I'm your host, JD Denham. 0:06 Speaker 0: Across the way is my cohost, 0:08 Speaker 0: mister William T. Haas. 0:11 Speaker 0: What is up, my brother? 0:13 Speaker 1: What's up, man? 0:15 Speaker 1: Life is good. I just got back from a hot Scottsdale. 0:18 Speaker 1: I don't know how people do it. 0:20 Speaker 1: It was a 102 degrees at night when I got off the plane at, like, 11PM. 0:23 Speaker 1: Oh, no. 0:25 Speaker 1: Then a 114, and I'm so sick of being hot. My girlfriend said, oh, I can't wait to go in the hot tub. I was like, keep me away from that. I'm done being hot. 0:33 Speaker 0: 102 0:34 Speaker 0: is good for a day. 0:36 Speaker 1: Well, yeah, that's still too hot a day, but man, at night, yeah. 0:41 Speaker 1: Well, whatever, life's good. My buddy's getting married. So 0:45 Speaker 0: I know. I was supposed to be there. I was supposed to be there. I had to jump ship due to my damn back, but I was with you dudes in thought. You look like you had a good time. And so you look like you ate some good food, so that's always good. We did. Steak 44. 0:59 Speaker 1: Shout out to them. Like, damn. That place is good. Not only and it's crazy how, like, cool their food was really, really good. It was 1:08 Speaker 1: very oftentimes, times, I go to these steakhouses and pay, you know, $80 a steak and be like, I could do that at home, 1:15 Speaker 1: but not there. 1:16 Speaker 1: And 1:17 Speaker 1: those guys, 1:19 Speaker 1: their staff is obviously trained to be 1:22 Speaker 1: incredibly 1:23 Speaker 1: nice to everybody. 1:24 Speaker 1: You walk in the hallway, like, as you're walking through to your seats, 1:28 Speaker 1: they just they just caught every single person just stops. It goes, hey, what's up? Like, they know you. And you kinda walk around like, yeah. 1:35 Speaker 1: What? I'm I'm somebody. 1:37 Speaker 0: They must have been trained from, 1:41 Speaker 0: what's his name? What is my old Sponsy, 1:44 Speaker 0: who's going in and going into restaurants and he's doing updates to all the staff and teaching them how to do that stuff. No problem. So- yeah. He's probably been there, but man, it's crazy. It's been a week, man. I swear to God, this is just crazy. We were just tied. It just seems like we just did a podcast and here we are again, man, but this is gonna be a good 1. I, you know, all of them are good ones, but we're gonna talk about Semax today, which it wasn't last time, I think it was 2 times ago that we talked about Selank. 2:13 Speaker 0: I think those 2 run really well in tandem. 2:17 Speaker 0: But today, we're gonna focus on Semax, 2:20 Speaker 0: which has 2:21 Speaker 0: some rad benefits, 2:22 Speaker 0: a lot of brain function, a lot of brain power 2:25 Speaker 0: in Semax. 2:26 Speaker 0: So tell us a little bit about it from your viewpoint on 1 of the some of the things of the benefits and what do you like about it? All right, so Semax 2:35 Speaker 1: so 2:36 Speaker 1: people often kind of think of Semax and Selank in 2:40 Speaker 1: pairs, right? As this has been used and invented, both of them in Russia, and been used for a long time. 2:46 Speaker 1: But 2:48 Speaker 1: whereas Selank 2:49 Speaker 1: is more for just calming, if we're gonna generalize these things. Selank is for calming and Semax is for energy, 2:58 Speaker 1: but brain energy, you know, it's not like caffeine, it's not gonna get your heart going, it's not gonna do anything physical 3:04 Speaker 1: here. It is just for cognition. 3:07 Speaker 0: It 3:08 Speaker 1: is specifically working your dopamine 3:11 Speaker 1: and some serotonin. Serotonin is our dopamine receptor is our neurotransmitter 3:16 Speaker 1: that make us happy and energized. 3:20 Speaker 1: Serotonin 3:22 Speaker 1: is happy and a little bit calm. Now, 3:25 Speaker 1: it's working more on the dopamine 3:27 Speaker 1: portion, so it's gonna give you a little bit more energy 3:31 Speaker 1: and working on acetylcholine 3:33 Speaker 1: levels, which oftentimes people take as a basic nootropic 3:37 Speaker 1: vitamin nootropic by itself. 3:40 Speaker 1: It 3:41 Speaker 1: will 3:42 Speaker 1: up regulate BDNF, 3:44 Speaker 1: your brain derived nootropic factor, which is also a peptide in itself. 3:49 Speaker 1: But 3:50 Speaker 1: this is gonna give you a boost in that 3:52 Speaker 1: as well as some other good effects, anti inflammatory and more 4:00 Speaker 1: resilient antioxidant 4:01 Speaker 1: effects in your neurotransmitters, 4:04 Speaker 1: in your brain. Yeah. And it 4:07 Speaker 1: will increase, like, cerebral blood flow, 4:11 Speaker 1: which is the point of view of anybody taking, 4:14 Speaker 1: I don't know, a beet supplement or, 4:18 Speaker 1: or heck, you know, people taking low dose of, like, Cialis for daily use, not for sexual function, but, I mean, that is it is just increasing blood flow throughout your whole body. Okay? When we have more blood, blood is God's way of healing us. 4:32 Speaker 1: And any blood carries nutrients, man. The more oxygen in your blood, the better, but the more blood you have flowing around everywhere, 4:40 Speaker 1: then your body is gonna work better, your brain's gonna work better. Right. 4:45 Speaker 1: Same thing, and to back that up, right, when we eat food and you go to sleep, right, everybody eats lunch and you get tired, well, all the brain leaves your, 4:53 Speaker 1: all the blood leaves your brain, goes to your stomach. 4:56 Speaker 1: You process food and brain goes I guess. So 5:00 Speaker 1: the more 5:01 Speaker 1: blood flow we get to the brain, the better cognitive function we have. And 5:06 Speaker 1: it will help really regulate your stress responses in your brain, which is huge. 5:11 Speaker 1: To not get too 5:13 Speaker 0: not not get too stressed out because all bad things happen when our body and our brain gets stressed out and that translates into our body. Right? Cortisol goes up. People run these days. I mean, shit, think about it. Think everybody's in a hurry. Everybody's just just gotta go, gotta go, gotta go, gotta get it now, gotta get it now. And it's like we run so just 5:33 Speaker 0: our brains. So this is 1 of the ones that, jeez, I think anybody can thrive on it just because of the brain function. I mean, it fires on all cylinders. I mean, it has a little bit of the 5:42 Speaker 0: the calming effect of the Selank has, a tiny bit, little bit. You know, Selank definitely has more of the focus 5:48 Speaker 0: on that, but it just, you know, the brain, the cognizant function of Semax 5:54 Speaker 0: is just really where it shines, you know? So like high 5:59 Speaker 0: intense athletes, 6:00 Speaker 0: CEOs, 6:01 Speaker 0: guys that have to really 6:04 Speaker 0: use their brains thinking, Gosh, doctors in an ER would probably just thrive on this because it just would really, just really help that brain function. Absolutely. And without making you 6:16 Speaker 1: shaky, right? 6:18 Speaker 1: People take Adderall, people take, you know, caffeine, hell, right? That is going to, that's wake you up a little bit, make you a bit sharper, but for those who need to do like small, acute, physical, 6:29 Speaker 1: and mental tasks, those are not okay to take. Yeah. So this will not 6:35 Speaker 1: inhibit at all any your, physical function. 6:38 Speaker 0: I mean, that's a good way to even look at it to compare it to like an Adderall or something like that, which is obviously a narcotic that, gosh, it's such a popular, 6:46 Speaker 0: gosh, so many people get hooked on that stuff because of the brain focus, 6:51 Speaker 0: the brain function. 6:52 Speaker 0: But that's a it's a good good comparison because this has a lot of those similarities that have that razor focus. Absolutely. 7:00 Speaker 1: And it's, 7:02 Speaker 1: without without the negative effect, without the withdrawal, without the come down. 7:07 Speaker 0: Right. 7:08 Speaker 1: Which suck. 7:10 Speaker 0: Combats any type of, like, mental fatigue. 7:13 Speaker 0: You know? I mean, I would've like I was saying earlier, I mean, 7:16 Speaker 0: gosh, we're just all tired, man. We run at Mach 90. We're we're scrolling through our phones like psychopaths. Why not everything? Our brain's just functioning functioning. 7:25 Speaker 0: So this is gonna be some stuff that will kinda calm that down. 7:29 Speaker 1: Calm it down and in the heat of right, in the heat of actual stress and overstimulation, 7:34 Speaker 1: it is going to 7:37 Speaker 1: help deal with that actual stress to make it not affect you. So, 7:43 Speaker 1: yeah, it'll speed you up to get what's needed done, but when when the things get overwhelming, 7:48 Speaker 1: it will help not 7:51 Speaker 0: create, like, a physical stress response. 7:54 Speaker 0: Sure. 7:55 Speaker 0: You know, what's funny too is, 7:57 Speaker 0: I wouldn't say, 7:59 Speaker 0: you know, that it would be in 1 of the popular peptides, would you? 8:04 Speaker 1: No, 8:05 Speaker 0: I wouldn't. Which it's such a rad peptide when you study it, 8:09 Speaker 0: which is kind of surprising because of just how just what it does in the brain function and it helps with memory loss and it helps with brain you know what I mean? I'm surprised it's not a it's 1 of not more popular of a peptide. Yeah, I don't know. Think that people are again, 8:24 Speaker 1: I think people are really looking at peptides for physic- Now loss. 8:28 Speaker 1: To their bodies and not so much brains. More than now. Yeah. You know, I think if you ask anybody who's in Russia who's into peptides, they will say that this is a 8:38 Speaker 1: huge 1. This and Selank are huge. Yeah. They've been using this. Doctors have been using this for a long time, 8:45 Speaker 1: using it a lot. So 8:47 Speaker 1: I bet it'll catch on. I mean, it's still 8:51 Speaker 1: for the nootropics 8:52 Speaker 1: out there, 8:53 Speaker 1: nootropic peptides, I think it is 1 of the more popular ones. Right. I mean, I 1st heard this 8:59 Speaker 1: a long time ago and 9:02 Speaker 1: from my friend who's who would always he's like, yo, my neighbor told me he just started taking Semax and Selank, and he said it's amazing. His whole ill he is he's got tons of energy and yet he can 9:14 Speaker 1: fall asleep and be calm when he wants. Yeah. And just freaking loves it. So I started getting it and trying it. And this was maybe, 9:22 Speaker 0: I don't know, 8 years ago. Wow. That's a long time ago. Wow. That's Yeah. Wow. Jeez. 9:27 Speaker 1: But it works. And like every other peptide, like, it's not gonna work. It's not like Adderall. You don't just get to 9:35 Speaker 1: snort it and then 9:37 Speaker 1: whooping it. It works immediately. Like, do this stuff. Be consistent with it. Right? Let it let it work. Give it a couple weeks for it to actually kind of kick in, and then and then stay consistent. You do wanna take 9:50 Speaker 1: you do wanna take a break or else it will 9:53 Speaker 1: stop being as potent 9:56 Speaker 0: for a little while. K. Let's talk about that then. So let's let's sit on that because that's kinda cool. So, like, break in regards to what? So run it for like a month on and then a week off. Okay. Month on, week off. Month on, week off. Just kinda let your body 10:08 Speaker 1: yeah. 10:09 Speaker 1: Let it not not even heal because it's no not going through, like, a withdrawal or a letdown, but 10:16 Speaker 1: let's 10:17 Speaker 0: I don't know. It'll work sometimes if you get a week off. Yeah. Yeah. Right. Sticking it. I was reading about it to where they've been using it for people that have been dealing with long COVID just because some of the brain fog that they've been dealing with. So that's kind of interesting. 10:34 Speaker 0: Know? Yeah. Helping people with that type of stuff because there's some some people struggle with that for sure. Yeah, yeah, for sure. That 10:41 Speaker 1: it's been used for a 10:44 Speaker 1: lot, these all these other 10:47 Speaker 1: peptides similar to this or that are nootropics, 10:50 Speaker 1: I don't know, 10:51 Speaker 1: Pinealon, BDNF. 10:55 Speaker 1: What is our there's another Dihexa. 10:59 Speaker 1: All of these are nootropics and all of these ought to be 11:02 Speaker 1: tested out, try to cerebral izen 11:06 Speaker 1: by people and kind of see which 1 works 11:08 Speaker 1: best for you. 11:10 Speaker 0: What people would ask me, going off that, let's use that for example, 11:15 Speaker 0: Would you recommend 11:16 Speaker 0: people using more than 1 of those types of that have the similar 11:21 Speaker 0: type of, 11:24 Speaker 0: you know, what they accomplish, you know, brain function and things like that. Would you would you suggest in your experience to run 1 at a time? Do you think they would be better 11:35 Speaker 0: compounded with 11:37 Speaker 1: 1, 2, 3 of those that have similar? You know what I mean? That's definitely gonna get a lot. So I definitely think that when you're doing things for the 1st time, like, I wanna know you again, this is all an experiment on each of our bodies. Right? And different things work different in different people's, 11:53 Speaker 1: you know, genetic makeup. 11:56 Speaker 1: So when trying these for the 1st time, I would not 11:59 Speaker 1: do 4 of them at the same time. Then you go, hey, that's awesome, or or man, I feel know what's working. What do you how do you replicate that? Right? How do you know what made you feel good? How do you know what what made you feel bad? So I would absolutely take things individually 12:14 Speaker 1: at 1st. I would try it, you know, month at a time. 12:17 Speaker 1: Each once, feel the difference. Then, and obviously according to the specific peptides, 12:24 Speaker 1: then start stacking them 12:26 Speaker 1: with each other. I don't think it's probably useful to take 4 nootropics at the same time. Right, 12:32 Speaker 1: a little bit too much. I do know that people do take Selank and Semax together, right, and they which 12:38 Speaker 1: may sound counter intuitive because, 12:41 Speaker 1: hey, one's bringing you up, one's bringing you down. Well, what the heck? Aren't we just gonna be in the middle of be where where where I started? Yeah. Right. But it doesn't really it doesn't actually work like that. You kind of you get the benefit up here and you get to call me. So the 2 is is our classic and have been stacked and will will work well together. 12:59 Speaker 1: But as people are figuring it out, I would say go 1 at a time. That's with everything. Well Yeah. For sure. 13:04 Speaker 0: Yeah. I, I what would you say would be some of the people that would thrive on it? I mean, that's such an easy question in my opinion, but people still need to know, like, who would be some of the people I think that would would want need to take it, should be taking it? What would you recommend? 13:20 Speaker 1: Know, everybody who is not happy with their mood, I guess, you know, if anybody who is looking for some more energy, 13:27 Speaker 1: and I don't mean like workout energy, but just cognition out. 13:31 Speaker 1: If you're mentally burnt out or you have a 13:35 Speaker 1: a long day ahead of you and a whole lot of work to do, right, or you live your life like that, 13:40 Speaker 1: that's who should really be taking this. But, I mean, 13:44 Speaker 1: even people with depression, right? Like, this is going to increase your dopamine, right? Most depression, 13:50 Speaker 1: I don't know, myself, 13:53 Speaker 1: when I have gone through times in my life and been depressed, right, that comes along with 13:58 Speaker 1: not anxiety for me, but it comes along with just apathy. 14:02 Speaker 1: And, President, I just don't wanna do anything. I just wanna sleep, man. This 14:07 Speaker 1: is a perfect thing to try to get you to pop out of that, right? And it's all about momentum with the pressure, right? With anything, right? You start getting up and complete 1 task. Well, hey, now that 2nd task feels a little bit better and it's easier to complete. Now the 3rd one's even better, and then before you know it, you're on a roll. Right. Right. So if you need a little something to kick you in the pants. 14:28 Speaker 0: I'm gonna let the cat out of the bag. I took some Semax before this conversation 14:33 Speaker 0: because as you know, you know and a lot of people know that watch my stuff, you know, I've been dealing with some back problems that have been, 14:39 Speaker 0: man, it's just been eating me up. Anybody that has felt sciatic pain, it's not even necessarily the pain, it's a constant pain that it doesn't ever let you have a 2nd break and it just starts to wear you down. And man, 14:50 Speaker 0: just this morning, dude, I woke up and just have been battling this mental fatigue of just freaking tired of this freaking pain. You know what I mean? And I, you know, I knew I had to rally and 15:02 Speaker 0: do this. So 15:03 Speaker 0: I took some Semax. Did it help? I don't know. You know, I'm pretty good at rallying and stepping up to the plate when I need to, but I did take it because it it is what it's for. So 15:15 Speaker 0: Yeah. You know? 15:17 Speaker 1: Yes. I have. And and long term memory. Right? I think you told me you started doing this because your memory was fading. Horrible. And, 15:25 Speaker 1: well, that happens as we get older, but you and I have been sober for a long time. There's a reason we're sober because 15:30 Speaker 1: we've abused our bodies with 15:33 Speaker 1: bad chemicals. 15:35 Speaker 1: And I for sure do. I know, I mean, I 15:38 Speaker 1: Memory loss should be a fad, bro. In my brain. 15:41 Speaker 0: Right. I forget basic words. My wife will be all, do remember talking about that? And I'll be like, just to save face, I'd be like, yeah, I don't think. 15:51 Speaker 1: So anybody who's getting older who wants their energy, you know, or memory boosted, 15:55 Speaker 1: that's great, 15:57 Speaker 1: because it's going to 15:59 Speaker 1: yeah. It's gonna just make your neurotransmitters more, 16:04 Speaker 1: you know, 16:05 Speaker 1: repair better and 16:08 Speaker 1: be tougher and rebuild your memory. 16:11 Speaker 0: Yeah. That's a great idea. Like, so how I would answer is that is just anybody that runs on a high stress level of, you know, I think like an 16:19 Speaker 0: doctor that has to just be on point, brain functioning, like firing, 16:23 Speaker 0: you know, a CEO, 16:25 Speaker 0: anybody that just has to make quick decisions, I think, would thrive on Semax. Yep. Yeah. It's kind of 16:32 Speaker 1: Maybe a safer list, a little bit toned down version of like Modafinil, 16:36 Speaker 1: which is the new prescription 16:39 Speaker 1: smart pill. 16:41 Speaker 1: People say like 16:43 Speaker 1: a non narcotic 16:46 Speaker 0: Oh, what the heck were you just talking about? Those do not know have not tried Monafinil, man. You should try it. It's great. Yeah. Yeah. 16:53 Speaker 0: It really is. We should talk about that 1 day. Yeah, we should. 16:56 Speaker 0: Is definitely a good 1 as well. How about people that probably shouldn't take it? Anybody in particular that you would 17:03 Speaker 0: say 17:04 Speaker 0: would probably not be wise 17:06 Speaker 1: to try it? Yeah, like always women, 17:10 Speaker 1: pregnant women, nursing women, children. And 17:13 Speaker 1: if you have an anxiety disorder, 17:17 Speaker 1: I would probably stay away. Yeah. Not necessarily it's gonna give you anxiety, but if you're already prone to anxiety, 17:23 Speaker 1: just like all of these people, if you're listening and you're prone to anxiety, my guess is you don't drink a whole bunch of coffee. Yeah. And if you do, maybe you should stop that and your anxiety might go away. 17:32 Speaker 1: But 17:34 Speaker 1: if it's gonna help, 17:36 Speaker 1: yeah, speed you up a little bit, 17:39 Speaker 1: don't take it. Yeah, 17:41 Speaker 0: if you're 1 of those people that just don't do well with that type of stuff, brain firing and you're not gonna you think that that would like do something negative to where you're not gonna be able to sleep, blah, blah, blah. I mean, it's not like, like we said, it's not like an Adderall where it's gonna keep you up, but some people just, man, their brains just can't shut down. So if you're 1 of those people, probably best just to stay away from it. There's a lot of other peptides that might just be better. Right. Selank, then you should take Selank. For sure. There's there's your answer. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. For sure. What about, some dosages? What would you say? I 18:10 Speaker 1: would so 18:12 Speaker 1: there is a difference, I guess, should be stated. There are you can you can buy n acetyl 18:18 Speaker 1: Cmax or just regular Cmax. 18:23 Speaker 1: And 18:24 Speaker 1: I think the N acetyl is the better version, okay? It 18:29 Speaker 1: is the 18:30 Speaker 1: dosages, we'll call them the same, but the N acetyl is gonna work a little bit better, it's gonna help, it's gonna cross your blood brain barrier 18:38 Speaker 1: a bit better, which means it just works better, it's more stable in your bloodstream, 18:42 Speaker 1: and the effects, and because it's more stable in your bloodstream, it lasts a bit longer. So 6 to 8 hours, 18:49 Speaker 1: as opposed to just regular Cmax is maybe 3 to 5 hours. Now, 18:53 Speaker 1: to answer that question, dosing, I would say between 300 to 600 micrograms, 18:59 Speaker 1: okay? Most 19:01 Speaker 1: of these come in 10 ml bottles, right? 19:06 Speaker 1: Or not, excuse me, I'll take that back, 10 mg 19:09 Speaker 1: bottles. The ml is a measure of volume, 19:12 Speaker 1: okay? 19:13 Speaker 1: So milligram, 19:14 Speaker 1: 10 mg equal to 10000 micrograms. 19:18 Speaker 1: So if you have a 10 mg bottle, I would advise you add 2 mls of water, okay, 2 full hundred unit insulin syringes and then inject 19:28 Speaker 1: 10 units 19:29 Speaker 1: subcutaneously. 19:30 Speaker 1: Daily? Daily. 19:32 Speaker 1: That will give you 500 micrograms 19:35 Speaker 1: or 0.5 of a milligram. Okay? 19:39 Speaker 1: This is also being sold as a nasal spray, right? I think you'll see a lot of it out there as a nasal spray. 19:47 Speaker 1: It actually is better subcutaneous, but actually it's gonna work a bit better subcutaneous. 19:51 Speaker 1: Just people are scared of needles and that's why there is such a and it works, and it does, and it works intranasally. 19:56 Speaker 1: So that's why you're gonna see it a lot more 20:01 Speaker 1: out there as a nasal spray, but the SubQ 20:04 Speaker 1: works 20:05 Speaker 1: better. It's also 20:07 Speaker 1: the worry on the nasal spray is that it needs to stay cold. Okay? So 20:13 Speaker 1: if somebody's being mailed a 20:16 Speaker 1: a premixed 20:18 Speaker 1: vial of nasal spray- 20:20 Speaker 1: Not a problem. I would be very concerned about its actual, like, efficacy. 20:24 Speaker 0: Sure. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. 20:27 Speaker 0: Yeah, man. Well, 20:29 Speaker 0: again, 20:30 Speaker 0: like I said, I didn't think this is 1 of the most popular ones, at least from my viewpoint. I didn't realize that you had heard about that 8 years ago. Wow, that's rad, man. That's been a long time. So it's been around for a long time. But man, for anybody listening that has not tried it, I have been trying it. I love it. You know, 1 of my biggest problems as Will had said is just my memory is just such it's atrocious, man. So I started taking it just for that brain function, man. And I feel it. I feel it. I feel like it's helped quite a bit with clarity of thought and some of my memory loss. I mean, some of that stuff are just from, you know, abusing my brain when I was younger, and that is what it is. But 21:06 Speaker 0: anywhere we can get some help, man, why would we not? Absolutely. 21:10 Speaker 1: You know what? And it took you 40 years to 21:14 Speaker 1: break your brain to like hurt yourself. Right? If 21:17 Speaker 1: we it's gonna take a little bit of time, everybody out there, to rebuild some of these neurotransmitters and they finally and they do, we do realize that you can rebuild neurotransmitters 21:26 Speaker 1: nowadays. I think 10 years ago, they thought like, cool, if you burnt them, 21:30 Speaker 1: they're gone. But our brain will rebuild and it's just gonna take a while. So, you know, be consistent. Don't make snap judgments after 1 week that 21:40 Speaker 1: things don't work. Right? 21:42 Speaker 1: Give it a healthy try. Right? But stay again, like, 4 months. Right? Go give me a month on, week off, 21:50 Speaker 1: 4 times, 21:51 Speaker 0: then make a decision on how this how well this thing work for you. Yeah, like give it a fair shake and like Will said, I think that's such a high focus because we talk about often about compounding 22:02 Speaker 0: and synergistic 22:03 Speaker 0: peptides 22:04 Speaker 0: together, 22:06 Speaker 0: but this would be 1 that we would suggest, both of us would suggest doing it by itself at 1st so that you make sure this is doing what you think that it's doing. Give it its fair shake. Yeah. To make sure that that's kind of where where it's thriving. You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah, no doubt. 22:20 Speaker 0: So, well, cool. And then last 1 I want to end with you guys on is, as we've discussed 22:25 Speaker 0: Will and I are gonna be doing a Q and A. 22:27 Speaker 0: We've been trying to kinda boil down the day because we're both pretty darn busy, but so what we're gonna try to do is stick to 22:35 Speaker 0: recording that on Friday and probably releasing it because it needs to be edited, blah blah blah, maybe Saturday. 22:42 Speaker 0: So that's generally what we're gonna try at 1st. So we will be recording the 1st Q and A this week. So I will be putting out on my Instagram channels and all YouTube, all the channels to where you will be able to ask questions to us, 22:57 Speaker 0: and we will go through those questions and answer them 1 x 1 and give you a good 30, 45 minutes of going through the questions that you wanna hear about. 23:06 Speaker 0: Yeah. Cool. I'm excited about that. Yeah. I think it's gonna be pretty cool, man. I'm excited about it as well. So, again, we'll be recording that 1st 1 on Friday, so be getting those questions in. I'll be putting that out sometime today on my social 23:18 Speaker 0: media channels, and, you should be dropping the 1st 1 on Saturday. So look out for that. 23:25 Speaker 0: Sweet. Alright, 23:26 Speaker 0: my brother. Well, cool, man. We got a lot to do. So, I will see you soon, and, we'll catch you guys next week. 23:33 Speaker 1: Alright. 23:34 Speaker 0: Take care. Bye.
