I'm your host, JD Denham. Like always across the way, mister William T. Haws in the house. Present. Fresh back from our trip, tired. 1:23 Speaker 0: Yeah. 1:24 Speaker 0: But we're here, baby. 1:26 Speaker 0: We made it. I asked Will last night. We, got there late the 1st night, 1:31 Speaker 0: had 1 night, 2nd night, didn't get much sleep, worked all day yesterday. 1:35 Speaker 0: And I felt pretty good when I was working actually. Surprised by that. Was off shit. So overtired and fell right asleep, but then like kind of woke up in the middle of the night. I mean, I slept all the way through the night, but I woke up not wanting to get up. 1:49 Speaker 0: I still am tired. Can you just sleep if like you're like you don't hit an alarm? Can you sleep until what time? 1:55 Speaker 2: You know, it's so weird. It really depends. Like sometimes, I don't know, man. Think that if I know I get up, yeah, till 9. 0 wow. Till 9. But 2:04 Speaker 2: someday if I know I need to get up and I don't set an alarm, I'll probably get up right when I'm supposed to get up. Yeah. But I don't trust it completely. 2:12 Speaker 2: I'll just have to get up at, you know, 04:30 in the morning. I'm be setting alarm, 2:16 Speaker 2: but probably at 9AM is about as late as possible. Yeah, for sure. But I go to bed at, 2:22 Speaker 2: I mean, it depends on what I probably average you in bed at, like, last night I would bed 11PM and that's pretty early. That's early. Yeah. I don't think that's- I don't think I've ever fell asleep in the last 2 years before 11PM. Oh, wow. I actually fell asleep. 2:35 Speaker 0: Yeah. You know, but laugh about it because like it's changed 2:39 Speaker 0: quite a bit lately, like we used to be, used to get up like 02:30 and 3 because I was having sleeping problems and I'd get like, I'd see he had just sent me like a DM or something. 2:48 Speaker 0: Was like, man, he's still up. It's crazy. Different time zones, work, 2:54 Speaker 0: whatever. 2:55 Speaker 0: But yeah, we got back from the trip. Was great. We flew out and checked out 1 of our suppliers, 3:00 Speaker 0: had some time to kind of talk through business. 3:03 Speaker 0: God worked his hands through a little 3:08 Speaker 0: company has had these little, we call God shots are 3:12 Speaker 0: signs pointing the direction of where we should go, like literally since its inception, right? Mean, literally like countless. And 3:19 Speaker 0: as we were flying back, we were talking about something in particular 3:22 Speaker 0: and then we kept talking about it. So we sat on the plane and it was funny because I, we were in the front row and my seat was like empty the whole time. I'm like, dude, come on baby. And 3:33 Speaker 0: then he comes, this guy comes right at the very end, like big burly dude covered in tattoos, 3:39 Speaker 0: looked like an ex Marine or something. But anyways, he and I were talking and then 3:43 Speaker 0: I finally said, what do you do? And he told me what he did, which correlated exactly what we needed, 3:49 Speaker 0: which is hard to find of a particular job. And I 3:53 Speaker 0: look over at Will, but he was in his zone with his headphones in. So as soon as we landed, I looked over, I said, Hey, Will, 4:00 Speaker 0: ask this guy what he does. Yeah. And he's like, Holy moly. So anyways, the point of that is 4:05 Speaker 0: that's little God shots, man. This is what you should do. Just point in the way. We've followed a lot of them, but it's pretty cool. But we got 4:13 Speaker 0: father's day coming up as we speak. We're sitting in the podcast room recording, which is Friday before father's day. And we had opened up our warehouse to 4:22 Speaker 0: locals to come in and just, 4:24 Speaker 0: you know, meet some of them. A lot of people love the podcast and kind of what we do and to kind of see the team and just to get people in and talk to them and give them some, some, you know, some of the things that we shirts and stuff that we want to give them away free. It's been great. We've been talking to people. We can hear them outside talking right now. So it's, that's been kind of cool experience. 4:45 Speaker 0: You know what I mean? Yep. You guys got anything going on for for Father's Day? We'll go over to Allie's dad's house and barbecue with him. That's what he wants. 4:54 Speaker 2: So, yeah, 4:55 Speaker 2: he lives on Tahrirs Creek Golf Course. 4:58 Speaker 2: It's kind of cool. Like his backyard is the golf course. Nice. And he's got 1 of them big old Traeger, like smoker grills. 5:04 Speaker 0: So he's gonna do that? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He's pretty good. He's a good cook. He's a good cook with meat, but, that's 5:10 Speaker 2: about it. My father is in Seattle and 3 I'll call him and 5:16 Speaker 2: send him a card, but nothing more 5:18 Speaker 0: than 5:20 Speaker 0: We, as we were, it's funny, we, as we go, like I have a 5 and a 2 year old and, they're both boys, all boys. And, 5:28 Speaker 0: I say it often, but you know, I'm not built for screaming and just high pitched sounds. It just shakes me to the core and like I rain man and I just am not built for it. My wife does well with that stuff. But so oftentimes when I'm home and they're screaming and screaming, I'm like, dude, I need to just need a little bit of a break. So as we were flying out of town, 5:49 Speaker 0: was like looking forward to having that day of just, you know, just having a break. But as I'm flying, I'm looking through pictures and I'm like, dude, I miss my little chunky baby. I just started missing my kids. It's a catch 22 dude is the point. But, so anyways, I missed the hell of them last night. 6:06 Speaker 0: Still needed to get some work done and I'm on my chair doing some work on my phone. I'm not 6:12 Speaker 0: a mindless scroller by any means. I don't like mindlessly scroll, but I'm working on my phone and I put my phone down. I was looking at my kids just sitting on the couch 6:21 Speaker 0: I just started wrestling with them, dude, and like throwing them and it just lights up their freaking world. And, 6:27 Speaker 0: I was so lit up by that. I was looking at it in the morning and just, dude, it's just like, gosh, these are so magical times 6:35 Speaker 0: and the world wants to pull us off of that 6:39 Speaker 0: happiness, 6:40 Speaker 0: joy, contentment, you know, it doesn't matter the why, it just does. And if we don't work on 6:46 Speaker 0: staying in that lane of like, 6:49 Speaker 0: you know, putting the damn phone down, even just putting work down. 6:53 Speaker 0: Yeah. You know, and going home and spending time with your family, 6:57 Speaker 0: you get engulfed with it. You know what I mean? And like, it was just more smack in the face of DJs. Those are magical 1 moments. I'm not going be here for The 7:06 Speaker 2: thing when I got home yesterday, I got home and river is laying there playing video games and I said, all right, dude, get up. I'm loading up your backpack. So we loaded a backpack of baseball bats and wiffle balls, 7:17 Speaker 2: got on a bice bikes and, 7:19 Speaker 2: drove to the little league field 7:22 Speaker 2: and played a game of just like him and I against wiffle ball base. It was really just me trying to like pitch to him and hit. And then, you know, these kids can play, you know, set up bases 7:32 Speaker 2: and then 7:33 Speaker 2: you can just be a pitcher, hitter, 7:36 Speaker 2: throw out well, I forget what they call it. Like, if you if their runners running to 1st, but then I can feel the ball and throw it just in his path anywhere, 7:43 Speaker 2: then he's out. Yeah. But, so he and I went and played there and played that and tried to get him some hitting lessons. Right. He's not really good at, 7:51 Speaker 2: like, being serious. 7:53 Speaker 2: I'm like, look, if we're gonna play baseball, we're like working on skills. Yeah. This is not fun time. Okay? This is practice. 8:00 Speaker 2: But I end up being 8:02 Speaker 2: being loose on that and just having fun. 8:05 Speaker 0: That's, dude, that was fun. It was so 8:09 Speaker 0: priceless. My wife, I probably have said this before in here, I can't remember, but, Jack's had 8:14 Speaker 0: had a 8:16 Speaker 0: some type of a, 8:17 Speaker 0: he doesn't have homework. He's too young, but they were going to do a creative business. And 8:22 Speaker 0: dude, he just would get to create a warrior maker literally. That's what he did. And like Alyssa filmed it for me. I was just like, and the point of that is like, our kids just watch their father. They 8:34 Speaker 0: just 8:35 Speaker 0: watch 8:36 Speaker 0: their father. Talk about it on my other podcasts and it's been something that's been really heavy on me in the last few months of just really getting men to kind of pick that 8:48 Speaker 0: back up and change the future by our sons in particular because they're going be running their families and, 8:55 Speaker 0: know, setting the example of 8:58 Speaker 0: strong 8:59 Speaker 0: men of integrity. 9:02 Speaker 0: And the reason I say that it's on this podcast is like, look around you, man. I was at, I was at Legoland with my family the other weekend and 70% 9:11 Speaker 0: of the people are overweight, like greatly overweight. 9:15 Speaker 0: It's to change that. 9:18 Speaker 2: Going watch that. That's the big thing. It's like, absolutely. 9:21 Speaker 0: Because I did a post on it and I wasn't knocking anybody because I think, listen, 9:26 Speaker 0: the chips are stacked against us. And what I mean by that is there was not 1 single 9:32 Speaker 0: healthy 9:33 Speaker 0: option 9:34 Speaker 0: at any place to get food. Fried food. I mean, burgers, I mean, you can get by, but like, how about some chicken grilled chicken? Nothing like that. You know what I mean? And it's like, 9:45 Speaker 0: but 9:46 Speaker 0: our kids are watching us. 9:48 Speaker 0: That will become what they see like that with river 9:52 Speaker 0: going out and play ball with him. 9:54 Speaker 2: Yeah. The world, it means the world. Is necessary. I love that was my favorite thing to do as a kid. Right? Not, 10:00 Speaker 2: not video games, but yeah, just to play catch, but absolutely 10:03 Speaker 2: they're watching. 10:05 Speaker 2: Whatever we do, they're going to try to emulate good or bad. 10:10 Speaker 0: So change the change the tides, fellas. 10:13 Speaker 0: But yeah, today 10:15 Speaker 0: it is not the Q and A today's the pip tide of the weekend for the last couple. We've changed it up a little bit, which we continue. 10:22 Speaker 0: We're going to have, we're going to have Trevor 10:25 Speaker 0: Kruder on next week, who is basically the godfather of peptides, man. He started a peptide company long 10:32 Speaker 0: I time believe it's like over 10 years ago, which is holy moly. Like that's going be fun because I would love to hear his story, like how he had the insight or the foresight to like see what was coming. And that'll be next week. 10:45 Speaker 0: But this week, 10:46 Speaker 0: instead of breaking down 2, which we will often do and we will get back to, 10:51 Speaker 0: but we try to switch it up and we're going to talk about 10:55 Speaker 0: peptides for, to get in shape. 10:58 Speaker 0: Muscle builder. Muscle building peptides. Yeah. And what's cool about this is, we'll do it his way. I will do it my way. 11:06 Speaker 0: I already know about how you were doing it. I kind of took it as differently. 11:10 Speaker 0: So my route of getting to what we're going to break down is going be a little different. That's a bad point. We're very different and you guys are listening are different and 11:18 Speaker 2: it doesn't, it's not 1 shoe fits all. This is how you get in shape. Cause what I did was broke it down by how if I had somebody like a client or something, how I would get them in shape. Oh, okay. So we had completely opposite things. I was thinking just muscle building. Just But either way Muscle building, not body recomp, that doesn't matter because that involves fat burning. Yeah. Just muscle building. Yeah. So that's cool. The point is though, who cares? Like our lists aren't being judged and pulled against other people's lists in the world. This is not a competition. Right? The whole point of this is to 11:46 Speaker 2: stimulate like conversation and information for everybody to 11:52 Speaker 0: learn more on. Yeah, put yours together. What would be your stack? Your friend said, 11:57 Speaker 0: Tiffany, 11:58 Speaker 0: how do I get into shape with peptides? 12:00 Speaker 2: What would you write down? That's what we did. Well, that's not what we did actually. That's what you did. To build muscle. Mine was to build muscle, not to get in shape because like Retta, that'd the 1st thing I would say for somebody to get on in shape. Right. Muscle. How do you put on muscle? 12:15 Speaker 0: With peptides, which are not- Yeah, 12:18 Speaker 2: it's just 12:19 Speaker 2: the single peptides to build 12:22 Speaker 2: muscle. 12:24 Speaker 2: These are the top 12:25 Speaker 2: 5 that I chose. In order for you? In order. So the 1st 1 is IGF-1L-3. 12:32 Speaker 2: And 12:33 Speaker 2: people say, about growth hormone? Yeah, that's on the list, but this is better than the actual HGH, 12:38 Speaker 2: right? You take HGH and it 12:41 Speaker 2: with the goal of it converting 12:43 Speaker 2: into IGF-one 12:45 Speaker 2: and that is what builds muscle. So this is like the downstream 12:50 Speaker 2: effect of HGH and just the growth 12:53 Speaker 2: portion of it. So this peptide 12:56 Speaker 2: is the, I guess, yeah, number 1 muscle builder, 13:01 Speaker 2: LR3. 13:02 Speaker 2: It's usually a really fast ester. It's not really an ester, but the 0.5 life is real fast. So adding on the LR3 makes it last a bit longer and therefore work a bit better in growing. Yeah. Don't want IGF-one, I would, you know, 8 weeks or so maximum, 13:17 Speaker 2: and then it's onto something new. Are you going to recommend before or after you lift? Either way. I mean, so it is a lot about nutrient partitioning. And so I would say if you want muscle building, 13:27 Speaker 2: post workout. So in post workout, inject it and then eat your protein and a little bit of carbs. That 13:34 Speaker 2: will be the best because post workout is when your muscles really are just sponges, right? They just want to soak up all the building materials, 13:41 Speaker 2: and you're enhancing that. And now every little bit of protein that you eat 13:44 Speaker 2: is just gonna soak go right into the muscles where you asked it to. Yeah. For 13:49 Speaker 2: a real big pump pre workout. 13:53 Speaker 2: The next is 13:54 Speaker 2: HGH, 13:55 Speaker 2: which is the peptide. Right? 13:57 Speaker 2: It's a 191 amino acid peptide as long as you get without making a protein. 14:04 Speaker 2: And, 14:05 Speaker 2: but it is not, it's not as effective 14:09 Speaker 2: as just pure IGF-one. 14:11 Speaker 2: It 14:12 Speaker 2: will help build 14:14 Speaker 2: and grow muscle as you see IGF-one upregulation. Right? The goal here is how you build muscle is by increasing the IGF-one. It does that. It also is going to help burn fat 14:25 Speaker 2: and do a whole bunch of everything else, right? Grow tissue everywhere. Your hair will grow faster. Your nails will grow longer, 14:31 Speaker 2: etcetera. 14:32 Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, he faces Alright, PEG- MGF. Not many people know about this and it's small, it's a 14:39 Speaker 2: it's a quick actor, but it needs to be used actually like local. 14:43 Speaker 2: So you really should best best best way to do this is to inject in the muscle that you worked out 14:49 Speaker 2: post workout. 14:52 Speaker 2: It is it's almost kind of think of it as almost like a local 14:55 Speaker 2: IGF-one. 14:56 Speaker 2: People think you can inject IGF-one locally. Well, you can't. You do it the hell you want. It won't really 15:02 Speaker 2: work to build that muscle maybe for a couple of seconds, but then it disperses systemically 15:07 Speaker 2: for damn fast. 15:09 Speaker 2: So, 15:13 Speaker 2: again, GF add on just post 15:15 Speaker 2: workout 15:16 Speaker 2: in the muscle that was worked out. 15:20 Speaker 2: I was not talking about that. Then we have the secretagogue. 15:23 Speaker 2: So basically, if you've noted folks like this whole thing is all about 15:27 Speaker 2: peptides. 15:29 Speaker 2: Well, maybe I'll recap that. But the next 1, Tesamorelin plus Ipamorelin. It's a blend. This is 2 peptides, 15:36 Speaker 2: but 15:36 Speaker 2: oftentimes 15:38 Speaker 2: sold together as a blend, and I think that they should be used that way. Right? Tesamorelin 15:43 Speaker 2: is going to increase your pituitary to make more HGH, 15:47 Speaker 2: more natural human growth hormone, whereas Ipamorelin is going to help amplify those pulses. 15:53 Speaker 2: Tesamorelin also is FDA approved to actually like burn this belly fat and 16:01 Speaker 0: Ultra running shoes are all about space. 16:04 Speaker 0: The space to go further, to feel better, to do something you never thought possible. 16:09 Speaker 0: And this space starts with Ultra Fit. Unlike traditional running shoes, Ultra Fit gives toes more room to move naturally, so every step is strong, balanced, 16:19 Speaker 0: and comfortable. Whatever you're lacing up for, stay out there with Ultra. Shop now at ultrarunning.com. 16:26 Speaker 0: That's altrarunning.com. 16:30 Speaker 1: This is US Bank's Cozy Cashformations 16:33 Speaker 1: with your chief financial playmaker, 16:35 Speaker 1: Fernando Mendoza. 16:37 Speaker 0: You are worthy of financial security. 16:40 Speaker 0: Budgeting is not restriction, 16:42 Speaker 0: it's freedom. 16:44 Speaker 0: You are smart. 16:45 Speaker 0: You are capable. 16:47 Speaker 0: You are giving your money a purpose. 16:50 Speaker 0: You are learning the language of saving, 16:54 Speaker 0: of growing, 16:56 Speaker 0: now streaming. 16:58 Speaker 2: Member FDIC copyright 2026 US Bank. Visceral fat, which is the fat around your organs and that's the real bad stuff. 17:04 Speaker 2: So, know, Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin is very 17:08 Speaker 2: similar to CJC and Ipamorelin. If 17:12 Speaker 2: you read 10 articles, you're going to get about 6 or 7 that say, Tessa is better than CJC. And you're going to get, you know, 4 or 5 to say CJC is better. I would say in my opinion, CJC is a little bit more popular. Yeah. 17:27 Speaker 2: But yes, 17:29 Speaker 2: it is. And both of them, like, I don't know. I almost, 17:32 Speaker 2: so this it's a toss-up, I think that I'd put Tesamorelin a little bit before because 17:37 Speaker 2: it does some other things, even though that's not really what 17:41 Speaker 2: this list was for. Right? I was trying to disregard anything else that factors into it, except for it's just pure ability to build muscle. 17:51 Speaker 2: Ipamorelin 17:53 Speaker 2: is similar to MK-six 77 which is a 17:56 Speaker 2: secretagogue 17:57 Speaker 2: but it works by increasing your ghrelin receptors which also makes you hungry. 18:02 Speaker 2: But Ipamorelin isn't as strong as MK. It still keeps the pulses, pulses, whereas MK just like floods you with growth And all the 18:13 Speaker 2: yeah, so again, so CJC really guys, like all that we're doing here is replacing the Tesamorelin with the CJC-1295. 18:20 Speaker 2: No DAC. 18:21 Speaker 2: Drug affinity 18:22 Speaker 2: complex is what DAC stands for, and this makes it 18:27 Speaker 2: so 18:28 Speaker 2: the no DAC means it makes it be a faster 18:32 Speaker 2: version, faster release of HGH, just like our body 18:36 Speaker 2: produces HGH. It produces it produces it in small pulses throughout the day. 18:41 Speaker 2: If you had DAC in there, it would just 18:44 Speaker 2: release all the time. And frankly, it'd probably be actually a bit better for muscle building without, I mean, with the DAC, 18:52 Speaker 2: but not 18:53 Speaker 2: nearly as safe and good for you and natural. 18:57 Speaker 2: Alright? Then that's 5, folks. 1, 2, 34, 5. Now my the honorable mentions is 19:03 Speaker 2: we're with Follistatin. 19:05 Speaker 2: So 19:06 Speaker 2: if you guys have ever seen the 19:09 Speaker 2: Belgian blue 19:10 Speaker 2: bulls, if not Google those things and you'll see a bull just overwhelmed with muscle and lean ripped and you will obviously get like, well, that farmer just injected him with so much steroids over the years and like, not actually, that's not the case. They have like a genetic mutation 19:26 Speaker 2: that, 19:28 Speaker 2: stops myostatin. 19:30 Speaker 2: Myostatin 19:31 Speaker 2: is basically the brake on muscle building. Okay, so we all our body has this. It releases a break on muscle building so we don't just get 19:40 Speaker 2: sluggish and just super ripped and lean. 19:43 Speaker 2: Follistatin 19:44 Speaker 2: is 19:46 Speaker 2: stopping the myostatin. 19:48 Speaker 2: It's in myostatin. It inhibits myostatin. 19:50 Speaker 2: So the problem with follistatin 3 44 it's out there. It's a really long complex peptide. 19:56 Speaker 2: It hurts most people as injecting like swelling and pain 20:00 Speaker 2: post injection. 20:02 Speaker 2: It also 20:03 Speaker 2: the funny thing is it kind of indiscriminately tells your body to grow. So you may want your muscles to grow, but it might just grow 20:12 Speaker 2: your 1 calf really big. You know? 20:15 Speaker 2: They are made, I know, like, like, flagger 2 42 is a modified version of this. It's super expensive. 20:22 Speaker 2: It's a modified version of this to actually grow evenly in your body. The other thing is 20:29 Speaker 2: it's really polystatin 3 44 is really theoretical. So in animal models, 20:36 Speaker 2: the results have come back amazing. 20:38 Speaker 2: And 20:40 Speaker 2: this is a generalization, 20:41 Speaker 2: but a lot of these peptides, 20:43 Speaker 2: we test them on animals. Great. They were good. We test them on humans and damn 20:48 Speaker 2: that works about the same. Maybe there's a little bit, a little bit less good, but right. There's an easy correlation in Follistatin's 20:54 Speaker 2: tests works amazing in animals. Then they did it to humans. They go, why isn't it really like, what are we doing wrong? Why isn't it actually working as well? So 21:03 Speaker 2: the Follistatin 3 44 is still 21:06 Speaker 2: very theoretical. 21:08 Speaker 0: Okay. Some people rave about it. Yeah. Some people rave about it. The but 21:14 Speaker 2: maybe the flagger 2 42 version. It's the modified version. The 21:19 Speaker 2: last honorable mention is BPC and TB-500s. 21:22 Speaker 2: So they do not directly add you grow muscle, but anybody who is in the training program to lift weights a lot and to grow a lot of muscle, 21:31 Speaker 2: these 2 will do nothing but help you. I mean, they're going to help beef up your tendons and movements as they're just a must, dude. They're gonna help recruit a lot of the muscle builders and have your body able to absorb 21:42 Speaker 2: more nutrients, 21:43 Speaker 2: create more nutrients to act to help build muscle, build your tendons and stronger. 21:49 Speaker 2: And as we know, your body gets beat up if you lift more weights, things start to hurt. Right? Yeah. This will allow your body to go through all that stress, the stress that it takes to 21:59 Speaker 2: build all of this muscle. 22:01 Speaker 2: So those things should be just used, added into everything. They're great, like adjunct 22:07 Speaker 2: therapy, 22:08 Speaker 2: treatment therapies. So there's my list. I can go into maybe at the end we can tell you the 22:14 Speaker 2: dosing suggested dosing of what I think. 22:19 Speaker 2: We 22:20 Speaker 2: here's the main takeaway though. Here's my main takeaway. 22:23 Speaker 2: For growing muscle, 22:25 Speaker 2: for a grown man usually, right, like a lot of these are actually pretty damn good for women. 22:31 Speaker 2: There's not peptides is not doing 22:33 Speaker 2: just the R and D isn't there. They're just not that strong 22:37 Speaker 2: to really pack muscle on a grown man who's already got some muscle on. Yeah. So 22:42 Speaker 2: there's 22:43 Speaker 2: some really good ones, like everything I said for not muscle wasting, including 22:47 Speaker 2: Reta. Reta is actually really muscle protective, so you're like, well, because of the insulin pulses that is, that is pushing in you. Right? But 22:56 Speaker 2: yeah, if you're looking to build muscle, 22:59 Speaker 2: you're going to have a tough time doing it with just peptides alone. Yeah. 23:03 Speaker 2: At least yet. At least yet. Yeah. But the thing is the safety profile and all these things is really, really, really, really good. Like steroids work really well. Testosterone works really well at building muscle. Well, this is, it's affecting you hormonally and there's 23:19 Speaker 2: true side effects to those. Something that strong is going to have side effects. Hormones and amino acids for sure. 23:25 Speaker 2: So that's what I got. Hit me with yours. Yeah, so I did Now, 23:29 Speaker 2: here was my guess. Look at this. I made JD a slide to bring him in. Yeah. 23:35 Speaker 2: But he did it differently, but it'll at least leave his graphic up. 23:39 Speaker 2: And these are not his actual choices, folks. But you were guessing? This is my guess. 23:44 Speaker 0: And I kind of threw testosterone in there knowing that he would cheat on their boots. I did put it on the top. So we'll know if you will. We know you a long time. But like, so, and that's like, what's fun about it is like, I took it as if I had a client, like, what would I recommend on a peptide basis? 23:59 Speaker 0: Like if, 24:00 Speaker 0: you know, 1 of my old clients came in and they want me to help them get in shape from a peptide 24:04 Speaker 0: stance is what I did. 24:06 Speaker 0: No right or wrong, just in his, right? So yeah, testosterone 24:09 Speaker 0: is going to be the base just because 24:11 Speaker 0: you listen to the podcast, you know, even women, a lot of times lately in over the forties, just hormones are key. 24:20 Speaker 0: If you don't need testosterone and you're over 40, man, good on you. You're like the 1, it's just the way it is, the food and all that. But, so TRT, the base without a doubt, I know it's on a peptide, but it's still a must because 24:32 Speaker 0: I'm looking at this from a standpoint of dude comes in, here's what I'm going to recommend, 24:38 Speaker 0: right? 24:39 Speaker 0: HGH, 24:40 Speaker 0: 2IU, I never recommend going over that. 24:44 Speaker 0: You can, I just don't think that you need to and to use 24:48 Speaker 0: taking for a long enough period is going to really get you what you need? When you start going above is when you can start having the problems and you can get what you want with no problems. Just keep it there. You see bodybuilders and whatnot. They take a lot, but they run into problems, not necessarily from HGH, 25:05 Speaker 0: but compounded on top. Obviously better sleep. 25:09 Speaker 0: So 25:10 Speaker 0: you're going to notice that part right away. I think that's the 1 main thing you're going to get from 25:15 Speaker 0: the HGH immediately 25:16 Speaker 0: because it is a long play. 25:19 Speaker 0: It's not like any type of gear where you're going to notice that you get big. We'll think I said it last week where people think if you're like 25:26 Speaker 0: taking steroids, you're taking HGH and HGH makes you huge. It's like so opposite of what is even correctly. But why it shines is we grow when we sleep, right? We recover when we sleep. So that's why HGH is there. Recovery increased collagen production, 25:41 Speaker 0: increased fat 25:43 Speaker 0: burning. So even if like you or somebody that wants to get really big, you still want to drop fat 25:48 Speaker 0: right now. He's right. I think, let me see your ones that you put on there again. 25:55 Speaker 0: You see MK-677, 25:58 Speaker 0: did. 25:59 Speaker 0: It is not a peptide, 26:01 Speaker 0: but it's a non sec- peptide secreting close. 26:04 Speaker 0: It's pretty close. I would say most people are going to call it a damn peptide. Like any of these are a peptide, but like, let's just call it a peptide. It's easier to say, I mean, I know people lose their shit if we say stuff like that. They're like, come on. You know what I mean? Like we did know it's not a peptide. 26:17 Speaker 0: I like MK-677, 26:20 Speaker 0: because 26:21 Speaker 0: I believe personally with, I've used it countless times. 27:53 Speaker 0: Many calories, I think as other people, I would be a lot bigger. 27:56 Speaker 0: But I like to stay leaner. 27:57 Speaker 0: But Rich Piano would say, you want to get big? You got to eat big. You know what I mean? But MK-677 28:04 Speaker 0: helps you sleep, 28:06 Speaker 0: nutrient partitioning, 28:08 Speaker 0: boom. So now I threw in the 5m2 1MQ. 28:12 Speaker 0: The reason that I did that is it's going to, you know, help you keep the 28:16 Speaker 0: fat burning while you add in some carbs. And I'm going to tell you what I mean by that. 28:20 Speaker 0: Again, I looked at it from a different angle than Will was. I didn't want to put in a Retatrutide because we're trying to gain now 28:27 Speaker 0: for people to not confuse you. If you do run an MK-677 28:33 Speaker 0: and a Retatrutide, 28:34 Speaker 0: they can 28:36 Speaker 0: offset each other really well with experience and seeing a lot of people that I've requested. I told to do that because 28:43 Speaker 0: the MK-six and M7 is going make you hungry and this will tone that down. So if you have an eating problem and you want to get big and lean, those 2, I think pair really well. But I went with 5m2 1MQ because I did think that the Retta would be kind of cheating 28:56 Speaker 0: because this is going to help with like carbs help you stay in lean because I'm going to add some carbs in here momentarily. 29:02 Speaker 0: Now 29:03 Speaker 0: we'll set it. The 29:05 Speaker 0: Wolverine for anybody, 29:07 Speaker 0: anybody 29:08 Speaker 0: that wants to lift weights, 29:11 Speaker 0: geez, especially guys that are 40, but like anybody that wants to lift weights is going to need the Wolverine, which is TB-five 100 and BPC-157 29:19 Speaker 0: for 29:20 Speaker 0: injuries. 29:21 Speaker 0: You can't lift heavy shit without having injuries when you're 40. 29:26 Speaker 0: And if you want to get big, if you want to add in muscle, what do you got to do? Lift heavy, 29:31 Speaker 0: lift heavy and eat and sleep. 29:33 Speaker 0: Those 3 things are huge. And if you do that and you're 40, you're going to hurt. 29:38 Speaker 0: I speak with You 29:40 Speaker 2: may love to, like, yeah, if you're 29:42 Speaker 2: hurting. 29:44 Speaker 0: Anybody who's 29:45 Speaker 2: big and buff and looks great. 29:47 Speaker 2: They don't feel great. I guarantee you. We said, buddy come in at 55. 29:51 Speaker 0: He looked great. He's like, bro, 29:53 Speaker 0: I'm paying 29:54 Speaker 0: for it. 29:55 Speaker 0: And so that's going to, I think that the Wolverine stack should be on any stack anywhere. Always. It's just a constant. 30:02 Speaker 0: Now I'm going to take a side side, take a left turn here and I'm going to say creatine HCL, 30:08 Speaker 0: preferably I'm gonna say it's about 3 g daily. 30:12 Speaker 0: It's going to give you more strength, better endurance, better pumps, 30:15 Speaker 0: increase cell hydration. 30:17 Speaker 0: I like HCL 30:19 Speaker 0: because 30:21 Speaker 0: I get less bloat 30:22 Speaker 0: when I say that instead of monohydrate. 30:25 Speaker 0: Again, people lose their minds because they love monohydrate. Cool. Take monohydrate if you want. I personally don't care. 30:31 Speaker 0: Creatine though is a like a Wolverine and should be taken by everybody, man and woman. 30:36 Speaker 0: Creatine is the most studied supplement out there and it's amazing. It works. It It It'll help you gain muscle. It helps with like your brain. It's just amazing. So I put that in there because 30:50 Speaker 0: like Will said, there's not that many options for peptides and I'm a throw a curveball unit with 30:57 Speaker 0: peptides. 30:58 Speaker 0: So you're going to best bet is going to be, take some of these 31:03 Speaker 0: and eat a lot 31:05 Speaker 0: and lift heavy 31:07 Speaker 0: and sleep. 31:09 Speaker 0: And if you do that, you're going to come out ahead. 31:11 Speaker 0: So I threw the creatine 31:13 Speaker 0: in for that. So that's I think 5. So definitely went a different direction 31:18 Speaker 0: than you about to throw a curve ball at you. But again, 31:22 Speaker 0: I'm going to say 31:23 Speaker 0: that 31:24 Speaker 0: you're going to eat carbs right before and right after. 31:29 Speaker 0: I try to keep carbs down because I like to stay leaner. I like to be buffer, but leaner. I just think that's more of a 31:36 Speaker 0: harder 31:37 Speaker 0: thing to get. Like anybody can get really big, just eat, eat really. 31:40 Speaker 0: And 31:41 Speaker 0: just let's really focus on sleep. 31:43 Speaker 0: I mean, you're not going to get big no matter what do unless you sleep. You're not gonna get lean in. Like, unless you're full fear, like, hope 31:52 Speaker 0: you recover. But 31:53 Speaker 0: that's the direction 31:56 Speaker 0: that I went and we we've said it, but I'm gonna say it 1 more time. 31:59 Speaker 0: It's not. 32:01 Speaker 0: Ultra running shoes are all about space. 32:04 Speaker 0: The space to go further, 32:06 Speaker 0: to feel better, 32:07 Speaker 0: to do something you never thought possible, 32:10 Speaker 0: and this space starts with ultra fit. Peptides 33:02 Speaker 0: are just not gear. You're gonna kick ass when it comes to fat burning and just obviously with Retrutide and whatnot. But I wanna throw a little curve at Will because 33:11 Speaker 0: we 33:12 Speaker 0: have a lot of friends that do 33:15 Speaker 0: ask about 33:16 Speaker 0: gear cycles. 33:18 Speaker 0: Do have, and let's just be honest, there's countless 33:21 Speaker 0: men that take steroids. And if you don't know what gear means, it's steroids. It's just how people say it, running gear. So I wanted to throw you 33:29 Speaker 0: a curve ball and let's talk about for the men that want to know of a steroid 33:34 Speaker 0: cycle, 33:35 Speaker 0: like I'm going to be the cutting guy and like you, we're going to probably have some of the same answers, but like you want to get big 33:43 Speaker 0: and ripped 33:45 Speaker 0: and lean. 33:47 Speaker 0: I'm going to tell you mine 33:48 Speaker 0: for anybody that's listening that does want to add some of those in there. 33:52 Speaker 0: I think that you should always start now. Have to have testosterone as base. Now there's a lot of people that will 33:58 Speaker 0: run testosterone too high. My opinion, 34:01 Speaker 0: you run testosterone too high, that's going to really take the top seat because it's the most powerful. So if you run testosterone high and we'll like a cutter here, testosterone takes the top seat. So I always reverse it. 34:13 Speaker 0: And that's just your base. Cause that's all you just need to have testosterone in your, in your system. I always start like a cutting cycle with 1 straw. 34:21 Speaker 0: I think it's just the best. 34:23 Speaker 0: It hits you right away, 34:25 Speaker 0: whether it be the orals. 34:27 Speaker 0: Yeah. But you like better. What do like better oral? Yeah. I like the injectable for sure. Anyway, you should have been so preferably 34:34 Speaker 0: the injectable and that's 3 weeks, 34:37 Speaker 0: maybe a month. And like after 2 weeks, I'm going to throw in 34:42 Speaker 0: masrone. 34:43 Speaker 0: I know you like the quicker ester. You can go either. You can do a mass P or mass E. 34:49 Speaker 0: Can even mix them a little bit. That's a good cycle if you do a little bit of, it. But a lot of people will say Primo and say it's probably the most popular and it's definitely the hardest to get. 34:59 Speaker 0: I would say 35:00 Speaker 0: personally, Primo and Mastroon are so damn similar 35:04 Speaker 0: that you don't really 35:06 Speaker 0: see that big of a difference, but then you run the Mastroon for 35:11 Speaker 0: maybe 2 months. 35:12 Speaker 0: So Winstraw, 0.5 the month you add in the Mastroon, 35:16 Speaker 0: right? 35:17 Speaker 0: And then you add in 35:20 Speaker 0: Provirin because 35:22 Speaker 0: that's going to release some of the free testosterone. 35:24 Speaker 0: And Provirin's 35:25 Speaker 0: job is to really just enhance 35:28 Speaker 0: whatever gear that you're taking. And it's really underrated. Like a lot of people don't 35:33 Speaker 0: even talk about it. 35:35 Speaker 0: I think it's great. So I think that would be an easy 35:40 Speaker 0: stack. You can always add in some Anabar maybe at the end, where you can replace the wind straw with Anabar. People freaking love Anabar. I've always been a wind straw guy over at Anabar, even though Anabar is a little cleaner. 35:51 Speaker 0: But that's a simple stack. And if you are someone in shape and you will fix your diet and lift heavy shit and 36:00 Speaker 0: 90 days, man, once 1 cycle could just now 36:03 Speaker 0: it's gear, so they're hormones, but they're just night and day when it comes to peptides. I'm not saying you should, but I thought it'd be a nice curve ball because we were talking about muscle gaining. What would you say? 36:14 Speaker 2: So if the goal is, I mean, 36:17 Speaker 2: if the goal is to get maximal size, but, but stay lean, but to stay lean, like 1st of all, there's D ball and the draw are your biggest bulkers out there, which is pretty easy. 36:31 Speaker 2: You'll just water, you'll get huge and strong. You 36:35 Speaker 2: know, if, so 36:37 Speaker 2: a testosterone for sure. A 100%. How's 36:41 Speaker 2: the base? I think that 400 Migs is your anabolic threshold. 36:45 Speaker 2: At about 400 Migs is the minimum 36:48 Speaker 2: that you can take before 36:50 Speaker 2: well, that's the minimum you need to take before for true, like, anabolism. 36:55 Speaker 2: So to start just popping muscles out, 36:58 Speaker 2: you need to be at about 400 megs or more 37:00 Speaker 2: weekly 37:02 Speaker 2: to really notice a giant muscle, just muscle at your hypertrophy going way up. I would also say that about 800 mgs is about max that I think the body can even take. Yeah. 37:13 Speaker 2: I think it's pointless. It's just redundant. I don't think you you have enough androgen receptors 37:17 Speaker 2: to even receive anything more than 800 mix. 37:20 Speaker 2: We build a tolerance. Sometimes, you know, what you needed last cycle, you might need a little bit more this time. Right? But so 408 37:27 Speaker 2: hundred, don't get me wrong. I've never ran 800. So 37:30 Speaker 2: I don't suggest that, 37:33 Speaker 2: but I've 37:35 Speaker 2: ran like 400 to 5 50, maybe, you know, maybe probably maybe 600 37:40 Speaker 2: to sip of no. I mean, if we're doing on-site like my favorite is Sustanon, which is a blend of 4 different esters. Propionate was 24, 48 hours. Phenopropionate 37:50 Speaker 2: was like 3 day ester, isocaproate, 37:52 Speaker 2: and 37:53 Speaker 2: decanoate, 37:54 Speaker 2: I think, either yeah. That are end deconate. But basically, like, 1 day it hits you in waves. Sostenone comes from sustained 38:01 Speaker 2: release. So immediately, 38:03 Speaker 2: then in, like, 3 days, then 5 38:05 Speaker 2: to 5 days and 10 days. So it's it's hitting you in different levels. Yeah. The whole time. 38:10 Speaker 2: How many how much? How many pins? 38:12 Speaker 2: You got it at 3 times a week. Okay. Because it has a fast ester in it, the rule is you never want to let anything that you are taking completely 38:21 Speaker 2: get out of you before you do it again. 38:23 Speaker 2: Alright? So if you look at it by graph, right, 38:26 Speaker 2: it's still, it's got the, it's got the test prop in you. So that's out in 2 days. So you need to go at least every other day. Yeah. 38:33 Speaker 2: But so SUS and by the way, folks, everybody there's testosterone comes in 6, 38:38 Speaker 2: 8 different esters. Yep. It's all the same drug. It is the same thing. It will do the same thing to everybody. 38:46 Speaker 2: People are like, Oh, that's the test that doesn't make you aromatase. 38:48 Speaker 2: That makes no sense at all. It's the same thing. All do the same thing. Just think of it as fast release and slow release pills. Okay? So 38:56 Speaker 2: the only true difference is, okay, the faster release stuff, and this goes for every ester, 39:01 Speaker 2: is in you faster, out of you faster. 39:04 Speaker 2: Maybe not as good long term results just because your blood levels won't be as high, but less side effects as opposed to a long ester that's 7 days, but you're doing it twice a week, it starts to compound. Guess what? The side effects compound also. 39:17 Speaker 2: So if you have a problem, it's particular problem. Right, go with fast esters. But so I would say testosterone, 39:22 Speaker 0: sustenance, to 39:24 Speaker 2: kick start. So if we wanna build muscle Yeah. I would kick start with 39:29 Speaker 2: T ball, Tirinabol, 39:31 Speaker 2: which is this was created by the East Germans 39:34 Speaker 2: in the Olympics, and they fed it to all their men and women athletes. Yep. It's D ball's, like, leaner, lighter, more athletic cousin. So if you're eating relatively well, you'll gain size and strength, but you can actually stay 39:48 Speaker 2: lean and functional Yeah. By taking TBOL. And I would say that's almost like just a kickstart to get your get your body growing. So, like, that that's your run straws, I would say. Yes. That is start. And I'd go, like, 6 weeks. It would be with any oral. You want to cap it at 8 weeks at the very max. Yeah. 40:06 Speaker 2: Super dry. I'm going stop it like 2 weeks, but T ball, you know, 50 mg, 40:11 Speaker 2: 25 to 50 mg daily, 6 40:14 Speaker 2: weeks. Yeah, sure. 400 assess. 40:18 Speaker 2: And then so TBOL T ball, 40:20 Speaker 2: then 40:22 Speaker 2: Primo or Mastron are my favorites, 100%. 40:25 Speaker 2: Primo is gonna be a little bit more anabolic than Mastron. 40:28 Speaker 2: Yes. Mastron's anti estrogenic, so it's actually gonna help with your estrogen and make sure that you're not retaining any water. 40:36 Speaker 2: Primo is a little bit more anabolic. 40:38 Speaker 2: I get bad, 40:40 Speaker 2: DHT 40:41 Speaker 2: buildup and I noticed it in my prostate. I actually just taking Primo for a little bit of time. 40:46 Speaker 2: They're both hap they're like what they call happy steroids, right? They're not going to make you all like, ah, bro. And 40:52 Speaker 2: they are both have a very low side effect profile. Yeah. You can run Primo for a while. Yep. And you want to both run both of those pretty high compared to everything else, like almost twice as much. 2 parts or 1 part does does run like 2 parts either Primo or Math. Jason, 800 Primo. Yeah. 41:07 Speaker 0: Yeah. 41:08 Speaker 2: Maybe even, maybe less than that of the Primo. 41:11 Speaker 2: Maybe $5,600. 41:12 Speaker 2: Yeah. Mastron, yes. 41:14 Speaker 0: Mastron, 800? 41:16 Speaker 2: Yeah, probably. Yes. Yeah. To really get a good effect, we're really trying to get some results fast. Yes. 41:22 Speaker 2: Absolutely. I think Provirin adding Provirin is brilliant in the last 0.75 of the cycle because it you're we basically have the sex hormone binding globulin, which starts stacking 41:33 Speaker 2: stacking up around our androgen receptors. Right? And then, 41:36 Speaker 2: you start having a decline towards the end of the cycle. Well, for 2 reasons, maybe your androgen receptors are getting full and that means all the other stuff you're taking doesn't have that much room to connect. 41:47 Speaker 2: Provirin just peels that off, brand new androgen receptors, so it feels like everything else is enhanced. 41:53 Speaker 0: That That's 41:56 Speaker 2: it also, but it's also people, 41:58 Speaker 2: people often, if you're running a 16 week cycle around week 14, they're like, damn, I just don't feel great. What the hell? I'm still doing a lot usually because your natural test is now nonexistent. 42:08 Speaker 2: And you may need to bump up your actual test. Then this is why this is the main reason why you actually need to take tests as a testosterone base. 42:16 Speaker 2: All this other stuff is going to shut you down. 42:19 Speaker 2: Okay? 42:19 Speaker 2: Nothing works well at all without any testosterone. So people who take like Tren and no test, they 42:26 Speaker 2: might feel great for a week and then just plummet. They feel like because 42:31 Speaker 2: hills all of your tests. Yeah, you're be depressed. Now the best thing of all of everything there is to stay lean and be jacked is trend. 42:41 Speaker 2: Hands down. 42:42 Speaker 2: Would, but I do not suggest anybody do that. There's no reason to do that unless you're like competing 42:48 Speaker 2: professionally into your career. Right? Gosh, no, no. 42:51 Speaker 0: Brutal size. Brutal. Worth like what it is. 500 42:54 Speaker 2: to 500 anabolic androgenic rating. It's, 42:58 Speaker 2: yeah. So 5, 4 times as strong as testosterone. 43:01 Speaker 2: These all have anabolic 43:03 Speaker 2: androgenic ratings. Anabolic means how well does this compound grow muscle? 43:07 Speaker 2: Androgenic means how well does it enhance your male characteristics? Right? Aggression, sex drive, 43:13 Speaker 2: fuck strength, hair growth, or loss, depending on wherever you're predisposed to. 43:18 Speaker 2: Worth looking at, but I don't know. I'd cap it there. I'd cap it right there. So very similar. 43:23 Speaker 2: I love Winstro also. Just, I have so many injuries 43:26 Speaker 2: that it pulls all the water out of you and it pulls water out of your joints. It just makes everything on me ache. Yeah. I've never had that problem. It's weird. Everybody talks about it. I just, for whatever, 43:36 Speaker 0: everybody's different, but that's rad. I thought that would be a fun little, 43:39 Speaker 2: little, 3 Creatine folks. I'll give you a little, 1 last explanation. Creatine is great. Creatine is 1 of the most effective over the counter supplements like of all. Everybody should take it, men and women. Absolutely. It's really, really good. So basically creatine is 43:52 Speaker 2: is increasing your it's base when we burn when we use energy, that's the ATP. So that's what gets us fast and strong but it only lasts for a little bit. Okay? It then once we use all our ATP it converts into ADP. 44:06 Speaker 2: That is why it turns into lactic acid. So when you run and then your legs burn 44:11 Speaker 2: that's because you've burnt off out your ATP and now it is converted into ADP. 44:16 Speaker 2: Creatine is reuptaking 44:18 Speaker 2: the ADP and converting it back into ATP. So you will be basically stronger, 44:23 Speaker 2: longer, 44:24 Speaker 2: right? For a little bit longer, 44:27 Speaker 2: you'll notice that all of your lifts go up 20 pounds. Yeah. If you start grade 2. So 44:31 Speaker 2: it's making you stronger. So now all of a sudden without growing any muscle, 44:36 Speaker 2: right? You're now stronger and you can put way more stress on those muscles, right? You can add more weight. Therefore we get bigger, better tears. And that's the whole point. That's how we build muscles. We tear your muscle down and it feed it protein and sleep and it grows back together, right? So 44:53 Speaker 2: you're now being able to put way more stress on your muscles in a way faster time period. You can almost get like 2 workouts done in the same hour. It's 45:03 Speaker 2: a cell volumizer, so it opens up your cells and allows more nutrients to come in. So now if we got bigger, 45:07 Speaker 2: deeper tears and now we can take in twice as much protein into the cells and therefore it can build that muscle twice as fast, 45:16 Speaker 2: that results in, 45:18 Speaker 2: well, actual gains, right? So 1st of all, Cagrilintide's main job is just kind of is a performance enhancer, but that secondary function actually makes you build muscle 45:28 Speaker 2: faster. 45:29 Speaker 2: And the HCL is just a pre broke down version, so it doesn't touch your liver. 45:34 Speaker 2: Touching your liver 45:35 Speaker 2: is backs up a bit. That's what causes your cells to just kind of fill with water and you look bloated. Yeah. And 45:42 Speaker 2: yeah, HCL is like dosage like a gram and 0.5 versus monohydrate 45:46 Speaker 2: is like 5 g and drink it with sugar water. Drink it with apple juice so it actually gets in you. It's really hard to get in you. Yeah, like 1.5, I would say 3 g on the HCL. Depends on retention. Yeah, you can do 45:57 Speaker 0: more. But that was cool. I like that. Probably should, what would be fun would be to come up with like 3 people, 46:04 Speaker 0: like a lady that's 46:05 Speaker 0: 70 pounds overweight, age, 46:07 Speaker 0: like a specific and then a specific and like, how would we get 46:12 Speaker 0: that person? That'd 46:14 Speaker 0: be fun. Shoot that. So cool. That was fun. Yeah, 46:17 Speaker 0: a little bit of a different, 46:19 Speaker 0: shows we the difference in our personalities and how we're all different, but 46:23 Speaker 0: thought that you guys would enjoy that. Man, we get so many questions on GEAR too. So it's a Peptide 46:29 Speaker 0: podcast, but I know people ask us literally every day, constantly. So there you go, 3 guys. So 46:36 Speaker 2: like we've said before, but on our school platform, 46:40 Speaker 2: have, 46:41 Speaker 2: based on dedicated to this podcast, 46:44 Speaker 2: we have a 46:45 Speaker 2: what's it? Educate classroom section. 46:48 Speaker 2: On in the classroom section, 46:50 Speaker 2: well, there's dosage protocols, but everything 46:53 Speaker 2: that we put on screen like this is now is going to be uploaded and saved in there.
