Haas across the way. 0:21 Speaker 0: Happy What a Wednesday. What day is How 0:25 Speaker 1: to think about that? How to think about 0:28 Speaker 1: that? What's going on, man? What's new? Busy, busy, busy, busy. Busy, busy, busy. You gotta go to a wedding this weekend. 0:34 Speaker 1: Somebody I know? No. No. It's not. 0:38 Speaker 1: My girlfriend bought me some spiked shoes last night. 0:42 Speaker 1: I don't know how I feel about them. But they literally have a bunch of spikes on them, and they're supposed to be dressed they're supposed to be, like, dress shoes. 0:49 Speaker 1: You you not you don't strike me as the punk rocker guy. No. No. Not so much. Mean, know. I'm still gonna wear them. They're kinda cool, but, like, it's kind of an odd thing. But 1:00 Speaker 0: Hey, man. It's getting serious, dude. Your girl's buying you gear? I know. 1:04 Speaker 1: Well, 1:05 Speaker 1: right. 1:07 Speaker 1: She had the day off and decided to go to the outlet mall. It's an hour and 0.5 away. 1:11 Speaker 1: Nice. 1:11 Speaker 0: My wife just went to that Viore cell and came back with, like, I don't even know about her. Like like, 5 10 shorts 10 new pairs of shorts. I'm like, sweet. That'll work. That's great. I mean Where's Rod? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, those honestly, she's back. I need man. So if you need shorts, tell her. She'll get you some Really? I probably Yeah. They're they're rebooting it today, guess, and she's like, she's looking for some pants for me. Okay. Yeah. I mean, all this stuff is, like, most mostly gone by day 2, but 1:38 Speaker 1: they 1:40 Speaker 1: oh, they are? Shoot. I will text her. 1:43 Speaker 0: Everybody has been going, are you were they talking about some gear in Viore? Yes. We are. No. We don't get paid to say that. But 1:51 Speaker 0: Our show. Our show. We're excited about today though. I mean, today is 1:56 Speaker 0: gosh, we're coming up on cold season. 1:59 Speaker 0: I mean, I I walked into the office today early, man, and I was freezing my balls off. It was like 58 degrees. 2:05 Speaker 1: Yes, I know. Last night, I was like, here I can take the I might have to take the air conditioners out of my house, out of my bedroom. I know. Californians, 2:13 Speaker 0: man, think freezing is 58 degrees. Everybody else in like Montana is like, dude. Yeah. Whatever. It's whatever, 2:19 Speaker 1: Yeah, I know. But it's California, so that you don't know, politics 2:23 Speaker 0: suck. The cost of living sucks, but the weather is unbeatable, man. It's unbeatable. 2:29 Speaker 0: From Hawaii 2:31 Speaker 0: Yeah. California is legit. But so point of that is this point of that is this guys, we are gonna talk about the immune boosters, 2:39 Speaker 0: right, we're gonna talk about 3 2:41 Speaker 0: compounds that, man, we're coming up on 6 season, flu season, and we're gonna talk about 3 compounds that are gonna basically enhance your immune system, and 2:51 Speaker 0: most all 3 of them to a degree have a governor that are going to, if it's a hyper immune system, calm it down, or if you're low like a lot of people are, they're gonna enhance it. So a lot of similarities, 3:02 Speaker 0: but in different forms. So we got 3:04 Speaker 0: vasoactive intestinal peptide, 3:06 Speaker 0: better known as VIP, 3:08 Speaker 0: a popular 1. Obviously, most people know this 1 by now for the immune system, it's gonna be TA-one, 3:14 Speaker 0: which is Thymosin Alpha-one, 3:16 Speaker 0: and 1 we have not discussed yet for sure is gonna be LL-thirty 3:21 Speaker 0: 7. 3:22 Speaker 0: All immune boosters all do amazing things. Think everybody's gonna really enjoy this episode because Will and I always kinda always talk a little bit about some of things we're gonna say, and man, it's exciting stuff, man. I get I get excited. I was gonna go grab 1 right now and take it. LL-seven. 3:38 Speaker 1: That is true. Now. That sounds good. Excited. Right. I know. I I read this stuff. I'm like, oh, shit. It does that? Like, damn. Why have I not done that? Right. Right. I need to do I need to do more of this. So I only gotta go call a couple of people who are who are just complaining about this the other day. Yeah. 3:53 Speaker 0: It's exciting. All this stuff. Yeah, let's start because I know for a fact we have not talked about L-37s, 3:58 Speaker 0: so let's start there because, man, this is a rad, rad compound. I don't hear many people online talking about it, so let's dig into this a little bit. So, as always, 4:07 Speaker 0: Will, tell us a little bit about what it does, who should take it, and just tell us a little bit about it. Well, 1st of all, I wanna continue the weather thing. I would argue that California weather is too perfect, 4:17 Speaker 1: and it's a little bit boring. 4:19 Speaker 1: Right? Like, dude, there's a lot to be said, like, to have a little, like, some natural disasters here and there are kind of fun. Like, there's nothing it's just perfect all the time. We're jinxed. 4:28 Speaker 1: But That's Yes. An earthquake, man. Good problem. Yeah. But the earthquake I mean, well, since I've been here 4:35 Speaker 1: I mean, I don't even know. I don't feel the earthquakes mostly, but I guess the bad ones could be bad. All right. Anyway, on to LL-37s. 4:42 Speaker 1: I Oh, there's that. 4:45 Speaker 1: Have heard a lot about this in discussions 4:48 Speaker 1: and in different protocols when you look online, 4:52 Speaker 1: but basically, 4:53 Speaker 1: it does a whole lot of things, and everything we're going to talk about is still actively being researched, we're learning new things. Of 5:00 Speaker 1: None of these are FDA approved for 5:03 Speaker 1: specific things. Therefore, you're not gonna see them on commercials. You're not gonna 5:08 Speaker 1: see them anywhere, 5:10 Speaker 1: although Thymosin Alpha is 5:12 Speaker 1: approved in about 35 other countries under a brand name. But LL-thirty 7 is mostly a broad spectrum 5:19 Speaker 1: antimicrobial 5:22 Speaker 1: antivirus. 5:25 Speaker 1: It 5:26 Speaker 1: so it is basically going to and and I guess 5:29 Speaker 1: it's gonna help, like, reduce 5:31 Speaker 1: any 5:33 Speaker 1: fungus or microbes that you have in your body by and will also So we're just gonna go to the general stuff. 5:41 Speaker 1: Angiogenesis is also being studied and certain approved that really will work for wound healing, because angiogenesis 5:47 Speaker 1: means the formation of new blood vessels. 5:51 Speaker 1: Blood means healing because blood has nutrients, 5:54 Speaker 1: and gonna heal you faster. So go figure, right? We talk about all these other healing peptides, and this happens to be 1 that is very helpful. 6:03 Speaker 1: It And helps heal tissues. 6:05 Speaker 1: Yep, heal tissues. It will also 6:09 Speaker 1: increases 6:11 Speaker 1: your blood vessel lining, so 6:14 Speaker 1: now your blood is flowing smooth and can get to different, better places in 6:19 Speaker 1: your body. 6:20 Speaker 1: Therefore, 6:23 Speaker 1: we can talk about VIP also, but that's gonna increase 6:26 Speaker 1: nitric oxide. But basically, we're looking at a broad spectrum antimicrobial. 6:32 Speaker 1: So I have known a few people who have had 6:35 Speaker 1: mold poisoning, so that's a big 1, and have taken this and VIP and have healed themselves. 6:41 Speaker 1: Well, their doc their doctor told them to take this stuff and it would be rare. 6:47 Speaker 1: Yeah. Wow. It is rare. Because that stuff scare I think we were talking about this before. Right? If you have this mold poisoning and it's serious and we've known people who have that, you kinda don't really know what's going on with yourself. Why do I feel like shit? 7:00 Speaker 1: Yeah. 7:01 Speaker 1: Why am I sick and I'm 7:03 Speaker 1: still sick and I'm actually deteriorating, like, over time? This ain't getting any better. Right? Then finally, I think that they've 7:10 Speaker 1: worked themselves to the 1st doctor who just 7:13 Speaker 1: gives them a sleeping pill or something like that, gives them a Xanax, and that doesn't help. Then they go see a few more until they finally get a doctor who cares and thinks out of the box and Right. Figures it out and gives them correct treatment that helps. 7:28 Speaker 0: So, those doctors have to be thriving now, because I think so many people are seeking that. Think so many people are seeking just something different because they don't wanna take certain pills. 7:37 Speaker 0: I love it. I grew up. I we had Doctor. Cagrilintide on last, was it last week or the week before, whatever it was, and you know, he thinks outside the box, and those doctors are thriving, just because 7:48 Speaker 0: they're looking for different answers like this. Can't believe that doctor 7:53 Speaker 0: didn't prescribe because that doctor can't prescribe, but he can suggest 7:57 Speaker 0: taking LL-377, 7:59 Speaker 0: so that's cool, man. That's awesome. 8:01 Speaker 0: Fungus, 8:02 Speaker 0: it's 8:03 Speaker 0: gonna help with fungus, 8:05 Speaker 0: which is huge because I was sitting 8:08 Speaker 0: with a guy the other day, 8:11 Speaker 0: kind of a fitness guy that I went to dinner with a few people, and we were discussing 8:16 Speaker 0: just, you know, fitness, different diets, different diets, different He went through the stage where he was just super, super sick, and he couldn't figure out what it was, and naturally went to Doctor. Drocht. They're giving him all these pills, blah blah blah. Long story short, he figured out that it was a fungus. I don't know, I don't remember how he figured that out. 8:35 Speaker 0: He didn't take LL-thirty 7, he takes something else that I won't mention here, but it's definitely not something that's generally prescribed by a normal doctor. And it was gone in 2 weeks. He dealt with it for a couple years, he said, he took this, know, gone in 2 weeks. 8:48 Speaker 0: So those are the doctors that are gonna do well, man, just doing different stuff. Yeah. It's also being studied in 8:54 Speaker 1: for COVID. 8:56 Speaker 1: Oxycodone was such a big deal, right, this has been 1 that they are still studying for that. Long COVID? Yes. Long COVID just I think that gets it right. 9:05 Speaker 0: Your 9:07 Speaker 0: your Lungs. Lungs and stuff like that. It's Yes. It does. I think that's what I was reading in regards to that. I don't know anybody that has had that, do you? 9:15 Speaker 1: Long COVID? Dude, I don't even know, man. I think that people say that. Like, 9:20 Speaker 1: I don't know. I'm sure people have have it, but I don't know. The people who I maybe talk to just complain and say, I think it's long COVID. Right? So Well, if you have it, here you go. Yeah. I mean, it's worth a try. Yeah. It's worth a try. Right? Like they said, it limits bacterial 9:35 Speaker 1: overgrowth. 9:36 Speaker 1: Like, cool. It's not gonna prevent you from getting a bacterial infection or fungus, but it will absolutely limit the spread of it while it's they're studying it, to limit the spread of that. 9:46 Speaker 1: Chronic infections, 9:47 Speaker 1: you know, even gut healing, biofilm busting, 9:51 Speaker 1: and skin wound healing. I would say, though, that there is so there is a worry of 9:56 Speaker 1: if you have an autoimmune disorder, 9:59 Speaker 1: could hey, it could help it on certain ones, but it could 10:03 Speaker 1: make it worse. So 10:05 Speaker 1: be careful. Use at your own risk and try. Also, there's a higher risk because 10:11 Speaker 1: this is a complex peptide and it is seriously, 10:15 Speaker 1: I don't know, it's doing a lot to your body. All of these actually are. It's not a simple supplement. 10:20 Speaker 1: This 10:21 Speaker 1: 1 is strong, and people could develop 10:26 Speaker 1: an allergic reaction to this like they do at times like CJC-twelve 10:30 Speaker 1: 95. 10:31 Speaker 1: So 10:32 Speaker 1: if 10:33 Speaker 1: you do this and you get a red bump while you're at your injection site, right, or you're getting any type of, I don't know, rash or hives, 10:42 Speaker 1: that is an allergic reaction because your body sees, Hey, there's this foreign substance that I don't like that isn't me. Right? That's its reaction to try to get rid of it and get it out. Generally, just taking, 10:53 Speaker 1: I like to take Xyzal, but 10:56 Speaker 1: a 10:58 Speaker 1: antihistamine, 10:59 Speaker 1: because your body's producing histamines and that's what you see, will probably take care of those issues. So FYI. 11:05 Speaker 0: Yeah, so it's good for 11:08 Speaker 0: leaky gut. I've read it's good for leaky gut and for anybody that thinks that that isn't real. I mean, the reason I say that is I've read about that for years, I've had gut problems for a very long time. I'm actually in the middle of trying to fix some gut problems with Doctor. Cagril. He and I are doing some different things, change my diet, changing some supplements that I will be talking about on some of my reals and whatnot, but 11:30 Speaker 0: leaky gut, the reason I'm even talking about this, I went to a GI doctor literally, and I had been reading about leaky gut, so I 11:37 Speaker 0: knew that it was real. But I went to a GI doctor and he looked at me like I had alien horns. Now he's like, that doesn't exist. And I'm like, really? Because I've actually read quite a bit about it. And 11:47 Speaker 0: now it's in the literature, so that was years ago, but now leaky gut is at least known as a thing, so it will help with that. I think 11:55 Speaker 0: anybody 11:57 Speaker 0: that hasn't been living under a rock at this point knows that the food is poison, the seed oils 12:04 Speaker 0: seed oils are affecting our gut, the sugar that is in literally everything in the store 12:09 Speaker 0: is affecting our gut biome, it's just really affecting that leaky gut, 12:14 Speaker 0: inflammation 12:15 Speaker 0: of our guts, 12:16 Speaker 0: killing different bacterias, whatever the case, and those can cause autoimmune issues. I mean, you know, so many people have autoimmune issues. There's a plethora of them. 12:28 Speaker 0: This has been known to help with autoimmune issues. That's super vague, but I can name a bunch, but like, as Will said, 12:35 Speaker 0: you don't know if it's gonna enhance it or if it's going to make it worse. You just won't know until you try it. I've tried 12:43 Speaker 0: Thymosin Alpha, and I have an autoimmune issue, and 12:47 Speaker 0: I had a flare up. So I don't know if it was the, I don't know if that was the culprit, 12:51 Speaker 0: but I did have a flare up. So you just have to try these things, guys. I mean, as I do, as we do, 12:58 Speaker 0: you know, they can help or they can also enhance. So- Yep. That kind of complicates that, but it's just the truth. I mean, it can help because it helps with leaky gut, it helps with things that can help with autoimmune, 13:09 Speaker 0: but if you have 1 of those ones that it just doesn't do well, it can inflare it. So- Yep. I would say with LL-thirty 7, this 1 is probably to be used, like, when you have a 13:19 Speaker 1: serious 13:20 Speaker 1: serious issue that can't really be solved through your diet and exercise and and any just easy conventional ways, right, and that we think is an actual, 13:29 Speaker 1: microbial 13:31 Speaker 1: or bacterial 13:32 Speaker 1: infection. 13:33 Speaker 0: Sure. 13:33 Speaker 0: Well, you know, another thing that this is we should discuss is it can help. I'm going to emphasize it can help with MRSA, 13:41 Speaker 0: which MRSA, 13:43 Speaker 0: there's, my understanding is there's 2 different types of MRSA, 1 really bad MRSA and 1 MRSA, 1 that's like a lighter 1, and I'll tell you a little example that my experience with MRSA, and Will and I were discussing this before, well, I've had numerous back surgeries, I think it was my 3rd back surgery. 13:58 Speaker 0: I went into the hospital, it was really bad, so I had to stay there a couple days. 14:03 Speaker 0: While I was in the hospital, I got MRSA, and like I went home, 14:07 Speaker 0: and I was home for a few days, and 14:10 Speaker 0: my back was killing me. I was like, Dude, wow, I shouldn't be in so much pain, right? And my back started swelling up, like with all this fluid. And I'm like, Yeah, I think there's something wrong. So I go back to the hospital and lo and behold, I had MRSA. 14:24 Speaker 0: Luckily, it was, like, the, I guess, the milder 1, but I had to stay in the hospital with a a PICC line Yep. For days just getting stuck. 14:32 Speaker 0: So it can help with that. I wish I would've known about it then, but I have read that it does. It can. Mhmm. It says it can help with MRSA. Because MRSA is really rad because MRSA is strong. MRSA is strong, and it is the 1 the the the few things that is just known resistant 14:47 Speaker 1: to 14:48 Speaker 1: all of our antibiotics that we know and use. So 14:51 Speaker 1: it is nice to have some alternate, 14:53 Speaker 1: well, antibiotics. 14:55 Speaker 1: I don't think it's classically an antibiotic, but also so another 1 too is Lyme's disease. If you have Lyme's disease, I think it's worth a shot. I've actually had several people tell me that they have Lyme's disease and what I should what they should take with Lyme disease. So 15:10 Speaker 1: this is worth a while. Researching and maybe trying. 15:14 Speaker 1: Yeah. 15:15 Speaker 1: If you're desperate, 15:16 Speaker 0: and those who have that probably are because that sucks. Well, because Lyme disease is a bacteria infection, basically. So why wouldn't it work? Right. Yeah. It's not an autoimmune. It's a bacteria. 15:28 Speaker 0: Right. Right. So makes sense. Yep. Alright. We'd love to go. How about some dosage 15:34 Speaker 0: dosages? What would you say? Okay. 15:37 Speaker 1: So 15:38 Speaker 1: I've looked and 15:40 Speaker 1: so about I would say, let's range between 100 to 500 15:45 Speaker 1: micrograms 15:48 Speaker 1: daily. So if we're at 100 micrograms, 15:50 Speaker 1: maybe daily to 3 times a week or every other day, 15:53 Speaker 1: 500 micrograms is the highest 15:56 Speaker 1: dose that they are researching for humans. 16:00 Speaker 1: That 1, you know, 500 micrograms 3 days a week, 16:04 Speaker 1: if you're 16:05 Speaker 0: yeah. If you have some known bacterial infection that you really that is that is really hurting, I'd that's probably what I would do. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I think that, like, there's many peptides that you can actually take quite a bit of, and we've discussed many of them on the show. Wolverine, 16:20 Speaker 0: TB 500, BPC, you know, peptides like that. These are not the ones that you wanna do that with. These are just not the ones. You'll get you'd you'd probably get flushed 16:30 Speaker 0: right away. 16:31 Speaker 0: If you get if you take a peptide, I think if you're getting flushed, that would be a peptide you should not overdo. 16:37 Speaker 0: Yes. I mean, your body's saying, 16:39 Speaker 1: woah, dude. Yeah. Yeah. You know what mean? You don't get like that of BPC. You take a lot of Yeah. And people would know also just realize this, people, the leaner that you are, 16:49 Speaker 1: and frankly, the faster that you inject any of these peptides in. Right? Sometimes you do get flushed from I mean, heck, if you did a lot of BPC, 16:58 Speaker 1: that could potentially flush you. But all of these, if you're leaner, it's got no fat to absorb in, and so it hits you right now really quick, and that's why people will get some of this flush feeling. Right? That and the pet pet is stronger 17:12 Speaker 1: and other reasons, but just know that. Right? Leaner you are sometimes or people say, Oh, I kinda fell off. Well, maybe try and actually inject a little bit slower. That actually will make a difference. 17:23 Speaker 0: Good point, man. Yeah. Point, sir. I inject quick, so I should heed your advice. 17:30 Speaker 0: That's cool. Yeah. So LL 37, I have not. I can't give you any personal experience, and this is 1 of the few I have not tried, but I plan to 17:38 Speaker 0: plan to real soon. Yeah. So 17:40 Speaker 0: cool. So let's let's go into the vasoactive 17:43 Speaker 0: intestine. Okay. Yep. I noticed that. 17:47 Speaker 1: Yeah. Ip. Yeah. Talk about making you flush. 17:51 Speaker 1: All tried this a long time ago, 17:53 Speaker 1: and even a small dose, I don't know if there is a way to take it 17:58 Speaker 1: and not be flushed. And, again, we're not saying being flushed is bad. Right? Like, PT 1 41, 18:05 Speaker 1: Melanotan, 18:06 Speaker 1: no matter what. You know, I am, like, bright red on all of those. 18:12 Speaker 1: Yeah, this thing the VIP is strong, and you better take a little a little bit. Right? So it's a vaso intestinal peptide. 18:19 Speaker 1: Right? It's 18:23 Speaker 1: a vasodilator, 18:24 Speaker 1: bronchodilator, 18:26 Speaker 1: but also it starts it's 18:29 Speaker 1: about your intestines, so it's gonna help with your digestion, help with motility, 18:34 Speaker 1: which helps you, like I mean, that's what makes you poop. Right? It's gonna relax your stomach 18:39 Speaker 1: so you can do a bowel movement easier. 18:43 Speaker 1: It's an antiviral infection, anti like an immune system, anti inflammatory. 18:49 Speaker 1: What else are we 18:50 Speaker 0: It helps with your gut lining very similar to the LL 37, so it's gonna help with gut. 18:57 Speaker 0: Yes. So we all need that. 18:59 Speaker 0: Huge. COPD. Good for COPD. That's right. Yep. So good for lungs. So if you get, like, a you know, 1, if you have COPD, the obvious is try it. Try it. You should be taking this. 19:10 Speaker 0: If you get, like, a bad, 19:13 Speaker 0: like, cough or, you know, when you get all that crappy crap in your chest and you're coughing up like green stuff, this is your guy. VIP is what you wanna take, so it will definitely help with that. Lungs, 19:24 Speaker 0: clearing of the lungs, it helps with asthma, 19:27 Speaker 0: any type of breathing. So if you have a child, I don't say child, let me take that back, if you have asthma, 19:33 Speaker 0: this could help. So any type of breathing issues or if, like, you're just going through something where you're having trouble breathing, VIP can help clear your your your your 19:43 Speaker 0: bleed breathing airway. 19:44 Speaker 1: And in theory, like, for performance enhancing. Right? It's a bronchodilator. 19:49 Speaker 1: Have you ever taken an inhaler and 19:52 Speaker 1: which is a steroidal, like, you know, bronchiovasylator, 19:56 Speaker 1: so so is clenbuterol. 19:57 Speaker 1: Right? That's why they give it to racehorses and boxers. Right? Because they it just opens 20:02 Speaker 1: up your airways, and now you can run and suck more air in. 20:06 Speaker 1: And it's a vasodilator, 20:07 Speaker 1: so so 20:09 Speaker 1: that's why you go really red. K, because blood vessels are disturbed and you can see the blood. So it will help those of you gym res. Right? It'll 20:17 Speaker 1: give you bigger pumps for sure 20:19 Speaker 1: and allow you to do more cardio easier. 20:22 Speaker 0: So it's also 1 of the things I think that's we should discuss is it has been known to bring blood pressure down. So a lot of people will think, 20:31 Speaker 0: and I know this because 20:33 Speaker 0: anybody that follows my fitness stuff that I've done throughout the years is 20:37 Speaker 0: high fat, high protein. That's 1 of my things, I love it. I love a high fat diet, 20:41 Speaker 0: but a lot of people kind of have attacked me, for lack of a better way to say that, because of cholesterol and things like that, which a lot of people don't realize it's not cholesterol that clogs your arteries, it is inflammation that clogs your arteries. Inflammation leads to 20:56 Speaker 0: you having heart attacks and whatnot, so high blood pressure is part of that, so this will help with that if you're someone that has high blood pressure, I should say it can help with that, so if you do have high blood pressure, here you go. COPD, high blood pressure, these are things these are the type of people that should be trying this. Yep, massive 21:15 Speaker 1: chronic inflammatory 21:16 Speaker 1: conditions, and also people are taking it for mold illness. So 21:21 Speaker 1: if you have that, I would try both of these things. 21:25 Speaker 1: And 21:26 Speaker 1: I think we've about 21:27 Speaker 1: really covered that 1. 21:30 Speaker 0: Yeah, so it's great. Think that be 21:32 Speaker 0: prepared. I wanna reiterate this just because this 1 I have taken, Will and I have both taken this and had the same experience. I've been taking it recently, 21:41 Speaker 0: and 21:41 Speaker 0: man, you are like immediately. 21:46 Speaker 1: Yep. It's like, holy shit flush. So you started taking you started taking it overnight. You started taking it in. I take 21:54 Speaker 0: a lot of my peptides in the morning, and I just take it in the morning. And, like, I was like, so my wife was like, dude, what's wrong with you, dude? Like, your face is, like, super red. And I was just like, I felt like my face was gonna pop. It was so red. So now I take it right before I go to bed. I only take it Monday, Wednesday, Friday. So 22:10 Speaker 1: but, yeah, it will knock you on your butt, man, if you take too much. Mhmm. Okay. And unlike LL 37, I do think that LL 37 maybe is something you don't take as, like, a preventive 22:20 Speaker 1: preventative peptide. Maybe it's reactive thing when you think you have this condition. 22:25 Speaker 1: I do think that VIP, I would take it and probably will start taking it again soon, is a good 22:31 Speaker 1: preventative and general health item just for all the other things. Right? Hey, if it's gonna 22:36 Speaker 1: increase just the most basic 22:38 Speaker 1: blood flow everywhere, right, this is why people take beet supplements. Right? If we have more blood going to your brain, stomach, everywhere, everything is gonna work better and be healthier. 22:47 Speaker 1: Blood carries oxygen and nutrients, and 22:50 Speaker 1: it will help with every everything. 22:53 Speaker 0: Yeah. I love that. So if you get like, if you're someone that you have, you know, get some blood work done, which Will and I have discussed a lot of times, especially if you're over 40, man, you should I'm not I say this, I'm not living by my own advice, I have used to do this every 90 days, give or take, would run my blood work. I haven't been as religious at that as I have, but I recently got some blood work done and just some of the inflammation 23:16 Speaker 0: markers were a little bit higher, not to the degree where Doctor. 23:20 Speaker 0: Cauley was nervous, but he's like, Let's switch things up a little bit, change it, blah, blah, blah. That's the reason why I started taking BIP. 23:26 Speaker 0: Cool. It brings that inflammation down and 23:30 Speaker 0: vascularity, 23:31 Speaker 0: like, flow, things like that. So that's the why. That's why I took it. Yep. So good to go. Good. Dosage. 23:37 Speaker 1: So, again, don't How take too 23:38 Speaker 1: much is too much? 23:40 Speaker 1: I think, what was it, 100 to 200 micrograms 23:46 Speaker 1: daily, 3 times a week, maybe is maybe 0.3 a week is more appropriate, especially at the beginning. 23:52 Speaker 1: They so that's a tiny little bit. Tiny? That's a tiny, tiny little bit. 23:58 Speaker 1: If you have, like, a 10 mg 24:00 Speaker 1: vial of VIP, 24:02 Speaker 1: I would put in the max amount of water, right, which is in the 3 mil vial. It's 3 mils of water, and I would do no more than 5 units. 24:10 Speaker 1: That gives you approximately 24:13 Speaker 1: 200 24:13 Speaker 1: micrograms. 24:15 Speaker 1: So that's like I doubled it. Yeah. It's like this much. Yeah. Yeah. 24:22 Speaker 1: Heed my advice, please. Yeah. Yeah. I'm hearing you. A lot of us have taken too much of something before. I definitely have. 24:29 Speaker 1: Yeah. 24:31 Speaker 1: It's not meant to us. Don't judge us. We're you're getting judged right now. But that's cool, man. Let's see what we can do. We'll make all the mistakes. We'll make all the mistakes for you. Yeah. We have been attempting this stuff for you, so we're the guinea pigs for you guys. 24:45 Speaker 0: Alright. Thymosin Alpha-one. TA-one 24:48 Speaker 0: is known as 24:49 Speaker 0: we've talked about this. 24:51 Speaker 0: It's worth talking about it again. 24:53 Speaker 0: A lot of people don't know that it is the best in regards to the inflammation. So bringing inflammation down, it is known as the best. So if you are inflamed, 25:02 Speaker 0: which we all are, dimethyl alpha-one is your guy. So what else you got? 25:07 Speaker 1: So it's this 1 more than the others is more of like a thermostat for your immune system and a regulator. So it is not just a pure, like, immune stimulant. It's not just going, hey, immune system. Work really, really, really hard, really good, no matter what. Right? It is really it kinda reads the temp of the room, and it goes, Hey, if I'm too hot, let's bring it down. It's too cold, let's bring it up. So it's gonna, yeah, it's gonna regulate your immune system. So 25:35 Speaker 1: theoretically 25:36 Speaker 1: and I know and and also so if we have 25:38 Speaker 1: autoimmune 25:39 Speaker 1: disorders, 25:40 Speaker 1: hey. It it can absolutely help lower that immune system so they're not attacking you. Now it is been said, you've experienced this, if in the middle of a flare up, 25:50 Speaker 1: it could make an autoimmune disorder be a little bit worse. So 25:55 Speaker 1: go figure. You guys, everybody just needs to 25:58 Speaker 1: try and experiment. But it floods you with T regulatory cells. Also, what it does 26:05 Speaker 1: is 26:07 Speaker 1: so it really it takes your what am I looking oh, dendritic cells. So it's actually kind of cool. So T cells is what what fight 26:13 Speaker 1: off 26:15 Speaker 1: fight off anything bad in your system. Okay? 26:18 Speaker 0: The the 26:19 Speaker 1: yeah. Cancer, 26:21 Speaker 1: anything else that's just attacking you attacking you. So these dendritic cells are 26:26 Speaker 1: it it floods you with these, and those things go in and find the problems and basically explain the evidence to the T cells for the T cells to go then kill everything. 26:36 Speaker 1: Yeah. Good way of explaining that. Really how it's working. 26:39 Speaker 1: Yeah. That's right. 26:41 Speaker 1: That's good way of explaining that. And number 1 on, 26:45 Speaker 1: it comes from the Thymosin, same thing with TB 500, thymosin beta 4. 26:50 Speaker 1: They are both great with anti inflammation. 26:54 Speaker 1: This is probably your best anti inflammatory, 26:57 Speaker 1: hands down. 27:00 Speaker 0: Yeah. I would say out of all 3 of these, they're all for immunity. I would say this 1 in in regards to trying to combat sickness would be taken, like, 1st. Like, you can take it for longer periods, and I I've taken it for long periods, like, and I have. So I'll tell you a little bit of my firsthand experience because these are pretty couple couple cool stories of for both my wife and I. So we all 27:23 Speaker 0: we all flew out to Mexico Cancun for a wedding, and I was taking Thymosin Alpha because we were gonna fly. I was already taking it. So we fly out to Cancun, and I don't know if it was something in the food. I don't have a clue. Water, probably. 27:36 Speaker 0: And there's like 50 people, something like that, a lot. And everybody came back sick, like, sick, sick, sick, like, really sick, like, stomach ache sick, my my wife and my 2 boys. 27:46 Speaker 0: And I was the only person that I knew of that didn't get sick. So was that because of Thymosin Alpha-one? 27:52 Speaker 0: Probably. 27:53 Speaker 0: My wife telling her that after got right on it because she's like, Well, shoot. And then 1 of the things with her is that 28:00 Speaker 0: she, you know, has 2 We have 2 boys and I have an 18 month old and he wakes up a lot still during the night, so she gets up with him and is running on like little sleep, so that obviously brings down your immune system and makes you tired, blah, blah, blah. She was getting sick a lot. 28:15 Speaker 0: This was before Cancun, and then I had put her on this because 28:19 Speaker 0: of that, and she didn't get sick since. You know, when she's on it, she doesn't get sick. So it's huge. I think it's very powerful. 28:26 Speaker 0: Last little story that I will just throw out there for you ladies is 28:31 Speaker 0: so where my wife gets her Botox, the gal, her name is Lee, she owns a couple of different spots, she's amazing. She is the type of gal that studies 28:39 Speaker 0: this stuff. She's into peptides. She's into these types of stuff that we're in. So she and I have these rad conversations. Anyway, she flies all over the world and does different classes and studies and stuff, so very, very bright girls is my point. 28:51 Speaker 0: And she was telling my wife that thymosin alpha-one in particular will 28:55 Speaker 0: diminish the 28:57 Speaker 0: Botox because it's so powerful, so it will basically run out quicker. 29:02 Speaker 0: And my wife has just let me know that that is the case. So for you ladies, just so you know, kind of a fun fact, if you take Botox, this might not be what you wanna take because it will cost you more in the long run, but you'd be healthy. So you pick your poison. 29:16 Speaker 1: I actually was at a so I was at my friend's 29:19 Speaker 1: kid's birthday party this weekend, and I was talking to a guy who incidentally, 29:23 Speaker 1: like, 29:25 Speaker 1: buys from us. But he was saying he tried thymosin alpha, and he's like, dude, I always get sick. I'm 1 who's, like, getting sick constantly. There's something wrong with me, and I started taking Thymosin Alpha. And lo and behold, my whole kid, my kids, my wife got sick, and I haven't been sick. And now it's been 2 times worth now that I haven't 29:42 Speaker 1: got sick. And usually, I get sick twice as much as them, but now I'm taking it. 29:47 Speaker 0: That's So Yeah. Pretty think it's legit, man. I mean, I think it's really powerful. If I had to choose 1 out of the 3, it would probably Thymosin Alpha just because of that. I think if you take it to prevent illness and I'm gonna tell you this straight up, if you are going on a trip, like we're flying we're flying to next month because we always take a trip at the end the month, you better believe we're gonna be both taking this because 30:07 Speaker 1: everybody knows that people get sick on planes. So if you're flying, please take this. Yeah. And so we know this is the 1 that's I think the that I was saying is FDA well, not FDA approved. FDA is is Other countries. In America, but 30:19 Speaker 1: it is approved in 35 different countries 30:23 Speaker 1: under Zadaxin is the actual brand name. So 30:26 Speaker 1: and it has a, like, minor approval here in The US for certain things, but that's not, like, a full time approval. I'm not quite sure exactly in that process, so I don't wanna say the wrong things. But 30:38 Speaker 1: it's being used. It's being used widely, 30:40 Speaker 1: and 30:42 Speaker 1: I take it. 30:43 Speaker 1: My girlfriend takes it. I give it to my mother. She takes it, and it 30:48 Speaker 1: seems to work really well. 30:51 Speaker 0: I love it, man. Good stuff. Yeah. So that this now a question I think that people might ask, because I would if I was listening, can you take them together, or even better yet, should you take them together? 31:00 Speaker 0: Sure. I think they run synergistically. 31:04 Speaker 0: Should you, I don't know, 31:06 Speaker 0: I think they're going to all fight illnesses and enhance the immune system in different forms, 31:12 Speaker 1: so you can for sure. Should you? That's that's your choice, man. Yep. And there's no known interactions between all of them when used properly. Right? Hey, if you go inject 31:21 Speaker 1: a mil of VIP and take the other things, probably not gonna have good things are gonna happen, but it's not because of the interaction. 31:28 Speaker 1: Right. 31:29 Speaker 1: So, yeah, no known really interaction. Again, we've we've kinda talked about, hey. Which ones to take you, which situations potentially, 31:35 Speaker 1: how serious they are. Yeah. 31:38 Speaker 0: Yeah. So I'd agree with you there. Yeah. Rodman, I I think these are just you know, we were talking about today what we wanted to talk about, and I think we'll throughout the let's do 1 on immunity. Said that's great because, again, everybody's getting sick. It's it's cold season. Weather has changed. 31:53 Speaker 1: I thought it would be we thought it would be a perfect fit for today, so I think so. So I wanna I wanna share 1 little tip. So I my mother was just here this weekend, and I have given her she's had arthritis in both of her hands and went recently, so I told her to take BPC 32:08 Speaker 1: TB blend. 32:11 Speaker 1: I kind of walked her through it. She's 90 years old, but she acts like she's 70. 32:16 Speaker 0: But anyway- 32:17 Speaker 1: Nice. So she went to her doctor recently. The doctor's like, Yeah, you have arthritis. And she's looking at him and going, My hand doesn't feel like I have arthritis. 32:24 Speaker 1: So when I told her to do this, I told her to inject BPC TB into her hand. I said, But you're gonna need somebody to do it, right? Like, there's only You you only have 2 hands, and 1 of them is being used. So because 32:37 Speaker 1: we typically want to pinch skin, right, pull it up, and get the needle right there in the little sub q area. She's like she came over, and she's like, yeah. No. I did it myself. I just grabbed my little chip clip out of my, like, chip bag at my house 32:51 Speaker 1: and just did that. 32:53 Speaker 1: And it was perfectly enough just to, like, whoop, slip a needle right in there. Bam. Done. I was like, that's brilliant. 32:59 Speaker 0: And so people know those will have a Warrior Maker symbol on them, Symbols or something like that. Yeah. Yeah. 33:05 Speaker 0: Just your Custom. Just your Very smart. That's not tip. Very very very your mother. She's a sweetheart. Will's mom is, like, the kindest human on the planet. So Yeah. Yeah. 33:15 Speaker 1: And I will be traveling too. 90 years old, bro. 90 years old, really? She's no. Excuse me. I did I say that? I didn't mean to say that. She's not 90. She is 82. 33:23 Speaker 1: Okay. That's what I saying because I was like, damn. My bad. She's 90. My grandma just died recently of about 104. 33:28 Speaker 1: Damn. But she never drank any she drank, like, 1 drink. I don't know. She probably could count the amount of drinks that she's ever had. Probably, good for you. Never smoked a cigarette. Never nothing. 33:40 Speaker 1: And guess what happened? She had her she had double knee replacement at, like, 90 33:44 Speaker 0: when nobody's really having surgeries and won't take any drugs. Like, took the, you know, bike, I think, a day after, and then I was like, No, I'm good. Old school, baby. That was fine. Yeah. They don't make them like they used to, man. I'll tell you, like, we're going all the way. But my grandma and my grandpa on my mom's side were both passive at this point, but, man, they were from the old school. He fought a BT-52bomber. 34:05 Speaker 0: He was this Italian little badass. They were madly in love. He got Alzheimer's. 34:11 Speaker 0: She stayed by his bedside till he died and she took care of him. She was at the hospital every day taking care of him, wiping his butt. They do not make him like they used to, man. I remember seeing that. I was like, man, that is just admiring. 34:24 Speaker 1: Super fast. That's love, baby. Old school. Love it. My my grandparents got married the 3rd time they ever saw each other. 34:31 Speaker 1: They met twice 34:32 Speaker 1: before he went off to World War 2, 34:35 Speaker 1: and the 3rd time was their wedding. 34:37 Speaker 1: That that's crazy. Dude. Wrote letter we're in love. You know, wrote letters, all that stuff. He writes her a letter. You do love at 1st sight. Yeah. Me too. Let's go. Yeah. And they were married for the next, like, 60 years. 34:48 Speaker 1: Damn. Died married. So, yeah, 34:51 Speaker 1: it's nuts. 34:52 Speaker 1: Loyalty stuff. Yeah. 34:55 Speaker 0: Cool. Cool. Cool. So, yes, guys. And just to just kinda be redundant from the last 1, we are 35:02 Speaker 0: you can't see it, but I'm pointing over here. We're having this, 35:05 Speaker 0: podcast 35:05 Speaker 0: room set up. It will be about 2 weeks, give or take. Don't don't quote us on that exactly, but, soon, we will be sitting in the same room, different camera angles, and just we're gonna make it legit. So it should be a lot better of experience for you and us. So we're excited about it. Yeah. 35:20 Speaker 0: Good stuff. Good stuff coming down the pike. Mhmm. 35:23 Speaker 0: Cool. 35:24 Speaker 0: Right on. Anything else, man? No. 35:28 Speaker 0: That's all I got now. Leave us some DMs. Let us know what you think. We always get the, the love from you guys. Thank you so much. But, if you'd like us to cover anything, 35:37 Speaker 0: drop some comments. We read them all. Yep. Alright, guys. Take care.
