Propel with Gatorade Electrolytes. 0:15 Speaker 3: I get so many headaches every month. It could be chronic migraine, 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting 4 hours or more. Botox on a botulinum toxin A prevents headaches in adults with chronic migraine. It's not for those who have 14 or fewer headache days a month. Prescription Botox is injected by your doctor. Effects of Botox may spread hours to weeks after injection, causing serious symptoms. Alert your doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems, or muscle weakness can be signs of a life threatening condition. Patients with these conditions before injection are at highest risk. Side effects may include allergic reactions, neck and injection site pain, fatigue, and headache. Allergic reactions can include rash, welts, asthma symptoms, and dizziness. Don't receive Botox if there's a skin infection. Tell your doctor your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions, including ALS Lou Gehrig's disease, myasthenia gravis or Lambert Eaton syndrome, and medications, including botulinum toxins, as these may increase the risk of serious side effects. 1:07 Speaker 2: Why wait? As always, my friend, my buddy across the way, William T. Haas. Happy Friday. Happy Friday. 1:35 Speaker 1: Time is flying. It's almost Easter. What do you guys got going? We 1:39 Speaker 4: are going to do Easter. We're going to on to church in the morning and then maybe have the family over at our house. Nice. Her family. Yeah. Her family. She's 1:47 Speaker 4: got a big family, which is cool. I mean, 1:50 Speaker 4: kind of, you know, was funny. I was talking to a friend yesterday. It was on 1 of Ali's 1:55 Speaker 4: friend's 1:56 Speaker 4: husbands who just goes driving back from a meeting and just had 5 years. And he's like, how are you doing? I'm like busy dude, but it's 2:03 Speaker 4: funny. 2:04 Speaker 4: But like, this is what I asked for in the beginning, you know, 2:08 Speaker 4: when you're starting, when life is not going good and I was in addiction and all I wanted was like a full life and people to care 2:17 Speaker 4: about me or to talk to, you know? 2:20 Speaker 4: That's what I wanted was just to be busy and have a full life. And then once you have that, 2:24 Speaker 4: you start having 2nd thoughts. But, well, you know, just in the middle of it, like, fuck, this is too much. 2:31 Speaker 4: But that's nice to have some perspective back up and go, 2:34 Speaker 4: all right, I asked for this. 2:36 Speaker 4: This is what I wanted. And frankly, this is the I'm happy about it. So it's okay. So yes, she's got a big family and we got family stuff to do, but we'll, you know, and with a kid, it's a 2:48 Speaker 4: Easter egg hunt. I don't know. So this is a little old for 9? 2:52 Speaker 1: Right? Yeah. I don't know. Don't know. 2:55 Speaker 1: Maybe he's into it. Yeah. 2:56 Speaker 4: I mean, I know that he doesn't believe in the Easter bunny. Yeah. At least. 3:02 Speaker 1: I don't know what that age is. Maybe 6. I don't know. Yeah. 3:05 Speaker 4: A fun though. But he gets a chocolate Easter bunny. You know what I remember growing up? I always just wanted a fucking chocolate Easter bunny. Your moms didn't do that. Never got a chocolate Easter bunny. All my friends always got the big chocolate Easter bunnies. 3:18 Speaker 4: Hippie moms, Yeah, hippies. I got sticks and rocks to play with as a kid. Seriously? Like, yeah. So when I 1st started making I started business when I was 21 and, 3:28 Speaker 4: just out of college, and I definitely was, like, recklessly spending. I had no idea because I was like, finally, I can have something. Yeah, yeah. 3:37 Speaker 4: It's immature. 3:38 Speaker 1: Yeah. You don't have a clue about money. No. Oh, man. And 3:43 Speaker 1: yes, made some bad decisions. At 1 point, I had like 2 apartments. I had a question for you. Actually, asked you. Mark this. I'm actually ask you this. Do you think 3:52 Speaker 1: entrepreneurs 3:53 Speaker 1: are born entrepreneurs or are they mainly cultivated? 3:58 Speaker 4: I think that they are both. 4:00 Speaker 4: Can I say both? I think born for sure. Yeah. 4:04 Speaker 4: But I think born I don't know. I would say more burned. I'd say more burned because 4:08 Speaker 4: born. Born. 4:10 Speaker 4: You because you see entrepreneurs rise out of different 4:14 Speaker 4: out of the the worst of times. Right? Like, the worst ghetto or whatever, the worst situations. Still sometimes 1 dude just comes up and he obviously wasn't taught that by anybody Yeah. Or a woman. Right. 4:26 Speaker 4: But it sure helps. I mean, then there's a lot of people who may be borderline, but if you're raised around this, right? Let's say like you're a kid and you're you're raised 4:34 Speaker 4: 2 parents who are like, yeah, you do, this is what you do. We start 4:37 Speaker 4: businesses and we're wealthy. Like you 4:40 Speaker 4: just grow up knowing 4:41 Speaker 4: that I succeed, right? Like knowing that I do my own thing and you know that the possibilities are there. 4:48 Speaker 4: And there's so many people out in the world, I guarantee you, who know 4:52 Speaker 4: that this is not an option. That 4:55 Speaker 4: they know that they cannot be an entrepreneur, 4:58 Speaker 4: which is false, 4:59 Speaker 1: but School teaches that. They know that. Basically be worker bee, so to speak, get out of school, 5:06 Speaker 1: go to college. The crazy part about being a mortgage banker, I have seen, I have seen the banks, the statements incomes of pretty much every walk of life. And it's very interesting because 5:17 Speaker 1: I have I have seen mailman 5:19 Speaker 1: that were extremely wealthy and 5:21 Speaker 1: because they invested, they bought numerous real estate, bought real estate, and they had people pay off their mortgages 5:27 Speaker 1: and they made $4 a month and they had a lot of wealth. Then I've seen doctors that make $60 and are up to debt in their eyeballs. 5:36 Speaker 1: And you got people that go to school that 5:39 Speaker 1: didn't use a degree, so they rack up $250 5:43 Speaker 1: and they're like, Get out of school and you got all this money and like, you're making $50, like that's really bad math. 5:48 Speaker 1: Took long to pay that off. 5:51 Speaker 1: School's different. Teaches like that, but it's an interesting question. Like you did it at 21. That's pretty freaking rare. Yeah. And I think that my situation, 6:00 Speaker 4: I also had, 6:02 Speaker 4: I had parents who, well, they were school teachers. Do whatever you want. But then again, my mom would always freelance. She had written like 3 books and, but I guess I had an aunt and an uncle 6:13 Speaker 4: who 6:15 Speaker 4: were definitely entrepreneurs. 6:17 Speaker 4: My 6:17 Speaker 4: family 6:18 Speaker 4: has done some big things, but it was never, it's not like blood money to me. Right? But it's people, I know. Yeah. But everybody who I was around would always be teaching me this stuff. Right? And saying and seeing that it's possible. And then my best friend in high school, he literally made his 1st million before we graduated high school. We 6:37 Speaker 4: lived in the land of Microsoft and so like, 6:40 Speaker 4: yeah, software, there was a bunch of opportunities there, but I guess, 6:44 Speaker 4: I guess seeing that really helped. And then the 1st thing I did when I went to college, because I've mostly I wanted to play football and, 6:51 Speaker 4: didn't quite really care about the estrogen at that point. Right. Until I realized after my freshman year, like, damn, everybody is good. 6:58 Speaker 4: Probably not going to the NFL. And I I mean, like, everybody is good. Everybody's really, really good. So, I better have a backup plan. So I started to try in school and did very well. But, 7:10 Speaker 4: yeah, I guess I started a business a month out of 2 months after graduation. Wow. That's right. And 7:15 Speaker 4: because 7:17 Speaker 4: I saw an opportunity and I thought I could. 7:20 Speaker 4: And that was because, my whole life before that told me that these opportunities are available to me. Right. 7:26 Speaker 1: So basically, either way that saying that, it sounds like it's cultivated by the people that you're around. Yeah. Yeah. Like even if it's subconsciously as 7:34 Speaker 1: a child, you can do it. This is what we do. This is what successful do. Make businesses. 7:38 Speaker 4: Interesting Yes. Question. What did Mark Moss say? What's that? What did Mark Moss say? 7:44 Speaker 1: He 7:45 Speaker 1: came out the gate same way. Just like, he's like, I've never worked for anybody. And that was like, what lit my fire. You know, the podcast I talked about that where me being around him and seeing all this shit that was possible, me being around dudes that like he has huge masterminds and I was there as a salesman to sign them back up. But what I learned from there was people that do big ass shit, 8:07 Speaker 1: multiple businesses. And I was like, how in the hell do you have 5 businesses? 8:12 Speaker 1: But what happened? And even Mark tapped on it, you know, like he said, 8:16 Speaker 1: you, once you get past that and you realize you can do all of this because we get stuck here and like, I want to go to dirt work and that's what most people are when you get a job. And that's where most people stick, unfortunately. 8:28 Speaker 1: But once you break out of that, you see, I can do all this shit. And some of it is 8:34 Speaker 1: being around the people 8:35 Speaker 1: that, you know, and a lot of stuff I speak about lately, because it's kind of 8:40 Speaker 1: our journey through sobriety and just becoming better. And what we've had recently in our life is do big shit. Like think big, do big, but you got to back it with relentless action in that part. You know what I mean? That part you do yourself, 8:54 Speaker 1: but you know what I mean? You can't do big shit. You have multiple businesses and you can do a bunch of different stuff and anybody listening, can. 9:02 Speaker 1: It's just 9:03 Speaker 1: mindset. 9:04 Speaker 1: And who you hang out with, dude. Like if you hang around a bunch of dudes that aren't going anywhere, you're going to be the 6, right? If you're hanging out with people that do big shit, it will be contagious. 9:14 Speaker 4: They'll fire you. But you better be willing to work and work and work and work and work and fail and fail and fail and fail. And that's just little failures, right? Like just persevere through 9:24 Speaker 4: spending 3 hours and then it didn't work or whatever. Alright. 9:28 Speaker 4: Break it. I just redo, but, and having enough balls to make that 1st. 9:33 Speaker 4: To commit big deal. And it's easier if you start young. I think the longer 9:39 Speaker 4: it's going to take to rebound from failures 9:42 Speaker 1: financially. I think in regards to that or nemesis of our journey 9:47 Speaker 1: is liberation. 9:49 Speaker 1: Like 9:50 Speaker 1: whether you fail or win, 9:52 Speaker 1: besides the point when you do something for you, it's like the 1st 9:57 Speaker 1: $300 that I made from selling my fitness program that nobody did it. I made my own fitness program. It was on PDF, 10:04 Speaker 1: but I made the reel that attracted the people and I sold the 1st 1. Like, I can't even tell you that $300 10:11 Speaker 1: was the best $300 I've ever had. I did it myself. Nobody gave me. It was nobody's lead, no mortgage leads. And that's like the fire that lights like I could do this shit. Absolutely. 10:20 Speaker 4: And it really just takes 1. Like once you finally, I mean, the big hurdle is the 1st 1, right? It's like getting the domino to drop, 10:29 Speaker 4: proving that you can, whatever it is, right? Like, Hey, wow, look at this. I'd add a thin air. I just made my own money. Right 10:36 Speaker 4: now it's mine. It's not somebody else's that I'm worried about losing. And now, 10:41 Speaker 4: I don't know. Then you get bolder and bolder as you go 10:44 Speaker 4: because it's your money. Made it once you could do it again. 10:48 Speaker 1: Subject, man. That's cool. Good subject, man. Yeah, it is. Well, today, 10:52 Speaker 1: today is fun. 10:54 Speaker 1: Know, these ones we like 10:57 Speaker 1: anybody that lifts weights, anybody that's active, 11:00 Speaker 1: ladies for you, anti aging, 11:02 Speaker 1: skin, hair, nail, collagen production, this will be for you. So we're going to be talking about the healing peptide blends. You have them obviously separate, so we'll probably tap a little bit on what they each do and then we'll kind of tie them into 11:15 Speaker 4: the blends, 11:17 Speaker 1: how they work, why they do it, and why we should take the blends. Should take and who should not. Yeah, 11:22 Speaker 4: the goal here today, right, is to kind of, there's a bunch of different blends out and we're talking about just the healing blends that this kind of in the season of healing right now. So that's what we're talking about over the next few podcasts. But, 11:36 Speaker 4: and so I don't know, people see all these different things. Well, what hell? Why should I take this 1 over that 1, etcetera, etcetera. We've went into, in fact, last week we went into like deep dive with, 11:45 Speaker 4: under BPC and TB specifically. 11:49 Speaker 4: We won't go that deep again, but we'll, we'll retell everybody. So Yep. As we look at our 11:55 Speaker 4: screen, so the main the 4 that we are talking about, right, is from 11:59 Speaker 4: is the Wolverine blend. Okay, folks. That 12:03 Speaker 4: is BPC-one 12:04 Speaker 4: hundred 57 plus 12:05 Speaker 4: TB-five hundred, also known as Thymosin beta-four. 12:09 Speaker 4: Okay. 12:11 Speaker 4: Most familiarly, 12:12 Speaker 4: that will come in a 10 mg plus 10 mg blend, 12:16 Speaker 4: or even the newest 30 mg plus 30 mg blend, which I think that's my favorite. So there's your Wolverine blend, BPC TV. 12:25 Speaker 4: Then from less complicated to most complicated, Glow. 12:29 Speaker 4: Glow is the G is take the Wolverine and add 12:33 Speaker 4: GHK- 12:34 Speaker 4: which is the copper peptide. So GHK- BPC- TB-five 100. Usually you're going to see that as, 12:41 Speaker 4: 50 mg of GHK- 12:43 Speaker 4: plus 10 mg BPC plus 10 mg TB-five hundred. Then we have CLO. So you just basically we're taking GLO adding KPV 12:52 Speaker 4: on there. We're at 10 mg 12:55 Speaker 4: and then kind of a, 12:57 Speaker 4: well, different line, BPC 13:00 Speaker 4: plus TB 13:01 Speaker 4: plus MGF, 13:03 Speaker 4: which is mechano growth factor plus KPV 13:07 Speaker 4: 14.5. 13:09 Speaker 4: This one's like at 10 mg, 13:12 Speaker 4: 2.5, 13:13 Speaker 4: 1 and 1. MGF is notorious is always like really low. It's similar to like IGF-one 13:19 Speaker 4: where 1 mg 13:21 Speaker 4: it'll last you because you do a low, low dose to 1, 200 micrograms, 13:26 Speaker 4: 3 days a week. So those are the 4 we're talking about. So let's get into it. So 13:30 Speaker 4: here's a little disclaimer, right? Everything we're talking about is educational purposes only. It's not medical advice. We're talking about what we do, what we've seen, 13:38 Speaker 4: but basically in every source matters, folks, right? Not every peptide is created equally. Okay. Make sure you get it from a source that's 13:47 Speaker 4: reputable 13:48 Speaker 4: and not just the cheapest crap you can find because that's just dumb. Well, let's talk about that real quick. We're just for a 2nd because, 13:55 Speaker 1: you know, in a world where we all want things cheaper, 13:59 Speaker 1: Duh. 14:00 Speaker 1: Peptides don't live in that world in our opinion. Here's why. Any company that is worth their salts, their prices are going be a little higher. If you don't know why, let me just break it down for you. They get them tested. It costs a lot to have them tested. And these are, they're obviously spending money to, you know, do that type of stuff. The companies that don't do that don't need to test them and spend all that money. So you're going to get them a little bit cheaper. So you're injecting these things in your body. So you want to spend a little bit more, go with a reputable company in our opinion. Yeah. And they test them on a regular basis and they actually test them themselves instead of just buying them that have tests that come along and just showing that off. Sure. Cause that's what most 14:40 Speaker 4: of them do. 14:43 Speaker 4: And other things, sending shipping stuff in, you know, with an ice pack. The goal is there isn't to make it like freezing the whole time, but, but extreme 14:51 Speaker 4: heat. If those things heat up in transit, that will definitely kind of ruin the efficacy of your peptide. So there's 14:57 Speaker 4: a lot of little things that go into 15:00 Speaker 4: a better brand than not. 15:02 Speaker 4: Okay. So here we go. So for the 1st Wolverine, 15:05 Speaker 4: well, again, it comes in a so BPC plus TB, 10 mg, 10 10 mg, or 30 mg and 30 mg. 15:13 Speaker 4: You may see it other places, but 15:15 Speaker 4: those are 2 that I I most commonly 15:18 Speaker 4: see and use. So 15:20 Speaker 4: what the hell is BPC and TB? So the quick rundown. Okay. BPC-one hundred 57 is actually made and found in our guts, right? In the mucous membrane of our gut. 15:29 Speaker 4: Scientists figured out saying, Hey, why doesn't our stomach acid burn through our stomach? Right? Burns through everything else. What's up with that? Well, we have this mucous membrane that it burns through, but that heals itself faster than it can be burnt through. And they realized why. 15:42 Speaker 4: And it was full of this peptide 15:44 Speaker 4: chain called, and they named it BPC-one hundred 57, body protection 15:49 Speaker 4: compound. 15:51 Speaker 4: And 15:52 Speaker 4: bottled it and said, Can we try this and inject it back into a human? Does it help to heal? It does. Hell yeah. So 15:58 Speaker 4: basically BPC is doing a few things. It's a signaling peptide, so it will and it's really working on tendons and ligaments mostly, folks. 16:07 Speaker 4: It will help identify 16:09 Speaker 4: what ligaments and tendons in a body needs the most rebuilding and repair. K? So signals Propel fitness water with Gatorade electrolytes, 16:18 Speaker 0: 0 sugar, and vitamins. Propel hydrates better than water to help you get the most out of your workout and get back to your best self. What propels you? Propel with Gatorade Electrolytes. 16:30 Speaker 3: I get so many headaches every month. It could be chronic migraine 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting 4 hours or more. Botox on a botulinum toxin A prevents headaches in adults with chronic migraine. It's not for those who have 14 or fewer headache days a month. Prescription Botox is injected by your doctor. Effects of Botox may spread hours to weeks after injection, causing serious symptoms. Allergy doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems, or muscle weakness can be signs of a life threatening condition. 17:23 Speaker 2: Why wait? Ask your doctor. Visit botoxchronicmigraine.com 17:27 Speaker 2: or call one-eight hundred-44Botox 17:29 Speaker 2: to learn more. 17:31 Speaker 4: It helps the absorption 17:33 Speaker 4: of collagen, 17:34 Speaker 4: and that's what builds 17:36 Speaker 4: tendons and ligaments. 17:39 Speaker 4: And it will increase your angiogenesis. 17:42 Speaker 4: Angiogenesis just means formation of new blood vessels. So blood is life, blood is healing, right? Blood brings nutrients and oxygen. 17:49 Speaker 4: If we can 17:50 Speaker 4: bring more blood to any type of injured spot, it heals faster. 17:55 Speaker 4: And finally, it'll help reduce inflammation. TB-five 17:59 Speaker 4: hundred does, 18:00 Speaker 4: in fact, several of those things the same. The biggest difference there is 18:06 Speaker 4: the forceful migration 18:08 Speaker 4: of healing cells. So again, wherever you inject that or wherever BPC, 18:13 Speaker 4: in fact, signals and amplifies the signal of I need help. 18:18 Speaker 4: TB-five hundred 18:20 Speaker 4: is going to have a whole bunch of them stem cell healing cells, cells rush there and get on healing that. Okay. 18:28 Speaker 1: A little more powerful TB-five hundred. And 18:32 Speaker 1: that's why if you do them separate, because they were well separate in the beginning when Will and I were kind of talking through this, 18:40 Speaker 1: the Wolverine, which wasn't called the Wolverine at the time was coming out or had come out. We were kind of reading some things where it wasn't like, we didn't think it was going to be the best. So we kind of kept them separate, which they're great separate. 18:50 Speaker 1: So for anybody that wants to do them separate, a good idea to keep it simple would be tendonitis. 18:56 Speaker 1: If you lift weights, you will have tendonitis if you're doing it right because you're lifting heavy, right? And so BPC, 19:03 Speaker 1: nothing better. You're going to inject that right there and it works well. If you have, you know, harder injuries, just more throughout the body, the TB for 500 is definitely going to be what you want. You don't do the TB necessarily every day. The BPC, it's generally a 20 day 19:16 Speaker 1: cycle. You could do TB like 3 days a week. Yes. TB. So he was like, BPC 19:22 Speaker 4: does not travel well, very well through the body. So it really, really, really wants to be spot injected. 19:28 Speaker 4: Put where that where that injury is. It also doesn't last very long. Call it like a short ester. So 19:35 Speaker 4: it needs to be done more frequently because your body, it gets it gets out of your body faster. TB is the opposite where it does travel well throughout your body and it does last a bit longer. So theoretically, 19:45 Speaker 4: you know, you can do TB-five hundred in your stomach and it's going to systemically help. Right? BPC needs to be put in the spot. 19:51 Speaker 4: And that was kind of 19:53 Speaker 4: maybe 1 spot of contention at the beginning. Yeah. But, 19:56 Speaker 4: but what does that mean? That means that if you want to use both of them, 20:00 Speaker 4: regardless of where you inject the TB, it's going to work. Yeah. Okay. So great. If you inject in the spot, awesome. It'd probably work a little bit better right there, but it's still going to work everywhere. And 20:10 Speaker 4: it's going to last 20:11 Speaker 4: long no matter what. What the hell you can do it every day. Great. Cause that's what you need. So when you have them in the blend, 20:18 Speaker 4: I would absolutely inject them, basically follow the BPC recommendation, 20:22 Speaker 4: which is in the spot 20:24 Speaker 4: daily. 20:26 Speaker 4: So there's that, You know, who I think that this the Wolverine blend is best. 20:32 Speaker 4: So why would I choose that over any of the others? Okay. Well, really for acute injuries. So post surgery, 20:39 Speaker 4: actual torn, 20:40 Speaker 4: torn pulled ligaments, tendinitis, like you said, 20:44 Speaker 4: and you can blast a lot of this stuff. Yeah. These, like, side effect profile on both of these is basically nonexistent. Oh, yeah. So 20:52 Speaker 4: acute injury, 20:54 Speaker 4: athletes needing to recover, but it's more of a it's not like a muscular 20:58 Speaker 4: it's not really focusing on your muscles recovering. Right? When we talk about muscular recovery, we talk about that's how you get big, right, is recovering fast from lifting weights. That's not what we're talking about here. It is more tendon ligaments, which we have enough people have those injuries. Here are some dosing tiers. What I do on the suggestions. So if we have the 10 mg 10 mg bottle, 21:22 Speaker 4: I personally just add 1 ml of water, right? Also with the adding of water folks on peptides, it doesn't matter. So 21:29 Speaker 4: how much water you put in doesn't change the peptide to be good or bad or work better or less, right? Literally the water is just an objective, 21:37 Speaker 4: a subjective 21:39 Speaker 4: number to make the math 21:41 Speaker 4: easier to calculate. 21:43 Speaker 4: So you can, you know exactly how much you can give yourself a dose. So it makes sense if we have 10 mg 21:49 Speaker 4: to add 1 mill of water, makes the math very easy. Alright? And plus, you know, hey, if you want to inject 21:55 Speaker 4: less total volume into you, which most people do, then you get to add less water. You just better add enough water that it actually 22:02 Speaker 4: mixes with the powder and stays as a water. It doesn't just turn into mush. Also, it's really easy to, 22:08 Speaker 1: if you are breaking the math down to, you can kind of, once you get ahold of it, at 1st it's a little weird, but you'll catch up to it where if you take multiple peptides, it's really easy. If you can figure out the math and just keep it at 10 units a day of each compound. 22:23 Speaker 1: That's kind of what I try to do because I don't have to remember, Oh, how much am I taking of this? I just try to figure out the math, put in that much water for that compound in each day, 10 units, 10 units, 10 units, cube sip. Yep. It's easy. Sure. That's 1 way. So for the 10 mg, 10 mg blend, 22:39 Speaker 4: I add 1 mil. Okay. So if you add 1 mil of water, then 22:43 Speaker 4: 10 units will equal 1 mg. 22:47 Speaker 4: My suggestion 22:48 Speaker 4: on this blend is 22:50 Speaker 4: I do 22:51 Speaker 4: 1 to 2 mg 22:53 Speaker 4: daily. 22:54 Speaker 4: Okay? 22:55 Speaker 4: And that is for an absolute for an acute injury. I'd say, you know, 4 to 8 weeks, depending on how long it takes to heal that injury. 23:02 Speaker 4: I also 23:03 Speaker 4: do, and some of my friends do, it's kind of a maintenance dose. So let's say I don't have an acute injury, but my whole body just kind of hurts and my joints are stiff. Literally doing this 3 times a week at 0.5 of a milligram, which is also 500 micrograms, 23:17 Speaker 4: man, I feel better every day. Just just walking through the life, I just feel, yeah, recovered and loose, etcetera. Yeah. So if you happen to have the 30 mg, 30 mg blend, 23:28 Speaker 4: you could add 3 mils of water, then guess what? 23:31 Speaker 4: Everything is the same. Same math. Yeah. So there's your goal. That's the same math. 23:37 Speaker 4: So same thing again, we will put this, here's 23:41 Speaker 4: what a, 23:42 Speaker 4: here's our 30 mg, 23:44 Speaker 4: 30 mg, 23:45 Speaker 4: not ours, but there's 23:49 Speaker 4: 30 mg 23:50 Speaker 4: and 30 mg of BPC and TB. 23:53 Speaker 1: Can we see it? Kind of. Anyway- Well, the cool thing too is the tin is going to be the same. It just has less peptides, that'll confuse some people. Yeah. That's why you add more water. Yeah. Just think of it folks as 24:06 Speaker 1: as there's just more powder. Think of it as a 6 pack versus a 12 pack. Right. And if you put more water in, just back out the math. You're like, oh my god, ruined it. No, you didn't. No, you didn't. It's math. Figure out the math. 24:18 Speaker 4: Right. You never ruin it. Okay. Next thing we got is glow. So the addition of GHK- 24:23 Speaker 4: Okay. Ladies love it. Both of those TB- 24:26 Speaker 4: PBC. Now we go add in GHK- 24:30 Speaker 4: which then 24:31 Speaker 4: turns this thing purple. 24:34 Speaker 4: We can see the bottom. 24:39 Speaker 4: Hello. 24:42 Speaker 4: Alright. And this stuff stings. 24:45 Speaker 4: It stings. So we brought you an example 24:48 Speaker 4: of what makes it not sting. 24:50 Speaker 4: Is this water? It's called No Sting RX. 24:54 Speaker 4: It 24:55 Speaker 4: does not make it fully go away and not sting whatsoever, 24:58 Speaker 4: but it I mean, shit. It blunts the sting by about 80%. It makes it doable. Sure does. 25:05 Speaker 1: For those people that can't take it, there you go. 25:09 Speaker 4: And it's the copper in there that makes it sting. Yeah, right. So copper is healing. Copper is basically the GHKCU. Why do we why do they add that? Right? That is it is just a targeted 25:20 Speaker 4: I think it has something like, yeah, 4,000 genes involved in like skin repair. Yeah. 25:25 Speaker 4: But it's really going on your dermis level repair. 25:29 Speaker 4: Your skin, because it's allowing your body, your skin to make more natural collagen 25:34 Speaker 4: and to absorb even more collagen. Huge. Huge. 25:38 Speaker 4: That's the big deal with the GHK- 25:41 Speaker 4: Why 25:42 Speaker 4: now if we go to doses, so for people, hey, post injury, cool. It's still gonna heal. You're still getting the same amount of BPC and TB. You're getting 10 mg and 10 mg, 25:51 Speaker 4: but you're also getting 50 mg of copper. Yeah. 25:55 Speaker 4: So this is skin aesthetics, 25:57 Speaker 4: anti aging. Now, 25:59 Speaker 4: if we look at protocols, 26:02 Speaker 4: you can't 26:03 Speaker 4: do too much copper. That 26:05 Speaker 4: is the problem why 26:08 Speaker 4: the straight up Wolverine blend is better for just pure acute healing because you can do more of it and you're going to need to do more of it. Yeah, like surgeries. You want to go with Wolverine. 26:17 Speaker 4: So this is for people who want like anti aging protocols, want skin aesthetic protocols. 26:22 Speaker 4: This is the go to because of the copper and it helps, but you just can't do too much copper. So my suggestion, I generally put in 2 mils of water. 26:31 Speaker 4: Then 10 units is gonna give you 2.5 mg of GHKCU. 26:35 Speaker 4: It's gonna give you 500 micrograms, BPC, 500 micrograms of TB-five hundred. 26:41 Speaker 4: Daily, that's about as much copper as a person wants to do. It's 2.5 megs daily. 26:47 Speaker 4: Okay. 26:48 Speaker 4: 4 weeks, then I'd back it off to maybe a maintenance dose. So do the same doses. I would just, I just 3 days a week. Yeah. So 26:57 Speaker 1: 1 of the, I mean, you ladies love the GHK-3CU 27:00 Speaker 1: for a good reason. It's really going to help with fine lines and skin, 27:05 Speaker 1: collagen production, 27:06 Speaker 1: skin, hair, nails. It's great for anti aging. There's a reason why 27:11 Speaker 1: we put it into a shampoo also because it works. Yeah. It works really And 27:16 Speaker 1: we have actually had hairdressers 27:18 Speaker 1: that didn't necessarily 27:20 Speaker 1: believe it going into it, and then they personally used it. Women that have been losing their hair are like, oh, wow. Because GHKC was a powerful coverage is powerful. It really worked. And we even talked about last week was 27:32 Speaker 5: Low energy, unfocused, 27:34 Speaker 5: foggy. 27:35 Speaker 5: You might be dehydrated. Gatorade 27:37 Speaker 5: 0 powders have been scientifically designed to help improve hydration balance in the body. With a clinically proven electrolyte blend and no artificial colors or flavors. Great tasting hydration no matter where you're going. Shop now online or at retailers nationwide. 27:52 Speaker 5: Hydrates better than water. Is it in you? Symptoms noted are signs of mild to moderate dehydration. 27:58 Speaker 2: Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist. I get so many headaches every month. It could be chronic migraine 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting 4 hours or more. Botox, Autobotulinum 28:10 Speaker 3: Toxin A, prevents headaches in adults with chronic migraine. 28:53 Speaker 2: Why wait? Ask your doctor. Visit botoxchronicmigraine.com 28:57 Speaker 2: or call 18044 29:00 Speaker 4: to learn more. TB-five hundred, they're running like tests and trials on its potential to help hair regrow. It's 29:08 Speaker 4: not quite there yet at the doses, but plenty of R and D going on with all this stuff to figure new things out. So 29:15 Speaker 4: yes, beauty, anti aging, and it would, I mean, ask women who's taken it. You know, you literally just less skin looks younger, more vibrant. 29:23 Speaker 4: Proof is in the pudding. Yep. Alright. 29:26 Speaker 4: Then 29:26 Speaker 4: Clo. So what the hell is this? 29:29 Speaker 4: It is glow with the added KPV. 29:32 Speaker 4: KPV is essentially for your gut. So 29:35 Speaker 4: this is 29:38 Speaker 4: why would we want to take this? Well, you get the exact same amount of BPC and TB. Okay. You get the same amount of GHK CU, but now we're adding 10 mg of KPV. 29:48 Speaker 4: That is going to help, right? Our gut brain access is a huge thing. We talked about this last week, right, where it's our 2nd brain and it's our, 29:58 Speaker 4: it's kind of the center for like autoimmune disorders. Right? Yeah. That's where they are. Yeah. 30:04 Speaker 4: That's where things go wrong. Yeah. And in healing the gut can heal a lot of that stuff. 30:09 Speaker 4: I don't know. I don't know. It's still kind of a mystery on what the gut, 30:14 Speaker 4: the gut brain access and what it actually does. But since, since we've been humans have been around, we've known that there's something special going on. Right? Because all these phrases like trust your gut, right? 30:25 Speaker 1: If your gut isn't doing good, the rest of your body is not doing good. Most sicknesses come from the fact that your gut is jacked up. I mean, most people these days have some type of a leaky gut problem or something like that. So this, the KPV added into it 30:39 Speaker 1: will, really help with that. So why would you choose 30:44 Speaker 1: either of these instead of all separately? 30:46 Speaker 1: Well, you're gonna save money for 1. So just doing them all at 1 time is obviously gonna keep it simple. It's less injections, 30:52 Speaker 1: the obvious. 30:53 Speaker 1: And the KPV for, 30:55 Speaker 1: like I said, most people that have gut issues, the KPV and the BPC 31:00 Speaker 1: together 31:01 Speaker 1: comes from the gut, with the gut as well. It's just a powerhouse. Yep, for sure. So like BPC, 31:06 Speaker 4: so we know if you do the sub Q BPC, 31:10 Speaker 4: it's looking for anything 31:12 Speaker 4: systemically 31:13 Speaker 4: to heal 1st and then it's going back to your gut, right? It was derived 31:16 Speaker 4: in the gut, it's from the gut and that is literally what heals 31:20 Speaker 4: that mucus membrane as well as KPV. 31:23 Speaker 4: So if you're looking for 31:25 Speaker 4: everything that GLO gives you, but you also have too much inflammation, 31:29 Speaker 4: right? 31:31 Speaker 4: Or, and I mean, cause that's coming from the gut. So inflammation or auto immune immunity 31:37 Speaker 4: disorders, 31:39 Speaker 4: there's your reason to go with Clo. 31:41 Speaker 4: Okay. 31:42 Speaker 1: This would be good to run after you run antibiotics or anything like that. Try to clear out the- It would be absolutely right. Then the different Okay, so dosages, 31:51 Speaker 4: same thing, treat this like glow 31:54 Speaker 4: and add 2 mils of water, right, 10 units. 31:58 Speaker 4: It's giving you the same pretty standard straightforward dosing. 32:02 Speaker 4: Again, you can't do too much because of the copper. 32:06 Speaker 4: Finally, BTMK, 32:08 Speaker 4: okay? BPC- TB-five 100, MGF. 32:11 Speaker 4: MGF is mechano growth factor and some KPV. So this is kind of an, this is an interesting 1. 32:18 Speaker 4: This is peptides, 32:21 Speaker 4: 1 of its best attempts 32:23 Speaker 4: for life as an Right? Anabolic 32:28 Speaker 4: There's just so we know, like peptides aren't if you're a grown ass man with a lot of muscle, 32:34 Speaker 4: you're not gonna get much bigger muscle wise from any peptide. Just not gonna happen. They're not anabolics. 32:40 Speaker 4: They're just not that powerful. Right? This is why they're safe because they're just not that powerful. 32:45 Speaker 4: So this is the best 32:47 Speaker 4: MGF and IGF-1LR-three 32:50 Speaker 4: are like the best possibilities for muscle growth. The 32:53 Speaker 4: cool thing about MGF, I suppose it's 32:56 Speaker 4: a spliced version of IGF-one 32:59 Speaker 4: and it basically means it doesn't last very long in your body. Okay? It goes to work really fast, but then gets out of you. So it needs to be injected. 33:07 Speaker 4: It 33:09 Speaker 4: needs to be injected like literally post workout 10 to 30 minutes and in the muscle that you actually worked out. Okay. 33:17 Speaker 4: Why? 33:18 Speaker 4: So, okay. B b BTMK versus Wolverine, right? When to upgrade. BTMK is really trying to we're trying to go heal with some muscle After a hard workout or damaged 33:29 Speaker 4: muscle, which is that, 33:30 Speaker 4: injecting right in the muscle, trying to give yourself some more anabolic 33:34 Speaker 4: results. 33:35 Speaker 4: Alright? Eat. Eat more food also. But 33:38 Speaker 4: here's your dosages. I'd add 1 mil. Okay? The Mechanical Growth Factor comes in 1 mg. So your goal is about 200 micrograms, 33:45 Speaker 4: 3 days a week and injected right in the spot. So that would equal 20 units if you added 1 mil of water. If I had 20 minutes, 20 units and I worked out my legs, I would go 10 in a quad and 10 in the other quad. Leg day. If I worked out my arms, I would do the same thing. Yeah. 34:02 Speaker 4: What's cool is you're getting, and that's forcing you now to give yourself in 34:08 Speaker 4: in 10 units, 34:09 Speaker 4: 2 Migs of, 34:11 Speaker 4: or in 20 units, excuse me, in 2 Migs of BPC. 34:15 Speaker 4: Well, we're just blasting. That's a lot. That's a very, very healthy dose of BPC. 34:19 Speaker 4: And it's just getting shoved right in the muscle, helping angiogenesis, 34:23 Speaker 4: helping create new blood vessels. 34:25 Speaker 4: Blood is life and it goes to your muscles 34:27 Speaker 4: to help it grow, do its best. 34:29 Speaker 4: TB-five 100 is bringing some of those stem cells, all the builders to the party to help rebuild and KPV to handle and help inflammation 34:37 Speaker 4: to not be out of hand. When 34:40 Speaker 4: building muscle, you want some inflammation, but you don't want too much or else you're just spinning your wheels and it's not even healing much, So 34:49 Speaker 4: MGF is an interesting 1 or this whole BTMK because this dose a bit lower in some things, but the goal is to go 34:56 Speaker 4: 3 days a week 34:57 Speaker 4: into your muscle post workout. Yep. 10 to 30 minutes. 35:01 Speaker 4: So there you go. And here's our 35:05 Speaker 4: summary. 35:07 Speaker 4: Fours, 4 are the Wolverine blend glow, 35:11 Speaker 4: CLO 35:12 Speaker 4: and BTMK 35:14 Speaker 4: healing, Wolverine blend acute healing, 35:17 Speaker 4: right? GLO skin aesthetics, 35:19 Speaker 4: CLO skin aesthetics, but with some lower inflammation, 35:22 Speaker 4: BTMK 35:23 Speaker 4: anabolic muscle building. Yeah. Best attempt. 35:27 Speaker 1: Glow and Clow are so close. If you have gut problems, get the Clow, might be your best. But again, if you have surgery, 35:34 Speaker 1: any type of surgery, with the Wolverine and you can take a lot of it and you should, you can take a lot and, obviously contingent upon what you can afford. 35:44 Speaker 4: But, it will expedite the healing of that surgery function. And I guess word to the wise, any of those that have GHK- 35:50 Speaker 4: in them, I 35:52 Speaker 4: would, I would suggest using the no sting water. It hurts. A lot of people say they just can't even handle it and burn so bad. 35:59 Speaker 4: I guess you could DM us and we could tell you where to get this. 36:03 Speaker 4: I don't think we're really allowed to plug anything here, but, 36:06 Speaker 4: no sting water really, really helps. It's not gonna be a perfect 100% fix, but about 80% fix. That's good. For some people that's a big deal because they just can't do it. They can't do it, so they just won't do it. Kinda like me with NAD plus. Fuck, that shit hurt. I 36:20 Speaker 1: just couldn't do it. Truly. Unless I had no sting water. It's funny though that it's just like everybody's so different because it doesn't even bug me 1 bit. NAD. 36:28 Speaker 4: So there you go, folks. Good stuff. It was good. Enjoy them. Yeah. B-BTMQ 36:34 Speaker 1: is not the most popular. It's I haven't don't even think I've really 36:49 Speaker 1: Make sure your hormones are in line. The typical stuff we always talk about. Far more important than any peptide is getting that stuff in line 1st. 36:58 Speaker 4: I, so 36:59 Speaker 1: Will knows this, but I've been talking about just for weeks and weeks sleeping, man. So I've been studying the hell out of it. 37:06 Speaker 1: And so I radically changed my approach because I did a lot of research on it as you should do. And like trying to figure out some of the issues that I'm having with sleeping and couldn't figure it out and 37:17 Speaker 1: of stumbled upon some stuff, thinking that I wasn't getting enough nutrients because I fast so much and my body just might've changed and I've been doing it for too long. 37:25 Speaker 1: Seemed illogical. So anyways, for month of April, I have dropped all my peptides, eat a little bit of the Wolverine because my shoulders are messed up and I'm trying to even just do as little of everything that I can. I'm keeping my HGH, 2 IUs, 37:37 Speaker 1: obviously my testosterone. 37:39 Speaker 1: I mean, actually going from 180 to 200, which is rare for me, bring that up a little bit. 37:45 Speaker 1: I've been eating 5 meals, which we've been working with a company that drops off the meals here, which are great. No seed oils. 37:51 Speaker 1: And I don't know, man, it's been, I think 4 days and I slept a little late hours last night, so maybe it's working. I don't know. I'll keep you posted. But the point of that is we all got to continue to learn and grow and try new stuff. We all get so stuck in the way that we eat, whereas we're like, it's so easy in the way that we lift, man, if you, we just trick our bodies and do something different, it shocks and you go right back to it. Even like these, like most compounds you should run for generally 90 days, but you need to take a break so that your body reboots 38:23 Speaker 1: and then do it again for 90 days, you know, but you do need to take a break. All of us. Yep, we do. So I actually have had a shoulder, 38:31 Speaker 4: man, it's been maybe 2 months or so. Left shoulder has just, 38:35 Speaker 4: I tweaked it. Know I haven't torn it, but it's probably a rotator cuff thing, Or a labrum issue. 38:41 Speaker 4: And I was kind of, I don't know, I was not being the most like aggressive on healing 38:46 Speaker 4: it. 38:47 Speaker 4: And so when I'm doing moderate peptides kind of up and down inconsistently, 38:51 Speaker 4: like that's a recipe for wasting money and getting nowhere. 38:57 Speaker 4: So I proactively said, all right, I'm going to stop 39:00 Speaker 4: all the healing peptides for that for 2 weeks, stopped them at about 3, 4 days ago. Said, all right, I'm going to go aggressive again. I've been taking the BP, the 30, 30 BPZ TB, 39:10 Speaker 4: injecting 40 units. Okay? So that's 39:14 Speaker 4: quite a bit. That's 4 mg of each. And 39:18 Speaker 4: just, you know, right in the kind of the back of the shoulder spots. I'm kind of just trying to make a circle 39:23 Speaker 4: triangle around it and I'm 4 days in and it feels basically healed. That's crazy. I know. It's nuts. So Truly amazing. 39:32 Speaker 4: Yeah. It's amazing. So there you go. And the last thing this 39:36 Speaker 4: so we put, we have our new 39:39 Speaker 4: social media platform, I guess. It's a platform on 39:42 Speaker 4: school and 39:44 Speaker 4: we can, we'll put it on 39:46 Speaker 4: this video here, but this will be available if you actually want to look at it in detail 39:52 Speaker 4: and some other dosing recommendations, 39:54 Speaker 4: recommendations on waters, 39:56 Speaker 4: recommendations on every peptide there is. Anything else to add on that? Yeah, because 1 of the cool things about it is, 40:02 Speaker 1: know, everybody's seeking peptides. That's why I think this podcast has done so well, quick. Everybody's looking and everybody. So what we're building there, and it's been amazing, it's blown us away. Our people are coming there and they're talking to each other. They're not just talking to our team. They're like getting like the running other ideas or posting wins. 40:20 Speaker 1: They're showing, you know, transformations in 3 months. It has blown us away. It's all positive. 40:26 Speaker 1: If you're looking for that type of group of people, like minded people that are just trying to be healthy and, and, you learn a lot, we'll have a lot of this type of stuff. We continue, it's going to grow and grow with the educational stuff on there 40:38 Speaker 1: every week. It's growing obviously. 40:41 Speaker 1: Yeah, it's just a lot of encouragement and pushing each other to do better, man. That's what we believe here. And it's done amazing. It's blown us away that there's so many people of like mine that are looking for that. So you found it. It's on a Warrior Makers platform on school. Yep. There's different recommendations to different TRT doctors and 40:59 Speaker 4: blood work doctors, etcetera. 41:02 Speaker 4: A lot of cool information. 41:04 Speaker 4: You'll learn, welcome, come be a part of it. Yep. 41:07 Speaker 1: Next week we will do the Q and A and 41:10 Speaker 1: so we'll record that on Tuesday. It'll drop on Thursday. So until then, 41:14 Speaker 1: see you guys. Good night.
