As always, my buddy, my cohost, 0:18 Speaker 0: mister William T. Haas across the way. What's up, dude? Happy Wednesday. Happy Wednesday. 0:23 Speaker 0: Dude, I, was noticing your snazzy hat and my snazzy hat. We have snazzy hats. Yes, we do. These are cool new hats that we got going on here. 0:33 Speaker 0: Showing everybody these- Thank We're touring around with some different styles, 0:37 Speaker 0: obviously. Will 0:40 Speaker 0: is the creator of different styles. He likes that But I like Melan hats and I got this. And so, like, this is pretty much 0:48 Speaker 0: the same, but it's blank. 0:51 Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. 0:52 Speaker 0: But I like them. 0:54 Speaker 0: It's fun. It's fun to be some new yes. Do you know what's cool too? It's like something cool about having like your business name on a hat, just kind of cool. 1:03 Speaker 0: Kind of cool. Yeah. You know what mean? Like, it don't matter who you are, it's kind of cool. Even if you have a plumbing business, your business on a hat, you're pretty cool. 1:12 Speaker 0: Good stuff. Well, today is going to be a good 1. Will and I are thinking about 1:16 Speaker 0: what should we do it on? We always try to appease, but we always like 1:22 Speaker 0: to talk about stuff that we like too. So today we chose a little bit of that. We're going to talk about a couple compounds that are similar and what they do, different in what the compounds are obviously, 1:31 Speaker 0: but they're going to increase stamina. 1:34 Speaker 0: They're going to give you extra endurance if you're a runner, if you're someone in the gym just wants to work out longer. So these are gonna help with that type of stuff and a lot, lot more, which we will dig into. So we are gonna be GW-fifty 1:47 Speaker 0: thousand 1 56, which is known as Carterene. 1:51 Speaker 0: And we are gonna also talk about 1 of the 1:55 Speaker 0: probably most popular at this point peptides in the game, SLU-PP-332, 2:00 Speaker 0: also known as SLU-, also known as SLU-p. It doesn't matter what you call it, people love it for good reason. 2:07 Speaker 1: So 2:08 Speaker 0: yeah, I'm excited to talk about that and we might throw in some extras 2:13 Speaker 0: on top at the end, 2:15 Speaker 0: so just to kind of enhance 2:17 Speaker 0: these. But let's talk about these 1st. Now, we've done SLU before, so let's start with Carterene, 2:23 Speaker 0: my brother. 2:25 Speaker 0: Tell us a little bit about what it is, what it does, 2:28 Speaker 0: who should take it. Yeah. So Carderene is cool. So I 2:32 Speaker 1: guess so Carderene is also known as GW-five 2:34 Speaker 1: 0 1 5 1 6. 2:37 Speaker 1: Mhmm. So those of you who are doing some research on them, that is the same thing. 2:42 Speaker 1: Most people 2:44 Speaker 1: I guess it's generally classified as a SARM, although it's not actually a SARM. 2:48 Speaker 1: Right. 2:50 Speaker 1: So it's not a peptide. 2:52 Speaker 1: I know. But 2:53 Speaker 1: it's a cool it's a cool supplement. But basically, 2:57 Speaker 1: a, it does a couple things. It's 2:59 Speaker 1: the best thing you possibly can take for 3:02 Speaker 1: boosting your endurance. 3:04 Speaker 1: So anybody who is, 3:06 Speaker 1: I don't know, doing any weekend warrior athletics, like it is what a band. So anybody who's doing any professional events, you should not be taking this. 3:16 Speaker 1: You're not allowed to. 3:18 Speaker 1: Because, and guess what, the things that are Wada Band work 3:22 Speaker 1: extremely well. Alright. So 3:26 Speaker 1: it does a couple of things. It boosts the hell out of your endurance, right? Your muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance. 3:32 Speaker 1: If you hate doing cardio, this is a good way to make cardio bearable. 3:39 Speaker 1: And it essentially puts your body in basically a state of ketosis, right? And a state of ketosis is where your body prefers 3:47 Speaker 1: and uses fat before glucose, right? So 3:50 Speaker 1: our energy sources on our body, right? Basic 3 basic things, right? We have fat and muscle that we carry around us. Those 3:59 Speaker 1: are backups, 4:01 Speaker 1: And number 1 energy sources, carbohydrates, 4:03 Speaker 1: which we eat carbs, they turn into glucose, 4:06 Speaker 1: then we burn them. That one's easy, quick, fast source, alright? If you're loaded up with glucose, though, guess what? Your body's not gonna be burning any fat off you, okay? So those of you who wanna carve up Yeah. Carb up for that. Yeah. 4:18 Speaker 1: Have an awesome workout. That's true. You might have an awesome workout, but you ain't burning any fat. Just burn fat. Yeah. 4:24 Speaker 1: You just burn that. Now, so basically, 4:26 Speaker 1: Carderine 4:27 Speaker 1: tells your body to bypass that and start burning fat instead. 4:33 Speaker 0: And it 4:34 Speaker 1: it freaking works. Right? It's a great it's a it's a great compound for 4:39 Speaker 1: anybody, like, prepping for any show, right, any cutter, anybody just trying to burn fat. 4:46 Speaker 1: Yeah, there's your- Workout longer. 2 main things, workout workout longer. And right. So like the endurance portion, 4:53 Speaker 1: it will reflect into 4:55 Speaker 1: more fat burn because you're gonna happily work out longer and harder. 5:00 Speaker 0: You're burning fat and working out longer. Easy math. Yeah. Yep. What are you burning? There you go. Right? Yep. Yeah. I remember 5:07 Speaker 0: so I was introduced to this compound, gosh, 6, 7 years ago. I don't know what it was, but it was a long time ago. It's like I said, numerous times, if you're new to the show, Will and I have known each other a long time and we've been talking about supplements and toying around with him for a very long time. He actually called me and said, Hey, Dihexa, I got this new compound 5:23 Speaker 0: and I want you to try it. 5:26 Speaker 0: I was like, All right, what do you got, man? It's $50,155,101 5:29 Speaker 0: 16 is how he presented it. GW-five516, 5:33 Speaker 0: right? I'm like, What in the world, dude? Like, that was the weirdest name. 5:37 Speaker 0: But anyways, I tried it because I trust him. And, man, I 5:41 Speaker 0: always say this, I don't care if it's placebo or not. It worked. I was lifting longer and I was staying in the gym longer. Definitely obviously think it worked, but again, I never care if it's placebo or not, because if you think your mind's If you think it's working and it's working, then it's working. You know what I mean? 5:56 Speaker 0: But yeah, it does. 5:58 Speaker 0: It's funny too, and I haven't 6:00 Speaker 0: really started running it for a very long time. I don't know. It's not talked about that much, at least not as much as I think with peptides kinda really kinda taking a 6:10 Speaker 0: a run for the front line of things in these days, even kinda like trying to compete with gear and stuff in different forms. 6:17 Speaker 0: I haven't really heard people talk about carding that much. 6:20 Speaker 0: But anyways, 6:22 Speaker 0: I started taking it a few days ago. It's just been a while. I've been kind of 6:26 Speaker 0: setting down the peptides for November and December, changing my diet, changing 6:32 Speaker 0: just some things. I wanna toy around with some blood work. Y'all, if you listen to the last podcast, 6:37 Speaker 0: we had Doctor. Scott on, who's a good friend of ours, and he ran some blood work of mine, and we wanted to try some different things. 6:46 Speaker 0: So, yeah, November and December, I'm kind of downshifting, 6:49 Speaker 0: trying to reboot, but I am gonna run some cardering because I think it's great, and it's been a long time since I've ran it, and it works really well, man. Yeah, couple of other things on there. Like, so it's 7:00 Speaker 1: a great fat burner that's not a stimulant. Right? Most fat burners are just- No jittery. Are stimulants. Okay? 7:07 Speaker 1: Which helps your thermogenesis. 7:09 Speaker 1: Right? It makes your heart beat faster, you burn more calories. If your, you know, if your heart is beating faster, stimulants take away your appetite. They make you more active, 7:18 Speaker 1: so you don't just sit on the couch. Right? They restrict your appetite. So just that that's what mostly, you know, if you go to GNC or something, you buy a fat burner, it's just gonna be a stim bomb. 7:29 Speaker 1: It's cool- Tingly, 7:31 Speaker 0: the tingly stuff. Yeah. 7:34 Speaker 1: Here's 1 reason. So if you researched Cagrilint, you're gonna notice, like, a lot of the 7:39 Speaker 1: legitimate, like, legal supplement companies out there 7:43 Speaker 1: reposted double post and double post 7:47 Speaker 1: this study that was done on cartering with some rats that gave them cancer. So they gave them something like 7:54 Speaker 1: 60 7:56 Speaker 1: of cartering 7:58 Speaker 1: over a long period of time, and a few of the rats developed cancer. 8:02 Speaker 1: And 8:03 Speaker 1: that is the details are left out of that study, but that is 8:07 Speaker 1: that's out there when everybody reads up on Carderine, and they're like, oh, no. That's gonna give me cancer. But like, look, dude, 8:14 Speaker 1: If you drink 60 times the normal amount of water, you're 8:19 Speaker 1: dead. If you take 60 times the amount of Advil, 8:22 Speaker 1: you die. Right? Right. 8:24 Speaker 1: Most everything 8:26 Speaker 1: that you take that much of is gonna be incredibly harmful for you. So mean big duh in the group here. You know what I mean? Obviously. Yeah. So just keep that. I'm not saying and now, Carter, we're gonna talk about we're gonna go over SLU-0p also because 8:41 Speaker 1: SLU-3P is very, very, very similar, but I would say that SLU-3P is safer. 8:47 Speaker 0: There are, 8:49 Speaker 1: you know, there can be some, like, long term I mean, we don't really know about long term actually on cartering because it hasn't been around that long, but 8:57 Speaker 1: it can be just like most SARMs, they're not a 100% perfectly safe, nothing is really, but SLU-1MQ is gonna be a safer bet. 9:05 Speaker 1: So to finish off on the Cardaring, 9:07 Speaker 1: I would say you're looking for about 20 to 30 9:11 Speaker 1: Migs a day. 9:13 Speaker 1: And I would do it maybe 9:15 Speaker 1: 8 to 12 weeks and then take then give his body a break 9:19 Speaker 1: for for a couple months and repeat if you want to, but use at your own risk. 9:28 Speaker 1: Yeah, it will also help when you are working out, it's gonna help prevent not only just tell the body to burn fat, but protect your muscle. 9:36 Speaker 0: Huge. 9:37 Speaker 0: Yeah, very similar to some of the ones we're going to talk about, but that's great. 9:42 Speaker 0: Again, if any people, I would imagine, are trying to burn fat, trying to burn fat, right? Regardless of what your objectives are, you want to keep lean 9:50 Speaker 0: muscle mass and you want to burn fat. This is going to shine right there. It's gonna help. It's gonna be huge. Yes, it is. It's gonna be huge. So then SLU-. 10:01 Speaker 1: SLU, like you said, -PP-three 10:03 Speaker 1: 32, okay? 10:05 Speaker 1: It is a peptide, right, and it comes in 10:09 Speaker 1: like a lyophilized vial and 10:13 Speaker 1: oral, 10:15 Speaker 1: I guess. So I think that the actual, like, sublingual, and this is 1 of the few that the sublingual version is probably more efficacious 10:25 Speaker 1: than 10:26 Speaker 1: actual injectable peptide. 10:28 Speaker 1: Very, very Both work, but 10:33 Speaker 1: Sublingual is the best delivery system, I think, and it works. So it is an exercise by medics, so it literally like 10:40 Speaker 1: tricks your body into thinking you're 10:43 Speaker 1: doing cardio and it makes your body react 10:46 Speaker 1: as if 10:48 Speaker 1: you have been working out, okay? And especially with the 10:52 Speaker 1: nutrient partitioning. 10:53 Speaker 1: So when we do work out, 10:55 Speaker 1: our body starts taking in nutrients differently and getting rid of bad nutrients differently, right? Start sucking up vitamins, protein going into muscles because we need that to rebuild our body, right? 11:07 Speaker 1: It starts getting rid of all the bad fat off of us 11:13 Speaker 1: you know, by using it for energy. So 11:16 Speaker 1: the nutrient partitioning is awesome. You will, if you're eating more protein and you're lifting heavy, you probably build some more muscle, you will burn more fat. 11:24 Speaker 1: So it's an exercise mimetic. 11:26 Speaker 1: It increases your VO2 max, which is the 11:30 Speaker 1: oxygen in your blood basically helps with your cardiovascular ability, the same way, the same thing that cautery does, not the same way that it works, but same general outcome. 11:42 Speaker 1: You know, it'll increase your insulin 11:44 Speaker 1: sensitivity, 11:46 Speaker 1: but nutrient partitioning 11:48 Speaker 1: and 11:50 Speaker 1: exercise mimetic and making your body 11:53 Speaker 1: work more efficiently 11:56 Speaker 1: and use fat for fuel. 11:59 Speaker 0: Yeah, 12:01 Speaker 0: I mean, just sit on that for a 2nd, which kind of if you're new to the channel or new to peptides and haven't heard of SLU-3.0 12:09 Speaker 0: really does do that, and then it sounds like kind of too good to be true, an exercise of a medic, right? 12:14 Speaker 0: If you didn't hear what he said, let me just kind of be redundant for a reason. It tricks your body into thinking it is exercising when your body is not exercising. 12:22 Speaker 0: And it tricks your body into thinking it's doing an intense exercise. 12:26 Speaker 0: No shit. Like if you obviously are 12:29 Speaker 0: working out, not working out, eating right, obviously it's going to enhance that. 12:34 Speaker 0: But not only 12:36 Speaker 0: does it sound amazing, it's amazing. I've done all of them. You got sublingual, you got injectable form, and you got the oral form. 12:45 Speaker 0: And like Will said, sublingual, we have done a lot of different studies in BOA and sublingual is definitely 12:50 Speaker 0: my favorite too, not just because we found it. I think we think it's the best. I've done it all, and I think it's the best. Feel the difference on it. 12:58 Speaker 0: Can take a lot of it. I'm not saying you should, I'm saying you can. There's a lot of people that, 13:04 Speaker 0: you know, guys have been doing tests and stuff, taking, I don't even know, an exorbitant amount of MIGs. I won't even like tell you how much, but it's not saying that you should, I'm just saying that you Like 13:15 Speaker 0: he said, it's different from the Cardene because it's not, I know it's on the SARM, but in that form, it's a peptide, so, you know, it's a lot better for you. But as the carterine, the 13:27 Speaker 0: fuel source that it's going to choose over the glucose is going to be fat, just like the carterine, 13:32 Speaker 0: so very similar. It's gonna choose the fat to burn over your glucose. So, very similar in regards to that. It helps with endurance. 13:41 Speaker 0: It helps with stamina. 13:43 Speaker 0: Same thing, very, very, very similar if you look at them as you read about them, right? But different because, know, one's a little bit healthier for you. I don't really think cartering, though, is like any type of worry based upon that, do you? 13:58 Speaker 0: I haven't read too many of negatives. 14:01 Speaker 1: I know you read that study. You told me that study, actually. I think that was a long time Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's been a long time. I mean, it's been out there for a long time and it's 14:09 Speaker 0: Still funny how people try to manipulate 14:12 Speaker 0: the numbers and stuff. Welcome to the world. Yeah. 14:15 Speaker 1: You could do any research study. You could do 14:18 Speaker 1: I mean, literally, you could do any research study on anything and just manipulate how you report that, right, and not lie. 14:24 Speaker 1: They do. Not lie and just make it look good or bad for whatever you wanna do. Very easy. 14:31 Speaker 0: Have a question for you, which I'm sure people listening will probably wanna know. Should you take them together? 14:37 Speaker 1: I 14:39 Speaker 1: would say no. I would not. 14:42 Speaker 1: I would give them room because like, look, dude, you you want to 14:45 Speaker 1: you wanna do, I mean, really anything for You're like, you're trying to go up less going. A hard period of time. K? Do, like, cycle and then give your body a break. If not not even maybe because some of these things are bad for you, but just so your body doesn't get used to it and so your body 15:01 Speaker 1: really reacts well when you don't do it. Like, you're about you haven't ran cardio in a long, long time. I bet it's gonna work really well because you haven't So ran it a long personally, what I would do is I would run 15:11 Speaker 1: 1 of them, 15:12 Speaker 1: then when I'm taking a break from that, so run 1 of them, I don't know, 8, 12 weeks, I'll take a break, then do the other 1. 15:19 Speaker 1: So now we get basically the awesome effect of them all the way through and you're not abusing 15:25 Speaker 1: 1 of them or the other, both of them too long. 15:28 Speaker 0: Are you thinking people are running 15:32 Speaker 0: SLU- 15:33 Speaker 0: because I know we're gonna say at least 90 days. Let's take the Carderine even out of the mix, but people, because it's a popular peptide. It's popular for a reason, because it's amazing and it's 15:42 Speaker 0: gone up in regards to 1 of the most popular quickly 15:46 Speaker 0: because of that exercise memetic 15:49 Speaker 0: format. 15:50 Speaker 0: How long would you say that somebody should run SLU-4? 15:53 Speaker 0: I mean, it's 15:55 Speaker 0: based upon kind of the stuff we've looked into, what would you say? I would say 16:00 Speaker 1: 90 days at least. 16:02 Speaker 0: Take a month off, give or take? Yeah, yeah. 16:06 Speaker 1: That's what I have. Yep. 16:08 Speaker 0: Yeah, man, so that's cool. So either 1 of them are great. I've done them both. I think they're both awesome. 16:14 Speaker 0: Yeah, let's talk about so 16:16 Speaker 0: for people that are endurance runners, 16:19 Speaker 0: for people that are gym rats, I mean, basically anybody that's into fitness is going to thrive on either of them. Pick your poison. I would try them both, as Will said, I mean, as you should. I mean, we're gonna say this 1000000 times from here on out. We're science projects. 16:34 Speaker 0: If I do better on SLU, it doesn't mean you do better on SLU. You need to do your own research. We got here and even started a podcast was we've done a lot of research on ourselves for years because we were super into this stuff. 16:47 Speaker 0: There's no, it doesn't matter how something reads. Okay, studies show this, this, and this, but you 16:53 Speaker 0: might not be like that. You've got to try it for yourself. Well, that didn't really work the same for me. That's 16:59 Speaker 0: the best study that you just did. You just did it on yourself. That's what your body responds to. The only way you're going to do that is try these things. 17:07 Speaker 0: And 17:09 Speaker 0: Will was kind of saying, I mean, go slow and kind of build up 17:13 Speaker 0: in regards to that. I said that you could do quite a bit in regards to the 17:17 Speaker 0: SLU, but go slow. I mean, what would we say? I would say at this 0.1 mg in the morning, 1 mg at night ideally 17:23 Speaker 0: for pretty much anybody, 17:25 Speaker 0: pretty much anybody, 17:26 Speaker 1: right? Yes. 17:27 Speaker 1: Yes, I would agree. In effect, 17:31 Speaker 1: maybe even 3 times a day, 17:33 Speaker 1: and you could do more. I mean, so what you said, you said like, Hey, I don't wanna People are taking a crazy amount of this stuff, like- Unheard of. Like 20 mg, 17:44 Speaker 1: And we're talking 1, we're talking, you know, maybe like 1000 17:48 Speaker 1: micrograms, 17:48 Speaker 1: which is 1 mg, 17:50 Speaker 1: and people are taking 20 mg, if not more. 17:54 Speaker 1: I don't think that that's 17:56 Speaker 1: necessary, but I do think, 17:58 Speaker 1: ultimately, like me, I'm a big dude, like, for like, I'm, you know, I'm a male, I'm 2 50 pounds, 18:03 Speaker 1: I would probably 18:05 Speaker 1: go for 1 mg, which is 1000 micrograms 3 times a day. And the exercise mimetic part, right, you can say, the the active good, active 0.5 life is maybe 6 hours. So if you can keep that mimetic going 18:19 Speaker 1: 3 days a day long, right, 3 times a day that buys you that, you know, 6 hours at a time, great. That's gonna be 18:26 Speaker 1: better. 18:28 Speaker 0: Which ideally, ran properly, you wanna you're going to spend money on these products. Right? So, like, do them properly. Do them the best where they're gonna enhance your body. Very similar to, like, a testosterone replacement. You can take 1 shot a week and do great, but if you want to ideally maximize it, you're probably going to want 18:44 Speaker 0: you probably will get the best effect, 18:46 Speaker 0: little bits every single day. Nobody wants to inject testosterone every single day, I know a lot people that actually do it, that's up to them, but that's 18:54 Speaker 0: used 18:55 Speaker 0: app to ultimately get the best out of it, you know? So 18:59 Speaker 0: morning, 19:00 Speaker 0: midday, 19:00 Speaker 0: night for SLU, they're sublingual, so you're not injecting, that's why I'm saying that's gonna run the best way to enhance that. 19:09 Speaker 1: Yep. 19:10 Speaker 1: With testosterone, 19:11 Speaker 1: right, like, really the main benefit of 19:14 Speaker 1: more frequent injections is to cut down on side effects, right? If we can keep our hormones balanced, 19:19 Speaker 1: if we're not getting a whack, big infusion of testosterone, 19:23 Speaker 1: well, guess what? Like all of our hormones are predicated on another. So if we're just throwing you a whole bunch of testosterone in your system right now, right? Guess what? Your estrogen's gonna react. Now you're gonna get a big spike there. Now we gotta manage that, right? It's better to keep them level. Estrogen understands what it's doing. You take maybe, you know, very consistent estrogen blockers if you need them, keep that down, and then 19:43 Speaker 1: things are nice and easy and perfectly level. 19:46 Speaker 0: Right. 19:47 Speaker 0: Because, again, our goal as humans or anybody that's a health nut, anybody that's a fitness nut, anybody that 19:55 Speaker 0: lives this lifestyle is a better way to say it, regardless if you're a runner, weightlifter, 20:00 Speaker 0: power lifter, it doesn't matter. It's a lifestyle, right? Want to maximize your body and you want to max- 20:05 Speaker 0: to do that, there's there's pieces that fit to a puzzle. 20:10 Speaker 0: Diet, obviously. 20:12 Speaker 0: Hormone optimization, 20:15 Speaker 0: definitely. 20:16 Speaker 0: Right? The right exercise 20:17 Speaker 0: and then the right supplements. Like, there's other things that come in place in regards to supplementation. 20:23 Speaker 0: There's no magic pill that you can just take and all of a sudden, you know? I mean, the closest 1 might be Retatrutide, 20:28 Speaker 0: but other than that, you 20:31 Speaker 0: got to do these things, man. And 20:34 Speaker 0: hormone optimization, 20:35 Speaker 0: I would say, is in front of diet when you're older. What would you say? Would you say that same thing? Diet's Hormone 20:41 Speaker 0: optimization, because if you're not optimized 20:44 Speaker 0: with testosterone and just your hormones, it doesn't matter how good you eat, you're gonna have a hard ass time getting in shape, dude, because like you 20:51 Speaker 1: know what I mean? Like, you're gonna have no- Yeah, yeah, yeah. Think that, like you said, like hormone optimization. 20:57 Speaker 1: So like, hey, look, dude, if you are a person who has good genetics and very good, like, produces really good natural testosterone and then you have exercised and eaten perfect all your life, like, then your hormones might be 21:09 Speaker 1: optimal right then. Right. 21:13 Speaker 1: If you're not, which most of us aren't, right, 21:17 Speaker 1: then yeah, nothing works like it should if your hormones aren't 21:21 Speaker 1: optimized and being where you're at their best. And yeah, I mean, like, to your point, it's fun. People wonder why bodybuilders do what they do. It's like, it is 21:29 Speaker 1: it's fun and interesting to just, like, maximize 21:32 Speaker 1: our human genetic potential. Right? It's not fun. It's like climbing Mount Everest, man. Same shit. 21:38 Speaker 0: Like, right? Like, some people wanna climb Everest. Like, to me, I have no interest in it. None. None. But people do, but they're pushing their body to a limit. Right? Like, I don't want to do that even slightly. I hate cold, but I like going to the gym and like doing different diets and being like a psycho about that stuff because I get off on the discipline and stuff. But we're all different, right? You know what I mean? Some people want to build the fastest car and see how fast they could possibly move a machine, you know? Right. It's funny too, because like I get DMs, know, like I put certain posts out, man, and like, want to have some fun? Like when I post the testosterone post, you should read my comments. It's a lot of fun. And I get the guy that like, he's 47 and like, I have never done anything and I have a 5 0 7 22:20 Speaker 0: testosterone. Well, that's great, dude. I love it. That's great for you. I like to be higher. 22:24 Speaker 0: Up to you, but that's awesome. 22:26 Speaker 0: Not you. Way to go. 22:28 Speaker 0: Eat your zone, big dog. You know what mean? 22:31 Speaker 0: But cool, man. Yeah, those 2 are great. So let's throw a little curveballs. Let's talk about 22:37 Speaker 0: who in the world does not, I don't care what your objective is, even if you're a power lifter, maybe not a power lifter, but just about everybody else on the planet want to what? Burn fat. I don't care if you want to get big. 22:50 Speaker 0: You're super big, that's rad, but dude, you don't look fit unless you're ripped too, dude. So let's talk about some other fat burners that you can compound 22:57 Speaker 0: on top of either the cartering or the slew because there's a lot of them. I'm gonna just be I'm gonna like throw the biggest drum roll in the world. We're gonna start with the number 1. 23:08 Speaker 0: What's it gonna be to add on top of the SLU, Will? 23:12 Speaker 1: I'm gonna go with Retta. 23:14 Speaker 0: Retrutide. I'm gonna say that. Yeah. Yeah. If you haven't figured that out, our love and adoration for Retrutide 23:21 Speaker 0: because it's such amazing compound, 23:22 Speaker 0: It would go with almost anything. So number 1 is definitely gonna be Retatrutide. Retta and SLU-2Together, 23:29 Speaker 0: boom, gonna burn some of that fat right off your body, gonna burn it off. We've talked about Retatrutide 23:35 Speaker 0: ad nauseam, so if you're new here, just go back to almost every podcast because we talk about it, and it comes up on every podcast pretty much. It's not good, man. It's just like testosterone replacement. We talk about that on almost every 23:48 Speaker 0: podcast too, because they deserve the top seat of things. 23:52 Speaker 0: King is the king. 23:54 Speaker 0: Kings, plural. 23:56 Speaker 0: So you got the Retatrutide, but what would you say the 2nd? Because that would be kind of a somewhat of a matter of opinion. What would you say would take the 2nd seat 24:04 Speaker 0: in fat burning? 24:08 Speaker 1: Gosh, 24:09 Speaker 1: I would say I would probably go with AOD. 24:13 Speaker 0: AOD is great. AOD-nine 24:15 Speaker 1: thousand 604. 24:16 Speaker 0: Yeah. Anti obesity drug, if he doesn't know what that stands for and why? Because if Ricky works, 24:23 Speaker 0: it is the last piece of HGH chain. 24:26 Speaker 0: It doesn't affect your IGF-one. 24:28 Speaker 0: It literally has a job, basically a job, 1 job. And what does the job? Burn freaking fat, 24:34 Speaker 0: literally. 24:35 Speaker 0: You don't have to worry about, I mean, I don't particularly like worried about huge bad effects of HGH unless you're taking way too much. That's obvious. Well said, if you're taking too much of anything. 24:45 Speaker 0: But 24:46 Speaker 0: you're not gonna have any of the negative effects. You don't have to worry about the cancer. You don't have to worry about this, blah, blah, blah. You literally just burn fat. So that with SLU- 24:56 Speaker 0: Gosh, and you even throw Retatrutide in there too, if you wanna just burn the hell out of your fat, those 3 would be just like, Woah! Yep. AOD is great. I love it. I would honestly say it's in the top, gosh, I don't even know, maybe 3 of my favorite peptides. I freaking love it. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, you do. Yep. 25:12 Speaker 1: It's hydrophobic and so 25:15 Speaker 1: here's the 1 little word to the wise. If you get AOD 25:20 Speaker 1: and you mix it up, 25:22 Speaker 1: good AOD can be mixed with a bacteriostatic water. It'd be fine, but you better use it. So 25:27 Speaker 1: I won't ever use or get a 10 mg 25:31 Speaker 1: bottle of AOD. It just takes too long. Like, regardless of what you mix it in or the quality, like, it's going to gel up if it sits in your fridge. 25:39 Speaker 1: Gel or get gel or get you know? Cloudy. Cold. Like, cool, dark place 25:45 Speaker 1: is even okay. A little bit too cold can make things gel up, 25:49 Speaker 1: but 25:50 Speaker 1: you gotta use it. Use it consistently. It can't be something you forget about in a week and and now it just sits in your fridge because it's inevitably going to 26:11 Speaker 0: AOD 26:12 Speaker 0: in the 2nd seat would probably be NAD, but the most delicate 26:16 Speaker 0: of peptides from at least I won't speak for you, Will, experience of 26:22 Speaker 0: gelling 26:22 Speaker 0: or getting cloudy 26:25 Speaker 0: because my DMs are full of that, is AOD. 26:29 Speaker 0: So just some tricks of the trade. We've done a lot of different research in it. We don't know everything. This is just some of the research that Will and I have done. We do not know everything, so please don't take this as bond. It is our research. 26:39 Speaker 0: Back water 26:41 Speaker 0: will work just fine. It will work just fine. Here's a trick that I will use. Again, I won't speak for Will. 26:47 Speaker 0: They're delicate, especially AOD. 26:49 Speaker 0: So I use room temperature water now. I used to use cold water. I've learned myself. I continue to grow and continue to study and study and study. We have learned from 26:59 Speaker 0: years of doing cold water, or at least, I think that's how we both did, 27:03 Speaker 0: from a good friend of our Paul. Think that was a Paul thing, so we changed that. We looked into it. Yeah, that's right. And you wanna go slow. 27:10 Speaker 0: You put it into the bottle, put it towards the side of the bottle. Do not squirt that sucker right onto the peptide. 27:18 Speaker 0: It's delicate. That could be the problem right there. 27:22 Speaker 0: You know what I mean? That could be the problem. If you're just injecting the water 27:26 Speaker 0: right onto the peptide, don't do that. Let it suck it in or at least if you wanna kind of coach it. Slowly do the side of the bottle. That's gonna help AOD out, NAD as well. NAD is not as bad as AOD 27:39 Speaker 0: because you can put it in a lot larger of a bottle. So NAD and AOD are very similar. They're the 2, I think, that have some people say Tesamorelin. 27:47 Speaker 1: I've never had a problem with Tesamorelin, personally. Yeah. Yeah. I think that's gonna it's usually more human error. 27:52 Speaker 1: And like you said, 27:54 Speaker 1: yeah, not not cold water. Slowly put it slowly put it in. Right? Your vials should be, like, vacuum sealed. So it should suck the water in. There's, I guess, 1 telltale sign, like, you you 28:06 Speaker 1: your your bottle better be vacuum sealed. If not, like, it's not a good product, 28:10 Speaker 1: and I would contact the manufacturer. 28:13 Speaker 1: But but, yeah, you gotta maybe limit or point that needle at the side of the bottle. 28:18 Speaker 1: It just can't go in there too fast. They are fragile. 28:22 Speaker 1: Another thing that we are learning is 28:25 Speaker 1: glycerin 28:27 Speaker 1: glycerol water 28:28 Speaker 1: is 28:29 Speaker 1: an option for AOD that helps out. 28:33 Speaker 1: Sodium chloride, bacterial static water is another good option 28:37 Speaker 1: for some of the things that might sting too much. 28:42 Speaker 1: Can help- Hear, hear, hear. That can help stop the sting a bit. And so we're doing some we're still doing tests 28:49 Speaker 1: and trials on those on both those things. But 28:52 Speaker 0: yep. Who is it who is it that got some some glow and was talking to recently? Like, I tried to warn them and then they called me. They're like, holy shit. Like, it's not that bad, but everybody's different, man. Everybody's different, dude. I don't know. Pain tolerance, 29:06 Speaker 1: different again. Must not have felt real pain before. 29:10 Speaker 0: But you look really good. 29:13 Speaker 1: Yeah. 29:14 Speaker 0: Okay. So- AOD, we can go cool, man. AOD AOD is really is yeah. It's awesome. Red at number 1. Number 2 would be AOD in the top. The number 3rd seat's gonna go to 29:26 Speaker 0: 5 Amino-1MQ. 29:28 Speaker 1: What do you think? Okay. Yeah. I think that 5 Amino-1MQ is 29:33 Speaker 1: not like a good primary 29:35 Speaker 1: fat burger. I think it is an awesome addition to absolutely everything. 29:41 Speaker 0: That's interesting. Tell me why. That's interesting. I didn't expect you to say that. Why would you say that? 29:47 Speaker 1: Because 29:48 Speaker 1: it doesn't 29:49 Speaker 1: it helps break down your fat. So it helps, like, turn your, like, white 29:53 Speaker 1: fat to brown fat, which now can be burnt off a lot easier. Maybe just, know, think of it as a single. What's easier to melt an ice cube, big ass ice block, right, or after you chip that ice block up into ice chips, it's gonna melt 30:07 Speaker 1: a lot easier. Right? 30:09 Speaker 1: That's kind of what AOD or what 5m2 is doing. It's also boosting your, so it's stuffing an enzyme that inhibits your NAD plus. So essentially like it's allowing your NAD plus to go to increase and to stay at good optimal levels, which helps you increase your, helps you just your cell mitochondrial 30:29 Speaker 1: activity and efficiency and the efficacy. 30:33 Speaker 1: Which helps boost your ATP. ATP is our cellular energy. 30:38 Speaker 1: And it boosts your I mean, it helps with thermogenesis. 30:41 Speaker 1: It helps oxidize 30:43 Speaker 1: fat. Whenever we hear with oxidizing fat, what that means is basically it burns fat. 30:49 Speaker 0: But- 30:50 Speaker 0: It 30:51 Speaker 0: oxidizes fat. 30:54 Speaker 1: That's what that means. 30:56 Speaker 1: And I think that there are so so it's a good, like, I don't know, secondary 31:02 Speaker 0: to, like, a major fat. Add on. Yeah. Yeah. Good run with NAD, 31:06 Speaker 0: obviously. 31:07 Speaker 0: I mean, NAD is great because obviously for anybody that doesn't know cellular energy, so he's talking about like, it's not an energy like you drink a coffee or a pre workout. Cellular energy is just pure energy. 31:17 Speaker 0: Clarity of thought would be something that would be enhanced on the 5Amino-1MQ. I 31:22 Speaker 0: mean, dude, I don't know if you're like me, but dude, I've just, well, 31:25 Speaker 0: Will and I, we've just done some damage to our noggins, We were not the kindest to our brains when we were younger. 31:34 Speaker 0: I'm 48, he's in his earlier 40s, but I don't know, for me personally, again, I want to speak for you, but I 31:41 Speaker 0: seek energy level, 31:43 Speaker 0: clarity of thought, those are things that are so important to me, man. So those are the things that I generally am seeking. So 5 of Amino-1MQ, 31:51 Speaker 1: I love it, you know, because I do feel a little bit clearer. I mean, I take NAD as well, but I think those are great. Those 2. Yeah, absolutely. And I think the last 1, the L- carnitine. L- carnitine also, I think, also in the same like 5 amino category where it's a good secondary thing. It is really just helping 32:08 Speaker 1: shuttle 32:10 Speaker 1: helping shuttle fat into the mitochondria to be burnt. 32:15 Speaker 1: Okay? So you gotta do all the things that tells your body to 32:21 Speaker 1: actually get that process going, but then once it's going, the L-twenty is kind of like scooping up coal, shoving it into the furnace a whole lot faster. Right? 32:31 Speaker 1: Think of the old Titanic. I think it worked on coal, but 32:34 Speaker 1: you got 5 dudes without a shirt off sweating their ass up, shoveling more coal into the furnace. 32:41 Speaker 0: L Carnitine 32:42 Speaker 0: is amazing. 32:58 Speaker 0: Don't do that. In my opinion, you're probably wasting your money, but they sell it, so I wouldn't do it. But the only negative is just you gotta take a mil of it a day and just, it's just, that's a lot. 33:11 Speaker 0: You know, 1 mil 33:12 Speaker 0: of anything a day is a lot, but 1 mil every day, or some people do it 5 days a week. 33:17 Speaker 0: I'm always a 7 day a week type guy, whatever, each his own, dude. But, yeah, so again, I've said it before, but for anybody new, 33:25 Speaker 0: I run it, but I run it for a short period just because I just get suck at pinning it. And I pinned it in all kinds of different pens, man. You can't get it out of a damn insulin pen or you'll be here until Christmas. That's 33:38 Speaker 0: the only negative. It's amazing, 33:39 Speaker 1: amazing compound. It's just a bitch. Yeah, yeah, it's kind of a So the other thing I hope you're on the team's cool for, take a pre workout and watch your pumps go 33:48 Speaker 1: up. It's gonna help increase your nitric oxide, 33:53 Speaker 1: which is why everybody takes, well, everybody, but I think they should, right? A lot of these pre workouts are pump product, like NO2 34:00 Speaker 1: boosters. 34:02 Speaker 1: L carnitine actually really, really works with that. So it's a vaso diet. It's going to 34:08 Speaker 1: dilate your veins and allow more blood to go into that muscle you're working out. And if anybody in these pumps, guys, here's 1 little lesson. 34:18 Speaker 1: Why does a person want pumps in the gym? Right? It's not just so they can 34:21 Speaker 1: look really good in the mirror. Alright? 34:24 Speaker 1: Blood is 34:26 Speaker 1: nutrients. Okay? So when we tear down muscles, right, same thing as like, hey. Why does our ankle roll? Right? Or why does our ankle swell when we roll our ankle? Right? That's God's 34:36 Speaker 1: that's God's way of trying to heal that ankle. So Right. When we are working out, we are tearing our muscle. We're causing damage to our muscles. Right? So our body naturally hey. Let's shove some more blood and nutrients in there. So we take a nitric oxide 34:49 Speaker 1: booster, and it's going to shove extra, extra, extra blood in there. So A, that's just more and more nutrients into a damaged 34:57 Speaker 1: muscle fiber that will help it grow back bigger and stronger and grow back faster. 35:02 Speaker 1: It's also 35:03 Speaker 1: inadvertently 35:04 Speaker 1: kind of tearing down. Tearing down a little bit more muscle because it's expanding. 35:08 Speaker 1: And the more tear, the more inflammation a person gets while working out, the bigger their muscles are gonna grow back. 35:17 Speaker 1: Well said. Because that's all it is. You're tearing your muscle down. Right? So, 35:21 Speaker 1: know, ice I like this brings to another thought. Right? Ice baths, people ice baths are awesome post workout if you're going if you're a football player and doing 2 days and you want your muscles to not be sore tomorrow. You're a bodybuilder and you wanna gain the max amount of muscle, 35:34 Speaker 1: probably should sit in a hot tub and 35:36 Speaker 1: get those muscles even more inflamed. 35:40 Speaker 1: Yeah. Good idea. It'll make you it'll make you more sore, 35:44 Speaker 1: hot tub after a workout, but probably in turn, you're reading enough nutrients. 35:48 Speaker 1: Post, it'll make your muscles be bigger. 35:51 Speaker 0: Yeah, you're not growing your muscles while you're lifting weights like a lot of people think. 35:55 Speaker 0: Yeah. It's the truth. That was good, man. I love that. That was fun. I knew that would be fun. We didn't even dig into, before we talked to you and, what we were gonna say that much, know, so that because I just know we love this. We'll lean on this. We'll lean on this. So what would be your if you had to choose 36:10 Speaker 0: 1 of the 2 we discussed 36:12 Speaker 0: and 1 of the 2 others, 36:14 Speaker 0: what would you say? What is 36:16 Speaker 1: your cup of tea today? And then I'll tell you mine. Well, I guess nobody should take my advice really, I guess. Do what I I mean, I would probably probably do for you. You'd probably do it'd be me. 36:27 Speaker 1: I would do Reta at a low dose and but 3 times a week, would do, 36:33 Speaker 1: you know, maybe 5, 10 units, which is like 0.5 a milligram or a milligram, 36:37 Speaker 1: and I would do Cardene at 30 mgs a day. 36:42 Speaker 1: Then I would take 5 amino and L carnitine. 36:45 Speaker 1: Just think Cardene's a little bit more effective than SLUIP, but it's not but it is less safe. And so for the general public, 36:51 Speaker 1: probably recommend SLUIP, 36:54 Speaker 0: but I'm not too worried about it. I'm not too worried about it. Yeah, yeah, that's great. I well, I'm interested, man. Again, I haven't taken it. I don't even know if I've taken it since you and I talked years ago. I don't know, maybe, but I don't it's been a long time, so whatever. I'm excited to kind of see what that does. But 37:08 Speaker 0: gosh, I probably would pick the SLU PP-332. 37:12 Speaker 0: I love it. I think it's great. It's not injected. 37:15 Speaker 0: I inject a lot of stuff, so therefore I'm gonna take the SLU because it's sublingual. 37:20 Speaker 0: And then the obvious is Retatrutide. 37:23 Speaker 0: It's hands down, easy peasy, easy math. It is the best Retatrutide 37:29 Speaker 0: by far. If I can add in 1, I will add an AOD. 37:33 Speaker 0: So SLU-3RTA-3AOD- 37:36 Speaker 0: burn fat. 37:38 Speaker 1: It's the thing though, we really like more and more evidence is coming out with SLU-3two. Like SLU-3two 37:43 Speaker 1: could be better and vastly more effective than cartering. Right? It's so new and people are now using it at higher doses and realizing like, holy crap, this stuff 37:54 Speaker 1: really works a lot better at this higher dose than previously thought. Know, 37:58 Speaker 1: at like 200 micrograms, 100 micrograms, you know. Now, people are doing it a lot more and it's really, really working. 38:05 Speaker 1: And that's the beauty of it, that's why peptides are where they are, right? We are realizing, 38:10 Speaker 1: damn, there is something, 38:12 Speaker 1: there is all these things that are actually just as effective, 38:15 Speaker 1: right, as a lot of the gear, maybe not a building muscle, 38:19 Speaker 1: and there's no- Cleaner, healthier. Yeah, they're cleaner, they're healthier, they're good 38:23 Speaker 1: for you, 38:25 Speaker 1: that's amazing. 38:26 Speaker 1: And more more will be discovered. 38:29 Speaker 0: Yeah, it might be why the whole world is lit on fire with peptides, man, like All walks of life, I got like 80 year olds DMing me. It's like, this is great. I love it, man. So cool stuff. Well, cool, man. We will let people go. That was rad. I hope everybody likes that 1, but that is gonna be cool. We will be dropping, obviously, we'll be recording in a couple days of q and a. I will be letting that out here soon in regards to the link for the q and a, but anything that you wanna say before we go? 38:58 Speaker 1: No. 39:01 Speaker 1: No, I do not. I guess I want to I would like feedback from people. 39:06 Speaker 1: Tell me, do the people want? What should we talk about? 39:09 Speaker 1: What specific peptides if there isn't something that we have talked about? 39:14 Speaker 1: Yeah, that's it. 39:16 Speaker 1: And I think we wanna talk more about, like, smaller stacks 39:20 Speaker 0: for specific reasons. 39:22 Speaker 0: Stacks. I think we threw this out there last time. I didn't get any responses on this, but we also wanted to kinda see if people wanted us to dig into 39:30 Speaker 0: the different types of proteins. If you guys want to talk about that stuff and creatine, 39:34 Speaker 0: we want to talk about different types of creatine. Yes, there are different types of creatines as well. So if that's something of interest, we can make an episode on just some supplements outside of the peptide world. 39:44 Speaker 0: Let us know. Ladies and gentlemen, we love you. We appreciate you. We'll catch you on the flip side.
