Like always, my buddy 1:00 Speaker 3: who's about to get hitched hopefully here in the next week or so, mister William T. What's up, man? And, yeah, I mean, since summer mode, I also have an RV waiting and waiting to take the family and a bunch of friends to 1:13 Speaker 1: Newport Dunes, 1:15 Speaker 3: which would be fun. Be a blast. Which 1:17 Speaker 3: by the way, it's really hard to get a spot there. If you want 1 of those little A frame cabins, 1:22 Speaker 3: they're booked out like 3 years in advance, but we got a spot 1:26 Speaker 3: to bring an RV. You some pool? 1:29 Speaker 3: Yes. No, I have no pool. I just lucked out and made the reservation several, several months ago. Nice. Yeah, 1:36 Speaker 3: but it'll be fun. You run I mean, if anybody doesn't know, probably a lot of you guys don't know what Newport Dunes is, but it is 1:43 Speaker 3: it's in Newport Beach, but it's a little inlet. It's saltwater, but you're on they have all these RV spots, 1:48 Speaker 3: a big, 1:49 Speaker 3: beach, like a clubhouse pool. 1:52 Speaker 3: And then in the middle of the little bay, because it's it's back in the Newport Bay, they have the full, like, floating Yeah. Trampoline and obstacle course. My son is gonna go nuts. Yes. I think you have to pay for it. That's right. And you probably have to be tall enough and you definitely have to wear a life jacket. So you maybe don't get his hopes up. Mason? If he's not big enough, Mason probably can't. 2:11 Speaker 3: Because things, those things are huge. Yeah. If a little kid falls and gets stuck underneath 1, nobody will notice. So be careful. You better be out there with him. Yeah, yeah, for sure. Yeah. I would definitely go out there. He just starts swimming and, he's like a little fish. 2:25 Speaker 3: You fish all summer. It's great. 2:27 Speaker 3: Yeah. That is great. It wears the kids out. So that'd be fun, dude. Like there's even, we went a couple of weeks ago to like concerts in the kind of a concerts in the park deal, but it's some like old cover band. Yeah. They're playing outside on the beach. That's right. With a bunch of food trucks and, 2:43 Speaker 2: yeah, it was fun. Summertime, man. It's a cool swing. It seems like summertime is is starting later and going longer. 2:50 Speaker 3: It you know what Sure seems like it's starting later. Yeah. At the end of September, it's caught. At least in or at least in California. Orange County, at least. Well, see, I'm from Seattle, and so we're our summers, like, start at after July 4. But right about July 4, cool. We get to be about summer, and there's an abrupt end mid September. Oh, really? Yeah. So that is the summer 3:12 Speaker 3: still even the summertime, 3:13 Speaker 3: even out of a 7 day a week, we're lucky to get 5 days of sun, right? You're still getting rain on 3:19 Speaker 3: some of those days. Here in California, like it's 3:22 Speaker 3: nuts. I mean, sometimes it's like April to November. 3:26 Speaker 3: Literally. 3:27 Speaker 3: Really, but it does, it started later. I don't think we started getting hot until 2 days ago. 3:32 Speaker 3: June was not very hot. And June, no. June, it's like April- To us. To us. Right. It's everybody else's- We're spoiled. 3:38 Speaker 3: But it sure does go till it goes late. It does. It's changing for sure. Like 3:44 Speaker 3: Halloween and Thanksgiving, it's like starting to wear 3:48 Speaker 3: pants, I guess. 3:50 Speaker 2: Yeah, not really. Well, I wear pants a lot anyway to the office, but like it's we we wear flip flops. We can wear flip flops and shorts all year round if we choose to. Sometimes it might be a little brisk, but, California 4:02 Speaker 2: definitely does earn their weather, at least Southern California. Northern California is a little bit different, but, I wanna talk about real quick 4:10 Speaker 2: about you and 4:12 Speaker 2: your big day 4:13 Speaker 2: coming up with the soon to be 4:16 Speaker 2: bride. It'll be fiance 1st, but are you I'm 4:19 Speaker 3: not nervous. And 1st of all, you know, she watches this and she knows kind of what's going on, but I don't wanna divulge too much Sure. Exact details. Sure, sure, 4:27 Speaker 3: am I nervous? No, I'm not nervous at all. I'm actually excited. Yeah. It's also like, I know that, you know, it's a it is hopefully it's a foregone 4:36 Speaker 3: conclusion. 4:38 Speaker 3: Dude, my life I knew was gonna say yes, but I was nervous as hell. See, I will be nervous. I will I guarantee I'll be really nervous. Like, when the time is about to come, I'm like, oh, shit. Yeah. You gotta hit a needle. Like, but I'm ready. 4:50 Speaker 3: I'm gonna keep that damn ring, like, in my pocket 4:53 Speaker 3: traveling, 4:54 Speaker 3: right? And not putting it in my check bags to like get 4:57 Speaker 3: stolen or lost. I 4:59 Speaker 3: bought her a 5:02 Speaker 3: little box that it's a different box. So it doesn't say happy jeweler on there. Shout out to happy jewelers. 5:10 Speaker 3: We, they're 5:12 Speaker 3: they're really good people. 5:13 Speaker 3: And 5:15 Speaker 3: so it doesn't say happy jeweler, but it's like a Louis Vuitton box, but which is like, that's just stupid, 5:21 Speaker 3: expensive, 5:22 Speaker 3: folks. Like, why? But whatever. 5:25 Speaker 3: Why? Because people buy it. It's crazy. Anyway, so it'll be fun. I got a boat rented. 5:30 Speaker 3: So basically day 1, when we get to the Amalfi Coast, I have a boat rented all day long. So we go to Capri and caves and somewhere there, 5:38 Speaker 3: I'll figure out a good spot to do it in nature. 5:41 Speaker 2: Yeah. That's right. Well, also, like, you have a big vacation coming up. That's cool. You've worked your ass off, bro. You have, you know, like it's been a long time. It's been a long time. We've 5:52 Speaker 2: been running Mach 90. Yes. 5:54 Speaker 3: I think I need it. Yes. I do. I know you do. Everybody needs a, everybody needs vacations by the way. Like I've always been 1 to just like, ah, screw it. I just, just, let's just keep working hard, working hard until you take a vacation, you come back and you go, oh my God, what am I doing? Like, I'm so much more 6:10 Speaker 3: productive and positive 6:12 Speaker 3: coming back. So 1 note, then luckily also I don't drink, so that makes it very helpful to not need a vacation from your vacation. You know? Yeah. You're like, oh, gotta get all my But from 6:25 Speaker 3: the, we were talking to some guy the other day, he's like, dude, when you go to just plan your days, 6:30 Speaker 3: just back to, so a day where you're doing it out, doing some excursion and then the next day you're doing nothing and then excursion, nothing. Give yourself a staggered 6:41 Speaker 3: rest days so you don't come back needing a vacation. Sure. Because you can run yourself ragged on a vacation. 6:47 Speaker 2: Sure. Alyssa and I went to Maui 6:50 Speaker 2: on our honeymoon and we stayed the 1st part at Wiley at the 4 Seasons, her dad, courtesy of her father. Thank Retatrut, if you're listening, it was awesome. 4 Seasons, we're actually saying there's 4 Seasons in Pro. And 7:02 Speaker 2: we got spoiled because the 4 Seasons is amazing. I think it's like off the charts, especially Maui. 7:08 Speaker 2: And we stupidly, 7:10 Speaker 2: our 1st day, day, we drove the road to Hana, which is like a whole 7:15 Speaker 2: day excursion. And 7:18 Speaker 2: it's like, if anybody has never been to Maui or heard about it, there is a, at the backside of Maui, 7:23 Speaker 2: it's the most beautiful scenery you'll ever see, so it's well worth it. But there's 7:28 Speaker 2: 51 secondtions that turn into a 1 way 7:33 Speaker 2: street on a crazy ass mountain. Yeah. And like I was with my new bride on driving around these corners and you got these, like, locals that have lived there their whole life. Yeah. And 7:44 Speaker 2: like I like, by the time we saw rad, we it was it was a rad experience. You get to the end, we turn around and by that time I'm so frazzled. 7:52 Speaker 2: Melissa's sleeping now and I'm just like, you know, and we shouldn't have wasted, we should have chilled at the 4 Seasons. 7:59 Speaker 2: If you like sneeze, they come up with a tissue, you know? And then we went to the high end, which is still nice, but like, it's very different. Then we chilled, 8:07 Speaker 3: you know, and then we were ready to chill because we wasted our days. Yeah. So I've written now you, you will probably hears like a will ism. You would guess that I did this. So when we took the road to Han, I was with different girlfriend, we rented a Jeep, and but before I went, I rented the CD that you put in that comes with a map and it talks you through the history of That's cool though. At every mile marker. So it tells you, like you put it in and it goes, alright, push play, push stop at mile marker 13 or no, it's talking, it's telling me everything. And then he goes, now push stop, you're at mile marker 15, at mile marker 18, 8:40 Speaker 3: play again. 8:42 Speaker 3: And you play it and he goes, look to your right, you're gonna see this and that. Thought they did say the 1 thing that I remember, like, the number 1 most devastating thing to the Hawaiian people was the advent, was white man bringing cows and pigs. 8:56 Speaker 3: Because the tip of the Hawaiian that we see nowadays, right, everybody thinks is this giant, 9:00 Speaker 3: giant dude. But when we 1st well, when white man 1st discovered the Hawaiians, he said that the journals were like, they're the most gorgeous, 9:08 Speaker 3: lean, athletic people because they hadn't they've ate fish and only fish. And all they did was swim 9:14 Speaker 3: to get their food and 9:16 Speaker 3: fish. 9:17 Speaker 3: There was no 9:18 Speaker 2: land grazing, no animal to just gorge yourself on. Oh, wow. That's interesting. That was interesting. Oh, you learned that on that- Oh, the city? Yeah. That's pretty cool. Well, those things are rad. Like, there's, I've stopped, I took my daughter a couple years later, 9:33 Speaker 2: just she and I, which was amazing, best, like, you've read such rad memories. And I didn't think she was gonna wanna do that, but we ended up doing it. And equally 9:40 Speaker 2: it was rad because my, we used to stop at certain ones. I stopped a lot of same ones because I knew it, but there's 9:47 Speaker 3: so much history. There is. There's, I think there's, like, 36 pullouts that you can. You can't do every 1 because you wouldn't it would take away Yeah. A couple days. But, anyways, if you're listening and thinking, it's it's rad. It's worth it. It's worth it. It's, You're also not allowed, it violates the rental car agreement, it to keep going. You can instead of turning around. You can just keep going, which I did because that's also what I do is like not listen to rules. 10:10 Speaker 3: I did. 10:11 Speaker 3: It's just- Dirt road. Barren, like burnt 10:14 Speaker 3: volcanic. It's like the newest volcanics, but it's like forever in just blinding heat. We pulled over to, like, get some water out the back and and truck came rolling up, like, 5 minutes later and he stopped. He's like, are you guys okay? Because, like, there is no help coming Oh, shit. If you're not okay. Like, if you break down, you better, like, 10:30 Speaker 3: be careful of heat stroke because nobody's coming along there. And that is why the rental car companies don't want you to do that. But we made it and it was an adventure 10:40 Speaker 2: in itself. Did he die? Where's my car? 10:43 Speaker 3: But anyway, vacation. Yeah, man. I mean, everybody 10:47 Speaker 3: needs vacations. 10:48 Speaker 2: It 10:49 Speaker 3: is important to, 10:51 Speaker 2: we just needed R and R and to get our brains off of some things. Yeah, man. You've been going Mach 90 for a long time. I'm looking forward to you to have that. We, I'm flying out there with, will we are going to again meet with, Peter Magic and actually see 11:05 Speaker 2: the, I think it's 40,000 square foot warehouse of Janoschick and that's going to be just fun in itself. That podcast did amazing. 11:13 Speaker 2: And that's going to be cool. 11:14 Speaker 2: He's going to be taken off, think the next day and I'll be there for a couple of days myself, which is I've never done, which I'll be walking around Prague. Jason was telling me they got some world war II like stuff. I love that stuff. That's cool. Like Germans and stuff. That would be kind of cool. So I'll probably do that and then just do a lot of like recording of like my content, how I eat here and in Prague and like, it'll be cool, man. That's a good, that is good. Show people how you eat on the Road 11:40 Speaker 3: Prague. Totally 11:41 Speaker 3: different. 11:42 Speaker 3: You can't read them any no, everything is there's a lot in English apparently, but going to visit GHK-3.5 Lab is a big deal. It is. I've been testing stuff for 10 years with them. As long as I've known you. Yeah, absolutely. You talked about them. They are the 1 who's really like started, so like they single handedly started kind of quality control of 12:01 Speaker 3: steroids 12:02 Speaker 3: at 1st, right, of everybody 12:05 Speaker 3: worldwide's quality control of steroids. Before that, there was nobody that would test 12:10 Speaker 3: individual 12:11 Speaker 3: compounds. 12:12 Speaker 3: So 12:13 Speaker 3: anybody making it or selling it could just sell anybody garbage as much as they want. Totally. And that was happening. For sure, sure. No doubt. And so they've revolutionized it all. And then peptides has been another explosion in their testing. And again, they have to open 1000 boxes a day. Yeah. 12:31 Speaker 3: Well, if you missed that podcast, make sure you go back and watch it. You know, we'll maybe try to get him back on, you know? Well, I think, you know, we will do a we're gonna do a podcast there. We'll see if he'll sit down with us. We just he 12:42 Speaker 2: would. He's just busy as hell, so we're gonna bug him too much. Touring the facility is already going to bug him. He was excited about that, but then he offered it and then I'm like, alright, don't tempt us. Like, we'll come. And then, then we, when we, I've been emailing back and forth with them, I said, you know, we'd like to, you know, buy you a steak if you're, if you're interested, he's like, listen, it's all about how busy I am. Like, I get it. I get it. I don't judge. Yep. 13:04 Speaker 3: Totally understand it. So, right. So that's going be really cool. Everybody's watch, watch 13:08 Speaker 2: that. We will post plenty of We're gonna be posting some stuff. It'll be cool. So you guys will hopefully, 13:15 Speaker 2: get to see the visuals because we're going to hopefully bring in a video art for that we get from the hotel 13:22 Speaker 2: because you get to see it. That's cool. Yeah. 13:24 Speaker 2: That's why we do this. That's right. That's why we do this. We are, 13:29 Speaker 2: funny, I'll let the cat out the bag. So you were going to be listening to this on Monday. You're actually listening to this on Monday. 13:36 Speaker 2: I always say that talking to you like, as you're going to like know it's coming, but you're listening to some Monday and we're going to record right after this. Doing back to backs because Will is going be gone and we're going to just tell a little bit of our story, 13:47 Speaker 2: Will and I became friends and how that happened and 13:51 Speaker 2: just kind of the Genesis of the friendship, 13:55 Speaker 2: of Warrior Makers, 13:56 Speaker 2: Genesis of the podcast and things like that to where, 14:00 Speaker 2: just different businesses, venture ventures that he and I have been on throughout 14:04 Speaker 2: the last 14:06 Speaker 2: few years. It's because people ask, you know, through our content and whatnot. 14:11 Speaker 2: So that'd be cool. Yeah, we've done it, but we had to think about a 100,000 viewers a month at that time. We're about 600 plus now, believe it or not. I can't even believe that we're saying that. 14:21 Speaker 2: So it'll be cool to hear the story. 14:24 Speaker 2: But 14:25 Speaker 2: other than that, today is we're going to talk about 14:29 Speaker 2: GHK-1CU, 14:30 Speaker 2: Clo and Glow, just obviously some of the differences. A lot of people will know the differences, 14:37 Speaker 2: but there are some slight differences and the why. 14:40 Speaker 2: And we do, I do want to start off with 14:43 Speaker 2: some face serum. You want to put, show 14:45 Speaker 2: them what we got going? So 14:48 Speaker 2: yes, these are, and you can talk, I guess, while I actually show- Yeah, so you got the face serums, which are going to be actually a good product, which is obviously the copper is dark blue or purple, some would say. And then you got the product that they want to say there is GHK- 15:04 Speaker 2: in it, but you don't really see any copper in it visually. 15:08 Speaker 2: They cost the same, they don't work the same. 15:11 Speaker 3: These are 2 different products, right? This is a GHK- 15:15 Speaker 3: actually plus SNAP-eight. Yep. Which SNAP-eight's not blue, so it's the GHK-two that's contributing to the blueness. And 15:21 Speaker 3: this is just a GHK-two. 15:24 Speaker 3: Same same amount and they cost the same, 15:28 Speaker 3: but this 1 you're getting 15:31 Speaker 3: an actual good amount of GHK-3s that actually works. And this 1 you are not, obviously. 15:37 Speaker 3: Anyway- 15:38 Speaker 2: So 15:40 Speaker 2: you can tell like what we've seen and I'm sure most people have seen this explosion of peptides and amazing they are because they're amazing. But a lot of people are saying there are peptides in products because it's remember when like the 15:52 Speaker 2: carnivore thing or the keto crave 15:54 Speaker 2: happened and like there was keto bars everywhere. Those aren't really keto, but if you put keto on it, people bought it. Same thing with like peptides, you throw a peptide on it, 16:03 Speaker 2: people will buy it. So we wanted to show you the difference on actual same thing good with 16:08 Speaker 3: peptides. Now, this is not to be like, 16:10 Speaker 3: not ever, some peptides can be made and taken orally and actually work. So I want everybody I think that now there has been built up 16:18 Speaker 3: a stigma now that everybody thinks- They don't work. Every single oral peptide is just garbage. And that is not true, but the vast 16:26 Speaker 3: majority 16:27 Speaker 3: of peptides that are made into orals, no, they just don't work. Sorry, 16:31 Speaker 3: our stomach just kills off the active actual drug before it can actually reach us. But there are several 16:37 Speaker 3: that do work and are very effective. 16:41 Speaker 2: Let's 16:42 Speaker 2: throw out a few just off top of our BPC- PBC, 16:45 Speaker 3: KPV, 17:01 Speaker 3: mega SLU-three, 17:03 Speaker 3: there's 100 mg 17:05 Speaker 3: a tab. 17:06 Speaker 3: Truth though, like, yes, our stomach 17:08 Speaker 3: is going to 17:10 Speaker 3: kill off some of that. So you're not getting all 100 mg, but there's 1 reason why it's dosed at 100 mg because 17:17 Speaker 3: some of it isn't going to reach you, but still you'll get a good amount. 17:22 Speaker 3: Know, 17:23 Speaker 3: 5 amino-1MQ, 17:24 Speaker 3: I still think the injectable is a lot better. 100%. 17:28 Speaker 2: I think that there, that, you know, with this craze and like so many like different 17:33 Speaker 2: like scientists and guys 17:36 Speaker 2: that are going to be able to create this a lot of more intelligent than most of us listening to this talking here is they're going to be able to break that barrier down. 17:45 Speaker 2: Think it's coming very soon. So, 17:48 Speaker 2: but as of now, that stigma that is kind of like, they don't work. There's some that do. They do. And like, because we've tried them and tested them and it's the way it is. And you're going to see that more and more. Yep. So back to the serum, there are trials. So like we try to not bore everybody with like too much detailed science. 18:07 Speaker 3: But there are, and I won't quote the trials even though I've read most of them, but they 18:14 Speaker 3: have absolutely done 18:16 Speaker 3: trials 18:17 Speaker 3: on topical 18:18 Speaker 3: GHK- 18:20 Speaker 3: serum 18:21 Speaker 3: and compared to like the leading 18:24 Speaker 3: facial 18:25 Speaker 3: serum, right, GHK-3C 18:27 Speaker 3: has outperformed. They also have done a 18:31 Speaker 3: is a GHK-3C 18:32 Speaker 3: shampoo, 18:33 Speaker 1: okay? So GHK-3C made into a shampoo. 18:36 Speaker 1: Yeah. 18:37 Speaker 3: And 18:38 Speaker 3: there is a trial there that have done compared GHK-3Cu to minoxidil and GHK-3C was found as the favorable. 18:46 Speaker 3: That's huge. It is huge. That's huge. There's a 18:49 Speaker 3: wound healing. So there's on the docket scheduled double blind clinical trial on 18:54 Speaker 3: GHKC 18:55 Speaker 3: use serum topically put on for actual wound healing, where they're just gonna 19:00 Speaker 3: the trial is to punch out someone's skin a few times, right? Just see how fast it heals. Then with video and camera evidence 19:09 Speaker 3: and see how fast it heals. That's actually scheduled 19:12 Speaker 3: in 2026 to occur and 19:14 Speaker 3: that will provide some, yeah. 19:31 Speaker 2: And that's why they obviously have it in the face room. So I want to go through 1st a little bit of a demonstration with 19:37 Speaker 2: how 19:39 Speaker 2: this is going to work the best. 19:41 Speaker 2: If you're like me and a man and you just want to make it easy, you just pop this off, you put it on your face and you think that that's it. And it's really not where you're going to get where it's going to shine the most like a cut, right? It's an open wound to a degree. You got to do it properly. Now, not daily, would say recommended about 3 days a week that you do this, 20:02 Speaker 2: but you get these little derm rollers at my bride. So I had to forgot it and I had to drive home and get it. But what you're going to do is you're going to fill the cup or bowl with alcohol, 20:15 Speaker 2: Make sure it's clean And you're going to rub that in. Like you're going to get it, make sure it's clean. Then you're 20:21 Speaker 2: going to open up 20:23 Speaker 2: your face. Just these are little needles for you men that don't know what I'm talking about as I did in that 1st. The micro needles. Yep. It's gonna they're little it feel like little needles on your face. It doesn't hurt, but it kinda opens up your skin slightly. 20:37 Speaker 2: And then you're gonna take it 20:39 Speaker 2: and rub it in, 20:41 Speaker 2: and that's how it's gonna soak into your face, 20:44 Speaker 2: and it's gonna work better. 20:46 Speaker 0: Ultra running shoes are all about space. 20:49 Speaker 0: The space to go further, 20:50 Speaker 0: to feel better, 20:52 Speaker 0: to do something you never thought possible. And this space starts with Ultra Fit. Unlike traditional running shoes, 20:59 Speaker 0: Ultra Fit gives toes more room to move naturally, 21:02 Speaker 0: so every step is strong, balanced, 21:04 Speaker 0: and comfortable. What propels you? Propel with Gatorade electrolytes. 21:30 Speaker 2: How will it work if you just put it on your face? Of course, it will. Mhmm. Will it work better like this? Yes. It's not cheap. There's how many bottles are in? It's a 20 bottle. There's 20 bottles 20 bottles of GHK c u. Of 100 mg GHK- 21:43 Speaker 3: What bottles? In that entire thing. There's 2000 21:46 Speaker 2: mg of GHK- in there. That is a lot. That is a lot. So if you see 1 bottle of GHK-two that you're injecting, it's generally 100. 21:53 Speaker 2: Yeah. So that's, there's 20. That's why it's so dark. 21:56 Speaker 2: So if you're going to pay the money for this, you want to do it right. It's going to work well. 22:01 Speaker 2: That's how you do it properly. Now, should 22:04 Speaker 2: you do it nightly? That's going be up to you in your pocketbook, right? It still will work if you rub it on at night. I rub it on at night and then I rub lotion on it. That's how I do it. And I do this, I would like to say 3 days a week, like my wife tells me and I forget often. I do at least 1 or 2, but preferably 3 is where it's going to work the best, we think. Now, 22:24 Speaker 2: secondly, I'm going to tell you, 22:26 Speaker 2: I'm 49 and 22:28 Speaker 2: my beautiful bride has talked me into doing these like facial things that I never thought that I'd ever do in my life. But as you get older and you do start to look older, 22:38 Speaker 2: you start to be more open to these things, which I was. So I did a laser facial the 1st time and they like burn off the skin. It's very crazy. I wasn't expecting it and it hurts and it takes a long time to heal. Give or take how deep she goes, 7 days to 9 days. So the 1st time I did it and I didn't use the serum. 2nd time now and every time since, we rub this on our face, my wife and I, and it literally cuts the healing time down in 0.5. I'm not kidding. I'll tell you this, I went in there with my wife, 23:11 Speaker 2: myself, and a friend of ours, Kate. Remember when we all got it done? My wife and I used the serum and 23:17 Speaker 2: Kate did not. And we went to dinner, I think 3 or 4 days later, my thing was pretty much healed and 23:24 Speaker 2: Kate's was not. She looked like she got beat up and- 23:28 Speaker 2: Kate's gorgeous. It was just the face. Like, no, I was like, wow. She's like, well, you didn't give me any face here, Michael. You didn't ask. 23:35 Speaker 2: And so it really works. So for you ladies, you'll know what I'm talking about with that laser facial. 23:40 Speaker 2: And we had Doctor. Or Nurse Lee in here and she talked about it. She's the 1 that where we get it from. So that's the face 23:47 Speaker 2: serum and that's how you do it properly. If you're gonna get this, do it well and get your bang for your back. Now, the GHKCU 23:55 Speaker 2: shampoo, how I use it, 23:57 Speaker 2: I mainly use it on my beard 24:01 Speaker 2: and how I do it, you want to kind of leave it in. The longer you're going leave it on you, it's going to work better, right? So that's what I do. So what I do is I wash my hair and then 24:10 Speaker 2: I go to my beard, but I use the shampoo for the beard and I leave it in 24:14 Speaker 2: as I'm kind of scrubbing the rest of my body and doing what I need to do. So I leave it in for a good minute and 0.5 to 2 minutes, and then I wash it out and it seems like it works really well. So that's how I do it. You know, you do you with that. I think that's how we have with, some trial and error stuff and some, a lot of people that have used it that we know of, 24:34 Speaker 2: they do better when they leave it in a little bit. Yep. Yep. That's true. So GHK-3C's 24:39 Speaker 3: primary, 24:40 Speaker 3: function is to help your body create more natural collagen. 24:46 Speaker 3: All right? 24:47 Speaker 3: Huge. The shampoo 24:48 Speaker 3: and there's studies on GHKCU 24:50 Speaker 3: using hair, basically what they have found is it slows the 24:54 Speaker 3: growth phase of your follicle. So it pro not slows it, but it prolongs that growth phase, and it also kind of stimulates actual thicker follicle growth. 25:04 Speaker 3: Now, if you are bald and you use this, your hair's not just gonna sprout up, but 25:09 Speaker 3: shoot, I've been I actually use it and I do leave it in and it seems to work. So you'll see some minor differences, but sometimes a little minor difference is kind of what makes the difference. Yeah. So 25:21 Speaker 2: my wife, a good friend of ours, she's a hairdresser and she's in Orange County and she's like a pretty 25:27 Speaker 2: renowned 25:28 Speaker 2: hairdresser in Orange 25:29 Speaker 2: County. I know this because I see the bill after my bride gets her haircut, her hair done, haircut. It's 25:37 Speaker 2: spicy and it takes a lot of money sometimes to take care of you women. I get it. But anyway, she came in because she was, or her husband, I'm good friends with, came in talking about something else and was talking about how his bride was having some problems losing some hair. And I said, well, have you tried the GHK-3C shampoo? And he's like, no, tell me about it. And I explained 25:56 Speaker 2: it a little bit. He left and, took a bottle with him and he, she used it. 2 weeks later, she called me, which I don't talk to her much. 26:04 Speaker 2: She was blown away, blown away to the degree where like she was just given advice on different things and she ended up buying some 26:13 Speaker 2: and now she sells it in her spot because what's worse than a man losing his hair is a woman losing their hair and as you get older apparently that seems to be happening more and more to ladies. So I wasn't aware of that, but happens to all of us. Yep. Yep. It's going to happen to all of us. So an interesting thing, the 26:30 Speaker 3: Well, 26:31 Speaker 3: have you heard, and I have heard this from tons and tons of people, not just the shampoo, but actually the SubQ injecting 26:37 Speaker 3: GHK-two. 26:39 Speaker 3: It makes their hair grow or 26:41 Speaker 3: the pigment turn a little bit darker. So if you're a blonde girl, they're like, hey, what's my hair's a little bit darker? That actually has a true like, that's not just hearsay and people imagining things. There's a true, like, biochemical 26:52 Speaker 3: basis for that. But based on our pair pigmentation, 26:57 Speaker 3: the pathway responsible, it's not really pathway, but 27:00 Speaker 3: is a copper 27:02 Speaker 3: based 27:03 Speaker 3: amino acid chain. So the fact that if you give yourself more GHK-3two 27:08 Speaker 3: Your hair will start to darken up. The pigment will turn a little bit darker. It's not going to be overnight, but you'll notice it. And most people actually 27:17 Speaker 3: have liked that. Nobody's nobody 27:19 Speaker 3: has said anything bad. 27:20 Speaker 3: Maybe something to try if you're going gray everywhere too. Who 27:24 Speaker 3: knows? The 27:26 Speaker 3: other 27:27 Speaker 3: thing on this 1, 27:29 Speaker 3: this is SNAP-eight. We mentioned SNAP-eight. SNAP-eight is a peptide. 27:32 Speaker 3: Early on, 27:34 Speaker 3: we were experimenting with 27:36 Speaker 3: SubQ injecting SNAP Bait, right? And then we basically learned that really it should be used topically. It is 27:44 Speaker 3: kind of what 27:46 Speaker 3: makes Botox Botox. So 27:49 Speaker 3: it helps just 27:51 Speaker 3: your skin, right? 27:52 Speaker 3: Which 27:53 Speaker 3: helps soften those wrinkle lines and like fill in deep well and mix with the GHK ECU, right? Build collagen to fill in those wrinkle spots. 28:01 Speaker 3: So this is there to really help your skin relax, like Botox is a neurotoxin, 28:06 Speaker 3: right? That's making you 28:08 Speaker 3: not create more wrinkles or be able to wrinkle up your forehead. So 28:13 Speaker 3: that's in there and there's 30 bottles 28:15 Speaker 3: of SNAP-eight, 28:17 Speaker 3: 10 mg in here. It's 300 mg of SNAP-eight inside of this. Great. So like 28:22 Speaker 2: I said, as you get older, 28:24 Speaker 2: you've been us men, they'll start to do things we never thought we would do with facials and stuff like that. Never even thought we would do that. But the 28:31 Speaker 2: serum's great because the GHK-3CU 28:33 Speaker 2: is gonna work with like skin elasticity, 28:37 Speaker 2: fine lines, wrinkles. 28:39 Speaker 2: There's a reason so many women want to take GHK-3CU 28:43 Speaker 2: because it freaking works. And so used in a face serum, it works because you're putting it on those wrinkles and whatnot. A cool thing about GHK-3CU 28:53 Speaker 2: is I was thinking through as so many people are taking Retatrutide, 28:56 Speaker 2: rightfully so. We talk about it as 28:59 Speaker 2: it's the peptide of all peptides because it works so well. And people that lose a lot of weight, I was kind of thinking through this where, 29:06 Speaker 2: you lose a lot of weight and you can start to change. 29:09 Speaker 2: Your body changes, you know, you've lost 50 plus pounds, like your body's starting to change. You could lose some of the collagen. 29:16 Speaker 2: You can lose some of the elasticity in If don't 29:19 Speaker 2: eat enough food, you're not getting any building materials. Exactly. So like if you're running Retatrutide and that's really all you're running, I would think a good add on would be a GHK-3CU 29:28 Speaker 2: because it's going to help with collagen production. It's going to help with that skin elasticity. 29:33 Speaker 2: So that's not talked about much, but I was kind of thinking about that recently. And so I wanted to kind of drop that because we were doing the GHK-3CU. 29:39 Speaker 2: If you're running Retta, 29:41 Speaker 3: add in some GHK-3CU, it really will start to make your skin probably look and feel a lot better. If you ask, so you know how, so people early on taking Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, right? And they would say, Oh man, yeah, but that stuff makes your eyesight go bad. It makes your hair fall out, makes your tint and your teeth and like, no, no, no, no, no. That does not do that. Ask anybody who's, 30:01 Speaker 3: I don't know, has an eating disorder, right? 30:04 Speaker 3: That's starvation. 30:05 Speaker 3: So this is what happens when your body gets Absolutely no nutrients. Yes. You 30:11 Speaker 3: get no nutrients and all of those bad things happen. 30:15 Speaker 3: And so you were a 100% right. Like, this is so anybody on a GLP-one, if you're just not eating what you used to be eating, you're not getting those essential nutrients. True. 30:25 Speaker 3: I would absolutely add GHK-3Cu. I would add Glo in, frankly, because BPC and TB-five hundred are also going 30:32 Speaker 3: to really help your body, the food you take in to convert that into collagen 30:38 Speaker 3: and then 30:39 Speaker 3: tell it where to go, 30:41 Speaker 3: we can get into that later. But yeah, that 30:44 Speaker 2: makes too much sense. Yeah, it's great. And so 1 of the things I had somebody come in this morning, a friend of mine, brought a buddy, had some questions on some things. 30:52 Speaker 2: And in regards to like GLP-1simaglutide, 30:56 Speaker 2: tirzepatide, and then Retatrutide, 30:58 Speaker 2: my opinion and just 31:01 Speaker 2: talking with hundreds of people 31:03 Speaker 2: at this point and seeing changes in them and how their body reacts and whatnot. Tirzepatide, 31:08 Speaker 2: although it's great, it's just really outdated. Here's what I mean. 31:13 Speaker 2: I always say, Just slow down for a 2nd and be logical. 31:17 Speaker 2: All the poop law that we've all read, slow down for a 2nd and just think logically. 31:22 Speaker 2: God 31:23 Speaker 2: made us have hunger, 31:24 Speaker 2: right? So if tirzepatide stops that and you're not, it just blocks that or at a true tide where you still get hungry, you just eat less, which one's better? But people 31:36 Speaker 2: are, 31:37 Speaker 2: it's kind of a mind F so to speak with the tirzepatide because it does block that hunger so much more. 31:44 Speaker 2: But you're not, you're supposed to eat. You're supposed to eat. That's why Retrutide is just leaps and bounds over like a product, a compound that's amazing in itself, but it's like leaps and bounds because you're supposed to eat. So if you're not eating, you're going to start having those problems with the skin and like Semaglutide. 32:02 Speaker 2: You see all those movie stars, they weren't eating. They weren't like they're losing their teeth because of Semaglutide. 32:08 Speaker 2: They're losing their teeth all 32:10 Speaker 2: sucked up because it's called malnourishment. You ever seen a Tweaker? No doubt. They look horrible because they don't eat. It's the same thing. So, 32:19 Speaker 2: yeah. So, that's, I think if you're just logical and people are still running Tirzepatide, no judgment, 32:24 Speaker 2: road trip tags is just so much better because you're supposed to eat for the love of God, eat. 32:29 Speaker 3: Those 32:30 Speaker 3: of you saying, Hey, I went from Retta or I went from Tirzepatide 32:34 Speaker 3: to Retta and 32:37 Speaker 3: then back to Tirzepatide, 32:39 Speaker 3: oh, it's not working as 32:41 Speaker 3: well, right? Or the Retta just, or I started with Retta, did this, you have now artificially made 32:46 Speaker 3: your own natural, 32:48 Speaker 3: God given hunger goes through the roof, right? Because again, that is a survival mechanism for us, right? The need to eat some damn food. Totally. When you suppress that, that mechanism 32:59 Speaker 3: fights back, right? And so now you've turned it on double time 33:03 Speaker 3: and now you will 33:04 Speaker 3: permanently, not permanently, but for some amount of time, 33:09 Speaker 3: you've now made your hunger go way higher than it ever was before. Because we've talked to so many 33:16 Speaker 2: people and always will and I always say 33:19 Speaker 2: it 33:19 Speaker 2: might read this way, but that's hundreds and hundreds of people say this. So which 1 reads this way or you've seen it 33:27 Speaker 3: normally- Yeah, 33:29 Speaker 2: which one's better? So you choose on that. But yeah, so that's what we kind of talk about. I think the GHKCU is gonna be put on top of Retatrutide. If you're not running it, try it because it'll help with that skin ladies and men. So 33:41 Speaker 2: we'll talk a little bit about, you know, GHKC is an amazing product. You came up with an product that you add to the GHKC, so touch on that too. Oh, so so stings like a son of a bitch. Yes. No, it really does. People do not like injecting GHKC 33:56 Speaker 3: up because it hurts. It stings bad and, like, keeps stinging. 34:00 Speaker 3: I feel the sting. I think everybody does. I don't get it as bad. Like, it's not so bad where I won't do it. But Yeah. 34:08 Speaker 3: Me, I thought of and talked to our chemist, but really it's my idea and just kinda asked him, like, confirmed some things, right, 34:16 Speaker 3: and made a reconstitution solution that 34:20 Speaker 3: really, really, really dulls the sting. 34:23 Speaker 3: And I don't know if- I wouldn't put out the formula, but I would tell us that Yeah. We have 34:28 Speaker 3: So like it's available. 34:31 Speaker 3: It's available and it's just called, we have to kind of change the name, but it's buffered reconstitution solution. 34:38 Speaker 3: It has bacteriostatic water in it, 34:41 Speaker 3: the benzoyl alcohol, and then another secret ingredient that actually and I would say probably about 80%, 34:48 Speaker 3: it dulls the sting. Like, I get people texting me all the time like, holy shit. Yeah. That actually really, really works. 34:55 Speaker 3: And it can be used in most every I actually haven't come across a peptide that it doesn't work in, like acetic acid. You know, that should be used in SLUIP and an AOD and IGF-one, 35:07 Speaker 3: but HGH frag. 35:09 Speaker 3: That will ruin most every other peptide. This, 35:13 Speaker 3: our buffered reconstitution solution 35:15 Speaker 3: will not. It's a great, yeah, it's great. And it's available. If anybody has any questions, use it for NAD-1T, 35:21 Speaker 3: NAD, I kind of did it because I wanted to take NAD, but it hurt me so damn bad that I couldn't It hurt bad. I dumped NAD and he's like, Woah. 35:31 Speaker 1: That's cool. 35:33 Speaker 2: So some of the benefits of GHK-3Cu, 35:35 Speaker 2: which are 35:36 Speaker 2: endless, I mean, they're just, it's so awesome. And then some of the benefits of like, GHK-3CU, 35:41 Speaker 2: why 35:42 Speaker 2: Glow and then why Clow? 35:45 Speaker 2: They're obviously, you're going to get the same effects as you go and you add on 35:50 Speaker 2: the, 35:51 Speaker 2: the TB-five hundred and the BPC-one 35:53 Speaker 2: hundred 57 and then for the CLO, you're adding in KPV. 35:57 Speaker 2: So you got 4 1 compound, 3 compounds, 36:00 Speaker 2: and 4 together. So let's kind of break them down a little bit. Sure. So 1st of all, so in glow that's, that's, 36:07 Speaker 3: well, I guess we'll start with GHK-3s. You already talked about it, but basically its job is to, 36:13 Speaker 3: have your body just create more natural collagen. Yeah. 36:17 Speaker 3: Taking nutrients that we're already eating and 36:19 Speaker 3: just kind of producing more collagen, filling in any wounds, 36:23 Speaker 3: skin, etcetera. 36:25 Speaker 3: It will also help reduce inflammation 36:28 Speaker 3: on a skin level, but think of GHK-3C really just really mostly affecting the dermis layer of our skin. BPC, 36:37 Speaker 3: so then you have Glow. Glow is BPC-157. 36:40 Speaker 3: What 36:41 Speaker 3: is referred to as TB-five 100 usually, but like what we really want is thymosin beta-four. 36:47 Speaker 3: Okay? There 36:48 Speaker 3: is TB-five 100, which is 4 amino acids, 36:52 Speaker 3: 7 amino acids, I think. 36:54 Speaker 3: Then there's thymosin beta-four, which is what you really want. That's 54 amino acids. It's much more complex and works a whole lot better. That 37:01 Speaker 3: is what, 37:02 Speaker 3: but still is referred to as TB-five hundred, but that's what we're really talking about. So BPC-157: 37:08 Speaker 3: TB-five 100 GHKCU, 37:10 Speaker 3: that constitutes GLOW. BPC, 37:13 Speaker 3: which is 1 of the most 37:14 Speaker 3: common, most used peptides 37:16 Speaker 3: around out there, 37:18 Speaker 3: it does 3 main things. So 1, it's a signaling peptide. So it goes 37:23 Speaker 3: it basically goes to your body and go, Hey, where 37:27 Speaker 3: is an injured spot? And also it is mostly really working on tendons and ligaments. Okay? 37:33 Speaker 3: So it's a signaling peptide, 37:36 Speaker 3: so it identifies 37:37 Speaker 3: spots in your body that need some repair. So A, 37:42 Speaker 3: signaling, okay? Looks for repair. 37:44 Speaker 3: B, it reduces 37:46 Speaker 3: inflammation, 37:48 Speaker 3: which inflammation is good, 37:50 Speaker 3: some inflammation, but it's really interesting. It reduces 37:53 Speaker 3: inflammation. It corrects 37:55 Speaker 3: inflammation. 37:56 Speaker 3: So it allows the good inflammation, but it just doesn't allow over 38:00 Speaker 3: inflaming. Right? You roll your ankle and it swells up, right? That's God's way of healing this injury. Blood comes 38:08 Speaker 3: in and then the often question I've always asked is like, well, why then why is always, why do we always need to pull the inflammation out? Why does it give us, haven't we evolved enough to not overdo that? And the reason there is interesting that 38:24 Speaker 3: God's answer is, you know, we still think we're 38:27 Speaker 3: our bodies are still kind of cavemen. Our brains group too fast. But 38:31 Speaker 3: if you have not enough inflammation, you can get an infection from that from that wound 38:37 Speaker 3: and 38:39 Speaker 3: you die. Okay? You are dead and life is no more. So it's going to take and that's basically kind of a guarantee. 38:46 Speaker 3: So it's gonna take whatever keeps you alive at whatever cost, but we're keep you alive. So it's gonna push too much inflammation there, 38:53 Speaker 3: to make sure no infection occurs 38:56 Speaker 3: and also to kind of immobilize the joint. Right? You ain't moving it. Hey, don't use that. That should hurt. Don't touch it. And 39:03 Speaker 3: then you'll stay alive. You may be injured longer, right? But you'll actually stay alive. 39:08 Speaker 3: Okay. So 39:10 Speaker 3: it reduces it. It kind of corrects inflammation. 39:13 Speaker 3: And then 39:14 Speaker 3: what's my last 1? Bring some building materials. TB-five 39:18 Speaker 3: hundred does a lot of the same. What am I missing here? Well, BPC is going to basically send the workers for ligaments and 39:26 Speaker 2: tendons and things like that. So it's preparing that stuff. 39:30 Speaker 3: Cagman needed that stuff. Yeah, absolutely. We still need it. Mean, hell, we still need it. Like tendonitis, BPC is the place 39:36 Speaker 3: to go. Oh my god. BPC works better 39:40 Speaker 3: locally. 39:41 Speaker 3: So if you have a specific injury, I would inject right into that injury. So 39:47 Speaker 3: and yes, it's signaling all the workers. The TB-five 100 is doing really a lot of this. Oh, the last thing, here's what BPC does. It allows your body from all the food that you actually eat, right, it, like, hyper absorbs and converts that to collagen. 39:59 Speaker 3: Okay? Huge. Which is huge. So now you're eating the same, but now your body's creating twice as much building materials. Yeah. Awesome. TB-five 40:07 Speaker 3: 100 is the workers, is this it it recruits all those stem cells and asks where BPC, where should I go? Where should I send my whole workforce, please? BPC tells it and then it goes and does that. It also reduces inflammation, inflammation. 40:23 Speaker 3: So it's really, really there to heal. 40:25 Speaker 3: So 40:26 Speaker 3: those 3, BPC, TB, GHK-two, that constitutes 40:30 Speaker 3: GLOW. Solid. CLOW with a K is just adding in KPV. 40:35 Speaker 3: And KPV 40:37 Speaker 3: is gut 40:39 Speaker 3: health, right? It is, which 40:42 Speaker 3: is the origination of a lot of issues, a lot of most all, I think, autoimmune disorders. 40:47 Speaker 3: Yeah. We 40:49 Speaker 3: all have gut health issues, whether you really know it or not, but your gut could be healthier. The gut brain axis is a huge topic of study still and still mystifies us. But 41:01 Speaker 3: we've all, as humans have always known that there's some dang relationship 41:06 Speaker 3: with our gut and the rest of our body, right? You feel it in your gut, right? Trust your gut. 41:11 Speaker 3: There's always 41:12 Speaker 3: that. 41:14 Speaker 2: Yes, you have the 2 that go really well, they all go well, that's why 41:19 Speaker 2: they're they're compounded together. You got the 41:21 Speaker 2: TB and the BPC. Will and I both said that those would be the that would be the 1 compound that we would both choose because we're gonna lift weights forever. Yeah. And, I mean, I was just in 41:31 Speaker 0: Ultra running shoes are all about space. 41:34 Speaker 0: The space to go further, 41:36 Speaker 0: to feel better, 41:37 Speaker 0: to do something you never thought possible. 41:39 Speaker 0: And this space starts with Ultra Fit. I was like, I'll just see. 3 days into the vacation, I told my wife, I'm like, man, I am just like achy and slow. I missed that stuff and started taking it. It's crazy how well it works. I mean, I'm still blown away by it. I mean, immediately 42:33 Speaker 2: I started feeling better. You know, because I usually take quite a bit, shoulders 42:37 Speaker 2: and back. Because I've got my back surgery and I poke it in my back and 42:41 Speaker 2: it's just awesome. And we could have added that to talk too because that Wolverine is just amazing in itself. Then you got the BPC, 42:50 Speaker 2: the BBC and the TV that go together perfectly. And then you got the BPC and the KPV, 42:55 Speaker 2: you go to perfectly on a different level, which is to heal the gut. 42:59 Speaker 2: And that's just Interesting point to add, 43:02 Speaker 3: injectable versus we talked about BPC and KPV being available in oral forms. So that is true. And if the primary purpose is to heal 43:12 Speaker 3: tendons, 43:13 Speaker 3: ligaments, right, I would use the injectable forms. Think about this, they're 43:17 Speaker 3: going to 1st 43:19 Speaker 3: use most of their powers on 43:22 Speaker 3: stuff in healing, right, if you're doing the injectable. Then 43:26 Speaker 3: go heal the gut, right? The opposite is true if you take it in an oral form. 1st things 1st is to go heal your gut and then start working on a systemic 43:34 Speaker 3: level in all your other healing spots. 43:38 Speaker 3: BPC, 43:39 Speaker 3: I mean, here's the origin story of BPC really is everybody 43:43 Speaker 3: realized that, you know, we we all know we have stomach acid. Okay? Has anybody ever asked themselves why do, 43:50 Speaker 3: if it if it just burns through and melts down anything that I put in my stomach, why doesn't it just burn right through my whole skin and melt me alive? Right? Well, the reason is we have this mucus 44:01 Speaker 3: membrane layer lining our stomach. And 44:05 Speaker 3: the scientists have said, Well, what the hell? Okay, so what's making this so impermeable to this acid? And as they look further, they realize it actually is not impermeable. The stomach the acid's burning it back, but it basically heals itself faster 44:18 Speaker 3: than that acid can burn through it. Why is that? Well, they looked further 44:22 Speaker 3: and it's just full of this peptide chain, 44:25 Speaker 3: which they have now named BPC, 44:28 Speaker 3: body protection compound, body protective compound, whatever you wanna call it, but that's just just full of BPC. So they said, well, what the hell? Okay. If it heals that so well It heals faster than it can eat it away. That is crazy. 44:41 Speaker 2: That's why I had the power of PP- PPC is amazing. So 44:44 Speaker 3: let's try to Let's see if we can bottle it, remake it in a lab, bottle it, and inject it somewhere else and see what else it heals. And so, 44:51 Speaker 1: yep, lo and behold, it works. 44:54 Speaker 2: Why would you do any of them all 3? I think that's a matter of an opinion. I don't really think 44:59 Speaker 2: necessarily. 45:00 Speaker 2: This kind of depends. Like you can knock out a lot of stuff with the Clo. Right? So that's for you ladies. Well, I think I like, I think you like to kind of go that route. I run the Wolverine separate because it's really the objective to do to fix injuries. You know, if you're lifting weights at 49, 45:17 Speaker 2: you're going to get hurt. You're going to get tendinitis. 45:19 Speaker 2: Your back's going to hurt. You're going to be achy You wake up, you're slower. 45:23 Speaker 2: It's called age. So 45:26 Speaker 2: the Wolverine, I remember, 45:29 Speaker 2: know, a good year, year and 0.5 ago when Will and I started talking about the Wolverine, it wasn't called Wolverine at the time, at least to my knowledge, we were kind of talking through it as will it be good to run it together or would it be separate? And I think we both kind of agreed at 1st, 45:44 Speaker 2: separate. I don't think that's bad 45:46 Speaker 2: either way because I think the TV, in my opinion, is more powerful. It goes through your body well, where 45:51 Speaker 2: BPC is you need to inject it into the injury- And more frequently. And more frequently. And 45:56 Speaker 2: your TB is like what, twice a week. It's so long- It's 2, 3 times a week. Yeah. But that's why they start putting these together because they work amazing. 46:05 Speaker 2: So, you know, the Wolverine, if you have injuries, boom, if you're older and they're going to lift weights, boom, 46:11 Speaker 2: gut problems, 46:12 Speaker 2: add in the KPV because we all do without a doubt. It just really depends 46:18 Speaker 2: if you want to kind of run them separately, 46:21 Speaker 2: the Wolverine and then like the separate with the GHKCU, 46:24 Speaker 2: or you just want to run them all in 1 swoop, you're still going to get the benefits. 46:28 Speaker 2: If you're going to have an injury, you don't want to take Clo into the injury. That's gonna sting like a son of a bitch. Do Wolverine. 46:35 Speaker 2: Right? Like if you're taking it as all health and healing of the body, 46:40 Speaker 2: Khloe's gonna work the best in my opinion. 46:42 Speaker 2: If you have an actual injury, 46:44 Speaker 2: I don't think that, I think running them that Wolverine together is just the answer always. I don't even take them separate anymore. You? No, I don't ever take just TB-five hundred and just BPC peanut butter and better and 46:56 Speaker 2: jelly. They're just so good together. So that's my take on it. I mean, other people might have different answers, 47:03 Speaker 2: but that's why injuries or healing. 47:05 Speaker 3: I think that the, I mean, and you know this too and think the same way, like the only reason 47:11 Speaker 3: that you would not really want to take glower clothes because there is such thing as taking too much copper. So, 47:17 Speaker 3: and we have found that with BPC, with the Wolverine, right, BPC-2B, 47:21 Speaker 3: more matters, right? Like 47:24 Speaker 3: usually in most things, hey, 47:26 Speaker 3: if you go to a certain point anymore, that's not really gonna help. But like with these 2, the more you do, the better it is going to work. Yep. Right? Exponentially. So, 47:35 Speaker 3: you but you just so really, you would want to do high doses of of BPC TB for an acute injury. Absolutely. And you if it has GHKCu 47:43 Speaker 3: mixed in there, then you can't do 47:46 Speaker 3: those high doses because then you're giving yourself too high a dose of GHK-two. 47:50 Speaker 3: And that can be bad. 47:53 Speaker 3: It's a metal. You can give yourself heavy metal poisoning from enough copper. 47:58 Speaker 3: So that would be the only difference. Mean, otherwise, if that were not the case, then I would always do clo. Yeah. Shit, I would do a little big, like high If do it like daily, there you go. Run the clo. That's great. But, and then, 48:10 Speaker 3: yeah, spot inject the Wolverine. I would spot inject and do that daily even though the TB-five hundred only needs to really be done 3 times a week. It ain't gonna hurt daily. So and the BPC does need to be done daily. 48:23 Speaker 3: It'll still work not daily, not done daily, but I I would suggest it. Yeah. If you take off. Have you heard of, 48:29 Speaker 3: the copper uglies? 48:31 Speaker 3: No. There 48:33 Speaker 3: is a phenomenon. This is actually also kind of true. 48:36 Speaker 3: So GHKCu 48:38 Speaker 3: is 48:39 Speaker 3: not only just 48:41 Speaker 3: triggering 48:44 Speaker 3: collagen building, but it's actually like remodeling 48:47 Speaker 3: your collagen in your skin. Okay? So it's breaking down the collagen that's existing, right? As well as the same time that it's building new stuff, right? So sometimes people who start with some GHK-two at a little bit too high of a dose, 49:02 Speaker 3: the breakdown will outpace the buildup and for 49:06 Speaker 3: usually about 2 weeks, 49:08 Speaker 3: their skin will not look good. 49:11 Speaker 3: It will look like kind of splotchy, 49:14 Speaker 3: but 49:16 Speaker 3: then it always evens out, right? Then the building occurs 49:19 Speaker 3: and takes that over and now they look better than ever. But 49:23 Speaker 3: those of you, that is a thing. It actually is, there was some scientific basis behind that. So if you notice that, don't quit before the miracle happens. Don't be like, Oh shit, this is doing the opposite. You just keep going. I'd probably like lower the dose a bit. 49:37 Speaker 3: Know, dosage ranges, I don't really think that 49:40 Speaker 3: you should do more than 2.5 49:42 Speaker 3: mg 49:44 Speaker 3: daily. 49:45 Speaker 3: I would generally focus on like 2.5 mg of GHKCu 49:49 Speaker 3: 3 times a week. But with BPC and TB, as we know, you can do 50 mg a day. But I would say on a general dose of BPC and TB, same thing, 49:59 Speaker 3: I'd give yourself 50:00 Speaker 3: 1 to 2 mg 50:02 Speaker 3: per injection of each of those. That seems to be the best on a wallet. Like, that's a reasonable dose that people can afford. No less than 0.5 of a milligram each. 50:12 Speaker 3: But anything less than that is not gonna really do anything. 50:16 Speaker 2: Yeah. That's, I mean, we can go on and on adding an AOD-1NAD 50:19 Speaker 2: because that would be a perfect fit for these. Obviously, too, for us older folk, the HGH. 50:25 Speaker 2: Think HGH is I mean, it should be a perfect- It's a perfect combo. It is- helps you heal, expedite your skin. 50:32 Speaker 2: It's because, I mean, GHKC is just a really good anti ager. Mhmm. 50:37 Speaker 2: Yep. Yeah. You, so So, I mean, we can go on and on about, like, adding those in, but that's gonna be that. And and ladies or gents, if you get any type of facial, try the face serum. It really helps. 50:50 Speaker 2: Then if you got worried about like hair, losing hair or whatnot, start using the shampoo. 50:56 Speaker 3: The last thing is the, 50:58 Speaker 3: as we know 50:59 Speaker 3: from past podcasts and research, NAD just rapidly declines out of a person in their human, in 51:06 Speaker 3: their lifespan. GHK-two 51:08 Speaker 3: is very similar. So they have 51:10 Speaker 3: lots of studies on this and the numbers are basically 51:15 Speaker 3: it usually declines at a pretty steady rate, but a 20 year old person usually tests out for about 200 51:22 Speaker 3: nanograms per milliliter of GHKCu. 51:25 Speaker 3: At age 60, they're now at about 80. And 51:30 Speaker 3: the decline is 51:33 Speaker 3: generally even, but that just shows that, 51:36 Speaker 3: mean, hey, our body has this and needs it and wants it. And as it declines, look at what old people's skin looks like. Yeah. Absolutely. So use it. Cycle off GHK-two. 51:47 Speaker 3: Question from the crowd. Should you? Yes. I have heard people say, hey, do it for a year? It's amazing. 51:54 Speaker 3: I don't know. I think that, again, there's a the potential of, like, too much GHKCU 52:01 Speaker 3: and be poisoned on it. But I also think the efficacy is not, 52:06 Speaker 3: it diminishes over time. The longer longer you do it, it's not going to, and I'm talking about the injectable subQ. I think that topically I would put it on every day for the rest of my life. Absolutely. Yeah, for sure. 52:18 Speaker 3: But for the injectable, yeah, I'd say 3 months, then give yourself a couple of weeks. Yeah. Also what we didn't talk about, you get a tattoo, rub it on the 52:27 Speaker 2: shirt and Absolutely, we've been doing put it on my tattoos. 52:30 Speaker 2: Yeah, it's been great. That was actually our tattoo artist. It's the same guy. He recommended it. I'm like, oh, that's not going to pull up the ink. He said, no, dude, make sure you do it. Mine healed. Healed real fast. Really quick. Side note, don't use 1 of these things. 52:44 Speaker 3: Okay, with a smart idea to put numbing cream, like I'm gonna get a tattoo, right? And we all know like numbing cream 52:50 Speaker 3: works better once you have an open wound, right? Then you put it in, it gets into your bloodstream and it really works. So I thought this would be a brilliant idea and- Did you? Yeah. And dermal 53:00 Speaker 3: roll my leg 1st, right, and then put the numbing cream on 53:04 Speaker 3: like an hour beforehand and 53:06 Speaker 3: then it would soak in. It worked really good, right? 53:09 Speaker 3: Holy shit. It's basically like I tattooed my own leg and then now he's tattooing right on top of it. Oh, man. Right? 53:15 Speaker 3: It just I just open wound, injured my skin. 53:18 Speaker 3: I mean, that was the time he was actually experimenting with 53:22 Speaker 3: injectable lidocaine too. And this was just on 53:25 Speaker 3: my lower leg, which doesn't even hurt that bad. And 53:29 Speaker 3: it hurt incredibly bad with the numbing cream. It didn't do anything. Usually the numbing cream that we have 53:34 Speaker 3: works really, really, really well. But then we started, we inject we gave me like 8 injections, the lidocaine. 53:39 Speaker 3: That did nothing. And the tattoo hurts so bad. 53:43 Speaker 3: So I kind of outsmarted myself on that 1. Shot myself in the foot. Thought too much on that 1, Thought way too much. And by the way, for the record, we've both got a whole lot of tattoos before we ever use numbing cream. Hell yeah. But as you get older, I don't want the pain. It hurts. I 53:58 Speaker 2: don't even care anymore. Like taking it. Hurts, man. I can do it on my hands. They're so quick, but I'm like, dude, I use it every time. Yeah. And kind of the same principle, you know, 54:06 Speaker 3: numbing cream works so much better if you put it on and then put Saran wrap around it. Similar 54:13 Speaker 3: to this, will work 54:14 Speaker 3: a lot better with a dermal roller. Now, I don't use that, 54:19 Speaker 3: and I use this 54:21 Speaker 3: all the time. 54:23 Speaker 3: We've had hair salons sell it and 54:26 Speaker 3: women be like, holy shit, this is amazing. Actually, smells good. It feels good. 54:30 Speaker 3: GHK acne also. I know lots of people who have been to taking GHK-1C and glow and their acne 54:37 Speaker 3: is now gone or 54:39 Speaker 3: a whole lot better. That's awesome. Right? Yeah. Good stuff, man. Cool. 54:43 Speaker 2: When you guys are listening to this, we will be, which will be Monday or whenever you listen to it, drops Monday and we will be getting ready for our trip. Will will be gone for 2 weeks. I will be gone for a week, 54:55 Speaker 2: but we got a lot of cool stuff coming and we have a lot of rad guests coming on the podcast. We got some doctors coming on. We got some gut health therapists coming on. We got some water 55:05 Speaker 2: gals coming on that know a lot about the Keegan and the Keegan- Yeah, Keegan- Keegan. Keegan. Our 55:12 Speaker 2: producer behind the wheel back there tried to kill me when she took out the water. Started 55:17 Speaker 3: feeding the sulfuric 55:19 Speaker 3: acid. This day, it's weird. 55:20 Speaker 2: But we got a lot of good gas. I 55:23 Speaker 2: think sulfuric acid literally burns through you and everything. Oh, shit. I was drinking. But we got a lot of cool stuff coming, man. And other than that, what else? Do you have anything else? Check out school. There's a lot of stuff 55:34 Speaker 3: on school. We'll put the- 55:36 Speaker 2: Yeah, they have- Everybody 55:39 Speaker 2: knows this because you probably hear everybody complaining that has social media type stuff. It's so hard to even talk freely on any of the channels. So school, you can jump on there and you can say what you want. You can say anything you want with the people you're going to get. If you have questions about protocols or anything, 55:54 Speaker 2: supplement, 55:56 Speaker 2: diet related, 55:57 Speaker 2: you just put a post and you're going to have tons of people all over the world jumping in. If you want to have some direct contact with us, obviously we don't do that on that 1 because it's just too many people. But you can add the VIP. I'm not selling you on this, but if you do the upgrade, you can actually ask us questions direct and we get back to you as 56:15 Speaker 2: soon as we can. There's a lot of good free information. And there's a ton. Just go get on the school, go to classroom, and then there's Yep. Good. Questions about any Epipette. 56:24 Speaker 2: Cool. Check it out. Yeah. Other than that, we'll see you next round. Take it easy. Good night.
