I think I love all of them. I have a biased opinion. I like them all. But I have been taking this 1, I have my bride on this 1 as well, and we love it. So huge healing qualities, we will get into this and we will dig into 0:24 Speaker 0: not just a healing peptide, 0:27 Speaker 0: but we will talk about some other qualities 0:29 Speaker 0: that 0:30 Speaker 0: this thing shines at. So I'd like to introduce my co host, 0:35 Speaker 0: good friend of mine, my business partner, 0:38 Speaker 0: William T. Haas. 0:40 Speaker 0: Welcome What's up, 0:41 Speaker 0: thank you. Yeah. Yeah. So today, we are going to drop GHKCu, 0:46 Speaker 0: the infamous 0:48 Speaker 0: copper peptide. 0:49 Speaker 0: For those that need a visual, look at that purple guy. We call him a little purple eater. 0:53 Speaker 0: This 1 is a good 1. Not for the faint of heart. This one's gonna be the 1 of the few peptides that will sting a little bit. It has copper. 1:01 Speaker 0: So but it is well worth it. It is well worth it. So let's dig in, my friends. Will, tell us a little bit about what GHKCu 1:10 Speaker 0: is. 1:11 Speaker 1: Well, it is a 1:14 Speaker 1: tri it's a tripeptide, 1:16 Speaker 1: and also known as the copper 1:19 Speaker 1: peptide. 1:20 Speaker 1: It turns 1:21 Speaker 1: it turns blue. 1:23 Speaker 1: It has a whole bunch of different 1:27 Speaker 1: effects 1:27 Speaker 1: and and is actually 1 that has been studied 1:31 Speaker 1: quite extensively. 1:32 Speaker 1: A lot more than a lot of these a lot of the different peptides. 1:35 Speaker 1: I think it's been around since the seventies. We talked about you guys may know, 1:40 Speaker 1: I don't know, 10 10 years ago or so, Brett Favre was doing commercials for the, like, the copper sleeve to help his elbows out. Right? Like, we have 1:50 Speaker 1: or more wrist braces. Right? So we've been known we've known about the healing powers of 1:56 Speaker 1: copper 1:56 Speaker 1: for a while, and people have been putting it in products for a while. And 2:00 Speaker 1: I guess now it's just being 2:04 Speaker 1: available to the general public 2:06 Speaker 1: Yeah. To directly to to directly use. 2:09 Speaker 1: So it's cool, man. There's there's a lot of benefits to it. Yeah. So I would think it's the most widely 2:14 Speaker 0: used or known for the healing qualities, kind of like to run-in tandem with TB-five hundred or BPC-157, 2:23 Speaker 0: but like let's talk a little bit about some of the other qualities 2:28 Speaker 0: that it does in regards to increases 2:31 Speaker 0: collagen production, elastin production. 2:34 Speaker 0: It really shines 2:35 Speaker 0: for skin. 2:37 Speaker 0: If you have any type of 2:39 Speaker 0: burn 2:40 Speaker 0: cut, it'll expedite the healing. It will cut, 2:43 Speaker 0: get rid of fine lines. I mean, I can go on and on and on. I mean, tell me a little bit about the the skin stuff because I think that's where it shines. Sure. Yeah. I guess, Brett, it will increase your collagen collagen synthesis. 2:54 Speaker 1: It will improve, like, the density 2:57 Speaker 1: of your dermal layer, of your of your skin layer. 3:03 Speaker 1: And 3:04 Speaker 1: it is it's promoting 3:06 Speaker 1: gene health and and cellular repair, 3:09 Speaker 1: like a few of these, but is can be used 3:14 Speaker 1: in a bunch of different ways. So like, yeah, 3:16 Speaker 1: skin health, hair regrowth. 3:19 Speaker 1: Don't wanna tell you it's not gonna regrow your entire, you know, hair right now, but 3:23 Speaker 1: I actually recently just read a study on, 3:26 Speaker 1: they did a study in GHKCU 3:28 Speaker 1: versus minoxidil, and everybody's heard of minoxidil, and actually the the conclusion was that GHKCU 3:34 Speaker 1: was the favorable 3:36 Speaker 1: was the favorable thing to use to improve your hair 3:40 Speaker 1: follicle health and hair regrowth. And- Yeah, that's huge. That is huge. I think, 3:47 Speaker 1: yeah, that's everybody 3:49 Speaker 0: wants that. I've been getting a lot of questions through my different channels in regards to that, so that's come up quite often asking, 3:57 Speaker 0: know, people are researching it. I mean, testosterone replacement is huge these days, thank God, because it's a miracle, 4:04 Speaker 0: but, you know, increasing DHT, things like that. So you're offer a lot of guys that are gonna start to lose their hair just as what it is, you know? And as you age, you start to lose hair. 4:14 Speaker 0: Would you say then that would be something that it's not gonna stop it, but greatly increase it, you know, maybe slow down quite a bit? 4:23 Speaker 1: Yeah. You know, what it's doing, I guess there's 2 things that that a person should do. Right? Like, so for men, 4:30 Speaker 1: DHT is what how which is is what closes up your hair follicles. Right. 4:36 Speaker 1: To stop that from happening, 4:39 Speaker 1: you need finasteride or dutasteride. 4:41 Speaker 1: That will help, 4:43 Speaker 1: you know, stop 4:45 Speaker 1: the loss. Now GHKCu 4:47 Speaker 1: is gonna promote the growth. Right? So 2 different things. Yeah. And so used in tandem, 4:53 Speaker 1: hell yeah. Yeah. Both. You should be using 4:55 Speaker 1: both. You need both. We need to stop. Yeah. 4:58 Speaker 1: Stop stop it from happening and then regrow. 5:01 Speaker 1: And it is best used in, like, a serum 5:04 Speaker 1: Yeah. And applied 5:06 Speaker 1: directly to the scalp as opposed to, like, a sub q injection if we're talking hair growth. They also can do some microneedling, which I don't know much about, but but women do. 5:16 Speaker 0: Yeah. 5:18 Speaker 0: So give you guys a little visual 5:20 Speaker 0: of serum when he says that. That's gonna be we are have been working on a face serum here, which we will be dropping very soon. 5:29 Speaker 0: It's just because it's amazing. You know? I've used it yesterday. I got a facial, and she burned my face, blah blah blah. She put that on my face after 5:38 Speaker 0: because the healing qualities and just the expedition of 5:42 Speaker 0: it healing it. You know? It burnt like a son of a bitch, but You did it. Well worth it. My wife and I put it on. We were like, damn. That was Yeah. You 5:51 Speaker 2: know what I mean? But, like Right. I mean, well worth it, though. You know? I mean, 5:55 Speaker 0: as we age and especially, you know, things we discuss here so often, but I know we're passionate about is just the food, the seed oils, the 6:04 Speaker 0: all these things that really antibiotics 6:06 Speaker 0: that attack our gut, they just affect our gut biome. It just really affects so many things that people don't think, like skin, hair, nails, 6:15 Speaker 0: growth of your hair, you know what I mean? So these are things that will combat that stuff, obviously, with a good diet, but these are things when you have your diet in line, when you use a GHK CU, 6:28 Speaker 0: it works well. The, 6:31 Speaker 1: on that point, like, it will 6:34 Speaker 1: it'll increase the immune response when healing. 6:38 Speaker 1: Awesome. But in, like, immunomodulation, 6:40 Speaker 1: so it is not going to just, like, 6:43 Speaker 1: hyper boost your immune system because that can cause problems. Right? Our immune system can be too strong to start attacking it 6:49 Speaker 1: things it's not supposed to be attacking. And so they do, there's some studies going on like on immune regulation, right, to help balance 6:57 Speaker 1: your immune system so it's doing 7:00 Speaker 1: the right doing the right things. Yeah. 7:02 Speaker 1: As well as, I mean, has antioxidant properties. We all know 7:06 Speaker 1: that tumors, 7:07 Speaker 1: cancers all coming from free radicals and antioxidants. 7:12 Speaker 1: Huge. They are, I'm not gonna tell you it cures cancer. You know, I'm not gonna say this this is the solution to cure cancer, but they are absolutely researching it to help 7:23 Speaker 1: help with that with all kinds of different kinds of cancer. 7:27 Speaker 0: Yeah. They've been studying it since the seventies, which is great to know. So it's been around for a long time. They found it in in plasma and saliva and urine. I don't know if you know that, but I was I was just rubbing that on your face. It's interesting. Yeah. And then we put it on our face, and he'll 7:43 Speaker 0: I'll I'll do it. So you know. 7:45 Speaker 0: But, it's interesting in regards to that, and that should make everybody feel a lot better because it's been so widely studied. 7:51 Speaker 0: Absolutely. How it's been, you know, the a kept secret, I don't know. But as everybody knows, man, 7:56 Speaker 0: peptides are making a run-in a heavy way because they're just people are looking for something different, man, and just the qualities of so many of them, you know, is just amazing, man. And and for for I mean, both both people whoever's listening to this, men or women, it really is gonna shine for both of you. Women are gonna take it for the skin and the hair and the nails, kinda similar to the antiaging. I would the way that I would articulate it best for the ladies is just gonna be it's gonna be an antiaging for your skin. You know? It's gonna really get rid of the fine lines and things like that that that everybody wants. But as Will and I discussed, man, it really has a lot of those other benefits. It brings down inflammation. I think a lot of peptides do, but 8:34 Speaker 0: Yeah. Why is that huge? I mean, because most people's diet sucks, and they eat a lot of sugar. They eat a lot of seed oils, and that really increases 8:42 Speaker 0: your inflammation. So when you can combat some of that stuff and bring that inflammation 8:47 Speaker 0: down, it's just you can't that's just that you're just gonna be healthier just because of that. Absolutely. 8:53 Speaker 0: You know what I mean? Who would you say 8:56 Speaker 0: you know, this is kind of an easy question, but it's something that we need to discuss. Who would you say that it would be best suited for? 9:04 Speaker 1: Right. Easy question. We just kinda talked about it. So, yes, absolute skin, 9:10 Speaker 1: hair, injuries, I guess we did not talk about that. Those of us who have who get tendinitis or who have small small injuries or or scars. It will actually help kinda clear up scarring. So if you have scars or something, 9:23 Speaker 1: rub that on there. It should it should really help help that kinda blend in. But it is often mixed with 9:30 Speaker 1: TB 500 and BPC 1 57. Yeah. And that blend of those 3 is called Glow. 9:37 Speaker 1: Yeah. That's just the that is the name of that of that triple blend there. And it works. I mean, people are so we're talking 9:45 Speaker 1: tendonitis, you know, spot injection right in the actual injury, and it doesn't have to be just tendonitis, but any type of injury that is to 9:54 Speaker 1: that that healing tissue can help. 9:58 Speaker 1: It works. I have friends. I have some people who will, you know, 10:02 Speaker 1: make an argument, then it works better than BPC, but it works differently, and so you should use both of them. Yeah. It's funny. 10:10 Speaker 0: It's funny because, you know, I've used BPC-one 10:12 Speaker 0: hundred 57 for quite some time. You know, you've been a fan of that for over years, and I remember I used to get tendinitis quite often. 10:19 Speaker 0: And I would inject b, BPC-one hundred 57 only. And just fairly recently is the 1st time that I even used the blend of the TB-five hundred BPC-one 10:28 Speaker 0: -157 in my shoulders, and I gotta be honest because we were talking about the blend for a while thinking that it might not be as powerful. 10:35 Speaker 0: So I started it and not 10:38 Speaker 0: kind of going in because of the conversation we discussed it, you know, kinda looking into it, that it wasn't gonna do what it did, but man, I was blown away by how I mean, in 3 days, I was blown away by how radically 10:51 Speaker 0: this might how my shoulders were just so much better. I mean, I couldn't even used to lift my shoulder up. This left one's straight. I was like, oh my god. I couldn't believe it. So the point of that is this, now how can you go wrong with adding another healer? So you take the TB-five 100, you take the BPC-one 157, the healers, and you add in the GHK- 11:10 Speaker 0: that's in a tandem, man. And talk about synergy, there you go, dude. You have energies. You're like us that like to lift heavy weights. 11:18 Speaker 0: You need to have this in your arsenal without a doubt. Hands down. 100%. 11:23 Speaker 0: Any type of athlete. Any type of athlete. Yep. Tennis player, 11:27 Speaker 0: knees, elbows, I mean, you can go on and on and on. So, yeah, so to answer that easy question that like 11:34 Speaker 0: Will just said, it's such an easy question, but it needs to be talked about. Pretty much any type of athlete, any type of athlete, you know, any type of lady that's looking for antiaging, 11:44 Speaker 0: you know, just anybody that's antiaging, why would you not? Why would you not wanna take something that's gonna somewhat slow down the aging process for skin in your hair? Absolutely. 11:54 Speaker 1: Know Brandon. There are I know I know I mean, I have a couple girlfriends who are using it 12:00 Speaker 1: for all different things. Right? Mixing it in their in their face screen, putting it in their hair product. Yeah. You'll see that also on Instagram of people getting creative creative with it. 12:11 Speaker 1: Yeah, dude. It it's awesome. I'm actually impressed with all of these peptides, especially the healers, 12:16 Speaker 1: how well they actually work. 12:18 Speaker 0: Yeah. I think that's that's obviously why the they're the most popular. Would you say there would be anybody in particular that 12:25 Speaker 0: might not, 12:28 Speaker 0: for health reasons or something like that, would not want to take it, would not you wouldn't advise them to take it as a better way to say it. Is there anybody out there that you would say, no. I don't really think that that would be wise. 12:40 Speaker 1: I don't there's no kind of general health. There's there's no general grouping of people I could see. I mean, if you're allergic to copper, let's not take it. Yeah. 12:50 Speaker 1: I and the the skin if you can't deal with a little bit of pain, then you should have it. If you're kind of a wuss, then 12:56 Speaker 2: To be blunt. Not for you. Yeah. 12:59 Speaker 1: Because it's gonna hurt a little bit. Or it's gonna so if we're doing a sub q, it's gonna sting. And 13:05 Speaker 1: I don't know. I didn't even think it was that bad at all. And I'm not telling you I'm the biggest tough guy in the world, but, like, things hurt me. But it wasn't that hard. Pretty tough, man, and she's had a couple and it's not every time, man. I don't know what it is that triggers it sometimes in others, but she 13:20 Speaker 0: sometimes will get this little welt for about an hour, 13:24 Speaker 0: and she's a pretty tough cookie, my brother. Sometimes she Not hurting. It's gonna hurt more injected, like, intramuscularly 13:31 Speaker 1: or, like, inside your tendon. Those 13:34 Speaker 1: of who are, like, injecting it in their elbows and shoulders. Sure. 13:39 Speaker 1: It's gonna hurt more in there. 13:42 Speaker 0: I mean I mean, hurt more than the injury, though? I think let's just be like that. Not at all. It's just temporary pain like that. You know? It 13:50 Speaker 1: is yeah. It's well worth it. Right. So 13:53 Speaker 0: no only people that maybe have a little bit I mean, in, like, it's a little prick. I mean, it literally is less than a little bee sting. So if that scares you away from trying to heal your body, 14:03 Speaker 0: I guess you shouldn't take it. 14:04 Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. More power to you. That's a, yeah, personal power. Talk about some synergy. I like this I like this part of the conversation because, 14:13 Speaker 0: as I said, the more and more I engulf myself in the studying of peptides and just learning about them, I'm just OCD with it, man. I get in and I just dig. I love it. I know you're the same way. 14:25 Speaker 0: And 14:26 Speaker 0: so this one's this part's great because what 14:28 Speaker 0: it's it's not it's it's really great to be able to run them in tandem, you know, that that that they're really gonna lift each other. You know, last week, we talked about L carnitine and the 5 amino and and that. So what would be what would be what would be some say some 14:44 Speaker 0: peptides that you can run-in tandem that will really help this shine even more? 14:49 Speaker 1: Well, obviously, we already said BPC and TB 500. That's an easy it's an easy blend. Yep. 14:56 Speaker 1: Epitalon. 14:57 Speaker 1: Epitalon is 1 that 15:00 Speaker 1: is 15:02 Speaker 1: is purported to kind of in increase actual longevity by increasing your telomeres. 15:08 Speaker 1: Right. 15:09 Speaker 1: As your telomeres shorten, 15:11 Speaker 1: you when they are when the the the ends of those telomeres are gone, you're dead. 15:15 Speaker 1: And it's 15:17 Speaker 1: yeah. So mixed with Epitalon 15:20 Speaker 1: just to really kind of help your gene integrity. 15:24 Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. 15:26 Speaker 0: Would say on that level, if we if we if we work within that type of a synergy, Epitalon, 15:32 Speaker 0: throw in an thymosin 15:34 Speaker 0: Alpha-one. Right. That would be great. Even, like, a glutathione on it. Down. Knows as package, a so to speak. If it's if it's, like, immunity boosting and, like, 15:44 Speaker 0: again, like, helping to kinda compound antiaging 15:48 Speaker 1: and slow down aging, that those 4 together would probably be done really well. And then for for, like, muscle building, like, it is going to help repair tissue, and that is what muscle building is. So something like it's like, any of the HGH secreted dogs, like CJC-twelve 16:04 Speaker 1: 95 and Ipamorelin 16:08 Speaker 1: with BPC and TB. 16:10 Speaker 1: Yep. The the those aren't necessary. But, yeah, if you're taking something that's gonna increase your natural 16:16 Speaker 1: growth hormone output, this is gonna help, which which helps tells your body to start healing a little bit faster and this facilitates that healing. Yeah. We should see some more some more muscle growth. You know, anything else that helps like omega 3 fatty acids or certain peptides, but just that help kill off 16:34 Speaker 1: free radicals, 16:35 Speaker 1: turmeric. 16:36 Speaker 1: Yeah. There's a lot of 16:41 Speaker 0: Yeah. Supplements that are outside of the peptide world that will As still 16:45 Speaker 0: I as everybody should be trying those things. Again, as we, 16:49 Speaker 0: in the world that we live in with so much pharmaceuticals 16:54 Speaker 0: being offered by doctors and the food, we've gone over that. 16:58 Speaker 0: To combat that stuff is a necessity, man. Really is to try to detoxify your body, your liver, your kidneys, your, geez, your mind. I mean, a beautiful thing. And then those, whoever is might be listening to this that are new to peptides in general, you have to understand people, like, peptides are very, they're chains of amino acids. They are extremely healthy. 17:20 Speaker 0: When we say are there, is there anybody really that shouldn't take these? You have to understand, 17:25 Speaker 0: you're, we're gonna often say, not really because they're so healthy. You know, that's not gonna be the case maybe every time, 17:33 Speaker 0: but probably just because 17:35 Speaker 0: they really are. They're amazing. You know, they're they're chains of amino acids. You know, you can take the HGH chain and then you take the AOD. It's just the last chain of that, that, and that just it burns fat, you know, ran in a in a in an order. So could you do you think, Will, that 17:51 Speaker 0: you could take too many tastes, 17:54 Speaker 0: meaning 17:55 Speaker 0: an AOD, 17:57 Speaker 0: Epitalon, 17:59 Speaker 0: Thymosin Alpha, like, can you take too many that are kinda a Retta, Retatrutide, 18:04 Speaker 0: GOP-one? 18:05 Speaker 0: If you're taking like I mean, those are all peptides, but they do slightly different things and affect the body different ways. Do you think that you could still run those and it's to affect your body in a synergistic way? Absolutely, 18:16 Speaker 1: 100%. 18:18 Speaker 1: Yes. There, I mean, there's maybe some exceptions like I wouldn't 18:22 Speaker 1: run, 18:24 Speaker 1: I don't know, 18:26 Speaker 1: Retatrutide. No. No. Tirzepatide. 18:27 Speaker 1: And tirzepatide and semaglutide all at the same time. There's no point to that or do too much of those. 18:34 Speaker 1: I'm not eating. But yeah. Not eat. Like, I mean, so but no, dude. The the most of these peptides, you can run all of them altogether and they're really no problems. Now Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Exceptions, but I'm but I really can't 18:47 Speaker 1: yeah. 18:48 Speaker 0: And we tapped on this last time, and it's so important to understand you guys that are listening here that really, like I said, who are just new to the peptide world, 18:57 Speaker 0: there are so many, and there are so many that have just amazing qualities. They bring down inflation, 19:03 Speaker 0: brain function, 19:05 Speaker 0: gut healing. I mean, BPC is known for BPC-157 19:08 Speaker 0: is known for healing, but again, it heals your gut and that's not even talked about. They got it from the gut. You know, I mean, did they're so, so I hope anybody, I hope that there's some people that are new to 19:20 Speaker 0: peptides and we 19:22 Speaker 0: lit that fire in your curiosity 19:24 Speaker 0: and you start to research them because they're not steroids, they're not gonna hurt you, 19:29 Speaker 0: they're gonna greatly heal you, they're going to 19:33 Speaker 0: heal your bodies in so many different ways. Right. That's just the truth. Very, very 1. They're not causing, 19:40 Speaker 1: like, a shutdown of a natural process elsewhere. 19:43 Speaker 1: You know? No hormone shutdown. No. No. Yeah. That's a great way to say it. So, I mean, 1 like, here's an example of of a misconception, and I get people ask me this all the time. They're like, well, Tirzepatide, 19:54 Speaker 1: it lowers your bone density. 19:56 Speaker 1: It's, 19:58 Speaker 1: you know, it can give you wrinkles. 20:00 Speaker 1: It does all these bad things. I'm like, so here's the thing. It's not the Tirzepatide's fault, folks. You, it's people who are doing too much, okay, or Semaglutide 20:09 Speaker 1: and are not eating food. 20:11 Speaker 1: That's it. Sorry. Guess what happens to your teeth and your bone density if you don't have nutrients. Right? Right. Very simple. Our body just starts to die. 20:21 Speaker 2: And 20:22 Speaker 1: so it's not the drug that's exactly, it's not the direct correlation, right? It's you're just not giving your body any nutrients, and yeah, things start to 20:31 Speaker 1: fall apart and break down when you're not giving yourself any nutrients. 20:35 Speaker 0: Well, and let's sit on that for a 2nd. So again, I know we discussed it, but there are a lot of things require redundancy. 20:41 Speaker 0: So meaning, 20:42 Speaker 0: these are not it's not magic. 20:44 Speaker 0: These things are gonna work really well when you have a good diet and you exercise. If you have your diet and exercise in line 20:54 Speaker 0: and you add in peptides, they're going to literally shine. If you take peptides and sit on the couch, you will get some benefits, 21:01 Speaker 0: but 21:03 Speaker 0: they're not gonna shine like the way that they shine. Your diet is 90%. 21:06 Speaker 0: You could probably, like, disagree with that amount, whatever, you know, besides the point. Diet is that important. You know, you're eating Doritos and you're eating cheeseburgers and french fries. 21:17 Speaker 0: You take some peptides, it might help a little bit, but that's not the goal. Know, it's all around health 21:22 Speaker 0: and bettering yourself, and it starts with diet and and exercise. 21:26 Speaker 0: 100. Very true. Yep. 21:28 Speaker 0: Well, cool, man. I enjoyed this 1. I like GHK-two again. I love it. I've been taking it. You know, I'm very careful on what I would obviously put my bride on because she's my bride and I wanna keep her around for a long time. So I have her on that for obvious reasons. 21:42 Speaker 0: Anything else that you wanna leave us, Will, before we jump off? I 21:46 Speaker 1: guess on that note, last week, 21:51 Speaker 1: well, yes, on that note, right, so I have given some 21:54 Speaker 1: peptides to my mother recently and she's not the, she's a kind of type A analytical, 22:00 Speaker 1: not big on, 22:02 Speaker 1: I don't know, praise, and she's been 22:05 Speaker 1: she's got bad hands. She's 85 or so, and she's been injected to BPC TB blend 22:12 Speaker 1: in her inner in her hands. She's had somebody else do it because it's hard to do it yourself. And she gave me she said, wow. 22:19 Speaker 0: I'm tentatively impressed was her quote. Right? Sounds like your mom. 22:25 Speaker 1: Which 22:25 Speaker 1: is an amazing compliment. 22:27 Speaker 1: And I'm actually surprised that she's yeah. That she was even willing to give it give it a compliment and admit that things were working. So I don't know. You know? Yeah. Of 22:36 Speaker 0: of that because, you know, for anybody that's hasn't caught up to to what he just said, he gave it to his mom. 22:43 Speaker 0: Right. That's sad. You know, you give it to your mom if you don't think that it's gonna help heal her. You know what mean? Very simple. And she's got pre COPD, 22:51 Speaker 1: and so I've been giving her she's been taking Thymosin Alpha-one 22:55 Speaker 2: also. Yeah. What about VIP? 22:58 Speaker 1: Haven't given it to her yet, you know, and we're starting a little bit at a time. It's hard for her to 23:03 Speaker 1: mix the bottles is the biggest problem. She opens up a big box. Yeah. And totally Do know this? Right. And and and I think the GHKCu, 23:11 Speaker 1: for a woman who's, you know, she's 85 years old, her skin is not very thick, and now we're talking about, hey. This will help make your skin thicker, but she's she's 23:21 Speaker 1: the pain there in her skin, you know, 23:25 Speaker 1: I probably wouldn't give it to her after that. It's gonna be pointless. 23:29 Speaker 1: Yeah. I think that it would I don't know. She just wouldn't do well with a little bit of the the pain. Yeah. Yeah. She's not looking to get her skin tight anymore. No, it's just not really gonna happen at that point. 23:40 Speaker 0: Yeah, 23:42 Speaker 0: man, that's cool. Quick 23:44 Speaker 0: little stop real quick for anybody listening and watching, man, we really appreciate it. We get so much. I've got so many DMs of people. I put this on the YouTube, that's where this base is out of, but I also put this on the Instagram too, and man, I have had a lot of amazing feedback. People are grateful. So let me tell you this guys, if there's some, there's a peptide that you would, peptide or peptides that you would want Will and I to, 24:06 Speaker 0: attack, 24:08 Speaker 0: Drop a line. Let us know, man. We had a lot of questions on GHKCU, 24:12 Speaker 0: so that's why we dropped this 1 this week, 24:14 Speaker 0: but there's a lot of them and we love talking about them. We love trying them. So not only do we study them, we try and we'll let you know how those go, that goes. Yes. And we've been trying to put together some just different, 24:28 Speaker 1: like, minute long reviews 24:30 Speaker 1: from different people around the country. Yeah. 24:33 Speaker 1: About their experience with with various peptides, right? So you get to see because everybody's different, everybody's body works differently. 24:40 Speaker 1: And 24:40 Speaker 1: it's interesting 24:42 Speaker 1: to see how everybody else reacts. 24:44 Speaker 2: Yeah. Everybody's different. We didn't talk about we didn't talk about dosage. 24:49 Speaker 0: Dosage. Let's talk about that actually real quick. That's where we we it's important. We can't put in the comments. 24:54 Speaker 1: Yeah. So 24:56 Speaker 1: base if we're doing sub q, 24:58 Speaker 1: the goal is I would aim for about 2.5 25:02 Speaker 1: mg 25:03 Speaker 1: daily. Yeah. I would do it at night. That's when our normal healing process is is 25:10 Speaker 1: when we're finally asleep, that's when our body starts repairing all of our our body. It's when it converts our short term memory into long term memory. 25:18 Speaker 1: So just help it out a little bit. So so at night, you know, 25:23 Speaker 1: the serum, 25:25 Speaker 1: you want some some serum between, like, 1% to 3% serum. 25:30 Speaker 1: Yep. We've been talking about this. We're gonna make the highest 25:34 Speaker 1: percent possible 25:35 Speaker 1: because we believe in, 25:37 Speaker 1: yeah, giving people actual effective things and not trying to just make money and or save money and and and short change people. Yeah. 25:45 Speaker 1: And, 25:46 Speaker 0: yeah, I don't know anything else. Think that's important so you people that they're they're gonna ask if people don't know who Will and I am and they kind of stumbled onto this 25:55 Speaker 0: YouTube. 25:56 Speaker 0: We are a shameless plug. You can get peptides pretty much, they're out there, you can find them. Will and I own Warrior Makers, so warriormakers.com 26:06 Speaker 0: and you can find those peptides there. That's an option for you. We're obviously biased. 26:11 Speaker 0: We get them tested and they are good peptides, we take them. So we give them to our wives and our mothers as well just said. So yeah, man, that was a good 1, man. And remember this, you're a warrior, act like 1. That's all we got. Good night.
