I'm your host, JD Denham. 0:04 Speaker 0: I got my good buddy and my cohost across the way, mister William T. That's what's going on, buddy. What's up, man? Happy to be here late in the afternoon. Yeah. We, Will and I stretched it to the very end to get this podcast out. It's gonna be dropping tomorrow, so our editor is gonna be working late, 0:22 Speaker 0: sometimes life is just life. It gets in the way, right? Yeah. Today, 0:26 Speaker 0: we have a special guest on the show. We have, he's a good friend of ours. That's a very, very busy man. He's been hard to track down, but we knew we'd get him on and today is the day. So we got Mr. 0:40 Speaker 0: Paul 0:41 Speaker 0: Bactiar. 0:42 Speaker 0: He has a background 0:44 Speaker 0: in business strategy, 0:46 Speaker 0: protocol development and patient care at 1 of the largest online hormone peptide clinics 0:52 Speaker 0: in The US. Let me just let you know, this guy is a peptide guru. He knows a lot about a lot. So welcome, Paul. How are you? Thank you, man. Doing great. Really, really excited to be here with you guys. Love coming down to Orange County and hanging out. So I really appreciate the time, man. Seriously, this is gonna be fun. It's been a long time coming, man. Will and I have been talking about having you on the show 1:12 Speaker 0: for a long time. So today's the day. I'm excited. Same. Thank you. Thank you. Appreciate it. Happy to be here. So today we are going to change it up a little bit. We're going to keep throwing curveballs at everybody. We realized that there's a lot of peptides and if we did 1 a week, it's gonna take a long time to go through them. We 1:30 Speaker 0: are going to be adding 2 a week. We might even add to that as well. Today, we are going to be talking about probably every 1 of everybody's favorites or it will be once they try it, PT-one hundred 41, which is the sexual, 1:42 Speaker 0: sexual peptide 1:44 Speaker 0: out there and KPV. 1:46 Speaker 0: So Paul, 1:47 Speaker 0: I want to start with you, man. I usually throw it over to Will, but tell us a little bit about, let's start with KPV because the PT-one 41, that's the easy 1 and we'll get into that deeply. But Tell us a little bit of what KPV 1:59 Speaker 1: is and what does it do? So KPV is incredible. It's a huge anti inflammatory peptide. 2:05 Speaker 1: And I actually personally, just for full disclosure, I love to pair that with BPC because now you're going to get 2 anti inflammatories together, but what makes KPV a little bit different. So KPV 2:16 Speaker 1: is going to also be a very powerful antimicrobial. 2:20 Speaker 1: In addition to that, it goes directly for things in the gut, for gut health, like ulcerative colitis and, you know, hate to use this word for cancer patients. Was like, And big C word coming at 2:30 Speaker 1: it's also very healthy for airways at the same time. 2:34 Speaker 1: So it's got a lot of great functions to it. And the reason why I was mentioning, if you pair it with something like BPC, 2:40 Speaker 1: now you're going to also be attacking the joints, ligaments, tendons that are kind of sore and also double up on that gut health part of it. So yeah, fantastic peptide. Yeah, I mean, we kind of, we get into the synergistic, 2:51 Speaker 0: different peptides that would be added to it, but where does, let's, since you brought that up, tell a us little bit about where do they differentiate 2:58 Speaker 0: between the BPC and the What's 3:02 Speaker 0: the difference between them? 3:04 Speaker 1: Where does each 1 of them shine? Yeah, absolutely. So with KPV, that one's going to shine more when it comes to the airways, also the gut health on ulcerative colitis 3:13 Speaker 1: and also being antimicrobial. 3:15 Speaker 1: So if you've got stuff like 3:17 Speaker 1: any kind of a fungus, any kind of anything that's going on, especially in the airways, it's a great 1 to pair with BPC. The reason why you pair those 2 together and the way that they're different is BPC, 3:28 Speaker 1: the way that it works, the way that the mechanism of action is on that, is it allows the body to absorb all of the collagen that it's taking in. So when you, me, well, any human being on earth has a piece of chicken, snake, whatever it is, we can't absorb all that collagen. Right? But when you're on BPC-body 3:44 Speaker 1: protective compound-one hundred 57, it allows you to take in all that collagen. Well, the human body is so intelligently designed, 3:50 Speaker 1: it goes, All right, JD. Okay, well, you gave me all this collagen. What the hell am I gonna do with it? It's gonna go, I'll tell you what, I'm gonna fill in the places that you got your collagen deficient. Well, we're young guys like us, collagen deficient, right? We're collagen deficient in joints, ligaments, tendons. It even does really cool things where it'll go into the inner lining of the stomach, fill that in with that collagen and very heart healthy because it puts a protective layer of that collagen around the heart as well. So that's a big difference between BPC and KPV. 4:19 Speaker 2: Will 4:21 Speaker 2: taking both of them heal my dog who's just been diagnosed with 4:26 Speaker 2: rampant cancer 4:27 Speaker 1: all in his stomach. I haven't seen the studies on pets, you know? Now 1 thing I'll say is it won't necessarily 4:36 Speaker 1: heal cancer, but what KPV will do is it helps folks that have cancer with ulcerative colitis. 4:43 Speaker 1: So that's what it'll do is that gut health in there. No, but great question, man. I didn't really think so. 4:48 Speaker 2: It's advanced, 4:49 Speaker 1: like, I don't know. It never hurts to ask. 4:53 Speaker 0: Take it SubQ though. You're going to say that like in regards to taking it SubQ is going to be really helping the gut. Cause there's been some people that think when you take a BPC-one hundred 57 5:02 Speaker 0: and you do a SubQ, it doesn't really affect the gut. You know, it has other obviously benefits, 5:07 Speaker 0: but, you know, some of the things we've read that taking orally is the only way that's going work. Is that, would you say that's the same with KPV? So I love what you're asking. So KPV, the way that I've always seen it has been in an oral only 5:19 Speaker 1: ever since my days at the big, telemed companies. 5:22 Speaker 1: The thing is, is that with BPC, 5:24 Speaker 1: so with KPV, it's always gonna be oral the way that I've seen it, the way that I've done it myself. With BPC, 5:30 Speaker 1: way that I explain it is yes, it does come in 5:34 Speaker 1: injectable or oral, right? But the difference is, is that because BPC is actually derived from human gastric juice, 5:41 Speaker 1: the cool thing is, is that the way that it works is when you take it in a sub Q form, it's going to go for the joints, the ligaments, tendons 1st, gut healing 2nd. But when you take it in the 5:52 Speaker 1: oral form, it goes for the gut healing 1st, then the joints, ligaments, tendons 2nd. That's the difference. 5:58 Speaker 0: Love that. So where it shines really, obviously, I know a lot of my studies into it is the immune boost, the immunity, or it's going to calm down the immune system, kind of similar to a Thymosin 6:08 Speaker 1: Alpha-one. Yeah. Fantastic stuff. That would be a good thing in regards to the pairing of it. Would you compare those 2 at all? With Thymosin Alpha-one, I'm so glad you took the conversation there, man, because I was just thinking about it. I go, Do we, can I go into this right now? I'm glad to- I love it. It's 1 of my favorites, man. Dude, so, okay. Thymosin Alpha-one, why is it called Thymosin Alpha-one? 6:27 Speaker 1: The thymus gland is here in us, right? This thymus gland is what is in control of our immune system. Now, as we're aging, this thymus gland starts to dissipate naturally, right? It's just how we're built. That's why as we're aging, the immune system starts to come down. But with Thymosin Alpha-one, what it's gonna do when we use it is it's gonna improve the immune system 1st and foremost. Then the 2nd thing that it does, which is really incredible, is it is, and a lot of folks, I'd love to get this information out there because Thymosin Alpha-one is the strongest anti inflammatory peptide, bar none. So that's why I love it. And if you start to pair something like Thymosin Alpha-one 7:02 Speaker 1: with BPC-one hundred 57 and KPV, 7:04 Speaker 1: man, that's 7:06 Speaker 1: a great stack to put together a great mean, not getting sick. Yeah, 7:10 Speaker 1: you can sit them through the roof, joints are going to be feeling good, stomach's going to be doing great. It's a lot of great things happening right there. So those are 2 that we're talking about inflammation. 7:19 Speaker 0: Anything else in regards to, I mean, any 7:22 Speaker 1: other benefits that you would say where it shines besides those 2? You know, it's gonna go for the inflammation, gut health, and the airways as well with KPV, with the airways. 7:33 Speaker 1: Again, 7:33 Speaker 1: I do 7:35 Speaker 1: want to stress, 7:36 Speaker 1: it is an antimicrobial 7:37 Speaker 0: peptide, so it does go through and clean stuff off within us, which is great. Well, let's talk about that because I'm gonna let's sit there for 1 2nd. So explain that to people that don't even know what you just said. So what does that mean? Break that down if you would, just so people, because I'm sure people have heard that. Like, what is it? What the 7:54 Speaker 1: hell is antimicrobial? 7:55 Speaker 1: Antimicrobial. 7:57 Speaker 1: So we are, and look, there's good microbes and there's bad microbes within us, within our gut, within our airways at all times. Now, when we have a bad microbe and I 8:08 Speaker 1: don't know how deep we wanna get on this part of it, there's a of 8:14 Speaker 1: studies out there with 8:16 Speaker 1: KPV, 8:17 Speaker 1: LL-thirty 7, VIP. These are all fantastic peptides. 8:21 Speaker 1: And I'm just gonna say it's not coming from me, but you can look at it on nih.gov, 8:26 Speaker 1: PubMed, and you can see, and I'm gonna say the, 8:29 Speaker 1: I don't want us to get canceled on YouTube, so I'm going to say for everybody to understand, remember that thing that we went through during 2020? Okay. 8:36 Speaker 1: There's a lot of studies if you go and type that into nih.gov with that thing that we went through in 2020 for a couple of years you- Self fixing that. Yeah. And you start to type in these other peptides with it, you're gonna see that some of those peptides actually healed what we went through in 2020. Thymosin Alpha. It's 1 of those. Thymosin Alpha- VIP. 8:55 Speaker 1: I actually have those studies 9:13 Speaker 0: So what would you say? Who would be, who would most benefit from taking it? Like, what, who would, you know, most people, right? But who 9:21 Speaker 1: would be the most beneficial? Man, men, women, it doesn't matter. The most beneficial with KPV is gonna be folks that are battling ulcerative colitis. 9:30 Speaker 1: Okay. That's number 1. Number 2, any folks that want to really 9:36 Speaker 1: battle anything from a inflammation standpoint. 9:39 Speaker 1: And 9:40 Speaker 1: as we were discussing, if you start to pair that KPV with BPC, 9:44 Speaker 1: if you pair it with Thymosin Alpha-one, 9:46 Speaker 1: it's gonna be fantastic. It really is. So everyone can benefit off of it. 1st and foremost, if you've got UC, ulcerative colitis, then anyone that wants to do anything with the antimicrobial 9:55 Speaker 1: and also anti inflammatory stuff. 9:58 Speaker 0: With, 9:59 Speaker 0: know, like I say, you're a guy that knows a lot about a lot. What would you say is kind of 10:19 Speaker 1: So all of us here are what I like to call us as health optimizers, right? You mean all So of 10:26 Speaker 1: the thing is, is think about it like this. In The United States alone, because of the way that our food supply is with, and I gotta be careful so I don't get us canceled again. So let me think about how I'm gonna say this real quick. The way that I would say this is that the GMOs and the pesticides that we're exposed to on a daily basis- Fuel oils. Yeah, man. I'll say it like this. The last study that I actually read said that in The United States, any of us on a daily basis are exposed to 88,000 different chemicals. I think I actually told you this 1. So we're 10:56 Speaker 1: exposed to 88,000 chemicals. That's why for all of us as health optimizers, we do the red light, we do the hyperbaric, we do the ozone, we do all kinds of stuff to get us in peptides, of course. And we do all these things to keep us in tip top shape. Now what's interesting is that if you move to a country like Italy, 11:12 Speaker 1: you wouldn't be exposed to any of those. Yeah, you don't even need it. Perfect for nothing. Right? So that's a difference. So imagine being over there and you're still continuing to do all the optimization stuff that we do. The issue is, is that there's a lot of things that are called hormone disruptors that we're affected with here in The States, right? From our food supply to even the fabrics that we wear, right? That we don't even think about that we're as we're sweating into these fabrics- So it was for you, it was all the above. You nailed it, man. So we're battling a lot of stuff here stateside that across the pond, don't. And that's really what it comes down to, to answer your question. Yeah. 11:45 Speaker 1: With the autoimmune issues, 11:47 Speaker 0: like I said, it's destroying everybody's gut, man. It's to have access to this type of stuff. Anybody that's just new and kind of stumbled onto this podcast, 11:57 Speaker 0: these things are going to help, man. The foods we, when we, you in The United States, when you go out and eat, you're eating seed oils, man, you're eating stuff So that's just 12:06 Speaker 1: it's just destroying our gut biome. You know, 1 of the biggest, 12:10 Speaker 1: gut 12:11 Speaker 1: biome 12:12 Speaker 1: and also mouth biome disruptors are the things that we brush our teeth with and use to freshen our breath with, like mouthwash, different mouthwash. Right? I don't wanna use any brand names, but you guys know what we're talking about. The reason why is because of the alcohol and all of these things, or the fluoride and all these things that are constantly just attacking the healthy, 12:32 Speaker 1: microbes So that we 12:34 Speaker 1: that's also affecting the gut as well. So So I just want to point that out too. Like hand sanitizer 12:40 Speaker 2: is killing Yeah. 12:43 Speaker 2: But lots of good things that are actually like fighting off bacteria for us. A 100%. But it is just destroying everything on us. So it's not 12:51 Speaker 1: as health. And that's why these peptides are crucial to bring back the healthy things that we actually need. And if you think about a peptide as being surgical and targeted, 13:01 Speaker 1: and it's just binding to the receptors and turning them on to do what we naturally want to do as human beings, which is that body wants to always heal itself. 13:09 Speaker 0: Right? So that's what it's doing for us. I mean, on such a basic level, I mean, if somebody stumbled, because I mean, what I think so many people right now more than ever are seeking something different. They know within their soul 13:21 Speaker 0: something's not right. So they're starting to seek a different way, you know, and it's leading them to peptides and things like that. So for anybody that's kind of stumbled onto the podcast, 13:31 Speaker 0: know, Paul tells us a little bit about just break down what a peptide even is. I know that's so simple to us. No, I love that. Honestly, 13:39 Speaker 1: lot of people don't even know. You know, the funniest question that I got when 13:43 Speaker 1: I was working with someone is I went through all this great stuff and she legitimately looked at me and she goes, Hey, Paul, what the hell is a peptide? She's like, Oh, I can't okay. Yeah. Was- That's what- Hints the question, brother. Dude, to quote her exactly, she goes, What the fuck is a peptide? You know? And I was like, Oh, wow. Let me back up the last 90 minutes and start from here. So 14:02 Speaker 1: a peptide, 14:04 Speaker 1: a peptide's an amino acid. They're 14:07 Speaker 1: amino acids that are put together in 2 to 50 amino acid chain bonds 14:12 Speaker 1: and in a specific sequence to elicit a specific response out of the human body. Now, the best example that I give everyone, or I think is the best example, but you guys correct me if I'm wrong here. The best example that I like to give is I go, Look, when you take an amino acid, the full spectrum of an amino acid sequence, that becomes 191 amino acids. Amino acid sequence. Now, what does that become? That becomes human growth hormone, which all of us have and are producing within ourselves. Right? So think about that 191 amino acid sequence. And then what we've done in the medical community is we go, okay, if you take out this 2 to 50 chain bond or this fragment or this fragment, it's for strength, 14:48 Speaker 1: for losing weight, for libido, for anxiety, for stress, for anything that you can think of, and that's what we've done. So essentially what these amino acids are of these peptides is we're dumping these back into your body so that your body can perform the way that it optimally should as it was intended to. 15:05 Speaker 0: Love it. Mike Draw. 15:06 Speaker 0: Great answer. We're done. Great answer. 15:11 Speaker 0: Know that we had talked about who should take it. Is there anybody, I mean, most people are going to thrive on any type of chain of amino acids, right? Like you just said, but is there anybody that you think 15:22 Speaker 0: might not do well or should not take this 1 in particular? If we're 15:27 Speaker 1: talking about peptides in general, 15:29 Speaker 1: we always want to be careful with anyone that's been battling cancer in the last year or more. And it depends on what kind of cancer, what they were dealing with, how long they've been cancer free. That's what we want to look out for. 15:41 Speaker 1: If there's also folks that 15:44 Speaker 1: We deal with a lot of people that go, Hey man, I want to lose weight. Well, how much weight do you want to lose? That's where we want to guide you. Because if you're just going, Hey man, I want to lose 5 to 10 pounds, maybe a GLP-one isn't for you. 15:55 Speaker 1: About that. There's other- Kill the Doritos, man. You'll be all right. Yeah. Maybe AOD is a good 1 to get you there. We can use Tesofens, something a little bit lighter, right? Like that's really who it's gonna come down to. GHRPs 16:07 Speaker 1: are the 1st 1. Growth hormone releasing peptides are the ones that I'll always look at. If anyone ever tells me, Hey man, I had cancer this long ago, or I was this, that. So I can really just take the time to educate them on that. With KPV, 16:19 Speaker 1: it's a great 1 to take. BPC, great 1 to take. There's a lot of studies out there. Again, I cite all my work, as you guys know, 16:26 Speaker 1: nih.gov. 16:27 Speaker 1: I pull the peer reviewed medical studies and then I cite them with any presentations, things that I do. So everybody can see the information is there. We just got to look, but it's a great question, JD. Everyone can really take KPV for sure. 16:38 Speaker 0: All right, perfect. So I want to kind of ask on that a little bit about the cancer, because that's 1 of the things that come up. I think the biggest fear 16:45 Speaker 0: is the syringes, the needles for some, but 2, once you get past that is that cancer thing. For sure. Peptides in general, I think, you know, HGH kind of pulled people into that because HGH has had that reputation for as long as I can remember that it causes cancer or blah, blah, blah. What would you say about that? Cause that's a question we get all the time. You know, if I take peptides, will it increase my chances of cancer? Do you agree with that? Dude, so that's a great question. And let me back up and answer the part about HGH. 17:12 Speaker 1: So with HGH, human growth hormone is what we're talking about here, guys. So think about human growth hormone when you take that 191 amino acid sequence, 17:21 Speaker 1: and that is human growth hormone. That's our, and we measure that by looking on our blood work with the lab markers of IGF-one. 17:27 Speaker 1: So the thing is, is that with human growth hormone, when you're taking that synthetic and you're dumping it into your system, you're essentially replacing what the human body's already producing. 17:38 Speaker 1: Now with a peptide, that's why I always stress 17:41 Speaker 1: these are all natural amino acids that we're putting back into us. So we're essentially adding more of what we're already creating. So we're not replacing. That's a big difference. I want to get that out there. Human growth hormone doesn't necessarily 17:53 Speaker 1: cause cancer. Let's also talk about that real quick. It doesn't necessarily cause it, but because it's making all of the cells in your body replicate, God forbid, if anyone has dormant cancer cells, it will make that replicate at a rapid rate, which is what we don't want. So that's number 1 with human growth hormone. 18:09 Speaker 1: Let's go into peptides. 18:11 Speaker 1: With peptides, the 18:13 Speaker 1: difference here is that we are putting back the natural amino acid within your system that already exists, that you're already producing. Now, if we have someone that, God forbid, 18:23 Speaker 1: is gonna take, let's talk about the strongest growth hormone releasing peptide, which is, I like to call the king of all peptides, Tesamorelin. I knew you going there. I've heard 18:32 Speaker 0: presentation. 18:33 Speaker 1: I love that, man. Thank you. I was a great- By the way, bro, I've sent it to a lot of people. Dude, you're the man. I'm glad I'm sure I bored a lot of people with that 1, so thank you for sharing that, dude. I appreciate you, man. 18:43 Speaker 1: With Tesamorelin, 18:44 Speaker 1: right, being that it's the strongest growth hormone releasing peptide bar none, Now, if someone does have any kind of dormant cancer cells, again, God forbid, 18:53 Speaker 1: it can proliferate 18:54 Speaker 1: that because you're kicking up your own natural IGF-one levels, your natural growth hormone, and now that can start. So if someone's worried about that, the best thing you can do is just go, Hey man, get some blood work done. You're worried, just take a look at it. It's so simple, you know, and we can give you all the lab markers or whatever it is, and we can talk about it here as well, but there's all kinds of stuff that that's out there so you can make sure you're healthy 19:16 Speaker 1: and then do whatever you want. Now, if someone tells me personally, 19:20 Speaker 1: Hey, Paul, you know what, I battled cancer. Talking about 1 of my own buddies who battled melanoma 19:26 Speaker 1: about 3 years ago, and he was just like, Hey, man, I've been on BPC for the last couple of years. It actually helped me to heal and repair. I'm happy with it. I'm still cancer free. I get my blood work done regularly. 19:39 Speaker 1: He's even now gone on to GHRP's. 19:41 Speaker 1: No problem. 19:43 Speaker 1: So the thing is that we know everyone is different, so there's no sweeping generalization that we can do with But 19:49 Speaker 1: as long as you're doing blood work, if you're concerned, do the blood work guys. Know, donate blood. It's a great thing to get an oil change as I say. Donate blood relief, some of that, some of that blood pressure. Go get your blood drawn, see what it says. And then as long as everything is normal, 20:03 Speaker 0: 9 times out of 10, you're going be all right. Yeah. And everybody's going to have a different threshold when it comes to that stuff. I mean, my thing is, listen, man, if you've had cancer or have struggled with cancer in the past, why even mess around with it? Then, you know, why don't you, there's so many different peptides that achieve different goals. You can replace, you know, a growth hormone peptide with countless 20:22 Speaker 0: fat burners that would do 20:24 Speaker 0: equally as well. Point. That's not what I say. How about dosages? Let's talk about protocols. 20:29 Speaker 1: Yeah, KPV. 20:31 Speaker 1: Yeah. KPV anywhere between 2 50 micrograms or 500. So either between 0.25 mg or 0.5 a mg. Regular daily is perfect. Yep. 7 days a week in morning or night, you recommend? Does it matter? The time that I'll always tell everyone to take it just because it's the easiest as I go, if you can take any of these peptides 20:51 Speaker 1: an hour after your last meal before you go to sleep, that's gonna be great for absorption. The reason why I say that for most peptides is because if we are ever talking about a growth hormone releasing peptide, I want you to take that at night because at night is when we grow in our own natural GH pulses. So you're gonna ride that wave, amplify it. So 21:09 Speaker 1: easy, easy rule of thumb, take it an hour after your last meal before you go to sleep. And that'll really help you out. 21:15 Speaker 0: 7 days a week. He says. 21:17 Speaker 2: I am, I am personally taking, I mean, I guess maybe I should take a little bit less, but I'm taking a milligram 21:22 Speaker 2: of BPC, 21:24 Speaker 2: Thymosin Alpha and KPV. 21:26 Speaker 1: A milligram of each? Yep. Well, you're a big guy, man. You can probably taller than that. That's right. You know, he's a big guy. Don't let JD fool you when he stands up. He's like 10 feet tall. 21:35 Speaker 0: He's a big dude. Yeah, man. I had him stored to my phone as Will Beast Man for like the 1st, like, I 21:43 Speaker 1: like that 1. But 21:45 Speaker 2: I find it, I mean, I just feel great, but 21:49 Speaker 2: I don't know what to tell you. I feel great. I don't really have never really had any gut issues, but the gut is our 2nd brain and, and, controls. 21:58 Speaker 2: Kind of honestly, I kind of judge my own health by 22:01 Speaker 2: my, 22:03 Speaker 2: liveliness of my, of my lower parts, you know? And I think that really, I know, I know I'm unhealthy if things aren't working well and 22:13 Speaker 2: healthy if things are. 22:15 Speaker 2: And I don't know, but it depends. I mean, my gut is important. My gut, when I'm eating bad things, I feel unhealthy and I'm not functioning properly, 22:24 Speaker 2: but I've felt absolutely great taking, 22:27 Speaker 2: taking the, since I've been doing it and haven't been sick. And I've told you guys I drank mold for 2 weeks straight 22:32 Speaker 2: in a canteen of water every day. I was just drinking my water until I filled it up and looked in it 1 time. And 22:39 Speaker 2: the whole thing was just lined with mold, 22:42 Speaker 2: but I'm great. The 22:45 Speaker 1: thing is, is that there's also studies, not that I would say to do this by any means, and that's why I gave you the 22:52 Speaker 1: generally accepted rule of the dosing. But again, on nih.gov, 22:57 Speaker 1: plenty of studies about how you can take massive amounts of things like BPC that you just mentioned and be completely fine. And, 23:04 Speaker 2: I will say that I have, 23:07 Speaker 2: my tattoo artist, JD and I have the same same guy. He has, 23:11 Speaker 2: and this is just a story about 1 person, not a friend, right? He's had some just dry skin psoriasis on his, on his knees and elbows, 23:19 Speaker 2: you know, covering his whole knees. And I 23:21 Speaker 2: suggested that he take BPC and KPV. And I saw him a month later and this, this things are about 0.25 dime size everywhere. 23:30 Speaker 2: So who knows? Not saying it's going to heal everybody's 23:33 Speaker 1: psoriasis. No, but you know what, when it comes to peptides, I love this, this kind of anecdotal evidence is what we call it. Anecdotal evidence goes a long way. Yeah, it's fantastic. 23:44 Speaker 0: I love it. So now guys, let's get into, 23:47 Speaker 0: let's get into the fun 1. Let's get into the PT-one 141. I mean, tell us a little bit about that 1. Will, I'm gonna hand it over to you for this 1. Well, you know, actually Paul has some, okay. Well, he actually has some good things 23:59 Speaker 2: to say, but, 24:02 Speaker 2: yeah, I'd rather have him talk. You want me? I really would. No worries. You got some things that I can't, that I, that I can't say. Libido. 24:10 Speaker 2: Wanna boost your libido? Here we go. I'll give you some more anecdotal evidence in story. I think we all got some of those, right? But so PT-one 24:18 Speaker 1: hundred 41, it's a fantastic peptide. So, 24:21 Speaker 1: and here's an interesting thing. It's actually gotten a lot of folks don't know this, but it's got FDA approval for women, for the ladies. I do agree that. For the ladies, it not only increases their libido, 24:33 Speaker 1: their sexual desires, sexual 24:37 Speaker 1: what's the word I'm looking for? So sexual desire, their libido, 24:41 Speaker 0: sexual 24:43 Speaker 0: and 24:45 Speaker 1: also their orgasm score goes up. 24:48 Speaker 1: So that's what it actually got the FDA approval for. And it actually, it works very well for ladies. Men can use it as well. Right? And when you are using that for, 24:59 Speaker 1: again, just to be very candid and to give you guys some anecdotal evidence, I've saved a lot of marriages with that stuff. 25:05 Speaker 1: Yeah. 25:07 Speaker 1: Stuff is incredible. Having problems? Take this. That's it, man. You nailed it. And if you, if you pair that, since we were talking about the things that you can pair these, these, peptides with, with, PT-one hundred 41, 25:17 Speaker 1: you can pair that with something like oxytocin, 25:19 Speaker 1: the love hormone, right? Put that together, it helps people bond a lot better. It's a great thing. And 25:25 Speaker 1: the reason why for men, I specifically like PT-one hundred 41, again, it's got all these great benefits for the ladies, but for the fellas, here's 1 thing I want you guys to understand. The way that it works is it's going directly to the MC4 receptor in the brain, and it's actually turning that on, which is really cool. Now, why is that cool? 25:43 Speaker 1: Again, to not get us canceled. 25:45 Speaker 1: The reason why that's really cool is because it's bypassing the cardiovascular 25:49 Speaker 1: system, which 25:51 Speaker 1: let's say the blue pills and the yellow pills don't do. It goes into the cardiovascular, which is taxing a lot of other stuff. PT-one hundred 41 isn't going to do that. Again, it goes directly to the- Well, that's why 26:03 Speaker 0: there's the differences between them like you know, a Cialis or something like that. That's going to work, but people say 141, 26:09 Speaker 1: right. It's more of a LB-2B-2B 26:11 Speaker 0: booster as well, where you have the FDA approved on the women. That's the only supplement for women that that's approved for them for a sexual drug. Yep. You're absolutely right. Which is huge. So does it work? So fellas, 26:23 Speaker 0: you have problems with your marriage, maybe unequivocally 26:26 Speaker 1: yes. 26:27 Speaker 0: Works. Yeah, 26:30 Speaker 1: It unequivocally works. And like I said, it's fantastic for men and women to use that together. Lock yourselves up in the hotel room for a week and have a great time. 26:41 Speaker 1: Wife didn't believe me and then I, we took it and then she said, Yeah, I believe you. It 26:46 Speaker 0: just makes you very sensitive, you know, and it makes that function down there. If a woman is like, you know I mean? We can talk about this on YouTube, having trouble getting, you know, having orgasms and, you know, even getting like wet down there. This helps. So if you're somebody, you know, that has some stuff going on, you know, in your life that, 27:03 Speaker 0: you know, you got some stuff, stress, blah, blah, blah, which is causing that problems. I'm telling you, you can take this and it really will work 27:11 Speaker 0: for libido 27:14 Speaker 1: Yes, sexual disorder, sexual function, 27:17 Speaker 1: everything that we just mentioned, because it's 27:19 Speaker 1: really an incredible thing to do for folks that have either look, the 3 things that we got to battle all every human being, we got to battle our age, We got to battle our stress and we got to battle environmental factors. If it's too cold, too hot, those are the things and the reasons why peptides are fantastic to come in and surgically turn on and bind to receptors and get them going again for us. And this is just another, this is such a huge part of human existence 27:44 Speaker 1: is the intimacy that we share, men and women. So it's like, man, it's a great thing to pair with, like I said, oxytocin and really help folks out. 27:53 Speaker 0: I love it, man. Anything in your, let's talk really quickly about what you would say about 27:58 Speaker 0: dosages on that, because it's going to be a little bit different. Everybody's very different. 1 of the things, if you know, for the people that are going to try this, which I know people will hear this and buy some of it and try it, right? You get flush like immediately. Like you will get flushed, even if you don't get sick, there's a lot of people that with Melanotan and things like that, right away, they get sick. This is 1 of them. This is 1 of them. A lot of people are going to have an upset stomach. 28:21 Speaker 0: It's short lived. 28:22 Speaker 0: So even if you're someone that doesn't really get upset stomach, I'm just telling you with experience, because I don't, but it's like immediate, right? When you take it, it's like flush. Yeah, 28:32 Speaker 1: Very, very, very good point. I mean, I've experienced that myself, so I will say this to 28:37 Speaker 1: you gents and everybody listening and watching, 28:40 Speaker 1: Start off slow. Let's go slow. Yeah, 28:43 Speaker 1: just go less is going to be more with this. So start off very slow. The typical dose is going to be somewhere depending on the human being, their size, like fellows, if you're obviously a little bit bigger than your ladies, you know, maybe you can go a little bit higher, bring hers a little bit lower, but typically the sweet spot is gonna be about 0.75 29:02 Speaker 1: mg, 29:03 Speaker 1: but don't be afraid to go lower, you know, for your lady, or if you're a bigger guy like Will the Beast and you want to go a little bit more, go for it, man. No problem. Still 2 mg is too much. Yeah, we know that anecdotally now, so don't do that. I generally, I'll tell you, I've found it working well at 1 mg. There you go. And I am, I do not get upset stomach from that whatsoever, 29:27 Speaker 2: but, but absolutely. As soon as I'm doing it, I go flush rep. Yeah. And that's okay. And I feel, I feel good at 1 mg 29:37 Speaker 2: and works. 29:39 Speaker 2: I think 1 time I was on vacation with my girlfriend and I, and I wasn't sure how much water I put in the bottle before. 29:46 Speaker 2: I kind of forgot. And I was like, well, and so we did what I thought. 29:51 Speaker 2: And then we waited like 10 minutes. Right. And I think we were already sunburned. I'm like, I don't think I'm getting ass flushed. I don't think we did enough. Right. And so we just said we did double the amount, 30:01 Speaker 2: which ended up being like 2 mg. Now I don't give her, I think she likes it about 0.75. 30:07 Speaker 1: Okay. Makes sense. Yeah. 30:09 Speaker 2: And we went down to the pool and 30:11 Speaker 2: then I just, then I started not feeling good still. No, but not a stomach upset, just a general, like, 30:17 Speaker 2: Ugh, I'm sitting in the hot sun and I'm kind of cold though. You know, I feel miserable. 30:21 Speaker 2: And then- In the trunk. In my trunk. And then I couldn't keep a towel off of my private part. Yeah. Full attention. Full 30:29 Speaker 2: And attention. It was like, man, we gotta go because 30:33 Speaker 1: I'm 30:34 Speaker 0: just gonna wait here for a bit. 30:36 Speaker 2: And so I had to walk away literally with like, okay, with the bag and everything right in front of me. 30:42 Speaker 2: But it was great, you know, but I did feel like crap. I And guess the only thing made me feel better was, was actually the act of having sex then. But 30:49 Speaker 2: she did not feel good either. And it's kind of scared her away from it. So 30:55 Speaker 2: that was a mistake on my part because it is fun. Like whether I, like we do not have any problems, but 31:02 Speaker 2: it's just kind of fun. But 31:07 Speaker 0: yeah, so we know there's, there's that. Be careful of having them sure. You had talked about before we started recording, you touched on this. I wanted you to elaborate on a little bit. What were you talking about? You have recommended to some to microdose daily. Let's dig into that a little bit. Why? Great point. What would be the 31:23 Speaker 1: objective of that? To give you an example, with 1 31:27 Speaker 1: of my clients that I had, he was, I want to say mid fifties and 31:31 Speaker 1: he was, I 31:33 Speaker 1: won't ever mention my name, but let's talk about what was going on. He was freshly divorced and he was on a bit of a rampage is what I would say. He was having a great time. I'm 16 again. That's it. And he goes, You know what, man? I'm having some issues with just keeping things going as I did before. And I go, Okay, talk to me about that. And he goes, You know, I wanna be able to just be ready at all times so I don't have to get ready. And I go, okay, I can do that for you. So he was 1 of the guys that I started him off 1st with a typical 0.75 and then just letting him go for a few days with that. He goes, No, can we do something different? So with him, great point, JD, thanks for the reminder. With him, I actually had him between 0.25 32:10 Speaker 1: and 0.40 32:12 Speaker 1: daily 32:13 Speaker 1: dose, 32:13 Speaker 0: he was happy as he gets Yep. On his I totally get it. I mean, same thing with Cialis. If you do that, my dosing daily, it works really well. 32:21 Speaker 0: Absolutely. In blood flow. Yep. Yeah, man. So, I mean, you answered the dosage. Is there anybody that just like we said, who would benefit? 32:28 Speaker 0: Anybody, any adult, 32:30 Speaker 0: that's 32:31 Speaker 2: an easy answer. Poor women too. Like when it comes to the 32:34 Speaker 2: history of time for like sexual 32:37 Speaker 2: medicines and supplements, 32:38 Speaker 2: right? Women have been left and there's been nothing. There's really nothing great 32:42 Speaker 2: since now since peptides have come along. And ladies are, are quite frankly, 32:47 Speaker 1: most underserved 32:49 Speaker 1: market 32:50 Speaker 1: when it comes to peptides, especially for health in general. There's a lot of things out there that can help, 32:55 Speaker 1: with women's health, but it's just not out there. That's why when I'm actually talking at these seminars for doctors for their continuing education credits, I go, How many of you ladies knew that there was PT-one 141? Like, dude, out of a crowd of a 100, like 4 or 5 hands go up. Wow. It's that You low. 33:13 Speaker 0: Know what would be cool, Paul, is to kind of track that now as you progress, because there's so many people seeking and looking for it now, like you should ask that question each time. Will see more and more hands raised because they're, they're looking. Good point, man. I definitely mean, seems like there's more and more peptides coming out that are great 33:29 Speaker 2: for women, especially in the beauty arena and longevity. 33:33 Speaker 1: You nailed it. 33:34 Speaker 0: There 33:36 Speaker 0: are, man. We are so stoked on how many peptides, what they're out there. I mean, I feel bad for the people that like haven't opened these doors yet, man. And the people that are still eating the crap food without anything to kind of clean out their system and just feeling like 33:49 Speaker 0: crap, man. You can feel, we can age well, you know, we, you talked about it in the beginning, you know, health and fitness is part of our lives, man. We love it. It's always been a part of our lives, but that's not the way it is for everybody. 34:01 Speaker 0: But I say that for this reason, you can age well, man, you have to actually take 34:06 Speaker 0: part of it. You got to exercise. 34:08 Speaker 0: You got to do all these things, get your hormone, be hormonally optimized and have all these things in line. 34:13 Speaker 0: But when you do, when you take these peptides, 34:16 Speaker 0: they're going to work really well because you're totally like optimized and your body's, you know what I mean? They're going to enhance it. So I 34:23 Speaker 0: love it, man. I love it. I love it. Let me ask you this. I got a question. We've to wrap this up, but 34:29 Speaker 0: what would be Paul's 34:31 Speaker 0: favorite peptide 34:33 Speaker 0: stack? 34:34 Speaker 0: Lay it on me, What would you say? Just 34:37 Speaker 0: in general? In general, for what you would say it could be, you could choose your category. It could be fat burner, it could be gain of muscle, whatever. What would you your favorite snack? If 34:45 Speaker 1: you're asking me my favorite snack and I'll tell you my favorite snack of all time, and I'll tell you the reason why I put these all together. 34:51 Speaker 1: So I would go in the, let's go by category GHRP's, 34:55 Speaker 1: I would growth hormone releasing peptides, a 100% Tesamorelin. 34:58 Speaker 1: Because it actually attacks the visceral adipose tissue of the abdomen, which is just a fancy medical way of saying kills belly fat. And the 35:06 Speaker 1: way that it works is it's literally going into the fat cells of the stomach and removing the LDLs and the triglycerides, which is the bad stuff that we don't want anyways, 35:15 Speaker 1: to make you leaner while it's kicking up your IGF levels. So now you're getting leaner, you're putting on more lean muscle mass at the same time, a lot easier going into deep REM sleep, the rapid eye movement sleep, you get the most rest and recovery quicker, staying there longer. So now cognitive focus goes up. That's GHRP's. 35:29 Speaker 1: I've recently started for myself and I'm a little guy. I'm about like five'nine, 183 pounds, but what I've done recently is started to microdose with Retatrutide. 35:39 Speaker 1: When 35:40 Speaker 1: it comes to GLP-1s, 35:41 Speaker 1: I love that stuff. Why do I love it? Because 35:44 Speaker 1: it's doing a few things. It's hitting 3 receptors 35:47 Speaker 1: that where, where, some Glutide hits 1, Terzepatide hits 2, Retatrutide's 35:51 Speaker 1: hitting 3. And what it does is it's actually was designed to go after the fatty liver disease. So it's very liver healthy. It's gonna also help to break down the carbs and sugars, your glucose, get that under control. And in addition to that, it doesn't allow for muscle wasting like the other ones do. So you don't get what they call that Ozempic phase. So 36:10 Speaker 1: you don't have to deal with that. It helps with the metabolism. 36:12 Speaker 1: And the reason why I'm microdosing it guys, just since we're talking about health optimization and being the wellness guys that we love to be, the thing is, is that we know in the medical community that type 3 diabetes, as we call it, is dementia, 36:25 Speaker 1: Parkinson's, 36:26 Speaker 1: Alzheimer's. 36:27 Speaker 1: So what is that? That's a glucose going to the brain. So me at 43 years old, if I can sit there and start to do something now, before I get to that point, that's why I started with that GLP-one of Retatrutide, 36:38 Speaker 1: bringing that in. In addition to those, my favorite 1, which, we've been talking about a lot, 36:44 Speaker 1: is the Glow Protocol with GHK- because you were talking about that in just a 2nd. GHK- 36:49 Speaker 0: BPC- TB-five hundred, love that together. And Thymosin Alpha-one. That's, that would be true. Thymosin's up there with mine. Yeah. I think it's so funny that, so many people, and this is changing, you know, that think the GLP-1s 37:01 Speaker 0: are just, you know, Retrutide in general, are people they're just, it's only for people trying to lose weight, but you have bodybuilders, 37:08 Speaker 0: you have everybody on the spectrum. I mean, we're all in shape and it's part of our lives and we microdose it. 37:13 Speaker 2: For that reason, it works, man. It'll chisel that little extra fat off. You know, you can cheat a little bit more, you know what mean? It's an all around scientific breakthrough, man. I love it too. I agree. It keeps my brain fresh. There are times I get to see and I do that. I don't eat for 6, 8 hours or so. It's like, normally that would affect the hell out of my mood and I would crash and be angry. It's like, dude, my brain stays up functional because it's just great point. Right? Because it's controlling your blood sugar. It's pushing, pushing some sugars into your brain. Absolutely. It gets rid of that brain fog that we start to get through. It really does, man. I was, I was surprised by that when I started taking it and it was, my brain was just firing, man. Absolutely. 37:51 Speaker 0: Yeah. Well, cool, man. You know what, it's been a pleasure having you on. We finally tracked you down. We're gonna track you down again because you know what I'd like to do is get you on for a Tesamorelin and let you do, let you run with the mic because I know you love it. Anytime you guys want, I'm happy to it. Thank you so much for bringing me on. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to chat with you guys, especially on the Love 38:13 Speaker 0: it, dude. Seriously. Thank you. All right. Will, anything else before we take off? We got nothing else. Big Will to be signing off. Alright, you guys. We'll catch you on the next round. Q and A coming out on Friday. We're recording and it drops on Saturdays. We appreciate your support. Take care.
