What's up, brother? How you doing? What's up, man? 0:10 Speaker 0: Excited to be here today. We have a lot 0:14 Speaker 0: but 0:15 Speaker 0: man, what a cool thing. This channel's growing 0:18 Speaker 0: quickly. I don't think neither of us expected that. We just wanted to start talking about peptides and people seem to like it. How cool is that? 0:26 Speaker 0: That's awesome. Awesome. Great. Good. That's the point. Right. The Q and A section was obviously well liked. A lot of people like that. So just let the people know, let the listeners know. We will be doing that every Friday. I'll be putting on my story on my social media channels on how you can leave us questions and ask us questions about anything, anything you wanna know about peptides, 0:46 Speaker 0: anything that you wanna know about health, fitness, 0:49 Speaker 0: hormone replacements. We are not doctors. We don't pretend to be doctors. We are just guys that love this type of stuff and we have been engulfed in it for a very long time. So we don't have all the answers, but we'll give you our best 1:01 Speaker 0: opinions on certain things because we love it. Simple as that. That's right. So today, yeah, today, I say this every time, but it's 1 of my favorites. This is actually 1 of my favorites. Thymosin Alpha-one, TA-one. 1:14 Speaker 0: I like this 1. It's just these huge benefits are immunity. I'll kick us off with that, but that's just gonna be the main objective of this peptide is immunity, boosting immunity. 1:25 Speaker 0: So Will, tell us a little bit about it and what does it do? 1:28 Speaker 1: Okay, so Thymosin 1:29 Speaker 1: Alpha-one. 1:31 Speaker 1: Yeah, it is there to it's really a 1:35 Speaker 1: it's there to help our immune system. And I wouldn't say 1:39 Speaker 1: it's kind of a it doesn't just, hey, put the immune system on overdrive. 1:44 Speaker 1: It's a smart 1:47 Speaker 1: it's a smart peptide. It really regulates. It knows it's kind of a thermostat, I guess, for our body, right? It knows when our 1:55 Speaker 1: immune system is overactive, 1:58 Speaker 1: okay? And then it will put 2:01 Speaker 1: in some like T regulatory cells and slow it down when the when they when we have autoimmune 2:07 Speaker 1: disorders, right? We have something going on like that. 2:11 Speaker 1: Then when we are immunosuppressed, 2:13 Speaker 1: when our immune system is too low, 2:15 Speaker 1: it will 2:17 Speaker 1: boost that up, right? 2:19 Speaker 1: And 2:21 Speaker 1: that's all 1 of the biggest benefits that we'll actually see. It all really 2:26 Speaker 1: ends in 2:27 Speaker 1: anti inflammation. 2:29 Speaker 1: Because as our immune system as 2:34 Speaker 1: things attack us, right? Infectious diseases, 2:37 Speaker 1: right? That kills off cells and those and 2:41 Speaker 1: that causes inflammation everywhere, right? And if we and this is really gonna help reduce that and 2:47 Speaker 1: it reduces inflammation. So anybody, 2:51 Speaker 1: this actually is probably is 1 that I have probably been taking more consistently than 2:55 Speaker 1: any other 2:57 Speaker 1: peptide. 2:58 Speaker 1: And well, lo and behold, I have never been, I haven't been sick. 3:02 Speaker 1: I can't 3:04 Speaker 1: tell you the last time I've been sick. 3:06 Speaker 1: I 3:07 Speaker 1: even 3:08 Speaker 1: figured out that I was, like, drinking mold for 2 weeks every day all day long. 3:13 Speaker 1: Yum. Didn't notice a damn thing that happened bad to me. So, 3:18 Speaker 1: and, 3:19 Speaker 0: yeah, and I mean, who doesn't want to reduce inflammation. Right? People are always constantly talking about that. That's a source of a lot of pain. Right to the food we eat, man. We eat 0.5. Yeah. Mean, this world this world is inflamed by this crap food, seed oils. Oh, god. So this is huge. Absolutely. 3:36 Speaker 1: I 3:37 Speaker 1: really it's I think we just kinda keep it simple. It is there to to 3:42 Speaker 1: yeah, to really help regulate 3:44 Speaker 1: our immune system. 3:46 Speaker 0: Yeah. I think that like we sit on that for a 2nd because that that is what so I love about this peptide in particular immunity. 3:54 Speaker 0: Everybody wants 3:55 Speaker 0: a good immune system for obvious reasons, but if it's overactive, 4:00 Speaker 0: it's going to cause If your body's overactive immune system, it starts fighting itself. For example, I've had a really bad autoimmune issue for a long time. 4:08 Speaker 0: And so I have 1st time knowledge of just having an autoimmune issue and just kind of some of the hell that comes along with some of that stuff, man. So that's kind of why I started studying it, 4:19 Speaker 0: know, a while back and I just fell in love with it just because of that, you know, where it's 4:23 Speaker 0: not just boosting your immunity for people to have an autoimmunity, it's going to calm it down. It's going to be that beacon 4:30 Speaker 0: that reads your body. How cool is that? Yep, that's really cool. I even have 4:36 Speaker 1: heck, I got a text from 4:38 Speaker 1: a girl the other day who sent me she was tracking her doctor was tracking her, 4:45 Speaker 1: yes, autoimmune disorder, 4:47 Speaker 1: right? And from based on a graph and she's been taking this and 4:51 Speaker 1: she's she sent me us texts and I mean, 4:54 Speaker 1: it has just down to nonexistent 4:57 Speaker 1: now. Yeah, that is so cool. Holy crap, you've like saved my life. 5:02 Speaker 0: Yeah, so I have my wife, anybody that knows and watched my channel knows that we have a little kid and, you know, she's always, know, kids are everywhere. She drops them off, blah blah. So they're always getting sick for obvious reasons, and my wife was getting sick a lot. She really was. 5:16 Speaker 0: And we went out to Cancun a while back, I don't know, a few months ago, and honestly, Will, like, it was a huge wedding party. I was on taking Thymosin Alpha, you know, and this entire wedding party, and I'm not, I'm talking like over 20 people came back sick, 5:31 Speaker 0: really sick. My wife was destroyed. 5:33 Speaker 0: My boys were both sick. My wife was like in bed sick. It was a rough week, and I was the only 1 that didn't get sick. Now, will tell you, I'm not someone that gets sick that often. I never really have, but I was taking Thymosin Alpha, man, and I was 1 of the very few that didn't get hit out of that wedding party. There was something in the food or something. 5:51 Speaker 1: Yeah. You know what? We hear this with all of these peptides, like, right, where 5:56 Speaker 1: I mean, some of this evidence is too too obvious to ignore. Like Right. These things are are actually working. 6:02 Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. Right. She's she's already taking it. And now a cool story part of that story is she has not been sick since. She talks about if you even ask her what's her favorite, it's Thymosin Alpha because 6:11 Speaker 1: she hasn't been sick since she's been taking it. That's dope. That's that's cool. Yeah. That's cool. So, you know, a couple of thing, like, people who should be so those I mean, I wish that people knew about this during COVID. 6:24 Speaker 1: Whatever your opinions are with COVID, I don't know. I never had it. But Yeah. That's right. 6:29 Speaker 1: It's and those who are affected with this long COVID still, 6:34 Speaker 1: it's it's an absolute I mean, you you should be doing it. It it is. It's being studied to it's gonna help out 6:42 Speaker 1: people taking it for like cancer treatments 6:45 Speaker 1: to help out disease and viral infections 6:50 Speaker 0: on 6:51 Speaker 1: a large scale, 6:53 Speaker 1: boosting actual immunization shots, 6:56 Speaker 1: which whatever your 6:58 Speaker 1: opinion on that is. It 7:01 Speaker 0: is supposed to enhance vaccines, 7:03 Speaker 0: so regardless if you like them or not, 7:06 Speaker 0: there you go. 7:07 Speaker 1: You do you. Yeah, you do you. But the stuff seems to be really, really helping. Yeah. 7:14 Speaker 0: I mean, the obvious, the obvious for anybody listening that this is the 1st time they're hearing about it is, man, this should be in your back pocket no matter what. If you're flying, going on vacation, 7:23 Speaker 0: if you're around kids all the time, you know, like someone that works at a daycare, they would thrive on this because those kids are getting sick for obvious reasons, man. They're building their own immune system. So 7:33 Speaker 0: Thymosin Alpha or T1 to keep it simple. It's just this should be a staple in 7:38 Speaker 0: your regimen for sure. You 7:41 Speaker 0: know, I mean, it's been around for a long time. You know, I mean, all these peptides, a lot of them have, you know, but I think it's it they founded it in 1972, 7:50 Speaker 0: but they started becoming used in like hospital settings and for cancer and what mid-80s to the 90s, you know, to treat cancer type stuff. 7:59 Speaker 0: So where it's coming, it's where it's evolved now to just, know, and it's for research purposes only, 8:04 Speaker 0: but for humans, man, 8:06 Speaker 1: this should be in most people listening to this arsenal. Plain and simple. Yep. Yep. And I know doctors. I know plenty of people who are doctors are 8:15 Speaker 1: telling them to take this. 8:17 Speaker 0: Oh, really? Do you really? Wow. That's interesting. Yep. 8:21 Speaker 1: Yeah. Like that girl, like the girl who I talked about, right, or the it was her doctor telling her to take it, and then they were tracking her immune, 8:28 Speaker 1: her disorder. Right? Well, that's right. 8:31 Speaker 0: Yeah, I wanna so I'll touch on something a little quick just for anybody that's interesting. Like I said, I've been battling an autoimmune issue for a very long time. Years. I was running a mortgage company and at the time and literally overnight, 8:45 Speaker 0: I had to dress nice and I can wear a hat at the time. 8:49 Speaker 0: I started getting these big golf ball sized welts on my head overnight. It was insane. I'm like, the hell is this? Like, what is this? You know? And like, they would wilt over and they were pusy. It was disgusting. I don't even like talking about it. But this was going on in my life. So what happened was obvious. I started going to doctors, right? Numerous doctors and 9:10 Speaker 0: literally like 8 or 9. Like I was trying to fix this problem. It was horrible. I had to stand in front of 50 salesmen doing presentations 9:18 Speaker 0: with these things on my head. Sucked. So each doctor 9:22 Speaker 0: gave me the same verdict, man, the same death sentence, to speak, which was, Man, that sucks. It's a very bad autoimmune issue. 9:30 Speaker 0: It's so rare that they don't study it. So 9:33 Speaker 0: here, take some antibiotics, man. Good luck. I'm like, Dude, are you kidding me? That's all you got, which, 9:40 Speaker 0: long story short, ultimately, 9:42 Speaker 0: me taking my health into my own hands and starting to study and go, Okay, well, I'm not cool with that verdict. So I just started trying to Will knows me a long time, man. I've always been into different diets and stuff, but this time I had an How do I fix this damn thing on my head? And I'm a true believer in what we put into our body can heal us. I know that, I believe that the 2nd brain 10:05 Speaker 0: is our gut, and I believe through my drug addiction and certain things I used to do to myself, I think I destroyed my gut. So that's where, that was the genesis of this. So I started studying diets, blah, blah, blah. And long story short, I fell onto the carnivore high fat diet 10:19 Speaker 0: and did it religiously once I started studying and then it does have the potential to cure autoimmune 10:25 Speaker 0: and it did for a while, It really did. It helped 10:29 Speaker 0: radically 10:30 Speaker 0: improve 10:30 Speaker 0: my autoimmune issue. Now, the 10:33 Speaker 0: end of that story is this, 10:35 Speaker 0: Will knows me well, man. I am a strict on my diet. If I say I'm gonna do something, damn it, I stick to my word. 10:42 Speaker 0: I love that about myself. But the last few months entered this little thing called 10:47 Speaker 0: Retta or GLP-three, 10:50 Speaker 0: which has allowed me to 10:52 Speaker 0: not have to be so strict, damn it. And the reason I say that, guys, is my diet's gone down a little bit, the strictness, and I've entered in more carbs and different things. And now 11:04 Speaker 0: I'm having these huge freaking flares again. So the point of that whole story is 1, food really can help fix you. So what you put into your body has that much ability to help or fix. 11:17 Speaker 0: And 2, that's kind of why I fell on the Thymosin Alpha studying it and whatnot just because of this high immune system, because again, it's going to help 11:25 Speaker 0: me 11:25 Speaker 0: if my body is being overactive 11:28 Speaker 0: on the immune system. Do you know what I mean? So pretty cool story. So for those listening, man, diet, diet, diet. We talk about peptides all the time, but man, the genesis of your health 11:39 Speaker 0: starts with what you put into your mouth 11:42 Speaker 1: daily. True. You know what I mean? True that. Like all of these things, yeah, Don't just 11:48 Speaker 1: sit like cats, do nothing, and eat like crap, take a drug, think that the drug is gonna help you. Right. 11:54 Speaker 1: Everything needs to come 1st. Your, you know, your own work ethic, 11:59 Speaker 1: got diet and exercise. 12:01 Speaker 1: For a reason. All of that needs to really be keyed in. It doesn't need to be perfect. Right? Nobody's asking anybody to be perfect. Right? You're a little bit you or die you are strict with your diet when you want to be. 12:15 Speaker 1: But it's not necessarily that strict, everybody. So don't let it scare you away. Right? This is not like an all or nothing, but damn. People get your, 12:23 Speaker 1: yeah. You had to get your work ethic down and be consistent. 12:28 Speaker 1: And then everything else you take, then it starts to just, you know, just synergistically 12:33 Speaker 1: work. 12:34 Speaker 0: Yeah. You know, for men, the hormones, 12:37 Speaker 0: exercise. If you're somebody that is 12:41 Speaker 0: not someone that's hit the gym his whole life like Will and I, we get that. We get that. We worked with a lot of people in fitness for a very long time, but 12:49 Speaker 0: we stack little wins, guys. You stack little wins. Like, just get to the gym today, right, just today. And you start stacking that win that win, you know, and just kind of change change some sort of things in your diet. You know, if you're someone that needs to cut weight, 13:03 Speaker 0: you know, instead of eating those fries, you know, cut out the fries today. You know? Little wins like that, you know? Again, you start to get the 13:12 Speaker 0: snowball 13:13 Speaker 0: of success. 1st, you gotta get it moving. And how you get it moving is you get moving. Yeah. And then you start to build it and you will see, man, it's kind of euphoric once you start to see your 13:25 Speaker 0: discipline turn into benefits and something your life start to get better. 13:30 Speaker 0: It's amazing how radically it improves your brain, you know, and just wanting more of that, wanting to do better and educating yourself on that stuff. You know I mean? Yep. And as far as food too, it's like amazing how how fast we forget, right, when you if you can just 13:45 Speaker 1: get away from maybe the sweets or whatever it is that you really like, right, you'd you've pretty quickly forget that you really like that and you forget how good it was. Kinda like with her addiction, you know, every day that I'm further away from using whatever, 13:59 Speaker 1: the drugs, 14:00 Speaker 1: I 14:02 Speaker 1: forget how cool it was. 14:04 Speaker 1: Yeah, right. You know, that's why it's harder at the beginning. 14:09 Speaker 1: But yeah, man, little wins, little wins, 14:13 Speaker 1: and before you know it, 14:14 Speaker 1: those things stack up. But it's physics, right? Body in motion tends to stay in motion. Body at rest or an object at rest tends to stay at rest. Right? There's all momentum, 14:27 Speaker 1: whichever way you choose, man. Every decision's taking you further away 14:31 Speaker 0: or closer to your goal. Yeah, you're you're making the decision today and regardless it's gonna either gonna feed the wheat side, right? You're gonna eat those chili cheese chili cheese fries or you're gonna decide to not. Right? That's what you stack negatives or you stack positives, man, and they start to compound regardless of which direction. How did I, hell did I gain 30 pounds? Well, you've been stacking negative, bro. 14:54 Speaker 0: You know I mean? Like, it doesn't happen overnight. You didn't gain that 30 pounds overnight, man. You've been eating like shit for a few months. That's right. You know what mean? Again, we talk about peptides because we love them. And once you start to truly 15:07 Speaker 0: research them and just see how amazing these, and then you start to try them on yourself and you do see this is actually real 15:14 Speaker 0: And they motivate you. But again, 15:16 Speaker 0: they ain't gonna do anything for you if you're over here way overweight and you're eating chips and stuff on the couch still and you're not exercising. The peptide's not gonna mean anything. So don't even waste your money. Know what I mean? Start with your mindset. 15:30 Speaker 1: True. 15:31 Speaker 0: You know what mean? Yep. Who would you say I mean, this is always an easy 1, but man, I can go on on on this 1. Who should be taking Thymosin Alpha? 15:40 Speaker 1: Everybody who doesn't so I guess, look, dude, everybody who doesn't wanna sick, again, no pregnant women, no children. 15:47 Speaker 1: Anybody who doesn't wanna get sick, if you have some autoimmune disorder, 15:51 Speaker 1: it's worth a shot. Right? Be consistent though. 15:57 Speaker 1: Anybody again who's traveling, you're on an airplane, you work in childcare, you have little kids, you work in 16:03 Speaker 1: hell, a treatment center, right, all of our friends who own treatment centers are working there, right, they're constantly surrounded by people. Shaking hands, yeah. Always 16:11 Speaker 1: always sick or just just being 16:12 Speaker 1: trapped in a small space with lots of other people. Yeah. 16:16 Speaker 1: You know, elder 16:17 Speaker 1: people, right, with whose immune systems are compromised. 16:22 Speaker 1: People who have 16:24 Speaker 1: long COVID 16:25 Speaker 1: and 16:26 Speaker 1: they're not it's not going away and it's not going away. 16:30 Speaker 1: Anybody who has any type of chronic inflammation, 16:34 Speaker 1: like my mother, for example, she has like early COPD. She smoked cigarettes forever. And we have 16:43 Speaker 1: got her on this and like basically what it's doing, it is reducing inflation. 1 of the big problems with COPD is you have all of this inflammation in your lungs and 16:51 Speaker 1: it's hard for you to breathe, And she is noticeably 16:55 Speaker 1: able to breathe better, although she just had brain surgery and said that all these peptides are helping too much. 17:02 Speaker 1: And so she needs to stop the peptides because she wants to see what the brain surgery has helped her with. Oh my gosh. Sounds like your mom. Yeah, but 17:11 Speaker 0: so that's all, yeah, whatever. Yeah, I mean, people that maybe like me that are battling an autoimmune issue, which geez, man. I mean, so many people are these days. You know, I'm not gonna tell you with firsthand, it doesn't fix it overnight and by no means, 17:25 Speaker 0: but if you compound this with a diet and exercise and whatnot, 17:29 Speaker 0: this is gonna help, man. Again, you're like me, your body is maybe being overactive with the immune system and that's why you have an autoimmune issue regardless 17:37 Speaker 0: of what you have. 17:40 Speaker 0: Anybody, like Will said, I think is going to benefit from this. It should be in anybody's arsenal. Take my wife's word for it. Once she started taking it, man, she'll tell you it's her favorite. 17:51 Speaker 0: Keeps her from not getting sick around these kids. 17:54 Speaker 0: Cool, man. Any type of dosage you wanna talk about? 17:57 Speaker 1: I generally just like for me, what I do is I take it I take it daily. 18:04 Speaker 0: Me too. And 18:06 Speaker 1: I have a 10 mg bottle, 18:09 Speaker 1: and I'm taking 0.5 of a milligram a day, 18:13 Speaker 1: okay, which I so I've so I add 2 mils of bacteriostatic water 18:17 Speaker 1: and then I inject 10 units 18:21 Speaker 1: on the insulin syringe. 10 units. Right? 18:24 Speaker 1: On an insulin syringe that has 100. 18:27 Speaker 1: So that's 18:29 Speaker 1: so it's 0.1 18:30 Speaker 1: of a milliliter. 18:32 Speaker 1: Yeah. 18:33 Speaker 1: Equal down to 0.5 of a milligram. 18:35 Speaker 0: Yeah, and we've talked about it numerous times, but it's worth talking about it more. I mean, once you start to understand peptides and like dosages and stuff like that, 18:44 Speaker 0: when you keep it simple, when you start to understand like how many milliliters 18:48 Speaker 0: it takes to put into the bottle to do maybe 10 units. And if you're taking, you know, anywhere from 3 to 4 peptides, if you can keep it to where you just keep all of them at 10 units, 18:57 Speaker 1: kind of keep it simple, man. You start to simplify life after you have a little experience. Exactly. So for example, if I had a bottle that was so that happens to be 10, a nice round number. Let's say I had a bottle but it contained 15, and this is something people you can't change. You get 19:13 Speaker 1: what you get. So, if 19:15 Speaker 1: my bottle is 15 mg 19:17 Speaker 1: of the actual 19:19 Speaker 1: drug in it, right, then 19:22 Speaker 1: I could add, like, for example, I would add, like, instead of I would add 19:27 Speaker 1: 15 or 1.5 19:29 Speaker 1: mLs of water, right? Then 19:32 Speaker 1: every 10 units would equal 19:35 Speaker 1: 1 mg. 19:37 Speaker 1: Whereas I had a 10 mil 10 mg bottle if I added just 1 mil of water, 19:42 Speaker 0: every 10 units would equal 1 mg. Right. Which sounds pretty much water you want. Yeah, it's gonna be confusing as hell if that's the 1st time you've heard that. But again, like anything, you start tying your shoes, you tie them better the more you do it. You'll start to understand that stuff. And then again, you'll start to simplify 19:57 Speaker 0: your stuff. And there's a lot of cool websites out there and stuff that you could have and can't even find anything on YouTube, dude, on how to 20:05 Speaker 0: pull it out. Know what mean? You can do Those peptide calculators out there. They're rad. Yeah, they're cool. And so, yeah, that's a it's a great peptide. We love it. It's very simple. It's gonna work for both sides. If you're overactive immune system or if you need to boost your immune system, if you're going on a trip, you're if gonna be traveling, 20:22 Speaker 0: if you're around kids, blah blah blah, just be this should be in your arsenal for sure. 20:27 Speaker 0: What I'm gonna do for you guys again, the q and a podcast that we dropped last Saturday was a hit. Apparently, a lot of people liked it. So we're going to do that each week. I wanna reiterate that, and, I'm going to be putting it up on my, story today with a link that you can click on and you can add, 20:46 Speaker 0: questions. And again, I wanna be redundant on this point. Will and I love to talk about this stuff. Ask any questions. If we don't know, we'll just tell you we don't know. 20:56 Speaker 0: If it's anything about testosterone replacement 20:59 Speaker 0: or this or that, we've just been in this arena for a very long time. We love it. And, so no question is dumb and no question is outside of what you can ask. Best way to say that. 21:09 Speaker 1: True. Sound good? True. Right. Everybody's in different different, 21:12 Speaker 1: phases. It's all good. Were there once 21:16 Speaker 0: right? Will, you love, you've been into helping people for a very long time and he talks a lot about peptides. You guys see on my channel, you don't see what Will, but brain's big, man. He knows a lot about macros and diets and exercises. 21:30 Speaker 0: So ask some questions, man. There's a lot. Bring it. 21:34 Speaker 0: So we will be dropping that. We will be recording on Friday. We will be dropping it on Saturday, 21:40 Speaker 0: and I will be putting it up on my social medias with the link today. 21:44 Speaker 0: We are super appreciative that people are enjoying it. 21:47 Speaker 1: And, man, I guess that's all. Anything else from you? I guess the key takeaways is like Thymosin Alpha, reduce inflammation 21:55 Speaker 0: and help 21:57 Speaker 1: immune system, help regulate your immune system. I know, I think every single girl I've ever met is always complains about inflammation. 22:05 Speaker 1: So if you're a girl, 22:08 Speaker 1: it's a good idea to 22:10 Speaker 1: this and it will help your inflammation. Yeah, 22:13 Speaker 0: and study it, man. Hope I hope this 22:16 Speaker 0: has triggered somebody new that's never even heard of thymosin alpha to research it. And once you start reading about it, watch. You're gonna be blown away. It's amazing. And then what do do? Try it. If you feel like that's gonna make the most sense for you, then give it a shot. Yep. And it is different from this is not 22:34 Speaker 1: TB-five hundred, which is also which is Thymosin beta 4.
