Nothing here is a protocol to follow. --- 0:00 Speaker 0: Welcome back to the peptide 0:02 Speaker 0: of the week. 0:04 Speaker 0: I got me, myself, JD Denham, your host, and my cohost, 0:08 Speaker 0: mister William T. Haas 0:10 Speaker 0: across the way. Will, what's going on, buddy? What's up, man? 0:15 Speaker 1: Chilling busy, you know? We did some talking. We just recorded an hour. Yeah. I know. 0:22 Speaker 1: So I'm all warmed up, but 0:24 Speaker 0: I always laugh, man. I I think it's just so funny that you and I are on a podcast. Sometimes I just pinch myself like, the hell did we get on a podcast? It's just still so funny, bro. You know what I mean? But what a freaking blessing because we get to talk about stuff that we love, man. Just so everybody knows, we are not doctors. We don't pretend to be doctors, but we are 2 dudes that study 0:47 Speaker 0: supplements. We study peptides because we freaking love it. We like to think we know quite a bit about them, but we're not doctors. We just like to talk about peptides. 0:57 Speaker 0: And 0:58 Speaker 0: I'd like to start the show a little bit different and just thank the listeners, man. 1:03 Speaker 0: Because of you, you have catapulted 1:05 Speaker 0: this podcast up into the top 5% 1:08 Speaker 0: very quickly. We did not expect that. We just started throwing out a podcast because we wanted to talk about peptides and, 1:15 Speaker 0: we're stoked that everybody listens to it. So on that note, we are going to add an addition. 1:23 Speaker 0: So we're gonna add a, Q and A part to the peptide of the week. We will do the peptide of the week as we're doing now. 1:30 Speaker 0: And then we're gonna do a Q and A. So we're gonna set to, you know, a situation to where you guys can type in some questions that you would like to know about, 1:39 Speaker 0: some questions, just whatever on anything, and Will and I will take a good 30 minutes to 45 minutes once a week, and we will go through those questions and answer those questions for you. So that'll be addition, and we will be starting that next week. We haven't decided on the day yet, 1:56 Speaker 0: but we will let you know. So exciting stuff, man. 1:59 Speaker 1: Yeah, that'll be very helpful. Hopefully, that gets a lot of people's 2:03 Speaker 1: same questions answered, right? Because I know 2:06 Speaker 1: everybody has the same repeating questions. 2:09 Speaker 1: So hopefully we can just help out in 1 fell swoop. And maybe 2:14 Speaker 1: also prep 2:16 Speaker 1: everybody 2:17 Speaker 0: with, hey, here are the questions that will be addressed. Yeah, yeah. We'll go through them. I mean, like I said, 2:23 Speaker 0: they're going to have a lot of people ask the same type of questions. But 1 thing that I have learned from 2:27 Speaker 0: just having my channels on Instagram and stuff like that, I do get a lot of the same questions and that is contingent upon a lot of the reels that I make. A lot of people have certain questions on my fasting and stuff like that. So if I get a bulk of questions in the same category, 2:41 Speaker 0: I set out a reel and I talk about it and answer them all at the same time. So we'll be able to 2:46 Speaker 0: address those questions 2:48 Speaker 0: and 2:49 Speaker 0: dig in a little bit deeper on subjects that we love peptides, man. I'm excited. Absolutely. 2:54 Speaker 0: Yeah. So today is cool, man. Today is different. We were kind of talking about what we wanted to talk about, and we're like, man, we haven't done a lot of tan. So today, we're gonna talk about 3:05 Speaker 0: the peptide that actually makes you tan. I bet you there's a lot of people that didn't know that you could take a peptide 3:11 Speaker 0: that helps you get tan. 3:13 Speaker 0: Know, I remember when I 1st heard that, I didn't believe it. 3:17 Speaker 0: And there is a Melanotan-one 3:19 Speaker 0: and there is a Melanotan-two. 3:21 Speaker 0: So we do want to kind of decipher the difference between the 2 of them. So let me hand it over to my partner and, 3:30 Speaker 0: well, tell us a little bit about what Melanotan 3:32 Speaker 0: is for 1 and then a little bit about the differences between the 2. 3:36 Speaker 1: Sure. 3:38 Speaker 1: 1st of all, yes, Melanotan 1 and 2. Melanotan has 3:42 Speaker 1: the name. It basically tells your tells your body to produce more melanin. 3:47 Speaker 1: Melanin is 3:49 Speaker 1: is our skin's reaction 3:52 Speaker 1: to UV. It's how our body protects our skin protects itself from UV rays. So when 4:00 Speaker 1: we have UV rays hitting us, 4:03 Speaker 1: then our pores kind of produces melanin and an effect of that is our skin color can change. And also melanin is 4:12 Speaker 1: is actually kind of like a natural it secretes a little bit of oil like a natural suntan lotion. 4:18 Speaker 1: What what really depends on is what part of the world you're from. Right now, it's like how much natural melanin you produce. You 4:25 Speaker 1: can guess who produces more from those people who are in have darker skin. Right? And 4:31 Speaker 1: it so it's so it is there to help protect your skin. K? And that's what it does, to protect you from UV radiation, 4:37 Speaker 0: sunburns. It 4:39 Speaker 0: does. It helps protect you from sunburns. So somebody will pick an albino. I would imagine if you'd use this, it would help well. 4:45 Speaker 1: Yeah. Yes. In theory, absolutely. That is that is the goal. Now now you gotta be smart in how much you use of this. I think so Melanotan II is the more 1 that's been 4:57 Speaker 1: I don't know about around longer, but been popular longer. It's probably the most widely used, and it is not the 1 that I would really suggest people use. It's more available. It's a little bit cheaper. I'm talking about MTN MTN 5:10 Speaker 1: 2. So it is, think of it as kind of it's a faster ester even though it's not really an ester, but has a faster 0.5 life. So it's working really fast. 5:21 Speaker 1: 33 5:22 Speaker 1: minutes or so. 5:25 Speaker 0: Talking about Melanotan 5:26 Speaker 1: II right now. 2, Melanotan II. Sorry, 5:29 Speaker 1: maybe I'm going out of order, but the more popular 1, this is the 1 that I 1st ever used and my 1st couple uses 5:36 Speaker 1: of it, even though I did a tiny amount, right, it ruined my day of how nauseous I was all day long. 5:43 Speaker 1: Like bad, know, didn't actually throw up but just on the verge of feeling like you're gonna throw up all day long. Almost instantly. Almost instantly. Yeah. You also get a flush with like a lot of peptides will give you that flush red. 5:56 Speaker 1: I may be more sensitive, but man, I feel that for sure. 6:00 Speaker 1: So it will make you so m 10 2, 6:04 Speaker 1: you are more susceptible to nausea. M 10 1, not very not much nausea. Okay? Also, not much flushing at all either 6:11 Speaker 1: than 10 1. Now everybody's body is a little bit different, so these aren't gonna be just like hard, fast rules. 6:19 Speaker 1: Also, faster 0.5 life. You need to do it more more often, 6:23 Speaker 1: but in both cases, 6:26 Speaker 1: I this stuff, both of these 6:28 Speaker 1: really do build up in your body. Okay? So I would suggest kind of a loading phase. We can talk about specifics later, but a loading phase for 2 weeks and then you can really slowly back off. 6:39 Speaker 1: And you're making you're judging it by, hey. I mean, the goal is, I guess, to make yourself tan. 6:44 Speaker 1: There's a point where maybe you don't wanna get any more tan, so so so back off and slow down. Yeah. Also, 6:51 Speaker 1: with MTN 2, 6:52 Speaker 1: there's a lot more susceptibility to causing like dark, 6:56 Speaker 1: dark spots, 6:58 Speaker 1: which are known as freckles. 7:01 Speaker 1: With MTN 1, you are not gonna get that 7:05 Speaker 1: nearly as much. 7:07 Speaker 0: That's actually really good to know because I have been using m 2, and I'm telling you, I got them everywhere, these big freckles. Yeah. Yeah. 7:15 Speaker 1: And I guess so m Melanotan 7:17 Speaker 1: II has 7:19 Speaker 1: a 7:20 Speaker 1: a lot of that amino acid chain 7:23 Speaker 1: similar 7:24 Speaker 1: to PT-one 141, 7:26 Speaker 1: and PT-one 141 is a peptide that makes your libido 7:32 Speaker 1: go crazy. 7:33 Speaker 1: And so 7:34 Speaker 1: Melanotan 7:35 Speaker 1: II will make you a bit more horny. It will 7:40 Speaker 1: add some lead in your pencil if blood 7:43 Speaker 0: flow. 7:44 Speaker 1: Blood flow, like I've done a slight bit too much, actually, probably not even too much, and I walk around all day just. 7:51 Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. With a hat, like, good skiing again. 7:54 Speaker 1: So, 7:56 Speaker 1: and that's not comfortable. 7:59 Speaker 1: Yeah. 8:00 Speaker 1: So there's, 8:01 Speaker 1: I guess, 8:03 Speaker 1: Melanotan 1 is 8:05 Speaker 1: approved, 8:06 Speaker 1: like, clinically in some other countries and is FDA approved, I believe, for certain specific conditions. Melanotan 8:13 Speaker 1: II is not approved 8:14 Speaker 1: anywhere. 8:15 Speaker 1: Right. For anything. Right? You just say research 8:18 Speaker 1: research peptide, 8:20 Speaker 1: you people will buy it and you do whatever you want with it. 8:24 Speaker 1: They both work. Like they work incredibly well. They really do. Really well. They will not, nothing will happen to you unless you get sun. 8:34 Speaker 1: Yeah. K? It is not making you tan. It's making your body produce more melanin, and then when that 8:41 Speaker 1: sunlight hits that, boom, then it makes your skin tan. K? Yeah. So you have to have you have to see sun 8:47 Speaker 1: for them to work at all. Very, very, very quickly though. Very quickly. Very quickly. And they were I have seen plenty of people overdo it. 8:57 Speaker 1: And like, dude, you look purple. You need to stop. 9:02 Speaker 0: Humans are funny people, ain't they? They are. They are funny people. You don't do it daily. It says twice a week, man. Yeah. Don't do it daily, and I would say that, you know, we 9:12 Speaker 1: can but a lot of 10, 2 should be done a 1st couple weeks, 3 times a week, and then you can bag it off to once a week, maybe twice a week, once a week. You be the judge based on how you how you 9:24 Speaker 1: you look. And if you're not getting sun, then don't keep doing more. Right. Right? Because it's not gonna help by you doing more because you're not getting any sun to actually activate it. 9:35 Speaker 0: I'm happy having people tell you, gosh, you look so tan, trust me. 9:40 Speaker 0: Let them be the judge. You're doing too much. 9:43 Speaker 1: Exactly. 9:44 Speaker 1: And if you look right and and again, everybody's body is different, different people tan differently, some people tan really well, and then it really, really works, but it actually will help 9:53 Speaker 1: help again protect your skin from getting actual sunburn. Now, if you sit in the Mexican sun for 15 hours, like, you're gonna get sunburned. I don't care what you're taking, so be smart to people, please. Well, it's interesting too, and I wanna sit on that for a 2nd about the, freckles because I did not know that it was gonna be so intensely. 10:13 Speaker 0: Wife was telling me I was getting these freckles in the back of my and I don't even take that much, man. I just started taking it once, 10:20 Speaker 0: maybe twice a week for a bit and then once a week. Man, 10:23 Speaker 0: the freckles I'm getting are pretty intense in regards to the big freckles. So that alone, if you're listening to that, you don't want these big freckles, take number 1 as he's saying. Yeah. Take Melanotan 1. Yep. Just take number 1. Freckles 10:36 Speaker 0: for sure. 10:38 Speaker 0: Who would you say who would you say would not be somebody that should take 1 or both? Is there anybody in particular that probably should be not taking it? I would definitely say mothers, breastfeeding. Sure. Mothers 10:50 Speaker 1: for sure. Well, yeah, I mean, okay. So, yeah, typical, 10:54 Speaker 1: like, breastfeeding, 10:55 Speaker 1: young children, 10:56 Speaker 1: etcetera. 10:57 Speaker 1: You know, if you have a if you have a history of skin cancer 11:01 Speaker 1: Yes. Probably not doing that. I get the research is 11:07 Speaker 1: divided 11:08 Speaker 1: on is, like, is actually having more melaton giving you actual higher risk of skin cancer or is just your genetic, 11:16 Speaker 1: you know, makeup and the food you eat gonna get is the reason that you're gonna get skin cancer regardless of the sun you get. But if you have a genetic, 11:24 Speaker 0: I don't know, predisposition to skin cancer, I probably wouldn't take it. Right. Which is kind of weird because if you think though that it does like block sunburns and stuff, you would actually think the opposite of that, but studies have shown that, yeah, if you are susceptible to skin cancer, do not take it. But studies have also shown what you've just said 1st too. So, 11:44 Speaker 1: go figure. I guess, 1 thing, I just learned this, is so pregnant women, after having a baby, 11:51 Speaker 1: a woman naturally produces a bit more melanin in their skin. 11:55 Speaker 1: Probably why they say that women are, like, glowing 11:59 Speaker 1: when they are pregnant or just recently had a child. That is interesting. 12:03 Speaker 1: And then so so you may not need as much. 12:09 Speaker 1: So women, you know, be careful about taking too much if you are a mother or recently have been a mother, 12:15 Speaker 1: and therefore still are. But 12:18 Speaker 1: and and also women, like, realize that with everything, you know, you're a smaller body. Your body you need way less than what a man does. Yeah. Right. In everything. 12:30 Speaker 0: 1 of the things in regards to the Melanotan II is the and the difference between the 1 is the appetite suppression. You don't have that in in Melanotan 1. That is correct. 12:40 Speaker 1: You're right. Appetite. 12:41 Speaker 0: Sorry. No sex drive, it does number 1, Melanotan 1 does not 12:48 Speaker 0: boost any type of sex drive like Melanotan-two 12:51 Speaker 0: does. It doesn't suppress 12:52 Speaker 0: appetite. 12:53 Speaker 0: It is FDA. I know some people that it's very important to them, to me not much, but there you go. It's been studied. That's what FDA approval does tell me. So yeah, you 13:04 Speaker 0: know, Melanotan-one 13:05 Speaker 0: seems to be the 1 that seems to be winning the race, so to speak. Yeah, for safety, right? And they actually call it like medical 13:12 Speaker 1: photo protection 13:16 Speaker 1: is the approval approval 13:18 Speaker 1: and, like, medical, 13:21 Speaker 1: yeah, prescription, which is protecting you from sun. 13:25 Speaker 1: Yeah. I I have not taken 1. Have you? I have. I've taken both of them, and I've taken you know, it's funny. I've almost 13:34 Speaker 1: I've kinda just taken them over the years, but but, again, do these things 13:40 Speaker 1: and I have ended up usually taking 1 because it's that longer acting Esther. I think not even an Esther, but it's a longer 0.5 life. Long 10 2 generally is about 33 minutes, they say. 13:50 Speaker 1: Long 10 1 is 13:53 Speaker 2: 33 hours. It's a big difference. So I 13:56 Speaker 1: have noticed that, yeah, this stuff just builds in, it builds up in you. You don't once it's like in you, you don't need a bunch. So I take 14:04 Speaker 1: 5 units of LL-one ten-one because I know it's a longer 0.5 life and so I didn't wanna have to inject it as often and I've been doing that maybe like once a month, maybe twice a month. 14:15 Speaker 1: And it keeps 14:16 Speaker 1: yeah, I'm naturally like, I mean, I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, you know, I'm naturally pale. When I was home growing up, if we'd go to Hawaii, I would be, you know, out of a great tan within 3 days of being back home, I'm gone 14:30 Speaker 1: and I'm pale again. But 14:34 Speaker 1: that won't that does not happen if this stuff is coursing through my body. So I'm not taking it really to get super tan, but I take it just as maintenance to just kinda have some good color 14:46 Speaker 0: at all times. I would say though, just kinda going off the cuff because this is something I did in research and I actually wish I would have pulled the numbers beforehand, 14:53 Speaker 0: but I think the 2 sells more. I think people sell it. Does. Does do more. It does. It sure does. So it was the it's the more common. 15:02 Speaker 1: It is the more common. It's been what bodybuilders have been using for years. Right? They know about this to get tan for their for their competitions. 15:10 Speaker 1: In the right circles, people have known about this for a long, long time. But it's definitely been the more common, the most available. 15:18 Speaker 1: The MTN-one is a lot harder to get, 15:21 Speaker 1: and 15:22 Speaker 1: MTN-two is just the familiar choice, right? That just is what it is. It's been cheaper. It's been easier to get. Therefore, more people talk about that when somebody asks their buddy 15:31 Speaker 1: to give them some bro science, that's what they tell them. And so therefore, that's what they buy. I remember, I don't remember. I think it was like right in the beginning of COVID. 15:39 Speaker 0: When COVID hit, Will and I and just some friends of ours because there's no way we were gonna stop working out. We were doing these like hit training stuff in my backyard, and I remember that's when he 1st was telling me about this peptide that made you pan. And I remember thinking, 15:55 Speaker 0: what the hell? 15:57 Speaker 0: Didn't even believe, didn't even know 16:00 Speaker 0: that existed. I mean, like, because you've been into peptides, bro, for so freaking long. Something's longer than anybody that I know, and I would remember do you remember that? Like, I was looking at when we were all working out outside. I'm like, makes you tan. What the hell? Yeah. What the hell, but it works. Yeah. It works. It also comes in and it it it can come in a nasal spray. 16:19 Speaker 1: The hard part with that is it needs to be cold. 16:24 Speaker 1: So 16:26 Speaker 1: it's a lot more effective if you do your subcutaneous 16:28 Speaker 1: injection, 16:30 Speaker 1: but in a nasal spray, 16:32 Speaker 1: the problem is 16:34 Speaker 1: you can't mix it. Once that water hits the powder, it needs to stay refrigerated. So it either needs to be sent in 16:43 Speaker 1: a cooler box or most 16:46 Speaker 1: places, 16:47 Speaker 1: if you try to buy it in nasal spray, they just send you a bottle of powder 16:51 Speaker 1: and an empty nasal spray can canister 16:55 Speaker 1: and say, figure it out. 16:58 Speaker 0: And good luck. Yeah. 17:00 Speaker 0: I got a question for you because I get this out often. I'd actually like to know your answer onto this. 17:05 Speaker 0: So we all know that once you mix peptides, they need to be refrigerated. 17:09 Speaker 0: What would you say that the life span is if you mix a peptide, regardless of the peptide, let's just choose whatever. 17:18 Speaker 0: Let's say you mix a peptide and you're going on a flight and you're flying somewhere where it's a day, would you say that those peptides go bad in that day? I would say they don't go completely inert and just not work at all. Deluded maybe. 17:32 Speaker 1: And I think that they diminished 17:35 Speaker 1: efficacy 17:36 Speaker 1: for sure, 17:37 Speaker 1: but it also that's such a hard question. Dude, it all depends on the- Who knows? Depends on the specific 17:42 Speaker 1: peptides. Some of them degrade a lot faster than others. 17:46 Speaker 1: It's hard to tell, although I 17:48 Speaker 1: think that 17:50 Speaker 1: 1 thing I've been proven is when I started, when I got into this, right, I was very strict on keeping things cold. As I have heard more and more friends and people tell me like, oh, I left it out overnight or I didn't even know it was supposed to be cold and I've been doing it for me. And I'm always surprised in how well it's still everything still works. Right. So for what I previously 18:09 Speaker 1: thought 18:10 Speaker 1: was 18:11 Speaker 1: just a dire need to always stay cold or else it's ruined. Like ours? Yeah. Like, that's not the case, apparently. Yeah. 18:20 Speaker 1: That's just not the case. This is not as 18:23 Speaker 1: important, but but, again, it varies from from peptide to peptide. 18:26 Speaker 1: But, you know, you spend a lot of money on this stuff. You know, it will be better. It will be more effective if it is kept cold. Now there are certain certain peptides that actually don't need to be kept cold, and I think NAD, BPC, 18:40 Speaker 1: they don't really need to be. Super interesting. They're not that fragile. Yeah, yeah. 18:45 Speaker 0: I know, I mean, I mean, those are the 2 universal, man. NAD and BPC, those are the 2 of the most popular. So kind of good to know. It is good to I get a lot of questions because I travel and like, you know, when I go on vacation, I take my peptides. So, 1 of the questions I get in DMs constantly is how do I travel with them and just throw you a little trick of the trade that I've used through the years is I don't mix them till I get there. 19:09 Speaker 0: Bloating. Know I mean? So it blows people away. I don't I get I buy fresh bottles and I bring the water, put the water in the fridge for a while when we get there, and then I mix them when I get there. Yeah. And so right, let's make sure everybody understands, like, the peptide powder alone in its lyophilized 19:25 Speaker 1: form 19:26 Speaker 1: does not need to be refrigerated. Although, whenever I keep them and we keep everything is always in refrigerators because Why not? It just keeps it more fresh, 19:35 Speaker 1: it's not required. It is when they are reconstituted. As soon as that water hits the powder, 19:41 Speaker 1: the clogs chicks. Right. And 19:44 Speaker 1: also, how about this? Like, 19:46 Speaker 1: it's also damaging if you do not pre 19:49 Speaker 1: refrigerate them and we have warm powder and warm water and you mix them together, right? Let's just use common sense, like that is just as bad as- 19:58 Speaker 2: I don't think a lot of people know that. That's a good point. Let's 20:02 Speaker 0: say that again because that's important. When you're mixing your peptides, that water needs to be cold. 20:08 Speaker 1: Yeah. Like, don't be mixing warm water in those peptides. You need to be putting that that if you, like, like I said, if like, let's say I'm flying to Mexico, right? Yep. I'm traveling. I put that water in the fridge and let it get cold and then I mix the peptides. Then you mix it. Yes. So, and then it can be out of the fridge. Cool. No problem. And then when you get there 30 minutes or so, I'd put them both in the fridge. And then once they're cold, then mix them and put them back in the fridge. Right. You know, and then another thing just really for any type of 20:36 Speaker 1: food or active anything, 20:38 Speaker 1: like, if you leave it in a super hot car, 20:41 Speaker 0: probably a bad idea. Yeah, I don't know. Kinda common sense, but let's just like 20:46 Speaker 0: throw it out there just to let other people know. Just be smart, man. Think through stuff. 20:51 Speaker 2: Be smart. 1 20:53 Speaker 1: thing though that is to note is 20:55 Speaker 1: is taking any peptide 20:57 Speaker 1: in a fasted state. 20:59 Speaker 1: It's very important. Yep. 21:02 Speaker 1: It will help cut across that blood brain barrier a whole bunch better 21:07 Speaker 1: if we don't have any 21:10 Speaker 1: sugar and 21:11 Speaker 1: glucose and anything, any food on board. 21:14 Speaker 1: What would you say about an hour and 0.5? What would be a good I would say, yeah. And so when I say fasted state, I don't mean you have to fast for 12 hours before taking it. Right. But don't have any food. 21:25 Speaker 1: Let's just keep it safe. Let's say 90 minutes before 21:29 Speaker 1: you do your peptide. Right. So eat, give it 90 minutes at least. So if you wanna take at night. Yeah. 21:34 Speaker 1: Yeah. If you wanna take it at night, that's cool. Just eat 90 minutes beforehand only. That's why a lot of these are people choose the morning 21:42 Speaker 1: dose because they're already fasted. 21:45 Speaker 0: Yeah. That's something I blossom. I mean, that's what I would literally say that's probably 1 of the most questions that I get. Do because everybody knows I'm a big faster. Do I take peptides faster? And I said, Absolutely. That's what you're supposed to do. But I also have peptides that I take at night. My wife and I take a lot of peptides. We love them. We take our morning doses, right, in the morning and at night, we'll usually have a protein shake or something together. 22:07 Speaker 0: And then I wait a good hour 22:09 Speaker 0: if I can an hour and 0.5, and then I take my night peptides, 22:13 Speaker 0: the GHKCu 22:14 Speaker 0: and the Tesamorelin, whatever I'm taking at the time, and I try to do about an hour and 0.5. So that's a good rule of thumb that seems to work for me. 22:22 Speaker 1: Yep, and stick with that. I think that really is, that is important. 22:26 Speaker 0: And, you know, and 1 thing that I think that we haven't touched on much that I think people are forgetting out there is, 22:33 Speaker 0: know, Will and I own Warrior Makers and we own a peptide company, but we do the peptide of the week podcast, 22:40 Speaker 0: but so you all know, 22:42 Speaker 0: every time that we do the peptide of the week, we offer a 10% 22:46 Speaker 0: off of that peptide. 22:47 Speaker 0: So make sure that you jump online and take advantage of that because we offer that each week of the peptide of the week. So you'll see if you jump on Warrior Makers today, you'll see the Melanotan, 10% off. 23:00 Speaker 0: A lot of people are missing that. And 23:03 Speaker 1: I guess, and do it with them what you will. Guys, I happen to take them, but really they are not sold. They're meant for research purposes. Only research. To take. Research purposes, 23:13 Speaker 0: obviously, of course. What 23:16 Speaker 0: would you say, 23:17 Speaker 0: Will, 23:19 Speaker 0: in regards to, I know that we talked about some of the people that should not take a cancer. 1 thing that we didn't talk about is 1 of the things that I've read for people shouldn't take it is people with autoimmune issues. I've struggled with an autoimmune issue forever, man. I can't get this damn stuff going on in my head for fixed forever. And man, I've been taking it. So once I read that, I was kind of surprised by it. So people that have autoimmune issues, maybe Melanotan is not right for you either. Okay. 23:45 Speaker 1: I have no comment on that 1 because I don't really know. Yeah. I will read the 2, and 23:52 Speaker 1: I don't know. But 23:54 Speaker 1: a lot of the autoimmune disorders are skin related, 23:58 Speaker 1: and 23:59 Speaker 1: this is dealing particularly 24:01 Speaker 1: with your skin, so it makes sense. Sure. Now autoimmune talking about autoimmune disorders, right? BPC 24:08 Speaker 1: is I mean, Thymosin Alpha is supposed to really help it unless it's you're actively 24:13 Speaker 1: have some massive flare up, then then it's what's funny with Thymosin Alpha, and you maybe don't wanna do it right then, but in general, it helps because it helps each other. Regulate 24:21 Speaker 1: your your your 24:24 Speaker 1: Treg cells 24:27 Speaker 1: against 24:28 Speaker 1: against these disorders. But BPC helped my tattoo artist, 24:33 Speaker 1: and I have other I had a girl just send me her results, long term chart. Like, watch. Here's when I started taking BPC, here's my automated disorder, and now 24:41 Speaker 1: it is gone. But my tattoo artist has eczema 24:45 Speaker 1: on his elbows, his knees, 24:47 Speaker 0: and he's been doing BPC now for 3 weeks, and those have gone from, you know, this size to this size. Well, that's rad. Do you know if he's been taking that sub q, or how's he been taking that? Sub q. Sub q? Yep. Yeah. Because you were saying the other day that was interesting in regards to because the gut, I mean, we we BPC comes from our gut. I mean, that's where it came from, and it heals the gut, but you were saying in particular, you think that you could even get better use by if you squirted it in your mouth. 25:14 Speaker 1: Yeah. 25:15 Speaker 1: Yes. I really do. For your That would be better than a sub q. Yes. For your gut. 25:21 Speaker 0: Yeah. Well, we've done a lot of research and we've talked about this a lot. Will and I have talked about it and I wanna touch on this really quickly again because, 25:30 Speaker 0: know, the studying that we continue to do, know, we have a chemist and we do a lot of studying on different things and we don't wanna put out products that don't work. We just refuse to. Like, life is not about money for us, but we wanna make things work, but we have studied more and more and more about the BPC in particular. 25:46 Speaker 0: And we have come to the conclusion that 25:49 Speaker 0: if it does work in pill form. So we've started to get that going. So BPC pill form will be out there soon with us because we've done a lot of study, and it finally has shown that actually we think that it works. Yeah, 26:04 Speaker 1: absolutely. 26:05 Speaker 1: And 26:06 Speaker 1: I hear all the time from people who are suffering from just 26:10 Speaker 1: from gut disorders, whether that be like Crohn's disease, leaky gut, right, 26:17 Speaker 1: down to just like, oh, didn't really have stomach pain. Also, dude, again, our gut is like our 2nd brain. It's like our brain for our 26:23 Speaker 1: physical body, and if that is healthy and happy, the rest of your body's gonna fall in line, which makes sense that it would help with autoimmune disorders too. 26:32 Speaker 1: And so I guess 26:35 Speaker 1: it is if you're having any type of issues, 26:39 Speaker 1: it's worth a try. I'm 26:41 Speaker 0: anxious to see once we let that out and just get some feedback from people. That's 1 of the beautiful things about owning a peptide company is getting the feedback 26:50 Speaker 0: for people to try the different things and how they work. I'm excited to see how it works for people. See, it really does help the gut. I mean, dude, think about it, man. The food we eat, we've talked about it so much. The food is such just crap. Seed oils, 27:03 Speaker 0: just so much crap, man. Our guts are just being destroyed, our gut biome by just the crap sugar, 27:10 Speaker 0: seed oil, all the stuff in it. So man, anything that we can do to combat and help that out, man, sign us up. Absolutely. 27:18 Speaker 0: You know what I mean? Yeah. Real quick dosages. So so you got Melanotan 27:23 Speaker 0: 1, Melanotan 2. Would you they're gonna be different in regards to I know how often you should take them, but any dosages, regular? Yeah. 27:31 Speaker 1: So I would 27:32 Speaker 1: I would say I would dose them the same as far as the actual amount of injection. And so here is the best my what I do, I think I'm sensitive to them. Like, I get really flushed really easy. 27:43 Speaker 1: I do if I have a 10 mg bottle of ether, k, 27:48 Speaker 1: I'll add 2 mls of water. Yep. And then I will inject 27:54 Speaker 1: 5 units 27:55 Speaker 1: on a u 100 syringe, k, which is 0.05 27:59 Speaker 1: of a milliliter. 28:00 Speaker 1: So 28:02 Speaker 1: 2 mils of water and then 5 units. K? That that and that that adds up to being 0.25 28:08 Speaker 1: mg. 28:09 Speaker 1: Right. So a 10 mg bottle, 0.25 mg. So that's what I would do 28:14 Speaker 1: for any injection. I would do it at night because if it's gonna make you nauseous, cool. It's just gonna make you nauseous while you're sleeping. You'll be fine the next morning. Yep. I would do it the night before you know you're gonna get sun. Sure. Okay? I would also say, hey, like do a loading phase and then start maintenance and get to that maintenance phase pretty fast. So with Melanotan II, 28:36 Speaker 1: I'd say do that dose 3 times a week for week 1 and week 2. Yeah. Maybe week 3, twice a week. Yep. And you judge from there like you should, you might be able to go once a week from there, maybe just, maybe twice a week. 28:50 Speaker 1: On 28:51 Speaker 1: Melanotan 1, I would start off with twice a week for weeks 1 and 2, and then you probably be okay with just doing once a week from then on. Yeah. If you want more tan, I would you could do a little bit more, but try to get into the sun more. It goes a long way, trust me, folks. I mean, compounds, 29:09 Speaker 1: you don't need it as much as you think. So go slow. Yeah. Yeah. Go slow, dude. Let it just, yeah, let it happen over time, but just like you have to get sun. 29:19 Speaker 1: And think about, 29:21 Speaker 1: you know, 33 29:22 Speaker 1: 0.5 life on on M10 1. 29:25 Speaker 1: And so 29:27 Speaker 1: do it and then get make sure you get sun within then. The 33 minutes on M 102. 29:32 Speaker 1: Well, again, it builds up, so it's not like you have to do it and go run out to the sun, but the closer you are to that injection, the better. Right. 29:40 Speaker 0: Nice, man. Well, could we broke those down again? So again, I wanna remind everybody that we will be doing a Q and A. We'll be releasing that. I'll throw it out on 1 of my reels and I'll throw it out and let you guys know. We don't know the exact day, but we will let you know how to send us the questions and we'll take a good 30 to 45 minutes, however many questions that we have, and we'll answer your questions. 30:04 Speaker 0: We're looking forward to expanding, man. Yep. Yes, sir. All right. So I hope you enjoyed the podcast, 30:10 Speaker 0: my friends. Remember you can log on and you can check out that deal online, 30:14 Speaker 0: warriormakers.com. 30:17 Speaker 0: And that's all we got.
