Across the way, my buddy, 0:47 Speaker 1: tan hats, khaki hats, if you will, and they came in cream. 0:51 Speaker 1: They were not Yeah. Cream. 0:52 Speaker 1: Cream hats. Hold up. I called Will and I said, they're not khaki. They are cream. 0:57 Speaker 1: So 0:59 Speaker 2: they did not come in brown, but those look brown. We got some new ones. Although, can I, I'm sorry, but let me I'm gonna maybe put you on blast, JD, is I asked I said, hey, man? These cats came in cream. What's up with that? We really wanted khaki, and I'm not and I like I approved it. Yeah. He goes, well and he sent me an email. He goes, well, this is the email that JD said. Says, can we order please have cream colored hats? No. Yes. 1:23 Speaker 2: Cream colored hats? I can't even imagine me saying that. I know. So whatever. Really? Yeah. So, and I mean, I I asked him, I said, look, did I see you before I got sober? Like respond. I'm not asking you, like, replace these. Like, it's all good. And he's like, well, they actually 1:37 Speaker 2: this is JD's email. Oh my god. Wow. That's funny, actually. Yeah. Yeah. I would have not. I'm surprised you didn't tell me that. Yeah. Well My fault. There was no point in telling you. So, like Well, I was thinking it was your fault, so I'm the culprit. 1:49 Speaker 2: They look good, though, dude. But I like the cream or the 1:52 Speaker 2: I like the beige khaki a lot better. Yeah, it looks good too. Yeah. But yeah, I'm a little sick. You gotta hear my voice, but 1:59 Speaker 2: still here. 2:01 Speaker 2: Guess. I get I it. I 2:03 Speaker 2: get 2:08 Speaker 2: trying to rest, you know? 2:11 Speaker 1: All that stuff. Yeah. I was telling Will, I was feeling sick. What was it like a week or so ago? And I 2:17 Speaker 1: do carnivore stuff and so I don't eat fruit, but I was feeling shitty. So I went and what I used to do when I was younger, I would go to like a Jamba Juice, which I don't know if those even exist anymore, do they? I haven't seen them forever. So I went to a juice place and 2:31 Speaker 1: got a juice, just a fresh squeezed orange juice, and I would drink 2 huge things of it, man. It always used to make me feel better when I was young. So I did that too, and it seemed like it worked. That's a good idea to try that. You know, the 1 thing about being sick is like, 2:45 Speaker 2: I don't know. I've always been the philosophy, like, just go run it out of myself. You know, if you, 2:50 Speaker 2: if you just go, oh, I just need to rest more. The more you rest, the more time you just lay there 2:56 Speaker 2: feeling how shitty you feel and just amplifying it in your own brain. I'm just way better off just, 3:02 Speaker 2: feel better when you Just go do something. Go do something more and run it out. Sweat it out. No. I know that yeah. It's a gym. Do something. I 3:10 Speaker 1: stayed. We were trying not to get the boys sick, so I stayed 3:14 Speaker 1: at, the Paseo that we were talking about. And I stayed there and had 1 night because I needed some sleep. And it's right by the gym that we go sometimes or we used to go, but I've gone for wherever and they have a steam room that's just- Yeah, it's nice. So I hit the steam room, got some OJ, got some sleep. 3:29 Speaker 1: TA-one, we're good to go. I Yep. 3:32 Speaker 1: Did not bring it upon my travels, but so lesson learned. I gave you shit. I gave him shit. So I gave him shit. I did. I said, I'm hoping that you took some Thymosin Alpha and 3:43 Speaker 1: he didn't. 3:45 Speaker 1: You would not even know that he owns 3:47 Speaker 1: a supplement 3:48 Speaker 1: company 3:49 Speaker 1: 1 and he's so knowledgeable. 3:51 Speaker 1: 1 of the most knowledgeable supplement guys I know. And he doesn't follow his own Well, that's the thing, you know, do as I say, not as I do. That's 4:01 Speaker 2: giving you shit about that. I know. I know. 4:05 Speaker 2: Right. I don't know. I forgot what I was gonna say. 4:07 Speaker 1: I 4:09 Speaker 1: well, today's a cool day. I, I, I, we're, I think we're going to both enjoy this. We're going to talk about some peptides 4:15 Speaker 1: that 4:16 Speaker 1: are in the category. 4:18 Speaker 1: Let me all living in the same house, if you will, 4:21 Speaker 1: that I love. I am a big, big, cutter type guy. I'm a big guy that likes fat burners. 4:27 Speaker 1: So 4:28 Speaker 1: we're going to talk about like 4:31 Speaker 1: kind of the family of the human growth hormone family, so to speak. 4:35 Speaker 1: It's going to be AOD-nine 4:37 Speaker 1: thousand 604, 4:38 Speaker 1: which is 4:39 Speaker 1: anti obesity drug, 4:41 Speaker 1: obesity drug. I've read both numerous times, whatever 1 you want to choose. It's AOD-nine thousand 604. AOD is what we call it anyway, but, it's a damn good peptide. I was actually surprised today 4:54 Speaker 1: with Will telling me that he's never taken it. So was surprised by that because I've, it's probably 4:59 Speaker 1: in my top 3. 5:01 Speaker 1: I freaking love it. I've taken it numerous times. I'm taking it now. 5:05 Speaker 1: And so it basically back in the, I think it was late, late nineties, scientists were studying human growth hormone and they found the last piece of the human growth hormone chain, the last 15 amino acids were 5:18 Speaker 1: they didn't affect anything of the growth hormone part. Any IGF-one 5:23 Speaker 1: increases, 5:25 Speaker 1: just 5:26 Speaker 1: burned 5:27 Speaker 1: fat. 5:28 Speaker 1: That's what they found. And that's when AOD-nine 5:31 Speaker 1: 604 was born. And it's just a powerhouse. I say that word often because 5:36 Speaker 1: if I say powerhouse, it means it's 1 of my favorite peptides. 5:39 Speaker 1: So it's great though. It's great. You know, anything in regards to this, you haven't tried this, you can't even give, I know you know a lot about peptides in general, but, I can give you the fact of 5:50 Speaker 1: it works so well that 5:54 Speaker 1: nothing's 5:55 Speaker 1: going to come close to Retatrutide or GLP-three. 5:58 Speaker 1: It's just not going to happen. 5:59 Speaker 1: But I would think in 6:02 Speaker 2: 2nd place would be AOD. Probably based on how many people are taking it, buying it, I mean, and swearing by it. Yeah. I mean, I hear nothing, but everybody just loves it and it works great. The reason I don't take it, like, I don't know. I'm naturally a skinny person, and so I tend to not really take any fat burners. Yeah. Because my problem is 6:24 Speaker 2: keeping enough muscle on. But if I go down to like eating 3 meals a day, I'll lose 10 pounds. Wow. How many meals you eat? How many meals you eat? I mean, probably 3 to 4 to 5 sometimes, you know, I've always believed in, I eat like small frequent meals. Now I could always be better. Right? I'm not at my like 6:41 Speaker 2: peak of discipline 6:43 Speaker 2: right now, but 6:45 Speaker 2: yeah, like I always have a protein shake after I lift. Always have a protein shake right before I go to sleep. Like post workout and we'll talk about this why, but especially with IGF-one, but like post workout, right, that is when our muscles are now like just the biggest sponges. Right? They just need nutrients because you just tore them down, and they're looking for building materials. So post workout and then right before we go to sleep because 7:06 Speaker 2: when we're asleep, that is when our body naturally 7:09 Speaker 2: builds most of our muscles. So that's when we need building materials. People say, you know, don't eat before you go to bed. Well, cool. Don't eat like cinnamon rolls and cake 7:18 Speaker 2: a whole bunch right before you go to bed. But like you need protein. If you want to build muscle, eat that stuff right before bed. Yeah. A lot of people won't eat carbs before bed. Yeah. And then I'll 7:28 Speaker 2: probably have 3 other meals throughout the day. But 7:32 Speaker 2: yeah, it's just that I'm not that interested in burning 7:36 Speaker 2: fat right now. That's it. 7:39 Speaker 1: Will was always I I think we've probably talked about this on the show numerous times. Well, let's talk about it again because it's something that's always irritated me. So we've known each other a long time, and he just is the type of dude that's always in good shape. He's a good looking dude, but he's always in good shape. 7:53 Speaker 1: And I watch him eat cookies and I watch him eat cake and I watch him like, listen, I'm in good shape too, but I don't eat that stuff because if I eat that stuff, I don't look like this. So it drove me freaking crazy. I'm like, he's just 8:07 Speaker 1: I had him he stored my phone as Will Beast Man forever. 8:12 Speaker 1: I think I think in the last years when I finally changed that, believe it or not, dude, but like, 8:16 Speaker 2: hey, man. Some people I've been blessed with being, like, yes, being tall and having an ultra fast metabolism. 8:23 Speaker 1: I'm sad to 8:25 Speaker 2: Some people have to be super disciplined. What? Like, here's what people don't see is like, yes, cool. We're sitting in meetings. I'm eating all the cookies, and I still eat sweets pretty regularly, but I also work hard. Right? I've consistently 8:38 Speaker 2: over the years, right? 8:39 Speaker 2: Always, always, always lifting weights 5 days a week at the very minimum. Right? I think my 1st year of sobriety, went 3 64 days to the gym and often a lot of those days was weird twice a day, right? 8:51 Speaker 2: I had to replace some, you know, this addiction and, and that's the only thing that made me feel better. What 8:56 Speaker 2: people don't see is yes, the lifetime of lifting and building muscle that stays on me, which in turn boosts my metabolism. Right? My my basal metabolic rate is probably like 2,600 9:08 Speaker 2: calories. Right? So I'd burn that folks, like, 9:11 Speaker 2: in a 24 hour period while I, if I was in a coma, I would burn 2,600 9:16 Speaker 2: calories. That just because of the amount of lean muscle I have on me. And I am, I'm six'four, 2 45. And so, yeah, I'm naturally a lean person. I have to work hard to put, to keep muscle on, but I, 9:29 Speaker 2: yes, I only put lean muscle on. 9:32 Speaker 1: Must be nice. That's the only option. And, yes, I guess Give this man some cookies. 9:36 Speaker 2: Good stuff. I'll eat the cookies. Doesn't matter. 9:39 Speaker 1: You'll catch up sometime, though, soon. I bet. You know what's funny, man? Actually, you say that. You know what's it's funny. So I remember before you were, like, in your forties. Uh-huh. 9:46 Speaker 1: Because years ago, I would always be like, it's gonna get them. Forties, man. My it was 38 for me. Like, I could eat pretty much what I wanted until, like, 38, and then all of sudden I went, and 9:56 Speaker 1: I was like, somebody had taken a picture, and I was still lifting weights. I was still kind of eating. Okay? And then I looked at the picture of me, I'm like, dude, I'm fat. 10:04 Speaker 2: Holy yeah. It was a 38 man. I was saying, and I got my testosterone checked. Was Under 300. So That'll do it too. Like, folks, yes. I mean, I can I stay in shape, but I also my hormones are are optimized? You know? My metabolism is fast because 10:19 Speaker 2: I take tests, not a whole bunch, but but enough to keep metabolism 10:24 Speaker 2: fast and continue to keep all of the muscle on me. Yeah. 10:27 Speaker 2: That 10:28 Speaker 2: sure helps, right? Just being smart. The technology is there. We know how to take the stuff safely. 10:34 Speaker 2: So what the hell? So I do it. I never understood, 10:38 Speaker 1: you know, we've discussed it a few times, but like going through some of my comments, if I post something on TRT or whatnot, and it's always fun to, it's always fun to read some of the comments because it's like, dude, this is an educated 10:48 Speaker 1: opinion that people are having in regards to why would you want to feel like shit? You don't need to feel like shit. So you can feel great. You can feel like a 31 year old. Remember how easy it was in the same shape as you're 31? It was a lot easier. You still had to like take care of yourself, but like, 11:02 Speaker 1: you can feel like that when you're in your mid forties, fifties. You can feel like that, dude. So it's like- Right. Or people who are like 70. 11:10 Speaker 2: Yeah. They're like, nah. They're like, what are what what How are you thinking? 11:14 Speaker 2: What? You're gonna die 5 years early? Big deal. Yeah. What do you got to lose at this point? In the gym, though. 11:20 Speaker 1: I've now, dude, I'm the you're seeing a lot of dudes that are like long old freaking ripped. 11:25 Speaker 1: Well, oddly, you got the TRT and I guarantee there are growth hormone. Absolutely. Yeah. 11:30 Speaker 1: So you got the human growth hormone, you got AOD, 11:33 Speaker 1: you got the IGF-one, 11:35 Speaker 1: and you got a secretagogues. So these are all 11:39 Speaker 2: 4 11:40 Speaker 1: peptides, which there's numerous secretagogues obviously, but a peptide families that live in the same house, so to speak, and they all kind of to a degree they're related, 11:49 Speaker 1: but do different stuff. So you got human growth hormone, which is like the dad, the grandfather, so to speak. And that's just, it's got it all. You got your human growth hormone. That's going to be better sleep. You got, it's going to be helped with anti aging 12:03 Speaker 1: skin, 12:05 Speaker 1: burning fat. 12:07 Speaker 1: Jeez, you can go on and on. What did I say? Antiaging skin, hair, nails, all the movie starts taking I mean, fat burning, it's going to actually increase, you know, satellite cell recovery. 12:17 Speaker 2: Only 12:19 Speaker 2: make your muscles 12:20 Speaker 2: recover faster and make your actual muscle fibers bigger, it will create brand new muscle fibers, right, new sorts of new stem cells in your body. That's because it makes your muscles denser. 12:30 Speaker 2: Yeah. But like the good thing, so HGH is the exogenous 12:35 Speaker 2: finished hormone product. Right? Like, your body cannot 12:40 Speaker 2: stop that. So there's nothing that goes in you. That's the finished product, and that's really broad spectrum. So it does everything. Yep. I would say, though, 12:49 Speaker 2: it leans towards a little bit more fat burning than muscle gain. Yeah. Okay? For sure. We're gonna say like, hey, what it's definitely gonna help speed and you really notice growth when you're when you it's it's a very subtle thing. Right? When you stop. Right. You go, oh, shit. That's what it was doing. Okay. Now I know. For sure. Cause there's not people like, oh great. When do I get to feel the enhanced energy? Right? Like that's not a thing. It 13:12 Speaker 2: is not the miracle drug that people think it is who don't take it. But so, but it needs to be taken over time for a long period of time. But broad spectrum, absolutely sleep, 13:23 Speaker 2: you know, recovery, 13:25 Speaker 2: but really kind of skin. You take it for 5 years straight and your skin's going to look like it does after 5 years like it is now. Yeah. 13:33 Speaker 2: And you don't have to take a lot. Just be consistent. So broad spectrum, but leaning towards fat burning. Then, and nothing really can stop it because it is the hormone. So then you have your growth hormone peptides. Those 13:45 Speaker 2: are the HGH secretagogues. 13:47 Speaker 2: They're telling your body 13:49 Speaker 2: to make more of its natural growth hormone, right, but through its natural process. 13:54 Speaker 2: So 13:55 Speaker 2: some things can stop that. So basically that takes, it just activates your pituitary to, 14:01 Speaker 2: Hey guys, let's start making more growth instead of just adding growth immediately. 14:07 Speaker 1: Now your pituitary 14:09 Speaker 2: may not, if you already have a ton of growth, right? Your pituitary may not go, oh, I don't really feel like waking up that much. Sorry. So it can, if you have a lot of growth hormone on board, it can dull that pituitary response. 14:25 Speaker 2: But also this way is the natural is the natural way. Right? That's how our body makes growth hormones. So this stuff is is safe and our body makes growth hormone You can have it with screen boxes. Yes. Right. Right. Right. Our body makes growth hormone impulses maybe like 6 a day. Our biggest pulse is right before we go to sleep or right after we fall asleep. Okay. That and, and you know, like they're in a decently good 1, right? As we wake up during middle of the day, they're just kind of weak pulses. So that is why we don't grow much muscle during the day. Our body is stressed out and doing and has or has its mind on other things. The last thing it's really wanting to do is build muscle. It's early in the morning and while we're sleeping. Okay. So 15:05 Speaker 2: the secretagogues, 15:06 Speaker 2: well, 15:07 Speaker 2: the Tesamorelin, 15:08 Speaker 2: CJC, 15:09 Speaker 2: Sermorelin, 15:10 Speaker 2: Ipamorelin 15:12 Speaker 2: helps just that is not affected by the pituitary. That just 15:16 Speaker 2: affects the size of the pulse instead of actually creating pulses. That's why it's with most of them. Can take it with. Yeah. That's why they're synergistically work, right? Like pituitary. 15:25 Speaker 2: All right, guys, let's kickstart it. And then the Ipamorelin is there to just boost that pulse. Right. That makes sense. Yeah. 15:32 Speaker 1: So that's what, that's how the growth hormone works. Now where the growth, the HGH secreted gags. Ipamorelin will also be as a little beacon and like a buffer that if your body's making too much growth hormone, it can actually 15:44 Speaker 1: slow down a little. That's why 1 of the many reasons why Ipamorelin is ran with, you know Yeah. Yeah. Sermorelin, you know, most of those, know? 15:52 Speaker 2: Okay. But And it also well, and also Ipamorelin just like MK, it works on your ghrelin receptor, which in turn makes you hungry. 16:00 Speaker 1: Do you feel like that on that? I don't. Not anyway. Because it's just not as strong as 16:05 Speaker 2: MK is, 16:06 Speaker 2: but that is how it's working. Then you have your IGF-one, 16:11 Speaker 2: right? And it's actually how this you take when we have growth hormone, whether we put it in, right, exogenously 16:17 Speaker 2: or we have our pituitary make it. Yep. It now goes into our liver and our liver then produces the IGF-one, 16:24 Speaker 2: which is kind of really like growth. 16:26 Speaker 2: That is like muscular growth signaling. 16:29 Speaker 2: So naturally, that's how that goes. So and also just incidentally, when you go get a blood test for your HGH, they test your IGF-one level. Totally. There's no way to really test accurately your HGH levels. They wanna test 16:41 Speaker 2: this. What's going down? We already know. I mean, we basically know how based on how this is, how high this is, is how much HGH is being made. Right? So they test that. Now that 1, so when we talk about IGF-1LR-three, 16:55 Speaker 2: the actual peptide, so 16:57 Speaker 2: that 16:58 Speaker 2: gives you just straight up IGF-one. So it 17:01 Speaker 2: bypasses the pituitary, it bypasses the HGH, 17:05 Speaker 2: and it bypasses the liver. Right? And it just gives you pure IGF-one, 17:10 Speaker 2: which 17:11 Speaker 2: is that 1 is growth, growth, growth, growth signaling. Like that is your best. If you say HGH is really broad spectrum, a little bit more towards fat burning. This 1 is way more towards muscle. Trying to get some muscle on. It'll also help with those satellite cells creating new muscular cells, 17:28 Speaker 2: and it will help with nutrient partitioning. Yep. Which is why people get a massive pump. Yeah. There is because it's basically, it's taking your glucose and just shoving it where your body is asking for it. Yep. Right? Which you get a huge pump. The worry there is it sucks glucose out of you to shove it right where it wants to be, and it can be a problem making somebody go hypo hyperglycemic. 17:50 Speaker 2: He's looking at me right now. Tell him why. So if you're on keto, basically, you're on keto or cardiovert and you have no sugars in you, 17:57 Speaker 2: that is the 1 worry with IGF-one. Right. Is this gonna pull the little bits of sugars that you have that you really need out of you, shove them to your muscles, and now you don't have them. And then we can blood sugar crash and not feel good. Yeah. Holy shit. Then your AOD is the final is 18:12 Speaker 1: Last 15. 18:13 Speaker 2: This is the amino acid. Last 15. Mhmm. Amino acid chain is 190 one-one 90 one-one 100 That's HGH. That's HGH. 18:21 Speaker 2: 191 fundamental with our body makes- AOD-15. 18:25 Speaker 2: It's 15. It's amino acids 177 through 191. Yep. And it's only responsible for fat burning. There's light polypolysis purely. 18:34 Speaker 2: That's it. 18:35 Speaker 2: None of this, you get none of the benefits, but you also get none of the potential negatives, which is like insulin sensitive, decreased insulin sensitivity. 18:44 Speaker 1: None of that stuff, just pure, pure, pure fat burning. So let's go through that again really quickly, just for everybody because you went quick and that was great. That was, you did that. I love it. So you got your HGH, that was great. You did your HGH, which is going to be like basically synthetic growth 18:58 Speaker 1: hormone. You're going take it generally what we would say was people will argue this, but in the morning, 19:04 Speaker 1: you're going to take your secretagogues, 19:06 Speaker 1: which is zipper morale, and you're going to take your Tesamorelin 19:09 Speaker 1: and Hexarelin, and can go on and on. So to the secretagogues, we generally take those at night. At night to amplify natural 19:15 Speaker 2: regular pulse that's already going to be big. You take those to boost that 1. Right? It's going to help your body. It's own- In the morning, you don't have that great pulse. So we take the straight 19:25 Speaker 2: HGH 19:26 Speaker 2: in the morning to really kind of produce a pulse because if you take the HGH at night, 19:31 Speaker 2: that's when you normally, 19:32 Speaker 2: it might, yeah, it'll tell your body, Hey, look how much we got. We don't, let's not 19:37 Speaker 2: make that much. And now you've just shot yourself in foot. I think to 19:40 Speaker 1: sit on the HGH for a 2nd, 19:43 Speaker 1: I'm sure you've heard this a 100 times because I have to, there 19:46 Speaker 1: has such a negative 19:50 Speaker 1: rep, 19:51 Speaker 1: so to speak on some aspects because of the cancer thing. Let's talk about just for a 2nd. So I'll just give you my opinion. I am not a doctor, so don't take this as bond, but I have read a lot about it. I've taken it for years. 20:03 Speaker 1: I think anything abused 20:05 Speaker 1: can be a lot. 20:07 Speaker 1: It's gonna be a problem. Like, you can drink way too much water. Water. Like, it's anything. Like, anything that we take too much of is gonna be a problem. Now, I'm not- Propel fitness water with Gatorade electrolytes, 20:18 Speaker 0: 0 sugar, and vitamins. Propel hydrates better than water to help you get the most out of your workout and get back to your best self. What propels you? Propel with Gatorade Electrolytes. 20:30 Speaker 1: Saying if you take small doses of HGH, 20:32 Speaker 1: there's no risk at all. My opinion with the studying that I have done, I would just talk about me. If you're taking 2 IU, 20:42 Speaker 1: it's such a low dose. It's going to shine. I think when you start going higher, 20:47 Speaker 1: 5 I use or above is where it will can grow cancer cells. Like that part is obvious, 20:53 Speaker 1: but you're talking. And when you start the bodybuilders that are taking 8, 20:58 Speaker 2: 20, 20:59 Speaker 1: like literally 2, 21:01 Speaker 1: I use We're talking 2 IUs. It's a tiny amount. And it's just like if you're taking 180 21:07 Speaker 1: mg of testosterone, if you take 600 testosterone, 21:11 Speaker 1: that's you're going to get buffed. 21:13 Speaker 1: You're going to be horny and like all those 21:16 Speaker 1: great things, but that yields more 21:20 Speaker 1: potential of having problems. So same thing with HGH. So let's I just wanted to touch on that a little bit because I think it has such a bad rap because I get questions all the time. Aren't you gonna worry about cancer? Well, and HGH 21:30 Speaker 2: does not make cancer cells. 21:47 Speaker 1: You've seen the dudes, and I won't say his name, but you I mean, you're probably gonna know who I'm talking about because he's 1 of my favorite guys. I love his stuff. He's passed on by now. But when he started taking a lot of growth hormone, he looked like an ogre. Like, he was a good looking dude, and then they was taking, like, 25 IUs of, like, growth hormone a day. Yeah. And then his head got all big and it's just like, woah, bro. Like, you know what I mean? Like, again, I'm not ripping on him, but that's what happens. You're taking too much, dude. Like, you don't what happens? Everything grows. Your head grows. Your heart grows. 22:15 Speaker 1: Everything will grow. Right. Everything, everything, everything will grow. So low dose, I'm not worried about. Low dose, agree. Fair 22:22 Speaker 1: enough. Good. I mean, dude, like, look at it like this. I'll 22:25 Speaker 1: simplify it like this. The 22:26 Speaker 1: risk 22:27 Speaker 1: is over here. It's just, I'm not that worried about it personally. The rewards are for anybody 40 are freaking amazing. 22:34 Speaker 1: Like Will said, like you don't, it's not, you feel human growth hormone. You, you, you feel it when you come off of it because once you get to like 6 months, if you're taking, let's just use 2 ways for example, 22:47 Speaker 1: you 22:48 Speaker 1: burn fat like a freaking burn 22:50 Speaker 1: fat. Like you can eat a little bit sloppier. 22:53 Speaker 1: I'm not saying you should, but I'm saying you have the ability to do that because your body's burning fat. Yep. Right? So 22:58 Speaker 2: that's notice it when you stop using it. You notice it when you stop using it. It's not like you feel a shift in your body, but you do sleep good pretty quickly. I felt that pretty quickly. You get pumps immediately. Like, here's the sign number 1 that it's, well, carpal tunnel. So, yes, here's the signs people say, like, that it is absolutely 23:15 Speaker 2: leaking, and this doesn't happen immediately. It needs to build up a bit. You like, carpal tunnel. So your joints should be a little bit swollen and, like, kinda can't really make the make a fist. Yep. 23:28 Speaker 2: And 23:29 Speaker 2: some people, you'll feel a little tingling in your fingers. I get the tingling for sure. Yeah. People have this overactive nerve where they, like, can't they can't take it. It's it just nerves and blast them down their forearms. 23:40 Speaker 2: I actually had a friend go to the doctor and they were gonna 23:43 Speaker 2: clip 1 of those nerves. 23:45 Speaker 2: His was way overactive, but 23:47 Speaker 2: you know that that's working there. But yes, the pumps, you will definitely know pretty also when you start to growth, you should be a little bit tired. So people talking saying, hey, I started taking damn, why do I feel so just, like, run down and exhausted? Right? Well, your body is now working 24:04 Speaker 2: way harder 24:05 Speaker 2: to try to grow everything. Right? It's not an easy thing for us to grow brand new muscle tissue out of nowhere. So your body, it's just, you're just, it's just a kind of a shock. Woah, body's really using energy to burn. Well, guess what? That means it's building muscle and it's burning fat because it's using those calories. So that's a good sign that ends up going away and your body stabilizes. So You remember me calling you or telling you that? Yeah. Yeah, do. I mean, it's been years now. Do you remember when I 1st started taking it? And I couldn't 24:32 Speaker 1: even lift, dude. My elbows and my wrists were killing me. And I think I I think I was doing 3. You're putting 2 lives. Doing 3 and I just went down to 2. I think I went through doing it for 1 for a long time, then I finally went to 2. But anyways, you gotta find your sweet spot like we always talk about. For me, it's 2. I don't think anybody needs to do over 2. Like, you can go a little bit to pass that and do 3, but you're a big guy, so you can get away with 3. You don't need a lot, And it goes a long way. I would say the recommended dosing for men is like 2 to 4 I use. I 25:00 Speaker 2: think that 4 is maybe even a little bit much. Like it's expensive. 25:03 Speaker 2: And 25:04 Speaker 2: yeah, think if you break that down though, like from 4 25:09 Speaker 2: to 25:10 Speaker 2: hitting higher is 25:12 Speaker 1: You can dispense when you start doing that. But 2 IUs, if you break down the math compared to like a secretagogue, 25:17 Speaker 1: it's actually works out a little bit cheaper. Yeah. It might be depending on the IUs you buy, but like, you know I mean? So you got the HGH. We've been rambling about that because we love it obviously, but the AOD literally is literally is the last piece and it's very simple. It just burns fat. 25:33 Speaker 1: It burns fat. I take it. I love it. And again, I'm not going to say it's, it's comparable to Retrutide, 25:38 Speaker 1: but it's, 25:40 Speaker 1: it's here. And it's in my arsenal again, I think it's in my top 3 because it works that good. If somebody is looking to 25:47 Speaker 1: burn fat, 25:49 Speaker 1: if you have taken Retrutide and a lot of people through the Q and a want to come off for whatever reason, doesn't matter why 25:56 Speaker 1: this would be a filler and they work in tandem as well. If you're running Reta and AOD, they would work like 26:03 Speaker 2: lighting a fire. But it is a great filler, like we say, do you know, run the peptides, 26:08 Speaker 2: you know, whatever length that it is recommended, 26:12 Speaker 2: 3 to 4 months or so. Like, if you're doing a metabolic peptide, then then don't just stop all of them. Now this AOD is a great 1 to replace. Right? Absolutely. Now you'd go AOD. Right? You were on Retatr or you were on, I don't know, 5 m 1 and 2. Right? Go to go to AOD. 26:28 Speaker 2: And then go back and do the cycle. Your fluid is always burning tons of calories, especially 26:33 Speaker 1: like the fat burner peptides, 26:36 Speaker 1: like Will and I have talked about countless times. We say they're not in the category of gear. 26:42 Speaker 1: Sure most people know what I'm talking about. Steroids is what I'm talking about. I say gear, they're not, but where they shine, a lot of them is burning freaking fat, right? They burning fat. So AOD will do that. 26:54 Speaker 1: So yeah, that's the breakdown of the basically the family of the human growth hormone, AOD, 27:00 Speaker 1: IGF-one, 27:01 Speaker 1: and the secretagogues. 27:02 Speaker 2: And So tell 27:03 Speaker 2: everybody what you do for your dosing and I do for the dosing. 27:08 Speaker 1: Yeah, so 27:10 Speaker 1: we generally 27:11 Speaker 1: recommend in about 16 weeks. 27:14 Speaker 2: Yeah. AOD can be ran a decent amount. You're 27:18 Speaker 1: not increasing any IGF-one. 27:20 Speaker 1: You're not having 27:22 Speaker 1: to worry about any of the negative side effects of any type of the growth, the growth hormone, 27:26 Speaker 1: what the HGH would do. So you can run it for a long period. I mean, I run HGH for long periods anyway. So I think you can run it for a lot longer than 16 27:36 Speaker 1: weeks, but the thing is you can always 27:38 Speaker 1: run it for 16 weeks, take 3 weeks off, run a 5 m, 1 MQ, a SLU-1MQ, 27:44 Speaker 1: can replace it because there's so many fat burners. 27:47 Speaker 1: About 16 weeks is what we say. We're going to say generally starting dose is going to be 2 50 micrograms to 500. 27:55 Speaker 1: And if 27:56 Speaker 1: you're trying to get super lean, you can do it twice a day. So I kind of go back and forth depending on my objectives at the time and how I'm looking and how I'm feeling. But I oftentimes will run, 28:08 Speaker 1: you know, like a 2 50 in the morning, 2 50 at night micrograms. And it works well. I 28:13 Speaker 1: do my wife little bit, dude. Just 2 50 28:16 Speaker 1: micrograms 28:17 Speaker 1: at men and for you women, it freaking do you wanna burn fat? It is rad. It changed 28:23 Speaker 2: your body. 2 thing 2 more things on this. Well, a, you people may have heard of, 28:28 Speaker 2: frag 1 76. K? So so the 1 76, 1 77 are pretty similar. So frag is a fragment of the h HGH chain. It's 16 of the amino acids, 1 76 28:40 Speaker 2: to 1 91. Right? AOD is 15. So but AOD 28:45 Speaker 2: is taking out that amino acid is just a lot more safe and stable. 28:51 Speaker 2: So those are not the same things, 28:53 Speaker 2: but I would absolutely recommend 28:56 Speaker 2: AOD, 28:57 Speaker 2: 9 6 0 4, over the HGH frag. Don't worry about insulin spikes. Yeah. So And the next thing is AOD is super hydrophobic. 29:06 Speaker 2: So people ought to know this. Right? Right? Yeah. We didn't notice. Mostly, I wouldn't even buy a bottle of of AOD that is in a 10 that's 10 mg because inevitably that's gonna have to be in mixed for so long 29:19 Speaker 2: that regardless of what types of reconstitution 29:22 Speaker 2: solution you put in there, it's probably gonna gel up. So AOD is like the number 1 culprit, easiest peptide there is to gelling up. 29:29 Speaker 2: So my suggestion 29:31 Speaker 2: is putting in acetic acid. 29:35 Speaker 2: Now you better put the right percentages in, but we have or know of 29:41 Speaker 2: this AOD water, which is a mix of acetic acid, bacteriostatic water, and glycerin because the acetic acid can have a little bite to it. Glycerin helps dull that bite. 29:52 Speaker 2: Bacteriostatic water is bacteriostatic, and that's not really to keep it sterile because 29:56 Speaker 2: we're worried about you getting an infection. What we're worried about is the peptide having 30:01 Speaker 2: bacteria in it it diminishing the effectiveness of the peptide. That's why there's bacteriostatic water. That's why you should always mix with bacteriostatic water. But the acetic acid is the main thing that 30:12 Speaker 2: that makes it actually mix into water and stay 30:15 Speaker 2: as liquid. Yep. Don't inject gel, 30:19 Speaker 2: But It will gel up. It will gel up. If you just put bacteriostatic water in, chances are it's going to gel up. Get too cold. Also put in body or room temp water. 100%. You can keep your peptide in the fridge, but room temp water. Do not put too cold water in there. Yeah. 30:35 Speaker 2: If it does gel up, 30:36 Speaker 2: I would 30:38 Speaker 2: inject the liquid. I would use the liquid that's in the damn bottle. It's cloudy. 30:42 Speaker 1: I mean, not done at all. I don't really care. I mean, it's you just leave it out for a little bit. My experience with it, which is a lot, 30:49 Speaker 1: I've used bactericstatic water with it countless times, know, sometimes I even do because I don't have acidic water. So it is what it is, so I've done it for so long. And it does gel up sometimes. I put it out on the table for a little bit and it just, kind of settles and it's fine. I'm 31:03 Speaker 1: not worried about that. Some people are worried about all kinds of stuff. I've done this for a long time. I've done a lot of compounds. So if that's me, if you are worried about it, then don't do it. That's it. Eat his own. Live and let live. 31:15 Speaker 1: But yeah, it is amazing. I'm gonna throw a curve at you and tell you this because we didn't talk about this, but 31:19 Speaker 1: who should take it? What would you run with it? What you should take it and who would 31:26 Speaker 1: you generally say should be ran with it? Give a 31:29 Speaker 1: stack of somebody that's 31:31 Speaker 1: pick a pick a person. I don't know. I think overweight. 31:34 Speaker 2: Some these are weight? Good. Great. I still would run, like, 1 of the geo I'd still run Reta as your, like, foundational 31:40 Speaker 2: piece. If you're a, if you're a man, I'd be running 31:44 Speaker 2: testosterone and make sure that that's optimized in. As a woman, optimize your hormones also, and that may may that may also include testosterone. 31:51 Speaker 2: But I would run 1 of the like, the foundational GLP 1 to really 31:55 Speaker 2: to help that's gonna help a little bit of the appetite and 31:58 Speaker 2: actual intake 32:00 Speaker 2: portion control, right, because you feel fuller faster. 32:03 Speaker 2: And 32:04 Speaker 2: absolutely, 32:05 Speaker 2: would run the AOD alongside that. Right? You're good. It's just gonna amplify your fat burning. I 32:11 Speaker 2: would take it if you are a person who actually works out. 32:14 Speaker 2: To 32:16 Speaker 2: amplify the actual workout. Right? Don't take it if we want to be somebody who just wants to lose weight and do nothing or do nothing and then still lose weight. 32:25 Speaker 1: Take SLU-3P-1.5 wanna do that. But 32:28 Speaker 2: still make sure, yeah, if you're a person who's actually actively working out, it's going to work so much better. Yeah. Anybody 32:34 Speaker 2: who's lifting weight that's not a pregnant woman or a child, 32:37 Speaker 2: you're good. Yeah. Literally. 32:40 Speaker 1: Yeah. So obviously Retrutide, 32:42 Speaker 1: like you said, the TRT, it's a must. If you do not run TRT and you're over 40, get your blood work done. Trust me. Retrutide 32:49 Speaker 1: AOD, 32:51 Speaker 1: I mean, it can be stacked with freaking anything. 32:54 Speaker 1: Ladies, we'll talk to you for a 2nd. So ladies, 32:57 Speaker 1: every lady wants to be lean, 32:59 Speaker 1: duh. Right? It can be used for you and it should, 33:04 Speaker 1: if you're overweight, if you're lean, like I said, I give it to my bride and man, it just in days. Was like, babe, you look good. And it was the AOD because that stuff works good. Yeah. Know it's tough. Like, we get these questions constantly, and I get kind of, 33:18 Speaker 2: like, over the question. Like, what should I take? And it's the same answer every single time. What'd you take? Like, there are 33:25 Speaker 2: really good. There's like 4 or 5 really good fat burgers. Right? Like, nobody, 33:30 Speaker 2: we don't know. They're all amazing. They're all really good. Really good. Reta is going to be the best and be foundational. 33:35 Speaker 2: All the other ones 33:38 Speaker 2: try 1, then try the other and try the 1, try the other. Yeah. We don't know what's gonna work best on you. Right. There is no indication. 33:45 Speaker 2: I mean, there's a few things that stand out, like maybe like SLU-5s, if you're a performance athlete, you want better endurance. 33:51 Speaker 2: Cool. That's what you wanna take. But as far as just the pure fat burning, everything works 33:56 Speaker 2: somewhat equal. I'd say the AOD is probably the better, probably the 2nd best fat burner out there besides 1 of the GLPs. 34:04 Speaker 2: But 34:05 Speaker 2: it's like, 34:06 Speaker 2: Just, you just gotta try them. Good question. We don't know. We don't know. AOD, here's my opinion. Retta, AOD, 34:13 Speaker 1: SLU-5Amino-elecarnitine. 34:17 Speaker 2: Yeah. And I do think that 5 Amino and L-one hundred and should not are are aren't aren't like, 34:22 Speaker 2: I don't know, like foundational their own fat burners. Right? I think they're very good, like adjunct or supplementary fat burners to others. Yeah. 34:30 Speaker 2: Agreed. And all of these can be rated with each other. Just don't stack GLP on top of GLP on top of GLP. Yeah. 34:37 Speaker 1: You know? But everything else actually absolutely can be. We obviously are gym rats and like we, we talk and we're in that world 34:45 Speaker 1: and there's, I know numerous people that take them all and I'm not saying you should or you shouldn't, I'm just telling you that they do and they look freaking grit. 34:53 Speaker 1: So, but they 34:55 Speaker 1: also eat really good too. So let's not get away from the diet. They don't sit on the couch and eat Doritos. They're working their butts off. They all, if you take care of yourself, man, and you take these things, they work well, but you can't sit down on the caption, hope they do well. 100%. These work as 35:12 Speaker 1: optimizers. 35:13 Speaker 2: So that means that you have to have some level of competency 35:16 Speaker 2: before you can optimize something. Yeah. 35:19 Speaker 2: Yeah, they will work great if you, if everything else is all kind of 35:24 Speaker 2: up to par, then you put something else, put any of these peptides in, bam. Now it's really worth fire. 35:29 Speaker 2: Alright. So, yeah. So in the IGF-1LR-three. 35:33 Speaker 2: So difference between IGF-one 35:36 Speaker 2: and what the heck is that LR-three for? Right? That basically just makes 35:40 Speaker 2: it a long estered form. So without the LR-three, 35:43 Speaker 2: IGF-one stays in you within hours 35:47 Speaker 2: and is active in your muscles for hours, and it's sending this growth signal. With the LR3, that moves that to about 20 to 30 hours where it stays in your muscles 35:57 Speaker 2: signaling 35:57 Speaker 2: just growth, growth, growth, growth. So 36:01 Speaker 2: there's the dip. That's why the LR3 there, we talked about it just it gets 36:33 Speaker 1: people will, I mean, it's far, but it really does work well. You're going have, obviously 36:38 Speaker 1: muscle recovery is going to be great. Muscle fullness is going to be great. It's your 36:44 Speaker 1: body's going to basically take, 36:48 Speaker 2: it's just gonna turn muscle fibers. It's gonna grow your muscle fibers. Yep. It's just, it is a sick you know, it's a sick- I take it after I look. Molecule. It's not a hormone, but I mean, it, yes, it is just going to tell your muscles to grow and to take in nutrients. Right? So it's great with the nutrient partitioning as we had mentioned Yes. Which is why that helps to grow muscles. Right? So when we lift weights and we tear our muscles down, our muscles are just our sponges. We put the IGF-one in there and our and our muscles just shove in all the amino acids and glucose, 37:19 Speaker 2: right, to help to give the amino acids some energy to build muscle. So 37:25 Speaker 2: it's gonna just ultimately shove nutrients everywhere where they need to be, 37:29 Speaker 2: which in turn ends up growing more muscles. Some people inject this into the site, which is kind of a fallacy. Like, 37:38 Speaker 2: it's not gonna do anything wrong 37:40 Speaker 2: or bad, but, yeah, cool. It's gonna stay, the IGF-one will be in those muscle fibers a little bit longer, but it rapidly 37:48 Speaker 2: kind of distributes 37:50 Speaker 2: systemically to your whole body. So 37:52 Speaker 2: I don't know, the muscle gain if you inject it into your bicep versus not versus just a regular SubQ injection, I don't know if you'll really 38:01 Speaker 2: notice much of a difference. But it 38:05 Speaker 2: ain't gonna hurt. Like, again, it's gonna go systemic 38:07 Speaker 2: anyway. If you think it does, it does. If think it does, it does. Just do it. Okay. It's just as good as putting it here. Right. You know? 38:16 Speaker 2: The other way, like, so how do you take it? You take it 38:18 Speaker 2: post workout. I do. Right. Yeah. Which is good. Like, muscle growth, right, post workout. Hey. That's when your muscles are ready to eat food, and now he puts that in there and that just double shoves protein in Yeah. For the next 20 to 30 hours. Yep. Right? Yep. Or if I'm gonna carve up. Pork. Yeah. Yeah. It's good if you're gonna eat a big carby meal. Mhmm. It's good to take it. Right. 1 strategy is do a little bit IGF-one. 38:41 Speaker 2: Eat that. Eat if you just, you know, when you eat a huge carb carb meal for dinner, you wake up in the morning, you're like, damn, I'm feeling full. Like, it's crazy. You do this and then have your cheat meal or day. 38:52 Speaker 2: You'll wake up in the morning with a stomach flat. Why? Because it just took those nutrients to put all that glucose Put them into the places. Shoved them into your muscles, and you will wake up feeling full 39:00 Speaker 2: and big up here where you wanna look. 39:03 Speaker 1: I remember when Will 1st told me that, and then I I I checked him on it. I was saying I read about it. Was like, that's actually interesting. So when I went out and just just gorged myself back a few months ago when I was eating the cars 39:13 Speaker 1: on the on some sushi, 39:16 Speaker 1: I did. I woke up the next day and my stomach was freaking shredded. I'm like, wow, that's freaking rad. I think I called you. I'm like, dude, that stuff worked, dude. It's it's amazing. 39:23 Speaker 2: The other way, hey. If you wanna get really big pumps in the gym, do it pre workout. Yeah. 39:28 Speaker 2: But eat some carbs with it. And in fact, that that ought to be noted, everybody. Like, it is important to have some carbs on board. The 1 biggest worry is that it is going to suck all the glucose out of you, put it in your muscles, and now we 39:42 Speaker 2: blood sugar crash. Yeah. So 39:45 Speaker 2: I think it's So not for the best on people on the keto. Not not the best for people on keto. Is just gonna work better for you. Eat it. And I carbs. Even if you're on keto, like, shit, go ahead. Like, have a little bit of carbs Yeah. With it, 39:56 Speaker 2: and it will just suck that out. You won't you won't 39:59 Speaker 2: get it won't really throw you out of keto the next day, I bet, if you had a little bit of carbs with it, 40:04 Speaker 2: because it works pretty fast. So it'll just shove. That's why you get that huge promotion. Test it. Yeah. I'll test it. Try that now. Test it. The 40:12 Speaker 2: other thing is like training style. Guys, some so some people you will notice, like, some people get, 40:18 Speaker 2: some people think, oh, man, that works awesome. Right? Then some people don't. Well What's the objective? A, 40:24 Speaker 2: it is not going to do anything if you don't give your muscles any stimulus. Right? So 40:30 Speaker 0: Propel fitness water with Gatorade electrolytes, 40:33 Speaker 0: 0 sugar, and vitamins. 40:35 Speaker 0: Propel hydrates better than water to help you get the most out of your workout and get back to your best self. What propels you? Propel with Gatorade electrolytes. 40:45 Speaker 2: Also, the suggestion is, 40:48 Speaker 2: the training style should not be quick hit training style or or, 40:53 Speaker 2: or just like a few heavy 40:56 Speaker 2: a few heavy reps, like 4 to 6 reps with 5 minute breaks. Right, you want volume. 41:01 Speaker 2: Right? And you need to be sore the next day and you probably wanna work. So you need, I'm saying like, I don't know, 41:07 Speaker 2: 8 to 15 reps on everything. Yeah. Helps with the And like a decently longer training span. I'm not saying train for 2 hours, but I'm also not saying just go do a 30 minute HIIT workout and be gone. It's not going to help there. You need to give your muscles, you need to break those muscles down thoroughly 41:24 Speaker 2: and 41:25 Speaker 1: then feed them. It ain't gonna work because there are no building materials. Right? That's best thing you said all day. That's the truth. Like you gotta feed your mussels. You've got to feed them. Yeah. Gotta feed those things. Yeah. 41:37 Speaker 2: So nothing will work. And especially like you don't really want to run this for very long, I'd say 4 to 6 weeks. So you make those 4 to 6 weeks count and say, and make a damn commitment that you're gonna eat 41:49 Speaker 2: a lot of protein. 41:50 Speaker 2: Because while you're taking it, shit, you like the protein, the muscle protein synthesis, 41:55 Speaker 2: which is basically our muscles taking protein and turn it into 41:58 Speaker 2: muscle fibers. 42:00 Speaker 2: New muscle fibers. That's now off the charts. Okay. Can't do it very long, but now's the time. If you think it's not working, you're probably not eating enough food because of course 42:10 Speaker 2: muscle don't get grown out of thin air. Right? Yeah. Now is the time. So shove those those muscles there. So, like, volume training 42:17 Speaker 2: is a very good idea. You have to be consistent. Right? I would train I would almost do like a like a like like a push pull leg split twice a week with 8 42:29 Speaker 2: to 10, 8 to 15 reps on each. 42:32 Speaker 2: So you're getting good volume training in. 42:37 Speaker 2: Yeah. And eat a little bit of glucose pre workout post workout. Even glucose is always a good idea to have protein 42:44 Speaker 2: with your protein powder. It generally kind of spikes your insulin a bit, opens up your cells and now allows all those nutrients to go in there. You know, it's funny. 42:52 Speaker 1: So what was it? So October, November, December, I was doing carbs and I had not eaten carbs for literally 5 years. Like will knows I was disciplined 43:00 Speaker 1: carnivore. Like I built my channel on it, but I needed to change. And I, it was great to eat carbs. I hadn't had not had white rice in forever and I love white rice And it was great. And then, you know, it's funny what you made me think of this where I went back to my old school dude after I lifted, I was drinking protein shakes because I'm always fasting and I'm always eating fat. You know what I mean? So I don't live like that anymore, but it worked really good, bro. I got freaking It's freaking amazing when you got from fasting and keto and then you start eating carbs again, like bro. I was blown away by it. Yeah. I did not think it was gonna work that far. Yeah. About 25%. 43:32 Speaker 2: But besides I was actually 43:34 Speaker 1: I actually talking about this to somebody yesterday at Andy, we were having lunch. He was talking about ketosis 43:39 Speaker 1: and things like that. 43:41 Speaker 1: I could go in and out of ketosis very quickly because my body was so used to living in ketosis. 43:47 Speaker 1: I can feel when I'm in ketosis, you know, when I'm like really disciplined. 43:51 Speaker 1: So I thought because of that and being a carnivore for 5 years, 43:55 Speaker 1: I started in January 1, back on carnivore, that I would get back into it really quickly. 44:00 Speaker 1: And it takes about a week. You can feel it because you feel like shit. I mean, lot of salt, a lot of fat. Like I know how to combat that stuff, 44:07 Speaker 1: but it took a long time, man. Because you 44:11 Speaker 2: had built up glucose in 44:13 Speaker 2: glycogen 44:14 Speaker 2: inside of your muscles. Right? The only way you're getting to ketose once you've actually burned all that out. In fact I get tired. Great point in, like, IGF-1LR 44:23 Speaker 2: 3. Right? So we say, hey. It's gonna suck all that glucose up to be used immediately. 44:28 Speaker 2: This is probably a really good kick start to get into keto. Good idea. I've never thought of it like that, but that literally happened to Super logical. Yeah. That makes sense. Lot of sense. 44:37 Speaker 2: So we'll learn something new. Take that as like gold, 44:39 Speaker 1: but Eat some carbs a few days. We'll Yeah. Try 44:42 Speaker 2: Shit. And right. 44:44 Speaker 2: The keto 44:46 Speaker 2: yeah. Anyway, 44:48 Speaker 2: next 1. 0 yeah. Force multiplier. So this stuff, taken, I I would absolutely 44:53 Speaker 2: take it's Jake and IGF-one. Hell yeah. Absolutely. Hell, take Creatine and IGF-one. Everything that you take while on IGF-one 45:01 Speaker 2: is going to be enhanced. 100%. 45:03 Speaker 1: And the negatives. So And the negatives. You're like eating like shit and you're not doing much and you're taking it, that's gonna enhance the bad things too, man. Yeah. 45:11 Speaker 2: True. So I don't know. I think that that's about it. Like, I work out, eat right. Duh. 45:17 Speaker 2: Get to the basics of everything. It up like optimized 45:20 Speaker 2: always. 45:21 Speaker 2: Right? All of these peptides and everything is gonna work work so much better. Right? I know people who take gear and you would never know they take gear because 45:28 Speaker 1: they don't do anything else. Right? Such a good point because like we talk about it a lot, but like there's probably new listeners and there's a lot of you thinking this too. Like you 45:36 Speaker 1: steroids are not magic. There's a lot of people that think if you just take testosterone, 45:41 Speaker 1: you are freaking shredded. It's so I love those comments because it's like, dude, you do not know what you are talking about. You have no clue what you're talking about. Like, you get if you take steroids and you're not, like, eating right, you get big and you get bloated because you gotta like eat right, man. You gotta eat right. Period. 45:58 Speaker 1: They are miracle drugs if you do everything else right. If you do things right, they work really well. Same thing with peptides though. Like if you're taking peptides, 46:07 Speaker 1: red is an outlier, but like if you're taking peptides 46:10 Speaker 1: and you don't have your hormones in line and you're not eating right, they'll work a tiny, tiny bit. But like if you do all these things, right, hormones in line, eat them the disciplined diet, 46:19 Speaker 1: workout, 46:20 Speaker 1: antique peptides. You're getting fricking ripped dude. Are. Yep. We've seen rad transformations. 46:25 Speaker 1: Did you see the person that we put onto a warrior, that gal, that chick was like, wow, she looked amazing. Yeah. Yeah. Shit works, dude. It's amazing. Dosed you this last time. We gotta get out here, but I dozed it. So minor, I would say that, 1st of all, also consistent 46:41 Speaker 2: low dosing 46:42 Speaker 2: is gonna work a lot better with IGF-1MQ 46:45 Speaker 2: than so more is not better. Right? It is all about starting consistent and doing it consistently. Now your body will build a tolerance, but like don't blow it out. Don't be like, oh, I'm a big person. I like to do lots of stuff. I'm just going start at the way higher dose. That's dumb and wrong and it won't be helpful. So about 20 micrograms 47:03 Speaker 2: a day 47:05 Speaker 2: is a good starting point. K? Here's your spectrum. 20, 80. 80 is for advanced users. I wouldn't go any more than that. 80 micrograms. 47:13 Speaker 2: 20 start. So everybody start 20 micrograms 47:17 Speaker 2: and and do that, and then you get to slowly kind of boost build up, right, and maybe reach up. I still wouldn't even touch 80. I'd still I'd go over a 6 week period, 47:27 Speaker 2: do the math on this folks, bet if you want. But start at 20, k, finish at 60, 47:32 Speaker 2: and see how many days are in there and figure out what the exact like 47:38 Speaker 2: titration path is. 47:40 Speaker 2: That's where I would do it 47:42 Speaker 2: daily. It's 20 to 30 hours in you, but still it's kind of nice to have to never be fully out of you. That's why you wanna do it daily. 47:49 Speaker 2: And 47:50 Speaker 1: yeah. You'll 47:52 Speaker 2: you'll see IGF-1LR3 47:54 Speaker 2: sold in 1 mg, maybe 2 mg bottles. 47:58 Speaker 2: So 20 micrograms is not a lot. Right? Folks like so 1 mg bottle is 1000 micrograms. 48:05 Speaker 2: If you add 2 mils of water, then 10 units will be 25 micrograms. 48:10 Speaker 2: So 1 mg IGF-one 48:13 Speaker 1: bottle powder. 48:14 Speaker 1: Add in 2 mls of water, 48:17 Speaker 1: do 10 units, 48:19 Speaker 1: that will give you 25 micrograms. 48:21 Speaker 1: That's about your starting dose. Perfect. 48:23 Speaker 1: So we get this question all the time. We'll end on this. If there was a peptide that you could take to get you buff, what would you take? Now there's not gonna be the 1 that's gonna, we will always say, I think MK-677, 48:34 Speaker 1: even though it's not a peptide that 48:37 Speaker 1: will take the 1st seat. But this IGF-1LR-three 48:39 Speaker 1: will be the closest thing that you'll get to a steroid and it's still further away. 48:45 Speaker 1: If you take it trying to lift, lift heavy weights, 48:49 Speaker 1: eat a lot, 48:51 Speaker 1: right? Eat some some glucose. If you're, you know, it's not the best on a high fat diet like me. Yeah. Sugar, carbs, 48:58 Speaker 2: a lot of carbs and just get after it. You'll get you'll get some size. And you'll green lean, you'll grow lean muscle. So I think this is, like, your best to, like, a cutter. Whereas I do think that M4 for 49:09 Speaker 2: in itself is more of like a bulker because you're just gonna be eating and you may gain a little water water. But as far as a, just a perfect cutter that's gonna gain the most amount of lean muscle possible with peptides, that's this is it. 49:21 Speaker 1: Is it. Cool, man. That was fun. Question answered. We'll never have to fill that question again. Yeah. It's a great, that's a great peptide. It's not the most popular for some reason. I don't know why, but it's freaking great, especially because we that's 1 of the questions we get on every q and a. Yeah. Yeah. So I wanted to bulk. 49:38 Speaker 1: Yeah. 49:39 Speaker 1: Do we answer the last? But just joking, but-1L-1L-1L-3s): Use 49:44 Speaker 1: that. I mean, it's good. I love it. And if you do, 49:47 Speaker 1: you do, shoot us a DM, let us know after 6 weeks, I want to see how you feel. 49:52 Speaker 1: Check us on it. Like, you know, but eat right, work out. 49:56 Speaker 1: Tells how you feel. 3 little reminders. Hey, before 49:59 Speaker 2: equals huge pumps. So before workout, huge pump. After the most muscle gain and then, or before a giant bad meal, 50:08 Speaker 2: suck those up and have a flat stomach. It works. 50:11 Speaker 2: There's your 3 uses. 50:12 Speaker 1: That was a good 1, bro. That was fun. I love doing this. This is what we do for a living, man. What, how did that happen? Good. God is good, man. But, we love you guys. We appreciate you guys. We read all the DMs and jump on the Warrior Maker, grab a shirt. We got some cool gear. We got some cool hats. 50:28 Speaker 1: And other than that, we will catch you on the Q and A, which we'll record in a couple of days. 50:34 Speaker 2: You guys take care. 50:35 Speaker 2: Good night.
