Haws. What's up brother? How are you? 0:11 Speaker 1: I'm doing good. 0:14 Speaker 1: And 0:16 Speaker 1: I don't know. No, I'm doing good. I'd put my dog down as you know, on Friday and that sucks. That 0:21 Speaker 1: hurts, but this 0:24 Speaker 1: is life is kind of what you sign up for, but you don't really think about it coming to an end. It's kinda like smoking cigarettes. 0:31 Speaker 1: Nah, they put it. They don't know. They give me cancer. And 50 years later, you know, you die, but you don't really think about it at the end. Part of that shitty 0:39 Speaker 0: part shitty part of Like 0:41 Speaker 1: I walk around with them watching people walking their dogs and I look at them and be like, poor people, you're gonna have to, you're gonna have to put that thing down someday. 0:50 Speaker 1: Jaded 0:51 Speaker 1: perspective. 0:52 Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. 0:55 Speaker 0: Oh man, well, I know that you've been through a lot this weekend, but 0:59 Speaker 0: like you said, man, life sometimes just sucks. Here's what you get. Here's what you get. 1:04 Speaker 0: Well, today is going to be a quick day, cool day. I think a perfect synergy 1:09 Speaker 0: with these 2 in regards to what we have chosen. We're going to talk about Glutathione, 1:13 Speaker 0: which has been around forever. Most guys that have been into lifting weights probably know about the Glutathione. 1:19 Speaker 0: And we're going to discuss Glow. Glow, which is a good 1, I think is really gaining steam. I get questions on Glow constantly. 1:27 Speaker 0: So why don't we, because I think the glutathione's pretty easy. Why don't we brush out the Glow 1st? Talk a little bit about what it is and just what does it do? All right. So 1:37 Speaker 1: Glow is 1:40 Speaker 1: a combination, is a blend of 1:45 Speaker 1: 3 different peptides. 1:48 Speaker 1: BPC-one 157 1:50 Speaker 1: TB-five 100, also known as Thymosin beta-four, 1:53 Speaker 1: and 1:55 Speaker 1: GHK- 1:56 Speaker 1: CU, which is the copper 1:58 Speaker 1: peptide. Those 2:00 Speaker 1: 3 mixed together is what is called glow. 2:04 Speaker 1: And for reasons, I mean, basically the GHK-3C, 2:07 Speaker 1: they are all healing. 2:10 Speaker 1: They're all healing peptides and they all heal 2:13 Speaker 1: slightly differently 2:17 Speaker 1: in working their own ways, but they all do really kind of help bring out some radiance in a person's skin and make their body feel better. Absolutely. 2:27 Speaker 1: The quick, you know, BPC-157, 2:31 Speaker 1: Most people know about nowadays. 2:33 Speaker 1: That is really good in the gut, but it's also really good on tendons and ligaments if 2:39 Speaker 1: spots injected. 2:42 Speaker 1: Will, 2:43 Speaker 1: part of how it works is it actually is going to kind of create tiny new little blood vessels and 2:49 Speaker 1: allowing more blood to flow to whatever the injured region is. And blood is like God's healing 2:56 Speaker 1: elixir, right? It's like, this is why when we sprain an ankle, swells. 3:03 Speaker 1: Is the body's reaction to go try to heal that thing. 3:06 Speaker 1: It overdoes it, 3:08 Speaker 1: That's why we use anti inflammatories, 3:10 Speaker 1: but 3:11 Speaker 1: blood 3:12 Speaker 1: heals. So on the BPC, if we're looking at for skin, why is it good for skin? Because it will actually like the more blood that we can bring to the surface 3:22 Speaker 1: in our skin, like the longer our skin stays vibrant and new and looks good, right? Like people who are, if you're 3:29 Speaker 1: like, doping is is extra oxygenating 3:33 Speaker 1: your blood and therefore your performance is enhanced. Those who people who smoke 3:38 Speaker 1: cigarettes, 3:40 Speaker 1: get wrinkly after a long time, right? Because 3:43 Speaker 1: nicotine, 3:44 Speaker 1: tobacco, 3:45 Speaker 1: and all the other shit that's in it, 3:47 Speaker 1: deoxygenates 3:48 Speaker 1: your blood and 3:51 Speaker 1: bad for your skin. Right? Then our skin gets kind of a little bit more dry. It doesn't have that healing good 3:57 Speaker 1: blood right there on the surface. So 4:00 Speaker 1: as far as like the glow portion, that's how BPC plays that role. TB- 4:06 Speaker 1: TB-500is 4:07 Speaker 1: awesome dude. I think that that has that has healed me in some like miraculous ways. I had a sports injury. Yeah. 4:16 Speaker 1: And kind of more, more of that does that travels very well throughout your entire body. It really helps inflammation 4:24 Speaker 1: everywhere. 4:27 Speaker 1: It promotes healing of, you know, muscles 4:31 Speaker 1: and tendons and ligaments, whereas BPC is really good at just kind of tendons, ligaments. Yeah. 4:38 Speaker 1: And general kind of, yeah, it's, it's so is BPC, but killing your pain a little bit. And 4:45 Speaker 1: then 4:46 Speaker 1: GHK- 4:47 Speaker 1: CU is really working on healing as well, but that is more of your like dermis layer, which is our skin. So that's really working on repairing cells in our skin. 4:57 Speaker 1: As we know, all, know, microscopic level, we basically like shed constantly. 5:03 Speaker 1: And 5:04 Speaker 1: so we're shed, our cells in our skin are just constantly dying off and repairing and rebuilding. And so GHK-3C 5:12 Speaker 1: is gonna make that healing a lot more robust and, 5:16 Speaker 1: your 5:18 Speaker 1: integrity of your skin just kind of thicker and 5:21 Speaker 1: and better, and you will look better and look and start to look younger. 5:25 Speaker 0: College in production. GHK-3.00 5:27 Speaker 0: is perfect for that. What would you say? Because people are gonna ask this question. What would be a reason why 1 would take the glow over just the BPC-one 157 or the glow against just the TB-five 100? Like what, what would you say would be the why? Why they would choose that? That's all 3 instead of choosing each 1. 5:48 Speaker 1: Well, because I guess the other, the better question was why would you only take 1 of them? Like you wouldn't, 5:55 Speaker 1: you, 5:57 Speaker 1: why would somebody take that over? Cause you're getting the, all the entire effect, right? Like you're getting everything. You're getting all of those healing properties at once. As well. That's better than, I mean, 3 of them is going to be better than any single 1 of them. Right? 6:12 Speaker 1: There's no, so if you want to 6:15 Speaker 1: heal injuries and feel better and feel more loose and 6:20 Speaker 1: in a kind of have less pain and also your skin to look better and recover faster, that's why you want to take all of them. If 6:29 Speaker 1: I guess the better question would be probably like, why would I, why would I really just choose the 1? Well, if 6:37 Speaker 0: you have, if everything feels great, maybe an elbow injury or a rip, you can just go to straight to BPC. 6:43 Speaker 0: Right. 6:44 Speaker 0: And just use that. But you know, I've done it all. I mean, I've used all 3 and, like you said, if you can use all 3, why not use all 3? I would tell the people, 6:52 Speaker 0: the only negative that I think some people run across and it's fairly common is some people just can't take the sting of the copper, man. They just 7:01 Speaker 0: kind of, it's just call it what it is, man. I don't think it stings bad to the degree where it should hinder somebody from using it, but no, I mean, that's the reason 7:13 Speaker 1: why somebody wouldn't want to take the glow is it hurts now. 7:18 Speaker 1: I've had tons of people tell me that injecting 7:20 Speaker 1: it intramuscular 7:23 Speaker 1: is a lot better. So that's something to try. 7:28 Speaker 1: And that can be done, you know, just right up in your quad while you're sitting down, right? Or quad, 7:33 Speaker 1: that's a lot leaner portion, right? If somebody's using like an insulin needle, it's not very long and 7:40 Speaker 1: most people have a little bit of fat on their butt. 7:44 Speaker 1: You wouldn't, 7:48 Speaker 1: so it's harder to get in past past the fat and actually into the muscle tissue in your butt. 7:55 Speaker 1: But yeah, that's the only reason. I mean, I guess that's that's the only reason low on money, I guess, you know, obviously because it's a blend whenever someone's buying it, it is gonna cost a lot more because in Glow, 8:07 Speaker 1: in the ones that I have seen in the the good ones should have 10 8:11 Speaker 1: mg of BPC-one 8:13 Speaker 1: hundred 57, right, 10 mg of TB-five hundred, 8:17 Speaker 1: and 50 mg of GHK- 8:21 Speaker 1: So 8:22 Speaker 1: you are getting a full, full bottle of all 3 of them. Yeah. 8:27 Speaker 1: In 1 little bottle. Sure. So that's 8:30 Speaker 1: more expensive than just buying a bottle of BPC-one hundred 57. Sure. 8:34 Speaker 0: But like always try them all, see which ones you connect to. Would you suggest that people 8:40 Speaker 0: inject into the injury like the BPC or would you say sub Q 8:45 Speaker 0: like 8:46 Speaker 0: TB? 8:46 Speaker 1: I 8:47 Speaker 1: would say go in the injury if you have an acute injury. 8:51 Speaker 1: Sorry, my phone will not stop ringing. I don't know. I'll put it on silent. I would 8:58 Speaker 1: put it directly 9:00 Speaker 1: into the injury. 9:02 Speaker 1: Why not? If you have an acute injury. Sometimes people just don't really have an a specific 1 thing that's bugging them. 9:09 Speaker 1: So then I would do it sub q or like we said, if you can't handle that, intramuscular. 9:14 Speaker 0: But for sure, 9:16 Speaker 1: right there, closer to the injury because GHK- CU will work everywhere. The TB-five hundred will work everywhere, 9:22 Speaker 1: but the BPC is going to work a lot better 9:27 Speaker 1: where you have actually put 9:29 Speaker 0: that injection at. Anybody else in particular that should be taking it? I 9:34 Speaker 1: mean, elderly people, right? Anybody who has any- 9:39 Speaker 1: Arthritis? 9:40 Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, goodness. Arthritis, like as you get older, people's skin gets a bit more brittle and like weaker. 9:48 Speaker 1: It 9:49 Speaker 1: will, it'll help that out. 9:51 Speaker 1: Specific injuries, anybody who wants to look younger, you know, after keep doing this, you know, a couple months, 9:58 Speaker 1: you know, none of these are just miracle drugs, 10:01 Speaker 1: kind of close to it, as close as we've gotten, 10:05 Speaker 1: know, but 10:06 Speaker 1: you gotta do it for a little bit for a few for a few months, maybe 3, 4 months, and then we're gonna, you're gonna start seeing a difference, 10:13 Speaker 1: in 10:14 Speaker 1: your skin. So anybody who, yeah, who for cosmetic reasons wants to look little bit younger and not dude, as far as my 10:22 Speaker 1: body feels so much better. I played foot I played college football, 10:26 Speaker 1: and baseball, and, I've had 15 plus surgeries, 10:31 Speaker 1: throughout my life, and 10:33 Speaker 1: everything just kinda hurts. Right? Like, I wake up in the morning limping for the 1st 15 minutes, just not 10:38 Speaker 1: able to just really even like flex my ankles and calves. 10:43 Speaker 1: And now that I consistently 10:45 Speaker 1: do this, I feel so much better. I walk out of bed, like walking normally, and 10:53 Speaker 1: it helps with everything. 10:54 Speaker 0: Yanks, pains, brings down inflammation, man. It's just amazing for people getting older. That is for sure. Anybody that should not take it, anybody that you would suggest not taking it? Pregnant women. 11:05 Speaker 1: And if you just can't handle a sting, but I don't know, little children, pregnant women, that's it. 11:10 Speaker 0: What would you say? Let's talk about dosages on 11:13 Speaker 1: the glow. What would you say that- That would be easy. So I would definitely say that. So again, 11:20 Speaker 1: it could depend on, well, if you have 10 mg, 11:24 Speaker 1: BPC, 11:25 Speaker 1: 10 mg TB, and 50 mg GHK- 11:28 Speaker 1: then your glow, 11:30 Speaker 1: to get very specific, because that's what people want is I would put in 2 11:35 Speaker 1: MLs of bacterial static water and 11:38 Speaker 1: I would I would either do 10 11:41 Speaker 1: units every day or 11:43 Speaker 1: 20 units 3 days a week. Makes sense. 11:47 Speaker 1: And you guys can do the backwards math, but usually when I say the milligrams, everybody doesn't 11:53 Speaker 1: know how to do calculate that. So that's your simplest way to do it. 11:59 Speaker 0: 10 12:01 Speaker 0: or 20 12:02 Speaker 1: day, basically. Yeah. Yeah. Every other day, 3 days or 3 days a week. 12:08 Speaker 1: You know, to reduce the sting of the GHK- 12:11 Speaker 1: a lower amount 12:12 Speaker 0: will not hurt as much. So- Or a little, little extra water. You can add a little extra to 12:19 Speaker 0: dilute it. I mean, to be honest with you, it's not that bad. It's not. 12:24 Speaker 1: I don't even get it. I don't even, I don't know. People tell me, yeah, I don't even notice NAD 12:29 Speaker 1: stings more than anything for 12:33 Speaker 1: me, but yeah, 12:34 Speaker 1: it's not bad at all. 12:36 Speaker 0: Eat your zone, right? 12:38 Speaker 0: Nice, man. Well, let's talk about what's been around forever. Anybody that's been into supplements and lifting weights and been a gym rat should know what Glutathione is, but tell us what it is and why do we take it? Glutathione 12:50 Speaker 1: is another peptide. It's just a, it's just a chain of amino acids and glutamine, cysteine, glycine, right? It's been used forever, 12:58 Speaker 1: by bodybuilders 12:59 Speaker 1: who are 13:00 Speaker 1: taking steroids that are really bad for their liver. 13:05 Speaker 1: I guess the big thing, think of it, it's helpful just internal organs, body detox. 13:12 Speaker 1: It will help out really your liver function. 13:17 Speaker 1: Our liver is our filter of our whole body. The liver is that is number 13:21 Speaker 1: 1, the most important thing in our body. 13:24 Speaker 1: Everything, if that, if your liver is not working right, like you're not gonna burn fat, you know, your body, you're gonna start retaining a bunch of water. Your body will not know which fat to burn, you know, to get rid of. It can't take in protein, 13:39 Speaker 1: and shove it to your muscles. It really just can't do anything in our liver regenerates. 13:45 Speaker 1: Not at all. So it's time to keep that thing healthy from the get go. So it is really, really gonna be helping out in the liver. Everybody literally, everybody should be just taking this except for pregnant women and children. Especially if you're taking gear, if you're somebody who's listening to this and you're taking gear and you do not know about Glutathione, you need to be taking Glutathione 14:04 Speaker 1: for sure. And now, you know, orals are a lot worse than, than injectable 14:09 Speaker 1: gear, 14:10 Speaker 1: but, 14:11 Speaker 1: that's why most gears and that's why gears made into injectables because it's better for you. 14:16 Speaker 1: But the orals are just crazy toxic on your liver. So glutathione is really gonna help with that. It's going to help with your mitochondrial health right inside of your actual cells. It's going to, 14:28 Speaker 1: it's a powerful antioxidant. 14:30 Speaker 1: Get rid of all the free radicals, 14:32 Speaker 1: which end up causing cancer and other issues. 14:37 Speaker 1: Boost your immune system as well. Boosting immune system, right? You know, again, like our 14:42 Speaker 1: protein function regulation of protein actually getting delivered correctly to your muscles. 14:49 Speaker 1: It's a, so just, yeah, it's an overall 14:53 Speaker 1: internal organ, 14:55 Speaker 1: cleanse, and 14:58 Speaker 1: healthy 14:58 Speaker 0: supplement. It helps with the immune system. It's going to obviously improve, you know, when your immune system's good, your skin, your hair, your nails, everything's just going to look better. It's going to be, I mean, and we talk about this, we forgot, you know, if the glow, the synergistic, 15:13 Speaker 0: talking about which 1 would run good with it, but you got 3 with the glow, but, what would run, what would run well with a glutathione? That's pretty easy. 15:23 Speaker 1: Vitamin 15:25 Speaker 1: C, 1st of all, I just, just, you should be taking like a vitamin C supplement with glutathione. They actually 15:31 Speaker 1: really, really helps boost the glutathione. So I'm just talking about a vitamin C pill folks, not 15:39 Speaker 1: a peptide vitamin C peptide, but, 15:42 Speaker 1: so Thymosin Alpha 15:44 Speaker 1: 1000 percent, dude, that's boosting your immune system and is the hands down the best anti 15:50 Speaker 1: inflammatory. 15:53 Speaker 1: Heck, Epitalon, 15:54 Speaker 1: Epitalon is going to be really good. Everybody, Epitalon should be used for, 16:00 Speaker 1: to start off as to, as a legitimate full body cleanse. 16:05 Speaker 1: It's lengthening your telomeres right after, 16:08 Speaker 1: after a couple of years of use. And I mean years, because you only do it 16:13 Speaker 1: 20 days, twice a year. But it should be starting anybody who's starting peptides 16:19 Speaker 1: or if you've already been and you haven't done, it's time to do a 20 day protocol of Epitalon 16:24 Speaker 0: to 16:25 Speaker 1: really just, yeah, 16:27 Speaker 1: restart, you know, to make your adrenal glands sensitive 16:31 Speaker 1: and, 16:33 Speaker 1: cleanse yourself. 16:35 Speaker 0: And it helps to, like, said, 16:38 Speaker 0: too. Yeah, I mean, that's perfect. Those 2 go great together, the glow. And then like I said, 16:45 Speaker 0: Thymosin Alpha-one and that 16:49 Speaker 0: would be perfect. I mean, your immune system, as long, when your immune system's running full steam and you're doing well with that, I mean, skin's going to look better, everything. You're just going to feel better, clear headedness. 16:59 Speaker 0: So those should be, I think the staples for everybody, glutathione and Thymosin Alpha-one, 17:04 Speaker 1: because of the immune system boost. Right. They really should. If you just kind of think of overall health, like everything 17:11 Speaker 1: is better if your body, if your internal body and gut is working 17:17 Speaker 1: correctly. 17:18 Speaker 1: You got better color in your face. You feel better. Your sexual function is better. I love people who spend all this money on clothes and stuff and like, 17:29 Speaker 1: dude, if you just 17:31 Speaker 1: get in shape and start to feel better and then look better naked, 17:35 Speaker 1: all of your clothes, everything will be will just fit great and you'll look great. 17:40 Speaker 1: Great. You know, that's where this starts, man. So like this, especially like Lutathione should be a staple, 17:48 Speaker 1: for everybody. 17:50 Speaker 1: Like you haven't done it, it's done it. It's time to waste money, stop wasting money on all 17:54 Speaker 1: these special little, you know, pill supplements and stuff. 17:59 Speaker 0: Do you go to the stuff that's gonna work? Yeah. Yeah. 18:02 Speaker 0: What would you say dosages? 18:04 Speaker 0: What's the dosage? 18:05 Speaker 1: So, 1st of all, I guess Luton, you're gonna end up, you're gonna need, so it comes in a, 18:10 Speaker 1: it's always gonna be coming in like a 10 ML bottle. So, which is, it's not coming in your 3 mil peptide vial. It's coming in a 10 ML vial. 18:19 Speaker 1: I would say, 18:21 Speaker 1: so what I am most familiar with, what I prefer is a 1500 mg 18:26 Speaker 1: glutathione. I would say, it should be done intramuscularly. 18:30 Speaker 1: So in the muscle, just because you're having to inject a decent volume, 18:35 Speaker 1: right? Too much to, to put in your little fat layer. 18:39 Speaker 1: I'd say between 200 to 400 mg, 18:44 Speaker 1: 3 days a week. So 200 to 400 mg, 18:47 Speaker 1: 3 days a week. 18:49 Speaker 0: So with that math, that's like 0.6 to 1.3. 18:52 Speaker 1: If you would add to that math, if you have 1500 18:56 Speaker 1: mg, 18:57 Speaker 1: add 5 MLs of water and 19:00 Speaker 1: then inject, 19:02 Speaker 1: you know, 0.66 19:03 Speaker 1: of an, of a mil, 19:05 Speaker 1: 66 units to like 1.3. 19:10 Speaker 1: That 0.66 19:12 Speaker 1: gives you 200. 19:13 Speaker 1: 1.3 gives you 400. 19:16 Speaker 0: 100. I'll just keep a simple math, do 1 mil. 19:19 Speaker 1: Sure, right. Absolutely. If you get up now, a lot of people who just, I guess 1 thing to be careful of, if you 19:26 Speaker 1: do a high dose of glutathione after a while, it will start, 19:31 Speaker 1: decreasing the melanin in your skin and you will start to get 19:35 Speaker 1: more pale. 19:37 Speaker 1: And we all think of that as bad, but like in a lot of Asian countries, 19:41 Speaker 1: that's like the look and 19:43 Speaker 1: they will use this at high doses on purpose to lighten their skin. 19:48 Speaker 1: So 19:49 Speaker 1: if you start getting pale, don't worry. You're not like dying, but if you don't like that, then start to do less at this. Taper down. 19:58 Speaker 0: Not- Anybody 19:59 Speaker 0: shouldn't take it? You would recommend? 20:01 Speaker 1: No, 20:02 Speaker 0: no, not that I can take it. Than the immune 1, right? Pretty much anybody's gonna have to shine. If you've been, yeah. 20:09 Speaker 0: I mean, we'll be redundant for a reason. If you're running gear, you should be running Glutathione, 20:14 Speaker 0: man. So if you're not, you need to get on Glutathione for sure. 20:17 Speaker 1: Or 20:18 Speaker 1: live in unhealthy life. I mean, dude, just if 20:22 Speaker 1: you've been eating like 20:24 Speaker 1: crap or even eating just kind of like crap, do it. It will help 20:28 Speaker 1: detoxify 20:29 Speaker 1: you. We all need that. 20:31 Speaker 0: How about longevity? 20:34 Speaker 0: Would you say how long should somebody stay 20:37 Speaker 0: on it? Should they do it in like, you know, like not necessarily a perpetuity, but longer periods or would you say take a break? 20:44 Speaker 1: I would say, so I would go about 3 months, like 3 months on 1 month off, 3 months on 1 month off. Yeah. Sounds a couple of weeks off, at least. Yeah. 20:58 Speaker 0: I mean, we're talking about the immune system. So it's not bad to continue to do it for long periods, but always good to just take jump off for 2 weeks to a month and just reboot, you know, after a few months, for sure. It is, it is always good to let your body 21:13 Speaker 1: be your own body and just kind of work by itself. 21:17 Speaker 1: Right. And that's the goal is like helping out, helping out, helping out. 21:20 Speaker 1: Right. And then kind of come off some things, 21:24 Speaker 1: to build up the sensitivity to whatever supplement that is, 21:28 Speaker 1: and to just not be, 21:31 Speaker 1: yeah, save money, I guess. But really, yeah, take a little bit of a break. You don't need to do it every single day for the rest of your life. 21:39 Speaker 0: And as we always say, there's so many damn peptides, man. You can just jump onto something else, jump on the Thymosin Alpha-one, 21:45 Speaker 0: whatever. 21:46 Speaker 0: There's just so many that you can, you know, test and try and see which 1 that your body responds to the best. Yep. 100%. 21:55 Speaker 0: Yeah, 21:56 Speaker 0: man. Well, good stuff.
