest life possible, you have to be lean. Hell yeah. You absolutely is statistically proven 1:52:43 Speaker 3: The longer you will live is based on how lean your body is. All the oxygenarians, 1:52:47 Speaker 3: all the blue zone people, they're mostly Asian. 1:52:50 Speaker 3: If you see them and you interview them, these are people that have no inflammation because they don't have any body fat. Yeah. They're very thin. They may not be like what we want. We want to be more muscular and more, know, 1:53:00 Speaker 3: it optimized, but they don't have inflammation. 1:53:03 Speaker 3: It's because they have no body fat. So it's like, if you want to live to be 100 or longer and have great physical strength, do the shit that we're talking about. Do peptides, be hormonally optimized, use human growth hormone, do all those things, lift weights, but you keep the fat off because the fat is what kills you. 1:53:20 Speaker 2: And like, if you have a family, I'm gonna take it in a different direction for a 2nd, because I think it needs to be said, if you have a family and you're not healthy, you're cheating your family And at a 1:53:30 Speaker 2: I know that's pretty dramatic, but like, think about it. Like, I got a 2 year old bro. I'm 49 years old. My wife won't talk about baby 3. Babe, she's thinking about it right now. But the thing is, is like, look at it like that. If you don't do it for you and it takes you doing it for your I have a 2 year old. I want to see him walk down the You know what I mean? So I got to keep myself in shape. So if that's what it's going to help you trigger to do this, you have a damn 1:53:53 Speaker 2: computer in your hand. Exactly. It is chatty 1:53:57 Speaker 2: PT. It'll give you a diet plan. It's never been easier. 1:54:01 Speaker 2: You have to do the discipline. Do hard shit. Do hard shit. Brother, 1:54:06 Speaker 2: I love you bro. It is such a 1:54:08 Speaker 2: honor to sit with you. Will and I have 1:54:11 Speaker 3: known about you for a very long time, so it's such an honor for you to finally sit at this table with us. I mean, we love men that lead the way for guys like us and you are definitely ahead of us. We follow a lot of the stuff that you do because of success. You wanna be successful, do it. Successful people do. 100%. And, so appreciate you, bro. No, man. I appreciate both of you guys. This was an epic podcast. Yeah. I'm literally telling you right now that probably by this time next year, you will be sitting in my studio in Tampa, sweating your balls out. Actually, it'll be hot. It'll be cool as fuck in the room, but once you come outside Right. We we No. I mean, I definitely want you guys to fly in. You know, we'll hang out. We'll train. Love to. Film. Yeah. And we'll do and we'll and we'll do this, and we'll knock this out, but it's gonna probably be by it'll probably be I I I should be in my new crib by June next year. Nice. Yeah. You know what's the cool thing about people that, guys that, 1:54:57 Speaker 2: don't walk out of a place that they admire or whatnot, they don't talk shit. Like, 1:55:03 Speaker 2: guys that are elevated, they walk out. Josh hit me up when he left. He's like, I need to elevate my warehouse. And then he wasn't going, those guys, you know, talking shit. That's what men that elevate, like, we iron sharpens iron, man. So that's why I love being around men like you guys. You guys get your It's crazy. I mean, you started all this fitness, everything at like 41 years old. Yeah. 1:55:24 Speaker 3: This, like, I mean, was always fit, like, you know, the web, 1:55:30 Speaker 3: the, 1:55:31 Speaker 3: well, actually I should say with my ex, 1:55:34 Speaker 3: we did have a blog, but I made 0 money. I just, you know, I put out the content and information and stuff like that, which by the way, and I should mention this really quick because it's really cool. 1:55:44 Speaker 3: A guy who came into my community, just like you guys got guys that come into your community about 4 years ago, you know, he completely remade himself. Brilliant guy. He's like a 32 year Deloitte and Touche healthcare 1:55:56 Speaker 3: executive consultant. Right? So super smart travels all the world, runs like their Indian teams. He completely rebuilt himself, remade himself following all my shit. He came to me. He's been in my inner circle for about 2 years, but he came to me and he's like, look, man, I'm a master with Claude. I'm gonna take all your information that you've ever published 1:56:14 Speaker 3: anywhere on this planet. I'm gonna scrape it together, and I'm gonna put it together in a cohesive 1:56:18 Speaker 3: certification 1:56:19 Speaker 3: course. Wow. 1:56:20 Speaker 3: For coaches and clinicians and for laypeople. And I'm like, you know, when he came to me, I already knew him. His name's Chris. He lives in Las Vegas. He's super cool guy. Was like, okay, bro. I was like, okay, cool bro. You know, thinking, whatever. 1:56:32 Speaker 3: Dude, 1:56:33 Speaker 3: what he gave me was the most insane thing. We went to He gave it to me in April. We went down to this insane, amazing content studio in Miami, and we filmed for 8 straight days, 10 hours a day. It's 26 1:56:46 Speaker 3: hours 1:56:47 Speaker 3: of content and it's going to be released. I'll 1:56:50 Speaker 3: give you guys access to it, but it's going be released sometime in the next 10 to 14 days. How cool, dude. And it's, I mean, honestly, dude, when you guys see this, I mean, I get tears in my eyes when I look at it because it really was my life. Yeah, right. Because you guys definitely to be powerful, bro. Before AI, there was no possible way to do that. For sure. No, no, no. You would have had to get every article that ever was published online, every book, 1:57:11 Speaker 3: you know, every magazine thing, I mean, and just like have stickies and notes. And I mean, it would have taken 20 people and probably a year. But AI scraped it all together and then he was able to because he's such a master of it, he put it together in this like actual cohesive course. And the coolest part about it is he put my wife in 1:57:27 Speaker 3: for the spiritual shit. So at the end of every module, it's kind of like Monica's minutes. That's rad. So she shares like the spiritual shit of how to tie it all in. You guys are gonna love it. Gonna say- Sounds awesome. Yeah, just sounds good. 1:57:39 Speaker 3: Got a text on the ride over here on Uber that I should have access for VIPs, 1:57:44 Speaker 3: I think, by Tuesday of next week. So once I have it, I'll send it to you guys. But I definitely want you guys to go through it and deconstruct it for me because it's pretty insane. Yeah, that's good. I mean, it was intense. I mean, I was literally in Miami for 8 straight days filming from like 08:30 in the morning till literally 07:00 at night every day. Oh, that's rad, dude. So, yeah, and it's honestly, it's amazing. So- Because it's your lab work, dude. That's powerful. It is. It really, really is. And I'm really excited because as you guys know, there's not a lot of great education for doctors. And that's the deal. They're coming to us and they're getting so much bullshit bro science online. 1:58:14 Speaker 3: And so 1:58:16 Speaker 3: much of my, as you guys know, is highly researched. There's lots of citations, lots of clinical evidence and stuff like that. I feel really good about this. So I don't know where it goes and how big it gets, but again, as you know, it's just about helping people. So how many people I can help is gonna be epic. Sky's the limit, baby. For sure. All right. So I know you got your book, so give yourself a plug. Where's everybody gonna find you? Where's the easiest way to get this book? So Living Leaner, Longer, Stronger, 1:58:40 Speaker 3: literally published or published, 1:58:42 Speaker 3: went out Friday of last week. The paperback is the only 1 that's available right now. It's on Amazon. It's at Barnes and Noble. It's also at, 1:58:50 Speaker 3: IngramSpark. 1:58:51 Speaker 3: So it's pretty much anywhere books are published. The digital Kindle Audible format will be available by August 20. I think you guys know Audible takes a while to format. 1:59:01 Speaker 3: But yeah, it's, it's a really awesome book. You know, I'll just say, you know, from a plug standpoint, 1:59:06 Speaker 3: this is not my favorite book personally, because I put, you know, a lot of higher level information, I think, other books that I've did, but if you don't have any awareness of the life that all 3 of us live, this is the book because it's like, like I was telling you guys, it's like the gatekeeping Jay Campbell, right? Like, it's like, 1:59:23 Speaker 3: this is like, wow, you know, what about gratitude? You know? So it's like there's a lot of stuff in here that, you know, I really took a lot of time to essentially make as lay as possible. You know, I don't want say dumb it down, but like, you know, like, you know, there's just so much in this book. 1:59:40 Speaker 3: I mean, it really is another distillation of like 30 years of like living this lifestyle, but putting it in a way that everyone can understand. Know, I'm not talking about crazy concepts that I talked about in the other books, like she knows metabolic 1:59:51 Speaker 3: awakening with GHPs is crazy science. Right. So like, it is, I think- Every book has its place, man. It does, but I think this is the book that will actually allow normies 2:00:01 Speaker 1: to find this. Kind of gateway. Exactly. What 2:00:04 Speaker 2: an accomplishment, 2:00:06 Speaker 2: man, dude. So we have been just, been an we've enjoyed it, man. Now you get to run over to Trevor Cruders podcast. What up, Trevor? Shout out. We love we love Trevor. Of course. I've going on his podcast on the 17th, I think. So That's awesome. That's awesome. It's a small world. Yeah. No. We all love each other. We'll love each other. And I'm gonna see you guys later. Right? Yeah, man. So, that was amazing. I hope you guys enjoyed it as much as we did. Anything else there, my brother? Nothing. Nothing else. That was an epic podcast. Thank you guys so much for having me. And, let me just say, you know, for the audience, 2:00:36 Speaker 3: we have a domain. 2:00:37 Speaker 3: It's jaycampbell.com/free-info, 2:00:41 Speaker 3: and you can get a downloadable PDF copy of any of the books I've ever written and, you know, probably, 2:00:47 Speaker 3: my new content team is building, a new site or a new section on that site for podcasts like this, so I'm sure that this won't be there right away. Yeah. We'll and we'll make that easy to find for you guys. Awesome. Yeah. Alright. Well, we will catch you on the next round. Later. Peace going.
