Haas. 0:33 Speaker 1: Good to be here. Good to be back 0:36 Speaker 1: in town into the regular weather. 0:38 Speaker 0: It was a hot Yeah. 0:41 Speaker 1: I mean, yes. I didn't wanna go outside. It's probably it was probably a 105 degrees and 0:46 Speaker 0: yeah. You know, it's funny, man. Every time we go to Palm Springs, like, I think that. I'm like, when we start going to the pool, I'm like, dude, this is just too damn hot here. 0:55 Speaker 1: It's it's too hot. Right. I don't even wanna sit. I just wanna sit in the shade and 0:59 Speaker 1: then go back in the room and Crazy. Take a nap. 1:04 Speaker 0: Well, people, today, we have Thymosin Alpha-one. 1:08 Speaker 0: I enjoy this 1. I they take this 1 for for numerous reasons, and we'll dig into that. But, I wanna throw this over to my cohost because he knows a lot about this 1. Thymosin Alpha-one, 1:21 Speaker 0: talk talk to us, Will. Tell us a little bit about this 1. 1:24 Speaker 1: So this is, I mean, this is a really cool peptide. It's being used and has been being used being used in different countries 1:32 Speaker 1: an awful lot, and I wish during COVID that more people 1:38 Speaker 1: knew about it. 1:40 Speaker 1: So to make things simple, it, Thymosin Alpha, essentially tells your body to 1:47 Speaker 1: tells your immune 1:48 Speaker 1: cells, your immune system to to to wake up. Wake up. Let's work a little bit harder, let's get a little bit stronger, 1:57 Speaker 1: and, 1:58 Speaker 1: you know, to fight off 2:00 Speaker 1: viral bacterial infections, etcetera. 2:03 Speaker 1: It's 1 interesting thing, it doesn't just hyperdrive 2:07 Speaker 1: your immune system, because as we know, 2:10 Speaker 1: our immune system can do some bad things 2:13 Speaker 1: when 2:14 Speaker 1: it starts attacking itself 2:16 Speaker 1: our own body and our own healthy functions, which are called autoimmune disorders. 2:21 Speaker 1: So it actually helps just balance out your immune system and 2:28 Speaker 1: do things correctly. 2:30 Speaker 1: It will actually increase some 2:34 Speaker 1: T regulatory 2:35 Speaker 1: cells, 2:36 Speaker 1: which are the cells that say, hey, slow down, slow down immune system, right? We've had enough. You know, you've killed off what you need to kill off. 2:46 Speaker 1: And so it really just kind of keeps that immune system balanced, 2:50 Speaker 1: and it's being used to 2:53 Speaker 1: it is not the, like, primary treatment, and we're not here to say this is gonna cure cancer, but it absolutely, 2:58 Speaker 1: here is a suggestion, to use it as a supplement to 3:03 Speaker 1: Not get sick. Any major any major 3:06 Speaker 1: illness. 3:08 Speaker 0: Yeah, so it would be used for both people, meaning 3:11 Speaker 0: somebody that just is trying to not get sick. Obviously, it's gonna boost your immune system. And those who are sick, I would suggest take it because it's gonna expedite you getting better. Very simple. 3:23 Speaker 1: Right. Absolutely. 3:25 Speaker 0: Yeah. So do you I'm I don't even know how are you have you taken this? Have you taken 3 months? So 3:31 Speaker 1: I just started to take it. 3:34 Speaker 1: I've taken it a little little bit in the past, but I really started to take it in higher doses 3:38 Speaker 1: Yeah. As well as BPC 3:41 Speaker 1: and TB-five hundred blend. My 3:44 Speaker 1: I mean, man, you know, I just turned 41. 3:47 Speaker 1: I played 3:49 Speaker 1: played college football and baseball, 3:52 Speaker 1: and I've I mean, I probably had at least 15 surgeries, and I beat my body up 3:59 Speaker 1: a lot. And I still like to lift weights and be and be active. So this 4:03 Speaker 1: actually reduces 4:05 Speaker 1: not just immune system, but it will reduce inflammation. Right? Our body is 4:10 Speaker 1: and so inflammation is the the cause of a lot of pain as we know. This is why we take ibuprofen and and anti inflammatories. 4:17 Speaker 1: So 4:19 Speaker 1: I started to take pretty decently high doses, 4:23 Speaker 1: and I noticed it. 4:25 Speaker 1: Joints like I don't know, man. Joints feel better. Neck feels better, 4:30 Speaker 1: and 4:31 Speaker 1: I really like it. I've given it to my mother too because she's been 4:35 Speaker 1: smoking cigarettes too long and has COPD. 4:38 Speaker 1: Wait. Right? COPD is just damaged lungs, 4:41 Speaker 1: damaged tissue is gets inflamed, 4:44 Speaker 1: and then makes it hard to breathe. And so this is actually just really reducing that inflammation. 4:50 Speaker 0: Does she feel like that's helped? That's a good get out. She just she just started it, so we will 4:56 Speaker 1: I'll report back. Yeah, 4:59 Speaker 0: I it's funny. 5:01 Speaker 0: So I've been taking it for a while. I've been taking it because I love the the immunity 5:05 Speaker 0: part about it. That's maybe 5:07 Speaker 0: a month and 0.5, give or take. And if anybody remembers, I was out in Cancun 5:12 Speaker 0: for my cousin's wedding. 5:14 Speaker 0: And when we got back, 5:16 Speaker 0: literally, 5:17 Speaker 0: every single person from that wedding party got extremely 5:22 Speaker 0: sick. I mean, my wife was just down for the count, then it bled onto my boys. 5:27 Speaker 0: I was the only 1 that didn't get sick. Now, was it Thymosin Alpha-one? I don't know, but I was the only 1 that was taking it, man, and I I was literally the entire wedding party. There was literally, like, 50 people that got sick. Something in something the food was horrible, but I 5:41 Speaker 0: don't know. There you go, man. I didn't get sick. 5:44 Speaker 1: Yeah. I don't know if I should tell this story, but that I told you the other day about that water bottle that I've been drinking out of. 5:53 Speaker 1: I don't know. It's kinda gross, but 5:56 Speaker 1: I don't know. Guys, I've been there's this metal 5:59 Speaker 1: water bottle that I've been drinking out of for a long time. And 6:04 Speaker 1: the other day, I I thought I don't know. For some reason, I looked inside of it, and literally, the whole thing is, 6:11 Speaker 1: like, covered in mold 6:12 Speaker 1: on the inside. 6:13 Speaker 1: So I've just been drinking mold water for probably 3 weeks, but 6:18 Speaker 1: I don't know. Hell, I didn't feel a damn thing. I didn't feel any worse at 1 little bit. So 6:23 Speaker 1: Thank god for that. Yeah. I don't know. I mean, I start and I started taking the Thymosin Alpha about 2 weeks ago. 6:30 Speaker 1: I guess it just shows what trying to be healthy does for you. 6:34 Speaker 0: Yeah, I, some of the things that it talks about, 6:38 Speaker 0: is it helps with people with autoimmune issues. 6:41 Speaker 0: Now, 6:42 Speaker 0: you tapped on that a little bit in regards to that, but with just the foods we eat and so much, the poor diets and just, gosh, I can go on and on and on on the why. 6:55 Speaker 0: So this is gonna be huge for most people in regards to autoimmune issues 7:00 Speaker 0: and helping with those types of things. I mean, I told you I started taking it because of the immunity, but I've been struggling with an autoimmune issue for years and it gets better, it gets worse, it gets better, it gets worse. 7:10 Speaker 0: And when I was doing research on certain peptides, this was 1 of the ones that I fell upon, and that's was why I started taking it. So the, 7:19 Speaker 0: autoimmune conditions are great, man, because there's so many people that struggle with that stuff right now. Mhmm. The food. Absolutely. And there's a few 7:27 Speaker 1: in, you know, in some of my research, there are a few autoimmune disorders that 7:33 Speaker 1: you wanna be careful with while taking this, especially if you have an autoimmune disorder that is 7:41 Speaker 1: really just out of control and active. 7:44 Speaker 1: But I can tell you, I'll tell you, 7:47 Speaker 1: I have a kind of a small list of 7:50 Speaker 1: which disorders 7:52 Speaker 1: you maybe should not be taking Thymosin Alpha- Absolutely. Let's let's do that. So 7:59 Speaker 1: really, it is telling me so 8:01 Speaker 1: lupus, 8:02 Speaker 1: multiple sclerosis, 8:04 Speaker 1: rheumatoid arthritis, 8:08 Speaker 1: those have been stated, like, let's not 8:11 Speaker 1: let's not take thymosin alpha with them. 8:15 Speaker 1: Anything you know, there's another 8:17 Speaker 1: obviously, 8:18 Speaker 1: if I know you're gonna ask me this question, but, like, who shouldn't take it? So I guess we'll just jump into it. Right? Whatever. 8:25 Speaker 1: Right. 8:26 Speaker 1: Organ transplant 8:29 Speaker 1: patients, 8:31 Speaker 1: they are often on immunosuppressive 8:34 Speaker 1: drugs. There are other disorders out there where your doctor's gonna put you on 8:38 Speaker 1: immunosuppressive drugs. 8:39 Speaker 1: So we don't wanna take anything that is gonna counteract 8:42 Speaker 1: those drugs, right, 8:44 Speaker 1: that's gonna better boost your immune system. Fighting each other. Right. Right. Just kind of negating each other. 8:51 Speaker 1: The obvious one's breastfeeding women. 8:54 Speaker 1: Most things breastfeeding women probably shouldn't take. 8:58 Speaker 1: Little little children 9:01 Speaker 1: and just generally if you have any allergies to peptides. But for the most part, Thymosin Alpha is, like, extremely 9:09 Speaker 1: safe and well tolerated. 9:11 Speaker 0: Yeah. Even in extremely high doses. Well, we always talk about this so easy, like, who should take it, but it's always good to talk about the people that shouldn't. And I like that you had mentioned that, the the breastfeeding 9:21 Speaker 0: women because 9:23 Speaker 0: that's good to know, man. We, I don't think we've talked about that that much. 9:27 Speaker 1: Other than, yeah, other than maybe the disclaimer on some things. Yeah. 9:32 Speaker 1: Yeah. 9:33 Speaker 0: Antibacteria, 9:34 Speaker 0: what else is this thing? Improves. Oh, this is 1 that it's actually interested in. I was kind of studying this is improves 9:41 Speaker 0: vaccine response. 9:43 Speaker 0: That's kind of cool. So for people that 9:45 Speaker 0: kind of during COVID that chose to take a certain substance, 9:49 Speaker 0: probably be good for those types of people that should be running Thymosin Alpha for sure. 9:55 Speaker 1: Absolutely. 9:56 Speaker 1: It's really just gonna help, you know, I would 9:59 Speaker 1: yes, I 10:01 Speaker 1: would suggest it with any type of treatment as a supplement 10:06 Speaker 1: guide to any treatment that's really gonna, that is helping 10:10 Speaker 1: your immune system. 10:12 Speaker 1: It is being actually clinically used in different countries and here a bit, right, with general immune support, chronic 10:19 Speaker 1: viral illnesses, 10:21 Speaker 1: cancer patients, 10:24 Speaker 1: for a range of anything that you can think of that ails us. Studied so long since the seventies. 10:30 Speaker 0: I wonder why it's now just popping its little head out, because they've been studying it since the seventies. 10:36 Speaker 1: Yeah. I don't know. I think that 10:38 Speaker 1: America is anal about 10:41 Speaker 0: I won't answer. 10:43 Speaker 1: Right. About drugs that don't make money. I don't know. For whatever reason why we are anal about it. I know that in, like, Russia and China, 10:49 Speaker 1: this is approved and being used. 10:53 Speaker 0: China seems like they're way ahead of the curve in regards to peptides. That's for damn sure. And a lot of things too. Yeah. 10:59 Speaker 0: What is, I know that this is always a fun 1. What is, what are some cool ones to run with 11:05 Speaker 0: Thymosin Alpha? This is a long list. 11:08 Speaker 0: Right. What would you say? I'll then I'll give you mine. 11:11 Speaker 1: Epitalon. 11:13 Speaker 1: So Epitalon. 11:14 Speaker 1: Of course. Of course. 11:15 Speaker 1: BPC TB 500. 11:17 Speaker 0: Always. Those 2 are the those 2 fit in anywhere. 11:21 Speaker 1: Hell, I mean, any, like, retat 11:23 Speaker 1: retatratide, 11:25 Speaker 1: that's how I say it. Right? That will help reduce inflammation overall, 11:30 Speaker 1: and and so will 11:32 Speaker 1: so will Thymosin Alpha and, you know, you'll probably end up looking good 11:37 Speaker 0: by looking good and feeling good. Yeah. So people with inflammation, things like that, that's gonna bring it down. Epitalon is always gonna be good 1 for immunity. I would say glutathione would be good. I don't know glutathione with it. You know, how much 11:51 Speaker 0: stuff through the years that you and I have done, you know, to our bodies and whatnot. Glutathione is always a good mix to Glutathione. 11:58 Speaker 1: To the immunity. NAD, I mean, NAD, 12:01 Speaker 1: b 12. 12:02 Speaker 0: B 12? 12:03 Speaker 1: That's a good 12. Throw into. Heck, b 12 can be done with, you know, anything and is always and is always a good idea. Once a week, baby. Yep. Absolutely. 12:14 Speaker 1: But NAD too, man. I mean, NAD is cool. What what people often don't know, like, 1 of the early applications to NAD was in is in 12:22 Speaker 1: in The UK was actually, like, a clinic opened up to help chronic alcoholics 12:28 Speaker 1: heal their liver. 12:30 Speaker 1: Oh, wow. And it was, like, exclusively just used for that and and was 12:35 Speaker 1: showing massive absolute results 12:38 Speaker 1: in in regenerating 12:41 Speaker 1: those alcoholics 12:42 Speaker 1: damage that they've done to their 12:45 Speaker 1: internal organs. 12:47 Speaker 1: And I think they got I think they, I think the government stepped in and said, oh, we don't like you healing people. So 12:54 Speaker 1: Shocker. 12:55 Speaker 1: Stop. 12:56 Speaker 0: Yeah. You've been hanging out with me too long, bro. 12:59 Speaker 0: I'm rubbing off on you. 13:02 Speaker 0: I, I got a question for you, man. This is kinda from left field, but I'm actually curious. 13:07 Speaker 0: If you could take 1 peptide 13:09 Speaker 0: there's so many awesome peptides. If you could take 1 peptide, what would it be? 13:15 Speaker 1: Just 1. 13:19 Speaker 1: HGH? 13:21 Speaker 1: That's always a good 1. That's a peptide. 13:25 Speaker 0: In longevity? 13:27 Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that is a long game, but it does 13:32 Speaker 1: it does a whole ton of things to help a person. 13:36 Speaker 1: Men and women, frankly. Right? It is as we get older, it's gonna increase your bone density. It's gonna help you, you know, just repair, 13:43 Speaker 1: recover faster, and in small doses. I'm not talking about huge doses. 13:47 Speaker 1: Yeah. 13:48 Speaker 0: Repair, recover faster, help you, you know, long term with some more energy. You will, after after a good consistent couple years of use, literally, you will look 13:57 Speaker 0: years younger than you do. 14:00 Speaker 0: Yeah, that's that's for sure. I, I mean, I've been taking HGH for, I don't even know, at least 2 years. I mean, if anything done done 14:09 Speaker 0: I don't mean to say moderation, 14:10 Speaker 0: but, like, anything 2 2 IUs and under, you're chilling, man. Like, there's no problems in regards to 14:16 Speaker 0: you know, when you say how you start getting 8 8 IUs and stuff like that, that's where you're gonna start to have to some type of worries. But in regards to, like, HGH and longevity 14:25 Speaker 0: to small amounts, man, you're gonna see huge benefits. Now you don't see the benefits for a good 6 months, but you start to feel it in 6 months, man. I remember I hit that 6 month mark or something. I'm like, wow, that's my stomach's getting ripped. I feel more energy. Just feel you do feel better. That's for sure. Yep. Yeah. And it's 1 of those things, I guess, it's not what people think. People think of like, oh, you're doing ACH. You're just getting huge and and and cheating, and it's not like that at all. It doesn't it doesn't work that well. 14:56 Speaker 1: You almost need to do it, and then when you stop 14:59 Speaker 1: when you stop, you go, oh, now I know what it was doing. Okay. 15:04 Speaker 1: Yeah. Right? Like, it's damn near impossible to lose muscle 15:07 Speaker 1: while you're on it. Right? It's not there. You're not gonna you're not gonna get bigger unless you're doing massive high doses, but then side effects. So just don't do that, but you're not really gonna grow 15:18 Speaker 1: a bunch of grow a bunch of muscle, but it sure as hell will make you not loot not ever go catabolic. 15:24 Speaker 1: Alright? As you get older or stressed, 15:27 Speaker 1: you're not gonna lose any muscle from it. 15:31 Speaker 0: Yeah. Go ahead. I mean, I'll say I'll say anybody 40 should basically be on TRT and and and HGH. 15:38 Speaker 1: Right. I mean And that's the and I don't think anybody 40 should even attempt HGH either. Yeah. Right. 15:44 Speaker 0: Right? I really don't. I I noticed that it just doesn't really do much. It doesn't really do much unless unless, 15:50 Speaker 1: you know, your natural 15:52 Speaker 1: HGH is starting to decline. 15:55 Speaker 1: It doesn't do much for any any young young kids, so just don't even mess with it now. Yeah, right. 16:01 Speaker 0: Yeah, that's funny. I wouldn't have thought that you caught up to that 1 quicker. I wouldn't have said HGH, but now that you said that, that's what would be my answer to. I mean, I'm TRT and HGH, man. Those are are always my go tos, man. But, like, again, the thymosin alpha, I love it. I mean, it really does help with immunity and sickness and stuff. Again, I 16:21 Speaker 0: we'll never know if that was the reason I didn't get sick, but I was the only person out of 50 and I was the only person out of 50 that was taking Thymosin Alpha. So I I came home unscathed 16:30 Speaker 0: and they were brutal 16:32 Speaker 1: sickness, man, puking. What about you? I mean, what's your, what do you think? What's your favorite? Favorite? I mean, now that you said HGH, that's that would definitely be it. I mean, 16:41 Speaker 0: I mean, I'm definitely 16:43 Speaker 0: sitting on Retatrutide for right now. 16:46 Speaker 0: I love it. I mean, I don't I I take this Lotus and nuts just, you know, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, I'm never gonna go up and, 16:53 Speaker 0: I just was blown away. I would I just was blown away just by how fast 16:59 Speaker 0: and how amazing that worked. I felt it immediately. 17:03 Speaker 0: Like, and I was lean and I was pretty ripped, you know, like, so I took it mainly because I started studying it and 17:10 Speaker 0: was like, wow, this actually sounds freaking cool. So I wanted to be able to to, like, talk to people about it from my perspective of how I felt. 17:17 Speaker 0: And dude, like, I took it in 3 days later. I mean, I was pretty in pretty good shape, but I was like, like, 17:23 Speaker 0: ripped. And I was just like, holy shit, dude. That woah. 17:27 Speaker 0: So I would say for me right now, and this could change if you ask me in a couple months, but 17:32 Speaker 0: Retatrutide 17:33 Speaker 0: for me, I think it's a scientific breakthrough, man. I think it is a damn miracle. 17:38 Speaker 1: Well, I take 17:39 Speaker 1: it mostly 17:41 Speaker 1: for the 17:44 Speaker 1: neuroprotection 17:45 Speaker 1: and kind of nootropic effects, right, and 17:48 Speaker 1: clarity of thought because it really 17:51 Speaker 1: helps balance out your brain's blood sugar. I tend to, as you know, right, I don't know, I tend to get busy. Like, I'm a big guy, I need food. 18:00 Speaker 1: I'm six'four, like 2 50, and 18:03 Speaker 1: I don't need to lose any weight, right, I don't really need to get any leaner, 18:08 Speaker 1: but I sometimes just kind of work and forget to eat, 18:11 Speaker 1: and when I do that, my brain suffers, especially as I'm getting older, right, I start getting hangry, 18:19 Speaker 1: it's amazing. When I'm taking when I am taking 18:22 Speaker 1: Retatrutide, 18:23 Speaker 1: I can't say it the way you say it, but 18:26 Speaker 0: I don't get those I don't get that brain I don't get the brain fog. I don't get the crash. I don't get the hangry. My brain says up, up and and smart and moving, and which is the which is 1 of the noted benefits of it. I think that's where people like Will, like, that side doesn't get talked about enough because it's so focused on GLP-one and losing weight for people. But for guys like that, that's and we've discussed this, man. Like, guys like us who are our gym rats and who we we don't need to lose weight. 18:54 Speaker 0: Like, you have bodybuilders taking it for a reason. You have guys like us that are in shape taking it for a reason. It's not just to lose weight. Now if you're looking to lose weight, you know, you're gonna kinda wanna go up and and and eventually take more and more and more. But if you're just looking to stay lean and like Will just talked about, 19:12 Speaker 1: I don't know, man. My focus since I've been on road 2 tight has just been off the charts, man. Just racing. That focus. Just control portion size too. Like, you know, we all need to we all need to do that. And yeah, absolutely. I and I do too. I take a tiny dose. I take 0.5 of a milligram 3 times a week. 19:31 Speaker 1: But it, yep, it makes me, 19:35 Speaker 1: yeah, makes me just way more productive and 19:39 Speaker 1: keep my portions controlled, and I still have a little bit of an appetite. I just kind of I get full quicker, which is the appropriate way a person should actually be eating on a regular basis. It's small Kind of a trip. Meals. 19:51 Speaker 0: Yeah. Yep. 19:52 Speaker 0: You just get tired of eating, dude. You just start eating. You just feel like, I'm done. And that is so weird for me, man. I usually eat just gigantic 19:59 Speaker 0: meals and like, you never see me leave food on my plate and like, I have food on my plate often now. It's kinda weird. 20:07 Speaker 0: Marathon feels like, man, it is a scientific breakthrough, man. So that would be my answer. It would definitely be HGH because I love HGH for sure. TRTHGH 20:15 Speaker 0: and then my 3rd right now would be Retatrutide and there's a reason why so many people are are buying it and taking it. I don't even know where we're at in regards to 20:24 Speaker 0: the amount of people that buy it and then come back. It's definitely up there in regards to percentage wise. Yeah. Because it works. Yep. 20:31 Speaker 1: That's right. It is. 20:33 Speaker 0: Right on, man. Well, cool. That was a good 1.
