So ladies, welcome. Thank you. So nice to be here. I'm excited to be with you, Tiffany. I know. 1:43 Speaker 2: It is a So much. A a girls episode. 1:46 Speaker 2: I'm excited to talk to both of you. Will is still in Italy with his now fiance. She said yes. 1:53 Speaker 2: So we didn't wanna bug him. I told him he's not gonna wanna film any podcasts there, and he 1:58 Speaker 2: I was right. On the boat. It was great. He's enjoying his time in Italy as he should. So 2:03 Speaker 2: we get to talk about 2:05 Speaker 2: women and health and hormones 2:07 Speaker 2: and peptides. 2:08 Speaker 2: It's gonna be great. Yeah. So, Tiffany, tell us a little bit about just who you are and, like, what credentials that you have and kinda what led you onto the path. We started on my podcast. 2:19 Speaker 2: We didn't get into that. So tell us a little bit about what led you into what you're doing. Sure. 2:25 Speaker 4: So as you mentioned, and we'll keep it shorter here because 2:29 Speaker 4: I'm a retired IFBB bikini pro. 2:31 Speaker 4: I 2:33 Speaker 4: had done great in my career. However, I was running my hormones into the ground. 2:37 Speaker 4: I was older than my mother on paper at the age of 26. Crazy. So I 2:42 Speaker 4: my hair was falling out. I had amenorrhea. 2:46 Speaker 4: Just was told that I couldn't conceive. I actually had a miscarriage 2:51 Speaker 4: because I wasn't converting my T4 to T3 properly. So it just made me spiral because 2:56 Speaker 4: I was trusting the wrong hands at the time, but I said there had to be a different way because every doctor I saw just kept dismissing me. They kept throwing medications at me. 3:07 Speaker 4: They told me it had PCOS. 3:10 Speaker 4: They gave me metformin. 3:11 Speaker 4: They gave me birth control. 3:16 Speaker 4: Carried, I was dismissed by a doctor because of my competing background. 3:20 Speaker 4: She said she wasn't going to give me T3 and 3:24 Speaker 4: because she thought I wanted it to lose 3:27 Speaker 4: weight. And I said, No, everything that I'm reading, of like your story you told me earlier, I said, Nope, it I I know I don't convert. I've 3:35 Speaker 4: studied. I see with my pen and paper. Yeah. 3:37 Speaker 4: I my t 4 doesn't convert to t 3, and I feel like I'm going to have a miscarriage. I don't I just feel off. Yeah. And she said, like, I don't want that on my belt, so I'm not going to prescribe it to you. And so she sent me on my way. Thanks, doc. I then did everything I could to 3:55 Speaker 4: salvage this 3:57 Speaker 4: baby at the time. And I grew the fetus, but it never grew a heartbeat. And so when I saw the doctor, he goes, How did you do this? What did you do? I knew something was wrong, as women know when something's wrong. 4:10 Speaker 4: I just said, Well, I started looking into everything that I started learning in herbal 4:15 Speaker 4: holistic care, and I took 4:18 Speaker 4: chaste tree and, you know, other Chinese herbs while I was able to grow the fetus, but because I wasn't converting the thyroid, 4:25 Speaker 4: it wasn't able to grow a heartbeat. Right. So that spiraled me. Okay? I said there has to be another way. Every doctor dismissed me. I went back to school. Spiraled you meaning, like, as a catalyst to, like, you wanting to, like, learn more about, like, outside of Western medicine. Is that what you mean? Outside of Western medicine. Okay. Cool. That's I mean, like I said, it has a time and a place, Western medicine, absolutely. Break your arm. But when it came to Cool. My health, I knew something was wrong. I was not not feeling better. Yeah. I was just stressed all the time. Cortisol was through the roof. Again, going back to miscarrying, that's very traumatic on a woman. Yeah. Yeah. So 5:02 Speaker 4: but again, by the grace of God, like, was a learning lesson, 5:05 Speaker 4: and he was protecting me in all areas. But I went back to 5:10 Speaker 4: school and I started to learn on nutrition and I became a 5:14 Speaker 4: nutrition specialist. Then from that point, 5:18 Speaker 4: I went on a hiatus and I have 13 certifications in nutrition, which then cat apults me into nutrition practitioner, which oversees holistic 5:27 Speaker 4: nutrition. 5:29 Speaker 4: I mean, you name it, I'm certified in every style of nutrition because it 5:34 Speaker 4: is so important. That is our true medicine. Food is our true medicine. 5:37 Speaker 2: And 5:38 Speaker 4: so, yeah, I'm certified through the board, registered through the board. I am not licensed for a reason because I don't want to follow the guidelines 5:46 Speaker 4: of the 5:48 Speaker 3: government, if you will. Yeah. And the insurance systems that run medical systems. Yeah. 5:54 Speaker 4: So everything is functional. 5:55 Speaker 4: That's a big thing, getting to the root cause. 5:59 Speaker 4: Firmly believe, like, guessing, start testing so you get answers 6:03 Speaker 4: and proper testing because a lot of the times we just run labs. We don't realize that labs are just a screenshot of time. 6:10 Speaker 2: Well, a lot of the labs they run too, the doctors don't know shit. Well, that's what I was just talking with her about. To be honest, like, they don't even like, for man, they run testosterone, don't even run free testosterone. Like, bro. Well, they have a baseline plus, like, your whatever insurance covers. Right? So you just go according to what your doctor tells you. Okay. Yeah. We need this baseline of labs. 6:27 Speaker 3: You go get them done, but then they say, okay. Every everything's fine. They don't even check for all the t t 3. They check, like, 1 t 3 number. There's 6:34 Speaker 4: 8 markers. Yeah. Exactly. And I just learned this recently. So Yeah. So that's the other thing is, like, I do functional testing only because that gives you the root cause answer. Like, if you get a lab and it says, oh, you're inflamed like you were talking about. What's the cause? K. Where is the inflammation coming from? Like, what's doing this? Right. So I'm inflamed. Let's just stay away from seed oils and this and this. Okay. Well, you've done all of that, but you're still inflamed. Sure. Oh, okay. It's because we have a leaky gut. 6:59 Speaker 4: You have intestinal permeability, 7:01 Speaker 4: right? Like you have the it's leaking into your system. You're not able to that's why the inflammation is being caused. Okay, so you have leaky gut. Now what do we do about it? Right? And so that's where my work begins. 7:14 Speaker 2: So how do people come to you though? Like, so like for example, is it women that are looking for hormone type replacement? Is it more gut stuff? Like what 7:25 Speaker 2: leads people to you? Sure. Mean, 7:28 Speaker 4: I'm All so the above? Does not feel this feel like Word-of-mouth, 7:32 Speaker 4: then my 7:33 Speaker 4: socials, my website, 7:36 Speaker 4: I had 7:38 Speaker 4: I speak 7:39 Speaker 4: So we all have a story, right? Just the story that I just shared with you. 7:44 Speaker 4: We all have a story, and I speak to that woman, that woman that's been dismissed. I speak to that woman that's been through the doctor's office. Like I told you, I had a patient that came to me where she thought she had to live with anaphylactic 7:56 Speaker 4: responses to where she carried an EpiPen. She was on progesterone and estrogen and I was like, Oh my gosh. Was like, Do they even test if you're Rh negative? I mean, do you realize that we can't even be on estrogen if you go 8:09 Speaker 4: They don't. It's cancer causing. I can't even tell you how many people have been diagnosed cancer because they were Rh negative and their doctor put them on estrogen. Fucking. So I just said, But do you even know if your body can absorb it? And so sure enough, we test her gut. Her liver was backed up. She can't even absorb the estrogen. No wonder you're gaining weight. No wonder you still don't have a sex drive. No wonder you're inflamed. 8:30 Speaker 4: She has been like this for, she said, the last 10 years, like it's just been so all over the place. She's like, I don't get it. I'm taking all of these hormones. 8:39 Speaker 4: I am tired. 8:41 Speaker 4: She was on HRT through all of that and she was still experiencing it. Oh, so she was still feeling like crap, Yeah, and here's why. So we ran her gut 8:49 Speaker 4: Zoomer and then we also ran her organic oats test and then we also ran her hormone Zoomer. And what came back was that her estrogen wasn't converting properly through her liver, so that was backed up. So we had to do a liver detox to clear that pathway. So no wonder you're gaining weight, because I mean, you're just the estrogen's just floating around in your system. There's no idea where to go. Right, for sure. How long does that take, like, a liver detox if somewhere would be like a timeline? Like, okay, this is where you start. I can show you the messages, she was like, I cannot believe how I feel 9:20 Speaker 4: in the 1st 10 days. That's awesome. Oh, wow. She lost 6 pounds of water weight. 9:25 Speaker 4: By week 8, she had lost 16 pounds. 9:28 Speaker 4: By week 12, 20. But it was more the 9:32 Speaker 4: water weight that came out of her, but also she was not sleeping through the night. She hadn't had a good night of sleep since her son was born. Sure. Cortisol's high. Yeah. And so, but we also had to give her some calming factors to help her sleep because her cortisol was so high. Like what? Like ashwagandha and, like, glycine and Yeah. Stuff like that? Yeah. It was that. And then also and then we do have to be kinda careful with GABAs and melon I don't really I don't use melatonin on any of my patients. 9:57 Speaker 4: That's a whole different story, but it's a whole different topic. 10:00 Speaker 4: We're talking about gut health. But yeah, I just I for her, 10:05 Speaker 4: her stress level was able to come down. The inflammation came down. Huge. Her her body Life changing. She said, I feel so sexy. Like, she was like, I she was like, I was so afraid to go on vacation with my husband. And we went on vacation. She's like, I felt so good. Her husband sees a different wife now. She's not so snappy. 10:24 Speaker 4: She her husband is an entrepreneur, 10:26 Speaker 4: so she carried up, you know, the home. And that on a woman is very hard because it's a lot. Is. It's a lot. Women pick up about 90% 10:34 Speaker 4: while the man is out doing what he does. Right? And that's how you know you have a good woman, by the way. 10:40 Speaker 4: And I do both. Take care of the house and work. Yeah. No, I mean, lot of us do. I mean, we're unfortunately in a society that is very, very, you know, at need right now, which is out of order, but it is what it is. But so, 10:53 Speaker 4: anyway, she just said that, like, her husband was even like, I got my wife back. She's less irritable with her kids. She's not so sure. I had her do nervous system training as well, which is big because we could take the supplements, we can do all of that, but you need to give yourself that time like we talked about that 1st hour of the morning, even if it's 10 minutes to do a nervous system reset because it's all mindset. Dude, it's huge. Well, sometimes the easiest, simplest things are people just go, Oh, that's not gonna work. That's too easy. Yeah. Just breathe. I just have to breathe. Oh, okay. Well, now that's I need a pill. I need this and, you know Yeah. Because we're taught to take pills. Like, when you go to the doctor, like, think about, like, I know I know all of us because I've I've I know I've known you forever and, like, I've already talked with you. So we've been down the hole, so to speak, for a long time, but, like, 11:37 Speaker 2: like, God knows what he's doing. Like, if some things are simple, like, take your shoes off and walk on the grass. I know that sounds like when I couldn't sleep, 11:44 Speaker 2: I was, like, sitting by a tree and taking my feet off. Like, I you know what I mean? Like, there's a reason why tree hugger came, you know, to place. Like, it's if you walk on the grass, it, like, resets your circadian rhythm. You know? Yeah. These things can work. Hour of waking. You know? Yeah. We've been taught to plow ourselves with sunscreen and like have sunglasses and like if you just stare at the sun, like there's all these like old school things that like have been pushed under the down so we don't find them. Like you can, the body heals itself, food heals itself, like it can help you heal. You know what I mean? Or, know, doctors are trained to prescribe medicine. And unfortunately for the longest time, 12:20 Speaker 2: we trusted them a little bit too blindly. I think most 12:24 Speaker 2: doctors, 12:25 Speaker 2: I would say the high, high majority go to help. They want to do that to help, but they're trained to prescribe medicine. And unfortunately, a lot of them don't continue to grow and evolve and realize like, why are these doctors still prescribing 12:39 Speaker 2: vaccines to all these children? Like, it's very easy to find that vaccines cause autism. 12:45 Speaker 2: Like, if you do not know that by now, you're not looking because, 12:49 Speaker 2: duh, 12:50 Speaker 2: but they're still freaking prescribing it. Why? And like, sometimes I get so frustrated because 12:57 Speaker 2: why the hell are you still doing it? Like, I get it. They feel like you were trained to do that, but now you've seen something that has to tug at your integrity 13:04 Speaker 4: while you're still doing it. And that's why you're frustrated at doctors. What makes me more than just about that because I'm getting my my ears are getting hot is that the 13:13 Speaker 4: gaslighting that goes in or on in those rooms 13:17 Speaker 4: to mothers, especially like if dad's Yeah, not they don't have the My husband was with me when 13:24 Speaker 4: so our doctor had gotten called out or something, so he was saw his colleague 13:28 Speaker 4: and 13:28 Speaker 4: we go in there and he was basically arguing with my husband because we denied 13:33 Speaker 4: vaccines. Yeah. Our other doctor was great. He was arguing us. And 13:39 Speaker 4: if my husband was like fist fighting him with words in that room, 13:43 Speaker 4: but I can't 13:45 Speaker 2: imagine. 13:46 Speaker 4: He wasn't there. He wasn't there. I still wouldn't have done it. How passive would woman would? 13:52 Speaker 4: To go back to what I was telling you earlier, so I took on a patient 13:56 Speaker 4: pro bono, he's 7 years old. 13:59 Speaker 4: They bully moms in those 14:02 Speaker 4: offices. And especially if 14:05 Speaker 4: dad's not there, passive women get scared. 14:08 Speaker 4: And what happens is, so for example, they were not going to let him start school. Now, this is a child that was hitting every milestone up until 5, 14:15 Speaker 4: perfectly normal child, speaking well. 14:18 Speaker 4: She was totally against it. She did a religious exempt 14:21 Speaker 4: and he They declined it. And and this is public school. 14:27 Speaker 4: And so she was like, Well, if we do it, can we please space them out so I can see if there's any 14:32 Speaker 4: reaction or side effects? And so the 1st 1 I believe was DTaP. There wasn't an issue. And then the 2nd 1 was MMR and that's immediately, she said, days later- That's the 1 that gives him. Yeah. And now he cannot speak at all. So 14:46 Speaker 4: he's 7 years old. And then I just had it come over me to take him on pro bono because 14:52 Speaker 4: with children who have autism, 14:55 Speaker 4: has a lot to do with nutrition. 14:57 Speaker 4: Even down- And fat. 14:58 Speaker 4: Do you agree with that? High fat. Yes. But again, we have to understand what types we're dealing with, if it's hyper or hypo. 15:05 Speaker 4: So 15:06 Speaker 4: with that being said, I also 15:09 Speaker 4: partnered up with Desert Moon Wellness, which they- Okay, I love them. You do? Yeah. Oh my gosh. You know Janelle? 15:16 Speaker 4: I don't know. Oh. No. I don't Nor is Crunchy. Oh. Well, Jenny McCarthy. I just yeah. I order them. I have a lot of yeah. Yeah. Jenny McCarthy, her son, same someone she's very open about it. Sure. Yep. And so 15:28 Speaker 4: Janelle is the owner and along with her husband Corey, 15:32 Speaker 4: and I said, listen, I just took this case on. I would love to partner with you guys. I don't know if you guys do, 15:38 Speaker 4: you know, sponsorships or they said we would love to sponsor him. And I like just 15:42 Speaker 4: cried because I'm like, wow, this little boy, 15:45 Speaker 4: And the reason being is because I feel like they've been so, again, gaslighted and just not, you know, it's His mom just recently took him out of school because of, you know, certain issues that were happening. She couldn't tell if there was neglect going on and, you know, he was coming home with bruises or, 16:01 Speaker 4: you know, urine. 16:02 Speaker 4: So she was just like cry. I just again, it was like a God thing. He just put it over me. 16:08 Speaker 4: So we're gonna get this little boy some treatment. But it's just so sad 16:12 Speaker 4: to see 16:13 Speaker 4: the women 16:15 Speaker 4: and parents that just get gaslit in those offices 16:18 Speaker 4: to do it and made they may they basically are left feeling guilty either way. Yeah. 16:24 Speaker 2: Well, because for 16:26 Speaker 2: a very, very, very, very long time, most people, if you said vaccines cause autism, 16:31 Speaker 2: you were looked at like, 16:33 Speaker 2: know, 16:34 Speaker 2: I spoke it anyway. I don't care, like, know, like, I'm gonna say what it is, but a lot of people don't know that. So, like, again, COVID was a catalyst to a lot of people going, something's off. No shit. You know what I mean? So that's great. I mean, 16:47 Speaker 2: not just vaccinations, 16:49 Speaker 3: women in in hormone replacement. There's a lot of people don't even know that you should take hormones like, you should get your hormones checked when you're a woman. They don't even know that you should take Tesofronin. I feel this is a huge know, it's coming around. It's coming around finally, you know, and I have these conversations with a lot of women, especially, you know, like, even my mom, you know, that had went through so much just gaslighting. Yeah. You don't know what mean. You're fine. There's something wrong here. It's an you know? You're getting older. MRI. 17:15 Speaker 3: Oh, you have anxiety. There's you just know? And they would just shun. Just be like, okay. Out the door. Yeah. And it was like, if you even put up a fight, it was like, you're not gonna be hypnotic anymore. I'm sorry. Like, they would literally 17:27 Speaker 3: they'd be like, 17:28 Speaker 2: Yeah. Just Dismissal. That's what it is. Dismissal. It's neglect. It's it's Dismissal is a lack of knowledge? 17:34 Speaker 4: It it's another thing I was telling her is that they also only know what they know. This is what they've been taught in school. So you don't want to shoot 17:42 Speaker 4: them down because, again, they just don't know what they don't know. But they should grow. They should grow, and I agree with you on this. But again Because we all do. Okay, but what's 17:52 Speaker 4: and a lot of doctors are, but a lot of them are moving more towards concierge because they have more Problom. Yeah. 17:59 Speaker 4: You know what I mean? Where it's like they don't have to work under a hospital 18:03 Speaker 4: to where they can't branch out. 18:06 Speaker 4: So a lot of like concierge doctors are doing more functional testing and more understanding in that space. So there are some great ones, 18:14 Speaker 4: but it's still so few and far between that it's not enough for the masses of what's truly going on. Yeah. 18:20 Speaker 3: Yeah, they don't know to start. They don't know what to ask for. Like, okay, that's the biggest question. It's like, well, what do I get? Where do I start? 18:26 Speaker 3: Do I Well, you said something 18:28 Speaker 2: that's amazing. They don't ask questions. What do you get to it for most doctors, right? You tell them what's going on, they go, 18:35 Speaker 2: Here, take this, 18:37 Speaker 2: and then, know, call me in a week or whatever. Right. Right. Like, so when this really, really, really changed for me is when I went to, I've had an autoimmune issue forever. And gosh, we couldn't I was when it really got mad, I was running a mortgage company. 18:49 Speaker 2: And overnight, 18:51 Speaker 2: I just started getting some wealth all over my head. And I'm like, what the hell is happening here? And 18:57 Speaker 2: so naturally, I went to doctor after doctor after doctor and and I think 8, literally. 19:02 Speaker 2: And they all, 2 degrees, said the same thing. 19:05 Speaker 2: It's incurable. It's an autoimmune. It's called folliculitis. 19:09 Speaker 2: It's 19:10 Speaker 2: so rare that there's no auto, yeah. And 19:12 Speaker 2: here we take some antibiotics. 19:14 Speaker 2: And I'm like, why would I take antibiotics? 19:17 Speaker 2: Like, it's all to me. That means it's coming from my gut. And, like, I was thinking, why am I telling you this? Like, why would I take antibiotics if it's not gonna cure it? And I'm just like, what? So then 19:27 Speaker 2: somebody had told me to call this gal. She's a holistic gal, blah blah blah. I'm like, what is that? You know? So I go to see her. 19:35 Speaker 2: I sit down with her for 4 hours. Yeah. Sounds about right. Sat down with her for 4 hours. She dug so deep into my life and went back and was asking me these just direct questions that I had forgotten about. She was digging into my life. I left. I was like, oh, I'm so tired. Like, you know what I mean? And then she was texting me questions later because but she was digging into stuff. Emotional? 19:56 Speaker 2: Is this like Like, she was trying to get to the new cause of what was going on in my head. And, like, so I when I 1st got sober, like, I was dripping sweat in my armpits. I don't I thought it was just detoxing. Right? And then, like, years later, and now I'm in mortgages, and I'm wearing a suit, sweating through my suit. Now it's not detoxing anymore. I'm sober a long time. And then so I started reading that, oh, you can take Botox under your armpits and it stops, which it does. I've been doing it ever since. 20:20 Speaker 2: She dug into that and thought that because I'm plugging up this, it could be coming out of my But 20:26 Speaker 2: I was like, 20:27 Speaker 2: that's brilliant. 20:28 Speaker 2: I mean, just the fact that but my whole point of that story is this. She 20:32 Speaker 4: dug into my life and was trying to figure it out. No doctors ever need. I get 3 seconds with But that's the hospital. You only get 15 to 30 minutes with patients, right? And so that, like 1 of the colleagues that I was working with, he was like, I just need you to oversee 20:48 Speaker 4: gut and nutrition health because I don't have the time for it and I know I need to help these people, but I can't. And it all stems from gut. Mhmm. That's it. It's our, it's our 2nd brain when it really is our 1st because it's sending signals. It's a gut brain access, right, so they're communicating 21:01 Speaker 3: the whole time. Yeah, for sure. Absolutely. Run like that, everything if you're gutsy. Serotonin. 21:05 Speaker 2: Yeah. 21:06 Speaker 2: We, so you're seeing all these problems with the gut. What do you believe from all the things that you see has been the culprit? Like, what's the main culprit of this? Is it the food? Is it the I can go down the list of a lot of the list of things that we know are toxic, but what do you think? I mean, all of the above, of course. There's 3 things come out, I mean, especially 21:25 Speaker 4: while I'm running reports. So 21:28 Speaker 4: the 1st thing 21:29 Speaker 4: I would say is going to be traumas. 21:33 Speaker 4: There's a Yes. 21:35 Speaker 4: Again, we're signaling from our gut to our brain, right? And 21:39 Speaker 4: so in Chinese medicine, which I am certified in as well, we 21:45 Speaker 4: hold a lot of emotion in our organs. 21:47 Speaker 4: Okay, so like our gallbladder, 21:50 Speaker 4: that's 1 where we carry a lot of resentment, anger, 21:53 Speaker 4: lots of traumas. 21:54 Speaker 4: And that organ specifically 21:56 Speaker 4: also filters out what in our body? 21:59 Speaker 4: Toxins. That's crazy. And so if our gallbladder isn't functioning properly, it's going to send now to the liver, 22:05 Speaker 4: which our livers are filtration 22:08 Speaker 4: process, right? 22:09 Speaker 4: And if these 2 aren't communicating properly based off of traumas, 22:13 Speaker 4: those are things. Again, you're going What back to your 22:17 Speaker 4: did she ask you for 4 hours? How did she go? Deep. Okay, so most holistic doctors or 22:23 Speaker 4: nutritionists or gut health 22:25 Speaker 4: doctors, because there are some other functional doctors too that can also have you leaving the office with like 20 things like, okay, 22:33 Speaker 4: where do I even begin? Right? But a good doctor will sit down with you for 4 hours or a nutritionist 22:39 Speaker 4: will sit down with you for 4 hours and then go that deep and start healing 22:42 Speaker 4: from that part. Now it's not like we're going to sit there and do mindset work, 22:46 Speaker 4: whatever, but eventually you're going to get- You're learning. Yeah. You're learning your patient because 22:51 Speaker 4: now you're gonna properly supplement on the gallbladder. Sure. Okay? Just a good herb, not over or a homeopathy or a homeopath. 23:00 Speaker 4: And then you're also when something gets triggered 23:03 Speaker 4: and you start responding 23:05 Speaker 4: differing your cortisol spikes because everything else is going crazy, 23:09 Speaker 4: okay, let's remember to go back to baseline. 23:11 Speaker 4: Okay, you've had some traumas here, you gotta let some of that go so we can keep doing the work. So how do you do that? 23:17 Speaker 4: Like, let it go, like, meaning, like, do something? So basically, again, going back to what I said earlier was, like, nervous system resetting. 23:23 Speaker 2: Okay. Forgiveness. 23:25 Speaker 4: Like, Hertz music is incredible for, like, positivity. 23:29 Speaker 4: Yeah. 23:30 Speaker 4: Again, just 10 minutes of nervous system reset to let go of whatever is going on. Oh, that's rad. That's 23:35 Speaker 4: I would not expect you to say that. That's awesome. As you're healing your I mean, I'm a big believer in hurts and frequency. I think that's so important because, again, at that point of your trauma, there was a frequency that happened that needs to get healed. Bringing that in as 23:48 Speaker 4: you're working on that internally and 23:51 Speaker 4: digestively, 23:52 Speaker 4: Like your, 23:54 Speaker 4: what's the word I'm looking for? Your herbal supplementation is going in to coat that. So that's 1 case. There's a lot of traumas that we speak about. So I know what I'm also dealing with 24:05 Speaker 4: when I have a cortisol spike and you're stressing out or, 24:08 Speaker 4: you know, and the body starts to react from that. Because when you stress, 24:11 Speaker 4: it's bringing up also, 24:13 Speaker 4: it's like, we all have a little PTSD. Right? So 24:16 Speaker 4: from something that's happened or especially our parents Yeah. That air on it. There's legit. Yeah. 24:21 Speaker 4: So that's 1. 24:24 Speaker 4: 2, 24:26 Speaker 4: I'm going to say 24:28 Speaker 4: foods for sure. 24:30 Speaker 4: I think we talked about it in the last podcast, but 24:34 Speaker 4: our foods 24:36 Speaker 4: are not the same as it was 30 years ago. I'm just gonna say that. Yeah. Are like, I think it's cute when boomers are like, oh, 24:44 Speaker 4: just let them have, you know, some cereal or 24:48 Speaker 4: have this, like, Twinkie. And I'm like, okay, you had 6 ingredients then, now we have 27. Whatever's that. Okay, so there's 24:56 Speaker 4: things that it's like, it's so hard talking to grandparents 25:00 Speaker 4: sometimes 25:01 Speaker 4: because it's like, okay, guys, like, I know I sound crazy and I know I sound, you know, but it's like, again, they only know what they know. Right. God forgive them. 25:11 Speaker 4: But it's that's a big 1 is like our foods are just our soil is not the same from chemtrails to, 25:18 Speaker 4: know, what they're even spraying on the crops. I know that I'm not going to name any names, but our strawberries now are being sprayed and that's not even from the sky. It's like our organic strawberries, our perfect strawberries are being sprayed. So this is why it's illegal in Europe, you even down to dyes. We are the only country that is making this legal because of the system, right? It makes me so mad. So again, that's tearing up the gut lining. Absolutely. It is, 25:45 Speaker 4: it it so acromency is what I explained earlier, it's like, 25:50 Speaker 4: think of a fence, okay? A lot of people think you just put a fence up and you nail it. Well, no, you actually put- 25:58 Speaker 0: The perfect lunch combo. 26:01 Speaker 0: That 1st bite of your favorite sub followed by ice cold Pepsi. Add a couple of friends, and now that's next level. Suddenly, the laughs get louder, the stories keep flowing, and the food tastes better because Pepsi brings out more flavor, more fun, and more of the moment. Food deserves Pepsi. Grab a Pepsi 0 Sugar today. 26:21 Speaker 1: This isn't a running ad from REI 26:24 Speaker 1: because it's mostly walking 26:27 Speaker 1: and occasionally flying. 26:31 Speaker 1: It's hitting your favorite trail with your favorite people who showed up for the same unhinged reason. 26:37 Speaker 1: And it's not just about fastest known times, 26:40 Speaker 1: but finding the funnest times. Because 26:43 Speaker 1: this isn't running, 26:45 Speaker 1: it's trail running. 26:47 Speaker 1: Get your gear for the trail in store or at rei.com. 26:52 Speaker 4: Glue on the fence and then you know it. Okay? So acromelcea in our gut 26:57 Speaker 4: is the glue. It's a beneficial bacteria that we need in our gut lining to help seal that lining up. 27:04 Speaker 4: There, 27:05 Speaker 4: for me, 1 of my main things that I have people do when I see these, you know, gut permeability pop up is leaky gut. I 27:14 Speaker 4: start sealing their lining immediately. 27:16 Speaker 4: Nice. With what? It depends. So for someone who 27:21 Speaker 2: who's sensitive to dairy, I won't have cholesterol. Which is probably a lot of people. You don't you won't do cholesterol. I will not. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You have to run like an allergy, like a test for that as 27:30 Speaker 4: well so they Or the stool test. Yeah, it'll pop up. Yeah. Yeah, I run celiac testing. 27:36 Speaker 4: I run I mean, it'll tell me. Yeah. When the results come back, depending on what pulls up, it'll tell me basically 27:43 Speaker 4: the permeability. It'll tell me what they can and can't have. And if it's too sensitive of a barrier, 27:49 Speaker 4: then I will take the colostrum out. A lot of people that's the thing. Stop spending money on supplements if you don't know what you're supposed to supplement with. True. 27:58 Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah. We're all science minded. Same Todd. Yeah. Yeah. Just wants throw everything at it. Like, well, let me just take a little while. Remember my this probiotic. I never did this. Do you realize a bad probiotic is like shooting a BB gun at a target and hoping hoping it hits in the middle like that? Like a cheap 1? Yeah. I mean, but even if you take a good 1, you probably are taking you could take the wrong 1 and you still look pregnant. Right? Man or woman. 28:20 Speaker 4: So 28:21 Speaker 4: that, 28:22 Speaker 4: for me, I would say, you know, is a big 1. Then I 28:27 Speaker 4: also would have to say eating disorders 28:30 Speaker 4: are a big 1 that screw that screw up their yeah. 28:34 Speaker 4: Especially in today's society. Goes back to traumas, though. Goes back to traumas. Yeah. Yeah. 28:40 Speaker 4: Eating disorders. 28:44 Speaker 4: There's a lot here. I have so many cases on eating disorders. 28:47 Speaker 4: From people who are afraid to eat because of their gut lining or 28:51 Speaker 4: people who have been in a- They eat, they get bloated, so they're like, F it. Yeah, that's it. And then body dysmorphia. And the reason why is because either they eat too much or eat too less or don't eat at all. And so the nutrient deficiencies that I see from it and then the abuse on the intestinal lining, 29:09 Speaker 4: I've known people that eat food to taste it and then spit it out, 29:13 Speaker 4: which now we're dealing with acid reflux, 29:17 Speaker 4: bulimia, same issue, just bad. 29:21 Speaker 4: So those would be my top 3 29:25 Speaker 4: if I had to. 29:27 Speaker 2: Because pretty much everybody I know has some type of an autoimmune issue. Just the food shit. 29:32 Speaker 4: Yeah. Number 2 is kind of, like, not our fault, but if you look at it, it all leads back to abuse. Right? Like, we're being abused by the 29:40 Speaker 4: food system right now. 29:43 Speaker 4: And then number 1, we've been mentally or physically abused and traumas. Right? 29:48 Speaker 4: Same thing with number 3 goes back to traumas where our worth was never truly good enough. And when did that start? 29:55 Speaker 2: With the food, so if you're gonna say, I know it's not 1 size fits all, you know, so I'm not gonna hold you to this. What you said, 30:02 Speaker 2: is there a specific diet that you think is the best or does it really boil down to each person is very different? 30:10 Speaker 2: Like age group, maybe like women like, do you have to really, because like, you know, like, I've done a carnivore diet forever, 30:19 Speaker 2: ketogenic diet or because you said, you know, I think for 30:24 Speaker 4: autism, like fat is really good. I've just read it. I've read I'm not a- Yes and no, because again, they need more nutrients than anything. Sure. And their nervous systems are freaking out. That's really what's going they have a tug of war going on in their bodies. Right? 30:39 Speaker 4: Now if it develops 30:41 Speaker 4: naturally, 30:42 Speaker 4: because some kids also have autism without, but 30:45 Speaker 4: there's also lots of studies on, like, the parent 30:49 Speaker 4: spike proteins. 30:51 Speaker 4: I can't even tell you how many people 30:53 Speaker 4: 1 person in particular almost died 30:56 Speaker 4: from a spike protein, 30:59 Speaker 4: and he never even got the vaccine. 31:01 Speaker 4: He just came into contact with someone who had it, 31:04 Speaker 4: and it was over a booster, I believe. So 31:07 Speaker 2: Great. Yeah. 31:10 Speaker 4: So where was I going with that? 31:12 Speaker 4: Oh, well, we were just talking about the food. Do you have a diet, a specific diet? Sorry. I had to bring it back. Yeah. I get it all the time. She's like, shit, I just lost my spoon of thought. Yeah. I would if I had to choose 1, 4 across the board, if that's what you're asking me. Yeah. Men, women, children, I did it pregnant, anti inflammatory diet all day, every day. Which is? No seed oils. Perfect. Yeah. No dyes. 31:35 Speaker 4: If you could be gluten free, 31:37 Speaker 4: 100%. If you have to have gluten, make sure it's sprouted organic. 31:42 Speaker 4: Or from Italy. Or from Italy. That's the only when I go to Italy, game on. Yeah. 31:48 Speaker 4: Like, give me that poncho. Oh, yeah. But isn't it crazy? Don't even gain a pound. Yeah. Because that inflammatory response that your body is fighting with our 31:57 Speaker 4: foods here. 31:59 Speaker 4: But if I do have an extremely 32:03 Speaker 4: highly sensitive inflammatory 32:05 Speaker 4: response, 32:06 Speaker 4: we have to let your body heal. Take it out, gluten. 32:11 Speaker 4: Like I said, when people make fun of people that have to do that, or they're like, Oh, that's just made up anyway. Okay, you're a part of the problem. Okay, let's just be real. Allow people to 32:22 Speaker 4: go through their own journeys and be able to say, Hey, no, I'm just gonna avoid it because I don't wanna feel like crap. 32:27 Speaker 4: Or I 32:29 Speaker 4: was letting him know earlier, I let JD know earlier that 32:33 Speaker 4: I have a woman where it's literally attacking her body, 32:37 Speaker 4: literally attacking her body to where her thyroid isn't functioning. 32:41 Speaker 4: Her ANA levels were up. There was it was just like 32:45 Speaker 4: it had to go immediately. So she was 1. So dairy 32:49 Speaker 4: and gluten 32:51 Speaker 4: have the same protein response in the body. 32:55 Speaker 4: That is why So those both out. Most people, a lot of people do bad with dairy. Yeah. And the thing is too, like, I still have my organic, you know, cottage cheese here and there, 33:04 Speaker 4: But we're not meant to have other mammals milks. 33:07 Speaker 4: That's just is what it is. Sure. 33:10 Speaker 4: But there are some good studies on, like, a 2 milks and 33:15 Speaker 4: raw milk. Yeah, 33:16 Speaker 4: like, I'm I only drink raw milk. If I drink any conventional milks, I get huge histamine response. So Yeah. I'm goat milk all day long. Yeah. So During a, like, elimination, though, where we need to see what your body is reactive to those things. Could actually be something that's working against me. Yeah. And that's the thing too is, like, we can get testing all day long. We can have food sensitivities all day long, but we can also outgrow our food sensitivities too. So 33:41 Speaker 4: elimination is always best. So that way you can see 33:45 Speaker 4: what is actually triggering your body. Now give it like for example, when I was competing, 33:49 Speaker 4: I was having oatmeal every day because it was like a freaking cookie to me. Yeah. For sure. Yeah. 33:54 Speaker 4: Bogle's amazing. I've built up an intolerance for it because I'm like Blow some hell on me, dude. Exactly. 34:01 Speaker 4: I can't do it, and I love it. So it's crazy to see because again, that grain might 34:08 Speaker 4: have 34:10 Speaker 4: Oh, that could be number 4, toxin reports. That's another 1 where I'm having a lot of toxin, 34:14 Speaker 4: mycotoxin reports come back that they've been exposed to, like, 34:19 Speaker 4: know, plastics 34:20 Speaker 4: is a big 1. You said grounding on your feet. Know, what is like 1 of my number 1 things that gets pulled up in toxin reports, herbicides from the grass that 34:29 Speaker 3: they're spraying on our grass. Oh, yes, yes. Even golf courses, especially, 34:34 Speaker 4: run. It is tearing people up to where their hormone Like, they are storing so much fat in their gut because 34:41 Speaker 4: of those chemicals for us. Now that's for a sensitive individual who is having some gut, you know, 34:47 Speaker 4: some gut concerns where it's like, okay, 34:49 Speaker 4: I'm trying to be layman's terms here because it's like, I just get really, really, Yeah, 34:54 Speaker 4: so the issue with that is 34:57 Speaker 4: it starts to block the signals 35:00 Speaker 4: if your gut health isn't 35:02 Speaker 4: on point. Yeah. And so like going into peptides, that's 35:05 Speaker 4: a big 1. Now, am I saying that 35:08 Speaker 4: peptides are bad if you don't or you're not going to see results 35:12 Speaker 4: from peptides if you have a bad gut? No. 35:15 Speaker 3: Actually, your 1st go around may be incredible. But the 2nd and 3rd, if they're not working the same as they did the 1st time and you're starting to get frustrated I think that's the biggest key right there. It's the base. We always got to get to the base. I mean, now everyone's getting peptides, right, GLPs, and then if they wanna just need the weight to the peptide. Wanna lose weight. Right? They wanna get their glucose under control. It'd be like a phase. Right? They start with phase 1, losing 35:37 Speaker 3: getting that regulated again with a GLP. And they see, oh, wow. This actually works, like, after week 3, week 4. And so that gets them motivated. 35:45 Speaker 3: So now they can actually go, 35:47 Speaker 3: Oh, well, yeah, maybe I need to look at my gut now. Right? Yeah, but 35:52 Speaker 4: where we look at like, what do peptides do? What do peptides do? Enhance. What are the number 1 thing that peptides do? How do peptides work? 35:59 Speaker 2: Well, they're already signaling your body. Well, case that's- adding to your body. It's full of amino acids. Usually, they're just enhancing. Yeah. Like, so if you wanna take something, a healer, it's gonna go towards that area. Correct. So it's signaling now, but it has take hormones where? 36:14 Speaker 4: Sadie? 36:15 Speaker 4: We're signaling. So with peptides, 36:19 Speaker 4: they'll signal the 1st time, 36:21 Speaker 4: but the only way to truly signal is from your gut, because that's your gut brain access. That's the number 1 signal you need to worry about for everything else to work. Now, when we put peptides in, 36:32 Speaker 4: again, 1st time you might get a good response, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, if we don't have proper signaling going in our gut, they're gonna be like, where do I go? What's happening? For sure. So that's a big because 1. If you feel like shit times that would, you know, hit that inflammatory response, you know, the NF kappa b. So, like, KPV, for instance, would work on that inflammatories response. So like if right 36:57 Speaker 3: away. 36:58 Speaker 2: It's like if it gets- 37:00 Speaker 4: you have a gut that's open 37:03 Speaker 4: and it's still throwing inflammation into the system, KPV is only gonna It's only gonna attack it from the a little bit. It's gonna help the environment. If someone's, 37:12 Speaker 2: guts jacked like most people's, KPV is great, but it's not It's just gonna help the actual It's like kinda still like a little bit of a band aid. Like, we need to get to the root cause of fixing it because 37:23 Speaker 2: I think people have felt like shit for so long because they just think they're supposed to feel like shit. A lot of things are like, I'm just getting older. You know? Then, 37:31 Speaker 2: you know, they don't realize, again, to be redundant for a reason. You are supposed to have a sex drive even when you're 60. You are supposed to feel great. 37:39 Speaker 2: You are not supposed to feel tired. You're not supposed to have brain fog. 37:44 Speaker 2: If you do, 37:45 Speaker 2: you can fix it. It's gonna take it's gonna take a long time sometimes. 37:50 Speaker 2: I'm in the middle of fixing it. It's a bitch. Like, I'm it's 37:54 Speaker 2: not easy. It's a lot of trial and error and taking this out and trying this. And But if 37:59 Speaker 2: we just know that we are supposed to feel amazing, 38:03 Speaker 2: then it's worth it. You know what I mean? A lot of it for me is gauged on sex drive. If my sex drive is low, something's off because I know that, like, we're supposed to have that. GLP-1s. 38:13 Speaker 2: You've probably heard me say this 1000000 times. God 38:16 Speaker 2: gave us hunger. 38:17 Speaker 2: We're supposed to eat. So if, like, GLP-one, like, tirzepatide or semaglutide is stopping your hunger, 38:23 Speaker 2: that's why I like Retrutide at least because it's at least you're hungry. You're just eating less. So at least that one's is is the least kinda stays within that barrier of, like, we're supposed to eat. 38:34 Speaker 2: You know? Yeah. But, yeah, that's all the base of everything. Hopefully, it's changing the habits and forming a new lifestyle. 38:40 Speaker 2: You know? Yeah. That's right. Like, if we say, like, work on the base to be taken forward. It's not Food, 38:45 Speaker 2: exercise, 38:46 Speaker 2: get your hormones in line. Yeah. These are just the basics. Like, so many people want to build the 3rd Floor 38:53 Speaker 2: without 38:54 Speaker 2: even building the base, 38:56 Speaker 2: because why do people stop working out? It's the 1st of the year. Everybody's, the gyms are going be packed. Why? Because everybody, 39:03 Speaker 2: everybody wants to be successful. And what happens? 39:05 Speaker 2: People with lack of knowledge about how this stuff works, well, I'm gonna work my ass off in the gym and they don't pay attention to diet. They have their hormones are just shot, 39:14 Speaker 2: and then they work out hard for 2 weeks and they see no change. Right. So we're like, f this. 39:19 Speaker 3: Right? We do live in a world of instant gratification. 39:22 Speaker 2: We do, but if you just would've like got your hormones aligned and worked on that and you got your diet in line, the workout shit's easy. 39:28 Speaker 2: You're gonna see progress if you work out, if you have but you gotta fix these things in line. Like, it's just the way it works. Yeah. I mean, the gut's huge, dude. Like, again, the gut and the hormones. 39:39 Speaker 4: So 39:39 Speaker 4: I'm gonna talk on GLPs because 39:42 Speaker 4: and drops some 39:44 Speaker 4: bombs here on this 1 because Love it. Yes. We can have the gut health conversation, 39:48 Speaker 4: but the the issue with GLP Slowing down the digestion. Me. I love GLPs. 39:54 Speaker 4: I think they're a great tool. Great tool. Exactly. A tool. And that's just a quick fix because nobody should be on a GLP if they've never even followed a nutrition plan or some sort of a foundational plan ever. 40:07 Speaker 4: The amount of women that are using this and possibly men 40:11 Speaker 4: as 40:12 Speaker 4: our new day and age diet pill is 40:16 Speaker 4: doing more damage than good and putting a bad rap on it now. 40:20 Speaker 4: Where I 40:22 Speaker 4: There's people like us, we see the beauty in it, right? Like we see what it can do for blood sugar stabilization, 40:27 Speaker 4: for perimenopause 40:28 Speaker 4: menopause, 40:29 Speaker 4: you know, helping people achieve that, 40:32 Speaker 4: that final touch where like they've had that stubborn weight, even no matter what they do. Yeah. As far as following those regimens. They just look at the scale, though. That's it. 40:41 Speaker 4: So I have women all day in my inbox. 40:45 Speaker 4: So I've been on Retta and 40:48 Speaker 4: I looked great, but now my hair is falling out. Yeah. Because they're not eating. My nails are No micronutrients from the food that we're supposed to be But the issue is, like, even though you can also follow a meal plan and you're on GLP, but something's still off. 41:02 Speaker 4: Your mineral your mineral status is not there. 41:05 Speaker 4: Your mineral status isn't there. 41:08 Speaker 4: Your because you're slowing down your gastric emptying, 41:12 Speaker 4: you're not taking a proper like Todka or ergocerein, liver 41:16 Speaker 4: support that's going to truly help you get that weight. I mean, I even had a horrible incident with trying well, I did a because we were trying out these Retatr strips. And 41:27 Speaker 4: I typically only take, like, 5 units. Okay, I don't know for a lot of talk about dosing here, but 41:32 Speaker 4: this strip, you know, again, 41:34 Speaker 4: bioavailability 41:35 Speaker 4: was going be down about 3 to 4%, 94%. So you won't really like notice it compared to an injection. I 41:41 Speaker 4: could not 41:42 Speaker 4: get this gasp. I went from 117 41:46 Speaker 4: to 1 26 41:48 Speaker 2: in fullness. Holy shit. That's crazy. Oh my Because the food would not move. That's worse. 41:53 Speaker 4: So and I was like, 41:55 Speaker 4: what? And I mean, I was taking my TUDCA 41:58 Speaker 4: ergothioneine 41:59 Speaker 4: liver support, which is like patent formula by Lucas. He's out in New Zealand. I can't remember. He's a formulator and 42:07 Speaker 4: he sent me it to try and 42:09 Speaker 3: Geez. What kind of strip was that? What was the was that like a It was 12.5, 42:14 Speaker 4: but that's the issue is that I've never 42:17 Speaker 4: have taken over 8 units. So it was too much for my system. So 42:22 Speaker 4: which got me thinking, because me, I'm like, I always like, this is happening to me 42:28 Speaker 4: and why? 42:29 Speaker 4: So I went into a deep dive with it, and again, it's like where we have that slower processing, 42:35 Speaker 4: the amount of toxins 42:37 Speaker 4: that are backloading from not also 42:40 Speaker 4: using the restroom, that 42:42 Speaker 4: you need to make sure that you're on a good magnesium. 42:44 Speaker 4: Oh yeah, you sure need that you're on a good mineral support. And 42:49 Speaker 4: copper is a big 1, that GLP strip, and nobody knows that, and not 43:08 Speaker 4: And no functional doctor 43:10 Speaker 4: doctor ran it. Okay. And I have the best doctors. Did you do that hair test? How did you do that? No, I did a blood test. Oh, okay. So when that came back, I was like, holy shit. 43:20 Speaker 4: No wonder I'm not absorbing my iron. Oh, it was just copper? 43:23 Speaker 4: Copper. Wow. It was a mineral that I didn't know that I needed. 43:27 Speaker 4: But something that small 43:29 Speaker 4: can trickle off everything when it comes to a GLP if you're not getting the right minerals. Because it also does strip your minerals because 43:36 Speaker 4: you're not your digestive tract. Yeah. Your gastric emptying, I should say, is slower, so you're not absorbing the right amount of nutrients that you need a 43:45 Speaker 2: day to day. Yeah, there's 2 sides to that, if I can kind of fill in on, like, my opinion, because it's changed a little bit. So when I 1st, I didn't have much knowledge about GLP-1s, 43:56 Speaker 2: until I started this company, which Will and I have been friends for a long time. And, when I started my fitness channel, 44:02 Speaker 2: he was always like, when I started to finish channel, I started, 44:05 Speaker 2: selling peptides from him at a margin, 44:08 Speaker 2: and, he was always like, you gotta, like, you gotta get into these GLP-1s. They're amazing. But I'm like, bro, that's not even my gig, dude. Like, I'm just kidding, dude. Like, not even like so my mind was like that. And then when I started the company, I had to learn about them. So I started reading about them. I'm like, wow, this is freaking rad. And started taking them and then I started working with people. 44:27 Speaker 2: And so there's kind of a double side to that. 44:30 Speaker 2: When you have people that we are instant gratification people, and if we use that, that's just the way it is, right or wrong, it's just an is. 44:37 Speaker 2: If they don't see any type of results, they stop. Right. Just be honest. And if a GLP-1will 44:43 Speaker 2: show them results, which it will, 44:45 Speaker 2: and that's the snowball down the hill, 44:48 Speaker 2: then 44:49 Speaker 2: sorry for lack of a better way to say it, f it. You know? And like, that gets it moving. Because 44:56 Speaker 2: a lot of people are lazy and a lot of people have no freaking clue about nutrition. I would ask people when I started working 45:02 Speaker 2: with them, what's healthy? They'd be like, I'm pretty healthy. What's healthy diet? You know, it's always like a banana and a muffin or something like that for breakfast. No, that's not good. Like, so now I know what we're working with. It's lack of knowledge for sure. It's lack of discipline for sure. 45:18 Speaker 2: So it's a lot of different things, but 45:21 Speaker 2: at least if we see progress and people feel some wins, 45:26 Speaker 2: they want more wins. And so that from that standpoint, 45:31 Speaker 2: I support it, you I Yeah. And I'm not fighting with you. I'm saying, like, I get it because I see both sides think to we need more people like us to help them 45:40 Speaker 2: be educated. Yeah. It's not like I can not in perpetuity either. Of, like, 45:45 Speaker 4: if you're taking GLPs, make sure you have minerals. A 45:49 Speaker 4: good hydration 45:51 Speaker 4: enhancer. Sure. Yeah. Electrolytes. Absolutely. 45:54 Speaker 2: It's filled right here. Electrolytes, 45:56 Speaker 4: a good digestive enzyme, 45:58 Speaker 4: follow 45:59 Speaker 2: a protein, fat, and carb meal and do that 3 to 4 times a day just to start. Right? I just think you need more You have to do resistance training. Women do it. No. Training is like a number 1 with GLP. Tiffany was said something that I love because I know it's I'm I'm a huge supporter of it and I don't hear a lot of people talking about it is women need protein 46:18 Speaker 2: right when they wake up. 6 within an hour. There's 46:21 Speaker 4: not a lot of people to talk about that. So when she said that, I'm like, at a girl. I'm not like a huge fan of fasting. Fasting. Do I see benefits in it? Yes, there are. But again, per case, right? Yeah, everything's different. Women different for sure. Men and women over 35, 46:36 Speaker 4: again, I'm sure there's gonna be people that won't agree with Of course. But if we're at 46:41 Speaker 4: it from a biological standpoint, blood sugar standpoint, hormonal standpoint, 46:46 Speaker 4: where does that blood sugar go in the 1st 60 minutes of waking? Where's your cortisol at? Right? And so you have to start it immediately 46:53 Speaker 4: with your your balance. Right? It should look like this. But then you have things with autophagy, 46:58 Speaker 2: which autophagy is a powerful little Oh, I think it's you get into autophagy, 47:02 Speaker 2: you're running like you're kicking ass because it's autophagy is how you beat cancer. 7 yeah. 6 or 7 days, I think that's. So you can, there you can go both sides without a doubt and like, I mean, I'm sure you know if you've seen anything I post, I'm huge on fasting. I love it. Like, I will always do it. 47:17 Speaker 2: The studies now have changed a little bit. Nora knows, like, I studied fasting 10 years ago and, like, have been stuck in my ways, and it's worked great for me Yeah. Until it stops. Until it stops. Because my cortisol was, like, skyrocketed. We were in Vegas, and we got off the plane, and my body was going through changes. I stopped on the carnivore and I started eating carbs and it was a catalyst to like- How old were you? This was just- Yeah, this just happened. Just a few months. I did 5 years of carnivore strict because I loved it and I loved the discipline of it. Like it's all mindset for me and 47:48 Speaker 2: worked great. My whole system, I had it dialed in, I was ripped, I felt great. 47:53 Speaker 2: Boom. Until I started eating a little bit of carbs, I wanted to try something different. It was like, I don't know if it was like the snowball effect 48:02 Speaker 2: or I don't know if it was the fact that I was about to turn 49. I don't know. But like something changed in my body and like Nora and I flew out to Vegas for some work stuff, 48:10 Speaker 2: and we're walking through this thing and I'm like, damn it, how far are we walking? I was like thinking, why am I feeling so heavy? And I looked down on my freaking Your ankles? Were swollen. And she's like, what the hell? And I'm like, what is happening with me? You know, me, I start studying now. Protein too high in your body? I increased my testosterone a little bit, so that probably had to do with it because I was changing some things around. I felt off. 48:32 Speaker 4: And, man, it was just So, like, to hear that that's what I'm saying. It we're different people. Like, I saw this quote. What are you saying? And it's regarding back to marriage. I mean, this will 48:43 Speaker 4: be relevant, but 48:46 Speaker 4: my husband and I have probably been married 48:49 Speaker 4: 7 times now, and I'm lucky enough that it was with the same person because we changed every 48:55 Speaker 4: time. Right. And I saw a quote that said, like, I've been married 20 times and it's, you know, been with my husband. Yeah. 49:03 Speaker 4: And it just you gotta look at it from that point too. Like, we are not the same people. Our bodies change. Not only Seems to be every 10 years is a radical change. Every 38. 49:12 Speaker 4: 7 years, they say. It's I really was all, boof, carb metabolism. So that's the thing. If you like autophagy, okay, like I think that's incredible, 49:21 Speaker 4: but I do think that if your hormones are, you know, on point, 49:26 Speaker 4: that everything is functioning properly, your gut feels good, I go for it. I think it's incredible because you have the proper 49:33 Speaker 4: properties in your body to support that fast 49:36 Speaker 2: to help your hormones, your hormones facility even better. But it's the people who are having hormonal fluctuations or people who are having changes or they just don't feel like themselves or, like, it is so important to me- Listen to your body. To listen to your body. Which I am in tune with that. Like, I think everybody peer probably is, because if you wanna stay in shape, I don't, I stay in shape because, like, I love it's me against me in the in the gym every day. You guys get it. I know that you guys are the same. 50:04 Speaker 2: And that part is what it is. Fasting is, again, it's discipline. I like enforcing fasting because I just love discipline. It's different for women, though. It is, for sure. And I totally get that. But again, it's learning your body and like Gatherers. 50:16 Speaker 3: We're we're nurturers. 50:17 Speaker 2: We need to feed our body. We need fat. Yeah. Yeah. But again, I mean, I think a long fast, if somebody has cancer, can help even women. Well, yeah, you're entering another. I am. I'm definitely wanna start looking. I've been reading a lot about that, but Yeah. For kids. Yeah. But, yeah, it's knowing yourself. It's knowing the sweet spot. The sweet spot for me worked for a little about 5 years. Sweet soul has changed. I can't find it. 50:38 Speaker 2: But I'm but I mean, it's like, I want to run-in my optimal. 50:42 Speaker 2: I wanna wake up and kick ass. Yeah. I wanna wake up and have, like, at the end of my day, dude, 50:48 Speaker 2: I'm exhausted. 50:49 Speaker 2: I'm gonna go to bed and just fall right asleep because I did it for a very long time. And, like, your body changes, things change, and you gotta stay ahead of it. You gotta know yourself. And 50:58 Speaker 2: even us sitting here who are in tune to that stuff, 51:02 Speaker 2: our sweet spot changes. So we have to study and change and try this and take this Especially for us women, we're fluctuating all month long. Sure. And guys don't have that outlet. So, I mean, you know, guys on testosterone 51:14 Speaker 4: giving blood and all that. You know? Yeah. And I was gonna say, like, back to what we said, like, the easiest because, 51:19 Speaker 4: what I hear you saying is that, like, taking in, taking out out and it's like I want people to understand that like the anti inflammatory diet, is the most consistent diet that you can do and actually stay on and see the great results and 51:31 Speaker 4: get rid of the clutter in your brain, in your body, 51:36 Speaker 4: following a gluten free, seed oil free, 51:40 Speaker 4: diet free diet, you're gonna see in So it's pretty much, like, 51:44 Speaker 2: gluten 51:45 Speaker 2: free, 51:46 Speaker 2: seed oil free. I mean, jeez, all of us will thrive just on that, but like No. I don't. How about sugar? 51:53 Speaker 0: The perfect lunch combo. 51:56 Speaker 0: That 1st bite of your favorite sub followed by ice cold Pepsi. Add a couple of friends, and now that's next level. 52:02 Speaker 0: Suddenly, the laughs get louder, the stories keep flowing, and the food tastes better because Pepsi brings out more flavor, more fun, and more of the moment. Food deserves Pepsi. Grab a Pepsi 0 Sugar today. 52:17 Speaker 1: This isn't a running ad from REI 52:19 Speaker 1: because it's mostly walking 52:22 Speaker 1: and occasionally 52:23 Speaker 1: flying. 52:26 Speaker 1: It's hitting your favorite trail with your favorite people who showed up for the same unhinged reason. 52:32 Speaker 1: And it's not just about fastest known times, 52:35 Speaker 1: but finding the funnest times. Because 52:38 Speaker 1: this isn't running, 52:40 Speaker 1: it's trail running. 52:42 Speaker 1: Get your gear for the trail in store or at rei.com. 52:47 Speaker 4: So sugar has a fruit. 52:49 Speaker 2: About fruit? Our fruit sucks now too. I know. Like, I'm just eating all the strawberries. Yeah. It's well, it's like, literally, like, it's in it shoots up your your your Well, fruit, so, again moderation in fruit, but, yeah, there's different levels of shit. There's that's it's, like, genetically modified. The apples are, like, crisp and, like Oh, yeah. You gotta either go to a farmer's market or farmer's market. You're gonna have a better 53:11 Speaker 4: you know? But, again, if we go to Kim Trills, like, there's sprains of all it's everywhere. So you got It is everywhere. Yeah. But have to know the farm. Different farms. And 53:18 Speaker 2: no 53:19 Speaker 4: what else on the diet? I'm No seed oils. No gluten. No gluten. Dairy, I mean, that's a big 1. What about seed oils like avocado oil? Like, I think 53:28 Speaker 4: people are 53:29 Speaker 4: Well, yeah. So, like, avocado oil, I know it has a seed, but it's still classified as, a fruit. Right? Like, it's it's true. So it's still a good it's still a good oil. It's a good cooking oil. I think an all around oil would be olive and then coconut. 53:42 Speaker 4: Beef tallow is great. Well, fats like that, of course. Yeah. Those are great. Beef tallow is great. From a a a like, 53:48 Speaker 2: even bacon. Like, if you're gonna do, like, a higher fat diet, just cooking bacon and the cooking in the bacon grease, it's from a an actual animal, 54:11 Speaker 2: anti inflammatory diets, you have to remember what are your animals eating. Right? Like, you kinda have to really look at your animals, like, you're eating this don't eat them. I can't have You don't wanna eat an animal that eats meat. Meat that eats Long time ago. So it took me a long time to figure out what the hell was going on in my head. You know, that's why I did the carnivore. Of the bacon. That's why I did the carnivore, though, because I was like That's what I'm eating saying. Baked baked baked all the time. But 54:31 Speaker 2: That's what my husband is. I gotta feed my bacon. But I was doing carnivore, and I was reading all about it and, this is gonna cure it, blah blah blah. And I was eating a shit ton of of butter, real good butter, 54:42 Speaker 2: and it was just inflamed. So long story short, I figured I was butter. It was like dairy. You know? So then I started cooking, like, beef towel, and it was great. I literally cured it from carnivore. Yeah. Until I literally listened to your body like, what can I eat in this? Your head was a mess. Yeah. You know what I mean? And, 54:58 Speaker 2: the problem is I did I cured it for maybe, like, a year, and then I when I strayed just slightly off that diet, it came back and it's been since my with your autoimmune. 55:07 Speaker 4: Okay, so like your your autoimmune is triggered off of inflammation, 55:11 Speaker 4: right? And it's the same thing with cancers. 55:14 Speaker 4: It thrives off of glucose. 55:16 Speaker 4: Starts silent killer, right? So, 55:19 Speaker 4: yeah, glucose. But 55:21 Speaker 4: going back to, like, the glutens, the dairies, like, I 55:25 Speaker 4: also have a lifestyle 55:27 Speaker 4: reintroduction phase in my programs. So, like, the 1st 21 days we eliminate, and then we slowly start adding things back in to see what's going on. Right? It's the only way you can really get to the But I only have a list for those okay items. It's not like, let's go have a piece of cake. Right? Like, let's reintroduce 55:43 Speaker 4: some 55:44 Speaker 4: grass fed butter. Sure. Let's reintroduce some organic Healthy stuff. Organic cottage cheese. Boom. Cottage cheese. You had a reaction. Take it back out. Totally. K? So it's not it's not a ton of, like, trying to it's literally 1 step at a time just like we talked about. A long time. Yeah. But again, I the list is so small to what we can actually 56:03 Speaker 4: have because our foods are so poorly Yeah. That's why do carnivore. That's so easy. You can eat this, you can't eat all that shit. It could also be so hard on someone's kidneys that can't handle that. No, I'm not saying I'm not I'm not advocating for it. I'm just saying, listen, like, it's just easy. But I get it. It eliminates all of the crap. Right? Yeah. Yeah. And I I actually firmly believe in the carnivore diet, but I also Spurts. 56:24 Speaker 2: Spurts. Yeah. That's what Scott said. He's like, carnivore's great. It is all. Your body wants your gut needs that now. Give it a break. Right. And then it's again, you start to create intolerances within your system Yeah. Unintentionally, 56:36 Speaker 4: or do we just don't know? I had had yeast, 56:39 Speaker 2: SIBO, all kinds of stuff going on. It goes back to the meat. Because I was like, dude, so, like, all all of a sudden, I I was like, just had this 56:46 Speaker 2: insane craving for, like, not even sugar like candy, like like, 56:52 Speaker 2: just like bread and, like, the carbs. Right? And I'm like, what the hell is going on? So when I did the stool test, he's like, that makes sense, man. It's yeast. It thrives on that stuff. Yeah. I'd be at bed. My wife's like, I've never seen you eat toast before bread. I'm like, so good. 57:06 Speaker 2: Sourdough toast without eating like that. Does she make it? Well, no. She doesn't make it, but, like, like, sweet. Like, the the the 3, ingredient kind? Oh my god. It's incredible. It's the best. Yeah. It's the best. Honey on it? Oh, it's so good. Dude, I love it. I do that in the morning. Mean Oh, so good. Just like 0.5 a pea you know, a little piece. It's complex core. Gives Anne, you know, protein, but it's balance. 57:27 Speaker 4: It. I'll have to send it to you, but there's a a good brand. It's, imported from Italy, and your wife can just remake it. And it's so easy. I mean, it's like Baby, I love you. My wife don't cook. 57:37 Speaker 4: You know I love you, though. You can do a lot of good things. Maybe she can maybe she'll take up baking. No. This 1 is, like, throw it in. Like, it's so easy. But, yeah, 57:45 Speaker 2: the kids will love it. Oh, I love it. Oh, it's the best. So good. They have, like, easy bread machines. You know? Gosh. Is this an hour ago quick? 57:52 Speaker 2: So 57:54 Speaker 2: this is gonna be very vague, but, like, there's so many people that have so many problems. And if somebody's listening to this and they feel like shit and they're really intrigued to try to fix it, where would you say they begin? Yeah. 58:06 Speaker 4: Well, 1, I mean, 58:08 Speaker 4: you can find me at TM Wellness. Yeah. Yeah, no. 58:11 Speaker 4: Seriously, like, that that's a big 1 is like- You're here because we want to help. Finding someone, you know, I mean- Who cares. That cares and will take the time with you. I think you had said it earlier, 4 hours you sat down. I mean, that is me. 58:23 Speaker 4: And it does take someone that truly cares and does a deep dive. That's how my entire business is created because I am tired of the dismissal, 58:33 Speaker 4: the gaslighting, 58:34 Speaker 2: the confusion, 58:36 Speaker 4: collusion of horrible information 58:39 Speaker 4: and all of these. I'm an influencer too, but a lot of influencers are just putting stuff out just to put stuff out. Actually 58:46 Speaker 4: put it out because you use it and you would be just 58:49 Speaker 4: as okay to putting it into your baby's body. That's how you should influence, right? You want to make sure that you understand what it is that you're going for. So, yeah, so really 59:01 Speaker 4: understanding 59:03 Speaker 4: like functional testing and see who either does it in your area, 59:07 Speaker 4: because that's truly how And I'm talking about fecal testing, urine testing, saliva testing, not a snapshot. I'm doing that. That's the Which I do. I do I mean, I do heavy metal reports. I do mycotoxin reports, 59:20 Speaker 2: gut zoomer, hormone zoomers. Yeah. All that stuff, unfortunately, if you listen, mister and missus listener, it's not cheap. Let's just be what it is. Like, here's the thing. 59:31 Speaker 2: We all wanna feel healthy, and unfortunately, 59:33 Speaker 2: the way that we live in this world is gonna cost and and I I have to do it too. And that's just is what it is. The cost is worth it just from the standpoint of 59:43 Speaker 2: we feeling great is worth it. Feeling great, like not having a cloudy head, having a sex drive, feeling great, wanting to conquer the damn world. 59:50 Speaker 2: Like that's awesome. Like waking up and feeling like shit and your head's all cloudy and like, I don't want to get up or you don't have sex with your wife, 59:58 Speaker 2: dude, it's 1:00:00 Speaker 2: worth it, you know, but it takes a lot of work. 1:00:03 Speaker 2: All those tests, they need to be run because like, this is connected to this. So that's why you're frustrated with Western Medicine because it's like, they run a test and then they give you some pills. And it's like, I get so frustrated with them because it's like, you ain't gonna get healed going to a medical doctor. You're not. Our guts are jacked. 1:00:19 Speaker 2: Our hormones I mean, I've worked with so many men, hundreds. And I ran their their blood work, and they were all under 300 in testosterone. And 1:00:29 Speaker 2: a lot of them didn't get free testosterone, so I didn't know what that was, but we know that was low too. And it's like, we're not supposed to live like that. Yeah. 1:00:37 Speaker 3: Especially women now. I mean, I'm really in it. This at this age where I'm like, wow, I actually have to start looking at that, whereas it wasn't a concern before. Yeah. Because, you know, it's always been, like, eating healthy, doing all the things. And now 1:00:50 Speaker 3: just because of, you know, like sex, man. Like, the environment we live in, the water we're drinking, it all has an effect, you know, in stress, cortisol. So my biggest thing is cortisol. Right? So I get these spikes and it's kind of messed with my hormones. So- Bitch. Now at this age, I'm doing the HRT, which is actually such a game changer. I mean, a lot of times I was throwing this at it, that at it, right, and just going, oh, do I need to spend $500 on a functional test? Maybe I'll just get this and that test because, you know, I don't wanna spend $500 That seems like outrageous. Plus, you know, the consults is another You're not gonna find out otherwise. 1:01:24 Speaker 4: How much money did you spend on supplements? Again, like I was saying, like on TikTok or everything you thought you had to take instead of like, I'll just pay the 500 for the functional testing. Yeah, and I absolutely So I actually agree with know what I need to take for the rest of my life, and then I'll retest again in a year and see where I've healed and eliminate my products so they don't need them anymore. 1:01:42 Speaker 4: If we look at it from a place where you're investing into your health, 1:01:47 Speaker 4: at the end of the day, our health is wealth. Like we can't do anything without our health. Like we 1:01:52 Speaker 4: are so blessed to wake up just with air in our lungs and a healthy body and to walk into the gym and to walk into work. Like, how blessed are we? Right? Amazing. And so when we look at it from a point where, 1:02:03 Speaker 4: okay, I'm gonna spend 500 or 1000 dollars where I can spend I don't know. It's what I spend in a dinner in Vegas for a group of 4, you know, like or, you know, $200 1:02:12 Speaker 4: for dinner. Get my Botox or Or I'd rather do that, but I won't I won't test my poop for $500 1:02:17 Speaker 4: to see what's going on for the rest of my life. Yeah. Huge. It makes It's huge. Got you. If we really break it down though, like you know, that's like, so me and my team, we will make it work. We will break payments down. We will do whatever it takes because I'm 1:02:31 Speaker 4: here to help. Right? I'm not here to just take your money and dismiss you. I'm here to 1:02:36 Speaker 4: be with you, hold your hand, walk through hell with you, and bring you through, 1:02:41 Speaker 4: you know, to the light because then, like, again, like my testimonies are everything. Like my people are happy. They're thriving. They're back to the normal selves, but better. Right? Like we don't want to go back to ourselves. We want to remember that good feeling. 1:02:54 Speaker 4: We want to be that, but better. Right? With better knowledge, better just 1:02:59 Speaker 4: applications 1:02:59 Speaker 4: to 1:03:01 Speaker 4: what's working, what's not working, have an understanding of who you are. Right. Because that's the thing is, like, you don't truly know what's going on inside of your body. You don't even know you until you really know you. Yeah. The only way to do that is just to ultimate goal is to know you. Right? So That's like think we talked about it in our last Like, 1:03:17 Speaker 4: you have to know you in order to heal. Whether that's physically, mentally, you have to be good with you. The only way to find that out is to get deep, go through. Yeah. I agree. Yeah, because if you have gut issues, all these things, I mean, you're inclined 1:03:30 Speaker 3: to just like, I'm gonna lay down or I'm gonna just rest. I'm not gonna take that step to do what I need to do. So Yeah. Don't settle with feeling like shit. You know, this is a pepatide 1:03:39 Speaker 2: podcast, but it's so much more than that because 1:03:42 Speaker 2: peptides are amazing. They are gosh. They're stepping outside and hopefully pushing western medicine a little bit to the side. 1:03:50 Speaker 2: But you all we say it all the time, Will and I talk about it all the time, like, it's you gotta get the base. You gotta fix you gotta you gotta build the 1st floor before you start. Hepatitis are great once you start building the base, 1:04:00 Speaker 2: and then you start taking supplements and they will help you sing. You'll fly. It'll be great. 1:04:05 Speaker 2: But you gotta work on this stuff. That's why you're here. Gotta work on your gut. Gotta work on hormones, 1:04:12 Speaker 2: all that stuff. So, 1:04:14 Speaker 2: you know, 1:04:16 Speaker 2: yeah, that's it. So we're gonna plug her and I'm gonna give her the mic to say where you can find her, but, that's why we're having these, types of people on the show. 1:04:25 Speaker 2: We didn't even talk about peptides, but life isn't all about that. It's not all about supplements. 1:04:30 Speaker 2: Again, 1:04:31 Speaker 2: like we talked about in the very beginning, 1:04:33 Speaker 2: it's sometimes as simple as sleeping. 1:04:36 Speaker 2: I'm serious. I Like, know let's not take away from like how amazing, like, you need sleep because like your cortisol will shoot up and like cortisol will ruin your life. It will literally kill you. 1:04:48 Speaker 2: That stuff's so important. 1:04:49 Speaker 2: And knowing your body, if you have that little gut bloat in your thing that you don't know, use cortisol. 1:04:54 Speaker 2: Sleeping, 1:04:57 Speaker 2: right? Eating, 1:04:59 Speaker 2: you have to add in resistance training. You have to. You 1:05:03 Speaker 2: have to. You have to walk. Start somewhere. Yeah. Start somewhere. Get moving. And if you're someone that's been laying on the couch and you've never worked out, how about you just start with walking after every meal for 20 minutes? How easy is that? Just walk your dog and like- 1:05:17 Speaker 2: know, but like, get it moving down the hill, man. Yeah. Yeah. That's awesome. 1:05:21 Speaker 2: Our our goes quick. Sorry you missed Will. We'll definitely have you back for sure. I don't know. 1:05:27 Speaker 2: I'm the dreamer of the 2. 1:05:29 Speaker 2: You know, Will helps 1:05:30 Speaker 2: makes my dreams come true, so to speak, is how I how I say it. 1:05:34 Speaker 2: But, maybe we'll we'll do some type of, a warrior maker meetup to where we have some people coming, like, 1:05:40 Speaker 2: talk for a bit on different subjects. That's starting to brew in my head, so that would be amazing. Where can they find you?
